- 0:01Speaker 1: The House GOP is now claiming Hunter Biden lied not once,
- 0:08Speaker 1: not twice, but lied three times under oath during his
- 0:13Speaker 1: congressional deposition. The House Ways and Means commit Chairman Jason
- 0:17Speaker 1: Smith says he has indisputable evidence that the first son,
- 0:23Speaker 1: Hunter Biden lied clearly to Congress. Now, this is the
- 0:28Speaker 1: first Hunter Biden criminal proceeding, which is helding their pre
- 0:34Speaker 1: trial hearings Tuesday.
- 0:37Speaker 2: This is a big deal.
- 0:38Speaker 1: It is another big trial as one is ending with
- 0:42Speaker 1: Trump in New York. This one is beginning. And what
- 0:46Speaker 1: does that mean? I want you to listen to this
- 0:48Speaker 1: from Fox.
- 0:50Speaker 3: Well, We're nearing the start date for another historic trial,
- 0:53Speaker 3: the first criminal proceeding against the sun of a sitting president.
- 0:57Speaker 3: This morning, a federal judge heard arguments during a pre
- 1:00Speaker 3: hearing on gun charges against Hunter Biden. Of course, not
- 1:03Speaker 3: a David Spott reports tonight from Wilmington, Delaware. About that.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Good even David Bret. Good evening to you.
- 1:11Speaker 4: Hunter Biden will head to trial the week of June third,
- 1:14Speaker 4: here in his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware. Today, in a
- 1:17Speaker 4: tense court hearing behind me that lasted about two hours,
- 1:20Speaker 4: Federal Judge Mary Ellen Noriika ignored and basically denied the
- 1:25Speaker 4: attempts by Hunter Biden's team to try to postpone this
- 1:29Speaker 4: even more. She said this is not a complicated case.
- 1:32Speaker 4: Hunter was not in court today, but his attorney Abby Lowell,
- 1:35Speaker 4: first requested to begin the trial in September, then suggested July. Ultimately,
- 1:40Speaker 4: Judge Narika was not having his arguments about not being ready,
- 1:43Speaker 4: telling him quote, I'm not taking anything away, mister Lowell,
- 1:47Speaker 4: you haven't done what you need to do now. The
- 1:50Speaker 4: president's son is facing three charges of lying on a
- 1:53Speaker 4: federal firearm form in twenty eighteen when he said he
- 1:55Speaker 4: was not addicted to drugs. He owned a gun for
- 1:57Speaker 4: eleven days. Bo Biden's wouldow Halle Biden reportedly threw out
- 2:02Speaker 4: the gun in a trash gand behind a local supermarket.
- 2:05Speaker 4: In twenty eighteen, Special Council David Weiss brought three charges
- 2:08Speaker 4: against Hunter Biden. He pleaded not guilty to all three.
- 2:11Speaker 4: Abby Lowell also told a judge in another tax case
- 2:14Speaker 4: involving Hunter in California, that's taking his time, meaning two
- 2:18Speaker 4: cases in about a month.
- 2:19Speaker 2: He wants it to lay there.
- 2:20Speaker 4: The trials is scheduled to begin in June twentieth, but
- 2:23Speaker 4: could be pushed back as we wait in appeals court
- 2:26Speaker 4: rule it. As of today, Brett Hunter Biden could see
- 2:29Speaker 4: two verdicts under his belt before his dad takes the
- 2:32Speaker 4: stage at the Democratic National Convention in August.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Right, now, what does this mean moving forward? I want
- 2:39Speaker 1: to get into that and how this could possibly affect
- 2:43Speaker 1: the President of the United States of America with what's
- 2:46Speaker 1: been going on with him, and I'm going to have
- 2:48Speaker 1: that for you coming up in just a second. But
- 2:51Speaker 1: first I want to tell you about Patriot Mobile. If
- 2:55Speaker 1: you have a cell phone, you may not realize that
- 2:58Speaker 1: when you're paying your bill every single month, you've got
- 3:02Speaker 1: a real problem on your hands. They're taking your money
- 3:05Speaker 1: when you pay that bill, and they're giving part of
- 3:07Speaker 1: it back to hardcore liberal causes, including Planned Parenthood.
- 3:12Speaker 2: That's right.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Big Mobile gets big donations to democratic causes, candidates and organizations,
- 3:19Speaker 1: and many of them give to plan Parenthood. Now, if
- 3:22Speaker 1: you're like me and you say I am not going
- 3:24Speaker 1: to allow my money to fight against my values any longer,
- 3:28Speaker 1: then switch to Patriot Mobile.
- 3:30Speaker 4: Now.
- 3:30Speaker 2: The number one reason why if you.
- 3:31Speaker 1: Don't switch, I think it's going to be really time
- 3:33Speaker 1: consuming they got to go to a store and it's
- 3:35Speaker 1: going to take hours. Technology in twenty twenty four, that's
- 3:38Speaker 1: not the case. You can switch just by making a
- 3:42Speaker 1: phone call, and it's easy.
- 3:44Speaker 2: You keep your same cell phone number.
- 3:46Speaker 1: You can keep your same cell phone or upgrade to
- 3:49Speaker 1: a new one if you want to. The second reason
- 3:52Speaker 1: why people usually don't switch is because they think they're
- 3:55Speaker 1: gonna get bad service. Well, guess what, You're gonna be
- 3:57Speaker 1: using the same exact towers you're using right now. What
- 4:01Speaker 1: does that mean The days of worrying about spotty service
- 4:04Speaker 1: are also over. You can have the same quality you
- 4:08Speaker 1: have right now without funding the left. And that is
- 4:12Speaker 1: exactly why I want you to check out Patriot Mobile.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Make the switch by calling them today. And they take
- 4:18Speaker 1: about five percent of your bill every month, that's the
- 4:21Speaker 1: best part, and they give it back to conservative causes
- 4:24Speaker 1: that support our First and our Second Amendment rights, the
- 4:26Speaker 1: rights of unborn children, and they do an awful lot
- 4:30Speaker 1: to help our wounded warriors and our military veterans. So
- 4:34Speaker 1: if you want to make a difference with every phone
- 4:36Speaker 1: call you make, switch to Patriot Mobile.
- 4:38Speaker 2: Nine seven to two. Patriot is the number.
- 4:40Speaker 1: It's nine seven to two Patriot nine seven to two
- 4:44Speaker 1: Patriot or Patriot mobile dot.
- 4:47Speaker 2: Com slash Ben.
- 4:49Speaker 1: That's Patriot mobile dot com slash Ben or nine seven
- 4:53Speaker 1: to two Patriot. All right, let's talk about what this
- 4:56Speaker 1: means with the lies that are coming out from Biden
- 5:00Speaker 1: and the House deciding to move forward. This is going
- 5:04Speaker 1: to be very significant because it could open him up
- 5:06Speaker 1: to lying under oath, which would be obviously perjury. Now,
- 5:10Speaker 1: the other question is Hunter Biden's gun charges. Former Acting
- 5:15Speaker 1: Attorney General Matthew would Occur had this to say about
- 5:20Speaker 1: the gun charges, the tax charges, and what this means
- 5:24Speaker 1: moving forward.
- 5:25Speaker 2: Take a listen.
- 5:27Speaker 5: Then there's Hunter Biden and his trial on gun charges
- 5:30Speaker 5: in Delaware set to begin June third. Special counsel David
- 5:34Speaker 5: Weiss says his laptop.
- 5:36Speaker 2: Will be used.
- 5:36Speaker 5: Quote, the defendant's laptop is real. It'll be introduced as
- 5:40Speaker 5: a trial exhibit, and it contains significant evidence of the
- 5:44Speaker 5: defendant's guilt.
- 5:45Speaker 6: What's the impact, Well, I mean, first of all, the
- 5:49Speaker 6: political impact is on the fifty one intelligence professionals that
- 5:52Speaker 6: told us this was rushing disinformation. But for the case,
- 5:56Speaker 6: it's going to demonstrate some embarrassing information. The Biden family
- 6:00Speaker 6: and Hunter Biden's long standing addiction to crack cocaine. But
- 6:05Speaker 6: if you're the prosecution, that is a key element. You
- 6:07Speaker 6: have to demonstrate that he falsely filled out the application
- 6:12Speaker 6: to purchase a gun. And you know, part of that
- 6:14Speaker 6: is that he said he was not a drug user,
- 6:16Speaker 6: and it will show around that time that he was
- 6:18Speaker 6: actively using crack cocaine. And I think that is you know,
- 6:21Speaker 6: as a former US attorney who did a lot of
- 6:22Speaker 6: these cases, this is going to be a key piece
- 6:25Speaker 6: of evidence. It's demonstrating that he was a drug user
- 6:28Speaker 6: and should have never had a gun and was illegally
- 6:31Speaker 6: possessing one.
- 6:32Speaker 5: Do you expect that he's in serious trouble or do
- 6:35Speaker 5: you think this will turn out to be a slap
- 6:37Speaker 5: on the wrist.
- 6:38Speaker 6: Well, Mike, he's in a lot more trouble than what
- 6:40Speaker 6: they tried to plead him in Delaware, you know, to
- 6:44Speaker 6: essentially probation with a misdemeanor tax charger. You know, he
- 6:48Speaker 6: has these three felony gun charges and he's also got
- 6:51Speaker 6: felony tax charges out in California. The trial is going
- 6:54Speaker 6: to come up later in the summer, so I mean
- 6:56Speaker 6: this is this is going to be significant time and
- 6:58Speaker 6: the gun charges. If convicted, will the sentence will be
- 7:02Speaker 6: considered for the tax charges, and you know, I think
- 7:04Speaker 6: it's you know, it will compound to some serious prison time, potentially.
- 7:08Speaker 5: As a former acting Attorney general, somebody representing the more
- 7:12Speaker 5: conservative viewpoint than the current administration. Does it encourage you
- 7:16Speaker 5: that these cases are going to trial against the First
- 7:20Speaker 5: family's son.
- 7:22Speaker 6: I don't think you take any encouragement or enjoyment about
- 7:26Speaker 6: seeing someone prosecuted. I think at the end of the day,
- 7:29Speaker 6: if you stand for the rule of law and you
- 7:30Speaker 6: stand for doing justice, then you know justice is blind
- 7:34Speaker 6: and you have to do.
- 7:35Speaker 2: The cases that are the priorities of the community.
- 7:37Speaker 6: And certainly when people cheat on their taxes or illegally
- 7:41Speaker 6: possessed guns, those are dangerous crimes that undermine the very
- 7:45Speaker 6: existence of our republic. And so you know, this is
- 7:47Speaker 6: not a time to celebrate Hunter Biden being prosecuted. I
- 7:50Speaker 6: think it's just a matter of that, you know, the
- 7:53Speaker 6: law it should be indifferent to whether you're powerful, whether
- 7:56Speaker 6: you're privileged. You know, it should just do the priorities
- 7:59Speaker 6: of the community and enforce the laws on the books.
- 8:01Speaker 5: Considering your legal background, what's more dangerous for Hunter Biden
- 8:05Speaker 5: the California charges or the Delaware gun charges.
- 8:09Speaker 6: Well, I think the most dangerous thing is certainly the
- 8:12Speaker 6: gun charges, but you know, the tax felonies are serious
- 8:17Speaker 6: as well. And like I was explaining earlier, you know,
- 8:19Speaker 6: the gun charges, if convicted, would then factor into the
- 8:23Speaker 6: tax sentencing if he's convicted in those charges, and so
- 8:27Speaker 6: he could end up being convicted at a higher penalty
- 8:32Speaker 6: for those tax charges than otherwise if he had not
- 8:34Speaker 6: had any criminal history before that case starts.
- 8:37Speaker 1: I think Matt is absolutely right and what he just
- 8:39Speaker 1: said there, they're trying to downplay this, and this is
- 8:42Speaker 1: much more serious even with the charges that they have
- 8:45Speaker 1: here in these two states.
- 8:47Speaker 2: The question is is he going to get special treatment.
- 8:50Speaker 1: The same way that we now know that the CIA
- 8:52Speaker 1: moved in to say, Hey, you guys can't ask questions
- 8:57Speaker 1: of his sugar. You know, Daddy, the guy who was
- 9:00Speaker 1: given them millions of dollars out in California, he's one
- 9:03Speaker 1: of ours. You can't touch him, you can't ask him questions,
- 9:06Speaker 1: you can't interview him. There are certainly shenanigans that have
- 9:09Speaker 1: already happened, and there will be more shenanigans this administration
- 9:15Speaker 1: is going to do everything they can to make sure
- 9:18Speaker 1: that the President of the United States of America is protected,
- 9:21Speaker 1: and that includes protecting his son. There's also another story
- 9:27Speaker 1: that deals with corruption in the Bidens, and that is
- 9:31Speaker 1: Joe Biden visiting his daughter in law's home ahead of
- 9:37Speaker 1: her expected testimony in the Hunter Biden trial. Now, if
- 9:42Speaker 1: this isn't witness tampering, I don't know what is. President
- 9:46Speaker 1: Biden's visit was just days before the ninth anniversary of
- 9:51Speaker 1: Bo Biden's death, and the administration was very keen to
- 9:55Speaker 1: point that out. Well, he has a right to be
- 9:58Speaker 1: able to go talk to his Who are you to
- 10:01Speaker 1: say that he cannot do that?
- 10:03Speaker 6: Right?
- 10:03Speaker 1: Like, who are you to tell the president of the
- 10:06Speaker 1: United's America he can't check on his daughter in law.
- 10:10Speaker 1: You should understand that that's the president's right now. The
- 10:15Speaker 1: cover story is absolutely brilliant, right, and so they say
- 10:19Speaker 1: a nine years ago, it's coming up close the of
- 10:21Speaker 1: course he's going to hang out. President Biden, the report says,
- 10:24Speaker 1: paid a visit to his daughter in law's home Sunday night,
- 10:27Speaker 1: days before the ninth anniversary of the death of his son,
- 10:30Speaker 1: Bo Biden, who was her husband. The President's pre visit
- 10:33Speaker 1: to Halle Biden's home also comes before she's expected to
- 10:35Speaker 1: testify as a witness in the Hunter Biden gun crime
- 10:38Speaker 1: trial next month. The first son charged with making false
- 10:41Speaker 1: statements on a federal form when purchasing a firearm in
- 10:44Speaker 1: twenty eighteen.
- 10:45Speaker 2: A source with knowledge of the October the.
- 10:48Speaker 1: Twenty third, twenty eighteen police report said the Fox News
- 10:52Speaker 1: that it indicated that Hallie, who was in a relationship
- 10:55Speaker 1: with Hunter at the time, So again she was married
- 10:57Speaker 1: to Bo Bo dies and then she starts hooking up
- 11:01Speaker 1: with his brother. She threw a gun owned by Hunter
- 11:04Speaker 1: Biden in a dumpster behind a market near a school.
- 11:10Speaker 1: She is likely to be required to testify in that
- 11:12Speaker 1: upcoming trial. A reporter for NBC News face heavy criticism
- 11:17Speaker 1: for pointing out her connection to the trial on social media.
- 11:20Speaker 1: Biden allies argue there was nothing inappropriate about the visit.
- 11:25Speaker 1: This is what it's said on social media. President Biden
- 11:28Speaker 1: tonight's stop by the home of Holle Biden is late
- 11:30Speaker 1: Sun Bo's widow. Per the White House, Halle is one
- 11:34Speaker 1: of the twelve witnesses prosecutors expect to call in the
- 11:36Speaker 1: Hunter Biden gun case in June. Now, the court in
- 11:40Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's case met for its final hearing before jury
- 11:44Speaker 1: selection begins on June third. Fox Who's had previously reported
- 11:48Speaker 1: the prosecutor's plan to use portions of his book and laptop,
- 11:51Speaker 1: including photos, to convince a jury that the first son
- 11:55Speaker 1: is guilty of making clearly a false statement are false
- 11:58Speaker 1: statements on the federal form when he purchased that revolver
- 12:01Speaker 1: in twenty eighteen while actively using narcotics. Biden has pleaded
- 12:06Speaker 1: not guilty, of course, to the charges and almost got
- 12:08Speaker 1: the sweetheart deal.
- 12:10Speaker 2: Now, the judge.
- 12:12Speaker 1: Said, the special counsel David Wyss Smith show Hunter Biden
- 12:14Speaker 1: was addicted to drugs, but not necessarily using drugs the
- 12:18Speaker 1: day he purchased the gun.
- 12:20Speaker 2: So they've already moved the.
- 12:22Speaker 1: Goalposts here to be very favorable of the President of
- 12:26Speaker 1: the United States of America's son.
- 12:28Speaker 2: That is not what the law actually reads.
- 12:30Speaker 1: Just so you know, and court documents, Hunter Biden's defense
- 12:34Speaker 1: attorneys asked the court to block certain salacious details of
- 12:37Speaker 1: his life from being shown to the jury to avoid
- 12:40Speaker 1: quote significant risks of unfair prejudice against their client, and
- 12:44Speaker 1: what is called a motion to limit Hunter Biden asked
- 12:48Speaker 1: the court to exclude references to the child support proceedings
- 12:52Speaker 1: in Arkansas and references to his discharge from the Navy.
- 12:56Speaker 1: This is in reference to the child he fathered out
- 12:59Speaker 1: of whatlockeed the next stripper whose daughter is President Biden's grandchild.
- 13:03Speaker 1: But they wouldn't even allow to have the last name Biden. Yeah,
- 13:07Speaker 1: that was part of the deal. Acknowledging that some of
- 13:10Speaker 1: the evidence prosecutors wish to bring forward may be relevant
- 13:13Speaker 1: to the case, including purported drug purchases ATM withdrawals and
- 13:17Speaker 1: the purchase of the Revolver, Hunter Biden's lawyer said other
- 13:20Speaker 1: details like reverences to money allegedly spend on adult entertainment
- 13:24Speaker 1: online chat rooms or escort services, are quote unquote not
- 13:28Speaker 1: relevant to the charges and or the case. I'm sure
- 13:31Speaker 1: that's exactly what he believes when it comes to this issue.
- 13:35Speaker 2: I will tell you this.
- 13:37Speaker 1: You're about to see the two tiers of justice in
- 13:41Speaker 1: this country on full display, the abusive power of the
- 13:45Speaker 1: case against Hunter Biden in New York by that extremist
- 13:49Speaker 1: judge in New York City, a judge that gave money
- 13:52Speaker 1: to literally the Biden family, no joke. He was a
- 13:55Speaker 1: donor to Biden's campaign and a hardcore lefty. The Biden
- 14:00Speaker 1: crime family right now is a family that understands that
- 14:06Speaker 1: everybody in the deep state is protecting them, whether it
- 14:10Speaker 1: is the CIA saying no, no, no, this guy, you
- 14:12Speaker 1: guys want to interview that's been giving all this money
- 14:14Speaker 1: our son. Yeah, he's an asset of ours. You can't
- 14:16Speaker 1: talk to him, you can't interview him. You've got to
- 14:20Speaker 1: leave him alone. That's what just happened. Guy randomly gives
- 14:25Speaker 1: her five million dollars, none of it due, by the way,
- 14:27Speaker 1: in reimbursements until after this election coming up. Don't you
- 14:30Speaker 1: think that's not on purpose? Like, come on, I'm not
- 14:32Speaker 1: an idiot. Anyone can connect those basic dots. They're not
- 14:37Speaker 1: hard to connect. And then you see the CIA. Oh yeah,
- 14:41Speaker 1: the guy you need to talk to Yep, No, he's
- 14:42Speaker 1: one of ours. He's some sort of informant. Can't touch him,
- 14:46Speaker 1: can't ask questions. You've got to just shut up. This
- 14:49Speaker 1: whole thing is stacked in favor of the President of
- 14:53Speaker 1: the United States America. Meanwhile, you have a president and
- 14:56Speaker 1: Donald Trump who's tied up in this egregious court case.
- 15:00Speaker 2: Egregious court case. In New York, who.
- 15:04Speaker 1: Is now apparently Secret Services having real conversations about if
- 15:07Speaker 1: he does go to jail, what that's gonna look like.
- 15:12Speaker 1: And you got to sit there and scratch your head
- 15:14Speaker 1: and go, are we really just having this moment?
- 15:17Speaker 2: Is this actually happening? President Trump?
- 15:20Speaker 1: He also came out and he had this to say
- 15:23Speaker 1: about what's happening against him.
- 15:25Speaker 7: Maybe no mistake about it. Right here, he goes home
- 15:29Speaker 7: crook at Joe Biden, the worst president in the issue
- 15:33Speaker 7: of our country is destroying our battery. The strunury is
- 15:35Speaker 7: being destroyed rapidly and slowly.
- 15:38Speaker 2: Rapid are the borders.
- 15:41Speaker 7: On energy, on inflation, on everything you get in Afghanistan
- 15:45Speaker 7: and removal everything about what he's done. He's destroying our
- 15:49Speaker 7: pactrier and he's also destroying it with weaponization. And this
- 15:53Speaker 7: is purely his weaponization.
- 15:56Speaker 2: See who's in the quarter room.
- 15:57Speaker 7: You go just to see who's in the joy room.
- 16:00Speaker 7: You'll see and you'll see where they come from. As
- 16:02Speaker 7: you reported accurately, a lot of people are going to
- 16:06Speaker 7: be very upset. But this is all election hunting, election interferior.
- 16:12Speaker 7: It's going after Joe Biden's political opponent because he can't
- 16:16Speaker 7: do it himself and they're helping out and we have
- 16:19Speaker 7: a judgements highly conflicted. He happens to be corrupt.
- 16:24Speaker 2: The stirs confliction.
- 16:25Speaker 7: It's the worst than anybody seeing, nobody to understand anything
- 16:30Speaker 7: like it. They can't even be the prospect of an impropriety.
- 16:36Speaker 2: That the shame.
- 16:37Speaker 7: Wall Street Journal indorial for today. Alfin Bragg hasn't proved
- 16:40Speaker 7: this case of the drum drug the evidence judge why
- 16:43Speaker 7: the jockeys should never have been rout After twenty days
- 16:47Speaker 7: in court and a trial transcript of four thousand agers,
- 16:51Speaker 7: the missing piece is still the missing piece.
- 16:54Speaker 2: There is no crime. Wall Street Journal Johnathan Durley has lasted.
- 16:59Speaker 7: Closing paged by the lawyers is to use a physical
- 17:02Speaker 7: objec if like a three legged stool. If any three
- 17:05Speaker 7: legged stool is missing and any leg is missing, the
- 17:08Speaker 7: stool absolutely collapses. Even a cursory review of the evidence
- 17:13Speaker 7: shows that this case does not have a lake to
- 17:17Speaker 7: stand on. And this is a case without a lake
- 17:20Speaker 7: to stand on. This is Johnathan Generald, the case of
- 17:24Speaker 7: the end up should end it a very strong got guilty,
- 17:28Speaker 7: not guilty. I don't know these people, but they're great
- 17:32Speaker 7: legal scholars. Gregg Jared. Every defendant has the fundamental right
- 17:37Speaker 7: to be informed of the nature of the cause of
- 17:40Speaker 7: the accusation against him. But Bragg never abided by that
- 17:44Speaker 7: constitutional guarantee. Even worse, Mercian let him get away with it.
- 17:49Speaker 7: He let breg get away with a trial that Greg
- 17:52Speaker 7: didn't want to put and he should have done it
- 17:54Speaker 7: seven years ago. If they were going to do it,
- 17:56Speaker 7: they should have brought this case seven years ago, not
- 17:58Speaker 7: in the middle of my presidential election where I'm leading
- 18:01Speaker 7: by a lot, fighting by a lot. They brought it
- 18:04Speaker 7: right in the middle of the election. Hopefully it doesn't
- 18:06Speaker 7: work out for them the same way allowing the local
- 18:09Speaker 7: court to be misused to enforce the federal law over
- 18:13Speaker 7: which he has no authority or ifuristiction. They have a
- 18:16Speaker 7: federal law which they used to but they have absolutely
- 18:18Speaker 7: no authority.
- 18:19Speaker 2: And under the federal law, I did nothing wrong.
- 18:22Speaker 7: Andy regard the former FEC Commission of Bradley Smith, that's
- 18:26Speaker 7: the expert that they wouldn't go allow me to use
- 18:28Speaker 7: the number one in the country FC Commission of Bradley
- 18:31Speaker 7: Smith's testimony.
- 18:32Speaker 2: Would have established it.
- 18:34Speaker 7: Trump cannot have hopeful willfully violated FICA. That's federal election
- 18:40Speaker 7: campaign at because Indias are not campaigned expenditures. You know,
- 18:44Speaker 7: if there's nothing wrong with it, indianasid all the time
- 18:46Speaker 7: by many many companies. They signed a literally on an
- 18:50Speaker 7: hourly basis.
- 18:52Speaker 2: Because the NDAH did.
- 18:53Speaker 7: Not have then it says Trump did not have a
- 18:56Speaker 7: FECA legal duty with respect to them.
- 18:59Speaker 2: He could not have eventually legal dude.
- 19:05Speaker 7: In other words, he's in mark LEMD.
- 19:07Speaker 2: The same thing the breakas is about Lafay run them up.
- 19:11Speaker 7: I guess if I'm a president running again for presidents
- 19:13Speaker 7: also represents the greatest effort to interfere with and steal
- 19:18Speaker 7: an election.
- 19:19Speaker 1: He's right, by the way, as he said the very beginning,
- 19:22Speaker 1: make no mistake about it. I'm here because of Crooked
- 19:26Speaker 1: Joe Biden. Let me also say one final thing about this.
- 19:31Speaker 1: Like people have been saying, what what do you do?
- 19:33Speaker 1: I'm not kidding when I say this, I really mean it.
- 19:35Speaker 1: Like you need to be praying for those jurors that
- 19:41Speaker 1: they it clicks with any one of them and they
- 19:45Speaker 1: understand it, that they understand what this is, that they
- 19:49Speaker 1: understand this is political warfare. They understand this is what
- 19:52Speaker 1: they do in third world countries or dictators and tyrants,
- 19:55Speaker 1: that this is not what we do in the United
- 19:57Speaker 1: States of America.
- 19:58Speaker 2: We don't.
- 19:58Speaker 1: We don't go to war or with our political opponents
- 20:01Speaker 1: and try to lock them up or bankrupt them or
- 20:04Speaker 1: take their property or whatever it may be that the
- 20:06Speaker 1: Democrats are trying to do. In all these court cases
- 20:08Speaker 1: against Donald Trump, it just takes one. It takes one juror,
- 20:14Speaker 1: and I don't care if you're a liberal Democrat. We
- 20:17Speaker 1: should be praying that those jurors, at least one of them,
- 20:21Speaker 1: will clearly see what is happening in this court and
- 20:24Speaker 1: see what happened with Michael Cohen for.
- 20:26Speaker 7: What it is.
- 20:27Speaker 1: This guy is a convicted fraudster, a liar, a man
- 20:30Speaker 1: that admitted under the stand yes, I'm a man that
- 20:33Speaker 1: stole from the Trump organization.
- 20:36Speaker 2: That is what we need in this trial. And everyone
- 20:41Speaker 2: should be praying exactly that.
- 20:44Speaker 6: Now.
- 20:45Speaker 1: There is something else that I need to get on
- 20:47Speaker 1: your radar screen that is making zero news right now,
- 20:51Speaker 1: and it's something that you need to be paying attention to.
- 20:54Speaker 2: And it's what is happening right now in California.
- 20:56Speaker 1: And I'm telling you this because usually when it happens
- 20:59Speaker 1: in California, it starts to spread across the country. California
- 21:05Speaker 1: Senate has just passed a ban on notifying parents of
- 21:12Speaker 1: child gender transitions. The California Senate passed a bill that
- 21:20Speaker 1: essentially bans notifying parents of child gender transition a biological impossibility. Nonetheless,
- 21:28Speaker 1: they are doing it in California. And this biological impossibility,
- 21:34Speaker 1: which coincides with Governor Newsom's apparent belief that parents do
- 21:38Speaker 1: not have the actual right to know if their child
- 21:42Speaker 1: is quote unquote transitioning. The lawmakers considered the legislation AB
- 21:49Speaker 1: nineteen fifty five support academic.
- 21:52Speaker 2: Futures and educators for Today's Youth Act.
- 21:55Speaker 1: That's that's how they disguise this as like, Hey, nothing
- 21:58Speaker 1: to see here, nothing to repat, hoard on here, everything's fine.
- 22:02Speaker 1: Something that would protect the forced outing is what it's
- 22:07Speaker 1: written with what's written in the bill of a child
- 22:10Speaker 1: to his or her parents. According to a summary of
- 22:13Speaker 1: the bill, this bill quote would prohibit school districts, county
- 22:18Speaker 1: Offices of Education, charter schools, and the state special schools,
- 22:24Speaker 1: and a member of the governing board or body of
- 22:27Speaker 1: those educational entities from an acting or enforcing any policy, rule,
- 22:34Speaker 1: or administrative regulation that requires an employee or a contractor
- 22:40Speaker 1: to disclose any information related to a pupil's sexual orientation,
- 22:45Speaker 1: gender identity, or gender expression to any other person without
- 22:51Speaker 1: the pupil's consent, unless otherwise required by law. As provided,
- 22:56Speaker 1: the bill would prohibit employees or contract of those educational
- 23:01Speaker 1: endities from being required to make such a disclosure unless
- 23:03Speaker 1: otherwise required by law as provided, and then says the
- 23:07Speaker 1: bill would provide employees or contractors of school districts, county
- 23:11Speaker 1: Offices of education, charter schools, or the state special schools.
- 23:16Speaker 2: Or members of the governing board or.
- 23:18Speaker 1: Bodies of those educational entities from retaliating or taking adverse
- 23:23Speaker 1: action against an employee on the basis that the employee
- 23:26Speaker 1: supported a pupil and exercising of specific rights, work activities,
- 23:33Speaker 1: or providing certain instructions as provided. In other words, you
- 23:37Speaker 1: can recruit a child to transition, You can advocate for
- 23:40Speaker 1: the child transitioning. You can help the child go through
- 23:44Speaker 1: the transition. You can start setting up meetings or doctors
- 23:48Speaker 1: or putting any ideas in a kid's head about transitioning.
- 23:51Speaker 1: And you and you, by law now can hide it
- 23:54Speaker 1: deliberately from a parent or parents, And no one can get.
- 23:59Speaker 2: You in trouble for doing it.
- 24:01Speaker 1: That is what this clearly states now and in California,
- 24:05Speaker 1: what they're saying is you, as a parent, do not
- 24:09Speaker 1: have the right to know if your child is transitioning,
- 24:14Speaker 1: and the school district has a right to hide it
- 24:17Speaker 1: from you. That is what this says very clearly, full stop. Okay,
- 24:24Speaker 1: this is a Your child is actually not your child.
- 24:31Speaker 1: You may think that it's your child, You may think
- 24:33Speaker 1: that you have parental rights over that child, you really don't.
- 24:39Speaker 2: We as a state have the rights over your child.
- 24:45Speaker 2: We as a.
- 24:45Speaker 1: State are the one that can decide what can happen
- 24:49Speaker 1: with your child. And that's the part that you need
- 24:52Speaker 1: to understand, is that your child is the state's first,
- 24:57Speaker 1: and then it's sort of yours, but only if we
- 24:59Speaker 1: decide what that means or what that is. That is
- 25:03Speaker 1: the only time that it's really actually yours. Now in California.
- 25:10Speaker 1: The reason why I want you to understand this is
- 25:13Speaker 1: because they're going to move this now to other states.
- 25:16Speaker 1: Another way of putting it is, parents, you're going to
- 25:19Speaker 1: be left in the dark as the legislation states quote
- 25:23Speaker 1: policies that forcibly out a pupils or pupils without their consent.
- 25:29Speaker 1: Remove opportunities for the LGBTQ plus young people and their
- 25:36Speaker 1: families to build trust and have these conversations when they
- 25:39Speaker 1: are ready quote unquote. Further background from the California Legislative
- 25:44Speaker 1: LGBTQ Caucus also asserts that the bill is quote about
- 25:48Speaker 1: privacy for children, holding that the right of transgender students
- 25:53Speaker 1: to keep their gender identity private is grounded in California's
- 25:57Speaker 1: anti discrimination laws as as well as federal and state laws. Courts,
- 26:03Speaker 1: they say, quote have affirm that students have a right
- 26:05Speaker 1: to keep personal information private that would include from their parents.
- 26:10Speaker 1: Despite this, the growing number of school boards have continued
- 26:12Speaker 1: to propose forcing outing policies.
- 26:15Speaker 2: The law then continues.
- 26:17Speaker 1: They say this coincides with Governor Nusman's position, as he
- 26:21Speaker 1: has openly dismissed parents' rights and concerns. How about California's
- 26:27Speaker 1: policies that prevent schools from notifying parents when their children
- 26:32Speaker 1: indicate a desire to switch genders and he says no. Now,
- 26:38Speaker 1: in twenty twenty three, California became a quote sanctuary state,
- 26:43Speaker 1: as they described it, for transgender tourism. Now, what is
- 26:48Speaker 1: transgender tourism. It's where children are seeking surgery in the
- 26:53Speaker 1: drugs to then take on the characteristics of the opposite sex.
- 26:59Speaker 1: And so now they're trafficking in what is very lucrative
- 27:04Speaker 1: transgender tourism. So you're a parent from another state, you
- 27:09Speaker 1: want to get this done chemical crastration.
- 27:11Speaker 2: The list goes on and on.
- 27:13Speaker 1: The hormone blockers, right, it's a long list, and you
- 27:16Speaker 1: can then go to California, and California says, come here,
- 27:20Speaker 1: we'll work with you.
- 27:22Speaker 2: Something else you need to understand.
- 27:24Speaker 1: Vanderbilt, the University of Vanderbilt Hospital was actually outed gosh,
- 27:28Speaker 1: I don't know, a couple of years ago in videos
- 27:31Speaker 1: that went viral. Matt Walsh put them out and he
- 27:35Speaker 1: did an amazing job exposing this, and they were basically saying, hey,
- 27:39Speaker 1: you need to get as many kids to transition as
- 27:42Speaker 1: possible because it's really good business financially. Financially these kids,
- 27:50Speaker 1: every kid that transition is going to be on all
- 27:53Speaker 1: sorts of medication for life, that's number one. And with
- 27:58Speaker 1: all the medication that they're going to be on for life,
- 28:03Speaker 1: one of the things that you need to understand is
- 28:06Speaker 1: that then you own that child medically and also financially,
- 28:11Speaker 1: a lot of this is not going to be covered
- 28:12Speaker 1: by insurance, so it's gonna be a lot of cash
- 28:14Speaker 1: pay they also said, which is extremely lucrative. And these
- 28:17Speaker 1: kids are worth when you start transitioning them, whether it's
- 28:21Speaker 1: puberty blockers on down, hundreds of thousands, if not well
- 28:25Speaker 1: over a million dollars. Okay, I want you to think
- 28:29Speaker 1: about that amount of cash. So they're not saying, hey,
- 28:32Speaker 1: this is good for the kids. They're saying this is
- 28:34Speaker 1: good for the pocket books. Now, once they were exposed
- 28:40Speaker 1: for this being their mentality, Okay, what happened was this
- 28:45Speaker 1: the legislature in Tennessee came down very heavy and made
- 28:49Speaker 1: it clear you can't do this anymore, and they took
- 28:52Speaker 1: the videos offline. At Vanderbilt, they were trying to hide this.
- 28:55Speaker 1: It was it was too late, it was already exposed.
- 28:59Speaker 1: We have to make sure we understand what's going on
- 29:01Speaker 1: in the medical community and the political medical community, because
- 29:04Speaker 1: whether it's Vanderbilt right in a very conservative state of Tennessee,
- 29:08Speaker 1: these radicals are making it happen and getting it done,
- 29:12Speaker 1: and they're doing it for one main reason.
- 29:14Speaker 2: The money is incredible.
- 29:16Speaker 1: You are doing something that your body is not meant
- 29:19Speaker 1: to do, and therefore you need countless number of surgeries,
- 29:25Speaker 1: medical attention, medical care, and constant, constant medicines needed to
- 29:32Speaker 1: try to fight your body because your body knows if
- 29:34Speaker 1: you're a man or a woman. And that's expensive and
- 29:39Speaker 1: they love that it's expensive because they get rich off
- 29:43Speaker 1: of destroying these kids' lives. I'm going to keep you
- 29:47Speaker 1: update on this story. Make sure you share this podcast
- 29:49Speaker 1: wherever you can with your family and your friends on
- 29:52Speaker 1: social media or text it to them, and I'll see
- 29:54Speaker 1: you back here tomorrow
