- 0:00Speaker 1: Not a light bill.
- 0:01Speaker 2: I thought he was a great senator, but he made
- 0:03Speaker 2: the political decision he tried to. He voted to impeach
- 0:06Speaker 2: pros Trump, which would have ruined his political life. He
- 0:09Speaker 2: could never run for office again. Mass Season on the
- 0:13Speaker 2: ballot Tuesday. He votes against Trump all the time. What's
- 0:15Speaker 2: the headline? Trump strong? Those who try to destroy Trump politically,
- 0:20Speaker 2: stand in the way of his gender are gonna lose.
- 0:23Speaker 3: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben ferguson.
- 0:26Speaker 4: Good Monday morning. Nice to have you with us on
- 0:28Speaker 4: the forty seven Morning Updated. We've got two major stories
- 0:31Speaker 4: for you. First up, Kamala Harris declaring war on the
- 0:36Speaker 4: foundations of this country. She wants to go after the
- 0:40Speaker 4: Supreme Court, our Constitution, and even the Bill of Rights,
- 0:44Speaker 4: and she says, you're just elect Democrats. They're gonna change
- 0:48Speaker 4: this whole country fundamentally. Also, you may be shocked to
- 0:53Speaker 4: find out than in a county very close to Washington,
- 0:56Speaker 4: d C. More than fifty percent of all the murders
- 1:00Speaker 4: this year have been done at the hands of illegal immigrants.
- 1:04Speaker 4: How did we even get to that point. We'll break
- 1:06Speaker 4: it down for you, but first let me tell you
- 1:08Speaker 4: about Patriot Mobile. America is entering the two hundred and
- 1:12Speaker 4: fiftieth year, and the direction of this country is being
- 1:15Speaker 4: decided right now in our culture and our economy, and
- 1:18Speaker 4: who we choose to support matters more than ever. Most
- 1:22Speaker 4: wireless companies don't care who you are or what you believe.
- 1:27Speaker 4: They just want your money. Patriot Mobile they're different. For
- 1:30Speaker 4: more than twelve years, they've stood with Americans who believe
- 1:33Speaker 4: freedom is worth defending, funding the Christian Conservative movement when
- 1:38Speaker 4: others stay silent. That's what they do. So here's the deal.
- 1:42Speaker 4: You don't have to give up quality or service when
- 1:44Speaker 4: you switch to Patriot Mobile. They deliver premium priority access
- 1:49Speaker 4: on all three major US networks, so you'll get the
- 1:53Speaker 4: same or better coverage than you have today. Think switching
- 1:57Speaker 4: as a hassle, It isn't anymore in twenty twenty. You
- 2:00Speaker 4: keep your number, keep your phone, or upgrade, and their
- 2:04Speaker 4: one hundred percent US based support team can activate you
- 2:07Speaker 4: in minutes still paying off a device. Patriot Mobile even
- 2:11Speaker 4: offers a contract buyout. This is a defining year. We
- 2:15Speaker 4: must work together to save our country. So go to
- 2:19Speaker 4: Patriotmobile dot com, slash ben forty seven or call ninety
- 2:24Speaker 4: seven to Patriot and if you use the promo code
- 2:27Speaker 4: BEN forty seven you'll get a free month of service.
- 2:30Speaker 4: That's Patriotmobile dot com. Slash ben forty seven or nine
- 2:35Speaker 4: seven to Patriot and switch today. It's a forty seven
- 2:39Speaker 4: morning update and it starts right now.
- 2:41Speaker 3: Story number one.
- 2:43Speaker 4: Democrats, if you listen carefully, will always tell you exactly
- 2:48Speaker 4: what their plan is now. In the olden days, Barack
- 2:51Speaker 4: Obama didn't actually tell you he was a socialist. He
- 2:54Speaker 4: just said that we wanted hope and change, and he
- 2:57Speaker 4: would dress it up in a different way. Bill Clinton,
- 2:59Speaker 4: for example, didn't tell you that he wanted there to
- 3:02Speaker 4: be massive expansion of government. Instead, he said that we
- 3:05Speaker 4: needed to make government smaller but also take care of
- 3:09Speaker 4: the poor. Translation, a massive increase in the number of
- 3:12Speaker 4: people on food stamps and government aid. But in twenty
- 3:16Speaker 4: twenty six, the Democratic Party is no longer holding back
- 3:20Speaker 4: how much disdain they have for the government of the
- 3:24Speaker 4: United States of America, which oddly enough, they are a
- 3:26Speaker 4: part of. They don't like that the government has checks
- 3:29Speaker 4: and balances. They don't like that the government has different
- 3:33Speaker 4: branches in it that they cannot control. That actually keeps
- 3:37Speaker 4: other individuals in our government in check. In other words,
- 3:41Speaker 4: they don't like it when they're told no. And so
- 3:45Speaker 4: when they are told no, they now are saying what
- 3:48Speaker 4: they really believe out loud that when they don't get
- 3:52Speaker 4: their way, they want to destroy and completely alter and
- 3:55Speaker 4: change the United States of America's government. That would also
- 3:59Speaker 4: mean that you would get rid of our constitution, you
- 4:03Speaker 4: would get rid of our Bill of Rights, you would
- 4:05Speaker 4: get rid of anything that actually stands in their way
- 4:08Speaker 4: of power. Now, Kamala Harris is dressing it up, saying
- 4:12Speaker 4: it a little bit differently, saying that we need to
- 4:14Speaker 4: have big and bold conversations and have these strategy thinking sessions.
- 4:20Speaker 4: But I want you to listen to what she actually said.
- 4:22Speaker 4: Now this was put out online, and I want you
- 4:25Speaker 4: to listen to Kamala Harris talk about destroying our government
- 4:29Speaker 4: all because Donald Trump and other conservatives have been elected
- 4:34Speaker 4: and they don't like it.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Say, look, this is a moment where there are no
- 4:38Speaker 1: bad ideas, no bad idea brainstorm is what I'd like
- 4:41Speaker 1: to call it. And in that no bad ideas brainstorm,
- 4:45Speaker 1: we talk about what we need to do and think
- 4:48Speaker 1: about doing around the electoral College. We talk about the
- 4:52Speaker 1: idea of Supreme Court reform, which includes expanding the Supreme Court.
- 4:57Speaker 1: We invite a conversation about multi members districts. We talk
- 5:02Speaker 1: about what look that if we win the Senate, which
- 5:05Speaker 1: we should and we will, then the Senate Judiciary Committee
- 5:09Speaker 1: should have rules that they put in place so when
- 5:12Speaker 1: these people come before as nominees to the Supreme Court
- 5:16Speaker 1: and lie, that they are held to account and consequence,
- 5:21Speaker 1: not just that somebody goes on cable news and says
- 5:23Speaker 1: they lie, but that there are rules in place to
- 5:26Speaker 1: actually penalize people for lying to a Senate Judiciary committee.
- 5:31Speaker 4: Now let's just pause there. Let's go through the list
- 5:34Speaker 4: of people that we know have lied to Congress. Guy
- 5:37Speaker 4: by the name of Anthony Fauci, former FBI director, James Comy,
- 5:41Speaker 4: former CIA director John Brennan, the list, James Clapper, The
- 5:45Speaker 4: list goes on and on of individuals that have lied
- 5:49Speaker 4: before Congress. Now, they have not been held accountable for
- 5:52Speaker 4: their lies, whether it's dealing with COVID, whether it's Majorcist
- 5:56Speaker 4: lying to Congress saying the border is secure when he
- 5:59Speaker 4: knew that there were millions of people coming across the
- 6:02Speaker 4: border illegally. The number of people that Kamala Harris in
- 6:06Speaker 4: her party that have lied to Congress, the Steele dossier,
- 6:09Speaker 4: Russian collusion, the impeachment of Donald Trump one and two.
- 6:14Speaker 4: Adam Schiff is a great example. These are all individuals
- 6:19Speaker 4: that have gone before Congress and that have lied before that.
- 6:23Speaker 4: She says, we need to be held accountable. But to
- 6:25Speaker 4: be clear, she's not saying they need to be held accountable.
- 6:27Speaker 4: She's saying, we want to accuse any Republican that disagree
- 6:32Speaker 4: with that comes before Congress of lying to Congress, and
- 6:34Speaker 4: then we can silence them. There was also something else
- 6:37Speaker 4: she said that was very interesting. She said, we need
- 6:39Speaker 4: to talk about the electoral college translation, get rid of it.
- 6:42Speaker 4: Why because she wants the presidency to be picked by California,
- 6:47Speaker 4: by la by New York, by Chicago. She doesn't want
- 6:51Speaker 4: states like North Dakota, South Dakota, or many of the
- 6:54Speaker 4: Southern states like Arkansas, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina to
- 6:58Speaker 4: have power. She certainly does in which states like Iowa
- 7:01Speaker 4: New Hampshire to have any power who the President of
- 7:04Speaker 4: the United States of America actually is. She wants to
- 7:08Speaker 4: change it all so that liberal cities will control who
- 7:12Speaker 4: the president is every presidential election cycle. She wants the
- 7:17Speaker 4: presidency to come down to where if you're a Democrat,
- 7:20Speaker 4: you only really have to campaign in five or six cities,
- 7:23Speaker 4: not even states, just five or six cities in America
- 7:27Speaker 4: because the population is soedents there you can just win
- 7:29Speaker 4: election by getting the majority of those people to vote
- 7:32Speaker 4: for you. She wants to have the majority of the
- 7:35Speaker 4: country befly over country. But she's not done there. And
- 7:38Speaker 4: this is again all because Donald Trump was elected president
- 7:42Speaker 4: and she hates the majority of American voters in this
- 7:44Speaker 4: last election. Keep listening to her radical ideas.
- 7:49Speaker 1: That we agree that it is right to have ethics
- 7:52Speaker 1: rules for Supreme Court justices, and let's put those in place.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Let's talk about statehood for Puerto Rico d These are
- 8:01Speaker 1: the things I think that we've got to do. We've
- 8:03Speaker 1: got to neutralize these red states from cheating, including blue
- 8:09Speaker 1: states expanding their maps, and all of this I think is, Look,
- 8:14Speaker 1: we gotta fight fire with fire. These folks are playing
- 8:17Speaker 1: to win. We gotta play to win.
- 8:18Speaker 4: We've got to fight fire with fire. We have to
- 8:21Speaker 4: play to win. Now. These are the words of an
- 8:24Speaker 4: individual who knows that President Trump has had multiple assassination
- 8:28Speaker 4: attempts against him. She doesn't care. She wants to incite
- 8:31Speaker 4: that type of anger and violence. But you also notice
- 8:34Speaker 4: what she said about she wants her to be two
- 8:36Speaker 4: senators from Washington, d C. And two senators from Puerto
- 8:39Speaker 4: Rico because she believes it easily and based on the makeup,
- 8:44Speaker 4: Washington d C. Would immediately elect two Democratic centers, and
- 8:48Speaker 4: she believes that Puerto Rico they could probably do a
- 8:50Speaker 4: very good job there and get at least maybe one,
- 8:53Speaker 4: if not two of those sinners to go for the
- 8:55Speaker 4: Democrats as well. And she very well may be right.
- 8:58Speaker 4: But you notice what she's talking about here, it's about
- 9:01Speaker 4: stacking the deck. And by the way, you notice she
- 9:04Speaker 4: mentioned in there she would like to redo how we
- 9:07Speaker 4: do the Supreme Court. Why would she want to redo
- 9:11Speaker 4: how we do the Supreme Court. It's a very simple answer.
- 9:16Speaker 4: She wants to redo the Supreme Court. Every time they
- 9:19Speaker 4: give her a ruling that she doesn't like, she wants
- 9:21Speaker 4: to go after and attack those Supreme Court justice and
- 9:24Speaker 4: maybe get them kicked off the court. And if that
- 9:26Speaker 4: is not enough, then she wants to pack the court.
- 9:29Speaker 4: And every time she needs to make it bigger, then
- 9:32Speaker 4: they would just make it bigger. And every time that
- 9:36Speaker 4: the Supreme Court needs to get even bigger to give
- 9:39Speaker 4: them what they want, they just want it to get
- 9:41Speaker 4: bigger again. So no longer would it be nine. It
- 9:44Speaker 4: could be fifteen, and it can be twenty one, then
- 9:45Speaker 4: it can be twenty nine, then it can be thirty five.
- 9:48Speaker 4: Where would it stop. As long as they have power,
- 9:51Speaker 4: that's all they really want is more of the power.
- 9:55Speaker 4: So this is the Democratic Party. They're saying it out loud.
- 9:59Speaker 4: Believe them when they tell you this is what they believe.
- 10:05Speaker 4: Believe them when they tell you that they want to
- 10:08Speaker 4: destroy this country, because Kamala Harris just laid out their
- 10:11Speaker 4: entire game plan.
- 10:13Speaker 3: Now story number two.
- 10:14Speaker 4: According to statements tied to the Department of Homeland Security,
- 10:18Speaker 4: illegal aliens are responsible for roughly half I'm gonna say again,
- 10:23Speaker 4: roughly half of all the murders this year in Fairfax County, Virginia.
- 10:29Speaker 4: Now that is one of the wealthiest and most politically
- 10:32Speaker 4: powerful counties in America. It's in essence, a suburb of Washington,
- 10:37Speaker 4: d C. We're not talking about some struggling border town
- 10:40Speaker 4: overwhelmed overnight by cartel violence. We're talking about Fairfax County,
- 10:45Speaker 4: an affluent liberal county in Virginia that neighbors Washington, d C.
- 10:51Speaker 4: This is home to federal contractors, intelligence officials, lawyers, diplomats,
- 10:56Speaker 4: tech executives, and some of the highest medium household incomes
- 11:00Speaker 4: in all of the United States of America. This is
- 11:03Speaker 4: the affluent northern Virginia suburb. This is the backyard of
- 11:08Speaker 4: our federal government itself. And now this country has become
- 11:11Speaker 4: the center of a bigger problem for Democrats, and that
- 11:16Speaker 4: is how did they even get to this point. You've
- 11:18Speaker 4: got a major, growing national firestorm over legal immigration, over
- 11:23Speaker 4: violent crime, over sanctuary city and sanctuary policies, and whether
- 11:27Speaker 4: political leaders are deliberately ignoring repeated warnings until innocent Americans
- 11:32Speaker 4: end up dead. Now, the controversy exploded after the Department
- 11:36Speaker 4: of Owned Security officials told the truths They highlighted murder
- 11:40Speaker 4: cases involving illegal immigrants in Fairfax County during a heated
- 11:44Speaker 4: house hearing this week. And that is when the new
- 11:47Speaker 4: head of the Department of Owned Security, Mark Wayne Mullen,
- 11:50Speaker 4: came out to tell the American people exactly what's going on.
- 11:54Speaker 5: Roughly fifty percent of the murders in Fairfax Virginia. The
- 11:58Speaker 5: purpose are illegal should even be in the country. To
- 12:00Speaker 5: the US, we have, you know, politicians that want to
- 12:03Speaker 5: protect the criminals. President Trump is still protecting all our neighborhoods.
- 12:07Speaker 4: You listen to him saying that they're they're protecting all neighborhoods.
- 12:11Speaker 4: How is it even possible that you can have fifty
- 12:14Speaker 4: percent of murders in Fairfax County, nowhere close to the border,
- 12:19Speaker 4: happen and be killed Americans be killed by illegal immigrants now,
- 12:23Speaker 4: according to DHS link figures cited during the debate, not
- 12:27Speaker 4: only is that one of the biggest problems, but they
- 12:29Speaker 4: also say in some cases, officials reference it being even higher,
- 12:33Speaker 4: as as seventy five percent of the murders in Fairfax
- 12:36Speaker 4: County so far this year. Those numbers are being debated,
- 12:40Speaker 4: of course politically now, regardless of where you stand on
- 12:44Speaker 4: this issue, the individual cases now drawing national attention are horrifying.
- 12:49Speaker 4: One of the most shocking involved in an a legal
- 12:51Speaker 4: immigrant from Sierra Leone who was accused of brutally murdering
- 12:54Speaker 4: a forty one year old seventy mentor at a Fairfax
- 12:58Speaker 4: County bus stop earlier this year. The details should infuriate everyone.
- 13:03Speaker 4: According to the reports, the girl had been or the man,
- 13:06Speaker 4: I should say, the illegal immigrant had been arrested roughly
- 13:09Speaker 4: thirty times before the murder. Let me say that again,
- 13:13Speaker 4: thirty times, thirty encounters with the justice system with law
- 13:17Speaker 4: enforcement charges ranging from assault to wounding and other violent allegations.
- 13:24Speaker 4: And yet somehow that illegal immigrant remained on the streets
- 13:27Speaker 4: because the sanctuary city policies in Virginia. Federal immigration authorities
- 13:31Speaker 4: had reportedly logged detainers against him earlier in the year.
- 13:36Speaker 4: Police repeatedly warned prosecutors that he was a major dangerous
- 13:40Speaker 4: society and still, according to the reporting, he was not
- 13:44Speaker 4: removed from the country and allowed back on the streets.
- 13:47Speaker 4: Then came the deadly stabbing that shocked the community, and
- 13:50Speaker 4: many Americans are asking the very simple question, how does
- 13:53Speaker 4: someone get arrested thirty times and remain free in the
- 13:56Speaker 4: United States of America even if you're not an illegal immigrant?
- 14:00Speaker 4: Question is now the center of this massive political and
- 14:02Speaker 4: legal battle that's unfolding in northern Virginia. Now Fairfax County
- 14:06Speaker 4: Commonwealth Attorney is a progressive prosecutor backed you guessed it
- 14:11Speaker 4: by George Soros and the left wing criminal justice reform movements.
- 14:15Speaker 4: He's now under federal investigation by the Department of Justice
- 14:19Speaker 4: over allegations that his office may have been giving preferential
- 14:23Speaker 4: treatment deliberately to illegal immigrant defendants. In other words, the
- 14:28Speaker 4: system was going harder on American citizens and looking the
- 14:31Speaker 4: other way when they caught in illegal In one case,
- 14:34Speaker 4: in particular, two illegal immigrant defendants accused in Fairfax County
- 14:39Speaker 4: of murder, they received plea agreements that resulted only five
- 14:43Speaker 4: years behind bars, despite facing much deeper potential sentences. The
- 14:47Speaker 4: Department of Home Insecurity blasted the deal publicly calling it
- 14:50Speaker 4: an insane sweetheart plea deal. Now the language from DHS
- 14:54Speaker 4: lit up conservatives on Capitol Hill, as it should have.
- 14:57Speaker 4: Critics say, these policies are creating a exactly the kind
- 15:00Speaker 4: of environment where repeat offenders believe there are no consequences
- 15:04Speaker 4: even if you're rested thirty times. So here we are
- 15:08Speaker 4: roughly fifty percent of murders in Fairfax County, Virginia are
- 15:12Speaker 4: by people that are illegal, that shouldn't even be in
- 15:15Speaker 4: this country in the first place. Trump administration making it
- 15:19Speaker 4: clear they're not backing down on this and expect more
- 15:24Speaker 4: justice to come.
