- 0:00Speaker 1: All right, So you lose a big election like the
- 0:02Speaker 1: Democrats just did, and you gotta get your footing back right.
- 0:05Speaker 1: You've been knocked down, you're on the mat. What do
- 0:08Speaker 1: you do? You go back to what works, what a
- 0:12Speaker 1: Democrats always use when they lose and they need to win. Racism,
- 0:17Speaker 1: that's what you do. You scream racism. I have two
- 0:22Speaker 1: headlines right now that are not from Saturday Night Live.
- 0:25Speaker 1: They're not parodies. This is real. San Francisco has got
- 0:29Speaker 1: some real problems right now. There's two stories here that
- 0:32Speaker 1: are gonna collide. So let me give you the first headline,
- 0:34Speaker 1: and I'm gonna get back to it so you understand
- 0:36Speaker 1: the context of what I'm about to talk about. San
- 0:38Speaker 1: Francisco businesses are now demanding full tax refund because of
- 0:44Speaker 1: the out of control homelessness and crime that they're having
- 0:50Speaker 1: to deal with in the disgusting city. And they're saying,
- 0:52Speaker 1: we're not getting anything for our tax dollars. So the
- 0:56Speaker 1: San Francisco businesses, and look liberal San Francisco, Nancy Pussy's
- 0:59Speaker 1: from there, the place where she gets her haircut when
- 1:01Speaker 1: all you couldn't write and colored during COVID, they're now
- 1:06Speaker 1: banning together and fighting back against the city and the mayor,
- 1:10Speaker 1: and they're saying, we want our money back. This is awesome.
- 1:13Speaker 1: I love when democrats like eat each other this way.
- 1:17Speaker 1: Like you owned San Francisco. You went all woke. You
- 1:19Speaker 1: got all these homeless people, you got all this. You know,
- 1:21Speaker 1: you're the one given out free syringes. And now all
- 1:24Speaker 1: the crackheads came to see you, the meth heads and
- 1:26Speaker 1: everybody else, and you got all these people everywhere, just
- 1:28Speaker 1: high as a kite. And you may have seen the
- 1:31Speaker 1: art gallery guy who's like a liberal. Did you see
- 1:33Speaker 1: this guy this last week? And this went viral. There
- 1:36Speaker 1: was a homeless person outside of his business that wouldn't leave,
- 1:41Speaker 1: and he just had enough because it was hurting his
- 1:42Speaker 1: business and he's trying to make a living so he
- 1:45Speaker 1: doesn't become homeless. And he used a water hose to
- 1:49Speaker 1: spray the homeless person and was caught on video. And
- 1:53Speaker 1: his point was, I've just had enough, Like it's ruining
- 1:56Speaker 1: my family business, it's ruining my livelihood. Hell, I'm going
- 1:59Speaker 1: to be homeless, and this city won't come and stop this.
- 2:03Speaker 1: She's camped out in front of his front door to
- 2:06Speaker 1: his business, and I'm not excusing. I'm just saying everybody's
- 2:09Speaker 1: got a breaking point, and this guy clearly has his
- 2:11Speaker 1: breaking points. So he took a water hose and started
- 2:13Speaker 1: spraying her. Now she's the individual. I mean, we're talking
- 2:19Speaker 1: about everything that comes when you're homeless, defecation, smells, urinating,
- 2:26Speaker 1: all of these things right there by his business front door.
- 2:29Speaker 1: Of course, the media turns on this guy, right because
- 2:32Speaker 1: you're water hosing someone down, and goes back to the
- 2:35Speaker 1: images of civil rights error. And again this is liberals
- 2:38Speaker 1: eating liberals, like this is a liberal guy who's got
- 2:41Speaker 1: an art gallery. Ain't some GOP conservative, Okay? And they
- 2:44Speaker 1: find him, they docks in there. I go, no, this man,
- 2:46Speaker 1: he deserves They go to jail for this, right, And
- 2:48Speaker 1: I'm like I'm watching. I'm like, hey, you guys, judge
- 2:50Speaker 1: how you want to. I'm just telling you what happened.
- 2:53Speaker 1: So these San Francisco businesses are now demanding a full
- 2:55Speaker 1: tax refund. What is San Francisco doing. I'm talking about
- 2:59Speaker 1: the elected officials. This is amazing. They're trying to find
- 3:02Speaker 1: their mojo. Folks, how do you do it? When you
- 3:05Speaker 1: can't find your mojo? You scream racism? San Francisco is
- 3:09Speaker 1: now has a committee, a reparations committee that is now
- 3:14Speaker 1: saying that five million dollars needs to be paid to
- 3:18Speaker 1: each black long time resident and have total debt forgiveness
- 3:25Speaker 1: for reparations. This is where this is how insane they've become.
- 3:29Speaker 1: In California. In San Francisco, the San Francisco Reparations Committee,
- 3:34Speaker 1: which was set up by the government to do this,
- 3:37Speaker 1: also proposed supplementing lower income recipients. And they want to
- 3:42Speaker 1: This is I can't I can't even stay without without laughing.
- 3:46Speaker 1: They want to supplement the lower income recipients income four
- 3:50Speaker 1: two hundred and fifty years. How what's the average lifespan
- 3:56Speaker 1: of a human being in this country of modern medicine.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Let's just call it eighty five years, So two hundred
- 4:03Speaker 1: and fifty years, Like anybody living to two fifty. The
- 4:07Speaker 1: oldest person in the world died the other day, like
- 4:09Speaker 1: one eighteen or one thirteen or whatever it was one twelve,
- 4:12Speaker 1: the oldest person living in the world, And they're like, yeah,
- 4:16Speaker 1: we need to pay for two hundred fifty years. I'd
- 4:17Speaker 1: like the full lump sum up front, please, Like this
- 4:19Speaker 1: is like this is like winning the lottery and taking
- 4:22Speaker 1: the thirty year payout when you're a hundred, Like, that's stupid.
- 4:27Speaker 1: San Francisco put together this reparations committee and now they've
- 4:32Speaker 1: come back with their findings. They believe that they should
- 4:35Speaker 1: pay each black long time resident five million and grant
- 4:40Speaker 1: total debt forgiveness due to the decades a systemic repression
- 4:44Speaker 1: faced by the local black community. The San Francisco African
- 4:48Speaker 1: American Reparation Advisory Committee, which advises the city, this is official.
- 4:53Speaker 1: Does this government work for you idiots in San Francisco?
- 4:56Speaker 1: I love it on developing a plan for reparations for residents.
- 5:01Speaker 1: They released their report and they said, we've got it.
- 5:04Speaker 1: We're gonna address this. This is what we found. Now
- 5:07Speaker 1: here's the other thing that's crazy about these reparations. And
- 5:09Speaker 1: pay close attention, okay, because this is what you need
- 5:12Speaker 1: to understand. They're paying the reparations. And I'm quoting here
- 5:16Speaker 1: from their report. My producers trying not to laugh right
- 5:19Speaker 1: now as he sits across me. They're not paying them
- 5:24Speaker 1: for slavery. This is what he found. The nugget He
- 5:27Speaker 1: was like, dude, you gotta read this. Please help me out, like,
- 5:29Speaker 1: please read this. As they've been like he was jazzed
- 5:31Speaker 1: up before the show. He said, Ben, they're they're not
- 5:34Speaker 1: saying the five million dollars has anything to do with slavery. This,
- 5:37Speaker 1: in fact, it's not for slavery. Now I say that,
- 5:39Speaker 1: and you want to know why, Right, Well, here you go,
- 5:42Speaker 1: since California was not technically a slave state, you couldn't
- 5:46Speaker 1: pay five million dollars somebody for slavery because it didn't
- 5:49Speaker 1: actually happen. So instead, they say, and I'm reading for
- 5:52Speaker 1: the report, it is to address the public policies explicitly
- 5:57Speaker 1: created so objate black people in San Francisco by holding
- 6:03Speaker 1: and expanding the intent and legacy of chattel slavery. Yes,
- 6:10Speaker 1: did I say that word? Right? He is laughing at me. Chattel, chattel, chattel?
- 6:17Speaker 1: Which one is it? However, I said it. You can
- 6:19Speaker 1: just make sure you fix it, Okay, when you put
- 6:21Speaker 1: when you throw up the podcast, chattel? Is that right? Okay?
- 6:24Speaker 1: I got it right. He looked at me like I
- 6:26Speaker 1: was crazy. Well, neither San Francisco nor California formally adopted
- 6:33Speaker 1: the institution of chattel slavery. The tenants of segregation, they say,
- 6:38Speaker 1: white supremacy and systemic repression and exclusion of black people
- 6:43Speaker 1: were codified through legal and extra legal actions, social codes,
- 6:50Speaker 1: and judicial enforcement. The reparations document states, the draft plan
- 6:58Speaker 1: includes a long list of financial recommendations for black San
- 7:02Speaker 1: Francisco residents. Now, if you're half black, half white, we
- 7:05Speaker 1: don't know if you get two point five million or not.
- 7:07Speaker 1: That's my first question. I just want to note, like
- 7:09Speaker 1: if your mix race, do you get less? Like if
- 7:12Speaker 1: you're one fifth are one eight black and your heritage,
- 7:16Speaker 1: do you get one million dollars instead of five million?
- 7:20Speaker 1: I want to know how the money comes out here.
- 7:22Speaker 1: And anyone that's not, like, you know, one hundred percent
- 7:25Speaker 1: all in for the five million is gonna want to
- 7:27Speaker 1: ask that question too. I'm not the only one, Das,
- 7:29Speaker 1: You've got African American in you, right at some point
- 7:31Speaker 1: you said, He says he can find it for a
- 7:33Speaker 1: million dollars. The draft plan includes a long list of
- 7:37Speaker 1: financial recommendations for black San Francisco resons, including a one
- 7:42Speaker 1: time lump some payment of the five million to each
- 7:45Speaker 1: eligible individual. All right, real quick, let me pause and
- 7:49Speaker 1: tell you about our incredible friends over at Patriot Mobile.
- 7:53Speaker 1: They are America's only Christian conservative cell phone provider. They
- 7:58Speaker 1: want to make it easy for you to try switching
- 8:01Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile from whatever service you have right now.
- 8:05Speaker 1: You can give them sixty days to show you why
- 8:07Speaker 1: I use Patriot Mobile and why you should make the
- 8:09Speaker 1: switch right now. When you try Patriot Mobile for two months,
- 8:14Speaker 1: you get your third month free, plus you get free
- 8:17Speaker 1: activation now. They offer nationwide coverage on the best four
- 8:20Speaker 1: G and five G networks, and they use the same
- 8:23Speaker 1: exact cell towers of all of the three other major carriers.
- 8:27Speaker 1: You're gonna get the same coverage you have right now,
- 8:30Speaker 1: You get the same great service. You get to keep
- 8:31Speaker 1: your same cell phone number if you want to. You
- 8:33Speaker 1: can even usually use the same phone you have in
- 8:35Speaker 1: your hand right now. Now, Why do you want to switch?
- 8:38Speaker 1: When you do, they actually stand up for a First
- 8:41Speaker 1: and Second Amendment rights, and they give a portion of
- 8:44Speaker 1: your bill every month back to conservative Christian causes that
- 8:48Speaker 1: we all believe in. So, if you're ready to support
- 8:52Speaker 1: a comy that's fighting to preserve our God given rights
- 8:55Speaker 1: and our freedoms, just go to Patriot Mobile dot com
- 8:58Speaker 1: slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson, or
- 9:04Speaker 1: you can call them nine seven to Patriot. That's nine
- 9:07Speaker 1: seven to Patriot. If you're fed up with woke companies
- 9:10Speaker 1: that don't care about your values, support a company that
- 9:12Speaker 1: actually does make the switch Today get a free month
- 9:16Speaker 1: of service plus free activation Patriot Mobile, dot Com slush
- 9:19Speaker 1: ferguson or nine seven two Patriot. Now, the lump sum
- 9:24Speaker 1: payment would compensate the affected population for the decades of
- 9:28Speaker 1: harms that have been experienced and will redress the economic
- 9:32Speaker 1: and opportunity losses the black San Francisco San Franciscans have
- 9:37Speaker 1: endured collectively as a result of both intentional decisions and
- 9:42Speaker 1: unintended harm perpetrated by city policy. So five million dollars
- 9:48Speaker 1: if you do the math on this immediately, San Francisco
- 9:50Speaker 1: would like go bankrupt, like instantly if they pay this out.
- 9:53Speaker 1: So it's unrealistic. And again this is beyond incompetency. To
- 9:58Speaker 1: be eligible for the program, they're gonna, of course discriminate
- 10:01Speaker 1: against some people. The applicant must be eighteen years old.
- 10:06Speaker 1: So if you're seventeen and black, screw you in San Francisco.
- 10:08Speaker 1: And that's what they're just saying. If you're seventeen, three
- 10:10Speaker 1: hundred and sixty four days years old. Screw you, you're done.
- 10:15Speaker 1: The applicant must be eighteen years old and have identified
- 10:17Speaker 1: as black or African American on public documents for at
- 10:20Speaker 1: least ten years. Well that's racist, right, What if you
- 10:23Speaker 1: don't have those documents, I'm gonna use the voters thing. Okay.
- 10:28Speaker 1: So you know how Democrats that was racist to ask
- 10:30Speaker 1: for voter ID or some sort of government ID to
- 10:32Speaker 1: get to vote, right, they said it was racist and
- 10:35Speaker 1: it was just you were trying to scriminate against minority
- 10:37Speaker 1: communities and black people in America because and by the way,
- 10:39Speaker 1: that's maybe one of the most racist statements in modern
- 10:42Speaker 1: political history by a party to imply that black people
- 10:46Speaker 1: are somehow so far behind the times they don't have
- 10:48Speaker 1: a government ID. Think about how racist that statement is, Like, oh,
- 10:52Speaker 1: you're black, Yeah, we don't expect you to have an ID.
- 10:54Speaker 1: We expect white people to have it, in Asian people
- 10:56Speaker 1: to have it, in Hispanic people, but black people, no, no, no,
- 10:59Speaker 1: you guys don't have id' you're that far behind. Like,
- 11:03Speaker 1: there's not a more racist statement from the Democratic Party
- 11:06Speaker 1: in modern political history. But they're immediately now saying we
- 11:09Speaker 1: gotta have an ID that's racist by their own standards,
- 11:13Speaker 1: Like by their own standards, that is now racist. So
- 11:16Speaker 1: you're discriminating against people under the age of seven eighteen,
- 11:19Speaker 1: and you're discriminating against people who don't have an ID.
- 11:23Speaker 1: You again, they must be They may prove at least
- 11:26Speaker 1: two of eight eligible criteria, not just one the ID
- 11:31Speaker 1: right eighteen years old, have identified as black African American
- 11:34Speaker 1: on public documents for at least ten years. So if
- 11:37Speaker 1: you identify as something else, now it's sexist and racist, right,
- 11:40Speaker 1: because if you identify as other or non black, or
- 11:44Speaker 1: don't I don't identify as anything with a color of
- 11:46Speaker 1: your skin, you're screwed. You have to identify consistently for
- 11:49Speaker 1: ten years. So the same people they're telling you a
- 11:51Speaker 1: man can be a woman, a woman can be a man,
- 11:53Speaker 1: you can choose your own sex, are now saying but
- 11:56Speaker 1: when it comes us paying you five million dollars, damn it,
- 11:59Speaker 1: you have to be black. And that has to be
- 12:00Speaker 1: for a decade straight on documents. You don't have that,
- 12:03Speaker 1: you don't get the money. It's one hell of a
- 12:06Speaker 1: racist requirement if you ask me. Number two. They must
- 12:10Speaker 1: also prove at least two of eight additional criteria, choosing
- 12:13Speaker 1: from a list that includes you're ready for this, born
- 12:16Speaker 1: in San Francisco between nineteen forty and nineteen ninety six,
- 12:19Speaker 1: that's your option one. And have proof of residency in
- 12:24Speaker 1: San Francisco for at least thirteen years, and or personally
- 12:28Speaker 1: or the direct descent of someone incarcerated by the failed
- 12:32Speaker 1: War on drugs. So if your mom or dad's a
- 12:34Speaker 1: crackhead or with selling marijuana or cocaine or heroin on
- 12:38Speaker 1: the streets of San Francisco killing people, that now gets
- 12:42Speaker 1: you five million dollars because the war on drugs was failed.
- 12:47Speaker 1: And of course they say the War on drugs is racist,
- 12:49Speaker 1: right because it was predominantly locking up they're saying disproportionately
- 12:53Speaker 1: African American men and women. The plan also calls on
- 12:57Speaker 1: the city to supplement lower income recipient. So if you're
- 13:01Speaker 1: poor and broke, we'll give you even more money. Right
- 13:04Speaker 1: if if you've worked your ass off and you've gone
- 13:06Speaker 1: to college and you took out loans and or you
- 13:10Speaker 1: start your own business, yeah, we're gonna screw you. The
- 13:14Speaker 1: plan yet listen. Gearfleet calls on the city to supplement
- 13:18Speaker 1: lower income recipient's income to reflect the area's medium income.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Now in San Francisco, the median income they call it
- 13:26Speaker 1: the AMI is about ninety seven thousand hours annually, and
- 13:31Speaker 1: they want that to be that for at least two
- 13:33Speaker 1: hundred and fifty years. So let's go back qualifications. You
- 13:37Speaker 1: gotta have screamed your black for ten years, and if
- 13:39Speaker 1: you didn't, you're screwed. You gotta be over eighteen, and
- 13:43Speaker 1: you have to have an additional requirement on top of that,
- 13:45Speaker 1: which includes if you are personally put in jail for
- 13:49Speaker 1: killing people through drugs, right like you're you're a drug
- 13:52Speaker 1: dealer or the direct descendant of a hardcore drug dealer
- 13:56Speaker 1: that was incarcerated for selling a drug that was killing
- 13:59Speaker 1: the community. That's a requirement. That's what that's reading. That's reaching. Now,
- 14:03Speaker 1: two of the requirements needed for you to get paid. Now,
- 14:07Speaker 1: let's talk about the two hundred and fifty years here
- 14:08Speaker 1: and at least the ninety seven thousand supplemental. Why would
- 14:11Speaker 1: anybody work just live in San Francisco. You don't have
- 14:13Speaker 1: to work, and we'll give you this money for two
- 14:16Speaker 1: hundred and fifty years. You don't have to work, Like
- 14:19Speaker 1: if you live in San Francisco right now and this
- 14:21Speaker 1: goes through. Not only do you get a five million
- 14:23Speaker 1: dollars payment, but we're also going to supplement your income
- 14:25Speaker 1: for two hundred and fifty years, they say. Quote in
- 14:28Speaker 1: this official report, racial disparities across all metrics have led
- 14:33Speaker 1: to a significant racial wealth gap in the city of
- 14:36Speaker 1: San Francisco. By elevating income to match or ami, black
- 14:41Speaker 1: people can better afford housing and achieve a better quality
- 14:44Speaker 1: of life for two hundred and fifty years. The plan
- 14:47Speaker 1: also seeks to establish a quote comprehensive debt forgiveness program.
- 14:51Speaker 1: So if you've racked a bunch of debt, we got
- 14:52Speaker 1: governed that clears each eligible person student and housing loans.
- 14:58Speaker 1: So buy a house, folks, and we'll pay off your house.
- 15:01Speaker 1: Also included in here could be credit card debt. So
- 15:05Speaker 1: if you've been like looking up a bunch of porn online,
- 15:09Speaker 1: buying a bunch of stuff on QVC, maybe buying a
- 15:12Speaker 1: bunch of eape pins, all on credit cards, we'll pay
- 15:15Speaker 1: that shs you know what off to Why here's another
- 15:20Speaker 1: quote ready for the racism from actual black people on
- 15:24Speaker 1: other black people in minorities, Black households are more likely
- 15:27Speaker 1: to hold costlier because again You're stupid, is what they're saying. Here,
- 15:32Speaker 1: risk your debt and are more likely to have outstanding
- 15:36Speaker 1: student loan debt. The draft explains that's such a racist statement, like, oh,
- 15:40Speaker 1: you're black, Yeah, we don't expect you to pay your bills.
- 15:42Speaker 1: That's what they're saying in an official document. This is
- 15:45Speaker 1: racism from the Democratic Party in San Francisco, who is
- 15:48Speaker 1: literally saying, we expect black households to be irresponsible, stupid,
- 15:54Speaker 1: risk your debt, more likely to not pay your bills.
- 15:57Speaker 1: This is in writing. When this is combined with lower
- 16:00Speaker 1: household incomes, quote unquote, it can create a cycle, an
- 16:05Speaker 1: inexcapable cycle of debt. Their words, not mine. Therefore, we
- 16:10Speaker 1: should eliminate this debt, which gives black households an opportunity
- 16:13Speaker 1: to build wealth, applying that they're going to build wealth
- 16:16Speaker 1: if you pass their debt instead of going directly back
- 16:18Speaker 1: into debt. That's how stupid they are, Like you can
- 16:22Speaker 1: go look at how many people win the lottery and
- 16:26Speaker 1: a lot of people, it doesn't matter if you're black, white, Hispanic,
- 16:28Speaker 1: or in the state, win the lottery and they file
- 16:30Speaker 1: for bankruptcy and how many years. Look at how many
- 16:32Speaker 1: pro athletes usually file for bankruptcy within two years of
- 16:36Speaker 1: their last game. If you are not taught financial literacy,
- 16:40Speaker 1: which we do not teach in our public schools, you
- 16:42Speaker 1: are going to make the same mistakes. How I've had
- 16:45Speaker 1: this debate with like literally family members. It doesn't matter
- 16:49Speaker 1: how much money any human being has. If you spend
- 16:54Speaker 1: everything you make, you are broke. I know millionaires have
- 16:58Speaker 1: had millions in debt and they went broke. They when
- 17:02Speaker 1: the economy made any type of turn. If you don't
- 17:05Speaker 1: teach financial literacy, you can give five million dollars just
- 17:08Speaker 1: like when the lottery to any person, and it will
- 17:10Speaker 1: disappear because there's no financial literacy. They don't know what
- 17:13Speaker 1: to do with the money. So if you give a
- 17:15Speaker 1: crackhead five million dollars, what is the crackhead going to do.
- 17:18Speaker 1: They're going to squander the five million dollars and they're
- 17:20Speaker 1: going to go right back to where they were before
- 17:23Speaker 1: the five million dollars. This is not going to fix
- 17:26Speaker 1: any of the problems in San Francisco. The committee has
- 17:30Speaker 1: said to the San Francisco Board of Supervisors that this
- 17:34Speaker 1: needs to be done now. The African American quote the
- 17:37Speaker 1: African American Reparations Advisory Committee has not yet received any
- 17:43Speaker 1: feedback from the board regarding the position on the recommendation
- 17:45Speaker 1: or when the Board will schedule a hearing to formally
- 17:47Speaker 1: discuss the plan. Why because well, there's a problem here.
- 17:51Speaker 1: Do the math on what they just propose. There's no
- 17:53Speaker 1: way that San Francisco could survive. Everybody who has money,
- 17:56Speaker 1: by the way, we'll move out of San Francisco because
- 17:58Speaker 1: they're not going to want to pay for this. Number One, Like,
- 18:00Speaker 1: if you want to kill a city, this is how
- 18:02Speaker 1: you do it. San Francisco is already turning into Detroit,
- 18:06Speaker 1: and it's already turning into Chicago. This would be You
- 18:10Speaker 1: want to talk about a slum of all slums, like
- 18:12Speaker 1: people would leave immediately. Quote, there are so many efforts
- 18:16Speaker 1: that result in incredible reports that just end up gathering
- 18:18Speaker 1: dust on a shelf. We cannot let this be one
- 18:21Speaker 1: of them. One of the board members said, We'll trust
- 18:23Speaker 1: me it will be because again, at some point you
- 18:25Speaker 1: have to ask a question, who's gonna pay for this? Now,
- 18:29Speaker 1: if you think this is just San Francisco, this is
- 18:31Speaker 1: a story too. I told you about House. Democrats are
- 18:35Speaker 1: now pushing right because they know how are in control
- 18:37Speaker 1: of Congress. A reparations committee at the federal level modeling
- 18:42Speaker 1: San Francisco Representative Sheila Jackson Lee Democrat, introduced a bill
- 18:48Speaker 1: criminalizing she didn't do this, by the way, when Democrats
- 18:50Speaker 1: are in charge of the House, just so you know,
- 18:51Speaker 1: because again you gotta play the race card, right, all right,
- 18:54Speaker 1: we got we got her a blessed his kick. What
- 18:55Speaker 1: do we do down? All right, let's scream racism on everything,
- 18:58Speaker 1: and let's get legislation that screams at all those people
- 19:00Speaker 1: on the other side of they are racists. Yeah, let's
- 19:02Speaker 1: do that. If it ain't broke, why change it? Right,
- 19:07Speaker 1: let's worked for them. How many elections? How many decades?
- 19:09Speaker 1: Is screaming racism? Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, all these guys, right,
- 19:12Speaker 1: black lives matter? Have you noticed that black lives matter?
- 19:16Speaker 1: No one like in the African American community has really
- 19:19Speaker 1: gotten angry yet about how much money Black Lives Matter embezzled.
- 19:24Speaker 1: It's all there. We have the documentation. They bought houses,
- 19:26Speaker 1: they bought cars, about airplanes, private jets, like like I
- 19:30Speaker 1: donate to Black Lives Matter? I mean, you had a
- 19:32Speaker 1: multibillion dollar free ad campaign for black Lives utter you had,
- 19:36Speaker 1: you held Corporate America hostage. Everybody was Black Lives Matter?
- 19:40Speaker 1: I bet you if you ask people, like in politics,
- 19:43Speaker 1: name ID matters, right, you can't get elected without ninety
- 19:45Speaker 1: plus percent name I D. Everybody knows what who Donald
- 19:49Speaker 1: Trump is? Right, everybody knows who Bill Clinton is, everybody
- 19:51Speaker 1: knows who Barack Obamas, and everybody knows what Black Lives
- 19:54Speaker 1: Matter is. You had this hundreds of billions obably in
- 20:00Speaker 1: advertising the equivalency a Black Lives Matter done for free
- 20:03Speaker 1: with Corporate America on the uniforms on the end, zones,
- 20:06Speaker 1: all this stuff right, and you're like at work now?
- 20:10Speaker 1: Was the money used for Black Lives Matter? Note? Did
- 20:12Speaker 1: they buy a single house for people in poverty? Nope?
- 20:15Speaker 1: Do they buy cars for people that need cars to
- 20:16Speaker 1: get to work when they actually had jobs? Nope? Do
- 20:18Speaker 1: they do anything to really improve the community. No? But man,
- 20:22Speaker 1: it got people elected, didn't it. Right? You don't vote
- 20:25Speaker 1: for this person, you're anti black, you're a racist. Democrats
- 20:29Speaker 1: could have passed the legislation that Sheila jacksonally just proposed,
- 20:33Speaker 1: but they never introduced it when the Democrats are in
- 20:35Speaker 1: charge the House, which means they could have said to
- 20:36Speaker 1: the Senate they were in charge of, which means the
- 20:38Speaker 1: president can assigned it. So you wait till the Republicans
- 20:40Speaker 1: getting charging. You scream racist. You're all a bunch of racists.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Sheila jacksonally introduces this House bill criminalizing conspiracy to commit
- 20:50Speaker 1: white supremacy, which includes criticism of non white people which
- 20:55Speaker 1: influences an individual to commit a hate crime. I'll give
- 20:58Speaker 1: you example. Donald Trump says something they don't like. They
- 21:01Speaker 1: say it inspired white people to commit crimes against black people,
- 21:05Speaker 1: and then Donald Trump gets arrested. That's what this bill says,
- 21:10Speaker 1: or any other conservative they don't like. Ben Ferguson. The
- 21:15Speaker 1: legislation HR sixty one Leading Against White Supremacy Act of
- 21:20Speaker 1: twenty twenty three, because apparently this you know what, didn't
- 21:23Speaker 1: matter in twenty twenty two, introduced by Democratic Congressman Sheila Jacksonally,
- 21:28Speaker 1: seeks to quote, prevent and prosecute white supremacy inspired hate
- 21:33Speaker 1: crime and conspiracy to commit white supremacy inspired hate crime
- 21:37Speaker 1: by those that inspire it. This is deep, folks. The
- 21:42Speaker 1: legislation would criminalize conspiracy to commit white supremacy, which includes again,
- 21:48Speaker 1: as you're screwed, okay, you are screwed, dude. This is
- 21:52Speaker 1: in the bill. I'm going to give you the exact words.
- 21:55Speaker 1: Any criticism of non white people that influences such as
- 22:00Speaker 1: something published or said online or someone who commits a
- 22:04Speaker 1: hate crime. So you write something online that you don't
- 22:08Speaker 1: that they don't like, they can then charge you with
- 22:11Speaker 1: and connected to someone who did a crime against a
- 22:13Speaker 1: black person or any person of color, any minority, and say, well,
- 22:17Speaker 1: they really do this because Ben Ferguson tweeted this out
- 22:19Speaker 1: three years ago. This, by the way, all goes back
- 22:22Speaker 1: to January sixth, and that's part of the reason why
- 22:26Speaker 1: she's filed this bill now and didn't do it last year,
- 22:30Speaker 1: because they want to say that if they can connect
- 22:33Speaker 1: you in any fashion to inspiring any person that does
- 22:41Speaker 1: a crime, then you're a criminal. This is how you
- 22:43Speaker 1: get rid of your political enemies. It's very smart. It
- 22:47Speaker 1: also tells you how scumbaggy the Democrats are. They didn't
- 22:50Speaker 1: believe any of this was needed until they weren't in power,
- 22:53Speaker 1: and now once they're not in power and they know
- 22:54Speaker 1: that they can't pass it, they can at least scream
- 22:57Speaker 1: racism the other side of racist for not supporting their bill.
- 23:01Speaker 1: But this also, and the reason why I am worried
- 23:04Speaker 1: about this legislation is you're now trying to hold people
- 23:09Speaker 1: accountable legally and held them responsible legally for the thoughts
- 23:17Speaker 1: and actions of people they have never met. I'm going
- 23:22Speaker 1: to use an example of this that is different, but
- 23:25Speaker 1: it's you'll understand, Democrats have been obsessed and they actually
- 23:31Speaker 1: been trying to do this in places like Illinois and
- 23:35Speaker 1: California and Connecticut, in New York and Baltimore, right where
- 23:39Speaker 1: they say you should be able to sue the gun
- 23:42Speaker 1: manufacturer and hold them liable if you are shot with
- 23:48Speaker 1: a firearm that they produced. This has never happened yet
- 23:52Speaker 1: where it's been held up because if you did that,
- 23:55Speaker 1: what would immediately happen is every gun manufacturer would stop
- 23:57Speaker 1: selling guns because they could not afford the legal defense
- 24:01Speaker 1: fund that would be needed to defend themselves. Because every
- 24:03Speaker 1: single time someone uses a gun, a gang member shoots
- 24:05Speaker 1: another gang member, the first person's going to get sued
- 24:08Speaker 1: is the gun manufacturer used in the gun crime. And
- 24:12Speaker 1: it's a way to outlaw guns without having to all guns.
- 24:15Speaker 1: It's a workaround, right, every gun shop would stop being
- 24:18Speaker 1: able to I mean, the price of a gun would
- 24:20Speaker 1: go to one hundred and fifty thousand dollars two hundred
- 24:22Speaker 1: thousand dollars. No one could afford to manufacture them. The
- 24:25Speaker 1: black market would explode, and these manufacturers would immediately go bankrupt,
- 24:31Speaker 1: just to fing themselves in litigation. January sixth is their
- 24:38Speaker 1: gateway to the same thing they're trying to do with guns,
- 24:42Speaker 1: which is okay. We want to say that if you
- 24:45Speaker 1: went on the radio or on social media, or as
- 24:48Speaker 1: a politician you said anything we don't like, we want
- 24:50Speaker 1: to criminalize you for the actions of others who were
- 24:54Speaker 1: quote inspired by you. Now imagine if we did this
- 24:58Speaker 1: in other areas of life. I used gun example, but
- 25:00Speaker 1: screw that one for a minute. Let's use the example
- 25:03Speaker 1: of a car. If you can hold everybody liable for
- 25:09Speaker 1: the actions of people you never met with your product,
- 25:13Speaker 1: then no one could buy anything or do anything. Right. Starbucks,
- 25:18Speaker 1: I'm not gonna use alcohol. I'm gonna use Starbucks. You
- 25:21Speaker 1: go to Starbucks and you get a coffee, and you're
- 25:23Speaker 1: driving after you leave Starbucks and you kill somebody, and
- 25:26Speaker 1: you could say, well, they were distracted by Starbucks and
- 25:28Speaker 1: they're amazing coffee, and therefore we're going to sue Starbucks.
- 25:33Speaker 1: Everybody thinks about that example and things insane. No different
- 25:36Speaker 1: what they're trying to do now, No different what they're
- 25:39Speaker 1: trying to do with guns. Let's use fast food. There
- 25:42Speaker 1: would every drive through in America would immediately close if
- 25:45Speaker 1: you could sue the person, the Hamburger company which the
- 25:50Speaker 1: person was eating while driving the car. Taco Bell would
- 25:53Speaker 1: go under, Every restaurant would go under if you could
- 25:58Speaker 1: hold them liable, financially liable and charge them with crimes
- 26:03Speaker 1: for the for a crime that was committed by an
- 26:06Speaker 1: individual while they were in possession of your good Take
- 26:11Speaker 1: it a step further than that. Imagine how many cars
- 26:14Speaker 1: you couldn't buy if every time a car was a
- 26:18Speaker 1: car manufacturer was involved in an accident, someone was speeding,
- 26:22Speaker 1: texting while driving right, and you could sue AT and T,
- 26:25Speaker 1: and you could sue iPhone, or you could sue Samsung,
- 26:27Speaker 1: or you could sue the manufacturer, the Honda or the
- 26:31Speaker 1: Chevy or the Ford and and hold all them liable
- 26:34Speaker 1: for the actions of the driver. And then you could
- 26:38Speaker 1: sue the Levi Jedons they were wearing, and the Nike
- 26:40Speaker 1: shoes they were wearing, and the watch that they may
- 26:42Speaker 1: have looked down at. So now Rolex get sued, this
- 26:46Speaker 1: wouldn't You can't have a society if you have this
- 26:49Speaker 1: type of liability for people. That's what Sheila Jackson Lee
- 26:53Speaker 1: just did. This bill, which which was referred to the
- 26:57Speaker 1: Committee of the Judiciary, states that someone who engages in
- 27:00Speaker 1: a white supremacy inspired hate crime quote when white supremacy
- 27:04Speaker 1: ideology has motivated the planning, development, preparation, and perpetration of
- 27:08Speaker 1: actions that constituted a crime or were undertaken in furtherance
- 27:13Speaker 1: of activity that if it was effectively educated right, would
- 27:20Speaker 1: have constitute a crime. Okay, So accordingly they say, quote
- 27:26Speaker 1: conspiracy to engage in white supremacy inspired by hate inspired
- 27:31Speaker 1: excuse me, hate crime entails the publishing a material. So
- 27:35Speaker 1: if you're in an article, website, online, radio show, TV
- 27:39Speaker 1: show and they believe or deem it to be advancing
- 27:42Speaker 1: white supremacy, white supremacy ideology based on replacement theory, or
- 27:48Speaker 1: hate speech that vilifies or is otherwise directed against any
- 27:51Speaker 1: non white person or group. So I go out and
- 27:55Speaker 1: talk against Black Lives Matter, immediately I could be charged
- 27:58Speaker 1: for any crime that any person did saying it was
- 28:02Speaker 1: against Black Lives Matter. Thing say, well, they were inspired
- 28:04Speaker 1: by Ben Ferguson, they were inspired by Tucker Carlson, they
- 28:07Speaker 1: were inspired by Sean Hannity, they were inspired by Fox
- 28:11Speaker 1: and Friends, they were inspired by Fox News Channel because
- 28:14Speaker 1: they were talking bad about Black Lives Matter. And then
- 28:17Speaker 1: this person said they went out there and commit a
- 28:19Speaker 1: crime against Black Lives Matter or a Martin Luther King
- 28:22Speaker 1: Day parade or whatever it may be. And it was
- 28:24Speaker 1: because of all these people were all aimed. You know,
- 28:27Speaker 1: we're all named in the lawsuit in charge of crimes
- 28:30Speaker 1: now by the federal government. It also, by the way,
- 28:34Speaker 1: calls for the DOJ, the Department of Justice, to gain
- 28:37Speaker 1: authority to conduct operations listen carefully, and activities pursuant to
- 28:42Speaker 1: what is deemed necessary and appropriate to interdict, mitigate, or
- 28:48Speaker 1: prevent such actions from culminating in violent activity. So what
- 28:52Speaker 1: they're now saying is the dj should have the ability
- 28:54Speaker 1: to go and arrest any person, any author, any writer,
- 28:58Speaker 1: any speaker, any social media individual who does or says
- 29:03Speaker 1: something they believe could inspire one crazy out of three
- 29:07Speaker 1: hundred and sixty five million in America to commit a crime.
- 29:11Speaker 1: The bill would grant the department authority to quote prosecute
- 29:14Speaker 1: persons engaged in such actions with records of white supremacy
- 29:20Speaker 1: inspired hate crimes, maintained an annual report should also be
- 29:24Speaker 1: provided to Congress so that they know who all they're arresting. Now,
- 29:30Speaker 1: I think Lauren Bobert is not a serious person, but
- 29:34Speaker 1: she did say something that was interesting, all right, Congresswoman Colorado,
- 29:38Speaker 1: she has now accused Democrats of making a mockery of
- 29:40Speaker 1: the First Amendment, saying she said this in a tweet.
- 29:43Speaker 1: In case you weren't aware of what the Democrats were
- 29:46Speaker 1: prioritizing in one hundred and eighteenth Congress, just take a look.
- 29:48Speaker 1: When they're not bankrupting our country, they're busy making a
- 29:51Speaker 1: mockery of the First Amendment. Because and she's by the
- 29:55Speaker 1: way right on this one. I'll give full credit, congressmen.
- 29:59Speaker 1: She'll Jacksonally introduced a bill that would make it a
- 30:01Speaker 1: federal crime for white people and white people only. Okay,
- 30:05Speaker 1: this is attack on white this is racism, attack on
- 30:08Speaker 1: a group of people based on the color of their skin.
- 30:12Speaker 1: That's what Sheila Jacksonally is now doing, making it a
- 30:14Speaker 1: federal crime for white people and white people only to criticize,
- 30:18Speaker 1: for example, you're ready mass immigration. You can't say anything
- 30:22Speaker 1: in this bill based on how it's written that she
- 30:25Speaker 1: claims would vilify a non white person or group. So
- 30:29Speaker 1: if you say that there's an invasion of legal immigrants
- 30:32Speaker 1: at the border, with the facts to back it up,
- 30:34Speaker 1: it doesn't matter because now you're talking against an ethnic group,
- 30:39Speaker 1: and only if you are white can you be charged
- 30:42Speaker 1: of a federal crime. If you are African American talking
- 30:44Speaker 1: about an open border, you're fine. If you're Asian American
- 30:47Speaker 1: or just Asian, or any other minority, anybody outside of
- 30:51Speaker 1: a white person. If you're half black, half white, I
- 30:53Speaker 1: don't know what happens to you. If you're half black,
- 30:58Speaker 1: half Hispanic, I don't know what happens to you. If
- 30:59Speaker 1: you're half white, half hispanic. I'm assuming you still go
- 31:03Speaker 1: to jail. But this bill says that this they will
- 31:07Speaker 1: come in. It's a federal crime, a felony. They will
- 31:09Speaker 1: lock you up if you, as a white person and
- 31:12Speaker 1: white people only criticize illegal immigrants coming across the border
- 31:15Speaker 1: because you're criticizing a minority group. That is what is
- 31:18Speaker 1: in the bill. It's not just disturbing, it's also not surprising.
- 31:23Speaker 1: This is what you would refer to as anti white legislation. Now,
- 31:26Speaker 1: if I say that, could I inspire someone that's a
- 31:29Speaker 1: white supremacist to be angry right now based on this bill?
- 31:31Speaker 1: The show I just did exposing what I just exposed,
- 31:35Speaker 1: would mean that the federal government, the DJ mean, the
- 31:38Speaker 1: FBI could raid my radio studio right now, arrest me,
- 31:42Speaker 1: and then find a white supremacist to commit a random crime,
- 31:46Speaker 1: whether he was inspired directly indirectly from the show because
- 31:49Speaker 1: I just exposed this bill and I was talking out
- 31:52Speaker 1: against this bill. If this bill passed, they could actually
- 31:55Speaker 1: lock me up and I would never see my wife
- 31:57Speaker 1: or kids again. Well I would, but through a glass window.
- 32:01Speaker 1: That's the Democratic Party right now. That's what they're working on.
- 32:06Speaker 1: There's one question you should ask yourself, and that is this,
- 32:09Speaker 1: Why are they doing this now and why did they
- 32:12Speaker 1: not do this when they had the chance to pass
- 32:13Speaker 1: this right Why are they doing this now and why
- 32:18Speaker 1: did they not do it when they had the chance
- 32:20Speaker 1: to pass it. I can answer that question very easily.
- 32:25Speaker 1: It is because now, when you lose your mojo and
- 32:28Speaker 1: you're a Democrat, this is the time for you to
- 32:32Speaker 1: scream racism. That's how you get your mojo back. Make
