- 0:53Speaker 1: Her passion for fashion started as a little girl when
- 0:56Speaker 1: she spent hours on end in fabricy stores with a
- 0:58Speaker 1: fashion designer mall while assuming her degree in college, she
- 1:01Speaker 1: would sell her designer idols on eBay to pay her
- 1:04Speaker 1: way through college. After college, she'd be in the careers
- 1:06Speaker 1: a licensed respiratory therapists and despite job security, she pivoted
- 1:12Speaker 1: into a full time entrepreneurship. Believe me, that job right
- 1:15Speaker 1: there will always have an employment available to it. She's
- 1:18Speaker 1: currently the CEO of Vault by Shopper Sasha. She's currently
- 1:23Speaker 1: the CEO of the Vault by Sasha. The Vault by
- 1:25Speaker 1: Sasha offer the variety of limited items, rare and e

- 1:33Speaker 1: You know what that mean, guys and ladies and make
- 1:35Speaker 1: a statement. As your next event, please work on the
- 1:38Speaker 1: money making conversation. She's ready. She's based in Atlanta. Sasha
- 1:41Speaker 1: Stewart SA had a lot to say that for some reason,
- 1:46Speaker 1: I fumble off today and I apologize over your intro.
- 1:49Speaker 1: But the CEO of the Fault of the Vault by
- 1:52Speaker 1: Sasha tell us about that. Thank you so much for
- 1:56Speaker 1: having me. We're getting around. You know, two days ago
- 1:59Speaker 1: I read about you in the Rolling Out magazine article
- 2:02Speaker 1: and video. So you've been doing your doing a media
- 2:05Speaker 1: run I have. Oh my goodness, it's been a ride.
- 2:11Speaker 1: I mean, it's just so good to be recognized and
- 2:16Speaker 1: you know, for doing just something that I love to do,
- 2:18Speaker 1: you know, So it's it's been very wonderful. Um um
- 2:24Speaker 1: my my my loyal customer basis just like, oh my gosh,
- 2:28Speaker 1: I'm so proud to because they see the growth from
- 2:32Speaker 1: you know, me starting out and tonight because we don't
- 2:36Speaker 1: know Sasha, And I'm not saying that negative because sometimes
- 2:39Speaker 1: people they jump to the end of their story. You
- 2:41Speaker 1: have such a great story. Like I said something in
- 2:43Speaker 1: your credits, your mom was a fashion designer. Talk about
- 2:46Speaker 1: your mom and her influence that led you to who
- 2:49Speaker 1: you are today because technically you went into the medical field.
- 2:52Speaker 1: You felt that was gonna be your life for the
- 2:54Speaker 1: hours a week taking care of people, but you picked
- 2:57Speaker 1: it out of that. So let's talk about your mom's influence.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Ain't going to medical school and while in medical school
- 3:03Speaker 1: medical school with to college and got your degree as
- 3:05Speaker 1: a therapist, and talk about that old experience with your
- 3:08Speaker 1: mom leading to that. Yes, absolutely so, my mom is
- 3:12Speaker 1: a huge influence on while I decided to go with entrepreneurship.
- 3:18Speaker 1: She was a fashion designer and she she loved it.
- 3:22Speaker 1: She loved it, but I think for me, she wanted
- 3:25Speaker 1: the stability, you know. So she you know, encouraged me
- 3:29Speaker 1: to go to school and you know, get a degree
- 3:31Speaker 1: and things like that. So but as a kid, I
- 3:34Speaker 1: it was already ingrained in me. You know, all of
- 3:38Speaker 1: these fabulous you know, fabrics and silhouettes and things. So
- 3:42Speaker 1: I'm just like, I loved it. And even in high school,
- 3:46Speaker 1: I was voted best stressed. I was, you know, in
- 3:49Speaker 1: the fashion club. We did fashion shows and things like that.
- 3:53Speaker 1: So that was just a part of my outlet, like
- 3:55Speaker 1: my creative outlet, and and we just had fun doing it.
- 3:59Speaker 1: So Um, as a child, she would create, um, wedding dresses,
- 4:06Speaker 1: prom dresses, especial with Agel. She even made her own
- 4:09Speaker 1: wedding dress. So it's all the creativity and everything has
- 4:14Speaker 1: always been there. So um, you know, growing up, she's like,
- 4:18Speaker 1: you know, always encouraging me to go to school, which
- 4:20Speaker 1: is good. And she's now she's a nurse. She's an
- 4:24Speaker 1: I see you nurse as well, so it's kind of
- 4:26Speaker 1: following her footsteps. Um My grand both of my grandmothers
- 4:29Speaker 1: are also nurses as well. So um, you know, they
- 4:33Speaker 1: just like the stability for me just in case, because
- 4:35Speaker 1: you know, being an entrepreneur. Being an entrepreneur is is hard,
- 4:40Speaker 1: you know, and you don't have that stability, and that's
- 4:44Speaker 1: actually what drives me. So when I was in college
- 4:48Speaker 1: and I would want extra money to do things, you know,
- 4:51Speaker 1: other than pay tuition and things, so I would sell
- 4:54Speaker 1: my stuff on eBay and um, like anytime I needed
- 4:59Speaker 1: to get extra money and I didn't necessarily want to
- 5:01Speaker 1: work an extra ship, I would sell stuff and you know,
- 5:05Speaker 1: model it and you know, set it up on my
- 5:08Speaker 1: little I had like this area with you know, the lighting,
- 5:11Speaker 1: and I would you know, take all kinds of pictures
- 5:14Speaker 1: and stuff. So then like like T shirts or time,
- 5:22Speaker 1: I was such a like I'm just like such a
- 5:28Speaker 1: fashioned person that I would like stalk sales. So if
- 5:32Speaker 1: it was a sale going on, I would get something
- 5:35Speaker 1: on sale and then get extra coupons and things on it.
- 5:38Speaker 1: If it was like a super cool item or if
- 5:40Speaker 1: it was a really popular item, I would get those
- 5:43Speaker 1: and then you know, since it's limited, people would want it,
- 5:48Speaker 1: you know, and I would have it. So I would
- 5:51Speaker 1: have those limited edition pieces and know how highly covedent
- 5:55Speaker 1: they were, and people was just like, you know, knocking
- 5:59Speaker 1: down my door, like, oh my god, I neither do
- 6:00Speaker 1: you have this in another size? Can you get more?
- 6:03Speaker 1: So I knew at that time that this could be
- 6:07Speaker 1: a business for me, you know, but I was still
- 6:10Speaker 1: a little bit nervous to do that. So I still
- 6:13Speaker 1: kept going to school and everything. But you know, with
- 6:16Speaker 1: the you know, in the weekends and when I didn't
- 6:19Speaker 1: have school, I mean when I didn't have school but
- 6:22Speaker 1: I didn't have work, I was just ready to take
- 6:24Speaker 1: off the scrubs and put on something cute. And people
- 6:27Speaker 1: would always ask me, oh, well, what'd you get that
- 6:29Speaker 1: from the same how they would, you know, be on
- 6:32Speaker 1: eBay because you said something that was really important about
- 6:37Speaker 1: your grandmother and your mom. They would there, your mom
- 6:40Speaker 1: is currently your nurse, you and your grandmother was a nurse.
- 6:42Speaker 1: And then you went into a medical align field, that's
- 6:45Speaker 1: a therapist. Okay, So and I know they're dealing with COVID,
- 6:49Speaker 1: Well you are tell them about your experience and their
- 6:52Speaker 1: experience and dealing with COVID in the reality, because you
- 6:55Speaker 1: know that's a that's a portion of this country. Don't
- 6:58Speaker 1: take COVID very seriously and don't take mask wearing very seriously.
- 7:04Speaker 1: It is very important. You know, I'm very involved still
- 7:09Speaker 1: with my UM. I'm still licensed as a respiratory therapist.
- 7:13Speaker 1: I haven't given that up, UM. But you know, my mom,
- 7:17Speaker 1: being a nurse, she deals with it every day. You know,
- 7:21Speaker 1: she's she luckily, thank god, she's been safe throughout it
- 7:25Speaker 1: because she is very, very careful. But she wears a mask.
- 7:29Speaker 1: She wears a mask every day at work all day.
- 7:32Speaker 1: It's not you know, taking it off and putting it
- 7:34Speaker 1: back on, because you know, it still does linger in
- 7:37Speaker 1: the air and you may get a whiff of it
- 7:38Speaker 1: as soon as you take your mask off, you know,
- 7:40Speaker 1: especially in the hospital setting. So every day she's exposed
- 7:44Speaker 1: to that and it and it concerns me. But I
- 7:47Speaker 1: do know that she's you know, really safe. UM. But yeah,
- 7:50Speaker 1: a lot of her co workers have gotten it. It's real.
- 7:53Speaker 1: I've I've I've had you know, people that I know
- 7:57Speaker 1: got it. And you know, I keep seeing all these
- 8:00Speaker 1: different you know Instagram people and um, you know, even
- 8:05Speaker 1: people in the news that's fashing it. It's it's real
- 8:10Speaker 1: and you have to be diligent to not get it.
- 8:13Speaker 1: Now and this was something I wanted interest in your conversation.
- 8:17Speaker 1: I try to listen when people are talking. You was
- 8:18Speaker 1: talking with your mom and she was a fashion designer
- 8:20Speaker 1: and now she's a nurse. And then will you say
- 8:23Speaker 1: how why would you say the importance of social media
- 8:26Speaker 1: has enabled you to pivot out of being in the
- 8:30Speaker 1: medical field into the fashion design field and be successful.
- 8:33Speaker 1: How important is your social media? Um? Social media is
- 8:38Speaker 1: huge because that is one of the biggest outlets out
- 8:45Speaker 1: there to get anything that you want to do. Like
- 8:47Speaker 1: but Instagram, um, YouTube, let's see um, you know, Facebook,
- 8:56Speaker 1: any all of these social media is is very important
- 9:01Speaker 1: to your business, if you ask me, because a lot
- 9:04Speaker 1: of times that's where people just you know, scroll and
- 9:07Speaker 1: and you know they'll just they'll just find you. You know,
- 9:12Speaker 1: I'm not sure how these people find me sometimes because
- 9:14Speaker 1: I post like where they share your post, they like
- 9:18Speaker 1: your post, I go to your I went in to
- 9:20Speaker 1: all your feed line. And first of all, if you're dynamic,
- 9:24Speaker 1: you're you're very attractive, and you're clothes. You know, they're
- 9:28Speaker 1: not for everybody. And that's a positive statement. They're daring,
- 9:30Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. That's right, everything it's not
- 9:34Speaker 1: going to be for everybody, right, right right, if you're
- 9:36Speaker 1: willing to, you know, take a risk and get out
- 9:41Speaker 1: your comfort zone. Let's sit back up. This is not
- 9:47Speaker 1: this is not risk Gate clothes. So I'm just wanting
- 9:49Speaker 1: to know this is this is different church either. But
- 9:55Speaker 1: but this is like, you know, if you if you
- 9:57Speaker 1: are a fashion confidence, you want to see something unique, electic,
- 10:00Speaker 1: like the word I messed up in your intro eclectic,
- 10:03Speaker 1: different and shows your shape, your your your your body,
- 10:08Speaker 1: and you're I'm afraid to show and and and show
- 10:11Speaker 1: people that you feel good about yourself? Did you feel
- 10:13Speaker 1: you look good? And you will lay everybody when you
- 10:16Speaker 1: walk in the room. You want to take control of
- 10:18Speaker 1: the room. Well, she got the pieces for you, okay, exactly.
- 10:21Speaker 1: And I have a lot of oversized things, and that
- 10:24Speaker 1: was also what I think attracted people to my store
- 10:28Speaker 1: because I have so many oversized items. Like even like
- 10:32Speaker 1: something right now that I have on this is actually
- 10:34Speaker 1: like two sweaters and one so it's like one you
- 10:38Speaker 1: see one side, it's a puncho, so I can decide
- 10:40Speaker 1: to put the other top on top of here. So
- 10:43Speaker 1: just like things like that, that's really unique that you
- 10:46Speaker 1: can kind of switch out of there and you know,
- 10:48Speaker 1: have fun with for one sleep punch out and then
- 10:52Speaker 1: it's a shirt underneath. So things like that. I was
- 10:55Speaker 1: trying to figure out what was going on. That's what's
- 10:56Speaker 1: going on. I see, I see its full white on
- 10:59Speaker 1: the right. That's this color. Yeahs like a beautiful knitted
- 11:05Speaker 1: type designed with three white buttons in the middle. And
- 11:08Speaker 1: it's like a short top. Okay, And she says one
- 11:10Speaker 1: sleeve like a punch to the right. It almost feels like,
- 11:13Speaker 1: you know, a bullfighter if I want to say, if
- 11:15Speaker 1: I just say what you would look like she's like
- 11:17Speaker 1: a bullfighter. You know, when the bullfighter comes by, you'll
- 11:24Speaker 1: baby the way. But it's not that high cut off
- 11:26Speaker 1: at the weightsline. It's really strict. That's pretty. I'm glad
- 11:31Speaker 1: you like my description. You know, you go, yeah, great.
- 11:38Speaker 1: So we're gonna do an aline fast and the host
- 11:42Speaker 1: for the vault. And this is the vault, okay with
- 11:46Speaker 1: Rushan McDonald. Know he's gonna stumble a little bit, but
- 11:49Speaker 1: he's all good, okay, because let me just straighten that
- 11:54Speaker 1: right now. The vault by sas officers a variety and
- 11:57Speaker 1: letting in addictions rare and he clicked it. This is
- 12:00Speaker 1: pluting to swim where tops, bottoms and accessories to turn heads.
- 12:03Speaker 1: We already said that, and make a statement as your
- 12:06Speaker 1: next event when you're next of it could be a
- 12:08Speaker 1: pool party. Your next of it could be walking into
- 12:10Speaker 1: a club and don't arrive all time. You want to
- 12:12Speaker 1: ride there late. When it's back. When you walk in,
- 12:14Speaker 1: people will go, they're gonna post, You're gonna be You're
- 12:20Speaker 1: gonna be the one. Now that's really you know, I
- 12:24Speaker 1: you have to be confident. These are closed for a
- 12:26Speaker 1: confident person. Correct, Yes, yeah, I believe so. And the
- 12:31Speaker 1: thing is, even if you're not that confident and you
- 12:35Speaker 1: wear these items and then you get all these compliments,
- 12:38Speaker 1: and then you're gonna be like, wow, oh my gosh,
- 12:41Speaker 1: like maybe I can, you know, be a little bit
- 12:44Speaker 1: more adventurous with my clothing. So and then you know,
- 12:49Speaker 1: and I had so many repeat customers because of that.
- 12:51Speaker 1: They're like, oh my gosh, I got so many compliments
- 12:54Speaker 1: on your items. I'm definitely shopping again. You made my
- 12:57Speaker 1: birthday great or on my gosh, I was the head
- 13:00Speaker 1: turner at this event. Tell me that all the time,
- 13:04Speaker 1: and it makes me so happy. Now that's that's good
- 13:07Speaker 1: to know. So what are you doing with these people
- 13:10Speaker 1: who are like telling you they hurt are you like
- 13:12Speaker 1: They're like like you need to have a vault day.
- 13:15Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, Well, you know you do
- 13:16Speaker 1: like uh display all these fashion tips, you know, because
- 13:20Speaker 1: because you know Rihanna does that really well. I love Rihanna.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Rihanna get regular folks commercials, you know. I mean they're
- 13:27Speaker 1: regular people too. They do a commercials and they sell
- 13:30Speaker 1: And so you're telling me, really, in a sense, you
- 13:33Speaker 1: got regular people who buy your clothes and they model
- 13:36Speaker 1: at your clothes. I would love to see some of
- 13:38Speaker 1: them reposted all you know, not saying I follow you
- 13:41Speaker 1: all the time and go to your feet all the time,
- 13:43Speaker 1: but I'd love to see some of those reposts of
- 13:45Speaker 1: individuals doing videos and things like that, because you really
- 13:48Speaker 1: really got a great line. Thank you. They do. They
- 13:52Speaker 1: tag me all the time and they look amazing because
- 13:56Speaker 1: then people will think like am I gonna look like
- 13:58Speaker 1: you and it? Or is it gonna look right on me?
- 14:01Speaker 1: Yes it is. And then when they say and then
- 14:04Speaker 1: they are so happy and I repost them all the time,
- 14:08Speaker 1: like in my stories, I'm always they send me kittures
- 14:10Speaker 1: all the time, and if it has a great lighting
- 14:13Speaker 1: and you can still see the item. I'm like, oh,
- 14:16Speaker 1: you're reposting, reposting, reposed. So if you look on there,
- 14:20Speaker 1: if you look on my feet, it's it's plenty of customer. Um. Yeah,
- 14:26Speaker 1: It's finally here, the season of celebration. And no matter
- 14:30Speaker 1: how you celebrate with family and friends, whether you're preparing

- 16:22Speaker 1: T E R dot Ai talk about you as an
- 16:25Speaker 1: entrepreneur you know, but like I said, uh, you still
- 16:28Speaker 1: I love the fact that you still certify respiratory. Third,
- 16:32Speaker 1: you know, I think that if you have a degree
- 16:34Speaker 1: and you have something that you can put on your wall,
- 16:37Speaker 1: maintain ownership of that. You know, it's very hard. We're
- 16:41Speaker 1: so happy and then be said five years now you go,
- 16:44Speaker 1: I should still be certified because it's a good story.
- 16:47Speaker 1: It's a good story to tell about your career. To
- 16:49Speaker 1: say you steal license, you licensed to save lives. Let's
- 16:52Speaker 1: be real about this, you know, and you're not licensed
- 16:55Speaker 1: to for it to be your b plan. You're not
- 16:57Speaker 1: going back, but it's something it's part of your legacy,
- 17:00Speaker 1: your your education that you that you spent hours and
- 17:04Speaker 1: years to accomplish. Maintainer. I admire that. Now now you're
- 17:08Speaker 1: not branding, you know how, Let's let's let's break down
- 17:13Speaker 1: this conversation a little bit. Brand talk about that. What
- 17:17Speaker 1: is the brand of Sasha? So with branding, I feel
- 17:23Speaker 1: like you have to be authentic, completely authentic, completely you.
- 17:28Speaker 1: So the vault is me, you know, So I'm giving
- 17:33Speaker 1: pieces of myself to to whoever is wanting some basically,
- 17:39Speaker 1: you know, to mean as far as my creativity and
- 17:43Speaker 1: and I just like I said, I'm so grateful that
- 17:47Speaker 1: people see my vision and they're like willing to take
- 17:50Speaker 1: risks with their fashions. So with branding, you have to
- 17:55Speaker 1: stay true and authentic to who you are, because after
- 17:59Speaker 1: a while, it's gonna show like if you're not like
- 18:02Speaker 1: you know, you were the same, you were this person
- 18:04Speaker 1: at first, and then you really couldn't keep up that facade,
- 18:07Speaker 1: and then next thing you know, like things are not
- 18:10Speaker 1: the same, or you know, you're gonna end up being exposed,
- 18:14Speaker 1: you know what I mean. So it's just better to
- 18:16Speaker 1: just be yourself and just just you know, just who
- 18:24Speaker 1: you said, You've said it, you know, in the sense,
- 18:26Speaker 1: to be with yourself, be authentic, be consistent. That's true,
- 18:29Speaker 1: right there, Be consistent because I would tell people you
- 18:32Speaker 1: can fake it. They heard that turn fake it till
- 18:35Speaker 1: you make it. That doesn't work it in social media
- 18:36Speaker 1: to me, because if it's gonna play itself out and
- 18:39Speaker 1: you're gonna lose your followers and lose what you're saying,
- 18:41Speaker 1: your authenticity, you have to be all and you have
- 18:44Speaker 1: to be consistent. That's so that's the term I always
- 18:46Speaker 1: use them when I'm talking about branding, talking about marketing,
- 18:48Speaker 1: is that your idea if you want to push it
- 18:50Speaker 1: out there. You can't push it on Tuesday and forget
- 18:52Speaker 1: to do it until two weeks later and then go, Okay,
- 18:55Speaker 1: where's my reaction now? But you have to be conse
- 19:00Speaker 1: stuff for sure. Let's talking about let's talking about you.
- 19:02Speaker 1: You know your fashion, you was inspired by your mom.
- 19:04Speaker 1: We know you're smart, we know you're beautiful. How do
- 19:07Speaker 1: we talk about the the the actual brand, actual clothes,
- 19:10Speaker 1: the actual product. How does that go about being created?
- 19:14Speaker 1: And are you tied to a distributor or what? How
- 19:17Speaker 1: does that work? No, I actually have several that I
- 19:23Speaker 1: work with, so you know, you got to mix it
- 19:26Speaker 1: up a little bit because, uh then a lot of
- 19:30Speaker 1: people will start following you, and uh like other brands
- 19:35Speaker 1: will start following you and just com and doing every
- 19:38Speaker 1: single thing that you're doing right and that are doing
- 19:41Speaker 1: their own head. So I have to mix it up.
- 19:44Speaker 1: So that's what I do. It's you know, it's I
- 19:48Speaker 1: have people from all over the world that I work with,
- 19:51Speaker 1: and it just keeps it mixed up, keeps it spicy,
- 19:55Speaker 1: but also still maintains the integrity of the vaul and
- 20:00Speaker 1: what I'm trying to express. Uh, as far as you know,
- 20:03Speaker 1: creative to wise uniqueness and things like that. So yeah,
- 20:08Speaker 1: it's hard, and that's a full time job in itself,
- 20:11Speaker 1: just looking for the merchandise and sourcing the things that
- 20:15Speaker 1: I want to put in the store, for sure, So
- 20:18Speaker 1: you have to going every day. I'm branding you now.
- 20:22Speaker 1: Put it in the vault, not the store. Put in
- 20:24Speaker 1: the vault. It's a funny thing about you know. I
- 20:29Speaker 1: look at my brain and watch it going and periodically
- 20:31Speaker 1: with my more staff, we do weekly meetings and then
- 20:34Speaker 1: I see that, you know, people in Ireland, uh listening
- 20:38Speaker 1: and following my you know, Australia have a big follow
- 20:42Speaker 1: in Australia. We were like, I got Canada, I expect Canada,
- 20:45Speaker 1: but we started going to Ireland and Germany and Australia
- 20:51Speaker 1: kind of like wow, And I know you. I know
- 20:53Speaker 1: you're a person that starts to understand your brain. But
- 20:56Speaker 1: what places surprise you that you have started to develop
- 20:59Speaker 1: your follow um UK. I was so surprised that people
- 21:06Speaker 1: in the UK we're checking for me because I'm think
- 21:10Speaker 1: the fashions in the UK are so amazing. I didn't
- 21:14Speaker 1: think that they're so fashionable and chic and just you know,
- 21:19Speaker 1: very sophisticated. So I'm like, wow, like that type of
- 21:23Speaker 1: customer is looking for me. I shipped worldwide. And also
- 21:28Speaker 1: my my both of my parents are Jamaican, and um,
- 21:32Speaker 1: I got recognized and that um and the Jamaican Observer,
- 21:38Speaker 1: which is the Jamaica's number one newspaper, and it was funny.
- 21:42Speaker 1: I didn't even know that my my dad. I called
- 21:45Speaker 1: my dad because I got it and I got a
- 21:47Speaker 1: email and my dad and I was like Jamaican Observer.
- 21:51Speaker 1: I was like, okay, let me check that out. So
- 21:53Speaker 1: I said, let me call my dad. And my dad's
- 21:55Speaker 1: super smart history buff, like super smart. So I was like, yeah, um,
- 22:01Speaker 1: I said, you have a kind of the Jamaican Observer.
- 22:03Speaker 1: You said, dad, um um um dead, um all stay
- 22:13Speaker 1: um study um um all this. Really you've been classy.
- 22:24Speaker 1: You've been classy. You mean everything, got this beautiful top on,
- 22:28Speaker 1: teeth clean everything, um dad. Okay, I'm okay, I have
- 22:33Speaker 1: to check myself. Okay, I just wanted to check myself.
- 22:36Speaker 1: So I said that you've heard of the Jamaican Observer
- 22:42Speaker 1: and he's like, of course, He's like, that's our that's
- 22:44Speaker 1: our main newspaper. So I was like really, and I said, well,
- 22:48Speaker 1: they wanna interview me. He's like really, I said, yeah,
- 22:52Speaker 1: So I was super surprised than Jamaica even wanted to,
- 22:57Speaker 1: you know, feature me, And um, I heard that now,
- 23:04Speaker 1: I heard you. I didn't even realize until you said that.
- 23:17Speaker 1: So yes, well, you know, let's let's talk about one.
- 23:22Speaker 1: You know, it's you know, we're coming to the end
- 23:24Speaker 1: of this year and I'm a planner. You're a planner.
- 23:27Speaker 1: You know, your your visionary. You know we're fashion and
- 23:31Speaker 1: fashion this seasonal. You know you you know what you're
- 23:33Speaker 1: doing the summer, you can't do in the fall. With
- 23:35Speaker 1: you doing the phone, you can't do in the spring. Okay,
- 23:37Speaker 1: what what are we looking for? What? What? What? What? What?
- 23:40Speaker 1: I did you have on the world of fashion that
- 23:43Speaker 1: you're gonna bring to you know, to the ladies. Well, I,
- 23:49Speaker 1: like I said, I'm always turned in, So I'm always
- 23:55Speaker 1: looking at trends and I don't usually hollow trends that
- 24:00Speaker 1: I'll look at them to kind of see what they're
- 24:04Speaker 1: wrection in the world is going. And of course, so
- 24:09Speaker 1: I'm so aware of this now that trying not. I
- 24:15Speaker 1: love Dann Rash. You know, I've been doing interviews all
- 24:23Speaker 1: the oldest countries. My Instagram follows on fire and he
- 24:27Speaker 1: called it um um dad um um. Oh my gosh.
- 24:37Speaker 1: So and I just anything that's different is going to
- 24:45Speaker 1: catch my eyes. So anything depending on um, you know,
- 24:50Speaker 1: like you said, the season, but summertime, I'm gonna make
- 24:53Speaker 1: sure that you know, it's gonna be nice, cool colors, cotton,
- 24:59Speaker 1: organic cottons and everything is definitely very important because you
- 25:03Speaker 1: want to stay cool and cute. So I try not
- 25:05Speaker 1: to do a lot of synthetic famprics and stuff in
- 25:08Speaker 1: the summer and things that's also gonna camouflage things that
- 25:13Speaker 1: you may not be somewhere ready for, you know. So
- 25:17Speaker 1: that's what I because because all the time I'm not
- 25:20Speaker 1: somewhere The Vault by Sasha is it isn't your store?
- 25:25Speaker 1: Or is the People's store? What is it? It is?
- 25:30Speaker 1: It's the people's store, Okay, it's it's it's the people's
- 25:34Speaker 1: store for sure. But it's my my vision, my vision, yeah,
- 25:42Speaker 1: or the or what I want the people to wear
- 25:45Speaker 1: or because because that's what a lot of people can get.
- 25:49Speaker 1: Because you're so you you have an opinion, and which
- 25:52Speaker 1: is good because in fact, you gotta have an opinion
- 25:54Speaker 1: because your opinion has to be able to cut through
- 25:56Speaker 1: the clutter the noise what people should wear and should
- 25:59Speaker 1: not air. And also you have to be um confident.
- 26:03Speaker 1: And that's why I said, I'm saying as a buyer,
- 26:05Speaker 1: she's a confident person because she's going in saying, you
- 26:08Speaker 1: know something like that top you have on I'm telling
- 26:10Speaker 1: it's fantastic. That's a beautiful top two. And anybody who's
- 26:14Speaker 1: watching the video, I know it's plays back on podcasts.
- 26:16Speaker 1: If you can get to my YouTube channel to see
- 26:18Speaker 1: this top Shao is outstanding? Is this topic of viral
- 26:21Speaker 1: this it's really great, It's really it's really can walk
- 26:24Speaker 1: in you know you you're a nightclub. Look, you know
- 26:27Speaker 1: you can you can wear that in church right there.
- 26:29Speaker 1: That's that's a church topic. Absolutely. See she she's going
- 26:32Speaker 1: to church. I'm telling when you get a top that
- 26:36Speaker 1: you can at the church. In the nightclub, I'm talking
- 26:45Speaker 1: about Cairl. You know you're coming from nightclub at three
- 26:49Speaker 1: clock in the morning, you tie, you just fall asleep
- 26:52Speaker 1: in your bad you just get on up and go
- 26:55Speaker 1: to churches, praise the Lord in the nightclub. Look and
- 26:58Speaker 1: nobody would know, Oh my god, nobody was telling you
- 27:07Speaker 1: and that's the thing. I don't have a lot of
- 27:11Speaker 1: provocative clothes in the Vault. So, like I said, it's
- 27:14Speaker 1: oversized things, it's cool silhouettes, it's patterns, mixed prints, things
- 27:20Speaker 1: like that. So it's definitely wearable in so many different circumstances. Well,
- 27:26Speaker 1: I've already told you, Okay, the Vault by Slashing, you
- 27:29Speaker 1: know she's gonna she's gonna turn it out in one
- 27:32Speaker 1: she's already turned out on Instagram, is on fire. And
- 27:35Speaker 1: I asked that question because I wanted to know, because
- 27:38Speaker 1: you know, the Vault by Sasha is a clothing line
- 27:40Speaker 1: design for the people. But now you can't said clothing lines, accessories,
- 27:44Speaker 1: you know, tops, swimwears all these things that make you
- 27:48Speaker 1: look good and feel good. And she also has the
- 27:50Speaker 1: clothes that you know, if you don't feel good about
- 27:52Speaker 1: certain parts of your body, you can. She has fashion
- 27:55Speaker 1: that can hide a little thing to make you still
- 27:56Speaker 1: look like you've got it going on. And when you
- 27:58Speaker 1: walk in that room, you know, every thing is still flowing,
- 28:00Speaker 1: everything is still rolling right, left and right. And she's
- 28:04Speaker 1: oversized clothes, full fury clothes. So these are things that
- 28:07Speaker 1: you could look at in the Vault by Sasha and
- 28:09Speaker 1: walk away with a smile on your face. I want
- 28:11Speaker 1: to thank you for coming on my sociauce. You know,
- 28:13Speaker 1: I know I've been messing with you. You know, the ball,
- 28:20Speaker 1: the ball with jamaicap. Y'all, mom, you know what I'm saying.
- 28:27Speaker 1: I don't go. You're gonna make it happen. But again,
- 28:33Speaker 1: I'm so proud that the fact that you as an
- 28:35Speaker 1: entrepreneur because I Ustory five BM and so I knew
- 28:40Speaker 1: it was a hard decision to walk away from guarantee
- 28:43Speaker 1: health and fits retirement. And like I said, the job
- 28:46Speaker 1: you had in the medical field, that's not going anywhere.
- 28:49Speaker 1: It's an in demand profession, especially with COVID it's really
- 28:52Speaker 1: in demand right now. And so but you know, but
- 28:55Speaker 1: you have to follow your dream. You have to be
- 28:56Speaker 1: committed to a plan that it's gonna make you feel
- 28:59Speaker 1: good about yourself off when you wake up in the morning.
- 29:01Speaker 1: And I your smile is fantastic, and I always know that.
- 29:04Speaker 1: You know, if you haven't you want to launch your thing,
- 29:07Speaker 1: let me know. I have my team posted on my
- 29:09Speaker 1: social media. I really appreciate that I got to have
- 29:16Speaker 1: some events coming up there. You go, like, are you
- 29:19Speaker 1: in I'm in Atlanta. I'm basically Atlanta, you know, absolutely.
- 29:26Speaker 1: Let you know. I have a fashion show coming up,
- 29:30Speaker 1: so there's a lot of fashion. There's a lot of
- 29:32Speaker 1: fashion show virtual this no when this is virtual as well. Okay,
- 29:38Speaker 1: but I do have some special invite to guests if
- 29:42Speaker 1: you live in Atlanta, because I didn't want to, you know,
- 29:46Speaker 1: do like a huge thing that second invite only um
- 29:49Speaker 1: at the events space. It's going to be in Buckhead.
- 29:53Speaker 1: But if you would like to watch it, okay, I like,
- 29:58Speaker 1: because you I gotta mess with you. You know, I
- 29:59Speaker 1: have a mad called you know, mess with you and everything.
- 30:01Speaker 1: You know coming in and did absolutely absolutely you got
- 30:08Speaker 1: crooked teeth. Don't everybody come on and put your masks.
- 30:10Speaker 1: Gonna come on, show up up. We're gonna be at
- 30:12Speaker 1: the at the Vault by Sasha. What's the what's that date?
- 30:14Speaker 1: So I can just start promoting that. I'm gonna early promote.
- 30:16Speaker 1: Got December seventeen, alright, the Vault by Sasha, her fashion
- 30:22Speaker 1: show with Sean McDonald will be there. We're gonna post
- 30:25Speaker 1: it on our social media. She also will be virtual
- 30:27Speaker 1: December seventeen. Mark that down on your collar on your calendar. I,
- 30:31Speaker 1: she would say. The Vault by Saucer, she is. I'm
- 30:33Speaker 1: a fan of hers. She has lived in She came
- 30:36Speaker 1: out of Baltimore inspired by her mom, but she decided
- 30:40Speaker 1: to follow her own dream. In fact, I think she's
- 30:42Speaker 1: an extension of what her mom was dreaming about. And
- 30:45Speaker 1: my mom didn't have social media. Mom didn't have that
- 30:48Speaker 1: extra push and so and that's what general, that's what
- 30:50Speaker 1: I love about millennials. That's what I love about the
- 30:52Speaker 1: newer generation is that we have tools now that we're
- 30:56Speaker 1: willing to take advantage of. And a lot of our
- 30:58Speaker 1: parents and our grandparents they were they were just as gifted,
- 31:01Speaker 1: but they had to go the safer route, more of
- 31:04Speaker 1: the guarantee. And that's what they did. And there's no
- 31:07Speaker 1: disrespect for what they're doing and what they because they
- 31:10Speaker 1: have enabled us to walk through the door and win,
- 31:12Speaker 1: and we're winning big. But more importantly, I really appreciate you.
- 31:15Speaker 1: I really do. Thank you. Thank you. All right, I
- 31:32Speaker 1: would talk to you soon, Okay, December, I'll be there,
- 31:35Speaker 1: all right. Okay, that's my girl right there. The Vault
