- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know. Y'all have a sun giving them like a
- 0:15Speaker 1: million bucks things and at true good oft lit to
- 0:25Speaker 1: mother to please, I don't join jo. You gotta use
- 0:59Speaker 1: that turning. You gotta turn to turn them out. Turn
- 1:43Speaker 1: you got to turn them out, then turn the water
- 1:47Speaker 1: the water go. Come come on your bad uh huh,
- 2:02Speaker 1: I show will good morning everybody. You are listening to
- 2:07Speaker 1: the voice one and only Steve Harvey got a radio show.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Come on, y'all. I said that a little bit wrong
- 2:14Speaker 1: this morning. But I'm tired. I just came out to
- 2:16Speaker 1: the gym. I'm a little out of sorts right now,
- 2:19Speaker 1: but it's okay. I'll pull it together. But let me
- 2:22Speaker 1: tell you something, man, I got a clear cut message
- 2:24Speaker 1: for you today. I really do you know. As I've
- 2:28Speaker 1: gotten older, I've began to take some supplements. And supplements
- 2:38Speaker 1: are to help your body in things that it doesn't
- 2:44Speaker 1: produce as much as it used to. Supplements are designed
- 2:52Speaker 1: to help you replenish what's been depleted in your body.
- 2:59Speaker 1: As supplements. Now, now, people, I can tell you can
- 3:03Speaker 1: speak a lot more aggressively and a lot more knowledgeable
- 3:07Speaker 1: on this subject, but just giving you a just a
- 3:10Speaker 1: brief overview of minunderstanding of now. If you've been living
- 3:16Speaker 1: your life for a while, supplements are necessary for most
- 3:23Speaker 1: of us now. Also, if you've been living your life
- 3:32Speaker 1: for a while spiritually, you may need some supplements because
- 3:40Speaker 1: you've just been at it for a while. You don't
- 3:44Speaker 1: got woe down a little bit, You're tied, some people
- 3:47Speaker 1: around you, ain't changing. Some people around you draining. It's
- 3:52Speaker 1: just life just keeps on coming. Life don't ever get
- 3:56Speaker 1: no easier. It just you become more knowledgeable about how
- 4:00Speaker 1: to handle it. It does not get any either easier.
- 4:03Speaker 1: You continue to lose loved ones, you continue to have
- 4:07Speaker 1: to confront the challenges. It's just that over course of
- 4:10Speaker 1: time you become experienced and you can handle them better.
- 4:14Speaker 1: But life don't get no easier. But spiritually you get
- 4:19Speaker 1: a little bit worn down. Well, you need some spiritual
- 4:23Speaker 1: supplements too. And I'm just gonna flat out tell you,
- 4:28Speaker 1: the more God that you can replenish yourself with, the
- 4:35Speaker 1: higher the dosage of God that you are willing to
- 4:39Speaker 1: put into your spiritual self, the possibilities then become limitless.
- 4:49Speaker 1: You actually have the ability to make a conscious decision
- 4:54Speaker 1: to supplement your body, and you have a conscious decision
- 4:59Speaker 1: to supplement your spirit. You can do both. So what
- 5:05Speaker 1: I did was I could just tell you what I did.
- 5:08Speaker 1: I was taking all these supplements. I started taking supplements
- 5:11Speaker 1: where I was about forty five. I think that's when
- 5:13Speaker 1: I began. I was thinking about it one day and
- 5:18Speaker 1: I just went wild. Man. I started talking to some
- 5:21Speaker 1: knowledgeable people. I found out I needed these things. But
- 5:24Speaker 1: then spiritually, man, I started supplementing myself too. I started
- 5:27Speaker 1: praying some more. I started trying to gain a little
- 5:31Speaker 1: bit more knowledge and wisdom and understanding from scriptures and
- 5:35Speaker 1: just try to make sense of all of it, you know,
- 5:39Speaker 1: just just make a little bit more sense out of
- 5:41Speaker 1: my life, make sure that I was on the right path.
- 5:45Speaker 1: A matter of fact, get on the right path, find
- 5:47Speaker 1: out my real purpose and my mission in life. And
- 5:50Speaker 1: nobody can do that for you. That's something that you
- 5:53Speaker 1: have to want to do. But I started supplementing my
- 5:56Speaker 1: spiritual side of my life and supplementing my body. Now
- 6:00Speaker 1: I happen to be right now about in the best
- 6:04Speaker 1: shape I've ever been in. Technically, I can assure you
- 6:10Speaker 1: though I am in the best shape spiritually I have
- 6:14Speaker 1: ever been in. Now my body has looked better, it
- 6:18Speaker 1: really has. I mean, come on, now, at who I
- 6:21Speaker 1: am in life, at the stage with the years I've
- 6:24Speaker 1: been walking this earth. Man, I'm cool, But spiritually I'm
- 6:29Speaker 1: in the best shape I've ever been in. And what
- 6:32Speaker 1: it has done for me, y'all is it's gave me
- 6:35Speaker 1: a peace and a calmness. You know, it used to be, man,
- 6:37Speaker 1: I used to fight so hard against people who attack. Now, man,
- 6:42Speaker 1: it ain't. It ain't that serious to me because now
- 6:45Speaker 1: I have a full understanding that if I come under attack,
- 6:49Speaker 1: that God is with me, because that's a promise he made.
- 6:53Speaker 1: That's Isaiah fifty four seventeen. That's that's that's. Any weapon
- 6:57Speaker 1: formed against you, any weapon formed against you shall not prosper.
- 7:02Speaker 1: You can't. You can't come and get me. I'm not
- 7:06Speaker 1: here for you to take down because you didn't put
- 7:09Speaker 1: me here. So why would I feel a person bringing
- 7:13Speaker 1: me down when they're not the reason that I'm here.
- 7:17Speaker 1: So when you attack me, you have to be careful
- 7:20Speaker 1: because I ain't ever by myself. I formed a relationship
- 7:26Speaker 1: with the most high that I can rely on for protection,
- 7:30Speaker 1: for coverage, and for peace. A lot of times when
- 7:33Speaker 1: things used to stress me out. How to run this,
- 7:37Speaker 1: how to handle this, how to deal with that? You know,
- 7:39Speaker 1: famous rough Man. And then you put that together with
- 7:42Speaker 1: some business, and you put that together with your family.
- 7:45Speaker 1: You got a lot of stuff you're trying to tend to.
- 7:47Speaker 1: I have a peace of mind about it now because
- 7:51Speaker 1: I have someone who provides me with the sense of
- 7:55Speaker 1: understanding and calmness that lets me know that this tool
- 7:59Speaker 1: shall pass, as that it ain't just a saying that
- 8:02Speaker 1: I heard old people say that. It ain't just something
- 8:05Speaker 1: my mama used to tell me. It's something that can
- 8:08Speaker 1: really happen. Once you get an understanding, this tool shall pass.
- 8:11Speaker 1: This is just another piece of life that you are
- 8:14Speaker 1: now better equipped to handle. I'm telling you what it's
- 8:19Speaker 1: done for me. A millions of people out there hear me.
- 8:22Speaker 1: Man has done the same thing for them. I'm telling
- 8:26Speaker 1: it new to some people, but there's some people that
- 8:28Speaker 1: show enough understand what I'm saying. And then if you
- 8:32Speaker 1: have known this but kind of forgot it, it's time
- 8:34Speaker 1: for some supplements. So when you get like that, and
- 8:39Speaker 1: now you find yourself in a situation with a disease
- 8:43Speaker 1: or something, you gotta do something. Nah, you gotta start
- 8:47Speaker 1: juicing all your greens. You gotta start detoxing your body.
- 8:51Speaker 1: You gotta start purifying the system. See, the human body
- 8:54Speaker 1: has always had a way to repair itself if you
- 8:58Speaker 1: just give it a chance. Your mind has always had
- 9:01Speaker 1: a chance to repair itself if you give it a chance.
- 9:04Speaker 1: And your spirit always has a chance to repair itself
- 9:09Speaker 1: if you give it a chance. It's the only way
- 9:13Speaker 1: I can maintain at this level, and it's the only
- 9:16Speaker 1: way I have any chance of going further. I have
- 9:21Speaker 1: to increase my dosage of spiritual supplements. I got to
- 9:26Speaker 1: talk to God a little bit more. I got to
- 9:29Speaker 1: pray a little bit more. I got to understand his
- 9:33Speaker 1: word a little bit more. That's all I'm telling you. Man,
- 9:37Speaker 1: If you do that, if you just pray more, if
- 9:40Speaker 1: you just study a little bit more, Man, just try
- 9:43Speaker 1: to get an understand it. Ask him to help you understand.
- 9:46Speaker 1: It will open up the possibilities of your life into
- 9:50Speaker 1: a realm you never could have imagined. I'm telling you
- 9:55Speaker 1: that's real. Okay, you're listening to ladies and gentlemen. Today
- 10:04Speaker 1: is the day that the martyrs may let us rejoice
- 10:06Speaker 1: and be glad in it. Hey, this is how we're
- 10:09Speaker 1: gonna start it today. From the old quartet at my
- 10:13Speaker 1: mama's church. They just called him to men's quartet. Just
- 10:19Speaker 1: another day, just another day, another day. I hadn't made it,
- 10:25Speaker 1: I don't made it. Just another day, just know, just
- 10:32Speaker 1: another day. I'm made it. I made I'm so glad,
- 10:40Speaker 1: so glad, but Dad, I made another day, made another day.
- 10:46Speaker 1: Could have been gone. I could have been gone. I
- 10:51Speaker 1: could have been gone. I could have been gold, could
- 10:56Speaker 1: have been goneld I could have been Oh but you
- 11:04Speaker 1: you now, Or they would just write songs. I know
- 11:16Speaker 1: they've been writing songs on the way into church because
- 11:20Speaker 1: I said they didn't lyrically think this out to the
- 11:23Speaker 1: quote Jim Sherley, start being calle real Mississippi Monica junior
- 11:28Speaker 1: kill Junior junior kills. What's called? You know, mister mister Smith,
- 11:34Speaker 1: miss you miss Yeah? Man, all right, Julior, yeah, yeah man.
- 11:43Speaker 1: You know, uh, that night was a good night. You know. Yeah,
- 11:46Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you that, man. You know it's gonna
- 11:50Speaker 1: here's some benefits of this time. Yeah. Hey, right after
- 11:56Speaker 1: that though, all right, right after that though? How long
- 12:00Speaker 1: are we supposed to talk it's just gonna be a
- 12:03Speaker 1: major part of this matter. Like, yeah, yeah, I thought
- 12:07Speaker 1: I thought that we got through. I thought that was it.
- 12:10Speaker 1: So when before you could go home and yeah, yeah
- 12:16Speaker 1: you're nah nah you here home? Yeah Ji, yeah, I
- 12:25Speaker 1: don't know what the kid. Yeah, but but we just finished,
- 12:29Speaker 1: just finished making love. I thought it was the greatest thing.
- 12:33Speaker 1: Every different now, but but but now we got to
- 12:37Speaker 1: talk after that, I thought that was I know, I
- 12:40Speaker 1: was tired. I don't know, I didn't cuddle and yeah,
- 12:46Speaker 1: yeah yeah, about how long you were awake? Now? Oh man,
- 12:53Speaker 1: I've been waiting about two hours? Two hours? Yeah, ain't
- 12:59Speaker 1: we're talking? Yeah, we need many I'm trying to follow
- 13:10Speaker 1: you what now, Oh, it ain't nothing to follow. You
- 13:13Speaker 1: don't have to understand. That's how we'd be looking at
- 13:16Speaker 1: y'all the way y'all looking at me right now. Yeah,
- 13:19Speaker 1: but you're gonna talk now, Yeah, that's the talk to me. Yeah. See,
- 13:25Speaker 1: you're gonna be talking, Junior. At times you didn't even
- 13:28Speaker 1: know talking was allowed. All right, coming up at thirty
- 13:38Speaker 1: two minutes after the hour, Junior is here to run
- 13:40Speaker 1: that prank back right after this. You're listening morning show,
- 13:46Speaker 1: all right, it is time now to run that prank
- 13:48Speaker 1: back with Junior in for the nephew, which you got Junior? Okay, Shirley,
- 13:53Speaker 1: guess who moving next? Dope? That's the prank pranks about
- 13:56Speaker 1: to run. Come on, Cat, I'm trying to read. Uh

- 14:13Speaker 1: you live at uh? Uh? Check you out drawn? Why
- 14:18Speaker 1: do you want to know that? Uh? Well, actually I'm
- 14:20Speaker 1: at sixteen twenty three. I bought I bought the Uh
- 14:24Speaker 1: I actually bought the house that was for sale next
- 14:26Speaker 1: door team. Okay, well congratulations, But how did you get
- 14:29Speaker 1: my number? Uh? Actually the realtor told me that he
- 14:33Speaker 1: had your number because I said I wanted to reach
- 14:35Speaker 1: out to the neighbor's next door and he told me
- 14:38Speaker 1: that mister Dolan was actually the person next door and
- 14:41Speaker 1: and uh he didn't think you would mind me me
- 14:43Speaker 1: actually getting the number. Okay, well, I'll talk with the
- 14:46Speaker 1: real layer. But what can I do for you, sir? What? What? What?
- 14:49Speaker 1: I What I wanted to know is do do you
- 14:51Speaker 1: have any problems like living next door to to to
- 14:54Speaker 1: black people. I'm sorry, what did you just ask me?
- 14:57Speaker 1: I mean, like like I said, you know, like I said,
- 14:59Speaker 1: I just bought plays next door and I want to know,
- 15:02Speaker 1: do you have any problems, you know, living next door
- 15:04Speaker 1: the black people? Uh no, sir, I have no problem.
- 15:08Speaker 1: I'm assuming you're a black man, and uh I have
- 15:11Speaker 1: no problem with that. I judge people by their actions,
- 15:14Speaker 1: not their color. Okay, now do you do you do
- 15:17Speaker 1: you have any any black people experience? Well, yeah, I've
- 15:20Speaker 1: worked with, gone to school with, has several friends of
- 15:23Speaker 1: many different ethnicities. Uh but what what is it? What's this?
- 15:28Speaker 1: How is this relative? Well, you know, like I said,
- 15:30Speaker 1: I'm gonna be I'm gonna be living next to you,
- 15:32Speaker 1: and I'm just keep making sure that you know, you
- 15:35Speaker 1: and I can coincide, co exist rather on the same
- 15:39Speaker 1: block and not really have a problem with one another.
- 15:41Speaker 1: Base Because what I'm trying to say, well, do you
- 15:43Speaker 1: have a problem with white people? Uh? No, No, No,
- 15:46Speaker 1: I don't have a problem with white people. I'm cool.
- 15:48Speaker 1: I'm just I'm just trying to make sure you know, Uh,
- 15:51Speaker 1: I mean, because me and you already have a bit
- 15:53Speaker 1: of a problem already you know we do. Yeah, yeah,
- 15:57Speaker 1: we we have a problem. I mean, I'm boy bothering
- 16:00Speaker 1: me while on that work. What's your problem? Okay? Well
- 16:03Speaker 1: my problem is this is that, you know, after purchasing
- 16:06Speaker 1: the property, I went downtown to the city and actually
- 16:09Speaker 1: looked at, you know, the layout of this entire property.
- 16:13Speaker 1: And when I look at it, you actually twenty five
- 16:16Speaker 1: close to thirty feet over the property line. Well, now
- 16:20Speaker 1: you look at the wrong map. No, No, the fifth
- 16:23Speaker 1: that separates my backyard from your backyard. You are thirty
- 16:26Speaker 1: feet over that. That's impossible, you know, listen, and I
- 16:30Speaker 1: know this is not let me let me know. I'm
- 16:31Speaker 1: gonna tell you. Look at you got a jacouzi in
- 16:34Speaker 1: your backyard, right, So you've been even spine on me. No,
- 16:38Speaker 1: I haven't inspired on you, sir. I'm just telling you
- 16:41Speaker 1: close to that, not far from that fish line. Don't.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Don't you have a jakouzi there? Well, as a matter
- 16:46Speaker 1: of fact, I do. Yes. Okay, so now the pools,
- 16:48Speaker 1: the poolers. Okay, But but if I if I pushed
- 16:52Speaker 1: that fish line back thirty and actually get the property
- 16:54Speaker 1: that I'm supposed to have, well I pretty much own you.
- 16:58Speaker 1: Your jacouzi. You'll hot to n I see. Okay, let
- 17:02Speaker 1: me tell you something. I've been in that house for
- 17:04Speaker 1: ten years. We put that fence up when we moved in,
- 17:07Speaker 1: and it was based on the property line. That was
- 17:10Speaker 1: that was the set when ten years ago. I don't
- 17:13Speaker 1: know what you're looking at, but my fence is not moving.
- 17:16Speaker 1: My jacuzi is not moving, and there's there's no changing that. Okay, Well,
- 17:22Speaker 1: let me let me let me. I'm glad you hear
- 17:23Speaker 1: your voice what you wanted the voice. No, no, no, no,
- 17:27Speaker 1: you here, you here, old Cliffer out. Let me tell
- 17:29Speaker 1: you so. Uh. Either we're gonna take the fence line
- 17:32Speaker 1: and moving where supposed to be. Oh, We're gonna put
- 17:35Speaker 1: a gate between uh two yards, and I'm gonna be
- 17:39Speaker 1: able to come and get in this at cozy and
- 17:41Speaker 1: pool whenever I won't to. All right, let's let's let's
- 17:44Speaker 1: let's talk about this. First of all, there's gonna not
- 17:46Speaker 1: gonna be a gate, okay. And as far as you
- 17:49Speaker 1: just coming over and getting into jacuzzi at will, I
- 17:52Speaker 1: got a real problem with that. Uh you've called me
- 17:55Speaker 1: at work. I'm on the job and I'm having to
- 17:58Speaker 1: listen to this on a future neighbor who's making weird
- 18:03Speaker 1: claims about how he owns part of my lamp got bad.
- 18:07Speaker 1: I hold the jacouzy s No, no, you did not
- 18:11Speaker 1: pay for that jacuzi. You did not pay for that tense.
- 18:14Speaker 1: You just shouted up, making a He called me at work,
- 18:17Speaker 1: and and and and then you hand me some story
- 18:21Speaker 1: with no evidence. I don't go down to the city
- 18:24Speaker 1: hall and look at those papers myself, because I don't
- 18:27Speaker 1: trust word you're saying. I've been there for ten years.
- 18:31Speaker 1: I've had ten other neighbors in that backyard. You don't
- 18:35Speaker 1: cycle through once a year, I swear, And I've never
- 18:38Speaker 1: had any problems with him until you come along. This
- 18:41Speaker 1: is some okay, w I tell you what. There's something
- 18:44Speaker 1: you need to understand. You got a new black neighbor,
- 18:46Speaker 1: and you got a new black neighbor that owns part
- 18:49Speaker 1: owns your jacuzi because you're over the fifth line, all right.
- 18:52Speaker 1: And as soon as I move in, I'm coming and
- 18:54Speaker 1: I'm getting in my jakouzi, you would, oh, man, you
- 18:58Speaker 1: know what, I made, no move into that. I'm gonna
- 19:02Speaker 1: use the jacouzi on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You get
- 19:05Speaker 1: it on Twoday, Thursday and the weekend. That's it, because
- 19:09Speaker 1: Bladi and damn jacouzy belong to me. The jacouzi a
- 19:12Speaker 1: the home my black man and a white man, and
- 19:14Speaker 1: we're gonna get along. Blat of line. Look here, let
- 19:17Speaker 1: listen hear you? Who were you to dictate what days
- 19:20Speaker 1: I get to use my jacuzi because it's not coming
- 19:24Speaker 1: over to mind just you you were crying. It's I
- 19:27Speaker 1: was jakouzi because you you built it. That's the only
- 19:30Speaker 1: thing that makes it yours. It being on my part
- 19:33Speaker 1: of the property, I was making mind. So therefore we're
- 19:36Speaker 1: gonna share this damn jakouzi and we're gonna try to
- 19:39Speaker 1: get here. Jacouzie, I'm passing your across the fence. I
- 19:43Speaker 1: will be there on Monday's Wednesdays and you aren't gonna
- 19:46Speaker 1: be I'll be standing out my jacouzi with a shotgun.
- 19:49Speaker 1: You take one step over to my property, my jroperty line.
- 19:54Speaker 1: I swear as I jump through this phone, I'd ring
- 19:56Speaker 1: your neck. You know who's gonna be in there with me?
- 19:58Speaker 1: Who they gonna be in there? I'm cutting hail in
- 20:01Speaker 1: the damn jakus who cutting hail my co worker Hey man,
- 20:09Speaker 1: this is nephew. Tell me man, you your boy cutting
- 20:12Speaker 1: hal got me the plank fall call you, oh, pay
- 20:18Speaker 1: back to we got you, We got you. Hey, I
- 20:25Speaker 1: got one more thing to ask you, man. What is
- 20:27Speaker 1: the baddest and I mean the baddest radio show in
- 20:30Speaker 1: the land, the Steve Harvey's radio show. All right, thank
- 20:35Speaker 1: you Junior. Coming up next, it is asked the cello
- 20:39Speaker 1: with the Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey in the building.
- 20:42Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show coming
- 20:47Speaker 1: up at the top of the hour and entertainment news
- 20:49Speaker 1: Cardie b remember one a defamation lawsuit back in January,
- 20:54Speaker 1: and now she's ready to collect her millions by any
- 20:58Speaker 1: way possible and to if and he Hattish says she
- 21:01Speaker 1: is now unemployed. And the iHeart Radio Music Festival kicks
- 21:05Speaker 1: off tonight in Las Vegas. But right now, yeah, but
- 21:09Speaker 1: right now it is time to ask the clo with
- 21:13Speaker 1: our Chief Love Officer, the Cloak, Steve Harvey. Joyce and
- 21:18Speaker 1: Norfolk says, um, I walked in on my husband fooling
- 21:21Speaker 1: around with the babysitter. I should have known better than
- 21:24Speaker 1: to hire her because she slept with her sister's man.
- 21:27Speaker 1: My husband said, she came on to him. I want
- 21:31Speaker 1: to believe him, but why wasn't he at work like
- 21:33Speaker 1: I was? M Wait a minute, are you hiding him?
- 21:38Speaker 1: Not at all? I was, man, you mean like you
- 21:42Speaker 1: can just say that. I want to believe him, but
- 21:50Speaker 1: why wasn't he at work like me? Right? You just
- 21:54Speaker 1: answered your own question. She came on me and Junior, Yeah,
- 22:05Speaker 1: you know how many time women come on to you? Yeah? Yeah, yeah, Okay,
- 22:12Speaker 1: that was a test, Junior. I know you don't tell
- 22:16Speaker 1: your little hand. So yeah, let me tell you something.
- 22:19Speaker 1: You are now marry. Nobody came on? Yeah, you ain't
- 22:24Speaker 1: seen nobody come on to you? Yeah you don't. You
- 22:27Speaker 1: don't forgot what come on me? That was the test
- 22:32Speaker 1: I gave. I failed it. Boy, flind Color, you're sitting
- 22:38Speaker 1: down and you and the prisoner's office. Nine. Yeah, go
- 22:42Speaker 1: go through it again, Steve, You said, Junior, do you
- 22:45Speaker 1: remember do you remember, man, when they used to come
- 22:51Speaker 1: on to me? No? I don't remember none of that.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Come on the quick study. Yeah. The reason I was
- 22:59Speaker 1: asking you, man, because I have forgotten myself. Look at
- 23:02Speaker 1: these two married men working out, working out. I don't
- 23:08Speaker 1: come on the elevator. But you can't come on to
- 23:10Speaker 1: me though, I don't know how such a thing can
- 23:12Speaker 1: even happen. They never could happen. Right, good job, guys,
- 23:18Speaker 1: let's be leading all right. Here we go, donn and
- 23:21Speaker 1: not the only thing you can do can come on?
- 23:23Speaker 1: Come on getting this car. I'm glad he learned that.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Don and Knoxville says my parents both turned sixty recently
- 23:33Speaker 1: and they rented an airbnb for their party. I was
- 23:36Speaker 1: not invited and I didn't have the address. My mother
- 23:40Speaker 1: referred to it as an adult sleepover. I may be
- 23:44Speaker 1: way off on this one, but did my parents have
- 23:47Speaker 1: a swingers party? Yeah? You ain't way off d on it. Yeah,
- 23:53Speaker 1: they didn't rent at this house, so don't nobody ahead
- 23:55Speaker 1: they addressed. Yeah, adults only don't sleep on. Yeah, you
- 24:02Speaker 1: couldn't come. And what's sixty year old have a sleep boat? Yes? Call?
- 24:07Speaker 1: Have you ever thought about going to a swingers party? Steve? What? He? No,
- 24:12Speaker 1: it's never crossing. I'm not swing where I take the
- 24:19Speaker 1: grandkids outside on who you know? But ain't no girls
- 24:26Speaker 1: out there? Yeah, ain't no girds. We just swing because
- 24:32Speaker 1: they sixty. That's why I was asking. Yeah, you see
- 24:35Speaker 1: how I did that, Junior. I've taken notes. You got it.
- 24:38Speaker 1: I'm a professional married talk different. You got no O responses.
- 24:53Speaker 1: Now we know what sixty people, sixty year old people
- 24:56Speaker 1: are doing when they turned sixty. Briann, I don't know.
- 24:58Speaker 1: But first of all, let me say this right here now,
- 25:00Speaker 1: was sixty year old younger people? M hm, y'all to
- 25:04Speaker 1: say of them? You sixty telling you right now, you
- 25:09Speaker 1: best to understand I'm not crawling in the chair giving up.
- 25:15Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, your your motto as old as
- 25:18Speaker 1: the goal. All right, here we go, Brianna. And Orlando writes,
- 25:23Speaker 1: My boyfriend and I were in the tub together and
- 25:28Speaker 1: he tooted loudly underwater. The romance was gone and it
- 25:33Speaker 1: smelled awful, So I got out of the tub. He
- 25:36Speaker 1: got very upset and said, I have no sense of humor.
- 25:39Speaker 1: All right, well, Steve, you're a comedian. Was this funny? Well,
- 25:45Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you one thing. Because if it came
- 25:47Speaker 1: up through that water, it was strong, That's what she said. Yeah,
- 25:53Speaker 1: because the bubbles when they if it was an actual
- 25:56Speaker 1: bubble at the top of the water, when that bubble bust,
- 26:02Speaker 1: that was that was That was hammed in nuclear war fam,
- 26:06Speaker 1: get up, Carla clear war fair. That's up. Yeah, and
- 26:18Speaker 1: and and and and and and that's the young person's
- 26:21Speaker 1: thing because we don't. We don't get in tubs no more.
- 26:24Speaker 1: I'm doing that right now, too much struggling, snipping, fall,
- 26:33Speaker 1: slide down, that's hround, drying your ass. What was funny
- 26:37Speaker 1: about that though? Oh what he did? Yeah? She had
- 26:44Speaker 1: no sense of humor, all right? Uh? Last one, Steve
- 26:49Speaker 1: Christy and DC says, I'm thirty six and married. My
- 26:54Speaker 1: husband works out of town during the week. I can
- 26:57Speaker 1: work from anywhere, so I beg to go on a
- 27:00Speaker 1: work trip with him. He said, it's against company policy.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Why would his company care who staying in his hotel room? Yeah,
- 27:11Speaker 1: because he worked with the company. Uh huh uh huh
- 27:16Speaker 1: he worked with the company. And how would they know that?
- 27:20Speaker 1: And that's a company policy. Ship, Oh, there's a company,
- 27:23Speaker 1: that's what he said. She she just wants to know
- 27:26Speaker 1: why they care who staying in the room with him.
- 27:29Speaker 1: He didn't make company policy. Your answer, now, you won't.
- 27:35Speaker 1: You won't me to risk my job going to get
- 27:39Speaker 1: clearly what is in it? Employee handbo uh oh, oh,
- 27:44Speaker 1: that's a good one, and now you're gonna put all
- 27:46Speaker 1: that we have, our hopes and dreams up to week
- 27:49Speaker 1: so you can come and sleep and here you work
- 27:51Speaker 1: from you have to work. He goes in deep. Yeah,
- 27:57Speaker 1: and I just can't imagine that I'm not going to
- 28:00Speaker 1: allow our family structure, well being. Oh yeah, security, right, okay,
- 28:09Speaker 1: and all of that. You're counting on me to do
- 28:12Speaker 1: the right thing, and then you want me to break
- 28:16Speaker 1: a company policy as hard as I'm working to be
- 28:21Speaker 1: on the right track. Yeah, Junior, that's a Merri dance saying,
- 28:27Speaker 1: boy boy, you had your peeing out at him. I
- 28:34Speaker 1: just I just realized I've hurt the passion that's in
- 28:37Speaker 1: his voice. And he says, I try to passion and commitment, commitment.
- 28:42Speaker 1: I got it. I knew that was staying true to
- 28:44Speaker 1: this company. I'm one day having aspirations of being a
- 28:47Speaker 1: supervisor around him. All right, climb the corporate ladder. We're
- 28:52Speaker 1: moving on. At the top of the hour. We'll have
- 28:54Speaker 1: some entertainment news for you right after this. You're listening
- 28:58Speaker 1: to show well. Back in January, Cardie B sued YouTube
- 29:04Speaker 1: blogger Tasha K for defamation. Cardi B won that lawsuit.
- 29:09Speaker 1: It was four million dollars in settlement money after the
- 29:12Speaker 1: jury found Tasha K guilty of waging a malicious campaign
- 29:16Speaker 1: to hurt Cardi B's reputation. Right after Cardie won the lawsuit,
- 29:21Speaker 1: she tweeted, I'm gonna come for everything. Be better have
- 29:25Speaker 1: my money. But Tasha K made it clear that she
- 29:29Speaker 1: doesn't have the money. So now, according to documents filed
- 29:32Speaker 1: in Georgia, Cardi B has planned to garnish Tasha K's
- 29:35Speaker 1: Chase Bank accounts, sees her property, wages, and other assets
- 29:40Speaker 1: to collect what's owed to her. Cardi B. Don't mess
- 29:44Speaker 1: with Cardi B. That's a lesson right there. Everything God money,
- 29:53Speaker 1: I just it's I mean, you know it's I think
- 29:57Speaker 1: everybody that does people this way ship should have to pay.
- 30:01Speaker 1: I don't think it's fair that you get to do
- 30:03Speaker 1: what you want to do to people and then skip
- 30:05Speaker 1: along and act like you didn't do nothing. He did
- 30:08Speaker 1: a lot of harms to this girl. Cardie B suffered
- 30:13Speaker 1: because of that. I mean, she really did. But she's amazing.
- 30:16Speaker 1: How people think that because you famous, you don't have feelings, right,
- 30:21Speaker 1: I mean, can I tell you something. The only difference
- 30:24Speaker 1: between famous people and non famous people is people know
- 30:27Speaker 1: them and they don't know you. They have bad days,
- 30:31Speaker 1: they have children they love, they have situations they're trying
- 30:34Speaker 1: to get through. They have problems they're attempting to solve.
- 30:37Speaker 1: They have goals and aspiration. They have reputation, they have
- 30:40Speaker 1: a brand that they're working on building. And because you're
- 30:43Speaker 1: sitting up at your house trying to get clickbait by
- 30:46Speaker 1: destroying a person's brand and everything, and then when they
- 30:48Speaker 1: take you to court, I ain't got it. You had
- 30:51Speaker 1: it when you was typing. Oh yeah, all right. In
- 30:57Speaker 1: other news, TIMZ cameras caught up with Tiffany Hattish at
- 31:00Speaker 1: the Lax Airport, and Tiffany chatted with a TIMZ staffer
- 31:04Speaker 1: as she walked. Tiffany stated that she is relieved that
- 31:08Speaker 1: the child sex abuse lawsuit against her has been dropped,
- 31:11Speaker 1: but the lawsuit did hurt her career. Tiffany said she
- 31:15Speaker 1: told TIMZ that she lost everything. She said, oh, I
- 31:18Speaker 1: lost everything. All of my gigs are gone, everything is gone. Hopefully,
- 31:25Speaker 1: you know now that it's drops she can get back
- 31:27Speaker 1: to work, she can get some of her gigs back.
- 31:29Speaker 1: But she said she lost everything. It's not gonna be
- 31:33Speaker 1: that simple. I hope it is of I like Tiffany,
- 31:37Speaker 1: and I wish it will. The problem you have is
- 31:40Speaker 1: a public backland. Well, the problem that they havn't is
- 31:45Speaker 1: because they dropped the charges. You know, it still don't
- 31:50Speaker 1: mean nothing happen in terms of I don't believe that
- 31:54Speaker 1: Tiffany did anything with a child. That's not what I'm saying.
- 31:58Speaker 1: But there will a skit and people will hang on
- 32:05Speaker 1: to that. Man, Yeah, regretable. They would just hang on
- 32:09Speaker 1: to that. Yeah, And then you got sponsors and you
- 32:13Speaker 1: got people like that, and you know, hey, it's just
- 32:16Speaker 1: kind of ugly. Man wants the cat get out the bag.
- 32:21Speaker 1: It's hard to put the cat back in the bag.
- 32:24Speaker 1: You know, a rumor, whether it's true or not, it
- 32:28Speaker 1: becomes a story in the society we live in because
- 32:31Speaker 1: of cyberspace, because and just to just share evilness of people.
- 32:36Speaker 1: You know, I think wants to get dropped. That says
- 32:39Speaker 1: a lot. I think they should be kar to have
- 32:41Speaker 1: an opportunity to go on with their life. And it
- 32:43Speaker 1: was dropped pretty quickly too. This didn't stay long in
- 32:47Speaker 1: the media. But let that be a testament also too
- 32:52Speaker 1: to anybody who makes a mistake. If a person makes
- 32:57Speaker 1: a mistake and they pay the price for the mistake.
- 33:01Speaker 1: How long did they have to keep paying for that mistake?
- 33:05Speaker 1: When does it a person get a chance to redeem themselves.
- 33:11Speaker 1: So it's it's a lot of sides to this man. Yeah, yeah,
- 33:14Speaker 1: it's you know, it seems like the through with you,
- 33:18Speaker 1: they don't give you up. I was I was at
- 33:21Speaker 1: this golf tournament and I don't know what was happening,
- 33:25Speaker 1: but I was standing next to this couple. I took
- 33:27Speaker 1: a picture with this old accumpant, this elbowing couple, and
- 33:32Speaker 1: somehow the subject, this couple next to him is talking
- 33:35Speaker 1: about Chris Brown, and it got said, Steve, you like
- 33:38Speaker 1: Chris Brown. I said, y'all like him? A lot man
- 33:41Speaker 1: and then a woman, how could you? I don't know
- 33:44Speaker 1: these people. I've never seen these people. I don't you know.
- 33:47Speaker 1: The dude just said, Steve, you're like Chris Brown. See
- 33:50Speaker 1: y'all like Chris Brown. I'm just out in public, minister. Yeah,
- 33:53Speaker 1: twenty people standing right and waiting on pictures and stuff.
- 33:57Speaker 1: I said, y'all like Chris Brown. Then the lady, how
- 33:59Speaker 1: could you? Oh my god, after what he did? Damn?
- 34:06Speaker 1: Was that the question? Yeah? The question was do you
- 34:09Speaker 1: like Chris Brown? Yes? I do? Oh after what he did?
- 34:16Speaker 1: You know? And I ain't got time for you, ain't
- 34:17Speaker 1: getting enough with you. But how long Chris Brown got
- 34:20Speaker 1: to pay? Right? Yeah for something he did much younger.
- 34:25Speaker 1: And yeah, God doesn't forgave him. I have forgive. Look, man,
- 34:34Speaker 1: what else could a brother do? You can't listen? He
- 34:37Speaker 1: can make a hit record, let me tell you that. Yeah,
- 34:41Speaker 1: good people make bad decisions all the time, all the time, Steve,
- 34:49Speaker 1: really really good people man make bad decisions and get
- 34:53Speaker 1: caught up in bad circumstance all the time. I know,
- 35:00Speaker 1: really really good people man who made some really really
- 35:04Speaker 1: bad mistakes. Do no right all right. Lastly, the iHeartRadio
- 35:12Speaker 1: Music Festival kicks off tonight in Las Vegas at T

- 36:29Speaker 1: holy matrimony, wow, all of it, I took the time
- 36:35Speaker 1: out to say, what can I say to him in
- 36:39Speaker 1: a way that he would understand what this all meant?
- 36:43Speaker 1: And so I took the time out. As you could see,
- 36:48Speaker 1: you put pen to paper. I put pen to paper.
- 36:51Speaker 1: What wow, I have it here? Okay, And I didn't

- 38:38Speaker 1: said he didn't take pain the paper. I didn't. Yeah,
- 38:41Speaker 1: that that means the business he is. He said, I
- 38:44Speaker 1: gotta write this down. Yeah, and that was it. You know,

- 44:21Speaker 1: But right now it is time for the prank phone
- 44:23Speaker 1: call with Junior in for the nephew. Junior, what do
- 44:27Speaker 1: you have for us today? I don't really want announced
- 44:29Speaker 1: this one, don't. Yeah, this prank here, this prank here,
- 44:33Speaker 1: privately go somebody, but I'm gonna do it. But this
- 44:35Speaker 1: is not nothing I'm saying. It's just the prank for today.
- 44:38Speaker 1: Today's prank is called divorce papers. Okay, that's not what's
- 44:44Speaker 1: happening with me. That's not Come on, Kat run Frank
- 44:54Speaker 1: is divorce papers. Hello? Hello, Yeah, I'm trying to reach
- 45:00Speaker 1: a Jones. Please. My name is Attorney Guidry from the
- 45:05Speaker 1: Missing law firm. Is she available? How you doing? Man?
- 45:08Speaker 1: I'm actually trying to get some business rectified. Um, dealing
- 45:12Speaker 1: with your divorce that took place, I guess over the
- 45:14Speaker 1: last seven whole year. It's I correct, correct? I got
- 45:18Speaker 1: some file up with your paperwork here. Now, you guys
- 45:20Speaker 1: had some property that you owned together, I believe in Avondale,
- 45:24Speaker 1: Am I correct? Correct? I'm looking at your paperwork here,
- 45:27Speaker 1: miss Jones. Okay, now we're getting down to the property,
- 45:32Speaker 1: and that seems to be where the problem is lies.
- 45:34Speaker 1: This in Avondale, you guys had some property and you
- 45:37Speaker 1: sold it as you both went and split your ways, right. Um,
- 45:41Speaker 1: looking at the paperwork that I have here, it seems
- 45:44Speaker 1: like it was filled out incorrectly. I don't know how
- 45:47Speaker 1: seven years has passed for this to come back and
- 45:50Speaker 1: fall on my desk to be to get rectified. But um,
- 45:54Speaker 1: whatever the dividends were that you guys took and shared that,
- 45:59Speaker 1: you're now looking as if you're owing mister Jones an
- 46:03Speaker 1: additional eighteen thousand dollars What I ma'am? I don't know.
- 46:10Speaker 1: I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but
- 46:12Speaker 1: I wanted to bring this information to you and see
- 46:14Speaker 1: how we can get it rectified. I'm not looking for
- 46:17Speaker 1: you to have that much money available at today. But
- 46:21Speaker 1: I do know as a as an attorney for mister Jones,
- 46:23Speaker 1: I must say that we're trying to get it taken
- 46:25Speaker 1: care of as soon as possible. A minute, this up,
- 46:30Speaker 1: How do I owe him eighteen thousand? Every reason? Well,
- 46:35Speaker 1: the paperwork here, ma'am, seems to be See, it wasn't
- 46:39Speaker 1: supposed to be fifty percent, fifty percent between you it
- 46:43Speaker 1: you all. It should have been seventy five twenty five,
- 46:45Speaker 1: and he being seventy five percent of the property owed
- 46:48Speaker 1: to him and twenty five percent. I don't know how
- 46:51Speaker 1: you know Louisa as a community practice, and how could
- 46:54Speaker 1: he get seventy five percent and I get twenty five?
- 46:57Speaker 1: From my understanding that he paid most of the bills
- 47:00Speaker 1: when you guys were living together, And I don't have
- 47:03Speaker 1: anything to do with that. No, he didn't pay most
- 47:05Speaker 1: of the bills. I work and contribute to right, and
- 47:09Speaker 1: I understand that. But if I understand from what I
- 47:11Speaker 1: have here on the paperwork, and I understand that you
- 47:13Speaker 1: had some contribution to it, but it just seems like
- 47:16Speaker 1: you did not contribute as much as he did. And yes, dude,
- 47:20Speaker 1: I never heard like this. I do apologize, man, but
- 47:24Speaker 1: what I do need you to do is definitely not
- 47:26Speaker 1: use that type of language while I'm on the phone. Okay, Well, look,
- 47:29Speaker 1: I don't really have to talk to you because I know,
- 47:31Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't own no Johns, no eighteen
- 47:34Speaker 1: thousand dollars. And he didn't overpay me because it was
- 47:37Speaker 1: communitive profit. I had two children for him. I left
- 47:40Speaker 1: with none yet everything, and there's no way I'm going
- 47:43Speaker 1: to pay him no eighteen thousand dollars. And I hate
- 47:46Speaker 1: to get a little up rough with you, but you
- 47:47Speaker 1: are going to pay this eighteen thousand dollars. Now, that's
- 47:50Speaker 1: going to happen. Now. If I have to garnish your
- 47:53Speaker 1: check and do it, then that's the way it will
- 47:54Speaker 1: have to be done. But the money will be coming
- 47:56Speaker 1: to mister Kirk Jones in the sum of eighteen thousand.
- 48:00Speaker 1: Call it back at Yeah, Look, don't you hang up
- 48:05Speaker 1: on me again. Now, if I have to put a
- 48:06Speaker 1: lean on your property or put a lean on your
- 48:09Speaker 1: which one do you want? Look, and you want to
- 48:11Speaker 1: talk to me like that, I talk to you anyway
- 48:14Speaker 1: I want to talked about because once I want to
- 48:17Speaker 1: that all that was over with, You're gonna pay eighteen
- 48:20Speaker 1: thousand dollars. That's what you're gonna do now. I don't
- 48:24Speaker 1: want to have to come to your house, ma'am to
- 48:26Speaker 1: pick up this money, but I will. I'm not working.
- 48:29Speaker 1: I want to know how school I have to pay
- 48:31Speaker 1: him eighteen dollars. See, you're not working. That's our problem
- 48:34Speaker 1: from the start. That's why it wasn't fifty fifty. That's
- 48:36Speaker 1: why it was seventy five twenty five because you were
- 48:38Speaker 1: not holding. I work off through the upstairs. That made
- 48:42Speaker 1: twenty six years and I worked. Well, what is your
- 48:45Speaker 1: butt doing now? Nothing? Well, there we go. That seems
- 48:49Speaker 1: to be the root of our problem, isn't it. No,
- 48:51Speaker 1: it hain't a ruling, no problem, because I want to
- 48:53Speaker 1: know how did Kirker get a eighteen percent and we
- 48:57Speaker 1: that as a communitive property. He has his long and
- 49:00Speaker 1: I had my lawyer. He agreed to us, and I
- 49:02Speaker 1: was dead, So I don't know how I owe him
- 49:04Speaker 1: eighteen thousand. Man. That's the way the problem was. Evidently
- 49:08Speaker 1: you didn't read the paperwork that you signed when you
- 49:10Speaker 1: and Kirk separated seven years ago. Now, if you didn't
- 49:13Speaker 1: read your paperwork correctly, this is why it comes back
- 49:15Speaker 1: to bite you and you, but oh no, it's not
- 49:18Speaker 1: because I had a lawyer and he had his lawyer.
- 49:21Speaker 1: We agree with that. That was back and forward, and
- 49:24Speaker 1: we agree with everything he signed a paper Now was that, Well,
- 49:28Speaker 1: maybe you didn't have a lawyer. That was worth for
- 49:29Speaker 1: damn who didn't read the bottom of the paperwork himself.
- 49:32Speaker 1: And I had a lawyer. Thought I had a good
- 49:35Speaker 1: lawyer that and I understand that. Man, when that happens
- 49:38Speaker 1: a lot of a lot of time, I can't believe that.
- 49:40Speaker 1: And I had two children struggle with him, and we
- 49:44Speaker 1: got what we got by both of us work, and
- 49:46Speaker 1: this he gonna come back and and oh no, I'm
- 49:50Speaker 1: gonna fight this. When can we expect the payment starting
- 49:53Speaker 1: to work on this eighteen thousand? I don't know. Well,
- 49:56Speaker 1: I mean I'm gonna have to get a date or
- 49:58Speaker 1: something where I can start getting five hundred dollars from
- 50:01Speaker 1: you per month or something like that, Yes, five hundred
- 50:04Speaker 1: a month. I haven't worked. I was working. And when
- 50:07Speaker 1: you want to say it, I don't think I should
- 50:09Speaker 1: have to tell tell you all this because I need
- 50:11Speaker 1: to get talked to me a lawyer, because I'm not
- 50:13Speaker 1: agreeing to anything, because I don't think that it's not fair.
- 50:18Speaker 1: I tell you, give me a dead night because I'm
- 50:21Speaker 1: gonna have to get me a lawyer at it. I'm
- 50:23Speaker 1: trying to keep my compos as an attorney, ma'am. How
- 50:27Speaker 1: do you have the writer and I don't have no
- 50:29Speaker 1: faithful over there? You are? You have you remarried? No?
- 50:33Speaker 1: I haven't. Okay, you realize if I don't get the money,
- 50:37Speaker 1: then I don't get paid. Right Listen, I'm gonna be
- 50:40Speaker 1: down in your area probably on Wednesday. Do you think
- 50:44Speaker 1: you and I can get together and probably talk about
- 50:46Speaker 1: this because I want to help you as much as
- 50:48Speaker 1: I can. Yeah, because I don't think it's fair to
- 50:50Speaker 1: me Wednesday, wad I'm not I could be there. Well
- 50:54Speaker 1: you think that maybe? Yeah, you and I can get
- 50:57Speaker 1: together maybe and work something man, Yeah, because I know
- 51:00Speaker 1: I'm not. I mean, I cannot afford to pick Johnson
- 51:03Speaker 1: or eighteen hundred. You know, took the house from it
- 51:05Speaker 1: for little or nothing. And I'll tell you what, I'll
- 51:08Speaker 1: tell you what I'll do this. I won't. I won't
- 51:10Speaker 1: tell mister Jones anything but only on one condition. That's
- 51:14Speaker 1: me and you being able to work this thing out
- 51:16Speaker 1: behind closed doors. What you mean work it out. I
- 51:18Speaker 1: mean work it out? What do you mean? What do
- 51:21Speaker 1: you think I mean? I don't know. Tell me, well,
- 51:24Speaker 1: maybe you know, like I'm dumb, some relations or something.
- 51:29Speaker 1: Why would you want a relationship with me? Not even
- 51:32Speaker 1: that relationship, but just you know, maybe kind of kick
- 51:36Speaker 1: take work away. I'm dumb, I don't know. I don't
- 51:39Speaker 1: know nothing about life. I think you know wholine about line?
- 51:44Speaker 1: But why it is you mess with me? I just
- 51:46Speaker 1: want to see if we can maybe get together. I'll
- 51:49Speaker 1: throw all his paperwork out and I'll let you know
- 51:51Speaker 1: it's not possible. But you meet me Wednesday. I'll make
- 51:56Speaker 1: this thing go away. I don't believe that. I'll tell
- 51:59Speaker 1: you what else. You ain't unbelieve what this is. Nephew
- 52:02Speaker 1: Tommy from the Steve Harvey Mortan Show. You just got

- 52:17Speaker 1: grand baby on the phone, and you just got by

- 53:50Speaker 1: gonna read this one right here, right now, and you
- 53:53Speaker 1: never know, it could be yours. It could be yours.
- 53:57Speaker 1: It's time for the Strawberry Letter with my great friend
- 54:00Speaker 1: Shirley Strawberry. We are friends, Junior. Congratulations again on your marriage.
- 54:07Speaker 1: All right, subjects. I spied and he lied, Dear Stephen, Shirley.
- 54:12Speaker 1: I'm a wife and a mother of two young kids.
- 54:15Speaker 1: I worked full time and taught an evening class at
- 54:18Speaker 1: the college in my town. My friend's husband works at
- 54:21Speaker 1: the college and he hooked me up with the job.
- 54:24Speaker 1: I planned to teach full time at the school, so
- 54:26Speaker 1: I quit my other job, but after a strange turn
- 54:30Speaker 1: of event, I am jobless and in hot water with
- 54:34Speaker 1: my husband. One evening after class, as I was walking
- 54:37Speaker 1: to my car, I saw my friend's husband sitting in
- 54:40Speaker 1: a car with a female. I knew that wasn't right,
- 54:44Speaker 1: but I decided to mind my business. A couple of
- 54:47Speaker 1: nights later, I saw the same woman in the same
- 54:50Speaker 1: car and he was with her. I wrote down this
- 54:53Speaker 1: woman's tag number, and I got my policeman friend to
- 54:56Speaker 1: find out who the lady is. I found she's an attorney.
- 55:01Speaker 1: I made a point to spy on him every night
- 55:03Speaker 1: because it became a pattern. He was becoming more and
- 55:06Speaker 1: more careless and was openly affectionate with the woman. He
- 55:11Speaker 1: never even noticed when I was spying. As he sat
- 55:13Speaker 1: in her car, I told his wife that I need
- 55:16Speaker 1: to show her something, and I told her to meet
- 55:18Speaker 1: me on campus. It had gone on long enough, so
- 55:23Speaker 1: she had to know. I showed her to the woman's car.
- 55:27Speaker 1: I showed her the woman's car and her husband was
- 55:30Speaker 1: sitting there looking crazy. He said they were taking care
- 55:34Speaker 1: of a legal issue, and they sat inside the car
- 55:36Speaker 1: because it was drizzling outside. The lady gave me and
- 55:39Speaker 1: my friend a business card to show she's a lawyer.
- 55:42Speaker 1: He got irritated with my friend for showing up at
- 55:45Speaker 1: his job like that, and she blamed everything on me.
- 55:48Speaker 1: Within a few days, I got fired. My husband said
- 55:52Speaker 1: I deserved to be fired for mettling in this man's marriage.
- 55:55Speaker 1: I consider myself a good friend, even though my friend
- 55:59Speaker 1: isn't speaking to me now. How am I wrong for
- 56:02Speaker 1: trying to help her? Wow, I can't even believe that
- 56:07Speaker 1: we have to tell you this, miss messy. I can't
- 56:09Speaker 1: even believe this. But you're wrong on so many levels.
- 56:13Speaker 1: This is not your business, it's not your marriage, point
- 56:16Speaker 1: blank period. You were doing way too much, don't Don't
- 56:20Speaker 1: you know? You can't meddle into other people's business in
- 56:23Speaker 1: their marriages. You can't get into that. They didn't take
- 56:26Speaker 1: bows with you. What does what he was doing with
- 56:32Speaker 1: that woman, what does that have to do with you?
- 56:34Speaker 1: Of course you got fired. Of course your friend is
- 56:37Speaker 1: mad at you. You overstepped and stuck your nose into
- 56:41Speaker 1: something that was wrong. Yes, it was wrong as far
- 56:45Speaker 1: as we know. But you're not the police, and you're
- 56:48Speaker 1: definitely not the lord. Mind your business. You know now
- 56:52Speaker 1: you're without a job, you've lost your friend, and your
- 56:54Speaker 1: husband is mad at you for being messy. I just
- 56:57Speaker 1: tell you to sit down and worry about your own marriage,
- 56:59Speaker 1: your own business. This is crazy. You're not the police, Steve.
- 57:04Speaker 1: I want to say something. Shelly's response defies everything she
- 57:15Speaker 1: truly believes. Sirley wants to know. No, Shelly deserves to
- 57:25Speaker 1: know the truth her girlfriend to tell her. I have
- 57:32Speaker 1: been on the radio with this woman since the year
- 57:34Speaker 1: two thousand. I have been in discussions with her about this. Yes,
- 57:42Speaker 1: friend need to know. Yes, I would tell her. I
- 57:48Speaker 1: have heard this before. Caller has said the same damn thing.
- 57:54Speaker 1: Get in here, caller, cut your mic on. I'm here,
- 57:57Speaker 1: I'm here. Yes, you have said that same thing. I
- 58:01Speaker 1: just wanted to clear that up. Yes, sir, Yes, sir.
- 58:05Speaker 1: For all of you fans of the Strawberry Leap, I
- 58:10Speaker 1: stand behind my response, in front of my response, and
- 58:13Speaker 1: on the side of my response. What you said it
- 58:18Speaker 1: is not high your ass at when you ain't on
- 58:22Speaker 1: the air, all you out. Surely you could call me
- 58:27Speaker 1: out all you want, but that's not true. Call it
- 58:30Speaker 1: in anybody's marriage. I didn't say you was. I didn't
- 58:35Speaker 1: say you were in anybody's marriage. I've never seen you
- 58:39Speaker 1: in anybody's marriage. No. Basically, what I'm saying is your
- 58:44Speaker 1: response defies everything that's in your heart. That is not
- 58:49Speaker 1: true many times, if you told me you would want
- 58:54Speaker 1: to know, so you want somebody to tell you know what?
- 59:03Speaker 1: I will find out eventually? What I'll find out eventually?
- 59:07Speaker 1: What's the what's the question? Would you want to know? What?
- 59:17Speaker 1: If my husband was cheating on me? I would tell
- 59:19Speaker 1: the truth. You want What are you asking? I'm asking
- 59:23Speaker 1: you that if one of your girlfriends knew that joke
- 59:27Speaker 1: man was out there doing something? Wouldn't you want her
- 59:31Speaker 1: to tell you? I would want to know, But I
- 59:34Speaker 1: don't want to put her. I don't want to put
- 59:36Speaker 1: her in that kind of position. I don't know. I
- 59:39Speaker 1: don't I know people. I know you don't want to
- 59:42Speaker 1: put the filly because you're kind hearted and you don't
- 59:45Speaker 1: want to put it nobody, and you're not messy person,
- 59:47Speaker 1: and you ain't nobody's business. But I am telling y'all
- 59:52Speaker 1: part of a sponse goals and kissing. If where is
- 59:55Speaker 1: your response I have, I'm not mind shot. That's why
- 59:59Speaker 1: I use up this whole top half to say, I'm
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: pre empting my response. Yeah, but I'm putting a disclaimer
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: on hord. I'm fitting to say because I've been tempt
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: damn truth out of those people's business. You know, I
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: don't like that. All right, listen, coming up with twenty
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: three minutes after the hour, we'll have maybe perhaps a
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: response from Steve Harvey Strawberry letter subject is I spied
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: and he lied? We'll get into it right after this.
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, Come on, Steve,
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: let's just recap the strawberry letter, and then maybe you
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: think you'll have a response. I had to recap. I
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: was talking about show response. My whole first half was
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: about your Now, we got that out the way, and
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: we don't have to go with that. Now, let me
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: tell you something. This is what I have been telling
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: y'all since I've been on radio. But watch hot fell apart.
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: The wife, mother, two young kids, full time job, taught
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: an evening class, had a college in my town. A
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: friend's husband. A girlfriend of her got a husband that
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: worked down at the college, and he hooked her up
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: with a job. Oh lor, I planned to teach full
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: time after school, so I quit my other job. But
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: after a strange turn of events, I am jobless and
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: in hot water with my husband. Or pray, tell what
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: could be this strange turn of events? Let me show
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: One evening after class, I was walking to my car.
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: I saw my friend's husband sitting in the car with
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: a female. The same dude that got her job sitting
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: in the car with a female. I knew that wasn't right,
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: but I decided to mind my business. Now right there,
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: we're dealing with a person who writes a letter that's
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: a lot. The woman that wrote this letter is a liar,
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: a bold faced liar. I decided to mind my business. Well,
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: let's see how long that lasted. A couple of nights later, Oh,
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: I saw the same woman in the same car and
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: he was with her. She just said, mind my business.
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: I wrote down this woman's tag number, the name you
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: went from. I'm gonna mind my own business. So I
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: wrote down this woman's tag number, and I got my
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: policeman friend, oh to find out who the lady is.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: I found out she's an attorney. I made a point
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: to spy on him every night. This is why your
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: ass saying the teacher, no more right now, you spy
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: So when you go home taking your kids or something.
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: I decided to spound him every night because it became
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: a pattern. He was becoming more and more careless, and
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: he was openly affectionate with the woman. See what was
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: you saying? Did you see him kissing? Did you see
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: him in the car doing something? No, you said openly
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: affection what they means smiling, talking, laughing. No. See, you
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: wasn't even clear about this, but you clear about everything else,
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: and you knew this was wrong the first time you
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: saw him in the car, so you assuming everything after
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: that must be wrong. He never even noticed when I
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: was fine, as he said in the car. Now you
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: ever thought maybe because he wasn't up to nothing, he
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: ain't had to be under suspicion. Did that cross your mind?
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: And if he said, why would he be on the
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: campus only his job, doing something openly in front of
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: everybody and not be cautious about it. I told his
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: wife that I needed to show her something, and I
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: told her to meet me on campus. Oh you trust
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: it had gone on long enough so she had to know.
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: I showed her too. I showed her too, I guess
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: the woman's card and her husband was sitting there looking crazy.
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: He said they were taking care of a legal issue.
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: And they sat inside the car because it was drizzling outside.
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: Perfect probably was y'all out that got y'all had mattered
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: on your head here in the car because it was
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: drizzling outside. The lady gave me and my friend a
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: business card to show that she's a lawyer, and she
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: did smooth hand out the card, so she's a lawyer.
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: He got irritated with my friend for showing up at
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: his job like that, and she blamed everything on me. Yeah,
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: within a few days I got fired. My husband said
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: I deserve to be fired for meddling in that man's marriage.
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: I consider myself a good friend, even though my friend
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: isn't speaking to me. Now, how am I wrong for
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: trying to help her? You weren't trying to help her.
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: You was trying to hurt him, and then hurting him
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: since they won, you in turn gonna break up a
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: marriage with not enough information. And even if you had
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: enough information, you had information that wasn't none of your
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: damn business. And if you had followed your own lie
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: you told at the top of the letter, I decided
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: to mind my business. But you can't because you are
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: busy body. Now, you didn't mess your damn job up
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: down at the college because you fired then brought this
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: woman down to the campus where this man worked. Do
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: you know you could have cost this man his job
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: too with this foolishness, But you didn't have no proof,
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: And all they was doing was sitting in the car,
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: and the woman gave both of y'all the business. Yes,
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: it is calm and collected. And what do you mean
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: by openly affectionate? Because you never clearified that because you couldn't.
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: Let me tell you something. If she just saw this
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: man kissing, this would be in the letter. If she
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: just saw him hugging, it would have been in the
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: damn letter. She interpreted it as openly affectionate. They end
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: the car, all right, listen, Leiber could have got a
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: room if they was doing something else on Instagram. I
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: don't worth dot com. Check out the Strawberry Letter podcast

- 1:07:32Speaker 1: and this is who I am. It's who I am.
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: I'm not pending the change, man. But from what I've seen,
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: the key to a successful marriage to make sure that
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: that goes just the way you want is to not
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: do it at all. Wait a minute, Wait a minute.

- 1:08:27Speaker 1: And then that's the way Stee like this in to me,
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: like y'all's radio show, y'all doing right now? The one
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: you own't y'all in like a marriage? Okay, you know
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: what I'm saying, partnership. Yeah, yeah, yeah, you know, y'all
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: depending on each other, y'all. One, you know, sybody, you
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, that's feeling. That's how I do
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: it with women. You know, I just be in the
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: marriage without getting married, and they've all been extremely successful.
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: You don't need to event you do all your relationships
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: and marriages without the event, never had the event, never
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: wanted the event, never dreamed of the event, never been
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: a part of the defend this a great game here, Man,
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: that's heavy. That's I can't believe I said that all

- 1:18:43Speaker 1: rather give your wife money to buy her own gift?
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: Or would you rather you buy the gift? Okay, Um,

- 1:19:06Speaker 1: the time to show how much you care. Give them
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: more emotion, Shirley. But all right, would you rather just
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: get the argument over or let your wife ignore you
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: for a whole week? Oh? Let her ignore me for
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: a WEEKDND, I mean she's the one up your dumb ass.

- 1:21:43Speaker 1: give you hope. No, you're still sick. I got a
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: fact just this week. I had it in my knee.
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: I should have never told that the uncle when I
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: shold in my head it didn't knee. He didn't know
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: what to do. He is crazy. But this salwar is

- 1:22:07Speaker 1: all all that Junior's doing, buss sickles Sale. We are
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: supporters of that on this show. He is a huge supporter.
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: He's a spokesperson and everything. And he even was on
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: the radio the other day in the crisis and came
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: in anyway because his new wife is a wonderful nurse
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: she's a nurse practitioner. Yes, yes, it's where his little
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: ass would have had to go down to Emory. Fix
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: it right at the house, because we'll lose his ass
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: for days at the time. Won't know where he had
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: if you call him on the crisis. I'm telling you
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: right now, he don't sound like he belonged on the radio.
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: Got a foolish that's been up. Hey, let me hang up.
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: This looked like this could go bad. Why right now?
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: I really do call me when you get out the
