- 0:24Speaker 6: Listening to.
- 0:26Speaker 7: Show to.
- 0:39Speaker 6: Joy.
- 0:50Speaker 5: Yeah, Joy, you don't you.
- 1:06Speaker 4: Love?
- 1:13Speaker 1: Turn you gotta turn.
- 1:31Speaker 5: I got to turn the mouth the turn.
- 1:43Speaker 3: You probably got to turn the mouth, turn out the mop, come.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Come out, you think uh huh?
- 2:02Speaker 8: I said, uh huh, I show will, Good morning everybody.
- 2:07Speaker 8: You are listening to the voice, come on dig me now,
- 2:10Speaker 8: one and only Steve Harvey got a radio show.
- 2:13Speaker 2: I feel it's necessary to explain what.
- 2:15Speaker 8: I say in the morning because somebody asked me, what
- 2:18Speaker 8: do you mean by that when you say that in
- 2:20Speaker 8: the morning.
- 2:21Speaker 2: When I say.
- 2:23Speaker 8: Uh huh, it's in response to David Hollister opening the
- 2:27Speaker 8: song by saying, go ahead, big Daddy, go ahead, I said,
- 2:31Speaker 8: uh huh, I show will. Then I say good morning everybody,
- 2:35Speaker 8: because I was raised a rage. You're supposed to speak
- 2:37Speaker 8: when you come in the room. I'm coming in y'all's room,
- 2:41Speaker 8: whether it's your bedroom, the room in your house, your car,
- 2:45Speaker 8: your office, you know, wherever you're at. I come in
- 2:47Speaker 8: the room or God speak, So I say good morning everybody.
- 2:51Speaker 8: You are listening to the voice, and then I got
- 2:54Speaker 8: to introduce myself because as a performer, I always felt
- 2:58Speaker 8: my best when I was introduced. No, why would you
- 3:01Speaker 8: walk out on stage anybody introduce you. You can't get
- 3:04Speaker 8: the round of applause. It's just it's horrible. So I say,
- 3:07Speaker 8: you are listening to the voice one and only Steve Harvey.
- 3:12Speaker 8: Come on, dig me now. Now that's old school. I
- 3:15Speaker 8: got that, but that's I was once again.
- 3:18Speaker 2: Dig me Now?
- 3:19Speaker 8: Is I want you to feel what I'm about to say.
- 3:22Speaker 8: That's all I'm saying. That's not a bragging thing. You
- 3:26Speaker 8: know you are listening to the voice one and only
- 3:29Speaker 8: Steve Harvey. Come on, dig me now, I'm just asking
- 3:32Speaker 8: you to feel what I'm saying in the morning because
- 3:35Speaker 8: it's part of a promise that I made to God.
- 3:38Speaker 8: See a long time ago, I told God, if he
- 3:40Speaker 8: allowed me to make it, that when I got there,
- 3:44Speaker 8: I would tell everybody I know how I did it,
- 3:47Speaker 8: and I wasn't gonna shortcut it or shade him on it.
- 3:50Speaker 8: I said, if you allow me to make it, if
- 3:53Speaker 8: you give me the strength, the courage, the wisdom, you
- 3:57Speaker 8: gave me a gift, if you let me apply it,
- 4:00Speaker 8: don't destroy myself in the process. Forgive me for my
- 4:04Speaker 8: sins along the way, continue to hold and rock me
- 4:07Speaker 8: when I need it. When I make it, I promise you, Lord,
- 4:12Speaker 8: when I get there, I will tell everybody how I
- 4:15Speaker 8: made it.
- 4:17Speaker 4: Well.
- 4:18Speaker 8: This started back in LA when I got on the
- 4:21Speaker 8: radio and I was making it okay. I was doing okay,
- 4:26Speaker 8: but I had to keep my promise to God. My
- 4:29Speaker 8: promise was, if you allow me to make it, I'll
- 4:33Speaker 8: tell everybody how I got there. I have to tell
- 4:37Speaker 8: you that every day, because if it was not for
- 4:41Speaker 8: that grace and mercy, I wouldn't even be here able
- 4:44Speaker 8: to fulfill my promise, because I've done enough dirt in
- 4:47Speaker 8: my life.
- 4:48Speaker 2: Man to not be worthy.
- 4:51Speaker 8: He could have easily walked away from me a long
- 4:53Speaker 8: time ago because I had show walked away from him. See,
- 4:58Speaker 8: and I didn't walk away from him once. I walked
- 5:01Speaker 8: away from him a bunch of times. But guess what
- 5:04Speaker 8: he forgave me a bunch of times. I'm a living
- 5:09Speaker 8: example of hundreds of chances. His forgiveness and his mercy
- 5:16Speaker 8: is available for everybody. It's the only reason I get
- 5:20Speaker 8: on this show every day. It's the only reason I
- 5:22Speaker 8: have the blessings that's come in my way. It's the
- 5:24Speaker 8: only way that the things that keep happening in my life, man,
- 5:28Speaker 8: that I have no explanation for, is because of His
- 5:33Speaker 8: grace and mercy. See, anytime something good happens in my
- 5:37Speaker 8: life and I can't explain it, that's usually him, he
- 5:41Speaker 8: exhibits to me. Remember, I'm a forgiving god. Man. Remember,
- 5:47Speaker 8: So when you fall, Steve, don't lay down there. Don't
- 5:50Speaker 8: you lay down there. Don't you let the devil fool
- 5:52Speaker 8: you that because you'd have made some mistakes that you
- 5:55Speaker 8: ain't that you can't do it because everybody gonna make them.
- 5:59Speaker 8: There's none perfect, no, not once. So get up, keep moving,
- 6:03Speaker 8: keep pushing, step on what you're laying there for. Your
- 6:08Speaker 8: daddy didn't raise you that way. Look, man, my father
- 6:12Speaker 8: was just about manhood. I'm gonna just tell you. My
- 6:14Speaker 8: daddy never had a conversation with me about church. He
- 6:17Speaker 8: beat me for not going, but you know a couple
- 6:20Speaker 8: of times, but he wasn't about that. It wasn't his message.
- 6:23Speaker 8: That was my mama's job. My mama taught me about
- 6:26Speaker 8: being saved, about loving the Lord, about giving your life,
- 6:30Speaker 8: about the teachings of Jesus Christ. My mama was a
- 6:33Speaker 8: Sunday school teacher, so I got all of that from her.
- 6:36Speaker 8: My old man ain't had none of that for me.
- 6:38Speaker 8: My old man talked to me about one thing all
- 6:40Speaker 8: day long, hard working manhood, and well you're gonna get
- 6:43Speaker 8: that if you don't get nothing else from me. He
- 6:46Speaker 8: gave that to me, so I got it. See, so
- 6:49Speaker 8: my father, you say, excuse my language, but you ain't
- 6:52Speaker 8: gonna sit there like no little punk up in here.
- 6:53Speaker 8: You ain't what you're finna do. You're finna get up
- 6:56Speaker 8: and go do what you're supposed to do. Now, stop
- 6:58Speaker 8: all that wine and like some little punk and gone
- 7:00Speaker 8: get the movie. That's how my father talked to me. Now,
- 7:02Speaker 8: I'm just telling you real. It worked for me though,
- 7:05Speaker 8: And before you start emailing me, that had nothing to
- 7:08Speaker 8: do with homosexuality at all. It's just that was his
- 7:12Speaker 8: term for a man not acting like a man. That's
- 7:15Speaker 8: all it was he had. It was not a gay
- 7:17Speaker 8: reference at all. I want you to understand that before
- 7:19Speaker 8: you start emailing me. So my daddy wasn't calling that
- 7:22Speaker 8: was not a sexual reference for him. My father talked
- 7:25Speaker 8: to us That's what he meant. I knew exactly what
- 7:27Speaker 8: he meant. He couldn't have meit nothing else. He ain't
- 7:28Speaker 8: even know nothing about that. My man clueless when it
- 7:31Speaker 8: come to that right there. So when I was getting
- 7:35Speaker 8: down and feeling bad about myself, my old man, he
- 7:38Speaker 8: taught me this toughness.
- 7:39Speaker 2: Man.
- 7:39Speaker 8: He gave me this grit, this doggedness, this go to
- 7:42Speaker 8: work and work hard. That's why today, when God does
- 7:46Speaker 8: bless me with something, he ain't got to worry about
- 7:49Speaker 8: me not working hard because.
- 7:51Speaker 2: That's in me.
- 7:53Speaker 8: And when I get tired, I asked that same God
- 7:56Speaker 8: for strepth to keep on doing so I can do
- 7:59Speaker 8: the blessing since he got for me. So when you
- 8:02Speaker 8: ask me how you gonna do all this, Steve Harvey,
- 8:04Speaker 8: I don't know. I ain't got to figure that out.
- 8:08Speaker 8: All I got to do is show up with the
- 8:10Speaker 8: same amount of faith of being showing up with God
- 8:12Speaker 8: handled the rest of it. See y'all, Hey man, let
- 8:16Speaker 8: me tell you something. I don't see how you do it.
- 8:18Speaker 8: I don't either, Can I get you, hey man, newsflash?
- 8:21Speaker 2: Let me hear. I don't see how you doing all that? Steve?
- 8:24Speaker 2: You doing this? You doing that?
- 8:26Speaker 8: Can I tell you something I don't either. I just
- 8:28Speaker 8: wake up with the faith man and trusting that if
- 8:31Speaker 8: He gonna bless me with it, he must be gonna
- 8:33Speaker 8: show me a way how to get it done. See
- 8:35Speaker 8: I ain't tripping on that part. See, once you take
- 8:39Speaker 8: yourself out the how to business, you can go on
- 8:42Speaker 8: and get with it. But see, if you're gonna trip
- 8:44Speaker 8: yourself out with the how to, you can't think like
- 8:47Speaker 8: God can think. You can't figure like God can figure.
- 8:50Speaker 8: So now you sitting up in here, God Lord, I
- 8:51Speaker 8: want this to happen for me. Then I don't know
- 8:54Speaker 8: how I'm gonna do all that. Well, guess what you
- 8:57Speaker 8: in the wait?
- 8:57Speaker 4: Now?
- 8:58Speaker 2: See you?
- 8:59Speaker 8: Now you in the way, because see God ain't asked
- 9:02Speaker 8: you to figure out how to? He said, ask and believe.
- 9:07Speaker 8: Then he said faith without works is dead. That's my solution.
- 9:11Speaker 8: That's the concoction that I'm functioning on. All I got
- 9:15Speaker 8: to do is accept the blessing, keep the faith, be
- 9:19Speaker 8: willing to work and believe God can do anything but fail.
- 9:24Speaker 8: Why would God bring me this far to leave me?
- 9:29Speaker 8: Why would he bring you this far to leave you?
- 9:34Speaker 8: So why I get up every morning? I have no choice?
- 9:38Speaker 8: I got to get up in here to rest. When
- 9:40Speaker 8: I'm running late, Man, I try to plow through here.
- 9:43Speaker 8: Sometime I don't make it. Man, I got to do
- 9:44Speaker 8: a rerun. But I plow through here because man, Steve,
- 9:47Speaker 8: you're gonna run out something to say. No, I'm gonna
- 9:49Speaker 8: just keep thinking.
- 9:50Speaker 2: Now.
- 9:50Speaker 8: You can't run out of that, can you? Because you
- 9:52Speaker 8: owe him that. Matter of fact, when I get through talking,
- 9:55Speaker 8: I really ain't thanked him enough.
- 9:57Speaker 9: You're listening, show, ladies and gentlemen, it is here, another
- 10:05Speaker 9: great day, another blessing from God.
- 10:08Speaker 2: He gave it to us. You are to be glad
- 10:10Speaker 2: about it.
- 10:11Speaker 10: I know I am.
- 10:12Speaker 2: Thank you, man.
- 10:13Speaker 8: I show appreciate you waking me up, starting me on
- 10:16Speaker 8: my way, giving me this grand opportunity to make another
- 10:21Speaker 8: dream come true, to start the process of making dreams
- 10:25Speaker 8: come true.
- 10:25Speaker 2: But really just to wake up and see what you.
- 10:28Speaker 8: Got for me today, Because man, so far it's been
- 10:32Speaker 8: all right now. Have I had some challenging days plenty?
- 10:35Speaker 8: Have I had what I thought was some major setbacks?
- 10:38Speaker 2: Bunch of them? Have I been in some trouble way
- 10:41Speaker 2: longer than I wanted to be?
- 10:43Speaker 8: Show have?
- 10:45Speaker 2: But didn't he do it?
- 10:46Speaker 8: Didn't he bring you through it, yay did, And that's
- 10:49Speaker 8: why I'm here today. That's why I'm as strong as
- 10:52Speaker 8: I am today because I have seen all of these
- 10:55Speaker 8: tests before. So do what you want to do, say
- 10:59Speaker 8: what you want to say, write what you want to write,
- 11:03Speaker 8: and tell it how you wanna tell it. But when
- 11:06Speaker 8: you get through, you can't do nothing or hit me
- 11:09Speaker 8: with nothing that's bigger than my God.
- 11:12Speaker 2: You can't do it.
- 11:13Speaker 8: Is my God versus my enemies. Good luck, That's all
- 11:18Speaker 8: I got to say. Good luck, homie, is my God
- 11:21Speaker 8: versus my enemies. All right, now, as you've been worn,
- 11:25Speaker 8: welcome to the Steve Harvey Morning Show because we're glad
- 11:28Speaker 8: about it. Shelon Strawberry Collin for real, Mississippi Monica Junior
- 11:32Speaker 8: government name kills faith and the legend that is Nephew
- 11:36Speaker 8: Tommy Well Jr.
- 11:39Speaker 2: Anything on your mind today.
- 11:41Speaker 11: I'm gonna tell you right now. You and technology. I
- 11:44Speaker 11: swear I don't mean to.
- 11:45Speaker 12: Be laughing at you all the time, but you know what,
- 11:49Speaker 12: up you talk to your gud about you and technology?
- 11:53Speaker 11: Can you get some help over that department? That's what
- 11:56Speaker 11: you need.
- 11:57Speaker 2: Because well, you know a Jr. Yeah, sometimes you could
- 12:00Speaker 2: pray for stuff and the answer is no.
- 12:03Speaker 11: So for you, it's no for technology.
- 12:06Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 12:06Speaker 8: Yeah, but that's why I got kids and employees for
- 12:09Speaker 8: I bet somebody better get over here and get it
- 12:11Speaker 8: figured out, because I bet it better.
- 12:13Speaker 2: I keep being a problem for me.
- 12:15Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 12:16Speaker 8: If you get in a check and I ask you
- 12:18Speaker 8: a question and you ain't got the answer, what is
- 12:22Speaker 8: your check for? I hire people are smarter than me,
- 12:26Speaker 8: So be smart the moment you dumb it in me.
- 12:30Speaker 8: Why am I paying you not to know nothing? Because
- 12:35Speaker 8: I already don't know nothing. So you know, Junior, So
- 12:37Speaker 8: you know you've brought up this little technology stuff. Yeah,
- 12:40Speaker 8: I guess that's just amusing to you.
- 12:42Speaker 4: Huh uh.
- 12:43Speaker 12: You be committed though you be trying. I ain't gonna
- 12:45Speaker 12: get I ain't gonna lie. You be trying, but you
- 12:48Speaker 12: come up short every single time.
- 12:51Speaker 8: Yeah, I do try. I do come up short. And
- 12:54Speaker 8: I guess that's been a very source of amusement for
- 12:57Speaker 8: you in the morning. This is you here? I come.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Oh, I hit the ivy dale.
- 13:04Speaker 11: Oh no, wait a minute, hold on, I can't stand here.
- 13:08Speaker 2: Oh I can't.
- 13:09Speaker 12: Oh, somebody, Hey, what I mean wife folks in here?
- 13:18Speaker 12: Time you say I need wife folks in here.
- 13:25Speaker 8: Well, all right, as dumb as I am, let me
- 13:28Speaker 8: say this, junior. Yeah, welcome to the Steve Hall and
- 13:31Speaker 8: Morning Show.
- 13:34Speaker 13: All right, coming up at thirty two minutes after the hour,
- 13:37Speaker 13: we'll hear from the nephew as he runs that prank
- 13:40Speaker 13: back right after this.
- 13:42Speaker 14: Where y'all going?
- 13:45Speaker 7: You're listening hard morning show?
- 13:48Speaker 13: All right, it's time to start your morning off with
- 13:50Speaker 13: the nephew and run that prank back?
- 13:52Speaker 2: What you got for his neph body drop? Let's go
- 13:56Speaker 2: catch up? Hello, Hello, I'm trying to read Jordan's please
- 14:02Speaker 2: this Hey Jordan, how you doing this?
- 14:05Speaker 4: K Dove?
- 14:06Speaker 2: I'm calling you know, we get somebody solicited your name
- 14:10Speaker 2: for us. You know, we are a new social media
- 14:12Speaker 2: outlet and we're getting ready to go live tomorrow at
- 14:16Speaker 2: eleven tomorrow morning, and we gotta, you know, look like
- 14:20Speaker 2: we're gonna get a lot of followers and this is
- 14:21Speaker 2: gonna be a big app. So kind of wanted to
- 14:25Speaker 2: see if you would be interested in being a part
- 14:27Speaker 2: of the app.
- 14:28Speaker 6: And what we got going, well, I don't even know
- 14:30Speaker 6: who would give you my information?
- 14:33Speaker 15: What is this?
- 14:34Speaker 2: I don't I don't know, I don't know who who's
- 14:36Speaker 2: who gave us your number or whatever. But they just
- 14:38Speaker 2: told us you would be good for being on the
- 14:41Speaker 2: on the app tomorrow morning. Like I said, we're friendly
- 14:43Speaker 2: go live. So we're trying to get pictures and videos
- 14:45Speaker 2: in today so we can give them on tomorrow.
- 14:49Speaker 6: What is this app?
- 14:50Speaker 2: You want some pictures? Yeah, we see this app is
- 14:54Speaker 2: This app is called Booty Drop, and what we do
- 14:56Speaker 2: is people people. Yeah, so what happens is people seeing
- 15:00Speaker 2: video they dropping their booty or you could just send
- 15:02Speaker 2: a picture of you behind however you want to do it.
- 15:05Speaker 2: You know we're gonna make it look real good or whatever.
- 15:07Speaker 2: But you know you're gonna you know, you represent. But
- 15:09Speaker 2: this is the new social media outlet that people gonna
- 15:12Speaker 2: be communicating with. But this is Booty Drop and we're
- 15:14Speaker 2: getting ready to drop this tomorrow morning. Like I said,
- 15:17Speaker 2: like eleven o'clock tomorrow, it's gonna go. It's gonna go live,
- 15:20Speaker 2: so you'll be able to see yourself on there.
- 15:22Speaker 6: What ain't about booty Drop?
- 15:25Speaker 4: Y'all?
- 15:26Speaker 6: You got me messed up. I don't drop no booty
- 15:28Speaker 6: for nobody but my man. Okay, so I don't know
- 15:31Speaker 6: who told you I was gonna be on here, but
- 15:33Speaker 6: I'm not doing no booty dropping.
- 15:34Speaker 2: Okay, so hold up, okay, hold on, hold on, hold
- 15:36Speaker 2: on all right. First of all, somebody recommended you, you know,
- 15:40Speaker 2: like I said, hold on. Now, we got all the
- 15:43Speaker 2: slides feeled except for this one. So you know, I
- 15:46Speaker 2: don't want to I don't want to have our app there,
- 15:48Speaker 2: and then we ain't got everything on that we need,
- 15:50Speaker 2: so we gotta have you to do this.
- 15:53Speaker 6: Look, well, there's a lot of booties. Okay, I'm not
- 15:55Speaker 6: the only one, you know, thank you. No, it ain't
- 15:58Speaker 6: gonna be no booty.
- 15:59Speaker 2: So I'm assuming you know I don't mean no harm
- 16:02Speaker 2: like I say this, Kate Dog, I don't mean no harm.
- 16:03Speaker 2: But let me ask you this here. So evidently you
- 16:06Speaker 2: must have a butt that people admire. If you know,
- 16:09Speaker 2: if they put your name on here, then you must
- 16:11Speaker 2: have a butt that they admire. You know what I mean.
- 16:13Speaker 2: I'm trying to be as gentleman as possible. You understand
- 16:15Speaker 2: what I'm saying.
- 16:16Speaker 5: Uh?
- 16:16Speaker 2: Is it a reason why you don't want to, you know, participate?
- 16:19Speaker 6: What ain't nobody gonna be putting their booty on the internet.
- 16:23Speaker 3: For some apps?
- 16:24Speaker 2: No? No, no, okay, So let me ask you this here.
- 16:28Speaker 2: You ain't you ain't on none of the other social
- 16:30Speaker 2: media outless you don't have no pictures on there or
- 16:32Speaker 2: nothing like that.
- 16:33Speaker 6: Not with my booty.
- 16:34Speaker 2: No, So you're just trying to tell me that all
- 16:37Speaker 2: your pictures are from.
- 16:38Speaker 8: The waist up.
- 16:39Speaker 6: No, they're not all from the waist up. But I'm
- 16:41Speaker 6: not about to be flashing my booty and jiggling it
- 16:44Speaker 6: for your app.
- 16:45Speaker 2: But but but see, you don't understand what booty drop
- 16:47Speaker 2: can do for you. Booty Drop, Booty Drop can bring
- 16:50Speaker 2: a lot of attention, you know to you. You know
- 16:53Speaker 2: you're gonna you're gonna meet a lot of people on
- 16:56Speaker 2: this booty Drop app. And that's what what I'm trying
- 16:58Speaker 2: to say is, I don't want you to knock it
- 16:59Speaker 2: to you tried it now, I say we put your
- 17:01Speaker 2: booty on there for the first week, and you see
- 17:04Speaker 2: how many hits you get, and if you don't like it,
- 17:06Speaker 2: then we take it down. That's all I'm saying. Just
- 17:08Speaker 2: you know, let me tell you something.
- 17:12Speaker 6: You're not about to put my booty on no app

- 24:30Speaker 1: Well, she said, she's flattered, Steve.
- 24:33Speaker 8: Yeah, but I don't want to do that because it
- 24:34Speaker 8: took him a long time to get a barber. Then

- 37:53Speaker 8: Is your comedic genius, but I must play a disclaim.
- 38:01Speaker 8: This is going to be a little edgy. It's gonna
- 38:08Speaker 8: ruffle a couple of feathers. So I'm just letting you
- 38:13Speaker 8: know this. This is j Anthony Brown.
- 38:16Speaker 4: He as it.
- 38:19Speaker 8: And I kind of got an idea. I don't know
- 38:22Speaker 8: exactly what it is, but I'm in support of comedy. Yeah,
- 38:29Speaker 8: but I'm saying we're doing this with a disclaimer that
- 38:33Speaker 8: no one can call us and say nothing about it.
- 38:35Speaker 8: I don't know exactly what he gonna do, but he
- 38:39Speaker 8: could ruffle some feathers, ladies and gentlemen. J Anthony Brown,
- 38:43Speaker 8: all right, what I'm about to do right now?
- 38:47Speaker 16: Every year a lot of people, good people you know,
- 38:51Speaker 16: meaning good have quanza parties.
- 38:53Speaker 8: Now, okay, let's start right there. Yes, I don't think
- 38:57Speaker 8: it's a lot of people. Go ahead, you must be
- 39:02Speaker 8: trying to build this jump up.
- 39:03Speaker 16: On trying trying to build it up, not a lot
- 39:07Speaker 16: of How about people have a Kwanza party and don't
- 39:12Speaker 16: a lot of people come, and they wonder why people
- 39:15Speaker 16: don't come. What I have is suggestions to get more
- 39:20Speaker 16: people to your Kwanza party. Number one, offer a free
- 39:26Speaker 16: dog she get to anybody.
- 39:27Speaker 8: Who will show up.
- 39:31Speaker 2: One size fit all.
- 39:37Speaker 16: Right, everybody that shows that the kwansa party, you get
- 39:45Speaker 16: a free bean pile. If you don't like me, give
- 39:49Speaker 16: you sleep potato. If you can't everybody don't like me?
- 39:53Speaker 16: I I love Okay, Now this one is really good.
- 39:57Speaker 16: This is really really good. If you have a quanza party, Steve,
- 40:02Speaker 16: you can demonstrate what I mean by this.
- 40:04Speaker 8: Do not have more than.
- 40:05Speaker 16: Two for loosifying brothers or sisters at your party.
- 40:12Speaker 8: You don't want more than two in there. You don't
- 40:14Speaker 8: want to, you know, brothers. Let me say this about
- 40:16Speaker 8: this time, this period that we partake of in this
- 40:21Speaker 8: a questrious moment of history defiling or the gatuatrichness, or
- 40:29Speaker 8: the barbariousness of what these holidays are too. That's why
- 40:34Speaker 8: we celebrate quansa.
- 40:36Speaker 17: But I dare say, though, brother, you don't want that
- 40:41Speaker 17: we contulate at this situation, knowing that it is paregorically
- 40:48Speaker 17: not a capability of scientific split. Let let me interject
- 40:53Speaker 17: some sensibility into this conversation.
- 40:56Speaker 8: Okay, you don't want a whole bunch of them at
- 40:59Speaker 8: your party? Okay, it ends up the move number five.
- 41:04Speaker 8: Ease up, this is very important.
- 41:07Speaker 15: Ease up, you know what.
- 41:09Speaker 8: E's up me right, Ease up on the incense and sage.
- 41:13Speaker 10: Okay, because the black of my nose is burning. How
- 41:27Speaker 10: my shoes they're like I got a headache?
- 41:32Speaker 7: Noxious, too much.
- 41:37Speaker 14: My greens tastes like Saint.
- 41:44Speaker 8: Number two. You want number seven?
- 41:46Speaker 16: You want to play something other than the Lion King?
- 41:49Speaker 8: Ann this is vanportant.
- 41:51Speaker 16: The African drummers don't have to play all night.
- 41:55Speaker 8: Long, Okay, they don't.
- 42:00Speaker 16: Dinner and last, but not again, don't tell nobody it's
- 42:07Speaker 16: a quiz of Bundy.
- 42:09Speaker 5: Just tell Okay, I have.
- 42:12Speaker 7: To tell him something.
- 42:13Speaker 4: You can.
- 42:14Speaker 12: I'm having a party, surprise, I'm having a party, all right.

- 51:01Speaker 8: asked Shirley for advice, hers will be advice.
- 51:05Speaker 2: I'm not here for that all the time.
- 51:08Speaker 8: Sometime it's just tag you it buck.
- 51:14Speaker 5: All right.
- 51:15Speaker 13: Well, if you do send us a letter, we could
- 51:17Speaker 13: be reading it on the air, just like we're going
- 51:19Speaker 13: to read this one live right now.
- 51:21Speaker 7: That is from Shame.
- 51:22Speaker 1: Yeah, that's for you.
- 51:23Speaker 2: Buggle up, hold on tight, we got it for you.
- 51:26Speaker 4: Here.
- 51:26Speaker 13: It is scraw up every letter subject. There's no way
- 51:29Speaker 13: to bless this mess. Dear Stephen Shirley, I've been kicked
- 51:33Speaker 13: out of my church, and I need some advice. I
- 51:36Speaker 13: attended a very messy church, and if you did not
- 51:40Speaker 13: do the things the way the pastor thought you should,
- 51:42Speaker 13: he would call you out. I have had a few
- 51:44Speaker 13: run INDs with him over stuff I post on my
- 51:47Speaker 13: personal Facebook page, and I told him I could post
- 51:49Speaker 13: what I want on my Facebook page and it has
- 51:52Speaker 13: nothing to do with him or the church.
- 51:54Speaker 1: I'm sure.
- 51:55Speaker 13: The real problem was the fact that I was sleeping
- 51:58Speaker 13: with one of the deacons, but the pastor couldn't say
- 52:01Speaker 13: anything because everybody knew he was having an affair. So
- 52:05Speaker 13: the pastor and I had words, and I cursed him
- 52:08Speaker 13: out and he excommunicated me. I did not care, and
- 52:13Speaker 13: I joined a new church, but I was still messing
- 52:15Speaker 13: with the deacon at my old church. Then I found
- 52:19Speaker 13: out the deacon was messing with two more ladies that
- 52:21Speaker 13: I was real cool with that church. All of us
- 52:24Speaker 13: found out about each other and we were mad. I
- 52:27Speaker 13: told them that I would handle the deacon, and that's
- 52:30Speaker 13: just what I did. I went through my phone and
- 52:33Speaker 13: found several pictures of the deacon's male part and texted
- 52:38Speaker 13: the pictures to the pastor and the other deacons.
- 52:42Speaker 1: I waited all what.
- 52:46Speaker 13: I waited a few days and I called the pastor
- 52:48Speaker 13: to see if the deacon was going to be excommunicated
- 52:51Speaker 13: like I was.
- 52:52Speaker 1: He told me that I was the problem, not the deacon.
- 52:56Speaker 13: Because of that, I marched right back up to my
- 52:59Speaker 13: old church this past Sunday, and I dared the pastor
- 53:02Speaker 13: to say anything to me the horrors. Deacon has found
- 53:06Speaker 13: a new church, But all of the other deacons were
- 53:08Speaker 13: looking all scared when they saw me after service. This
- 53:11Speaker 13: pastor said he would have me arrested if I came back.
- 53:15Speaker 13: Do you think he has the right to do that.
- 53:18Speaker 13: I should be able to worship wherever I want to,
- 53:21Speaker 13: and this is my church home, no matter how messy
- 53:24Speaker 13: it is.
- 53:25Speaker 1: What should I do?
- 53:26Speaker 8: Wow?
- 53:27Speaker 4: You want?
- 53:29Speaker 15: You want?
- 53:30Speaker 1: You want advice from from us? You want you want advice,
- 53:35Speaker 1: What can we tell you?
- 53:36Speaker 13: How can we advise you? You don't even listen to
- 53:38Speaker 13: your pastor. You don't even listen to him in your
- 53:41Speaker 13: own home church. As you put it, Uh, I can't
- 53:44Speaker 13: believe you. I mean, you, your pastor and the deacon,
- 53:48Speaker 13: you're all just just a mess.
- 53:50Speaker 1: That church too.
- 53:51Speaker 12: Uh.
- 53:53Speaker 14: It is crazy.
- 53:55Speaker 1: If you're a member of a church, you should at
- 53:58Speaker 1: least and you go regularly, you call that your church home.
- 54:01Speaker 1: You should at.
- 54:02Speaker 13: Least be getting something out of it, some kind of Jesus,
- 54:05Speaker 13: something out of the servants.
- 54:08Speaker 1: Something you sound like.
- 54:12Speaker 13: You know, you're proud and not the least bit of
- 54:15Speaker 13: shame that you're sleeping with the deacon in the church,
- 54:17Speaker 13: or that you cursed out the pastor of the church,
- 54:20Speaker 13: or that you texted the deacons naked pictures to the
- 54:23Speaker 13: pastor and the other deacons.
- 54:25Speaker 5: This what are you doing?
- 54:29Speaker 4: What are you doing? You need?
- 54:32Speaker 7: What would you say, Tommy?
- 54:34Speaker 2: That's not God?
- 54:35Speaker 1: No, absolutely not, absolutely not.
- 54:39Speaker 4: I mean.
- 54:41Speaker 13: You need to stop, seriously, you need to stop. You
- 54:44Speaker 13: need to get yourself together. Okay, you need you really
- 54:48Speaker 13: need Jesus. You need Jesus. You don't need to go
- 54:54Speaker 13: to any more churches if it's not helping you. Okay,
- 55:00Speaker 13: you know I gotta tell you, like I said, get
- 55:02Speaker 13: yourself together. Come on, sister, repent as for forgiveness for
- 55:06Speaker 13: what all the stuff you have done before you get
- 55:09Speaker 13: kicked out of this.
- 55:10Speaker 1: New church, because if you can, you know, if you
- 55:13Speaker 1: keep doing the same stuff, you're gonna kicked out until
- 55:16Speaker 1: you get it.
- 55:16Speaker 13: And yes, the pastor can ask you not to post
- 55:19Speaker 13: certain things on your Facebook page if you know, if
- 55:22Speaker 13: they're not no matter what they are, but if they
- 55:25Speaker 13: don't reflect who you should be as a Christian.
- 55:28Speaker 2: All right, you're gonna give me my picture.
- 55:31Speaker 8: Yeah, I agree technically with what you said, and I
- 55:37Speaker 8: think you were correct in what you were saying if
- 55:40Speaker 8: we were talking about a real situation. But this ain't real.
- 55:46Speaker 8: There is no way to bless this mess. The whole
- 55:51Speaker 8: letter screams of what the hell is it? Dear Stephen?
- 55:57Speaker 2: Should it?
- 55:58Speaker 8: I've been kicked out of my church and I need
- 56:00Speaker 8: some advice right there. When a person is kicked out
- 56:03Speaker 8: of a church, you think, oh my god, what does
- 56:06Speaker 8: she do?
- 56:08Speaker 2: Well?
- 56:08Speaker 8: Then she said it, I attend a very messy church.
- 56:12Speaker 8: And if you don't do things and wait till the
- 56:14Speaker 8: pastor thought you should. He'll call you out.
- 56:16Speaker 2: So you're sitting up there, it's Sunday. You done got dressed,
- 56:19Speaker 2: you donna come down now.
- 56:21Speaker 8: I want to bring to your attention, sister parnell Or,
- 56:28Speaker 8: who is a disruptive foce in our congregation. So you
- 56:36Speaker 8: have some run ends with him. You've had run ends
- 56:41Speaker 8: with your pastor over some stuff I post on my
- 56:46Speaker 8: personal Facebook page.
- 56:47Speaker 4: How he know?
- 56:51Speaker 2: I told him I can post what I want on
- 56:53Speaker 2: my page.
- 56:54Speaker 8: It ain't got nothing to do with him on the church.
- 56:58Speaker 8: And then you said, I'm sure that the real problem
- 57:00Speaker 8: is the fact that I'm sleeping one of the deacons.
- 57:06Speaker 1: It's crazy.
- 57:07Speaker 8: Wait a minute, you diagnosed the problem with your Facebook page.
- 57:16Speaker 2: I got so much to say in this letter. This
- 57:17Speaker 2: whole thing is a mess, and I have a solution
- 57:20Speaker 2: for it.
- 57:21Speaker 1: All right, Steve, will hang on. We'll be back with
- 57:23Speaker 1: part two of your response at twenty three minutes after
- 57:26Speaker 1: the hour, subject of today's Strawberry Letter. There's no way
- 57:29Speaker 1: to bless this mess, and we'll get back into it
- 57:32Speaker 1: right after this.
- 57:33Speaker 7: You're listening hard Morning show.
- 57:36Speaker 13: All right, Steve, come on, let's recap today's Strawberry Letter.
- 57:39Speaker 13: Subject there's no way to bless this mess.
- 57:42Speaker 8: This lady is a member of a messy church, hearing
- 57:47Speaker 8: the pass and has some runey in his old stuff.
- 57:49Speaker 8: She posted, he told she told him, I post what
- 57:53Speaker 8: I want on my page. Ain't got no do what
- 57:55Speaker 8: you ought to catch.
- 57:56Speaker 1: That's crazy.
- 57:57Speaker 8: But then she diagnosed the reason that they having the
- 58:01Speaker 8: real problem with her is because she's sleeping one of
- 58:04Speaker 8: the deacons. But then she say, but the pastor couldn't
- 58:09Speaker 8: say anything to you about you sleeping with the deacon
- 58:13Speaker 8: because everybody knows that he's having an affair. So the
- 58:21Speaker 8: pastor and I had words. Okay, now they've had several
- 58:26Speaker 8: run ins about the postings. Right then she turns around
- 58:31Speaker 8: and says, the pastor and I had words, and I
- 58:37Speaker 8: cussed him out. Wow, cussed your pastor out. But he's
- 58:44Speaker 8: pastor that's having the affair, that fronts people out in church.
- 58:50Speaker 2: So as he leads, y'all follow.
- 58:54Speaker 8: So see, since he fronts people in church, y'all ain't
- 58:58Speaker 8: got no problem fronting him. People followed like they lead.
- 59:03Speaker 8: I cussed him out, he excommunicated me. I ain't care.
- 59:11Speaker 2: I joined the new church.
- 59:13Speaker 5: I ain't care.
- 59:16Speaker 8: Because I went and got a new church, but I
- 59:19Speaker 8: was still messing with the deacon at my old church.
- 59:23Speaker 8: Then she found out that the deacon was messing with
- 59:26Speaker 8: two mold ladies that you was cool with at the church,
- 59:29Speaker 8: and all y'all found out about each other.
- 59:31Speaker 2: We was mad.
- 59:32Speaker 8: So then you, being the ring leader, had helper. You said,
- 59:37Speaker 8: I told you hed helper. When you messing, you had help.
- 59:45Speaker 8: I told them I would handle the deacon, and that's
- 59:48Speaker 8: just what I did. I went through my phone found
- 59:55Speaker 8: several pictures of the deacon's male parts. Wait a minute,
- 1:00:00Speaker 8: but what kind of deacon is this? What church you
- 1:00:03Speaker 8: go to? You found some pictures of male parts and
- 1:00:07Speaker 8: text to pictures to the pastor and the other deacons. Now,
- 1:00:12Speaker 8: hold on, let me tell you something. Just being a man,
- 1:00:15Speaker 8: if you get a message from a woman, you go, okay,
- 1:00:18Speaker 8: all right, what's happening, and it says, you know, download
- 1:00:23Speaker 8: or something like that, or images, and you pop it
- 1:00:27Speaker 8: up and a man.
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: Thing is on there.
- 1:00:32Speaker 8: Oh my good lord. We really don't know how to
- 1:00:38Speaker 8: respond in either way, the happy position or the sad position.
- 1:00:45Speaker 8: We don't know what to say, but we do recognize
- 1:00:49Speaker 8: right away that it is not us. We're very from
- 1:00:53Speaker 8: the us. Of course, I waited a few days and
- 1:00:59Speaker 8: I called a pastor to see if the deacon was
- 1:01:02Speaker 8: gonna be excommunicated like I was.
- 1:01:04Speaker 7: So you want the old.
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: Pastor that's having the affair.
- 1:01:08Speaker 8: There's boys with his deacon board that you just sent
- 1:01:11Speaker 8: a picture of your deacon lover's male parts to the
- 1:01:16Speaker 8: pastor and the other deacons, and then you call see
- 1:01:19Speaker 8: if he gonna get excommunicated like I was.
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: He told me that I was the problem. Got Hell's
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: going on? You the problem, not the deacon.
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: Where is Jesus?
- 1:01:36Speaker 5: Did?
- 1:01:36Speaker 8: She said that I'm marched right back up to my
- 1:01:42Speaker 8: old church. This let's do this in this letter. Stop
- 1:01:45Speaker 8: saying church. This is not a church. This is a
- 1:01:50Speaker 8: gathering spot that has a cross hanging up in it somewhere.
- 1:01:55Speaker 8: This is not a church. This is a gathering spot
- 1:02:00Speaker 8: that has a cross hanging in it somewhere.
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: This is not a church. This is not the Lord's house.
- 1:02:06Speaker 8: The Lord ain't in it. Sure is absolutely right. Well,
- 1:02:09Speaker 8: ain't no Jesus that you ain't mentioned the word. He
- 1:02:11Speaker 8: a good preacher, he lead us, He'll do nothing. So
- 1:02:16Speaker 8: you went back up to my old church and the dad,
- 1:02:19Speaker 8: the pastor to say anything to me, say it the
- 1:02:24Speaker 8: Horrish deacon, Horris, the whole deacon. He has found a
- 1:02:34Speaker 8: new church. But all the other deacons was looking all
- 1:02:38Speaker 8: scared when they saw me. Oh here she come on,
- 1:02:41Speaker 8: she tripping After service. Pastor said he would have me
- 1:02:45Speaker 8: arrested if I came back here all this and here
- 1:02:48Speaker 8: go to course? She said, do you think he has
- 1:02:50Speaker 8: the right to do that? You so messy you don't
- 1:03:00Speaker 8: even worry about the mess Do you think he has.
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: The right to do that? Have your rested? I should
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: be did then that?
- 1:03:08Speaker 8: Can he do that?
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: I should be able to worship wherever I want.
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: To Worship's worshiping?
- 1:03:15Speaker 2: Where have y'all worshiped in this entire letter.
- 1:03:20Speaker 8: Unless the name of this church is Sodom and Gomorro's city,
- 1:03:32Speaker 8: Oh my god, the worship?
- 1:03:36Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 1:03:37Speaker 13: All right, listen post your comments on Today's Strawberry Letter
- 1:03:40Speaker 13: and Steve Harvey FM on Instagram and Facebook. Okay, uh,
- 1:03:45Speaker 13: don't forget to check out the Strawberry Letter and podcast
- 1:03:48Speaker 13: the podcast on demand.
- 1:03:50Speaker 7: You're listening Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: All right, here we go with something funny. Come on, junior,
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: truth be told.
- 1:03:57Speaker 12: I'm gonna say this for some churches. What's out here though,
- 1:04:03Speaker 12: that need to have testimony? Time really cut out? Truth
- 1:04:09Speaker 12: be told. If your church don't have internet, you don't
- 1:04:14Speaker 12: need to be having testimony because these testimonies are getting
- 1:04:18Speaker 12: too long.
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: They need a screener that needs somebody to sit down
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: too much time.
- 1:04:24Speaker 12: Let me hear your testimony and we will decide whether
- 1:04:28Speaker 12: you need to see it in front of everybody.
- 1:04:30Speaker 14: Because you've got people who go up there and want
- 1:04:32Speaker 14: to test the fight.
- 1:04:33Speaker 12: You can tell the ones who testimony not gonna be
- 1:04:35Speaker 12: good because they're too anxious to get the money. Yeah,
- 1:04:37Speaker 12: they head shake it in life, the should and jumping.
- 1:04:41Speaker 12: They jumping up like they got a game or something
- 1:04:44Speaker 12: like they got a warm up on. And then they
- 1:04:46Speaker 12: get up there and the testimony. I want to speak
- 1:04:51Speaker 12: to the Lord about my toe. This toe had been
- 1:04:56Speaker 12: hurting me. We don't really need them no more.
- 1:05:00Speaker 14: I'm just asking, can we get some screeners or we
- 1:05:03Speaker 14: have to hear your testimony on Sunday. All of us
- 1:05:06Speaker 14: got stuff to do.
- 1:05:08Speaker 12: Now we're sitting up here holding up in church because
- 1:05:10Speaker 12: you talking about your toe or how good somebody got
- 1:05:13Speaker 12: there one time?
- 1:05:14Speaker 8: No, lie, shut it.
- 1:05:15Speaker 2: Tell five.
- 1:05:16Speaker 12: I've been praying for Israel, And I'm saying to myself,
- 1:05:19Speaker 12: you ain't never been to Israel. Why the hell is
- 1:05:22Speaker 12: you up there prayer? How you get the Hollo Lord
- 1:05:24Speaker 12: talk to you about Israel?
- 1:05:28Speaker 8: Where you get that from?
- 1:05:30Speaker 14: I just want to go to gaming is home. I
- 1:05:34Speaker 14: don't want to just sit in here no more. Hear
- 1:05:37Speaker 14: your testimony that ain't about nothing. You ain't got an amen.
- 1:05:41Speaker 12: You ain't got to go ahead or let him use
- 1:05:44Speaker 12: You ain't nobody saying nothing.
- 1:05:46Speaker 14: You shut down three hundred eighty five people by.
- 1:05:49Speaker 12: Yourself, You shut down an entire church pastor. Ain't saying nothing.
- 1:05:53Speaker 12: We need, no, we need, we need a testimony. Mike Snatches.
- 1:05:57Speaker 12: I'm signing up because if.
- 1:05:59Speaker 14: I don't like got I'm coming up there.
- 1:06:02Speaker 12: You know Paulo got saying, man just need to have
- 1:06:05Speaker 12: a testimonial, Mike Snatcher.
- 1:06:08Speaker 14: That's all I'm saying all.
- 1:06:10Speaker 11: I'm just saying, I just.
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: Want to get that out there.
- 1:06:19Speaker 8: How long is it's gonna go on?
- 1:06:21Speaker 15: Huh?
- 1:06:21Speaker 14: Well, problem, Jake, we keep back like you ain't. We
- 1:06:27Speaker 14: didn't took up this offer. We've been here since.
- 1:06:31Speaker 5: Talking game is on. The game is over.
- 1:06:33Speaker 12: You ain't getting nobody say go ahead there you go. Amen,
- 1:06:37Speaker 12: you can't get nobody agree with you. Your testimony is
- 1:06:40Speaker 12: not somebody anything. I'm just saying, why you.
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: Get to talk at that long man?
- 1:06:46Speaker 14: We need a testimony of Mike snatching. I'm telling you this.
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: All right, more of this crazy ignorant show. Steve Harvey
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: Morning Show. Right after this, you're listening.
- 1:07:03Speaker 7: To Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:07:07Speaker 13: Lillian on STEVEHARBFM dot com writes, my ex husband and
- 1:07:11Speaker 13: I agreed that our fifteen year old son would have
- 1:07:14Speaker 13: to save up to buy a new game system, but
- 1:07:17Speaker 13: over the weekend he bought it for him. When our
- 1:07:20Speaker 13: son came home with it, I told him he wouldn't
- 1:07:23Speaker 13: be allowed to use it at my house until he
- 1:07:26Speaker 13: could prove to me that he saved an amount equal
- 1:07:28Speaker 13: to the cost of the console. Now he's mad at
- 1:07:31Speaker 13: me and wants to move to his dad's, which, of
- 1:07:34Speaker 13: course my ex is happy about. I feel like I'm
- 1:07:37Speaker 13: being made into the enemy here, but it's my ex
- 1:07:40Speaker 13: who went against our agreement.
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: Back me up here. Did I do the right thing
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: insisting that our team puts in the work.
- 1:07:47Speaker 8: Yeah, you do the right thing, But your your husband
- 1:07:50Speaker 8: played you with the Disney Dad things and they do.
- 1:07:54Speaker 8: That's what whoever doesn't have general custody of the kid,
- 1:07:58Speaker 8: every time they see the kid, they become the Disney
- 1:08:00Speaker 8: parent like everything is who he ain't over here during
- 1:08:04Speaker 8: the day that they grind and getting me ready to
- 1:08:06Speaker 8: school and everything. So now he took his son out
- 1:08:08Speaker 8: here and bought in this thing so he can be
- 1:08:10Speaker 8: the Disney dad. And he wrote, Now your son wants
- 1:08:13Speaker 8: moving with his daddy now because it's all the way
- 1:08:16Speaker 8: you hear the right things right, right right, But he
- 1:08:18Speaker 8: don't know that when he get over there, it's gonna
- 1:08:20Speaker 8: get it's gonna turn into real life over there too.
- 1:08:24Speaker 8: So your son, of course he wants to go where
- 1:08:26Speaker 8: it looks like the Roads of Least Resistance and obstretched
- 1:08:31Speaker 8: fun and all that. He but that ain't gonna be
- 1:08:33Speaker 8: like that because he gonna get over there and realize,
- 1:08:35Speaker 8: Daddy don't do everything mama like. He ain't gonna be
- 1:08:38Speaker 8: eating regular those ain't gonna be clean. For your room
- 1:08:44Speaker 8: ain't gonna look like it looks. You know, it's gonna
- 1:08:46Speaker 8: be a little different you get over there with daddy.
- 1:08:47Speaker 4: Man.
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: Oh, he thinking he just gonna get over there and
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: get PlayStations.
- 1:08:52Speaker 11: Yeah, if you tried that with me too.
- 1:08:56Speaker 12: I need to PlayStation fast, I said, But your grade,
- 1:08:58Speaker 12: said a tario though, what your grades tended me. I
- 1:09:03Speaker 12: don't know what you think PlayStation five is, but your
- 1:09:06Speaker 12: grades truly say packed me.
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: That's what I hear.
- 1:09:10Speaker 5: That's what I'm seeing the eighties.
- 1:09:13Speaker 11: Yeah, that's what he giving me.
- 1:09:15Speaker 5: Pho DS.
- 1:09:16Speaker 11: What you gonna do with foe D PlayStation five?
- 1:09:18Speaker 15: Pho D.
- 1:09:19Speaker 8: He don't even need no attar, he just need a
- 1:09:21Speaker 8: deck of gold fish call.
- 1:09:26Speaker 2: Calls.
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: I was a good dad, wisdom junior.
- 1:09:33Speaker 4: I love it.
- 1:09:34Speaker 10: I love.
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: All right, So we have time for another one.
- 1:09:38Speaker 13: Steve V on Facebook says, my husband and I moved
- 1:09:41Speaker 13: across the country so we could be closer to his
- 1:09:44Speaker 13: parents after they moved when his dad took a new job.
- 1:09:47Speaker 13: I was able to find a job pretty quickly in
- 1:09:50Speaker 13: my field, but my husband's work required him to travel
- 1:09:54Speaker 13: back to their office across the country once a week
- 1:09:56Speaker 13: for the foreseeable future. Now, he's decided to get a
- 1:09:59Speaker 13: small apartment in the town where we were living and
- 1:10:03Speaker 13: is only flying home every other weekend. Then last week
- 1:10:07Speaker 13: he said he had some work to take care of
- 1:10:09Speaker 13: and that he couldn't come that weekend, which means.
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: We'll be apart for a month.
- 1:10:14Speaker 13: I'm super insecure about our relationship now and don't understand
- 1:10:18Speaker 13: why he moved us here.
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: Am I missing something? Should I be concerned about the
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: future of our marriage?
- 1:10:25Speaker 8: First of all, I don't know. Nobody can moved to
- 1:10:30Speaker 8: be closer to your parents just because they moved. Now,
- 1:10:33Speaker 8: if your mom and daddy's sick and you got to
- 1:10:36Speaker 8: go over there and take care of him, I got you.
- 1:10:38Speaker 8: But you just moved over there because your mom and
- 1:10:41Speaker 8: daddy moved. But now the trick move is he got
- 1:10:44Speaker 8: you over there. Now he's back at the Kreb with
- 1:10:47Speaker 8: an apartment. Oh man, now you ain't coming home now?
- 1:10:53Speaker 8: You over there with his mom and daddy. Boy, that's
- 1:10:57Speaker 8: that's a snick mess.
- 1:10:58Speaker 2: He pool, I say, And that's what she want?
- 1:11:02Speaker 4: Now?
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: Should should be concerned? Is she missing something?
- 1:11:04Speaker 5: Well?
- 1:11:04Speaker 15: Wha?
- 1:11:05Speaker 8: What did you already concerned? Yea, what you're talking about?
- 1:11:08Speaker 8: Should I be concerned? You wrote the letter? Your husband
- 1:11:13Speaker 8: got an apartment, you don't live there. Should I be concerned?
- 1:11:20Speaker 8: I don't even know you, and I'm concerned?
- 1:11:25Speaker 2: It's the Yeah this is and he got an apartment?
- 1:11:31Speaker 7: Come on, man, yeah, we definitely should be concerned.
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: And move back if you can. All right, Thank you, Steve.
- 1:11:42Speaker 13: More of today's trending stories coming up on the Steve

- 1:12:21Speaker 13: same KFC. The wedding was set to cost about twenty
- 1:12:25Speaker 13: three hundred dollars, but KFC ended up covering half of
- 1:12:28Speaker 13: the food costs and provided KFC branded decorations. The happy

- 1:15:27Speaker 13: Would you rather eat eat a camel's tongue or an
- 1:15:31Speaker 13: ox's tail.
- 1:15:35Speaker 5: All the time?
- 1:15:37Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:15:38Speaker 8: Camel good man?
- 1:15:39Speaker 7: Okay, okay, so either.
- 1:15:41Speaker 8: One camelton I like camel tongue, I like campbell honk.

- 1:16:21Speaker 5: First?
- 1:16:21Speaker 11: Come on, I'm be it ain't one hey, now.
- 1:16:26Speaker 4: You that's it?

- 1:16:35Speaker 8: It's oh yeah, yeah, I'm gonna let y'all take a
- 1:16:38Speaker 8: little money because uh.
- 1:16:41Speaker 14: It's oh really.
- 1:16:43Speaker 13: All right, well geez all right, thanks guys.
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: That's today's rounded.
- 1:16:51Speaker 13: Would you rather coming up in forty nine minutes after
- 1:16:54Speaker 13: it's our last break of the day, we'll have some
- 1:16:56Speaker 13: closing remarks from the one and only Steve Harvey, Right,
- 1:16:59Speaker 13: after you're listening.
- 1:17:03Speaker 7: Morning show, right, see if you have some closing remarks you.
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: Want to take us home with you know what.
- 1:17:09Speaker 8: My closing remarks today, I mean, you know this one
- 1:17:14Speaker 8: hit hits home with me often. But this affects everybody
- 1:17:20Speaker 8: because everybody experiences some form of hate. It is amazing, though,
- 1:17:29Speaker 8: because now hate is running rampant at an all time high.
- 1:17:36Speaker 8: I've never seen it this way, and I'm sixty one
- 1:17:39Speaker 8: years old. I've never seen hate at this level before.
- 1:17:44Speaker 8: And one of the main contributors to hate it just
- 1:17:47Speaker 8: happens to be something that was meant to share information
- 1:17:51Speaker 8: at a rapid pace, which was the Internet. It was
- 1:17:55Speaker 8: a way to google and research and find and spread information,
- 1:17:59Speaker 8: and it has been so misused and abused it is
- 1:18:04Speaker 8: now created a time that I've yet seen in my life,
- 1:18:09Speaker 8: and I suffer from it just like everybody else does.
- 1:18:14Speaker 5: Hate.
- 1:18:14Speaker 8: Man, it's just people, and because of the Internet, because
- 1:18:20Speaker 8: somebody can make a little bit of money off of
- 1:18:24Speaker 8: eyeballs on their site, they don't care what they do
- 1:18:27Speaker 8: to get the eyeballs. They don't care what they do.
- 1:18:32Speaker 8: They don't care who they hurt, they don't care who
- 1:18:35Speaker 8: they bring down. They don't care anything about damage. They
- 1:18:39Speaker 8: don't care anything about that. It's such a selfish thing
- 1:18:45Speaker 8: that people do.
- 1:18:46Speaker 2: But let me say this to you.
- 1:18:50Speaker 8: If I were you, when you participate in the art,
- 1:18:57Speaker 8: the skill for art of hating, when you take time
- 1:19:03Speaker 8: to manifest yourself through the act of hatred, when you
- 1:19:08Speaker 8: intentionally do stuff to someone in the form of hate,
- 1:19:12Speaker 8: you have to be careful because here is one guarantee
- 1:19:18Speaker 8: it's going to come back to you. You can't. Whatever
- 1:19:23Speaker 8: you put out returns. If you put out prayer, the
- 1:19:27Speaker 8: answer to prayer returns. If you put out love, more
- 1:19:31Speaker 8: people will love you. If you stick out your hand
- 1:19:33Speaker 8: to shake hands, more people will shake hands with you.
- 1:19:37Speaker 8: If you put out hate, I promise you hate is
- 1:19:42Speaker 8: going to come your way. The sad thing about it
- 1:19:45Speaker 8: is people think that because if they hide behind the
- 1:19:49Speaker 8: anonymity of a fake page or a private page, that
- 1:19:53Speaker 8: that clears them. Well, it doesn't. The sad thing, young
- 1:19:58Speaker 8: people is and when you hate, hate doesn't necessarily come
- 1:20:02Speaker 8: back to you the exact way you put it out.
- 1:20:06Speaker 2: It comes back to you in a negative form.
- 1:20:10Speaker 8: Just because you talked about somebody else don't mean somebody
- 1:20:12Speaker 8: gonna talk about you. It could be you never hear
- 1:20:15Speaker 8: them talking about you, but they plant something about you
- 1:20:18Speaker 8: that stops you from moving forward. They say something about
- 1:20:21Speaker 8: you that causes you not to get the promotion. They
- 1:20:24Speaker 8: say something about you that causes you to have a breakup.
- 1:20:27Speaker 8: They say something about you that causes your kids to
- 1:20:30Speaker 8: look at you crazy. You can't spend your time hating
- 1:20:34Speaker 8: people and think nothing's going to happen to you. Hate
- 1:20:38Speaker 8: is such a wasted form of information. If you could
- 1:20:43Speaker 8: take the time that it took for you to hate
- 1:20:46Speaker 8: on a person and put it towards the uplift and
- 1:20:49Speaker 8: edification of yourself, you actually could turn yourself into something.
- 1:20:54Speaker 2: You really could.
- 1:20:55Speaker 8: But you're spending so much time in the destruction of others.
- 1:21:00Speaker 8: You think that builds you up, You think that's going
- 1:21:03Speaker 8: to get you somewhere. It doesn't. Man, it's a sad
- 1:21:08Speaker 8: place we're in right now. It's a very sad place.
- 1:21:12Speaker 8: And the reason we have so much hate right now
- 1:21:16Speaker 8: is because hatred begets hatred. You got so much of
- 1:21:21Speaker 8: it going around that so much of it got to
- 1:21:24Speaker 8: come around. You got so much of it coming around
- 1:21:28Speaker 8: that so much more of it has to go out
- 1:21:30Speaker 8: back around. It's called karma. It's called do unto others
- 1:21:36Speaker 8: as you would have them do unto you. People think
- 1:21:39Speaker 8: that scripture, You thought that was just on the back
- 1:21:42Speaker 8: of a Sunday school class card. No, sir, Reid, it
- 1:21:45Speaker 8: applies to you as a full fledged adult. Do unto others. See,
- 1:21:51Speaker 8: this is a principle of God. This is why we're
- 1:21:54Speaker 8: really missing it about hate. Do unto others as you
- 1:21:57Speaker 8: would have them do unto you. So now if you
- 1:22:03Speaker 8: do unto others in form of hate, that's what you're
- 1:22:08Speaker 8: asking to be done to you. But the incredible thing
- 1:22:13Speaker 8: of it is it comes back to you in some
- 1:22:16Speaker 8: other form. You think, because you've hidden behind a fake
- 1:22:20Speaker 8: page or a fake ig account or a private page,
- 1:22:25Speaker 8: that that clears you. It doesn't clear you. It doesn't.
- 1:22:31Speaker 8: It manifests itself in your life in so many ways,
- 1:22:37Speaker 8: and you all you can look. All you got to
- 1:22:40Speaker 8: do is look at a person's position, and it oftentimes
- 1:22:45Speaker 8: explains something about them. If you see a personator I
- 1:22:52Speaker 8: always hating and ain't ever happy, that just sends a
- 1:22:56Speaker 8: signal to me that he's spread a bunch of.
- 1:22:58Speaker 2: Discord in his life.
- 1:23:01Speaker 8: So now he ain't happy or she ain't happy. Young people,
- 1:23:05Speaker 8: you would do yourself for great service if you would
- 1:23:08Speaker 8: get out of the hate business. Because here's the other thing.
- 1:23:13Speaker 8: You can't stop nothing that God has for somebody else.
- 1:23:17Speaker 8: Try as you may, you will fail. Listen to me,
- 1:23:23Speaker 8: hatred is such a useless emotion. Take hate out your life.
- 1:23:29Speaker 8: Stop hating, and when you get hated on handle it.
- 1:23:32Speaker 8: Just handle it, stay on the wall. Those are my
- 1:23:35Speaker 8: clothing remarks.
- 1:23:37Speaker 2: Drop it drop, have a great weekend.
