- 0:05Speaker 1: Welcome to the show.
- 0:06Speaker 2: I'm Rashaan McDonald, the host of Money Making Conversations Masterclass,
- 0:10Speaker 2: where we encourage people to stop reading other people's success
- 0:13Speaker 2: stories and.
- 0:14Speaker 1: Start planning their own. Listen up as I interview entrepreneurs from.
- 0:18Speaker 2: Around the country, talk to celebrities and ask them how
- 0:22Speaker 2: they are running their companies, and speak with NOD profits
- 0:25Speaker 2: who are making a difference in their local communities. Now,
- 0:28Speaker 2: sit back and listen as we unlock the secrets to
- 0:30Speaker 2: their success on Money Making Conversations Masterclass.
- 0:35Speaker 3: My next guest, this first time I'm talking to it
- 0:38Speaker 3: is the program I'm very familiar with. It's called NAKA,
- 0:41Speaker 3: the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Please welcome to the show. Andrewette Dowles. How are you doing? Aronette?
- 0:48Speaker 4: Hi him, mister McDonald, Nice to meet you.
- 0:51Speaker 1: Tell us about NACCA.
- 0:53Speaker 4: I understand that the name of the show is Money
- 0:55Speaker 4: Making Conversation.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Right, absolutely, thank you.
- 0:59Speaker 4: So we're talking about money making conversation and that leads
- 1:02Speaker 4: into wealth building conversation, and that's what NACA is. It
- 1:05Speaker 4: is a wealth building, wealth generating tool here and so
- 1:10Speaker 4: we want to create generational wealth and NATHA allows people
- 1:13Speaker 4: to do that at its best. So Neighborhood Assistance Corporation
- 1:17Speaker 4: of America is an organization that is an advocacy organization's first.
- 1:23Speaker 4: We definitely provide access and I always talk about providing access,
- 1:28Speaker 4: awareness and change access because we we make you. We
- 1:32Speaker 4: give you access to the resources and tools to build
- 1:36Speaker 4: generational wealth though by purchasing a new home, modifying your
- 1:40Speaker 4: loan on a home, on a mortgage that is unaffordable,
- 1:43Speaker 4: to rehab rehabilitating your home through refinancing your home, and
- 1:49Speaker 4: if you're holding a Section eight voucher, turning that voucher
- 1:52Speaker 4: into a wealth generating tool because if you can afford to,
- 1:56Speaker 4: if that voucher can pay the landlord, that voucher can
- 1:59Speaker 4: pay your mortgage.
- 2:00Speaker 1: Right there, the first stop right there.
- 2:02Speaker 3: That's the part of the conversation that so many people
- 2:06Speaker 3: in Section eight feel, that's it. This is my life.
- 2:09Speaker 3: I can't you know, I'm gonna live it out like this.
- 2:11Speaker 3: My maybe even their family before they lived it out
- 2:14Speaker 3: like that. So you're saying, if you in Section eight
- 2:17Speaker 3: and they're paying rent, that that rent opportunity can become
- 2:21Speaker 3: a mortgage opportunity. If they come and sit down with
- 2:23Speaker 3: you and read the right and meet the right qualifications
- 2:26Speaker 3: at NACA.
- 2:27Speaker 4: That's what you're saying, absolutely absolutely, and we're doing it.
- 2:30Speaker 4: We're doing it across the country. We're in virtually forty
- 2:34Speaker 4: seven plus cities across the country, and many of the
- 2:37Speaker 4: cities that we're working with the housing authority that have
- 2:41Speaker 4: the Section eight voucher programs when they come to through
- 2:44Speaker 4: the nack of Post program because we offer comprehensive counseling.
- 2:47Speaker 4: We are a Hood certified counseling agency. So when they
- 2:50Speaker 4: come through and they get the counseling and then they
- 2:53Speaker 4: have the voucher, we work with the city or county
- 2:56Speaker 4: wherever that voucher is held, and we work with them
- 2:59Speaker 4: to generate to transform that particular voucher. Let's say the
- 3:03Speaker 4: voucher will pay eight hundred dollars towards your rent. Well, god,
- 3:07Speaker 4: dogg it, you can pay eight hundred dollars towards your
- 3:09Speaker 4: mortgage and we will we will back that into a
- 3:12Speaker 4: mortgage and see how much house that can afford. So
- 3:15Speaker 4: we got people that are having fifteen, sixteen hundred dollars vouchers, Well,
- 3:19Speaker 4: got dogg it, you can actually pay a mortgage with that.
- 3:23Speaker 4: Am I right, I'm.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Telling you right now.
- 3:25Speaker 3: You got me excited because you know, you know, I
- 3:29Speaker 3: come from in the city, come from the hood, Houston, Texas.
- 3:33Speaker 1: Father was fortune, he was truck driver, got us out of.
- 3:35Speaker 3: The neighborhood, moved and I will moved from a two
- 3:37Speaker 3: bedroom shotgun house to a to a one bedroom chatgun
- 3:41Speaker 3: house to a two bedroom house and we're now. He
- 3:43Speaker 3: had nine kids and we did. We made it up
- 3:45Speaker 3: in Hoton, It happened in Houston, made it happen.
- 3:48Speaker 4: I'm in Houston right where I live.
- 3:50Speaker 3: And so so you have a I've grew up in
- 3:52Speaker 3: fifth Ford, so you know exactly where I'm at, where
- 3:54Speaker 3: I was.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Born and raised.
- 3:55Speaker 4: Oh, I'm making songs.
- 3:56Speaker 1: I'm from the fofo absolutely.
- 3:58Speaker 3: Now when we talk about opportunity. Reason I'm really excited
- 4:01Speaker 3: about your voice is that what you're saying is real
- 4:04Speaker 3: and it's happening on a in many cities around this country.
- 4:08Speaker 3: You say forty some cities, but people just don't know.
- 4:11Speaker 3: Why don't they know?
- 4:13Speaker 4: Well, let me say it say it this way. What
- 4:16Speaker 4: your what your grandmama used to say? You want to
- 4:18Speaker 4: have something where we put it in a book. So
- 4:21Speaker 4: here's here's part of the reason why they don't know
- 4:25Speaker 4: because how we operate and how we maneuver out the community,
- 4:30Speaker 4: we literally depend on our own membership. So to be
- 4:34Speaker 4: part of of NACA, you are a member of NACA,
- 4:36Speaker 4: and membership has the privileges. Once you are a member
- 4:40Speaker 4: for the purchase program, Modify, Home, Save, whatever the program is,
- 4:44Speaker 4: you're a member for life. We advocate for you. We
- 4:46Speaker 4: do everything. But what we also do is participate our
- 4:50Speaker 4: advocacy and action team. We are our membership also are
- 4:54Speaker 4: our activists and we we we we serve on going
- 4:58Speaker 4: out and tail. So we have activists that are in
- 5:01Speaker 4: the community that once they go through the program, they
- 5:03Speaker 4: tell two or three people and so on and so on.
- 5:06Speaker 4: But what we found out is that the cornerstone in
- 5:09Speaker 4: the center of all of this is our parishioners, our pastors,
- 5:13Speaker 4: our ministerial alliances. So we do a lot of our
- 5:16Speaker 4: workshops in the churches because when you have heavy burden
- 5:19Speaker 4: and you're really laying down, where do you take it?
- 5:22Speaker 4: You take it to the rock? Am I right? So
- 5:24Speaker 4: we work with those We work with those churches and say,
- 5:27Speaker 4: when you have people that in your congregations is facing
- 5:30Speaker 4: hardships and things of that nature, bring them to NAKA.
- 5:33Speaker 4: If there's anything dealing with the rooftop under the roof,
- 5:36Speaker 4: you can bring them to NACA. And we are now
- 5:38Speaker 4: doing more advocacy to make sure that things that are
- 5:42Speaker 4: that are plaguing in your community outside of the home roads,
- 5:46Speaker 4: street lights, boarded up properties, isoores in the community, food
- 5:50Speaker 4: deserts and so on. We are taking those those fights
- 5:53Speaker 4: to the to Congress, to the city, to the state reps,
- 5:57Speaker 4: to our senators. We're taking that fight because guess what
- 6:01Speaker 4: when you show up little missus Mary Allen that lives
- 6:03Speaker 4: on the corner house with the crack house or the
- 6:05Speaker 4: boarded up house next to her, when she show up
- 6:07Speaker 4: to a city hall meeting, she's a voice of one.
- 6:10Speaker 4: But when you bring the knack of members and you're
- 6:12Speaker 4: showing up in two hundred and droves, they'll listen to
- 6:16Speaker 4: her power. There's number, there's there's power in numbers. So
- 6:20Speaker 4: we we are an advocacy organization first. But how why
- 6:24Speaker 4: people don't know about the program is because people think
- 6:27Speaker 4: it is too good to be true. Many know they
- 6:31Speaker 4: write their own declination letter, mister McDonald. And when you
- 6:35Speaker 4: write your own declination letter, you're blocking your blessing. Don't
- 6:39Speaker 4: do that. Don't do that. If there's nothing, are.
- 6:42Speaker 1: You telling truth?
- 6:44Speaker 3: You tell the truth, miss Doll, because you know that's
- 6:46Speaker 3: why I you know, I'm glad I'm talking to you
- 6:49Speaker 3: because it's a different boards other than Bruce, because I've
- 6:52Speaker 3: had I've had Bruce over several shows of mine, and
- 6:54Speaker 3: every time I get I get text for people.
- 6:57Speaker 1: Is he tells the truth? Really really?
- 7:00Speaker 3: Because you know, because we always we can get stereotype
- 7:03Speaker 3: or we can get mindset that this is how it
- 7:06Speaker 3: can only happen this way. And that really is why
- 7:09Speaker 3: I you know, I kind of repeat gas people all
- 7:12Speaker 3: say you had that person only a couple of months ago. Yes,
- 7:15Speaker 3: because I'm trying to let people know that that is reality.
- 7:19Speaker 3: It's an opportunity for you to participate. But if you
- 7:22Speaker 3: don't keep hearing it, you might blow it off and
- 7:24Speaker 3: you might be just some information you might need to
- 7:27Speaker 3: share with a friend or relative, but you didn't think
- 7:30Speaker 3: it was real because you didn't so get the information.
- 7:32Speaker 3: But if you hear it again and hear it again,
- 7:34Speaker 3: then you might pass that information or you might take
- 7:36Speaker 3: that information and that information can change your life. And
- 7:39Speaker 3: we're talking about the KNACKA program. I want to bring
- 7:41Speaker 3: a call on the line. She called in early. She's
- 7:43Speaker 3: a senior citizen, Miss Dows. She's a knocker homeowner and
- 7:48Speaker 3: she has a rated two point six and she has
- 7:50Speaker 3: some repair questions.
- 7:51Speaker 1: So, Mi young, are you still on.
- 7:55Speaker 3: Yes, Miss Dowell here the national director of KNAKA if
- 7:58Speaker 3: she I don't know if she can answer your question,
- 8:00Speaker 3: but I do know that you're in the program, and
- 8:02Speaker 3: she just said when you call, y'all respond, So please
- 8:06Speaker 3: ask your question.
- 8:08Speaker 5: Okay, I heard you mentioned something about a rehab program,
- 8:11Speaker 5: and I'm wondering if that's something that i could take
- 8:14Speaker 5: advantage of in my situation. My house needs us repairs.
- 8:18Speaker 5: I am a senior and that I'll make a lot
- 8:20Speaker 5: of money, and refine would just throw me totally out
- 8:23Speaker 5: of the pocket because it would triple my mortgage. So
- 8:25Speaker 5: I'm trying to figure out a way to get these
- 8:26Speaker 5: repairs done.
- 8:29Speaker 4: Absolutely. So what we have is a rehab program. So
- 8:33Speaker 4: our rehab program, you still come to a workshop or
- 8:36Speaker 4: you come to to get the comprehensive counseling and things
- 8:39Speaker 4: like that, and then we make a determination. Obviously, we're
- 8:42Speaker 4: going to look at values of the property and things
- 8:44Speaker 4: like that. And we're also going to look at three
- 8:46Speaker 4: things cold, safety, and help. We're going to see if
- 8:49Speaker 4: those repairs that need to happen in your home are
- 8:52Speaker 4: in need of repair due to cold, violations, safety, or
- 8:57Speaker 4: help due to It could be mold, it could be age,
- 9:00Speaker 4: it could be lit piped, different things, and based on
- 9:03Speaker 4: that will qualify you and get you qualified. Now I
- 9:06Speaker 4: heard you say fixed income. Do not let that stop you,
- 9:10Speaker 4: because guess what, fixed income is just as good as
- 9:13Speaker 4: any because we know what you're making every single month,
- 9:16Speaker 4: we know what you're bringing in. We just need to
- 9:18Speaker 4: sit down and counsel you on what's going out and
- 9:21Speaker 4: get to that sweet spot on how how this rehab
- 9:23Speaker 4: will work for you. But yes, ma'am, we will be
- 9:26Speaker 4: able to help you. We just everybody's situation is different.
- 9:29Speaker 4: But I hear you say fixed income. That's good because
- 9:33Speaker 4: you got steady income coming in regardless of the amount.
- 9:37Speaker 5: Excellent. And how would I get more information on the program?
- 9:41Speaker 4: Absolutely, let me give you that information. You can go
- 9:43Speaker 4: to our website at www dot NACA dot com. That's
- 9:47Speaker 4: www dot naca dot com.
- 9:49Speaker 6: Wow, please don't go anywhere. We'll be right back with
- 9:53Speaker 6: more money Making Conversations Masterclass. Welcome back to the Money
- 10:02Speaker 6: Making Conversations Masterclass, hosted by Rashaan McDonald. Money Making Conversations
- 10:07Speaker 6: Masterclass continues online at Moneymakingconversations dot com and follow money
- 10:12Speaker 6: Making Conversations Masterclass on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
- 10:17Speaker 5: Than thank you so much.
- 10:19Speaker 1: I'm glad you called back now being couraged.
- 10:22Speaker 3: One thing I'm going to let you know you are
- 10:25Speaker 3: you get me fired up?
- 10:28Speaker 1: Is this just natural?
- 10:29Speaker 3: I mean seriously, I'm enthused, and I know what I'm
- 10:33Speaker 3: walking into. You're just markus, my man. You know he
- 10:36Speaker 3: called Bruce calls in and he but I'm out to
- 10:39Speaker 3: tear Bruce.
- 10:39Speaker 1: I got it.
- 10:40Speaker 3: I'm trading him in for you. I'm trading. I'm trading
- 10:43Speaker 3: them in. I'm trading Bruce in.
- 10:45Speaker 1: He's good. But I'm telling you something. You are an
- 10:48Speaker 1: inspiration and it's.
- 10:49Speaker 3: Needed because so many people come to you, come to
- 10:54Speaker 3: this organization in this belief.
- 10:56Speaker 1: They're down.
- 10:57Speaker 3: They feel what they're asking for is an impossibility. There's
- 11:00Speaker 3: no hope, there's no plan of action. They've been told no,
- 11:04Speaker 3: they've they've felt, they they've the possibility of ownership even
- 11:08Speaker 3: is so remote, is so distant and that home ownership
- 11:13Speaker 3: can change a person's life.
- 11:15Speaker 4: Correct, mister McDonald, you said it best. It is a
- 11:19Speaker 4: transforming it is a life changing home ownership. Let me
- 11:24Speaker 4: tell you something. I am originally from Louisiana and I
- 11:27Speaker 4: had a big mama, anima dear. And the one thing
- 11:29Speaker 4: I noticed about them all of them own, They own
- 11:32Speaker 4: their own home. Why is this? And it was more
- 11:35Speaker 4: difficult then? So why is this so hard for us
- 11:39Speaker 4: to do it? Now? We gravitate to renting and doing
- 11:42Speaker 4: that because we feel like or we think that no
- 11:45Speaker 4: one is going to help us, No one is going
- 11:47Speaker 4: to be able to come and save us. Home ownership
- 11:49Speaker 4: is not obtainable for me. And I want them to
- 11:52Speaker 4: shape that out of their minds. Take that negativity out,
- 11:55Speaker 4: shake it out, because there ain't nothing but the DEVI
- 11:57Speaker 4: of was talking.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Let me tell you something.
- 11:59Speaker 4: If we can go from Target to Walmart, to this
- 12:03Speaker 4: store to that store to save ten, fifteen to twenty
- 12:06Speaker 4: cent or save a dollar, we bargainshop all day, why
- 12:10Speaker 4: won't we put that same interest in same investment in us,
- 12:14Speaker 4: in our family, in our livelihood, our generational wealth. Leaving
- 12:18Speaker 4: something behind the one thing our our grandparents did. They
- 12:21Speaker 4: left things behind. That's why it get sad. It breaks
- 12:24Speaker 4: my heart when we sell in Big Mama's house and
- 12:26Speaker 4: we're selling Media's house. No hold on to it. The
- 12:30Speaker 4: wealth is in the land. That's where your wealth is.
- 12:34Speaker 4: You can send your children to college off that land
- 12:37Speaker 4: and still on the home to come through Maca. We
- 12:40Speaker 4: show you how to do that, over and over and
- 12:43Speaker 4: over again. We show you how to do this. It
- 12:46Speaker 4: is critically important that you understand that home ownership is
- 12:50Speaker 4: where it's at. And if you think you cannot afford
- 12:53Speaker 4: a home, and you think home ownership is not obtainable,
- 12:56Speaker 4: all you got to do is take one step, one step, call,
- 13:01Speaker 4: come wherever we are call or come and just try.
- 13:06Speaker 4: Nothing be to failure, butter try, just come and try.
- 13:12Speaker 4: We just closed on somebody in Naco, just closed for
- 13:16Speaker 4: twenty credit score for twenty and they got a four bedroom,
- 13:21Speaker 4: two and a half fast home. And if it's only
- 13:24Speaker 4: two years old. We don't tell you where to say.
- 13:26Speaker 4: You go out and pick. Once you get qualified, you peck.
- 13:29Speaker 4: You go house shopping like any other person would, and
- 13:33Speaker 4: you go and you shop for your dream home. Now,
- 13:35Speaker 4: guess what, it may not be your your your last stop,
- 13:39Speaker 4: but if it gets your foot in the door. Somebody
- 13:42Speaker 4: told me all I gotta do is get. If I
- 13:44Speaker 4: get the first half of my foot in, I'll wiggle.
- 13:47Speaker 4: That's all you need do. NACA can be that bridge.
- 13:50Speaker 4: That's the stuff you need. It doesn't have to be
- 13:53Speaker 4: the end to your end stell, but let it be
- 13:56Speaker 4: your beginning. No credit for recquirement, It has no nothing
- 14:00Speaker 4: to do with credit. What makes me understand why you
- 14:03Speaker 4: can pay one thousand dollars in rent and that can't
- 14:05Speaker 4: go towards your principal, interest, tax and insurance on a home.
- 14:09Speaker 4: Shake that off, Shake that negativity off. I'm talking to
- 14:12Speaker 4: the people who are sick and tired of being sick
- 14:14Speaker 4: and tired. I'm talking to the people who think that
- 14:18Speaker 4: this is their final step and no other hope it's
- 14:20Speaker 4: out there for them. I'm talking to the people who
- 14:23Speaker 4: know that their next half won't look like their baths
- 14:25Speaker 4: that their past half. I'm talking to the people who
- 14:27Speaker 4: tired of making a dollar out of fifteen cents. I'm
- 14:30Speaker 4: talking to the people who know that they're the head
- 14:32Speaker 4: not to tell. I'm talking to the people who know
- 14:35Speaker 4: that they're the Lenda never the bar nothings nothings didwals.
- 14:40Speaker 3: Let me ask you this. Let me ask you this.
- 14:42Speaker 3: What is the experience that you're taking from city to city?
- 14:45Speaker 3: And how does one does one have to pay admission
- 14:48Speaker 3: to go to these conferences? How does that work? And
- 14:51Speaker 3: what is what's the experience? Is it a three day event,
- 14:54Speaker 3: a two day event?
- 14:55Speaker 1: What is it?
- 14:56Speaker 4: I'm going to tell you exactly what it is. It
- 14:59Speaker 4: is a day event, it's a four day event, and
- 15:02Speaker 4: what it is and all services are free. All services
- 15:05Speaker 4: are free, and we go from sun up to sundown.
- 15:08Speaker 4: We're there for you and you don't have to come
- 15:10Speaker 4: all four days. Don't get it twisted. It's not all
- 15:13Speaker 4: four days that you have to come. We try to
- 15:15Speaker 4: do two work days and two weekends. The reason why
- 15:18Speaker 4: we do that is to make it easy. Remember I
- 15:21Speaker 4: talked to you about access, bringing forth awareness access. Want
- 15:24Speaker 4: to make sure we give you access. Whether the people
- 15:27Speaker 4: are working on the weekday and off on the weekend,
- 15:30Speaker 4: we got your coverage. If you're working on the weekend
- 15:32Speaker 4: and off on the weekday, we got you coverage. So
- 15:34Speaker 4: that's why we spread it out for straight days and
- 15:37Speaker 4: sometimes we even do five.
- 15:39Speaker 1: Wow. Now, so.
- 15:41Speaker 3: When go get me about you know I'm stuttering because.
- 15:49Speaker 1: People don't know.
- 15:50Speaker 4: It sounds too good to be true, and.
- 15:51Speaker 1: People don't know, and plus people don't know, and people
- 15:53Speaker 1: don't know, and.
- 15:56Speaker 3: You know, all I want people to do is understand
- 16:00Speaker 3: the reality that.
- 16:03Speaker 1: Change can be.
- 16:04Speaker 3: Possible with effort. Like you said, if you don't try,
- 16:07Speaker 3: then you can't win. But more importantly the process is
- 16:11Speaker 3: that my father, my mother our first home.
- 16:16Speaker 1: They owned it, you know, and they bought another home.
- 16:19Speaker 3: So I at least had the mindset that I could
- 16:22Speaker 3: own a home because I saw them do it. And
- 16:25Speaker 3: I think that's what I'm trying to get an adult
- 16:27Speaker 3: to hear my voice and saying that you can't change
- 16:31Speaker 3: the mindset of your children if you don't try, you
- 16:34Speaker 3: can't change the mind because they'll feel that that's all
- 16:36Speaker 3: they can be, that's all they can live up to.
- 16:39Speaker 3: They don't know that they can actually have their front
- 16:42Speaker 3: yard in the backyard, you know that they can walk
- 16:45Speaker 3: out and live in the community with a better education
- 16:49Speaker 3: setting for them, and live a lifestyle. And then you
- 16:52Speaker 3: can see your property value go up and get equity
- 16:55Speaker 3: into that property, and then you can, like you said,
- 16:57Speaker 3: use that equity and fund your child's education.
- 17:00Speaker 1: If they decide to go to college.
- 17:03Speaker 3: That's what home ownership brings and and a lot of
- 17:05Speaker 3: people don't understand that, and it really eats away with me.
- 17:09Speaker 3: It eats at me because of the fact that my
- 17:11Speaker 3: whole goal is to provide information. And that's why your
- 17:15Speaker 3: your presence on the show is important, because if I
- 17:19Speaker 3: don't give this opportunity to everyday people that this program is.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Available to him.
- 17:24Speaker 3: Because I'm going to tell you I met Bruce on
- 17:28Speaker 3: another radio show I was doing, and I swear to
- 17:31Speaker 3: you I interviewed him. I hung up the phone and
- 17:35Speaker 3: I went, that ain't true. Ceriously, the people say here that,
- 17:42Speaker 3: well he was a good interview, but that none of
- 17:44Speaker 3: that's true. And then I interviewed him again, and then
- 17:47Speaker 3: I slowed down. I'm gonna just tell you something. I
- 17:49Speaker 3: slowed down and said, I started asking questions. So section eight,
- 17:52Speaker 3: I said, what are the fees?
- 17:53Speaker 5: None?
- 17:55Speaker 1: Okay? So so, well, how they get into the event free? Okay?
- 18:01Speaker 3: Let me give me maybe here and out here in
- 18:03Speaker 3: the right trick question? So so so they go in?
- 18:08Speaker 3: So so where where the where where a trick move at?
- 18:10Speaker 3: Where a trick move at? Where they gonna get spun?
- 18:13Speaker 3: Around and they realize that they really gonna get They
- 18:16Speaker 3: checked tied up that they can't buy nothing. But but
- 18:19Speaker 3: but this little hole in the wall, that's not true.
- 18:21Speaker 3: That's you go you're qualified. You go out and pick
- 18:24Speaker 3: the home that you're qualified for.
- 18:26Speaker 4: Mm hmm, that's right. And you know what the success
- 18:31Speaker 4: is On the website. We we allow our members to
- 18:34Speaker 4: go in and put their successes out there. It's not scripted.
- 18:38Speaker 4: They tell you the God, the God gospel truth. They
- 18:42Speaker 4: will tell you about their experience, good, bad, right or
- 18:44Speaker 4: wrong and indifferent. They will put it on our website.
- 18:46Speaker 4: So if you really want to know the real deal,
- 18:48Speaker 4: we don't. We don't craft that and script them and
- 18:52Speaker 4: cute it up and pretty it up. No, that's them
- 18:54Speaker 4: in front of their home. That's them telling their story.
- 18:56Speaker 4: That's them. And sometimes it's not always a great great thing.
- 19:00Speaker 4: Some of them. It takes a while. Some of them
- 19:02Speaker 4: have real life life is happening, and they'll put that
- 19:06Speaker 4: on there. It took me a year, but I'm here
- 19:08Speaker 4: here I am y'all. So always check the website out
- 19:12Speaker 4: at www dot NACA dot com because all of it
- 19:15Speaker 4: is out there. We have fifteen year, twenty year and
- 19:18Speaker 4: thirty year mortgages going at five point two five and
- 19:21Speaker 4: four point seventy five and five point two five. Guess
- 19:24Speaker 4: what you can buy down your interest rate to zero
- 19:27Speaker 4: presents virtually nothing. So we got a truck driver just
- 19:31Speaker 4: recently closed. He never thought he was going to own
- 19:34Speaker 4: a home. His boys were telling the man, they ain't
- 19:36Speaker 4: gonna give you no home any No, ain't nobody gonna
- 19:38Speaker 4: give you nothing. He earned it, it was his right.
- 19:42Speaker 4: He paid us off. Guess what all of them trying
- 19:45Speaker 4: to come over his house?
- 19:45Speaker 6: Now?
