- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's show is pre recorded, y'all know what time? I
- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know, y'all all suit giving them the milking things?
- 0:19Speaker 1: Not good? Steve listening to Steve, I don't joy, you
- 0:59Speaker 1: gotta use that. Don't turn turn, turn them out to
- 1:42Speaker 1: turn you probably got to turn them out. The water
- 1:47Speaker 1: the water come come on your thing? Ah huh, I
- 2:01Speaker 1: sure will. Good morning everybody. You are listening to the voice,
- 2:06Speaker 1: Come on dig me now. One and only Steve Harvey's
- 2:09Speaker 1: got a radio shuffle. Man. If y'all only knew, I
- 2:14Speaker 1: think I'll tell it to you. This morning man started
- 2:18Speaker 1: off real crazy. But it's just those little mishaps where
- 2:22Speaker 1: we as people who are striving to be successful, that
- 2:27Speaker 1: makes all the difference in the world. When you have
- 2:30Speaker 1: those little minor things that come up, you can't let
- 2:33Speaker 1: the minor things stop you. You've got to keep pressing forward. Now.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Could I have played the role of where is my car?
- 2:42Speaker 1: Where is my car? Oh? Where is my car? Instead
- 2:46Speaker 1: of hustling and grab a cab? So what am I?
- 2:50Speaker 1: Am I above a cab ride? Now? Or do I
- 2:54Speaker 1: have to look at the bigger picture and say, okay,
- 2:56Speaker 1: I could act like a little spoiled brat some type
- 2:59Speaker 1: of star. Ain't go I don't ride in cabs, or
- 3:02Speaker 1: where's my car? And then go to blaming people for
- 3:04Speaker 1: not having a car, or do I make the adjustments
- 3:07Speaker 1: because ain't like I ain't been in a cab before
- 3:08Speaker 1: now slow down. Ain't like I ain't never been in
- 3:11Speaker 1: a a beat up car before. Slow down. Ain't ever
- 3:14Speaker 1: like I ain't never had a cab and roll the
- 3:17Speaker 1: bus before? Slow down. Ain't like I ain't never been
- 3:21Speaker 1: homeless before, and ain't have nowhere to go? Slow down.
- 3:25Speaker 1: So in those moments right there, always remember where you
- 3:28Speaker 1: come from, but even more importantly, always remember where you're
- 3:32Speaker 1: trying to go, because it's important for me that I
- 3:35Speaker 1: get here as many mornings as I possibly can. It's
- 3:39Speaker 1: important because that's the goal. And so many people allowed
- 3:42Speaker 1: a minor things to stop them on their road to success.
- 3:46Speaker 1: And I'm giving you this example today not to say hey,
- 3:49Speaker 1: look at me, but to say to you, hey, listening
- 3:52Speaker 1: to me. They are going to be a lot of
- 3:54Speaker 1: things that's gonna happen along your way to be a
- 3:56Speaker 1: successful and if you allow the small things to stop you,
- 3:59Speaker 1: there's no way you will make it. You've got to
- 4:01Speaker 1: always press forward and stop looking at the situation for
- 4:04Speaker 1: what it is and look, sometimes you have to take
- 4:06Speaker 1: your offer right now and put your eye into future.
- 4:09Speaker 1: You know, God has blessed me in so many ways.
- 4:12Speaker 1: I mean, what can I say? You know, I ask
- 4:14Speaker 1: God for the syndicated show. He gives me a syndicated show.
- 4:17Speaker 1: Now I act like I don't want to come to it.
- 4:19Speaker 1: Hold on, man, slow down. Did not you ask for this?
- 4:23Speaker 1: Do I not realize that there are certain people, man,
- 4:25Speaker 1: who look forward to this message in the morning. I've
- 4:29Speaker 1: heard it from people. So from the hundreds that I've
- 4:32Speaker 1: heard it for, that could represent thousands for all I know.
- 4:37Speaker 1: So if I think somebody's counting on me, I got
- 4:39Speaker 1: to try to get there and give something. So today
- 4:42Speaker 1: I didn't have any time at all to think about
- 4:44Speaker 1: what I might say. I just walked right in and
- 4:46Speaker 1: the jingle was playing, and so I decided to just
- 4:49Speaker 1: tell you about my day and maybe you can relate
- 4:52Speaker 1: it to something you're going through along the way, because
- 4:54Speaker 1: no matter who you are, you're going to have some
- 4:57Speaker 1: moments man, where things are going to happen. And like
- 5:00Speaker 1: I always tell my kids, and I just had this
- 5:02Speaker 1: conversation with my little girl. It ain't that things ain't
- 5:05Speaker 1: gonna happen. It's how you handle what happens that matters.
- 5:09Speaker 1: But it don't matter. It's how you handle what happens
- 5:13Speaker 1: that's the determining factor on where you get in life
- 5:16Speaker 1: and how soon you get there and how long you
- 5:18Speaker 1: stay there. That will always be a mishap, something that's
- 5:24Speaker 1: gonna throw you off. That will always be something man,
- 5:27Speaker 1: that could deter you. That will be something somewhere, man
- 5:31Speaker 1: that will make you doubt it. Now that you know
- 5:34Speaker 1: that's gonna happen, then let's talk about how you handle
- 5:38Speaker 1: what happens, because it's going to happen. So now what
- 5:41Speaker 1: do you do as a person when these moments come
- 5:43Speaker 1: about in your life? How do you handle them? Oh?
- 5:46Speaker 1: What was me? I guess it wasn't meant to be. Well,
- 5:51Speaker 1: if the Lord wanted me to have this, I'd have that.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Know how many deal how many times you hear people
- 5:56Speaker 1: say that? You know, man, it really irks me. Man,
- 5:59Speaker 1: Stop using God as your excuse. God ain't no excuse.
- 6:04Speaker 1: God is a reason. He's a reason why the good happens.
- 6:10Speaker 1: He's a reason. He's not an excuse. God don't have
- 6:14Speaker 1: no excuses, and none of his scriptures or writings, not
- 6:17Speaker 1: that I've he just don't make excuses. I would have
- 6:20Speaker 1: done this. But you know there's a scripture that says
- 6:24Speaker 1: the poor will all shall always be amongst us. Why
- 6:27Speaker 1: that's got to be you. Yeah, he said the poor
- 6:30Speaker 1: will always be amongst us, because you know, everybody ain't
- 6:33Speaker 1: gonna follow the principles of success. But he also said
- 6:36Speaker 1: he came to give you life and give it to
- 6:38Speaker 1: you more abundantly. He said that too, But oh no,
- 6:41Speaker 1: you don't want to hear that because your life kind
- 6:43Speaker 1: of trip it out a little bit. So now what
- 6:45Speaker 1: you do with it? Now you twist it and you
- 6:48Speaker 1: go to that one little scripture that say well, the
- 6:50Speaker 1: poor shall always be amongst us. Well, that's put in
- 6:54Speaker 1: there because that's auggests in case. See that's a just
- 6:58Speaker 1: in case y'all don't want to follow the scriptures. That's
- 7:02Speaker 1: just in case you don't understand that faith without works
- 7:05Speaker 1: is dead. That's just in case you have not because
- 7:09Speaker 1: you ask not. It's just in case you don't believe
- 7:12Speaker 1: in shall not doubt he got all that in there.
- 7:14Speaker 1: But in case you don't want to do that, there
- 7:17Speaker 1: is a scripture that tells you what don't happen if
- 7:20Speaker 1: you don't do it, and here it is the poor
- 7:22Speaker 1: shall always be a monster. But then you get that
- 7:24Speaker 1: when they say, well, hell, that's I guess that's the
- 7:27Speaker 1: lord's will. Lord's will, really, really, really really that's amazing.
- 7:33Speaker 1: I just don't believe that about him. I don't believe
- 7:36Speaker 1: that God created your life to be a life of misery.
- 7:40Speaker 1: I think that we make decisions along the way that
- 7:44Speaker 1: caused us to have lives of misery. But I really
- 7:48Speaker 1: really just don't believe that God created you for that.
- 7:54Speaker 1: I've heard Nelson Mandela speak, and you know you gotta
- 7:58Speaker 1: go while all those years in prison, man, what was
- 8:02Speaker 1: it about. When you hear him speak, you understand what
- 8:05Speaker 1: it was about. He said he always knew he would
- 8:09Speaker 1: be free one day. Now what he said he never
- 8:12Speaker 1: knew was he said, he never knew that he would
- 8:15Speaker 1: be the president of that country. Oh my goodness, put
- 8:20Speaker 1: a long way around. But he could have sat there
- 8:24Speaker 1: and got involved in prison activities that wasn't up to
- 8:28Speaker 1: pawing things like that. And they said whenever young inmates
- 8:32Speaker 1: used to come in. He was telling the story one
- 8:34Speaker 1: time of how young inmates used to come into the prison.
- 8:36Speaker 1: They all sit around and talk to him about what
- 8:39Speaker 1: they were doing and how many kids they had in
- 8:41Speaker 1: their lives, and it helped them keep track of the
- 8:43Speaker 1: outside a little bit, and it kept a sense of
- 8:46Speaker 1: time for them, and it reminded me in to talk
- 8:49Speaker 1: about what they left behind. And they kept them going
- 8:51Speaker 1: because something was great on the other side. Had he
- 8:56Speaker 1: allowed that to stop him, had he allowed the imprison
- 9:00Speaker 1: which is a pretty major deal. Oh, by the way,
- 9:03Speaker 1: then guess what he would have never been to Nelson
- 9:05Speaker 1: Mandela that we know today, a martyr, a leader, a
- 9:09Speaker 1: great force. People want to go around him. Even people
- 9:12Speaker 1: that imprisoned him could not understand his staunch strength, his faith,
- 9:17Speaker 1: his unwavering commitment. They couldn't understand it. So things are
- 9:22Speaker 1: going to happen in your life, but it's how you
- 9:24Speaker 1: handle what happens doesn't matter. So keep pushing, y'all. Don't
- 9:27Speaker 1: let the little things get in the way, okay, And
- 9:29Speaker 1: if you just sometimes you just don't know. I got
- 9:32Speaker 1: in the cab thinking I wasn't gonna make it, but
- 9:34Speaker 1: at least let's go see, let's try. I made it. Now,
- 9:37Speaker 1: guess what that gives me another piece of information that
- 9:41Speaker 1: I have, and all I had to see it again
- 9:43Speaker 1: to date. Guess what I said today. Man, Sometimes when
- 9:47Speaker 1: it looked like you aren't gonna make it, just go
- 9:48Speaker 1: head on anywhere. Now. I could still be back there
- 9:50Speaker 1: at the hotel time I wear my car, but I
- 9:53Speaker 1: got up in here made it. So now what y'all
- 9:55Speaker 1: gonna do with it? Let's go. You're listening, ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:03Speaker 1: We are here to start of a brand new week,
- 10:06Speaker 1: so let's just get it right. Here's the question, God good.
- 10:12Speaker 1: The answer to that as a resounding yes. Wrap your
- 10:14Speaker 1: mind around that. To start your day with gratitude, which
- 10:18Speaker 1: will affect your attitude, which is in direct correlation with
- 10:21Speaker 1: your altitude. This is Steve Harvey Morner show man. That's
- 10:24Speaker 1: only one way to do it, and that's how we
- 10:26Speaker 1: do it. This is how we do Yeah. All right.
- 10:31Speaker 1: THEW note was a little bit too high for me
- 10:33Speaker 1: right there. I should have started in the Lord register.
- 10:36Speaker 1: I didn't have no way to go with it, but
- 10:38Speaker 1: I just it came out like that, So what nothing
- 10:40Speaker 1: I could do. I want to apologize to all the
- 10:42Speaker 1: gifted singers out there and knew that that was all,
- 10:45Speaker 1: but I recognized it too, and so I just wanted
- 10:47Speaker 1: to now and now, Roscoe Wallace, you couldn't tell me nothing,
- 10:52Speaker 1: But that's Steve Harvey. I know better, lady, gentleman. This
- 10:55Speaker 1: is the Steve Harvey Morning Show, starting and following people
- 10:58Speaker 1: should have to start very car of Carrel, Mouth of
- 11:01Speaker 1: the South and Junior Boy better known as government Name
- 11:05Speaker 1: kills face. It's stupid for register already. I knew that
- 11:15Speaker 1: apologizing to mon Test still making money up that song.
- 11:20Speaker 1: Yeah he did a yeah he did. Yeah he listens
- 11:25Speaker 1: to what I Yeah. Unc, Let me ask you somethmer,

- 15:13Speaker 1: I kind of gotta hell apartment, hold on you say
- 15:16Speaker 1: your name Vaughn? Yeah, yeah, I'm going right. And who
- 15:19Speaker 1: gave you my number? Again? One of the ladies at
- 15:22Speaker 1: the leasing officers when I was over there. Who was it?
- 15:25Speaker 1: I can't really remember her name? Man, Uh look little
- 15:30Speaker 1: well listen, cut this and i'mna tell you like this. Man.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Don't call you for nothing like that. Man. Now, I
- 15:35Speaker 1: ain't moving out of my apartment. Man, I've been staying
- 15:37Speaker 1: up for four years. When I moved out to the partment,
- 15:39Speaker 1: I moved in the house. I understand all this. You
- 15:43Speaker 1: got going with you? Which whatever it is, three sixteen
- 15:46Speaker 1: you one three two, that's on you. Manin't it ain't
- 15:50Speaker 1: want I gotta stay in three sixteen. Man. See, that's
- 15:54Speaker 1: that's what I'm trying to say. I didn't signed the least,
- 15:56Speaker 1: so I'm stuck with it. I got to get that apartment.
- 15:59Speaker 1: So so I'm gonna trying to tell you would you
- 16:01Speaker 1: like to what's your apartment? Would you like to move to?
- 16:04Speaker 1: And I gon only get them to move your stuff nothing.
- 16:08Speaker 1: I ain't nothing moving on things. Gonna move with them, numbers,
- 16:11Speaker 1: you can add them up, divide them, do whatever you
- 16:14Speaker 1: want to them. But I ain't moving. So you're gonna
- 16:16Speaker 1: have to get that to your head. Man. And really
- 16:19Speaker 1: I'm because I don't know who gave you my number?
- 16:21Speaker 1: Was like this, I mean working called muse because I
- 16:25Speaker 1: don't even know no Vaughn, No, no, you don't know
- 16:27Speaker 1: me that. I asked them who was in three sixteen?
- 16:30Speaker 1: They told me none of your business going three sixteen? Man,
- 16:33Speaker 1: Hey listen, man, I'm trying to do this as respectful
- 16:36Speaker 1: as possible. You know, like I said, I really can't
- 16:38Speaker 1: function unless I'm living in them. Disrespect me then doing
- 16:42Speaker 1: disrespect for them, because I'm gonna show do this. You've
- 16:45Speaker 1: called me? Was like this, I don't give a favorite now,
- 16:48Speaker 1: I don't care if there was your favorite scripture. Okay
- 16:51Speaker 1: me with like that, man, Team nine, You're gonna make
- 16:53Speaker 1: this hard, Okay, so let me let me tell you
- 16:55Speaker 1: this to you. I already told the lady I want
- 16:57Speaker 1: to be in three sixteen. She told me I needed
- 16:59Speaker 1: to deal with Dale. Nah. I'm trying to deal with
- 17:02Speaker 1: you in a poor lightweight okay, because like I say,
- 17:04Speaker 1: I can't function, man, unless I'm an apartment three to sixteen,
- 17:08Speaker 1: I can't. I can't even get them go to work.
- 17:10Speaker 1: I cannot function. Okay, I have to have that apartment number. Right.
- 17:14Speaker 1: It sounds like you got a problem on your hands. Man,
- 17:16Speaker 1: Whatever your problem is, that's your problem. Ain't got you
- 17:20Speaker 1: with me? Ok You know like that, Like I say,
- 17:23Speaker 1: I've been staying in three to sixteen, I'm gonna staying
- 17:26Speaker 1: three to sixteen until I moved to a house. You
- 17:28Speaker 1: need FID something else to do? And really I'm starting that.
- 17:32Speaker 1: Gave you my number to call me with is I
- 17:35Speaker 1: can't believe what you're talking to. You talking to me,
- 17:40Speaker 1: you come at me with come at me with a number,
- 17:44Speaker 1: look like you man, three sixteen? What excuse me though?
- 17:49Speaker 1: What you're like you calling me with this. I tell
- 17:52Speaker 1: you what, man, come at me to come at my
- 17:54Speaker 1: problem that you're gonna see it? Man, you understand what
- 17:57Speaker 1: I'm saying. Hey, man, I'm trying to handle this respectively. Man, okay,
- 18:00Speaker 1: all right, I'm trying to do listen to him. So
- 18:03Speaker 1: I'm trying to tell you honestly, dog, I cannot function
- 18:06Speaker 1: outside of them three numbers. I have to live in
- 18:08Speaker 1: apartment three sixteen. That ain't my business. Man. No, I
- 18:11Speaker 1: don't want to have to come move, yo, but I do.
- 18:14Speaker 1: Come on, what's running mat? Which say? I said, I
- 18:16Speaker 1: don't want to have to move? Yo? See it down?
- 18:21Speaker 1: That me what you're gonna come move? I want hey,
- 18:24Speaker 1: matter of fact, come yes, come on, come move three sixteen,
- 18:27Speaker 1: three sixteen out of for you. Come on, man, come
- 18:30Speaker 1: onna come move my man, Come on two teen silence,
- 18:33Speaker 1: come on, move yet. I'll kind of going on the
- 18:36Speaker 1: world with numbers. They've got three under six five days.
- 18:40Speaker 1: I mean it works. You want I'm on my nine
- 18:42Speaker 1: to five and you come in and you buy some
- 18:44Speaker 1: three to sixteen. I'm gonna move somebody. That's all I
- 18:46Speaker 1: got to say. Man, it's gonna be you for I
- 18:49Speaker 1: did before I deal with you, though, I'm gonna get
- 18:51Speaker 1: the least. And I was even giving you my number days.
- 18:54Speaker 1: Hey man, I'm I'm just trying to tell you I

- 21:35Speaker 1: in the house with me after the divorce. But I
- 21:38Speaker 1: won't allow my husband to come inside my house to
- 21:40Speaker 1: see his mama. If he wants to see her, then
- 21:43Speaker 1: he should let her live with him. Would I'd be
- 21:46Speaker 1: wrong to divorce his mama too? Well, obviously it was
- 21:53Speaker 1: an ugly break up. Yeah, and the mother is a
- 21:56Speaker 1: byproduct of it. Seems like obviously you didn't have no
- 22:00Speaker 1: problem with her, but now he want to come over
- 22:02Speaker 1: there to visit her. I don't. You don't want him
- 22:06Speaker 1: in your house because of what he did to you,
- 22:08Speaker 1: and you don't have to let him in there. You know,
- 22:13Speaker 1: the mama ain't ain't a baby, so you know you ain't.

- 22:48Speaker 1: to That's an easy face. But you ain't coming in him.
- 22:52Speaker 1: You ain't running enough. No, you did what you did?
- 22:56Speaker 1: You gone? Yeah? All right? Moving on to ask and Tucson,
- 23:01Speaker 1: Ashley says, I was supposed to go on a blind date,
- 23:04Speaker 1: but I got a flat tire. I pulled over and
- 23:07Speaker 1: a fine black man helped me fix my flat. He
- 23:10Speaker 1: said that I gave him an excuse to skip a
- 23:12Speaker 1: blind date with this fat girl he was supposed to meet.
- 23:15Speaker 1: I said, I'm thick, not fat. He realized that he
- 23:19Speaker 1: put his foot in his mouth and asked me out.
- 23:22Speaker 1: Should I go? Yeah? So well she was? The date
- 23:29Speaker 1: was yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you was the date. He
- 23:33Speaker 1: asked you out. That was what the blind date was?
- 23:36Speaker 1: You know you big? She said? Thick, thick? Okay, the
- 23:43Speaker 1: picture he saw you was fat. When he got there
- 23:48Speaker 1: and saw you, he helped you out. He's a good dude,
- 23:51Speaker 1: and he asked you out. Just go on and go
- 23:54Speaker 1: on the date. Okay, that's what she wants to know.
- 23:57Speaker 1: Should she go? Yeah, you should go because if it
- 23:59Speaker 1: ain't gonna work out, wasn't gonna work out, didn't it won't? Okay?
- 24:03Speaker 1: All right? You know then you listen to me. Everybody
- 24:09Speaker 1: got different different definitions thick and fat. It's borderline, depending
- 24:14Speaker 1: on to beholder. Yeah, it just could have been a picture.
- 24:17Speaker 1: It was a blind date. He saw a picture of you.
- 24:20Speaker 1: M so all it was that tie going back on flat?
- 24:31Speaker 1: What you say, Junior, so as I walking the restruction? Oh,
- 24:36Speaker 1: I mean doesn't work out? Yeah, if it don't work out,
- 24:39Speaker 1: tig going back on flat, I accept that change of time.
- 24:41Speaker 1: Oh he's so pity, all right. Moving on to Angie
- 24:48Speaker 1: and Kingwood. Angie right to My boyfriend's brother sent me
- 24:51Speaker 1: a nude pick of his lower half, and I told
- 24:53Speaker 1: my boyfriend about it, and we both said it had
- 24:56Speaker 1: to be a mistake. My boyfriend checked my texas a
- 24:59Speaker 1: few days later and the picture was still there. And
- 25:02Speaker 1: he has been mad since then. Why is he mad
- 25:04Speaker 1: at me? Does he think I was enjoying the picture?
- 25:07Speaker 1: Or you ain't race because she didn't race it deleted? Yeah, yeah,
- 25:12Speaker 1: you know what his brother? You know what's up? Why
- 25:16Speaker 1: he mad? Why he ain't mad? You got a picture
- 25:20Speaker 1: his brother and still on there? What happened to delete?
- 25:26Speaker 1: And if it was an accident, you show happy to
- 25:29Speaker 1: get it. Maybe she forgot it was on her phone.
- 25:32Speaker 1: She moved girl life, girls stopped. Maybe nope, she's she's
- 25:38Speaker 1: checking it out. She's looking at it every day the
- 25:41Speaker 1: other day. At least you can't make it over. It's okay, okay,
- 25:47Speaker 1: I'm good. What you're doing? All just looking at my phone?
- 25:53Speaker 1: Say like this, what you're doing? Just looking at looking
- 26:04Speaker 1: at my phone? What you doing? Oh? Okay? All too much?
- 26:15Speaker 1: All right? Last one, Steve, Last one. This is Jenna
- 26:18Speaker 1: and Cincinnati. Janna says, my husband is a photographer and
- 26:22Speaker 1: he was editing proofs of a naked woman. I asked
- 26:27Speaker 1: when he started taking nude photos. I asked when he
- 26:30Speaker 1: started taking new photos, and he said he can charge
- 26:33Speaker 1: more for nudes, so it's a new thing for him.
- 26:36Speaker 1: Shouldn't he have told me about the nudes? No? I
- 26:41Speaker 1: mean no, he worked not before. No, y'all go home
- 26:47Speaker 1: and tell your husband everything you have on your job.
- 26:50Speaker 1: We have new segments, new guests, y'all going to Nope,
- 26:53Speaker 1: but I don't involve nudes. Though. They don't involve new
- 26:56Speaker 1: naked our husbands can hear it? Yeah? Yeah, whatever. I
- 27:05Speaker 1: don't think he was wrong for not sharing it. You know,
- 27:09Speaker 1: he's a photographer. These deals come through, and he got
- 27:12Speaker 1: to earn money to take care of his family. That's art, baby,
- 27:17Speaker 1: that's a body. Yeah, they say it's art, okay, And
- 27:22Speaker 1: obviously it was not a big deal because he was
- 27:24Speaker 1: editing them at home. Yeah, and he was editing them,
- 27:28Speaker 1: you know, taking blemishes off as smooth and stuff out
- 27:31Speaker 1: and you know, looking and making sure everything is right,
- 27:36Speaker 1: that's good looking and looking and looking yeah, because you
- 27:41Speaker 1: gotta edit them good too, articulously. You got to focus
- 27:51Speaker 1: what you're doing. Have bops, that makes sense, Yeah, just
- 28:00Speaker 1: just doing pores, getting rid of pores. Yeah. So when
- 28:04Speaker 1: did you start editing nude photos? When did you? Every
- 28:08Speaker 1: time I take them? Every time I take a nude,
- 28:11Speaker 1: I got to edit. Yeah, you know, but when when
- 28:14Speaker 1: did you know? When did you client? Yeah? Yeah, when
- 28:16Speaker 1: did that happen? Oh? That that didn't happen, Like when
- 28:21Speaker 1: I'm asking you when we like, you know, like how
- 28:24Speaker 1: long I've been taking pictures first started, Yeah, yeah, you
- 28:29Speaker 1: weren't editing nude photos. Now, you weren't doing well. You know.
- 28:32Speaker 1: When Instagram came out though, and everybody wanted you know,
- 28:35Speaker 1: all these you know things for Instagram, that's when the
- 28:38Speaker 1: business picked up because you know, somebody got to take
- 28:41Speaker 1: these pictures to these people. You can't post new photos
- 28:44Speaker 1: on Instagram, uh yeah, but you you could take them
- 28:47Speaker 1: almost though, Like it's a whole process. Like the ones
- 28:51Speaker 1: that go on Instagram is as they're getting naked, then
- 28:54Speaker 1: the nket ones they keep for their self. And that's
- 28:57Speaker 1: the service that you want to be known for a
- 29:00Speaker 1: photographer that you do that. I want to be known
- 29:03Speaker 1: as a complete and theial photographer. There all right, coming
- 29:09Speaker 1: up at the top of the hour, seehill, Oh no,
- 29:13Speaker 1: we gotta go. Coming up at the top of the hour.
- 29:15Speaker 1: We'll have some entertainment news for you right after this
- 29:19Speaker 1: you're listening to. Okay, so last night the Oscars were telecast. Um,
- 29:28Speaker 1: no slapping, none of that. I'll just go a quick breakdown. Yeah,
- 29:34Speaker 1: everything everywhere, all at once was Everything at the ninety
- 29:39Speaker 1: five Academy Awards last night. It's a sci fi comedy.
- 29:42Speaker 1: It won seven Oscars, seven including Best Picture and Best Director.
- 29:47Speaker 1: The movie nearly swept the acting categories as well, with
- 29:51Speaker 1: Oscars going to Kahu Quan for Best Supporting Actor, Jamie
- 29:56Speaker 1: Lee Curtis for Best Supporting Actress, and Michelle Yo for
- 29:59Speaker 1: Best Actress. For Quon, who began his career as a
- 30:02Speaker 1: child actor in nineteen eighty fours Indiana Jones and The
- 30:06Speaker 1: Temple of Doom, the win marked an incredible comeback for him.
- 30:10Speaker 1: Michelle Yo made history as the first Asian woman to
- 30:13Speaker 1: win the Best Actress oscar. She said, quote for all
- 30:17Speaker 1: the little boys and girls who look like me watching tonight,
- 30:19Speaker 1: this is a beacon of hope and possibility, she added.
- 30:23Speaker 1: And ladies, don't let anyone ever tell you that you're
- 30:26Speaker 1: past your prime. The crowd really really responded for that one. Yeah,
- 30:33Speaker 1: let's see who else. Britndan Frasier won for a Best
- 30:36Speaker 1: Actor for The Whale, and as expected, hosts Jimmy Kimmel
- 30:40Speaker 1: poked fun at last year's infamous slap Take a listen.
- 30:44Speaker 1: We know this is a special night for you. We
- 30:46Speaker 1: want you have fun. We want you to feel safe,
- 30:48Speaker 1: and mostly importantly, we want me to feel safe. So
- 30:51Speaker 1: we have strict policies in place. If anyone in this
- 30:55Speaker 1: theater commits an act of violence at any point during
- 30:57Speaker 1: the show, you will be a war. Did the Oscar
- 31:00Speaker 1: for Best Actor and permitted to give a nineteen minute
- 31:07Speaker 1: long speech? No, but seriously, the Academy has a crisis
- 31:11Speaker 1: team in place. If anything unpredictable or violent happens during
- 31:15Speaker 1: the ceremony, just do what you did last year. Nothing. Wow,
- 31:23Speaker 1: that was perfect. So I mean Angela Bassett did not
- 31:26Speaker 1: win for Best Supporting Actress. Everybody was, you know, hoping
- 31:30Speaker 1: that she did. Of course, you know I was absolutely crushed. Yeah,
- 31:36Speaker 1: I were absolutely crushed and she didn't win. I text y'all,
- 31:39Speaker 1: remember I was so upset. Come on, see what you say?
- 31:44Speaker 1: Like I told you, I'm setting were back to business
- 31:48Speaker 1: as usual. Now, last year they had us all these
- 31:52Speaker 1: women holes, we had all or female executive producer. We
- 32:00Speaker 1: gave way oscars to whole lot, and then we all
- 32:05Speaker 1: went up and ruined it for everybody. So now it's
- 32:09Speaker 1: back to being since as you, Yes, it is back.
- 32:15Speaker 1: It's so it's so disappointing for her to to be
- 32:19Speaker 1: snubbed again because in my heart, and I think everybody
- 32:23Speaker 1: listening you think about Angela Bassett's body of work and
- 32:26Speaker 1: all of her roles. She is old and oscar from
- 32:31Speaker 1: what's love got to do with it? Which she should
- 32:35Speaker 1: have got one back then. I clauded her reaction, yeah,
- 32:41Speaker 1: because yeah, yeah, yeah, that's how you post to feel
- 32:46Speaker 1: like what it was. She pulled it together, but yeah,
- 32:50Speaker 1: at that moment she was who you Yes, no, I'm not, Yeah,
- 32:58Speaker 1: she was her Well. Rihanna performed and she was beautiful
- 33:04Speaker 1: as usual. She sounded just perfectly on pitch and Asap Rocky,
- 33:12Speaker 1: the father of her baby, and the word surely for
- 33:17Speaker 1: you to say she sounded perfectly on pitch does not
- 33:21Speaker 1: really carry anyway. And let the people on this show
- 33:25Speaker 1: who know music and I know music, well she can
- 33:30Speaker 1: see that's what he was perfectly pitch hold on not you.
- 33:42Speaker 1: But anyway, it was beautiful, it was, it was beautiful.
- 33:44Speaker 1: I loved Asap Rocky's reaction when she finished. He was
- 33:48Speaker 1: in the audience cheering her on like she was the
- 33:52Speaker 1: love of his life, the only woman in baby. Yeah,
- 33:55Speaker 1: that's my woman up. Yeah, yes, yeah, yeah, I love
- 33:59Speaker 1: that he looked at her just loving me, and I
- 34:02Speaker 1: just love that part. But anyway, that was the oscars um.
- 34:05Speaker 1: What we gotta shout out to Jonathan Majors and Michael B.
- 34:09Speaker 1: Jordan's when they came out on stage, they you know,
- 34:12Speaker 1: Michael B. Jordan say, hey, they did acknowledge Angela Bassett,
- 34:17Speaker 1: but also trended. What was Jonathan Major's what was happening?
- 34:21Speaker 1: What the spink? It was he on the heart that
- 34:25Speaker 1: they fall still? Or he got what he gotta do?
- 34:30Speaker 1: Is he just gotta keep his shirt off? Yes, finally
- 34:35Speaker 1: we agree on something. Steve best body, stooge dolls, stylis.
- 34:44Speaker 1: He got a shout out to Ellie. He gotta yes
- 34:47Speaker 1: your styliss Steve, Yes, yeah, yeah. But so now you see,
- 34:53Speaker 1: but at least you know it was a safe Oscars.
- 34:55Speaker 1: It was a safe It was safe. So do you think,
- 34:59Speaker 1: I mean you alluded to it, you practically said it.
- 35:02Speaker 1: So is it ruined now forever? Steve or what? Noah,
- 35:07Speaker 1: you know it's gonna come back in a little bit.
- 35:09Speaker 1: You know, they're the Oscars have never been fair, any
- 35:13Speaker 1: bias to some bias set up industry. It's it's not.
- 35:17Speaker 1: It's never been fair, think about it. It's just never
- 35:21Speaker 1: been that way. So, I mean, you know, it's part
- 35:24Speaker 1: for the course, you know, it's it's the television, it's
- 35:28Speaker 1: it's the whole reason. Hollywood was infinite for movies. It's
- 35:32Speaker 1: the biggest movie platform in the world, and they control
- 35:35Speaker 1: everything about it. It's like the NFL and the NBA.
- 35:38Speaker 1: It's Hollywood, Yeah, the Holly. The NFL has a shield.
- 35:43Speaker 1: The NBA has that Jerry West logo, and the and
- 35:47Speaker 1: the and the Hollywood got them stars on the sidewalking
- 35:50Speaker 1: that signed up on the hill, and they're gonna protect
- 35:53Speaker 1: that shield. Let's stay shield, and they control it. Man.
- 35:57Speaker 1: The Skers recap coming up at twenty minutes after the hour.
- 36:02Speaker 1: We'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show right
- 36:05Speaker 1: after this. You're listening to show well. The new single
- 36:11Speaker 1: Justice for All by the J six Prison Choir featuring
- 36:15Speaker 1: Donald Trump has reached number one on the iTunes Top Songs.
- 36:20Speaker 1: The J six Prison Choir is the group of men
- 36:23Speaker 1: who were convicted after their participation in the insurrection on
- 36:27Speaker 1: the US Capitol back on January sixth of twenty twenty one.
- 36:31Speaker 1: The song starts out with the choir singing the Star
- 36:34Speaker 1: Spangled Banner and ends up with the prisoners chanting USA USA.
- 36:40Speaker 1: The track for the song has clips of Donald Trump
- 36:43Speaker 1: reciting the Pledge of Allegiance throughout it now. According to CNN,
- 36:47Speaker 1: the J six prison choir requested that Trump record his
- 36:50Speaker 1: part for their upcoming song, and out of support for
- 36:54Speaker 1: those incarcerated, Trump recorded his audio at his Marilago residence.
- 36:58Speaker 1: Can you believe this? No? I can't. I can't. This
- 37:03Speaker 1: is come on now, I can believe it. The J
- 37:07Speaker 1: six prison choir, the J six prison choir. When you're
- 37:11Speaker 1: doing twenty years, you have nad blood make music because
- 37:14Speaker 1: then they're singing in prison all time. Now, what do
- 37:16Speaker 1: you do? How much time did they get? These J
- 37:19Speaker 1: six people? I think they got a different times, right,
- 37:22Speaker 1: different senses. One got different time. Yeah, yeah, I heard that.
- 37:27Speaker 1: I heard the song. You heard the song featuring Donald Trump?
- 37:31Speaker 1: Whack And why do domestic terrorists get an opportunity to
- 37:36Speaker 1: record songs and make records? Federal offense where these people
- 37:41Speaker 1: carla was a peaceful gathering. Oh it wasn't a domestic
- 37:47Speaker 1: terrorist against the federal building where people died. Police officers,
- 37:53Speaker 1: Capitol police officers, die and they get to make sall
- 37:58Speaker 1: how did they get to be a que of being
- 38:01Speaker 1: domestic terrorists? If they white people? Who's buying the song?
- 38:06Speaker 1: It's number one? You know who's buying. I know who's
- 38:10Speaker 1: featuring Donald Trump? This is and and they get paid
- 38:18Speaker 1: where you gonna spend it at a commissary with the commissary,
- 38:23Speaker 1: they can give the money to their family. Yeah, what
- 38:27Speaker 1: kind of deal is that? I don't know, but I
- 38:28Speaker 1: think that's disgusting, that's horrible. And this comes under see
- 38:33Speaker 1: what you always talk about, you say, we're too free
- 38:36Speaker 1: over here. This is an example of that we're too free.
- 38:40Speaker 1: And so they has a studio in prison, That's what
- 38:42Speaker 1: I was thinking. He Donald Trump records a portion of
- 38:48Speaker 1: it too to be put on the song. So and
- 38:53Speaker 1: couding with the convicted felis, come on now to participate
- 38:58Speaker 1: in the project that they got after the American judicial
- 39:01Speaker 1: system has convicted them of a crime against the United States, You,
- 39:07Speaker 1: as a former president, collude with them to produce an
- 39:10Speaker 1: album This country man, craziness, that's really craziness right here
- 39:16Speaker 1: all right, Just for the record, is the stupidest blackest
- 39:20Speaker 1: song you've ever heard. Yeah, I haven't heard it? All right,
- 39:24Speaker 1: coming up next, Sister Odell, we'll be joining us right
- 39:27Speaker 1: after this. You're listening well, Sister Odell is here, ladies

- 40:40Speaker 1: She don't ever speak. She's waving. Well what she got

- 41:25Speaker 1: chart for an unprecedented one hundred weeks. Now this is
- 41:29Speaker 1: a milestone, uh, and this has made Kurk Franklin the
- 41:33Speaker 1: first artist to spend one hundred weeks on any songwriter's chart. So,
- 41:38Speaker 1: I mean, you know, sister ol Delda's Steve and Kirk
- 41:40Speaker 1: are really good friends. And so do you know Kurk Franklin.

- 42:16Speaker 1: Franklin very warm through Yes, lord, Yes, we used to
- 42:27Speaker 1: play when we were chilling. You know, my family knew
- 42:32Speaker 1: his family. I want to bring up how how because
- 42:35Speaker 1: he was just Black History Month? But you know their
- 42:39Speaker 1: family was sneaky, you know, they would get it. They
- 42:41Speaker 1: was they was what they called race mixing. You know,
- 42:44Speaker 1: O man couldn't help it because Ben was in love
- 42:48Speaker 1: with this beautiful black woman. Betty was Lord him Mercy.
- 42:54Speaker 1: Her name uh, Loafie, Loafie. We called it Loafi because
- 43:02Speaker 1: she baked the bread too much. But wow, it's amazing,
- 43:09Speaker 1: how you know? You know? And then they you know,
- 43:11Speaker 1: back then we call you loafi if you was packing good,

- 43:42Speaker 1: bottom making water Bye, you catch your fly? Huh Did
- 43:50Speaker 1: you ever wear apple bottoms? No? But I had coveralls

- 53:45Speaker 1: my good friend, Junior. Subject he has done his research.
- 53:49Speaker 1: Here Stephen Shirley. I'm a thirty year old single female
- 53:53Speaker 1: and I'm a regional manager for a jewelry company. I
- 53:56Speaker 1: met a handsome and wealthy man online and we dated
- 53:59Speaker 1: for seven months. I didn't have a lot of faith
- 54:01Speaker 1: in online dating because I thought it was for weirdos
- 54:05Speaker 1: that only wanted to hook up for sex. I also
- 54:07Speaker 1: thought that all of the men online were lying on
- 54:10Speaker 1: their bios. Turns out I was a weirdo and I
- 54:14Speaker 1: got busted recently. My online dating profile had that I
- 54:18Speaker 1: was a single woman that loves wine and the finer
- 54:21Speaker 1: things in life. I failed to put on there that
- 54:23Speaker 1: I was a single mother of a teenager. When I
- 54:26Speaker 1: met my guy, I eventually told him I have a
- 54:29Speaker 1: thirteen year old daughter that is living with her father
- 54:32Speaker 1: because he lives closer to her private school. I met
- 54:35Speaker 1: this man's mother and she asked if we've ever met.
- 54:40Speaker 1: I lied in her face and kept the lie up
- 54:42Speaker 1: for a long time until his mom told him he
- 54:45Speaker 1: should do some research on me. His mother was actually
- 54:48Speaker 1: one of my counselors at the juvenile Justice center until
- 54:52Speaker 1: I was eighteen years old. I was in and out
- 54:54Speaker 1: of rehab as a teenager, and not because I was
- 54:57Speaker 1: on drugs, but because I sold them. Every time I
- 55:01Speaker 1: got caught, I got sent to a juvenile rehab center
- 55:04Speaker 1: so I wouldn't have to go to a detention center.
- 55:07Speaker 1: By the time I turned seventeen, I got pregnant and
- 55:10Speaker 1: I left the streets alone. When my child was born,
- 55:13Speaker 1: my child's father's mom asked to raise a baby, and
- 55:16Speaker 1: I agreed it was best. I put my past behind
- 55:19Speaker 1: me and went to technical school and got a certificate
- 55:22Speaker 1: and then I got a great job. My boyfriend did
- 55:26Speaker 1: a lot of research to find out who I really was,
- 55:29Speaker 1: and then he broke up with me. He told me
- 55:32Speaker 1: the past is the past, but I should have been honest.
- 55:36Speaker 1: We had only been together for seven months, so I
- 55:39Speaker 1: was waiting. Was I wrong for withholding that info? Well,
- 55:43Speaker 1: you know, I'm a firm believer in you don't have
- 55:45Speaker 1: to tell everything, I mean, not every little detail of
- 55:48Speaker 1: your life. But in your case, you left out key
- 55:51Speaker 1: pieces of information that should have been told. I mean,
- 55:54Speaker 1: seven months is a long time for you guys to
- 55:58Speaker 1: be together. Sometimes, you know, that could determine how long
- 56:02Speaker 1: you're going to be together. If you get past three months,
- 56:04Speaker 1: then the six months and all of that, you know,
- 56:06Speaker 1: sometimes you can make it into a real relationship, you know,
- 56:10Speaker 1: I just you know, I understand how you feel about
- 56:13Speaker 1: online dating. You said, you know, you thought it was
- 56:16Speaker 1: for weirdos, and it turned out that you were the
- 56:18Speaker 1: one that was withholding things. The question is, we'd only
- 56:21Speaker 1: been together for seven months, so you were waiting. What
- 56:23Speaker 1: were you waiting for the right moment? I mean, it
- 56:26Speaker 1: seems to me that when his mother asked did she
- 56:29Speaker 1: recognize you? That could have been a moment for you
- 56:32Speaker 1: to tell something. I mean, you know, the constant lying
- 56:35Speaker 1: to his mom who actually recognized you. I think she
- 56:38Speaker 1: was right to tell him to do his research and
- 56:41Speaker 1: timing is everything. You could have taken time to tell him.
- 56:45Speaker 1: I mean, I get it you were probably scared you
- 56:47Speaker 1: would lose him if you told him, But not telling
- 56:51Speaker 1: him made it worse. So what was he supposed to do?
- 56:54Speaker 1: I think this letter is not about how you turned
- 56:57Speaker 1: your life around for the better. I think that's great.
- 56:59Speaker 1: Know this happened quite a while ago, when you were
- 57:02Speaker 1: seventeen eighteen, you're thirty now. I just think this letter
- 57:06Speaker 1: is not about that turning your life around. It's great
- 57:09Speaker 1: that you did that, But this letter is about you
- 57:11Speaker 1: withholding with withholding important moments about your past that could
- 57:16Speaker 1: affect your future with this man. And there's a valuable
- 57:19Speaker 1: lesson here about telling the truth, because everyone has a
- 57:23Speaker 1: story to tell about how they got to where they
- 57:25Speaker 1: are today. But he can't appreciate who you are now
- 57:29Speaker 1: because you hit it and you know you're withheld. You
- 57:33Speaker 1: lied about it for all intents and purposes. Some things
- 57:36Speaker 1: about ourselves, yes, they are hard to volunteer. I get that,
- 57:40Speaker 1: but it's better if you tell them before someone else does. Steve,
- 57:46Speaker 1: you know how I feel about honesty, Yes I do.
- 57:50Speaker 1: We all just been real documented. You know how I
- 57:53Speaker 1: feel about telling your truth all the time. It's been
- 57:57Speaker 1: real documented. You know. I'm not a proponent of telling everything,
- 58:03Speaker 1: nor am I proponent of always telling the truth. But
- 58:08Speaker 1: now that is such a thing as unnecessary line. I
- 58:17Speaker 1: will lie any time it's needed, required, or necessary. I
- 58:29Speaker 1: will in a heartbeat. But then this is a letter
- 58:34Speaker 1: about unnecessary lies. Let's go. He's done his research. I'm
- 58:40Speaker 1: a thirty year old single female and I'm a regional
- 58:42Speaker 1: manager at the jewelry company. I'm met a handsome and
- 58:44Speaker 1: wealthy man online. We dated for seven months. Well I
- 58:49Speaker 1: hope you don't call that a success, because seven months
- 58:52Speaker 1: is not successful dating. I didn't have a lot of
- 58:55Speaker 1: faith in online dating because I thought it's a weirdos
- 58:58Speaker 1: that only wanted to hook up for things. But in
- 59:02Speaker 1: spite of that, you went online anyway. That right there,
- 59:07Speaker 1: So that's not a true statement. I thought it was
- 59:10Speaker 1: for weirdos that the only one to hear him. So
- 59:12Speaker 1: I thought also thought that all of the men online
- 59:15Speaker 1: were men online were lying on their bios. So what
- 59:18Speaker 1: did you do? You decided to join in and lie too,
- 59:23Speaker 1: But unnecessarily turns out I was a weirdo and I
- 59:29Speaker 1: got busted recently. My online dating profile had that I
- 59:33Speaker 1: was a single woman that loves wine and the finer
- 59:36Speaker 1: things in life. You are a single woman, but you're
- 59:38Speaker 1: a single mother. If you had told a man about
- 59:44Speaker 1: the kid, it probably wouldn't have mattered you thirty. You
- 59:48Speaker 1: had a baby as seventeen, but your your story deeper
- 59:52Speaker 1: than that. Well, I know why you didn't tell it.
- 59:57Speaker 1: That was an unnecessary lie. Yeah, all right, Steve, hang on,
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: we'll have part two of your response to today's Strawberry letter.
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: He has done his research. Right after this, you're listening
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: to Come on, Steve, Let's recap today's Strawberry letter. The
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: subject he has done his research. I am a proponent
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: of life of nay, that's how you see, how you
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: start off the segment of the truth is matters. The
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: truth matters, sir, not all the time, and I'm a
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: proponent of that. But then there is such a thing
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: as an unnecessary lie. Ye, And that's what happened to him.
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: You got to know when to lie damn it a
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: mandatory needed heartfelt live you thirty year old, single female
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: and regional manager. You got met a man, wealthy man
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: online and you data seven months. That's not a success.
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: You didn't have a lot of faith in online dating
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: because I thought it was some weirdos that only wanted
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: to hook up the set, but you went online anyway.
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: I also thought all the men online were trying were
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: lying on their biols, so you decided to join in
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: and lie too unnecessary. Turns out I was a weirdow
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: and I got busted him. My online dating profile said
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: that I was a single woman that loved wine and
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: the finding things in life. That's a true statement by everybody.
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: But you left off something that you was not necessary.
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: You're not a single woman. You're a single mother. Not
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: that wouldn't have been heartful to tell at all. I
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: failed to put that out as a single mother as
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: a teenager, because you're thirty and you got a thirteen
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: year old daughter, so you were a single mother at seventeen.
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: You didn't have to say that, but you should have
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: said you were a single parent. Now. The thirteen year
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: old daughter lives with her father because he lives closer
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: to the private school. Now here's where you could have
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: started being a little bit mold better. This would have
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: helped you. I met this man's mother and she asked
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: me if we'd ever met. I lied in her face
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: and kept up the life for a long time. But
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: a long time, ain't It ain't seven months until his
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: mom told him she should do some research on me.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: The mother didn't say exactly where she knew it from.
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: Probably just do some research. His mother was actually one
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: of my counselors at the Juvenile Justice Center until I
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: was eighteen years old. I was in rehab as a teenager,
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: not because I was on Joeys, but because I sold him.
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: When you saw this woman, you should have said, oh
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: this Gladas you thank you so much. You turned my
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: life completely around. I was so lost. My mother and
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: father abandoned me. And you miss so much to me
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: and to day, and you caused me to change my life.
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: I'm working at the Junry, so I've changed my life.
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: I had my life together. I have you think, boy,
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: oh my god, you were wonderful to me. Man. If
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: that man had I saw you loving on his mama
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: like that, you could have turned this whole thing around.
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: But oh, now, you unnecessary lie dude. I know you
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: somewhere from where you're right, I ain't never seen you.
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: You don't know me. You got me mixed up with
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: somebody else. And she was in there for selling drugs.
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: And every time I got called, I got sent to
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: a juveil rehab center so I wouldn't have to do
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: a detention center. By the time I turned seventeen, I
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: got pregnant. I left the streets alone. When my child
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: was born, my child's father's mama asked the baby, asked
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: to raise the baby, and I agreed it was best
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: because she knew you wasn't nothing seventeen year old slanging drugs.
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: Let me get this baby up out of here. This
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: my son's baby. Let me get this baby a chance.
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: Thank God for mother's like that. Thank God for grandmama's
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: around the world that know how to pick up man
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: Lord helpers. I put my pass behind me and went
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: to technical school and got a certificate. Then I got
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: a great job. Well, my boyfriend did a lot of
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: research to find out who I really was, and he
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: broke up with you. He told me that the past
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: is the past, but I should have been honest. See,
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: you a lot of unnecessarily single love wine and finding
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: things in life. A single mother who loves wine and
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: the finding things like that would not have made his
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: difference to this bread because they liked her. Yeah, because
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: even when he found out you had the baby, he
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: to steal with you. But to selling the drugs, he
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: can't do that. He can't. He can't go with that
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: one right there. You should have told him to see
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: but he was gonna bounce on that one. A lot
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: of dudes can't handle that, so he broke. He told
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: me that the path, but I should have been honest.
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: We had only been together for seven months, so I
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: was waiting seven months a minute. I'm pretty sure y'all
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: had slept together. Body, you have a baby in nine Yeah,
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: I was I wrong for withholding that infolt. Yes, you
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: worked and to show you how wrong it was, it
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: has backfire and now you're paying for the consequence. The
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: man said, the past is the past, but you should
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: have been honest, because see now if you ain't honest
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: about that, now he got to question your honesty on everything.
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: So because you are necessarily one more time, I want
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: Nan should be reserved for mandatory heartfelt and needed moments.
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: All other lies are unnecessary. Wow, ask me anything shirt
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: and I'll tell you how to answer. What does it
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: say on your shirt? Oh it's just a message, message
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: of encouragement. You can't answer the question. Thank you, thank you.
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: So you have a live prepared for anybody. That's what
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: I'm getting. All right. I don't have them prepared, but
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: they pop up instantly. I have. I just know, I'll
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: just know how to do it. Try the truth, all right?
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: It hit. It's up on Instagram at Steve Harvey at
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: them to comment on today's Strawberry Letter. You can also
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: check out the Strawberry Letter podcast on demand. Coming up next,
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: it is Sports Talk with Junior. Right after this you're
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: listening to show. It is time now for Junior and
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: Sports Talk. What you got, Junior, Well, it didn't happen.
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: The Caroltta pantses now have the number one pick. It
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: was traded by chic did it? They did it? What happened? Junior?
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: Tell me to trade? Okay, caroltt of pants now have
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: the number one pick. They gave up they first and
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: second round pick for this draft, and then they got
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: wide receiver DJ More to give the number one wide
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: receiver to the Chicago Bears. And now they number one pick,
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: and then they're gonna get two more picks for next
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: season and the year after that. So they gave up
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: Justin Field still wishing he justin feels it staying in Chicago.
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: So Carolina has number one pick now, Chicago moved down
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: to number nine. They got the ninth pick now. But
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: I'm just saying. All I'm mad is that the Texas
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: ain't do a damn thing. We was two, We was
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: right there, we could have went. We could have just
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: moved one more. Why. Well, well, because we wanted Bright Young.
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: We won't Bright Bright up the draft. Stay. Now we
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: find against c J. Stroud. They say they're gonna probably
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: go get c J. Stroud now from Ohio State quarterbacks. Yeah, yeah, well, um,
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: we wanted Bryce Young. Obviously you didn't want him enough.
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: But Young, you ain't got nobody to put around it.
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: Y'all would have had to give up picks, and y'all
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: can't for it, give up nothing could y'all gonna j
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: strike y'all. She'll get Richardson. We're not giving it. We
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: don't know, but they're gonna be cute. Yeah, I'm just
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: playing Rice and c. J. Strouder cute the young boys.
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: They cute. You know. I like the fields for the baths.
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: I like Florida. I don't like cute as quarterback hurts. Yeah,
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: two quarterbacks will look look at look at look at
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: look at Patrick Mahomes. See see how you won? You
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: see he won he ugly, he won't hit out ugly.
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: You no, I mad Yeah, I've never heard that before.
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: I'm gonna be honest with you. I've never word. But
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: you ain't. You ain't. You ain't seen in the voice
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: that come out of that mouth. You ain't seen so
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: damn good. I haven't seen him live. Sound just like
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: Hermit the Frog, just like him, and sounds just like
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: it for half b taking hair, all of it. I
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: like Julia, No, no anyway. So also, man shout out
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: to check the Southern University. They go on to the tournament,
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: the March Madges tournament. Take the Southern den when to
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: swack it. Also shut out the Howard University. They go
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: on to the tournament as well. They ate you. They
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: in the building. That's it, man, congratulations, go get them
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: is it? Man? We got thank you? Let's go coming up,
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: coming up, at the top of the hour, comedian Monique
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: Our Girl says she is no longer in an open marriage.
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: We'll figure out what that's all about when we come
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: back right after this You're Listening show. Comedian Monique has
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: spoken up about her marital arrangement with her husband on
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: the Monique and Sydney's Open Relationship podcast in the past,
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: but in a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Monique
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: said she and her husband are in the process of
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: welcoming a new chapter. Monique stated that both she and
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: her husband have stopped having extramarital affairs and they no
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: longer have an open marriage. Monique stated, quote, life began
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: to happen. I began to see a strength I never had,
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: I had never seen before. He loved me at my worst.
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: I didn't want to sacrifice that. I didn't want to
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: sacrifice that just for a lay. So I grew out
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: of that unquote. In addition to speaking on the shifting
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: dynamics within their relationship, Monique also praised her husband, saying
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: he's the best manager that I've ever had, and I've
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: had the big boys. Okay, so the message here is that,
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: I mean, can you change once you've been into, you know,
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: something like that, an open marriage or you know, different
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: type of marriage. Can you change? Is it possible to
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: stay up an open marriage and have a traditional have
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: a monogamous relationship after having years of that kind of freedom.
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: What do you think, Steve? Yeah, I'll tell you. I'll
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: tell you right now. I think it's great. I really do.
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: Because marriage, no, I think it's no. No. The fact
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: that she's changed, because me and Monique are doing the
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: show April first in Dallas at the Text Trust Dealer,
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: And I'm telling you right now what she said is
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: brilliance tickets right there till me, Rodney Barrett, Dominique gonna
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: be the text Go ahead, Monique, tell your truth. Girl,
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: get your money, Junior, don't mess up your money. Go ahead. Well,
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: I don't make comments on her, So this comment is
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: just about marriage. I'm comment it don't marriage, Okay. I
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: think it's difficult to change horses in the middle of
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: the stream. I think it's difficult to do that. If
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: two people are consenting, that's one thing. I got that,
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: But I don't really know if you know what's in
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: the other person's heart, so to speak, and you know,
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: if you open and swinging and all like that. There's
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: gonna be some residual from one of those open swinging
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: a fad. It's gonna be some some some hanging on,
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: some feeling some something. So I don't really know about that.
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: I've never had that agreement before, and I think it's
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: a hard one to come up with. Um, And that's
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: what I want to say about it. And open I
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: never got it anywhere. It's not for me to get
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: There's not nothing I can propose or uphold. So if
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: you want to be in an it was the purpose
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: of that. I'm gonna marry you, but I'm gonna let
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: you go see other people. No, I'm not. Yeah, you
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: know I'm not at what you know what I was
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: thinking though, And you tell me if I'm wrong. Because
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: April first, me and Monique in terms of Dominique and
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: writer Perry's doing a show, and I think it's easier.
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: That made me hard to have open marriage. But what's
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: easy is to get these tickets for the show. Trust
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: they that's easy. That's a link. That's what they should do.
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: And that's what I feel with Monique is saying it
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: is great because she's probably gonna talk about this at
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: the show on April first in Dallas at the takes
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: trust they I believe she is. I'm gonna call. I'm
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: gonna go and see if she gonna say something. If
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: I were you, that's what That's what I would do.
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: You better make your money. I love it. But I
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: do commend her and commend them that they're trying to,
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: you know, go back and if they're trying it anyway
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: to have an open marriage. Um. I like what she
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: said about she began to see it strength she had
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: never seen before. So maybe that means she is changing
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: and you know she wants to do things differently to
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: get different results, you know, and their bond. Yeah, husband
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: and wife. You know, speaking of changing wrong, she will
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: be changing clothes on April first. I promise you she's
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: gonna change clothes. She's not gonna come when she came
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: into theater. Oh, she ain't gonna have on what you
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: walk on stage April first, Get you don't mistakes, don't
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: miss this. I'm glad we have to talk. Yeah, see you,
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: Ay from first Junior coming up in twenty minutes after
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: the hour, We'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: Show right after this you're listening to show so Reggae.
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: Jean Paige, Morgan A. Freeman, and Kevin Wilmot are working
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: as executive producers on the scripted Muhammad Ali television series
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: for Peacock. It's called Excellence. Eight Fights will focus on
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: eight critical events and Muhammad Ali's life, and each episode
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: will be framed by one fight from Ali's life. But
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: the essence of the episode, what it's really about, is
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: the internal fight, the drama outside the ring, where the
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: series will explore the struggle going on in the heart
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: and mind of one of the most legendary yet controversial
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: figures in the twentieth century. And in case you didn't
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: hear me, Morgan Freeman will be one of the executive producers. Um,
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: case you didn't hear that part, we heard that's more
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: important than he is. Cute here. I don't even know
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: who that is, but name on the duke? Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes?
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: You used to box when you were young? Were you
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: inspired to start boxing because of Ali? And can you
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: name his most notable boxing matches? Oh? I was there
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: when he came back, when he lost Leon Spence came
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: back and beat him. I'm for all of them. Man,
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: I watch this todo, I know where he is. That
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: ain't why I box because I was tired of getting
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: my ass whip at school. Well again. Morgan Freeman is
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: executive producing That Girl, And we'll have more of the
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up at thirty three minutes
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: after the hour. We will play a round if would
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: you rather? Right after this you're listening to show. It
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: is time now for a round. If would you rather?
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: Would you rather have a body like the Tasmanian Devil
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: or would you rather have a body like Winnie the Pooh?
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: You shirt pants? Yeah, gimme pooh? Yeah? Certain? No pants?
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: I'm atia. I'm draft so your choices. You could look
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: like Anthony Anderson or entertainer I'm going seeing a girl
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: was seeing. I'm wanting to prove I call it anyway.
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: You look like three years. We are just gonna do this,
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: all right. Would you rather get fifty million dollars to
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: leave the country alone? Or would you get five hundred
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: thousand dollars to stay with your wife? Fifty million to
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: leave the country alone or five hundred thousand dollars to
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: stay with your wife? I'm wait a minute, hold up,
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: let me get this right. Fifty million, I lead a country.
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: She can't ever come with me. I'm by yourself. Leave
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: the country alone. For fifty million or half a million
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: to stay with your wife. No, I'm half million. Stay.
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: Isn't that nice? Come on? Or well hold on, y'all
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: got million leader country, never see her again? Half millions
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: stay here with her. But let me ask you something,
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: my cousin person. Yeah, you've seen fifty million. I don't
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: know what that feeling is. Is it worth it for me?
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: It's not. I don't know what it looked like. Fifty
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: million is a whole lot of money, man, It is
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: a is a gangload of paper dog. It can do
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: a lot of things. You can do, damn me anything.
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: Tell them a lot of things. It's gonna solve a
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: bunch of problem. Okay, so five hundred thousand to stay
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: with her right here, good, don't be taking too long.
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: I'm gonna stay with you long. I'm stay. I'm gonna stay.
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: I'm gonna say thank you. That's called him. Fifty million,
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: leave the country, leave your husband five hundred thousand, stay
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: here with you by day we can date law business.
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: He gets twenty five million. Anyway, I'm gonna hug him
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: up and I'll be like, dude, you I didn't think
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: that through. All right? Would you rather eat only cereal
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: for five days? Or eat only protein bars for five days?
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: Give the cereal? Look, okay, give me some bro cereal?
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: All right, thank you. That's today's round of would you rather?
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: Coming up? It is our last break of the day,
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: and we'll have some closing from the one and only
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: Steve Harvey right after this. You're listening show? All right, guys,
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: here we are, last break of the day. Hey see,
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: before we get to your closing, there was one more?
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: Would you rather that we didn't get to this? I
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: think this is worth stopping for um which rather be
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: known to have lots of stamina in bed? Or would
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: you rather be known for having the best techniques in bed?
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: Lots of stamina for best technique? I'm stamming the skills.
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: I ain't got to look perfect, though, but I'm in
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: it for you. Yeah, yeah, no, I'm technique you take.
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: That's always been my calling card. Oh you're calling card.
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: I thought you're gonna say you're calling yeah my technique? Man?
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: Oh my god, what was that? Don't worry about it?
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: Wait a minute. Wait a minute, calling card? All right
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: to that? Yes, okay, okay, well you know something. This
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: is gonna be a crazy switch, but I have from
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: close remarks. I kind of wanted to talk to people
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: today about something that I think that a lot of
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: people are going through, and that's waiting on God's timing.
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: Can I tell you sometimes that's really hard to do.
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: I said it was gonna be a little different, but
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: you know mine as well, forget it wasn't that's or something.
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: I just know, man, that as a person who has
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: learned more and more to trust in God's timing, it's
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: still hard because we're human. How many times have you
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: prayed for something and you needed it to happen and
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: it just seemed like it was taking so long to
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: the point where I almost sometimes you thought it wasn't
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: going ever happened at all, even to the point where
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: you gave up asking for it, to stop believing it
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: could happen, because you just went, man, maybe it ain't
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: meant to be. It is hard to trust in God's timing,
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: but that's something we have to develop because what I
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: have found out is that when I wait, when He
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: does give me as he promised, it has always been
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: slightly different but abundantly better. Slightly different keywords, slightly but
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: abundantly better. That has happened every single time. Now, I'm
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: gonna tell you something. I don't know if you like me,
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: but let's just throw this out here. Have you ever
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: asked God for something and asking for it then said, Hey, God,
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: I'm asking you this, but I really I'm really gonna
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: need you to hear now, I'm really listen. Look man,
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: I know I'm supposed to wait patiently, but this is
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: an emergency. I need you right now. Seventy two hours
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: ain't gonna make the cut for me. I need you now.
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: But then, what's crazy, though, is if I felt that
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: way the seventy two the seventy two hours past, the
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: weeks went by, the monks went by, the years went by.
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: Then he showed up with it, and he was the
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: crazy thing. He wasn't late. That's so crazy, man, because
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: that whole time I was asking help for the stript
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: to get through this thing that I needed to be over.
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: You know what he did. He showed me just how
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: strong I really was. Then he gave it to me.
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: But what he gave me was bigger and better than
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: what I asked for. There's a scripture that says something
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: to this effect that God will do exceedingly and abundant
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: me over all. I think I asked, and man, I
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: hadn't seen him do it time and time again. So y'all,
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: I know it can get discouraging sometimes. I know, not
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: having your prayer answer when you wanted to be answered
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: can be a bit discouraging. But God wants us to
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: keep the faith that half faith in him and believe
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: that he's working on your behalf behind the scenes. I
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: can't tell you how many times he's done something that
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: on my behalf. I didn't know what was going on.
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: I'm going through that right now that everything I asked
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: him for has been delayed, delayed to lay delayed delayed.
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: But you know what, I know it ain't been denied.
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: Delayed don't mean deny, and you got to understand that
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: about it. So maybe me not getting what I want
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: exactly when I wanted it, it's for a reason, And
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: I'm gonna be honest with you, I don't even know
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: what the reason is. I don't have an inkling of
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: an idea. I know I wish this had been done,
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: got completed, but it hasn't. And I'm going through it
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: right now, and he's teaching me again or lesson that
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: I need to know to trust in God's time, to
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: stay patient, Steve hard and I got you, And ain't
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: I always had you? Have I ever let you go
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: down or under permanent? With all your enemies have attempted
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: to do to you in your lifetime, Haven't I always
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: protected and coverage? So get back to the Isaiah fifty
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: four seventeen. No weapon for hied against me shall prosper.
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: I've taken care of you, then I'll take care of you. Now.
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: Keep trust and keep holding on y'all. Keep the faith.
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: God got you. Those are my clothes remarks today. I
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: hope you enjoyed him. If you didn't, man come back
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: from off. But here's a deal, though, talking to God
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: would be great, and I got some special news he
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: would absolutely love to hear. Fuck for all Steve Every
