- 0:01Speaker 1: Up.
- 0:17Speaker 2: Come.
- 0:20Speaker 3: Uh huh, I sure will. Good morning everybody. You're listening
- 0:25Speaker 3: to the voice, Come on, come on, y'all dig me now.
- 0:29Speaker 3: One and only Steve Harvey got a radio show.
- 0:32Speaker 4: Man.
- 0:33Speaker 5: Is God good to me? Unbelievable? Yeah, he is?
- 0:36Speaker 3: And and and I can only attribute it to one thing.
- 0:39Speaker 3: It's just been a turnaround in my life. It's it's
- 0:43Speaker 3: been me finally making decision to see what all God
- 0:47Speaker 3: has for me, but at the same time trying to
- 0:50Speaker 3: be more God want me to be instead of more
- 0:52Speaker 3: of what I want to be.
- 0:54Speaker 5: That's the trade off.
- 0:55Speaker 3: You know, you gotta do something now, you know, you
- 0:57Speaker 3: know you want God's blessings, you got to be willing
- 1:00Speaker 3: to do something on his behalf.
- 1:01Speaker 5: And I'm not saying I got it right right now,
- 1:04Speaker 5: because I'm just being real with you. Don't.
- 1:08Speaker 3: I don't have it all together by any stretch of imagination.
- 1:12Speaker 3: I'm trying to get better in several areas. I'm praying
- 1:16Speaker 3: about it, I'm working on it. But you know, it's
- 1:18Speaker 3: a process, and I've grown to accept the process. But
- 1:23Speaker 3: I'm improving in a lot of areas from day to day.
- 1:25Speaker 3: But I'll tell you what, man, my success all that's
- 1:28Speaker 3: going on with me. I can only attribute to this turnaround.
- 1:33Speaker 3: And the turnaround was simple. I turned around and started
- 1:36Speaker 3: looking at God. That was a simple move, man. I
- 1:40Speaker 3: just turned around and started looking at him, and I
- 1:42Speaker 3: was going, Okay, I get it. Now, you created me.
- 1:46Speaker 3: You're the creator. You have a purpose for me. I
- 1:50Speaker 3: understand that.
- 1:51Speaker 5: Now.
- 1:52Speaker 3: Now let me just walk in that purpose and let
- 1:55Speaker 3: me get to doing that purpose. Now, My purpose and
- 1:59Speaker 3: your purpose, their purpose, and anybody's purpose could be different,
- 2:04Speaker 3: and the way you go about the purpose can be different.
- 2:08Speaker 3: And that's the part that I've really grown up to.
- 2:11Speaker 3: I've opened up my mind to understanding that everybody's different,
- 2:15Speaker 3: nobody's quite the same, and that is not my right
- 2:18Speaker 3: or position to judge, but to be of a forgiving
- 2:22Speaker 3: spirit and understand and forgive those as I ask God
- 2:25Speaker 3: to forgive me.
- 2:27Speaker 5: See that's the key. That's the key, y'all.
- 2:30Speaker 3: So when you're out here and you stuck on this unforgiveness,
- 2:34Speaker 3: understand in the Large Prayer, as a segment that says
- 2:39Speaker 3: forgive us our trustpasses as we forgive those who truspass
- 2:43Speaker 3: against us. There's another version says forgive us our debts
- 2:46Speaker 3: as we forgive our debtors. It's two different versions, but
- 2:51Speaker 3: either one it means the exact same thing. It means
- 2:55Speaker 3: simply this, that you are asking God to forgive your
- 3:01Speaker 3: like you forgive others. Forgive us our trust passes as
- 3:05Speaker 3: we forgive those who trust pass against us. When I
- 3:08Speaker 3: cross the line with you, God handle me the way
- 3:12Speaker 3: I handle people when they cross the line with me.
- 3:15Speaker 3: You feel what I'm saying to you. See you understand that.
- 3:18Speaker 3: That's the breakdown of it. Best way I can give
- 3:20Speaker 3: it to you. Forgive us our trustpasses as we forgive
- 3:24Speaker 3: those who trustpass against us. Forgive me God for stepping
- 3:28Speaker 3: over the line, like I forgive those that step over
- 3:31Speaker 3: the line on me. That's the hard part, man, That's
- 3:34Speaker 3: the part man, I've really been working on. I've been
- 3:37Speaker 3: really trying to get that together. And so I've learned
- 3:40Speaker 3: forgiveness a lot better over the past five years than
- 3:44Speaker 3: I have before.
- 3:45Speaker 5: And it's paid off.
- 3:47Speaker 3: I can't tell you how it's paid off, because now
- 3:51Speaker 3: God's mercy and grace is all over me because I've
- 3:55Speaker 3: learned to become more graceful.
- 3:58Speaker 5: Now I ain't graceful life him. I ain't merciful like him.
- 4:03Speaker 5: But I've learned to become more more graceful, more merciful,
- 4:08Speaker 5: because man, I can't live my life like that. I
- 4:10Speaker 5: just got sick of me.
- 4:11Speaker 3: Man, you mad at me, now I'm mad at you.
- 4:15Speaker 3: You hate on me, now I'm more hate on you.
- 4:17Speaker 3: I ain't got time for that. Man, I've got you.
- 4:19Speaker 3: Look here, you got somewhere to go. Hate take up time.
- 4:24Speaker 3: It's time consuming.
- 4:26Speaker 5: Hating.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Trying to seek revenge just time consuming. It take up
- 4:31Speaker 3: way too much of your time to seek revenge when
- 4:34Speaker 3: vengeance ain't really yours. That's another one. Vengeance is mine,
- 4:39Speaker 3: say if the lord it ain't yours. So now when
- 4:41Speaker 3: you go to seek it, to take it out, guess
- 4:44Speaker 3: what you're doing. You're doing something now, man. Now you
- 4:47Speaker 3: off in the area that you got no business being in,
- 4:51Speaker 3: and instead of steady climbing your letterer like you're supposed to,
- 4:54Speaker 3: you don't take out time for vengeance.
- 4:57Speaker 5: To hate.
- 4:58Speaker 3: I'm a hater. I'm a be a blogger. I'm a
- 5:02Speaker 3: blog about so and so. When you're blogging about somebody,
- 5:06Speaker 3: and most of these people you don't even know. When
- 5:09Speaker 3: you're blogging about somebody, what you're doing, what you're hating.
- 5:14Speaker 3: It takes time to hate.
- 5:15Speaker 5: Man.
- 5:16Speaker 3: I just decided, Man, I got to take all my
- 5:20Speaker 3: time and instead of doing time and being active, I
- 5:25Speaker 3: got to be proactive. See, some people get that confused,
- 5:29Speaker 3: being active and being proactive. Pro is positive. Pro means
- 5:35Speaker 3: to move forward. You know, if you put pro in
- 5:38Speaker 3: front of most words, it's a positive influence. You know,
- 5:41Speaker 3: there's the pros and the cons. The pros is the
- 5:45Speaker 3: good side. The cons is what can go wrong the
- 5:48Speaker 3: bad side. You know, if you're active, that's one thing.
- 5:51Speaker 3: But if you proactive, you're going forward in a positive direction.
- 5:56Speaker 3: When you become a pro that means you the best
- 5:59Speaker 3: of the best at whatever it is you chosen to be.
- 6:02Speaker 3: I'm a pro so somehow, and I'm no English teacher,
- 6:08Speaker 3: a grammatical god. The word pro a lot of times,
- 6:12Speaker 3: when you put it in front of something, means positiveness.
- 6:16Speaker 3: So now a lot of people think that if you
- 6:19Speaker 3: just active, something are to happen. Well, I'm doing something,
- 6:22Speaker 3: and that's what happens.
- 6:23Speaker 2: Man.
- 6:23Speaker 3: We just find ourselves doing a lot of busy work
- 6:26Speaker 3: that really ain't bouting nothing and ain't going nowhere. It
- 6:28Speaker 3: ain't got no direction or no purpose because we haven't
- 6:31Speaker 3: tried to find out the direction of a purpose. So
- 6:34Speaker 3: you wake up and you and your wheels are spinning.
- 6:37Speaker 3: You a hamster on a treadmill. You're running real fast,
- 6:40Speaker 3: but you're just going in the same spot. You understand,
- 6:42Speaker 3: that's cause you're just out here being active instead of proactive.
- 6:46Speaker 5: Why don't you get God in your life?
- 6:48Speaker 3: Why don't you turn and face your creative and find
- 6:51Speaker 3: out how to become more proactive so you can do
- 6:54Speaker 3: things to move yourself forward. How you can get your
- 6:57Speaker 3: life off the ground and get off the tread meal
- 7:00Speaker 3: and really get it rolling in the direction that it
- 7:02Speaker 3: needed to be going. Man, I'm telling you, God can
- 7:06Speaker 3: make that change for you if he see you making
- 7:09Speaker 3: the change for him. See the whole key, man, the
- 7:13Speaker 3: whole key is. You got to be willing to do something.
- 7:16Speaker 3: You got to give God something to bless Bless me God,
- 7:21Speaker 3: And then you go sit on your couch and you
- 7:22Speaker 3: ain't trying. Okay, bless me God with what what are
- 7:28Speaker 3: you working with? He can't have the people hire you
- 7:31Speaker 3: if you ain't put the app in. Come on, man,
- 7:34Speaker 3: the blessing comes when you make a proactive step, when
- 7:37Speaker 3: you try to do something on the positive side. Look, man,
- 7:41Speaker 3: I'm gonna quit messing around with all these people. I'm
- 7:44Speaker 3: gonna start going home. I'm gonna leave these women long
- 7:46Speaker 3: out here. You got to say, all right, man, I
- 7:49Speaker 3: ain't going.
- 7:49Speaker 5: Over that tonight. I just ain't gonna get it.
- 7:52Speaker 3: Then God can work with you. God help me stop
- 7:55Speaker 3: seeing all these women. But you steady going over there
- 7:59Speaker 3: calling him setting up stuff. Can nobody help you? Because
- 8:03Speaker 3: once you get over there, you already know. See, you
- 8:07Speaker 3: gotta get proactive. You gotta do something yourself. You make
- 8:10Speaker 3: one step, he'll make two. That's the key man.
- 8:14Speaker 6: So come on, y'all, you're listening to the Steve Harvey
- 8:17Speaker 6: Morning Show.

- 10:26Speaker 5: It yourself like Junior.
- 10:28Speaker 3: Right now, let me tell you sorry, I probably would

- 14:07Speaker 2: system in the whole car, the dad board, everything is
- 14:10Speaker 2: just completely out. And they talking about this gonna be
- 14:12Speaker 2: about fifteen hundred dollars to get this fee.
- 14:14Speaker 4: I'm sorry, now, what was this?

- 14:27Speaker 4: a car, man.
- 14:28Speaker 2: Man, let me tell your cousin now, whoever told you
- 14:30Speaker 2: that that's just now?
- 14:30Speaker 4: That's just done.
- 14:31Speaker 2: Hey, let me tell you something.

- 14:50Speaker 4: Well, he may want to take it. Come over there,
- 14:52Speaker 4: so they're trying to rip you off. There's no such

- 15:04Speaker 4: jump cars all day, loan, people always need to jump.
- 15:07Speaker 4: I know what, I've never over jumped the car out.
- 15:11Speaker 2: Look, you over jumped this car, okay, And that's the
- 15:15Speaker 2: reason why it's completely shut down. All the fuses are
- 15:18Speaker 2: blown out, everything is completely dead.
- 15:20Speaker 13: You over jumped the car and.
- 15:22Speaker 2: Now it's just fifteen hundred dollars. And the reason why
- 15:25Speaker 2: I'm calling you. Is uhou told be the person paying

- 16:02Speaker 2: fifteen hundred dollars to take care of this whole car,
- 16:05Speaker 2: in the whole electrical system, Well, I tell you what

- 21:47Speaker 6: a table alone, and there was an empty wine glass
- 21:49Speaker 6: with lipstick on the rim. He said it was one
- 21:52Speaker 6: of his co workers, and they all left before I
- 21:55Speaker 6: got there. How convenient was U there? Was he there
- 21:59Speaker 6: with the woman or was he there with his coworkers?
- 22:02Speaker 6: Like sa, that's where the co workers go?
- 22:03Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 22:04Speaker 10: Absolutely, co workers. But it was one glass.
- 22:07Speaker 5: There's a group of them.
- 22:08Speaker 3: And then by the time you got there, you take
- 22:10Speaker 3: you came by. He didn't leave you sitting in that
- 22:12Speaker 3: table bicyle wide glass with some lifting co workers.
- 22:16Speaker 5: Co workers.
- 22:17Speaker 6: It looks looks suss though, Steve. Don't you think looks

- 23:06Speaker 6: Moving on to Jarvis in Dallas, Jarvis writes, my daughter
- 23:11Speaker 6: vinted to me about her husband. I didn't want to
- 23:13Speaker 6: get involved, but I called him and I threatened him
- 23:17Speaker 6: without getting his side of the story. I later found
- 23:21Speaker 6: out that he was not wrong, my daughter was. So
- 23:24Speaker 6: I apologize to my son in law. My daughter is
- 23:28Speaker 6: very upset because I took his side. How do I
- 23:31Speaker 6: fix it?
- 23:33Speaker 5: Whoa, Yeah, you ain't gonna be fixed that one doll.

- 23:47Speaker 5: Now, I don't go against them. I didn't know, you
- 23:50Speaker 5: know what it broke up? What they broke up. I
- 23:57Speaker 5: didn't know. I would not supposed to be cool with it.
- 24:01Speaker 10: If I hate him, we all hate him?
- 24:03Speaker 5: Okay, yeah, I just roches found that out. Yeah, thats
- 24:07Speaker 5: to be called my hate.
- 24:08Speaker 10: I know, yes, So there there's no way he can
- 24:13Speaker 10: fix it with his daughter though and explain his side.
- 24:17Speaker 5: Did you?
- 24:18Speaker 10: Were you able to fix it?
- 24:20Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 24:21Speaker 1: How did you?
- 24:22Speaker 10: How did you do it?
- 24:24Speaker 5: I told it. I talked to him. I said, hey, man,
- 24:26Speaker 5: I don't ever say nothing to me again. Shake that's what.
- 24:32Speaker 4: Did he say?
- 24:33Speaker 12: You broke up?
- 24:35Speaker 4: Oh?
- 24:35Speaker 5: I didn't. I didn't say that to him.
- 24:37Speaker 10: I told her that what I see Oh, Okay, okay, Lie,
- 24:44Speaker 10: I guess what?
- 24:45Speaker 5: Thank you?

- 24:47Speaker 5: Okay?
- 24:48Speaker 10: So, so have you seen him since though, again I'm.
- 24:55Speaker 5: Seeing each other slim to none. That's why good. What
- 25:04Speaker 5: if you do, Sam, what are you gonna do? I'm
- 25:08Speaker 5: gonna tell meet me in the bathroom and we dap
- 25:10Speaker 5: up in the hall.
- 25:12Speaker 6: So you're suggesting you're suggesting this dad do the same thing?
- 25:19Speaker 3: Uh yeah, yeah, Okay, here's what you do. Pull your
- 25:28Speaker 3: son in law to the side and say, hey, man,
- 25:32Speaker 3: girls can be girls.
- 25:33Speaker 5: I was wrong. That's why I'm apologizing to you.
- 25:38Speaker 2: Now.
- 25:38Speaker 3: Listen, I'm gonna tell my daughter that I talk to you.
- 25:47Speaker 3: How I want you to do is act like be spoken.
- 25:49Speaker 3: You know, he straightened me out about some things, and
- 25:51Speaker 3: then you so we can keep it, to keep the
- 25:53Speaker 3: whole family.
- 25:54Speaker 5: Together and keep things.
- 25:56Speaker 3: Can't wait? She don't pause in you with her mom
- 25:58Speaker 3: and all like that. You gotta keep You don't know
- 26:01Speaker 3: how to be peaceful?
- 26:03Speaker 10: Oh okay, so just to keep the peace, you want
- 26:06Speaker 10: him to lie?
- 26:06Speaker 6: Okay, And you say that was so much fiction, like
- 26:12Speaker 6: you're just right, all right, moving on.
- 26:17Speaker 5: I'm actually what all I'm saying is like borderline. Really
- 26:20Speaker 5: really you feel good?
- 26:22Speaker 10: About yourself right.
- 26:24Speaker 5: Now, save relationship.
- 26:27Speaker 6: Yeah, it was what you do all right? Last one Colo,
- 26:32Speaker 6: This is from Katina in Portland. Katina writes, I'm studying
- 26:35Speaker 6: for my real estate license and I surprised my husband
- 26:39Speaker 6: with the news. He said, it's not wise to quit
- 26:41Speaker 6: my job for real estate because it's a hard business.
- 26:45Speaker 10: He's a real to too. So is he giving me
- 26:48Speaker 10: sound advice or is he hating on me?
- 26:54Speaker 3: Well, it is a hard business, yeah, because you only
- 26:58Speaker 3: get paid when you make a sale.
- 27:00Speaker 10: Mm hmm.
- 27:02Speaker 3: So it's all dependent on you. He's saying, don't quit
- 27:08Speaker 3: your job because yours is steady.
- 27:11Speaker 5: Well, you know a little bit of hate me and
- 27:14Speaker 5: you you're gonna want to come down at the office.
- 27:16Speaker 10: With him and thing fast.
- 27:19Speaker 3: You want to work for the same brokerage company he with.
- 27:22Speaker 3: You know, you know he don't want you down.
- 27:26Speaker 10: Put me on, baby, put me on. Yeah, okay, so
- 27:31Speaker 10: you have a lot of work.
- 27:33Speaker 5: It is too much work. I wouldn't want you, you know, but.
- 27:39Speaker 6: I mean, yeah, maybe for a while. She could do
- 27:42Speaker 6: both until she gets really good at it. And what
- 27:44Speaker 6: if she gets good at it, then she's better than him.
- 27:47Speaker 6: She sells more houses than him, that's going to create
- 27:50Speaker 6: a problem.
- 27:51Speaker 5: Wish my wife made money. Do you really.
- 27:59Speaker 10: Don't we all.
- 28:03Speaker 2: Do that?
- 28:05Speaker 6: Uh huh?
- 28:06Speaker 1: What would you do, Steve? With your jobs?
- 28:09Speaker 10: You living the soft life.
- 28:12Speaker 5: Steve pressure.
- 28:16Speaker 8: So you making the bands and stuff and clean house.
- 28:22Speaker 5: I'm doing that for I don't do that.
- 28:26Speaker 10: So you still have Yeah, you got your people.
- 28:29Speaker 5: Yeah, we got some more. We got some more money.
- 28:36Speaker 6: All right, thank you, Celo. Coming up at the top
- 28:39Speaker 6: of the hour, we will have some entertainment news for you.
- 28:42Speaker 6: Right after this. You already know what it is. Measure mat.
- 28:45Speaker 1: She go bean, and you are now listening to the
- 28:47Speaker 1: Steve Hobby Morning Show.
- 28:49Speaker 10: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 28:56Speaker 6: Magbie Stallion is getting right for Hot Girls summer with
- 29:00Speaker 6: a spicy new fitness routine. The Hot Girl coach shared
- 29:03Speaker 6: a clip from pole dancing class and on Instagram stories,
- 29:07Speaker 6: writing that her current routine has been pole class and pilates.
- 29:11Speaker 6: She joked with her followers she said, give me another
- 29:14Speaker 6: two months with these pole classes.
- 29:15Speaker 10: I'm gonna be cold.
- 29:17Speaker 6: The update comes after a busy stretch that included, of course,
- 29:21Speaker 6: Megan's Broadway day view in Mulin Rouge the musical, her
- 29:25Speaker 6: public split from Clay Thompson and the relaunch of her
- 29:29Speaker 6: Hot Girl summer swimwear line, which she is presenting during
- 29:33Speaker 6: Miami Swim Week. So she's busy, she's got a lot
- 29:36Speaker 6: of stuff going on. She's getting right for the summer.
- 29:38Speaker 6: She's moving on with her life.
- 29:40Speaker 10: That's a good thing, that girl.
- 29:43Speaker 5: YadA YadA ya.
- 29:44Speaker 10: Yeah, she is beautiful. Yeah, she's healing and moving on.
- 29:57Speaker 1: You know, thank you that part.
- 30:03Speaker 6: And stop posting. That's all I got to say. Stop
- 30:05Speaker 6: posting your first yeah, all right. In other entertainment news,
- 30:12Speaker 6: last week, Sherry Shepherd Our Girl, bid farewell to her
- 30:15Speaker 6: talk show. According to TMZ, Sherry was asked if she
- 30:19Speaker 6: ever thought about taking the show to YouTube or podcast.
- 30:22Speaker 6: Sherry admitted that if she started a podcast, she wanted
- 30:26Speaker 6: it to be set apart from the millions of other podcasts.
- 30:29Speaker 6: So she wants to do something different to her own thing,
- 30:32Speaker 6: you know, no comparisons or whatever. So Steve Sherry's ratings
- 30:37Speaker 6: were strong, they were really strong. But the evolving daytime
- 30:41Speaker 6: television landscape has changed, you know that very well. So
- 30:45Speaker 6: how did you feel when you left your daytime talk show?
- 30:48Speaker 5: I mean, you know, it was.
- 30:52Speaker 3: I got I just moved I've been counseled so many times.
- 30:55Speaker 3: I just know how to hear about my biz because
- 30:59Speaker 3: every time the door closes, another what opens.
- 31:02Speaker 10: That's right. I definitely think Sherry is gonna land on
- 31:05Speaker 10: her feet, Yeah for sure.
- 31:08Speaker 1: Why is daytime TV so difficult?
- 31:10Speaker 2: Now? Though?
- 31:11Speaker 1: You know, we saw Kelly clarkson show she being canceled.
- 31:15Speaker 6: Or she's taking a break, yeah she quld Yeah, yeah, look,
- 31:20Speaker 6: it's like listen, it's different.
- 31:21Speaker 3: Daytime is hard because people just don't watch TV like
- 31:25Speaker 3: that anymore.
- 31:27Speaker 10: No, they don't.
- 31:28Speaker 5: Nobody.
- 31:29Speaker 3: Nobody's sitting there waiting at four o'clock, waiting at three o'clock.
- 31:33Speaker 3: People now they stream these shows, they watch them on
- 31:37Speaker 3: Hulu and watch eight in a row, and they show
- 31:39Speaker 3: beinge watching yeah being so you know, they're not getting
- 31:42Speaker 3: the ratings that they get. So when you don't get
- 31:44Speaker 3: the ratings, you can't command the ad dollars like you
- 31:47Speaker 3: used to. And once you can't command the ad dollars,
- 31:50Speaker 3: what covers the cost of that thirty six million dollar
- 31:53Speaker 3: TV show? Because that's what it costs to produce a
- 31:56Speaker 3: daytime show about thirty six million person.
- 31:59Speaker 10: While so Jennifer Hudson's show and.
- 32:03Speaker 1: It's still on. She got remode and Sam.
- 32:07Speaker 10: Yeah, thirty six million?
- 32:09Speaker 2: What see?
- 32:12Speaker 4: We don't know what?
- 32:14Speaker 10: Yeah, I had no idea.
- 32:15Speaker 5: That's my Jennifer Hudson interview.
- 32:23Speaker 6: But Sherry's ratings were strong, right, Cherry's really good man, Yeah,
- 32:28Speaker 6: and her show still got killed.
- 32:30Speaker 5: Sherry had everything she could interview. She was funny, she's
- 32:36Speaker 5: a comedian.
- 32:37Speaker 3: Yes, she could carry the interview when when the person
- 32:40Speaker 3: she was interviewing wasn't doing well.
- 32:42Speaker 10: That's right, that's right, that's right.
- 32:44Speaker 5: Jennifer Hudson's strong suit is I don't care what happened?
- 32:48Speaker 5: Can you just sing sing?
- 32:50Speaker 10: Yeah, and that makes it all better, like butter.
- 32:53Speaker 12: Yeah, they are both Calatoon women. So then let me
- 32:57Speaker 12: ask you about late night talk show Stephen Coke. Is
- 33:01Speaker 12: it just as expensive to produce late night talk shows
- 33:05Speaker 12: as it is with daytime?
- 33:06Speaker 1: We all know why he was forced out.
- 33:09Speaker 3: The present imagine, So because it's an expensive endeavor to
- 33:13Speaker 3: do night time.
- 33:14Speaker 12: Yeah, and do people watch late night talk shows like
- 33:18Speaker 12: they used to, you know, back in the day.
- 33:19Speaker 2: With.
- 33:23Speaker 5: Anymore nothing? Yeah?
- 33:26Speaker 10: Yeah, it's all different.
- 33:27Speaker 3: Because of streaming services. So it's just too many options
- 33:32Speaker 3: to watch.
- 33:33Speaker 6: So having even said that, Steve, would you consider doing
- 33:37Speaker 6: another uh daytime talk show or even a nighttime talk show?
- 33:41Speaker 10: I know that was your dream at once.
- 33:43Speaker 3: Because no, because it's two time considered. I don't want
- 33:48Speaker 3: to be sitting on a set trying to make a
- 33:50Speaker 3: show every day. It takes all day.
- 33:53Speaker 10: Okay, all right?
- 33:55Speaker 5: And now I like fishing and everything, so.
- 34:00Speaker 10: Do a fishing show.
- 34:02Speaker 5: I thought about that.
- 34:03Speaker 8: You have something else to talk about?
- 34:04Speaker 7: Can we move on?
- 34:05Speaker 1: What's you.
- 34:08Speaker 6: Know?
- 34:08Speaker 7: I work for that talk show and Kenny Closser took
- 34:10Speaker 7: my job. That's what I wanted was how Steve doing?
- 34:12Speaker 1: How I'm doing?
- 34:15Speaker 8: I'm worried about how Steve Bill?
- 34:17Speaker 10: That was my job.
- 34:18Speaker 8: That's another job I lost to Kenny Chalk. Why we
- 34:21Speaker 8: keep talking about this?
- 34:24Speaker 7: The last day at Steve talk show, I was the
- 34:26Speaker 7: last one leading building. I sat in my office till
- 34:28Speaker 7: the Cleveland people came in.
- 34:32Speaker 1: How Steve doing?
- 34:33Speaker 8: How Junior doing?
- 34:35Speaker 10: We didn't mean a neglect.
- 34:37Speaker 1: He ain't gonna do it no more?
- 34:39Speaker 8: No, I ain't finna get another check.
- 34:44Speaker 10: I forgot you felt that too, Junior?
- 34:46Speaker 2: Yeah?

- 36:22Speaker 6: The Foundation's pop show Yes is to provide mentoring, educational enrichment,
- 36:28Speaker 6: mental awareness, mental wellness support, and life skills development for
- 36:32Speaker 6: underserved youth and their families. In addition, your Foundation provides
- 36:37Speaker 6: scholarships and college readiness follow up programs and more. Did
- 36:41Speaker 6: I miss anything, Steve? You guys do so much well.
- 36:45Speaker 6: The main program for the boys is a lot more
- 36:48Speaker 6: simpler for me. I'm trying to make better men out
- 36:51Speaker 6: of boards. I'm trying to produce a better quality man.
- 36:55Speaker 6: Whether you go to college, it's not important to me,
- 36:59Speaker 6: whether you go to the mil, military that. Whatever choice
- 37:01Speaker 6: you make in life is, I'm fine with it. I
- 37:05Speaker 6: just want you to make the choice to be a
- 37:08Speaker 6: good man, a respectable man, follow the law, take care
- 37:12Speaker 6: of your family, take care of your children, honor and
- 37:15Speaker 6: respect women.
- 37:17Speaker 3: You know, dream, follow your dreams, chase your dreams, be
- 37:22Speaker 3: an honorable man. Do what you say you're gonna do.
- 37:25Speaker 3: That's the main focus for me. You know, well, we
- 37:27Speaker 3: send a lot of kids to college, We send a
- 37:29Speaker 3: lot of kids to the ministry to send the kids,
- 37:32Speaker 3: flight school, got engineering all that.
- 37:35Speaker 5: We produce some really really good kids on this.
- 37:39Speaker 3: You know, in spite of all of the things that
- 37:43Speaker 3: required from corporations who give and you know we've met
- 37:47Speaker 3: it all.
- 37:47Speaker 5: You know, it's just some people they you know, you know,
- 37:51Speaker 5: if you want.
- 37:52Speaker 3: To help us, help us, but don't make the requirements
- 37:56Speaker 3: up to help us, have to change our program to
- 37:59Speaker 3: fit your reques.
- 38:00Speaker 5: I'm not going to do that.
- 38:02Speaker 3: I'm going to continue producing the best boy that I
- 38:04Speaker 3: can produce to turn them into the best man. And
- 38:07Speaker 3: so it's the goal with the girls program, and that's
- 38:09Speaker 3: what we do, right And do you have the analytics
- 38:14Speaker 3: that follow them through college? What's the follow up? Well,
- 38:17Speaker 3: all of the boys are not going to college. Well,
- 38:20Speaker 3: you're not trying to get students into college. No, everybody
- 38:24Speaker 3: don't have to go to college to be great, mister Harvey.
- 38:28Speaker 3: Education is necessary.
- 38:29Speaker 5: I agree. I agree with you.
- 38:30Speaker 3: I don't have a problem with education if that's part
- 38:34Speaker 3: of your goal and your dream. I have no problem
- 38:36Speaker 3: with education at all. Well, how are they going to
- 38:39Speaker 3: be great without an education?
- 38:40Speaker 5: Well? I did so. I'm just saying it's available. It's
- 38:46Speaker 5: a pathway.
- 38:47Speaker 3: If we just try to show the pathway, if you
- 38:50Speaker 3: get your faith together with God, if you focus on
- 38:54Speaker 3: being righteous, if you do the right things, if you
- 38:56Speaker 3: follow the law, if you chase your dreams, if you
- 38:59Speaker 3: become a good human being. That's what's required of you,
- 39:04Speaker 3: you know, And so that's where we've had a lot
- 39:06Speaker 3: of success with that.
- 39:07Speaker 5: I'm very very proud of it. Boys will be here.
- 39:11Speaker 6: In a few weeks, so they come all right, Well,
- 39:16Speaker 6: thanks for what you do, and Marjorie, thanks for all
- 39:20Speaker 6: you guys do to help out our young men and
- 39:23Speaker 6: our young women.
- 39:23Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 39:24Speaker 10: We appreciated the Steve and Marjorie Harvey Foundation.
- 39:27Speaker 1: Come yeah.
- 39:28Speaker 6: Coming up at thirty four minutes after the hour, Life's
- 39:31Speaker 6: Truths for children born in the sixties, seventies, and eighties.
- 39:35Speaker 6: We'll talk about that right after this. You're listening Steve
- 39:39Speaker 6: Harvey Morning Show. It is no secret that many people
- 39:44Speaker 6: believe today's younger generations have been raised a little differently
- 39:48Speaker 6: than those who came before them. Parents today are often
- 39:52Speaker 6: more involved, more protective, and more intentional about shielding their
- 39:55Speaker 6: children from life's disappointments and hardships. As a result, many
- 40:01Speaker 6: lessons that previous generations learned through trial and era like
- 40:05Speaker 6: us are not taught with guidance, support and safety nets.
- 40:09Speaker 6: Here's some hard truths that many people born in the
- 40:12Speaker 6: seventies the eighties have learned just through first hand experience.
- 40:18Speaker 6: Please feel free, and I know you guys will add
- 40:21Speaker 6: to this list. One of the things where you're in
- 40:26Speaker 6: control of your own life. Okay, we came home to
- 40:29Speaker 6: an empty house. We had to take care of ourselves
- 40:32Speaker 6: at an early age, take care of our younger siblings.
- 40:35Speaker 10: We had to cook.
- 40:36Speaker 6: We knew how to cook, clean, all of that at
- 40:38Speaker 6: a young age. We were latch key kids. Yes, anything
- 40:47Speaker 6: you want to add to that.
- 40:48Speaker 3: Steve, I can do amazing stuff. I was by myself.
- 40:54Speaker 3: Like we had that refrigerator. I knew how to open
- 40:57Speaker 3: it and not leave no signs that it was open.
- 41:01Speaker 2: How do you do that?
- 41:04Speaker 5: Everything back where it was?
- 41:06Speaker 2: Oh?
- 41:06Speaker 3: Okay, level limes level Like if I joint too much
- 41:10Speaker 3: on juice, put little water in, get the level back there.
- 41:13Speaker 1: Oh all right.
- 41:18Speaker 6: This is some things that the parents taught the kids.
- 41:21Speaker 6: You have to create closure for yourself. I mean, we
- 41:24Speaker 6: had to deal with our own emotions. No one cared
- 41:27Speaker 6: that you were upset.
- 41:30Speaker 1: About us.
- 41:31Speaker 3: We didn't have mental awareness back then no, we did, No,
- 41:35Speaker 3: we did not. I bet you better get over it.
- 41:39Speaker 1: Yeah, all right.
- 41:45Speaker 6: When we were in relationships, we knew that relationships required effort.
- 41:50Speaker 6: We had to work on our relationships. I mean we
- 41:53Speaker 6: really did. We had to talk, We had to communicate.
- 41:55Speaker 6: We didn't have all this social media texting.
- 41:58Speaker 5: Calling back with no call waiting.
- 42:05Speaker 8: Just just be busy at you at the eight rings.
- 42:08Speaker 2: Just be.
- 42:11Speaker 5: And not in die this number with that rotary and
- 42:13Speaker 5: then go around click it again.
- 42:24Speaker 6: Boy?
- 42:26Speaker 12: And what about what about when your parents are you?
- 42:29Speaker 12: You know they told you to get off the phone.
- 42:31Speaker 12: I'm expecting to call.
- 42:32Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 42:34Speaker 6: That and what you better not do if your parents
- 42:37Speaker 6: on the phone is breaking Remember those emergency phone calls
- 42:41Speaker 6: you had to get the operator to break in the line.
- 42:45Speaker 1: Oh I never did that. I knew it.
- 42:47Speaker 5: That's the death.
- 42:48Speaker 3: Breaking the line. Yeah, paying for no lines around here?
- 42:53Speaker 3: You're breaking this house. Tell us what you want, but
- 42:56Speaker 3: you better not breaking your line.
- 42:57Speaker 10: Oh yeah, very true. All right, faking until you make it.
- 43:02Speaker 5: I know the hell you ain't in here on this phone.
- 43:05Speaker 5: You hear that lightning?
- 43:06Speaker 9: Oh yeah, I turned that TV off? Can get any
- 43:11Speaker 9: to sit down in the dark and quick move it
- 43:15Speaker 9: Tommy was with all of that, though he does not
- 43:18Speaker 9: like thunder and lightning.
- 43:20Speaker 6: Okay, well, fake it till you make it, that's another one.
- 43:22Speaker 6: We had to do all of that until we got there.
- 43:26Speaker 2: Steve.
- 43:27Speaker 10: I know you know about this one.
- 43:29Speaker 5: Ye'ah. Faked it till I was thirty eight.
- 43:38Speaker 10: I believe were you faking?
- 43:39Speaker 2: Now?
- 43:40Speaker 5: What was your fake?
- 43:44Speaker 10: That wasn't you turn my car.
- 43:45Speaker 5: And walk off from my car and my car be
- 43:47Speaker 5: back over there shaking.
- 43:49Speaker 3: I walk and acts like it wasn't my car, and
- 43:52Speaker 3: then this brother, the brother, your car is still running
- 43:56Speaker 3: over there.
- 43:57Speaker 5: Yeah, I know, I know it, man, Just it'll stop.
- 43:59Speaker 2: In the.
- 44:04Speaker 6: I loved your stories about when you went to like
- 44:06Speaker 6: an Earth Winding Fire concert, for instance, and you pretend
- 44:09Speaker 6: like you're in the band or something, you dress.
- 44:11Speaker 5: Like them, whatever the theme was. That's what I was.
- 44:16Speaker 1: Fake it till you make it? Yeah, your confidence don't Yeah,
- 44:19Speaker 1: fake it till you make it?
- 44:22Speaker 10: And yeah, all right, guys, thank you.
- 44:25Speaker 6: Coming up next, it is a prank phone call for
- 44:28Speaker 6: today with Junior in for the nephew. Right after this,
- 44:31Speaker 6: you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up
- 44:38Speaker 6: in the top of the hour, right about four minutes after.
- 44:41Speaker 6: It is my strawberry letter for today, and the subject
- 44:44Speaker 6: is I want to see it every time. That could
- 44:49Speaker 6: mean a lot. Yeah, yeah, we're gonna get into it. Yeah,
- 44:55Speaker 6: every time I want to see it. We'll get into
- 44:58Speaker 6: it in just a few fun That what that's all about.

- 47:31Speaker 2: cover the rent, that's for sure.
- 47:32Speaker 14: Dad shouldn't be a problem. I know, I know a
- 47:35Speaker 14: little bit about yoga.
- 47:36Speaker 2: That's that.
- 47:36Speaker 14: I mean, really, if it's y'all, you know, you're not
- 47:38Speaker 14: making no noise, that's yoga. That's not a problem.
- 47:40Speaker 2: A good deal. Well, how quick can I actually get
- 47:43Speaker 2: moved in now? I'm trying to get settled. I just

- 48:46Speaker 2: Okay, well let me let me go ahead, just do
- 48:48Speaker 2: this and on that background check because you know what
- 48:50Speaker 2: I want to say about that is this there might

- 49:34Speaker 13: in my backyard.
- 49:35Speaker 2: Not but man, all that's behind me. Now, that's on
- 49:37Speaker 2: the East coast. Man, that's that's all behind me. Now,
- 49:40Speaker 2: I didn't put that thing down.
- 49:41Speaker 13: I don't care if it's behind you, in front of

- 50:10Speaker 13: no maniacs. I don't know what else y'all might be doing.
- 50:13Speaker 14: I don't know what.

- 50:15Speaker 2: We always it's just, man, it's just it's just a
- 50:18Speaker 2: serene moment. Man, when you find yourself, that's all this
- 50:21Speaker 2: really is about.

- 50:25Speaker 13: You ain't doing no net yoga in my backyard. I'm

- 54:54Speaker 5: it for you. Here it is Strawberry.
- 54:57Speaker 6: LETTA thank you nephew subject. I want to see it
- 55:00Speaker 6: every time. Dear Stephen Shirley. I'm a thirty five year
- 55:03Speaker 6: old married woman, and I think all bodies are beautiful,
- 55:07Speaker 6: but my husband's is exquisite. He's got the curly chest, hair,
- 55:12Speaker 6: a little gut love handles and a real heavy hammer
- 55:16Speaker 6: that has had me hooked on him for fourteen years.
- 55:20Speaker 6: We met fourteen years ago at David Buster's, where we
- 55:23Speaker 6: both worked while we were in college. My first day
- 55:26Speaker 6: of work, he told me that I was going to
- 55:28Speaker 6: be his wife, and he showed me what my reward
- 55:31Speaker 6: would be for marrying him. It was the most beautiful
- 55:35Speaker 6: thing I had ever seen, and to this very day,
- 55:39Speaker 6: I still want to see it every time I'm in
- 55:42Speaker 6: his presence, whether we're being intimate or not. He thinks
- 55:46Speaker 6: I've got a problem, but I don't see how loving
- 55:49Speaker 6: him from his head to his toes could be a problem.
- 55:52Speaker 6: He used to send me photos while I was at work,
- 55:55Speaker 6: but he said that got old and I should be
- 55:58Speaker 6: past that stage of our marriage.
- 56:00Speaker 10: But I'm trying to keep the magic going. I don't
- 56:03Speaker 10: say anything to him.
- 56:04Speaker 6: If he falls wants to fall asleep with his hand
- 56:07Speaker 6: on my breast, So why is it a big deal
- 56:09Speaker 6: if I want to share, want to stare at his anatomy.
- 56:12Speaker 6: He says, being freaky has a time and a place,
- 56:15Speaker 6: and he's afraid that our sexting could get him in trouble.
- 56:18Speaker 10: One day.
- 56:19Speaker 6: It makes me think that he's getting tired of me
- 56:21Speaker 6: and making up excuses. I don't understand what the.
- 56:24Speaker 10: Big deal is.
- 56:25Speaker 6: What's his is mine and vice versa. My boobs are
- 56:28Speaker 6: his to do as he pleases, So why is he
- 56:31Speaker 6: putting restrictions on what I do with his body?
- 56:34Speaker 10: Now?
- 56:34Speaker 6: He comes home and he showers with the door locked,
- 56:37Speaker 6: so I can't sit in the bathroom and talk to him.
- 56:40Speaker 6: He says he's keeping the marriage fresh and trying something new,
- 56:43Speaker 6: but I think there's a little more to it than that.
- 56:46Speaker 6: Could he be showing it to someone else? Wow, this
- 56:51Speaker 6: letter is strange because at thirty five, and I'm assuming
- 56:54Speaker 6: your husband is around that age too, because you didn't
- 56:56Speaker 6: say it was older or anything. But at thirty five,
- 56:59Speaker 6: you wouldn't think that would be that much of a
- 57:01Speaker 6: problem for him. You said you're trying to keep the
- 57:04Speaker 6: magic going. But I think there's something going on with him,
- 57:07Speaker 6: and it sounds like he just wants you to stop
- 57:09Speaker 6: asking him every day.
- 57:11Speaker 10: I think he's over it. I think he's tired of
- 57:14Speaker 10: it and.
- 57:14Speaker 6: He just wants some peace. He's at work. You want
- 57:18Speaker 6: pictures of it. He's trying to shower, You want pictures
- 57:20Speaker 6: of it. You want to watch him. It's gotten to
- 57:23Speaker 6: be too much, especially when he's at work. He's right,
- 57:28Speaker 6: he could get caught sending you pictures, and then what
- 57:32Speaker 6: what if he gets fired?
- 57:33Speaker 8: All of that?
- 57:34Speaker 6: You know, you got to think of all of that.
- 57:35Speaker 6: Sometimes people just want to shower by themselves. They want
- 57:39Speaker 6: some me times, some alone time. Sometimes they do that.
- 57:43Speaker 6: But it's like every time he turns around there you
- 57:47Speaker 6: are want him let you see it. He shouldn't have
- 57:50Speaker 6: to lock the bathroom door from his wife, but the
- 57:53Speaker 6: constant let me see it, let me see it from
- 57:55Speaker 6: you has just simply gotten on his nerves. I think,
- 57:59Speaker 6: especially if you're not being intimate at the time, you
- 58:03Speaker 6: just want to see it whenever, wherever. The question is,
- 58:08Speaker 6: why does he want you to stop? I don't think
- 58:11Speaker 6: there's enough to go on to say he's showing it
- 58:13Speaker 6: to someone else, So get that out your mind. I
- 58:16Speaker 6: just think he needs a break from you nagging him
- 58:18Speaker 6: to let you let you see it every single day.
- 58:22Speaker 6: Just let him be it, Let it be organic and natural.
- 58:26Speaker 3: Steve, this is a thirty five year old married woman
- 58:30Speaker 3: that thinks all bodies are beautiful, but my husband's is exquisite.
- 58:38Speaker 5: Here lies the problem.
- 58:41Speaker 3: Here's a thirty five year old woman who has stated
- 58:45Speaker 3: up front she thinks all bodies is beautiful right down?
- 58:53Speaker 5: Oh really, really, lady, you think all by it is
- 59:00Speaker 5: this beautiful.
- 59:03Speaker 3: So you thought you'd open this letter with this statement,
- 59:05Speaker 3: and that Uncle Steve wasn't gonna pick up on this one.
- 59:07Speaker 3: Right here, let me make a real fact. All bodies
- 59:12Speaker 3: ain't beautiful, and everybody ain't got a beautiful body, know it?
- 59:18Speaker 3: Ask them plastic surgeons at an all time high cause
- 59:23Speaker 3: something wrong. And you think something is wrong, so you
- 59:27Speaker 3: want to go do something about it. So let's stop
- 59:30Speaker 3: this lie. All bodies ain't beautiful, and your husbands is exquisite.
- 59:38Speaker 3: And then you went on to describe him. He got
- 59:40Speaker 3: card of chess hair, a little gut love handles.
- 59:48Speaker 5: Right there right there.
- 59:51Speaker 3: How hard we're trying to work on these guts out
- 59:55Speaker 3: of here? You know how we he want these love hammy, go, lady,
- 1:00:06Speaker 3: you just a lie. And he got a hammer that
- 1:00:09Speaker 3: had had me hooked on him for fourteen years. This
- 1:00:13Speaker 3: ain't a letter about him being gorgeous or you want
- 1:00:16Speaker 3: to see it. This a letter about you being whipped.
- 1:00:21Speaker 3: The stuff you doing is crazy. In this letter, he
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: showed it to you. My first day of work, he
- 1:00:27Speaker 3: told me I was gonna be his wife, and he
- 1:00:29Speaker 3: showed me what the reward would be for marrying him.
- 1:00:32Speaker 3: It was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen.
- 1:00:34Speaker 3: To this very day, you ain't seen nothing. You was
- 1:00:38Speaker 3: in college.
- 1:00:40Speaker 5: You ain't got nothing to compare to. He ain't the
- 1:00:44Speaker 5: most exquisite. He ain't the most beautiful. Open your eyes.
- 1:00:48Speaker 3: Looking around that little pot belly love handle man you got,
- 1:00:52Speaker 3: and you thinking he exquisite? Girl stopped. I want to
- 1:00:57Speaker 3: see it every time I'm in his presence, whether we
- 1:01:01Speaker 3: be an intimate or not.
- 1:01:02Speaker 5: Who want to do that much every day? Ay? And
- 1:01:08Speaker 5: let me see here?
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: Cool?
- 1:01:10Speaker 4: Now?
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: All right?
- 1:01:12Speaker 10: All right, hang on, Steve.
- 1:01:13Speaker 6: We'll have part two of your response coming up at
- 1:01:16Speaker 6: twenty three minutes after the hour. The subject is I
- 1:01:19Speaker 6: want to see it every time. We'll get back into
- 1:01:21Speaker 6: it right after this. You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show.

- 1:02:14Speaker 12: or partner with us today at TMCF dot org.
- 1:02:18Speaker 6: All right, come on, Steve, Let's recap the strawberry letter
- 1:02:21Speaker 6: for today, and the subject is.
- 1:02:23Speaker 10: I want to see it every time.
- 1:02:25Speaker 3: Well, thirty five year old woman lied to us, told
- 1:02:32Speaker 3: us she thinks all bodies is beautiful.
- 1:02:35Speaker 5: We all know that ain't. But her husband don't exquiszy girl.
- 1:02:44Speaker 3: You got curly chest hair, he got a little good
- 1:02:49Speaker 3: he got love handles. Who are you describing me her
- 1:02:55Speaker 3: man husband? Hell sounded like you, Yeah, Steve, Anthony Brown, tash.
- 1:03:10Speaker 15: Ain't what what what?
- 1:03:12Speaker 4: Anyway?
- 1:03:12Speaker 5: Anyway, that card.
- 1:03:13Speaker 3: Ain't never game work, said Tosh was exquisite. Mauj ain't
- 1:03:16Speaker 3: ever called in there. All the articles we'd have done
- 1:03:19Speaker 3: is saying my husband is exquisite, and yours ain't either.
- 1:03:28Speaker 3: He told me I was gonna be his wife, and
- 1:03:30Speaker 3: he showed me what my reward gonna be from the verse,
- 1:03:32Speaker 3: and it was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.
- 1:03:34Speaker 3: You ain't seen nothing you was in college. You ain't
- 1:03:38Speaker 3: got nothing to compare to but old big hammer right
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: there now. You want to see it every time you
- 1:03:44Speaker 3: in this presence, the hammer, even if we not being intimate.
- 1:03:48Speaker 3: He thinks I got a problem. But I don't see
- 1:03:50Speaker 3: how love and it from head to toe can be
- 1:03:52Speaker 3: a problem. It ain't the love that he's sick of.
- 1:03:56Speaker 3: It ain't the love. It's the obsession with it. It's
- 1:04:01Speaker 3: the obsession with won't less see it? I put my
- 1:04:06Speaker 3: pants on already? What man sitting up in the hill?
- 1:04:15Speaker 3: He used to send me photos while I was working,
- 1:04:17Speaker 3: but he said that got old and I should be
- 1:04:19Speaker 3: past that stage by math in fourteen years. You just
- 1:04:24Speaker 3: saw it last night. What if I'm sending a picture
- 1:04:26Speaker 3: of it for I don't say anything to him? If
- 1:04:32Speaker 3: he want to fall asleep with his hand on my breast,
- 1:04:35Speaker 3: fall asleep, which it's called cuddling, spooning.
- 1:04:39Speaker 5: Y'all supposed to like that. Now you won't equate that
- 1:04:43Speaker 5: to let me see it? Well, yeah, what you're doing?
- 1:04:46Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:04:47Speaker 3: Hey hey hey, hey, hey, we're in this car. We finish,
- 1:04:50Speaker 3: go in Walmart. Let me see it. Wait, hey, hey,
- 1:05:01Speaker 3: before we go into service here, Yeah, let me see it.
- 1:05:07Speaker 3: He says it's being freaky and all that's gonna get
- 1:05:12Speaker 3: him in trouble one day, All this sexting on the job.
- 1:05:15Speaker 3: I don't understand what the big deal is.
- 1:05:18Speaker 5: What is mine?
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: What is his?
- 1:05:20Speaker 5: Is mine? And vice versus. My boobs are his to do.
- 1:05:22Speaker 3: As he pleases. Yeah, but it's got to be some
- 1:05:25Speaker 3: type of prioritization here. Yeah, it's got to be some
- 1:05:30Speaker 3: type of order. So why is he putting restrictions on
- 1:05:33Speaker 3: what I do with his body because it's his body,
- 1:05:37Speaker 3: just like you can put restrictions on what he do
- 1:05:39Speaker 3: with your body because it's your body.
- 1:05:42Speaker 5: He don't want to show it to you all the time.
- 1:05:47Speaker 5: I don't want to see myself all the time. Hell,
- 1:05:52Speaker 5: I got to go to work. I've got stuff to do.
- 1:06:01Speaker 3: He comes home and he showering with the door lock,
- 1:06:03Speaker 3: so I can't sit in the bathroom talk to him.
- 1:06:05Speaker 3: I won't talk to you while I'm in the bathroom. No,
- 1:06:09Speaker 3: we ain there trying to shower. You put the lid
- 1:06:11Speaker 3: down there. You're just running your father.
- 1:06:13Speaker 4: You know what.
- 1:06:14Speaker 8: He tied to you.
- 1:06:17Speaker 5: You too much.
- 1:06:19Speaker 3: This is an obsession you have, and the obsession has
- 1:06:23Speaker 3: gotten to be too obsessive.
- 1:06:27Speaker 5: You are too much. It's nothing to it no more.
- 1:06:30Speaker 5: It ain't even you no more. He just tied to you.
- 1:06:36Speaker 3: But I think it's a little more to it than that.
- 1:06:38Speaker 3: Could he be showing it to somebody else? See, lady,
- 1:06:41Speaker 3: your problem is you think allbodies are beautiful, and you
- 1:06:45Speaker 3: problem you think everybody think. You think you think allbodies
- 1:06:49Speaker 3: are beautiful, and you think everybody think like you. And
- 1:06:52Speaker 3: that's not the case. This does not say he's showing
- 1:06:56Speaker 3: it to somebody else. He just tied is showing it
- 1:06:59Speaker 3: to you. Old he's sick of you, and you're gonna
- 1:07:07Speaker 3: run your man off with this. You gotta start prioritizing this.
- 1:07:13Speaker 3: You gotta, you gotta it can't be that exciting every day.
- 1:07:16Speaker 5: You too much.
- 1:07:17Speaker 3: Now if you need to gonna sit you down somewhere
- 1:07:21Speaker 3: before you mess around and don't see it no more.
- 1:07:24Speaker 5: Wow, you're gonna mess around. He just gonna go a
- 1:07:28Speaker 5: hell ti. Yeah, the balling that up? Yeah? Hey look hey,
- 1:07:37Speaker 5: look hey look. I like playing in the sandbox, but
- 1:07:39Speaker 5: not every day.
- 1:07:41Speaker 10: It's all day every day, all right.
- 1:07:46Speaker 5: I like being intimate.
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: Okay, here we go?

- 1:12:33Speaker 6: Once my best friend's bride learned I was in charge
- 1:12:35Speaker 6: of organizing the party, it's been NonStop questions, confrontations, and

- 1:22:39Speaker 3: That your man said to be entertainer and you're listening
- 1:22:41Speaker 3: to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:22:44Speaker 6: That my doubt you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:22:51Speaker 6: An education is a transformation every day.
- 1:22:54Speaker 12: The third Good Marshall College Fund transforms lives through scholarships
- 1:22:58Speaker 12: and career advancement opportunities. Over a half a billion dollars
- 1:23:02Speaker 12: has already gone back to students who needed most. We
- 1:23:05Speaker 12: also connect companies with exceptional HBCU talent through workforce development initiatives.
- 1:23:11Speaker 12: I am a proud HBCU graduate, and my education helped
- 1:23:15Speaker 12: me reach my fullest potential. I'm continuing that tradition with
- 1:23:19Speaker 12: my daughter, who will be attending in HBCU this fall.
- 1:23:22Speaker 12: Generational excellence continues. TMCF is America's largest organization that exclusively
- 1:23:30Speaker 12: represents the HBCU community.
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: Join us in being part of the transformation.
- 1:23:35Speaker 12: Applied, donate or partner with us today at TMCF dot org.
- 1:23:40Speaker 6: Wow, sir, last brick of the day time was fast today.
- 1:23:45Speaker 6: Thank you guys for listening. We appreciate you as always. Junior,
- 1:23:49Speaker 6: you got a question for.
- 1:23:50Speaker 10: The man Steve Harvey, I got one, and.
- 1:23:53Speaker 7: I want to talk to us about this, about the
- 1:23:57Speaker 7: all out effort you give to be successful, honkeeting you
- 1:24:00Speaker 7: about how hard it is to be successful.
- 1:24:02Speaker 10: But the effort, the effort.
- 1:24:04Speaker 3: Though, well that I mean that could never be underplayed. Listen, folks,
- 1:24:10Speaker 3: if you have any aspirations to become even better than
- 1:24:15Speaker 3: who you are now, I don't care how simple your
- 1:24:19Speaker 3: aspiration is. With every aspiration, there will be opposition to
- 1:24:26Speaker 3: that aspiration because you have to remember something about the devil.
- 1:24:30Speaker 3: The devil got one job, and that is to rob
- 1:24:33Speaker 3: you of your destiny. The devil don't want you to
- 1:24:37Speaker 3: be what God created you to be. And the devil
- 1:24:41Speaker 3: is serious about that. He is committed to that. Now,
- 1:24:46Speaker 3: an incredible thing is he's not alone. The devil has workers.
- 1:24:52Speaker 3: They're called imps. He has imps that's on patrol and
- 1:24:56Speaker 3: on duty twenty four to seven. And you're so them,
- 1:25:01Speaker 3: and some of them you don't even know. And some
- 1:25:03Speaker 3: of them you know very very well. But they are imps.
- 1:25:08Speaker 3: And it's sad to say, but they work for the devil.
- 1:25:11Speaker 3: They're just bad people. They're just not kind, they're not considerate,
- 1:25:16Speaker 3: they're means, they're negative, and you get to feel it
- 1:25:22Speaker 3: whenever you make the decision to want more, be more,
- 1:25:26Speaker 3: be better, get better, become successful, climb the corporate letter,
- 1:25:31Speaker 3: open a business, follow your dreams. Whatever you choose, that's
- 1:25:35Speaker 3: em betterment of yourself, that will head you in the
- 1:25:37Speaker 3: direction that God created you to be. Here they come, here,
- 1:25:41Speaker 3: they come. Now, I'll admit one thing. When they first come,
- 1:25:45Speaker 3: it throws you off a bit because you wasn't ready
- 1:25:47Speaker 3: for it. How many times have you been surprised by
- 1:25:50Speaker 3: the actions of somebody you thought you was cool with,
- 1:25:54Speaker 3: You actually thought you and them were all right until
- 1:25:58Speaker 3: the moment you made the decision to become better. Then
- 1:26:01Speaker 3: all of a sudden, here comes the little you know
- 1:26:06Speaker 3: what you're doing. It don't seem like you ought to
- 1:26:08Speaker 3: do that, because it's I just don't see that. Wait, man, man,
- 1:26:13Speaker 3: what I thought we was all right? Or you here
- 1:26:17Speaker 3: come to you with something somebody told them about you,
- 1:26:20Speaker 3: and instead of coming to you to learn the truth.
- 1:26:22Speaker 3: They just went with the story and believed the narrative.
- 1:26:24Speaker 3: And now all of a sudden, they're acting funny around
- 1:26:27Speaker 3: you because they heard a story about you that had
- 1:26:29Speaker 3: affected the way they feel, which, in truth, was how
- 1:26:32Speaker 3: they felt the whole time anyway. Or how about that
- 1:26:35Speaker 3: family member, well you you last expected to be your family.
- 1:26:39Speaker 3: They want to undercut you, talk behind your back, got
- 1:26:43Speaker 3: something to say. All of a sudden, you're the subject
- 1:26:46Speaker 3: of the group chat in the family. All of a sudden,
- 1:26:49Speaker 3: you was the conversation on the phone. All of a sudden,
- 1:26:52Speaker 3: you sitting under the tree at the family unit over
- 1:26:55Speaker 3: there by yourself, and they are all in the group
- 1:26:56Speaker 3: looking at you. You don't even know where that came from.
- 1:27:01Speaker 3: Well it came from him. The devil knows. Are his workers,
- 1:27:07Speaker 3: and they busy. And you know why they're busy because
- 1:27:10Speaker 3: they got time. And you know where they got time.
- 1:27:12Speaker 3: You know why they got time because they ain't working
- 1:27:14Speaker 3: on their self. See, when you're working on yourself, you busy.
- 1:27:18Speaker 5: Think about that. When you are working on yourself.
- 1:27:21Speaker 3: Trying to get it right, trying to make it you busy, man,
- 1:27:25Speaker 3: You have very little time for somebody else, For they
- 1:27:29Speaker 3: mess or anything. You really don't have time to help
- 1:27:33Speaker 3: too many people because you're trying to get there yourself.
- 1:27:37Speaker 3: Hard to climb somebody, excuse me, it's hard to climb
- 1:27:41Speaker 3: the letter with somebody that then climbed on your back.
- 1:27:44Speaker 3: Try to climb a letter with somebody that then climbed
- 1:27:46Speaker 3: on your back. Now, and you got to understand why
- 1:27:49Speaker 3: they're on your back? Why because they manipulating you. That's crazy.

- 1:28:56Speaker 3: security to give you some that you ain't work for
- 1:28:59Speaker 3: in the beginning, Because the thing I've learned about security,
- 1:29:04Speaker 3: security is only that which you can provide for yourself.
- 1:29:06Speaker 3: If you can't provide it for yourself, then it ain't
- 1:29:08Speaker 3: no security.
- 1:29:09Speaker 5: Brother soul.
- 1:29:14Speaker 3: Yeah, the effort that's required for success is massive, and
