- 0:13Speaker 1: more like the Milan bu bus things and it's to
- 0:19Speaker 1: be true. Good Steve listening to together for stuy, I
- 0:38Speaker 1: don't join with me. You gotta turn burn, You gotta
- 1:25Speaker 1: turn to turn out, got to turn out to turn
- 1:46Speaker 1: the water the water go. Come come on your baby now.
- 2:01Speaker 1: Uh huh, I shore will a good morning everybody. You
- 2:05Speaker 1: are listening to the voice, Come on dig me now.
- 2:08Speaker 1: One and only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Man
- 2:12Speaker 1: got a radio show because God is in the blessing business.
- 2:16Speaker 1: I just happened to be a recipient. I just happened
- 2:20Speaker 1: to got a couple of things right, and man, his
- 2:27Speaker 1: grace and mercy carries you the rest of the way.
- 2:30Speaker 1: All you got to do is get a couple of
- 2:32Speaker 1: things right, and then his grace and his mercy will
- 2:36Speaker 1: take over his favor, his love of you. It's it's
- 2:40Speaker 1: already evident. I mean, you know, because so many times
- 2:43Speaker 1: we go along without even acknowledging him or conferring with
- 2:47Speaker 1: him in our decisions. And we look up when we
- 2:49Speaker 1: find ourselves in a predicament, and he always comes to
- 2:53Speaker 1: the rescue. He always manages to show up. He's too late,
- 3:00Speaker 1: He's never one minute too late. And so in light
- 3:04Speaker 1: of this today I wanted to talk to you about something.
- 3:10Speaker 1: It's another principle of success that I'd like to share
- 3:14Speaker 1: with everybody this morning. And once again, these are not
- 3:18Speaker 1: things that you don't know or you've never heard before.
- 3:22Speaker 1: These are just reminders along the way. And one of
- 3:26Speaker 1: the things you have to be conscious of is don't
- 3:28Speaker 1: be afraid to change. Don't be afraid to change because
- 3:33Speaker 1: change is coming anyway. See, I have a theory, don't
- 3:38Speaker 1: be afraid to change because change is coming anyway. You know,
- 3:43Speaker 1: everything changes, nothing remains the same nothing, and change is inevitable. Now,
- 3:50Speaker 1: you could participate in the change, or you can react
- 3:54Speaker 1: to the change. Are you following me. You can participate
- 4:00Speaker 1: in the change or you can react to the change.
- 4:05Speaker 1: But don't be afraid to change because change is coming anyway. Now,
- 4:10Speaker 1: what I mean by that is this, in participating in
- 4:13Speaker 1: the change or reacting in the change, there is a difference. See,
- 4:20Speaker 1: if you react to the change, that means the change
- 4:23Speaker 1: has occurred, and now you have to make the necessary
- 4:26Speaker 1: adjustments to the change. Example, the boss walks in. You
- 4:32Speaker 1: think your job is good. The boss walks in and
- 4:35Speaker 1: hands you a pink slip. That right there, that's a change.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Now you didn't participate in this change because you didn't
- 4:43Speaker 1: ask for the pink slip. But now you got to
- 4:45Speaker 1: react to the pink slip. Whenever you have to react
- 4:49Speaker 1: to the change, it's an adjustment period. It almost throws
- 4:55Speaker 1: you off. So change is going to come. It always does.
- 5:03Speaker 1: You could participate or you can react. Or let's say
- 5:10Speaker 1: your boss comes in and hands you the pink slip
- 5:13Speaker 1: and you said, you know what I've been preparing for
- 5:16Speaker 1: this day. Always knew nothing. Last forever, I've been working
- 5:22Speaker 1: on the sideline, on the business idea I had and
- 5:26Speaker 1: I had, or I had several other applications in around town.
- 5:29Speaker 1: I was just holding off to see what was going on. Gone.
- 5:32Speaker 1: So when they hand you the pink slip, the transition
- 5:36Speaker 1: to adjustment you make is a lot more smooth a
- 5:38Speaker 1: transition because now you just transition into your new business
- 5:42Speaker 1: I did that you've been working on, or you transition
- 5:45Speaker 1: into the apps you already had in or the contact
- 5:47Speaker 1: you made the preparation for when the day they're coming
- 5:51Speaker 1: in hand you the pink slip. Well, stee, what did
- 5:53Speaker 1: they surprise you with it? This is just one example
- 5:56Speaker 1: I'm giving you, So you know, let's not nick pick
- 5:59Speaker 1: the message. So what I'm saying to everybody is, don't
- 6:05Speaker 1: be afraid to change, because change is coming anyway. So
- 6:09Speaker 1: many people are stuck in a rut because of your
- 6:12Speaker 1: our refusal to change. I was hell bent on a
- 6:18Speaker 1: certain thing going a certain way, and this is how
- 6:21Speaker 1: I was gonna go. Well, that that I was thinking
- 6:24Speaker 1: didn't really fit. Now in my own personal experience, this
- 6:28Speaker 1: may not be yours, but in my own personal experience,
- 6:31Speaker 1: the things that I've had the most trouble letting go
- 6:34Speaker 1: of was something I wanted when I line myself up
- 6:40Speaker 1: with the will of God to ask God what he
- 6:43Speaker 1: wanted for me. You understand, those things came a lot
- 6:49Speaker 1: more easy to me because it was in the will
- 6:52Speaker 1: of God. It was what God wanted me to do too. Okay,
- 6:55Speaker 1: see what you mean by that? Okay, here we go.
- 6:58Speaker 1: When things were going wrong in relationships for me, what
- 7:05Speaker 1: I did was the biggest mistake I've ever made. Was
- 7:08Speaker 1: I attempted to fix what was wrong in my relationship
- 7:12Speaker 1: outside of the relationship filming. Okay, so I'm out there
- 7:18Speaker 1: working my groove like I want to. Well, now, guess what,
- 7:22Speaker 1: there's a cause and effect for all of that too.
- 7:26Speaker 1: Your house ain't gonna get better, it can't. And then
- 7:31Speaker 1: in that lady's room for some other things. And so
- 7:34Speaker 1: now that when the change come, guess what, I gotta
- 7:37Speaker 1: react to it. Now, I gotta, I gotta, I gotta
- 7:41Speaker 1: have a reaction to it. Had I lined myself up
- 7:44Speaker 1: in the will of God, the transition may have grown differently.
- 7:50Speaker 1: It could have still ended the relationship. But guess what,
- 7:54Speaker 1: some of the pain I was in I ain't had
- 7:56Speaker 1: to go through. I bought a lot on my self.
- 8:01Speaker 1: Sometimes you're pursuing a passion of yours, and what God
- 8:06Speaker 1: really wants you to do is pursue your gift. So
- 8:10Speaker 1: now you're pursuing your passion. Right, you're passionate about golf.
- 8:14Speaker 1: You love golf so much you just determine. But now
- 8:18Speaker 1: you're messed around. You ain't made it on the PGA
- 8:20Speaker 1: Tour yet, and you fortify still talking about I'm gonna
- 8:23Speaker 1: play on the PGA Tour. Really, okay, maybe you ain't
- 8:27Speaker 1: as good as as you think, or maybe you're not
- 8:29Speaker 1: as gifted as you think, maybe you're pursuing a passion. Sometimes, man,
- 8:34Speaker 1: we have to change and we have to ask God
- 8:37Speaker 1: what is his will? His will is much simpler. It's
- 8:41Speaker 1: a simpler rule. Not going to be easier, it's simpler.
- 8:45Speaker 1: See when I wake up now, it's simple for me
- 8:48Speaker 1: to wake up because I know that all a few
- 8:51Speaker 1: things that I have to do. I have to click
- 8:54Speaker 1: this mic on. I have to be positive. I have
- 8:58Speaker 1: to be inspirational. I have to be informative. I have
- 9:01Speaker 1: to be uplifting. Got it, That's what he want. All
- 9:05Speaker 1: I got to do is sit down, close my eyes,
- 9:08Speaker 1: ask God to help me be who he wants me
- 9:11Speaker 1: to be. And for the most part, he tell me
- 9:13Speaker 1: what to say. Now, guess what He's done though, to
- 9:17Speaker 1: create this in me. I went through enough things in
- 9:21Speaker 1: my life. I had enough challenges. I made plenty of mistakes.
- 9:25Speaker 1: So I now, at my age, I can turn around
- 9:28Speaker 1: and tell somebody listening to me, Okay, this is what
- 9:30Speaker 1: I did. This is a mistake I made. Maybe you
- 9:32Speaker 1: see yourself in this story right here. Maybe you don't
- 9:34Speaker 1: have to go this way, or this is what I've
- 9:36Speaker 1: learned about becoming successful. Here's a principle that I learned.
- 9:40Speaker 1: But then guess what, I had to be unsuccessful to
- 9:43Speaker 1: get it, though did not. So you can't have a
- 9:45Speaker 1: testimony without a test Change is coming. It's inevitable. You
- 9:50Speaker 1: can participate or you can react. I much prefer to
- 9:54Speaker 1: participate in the change. All right, let's go, ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:04Speaker 1: It is time again to lift up your voice and
- 10:08Speaker 1: just say thank you. Hey man. Listen, listen, hey man.
- 10:11Speaker 1: Let me tell you something, thank you God. It's a
- 10:14Speaker 1: real simple thing to do. You ain't gotta be loud.
- 10:17Speaker 1: You ain't got to do it in a group of
- 10:19Speaker 1: in front of nobody. You ain't gotta go out and
- 10:21Speaker 1: post it. You ain't got to film yourself crying. All
- 10:26Speaker 1: you got to do. You can just say thank you.
- 10:29Speaker 1: You can just tell God how much you appreciate your life,
- 10:32Speaker 1: your health, all the little things you have. I had
- 10:35Speaker 1: to do. But I had to do this myself the
- 10:37Speaker 1: other day because there's a couple of goals that I'm
- 10:39Speaker 1: after them. After the goal so hard that I was
- 10:42Speaker 1: almost like I was feeling some kind of way because
- 10:44Speaker 1: I hadn't attained them yet. Right, And then I had
- 10:47Speaker 1: to realize, wait a minute, man, stop hold up, you're
- 10:51Speaker 1: looking at what you don't have. You better get to
- 10:55Speaker 1: start to taking this inventory on all that you do have.
- 10:59Speaker 1: And then I had to shut up because God has
- 11:01Speaker 1: given me a wonderful life, a wonderful life, man, and
- 11:06Speaker 1: whatever I don't have is way more than what I
- 11:10Speaker 1: used to have. So man, thank your Lord, I appreciate
- 11:14Speaker 1: you from the bottom of my heart, and forgive me
- 11:16Speaker 1: for having that human moment of wanting something that I
- 11:19Speaker 1: couldn't get yet and kind of feeling some kind of
- 11:23Speaker 1: way about it, when really I need to get to
- 11:25Speaker 1: feel it some kind of way about what all I have.
- 11:27Speaker 1: The ability to charge something is a blessing. The ability
- 11:32Speaker 1: to eat when you hungry is a blessing. The ability
- 11:37Speaker 1: to travel, the ability to go to lock a dough
- 11:40Speaker 1: at night, the ability to wake up with lights and
- 11:43Speaker 1: air condition and refrigeration and be able to go on.
- 11:47Speaker 1: You know, a lot of you can go in your
- 11:49Speaker 1: closet and there's a selection and the options you have. Boy,
- 11:53Speaker 1: you better shut up, Steve Harvey talking about what you
- 11:56Speaker 1: want what you ain't got, and you better get on
- 11:58Speaker 1: your heavily, get on your knees and thank your heavenly
- 12:01Speaker 1: father for everything he didn't gave you. That's why I'm
- 12:03Speaker 1: starting to Steve Harvey Morning Show. Now. If you with that,
- 12:06Speaker 1: come on. If you ain't with that, go wow, try
- 12:10Speaker 1: another way and see how that worked. Ladies and legitimate
- 12:13Speaker 1: Sherley Strawberry Colin for real Junior government named kills space.
- 12:18Speaker 1: The legend of Nephew Tommy throw code is back, Baby

- 12:41Speaker 1: what you want to ask you for? I learn? You'll
- 12:46Speaker 1: know it's kind of hard. You don't really like uhry
- 12:49Speaker 1: grateful people? Yeah? Man, you said gratitude with the anger
- 12:55Speaker 1: management problems? Yeah, yeah, do something? Thank you for I

- 13:16Speaker 1: I love it thanking Lord Box somebody out grateful? Yeah,
- 13:28Speaker 1: gratitude with attitude, Yeah, I want to thank you. Thank you,

- 13:40Speaker 1: we'll hear from the nephews. He runs that prank back
- 13:43Speaker 1: right after this you're listening show. All right, guys, it
- 13:48Speaker 1: is time to start your morning off with the nephew
- 13:50Speaker 1: and run that prank back. What you got in, Suley,
- 13:54Speaker 1: I got, garnish your wages. Garnish your wages. We're gonna
- 13:58Speaker 1: take a little money from you because it's necessary, cat dog,
- 14:02Speaker 1: if you good funny money. I'm trying to reach a place.
- 14:08Speaker 1: My name is uh from the District Attorney's office. Yes, Hi,
- 14:12Speaker 1: how are you giving you a call today, ma'am? Trying
- 14:14Speaker 1: to get some updates from you? Your husband, mister is
- 14:17Speaker 1: he uh still not working at this point? No, sir? Okay,
- 14:23Speaker 1: how long has he been out of work so far? Ma'am?
- 14:25Speaker 1: Could you could you give me an update on this January? Okay?
- 14:30Speaker 1: All right, here's what we're having the problems that we're having.
- 14:33Speaker 1: You have a son, I think it's his name is
- 14:37Speaker 1: as well, fourteen years old, am I right? Okay? The
- 14:40Speaker 1: child support is not being paid for from mister for
- 14:45Speaker 1: the for mister young and then we're trying to get
- 14:48Speaker 1: this thing rectified. Now, the problem that we're gonna have
- 14:51Speaker 1: in the reason why we're giving you a call is
- 14:53Speaker 1: considering that your your husband hasn't worked since the first
- 14:56Speaker 1: of the year, and I haven't done the research yet.
- 14:58Speaker 1: I'm just I'm just pulling up your file. I haven't
- 15:01Speaker 1: done the research to see how many months in the
- 15:03Speaker 1: rears he is on child support. It just started once, Um,
- 15:08Speaker 1: he lost a child. Okay, Well, the problem that we're
- 15:12Speaker 1: going to have is they're gonna start taking uh child
- 15:16Speaker 1: support actually, and I hate to give you this news
- 15:19Speaker 1: out of your check until I don't understand how that
- 15:22Speaker 1: so because I have my own kids. I understand that.
- 15:25Speaker 1: I understand, But they're gonna be garnishing your check, ma'am
- 15:28Speaker 1: until this until your husband can get this thing back
- 15:31Speaker 1: on his feet and get it rectified and get him
- 15:33Speaker 1: up to parts four of all the payments that are hurt.
- 15:35Speaker 1: And when will this be taking place, because if that's
- 15:37Speaker 1: the case, I'm not gonna be working because that's not
- 15:40Speaker 1: gonna happen. I have my own children, so I don't
- 15:43Speaker 1: understand how that. So I don't don't have anything to
- 15:46Speaker 1: do with child for it or anything like that, and
- 15:48Speaker 1: if that's the case, I'm not gonna be working as
- 15:50Speaker 1: of right now. The garnishing of the check is gonna
- 15:52Speaker 1: come from you, and you are at the hospital. Correct, No,
- 15:55Speaker 1: that's not it's not where you work. I'm not gonna
- 15:58Speaker 1: be working as of right now. That's what I just
- 16:01Speaker 1: told you. So y'all do whatever you got to do,
- 16:02Speaker 1: and I'll do whatever I have to do on my end. Okay, Well,
- 16:05Speaker 1: hold on it. You're willing to quit your job. I'm
- 16:07Speaker 1: not understanding this if you're sure White, because I'm not
- 16:10Speaker 1: gonna be taking care of someone else's kids and I
- 16:12Speaker 1: have my own, So how that's right, So somebody else
- 16:15Speaker 1: can take care of my eyes then because I'm not
- 16:17Speaker 1: going to be doing it, you're so right? All right? Well,
- 16:19Speaker 1: I mean, I'm just saying, you know, don't I don't
- 16:20Speaker 1: want you to be upset with you. I don't want
- 16:22Speaker 1: you to be upset with me. I can be able
- 16:24Speaker 1: to contact you, Okay, you know I'm gonna I'm gonna
- 16:27Speaker 1: let you know this. It's a bit of information. You're
- 16:29Speaker 1: still gonna if you're quitting your job, man, you guys
- 16:33Speaker 1: are still gonna be liable for the child's support. Okay,
- 16:36Speaker 1: Well that's fine, not you guys, because it's not my children, sir, Okay,
- 16:40Speaker 1: it's not your guys. He will be liable, okay, because
- 16:45Speaker 1: I don't I mean, can I step Can you hold
- 16:47Speaker 1: my moment because I need to stemp outside if that's okay,
- 16:50Speaker 1: or if there's a number I can contact you back. Okay,
- 16:52Speaker 1: are you able to step outside right now? Um? Yes,
- 16:55Speaker 1: but I'm gonna get on the elevator and it's gonna
- 16:57Speaker 1: kinda so to call. Okay, let's do this. Why don't
- 17:00Speaker 1: you step outside and I'll wait for you to call.
- 17:03Speaker 1: Give me about forty five seconds, but I'm gonna give
- 17:04Speaker 1: a call to my manager on this situation. Okay, please, sir,
- 17:08Speaker 1: all right, thank you? Hello, okay, mister, yes, sir, all
- 17:15Speaker 1: right again from the District Attorney's office. Okay, you can
- 17:18Speaker 1: hear me now, yes, I can? Can you hear me? Yes, ma'am,
- 17:20Speaker 1: I sure can. Now, let's get to the bottom of everything.
- 17:22Speaker 1: I couldn't get my manager on the phone, but I'll
- 17:26Speaker 1: keep trying. I just want to know. I mean, that's
- 17:29Speaker 1: I'm just as men letting I know you are, and
- 17:32Speaker 1: I hate to be so short with you, but I
- 17:35Speaker 1: don't understand because we're not even getting enough. Ain't come
- 17:38Speaker 1: coming in as of right now. And you're speaking of
- 17:41Speaker 1: I have three children that I'm struggling to take care
- 17:43Speaker 1: of all my owner somebody districts. But and you're speaking
- 17:49Speaker 1: of that, You're going to be the dust and money fro.
- 17:52Speaker 1: I'm gonna share my check for his child worth. What's
- 17:55Speaker 1: your something? What's your name? Who is there someone else
- 17:58Speaker 1: I need to speak with? Know we're on the phone.
- 18:00Speaker 1: I have. That's my sister taking care of BIS. We're
- 18:04Speaker 1: proud of. District Attorney County ma'am. Yeah, she is on
- 18:10Speaker 1: the line from the office of Child Support Service. She
- 18:13Speaker 1: works with the OTI child Support. Okay, man, speak with you.
- 18:17Speaker 1: Let me speak with your sister. Man, So where do
- 18:19Speaker 1: you I mean, how is this going to be done?
- 18:22Speaker 1: Because that's not gonna leave me to cast a bed
- 18:24Speaker 1: to support my own kids. Well, I mean in my
- 18:27Speaker 1: own home. I understand that. You know, maybe this is
- 18:30Speaker 1: a problem with having a person hanging around, not a
- 18:33Speaker 1: person because has raised the seat about his kids all
- 18:36Speaker 1: their life. This is a jealous mother that decided optim
- 18:40Speaker 1: eighteen years that she wanted to go around on Friday
- 18:48Speaker 1: sessions because that's his support order. That's our support order
- 18:50Speaker 1: for What in the hell is going on with those
- 18:54Speaker 1: people in the background? This nephew time it didn't hit
- 18:59Speaker 1: the fan. She went off. No, I couldn't get to
- 19:02Speaker 1: go out with her. Sister was there. Don't say nothing
- 19:05Speaker 1: to him. Made her get off the phones. I need
- 19:06Speaker 1: you to call on three ways. They was calling somebody.
- 19:08Speaker 1: They probably calling downtown. Gonna get themselves in mo trouble. Okay,
- 19:14Speaker 1: called you back. Huh, what's wrong? I called you back.
- 19:17Speaker 1: I tell you about it. I'm about know you want
- 19:19Speaker 1: You're gonna talk to her right now? Who is this?
- 19:22Speaker 1: And I told you you're gonna pay this child support?
- 19:24Speaker 1: Not me? Get the best way you can't. He's talking me.
- 19:28Speaker 1: Called me, I'm gonna pay this half. You're gonna make me.
- 19:33Speaker 1: You gonna make me whip your behind this money? Tell him?
- 19:35Speaker 1: You trying out? Who he is? You want to? You
- 19:37Speaker 1: want to try? My lady? Yeah, I want to. Where
- 19:40Speaker 1: is your You don't have a lawyer? You know well
- 19:43Speaker 1: you don't have one because I know who? Don't try?
- 19:45Speaker 1: Who happens? Harved? You got my novel, Holland there's something
- 19:49Speaker 1: possy tower for your job? Who is this this nephew?

- 20:25Speaker 1: you just found that. Give me a black male all out.

- 20:38Speaker 1: is the baddest radio show in the land? You can
- 20:45Speaker 1: have it back. I'm through with it now, all right,
- 20:48Speaker 1: thank you, Coming up next to just ask the cello
- 20:51Speaker 1: Chief Love Officer Steve Harvey in the building ready for
- 20:54Speaker 1: your love questions. Right after this, you're listening to the
- 20:58Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up at the top of
- 21:02Speaker 1: the hour and entertainment news. Jay Leno seriously was burned
- 21:06Speaker 1: in a car accident. We'll talk about that. Yeah, Plus
- 21:09Speaker 1: Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield get this partner up to
- 21:14Speaker 1: create some earshaped cannabis infused edibles. Okaya, yes, takes some
- 21:27Speaker 1: lemonade out of those limits. We'll tell you about a
- 21:30Speaker 1: hundred year old man who celebrated his one hundred birthday
- 21:33Speaker 1: at a strip club in Dallas. Okay, we'll talk about
- 21:37Speaker 1: all of the st at the top of the hour.
- 21:41Speaker 1: It was a breast bed stuff in there. But right now,
- 21:46Speaker 1: to ask the CLO Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey, like nephew, says,
- 21:51Speaker 1: the CLO is ready for you. Shanna in Roanoke writes,
- 21:56Speaker 1: I'm a single mother of four children and my ex
- 21:58Speaker 1: is married a woman with three kids. Her son bullies
- 22:02Speaker 1: my son, so I told my son to fight back.
- 22:05Speaker 1: Last weekend, my son gave him a black eye, and
- 22:09Speaker 1: my ex only punished our son. He didn't punish her
- 22:12Speaker 1: son at all. Should I stop sending my children over
- 22:15Speaker 1: to their father's house? Well, I think you should talk
- 22:19Speaker 1: with him about it. And I want to say big
- 22:24Speaker 1: ups to your boy, because that's bully. Yeah, you blacked
- 22:29Speaker 1: the out of bully every time he look in the mirror.
- 22:31Speaker 1: What happened to you? Yeah, I was bullying, you know,
- 22:36Speaker 1: Nathan haul off at five on my you know. But yeah,
- 22:43Speaker 1: I think I don't think you should stop sending him
- 22:45Speaker 1: over there. I think that well, what happens is, see,
- 22:48Speaker 1: the punishment might not have been depending on what the
- 22:50Speaker 1: punishment is, because when you blacked the boy eye, you
- 22:53Speaker 1: did put something on it. So however it happened, I
- 22:57Speaker 1: think it might not have been that bad of a deal.
- 23:00Speaker 1: But I'm pretty sure your son felt pretty good about
- 23:03Speaker 1: getting that tag in because boys remember that, because they'll
- 23:06Speaker 1: remind you remember that time I blacked your eye? You
- 23:09Speaker 1: remember that? Yeah, See your boy got up on this
- 23:14Speaker 1: or right here. So I wouldn't just depends on what
- 23:16Speaker 1: the punishment was. I don't think that's too harsh. Plus,
- 23:19Speaker 1: he was over there and you didn't get the whole
- 23:21Speaker 1: story of high and win. You just know your son
- 23:23Speaker 1: on punishment. Well, if the boy over there bleeding and
- 23:26Speaker 1: half ass knocked out, he pretty much had his punishment.
- 23:29Speaker 1: You see what I'm saying. So it depends on what
- 23:31Speaker 1: the punishment is. It might not be that man, but
- 23:33Speaker 1: don't stop letting that boy have relationship with his father.
- 23:37Speaker 1: Don't do it right? Okay? All right, So Steve, listen
- 23:40Speaker 1: carefully to this one, okay, because it's Taylor made for you. Jeroman, Jeroman, Flint,
- 23:46Speaker 1: Michigan State, right right there, Come on, Rome Drum says,
- 23:55Speaker 1: my girlfriend and I were listening to your show, and
- 23:57Speaker 1: she takes everything you say to heart. She believes that
- 24:02Speaker 1: all I do is lie. If a legend like Steve
- 24:06Speaker 1: Harvey lies, then all men do it. I'm good at it.
- 24:11Speaker 1: Are you listening? I'm good at it, and I can
- 24:14Speaker 1: get away with it, but not everything I say is
- 24:17Speaker 1: a lie. How can I get her to understand you're
- 24:21Speaker 1: a comedian? Yeah, you just have to tell I'm a comedian. Dog,
- 24:24Speaker 1: But you know, let's let's understand something. Listen, man, that's
- 24:29Speaker 1: one of the pitfalls of being a man. You're gonna
- 24:32Speaker 1: have to just bear up under it. Now you are
- 24:35Speaker 1: good lie, he says it, And lying is a part
- 24:39Speaker 1: of it. Women lie all the time, Yester. They just
- 24:43Speaker 1: don't admit it, but they lie. Damn day they laugh, lie, laugh, La.
- 24:52Speaker 1: It's just about about keep her, That's all I see
- 24:56Speaker 1: right there. You don't you don't want to wait on you,
- 24:57Speaker 1: But I'm just telling you so, bro, you just had
- 25:00Speaker 1: to deal with it. That are moments of truth that
- 25:03Speaker 1: cannot be denied, like showing her the way you love
- 25:07Speaker 1: and feel for her on special moments and in non
- 25:11Speaker 1: special moments. She can't deny that. So why you do that?
- 25:15Speaker 1: Because I love it? If I didn't love you, you
- 25:18Speaker 1: think I'll do all this? See you know what I'm saying.
- 25:20Speaker 1: But listen, you're gonna always be under suspect dog what
- 25:25Speaker 1: it is, because you're gonna get busted in one of
- 25:29Speaker 1: these lies. You Ain't that good a lie? You gotta
- 25:31Speaker 1: get busted. I can't counter times I've been busted. And
- 25:37Speaker 1: you know what I had to do after I got
- 25:38Speaker 1: caught in the lie? Tell another one. Yeah, I got
- 25:42Speaker 1: a problem because he'll know. And I'm gonna here you
- 25:49Speaker 1: one because you believe, and I can come with him
- 25:52Speaker 1: so rapidly, back to back to fact. You could one
- 25:55Speaker 1: of these gonna sound one of them? Are you so
- 26:01Speaker 1: the problem d wrong supposed to do? That's the problem
- 26:04Speaker 1: he wants to know. How can he get under her
- 26:07Speaker 1: to understand that you're a comedian? Not everything he says
- 26:10Speaker 1: is a lie? Hell no, not everything I say is
- 26:12Speaker 1: a lie. But when I need one, here comes here.
- 26:16Speaker 1: It come without hesitation, and I don't healthy and I
- 26:23Speaker 1: can't help to D wrong. I'm just having drawn with
- 26:24Speaker 1: you with the what you have. I'm helping him with
- 26:29Speaker 1: the truth. This truth. Yeah, see this, this is the
- 26:34Speaker 1: truth of my lies. Everything I say is not a lie.
- 26:38Speaker 1: But if I need one, here, come and let me
- 26:41Speaker 1: tell you something else. I don't even consider lying a suit.
- 26:47Speaker 1: You don't. You don't, I just say it. I don't,
- 26:51Speaker 1: Thank God, I don't. It's a necessity to maintain the
- 26:57Speaker 1: levels that we have a cheat, and it's ops us
- 27:00Speaker 1: from going backwards and losing what we have preach this preaching.
- 27:07Speaker 1: Surely asked me a question, asked me a question, simple question.
- 27:12Speaker 1: How are you doing today? Steve? Absolutely wonderful now? Deep inside.
- 27:18Speaker 1: It irritated the hell out of me that you asked
- 27:20Speaker 1: me that because I was watching TV. But I lied
- 27:23Speaker 1: and told you I was absolutely wondering and actually what
- 27:27Speaker 1: I what I really would if you wanted the truth.
- 27:29Speaker 1: I was fine till you started talking to me. Say
- 27:32Speaker 1: that my girl and her husband invited us out, all
- 27:37Speaker 1: four of us out to dinner. You want to go,
- 27:39Speaker 1: let's go. I want to go. You got the flu?
- 27:45Speaker 1: You don't sound like you got the flu? Called it?
- 27:48Speaker 1: When did you catch now? And why about them? You
- 27:58Speaker 1: could at least say you don't want to affect anyone,
- 28:01Speaker 1: you don't want to get on a matter of fact,
- 28:02Speaker 1: I need to go get tested, and I don't think
- 28:04Speaker 1: I should be around nobody. I might want to get
- 28:06Speaker 1: out of here right now. Honestly. Yeah, I'm sorry, Jerome,
- 28:11Speaker 1: I really am. I thought we could help you, all right.
- 28:14Speaker 1: Stephen Tal says, Yeah, I'm thirty and I don't want
- 28:18Speaker 1: the truth. You want the truth. No, that's not true.
- 28:21Speaker 1: That's what you have in your head. You just don't react.
- 28:25Speaker 1: You know, you don't want the truth, because if you
- 28:27Speaker 1: wanted the truth, you wouldn't react the way you did.
- 28:29Speaker 1: Tell the truth. No, no, that's not true. That's well, ok,
- 28:33Speaker 1: you don't want the truth. We don't want the reaction
- 28:35Speaker 1: to the you done. That's what it is. That's what
- 28:38Speaker 1: the truth and that's and that's called. And that saves
- 28:44Speaker 1: both of us, you from going off on some tangent
- 28:48Speaker 1: and me from having to react to the tangent. So now,
- 28:51Speaker 1: thus the lot everybody happened. Yeah, everybody happy. I commend
- 28:57Speaker 1: me and for the lines that Dave had to tell.
- 28:59Speaker 1: How I look in his dress? Baby, you look wonderful.

- 32:20Speaker 1: their second fight. We were shocked watching that fight. However,
- 32:26Speaker 1: Tyson was only given a two point deduction. Uh, and
- 32:29Speaker 1: was allowed to continue until he bit holy Field's other

- 36:12Speaker 1: not the Senate majority leader again. Democrat Senator Chuck Schumer
- 36:16Speaker 1: and the Democrats maintain the Senate majority as a result
- 36:20Speaker 1: from the midterm elections. However, Georgia, Yes, congratulations in Georgia.
- 36:25Speaker 1: The runoff election between Senator Raphael Warnock and herschel Walker
- 36:29Speaker 1: is December sixth, and early voting for the runoff starts
- 36:33Speaker 1: November twenty eight. Just remember, if you didn't vote in
- 36:36Speaker 1: the November election, you can still vote in the runoff
- 36:39Speaker 1: as long as you are registered. That is very important,
- 36:43Speaker 1: and we have got to get to these polls again
- 36:49Speaker 1: in bigger numbers, in better numbers. The Republican Conservatives are
- 36:54Speaker 1: dumping hundreds of millions of dollars into this Senate campaign
- 36:59Speaker 1: behind herschel Walker. Lindsay Graham has came out with a
- 37:04Speaker 1: statement endorsing herschel Walker to tell us how herschel Walker
- 37:09Speaker 1: is good for African Americans. Because it would bring more
- 37:13Speaker 1: of us into the Conservative Party. If herschel Walker wins,
- 37:17Speaker 1: you think that herschel Walker is the example that we
- 37:21Speaker 1: are looking for to become a conservative, you just lost us, homie.
- 37:26Speaker 1: If you think, bro, you are you? You ain't never
- 37:31Speaker 1: gave a damn about us, and you wouldn't got somebody
- 37:34Speaker 1: who don't care nothing about us anyway, herschel Walker is
- 37:38Speaker 1: not the example of African American that we are after.
- 37:42Speaker 1: You would have been way better off getting somebody else,
- 37:45Speaker 1: But you don't got the wrong one. Now, all y'all
- 37:47Speaker 1: voting for him because you know he gonna do your bidding.
- 37:50Speaker 1: But you got somebody. But I'm not I understand this
- 37:54Speaker 1: is how you all do it because you all, you
- 37:56Speaker 1: all elected Donald Trump, so you are not conserved about
- 37:59Speaker 1: the righteous. You're not concerned about the morality of the
- 38:03Speaker 1: person holding the office. You don't care nothing about that.
- 38:06Speaker 1: You just want your power and position, and in Georgia,
- 38:10Speaker 1: we are not going to give it to you. So
- 38:14Speaker 1: easily I got you in and got this man that
- 38:17Speaker 1: you've haven't propped up and turn him in. He can't
- 38:19Speaker 1: even talk, This man can't even form sensitive. Now that
- 38:22Speaker 1: don't make no damn sense. Now that statement he made
- 38:26Speaker 1: talking about if you take the oath for the man
- 38:28Speaker 1: for the God and then you ain't gonna keep the
- 38:31Speaker 1: oath to the rest of us people that was at
- 38:33Speaker 1: the oath, then what that shows you the type of
- 38:36Speaker 1: man he is? And Ted Crew sent over that nod
- 38:38Speaker 1: in his head like you understood that buffoonery because we
- 38:42Speaker 1: damn show didn't and we hadn't heard a lot of
- 38:45Speaker 1: ignorant mesna. Man, y'all not getting away with this one.
- 38:48Speaker 1: We are going to the polls and we are voting
- 38:50Speaker 1: for Senator Warnut and we are going to stop this foolishness.
- 38:54Speaker 1: And we are asking all able body, smart, non people
- 38:58Speaker 1: of color to join with us and stop this mess
- 39:02Speaker 1: right here, because you can help us stop this type
- 39:06Speaker 1: ignorant ass politics. When you got this food thinking he
- 39:09Speaker 1: a damn sendat or man, y'all know he ain't, y'all
- 39:12Speaker 1: wouldn't vote the last slave coming up at thirty four
- 39:19Speaker 1: minutes after the hour, we'll check your voicemail, Steve, right
- 39:23Speaker 1: after this you're listening to show, all right, Steven, it's
- 39:29Speaker 1: time now to check your voicemail now if you would
- 39:32Speaker 1: like to leave a message for Steve. All you have
- 39:34Speaker 1: to do is call eight seven seven twenty nine Steve,
- 39:37Speaker 1: eight seven seven twenty nine, Steve. We could play your
- 39:40Speaker 1: message on the air. No, Steve, this first caller left
- 39:42Speaker 1: a message about you running for governor of Georgia. This
- 39:46Speaker 1: is anonymous, missus, Steve Harvey. Have you ever thought about
- 39:50Speaker 1: running for the governor Georgia. I'm sure you were aware.
- 39:55Speaker 1: God has plansaws we don't even know. But have you
- 39:58Speaker 1: ever thought about running for governor? If Arnold shar Scenarnold.
- 40:02Speaker 1: I can't say his name, because you can run for
- 40:04Speaker 1: the governor, you can't to Ronald Reagan was the President
- 40:08Speaker 1: of the United States. Show business as we call it,
- 40:12Speaker 1: entertainment steed once the governor. God bless you, my brother.
- 40:17Speaker 1: This is anonymous. Relax and keep playing. Keep your faith
- 40:21Speaker 1: in stupid boldness as we alter in Christ Jesus name Anonymous.
- 40:28Speaker 1: That was a prayer. At the end, I need to
- 40:30Speaker 1: address a few things. There was a lot of First
- 40:34Speaker 1: of all, address a few things. First of all, I
- 40:38Speaker 1: need to know what the governor pay is about yea,
- 40:49Speaker 1: and how much trouble will I get in when I
- 40:52Speaker 1: divert some of that six billion twelves me out. You're
- 40:56Speaker 1: out of see right there, So I don't even know that.
- 41:00Speaker 1: I don't even do what they pay to be governor.
- 41:02Speaker 1: But I'm pretty sure ain't what I'm making. So that's
- 41:05Speaker 1: gonna be a hard call. Second thing I need to address,
- 41:10Speaker 1: they make a hundred and seventy five K. I just
- 41:12Speaker 1: found out that's not gonna I can't go down there
- 41:15Speaker 1: for that secondary anomalous. Now listen to me, Anonymous, and
- 41:20Speaker 1: I'm going to talk to you about this here. I'm
- 41:23Speaker 1: not gonna run just because Arnold swasen Slager was. I'm
- 41:28Speaker 1: not gonna do that. Arnold swasser Lager, whoever you said
- 41:33Speaker 1: he was, and and and the anamalous and I know
- 41:37Speaker 1: you anamalous, and you don't want about know who you are.
- 41:40Speaker 1: Well that's where she was supposed to say. But I
- 41:43Speaker 1: was just speaking then in Jesus name, I don't really
- 41:48Speaker 1: want you to throw the Lord in this right here,
- 41:50Speaker 1: because what I'm doing this not good Christian like. So
- 41:53Speaker 1: thank you for your call, and I appreciate your prayers.
- 41:55Speaker 1: But now, sister, I can't go down there just cause
- 41:58Speaker 1: anod schwaser Lager. When I now I can't go down now,
- 42:01Speaker 1: and then hundred seventy five thousand dollars a year. I
- 42:04Speaker 1: can't go down there for that. And then secondly, thirdly,
- 42:09Speaker 1: just whoever you is anolum anomalously an yeah, name, Jesus name. Okay,
- 42:18Speaker 1: this is a call from Tennessee UM with the relationship question.
- 42:22Speaker 1: Steve Tacy. My name is Tatty. I'm from I'm trying
- 42:28Speaker 1: to figure out why he married. Dude, be married and
- 42:31Speaker 1: be hideness like that they married, like having a whole family,
- 42:35Speaker 1: but still want to kick it in card to you.
- 42:37Speaker 1: Hen's playing at me? See thank you? Well, you know
- 42:42Speaker 1: there are a lot of people that's married that ain't happy,
- 42:44Speaker 1: and there's people that's just running game out here. You know,
- 42:47Speaker 1: we live in a fallen world right now. Not every
- 42:50Speaker 1: man is doing that, but there are men who are
- 42:52Speaker 1: doing it. Now. The problem that you should be focused
- 42:56Speaker 1: on is what are you doing that's attracting this type
- 42:59Speaker 1: of man, because there's something in your behavior that makes
- 43:04Speaker 1: them think they can come to you with it. I
- 43:07Speaker 1: don't know if it's the baby tone in your voice
- 43:09Speaker 1: where you sound like you're nine, I don't know what
- 43:11Speaker 1: it is, my god, nine nineteen, I don't know. She
- 43:14Speaker 1: sound like a child. And maybe I'm pretty sure she's
- 43:17Speaker 1: a grown woman, and I'm sure to me and ain't
- 43:19Speaker 1: after because she's a child. But you sound, you know,
- 43:22Speaker 1: your voice is kind of like, you know, might might
- 43:24Speaker 1: make them think you would be an easy target. I'm
- 43:27Speaker 1: not saying that's the case, but I think you need
- 43:29Speaker 1: to reflect on what it is you're doing that's attracting
- 43:31Speaker 1: that type of man, because if you keep bringing in
- 43:34Speaker 1: a certain type of man, it's something you're doing that's
- 43:37Speaker 1: attracting that. Like if you think all men are married
- 43:40Speaker 1: and come after you, then you will attract all the
- 43:43Speaker 1: men that are married to come after you, because that's
- 43:46Speaker 1: the emission radio signal that you're sending out from your
- 43:49Speaker 1: mental capacity. So now less like women say all men
- 43:52Speaker 1: are dogs. If you say all men or dogs, then
- 43:55Speaker 1: you're about to meet every last one of them, because
- 43:57Speaker 1: that's the signal you sent out. So that's what comes back.
- 44:00Speaker 1: Ain't your thought process, and you may draw a different
- 44:02Speaker 1: man to you, all right, all right, And that's why
- 44:07Speaker 1: my ass don't need to be going. Ain't gonna say
- 44:11Speaker 1: nothing like that. Thank you guys for your car to
- 44:13Speaker 1: be anonymously coming up next. It is the nephew with
- 44:18Speaker 1: today's prank phone call. Right after this you're listening to show,
- 44:25Speaker 1: all right, coming up at the top of the hour,
- 44:27Speaker 1: right about four minutes after, it's my strawberry letter for today.
- 44:30Speaker 1: And the subject is I can't relax in bed with him.
- 44:33Speaker 1: I can't. We'll find out what that's all about. And
- 44:37Speaker 1: just a few Yeah, she can't, she can't do it.
- 44:40Speaker 1: But right now the nephew is here. Yes, wait till
- 44:46Speaker 1: you hear it. Okay, but right now the nephew is
- 44:49Speaker 1: here with today's prank phone call. What you got for us?
- 44:51Speaker 1: And after well, certainly everybody here, pretty much all of
- 44:54Speaker 1: us have had roommates, and at one point in our
- 44:57Speaker 1: lives we've all had roommates. All right. I had quite
- 45:00Speaker 1: a few roommates in college. Good thing we're friends still
- 45:03Speaker 1: this day. But this roommate here is my roommate, been in,
- 45:08Speaker 1: My roommate been in. Okay, see if you can relate
- 45:12Speaker 1: to this this situation. What's your roommate, my roommate being
- 45:16Speaker 1: in cat dog? If you would, Hello, must meet to David,
- 45:21Speaker 1: Yeah to see. Okay, Hey man, this Chris, I live
- 45:24Speaker 1: above you. I ain't ever met you before, but you
- 45:26Speaker 1: you you have. You've been calling the leasing office about
- 45:30Speaker 1: complaining on me about I'm making too much noise away. Yeah, man,
- 45:34Speaker 1: I'm I bad, bro. I was trying to catch you. Man.
- 45:36Speaker 1: I could never. I could never catch you at home. Man.
- 45:40Speaker 1: It's just like you know, bro, I work a knife,
- 45:42Speaker 1: I work at night. Yeah. Yeah, you're saying. I say
- 45:44Speaker 1: I work in a day, but I can't sleeping night, broking'
- 45:47Speaker 1: I don't know what's going on in your apartment. I'm saying,
- 45:49Speaker 1: I ain't trying to be in your business. I'm not
- 45:50Speaker 1: trying to be in your business. Player. I just can't
- 45:52Speaker 1: get a sleeping night, man, because it'd be a lot
- 45:54Speaker 1: of noise, a lot of noise, a lot of talking.
- 45:57Speaker 1: And what you do is your business. Bro. I'm just saying, please, man,
- 46:01Speaker 1: But you ain't have to go to the leasing office. Man,
- 46:03Speaker 1: Oh you have to do. You know what's hall at me?
- 46:05Speaker 1: You ain't? You know? They got me written up, like
- 46:07Speaker 1: you know what, One more complaint on me, they're gonna
- 46:10Speaker 1: put me out of something. Well. Yeah, like I said, though,
- 46:12Speaker 1: I was trying to get I was trying to find you.
- 46:14Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. But we I guess we
- 46:16Speaker 1: miss each other because you you work at night. I
- 46:18Speaker 1: work in the day. So you know when you're going,
- 46:20Speaker 1: I'm coming, and when I'm coming you going. I'm saying,
- 46:23Speaker 1: Brian trying starting. I'm just trying to, you know, go
- 46:26Speaker 1: to work and pay my pay my bills. Man, that's
- 46:28Speaker 1: time I'll be at work at night. Man. You know
- 46:30Speaker 1: what I'm saying. I'm trying to get my hustle on,
- 46:32Speaker 1: like you trying to get yours on doing Hala hala,
- 46:34Speaker 1: hala hala on. Okay, okay, let's make it my sense. Bro,
- 46:38Speaker 1: if you at working night, somebody in your somebody in
- 46:41Speaker 1: your apartment, howking loud in them keeping me up square
- 46:44Speaker 1: meting it? Okay, you got a roommate us on nobody.
- 46:48Speaker 1: I ain't got no roommate, man, Benny, somebody in there
- 46:51Speaker 1: talking loud, holding a conversation. It's like two people in
- 46:55Speaker 1: there talking loud every night. And this bros Benny Man,
- 46:59Speaker 1: Benny Be. Okay, you say you ain't go no romance? Now?
- 47:01Speaker 1: Who who is Benny? Who is Benny Spinny? Is my
- 47:04Speaker 1: bird my parents? That's Benny Be talking. It's like, man,
- 47:08Speaker 1: stop wanting me die listen mine? Why why wait a minute,
- 47:12Speaker 1: you're trying to tell me um bird that was feeling. Man,
- 47:17Speaker 1: I don't have pity two years that's my bird. Byres
- 47:20Speaker 1: don't even live that long. So so now I'm sucking night.
- 47:23Speaker 1: I'm at the work because because a bird, that's what
- 47:25Speaker 1: you want. That's what you called me to tell me.
- 47:29Speaker 1: I called you to tell you. You ain't gonna be
- 47:31Speaker 1: putting these complaints on me. Man. But I'm like, I'm gone,
- 47:34Speaker 1: and that's been in talking. Man, I bit it in
- 47:37Speaker 1: yo yo yo, penny. Wait a minute, hey, look, I'm
- 47:42Speaker 1: telling you now do something with the bird then or

- 48:16Speaker 1: I bet that be all my trying a table. Man. Amen,
- 48:20Speaker 1: then you ain't gonna city and disrespect me and try
- 48:22Speaker 1: to tell me what you're gonna do to my bird.
- 48:24Speaker 1: But you ain't gonna do nothing stupid to Betty, tell
- 48:26Speaker 1: you what I tell you? What see you can date
- 48:28Speaker 1: you at home right now? What you're going to work tonight?
- 48:30Speaker 1: I bet you beat it. I'll bet tomorrow. I bet
- 48:33Speaker 1: you with these fingers and good tomorrow. Man. Man, hold
- 48:36Speaker 1: on a minute, man, wait a minute, though, what you
- 48:38Speaker 1: played do and start telling about what you're gonna do
- 48:40Speaker 1: to my bird? Not and told you you file for
- 48:43Speaker 1: going to the listen office calling me y'all, and now
- 48:46Speaker 1: you're on the phone. I'm trying to work this out
- 48:48Speaker 1: with you, and now you you ain't trying to work
- 48:49Speaker 1: right now, firs. Stop you. You called me and tell
- 48:52Speaker 1: me that it's a bird holding a conversation with itself.
- 48:57Speaker 1: I'm stupid right now. I'm gonna still even continue this
- 49:01Speaker 1: conversation excusing me out for a night. Are you serious? Man?
- 49:06Speaker 1: I really use some areas or something like. Man, listen,
- 49:09Speaker 1: bro listen, whatever it is, it's just a bird or
- 49:13Speaker 1: recording whatever. If you gotta do stuff to wait and
- 49:15Speaker 1: it's gonna bird. Man, I'm gonna be solid salted. If
- 49:18Speaker 1: this is a bird, I'm gonna really it's a bird.
- 49:21Speaker 1: It's spenny, man, it's spinny. You know. All you gotta
- 49:23Speaker 1: do is come to me, and we could have had
- 49:25Speaker 1: a listen like me. Hola hola hola Okay, okay, okay,
- 49:28Speaker 1: We're gonna have it like men. And then first off,
- 49:30Speaker 1: leasing office wouldn't give me a name. What's your name?
- 49:33Speaker 1: My name Chris? Okay, Chris, I'm deavin. There we go,
- 49:36Speaker 1: there we go. Listen, dog, I ain't for the past
- 49:40Speaker 1: three months. You know what I'm saying, I ain't really
- 49:42Speaker 1: been getting no sleep because of this bird. You say
- 49:46Speaker 1: it's a bird. I don't believe that. But a bird
- 49:49Speaker 1: like a bird. Come on, dog, that's birds for ten years.
- 49:55Speaker 1: We'll look take them to work with it is. I

- 50:19Speaker 1: and forth with you about this? You keep telling me
- 50:22Speaker 1: something about a buy It's a bird. What's the problem
- 50:24Speaker 1: with it? What's the problem? I understanding that people have
- 50:27Speaker 1: pet birds? Say man, I don't give them if you
- 50:29Speaker 1: have a pet bird. But really, this how all night long?

- 50:47Speaker 1: what no bird told you to tell me? Can I
- 50:52Speaker 1: tell you what Benny told me to tell you? What? What?
- 50:55Speaker 1: What the Benny told me to tell you? This? That?
- 50:58Speaker 1: This is next? You tire me from the Steve Harvey

- 51:19Speaker 1: got it man, that guy. I'm gonna get it. I'm
- 51:21Speaker 1: gonna get it. I'm gonna have to I'm gonna have
- 51:24Speaker 1: to wait to this dude, get armed out and talk
- 51:26Speaker 1: to him. I ain't talk to somebody about some posing bird.
- 51:31Speaker 1: I don't know what's up status, Man, I'm even do
- 51:34Speaker 1: I'll be up our night and I'm saying I'm missing
- 51:37Speaker 1: I'm missing my sleep. I'm missing now. I'm saying I'm
- 51:40Speaker 1: missing y'alls in the morning because I'm robbing hitting the slow.
- 51:43Speaker 1: But I got one more thing to ask you? What
- 51:45Speaker 1: is What is the baddest I'm talking about the baddest
- 51:48Speaker 1: radio show in the lane? Man, Steve Hardy more than
- 51:51Speaker 1: a shot. We never something. I just don't know nobody
- 51:56Speaker 1: better at it. I just don't. I just don't. Do
- 51:59Speaker 1: you know that I'm not supposed to be on the
- 52:02Speaker 1: on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. I just don't want.
- 52:05Speaker 1: But let don't tell you that. Why Why do you

- 52:19Speaker 1: I'm gonna get this start. Why I can't wait on
- 52:22Speaker 1: somebody to give you the flywers when you can plant
- 52:25Speaker 1: your own? Why drink out right? Hey, Hey, we gotta

- 54:09Speaker 1: never know it could be yours. Yes, it could Buckle
- 54:14Speaker 1: up and hold on tight. We got it for you. Here.
- 54:17Speaker 1: It is Strawberry Letter. Thank you, nephew. Subject. I can't
- 54:21Speaker 1: relax in bed with him, all right, I just can't
- 54:24Speaker 1: do it. I can't relax in bed with him. Just
- 54:26Speaker 1: Stephen Shirley, My husband drives me nuts in the bed,
- 54:30Speaker 1: but not in a good way. He's seventy two and
- 54:35Speaker 1: I'm sixty eight years old. We have been married for
- 54:39Speaker 1: twenty two years and it's both of our second marriage.
- 54:42Speaker 1: He has asthma, so I give him a breathing treatment
- 54:46Speaker 1: most nights, but that doesn't help his wheezing all night.
- 54:51Speaker 1: We have to keep the air down in our bedroom
- 54:54Speaker 1: because if he gets hot, it gets worse. I set
- 54:57Speaker 1: all of that to say that we can't have set
- 55:00Speaker 1: without him getting hot, and then the wheezing starts. He's
- 55:04Speaker 1: six feet seven and I'm five feet seven, and our
- 55:08Speaker 1: bed doesn't fit him, and he's too cheap to get
- 55:11Speaker 1: a king sized bed, so he usually he's usually bawled
- 55:14Speaker 1: up next to me, or his feet hang off the
- 55:17Speaker 1: sides or the bottom, which pulls the cover off me.
- 55:21Speaker 1: His old bones twitch at night, and his reflexes caused
- 55:25Speaker 1: him to hit me sometimes. I hate to add this
- 55:28Speaker 1: because it's gross, but let's just say he shouldn't eat
- 55:32Speaker 1: dairy because he does and I pay for it when
- 55:35Speaker 1: he's asleep. It's almost every night now that I'm getting
- 55:39Speaker 1: hit with a stink bomb. I cannot relax in the
- 55:43Speaker 1: bed with him, even having sexist challenging. Since he started
- 55:47Speaker 1: taking his pills, I want to sleep in another room,
- 55:51Speaker 1: but I don't want to leave him overnight because his
- 55:53Speaker 1: breathing is very tricky some nights. Yesterday he heard me
- 55:57Speaker 1: talking to my sister about not resting well at night,
- 56:00Speaker 1: and he got offended because he knows he's the problem.
- 56:03Speaker 1: If he just take his asthma medicine, stop eating cheese, pizza,
- 56:07Speaker 1: and exercise regularly. The doctor said, a lot of the
- 56:10Speaker 1: issues will go away. I'm starting to think he doesn't
- 56:13Speaker 1: care if I sleep. Should I threaten to leave him
- 56:15Speaker 1: if he won't change, well, you never know. You might
- 56:20Speaker 1: have to, but I would say, first, you know, get
- 56:24Speaker 1: a king size mattress. I mean, it's ridiculous that one
- 56:28Speaker 1: of the reasons your nights are so uncomfortable for you
- 56:31Speaker 1: is that his big six foot seven but is sleeping
- 56:36Speaker 1: in a queen size bed hanging over the bed. That's crazy.
- 56:39Speaker 1: You said he's too cheap to get one. That is very,
- 56:42Speaker 1: very selfish because you live and sleep there too, So
- 56:46Speaker 1: why can't you just go get a mattress? I mean,
- 56:48Speaker 1: don't let his stubbornness make you this uncomfortable anymore. This
- 56:54Speaker 1: is crazy. The good news is that this situation is fixable.
- 56:58Speaker 1: I mean, he's really stubborn, he's ornery and everything. But
- 57:02Speaker 1: you're both adults, you know. Don't talk to him though,
- 57:07Speaker 1: don't don't talk to your sister about him. I should say,
- 57:10Speaker 1: you gotta talk to him about this, because this is
- 57:13Speaker 1: a serious situation. A good night's sleep is everything. You
- 57:17Speaker 1: got to talk to him about his asthma. You gotta
- 57:19Speaker 1: talk to him about the wheezing. You gotta talk to
- 57:21Speaker 1: him about the pizza, the stink bombs, you, all of it,
- 57:25Speaker 1: and then let him know that his health is important
- 57:28Speaker 1: and it's it not only affects him, it affects you
- 57:30Speaker 1: and everyone around him. Right now, he's in his feelings
- 57:33Speaker 1: because he heard you talking to a sister about him,
- 57:36Speaker 1: So you know you gotta try to get through to him.
- 57:38Speaker 1: Like I said, start with the sleeping arrangements, the king's
- 57:41Speaker 1: size mattress. You don't really need his permission to get
- 57:44Speaker 1: a mattress, and if he gets mad, don't worry. He'll
- 57:47Speaker 1: get over it after you both get a much needed
- 57:50Speaker 1: good night's sleep. Steve the subject, I can't relax in
- 57:55Speaker 1: bed with him. The next statement after this response to
- 58:00Speaker 1: your entire letter is I can't take this snow more.
- 58:08Speaker 1: I can't take this snow more. When women say that
- 58:14Speaker 1: to men, I cannot tell you how impactful it is,
- 58:20Speaker 1: especially if you love the woman and she looks you

- 1:01:21Speaker 1: gotta keep the ad down in the bedroom. That means
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: got to turn it into a meat locker, because if
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: he get hot, to get worse. Then she said all
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: that say, we can't have sex without him getting hot.

- 1:10:38Speaker 1: caught me taking a drink out of the orange juice carton,
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: straight out of the fridge, and she went off. I've
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: lived alone for eight years and that's just how I
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: do things. It doesn't mean that I'm nasty. As long
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: as I don't do it at her place, I don't
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: see what the problem is. I told her that it's
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: my place and I'll drink straight from the carton or
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: bottle if I want to. Now she thinks I'm just trifling.
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: Is this really that big of a deal. Yeah, man,
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: Oh hell yeah, it's a big deal to help. But
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: if I stayed by myself, what is I'm what is
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: I'm messing this glass of for that when I could
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: just clearly take these two swallows of orange juice and
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: put it back. And if I want five swallows, I
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: want to set the cart next to the plate next
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: to my drink. Right, that's my business. See but see, ladies,
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: here you go. But not ladies, but lady here you
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: go messing with a man because he do what he
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: do living at his house. Now you're creating drama at
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: his house. He ain't doing it at your house, that's
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: what he says. See you now, now you're nagging this man.
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: You all in this man and upset with him about
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: his place making his decisions. Yea, who you think signing

- 1:11:56Speaker 1: you gotta let some of the stuff go. Do you
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: know we got big stuff that's gonna happen. So did
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: you no reaction to the little stuff? What's gonna happen
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: when the big stuff happened? The man drinking out of
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: the car, and that is how who ain't did that?
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: I don't know a man that live by stuff that
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: don't do it. Yeah. Yeah, I didn't walk up to
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: the refrigerator took a pickle right out to jab still
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: that refrigerator, eating the whole pickle while I was looking

- 1:12:33Speaker 1: mannade y'all that put the top back on both of them.
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: Part of it is because we could never do that
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: when we grew up at home. You know those are
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: no parents. Yeah, it's a whole lot of stuff I
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: started doing when I wants to live on my own. Absolutely,

- 1:14:01Speaker 1: you think import Junior? Because it just happened to me.
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: I just did this. You know she saw me drinking
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: out the drug in the refrigerator and then that it's
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: a major problem our whole marriage. On the last ye

- 1:15:26Speaker 1: deer buck may have been drawn to her house by
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: the plastic Christmas reindeer she has decorating in the front
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: of her yard. She thinks the deer may have seen
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: Prancer as a possible mate, But then the buck crashed
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: through their front door and into the living room. From there,
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: the frightened animal ran up the stairs and thrashed around,
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: causing tons of damage and bleeding all over everything. So
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: it trapped itself in a room for nearly three hours
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: until the homeowner's son, who works for the department, thank
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: God of nature resources, came over and got the deer
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: to calm down long enough to lead him back out
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: through the front door. Despite all the damage to the house,
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: the family is grateful. No one was hurt, no one
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: but the deer. What yes, do you know if that's
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: in the Miles household? We eating deal fun Thanksgiving? You
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: do know that though? Up in the fire pit, up
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: on your way. And then ec Prance's man. Then he
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: ran up the stairs after he crashed through the front door.
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: Don't go upstairs? Oh lord? All right? Coming up at
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: thirty three minutes after the hour? Play around? Would you right?
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: You're listening show? All right, it's time now, guys for
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: a round. I would you rather? Would you rather spend
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: Christmas alone? Or would you rather spend Christmas with your ex?
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: I'd rather be alone, damn. I'm talking about wondering where
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: everybody at. I'd be butt naga walking around Christmas lights
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: on me. I have my myself on good old team
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: and everything I have quarter iggno be gone by noon. Yeah,
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: I'm watching all right alone as I'm keep with the

- 1:18:11Speaker 1: you know when she said the question she had you
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: know she had like a tone in her voice. Would
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: you rather live a than elf? Or would you rather
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: live at Santa Claude. I ain't never get nothing but
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: Santa Claus. So now who you want to ask the
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: question to? Asking you to all of you guys, I've
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: only been to Santa Claus and been both. I'm gonna
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: say it in a minute on the wall, don't well.
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: But he'd only wanted Clifford could be both. First. First,
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: first he come downstairs with a little turn up shoes
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: and talk to the kids and tell him he's going
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: to get him any good. Come right back there in
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: Santa Claude. It's just as believable that you wanted, you know,
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: can be both these people, and he got all emvoices.
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: You know you can come down that he can come
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: down the ass Deacon deaf jam had him little turn
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: up shoes on, little green suit and then go right
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: upstairs and put that fat ass suit on and be
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: just as jolly dad everything. He got the voices and
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: can play both roles. I can't even wear the little man.
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: I gotta I got a whole giveway called Julia Claude. Yeah,
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: oh my god. All right, Thanksgivings next week? Would you
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: rather cook the entire Thanksgiving meal on a barbecue grill only?
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: Or only on a microwave on the grill on the grill?
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: Gonna take a little long grill. We got to start
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: that dressing on Tuesday though. And that's today's rounded rather
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: Thank you too. Coming up in forty nine minutes after
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: our last break of the day and some closing remarks
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: from the one and only Steve Harvey right after this.
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: You're listening to show. All right, guys, we are here
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: our last break of the day on this Tuesday. It's
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: been a fun show today, good show. We got fun
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: from laugh, laugh, Thank you craziness. Y'all got a money maker, man,
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: we are to try? Oh I got I really? Do
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: you just tell them if you think this okay? You
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: know how the people back in the day they used
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: to have the jack the jockeys in the yard. What
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: did we get some herschel Walker jockeys and sell them?
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: But see, here's the deal. It's got a sense on it.
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: When you pull up in the dry it's started dancing
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: herschel Walker Jack Lamp doing a little dead as Moonwalker
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: did in front of man be do nothing. The only
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: place we're gonna be able to sell it is in
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: rural Georgia. Go vote, and you know, and we're talking
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: about voting. I want to say something about this closing.
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: Listen to me. We can talk about what I perceived
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: thoughts are on herschel Walker, and I'm sure we have them,
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: and we have every right to feel this way. What
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: I'm really appalled at is the audacity of the Conservative
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: Republican Party that they will go get somebody like a
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: herschel Walker, not even have to groom him, but just
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: to prop him up and to get him to do
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: what he's all always done, whatever he was told to do,
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: and then put him in front of us as a
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: Georgia voter to try to split the vote of African
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: Americans and create confusion. That is the only reason you
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: wouldn't got herschel Walker. I am almost certain that is
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: a more qualified white candidate that could have ran for senator.
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: I am positive of that, just like I'm just equally
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: positive as you could have found a more qualified and
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: adequate African American candidate or Latino candidate, anybody, white woman,
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: black woman. You could have found anybody more qualified or
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: suitable to be called a senator. But the audacity of you,
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: the audacity to go get a hershel Walker. I mean,
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: you would think that the Conservatives would be ashamed of
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: themselves right now, but they not. They not. They applaud
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: each other's cunningness. They applaud the moves. They applaud this
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: move with both hands. They got people that ain't got
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: nothing to do with this election pouring millions of dollars
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: behind herschel Walker because they got somebody who can do
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: their bidding. And what's crazy is to think that you
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: could bring such a man in front of us to
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: create dissension and splicted black vote. It didn't really work.
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: It didn't really work, but it's because it kind of backfire.
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: Here's my thought over there is no way the Republican
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: ticket can nominate governor Kemp in the way that they
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: did by almost nine points or so something like that
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: against our candidate Stacy Abel. But the polls be so
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: close to wear so run off between your Republican candidate
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: for cynic versus the Democratic candidate. You know what happened.
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: You know what happened That was some whites, some non
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: people of color who said this is ridiculous. Now I
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: know there are some black people who voted for Herschel
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: Walker because we have people amongst ourselves who will cut
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: off they knows despite themselves. We have people amongst our
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: group who would like nothing more than to be considered
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: in the other group. I'm fully aware of that. We've
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: always had that. But the tightness of this and the
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: concern that you all really have is y'all couldn't convince
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: all of your constituents in the Conservative Republican Party to
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: vote the same way for Herschel that they did for Kemp,
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: because even they know. And so in this push to
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: run off, I'm appealing to two groups here. I'm appealing
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: to African Americans and people of color to get out
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: and do the right thing to thwart this considerable effort
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: to shame us and embarrass us as a people by
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: propping up a candidate like herschel Walker. He can't even
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: form a damn sentence. That's a damn shame. I'm not
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: talking about his Southern tone because I'm country my damn self,
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: but at least I can formulate a sentence. You might
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: not agree with him, but I know how to put
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: them in order to where you can at least understand
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: what I'm saying. This idiot can't even talk right. He
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: don't take care of his own children, he pays for abortions,
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: and he beats women. How did y'all go and get
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: this dude right here? Are you serious? So now I'm
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: asking for all the people of color to do what
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: you did before, but let's get out in greater numbers
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: to throwart this effort to put a ridiculous example of
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: who we are in the white He's not an example
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: of us, And you're not gonna keep talking to us,
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: Lindsey Graham, like you know what we want and what
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: is an example for us to follow into conservatism? Because
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: if that's your example of conservatism, you can have it.
- 1:26:22Speaker 1: You can have it, and you will never win us
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: with a Hershel Walker. You could have done better than that,
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: but you didn't. And now I'm asking for all the
- 1:26:29Speaker 1: non African American voters to just do us one favor.
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: Send him home, Send him right back to Texas where
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: he belonged. Don't let him embarrass your state, the state
- 1:26:42Speaker 1: of Georgia by having someone as simple minded that's as
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: herschel Walker represents the state of Georgia. Just do me
- 1:26:50Speaker 1: that favor. How about that. I'm appealing to both groups.
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: Those are my clothes remarks that day. I can't even
- 1:26:55Speaker 1: believe we in a run off of this, But since
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: we are, let's win it by a landslide. Send herschel
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: Walker factor. Okay. Power for all Steve Harvey contests. No
