- 0:00Speaker 1: So the leagues are happening fast and furious right now,
- 0:04Speaker 1: and those leagues are meant to make Donald Trump look bad.
- 0:08Speaker 1: Let me give you an example. There's a new headline
- 0:11Speaker 1: out that says, quote, Donald Trump had more than three
- 0:15Speaker 1: hundred classified documents at Marlago. Now, if you have a
- 0:21Speaker 1: piece of paper just to put this in perspective, or
- 0:24Speaker 1: a report or anything that's written in page one's classified,
- 0:28Speaker 1: it's going to be the entire thing. So imagine how
- 0:31Speaker 1: many pieces of paper it takes to get to three
- 0:34Speaker 1: hundred classified documents. It's not that many. If you think
- 0:37Speaker 1: about loading up your printer, for example, with paper, it's
- 0:40Speaker 1: usually a five hundred page pieces of paper that you buy, right,
- 0:45Speaker 1: and then you pull two hundred and fifty out and
- 0:48Speaker 1: you put them in your printer, and then you have
- 0:51Speaker 1: the others. Now, they have turned this story into some
- 0:54Speaker 1: sort of jackpot, when in reality it's probably not even
- 0:58Speaker 1: close to that. But also, if you think about three
- 1:02Speaker 1: hundred pages, that could easily be thirty different stapled or
- 1:08Speaker 1: binded pages, right, So thirty different things. But we want
- 1:13Speaker 1: to count the whole number of pages to make it
- 1:15Speaker 1: look worse, make it look like he broke some massive law. Now.
- 1:20Speaker 1: The initial batch of documents, the article goes on to say,
- 1:24Speaker 1: this morning, which is breaking news right reviewed retrieved by
- 1:28Speaker 1: the National Archives from former President Donald Trump in January,
- 1:33Speaker 1: they say, included more than a hundred and fifty marked
- 1:38Speaker 1: as classified, a number that ignited intense concern at the
- 1:42Speaker 1: Justice Department and helped trigger the criminal investigation that led
- 1:45Speaker 1: FBI agents to swoop into Marlago this month seeking to
- 1:49Speaker 1: recover more. Multiple people briefed on the matter have now
- 1:54Speaker 1: leaked in total, the government has recovered more than three
- 1:59Speaker 1: hundred documents with classified marks or markings from mister Trump
- 2:05Speaker 1: since he left office, The people said. The first batch
- 2:08Speaker 1: of documents returned in January, another set provided by mister
- 2:12Speaker 1: Trump's aids to the Justice Department in June, and the
- 2:15Speaker 1: material seas by the FBI in the search this month. Wait,
- 2:20Speaker 1: hold on a second. I thought we weren't allowed to
- 2:22Speaker 1: say seized. I thought we weren't supposed to be able
- 2:24Speaker 1: to say the word raid. Remember when the semantics of
- 2:27Speaker 1: the media saying it's unfair to call it a raid.
- 2:30Speaker 1: It wasn't a raid. They didn't seize, This wasn't material
- 2:33Speaker 1: sez by the FBI. Well, now they're using those words
- 2:36Speaker 1: right because they want to flip the story and make
- 2:38Speaker 1: it look like Donald Trump is the worst person in
- 2:40Speaker 1: the world. Now, the previously unreported volume since the material
- 2:47Speaker 1: found in the former presence possession in January, helps explain
- 2:51Speaker 1: the liberal media says this morning, why the Justice Department
- 2:54Speaker 1: moved so urgently to hunt down any further classify materials
- 3:00Speaker 1: he might have, and the extent to which such a
- 3:05Speaker 1: large number of highly sensitive documents remained at mor Lago
- 3:09Speaker 1: for months, even as the Department sought to return the
- 3:14Speaker 1: return of all material that should have been left in
- 3:17Speaker 1: government custody when mister Trump left office, suggested to officials
- 3:22Speaker 1: at the former president or his aids had been cavalier
- 3:27Speaker 1: and handling it, not fully forthcoming with investigators or both. Now,
- 3:33Speaker 1: that is the story that the media wants you to hear.
- 3:36Speaker 1: But guess what, we have another story that totally contradicts
- 3:40Speaker 1: the one that the media is talking about today. Now,
- 3:44Speaker 1: before I continue on this, I gotta tell you about
- 3:46Speaker 1: our good friends over at Legacy Precious Medals And if
- 3:49Speaker 1: you have not looked at gold and silver as a
- 3:51Speaker 1: way to protect your hard earned dollars against what the
- 3:53Speaker 1: happening on Wall Street with inflation, it's time for you
- 3:57Speaker 1: to call them and get the free Investor's Guide because
- 4:00Speaker 1: so many around the world are now using gold and silver,
- 4:03Speaker 1: and historically they have for decades as a protection, a
- 4:06Speaker 1: hedge against inflation, which is exactly what we're dealing with
- 4:09Speaker 1: right now. If you're terrified to look at your retirement account,
- 4:12Speaker 1: you're four one case statement because of what's happening on
- 4:15Speaker 1: Wall Street. That's all the more reason why you should
- 4:18Speaker 1: call and get the investors got in gold and silver,
- 4:21Speaker 1: protect your hard earned money and diversify. Call them and
- 4:24Speaker 1: get the free Investor's Guide from Legacy Precious Medals one
- 4:28Speaker 1: eight six six seven five one twenty two eighteen. One
- 4:33Speaker 1: eight six six seven five one twenty two eighteen or
- 4:37Speaker 1: online at Legacy PM investments dot Com. Sources have now
- 4:43Speaker 1: come forward saying that the government the GSA are the
- 4:48Speaker 1: ones that pack the boxes of documents that Trump brought
- 4:51Speaker 1: to Marlago, not Donald Trump's political staffers. Sources close to
- 4:59Speaker 1: President Donald Trump have confirmed that the General Services Administration,
- 5:05Speaker 1: also known as the GSA, packed the boxes of documents
- 5:09Speaker 1: he took with him to mar Lago, not political staffers. Okay,
- 5:14Speaker 1: so let's let's take that line. And now let's go
- 5:18Speaker 1: back to the other article that the New York Times
- 5:21Speaker 1: had out this morning, where everybody's pushing the story where
- 5:24Speaker 1: and again, I'm going to read exactly from this liberal
- 5:27Speaker 1: article this morning when mister Trump left office. All right,
- 5:31Speaker 1: let me let me go back even further. And the
- 5:35Speaker 1: extent to which such a large number of highly sensitive
- 5:39Speaker 1: documents remained at mar Lago for months, even as the
- 5:43Speaker 1: Department sought the return of all material that should have
- 5:46Speaker 1: been left in government custody when mister Trump left office,
- 5:50Speaker 1: suggested two officials that the former president or his aids
- 5:56Speaker 1: had been cavalier in handling it, not fully forth coming
- 6:00Speaker 1: with investigators or both. The specific nature this article says
- 6:05Speaker 1: of the sense of material that mister Trump took from
- 6:08Speaker 1: the White House remains unclear. But the fifteen boxes mister
- 6:13Speaker 1: Trump turned over to the Archives in January, nearly a
- 6:16Speaker 1: year after he left office, including documents from the CIA,
- 6:20Speaker 1: the National Security Agency, and the FBI spanning a variety
- 6:23Speaker 1: of topics of national security interest. A person says, is
- 6:27Speaker 1: the problem? Then, they said, mister Trump went through the
- 6:32Speaker 1: boxes himself. In late twenty twenty one. According to multiple
- 6:36Speaker 1: people briefed on his efforts before turning them over, the
- 6:40Speaker 1: highly sense of nature of some of the material in
- 6:43Speaker 1: the boxes prompted Archives officials to refer the matter to
- 6:47Speaker 1: the DOJ, which within months had convened a grand jury investigation. Okay,
- 6:53Speaker 1: let's go back to the other story here right. Shortly
- 6:57Speaker 1: after the FBI rated a Marlott Marlago this month reportedly
- 7:02Speaker 1: to reclaim documents Donald Trump had taken from the White
- 7:04Speaker 1: House in January of twenty twenty one, one journalist announced
- 7:08Speaker 1: a source closed to the former president confirmed the documents
- 7:11Speaker 1: were boxed by government staffers in the General Services Administration,
- 7:19Speaker 1: not Donald Trump's own staffers. These are outside people. A
- 7:24Speaker 1: person very close to Donald Trump tells me it's indeed
- 7:26Speaker 1: true what's being banded about Twitter, that he took all
- 7:32Speaker 1: these documents as a lie. The United States General Services officials,
- 7:38Speaker 1: not Trump or anyone working for him in the White House,
- 7:41Speaker 1: are the one that are the people that packed the
- 7:43Speaker 1: boxes that the FBI took in Monday's raid. If that's true,
- 7:47Speaker 1: it scrambles the omlet a bit. The reporter said on
- 7:52Speaker 1: Twitter on Monday, after Trump had formally requests an independent
- 7:57Speaker 1: review of the documents seized by the FBI during the raid.
- 8:01Speaker 1: A source closed to the former president confirmed that this
- 8:06Speaker 1: the veracity of these claims that the GSA did indeed
- 8:10Speaker 1: pack the documents prior to Donald Trump assuming the presidency.
- 8:16Speaker 1: In fact, according to The New York Times, sources close
- 8:19Speaker 1: to the investigation claimed that the government had received more
- 8:22Speaker 1: than three hundred documents with classified markings since Donald Trump
- 8:26Speaker 1: left office. New York Times had this in total, the
- 8:30Speaker 1: government has recovered more than three hundred documents with classified
- 8:33Speaker 1: markings from mister Trump. The first batch of documents returned
- 8:37Speaker 1: in January and other seas by mister trump aids or
- 8:40Speaker 1: excuse me, another set provided by mister Trump's aids to
- 8:44Speaker 1: the Justice Department in June, and the materials seized by
- 8:47Speaker 1: the FBI and the search this month. The exact nature
- 8:51Speaker 1: of the documents remained unknown at this time, but the
- 8:53Speaker 1: one hundred and fifty documents returned by the President January
- 8:57Speaker 1: are reported to have information pertaining to the CIA, FBI, NSA,
- 9:01Speaker 1: and a variety of other national security interests. Quote highly
- 9:07Speaker 1: sensitive nature. Some of the material in the box has
- 9:09Speaker 1: prompted Archives officials to refer the matter to the Justice Department.
- 9:14Speaker 1: The Times exclusively reported aide smister Trump turned over a
- 9:18Speaker 1: few dozen additional sensitive documents during a visit to mar
- 9:21Speaker 1: Lago by the Justice Department in early June. After the
- 9:26Speaker 1: former president returned to second round of documents in June,
- 9:30Speaker 1: the Department of Justice officials reportedly became concerned about the
- 9:33Speaker 1: security of the documents still in his possession upon reviewing
- 9:36Speaker 1: surveillance footage of a well traveled corridor near the basement
- 9:44Speaker 1: storage room where the documents were kept at mor Lago.
- 9:48Speaker 1: Donald Trump had has maintained that he and his legal
- 9:51Speaker 1: team were cooperating with the DOJ up until the moment
- 9:54Speaker 1: of the raid earlier this month. Somebody's lying here, that's
- 10:00Speaker 1: the point of all this. Somebody's lying in a big way.
- 10:04Speaker 1: In fact, there's new reports out that show and documents
- 10:08Speaker 1: that show that apparently the Biden White House is involved
- 10:14Speaker 1: in the Trump criminal probe. New documents out show that
- 10:20Speaker 1: the Biden White House is in fact involved in the
- 10:23Speaker 1: Trump criminal probe. Yeah, I thought that wasn't the case, right,
- 10:28Speaker 1: That's what they were saying. We go, we know nothing,
- 10:30Speaker 1: we don't know anything about this. We don't know a thing.
- 10:33Speaker 1: President Joe Biden's White House was intimately involved in the
- 10:37Speaker 1: Department of Justice criminal probe and the former President Donald Trump,
- 10:40Speaker 1: according to government documents reviewed now by Trust the News,
- 10:46Speaker 1: several correspondences between Trump's attorneys and members of the Biden
- 10:52Speaker 1: administration now reveal that the federal government appeared posed to
- 10:57Speaker 1: waive at Trump's claim of executive privilege over documents that
- 11:01Speaker 1: Trump kept at Marlago until earlier this year. The new
- 11:07Speaker 1: report comes out saying, quote, the memos shows then White
- 11:10Speaker 1: House Deputy Council Jonathan Sue was engaged in conversations with
- 11:17Speaker 1: the FBI, the DOJ, and the National Archives as early
- 11:20Speaker 1: as April. So the White House allied to you when
- 11:22Speaker 1: they said they knew nothing about the raid or the
- 11:26Speaker 1: investigation or anything, right, They played, Oh, we're just stupid,
- 11:29Speaker 1: we know nothing. This is just law enforcement doing their thing.
- 11:32Speaker 1: That's a lie. The White House Deputy Council Jonathan Sue
- 11:36Speaker 1: was engaged in conversations with not just the FBI, but
- 11:39Speaker 1: the DOJ and the National Archives as early as April,
- 11:43Speaker 1: shortly after fifteen boxes of classified and other materials were
- 11:47Speaker 1: voluntarily returned to the Federal Historical Agency from Trump's Florida
- 11:52Speaker 1: home by May. Apparently, Sue conveyed to the Archives at
- 11:58Speaker 1: present Joe Biden would not act quote unquote to waiving
- 12:02Speaker 1: his predecessor's claims to executive privilege, a decision that opened
- 12:08Speaker 1: the door for the DOJ to get a grand jury
- 12:12Speaker 1: to issue a subpoena compelling Trump to turn over any
- 12:16Speaker 1: remaining materials he posed or he possessed, I should say,
- 12:21Speaker 1: from his presidency. So let me just break that down.
- 12:26Speaker 1: When you have the if this is true, and I
- 12:28Speaker 1: have no reason to believe it's not. The White House
- 12:31Speaker 1: Deputy Council Jonathan Sue was engaged in all these conversations
- 12:36Speaker 1: with everybody involved in this raid, the FBI, the DOJ,
- 12:39Speaker 1: and the National Archives as early as April, and then
- 12:42Speaker 1: Sue conveyed to the Archives that the President Joe Biden
- 12:47Speaker 1: would quote not object to waiving his predecessor's claims to
- 12:52Speaker 1: executive privilege. That was the moment they said go That's
- 12:57Speaker 1: immediately when the DOJ and the FBI said, now we
- 13:00Speaker 1: get to do what we want to do, and that's
- 13:02Speaker 1: gonna go after criminally Donald Trump. That's when they went
- 13:05Speaker 1: to a grand jury. That's when they said, let's get
- 13:07Speaker 1: that subpoena. That's when they said, we're gonna force Trump
- 13:10Speaker 1: to turn over any remaining material, and then we're gonna
- 13:12Speaker 1: go in there and we're gonna raid his home. Go
- 13:15Speaker 1: back in time to May the tenth. May the tenth
- 13:19Speaker 1: letter from Acting National Archivists What a job Debrah Wall
- 13:27Speaker 1: to Trump's legal team confirm the White House's involvement in
- 13:32Speaker 1: the DJ's probe against Donald Trump. On April the eleventh
- 13:39Speaker 1: of this year, the White House Council's Office, affirming a
- 13:43Speaker 1: request from the Department of Justice supported by an FBI
- 13:48Speaker 1: letterhead memo, formally transmitted a request that in area provide
- 13:57Speaker 1: the FBI access to the fifteen boxes for its review
- 14:03Speaker 1: within seven days, with the possibility that the FBI might
- 14:09Speaker 1: request copies as specific documents following its review of boxes.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Hold on a second, didn't the White House say they
- 14:17Speaker 1: had no involvement in any of this? Isn't what the
- 14:20Speaker 1: Isn't that what the White House kept saying over and
- 14:23Speaker 1: over and over and over again. Isn't isn't that the
- 14:27Speaker 1: I mean, isn't that the lie that they kept telling us?
- 14:31Speaker 1: They kept saying, white House kept saying, we know nothing
- 14:34Speaker 1: about this, right, White House doesn't know anything about Marlago
- 14:38Speaker 1: and White House and the FBI. We haven't been talking
- 14:41Speaker 1: white House, the oj were we stay out of this
- 14:45Speaker 1: because the documents are now showing the complete opposite of this.
- 14:48Speaker 1: In fact, this leaked letter continues saying this. The counsel
- 14:53Speaker 1: to the President has informed me. So this is the
- 14:57Speaker 1: counsel to the President of the United States of am America.
- 15:00Speaker 1: So there's no way you can tell me now that
- 15:02Speaker 1: Joe Biden didn't know this was happening. The Counsel of
- 15:06Speaker 1: the President has informed me that, in light of the
- 15:08Speaker 1: particular circumstances presented here, President Biden defers to my determination
- 15:17Speaker 1: in consultation with the Assistant Attorney General for the Office
- 15:20Speaker 1: of Legal Counsel, regarding whether or not I should uphold
- 15:25Speaker 1: the former presence purported protective assertion of executive privilege. I
- 15:32Speaker 1: have therefore decided not to honor the former presidence protective
- 15:36Speaker 1: claim of privilege. Okay, so let's just again be clear
- 15:43Speaker 1: about this. Documents show that the Biden White House was
- 15:48Speaker 1: involved in the Trump criminal probe. In fact, if you
- 15:55Speaker 1: want to get even more blunt about it, you could
- 15:57Speaker 1: actually say that Donald Trump was hit directly, not indirectly,
- 16:03Speaker 1: but directly. Right was hit directly by the Biden administration.
- 16:11Speaker 1: Joe Biden could have stopped this, and Joe Biden chose
- 16:14Speaker 1: not to. Joe Biden could have said no, right, Joe
- 16:19Speaker 1: Biden could have said no, we're not gonna do this.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Joe Biden could have said, no, we're gonna let him
- 16:24Speaker 1: have his executive privilege here. Joe Biden said, go criminal,
- 16:28Speaker 1: let's go. Joe Biden's legal counsel had to talk to
- 16:33Speaker 1: Joe Biden about all of this, because if he didn't
- 16:37Speaker 1: talk to them about it, then they wouldn't have been
- 16:40Speaker 1: able to send the letter. They just said, the President
- 16:42Speaker 1: has reviewed this and giving has given me the authority
- 16:46Speaker 1: to do what I think is best. That's the reality
- 16:50Speaker 1: of this situation. So yet again the Democratic Party is
- 16:55Speaker 1: involved in all of this and the politics that come
- 16:58Speaker 1: with it. I want to go back and I want
- 17:01Speaker 1: you to hear this. White House is denial that they
- 17:04Speaker 1: were not involved, that no one at the White House
- 17:07Speaker 1: was involved. Her words, no one at the White House
- 17:10Speaker 1: was given a heads up on the FBI. MARLG raid Well,
- 17:13Speaker 1: your FBI took the lead from the White House lawyers
- 17:18Speaker 1: who said they checked with the President Joe Biden and
- 17:22Speaker 1: said that the President had no problem with them, basically saying,
- 17:26Speaker 1: go after Trump. That's what your own emails say from
- 17:30Speaker 1: your own White House. Listen to the White House presecretary
- 17:33Speaker 1: asked this question, not a trick question, by the way,
- 17:36Speaker 1: pretty simple one on a different topic of the FBI
- 17:39Speaker 1: as a search warrant on the former president's residence in Florida.
- 17:44Speaker 1: Was the President or anyone at the White House careare
- 17:46Speaker 1: of that search warrant or had as anyone at the
- 17:49Speaker 1: White House or the President been briefed in the aftermath
- 17:52Speaker 1: of that search warrant executing anyone at the White House.
- 17:55Speaker 1: So you're telling me that the same White House counsel
- 17:59Speaker 1: that beef the President on Donald Trump and then the
- 18:02Speaker 1: President you're you're set in your own paperwork approved the
- 18:06Speaker 1: FBI and the DOJ and Archives to go after criminally
- 18:11Speaker 1: and get a grand jury to go after Donald Trump.
- 18:14Speaker 1: You're telling me you guys weren't updated on this after
- 18:17Speaker 1: the fact. Give me a break. The President was not briefed,
- 18:21Speaker 1: did not was not aware of it. No, no one
- 18:23Speaker 1: at the White House was given a heads up. No,
- 18:27Speaker 1: that did not happen. So the White House Counsel didn't
- 18:30Speaker 1: get a heads up that the former president Unitates America
- 18:33Speaker 1: was going to be rated by the FBI. No one
- 18:37Speaker 1: at the White House was given a heads up. That's
- 18:39Speaker 1: that's that's what you're going with. White House Press Secretary
- 18:42Speaker 1: also refused to deny that the White House has weaponized
- 18:46Speaker 1: in the Justice Partment the FBI political against political opponents.
- 18:49Speaker 1: Listen to this. Is there a concern here that if
- 18:53Speaker 1: you guys don't say more than these Republicans who are
- 18:57Speaker 1: accusing this White House of webinize in the Justice Department,
- 19:00Speaker 1: weabinizing the FBI, are that's going to become the public
- 19:05Speaker 1: sentiment if you guys don't say, once and for all,
- 19:08Speaker 1: we are not doing that. First, First of all, we're
- 19:12Speaker 1: just not going to comment on the Department of Justice investigation.
- 19:15Speaker 1: We're just we're just not going to comment on it.
- 19:18Speaker 1: Is this White House weabinizing the Justice Department and the
- 19:22Speaker 1: FBI against political opponents. The President has been very clear
- 19:27Speaker 1: from before he was elected, very clear on this hold
- 19:30Speaker 1: on it's about his time in office. Cut quote. We
- 19:34Speaker 1: will be plaguing the quote tonight at six o'clock. Is
- 19:37Speaker 1: this administration weabinizing the Justice Department and the FBI against
- 19:42Speaker 1: political opponents, Peter, the president believes in the rule of law.
- 19:47Speaker 1: The President believes in the independence of the Department of
- 19:50Speaker 1: Justice or not. That is no. It's a yes or
- 19:53Speaker 1: a no for you. I'm answering the question. You may
- 19:57Speaker 1: not like it, but I'm answering the question, and I no.
- 20:01Speaker 1: I'm answering the question, and I'm telling you that we
- 20:03Speaker 1: are not going to comment on a criminal investigation. The
- 20:08Speaker 1: President has been very clear. I laid out what his
- 20:12Speaker 1: thoughts were back on January seventh, twenty twenty one, about
- 20:16Speaker 1: how he saw the Department of Justice, and I'm just
- 20:19Speaker 1: going to leave it there. We're not going to comment
- 20:22Speaker 1: from here from this White House on a criminal investigation
- 20:26Speaker 1: that is currently happening. I love it right. We're not
- 20:32Speaker 1: going to comment on a criminal investigation that's currently happening
- 20:35Speaker 1: that we, by the way, said go for it. Well me.
- 20:42Speaker 1: We also reminds you that James coming ordered FBI agents
- 20:46Speaker 1: interviewed General Flynn outside the standards of the White House protocol.
- 20:49Speaker 1: Do you remember that If you don't think these people
- 20:53Speaker 1: play by a different set of roles, you're not paying attention.
- 20:55Speaker 1: Let me take you back to twenty and eighteen. James Comy,
- 20:58Speaker 1: the FBI Director, says he wouldn't have gotten away with
- 21:02Speaker 1: sending FBI agents to the White House and any other administration,
- 21:05Speaker 1: But the dumb Trump administration was so green and new,
- 21:08Speaker 1: I thought I could get away with it. You look
- 21:10Speaker 1: at this White House now, and it's hard to imagine
- 21:12Speaker 1: two FBI agents sending up in this sta room. How
- 21:14Speaker 1: did that happen? I sent them something I probably wouldn't
- 21:23Speaker 1: have done or maybe gotten away with in a more
- 21:26Speaker 1: organized investigation, a more organized administration in the George W.
- 21:30Speaker 1: Bush administration, for example, or the Obama administration. The protocol
- 21:34Speaker 1: two men that all of us have perhaps increased appreciation
- 21:38Speaker 1: for over the last two years. And in both of
- 21:44Speaker 1: those administrations there was process, and so if the FBI
- 21:48Speaker 1: wanted to send agents into the White House itself to
- 21:53Speaker 1: interview a senior official, you would work through the White
- 21:55Speaker 1: House Council and there be discussions and approvals and who
- 21:58Speaker 1: would be there. And I thought, it's early enough. Let's
- 22:02Speaker 1: just send a couple of guys over. Let's just send
- 22:05Speaker 1: a couple guys over. That's the White House. That's what
- 22:09Speaker 1: they do, folks, That's how they work. We do not interfere.
- 22:16Speaker 1: We did not get briefed. That's what the White House
- 22:19Speaker 1: Press secretary said. We weren't giving a heads up. Know what.
- 22:23Speaker 1: The White House had this heads up. The President didn't
- 22:26Speaker 1: know that they were gonna invade mar Lago. Right, we
- 22:29Speaker 1: didn't get briefed, We did not interfere. We didn't do
- 22:31Speaker 1: anything with its raid. Know what the White House was
- 22:34Speaker 1: giving this heads up. Everybody calmed down. We're not weaponizing
- 22:37Speaker 1: the DOJ right, none of this right, right, We just
- 22:42Speaker 1: we didn't know anything. Trust the FBI, right, Trust the FBI.
- 22:48Speaker 1: That's one of the things they keep saying over and
- 22:50Speaker 1: over again. Trust the FBI. Who is this FBI? Let's
- 22:56Speaker 1: go back to Peter Struck, Lisa Page, James Comey and
- 23:02Speaker 1: look at who they are and think about what they do.
- 23:04Speaker 1: In fact, former CIA director Michael Hayden agreed with a
- 23:10Speaker 1: journalist tweet this week labeling Republicans as dangerous. That's right,
- 23:17Speaker 1: so you think there's any bias there? Former CIA director
- 23:22Speaker 1: Michael Hayden on Wednesday agreed with a British journalists contention
- 23:28Speaker 1: that Republicans are dangerous. Right, They're dangerous than extremist groups
- 23:36Speaker 1: and dictatorships around the world that they're more dangerous. I've
- 23:40Speaker 1: covered extremists and violent ideologies around the world over my career,
- 23:45Speaker 1: tweeted Financial Times columnists Edward Luce. Have never come across
- 23:50Speaker 1: a political force more dangerous and contemptible than today's Republicans.
- 23:56Speaker 1: Nothing close. Among those who agreed with his contention was
- 24:01Speaker 1: actually the former CIA director Michael Hayden, who tweeted, I
- 24:05Speaker 1: agree and I was a CIA director. Wow. An entrepreneur
- 24:12Speaker 1: and self declared former Trump supporter, questioned the productivity of
- 24:15Speaker 1: such a comment, noting that it would only reinforce the
- 24:18Speaker 1: GOP's narrative of a partisan weaponize intelligence apparatus, saying, respectfully,
- 24:24Speaker 1: what are you trying to accomplish with this message? I
- 24:26Speaker 1: understand your concerns with this type of message reinforces the
- 24:29Speaker 1: prevailing GOP narrative of a partisan weaponize intelligence apparatus. Further,
- 24:35Speaker 1: your message overstates the case. Do you truly believe the
- 24:38Speaker 1: GOP is more contentable than al Qaeda? Seriously make that case.
- 24:45Speaker 1: You also paint with too broad of a brush, and
- 24:47Speaker 1: all Republicans are extremists and Uncle Maga is not the enemy.
- 24:52Speaker 1: Tone it down. He went on to say further, your
- 24:55Speaker 1: message overstates the case. Do you truly believe the GOP
- 25:00Speaker 1: is more contemptible than al Qaeda. In addition to the
- 25:04Speaker 1: CIA director, National Security Agency Director Michael Hayden also serves
- 25:09Speaker 1: as a national security contributor to CNN. And he's saying,
- 25:12Speaker 1: as a former CIA director of the Republican Party is
- 25:15Speaker 1: more dangerous, more dangerous than al Qaeda. And he's the
- 25:23Speaker 1: FBI director or a former CIA director. I should say,
- 25:27Speaker 1: you understand, they're all in on this. Every one of
- 25:32Speaker 1: them is in on this. All of them are a
- 25:37Speaker 1: part of this. They all know about it. There is
- 25:42Speaker 1: no way, as I said before, and I will stand
- 25:44Speaker 1: by this and I'll say it again, there is no
- 25:48Speaker 1: way that the White House didn't know about this raid.
- 25:55Speaker 1: There is no way that the FBI didn't understand what
- 25:59Speaker 1: was happening. There is no way that the White House
- 26:02Speaker 1: and the President didn't understand what they were about to do.
- 26:09Speaker 1: There's no way that there was this big of a disconnect.
- 26:15Speaker 1: That's exactly why, by the way, Donald Trump sues to
- 26:17Speaker 1: stall the FBI investigation, calls for a special master to
- 26:21Speaker 1: review documents that have been seized from Marlago. That's why
- 26:26Speaker 1: President Trump filed that lawsuit this week to call for
- 26:29Speaker 1: a special master to be appointed to review the documents.
- 26:33Speaker 1: It is unreasonable quote, to allow the prosecutal team to
- 26:36Speaker 1: review them without meaningful safeguards, rode attorneys for Donald Trump.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Short of returning the seas items to us, only a
- 26:45Speaker 1: neutral review by a special master can protect the public interests,
- 26:48Speaker 1: the great public interests, and preserving the confidentiality of conversations
- 26:53Speaker 1: that take place in the President's performance of his official duties.
- 26:56Speaker 1: They added. The motion was filed in Florida also asked
- 27:00Speaker 1: for more detailed accounting of the document sees by the FBI.
- 27:05Speaker 1: Remember the lies from the media week ago. Oh, they
- 27:07Speaker 1: didn't take Donald Trump's passports? Wait, never mind, we did, right,
- 27:11Speaker 1: Nora o'donald. Remember her tweet that she put out from
- 27:15Speaker 1: whatever news network she's with as a ABCNBC. I get
- 27:18Speaker 1: them all confused, They all suck. I don't want them anymore,
- 27:21Speaker 1: Nora o'donald. Remember she says they were not taken, and
- 27:23Speaker 1: then she never corrected the tweet when she found when
- 27:25Speaker 1: she got busted lying. Trump also issued a scathing statement
- 27:29Speaker 1: about the legal action and reiterated his former accusations of
- 27:34Speaker 1: the search was politically motivated and illegal, saying this Marlago
- 27:38Speaker 1: break in search and Caesar was illegal and unconstitutional, and
- 27:42Speaker 1: we are taking all actions necessary to get to the
- 27:44Speaker 1: documents back, which we would have given to them without
- 27:48Speaker 1: the necessity of the despicable rate of my home, so
- 27:52Speaker 1: that I can give them to the National Archives until
- 27:54Speaker 1: they are required for the future. Donald J. Trump, Presidential
- 27:57Speaker 1: Library Museum. Trump wrote in a statement, we are demanding
- 28:01Speaker 1: the appointment of a special master to oversee the handling
- 28:04Speaker 1: of the material taken in the raid. We are demanding
- 28:06Speaker 1: that all items are wrongfully taken from my home be
- 28:09Speaker 1: immediately returned. The motion also accused the d J of
- 28:14Speaker 1: going on a fishing expedition, a common claim by those
- 28:17Speaker 1: defending the former present because it makes sense. Aside from
- 28:22Speaker 1: demonstrating this was an awful general search, should also suggests
- 28:27Speaker 1: that the DJ simply wanted the camel's nose under the
- 28:31Speaker 1: tent so they could rummage for either politically helpful documents
- 28:36Speaker 1: or support of our efforts to thwart present Trump from
- 28:39Speaker 1: running again, such as a January sixth investigation. Trump's attorneys wrote,
- 28:45Speaker 1: I don't trust the deep state as sure as hell
- 28:47Speaker 1: don't trust these people that are telling me at the
- 28:49Speaker 1: White House they knew nothing. I think they knew everything,
- 28:52Speaker 1: and the documents are now showing that the present basically
- 28:56Speaker 1: is the one that signed off on it. Please share
