- 0:01Speaker 1: There is a massive ceasefire that we all now know about,
- 0:05Speaker 1: and it is a historic moment for the President of
- 0:07Speaker 1: the United States of America who said, I do not
- 0:10Speaker 1: want regime change, I do not want to take out
- 0:13Speaker 1: the leader in Iran. I do want to make sure
- 0:16Speaker 1: that we are safe and that they never receive nuclear weapons. Well,
- 0:21Speaker 1: you put that in contrast with what the media wanted,
- 0:24Speaker 1: and my ow, Mai, is it a very different story.
- 0:27Speaker 1: We know the mainstream media hates Donald Trump. We know
- 0:30Speaker 1: that they care more about him being a failure than
- 0:33Speaker 1: they do about the success of making sure that our
- 0:36Speaker 1: foreign policy keeps Americans and others safe around the world.
- 0:41Speaker 1: But if you need a moment to highlight exactly how
- 0:45Speaker 1: biased the media is and exactly how much they hate
- 0:49Speaker 1: Donald Trump and how much they would rather Trump fail
- 0:52Speaker 1: than there'll be success and safety and security for the
- 0:55Speaker 1: United States of America, then you just need to listen
- 0:59Speaker 1: to what I'm going to play for you right now. Now,
- 1:01Speaker 1: what I'm about to play for you was on CNN,
- 1:04Speaker 1: right the most trusted name in news, and it was
- 1:07Speaker 1: an embarrassing moment. If you were watching it, I hope
- 1:10Speaker 1: you share this everywhere because CNN gets word that Iran
- 1:15Speaker 1: has accepted the cease fire deal, just seconds after Caitlin
- 1:21Speaker 1: Collins sets up a narrative casting doubt on Donald Trump. Yes,
- 1:27Speaker 1: this happened in real time. No, this is not me
- 1:30Speaker 1: putting two different segments together from different parts of the day.
- 1:35Speaker 1: I want you to listen to this to the very end.
- 1:38Speaker 1: You really can't make this up. And I mean this,
- 1:41Speaker 1: you cannot hate the liberal media enough.
- 1:45Speaker 2: We're hearing incredibly optimistic views coming out of the White
- 1:48Speaker 2: House as far as how long this can hold and
- 1:50Speaker 2: what this is going to look like. That obviously still
- 1:53Speaker 2: remains to be seen on the implementation side of this,
- 1:56Speaker 2: and waiting to see if the firing does stop and
- 1:58Speaker 2: if Iran and Israel do bo agree to this, because
- 2:01Speaker 2: you know, speaking of the fluidity of the situation, it
- 2:04Speaker 2: was just twenty four hours ago that President Trump himself
- 2:06Speaker 2: was suggesting a regime change in Iran was a possibility,
- 2:10Speaker 2: and obviously right before that having the United States strike Iran,
- 2:13Speaker 2: and so yes, there have been a lot of phone
- 2:15Speaker 2: calls going back and forth. In part this has to
- 2:18Speaker 2: do with Iran's limited response earlier where they fired on
- 2:21Speaker 2: a US bas in Qatar, but there were no casualties.
- 2:24Speaker 2: We know that they did give a heads up that
- 2:26Speaker 2: they were going to be firing on US bases without
- 2:29Speaker 2: exactly specifying which ones. But that is the question here
- 2:33Speaker 2: is if the United States felt that it did not
- 2:35Speaker 2: need to respond to the Iranian retaliation, did that create
- 2:39Speaker 2: the space for this That is what we've been hearing
- 2:41Speaker 2: from administration officials, and so the question is whether or
- 2:44Speaker 2: not this still holds for the next few hours.
- 2:48Speaker 3: Caitlin, I just been given a word that Iran, according
- 2:52Speaker 3: to a diplomat who brief CNN, Iran has agreed to
- 2:55Speaker 3: the cease fire. So this is significant. I just want
- 2:59Speaker 3: to try to learn some more information as soon as
- 3:00Speaker 3: we get it about that. But if that is the case,
- 3:03Speaker 3: that's incredibly significant because that.
- 3:05Speaker 4: Is we were waiting.
- 3:06Speaker 3: We had not heard from Ron, we had not heard
- 3:08Speaker 3: from Israel. All we were going on so far has
- 3:12Speaker 3: been the president's social media post, which was some two
- 3:14Speaker 3: hours ago. So again, that is the first indication we
- 3:18Speaker 3: have that Iran has agreed to this.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Oops, right, like, you cannot make this up. And this
- 3:26Speaker 1: is the media showing you just how much they were
- 3:29Speaker 1: hoping that what Donald Trump put out would somehow not
- 3:32Speaker 1: become reality, that it would be a failure that they
- 3:36Speaker 1: could then point to him and say he's starting World
- 3:39Speaker 1: War three. Donald Trump is putting everyone's lives at risk.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Donald Trump is the problem, and you can hear it
- 3:47Speaker 1: in real time. Now, That's not the only thing I
- 3:50Speaker 1: want to remind you about. And this goes back to
- 3:53Speaker 1: liberals that are in charge. I want to take you
- 3:56Speaker 1: back to guy by the name of Scott Kirby. He
- 3:59Speaker 1: is a guy that was at the White House, a
- 4:01Speaker 1: guy that was there under the Biden regime. And what
- 4:06Speaker 1: did Scott Kirby say back on September the thirteenth of
- 4:10Speaker 1: twenty twenty three, and then what did he say January
- 4:13Speaker 1: fourth of twenty twenty four. Remember this, Kirby on the
- 4:18Speaker 1: sixth billion that Biden released to Iran, saying the last
- 4:22Speaker 1: administration was quote incredibly unseerious, absolutely terrible for the world.
- 4:29Speaker 1: Here is the comparing contrast of them.
- 4:32Speaker 5: The US will have visibility and we'll be able to
- 4:34Speaker 5: engage in oversight about where the money was going and
- 4:37Speaker 5: for what purpose. If Ron tries to divert the funds,
- 4:42Speaker 5: we'll take action and we'll lock them up again. And
- 4:44Speaker 5: that will be sufficient oversight to make sure that the
- 4:47Speaker 5: request is valid and that it's going through vendors who
- 4:52Speaker 5: we and the cutteries can trust will actually contract for
- 4:56Speaker 5: the goods, the medical equipment, the food, whatever it is.
- 4:59Speaker 5: The regime doesn't get to touch the money. Peter doesn't
- 5:02Speaker 5: go to them. They don't get to they don't get
- 5:05Speaker 5: to decide ultimate destination. Uh uh, and they have no
- 5:09Speaker 5: direct access to it. John Iran made two transactions withdrawing
- 5:15Speaker 5: from the previously frozen funds in Oman.
- 5:18Speaker 4: What were those transactions for.
- 5:21Speaker 5: I don't have the details on that, Jackie. You're gonna
- 5:24Speaker 5: have to let me get back to you on that.
- 5:26Speaker 1: There's the line. Whether it's the media or whether it
- 5:30Speaker 1: was the Biden administration, they were lying to you the
- 5:34Speaker 1: entire time about what was happening with their administration, and
- 5:38Speaker 1: they were not holding Iran accountable. And now that President
- 5:41Speaker 1: Trump has done it, they're now furious that it is
- 5:44Speaker 1: a success and they're rooting against it every step of
- 5:47Speaker 1: the way. Which brings me to the point why did
- 5:50Speaker 1: so many Americans vote for Donald Trump. It's actually very simple,
- 5:54Speaker 1: because they wanted to make sure that countries like Iran,
- 5:59Speaker 1: who are a threat to the United States America are
- 6:01Speaker 1: held accountable, and yet again the President made good on
- 6:05Speaker 1: his promise to the American people to protect and defend
- 6:10Speaker 1: the homeland. Which brings me to the other big point
- 6:14Speaker 1: in the show, and that is what was said on
- 6:18Speaker 1: TV by jd Vance, the Vice President, moments after Trump
- 6:23Speaker 1: announces his ceasefire between Israel and Iran. And I want
- 6:26Speaker 1: you to hear this conversation. I'm not going to interrupt
- 6:29Speaker 1: it because I think it's an important one, and listen
- 6:32Speaker 1: to what JD Van says. He's live on set. This
- 6:34Speaker 1: has been announced moments before they go to him of
- 6:38Speaker 1: this ceasefire, and here's what he had to say to
- 6:40Speaker 1: Brett Baer and the rest of the country and really
- 6:42Speaker 1: the world.
- 6:44Speaker 6: Besce President, thanks for coming.
- 6:45Speaker 4: Absolutely.
- 6:46Speaker 7: Just seconds ago, the President went to true social and
- 6:49Speaker 7: type this, it has been fully agreed by and between
- 6:54Speaker 7: Israel and Iran that there will be a complete and
- 6:56Speaker 7: total ceasefire.
- 6:59Speaker 6: Complete and total ceasefires. What he typed?
- 7:01Speaker 7: Yep, what does that mean? How did it come about?
- 7:04Speaker 7: What's the development?
- 7:05Speaker 8: Yeah, well, we were actually working on that just as
- 7:07Speaker 8: I left the White House to come over here. So
- 7:09Speaker 8: that's good news that the President was able to get
- 7:10Speaker 8: that across the finish line.
- 7:11Speaker 4: I think what it means Brett's quite simple.
- 7:13Speaker 8: First of all, the President, without knock on wood having
- 7:18Speaker 8: a single American casualty, obliterated the Iranian nuclear program. We
- 7:22Speaker 8: are now in a place where we weren't a week ago.
- 7:24Speaker 8: Week ago, Iran was very close to having a nuclear weapon.
- 7:28Speaker 8: Now Iran is incapable of building a nuclear weapon with
- 7:31Speaker 8: the equipment they have because we destroyed it.
- 7:33Speaker 4: So that's a very very big thing. Now.
- 7:36Speaker 8: What that means, I think is we have to talk
- 7:38Speaker 8: to Iran and of course to Israel about what the
- 7:40Speaker 8: future holds. Because while we have obliterated the Iranian nuclear program,
- 7:44Speaker 8: our hope and our expectation is that they're not going
- 7:46Speaker 8: to try to rebuild that program. And I think that's
- 7:48Speaker 8: what the President is really trying to figure out here,
- 7:51Speaker 8: is to build a long term settlement.
- 7:53Speaker 4: Here to where we can have peace in the region.
- 7:56Speaker 8: Where our regional allies and of course the American people
- 7:58Speaker 8: most importantly can be secure, but where we can ensure
- 8:01Speaker 8: that the destruction of the Iranian nuclear program that has
- 8:04Speaker 8: already happened is not something they try to rebuild.
- 8:06Speaker 7: I want to get to the obliterated part in just
- 8:08Speaker 7: a minute, but I just want to read this fully
- 8:10Speaker 7: so I get the context. Congratulations to everyone that has
- 8:13Speaker 7: been fully agreed by and between Israel and Iran that
- 8:16Speaker 7: there will be a complete and total ceasefire in approximately
- 8:19Speaker 7: six hours from now, when Israel and Iran have wound
- 8:22Speaker 7: down and completed their in progress final missions for twelve hours,
- 8:26Speaker 7: at which point the ceasefire for twelve hours, at which
- 8:29Speaker 7: point the war will be considered ended officially. Iran will
- 8:32Speaker 7: start the ceasefire, and upon the twelfth hour, Israel will
- 8:35Speaker 7: start the ceasefire, and upon the twenty fourth hour, an
- 8:37Speaker 7: official end to the twelve day War will be saluted
- 8:40Speaker 7: by the world. During each ceasefire, the other side will
- 8:43Speaker 7: remain peaceful and respectful on the assumption that everything works
- 8:46Speaker 7: as it should, which it will. I would like to
- 8:48Speaker 7: congratulate both countries, Israel and Iran, on having the stamina, courage,
- 8:52Speaker 7: and intelligence to end what should be.
- 8:54Speaker 6: Called the Twelve Day War.
- 8:55Speaker 7: This is a war that could have gone on for
- 8:57Speaker 7: years and destroyed the entire Middle East, but it did
- 9:00Speaker 7: and never will. God Bless Israel, God Bless Iran. God,
- 9:03Speaker 7: God bless Iran. God blessed the Middle East, God bless
- 9:06Speaker 7: the United States of America, and God bless the world.
- 9:09Speaker 6: He seems confident that this is all coming together.
- 9:12Speaker 4: That's right.
- 9:13Speaker 7: And when you left the White House, were you thinking
- 9:15Speaker 7: this was all gelling here?
- 9:18Speaker 8: When I left the White House, I thought that we
- 9:20Speaker 8: might be able to get it across the finish line
- 9:21Speaker 8: before this broadcast. And it looks like the President has
- 9:24Speaker 8: been able to do that. I mean, look, he's been
- 9:25Speaker 8: working the phones constantly, frankly before the Twelve Day War started.
- 9:29Speaker 4: But certainly over the past twelve days.
- 9:31Speaker 8: The President's been extremely clear about America's national objective here.
- 9:35Speaker 8: It is to create a world where a Ran cannot
- 9:38Speaker 8: build a nuclear weapon. We of course destroyed the nuclear
- 9:41Speaker 8: program that they had, and the President told the entire team,
- 9:44Speaker 8: We're going to work to make sure that they don't
- 9:46Speaker 8: try to rebuild that nuclear capability in the future. And
- 9:49Speaker 8: it's Look, this is a great thing for Israel.
- 9:51Speaker 4: Think about this.
- 9:52Speaker 8: They've accomplished an important military objective.
- 9:55Speaker 4: They've helped us.
- 9:56Speaker 8: Destroy the Iranian nuclear program. They've also destroyed the conventional
- 10:00Speaker 8: missile capability of Iran that threatened the country of Israel
- 10:03Speaker 8: for the Iranians. I think this is a new opportunity
- 10:06Speaker 8: to actually pursue the path of peace. As I said yesterday,
- 10:09Speaker 8: what the Iranians have showed through their support of terror networks,
- 10:12Speaker 8: through their now failed effort to build a nuclear weapon
- 10:15Speaker 8: is that they're just not very good at war. And
- 10:17Speaker 8: I think the President really hit the reset button and said, look,
- 10:21Speaker 8: let's actually produce.
- 10:22Speaker 4: Long term peace for the region. That's always been his goal.
- 10:26Speaker 8: I actually think when we look back, we will say
- 10:28Speaker 8: the twelve Day war.
- 10:29Speaker 4: Was an important reset moment for the entire region.
- 10:32Speaker 7: Would you be surprised if Iran is sending out signals
- 10:34Speaker 7: that it doesn't have a specific cita's fire plan. How
- 10:37Speaker 7: would the communication have been with the Iranians to get
- 10:41Speaker 7: this level of confidence to put out that detailed statement.
- 10:43Speaker 8: Well, one of the things I've learned read about the
- 10:45Speaker 8: Iranians in the past four or five months that I've
- 10:47Speaker 8: been in this job is what they say publicly and
- 10:50Speaker 8: privately can sometimes be very different. I think what the
- 10:52Speaker 8: Iranians have shown very clearly is they don't want this
- 10:55Speaker 8: war to go on for much longer. Their air defenses
- 10:57Speaker 8: have been totally destroyed, their conventional missile pro has been
- 11:01Speaker 8: largely destroyed, and of course their nuclear program has been obliterated.
- 11:04Speaker 8: As I said before, So I think the Iranians entered
- 11:07Speaker 8: a place where they don't want to keep on fighting.
- 11:09Speaker 8: You saw the President, and I don't have the truth
- 11:12Speaker 8: in front of me, but he talked about the next
- 11:14Speaker 8: six hours finalizing the attacks. I mean, I think what
- 11:17Speaker 8: he's talking about is right now for the American people watching,
- 11:20Speaker 8: it's dark over there. That's typically when the Israelis and
- 11:23Speaker 8: the Iranians have been shooting at each other. I think
- 11:25Speaker 8: there's some recognition that that might continue for another few hours.
- 11:28Speaker 8: And tomorrow really is a new day, the end of
- 11:30Speaker 8: the twelve day war, the end of the Iranian nuclear program,
- 11:33Speaker 8: and I really do believe the beginning of something very
- 11:36Speaker 8: big for peace of the Middle East.
- 11:37Speaker 1: I think the Vice President's absolutely right the way you
- 11:39Speaker 1: put it. It is a historic moment, quite possibly for
- 11:43Speaker 1: the Middle East. And it's because the leadership of Donald J.
- 11:47Speaker 4: Trump.
- 11:48Speaker 1: Nothing short of historic. President Donald Trump announcing on Monday
- 11:53Speaker 1: that Israel An Iran have agreed to a quote complete
- 11:57Speaker 1: and total ceasefire after twelve days of ongoing war between
- 12:02Speaker 1: the two countries. The present putting it this way, saying quote,
- 12:06Speaker 1: congratulations to everyone. It has been fully agreed by Israel
- 12:13Speaker 1: and Iran that there will be a complete and total
- 12:15Speaker 1: ceasefire in approximately six hours from now, when Israel and
- 12:19Speaker 1: Iran have wound down and completed their in progress final
- 12:24Speaker 1: mission for twelve hours, at which point the war will
- 12:27Speaker 1: be considered ended all capital letters, Trump putting this on
- 12:32Speaker 1: true social saying officially, Iran will start the ceasefire, and
- 12:37Speaker 1: upon the twelfth hour, Israel will start the ceasefire, and
- 12:40Speaker 1: upon the twenty fourth hour, an official end to the
- 12:44Speaker 1: twelve day war will be saluted by the world. During
- 12:51Speaker 1: each cease fire, the other side will remain peaceful and respectful.
- 12:55Speaker 1: Trump added for having agreed to a ceasefire on the
- 12:59Speaker 1: assumption that everything worked as it should, saying quote, this
- 13:05Speaker 1: is a war that could have gone on for years
- 13:08Speaker 1: and destroyed the entire Middle East, but it didn't and
- 13:11Speaker 1: never will. God bless Israel. The President then said, God
- 13:17Speaker 1: bless Iran, God bless the Middle East, God Bless the
- 13:21Speaker 1: United States of America, and then in all caps, the
- 13:24Speaker 1: President wrote, God blessed the world. Now, Trump's chosen title
- 13:29Speaker 1: the Twelve Day War is a clear allusion to the
- 13:32Speaker 1: Sixth Day War of nineteen sixty seven, another dramatic victory
- 13:36Speaker 1: by Israel over its enemies. The Twelve Day War is
- 13:40Speaker 1: no less dramatic of victory and perhaps even greater one,
- 13:44Speaker 1: opening a path for greater peace and prosperity in the
- 13:47Speaker 1: region and for the India Middle East European Economic Corridor,
- 13:53Speaker 1: the trade route that Trump has been talking about a
- 13:56Speaker 1: lot lately. Now, the other part of this is what
- 13:59Speaker 1: happened after Israel struck those Iran nuclear sites. It was
- 14:04Speaker 1: clear that Iran wanted to get a deal done quickly,
- 14:07Speaker 1: but they also had to save face, and so now
- 14:10Speaker 1: we know more about their strike against American interest in Qatar.
- 14:16Speaker 1: What we now know is that strike was symbolic and
- 14:19Speaker 1: also calibrated retaliation the missile strike on Guitars and our
- 14:24Speaker 1: Air Force base. Iran launched a barrage reportedly of fourteen
- 14:28Speaker 1: to nineteen short and medium range ballistic missiles in response
- 14:33Speaker 1: to US bunker buster bombings of the three nuclear sites
- 14:37Speaker 1: that the President ordered in America. Most missiles were intercepted. Why,
- 14:42Speaker 1: because they said beforehand this was going to happen. One
- 14:46Speaker 1: of those missiles reportedly struck the base, but caused no casualties,
- 14:51Speaker 1: thank goodness, and Iran also stated that this was a
- 14:55Speaker 1: proportional and measured response as they described it. In fact,
- 14:59Speaker 1: they fired exactly as many missiles as the US drop bombs,
- 15:04Speaker 1: emphasizing symmetry and avoiding escalation by also saving face as
- 15:11Speaker 1: a radical Islamic regime. It also provided advanced notice we
- 15:15Speaker 1: now noted Qatar and also to the US signaling quote
- 15:20Speaker 1: unquote restraint, and then the de escalation signals began. Despite
- 15:25Speaker 1: that strike, Iran avoided broader disruptions. It didn't threaten global
- 15:31Speaker 1: supplies or shut down the Strait of Hormuz. That is
- 15:35Speaker 1: something that their parliament in essence, had said they were
- 15:38Speaker 1: going to advocate for just twenty four hours earlier, but
- 15:42Speaker 1: clearly the leadership in Iran didn't want to do that.
- 15:46Speaker 1: Iran indicated it would quote stand down if Israel halted
- 15:50Speaker 1: its bombings, hinting at a conditional truce. Now, the takeaway
- 15:56Speaker 1: from all of this is that Iran's goal was clearly limited.
- 16:00Speaker 1: It was also a symbolic blow and not a full
- 16:04Speaker 1: military engagement. Why because Iran had to keep up their
- 16:09Speaker 1: strong rhetoric, but no escalation. The Supreme Leader for example,
- 16:14Speaker 1: and the IRGC emphasized their quote readiness to hit the
- 16:18Speaker 1: Achilles heel of US forces, but they actually didn't do
- 16:22Speaker 1: that at all. The Foreign Minister in Iran also came
- 16:26Speaker 1: out condemning the US bombings as a quote heinous crime
- 16:30Speaker 1: and warned of everlasting consequences, reserving all options. Clearly that
- 16:36Speaker 1: wasn't actually what they were planning on as well, and
- 16:40Speaker 1: then the parliament backed that potential closure of the Strait
- 16:43Speaker 1: of Hormuz, but the Council did not act. So what
- 16:47Speaker 1: does this mean? Overall? It's clear that this was a
- 16:51Speaker 1: broader Iranian well miscalculation that they tried to get under
- 16:56Speaker 1: control quickly. Iran is seen preparing mix of options, the
- 17:01Speaker 1: analysts have said at this hour targeted strikes on US installation,
- 17:05Speaker 1: cyber ap proxy attacks, and even plans to well disrupt
- 17:11Speaker 1: global oil or naval routes. But what really happened is
- 17:15Speaker 1: Iram seemed determined to avoid total war, wanting a balance
- 17:20Speaker 1: and a deterrence for their own people to maybe topple them,
- 17:25Speaker 1: while allowing diplomacy to work In the United States of America.
- 17:29Speaker 1: The bottom line is this, Iran has responded with a
- 17:33Speaker 1: deliberate proportional missile strike that was pre warned, carefully designed
- 17:39Speaker 1: to deter further US or Israeli aggression without triggering full
- 17:43Speaker 1: blown escalation, and by giving advance warning matching US strikes
- 17:49Speaker 1: one for one and tying any ceasefire to Israel stopping
- 17:54Speaker 1: its attacks. Tehran now appears intent on framing its move
- 17:59Speaker 1: as a strategic and restrained, not reckless regime who clearly
- 18:03Speaker 1: learned their lesson. When Donald Trump tells you you have
- 18:06Speaker 1: sixty days to make a deal, you better make the
- 18:09Speaker 1: damn deal now, you may also be asking yourself a
- 18:12Speaker 1: very important question, why was there a little bit of
- 18:15Speaker 1: leeway to quote wrap things up. I'll give you an
- 18:18Speaker 1: example of exactly why Israel apparently wanted some time to
- 18:22Speaker 1: get a few more things done before the ceasefire took effect.
- 18:26Speaker 1: The entrance gate of Iran Sitorious Even Prison, which holds
- 18:32Speaker 1: political prisoners and dual nationals, was hit as Israel carried
- 18:37Speaker 1: out a wave of coordinated air strikes targeting multiple Sykes
- 18:40Speaker 1: across Tehran. The Israeli Foreign Minister confirmed multiple salts across Iran.
- 18:47Speaker 1: They struck dozens of locations, including barracks and in the
- 18:52Speaker 1: energy ministry. As well as the university, state TV headquarters,
- 18:56Speaker 1: and police compounds, just to name a few. But the
- 19:00Speaker 1: part that's really interesting is following Friday's US bombardment of
- 19:04Speaker 1: Iran's nuclear facilities, we also found out that the prison
- 19:08Speaker 1: gates were bombed at a prison where many political prisoners
- 19:13Speaker 1: from Israel were being held. According to local reports in
- 19:17Speaker 1: Iranian state media, the strikes began around twelve noon local time.
- 19:22Speaker 1: Blasts were heard across several Tehran districts, including heavy populated areas.
- 19:28Speaker 1: Windows shattered in residential areas, and electricity was disrupted. One
- 19:32Speaker 1: explosion occurred near one of the town squares and another
- 19:36Speaker 1: in the vicinity of the IRIB State Broadcasting Center. The
- 19:41Speaker 1: entrance gate of that prison was also among the confirmed
- 19:45Speaker 1: sites that were struck, causing parts of the prison's perimeter
- 19:48Speaker 1: wall to collapse onto a parking lot. Why would that
- 19:52Speaker 1: matter because it would be a way to get out
- 19:54Speaker 1: many of the political prisoners that are being held in
- 19:57Speaker 1: Iran that are Israeli citizens. This this just goes to
- 20:00Speaker 1: show why Israel was saying, hey, we're willing to do
- 20:04Speaker 1: a deal, but we have a few more things that
- 20:06Speaker 1: we need to get done. There was even a video
- 20:09Speaker 1: posted on x by Iran's Press TV showing the moment
- 20:14Speaker 1: of the impact at the prison. I will share that
- 20:17Speaker 1: for you on social media so that you can have
- 20:19Speaker 1: it now. This prison is well basically a synopsis for
- 20:24Speaker 1: a political detention center in Iran. They housed dissidents, they
- 20:29Speaker 1: house journalists, they house protesters and foreign nationals accused of
- 20:35Speaker 1: quote espionage. It is a core element of the Iranian
- 20:39Speaker 1: regimes diplomatic security apparatus. The targeting of its GAID and
- 20:43Speaker 1: administrative offices may not cripple operations, but it carries deep
- 20:48Speaker 1: symbolic weight as well, highlighting the vulnerability of Iran's internal
- 20:52Speaker 1: repressive institutions, as well as human rights organizations that have
- 20:57Speaker 1: long documented i Ranian abuse towards and the detention of
- 21:02Speaker 1: many innocent people within their walls. The airports also were
- 21:07Speaker 1: hit earlier in the same day, Israeli fighter jets on
- 21:11Speaker 1: strikes on six major airports across western, Eastern and central Iran.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Specifically targeting these airports was an important point, the IDF said.
- 21:21Speaker 1: The strikes aimed at degrade Iran's air operations by destroying runways,
- 21:26Speaker 1: underground hangars, fuel systems, and multiple aircraft types. Including the
- 21:31Speaker 1: F fourteen's F five and AHDSH one helicopters. Now, Iran,
- 21:38Speaker 1: as you know, has vowed revenge for this, but we
- 21:41Speaker 1: also know the ceasefire is now here. So the question
- 21:45Speaker 1: is will the radicals within the Iranian government listen to
- 21:49Speaker 1: the leadership that has agreed to this deal. Are they
- 21:52Speaker 1: scared enough now that they could be killed or that
- 21:55Speaker 1: the regime could be toppled if there is not a
- 21:57Speaker 1: deal that's done. That clearly is what is riving the
- 22:01Speaker 1: Supreme Leader to do this deal right now, after threatening
- 22:04Speaker 1: America and Israel countless times in the last forty eight hours.
- 22:09Speaker 1: So this is exactly why I Israel decided we'll do
- 22:13Speaker 1: a deal, but after we get a few more things done.
- 22:16Speaker 1: They were smart in doing it this way. And now
- 22:19Speaker 1: the big thing is can what Donald Trump say become
- 22:22Speaker 1: a reality that we say we are going to be peaceful,
- 22:26Speaker 1: that we are going to stop, and that this will
- 22:29Speaker 1: actually hold up even as radical terrorist proxies like Camas
- 22:33Speaker 1: and Hesblah, I'm sure want none of this piece anywhere
- 22:37Speaker 1: close to Iran or Israel. We'll have to wait and see,
- 22:42Speaker 1: but one thing's for sure. The President of the United
- 22:44Speaker 1: States of America exactly what he promised he was going
- 22:48Speaker 1: to do, and that was to not get us into
- 22:50Speaker 1: another endless war. Sixty days that was the deadline that
- 22:55Speaker 1: Donald Trump gave a rand to come to the table
- 22:57Speaker 1: and make a deal to get rid of their ra
- 23:00Speaker 1: nuclear program. They chose not to. And it's a foreign
- 23:03Speaker 1: policy that's pretty clear. Fa fo. Donald Trump not wasting
- 23:08Speaker 1: any time doing what he needed to do to make
- 23:10Speaker 1: sure that Iran never gets a nuclear weapon. Certainly not
- 23:14Speaker 1: while he's in office. And the present made it clear
- 23:18Speaker 1: with the attack on not one, not two, but three
- 23:21Speaker 1: of the Iranian nuclear sites, they should have come to
- 23:24Speaker 1: the table much sooner. Here's the Present in his own
- 23:27Speaker 1: words at the White House.
- 23:29Speaker 9: A short time ago, the US military carried out massive
- 23:33Speaker 9: precision strikes on the three key nuclear facilities in the
- 23:38Speaker 9: Iranian regime for Doeau, Natans, and Esfahan. Everybody heard those
- 23:46Speaker 9: names for years as they built this horribly destructive enterprise.
- 23:52Speaker 9: Our objective was the destruction of Iran's nuclear intrichment capacity
- 23:57Speaker 9: and a stop to the nuclear threat posed by the
- 24:01Speaker 9: world's number one state sponsor of terror. Tonight, I can
- 24:05Speaker 9: report to the world that the strikes were a spectacular
- 24:10Speaker 9: military success. Iranski nuclear and Richmond facilities have been completely
- 24:15Speaker 9: and totally obliterated. Rand the bully of the Middle East,
- 24:20Speaker 9: must now make peace. If they do not, future attacks
- 24:24Speaker 9: would be.
- 24:24Speaker 6: Far greater and a lot easier.
- 24:27Speaker 9: For forty years, Iran has been saying death to America,
- 24:30Speaker 9: death to Israel.
- 24:32Speaker 6: They have been.
- 24:33Speaker 9: Killing our people, blowing off their arms, blowing off their
- 24:36Speaker 9: legs with roadside bombs, that was their specialty. We lost
- 24:40Speaker 9: over a thousand people, and hundreds of thousands throughout the
- 24:44Speaker 9: Middle East and around the world have died as a
- 24:47Speaker 9: direct result of their hate. In particular, so many were
- 24:51Speaker 9: killed by their general Cassem SOLMANI.
- 24:56Speaker 6: I decided a long.
- 24:57Speaker 9: Time ago that I would not let this happen, and
- 25:00Speaker 9: it will not continue. I want to thank and congratulate
- 25:04Speaker 9: Prime Minister, bb Net and Yahoo. We worked as a
- 25:08Speaker 9: team like perhaps no team has ever worked before, and
- 25:11Speaker 9: we've gone a long way to erasing this horrible threat
- 25:15Speaker 9: to Israel. I want to thank the Israeli military for
- 25:18Speaker 9: the wonderful job they've done, and most importantly, I want
- 25:22Speaker 9: to congratulate the great American patriots who flew those magnificent
- 25:26Speaker 9: machines tonight and all of the United States military on
- 25:30Speaker 9: an operation the likes of which the world has not
- 25:33Speaker 9: seen in many, many decades. Hopefully we will no longer
- 25:37Speaker 9: need their services and this capacity. I hope that's so.
- 25:41Speaker 9: I also want to congratulate the Chairman of the Joint
- 25:44Speaker 9: Chiefs of Staff, General Dan Raisin Kine, spectacular General, and
- 25:49Speaker 9: all of the brilliant military minds involved in this attack.
- 25:53Speaker 9: With all of that being said, this cannot continue. There
- 25:56Speaker 9: will be either peace or there will be tragedy for
- 25:59Speaker 9: a and far greater than we have witnessed over the
- 26:03Speaker 9: last eight days. Remember, there are many targets left. The
- 26:08Speaker 9: Nights was the most difficult of them all by far,
- 26:12Speaker 9: and perhaps the most lethal. But if peace does not
- 26:15Speaker 9: come quickly, we will go after those other targets with precision, speed,
- 26:21Speaker 9: and skill. Most of them can be taken out in
- 26:25Speaker 9: a matter of minutes. There's no military in the world
- 26:28Speaker 9: that could have done what we did tonight, not even close.
- 26:31Speaker 9: There has never been a military that could do what
- 26:34Speaker 9: took place just.
- 26:35Speaker 6: A little while ago.
- 26:37Speaker 9: Tomorrow, General Kin, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth will have
- 26:42Speaker 9: a press conference at eight am at the Pentagon, and
- 26:45Speaker 9: I want to just thank everybody, and in particular God,
- 26:51Speaker 9: I want to just say, we love you God, and
- 26:53Speaker 9: we love our great military.
- 26:55Speaker 6: Protect them.
- 26:56Speaker 9: God bless the Middle East, God bless Israel, and God
- 27:00Speaker 9: bless America.
- 27:01Speaker 6: Thank you very much, Thank you.
- 27:04Speaker 1: There was also a sincere dead of gratitude you could
- 27:07Speaker 1: hear from the President, so thankful for our men and
- 27:09Speaker 1: women in uniform who are willing to risk their lives
- 27:12Speaker 1: to protect all of us, and a sincere thanks to
- 27:15Speaker 1: God for protecting them in this incredible mission. There was
- 27:19Speaker 1: also another aspect of what just happened that's truly incredible,
- 27:23Speaker 1: not a single leak. You have a president in this
- 27:26Speaker 1: administration that has a very different staff around him, a
- 27:30Speaker 1: very different cabinet, and what we witnessed was a team
- 27:34Speaker 1: working together to make sure that all the American soldiers
- 27:38Speaker 1: were kept safe, that there were no leaks that came
- 27:41Speaker 1: out about an incredible mission, one that was incredibly complicated,
- 27:45Speaker 1: as you heard from the President, that involved countless people,
- 27:48Speaker 1: and one that was successful to the point where not
- 27:52Speaker 1: a single shot was fired at us. Jennifer Griffin at
- 27:56Speaker 1: Fox News Channel put it this way.
- 27:58Speaker 10: Well, Brett, I think yes. So my phone has been
- 28:02Speaker 10: literally ringing off the hook. But what I would say
- 28:05Speaker 10: is that it's notable how much deception was involved in
- 28:08Speaker 10: this operation. All eyes were looking west towards Guam and
- 28:12Speaker 10: the B twos that took off late last night towards Guam.
- 28:16Speaker 10: It's possible that but if the distance there would suggest
- 28:20Speaker 10: that the B twos may have also flown east from
- 28:23Speaker 10: Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri. Remember the air refuelers,
- 28:26Speaker 10: many of them were placed in Europe and in the
- 28:28Speaker 10: across the Middle East, and that is what is known
- 28:31Speaker 10: as an air refueling bridge. And all of those BE
- 28:33Speaker 10: twos would require much air refueling in order to make it.
- 28:38Speaker 10: They usually fly round trip from white men. And so
- 28:42Speaker 10: what we can say, and the President said this in
- 28:45Speaker 10: his truth Social post, is that a full payload of bombs,
- 28:49Speaker 10: those massive ordnance penetrators, the thirty thousand pounds bunker buster
- 28:53Speaker 10: bombs were dropped at four Dough And as we have reported,
- 28:56Speaker 10: there are two entrances to four Dough, so at least
- 28:59Speaker 10: two bombs each two entrants, which suggests at least two
- 29:02Speaker 10: B twos were involved over four Dough. My suspicion is
- 29:05Speaker 10: that there were more. And then you have the two
- 29:07Speaker 10: other sites, Natons, which is also has an underground enrichment facility.
- 29:12Speaker 10: The Israelis had not been able to reach or take
- 29:15Speaker 10: out that facility despite the last ten days of bombing,
- 29:18Speaker 10: and so now US warplanes likely another B two bomber
- 29:23Speaker 10: had dropped that mop, the thirty thousand pound bunker buster
- 29:27Speaker 10: on Natons. And then you also have Isfahan, a third
- 29:30Speaker 10: site south of Tehran, and that is also a very
- 29:33Speaker 10: significant enrichment facility. So those B two bombers, It's possible
- 29:39Speaker 10: that as everybody was looking west for the B twos
- 29:42Speaker 10: flying towards Guam, that in fact there was another package
- 29:44Speaker 10: of squadron of B twos that were flying east from
- 29:48Speaker 10: white Men. It's about a fifteen hour trip from white
- 29:50Speaker 10: Men in Missouri to the Middle East to Iran, and
- 29:54Speaker 10: those bombers often fly round trip and takes them about
- 29:57Speaker 10: thirty hours to get home. But they are out of
- 30:00Speaker 10: danger tonight. They are not in Iranian airspace anymore, according
- 30:03Speaker 10: to the President. The other thing I can point out, Brett,
- 30:06Speaker 10: is that this is an operation. In the last eighteen
- 30:09Speaker 10: years since I've been at the Pentagon, I've never seen
- 30:11Speaker 10: such operational security. There was nobody speaking about this any
- 30:16Speaker 10: of the preparations. There was a complete lockdown, almost a
- 30:19Speaker 10: blackout of information for the last few days. I'm sitting
- 30:23Speaker 10: here in the Pentagon right now, I can tell you
- 30:25Speaker 10: the hallways are empty and all of the information is
- 30:28Speaker 10: coming right now out of the White House. That is
- 30:30Speaker 10: a significant achievement because there were no leaks about the timing. Now,
- 30:36Speaker 10: sometimes I think those who a lot of the flight trackers,
- 30:40Speaker 10: the open source intelligence flight trackers, that flight radar did
- 30:45Speaker 10: indicate some of the when the B twos took off
- 30:47Speaker 10: from white Men, But again, nobody really expected that it
- 30:51Speaker 10: would take place this evening. If you looked at the
- 30:53Speaker 10: moon schedule, you might have had a clue because it
- 30:56Speaker 10: was a waning crescent and almost a new move on
- 31:00Speaker 10: the twenty fifth, So it would have been very very
- 31:02Speaker 10: dark over Iran tonight, and you need that in order to.
- 31:07Speaker 1: Bomb.
- 31:08Speaker 10: That's the ideal condition for something like a B two
- 31:11Speaker 10: That is, yes, itself stealth, but it still has to
- 31:14Speaker 10: be escorted in in case any Iran were to put
- 31:17Speaker 10: up any planes or there were any opportunities to fire
- 31:21Speaker 10: on those B twos, which are such valuable and very
- 31:25Speaker 10: very special planes. Only the US military has this kind
- 31:28Speaker 10: of weaponry and this capability. No other country in the
- 31:31Speaker 10: world could have carried off what occurred tonight at those
- 31:35Speaker 10: three uranium enrichment sites.
- 31:38Speaker 1: Truly incredible work by our men and women in uniform
- 31:41Speaker 1: and is you could hear there from the Pentagon. The
- 31:44Speaker 1: fact that no one knew that this was happening and
- 31:47Speaker 1: no one leaked it truly tells you about how great
- 31:51Speaker 1: this administration is that Donald Trump has around him this time.
- 31:55Speaker 1: It brings me to the final point. There is a
- 31:57Speaker 1: lot of concern about what a Ran is going to
- 32:00Speaker 1: do next with retaliation. Obviously they are going after Israel
- 32:05Speaker 1: as we speak, but what could happen at home and
- 32:08Speaker 1: how vigilant should we stay. Well, the answer is we
- 32:11Speaker 1: should stay vigilant, We should be careful because there is
- 32:15Speaker 1: one major problem. We had a massive open border for
- 32:18Speaker 1: far too long under Joe Biden, and what we have
- 32:20Speaker 1: found out is that there was an incredible number of
- 32:23Speaker 1: Iranian nationals that were deliberately released into the interior of
- 32:28Speaker 1: this country, thousands of them. On top of the fact
- 32:32Speaker 1: that we also had another problem those that got away
- 32:36Speaker 1: that we did not catch that we're clearly coming in
- 32:39Speaker 1: from Iran. So is there a real chance that sleeper
- 32:42Speaker 1: sales from Iran could be activated in this country. The answer,
- 32:45Speaker 1: unfortunately is yes. And who is to blame for that
- 32:48Speaker 1: None other than Joe Biden and the Biden administration who
- 32:51Speaker 1: deliberately opened our borders and allowed the flood of millions
- 32:55Speaker 1: of illegal immigrants into this country. Tom Homan talking on
- 32:58Speaker 1: Fox News about how can concerned he is about this
- 33:01Speaker 1: after the US strikes Iran. Take a listen.
- 33:04Speaker 11: So I put numbers this morning just from a CBP.
- 33:07Speaker 11: Under Joe Biden, there was one two hundred and seventy
- 33:10Speaker 11: two nationals Iran releasing the country between Ofo and and
- 33:14Speaker 11: the Bordatroll. And you compare that the Trump administration zero right,
- 33:17Speaker 11: zero releases and right now, because of President Trump's leadership,
- 33:20Speaker 11: we have the most secure border in my lifetime, most
- 33:22Speaker 11: secure border in history of this nation. So we have
- 33:24Speaker 11: a secure border. So that was a President Trump's big
- 33:28Speaker 11: win on security this nation. So we're not releasing people
- 33:30Speaker 11: in this country, especially interest aliens aren't crossing that border undetected.
- 33:33Speaker 11: But under Joe Biden, we had over ten million people
- 33:35Speaker 11: across that border. But my biggest concern from day one,
- 33:38Speaker 11: beyond the fat and all beyond the sex trafficking, women
- 33:40Speaker 11: and children were the two man known godaways. Over two
- 33:43Speaker 11: million people cross that border. We don't know who they are,
- 33:46Speaker 11: where they came from, because they got away because Bordatrol
- 33:49Speaker 11: was so overwhelmed with the humanitarian crisis that Biden created
- 33:52Speaker 11: that over two million people cross the border and got away.
- 33:55Speaker 11: That is my biggest concern, and that's what created the
- 33:57Speaker 11: biggest national security vulnerability this country's ever seen.
- 34:00Speaker 1: It's an important reminder of how thankful we should all
- 34:02Speaker 1: be that Donald Trump is the president the United States
- 34:05Speaker 1: of America. Not only did he secure the southern border
- 34:08Speaker 1: and protect us from possible sleeper cells that are trying
- 34:11Speaker 1: to get into this country, but he's also protecting us
- 34:13Speaker 1: abroad by making sure that a rand doesn't have a
- 34:17Speaker 1: nuclear weapon. Yes, we can celebrate the fact that that
- 34:20Speaker 1: has happened, but we also have to be careful and
- 34:23Speaker 1: cautious and vigilant and pray for our men and women
- 34:26Speaker 1: in uniform all at the same time. Make sure you
- 34:29Speaker 1: share this podcast with your family and friends, put it
- 34:31Speaker 1: up on social media wherever you are, and we appreciate
- 34:35Speaker 1: you listening every day. We'll see you back here tomorrow.
