- 0:59Speaker 3: You know you.

- 1:31Speaker 5: I can't.
- 1:41Speaker 2: Got to turn the mouth turn you probably got to
- 1:44Speaker 2: turn the mouth turn out, turn the water of the
- 1:47Speaker 2: morning up.
- 1:49Speaker 1: Look me.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Come come out.
- 1:59Speaker 6: You think that, Uh huh, I sure will come on
- 2:04Speaker 6: to everybody listen to the voice. Come on, dig me now.
- 2:10Speaker 6: One and only Steve Harvey got a radio self. Steve
- 2:16Speaker 6: Harvey got a radio show. Sometimes when a chuckle like
- 2:19Speaker 6: that reminds me and my oldest brother that passed the
- 2:21Speaker 6: way he used to laugh like that. It's kind of
- 2:23Speaker 6: funny how jeans get passed down through the line. I
- 2:26Speaker 6: don't know why I told you all that. Just want
- 2:28Speaker 6: to share it with you, that's all. As always, always
- 2:32Speaker 6: kind of asked God to help me, you know. And
- 2:35Speaker 6: and and I had I had gotten off track a
- 2:38Speaker 6: little bit because one of the principles of success I
- 2:43Speaker 6: want to share with you all today is a law
- 2:45Speaker 6: of attraction. And that is very very serious principle. It
- 2:50Speaker 6: cannot be ignored the law of attraction. And I'm not
- 2:56Speaker 6: going to be able to explain it to you as
- 2:59Speaker 6: well as the book Secrets can, or as well as
- 3:02Speaker 6: some people. I can only articulate it to you the
- 3:06Speaker 6: way that I see it. And the law of attraction
- 3:09Speaker 6: is very, very real. The law of attraction is a
- 3:13Speaker 6: principle of success. It is something that everyone has to
- 3:18Speaker 6: adhere to. Now, whether you know the law of attraction
- 3:23Speaker 6: or not, it does not make it not exist for you.
- 3:28Speaker 6: This is the case where ignorance is not the excuse.
- 3:33Speaker 6: The fact that no one told it to you. There
- 3:37Speaker 6: is no pass for this one. The fact that you
- 3:40Speaker 6: never heard it before it does not allow you to
- 3:44Speaker 6: do it any other way. So let me see if
- 3:47Speaker 6: I can put it to you best I can. The
- 3:50Speaker 6: law of attraction, the law of attraction, to put it real, simply,
- 3:55Speaker 6: is the thing that you focus on, the thing that
- 3:59Speaker 6: you talk about, the thing that you think of, is
- 4:04Speaker 6: the thing that you draw to you. It's what you
- 4:07Speaker 6: attract to you. That's basically the law of attraction. The
- 4:11Speaker 6: thing that you talk about, the thing that you think about,
- 4:16Speaker 6: the thing that you focus on, whatever it is that
- 4:21Speaker 6: is what you attract. The law of attraction does not
- 4:27Speaker 6: differentiate from positive and negative.
- 4:31Speaker 1: It only does what it does. What I am saying
- 4:36Speaker 1: is this in the law of attraction.
- 4:40Speaker 6: No matter what you think of, no matter what occupies
- 4:45Speaker 6: your time, no matter what you say, or no matter
- 4:48Speaker 6: what the focus is, positive or negative, the law of
- 4:52Speaker 6: attraction knows neither one. It just attracts it. So let's
- 4:57Speaker 6: use some examples here. I can just the best example
- 5:01Speaker 6: always uses me.
- 5:03Speaker 1: That way.
- 5:03Speaker 6: I ain't got to figure out nothing. I can just
- 5:05Speaker 6: tell you my side of it. I was in a
- 5:08Speaker 6: lot of debt one time in my life. This is
- 5:12Speaker 6: before any of you knew me, so you can understand.
- 5:16Speaker 1: In case you're not.
- 5:19Speaker 6: Thinking, I don't want you to think that this conversation
- 5:21Speaker 6: is about your income level, because it's not. It doesn't
- 5:25Speaker 6: matter what income level you are. The law of attraction
- 5:28Speaker 6: works in all aspects money, family, relationships, job, career, love.
- 5:34Speaker 6: It just works that way. Okay, here's the deal. I
- 5:37Speaker 6: kept saying, man, this debt is killing me. I got
- 5:42Speaker 6: to get out. That's what I thought was a good goal,
- 5:46Speaker 6: to get out of debt. But what I kept saying was,
- 5:50Speaker 6: you know, I kept talking about debt, and you.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Know what it kept doing. It kept attracting debt to me.
- 5:58Speaker 1: So guess what, so I could get out that's all?
- 6:03Speaker 1: Is that crazy?
- 6:05Speaker 6: That is an amazing law to understand. What turned it
- 6:09Speaker 6: around for me was I started claiming a life of abundance. God,
- 6:17Speaker 6: I am seeking a life of abundance. I want to
- 6:21Speaker 6: have more than enough. I want to be able to
- 6:25Speaker 6: help other people. I just want to have a law
- 6:28Speaker 6: of attraction so that I be able to provide my
- 6:31Speaker 6: family and lifestyle that I want to provide them. I want,
- 6:34Speaker 6: Heavenly Father to be able to be an example of
- 6:38Speaker 6: your goodness and your grace in my life. That is
- 6:42Speaker 6: what I started saying. And guess what, that's what I
- 6:46Speaker 6: started attracting. I'm going to have a great relationship with
- 6:50Speaker 6: my children. I'm going to be the father that I
- 6:53Speaker 6: always wanted to be. I'm going to be a good father.
- 6:57Speaker 6: I'm going to be a good husband.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Now.
- 7:00Speaker 6: I am going to do the right things. I am
- 7:04Speaker 6: going to be the type of example that my sons
- 7:07Speaker 6: can look no further and go. I can be like
- 7:09Speaker 6: my dad. I want to be able to be a place,
- 7:12Speaker 6: a beacon of light and hope for my daughters to
- 7:15Speaker 6: come through. That's what I started saying, that's what I
- 7:18Speaker 6: started attracting to my life. The law of attraction does
- 7:24Speaker 6: not care if you want it to be positive or negative.
- 7:28Speaker 6: The law of attraction just attracts whatever it is. You
- 7:33Speaker 6: focus on, what you think about, the words that come
- 7:37Speaker 6: out your mouth. You cannot overlook this principle of success
- 7:42Speaker 6: and expect to make it because of the fact that
- 7:45Speaker 6: you've never heard of the law of attraction, because of
- 7:47Speaker 6: the fact that you don't know how it really operates.
- 7:51Speaker 1: It does not make it not exist in your day.
- 7:55Speaker 6: You can start today attracting the right things to your
- 8:00Speaker 6: life by changing what you say, what you think, what
- 8:07Speaker 6: you focus on. Change the focus, change the thought, change
- 8:14Speaker 6: the words that come out your mouth, and guess what
- 8:19Speaker 6: you change what you attract to yourself. You have got
- 8:23Speaker 6: to ask yourself, why is it?
- 8:25Speaker 1: Man?
- 8:26Speaker 6: Man, let me tell you something. Somebody said the Bishop
- 8:28Speaker 6: Jakes one time. They said, man, everything you touch turns
- 8:32Speaker 6: to gold. He said, no, I just don't touch everything. Man,
- 8:39Speaker 6: This is crazy.
- 8:41Speaker 1: Come on, man, he has a focus. He has a focus.
- 8:46Speaker 6: See, he ain't just everywhere. Bring me any idea, Let
- 8:49Speaker 6: me try that. No, no, no, man, he has a focus.
- 8:53Speaker 6: He has a law of attraction that's working, where he's
- 8:56Speaker 6: attracting things to his life that that's positive that he can.
- 9:01Speaker 6: That's not to say Bishop Jakes don't have problems, because
- 9:04Speaker 6: we talk often and man, he have them. Oh please understand.
- 9:08Speaker 6: And he not trying to attract the problems. But what
- 9:11Speaker 6: he will attract is the proper solution for the problem.
- 9:16Speaker 6: And ain't that all you need? Sometimes? God did not
- 9:19Speaker 6: say that it would be easy. He just said he
- 9:23Speaker 6: would be with you. And if God is with you,
- 9:26Speaker 6: who can be against you? God will make your enemies
- 9:29Speaker 6: your footstool. God is powerful man, His word is true.
- 9:33Speaker 6: He do what he say he gonna do. Now, all
- 9:36Speaker 6: we got to do is do some of what we say.
- 9:38Speaker 6: But we ain't gonna do everything. Just do some of
- 9:40Speaker 6: what we say. Okay, here's the deal. God is going
- 9:44Speaker 6: to do everything he say he gonna do. You and
- 9:47Speaker 6: I just got to do some of the stuff we
- 9:49Speaker 6: say we're gonna do it because He already know we
- 9:51Speaker 6: ain't gonna do all of them.
- 9:52Speaker 1: He clear on that. He clear on that. All right,
- 9:56Speaker 1: thank you you're listening.
- 9:59Speaker 6: Morning, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, Animal trainers, waste
- 10:08Speaker 6: collection truck drivers, uber drivers, fast food employee, church members,
- 10:17Speaker 6: Deacons Alderman calling all people from all corners of the hood.
- 10:27Speaker 6: I need you on and divided attention. I'm going to
- 10:29Speaker 6: make you aware of something right now that you need
- 10:32Speaker 6: to be keenly aware of. This moment that you're experiencing now,
- 10:36Speaker 6: this thing called morning, this new day. You've never had
- 10:39Speaker 6: this one before. This is a moment that has never
- 10:43Speaker 6: been gifted to you before. You will never get it again.
- 10:48Speaker 6: You don't get a redo. This is a one off.
- 10:52Speaker 1: What an amazing gift.
- 10:54Speaker 6: And do you realize how many years he has given
- 10:56Speaker 6: you these one offs every day?
- 10:59Speaker 1: Y'all? To start thanking him now, I know I did
- 11:01Speaker 1: this morning.
- 11:02Speaker 6: I was on my mountain bike this morning, riding around
- 11:05Speaker 6: man LOI watching the sun come up over this hill.
- 11:07Speaker 1: I said, Man, thank you Lord.
- 11:09Speaker 6: Then the devil crept in and tried to make me
- 11:11Speaker 6: think of something, something negative while I was riding the bike,
- 11:15Speaker 6: because you know, when you're in pain, your body go
- 11:17Speaker 6: to a negative thoughts sometimes. But I quickly said no, no,
- 11:22Speaker 6: Holy Spirit, come on, stay with me and I've finished
- 11:25Speaker 6: my ride up. Grateful man, Just be grateful today, y'all.
- 11:28Speaker 6: If you don't do nothing else, show some gratitude for
- 11:30Speaker 6: what all he's done for you. That will increase your
- 11:33Speaker 6: chances of getting some more stuff. But if you're not
- 11:36Speaker 6: grateful for what you have, God is a very very
- 11:39Speaker 6: fair God. Now why would I give you more that
- 11:42Speaker 6: you don't really care to be grateful for. I would
- 11:45Speaker 6: think about that if I were you, Steve Harvey Mortar Show,
- 11:48Speaker 6: Shirley Strawberry, who I'm officially through with. Don't call me
- 11:51Speaker 6: no more. No no, I've called you, no no, I've
- 11:55Speaker 6: sent you, text you on return text. I don't know
- 11:57Speaker 6: what to help. Don't call me. If you fire, you're fired, Yeah,
- 12:02Speaker 6: you fired. You ain't my friend no more. I'm thinking
- 12:04Speaker 6: about taking you off the show. Sill stop there, Colin. Well, Mississima, though, no,
- 12:11Speaker 6: I don't love me. How you love people? Love people,
- 12:13Speaker 6: you call people back, love people, you text people back.
- 12:16Speaker 6: So if I ain't text you, then you know I
- 12:18Speaker 6: don't care nothing about you. That's the rule in my life, Junior,
- 12:21Speaker 6: govern and kiss face and nephew timing the legend of
- 12:24Speaker 6: that's what.
- 12:24Speaker 1: We're going on today. But you are fired, surely, my lord,
- 12:28Speaker 1: we're no longer friends. I can't believe it. Twenty some
- 12:31Speaker 1: years of friendship. I text you twice. You don't even
- 12:34Speaker 1: return the damn text. Hold on, hold on, hold let
- 12:37Speaker 1: me tell me. Do you not see you don't?
- 12:40Speaker 4: You don't.
- 12:41Speaker 7: This has nothing to do with you.
- 12:42Speaker 1: But when he said you're not reading that, no I didn't.
- 12:46Speaker 1: So it was too you just see he got too late,
- 12:50Speaker 1: too late for what can.
- 12:51Speaker 7: We go on with the show? Please think this is
- 12:54Speaker 7: off air con.
- 12:58Speaker 1: But look at the lights? Yeah, you respond.
- 13:07Speaker 8: Man, No, I don't, Tommy, No, I don't know. It
- 13:12Speaker 8: was embarrassing. Monica sent a group tech last night and
- 13:16Speaker 8: you said, thank you? You do respond?
- 13:19Speaker 7: Oh it was time just to let her know. I
- 13:21Speaker 7: knew she responded to time.
- 13:24Speaker 6: Yeah, no, not all No, no, no, let me ask
- 13:27Speaker 6: you something last night? Did I respond to the group text?
- 13:30Speaker 3: Oh?
- 13:30Speaker 7: Look at the time, Look at the time.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Coming up, I say it.
- 13:35Speaker 7: I don't give coming up at thirty two minutes after
- 13:38Speaker 7: the hour, we'll hear from the nephew as he runs
- 13:41Speaker 7: the prank back right after this. You're listening hard morning show.

- 13:50Speaker 7: prank back.

- 15:36Speaker 4: even biologically possible, That's what I thought. But I found
- 15:39Speaker 4: out that two seeds could actually join together create twins,
- 15:43Speaker 4: and each one of them could have a different daddy.
- 15:45Speaker 4: I'm finding this out for the first for first hand myself.
- 15:48Speaker 4: Oh Man, you ain't found man, Man, whatever may I'm

- 16:07Speaker 4: me ask you your set of twins. Are they are they?

- 16:16Speaker 4: let me tell you something, man. I want you to

- 16:21Speaker 4: got that's on y'all, man, this ain't got nothing to
- 16:24Speaker 4: do with my twins. Man, ain't got nothing to do
- 16:26Speaker 4: with my twins. Man. One of them dark skin when

- 16:38Speaker 4: And I'm dark skinned. Man, I'm light skinned. Man, I'm young.
- 16:41Speaker 4: The light skin twin must be mine. You know what, Man,
- 16:44Speaker 4: I'm not waving to continue this conversation no more. I'm
- 16:48Speaker 4: gonna just tell you something. Dog. You don't know where

- 20:19Speaker 4: go what mucky on there?
- 20:21Speaker 3: Man?
- 20:21Speaker 4: Watch dog? I can't believe it.
- 20:25Speaker 7: Man.
- 20:26Speaker 4: Oh Man, all right, hey, man, I gotta ask you, man,
- 20:31Speaker 4: what is the baddest I'm talking about the baddest radio
- 20:34Speaker 4: show in the land. Oh Man, the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Man.
- 20:38Speaker 4: I listen every morning.
- 20:40Speaker 3: Man.
- 20:40Speaker 4: I just can't believe y'all got me.
- 20:41Speaker 7: Man, all right, thinking of you.
- 20:45Speaker 9: You're listening hard morning show.
- 20:49Speaker 7: Coming up at the top of the hour. In entertainment news,
- 20:52Speaker 7: Stephen A. Smith back in the news. It's time defending
- 20:55Speaker 7: his decision to charge close to three thousand dollars for
- 20:59Speaker 7: his youth basketball camp. We'll talk about that, Yeah, yeah,
- 21:03Speaker 7: we'll talk about it. Also, actor Wayne Brady admits that
- 21:07Speaker 7: he's pan sexual. Uh, and we'll talk about the Montgomery
- 21:11Speaker 7: brawl and our favorite memes. That's all coming up. Yeah,
- 21:16Speaker 7: we'll talk about it. We'll talk you'll see, that's all
- 21:19Speaker 7: coming up. But right now it is time to ask
- 21:22Speaker 7: the c l O. This is from Hamena and Saint Louis.
- 21:27Speaker 7: Amina says, my husband's family loves to come visit for
- 21:31Speaker 7: the summer, but they never stay at a hotel all summer.
- 21:35Speaker 7: We have had company, and my husband doesn't help with
- 21:37Speaker 7: the housework. How do I politely tell his family they're
- 21:41Speaker 7: not welcome next summer clo.
- 21:47Speaker 1: Well, what stop paying your mortgage?
- 21:55Speaker 3: You know.
- 22:00Speaker 6: In that way, it ain't got nowhere to come to
- 22:02Speaker 6: you to do that. You know how bad I've had
- 22:05Speaker 6: some family that was that bad. I'd have done it.
- 22:07Speaker 6: I'd have done it right there. Id just shut the
- 22:09Speaker 6: whole house down.
- 22:14Speaker 1: You could. Here's another thing you could do.
- 22:18Speaker 6: You could go to Lows and buy about forty sheets
- 22:23Speaker 6: of plywood four by.
- 22:25Speaker 1: Eight, and the night before they come board up the house,
- 22:31Speaker 1: you know, like a hurricane, like a storm. Yeah, and
- 22:34Speaker 1: just act like y'all didn't move.
- 22:37Speaker 6: That'll throw them off, you know, and buy a lot
- 22:40Speaker 6: of weeds and put them out in front of the house.
- 22:41Speaker 1: Like it's been abandoned for a while. You could do that.
- 22:46Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 22:48Speaker 1: Oh, that's another good idea right there.
- 22:53Speaker 6: You could bring in some white people and had them
- 22:56Speaker 6: set up their machines at night, and then the black
- 22:59Speaker 6: family y'all doing, well, we think it's ghost in here,
- 23:02Speaker 6: and we walked this company into to monitor.
- 23:06Speaker 1: That a clear. Yeah, that cleared out right there. All
- 23:11Speaker 1: the black people leave it right there. Those are my
- 23:13Speaker 1: suggestions to go ahead, Shirley, all right.
- 23:17Speaker 7: Next is Christy and Dayton Christie writes, I was a
- 23:20Speaker 7: side piece until my man decided to tell his wife
- 23:22Speaker 7: that he was in love with me. They got divorced,
- 23:25Speaker 7: and he is trying to marry me immediately. I don't
- 23:28Speaker 7: think I want to marry this cheater, even though he
- 23:31Speaker 7: is my soulmate. Will he cheat on me too?
- 23:35Speaker 5: Well?
- 23:35Speaker 6: The weed make up your mind. You don't know if
- 23:39Speaker 6: you want to marry this cheatah, even though he is
- 23:44Speaker 6: your soul mate.
- 23:46Speaker 1: He cheated.
- 23:49Speaker 6: M Well, that's the only way you're gonna know if
- 23:51Speaker 6: you're the soul mate. Should if you already married, you
- 23:55Speaker 6: got to cheat with her for huddy.
- 23:59Speaker 7: Oh, he was doing research.
- 24:02Speaker 6: It's a process he is, and he wants to marry
- 24:04Speaker 6: her immediately. The man, I'll tell you one thing. The
- 24:09Speaker 6: man do love this side piece, Yes see, I'll tell
- 24:11Speaker 6: you that right now, because if you walk in the
- 24:13Speaker 6: house and make the announcement to your wife, you've clearly
- 24:16Speaker 6: had enough. You've clearly had enough and wants to marry
- 24:19Speaker 6: you immediately. Now you sent opinion. You don't know if
- 24:22Speaker 6: you want to marry this cheetah, even though he is
- 24:26Speaker 6: your soul mate. You need to make up your mind.
- 24:28Speaker 6: I would say this to you that life is not
- 24:31Speaker 6: a perfect situation. It's not a perfect thing. Doesn't mean
- 24:35Speaker 6: he'll cheat on you. Doesn't mean that women, you all
- 24:39Speaker 6: should stop that false narrative that you have about me
- 24:43Speaker 6: and wants a Cheatah always cheater. That's not a true statement.
- 24:47Speaker 6: People change, people learn, people grow, people get better. So
- 24:51Speaker 6: you can throw a man away for cheating on you,
- 24:55Speaker 6: he may not be for you anymore, But that doesn't
- 24:58Speaker 6: mean that he won't go somewhere and get it.
- 25:00Speaker 7: But what if you know that saying if he cheated
- 25:03Speaker 7: with you, he'll cheat on you.
- 25:05Speaker 1: Where y'all get that from? That's another one.
- 25:07Speaker 7: Women, that's another statement. I'm just saying.
- 25:10Speaker 1: Women. It's not a statement, it's a it's a it's
- 25:12Speaker 1: a narrative that women have created.
- 25:17Speaker 11: And then these yeah, that's right, all those.
- 25:24Speaker 9: Then he'll cheat.
- 25:25Speaker 7: If you cheat you, he'll cheat on all of that.
- 25:28Speaker 1: Right, And that doesn't always prove out.
- 25:34Speaker 5: Of it.
- 25:36Speaker 7: I don't know about that one.
- 25:37Speaker 1: But you know what I mean.
- 25:38Speaker 6: But but it's like this, I mean, if you want
- 25:40Speaker 6: to hang on to it, then you can hang on
- 25:42Speaker 6: to it, and you can and you can make it
- 25:44Speaker 6: a reality. Because if once you accept something as a theory,
- 25:47Speaker 6: and a philosophy.
- 25:48Speaker 1: Then that's what you live by.
- 25:49Speaker 6: It's nothing I can do to change, but I can
- 25:51Speaker 6: be the clo anybody else. But if you are convinced
- 25:53Speaker 6: that once a cheating, always a cheating, how you get
- 25:56Speaker 6: him is how you're gonna lose what you got.
- 25:58Speaker 1: What goes around comes around.
- 26:00Speaker 6: There's a thing called grace and a theme called forgiveness
- 26:03Speaker 6: that has passed out all the time.
- 26:05Speaker 1: And people are are capable of getting that. I've seen
- 26:09Speaker 1: it done.
- 26:11Speaker 7: Don't you think she's talking about trust and all? Can
- 26:14Speaker 7: she trust this guy?
- 26:15Speaker 1: Now? Can she trusts herself?
- 26:18Speaker 6: But it's where she come in from all of a sudden,
- 26:20Speaker 6: she right, you was cheating with a man that was married.
- 26:23Speaker 1: What what the righteous now that in you? But he's
- 26:26Speaker 1: gonna cheat on me? You was cheating, You woke up
- 26:30Speaker 1: a home. Now you want to blame him.
- 26:34Speaker 6: A man can't cheat unless you cheat with him. So
- 26:37Speaker 6: you got to bear your responsibility of it too. Stop
- 26:40Speaker 6: dumping this all on the man.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Here a cheat? You a Cheatah?
- 26:45Speaker 3: You know.
- 26:49Speaker 6: So you know what where your where your stink in
- 26:52Speaker 6: the game at it's always you know. You can't be
- 26:55Speaker 6: a part of the problem and then want him to
- 26:59Speaker 6: provide the whole solution.
- 27:01Speaker 1: Jo ass is a Cheatah too.
- 27:04Speaker 7: Too, cheaters to cheaters. Yeah, all right, well moving on,
- 27:09Speaker 7: thank you, that was good.
- 27:10Speaker 1: Moving on to Ashley, tell right now, you didn't really
- 27:12Speaker 1: mean thank you?
- 27:14Speaker 7: You did?
- 27:16Speaker 1: We really did?
- 27:18Speaker 7: Actually in memory too, Faith, you're just mad at me today, Ashley,
- 27:22Speaker 7: you already fired me. Ashley in Memphis writes that this
- 27:27Speaker 7: girl I work with showed me a video from a
- 27:29Speaker 7: birthday party, and my boyfriend was at the party. I
- 27:32Speaker 7: asked him why didn't he take me with him or
- 27:34Speaker 7: tell me about it? And he said that he doesn't
- 27:36Speaker 7: have to tell me every little thing he does. Is
- 27:38Speaker 7: this the beginning of a much bigger issue with us?
- 27:41Speaker 7: Or is he right about this?
- 27:44Speaker 1: Well, it's not that he's right about it.
- 27:47Speaker 6: It's just that he told you he ain't got to
- 27:49Speaker 6: tell you everything. So now you must be prepared to
- 27:53Speaker 6: have a lot of stuff you ain't fitting.
- 27:54Speaker 4: No.
- 27:56Speaker 1: I never talking about wife, that right, my boyfriend.
- 28:01Speaker 6: Right, But nothing nothing changes after you get married. If
- 28:05Speaker 6: you married this guy, he gonna do this stuff, who's
- 28:07Speaker 6: gonna tell you? And all men do things they can't
- 28:10Speaker 6: tell you about, and all women do things they don't
- 28:13Speaker 6: tell us.
- 28:14Speaker 1: About it at all, y'all, So shut your damn.
- 28:21Speaker 6: I have told you all about this truth why truth
- 28:26Speaker 6: is one of the most overrated things I've ever seen.
- 28:30Speaker 1: You just tell the truth at all costs.
- 28:32Speaker 4: Man.
- 28:32Speaker 1: If I'm in court, eyelight.
- 28:36Speaker 7: Yourself.
- 28:38Speaker 6: If I think that's what I think, Okay, I can
- 28:42Speaker 6: stay free. So this next statement is gonna get said.
- 28:48Speaker 6: If this want to keep me free, here you go.
- 28:52Speaker 7: All right, Look we got to go thank the Lord.
- 28:55Speaker 7: Coming up next it is Entertainment News right after this.
- 28:59Speaker 9: You're Hardy morning show.
- 29:04Speaker 7: Well Steve, our good friend, stephen A. Smith has had
- 29:08Speaker 7: to respond to critics yet again for charging almost three
- 29:12Speaker 7: thousand dollars twenty eight ninety nine that's twenty eight hundred
- 29:15Speaker 7: and ninety nine dollars per person now for his youth
- 29:19Speaker 7: basketball camp. This is at the IMG Academy in Florida.
- 29:22Speaker 7: The camp is going on this week. It started Sunday
- 29:25Speaker 7: and will end this Saturday, August twelfth. Smith was accused
- 29:29Speaker 7: of taking advantage of his celebrity status to line his pockets,
- 29:33Speaker 7: and he addressed his critics during his YouTube show. Stephen
- 29:37Speaker 7: A started his response with do you know who in
- 29:40Speaker 7: the hell you're talking to? He then went on to
- 29:43Speaker 7: list his accolades, accolades and the money he's donated to
- 29:46Speaker 7: his alma mater. He continued with quote, I am a
- 29:49Speaker 7: graduate of an HBCU. I donate a minimum of fifty
- 29:53Speaker 7: to one hundred thousand dollars per year to my alma
- 29:56Speaker 7: mater minimum. Did you know that I am the ambassador
- 29:59Speaker 7: for HBCU Week and I have been for years. They've
- 30:03Speaker 7: raised Steve like forty six million dollars in scholarships. So
- 30:08Speaker 7: the question is, uh, do you guys think that three
- 30:11Speaker 7: thousand dollars is too much for youth camp? And why not.
- 30:14Speaker 1: Do it for free?
- 30:16Speaker 12: Well?
- 30:16Speaker 1: I don't see it for free, but I think three
- 30:19Speaker 1: is a lot. Yes, Is Lebron gonna be there?
- 30:30Speaker 6: One?
- 30:31Speaker 1: I can't learn it from him? Is Lebron gonna be there?
- 30:34Speaker 5: But I need to know.
- 30:36Speaker 1: Well, first of all, let me say I love Steven A. Smith.
- 30:39Speaker 1: That's my boy.
- 30:40Speaker 7: Yeah, that's all I bore.
- 30:42Speaker 1: But let me just comment on the story. Okay, why
- 30:46Speaker 1: would I here we go seeing my child to the
- 30:50Speaker 1: Steven A.
- 30:51Speaker 6: Smith basketball camp for three thousand dollars when I have
- 30:58Speaker 6: not seen Steven They smell make a basket?
- 31:04Speaker 1: Now, if it was the Stephen A.
- 31:06Speaker 6: Smith Sports Commentary School of Commentating.
- 31:11Speaker 1: I got three thousands from my child down there.
- 31:14Speaker 6: That's like sending your baby down to the Steve Harvey
- 31:18Speaker 6: Golf Academy. I tell you right now, this t Harvey
- 31:26Speaker 6: Golf Academy. You ain't got a shot in hell of
- 31:30Speaker 6: your baby being Tiger Woods. When I give him back,
- 31:33Speaker 6: he'll barely be kitty Cat Cotton before his ass and
- 31:37Speaker 6: be Tiger Woods.
- 31:38Speaker 1: I'm telling you right now, it's so damn funny to me.
- 31:43Speaker 1: I don't care what Steven they do. I really don't.
- 31:46Speaker 6: But when you list your accolades, ain't none of them
- 31:49Speaker 6: said nothing about no damn basketball. That's I'm not sending
- 31:52Speaker 6: my baby down to the Steven A. Smill basketball camp.
- 31:57Speaker 6: What is we gonna go down here and talk about basketball?
- 32:01Speaker 1: We're gonna watch other people play.
- 32:03Speaker 7: Yeah, but but I'm asking did he play? Has he
- 32:05Speaker 7: played basketball before?
- 32:07Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 32:07Speaker 1: He played?
- 32:09Speaker 7: Okay, Well, so he does know the game and everything.
- 32:13Speaker 9: Of course, you know, we all know.
- 32:16Speaker 1: Yeah, I know the game.
- 32:19Speaker 13: Yeah, that's why I said, y'all know the game.
- 32:21Speaker 1: Oh, I've been to basketball coach before Roxbury Rockets. Roxbury Rockets,
- 32:31Speaker 1: I coached a basketball team before. Okay, Oh, I know
- 32:35Speaker 1: the game. I know some messes and old.
- 32:37Speaker 6: I know pick and roll two two two three two
- 32:41Speaker 6: one three one two one two man or man six
- 32:46Speaker 6: and one.
- 32:47Speaker 7: Oh, but if you have a camp, though, I have
- 32:52Speaker 7: got a lot of money. Maybe if all the proceeds
- 32:55Speaker 7: go to the HBCU.
- 32:56Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. That's just a lot of money. Well,
- 32:59Speaker 1: but he got to go then your kids. He donated
- 33:02Speaker 1: fifty to one hundred thousand dollars a year.
- 33:04Speaker 9: Got none of my back.
- 33:08Speaker 1: I'm just wonder who is the parently that is sending
- 33:12Speaker 1: a baby.
- 33:14Speaker 3: Steve.
- 33:17Speaker 1: I got, I got money, I got grandkids.
- 33:22Speaker 6: Why would I sit in there? Any question to the
- 33:27Speaker 6: Stephen A. Smith basketball camp. And I have not seen
- 33:31Speaker 6: him make a basket. I ain't seen him stop nobody
- 33:37Speaker 6: score on nobody now if I won't send him down
- 33:39Speaker 6: to this Steven A.
- 33:41Speaker 1: Smith talk out loud ass camp? Did I send him
- 33:47Speaker 1: down there? It's work, grand it's work man. We're moy Smith,
- 33:54Speaker 1: my dude man basketball boy. That right there. You should
- 33:57Speaker 1: have kept that one quiet. I love him even down
- 34:02Speaker 1: there at the camp.
- 34:03Speaker 3: We love you.
- 34:04Speaker 6: Ast question, who's sending a baby to the Steven a
- 34:10Speaker 6: Smith basketball camp.
- 34:11Speaker 3: Do you know who I am?
- 34:15Speaker 1: Do you know who you talking to?
- 34:21Speaker 9: Camp?
- 34:21Speaker 1: Back in the day before men.
- 34:24Speaker 6: Went to HBCU and the ambassador for HBC you stop
- 34:30Speaker 6: have raised forty six million dollars in scholarship.
- 34:33Speaker 7: For even a Harvey Smith.
- 34:35Speaker 1: I am a prime member and alumni of HBC.
- 34:40Speaker 7: All right, we have another story.
- 34:42Speaker 1: Number one sports commentator on ESPN here basketball yet. I
- 34:48Speaker 1: heard that we're moving on and challis to show your baby.
- 34:55Speaker 12: Come on, I got a prank camp that starts September first.
- 35:00Speaker 7: How much you charge it? How much the.
- 35:01Speaker 12: Prank camp is? Seven fifty a hand?
- 35:03Speaker 1: Come on in.
- 35:04Speaker 12: We're doing it for the weekend and we'd be on
- 35:05Speaker 12: the phone all weekend. Seven fifty prank king.
- 35:08Speaker 6: Thank you, Tommy. That gives me a new idea. I
- 35:11Speaker 6: got to show host camp coming bye Christmas, teach your
- 35:16Speaker 6: baby how to host the game show, how to read.
- 35:19Speaker 1: A card, point to the board.
- 35:22Speaker 9: How much.
- 35:25Speaker 1: Three thousand dollars.
- 35:29Speaker 12: I got rid of and love hosting camp teaching how
- 35:32Speaker 12: to teach people to.
- 35:32Speaker 1: Love each other? You are stupid?
- 35:36Speaker 7: Coming up in twenty minutes after the hour, Did you
- 35:38Speaker 7: guys know that drinking too much water in a short
- 35:41Speaker 7: period of time could be deadly. This is a serious story.
- 35:44Speaker 7: We'll talk about it right after.
- 35:45Speaker 9: This you're listening morning show.
- 35:50Speaker 7: An Indiana mother of two died recently after she drank
- 35:53Speaker 7: too much water too quickly, in a rare case of
- 35:56Speaker 7: what is being called water toxicity. A thirty five year
- 36:00Speaker 7: old Ashley Summers was out celebrating with her husband and
- 36:04Speaker 7: daughters over the Fourth of July weekend when she complained
- 36:07Speaker 7: of being dehydrated and said she was light headed and
- 36:10Speaker 7: had a headache. According to a family member, Summers drank
- 36:14Speaker 7: four bottles of water in twenty minutes. Four bottles of
- 36:17Speaker 7: water in twenty minutes. She later passed out in the
- 36:21Speaker 7: garage after returning home, and she was rushed to the er,
- 36:24Speaker 7: where she later died. Symptoms of water toxicity are an
- 36:29Speaker 7: overall sick feeling with muscle cramps, soreness, nausea, and headaches,
- 36:33Speaker 7: and doctors are recommending that you stay hydrated, but don't
- 36:37Speaker 7: overdo it. Do not overdo it. Also recommended our liquids
- 36:41Speaker 7: that contain electrolyte, sodium and potassium. So there you go,
- 36:45Speaker 7: get your gatorades. Yeah, it really really.
- 36:49Speaker 6: Is that, and you know, Somati is another thing that
- 36:51Speaker 6: I've learned. When you dehydrated, if you use Celtic salt
- 36:57Speaker 6: or Himalayan.
- 36:58Speaker 7: Pink sea salt, Oh yeah, Celtic and.
- 37:00Speaker 6: Just put a dash of it in your water and
- 37:02Speaker 6: hydrates your body much quicker, much quicker. Just just now,
- 37:07Speaker 6: ain't got to put a lot of anger you. It
- 37:09Speaker 6: ain't got to be salty, but you just got to
- 37:11Speaker 6: be able to taste that. There's something in the water
- 37:13Speaker 6: that helps a great deal with dehydration. It's Celtic pink salt.
- 37:20Speaker 6: I'm just gonna tell you all that right now. It
- 37:22Speaker 6: is processed in a way where it is just not
- 37:25Speaker 6: healthy for you. If you have to have salt, get
- 37:28Speaker 6: Himalayan pink sea salt or Celtic salt. Don't don't, don't
- 37:33Speaker 6: don't do that.
- 37:33Speaker 12: That girl with that umbrella, you do not want that.
- 37:36Speaker 12: Hell no, with the little yellow boots on. Yeah, you
- 37:39Speaker 12: do not want that.
- 37:43Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 37:43Speaker 6: Well, we grew up on sugar too, Yeah we did.
- 37:47Speaker 6: Sugar is a killer of us man. Sugar is a
- 37:52Speaker 6: toxin that we do not need. If you can get
- 37:55Speaker 6: rid of your sugar cravings, you will live a much
- 37:59Speaker 6: healthier life.
- 38:00Speaker 1: That was one of the things that.
- 38:01Speaker 6: I had to fix because I like sweets, but I
- 38:04Speaker 6: had to learn. And then once you once I stopped,
- 38:06Speaker 6: I don't really crave it. You know, they got other
- 38:09Speaker 6: stuff you can eat, man, that's you know. I make
- 38:12Speaker 6: very tarts now with just regular hole berries and special
- 38:16Speaker 6: arm and fluck flower.
- 38:18Speaker 1: I never I stop using. Here's a very dangerous product. Everybody.
- 38:22Speaker 6: If your flower says fortified or enriched, it is not
- 38:28Speaker 6: good for you. It has a product in it called
- 38:31Speaker 6: polic or folic acid f O L I C and
- 38:35Speaker 6: it is not good for you. And they've been a
- 38:37Speaker 6: lyned to women too about they need that for prenatal care.
- 38:41Speaker 6: Folic acid is a man made drug. It is not
- 38:45Speaker 6: good for you. It is now made. It does not
- 38:49Speaker 6: grow anywhere. Very very dangerous.
- 38:51Speaker 7: All right, Well this Wednesday, Guru, here we go. Coming
- 38:56Speaker 7: up next, the Earl of Attingham is going to stop by.
- 39:00Speaker 7: He's got to spare a team. Yeah, and he's here. Yeah,
- 39:03Speaker 7: the royal snub Megan Markele on her birthday. So he's
- 39:06Speaker 7: going to tell us why right after this you're listening
- 39:10Speaker 7: Hard Morning Show. Well, the Duchess of Sussex, Megan Markeles
- 39:15Speaker 7: celebrated her forty second birthday last week, and the Royal
- 39:18Speaker 7: family snubbed Megan and did not send out any birthday
- 39:22Speaker 7: greetings to her. Yeah, we know that Megan and Harry
- 39:28Speaker 7: are estranged from the Royals and have been for a
- 39:30Speaker 7: few years now. But last year King Charles and Queen
- 39:34Speaker 7: Camilla tweeted Happy Birthday to the Duchess of Sussex and
- 39:38Speaker 7: Prince William and Kate Middleton tweeted wishing a Happy Birthday
- 39:42Speaker 7: to the Duchess of Sussex. That was last year. This year,
- 39:47Speaker 7: the Royals didn't even bother to tell Megan Happy birthday.
- 39:50Speaker 7: They didn't say anything at all. So why the shade
- 39:53Speaker 7: this year? Welcome Earl, the Duke of Earl.
- 40:00Speaker 1: I mind, hello, have it if a hell? All of all?
- 40:03Speaker 1: The listener on the one today? You know I'm listening
- 40:06Speaker 1: to the story you're telling that Just yes, I don't understand.
- 40:12Speaker 1: What is the surprise?
- 40:15Speaker 7: Well, they did it last year, I guess you know
- 40:17Speaker 7: the white people.
- 40:18Speaker 6: White people always do something different and try to make
- 40:23Speaker 6: it okay.
- 40:24Speaker 1: What do you mean by that different the palace?
- 40:27Speaker 6: What do you think you think because we're white in
- 40:29Speaker 6: the Palace, that we're different than the white people though
- 40:31Speaker 6: now they're the same over hell, even more so the
- 40:37Speaker 6: British and one of the biggest slave trading nations.
- 40:41Speaker 7: But you're royal, you're polite people. You you know, not
- 40:46Speaker 7: at all.
- 40:47Speaker 1: Why do you wish a woman happy birthday one year
- 40:50Speaker 1: and then the next year you sean haw.
- 40:54Speaker 11: Yeah, there's no righteousness that they don't like a right dude.
- 40:58Speaker 11: You know, I'm telling you what happened the queen new
- 41:04Speaker 11: Queen Camilla.
- 41:06Speaker 1: Oh my god, oh my god, I tell you.
- 41:12Speaker 6: Right there, her and the king got out of the
- 41:16Speaker 6: carriage for the first day and walked into the palace.
- 41:19Speaker 1: And I was confused right away. I couldn't tell who
- 41:22Speaker 1: was who, which one was the king and which one
- 41:26Speaker 1: was the queen. That looked so much I like, I said,
- 41:28Speaker 1: Oh my god, I'm very convenient right now.
- 41:33Speaker 6: I just get it out of my head. This is
- 41:37Speaker 6: who you left prision Diana. Oh my god, what type
- 41:41Speaker 6: of decision is this?
- 41:42Speaker 1: What kind of king is that? Oh my god. It
- 41:46Speaker 1: was just horrible what they're doing to her and Megan
- 41:49Speaker 1: Markles should just go on with her.
- 41:50Speaker 7: Life over here in the US.
- 41:54Speaker 1: Guy get a TV show.

- 42:30Speaker 6: of those that don't get real. I'm watch the entire
- 42:32Speaker 6: episode waiting on winter. They're gonna recognize that these people
- 42:35Speaker 6: are black.
- 42:37Speaker 7: Did somebody make a mistake?
- 42:39Speaker 6: They never didn't they no black Queen of England Weather.

- 42:56Speaker 6: palace and everything, just being black and all.

- 43:03Speaker 1: she be coming down late at night.
- 43:05Speaker 6: We was having park skins and hot fast doing things
- 43:10Speaker 6: no one knew about. Let it all out when she

- 54:00Speaker 7: Thank En Nephew's subject there's something he needs to know.
- 54:03Speaker 7: There's Stephen Shirley. I'm engaged to a man that has
- 54:06Speaker 7: four boys by four different women, and I'm pregnant by
- 54:11Speaker 7: him right now. He would like for me to have
- 54:14Speaker 7: at least three more children because he came from a
- 54:16Speaker 7: family of eight children. What he doesn't know is I
- 54:21Speaker 7: already have two more children. I have eighteen year old
- 54:24Speaker 7: fraternal twins that were raised by my older sister. The
- 54:28Speaker 7: girls are a big part of my life and my
- 54:30Speaker 7: fiance loves them. The only problem is that he thinks
- 54:34Speaker 7: they're my nieces. I had a long talk with the
- 54:36Speaker 7: girls when they were adolescents and I let them know
- 54:39Speaker 7: I was their mother and I was only sixteen when
- 54:42Speaker 7: I had them. The girls were understanding and appreciative for
- 54:46Speaker 7: me giving them to my sister and not putting them
- 54:49Speaker 7: up for adoption. When I met the man that I'm
- 54:51Speaker 7: planning to marry, they asked me not to tell him
- 54:55Speaker 7: our big family secrets, so I didn't. My mother also
- 54:58Speaker 7: advised me not to tell our business to a man
- 55:00Speaker 7: that may or may not be around long. When my
- 55:03Speaker 7: fiance and I started getting serious, I circled back to
- 55:06Speaker 7: my girls and told them they might be getting a stepdaddy.
- 55:10Speaker 7: This made them furious and they stopped talking to me
- 55:14Speaker 7: after they told me that he would never be their
- 55:17Speaker 7: stepdaddy because I'm not really their mom. I had to
- 55:20Speaker 7: accept how they felt, but it hurt, like, heck, I'm
- 55:23Speaker 7: the auntie and that's that. My mom is still telling
- 55:27Speaker 7: me not to tell my fiance that I have twins
- 55:31Speaker 7: because he has a slew of baby mamas to deal with.
- 55:34Speaker 7: I don't see what one thing has to do with
- 55:35Speaker 7: the other, and I think that my man needs.
- 55:38Speaker 3: To know this.
- 55:39Speaker 7: This is my secret to tell, and the twins will
- 55:41Speaker 7: have to understand. My fiance would never judge me, despite
- 55:45Speaker 7: what my mom says. After four years of dating. Will
- 55:48Speaker 7: my fiance be hurt that I'm just now telling him
- 55:51Speaker 7: that I have twins?
- 55:52Speaker 1: What should I do?
- 55:54Speaker 7: Okay, there's a little something I don't understand about this letter.
- 55:58Speaker 7: I think there's something you left out because I don't
- 56:01Speaker 7: know why the kids would be mad now. I mean, yes,
- 56:04Speaker 7: there are certainly things you should take to your grave,
- 56:07Speaker 7: but I don't think kids fall into that category. And anyway,
- 56:11Speaker 7: your daughters knew you might marry this man. We know
- 56:16Speaker 7: you left the fact that you had two grown twins out.
- 56:19Speaker 7: The question is why why would you keep your kids
- 56:21Speaker 7: a secret from your man all this time? You guys
- 56:24Speaker 7: have been together for four years. I mean, didn't you
- 56:27Speaker 7: know he would find out eventually? You know all about
- 56:30Speaker 7: his kids, you know all about his baby mamas, I'm sure,
- 56:33Speaker 7: and you seem to be okay with it. Plus you're
- 56:36Speaker 7: pregnant right now and considering having a few more kids,
- 56:41Speaker 7: like three, right? Didn't you say the twins were a
- 56:43Speaker 7: big part of your life and your fiance loves them?
- 56:47Speaker 7: So why won't you tell him if you're concerned that
- 56:50Speaker 7: he might judge you. He certainly is in no position
- 56:53Speaker 7: to judge. He's not He's got a lot of kids,
- 56:56Speaker 7: a lot of baby mamas, so I'm sure he can
- 56:58Speaker 7: take it. The main reason to tell him is so
- 57:01Speaker 7: he won't find out from anyone else. If you guys
- 57:04Speaker 7: are planning on getting married and everything. Your whole family
- 57:07Speaker 7: knows you have nothing to be ashamed of. You did
- 57:10Speaker 7: what you had to do when you were sixteen, and
- 57:12Speaker 7: your twins thank you for not giving them up for adoption.
- 57:16Speaker 7: I'm not sure why they're so mad right now, but
- 57:18Speaker 7: that shouldn't stop you from telling your fiance.
- 57:22Speaker 6: Steve from trying to make sense of it, and I can't.
- 57:26Speaker 6: There's something he needs to know, really, Now this lady's
- 57:30Speaker 6: engaged to him. Man, that's got four boys by four
- 57:32Speaker 6: different women. I'm pregnant by him now, you woman number five.
- 57:39Speaker 6: He would like for me to have at least three
- 57:41Speaker 6: more children because he came from a family of eight children.
- 57:44Speaker 6: See the reasoning for why these all these people make
- 57:48Speaker 6: decisions and be a little off to me. So he
- 57:52Speaker 6: got faux boys by four different women. You pregnant, now
- 57:56Speaker 6: that's number five. He wants you to have remo because
- 58:01Speaker 6: he come from a family at eight. The hell that
- 58:03Speaker 6: got to do with y'all?
- 58:07Speaker 1: So damn what you came.
- 58:10Speaker 6: From a family eight? You don't saw a TV show
- 58:12Speaker 6: eighties or not. They didn't do that show twice. I'm
- 58:20Speaker 6: telling you right now, I got something. I mean, don't go,
- 58:22Speaker 6: don't come over here. This ain't what you want. This
- 58:28Speaker 6: ain't what you want. Your phone rang all the damn time.
- 58:33Speaker 6: Everybody got a problem you and you started to look
- 58:35Speaker 6: like the solution. And you got eighteen year old fraternal
- 58:40Speaker 6: twins that were raised by my older sisters. The girls
- 58:44Speaker 6: are a big part of my life and my fiance
- 58:47Speaker 6: loves them. Okay, but then you say, the only problem
- 58:53Speaker 6: is he thinks they my nieces. I be them, I
- 58:59Speaker 6: be So I'm trying to figure out why you didn't
- 59:05Speaker 6: tell him those were your children? Well you ready for
- 59:10Speaker 6: this reason. I had a long talk with the girls
- 59:14Speaker 6: when they were adolescent. Hell, they still ading lessons, ain't
- 59:17Speaker 6: theyen eighteen?
- 59:19Speaker 1: Now I don't want to. I guess that's something else.
- 59:22Speaker 6: I had long talk when they were adolescent. I let
- 59:24Speaker 6: them know I was their mother. And I was only
- 59:26Speaker 6: sixteen when I had okay, sixteen or eighteen. This woman
- 59:29Speaker 6: thirty four years old, right, okay, so that makes her
- 59:35Speaker 6: thirty four. And the girls were understanding and appreciative for
- 59:38Speaker 6: me from giving them to my sister and not putting
- 59:40Speaker 6: them up for adoption. Poor boy, we could have been
- 59:42Speaker 6: at foster care. All kinds of stuff. Mama, she'll appreciate that.
- 59:46Speaker 1: Well.
- 59:46Speaker 6: When I met the man that I'm planning to marry,
- 59:48Speaker 6: they asked me not to tell him my big family secret.
- 59:51Speaker 1: So I didn't. Why why Now you met the man
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: how many years ago?
- 1:00:04Speaker 7: Four years?
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: Four years ago? So four years ago?
- 1:00:07Speaker 6: They were fourteen, and they asked you to keep their
- 1:00:11Speaker 6: big secret and you did for what?
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: No, don't get it?
- 1:00:14Speaker 7: All right, Hang on, Steve, we'll have part two of
- 1:00:17Speaker 7: your Strawberry letter responds to twenty three minutes after the hour.
- 1:00:21Speaker 7: Today's subject there's something he needs to know. We'll get
- 1:00:24Speaker 7: back into it right after this. You're listening hard Morning show.
- 1:00:29Speaker 7: All right, Come on, Steve, let's recap today's Strawberry letter.
- 1:00:34Speaker 7: There's something he needs to know.
- 1:00:36Speaker 6: This letter is just one massive piece of confusion by
- 1:00:41Speaker 6: people making decisions based on all of the wrong facts.
- 1:00:45Speaker 6: You're dating a man that you've been with for four
- 1:00:47Speaker 6: years who has four boys by four different women. You
- 1:00:51Speaker 6: are now pregnant with this man's child, which is gonna
- 1:00:54Speaker 6: make you woman number five.
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: He wants you to have three more children that'll make
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: a total of eight.
- 1:01:00Speaker 6: That's why because he grew up in a family of
- 1:01:02Speaker 6: eight children and he want a big family too.
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: What is your ordering up most kids? You ain't even married.
- 1:01:09Speaker 6: Okay, then you you got eighteen year old fraternal twins
- 1:01:13Speaker 6: that were raised by your older sister.
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: The girls are a big part of my life and
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: my fiance loves them.
- 1:01:19Speaker 6: Okay, sounds like a happy story so far, but then
- 1:01:23Speaker 6: she say the only problem is he thinks they my nieces.
- 1:01:26Speaker 6: I had a long talk with the girls when they
- 1:01:28Speaker 6: were adolescents, and I let them know I was their
- 1:01:30Speaker 6: mother when when I was only having them as their
- 1:01:32Speaker 6: mother when I was sixteen, and the girls were understand
- 1:01:34Speaker 6: and appreciative of me, not giving forgiving them to my sister,
- 1:01:37Speaker 6: not putting them up for adoption. For when I met
- 1:01:40Speaker 6: the man that I'm playing in the marriage. They asked
- 1:01:42Speaker 6: me not to tell him my big family secrets. So
- 1:01:44Speaker 6: I didn't Why why you planning on marrying the man,
- 1:01:48Speaker 6: but you you're gonna keep him in the dark. How
- 1:01:51Speaker 6: many secrets do you need? Because now you got secrets
- 1:01:55Speaker 6: that don't you know? And I'm all fussy and I
- 1:02:00Speaker 6: ain't got no problem with a secret or life. I
- 1:02:02Speaker 6: ain't got no problem. I have no problem with it.
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: But damn, all of my secrets and lies are un necessary.
- 1:02:16Speaker 6: For the overall well being and happiness of everybody I touch.
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: Everybody don't need to know everything. But this was not
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: one of those things.
- 1:02:25Speaker 6: Then she said, my mother also advised me not to
- 1:02:27Speaker 6: tell our business to a man that may or may
- 1:02:30Speaker 6: not be around long. Well, now y'all talking about getting married,
- 1:02:34Speaker 6: so you plan on being around a long time.
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: Let me stop you right here. What do your mama
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: have to do with this? First of all, you let
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: some kids tell you not to tell the family secret.
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: Now your mama done jumped in? What does she got
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: to do with this?
- 1:02:48Speaker 6: When my fiance and I started getting serious, I circle
- 1:02:52Speaker 6: back to my girls and told them they might be
- 1:02:55Speaker 6: getting a stepdaddy. This made them furious, and they stopped
- 1:02:59Speaker 6: talking to me. Why y'all got a really dysfunctional bunch
- 1:03:04Speaker 6: over here. Ain't nobody happy for nobody else?
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: And your damn fan. You didn't want the girls. You
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: gave them to your sister.
- 1:03:16Speaker 6: They was appreciative of it because they wasn't even foster
- 1:03:18Speaker 6: care and got put up for adoption. The great thing
- 1:03:20Speaker 6: your sister did, and all this help. Now they have
- 1:03:23Speaker 6: a great relationship with stable family home. Now they don't
- 1:03:26Speaker 6: want you to get married. They mad because you finna
- 1:03:29Speaker 6: be happy, and this made them furious and they stopped
- 1:03:33Speaker 6: talking to me. You got some stupid ass kids, and
- 1:03:38Speaker 6: you listening to them. You listening to a bunch of
- 1:03:40Speaker 6: dumb ass kids. But they don't stop there. Then they
- 1:03:45Speaker 6: told me that they would never be he would never
- 1:03:47Speaker 6: be their stepdaddy because I'm not really their mom, you
- 1:03:52Speaker 6: little ungrateful, helpless You know a minute ago you thinking,
- 1:03:56Speaker 6: now you're telling me I'm really not your mom. Well,
- 1:03:59Speaker 6: I had you made it wasn't for me, you wouldn't
- 1:04:01Speaker 6: be here. Then I had to accept how they felt,
- 1:04:04Speaker 6: but it hurt, like heck, I am the auntie and
- 1:04:08Speaker 6: that's that.
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: Now your mom.
- 1:04:10Speaker 6: But you're really the mama though, But now your mama
- 1:04:13Speaker 6: is still telling me not to tell my fiance that
- 1:04:15Speaker 6: I have twins because he has a slew of baby
- 1:04:18Speaker 6: mamas to deal with. So you still gonna have the
- 1:04:22Speaker 6: baby mamas to deal with. He Finnah be your baby
- 1:04:26Speaker 6: daddy in a minute. What difference do it make?
- 1:04:30Speaker 5: Y'all?
- 1:04:30Speaker 6: Keep acting like can't nobody else take no more? So
- 1:04:33Speaker 6: now you're gonna keep another damn secret. I don't see
- 1:04:37Speaker 6: what one thing has to do with the other, and
- 1:04:39Speaker 6: I think that my man needs to notice he does.
- 1:04:42Speaker 6: This is my secret to tell. Let me tell you,
- 1:04:45Speaker 6: so come one more time. How many secrets do you need?
- 1:04:48Speaker 6: And now I'm finna tain you the whole problem with
- 1:04:50Speaker 6: this letter. And this is my secret to and the
- 1:04:53Speaker 6: twins will have to understand. So what da he speak
- 1:04:56Speaker 6: to you?
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: And you know it kills me? My kids got none,
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: and I speak to me.
- 1:05:01Speaker 6: Your raggedy ass wouldn't have nothing without me, your raggedy
- 1:05:05Speaker 6: ass sitting up here talking about you, mad at me?
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: You mad at me? Gave you everything I could. You
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: don't even know.
- 1:05:13Speaker 6: But see, I'll be telling them all the time. Whether
- 1:05:14Speaker 6: you have kids, you gonna see you gonna see, stupid ass.
- 1:05:19Speaker 6: My fiance would never judge me, despite what my mom
- 1:05:23Speaker 6: says that four years a day.
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: Will my fiance be hurt that I'm now telling him
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: that I have twins?
- 1:05:29Speaker 6: Hell, you ain't gonna be hurt. He gonna be shocked.
- 1:05:32Speaker 6: He don't want to know why you ain't telling them
- 1:05:34Speaker 6: the beginning' y'all won't face the monster. But the momster
- 1:05:37Speaker 6: ain't that big.
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: What should I do?
- 1:05:39Speaker 6: You should tell this man the damn truth. You can't
- 1:05:43Speaker 6: go into this marriage and don't tell this man that.
- 1:05:46Speaker 6: And then let me tell you what's really wrong with you.
- 1:05:48Speaker 6: You need a lot of permission from a lot.
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: Of people to do you.
- 1:05:53Speaker 6: Your mama don't know. Your damn kids don't know you
- 1:05:58Speaker 6: done lied about them.
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: Being your kids. You got the man thinking they your nieces.
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: He love him anyway? Why would he stop loving them
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: if he know they your nieces are your children? What
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: kind of man is this? Lady? You need to just
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: start and that this is gonna bother me to say this.
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: What you need to start tending truth? What I can't believe?
- 1:06:25Speaker 4: Hold the line.
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: Your your ass don't even know how to man? What up?
- 1:06:33Speaker 3: Now?
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: You're not.

- 1:10:30Speaker 7: divorced him when I found out that he got another
- 1:10:33Speaker 7: girl pregnant while I was pregnant. Three years later, he
- 1:10:37Speaker 7: was a lot more mature and he was financially stable,
- 1:10:40Speaker 7: so I remarried him for the sake of our child.
- 1:10:44Speaker 7: Then I caught him having sex with his coworker at
- 1:10:47Speaker 7: her house. That was divorce number two. We were apart
- 1:10:52Speaker 7: for four years. Then he joined my mom's church and
- 1:10:55Speaker 7: he got off social media to prove to me he's changed.
- 1:10:58Speaker 7: I slipped up and got pregnant again. So we are
- 1:11:01Speaker 7: getting married for the third time. Well being saved? Keep

- 1:20:30Speaker 6: I don't know if this is gonna be very motivational.
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: I really don't know why am I nervous today?
- 1:20:38Speaker 6: You should be see my clothes remark today is entitled
- 1:20:42Speaker 6: because sometimes I just feel like being my black ass self.
- 1:20:49Speaker 6: And I got sixty six years on this earth of
- 1:20:52Speaker 6: being black, and some days I just want to tell
- 1:20:57Speaker 6: y'all something. My black has come in handy for me.
- 1:21:02Speaker 6: I can't tell you how many times, and today I
- 1:21:06Speaker 6: just want to let it out, let it loose, and
- 1:21:10Speaker 6: let it be free. I want to say some things
- 1:21:13Speaker 6: that probably ain't so radio wish. I want to say
- 1:21:17Speaker 6: some things that might be maybe not so responsible, but
- 1:21:23Speaker 6: let me just start with why I'm glad to be black.
- 1:21:28Speaker 6: You know why I'm glad to be black because it
- 1:21:30Speaker 6: feel good so all the time. It feel good a
- 1:21:33Speaker 6: lot of times. Or I know it come with a
- 1:21:35Speaker 6: lot of trials and tribulations. I know it come with
- 1:21:37Speaker 6: a lot of setbacks and some heartaches. I know it
- 1:21:40Speaker 6: come with a whole lot of funk. But guess what,
- 1:21:43Speaker 6: when you get out my way and get out my day,
- 1:21:46Speaker 6: I enjoyed being black. I love the culture. I love
- 1:21:51Speaker 6: the skin tones. I love the women in it. I
- 1:21:55Speaker 6: love the brouhs. That's good bruhs in it, and all
- 1:21:59Speaker 6: y'all are it ain't good bruhs.
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: I don't really care for y'all. I wish you wasn't
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: in the group.
- 1:22:04Speaker 6: But we gotta suffer because you in the group, because
- 1:22:08Speaker 6: you're asked and decided to do something.
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: I've been watching now.
- 1:22:13Speaker 6: I don't know what this city is that's calling in
- 1:22:16Speaker 6: the National Guard a state of emergency Oakland.
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: Oakland is suffering from a.
- 1:22:21Speaker 6: Crime wave right now, where black people can't even come
- 1:22:25Speaker 6: out they house to enjoy their neighborhood.
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: It's a woman that's.
- 1:22:28Speaker 6: Moving because her son is sixteen and he fit to
- 1:22:31Speaker 6: learn how to drive, and they kajacking had stopped something.
- 1:22:34Speaker 6: The crime wave in oakland's going crazy. So for y'all
- 1:22:37Speaker 6: type of people like that, y'all the one that mess
- 1:22:39Speaker 6: it up for the rest of us. But for those
- 1:22:42Speaker 6: people right here, man that enjoy being black, that have
- 1:22:45Speaker 6: done blackness in a justice instead of an injustice, I
- 1:22:49Speaker 6: commend you. I like being black. I like being on
- 1:22:53Speaker 6: beat with the music. I like my squagger. I like
- 1:22:57Speaker 6: walking around because I'm cool. You know, I've always been cool.
- 1:23:02Speaker 6: I ain't never been goofy. I ain't never been uncoordinated.
- 1:23:05Speaker 6: I ain't never been none of that. You know what
- 1:23:07Speaker 6: I've been my whole life cool. You know why I
- 1:23:09Speaker 6: was cool because my two brothers was cool. They taught
- 1:23:13Speaker 6: me cools. I didn't grow up to be hard. I
- 1:23:15Speaker 6: didn't go up to be no thug. I didn't grow

- 1:23:20Speaker 6: I enjoyed being black, you know. I love about being black.
- 1:23:24Speaker 6: I love watching the Montgomery video the other day as
- 1:23:27Speaker 6: a black person, I was so proud of being black
- 1:23:30Speaker 6: right there that video only run second to the million
- 1:23:35Speaker 6: man march with me. Oh, I got a lot of
- 1:23:38Speaker 6: great reasons to be proud and black, But I was
- 1:23:40Speaker 6: never more proud than when I saw that boy jump
- 1:23:43Speaker 6: in that water and swim to that man's rescue. I
- 1:23:46Speaker 6: was never more proud when I saw black people just so,
- 1:23:49Speaker 6: enough is enough.
- 1:23:50Speaker 3: Now.
- 1:23:50Speaker 6: I know y'all gonna arrest these people, but I want
- 1:23:53Speaker 6: y'all to know the ones that's getting arrested.
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: Hey, listen, man, I.
- 1:23:56Speaker 6: Know it's probably ain't for a good cause or nothing,
- 1:23:58Speaker 6: but it was for a good cause because you know,
- 1:24:02Speaker 6: we get tired of it. Y'all been doing us the
- 1:24:04Speaker 6: waere y'all want to do us for four hundred years.
- 1:24:07Speaker 6: We're tired of Why would you jump on the black
- 1:24:10Speaker 6: security guard when he was just doing his job? Some
- 1:24:14Speaker 6: white men with a white privilege. We park our boat
- 1:24:17Speaker 6: where we want to park. All the man was doing
- 1:24:19Speaker 6: was his job. You can't park there because the ferry
- 1:24:21Speaker 6: coming in. Then y'all gonna attack the man. Now when
- 1:24:24Speaker 6: all the blacks come to the rescue, Now, now they riotous?
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: Really? Really?
- 1:24:29Speaker 6: What was the folk white boys when they was beating
- 1:24:32Speaker 6: this man senseless? What term were you using for that.
- 1:24:36Speaker 6: You know, It's amazing how when y'all do something man,
- 1:24:39Speaker 6: it get called something else. That was a riot on
- 1:24:43Speaker 6: January sixth, un unbridled, unruly group of heathen ass people
- 1:24:53Speaker 6: trying to overthrow y'all's damn government that y'all's damn fefile
- 1:24:59Speaker 6: is created. And now y'all want to disband it cause
- 1:25:02Speaker 6: y'all white man Trump didn't win an election. And since
- 1:25:06Speaker 6: y'all stupid ass down there, I hope all y'all go
- 1:25:09Speaker 6: to jail as.
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: You so deserved.
- 1:25:13Speaker 6: Damn man, I just feel like saying some stuff today,
- 1:25:16Speaker 6: So I'm proud of everybody in the gump that went
- 1:25:18Speaker 6: to the brother's rescue. Now, for all y'all talking about
- 1:25:21Speaker 6: violence is not to handsOn. You can't condone violence. I
- 1:25:24Speaker 6: know I ain't supposed to condone it, but I ain't
- 1:25:25Speaker 6: gonna sit here and let you with my ass though.
- 1:25:27Speaker 6: And sometimes, man, people get tired of y'all doing what
- 1:25:30Speaker 6: y'all want to do without no consequences or reprocession from repercussion.
- 1:25:33Speaker 6: Y'all keep on with these little Caren videos. Karen gonna
- 1:25:36Speaker 6: get all her ass well, and she's done us so
- 1:25:40Speaker 6: many video cause we tied of y'all, Karens, and we

- 1:25:47Speaker 1: just tied up it.
- 1:25:47Speaker 6: And today Uncle Steve just felt like I'm tired of it. Today,
- 1:25:51Speaker 6: I don't feel like it. Just beat my black ass
- 1:25:53Speaker 6: self today. Yeah, I grew up in segregation, so excuse me.
- 1:25:58Speaker 6: I ain't seen a whole lot of goodness on my way.
- 1:26:00Speaker 6: When I was a child, I remember when y'all killed
- 1:26:02Speaker 6: Martin Luther King, and I heard my father say when
- 1:26:06Speaker 6: he was crying at the ironing bull with my mama,
- 1:26:08Speaker 6: he said, man, the white folks don't want us to
- 1:26:10Speaker 6: have nothing. You know how that affected me as an
- 1:26:12Speaker 6: eleven year old boy, to know, man, that y'all were killed,
- 1:26:17Speaker 6: somebody would kill doctor Martin Luther King. I've been dealing
- 1:26:19Speaker 6: with that ever since. I probably need therapy, but I
- 1:26:22Speaker 6: ain't going down there because I'm black. I'm old school.
- 1:26:27Speaker 6: I just need to see your ass in the alley somewhere,
- 1:26:30Speaker 6: and I therapeutically healed myself.

- 1:26:50Speaker 1: Talk to God, you know, be here from him, he said,
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: I probably ain't gonna hear from me. Heed them all
