Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome it as a verdict. With Ben Ferguson and Senator
- 0:03Speaker 1: Ted Cruz Sentator, we're sitting on a bus. This is weird.
- 0:06Speaker 1: It's not your bus that's where we've usually been. This
- 0:10Speaker 1: is the bus with a name on the side of it,
- 0:12Speaker 1: Herschel Walker, who is our guest with us today. You
- 0:16Speaker 1: got thirty more days. They didn't tell you when you
- 0:18Speaker 1: signed up for this you were gonna get another thirty days, right.
- 0:20Speaker 1: They didn't tell me that. But I'm ready for it.
- 0:22Speaker 1: I tell everyone I was built for this here and
- 0:25Speaker 1: and not that I'm looking at. I'm excited about it
- 0:27Speaker 1: because I wanted to win out right, But if they
- 0:30Speaker 1: want to fight thirty more days, I'm ready to go. Senator,
- 0:34Speaker 1: You've done a lot of bus time. You've been out
- 0:36Speaker 1: here with Herschel for so many people that don't know
- 0:40Speaker 1: what makes him so dynamic? What was it that drew
- 0:43Speaker 1: you to him as a candidate, drew you to come
- 0:46Speaker 1: to Georgia. And immediately we found out this was going
- 0:48Speaker 1: to run off, you said, I'm going, Well, look, we're
- 0:51Speaker 1: sitting here right now. It is Thursday night, so the
- 0:54Speaker 1: election was two days ago. We're on the ground here
- 0:57Speaker 1: in George outside Atlanta. We're getting ready to do a
- 1:00Speaker 1: big rally here and it is it's the beginning of overtime.
- 1:04Speaker 1: And you know, you know, you're pissed off when you
- 1:06Speaker 1: go to overtime, but you got one objective, which is
- 1:09Speaker 1: when the damn thing. And we've got right now a
- 1:12Speaker 1: sprint from now to December sixth. And I got to say, look,
- 1:18Speaker 1: I've campaigned with Herschel on the ground in Georgia now
- 1:21Speaker 1: multiple times. I think we're incredibly fortunate to have a
- 1:26Speaker 1: candidate like Herschel. He is someone who has led an
- 1:31Speaker 1: extraordinary life. He's someone who grew up with very little
- 1:37Speaker 1: but has the heart of a champion, has a fire
- 1:42Speaker 1: to compete. And I'll tell you when when that that
- 1:46Speaker 1: really was driven home to me. So when we started,
- 1:51Speaker 1: I came out early. We did a rally before and
- 1:53Speaker 1: Herschel was just getting started. You can kind of tell
- 1:55Speaker 1: this politics thing. He was sort of feeling around a lot.
- 1:57Speaker 1: He had had some good stories, had a story worry
- 2:00Speaker 1: about you know, a bull that looks for some cows
- 2:02Speaker 1: and ends up getting stuck with some other bulls. And
- 2:04Speaker 1: it was pretty, it was good, it's funny, it was real,
- 2:07Speaker 1: but It was interesting. Last time I was here, Herschel
- 2:11Speaker 1: was very different, and it's interesting how a campaign changes someone.
- 2:15Speaker 1: And what had changed is Warnock had punched him in
- 2:19Speaker 1: the face metaphorically speaking, because Warnock's not a fool and
- 2:23Speaker 1: he wouldn't actually do it, Otherwise this race would be over.
- 2:30Speaker 1: But it was interesting because I could say Herschel was
- 2:33Speaker 1: pissed off and he was on fire on the stump.
- 2:36Speaker 1: It was a very different the competitiveness. Look, campaigns are
- 2:42Speaker 1: not easy. They come at you hard, they drag you
- 2:44Speaker 1: through the mud, they get nasty. I mean that this
- 2:48Speaker 1: is ugly stuff. And this guy's a fighter, and we've
- 2:51Speaker 1: got a fight right now. Where the stakes the whole country.
- 2:57Speaker 1: Our eyes are on Georgia, and the stakes for every state,
- 3:01Speaker 1: for Texas, for every other state, the stakes for the
- 3:04Speaker 1: Senate depend on Georgia. Herschel. I think you're gonna win
- 3:07Speaker 1: this race, but it's gonna take every person in Georgia
- 3:11Speaker 1: rising up and saying we're gonna fight this fight. And
- 3:14Speaker 1: it's gonna take folks all over the country. If you
- 3:18Speaker 1: care about whether Chuck Schumer's majority leader, go to Teamherschel
- 3:23Speaker 1: dot com. Is that right now? That's exactly right. Go
- 3:26Speaker 1: to Teamherser dot com. And not just if Chuck Schumer,
- 3:29Speaker 1: but if you care and not want coming to Harris
- 3:32Speaker 1: to have your vote to decide your life, you gotta
- 3:35Speaker 1: go to Teamherser dot com because they want to try
- 3:37Speaker 1: to buy his seat. And I can tell them they're
- 3:39Speaker 1: not gonna buy his seat because one thing about it
- 3:42Speaker 1: is when you take me into overtime, that means you
- 3:44Speaker 1: be getting ready to get beat because I'm gonna beat
- 3:47Speaker 1: in overtime. No one is gonna outwork me. And I'm
- 3:49Speaker 1: not going to give this seat to Senator one, not
- 3:52Speaker 1: because he's proven that this seat do not blown to
- 3:54Speaker 1: him and the way he has voted. This seat blown
- 3:57Speaker 1: to the great people of Georgia, but he's giving it
- 3:59Speaker 1: away to Washington elite. He's given it away to the
- 4:03Speaker 1: people from California on New York. Well, it's time for
- 4:06Speaker 1: me to take this seat. Bay I said this this
- 4:08Speaker 1: morning on my show. And I said, and I rarely
- 4:10Speaker 1: asked people to give money to political campaigns like directly,
- 4:13Speaker 1: And I said, Democrats are really good at raising money.
- 4:16Speaker 1: And all of their email lists have been activated against you.
- 4:19Speaker 1: They're raising money against you. If you are listening right
- 4:22Speaker 1: now to verdict. You need to give money because if
- 4:24Speaker 1: you got if you woke up to go vote on
- 4:26Speaker 1: election day, then you need to understand that you basically
- 4:29Speaker 1: there's another vote that's going to take place. And if
- 4:32Speaker 1: you're a conservative, if you're a Christian, if you believe
- 4:34Speaker 1: in traditional values, you need to check out Patriot Mobile.

- 6:16Speaker 1: on your website. And I want you to say it
- 6:18Speaker 1: again because this is going to be a unbelievable amount
- 6:22Speaker 1: of money raised by the left and you got to
- 6:24Speaker 1: counter that. And big donors and the sources of the
- 6:27Speaker 1: world are gonna be all in on this race to
- 6:29Speaker 1: make sure that you lose. That's their goal of their agenda.
- 6:31Speaker 1: We need to understand that where a warrior and people
- 6:34Speaker 1: are gonna have to give money to your campaign, they're
- 6:37Speaker 1: gonna have to. And you know, and that was one
- 6:39Speaker 1: thing I say I don't want to do is raise money.
- 6:42Speaker 1: You know, that's the most embarrassing thing because you start
- 6:44Speaker 1: calling people up and your friends don't want to ask
- 6:46Speaker 1: the phoneman anymore because you always ask the money. But
- 6:49Speaker 1: I say, you gotta ask some money because they want
- 6:52Speaker 1: to buy this seat. They have no policy. They can't
- 6:54Speaker 1: talk about the policy. They want to talk about money.
- 6:56Speaker 1: They want to talk about raising money. I said, guys,
- 6:59Speaker 1: right now, they proven what they've done in this country
- 7:01Speaker 1: in less than two short years. Senator were not proven
- 7:04Speaker 1: who he was. And the end of debate, I saw
- 7:07Speaker 1: that he was a one trick ponent. And what I
- 7:09Speaker 1: mean by that is he's not going to change his direction.
- 7:12Speaker 1: And I think everyone heard our president say yesterday with
- 7:15Speaker 1: everything falling down around him, I'm not going to change
- 7:18Speaker 1: the direction, which me he doesn't care about the people. Well,
- 7:21Speaker 1: I do, and people as me why I'm in it,
- 7:23Speaker 1: and I'm in it because I care. I care about
- 7:26Speaker 1: this the crime, I care about this open border, I
- 7:29Speaker 1: care about this economy. I care what they're doing to
- 7:31Speaker 1: the greatest country in the world is the United States
- 7:34Speaker 1: of America, and I'm not going to let him do
- 7:36Speaker 1: it to this country. Here there was something interesting to
- 7:38Speaker 1: happen to the governor's race here, and I want to
- 7:39Speaker 1: get your take on that. And that's the issue of crime,
- 7:41Speaker 1: I think was a big issue, and I think Stacy
- 7:44Speaker 1: Abrams was somebody that obviously was very clear about defund
- 7:46Speaker 1: the police and activist dash and going against things that
- 7:50Speaker 1: can make for safe communities. I think that helped in
- 7:53Speaker 1: that in that governor's race there. That's gonna be an issue,
- 7:56Speaker 1: I think even more so this time around, and people
- 7:58Speaker 1: need to understand where you stand on that issue. You
- 8:00Speaker 1: are one hundred percent backing police, You're one hundred percent
- 8:03Speaker 1: for law and order, and you're one hundred percent for
- 8:05Speaker 1: getting rid of things like Castle's failing activists. Well, you know,
- 8:08Speaker 1: I have more riff that has endorsed me than anyone
- 8:10Speaker 1: that was in the race. And now, one of the
- 8:12Speaker 1: things about it, I'm always always going to back our
- 8:14Speaker 1: men and women in blue. I believe that we gotta
- 8:17Speaker 1: have we have to have checks and balances of what's
- 8:20Speaker 1: going on in this country. And I always said in
- 8:22Speaker 1: the Great Garden to Adam and Eve, God told them
- 8:25Speaker 1: they have told a freedom, but they also overheld to
- 8:27Speaker 1: a responsibility. We got to have people hold people to responsibility.
- 8:30Speaker 1: And I'm running against a pastor who's a senator that
- 8:35Speaker 1: believes in no cash bill, a senator a pastor that
- 8:39Speaker 1: believes in having open prisoner letting people out of prisoners,
- 8:42Speaker 1: that are gonna make us prisoners in our own home.
- 8:45Speaker 1: And I said, I cannot let that happen right now.
- 8:47Speaker 1: We are good people. There's no doubt you want to
- 8:50Speaker 1: be a choking passion, but you also want to hold
- 8:52Speaker 1: people accountable. And you have put the morale down. He's
- 8:55Speaker 1: put the recruitment down because he've called all men and
- 8:58Speaker 1: women in blue thug and bullies high in the work.
- 9:01Speaker 1: You have someone in office in Washington that do not
- 9:04Speaker 1: believe in all men and women in Blue. I will
- 9:06Speaker 1: always have that back. They've always had my back, and
- 9:08Speaker 1: I'm always going to fight for them. And I'm gonna
- 9:10Speaker 1: fight as hard as I can right now to make
- 9:12Speaker 1: sure that they get to respect that they deserve. And
- 9:16Speaker 1: let me say something on this look in the Senate.
- 9:20Speaker 1: The dynamic we've seen the last two years is everyone
- 9:22Speaker 1: in the Senate is galloped to the left. There are
- 9:24Speaker 1: no moderates left. But even so, Raphael Warnock is on
- 9:29Speaker 1: the bleeding left wing of the Senate Democrats. He is
- 9:33Speaker 1: a fellow traveler with Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren. He
- 9:36Speaker 1: is a true believer, and without exaggeration, I don't think
- 9:40Speaker 1: there's a state in the country where there's a greater
- 9:44Speaker 1: disconnect between the senator representing it and the values of
- 9:49Speaker 1: the people of Georgia. The people of Georgia are not socialists.
- 9:52Speaker 1: When you have the sitting senator call police officers thugs
- 9:56Speaker 1: and bullies, I mean, this is a lot of Democrats Washington,
- 10:00Speaker 1: at least pretend they don't support defunding the police. Raphael
- 10:04Speaker 1: Warnock is a true believer except at one period of time.
- 10:07Speaker 1: And I remember when when I was last here, you
- 10:10Speaker 1: and I were sitting down for lunch at a barbecue place,
- 10:12Speaker 1: and we were talking about how Democrats win when they
- 10:17Speaker 1: effectively lie, and Republicans win when we effectively tell the
- 10:21Speaker 1: truth because people share our values, particularly in Georgia. Raphael
- 10:26Speaker 1: Warnock is literally running ads in Georgia bragging about a
- 10:30Speaker 1: bill he passed with me. Yes, now let's be clear,
- 10:33Speaker 1: he's not running, you know, go for the defund the
- 10:35Speaker 1: police socialist. He's saying, I passed me a bill with
- 10:37Speaker 1: Ted cruz Well It is true. We did pass a bill,
- 10:41Speaker 1: a freeway that goes from Texas all the way to
- 10:43Speaker 1: Georgia was the Cruise Warnock bill. We teamed up together.
- 10:47Speaker 1: But it says something that that's what he wants to
- 10:49Speaker 1: tell the people of Georgia. He wants to pretend that
- 10:54Speaker 1: he agrees with with regular people. Why I tell you what.
- 10:57Speaker 1: He doesn't agree with regular people when he votes in
- 10:59Speaker 1: favor of open borders. He doesn't agree with regular people
- 11:01Speaker 1: when he votes in favor of confirming advocates for abolishing
- 11:06Speaker 1: the police, which he did and he was the deciding vote.
- 11:09Speaker 1: He doesn't agree with regular people of Georgia when he
- 11:11Speaker 1: votes in favor of George Sorrow's DA's to let violent
- 11:14Speaker 1: criminals go. And he doesn't agree with regular people when
- 11:17Speaker 1: he votes over and over and over again for trillions
- 11:20Speaker 1: and spending that is driving your prices up, your food up,
- 11:23Speaker 1: your gasoline up. This guy is a radical and it
- 11:29Speaker 1: says something. You know. Look, they're not attacking Herschel on
- 11:32Speaker 1: what he believes. You know why because the people of
- 11:35Speaker 1: Georgia agree with what you believe. You know, when it
- 11:38Speaker 1: comes to the police, you support the cops. When it
- 11:40Speaker 1: comes to the military. You support the military when it
- 11:43Speaker 1: comes to defending our constitutional rights, the Second Amendment, you
- 11:46Speaker 1: support the Second Amendment. That's what Georgia believes. Warnock doesn't.
- 11:51Speaker 1: And so to win this race, you've just got to
- 11:54Speaker 1: tell people the truth. And for him to win this race,
- 11:57Speaker 1: he's got to tell people lies and just go after
- 12:01Speaker 1: and smear you. And sadly, that's what they're trying to do.
- 12:04Speaker 1: And I understood that when I got into this race,
- 12:06Speaker 1: and I was prepared for it. I said, I was
- 12:08Speaker 1: prepared for it. So that's the reason I said I'm
- 12:11Speaker 1: the right one for this job, because they prepared me
- 12:14Speaker 1: for a moment like this. My heaven a father prepared
- 12:16Speaker 1: me for it. It has happened to me when I
- 12:18Speaker 1: was a little kid growing up, and I've gone I've
- 12:22Speaker 1: done so many great things because of that. Well, right now,
- 12:25Speaker 1: this is much much bigger than herschel Walker. You mentioned
- 12:28Speaker 1: your faith twice now, and I want people that maybe
- 12:31Speaker 1: have not heard about your faith for you to tell
- 12:34Speaker 1: them a little bit about you as a person and
- 12:36Speaker 1: your faith. I love the fact that you, as many
- 12:40Speaker 1: people should admit, you make mistakes in life. You're a sinner.
- 12:44Speaker 1: God forgives you believe in the Lord, and I want
- 12:48Speaker 1: people that maybe haven't heard that part of your story
- 12:51Speaker 1: to hear it real quick. Well, you know, I grew
- 12:52Speaker 1: up in the church. Now, I'm from a praying family.
- 12:54Speaker 1: My mom as a minister. I have two sisters as ministers.
- 12:57Speaker 1: I have two brother in laws as ministers. So I
- 12:59Speaker 1: grew up in a church, and you I grew up
- 13:01Speaker 1: as my mom's I was overweight, I had a speech impediment.
- 13:04Speaker 1: But because of the the grace of God, you know, I
- 13:06Speaker 1: got a chance to go to college, I got a
- 13:08Speaker 1: chance to do a lot of great things. And I've
- 13:10Speaker 1: been knocked down. I've gotten knocked down some some tough,
- 13:13Speaker 1: tough times, but because of my faith, God has always
- 13:16Speaker 1: picked me back up and he kept me going forward.
- 13:18Speaker 1: But right now, this moment here, God has put me
- 13:22Speaker 1: in this time here because He prepared me for this moment,
- 13:25Speaker 1: because he knew I can take it, Because he knew
- 13:27Speaker 1: that they were gonna come after me like this, and
- 13:29Speaker 1: he knew what they were gonna try to do to
- 13:30Speaker 1: our kids when they try to indoctrinate our kids a CRT,
- 13:34Speaker 1: when they try to indoctrinate all our kids by telling
- 13:36Speaker 1: our kids, if you're white, you're you're an oppressor by
- 13:39Speaker 1: telling our kids if you blight your victim, and he
- 13:42Speaker 1: knew that I would say, no, everyone can be victorious.
- 13:45Speaker 1: Any boy telling our military you can't serve God in
- 13:48Speaker 1: the military. At the same time, this is what all
- 13:50Speaker 1: the senator or sitting senator's doing. But yet I visited
- 13:53Speaker 1: over four hundred basis telling our young men and women
- 13:56Speaker 1: da and service that you are the greatest things that
- 13:58Speaker 1: ever happened to this country. That's the reason for this country.
- 14:01Speaker 1: And it doesn't matter what they call me. They can
- 14:03Speaker 1: call me any name they want to call me. I
- 14:06Speaker 1: know who I am. I'm blown them to my heaven
- 14:08Speaker 1: and father of Jesus Christ. So I don't worry about
- 14:10Speaker 1: name caller, but I do worry about what they're doing
- 14:13Speaker 1: to my family and Georgia people, no matter what the
- 14:16Speaker 1: color of your skin, you're my family. I'm gonna fight
- 14:18Speaker 1: for you because I know right now, and I said it,
- 14:21Speaker 1: we're going up against a Marxist. When you want to
- 14:23Speaker 1: abolish the police, you want to abolish a court system,
- 14:26Speaker 1: you want to abolish the family unit, that is a Marxist.
- 14:29Speaker 1: That's what he continued to do, and he has no
- 14:32Speaker 1: He doesn't believe in redemption. He said it even during
- 14:35Speaker 1: the Resurrection. He said that you can get it to
- 14:37Speaker 1: heaven through good deeds. This is a sitting senator. It
- 14:40Speaker 1: is a minicess on a poor pit, and he does
- 14:43Speaker 1: things that I said I disagree with. And this is
- 14:46Speaker 1: what's so great about the United States of America. We
- 14:49Speaker 1: can agree to disagree, but he don't even believe in that.
- 14:51Speaker 1: He don't believe in you having your right to speak.
- 14:53Speaker 1: He's taking the First Amendment away, and then you want
- 14:56Speaker 1: to take your religion freedom away. That's what a sitting
- 14:58Speaker 1: sentence they want to do. And it's not going to
- 15:00Speaker 1: happen on my watch. Well, and let me tell you something,
- 15:03Speaker 1: Ben that I really admire about Herschel. You're talking about
- 15:05Speaker 1: his faith and also his love for the country. Listen,
- 15:09Speaker 1: Herschel is one of the most famous athletes who have
- 15:12Speaker 1: ever lived. I mean it is, and he's real famous.
- 15:16Speaker 1: This is a point to understand. Like I sort of joke,
- 15:19Speaker 1: there's political famous that is fake famous, and there are
- 15:23Speaker 1: all sorts of politicians that there's an old line that Hollywood,
- 15:26Speaker 1: that politics is Hollywood for ugly people. And I got
- 15:31Speaker 1: to tell you there's a lot of truth to that height,
- 15:33Speaker 1: he says, I resemble that remark. But look, Herschel is
- 15:38Speaker 1: arguably the greatest college football player who have ever lived.
- 15:43Speaker 1: And the fact that he would go listen to be
- 15:47Speaker 1: a god of the gridiron, I'm guessing is a pretty
- 15:51Speaker 1: damn good life. I'm guessing that for a long time
- 15:54Speaker 1: people have been you know, and I've been out on
- 15:57Speaker 1: the campaign trail and see how people react to her.
- 16:00Speaker 1: It's very different from I've been with all sorts of
- 16:02Speaker 1: famous politicians, and I've never seen anyone react to people
- 16:05Speaker 1: the way they react to Herschel. But the fact that
- 16:07Speaker 1: he would take a life that you're rich and famous
- 16:11Speaker 1: and successful and people are nice to you, and you
- 16:14Speaker 1: step into the garbage of politics where you know they're
- 16:18Speaker 1: gonna slander you, they're gonna attack your family, they're gonna
- 16:21Speaker 1: get nasty, they're gonna get ugly, they're gonna lie about you.
- 16:24Speaker 1: You don't have any good reason to do this. For
- 16:27Speaker 1: most people, getting elected to office is a step up
- 16:29Speaker 1: in status, is a step up in fame. For you,
- 16:31Speaker 1: it's a step down and everything. And the only reason
- 16:35Speaker 1: you're doing this is you love this country and your
- 16:39Speaker 1: sense of service is real and and and it's look,
- 16:44Speaker 1: you have someone like like John Fetterman, and God bless,
- 16:48Speaker 1: I'm gonna serve with Fetterman, and you're going to two
- 16:51Speaker 1: look for someone like him. That's a big step up
- 16:54Speaker 1: for Herschel to do this, I think demonstrates such an
- 16:59Speaker 1: incredible love for this country that it is a demonstration
- 17:04Speaker 1: of service that is remarkable. Well, my faith that talks
- 17:10Speaker 1: about service, that's what you're supposed to do. You're supposed
- 17:12Speaker 1: to serve. And right now it doesn't matter. How could
- 17:15Speaker 1: I do well that if I see my brother heard
- 17:17Speaker 1: it right now and this country has heard it right now.
- 17:20Speaker 1: This country has HEARDing because of this economent that's HEARDing
- 17:22Speaker 1: because a crime. It's heard of me acause the open border.
- 17:25Speaker 1: It's hurting because of everything that's happened in all the schools,
- 17:28Speaker 1: in our military and all police department. But it's because
- 17:32Speaker 1: we have people in Washington that have forgotten about the
- 17:34Speaker 1: people that elected them to go to serve them. Well,
- 17:37Speaker 1: I said, we can correct it. And the way we
- 17:39Speaker 1: correct it is by coming together. Even in the Bible
- 17:42Speaker 1: it's said our house divided cannot stand right now that
- 17:46Speaker 1: people in Washington want to divide us. They want to
- 17:48Speaker 1: divide us because they can conquer if they divide us.
- 17:51Speaker 1: But I want to continue to bring us together. I
- 17:53Speaker 1: want to talk about traditional family values because before we started,
- 17:58Speaker 1: you were talking about athletes and the obsession with transgendered
- 18:03Speaker 1: athletes and try to change the way that we do
- 18:05Speaker 1: sports between just being men and women. There is a difference.
- 18:08Speaker 1: You obviously know that, but as an athlete, you have
- 18:11Speaker 1: a very unique perspective, especially at the highest level, and
- 18:14Speaker 1: I want to get into that. But before I get that, center,
- 18:17Speaker 1: you and I we said this on the plane. Right here,
- 18:20Speaker 1: we got to make sure people that are listening today
- 18:22Speaker 1: get in this fight. If you went out and vote
- 18:24Speaker 1: is I wanted you to understand we came here as
- 18:26Speaker 1: fast as we could because we knew that money need
- 18:28Speaker 1: to be raised and people need to go to your website.
- 18:32Speaker 1: I want you to say it again, Teamherschel dot com
- 18:35Speaker 1: and donate Teamherschel dot com because you understand this. Democrats
- 18:38Speaker 1: right now raising money like crazy. That's what they do
- 18:40Speaker 1: that they are printing cash. So I want to speak
- 18:43Speaker 1: to two groups of people. Number One, if you were
- 18:46Speaker 1: in Georgia, you have been given an opportunity to step
- 18:50Speaker 1: up and defend this entire country. I think we are
- 18:53Speaker 1: in a good position in Nevada. I think we've got
- 18:55Speaker 1: a very good chance at winning in Nevada, Adam Laxalt
- 18:58Speaker 1: winning that seat. We have a shot in Arizona as well.
- 19:03Speaker 1: But I think that the odds are significant that control
- 19:07Speaker 1: of the Senate is going to hinge on the state
- 19:09Speaker 1: of Georgia on December sixth. Now I get for a
- 19:13Speaker 1: lot of folks, me included, it's a little bit deja
- 19:16Speaker 1: vu from two years ago. We did this before and
- 19:18Speaker 1: it didn't end up good. Well, look, this is a
- 19:21Speaker 1: very different time than two years ago, very different, and
- 19:24Speaker 1: I think the people of Georgia are in a position
- 19:27Speaker 1: where they understand they have the opportunity. Listen, if there's
- 19:30Speaker 1: a Democrat Senator and there's a vacancy on the Supreme Court,
- 19:34Speaker 1: if a justice dies on the Supreme Court, if there's
- 19:36Speaker 1: a Democrat senator, they will rubb or stamp the most
- 19:39Speaker 1: radical left wing zealot. Who will take away your free speech,
- 19:43Speaker 1: You will take away your religious liberty, will take away
- 19:45Speaker 1: the Second Amendment, who will undermine the rule of law.
- 19:50Speaker 1: You look at the radicals. If you don't like the
- 19:52Speaker 1: crazies in this administration. Look, Joe Biden is nominating people
- 19:57Speaker 1: who are extreme. He's nominated three of the leading advocates
- 20:02Speaker 1: of abolishing the police to senior positions to the Department
- 20:05Speaker 1: of Justice. If there's a Democrat Senate, every one of
- 20:08Speaker 1: them gets rubber stamped. Herschel wins, and he's gonna win.
- 20:12Speaker 1: We can stop those radicals, we can have oversight of
- 20:16Speaker 1: the corruption of the abuse. And so I want to
- 20:19Speaker 1: have two messages. Number One to everyone in Georgia. You
- 20:22Speaker 1: need to get out and vote on December six. You
- 20:24Speaker 1: need to bring your friends, you need to bring your family.
- 20:26Speaker 1: You literally have an opportunity where the entire country is
- 20:30Speaker 1: counting on you on Georgia. And I'll say, if you
- 20:33Speaker 1: don't live in Georgia, if you live in Texas, if
- 20:35Speaker 1: you live in California, if you live in Guam, if
- 20:37Speaker 1: you live in Australia. And by the way, this podcast
- 20:41Speaker 1: I was looking today is you know, among the podcasts
- 20:45Speaker 1: listening to in Australia, India, it's listened to in China.
- 20:49Speaker 1: I was little. I'm kind of worried the Chi coms
- 20:51Speaker 1: are listening to us. They're getting in to trying to
- 20:54Speaker 1: get intel from us. All right, if you're at chi Com,
- 20:56Speaker 1: don't give money to Herschel, give money to give money
- 20:58Speaker 1: to ward Off. But if you're not, go to Teamherschel
- 21:03Speaker 1: dot com, Teamherschel dot com, Teamherschel dot com. If we
- 21:06Speaker 1: do this right, we'll say that more than Lindsay Graham
- 21:08Speaker 1: sends Lindsay Graham dot com and I think he has
- 21:11Speaker 1: that tattooed on his forehead. That's very true. But if
- 21:14Speaker 1: you're in Georgia, vote and get everyone you know to vote.
- 21:17Speaker 1: If you're not in Georgia, give what you can because
- 21:20Speaker 1: this battle it's not just for Georgia, it's for the
- 21:22Speaker 1: whole country. Hey, friends, you're listening to Verdict with Ted
- 21:25Speaker 1: Cruz and Ben Ferguson. We'll be right back to the

- 22:34Speaker 1: eight eight three. Or text Cactus to six five five
- 22:38Speaker 1: three two again that's eight five five seven six eight
- 22:41Speaker 1: eighteen eighty three. Or text Cactus to six five five
- 22:45Speaker 1: three two. And now back to Verdict with Ted Cruz
- 22:48Speaker 1: and Ben ferguson her. So this is going to be
- 22:51Speaker 1: a family values I think fight really big this time around,
- 22:55Speaker 1: these last thirty days, reminding mothers and fathers that you
- 22:59Speaker 1: and the Republican Party are a party of traditional values.
- 23:04Speaker 1: You have a very unique perspective, as that mentioned a
- 23:06Speaker 1: mom who goes in a former athlete. One of these
- 23:08Speaker 1: issues is trying to turn boys into girls and girls
- 23:10Speaker 1: into boys. I think this is something that a lot
- 23:12Speaker 1: of moms and a lot of dads are very concerned about.
- 23:15Speaker 1: You have a unique perspective on it, and I want
- 23:17Speaker 1: to get your take because this forcing you to believe
- 23:20Speaker 1: that women are the same as men, and that women
- 23:22Speaker 1: should play with men and men should be able to
- 23:24Speaker 1: go back like women. It is total insanity and it
- 23:26Speaker 1: needs to be treated that way. Well, it has to
- 23:28Speaker 1: be treated that way. It's totally insanitor. And you know,
- 23:31Speaker 1: you have a citizen senator that voted to put men
- 23:35Speaker 1: in women's sports, and that's sort of like at my
- 23:37Speaker 1: age now, putting me to compete against your daughter. And
- 23:40Speaker 1: at my age right now, I can go to the
- 23:42Speaker 1: Olympics and win a lot of gold medals against very
- 23:46Speaker 1: very good women. But there's a total difference between a
- 23:50Speaker 1: biological man and a biological woman. And I'm not sure
- 23:55Speaker 1: why we don't have more people standing up while we
- 23:58Speaker 1: having people not standing up. Because I do know the
- 24:01Speaker 1: definition of a woman, and I tell people this all
- 24:03Speaker 1: the time, it's man and woman. They're mad that woman
- 24:06Speaker 1: is made from a real of a man. They're totally different.
- 24:09Speaker 1: And we cannot continue to have and put little girls
- 24:12Speaker 1: down so they cannot have their dream. If we continue
- 24:16Speaker 1: to do and go like we're going, we're totally destroying.
- 24:19Speaker 1: Where is the women? Liver is out there? Where are they?
- 24:21Speaker 1: Where are they standing up? Because they've come so far
- 24:24Speaker 1: to have people voting in Washington to send them back,
- 24:27Speaker 1: And that's the same as what I said it would do.
- 24:29Speaker 1: And we're going bikers rather than going forward. Most of
- 24:32Speaker 1: the people that I grew up listening to doctor Kean,
- 24:35Speaker 1: he handed off up a ton, Well what did everyone
- 24:38Speaker 1: do that got the ba ton? They just sit it
- 24:39Speaker 1: down and start talking about things going bikers. Right now,
- 24:43Speaker 1: we've got to go forward the way you go forward
- 24:45Speaker 1: by giving everyone an opportunity to go out and have success,
- 24:48Speaker 1: giving everyone the opportunity to have that America's dream. But
- 24:51Speaker 1: right now we've forgotten about that America's dream because we
- 24:54Speaker 1: put people in Washington that want to give up our
- 24:56Speaker 1: energy to our enemy. They want to put men and
- 24:59Speaker 1: women's sports. They want to get this board a wide open.
- 25:01Speaker 1: They want to have a lawless society, and it doesn't
- 25:04Speaker 1: work well. And herschel you've seen firsthand. You know, I'm
- 25:06Speaker 1: the father of two daughters, and my youngest daughters an athletes.
- 25:10Speaker 1: You play softball. Your sister had a track scholarship. But
- 25:14Speaker 1: Title nine has been incredible in terms of giving girls
- 25:17Speaker 1: and giving young women the opportunity to compete and compete
- 25:21Speaker 1: at an elite level. You know, you know what does
- 25:24Speaker 1: it mean for girls and young women if suddenly biological
- 25:28Speaker 1: males can come in and compete. You've competed at the
- 25:32Speaker 1: very highest levels. Is that explain to folks? If that's fair? Well,
- 25:39Speaker 1: you know one of the things that when Titan nine
- 25:40Speaker 1: first was introduced, it was Titan nine to make it
- 25:43Speaker 1: an equal playing field in the amount of women athletes,
- 25:47Speaker 1: and they would do it was scholarship. Yeah, but then
- 25:50Speaker 1: we had people wanting now to bring let's put biological men,
- 25:53Speaker 1: and Titan nine that was not what it would desire.
- 25:55Speaker 1: And one year eligibility last you got one year back.
- 25:58Speaker 1: I can get it, you know, Yes, of the Master's right,
- 26:01Speaker 1: yea then as a girl and and I think that's
- 26:05Speaker 1: what it's so what it's so sad that gave women
- 26:09Speaker 1: an opportunity to step up like the men would do it.
- 26:12Speaker 1: And the same as when you watch today you watch
- 26:15Speaker 1: the women's soccer players and we have a good soccer team.
- 26:18Speaker 1: Whether they wanted to get the same amount of money
- 26:20Speaker 1: the men would get it. Well, now if you take
- 26:23Speaker 1: some of the men and start putting them in the
- 26:24Speaker 1: women's soccer team, now you get rid of the women.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Whether it's not right. And I think all women should
- 26:30Speaker 1: stand up and say no, and I'm gonna be that
- 26:32Speaker 1: champion to fight with them. I'm gonna fight for them
- 26:35Speaker 1: because it wouldn't be right. And I've said this many
- 26:37Speaker 1: a time. If you look at a sixteen year old
- 26:40Speaker 1: young man, put him in tennis and professional tenants, you
- 26:43Speaker 1: have a very very difficult time competing against the men.
- 26:47Speaker 1: But if you take a sixteen year old young woman
- 26:49Speaker 1: put at a professional level and she's a good tennis players,
- 26:52Speaker 1: she can compete. That just shows you the different biological
- 26:55Speaker 1: different between a man and a woman. That's a big difference.
- 26:59Speaker 1: And I think people need to rualize that that have
- 27:01Speaker 1: played need to protect women's We need to protect women's sports,
- 27:04Speaker 1: need to protect women right, because if you can put
- 27:07Speaker 1: a biological man in women's sports, whatever are you're going
- 27:10Speaker 1: to start doing. Because they talked about a man can
- 27:12Speaker 1: get pregnant, Well, I'm here to tell you they can't. No,
- 27:15Speaker 1: they can't. You can't. I said that, said you know
- 27:19Speaker 1: something's impossible when no one in Vegas will let you
- 27:21Speaker 1: bet on it. Yes, you cannot bet on that in Vegas.
- 27:24Speaker 1: Well you just can't. And look, I'll say, when you're
- 27:27Speaker 1: dealing with biological men playing women's sports, this is not
- 27:30Speaker 1: even an issue. Sometimes people say, well, it's LGBT trands,
- 27:34Speaker 1: it's all this. Now, this is a basic question of fairness.
- 27:36Speaker 1: And let's be clear. The reason it's unfair is because
- 27:40Speaker 1: you got on average men have larger body mass and
- 27:43Speaker 1: greater strength. That's not true of every man, that's not
- 27:45Speaker 1: true of every woman, but it is. There are significant differences.
- 27:49Speaker 1: And by the way, if there's a woman who wants
- 27:53Speaker 1: to compete in men's sports, that's fine. If if she's
- 27:57Speaker 1: able to do so, and you see that a couple
- 27:58Speaker 1: of times. You'll see some some field goal kickers in
- 28:01Speaker 1: in uh in football, yes, uh, you know that's fine
- 28:06Speaker 1: because it's not unfair, it's not exploiting an advantage. You
- 28:09Speaker 1: don't ask a very simple question, why is there a
- 28:12Speaker 1: w NBA. I I mean, why have a w NBA?
- 28:15Speaker 1: You don't. Look, there's some great players in the w NBA,
- 28:18Speaker 1: but if they had to play against Lebron James, they
- 28:21Speaker 1: wouldn't stand a chance. And it's a question of fairness.
- 28:24Speaker 1: I mean, look, in addition to being a football legend,
- 28:27Speaker 1: you were also a track star. You raced against Carl
- 28:29Speaker 1: Lewis and b Yes, yes I have. And that's and
- 28:32Speaker 1: that's as I said. You look at the times, the
- 28:35Speaker 1: times there's so much different, whereas that women Olympic women
- 28:38Speaker 1: times are still in there that not even the college
- 28:41Speaker 1: men times even better than Olympic women times. That shows
- 28:44Speaker 1: a big difference in the biological man and a biological woman.
- 28:48Speaker 1: And if you look at if a woman suddenly is
- 28:51Speaker 1: able to run and beat them in Great More Power Tour,
- 28:54Speaker 1: but it's not fair to say that that if she's
- 28:58Speaker 1: the best woman alive at the sports are well tough,
- 29:01Speaker 1: you're still gonna have to go against men that have,
- 29:04Speaker 1: you know, an additional hundred pounds of body mass and
- 29:06Speaker 1: strength and and and try to compete with that. Yes,
- 29:09Speaker 1: it's jockey. I want to get to the border issue
- 29:11Speaker 1: and center. You need allies on the border issue. Obviously,
- 29:15Speaker 1: Georgia not a border of state. You guys still deal
- 29:17Speaker 1: with the legal immigration here. You know how much of
- 29:20Speaker 1: a disasters. I think it's very clear the policy of
- 29:22Speaker 1: the Biden administration is to open have an open border.
- 29:25Speaker 1: Nothing's being done down there by accent. This is on purpose,
- 29:27Speaker 1: it's deliberate. This is a very important vote that we
- 29:31Speaker 1: need in the Senate. Is here. A lot of people
- 29:34Speaker 1: don't know that seven percent of drugs come from the
- 29:38Speaker 1: border goes through Atlanta, Georgia. And even though Georgia is
- 29:41Speaker 1: not a border state, but seven percent of drugs it
- 29:44Speaker 1: redistributed out of Atlanta because of the port and because
- 29:47Speaker 1: of the airport. So we're not a border state. But
- 29:50Speaker 1: the border is so so important to every state, not
- 29:53Speaker 1: just to Georgia or border towns, but it important to it.
- 29:56Speaker 1: But it's got to do. There's laws on the book.
- 29:59Speaker 1: This is a country. And not to be mean, but
- 30:01Speaker 1: you don't see anyone during these tough times now trying
- 30:04Speaker 1: to cross over into China, trying to cross over to
- 30:06Speaker 1: Russia because this is the greatest country in the world,
- 30:09Speaker 1: and if we don't have the laws on the books
- 30:11Speaker 1: and keep our border secured, we got problems. It's certainly
- 30:16Speaker 1: an issue too fetnol and the drugs, especially in the
- 30:19Speaker 1: African American community. I was truly shocked when I was
- 30:23Speaker 1: watching local news talking about your race and they were
- 30:27Speaker 1: acting like there was only one African American man in
- 30:30Speaker 1: the race. Does that offend you a little bit that
- 30:32Speaker 1: they act like Warnock the guy that's the true minority candidate.
- 30:36Speaker 1: They'd seem to overlook it with you, and you know
- 30:39Speaker 1: the African American community. You live in the African America,
- 30:41Speaker 1: you grew up, You understand the problems, and drugs one
- 30:46Speaker 1: of those issues that you talk about here in Georgia. Well,
- 30:48Speaker 1: the media is never going to be my friend, and
- 30:50Speaker 1: I know that. But like I said, that's what I
- 30:52Speaker 1: knew when I got into this race. That's the same
- 30:54Speaker 1: as when they're talking about abortion. And that's why I said,
- 30:57Speaker 1: if no one has ever seen a debate or one worker,
- 31:00Speaker 1: I wish they had conceded Abab because that was a
- 31:02Speaker 1: question I asked him, because you know, he's a he's
- 31:05Speaker 1: a sitting senator, but he also is a pastor, and
- 31:07Speaker 1: he believes in abortion with no no exception. He believes
- 31:10Speaker 1: in abortion. He believed that nine months uh, you a
- 31:13Speaker 1: woman can abort a baby. He even said, he voted
- 31:17Speaker 1: that if you are if if your baby, if your
- 31:20Speaker 1: baby have a I gotta get it right right right
- 31:24Speaker 1: that he voted also that if your baby survived in abortion,
- 31:29Speaker 1: that he would deny that baby medical care. That is
- 31:32Speaker 1: very very screen right there. And he is a pastor.
- 31:35Speaker 1: But I asked the question to him because I said,
- 31:38Speaker 1: you are a pastor. Well is that he said, a
- 31:41Speaker 1: doctor and a patient and the government can't be in
- 31:44Speaker 1: the same room. But he forgot that that's a baby
- 31:46Speaker 1: in that room as also, And he forgot he also
- 31:48Speaker 1: trying to bring the government back in the room because
- 31:50Speaker 1: he wanted the government to pay for it. But if
- 31:52Speaker 1: he believes in what he talks about, because he always
- 31:55Speaker 1: talking about separation, you're always talking about the color of
- 31:58Speaker 1: your skin in Atlanta, Georgie or the majority of the
- 32:00Speaker 1: baby aborted a black, So does he believe in black
- 32:04Speaker 1: lives matter? Does he believe in that? So he hasn't
- 32:07Speaker 1: stand behind things that he preaches about it. He hasn't
- 32:09Speaker 1: stand behind things that he says, but don't just say
- 32:12Speaker 1: quotes from the Bible without saying the whole Bible verse.
- 32:15Speaker 1: And I think that is the problem. That's the reason
- 32:17Speaker 1: I say he's a one trick ponent. But that's the
- 32:19Speaker 1: reason I said, people, we have to vote for people
- 32:22Speaker 1: that believe in what they're saying. And the reason I
- 32:24Speaker 1: got into this race, I believe in the people. We
- 32:27Speaker 1: should turn this back over to the people, because the
- 32:29Speaker 1: people are the one that should have decided what the
- 32:31Speaker 1: Supreme Court did was the correct thing. Turn it back
- 32:34Speaker 1: over to the states, put it back into the people's hand,
- 32:37Speaker 1: which is the right thing that they did. Well, you know, Herschel.
- 32:40Speaker 1: One of the things I admire about you is it
- 32:44Speaker 1: is really tough to be a black conservative because the
- 32:48Speaker 1: left hates you and hates you with a passion. Is
- 32:55Speaker 1: it is a loathing and the media and the Democrats
- 32:59Speaker 1: they hate you, and they do that sum to Hispanics.
- 33:01Speaker 1: I'm an Hispanic Conservative, and you know, hort Ramus called
- 33:04Speaker 1: me on air a traitor to my race. Yes, and
- 33:07Speaker 1: and and they but they have a particular loathing for
- 33:12Speaker 1: an African American who dares to be a conservative and
- 33:15Speaker 1: they go after you in in nasty racial terms. Look,
- 33:20Speaker 1: Clarence Thomas has endured this for decades on the Supreme Court,
- 33:23Speaker 1: where they despise him. Anton and Scalia was every bit
- 33:26Speaker 1: as conservatives as Clarence Thomas, but they never heaped the
- 33:30Speaker 1: kind of scorn and abuse because their view is how
- 33:33Speaker 1: dare a black man disagree? But I gotta say, look
- 33:37Speaker 1: the policies of the Democrats and listen, the Democrats are
- 33:41Speaker 1: playing a lot of racial politics here in Georgia. The
- 33:44Speaker 1: politics of the Democrats have done enormous damage to the
- 33:48Speaker 1: African American community here in Georgia. Whether you're dealing with crime,
- 33:52Speaker 1: when these lunatics let murderers go, who do you think
- 33:56Speaker 1: the murderers and gang bangers are killing. And they're killing
- 33:59Speaker 1: a lot more African Americans and a lot more Hispanics
- 34:02Speaker 1: than anybody else. Those are the lives. Somehow, those black
- 34:05Speaker 1: lives don't matter to the Democrats. When it comes to education,
- 34:09Speaker 1: Raphael Warnock is passionately opposed to school choice. He wants
- 34:13Speaker 1: to trap kids in failing schools and give them no hope.
- 34:17Speaker 1: And as you know, if you talk to African American parents.
- 34:21Speaker 1: Sixty seventy percent of African Americans supports school choice because
- 34:25Speaker 1: they want their kids to get an education in the lockdowns.
- 34:28Speaker 1: I was going to ask you about this because I
- 34:30Speaker 1: think there was a lot of I grew up in
- 34:32Speaker 1: Memphis in the Sea, and my sister teaches in an
- 34:35Speaker 1: inner city school, and she said it was heartbreaking to
- 34:38Speaker 1: watch the kids fall behind that were already behind when
- 34:42Speaker 1: you had in class teaching, but really fell behind when
- 34:44Speaker 1: it went into the virtual learning and it opened up
- 34:48Speaker 1: I think so many people's eyes the idea of school choice.
- 34:51Speaker 1: This is an issue where Warnock is a guy that
- 34:53Speaker 1: says the government is you know, your child is a
- 34:56Speaker 1: property of the government. Basically we decide what's best, not
- 34:59Speaker 1: the parents. Yeah, but that was an easy reason why
- 35:03Speaker 1: he did it because the teacher union is one of
- 35:05Speaker 1: his big donors. So the teacher union union is one
- 35:08Speaker 1: of his big donors. Whereas you know, the leader of
- 35:10Speaker 1: the teacher union make over five hundred thousand dollars. The
- 35:13Speaker 1: average salary of a teacher here in Georgia's in the
- 35:16Speaker 1: fifth fifth is something thousand, so she making almost nine
- 35:19Speaker 1: times as much. But yet he will have a young
- 35:22Speaker 1: kid instead of putting the money into this kid. He
- 35:24Speaker 1: really go along with the teacher union. So he talks
- 35:27Speaker 1: about the education, but he doesn't believe it, and he's
- 35:29Speaker 1: a hypocrite. He's a hypocrite and he knows it. And
- 35:32Speaker 1: I called him out on that on stage. That's the
- 35:34Speaker 1: reason he got upset because if he really believe in
- 35:37Speaker 1: school choice, if he believes in charter school he would
- 35:40Speaker 1: have said it. But he didn't say it because he
- 35:41Speaker 1: didn't want an offend the teacher union because they have
- 35:44Speaker 1: no say in charter schools. You were absolutely in favor
- 35:48Speaker 1: of those states. Oh I am country, You're a hardcore
- 35:51Speaker 1: proponent of them. I am, because every kid deserved the
- 35:54Speaker 1: right to an average good education, and that's the way
- 35:58Speaker 1: you can get it by putting the money in this
- 35:59Speaker 1: student revet in the institution. And also I believe that
- 36:02Speaker 1: teachers should make more money, but I think that teacher
- 36:05Speaker 1: union shouldn't have a say. And David Raylish at closing
- 36:09Speaker 1: down schools that kids didn't get the education they deserved,
- 36:13Speaker 1: but yet that was the private schools open. They were
- 36:16Speaker 1: okay with that. So Senator Warnock do not practice what
- 36:19Speaker 1: he preached well, And every time that Raphael Warnock has
- 36:22Speaker 1: voted on school choice, he's voted against it. Every time
- 36:25Speaker 1: he's had a vote on school shutdowns, he's voted in
- 36:28Speaker 1: favor of school shutdowns. We had a vote that I
- 36:30Speaker 1: forced on the Senate floor because the DC public schools
- 36:33Speaker 1: announced a policy that they were going to mandate a
- 36:36Speaker 1: COVID vaccine mandate to go to school, and if the
- 36:39Speaker 1: kids didn't get a COVID vaccine, they were going to
- 36:41Speaker 1: throw him out of school. Only sixty percent of the
- 36:44Speaker 1: African American students in the DC schools public schools have
- 36:48Speaker 1: the COVID vaccine. I forced to vote on the Senate
- 36:50Speaker 1: floor and said, guys, we shouldn't be thrown out of
- 36:53Speaker 1: school forty percent of the black kids in Washington, DC.
- 36:57Speaker 1: And Raphael Warnock happily stood up with every other Democrat
- 37:01Speaker 1: and voted, yes, throw forty percent of the black kids
- 37:03Speaker 1: out of school. I gotta say that is it is
- 37:06Speaker 1: cruel and it's heartless, and you're right it is paid
- 37:09Speaker 1: for by cash from the teachers union. Because that's not
- 37:12Speaker 1: looking out for the kids. If you vote for throwing
- 37:15Speaker 1: a thirteen, fourteen, fifteen year old African American kid out
- 37:18Speaker 1: of school, turning him into a school dropout. You know
- 37:21Speaker 1: that he's much more likely going to go down the
- 37:23Speaker 1: road to drugs, to crime. You're destroying that kid's life,
- 37:27Speaker 1: and yet the Democrats are perfectly happen. I'll tell you
- 37:29Speaker 1: the teacher union money is going to come into this race. Yes,
- 37:31Speaker 1: And I will say this to everybody listening. Please share
- 37:34Speaker 1: this podcast so that people get to know herschelmore, they
- 37:37Speaker 1: understand what type of person he is and why it's
- 37:40Speaker 1: so important to give. Go to Teamherschel dot com and
- 37:43Speaker 1: give money because we're up against, as you said, the
- 37:46Speaker 1: teachers unions and they and I think this is going
- 37:49Speaker 1: to be a nationwide issue. And I will remind concerns
- 37:52Speaker 1: because I want to put this so you understand. If
- 37:54Speaker 1: you think that George isn't going to affect your life,
- 37:56Speaker 1: you're wrong. If you think this election, yep, isn't going
- 37:59Speaker 1: to affect your life, you're wrong. And if you went
- 38:01Speaker 1: out and vote on Tuesday for conservative candidates, then this
- 38:03Speaker 1: is what you need to do next. This is over
- 38:05Speaker 1: time and you need to buy a ticket to watch
- 38:08Speaker 1: the rest of the game, and that means investing in
- 38:10Speaker 1: the race that is going to have a huge impact
- 38:12Speaker 1: in this country. Go to Team Hirschel dot com. I
- 38:15Speaker 1: want to go to another issue real quick, because I
- 38:17Speaker 1: know we got to get to the event, but this
- 38:19Speaker 1: is an important one for so many Americans, and that
- 38:22Speaker 1: is a second Amendment. You know, I look at Abrahams
- 38:25Speaker 1: and I look at at your opponent, and they are
- 38:28Speaker 1: one and the same. They want to take away guns,
- 38:31Speaker 1: and it's very clear from what they have said they're
- 38:33Speaker 1: no different than one another. They want the government to
- 38:35Speaker 1: have all the power. They do not, I think, respect
- 38:39Speaker 1: the Constitution, and they certainly don't respect the Second Amendment.
- 38:41Speaker 1: And I want people to understand where you stand on
- 38:43Speaker 1: that issue. Well, I'm flota Second Amendment and anything that's
- 38:46Speaker 1: going to try to affect a Second Amendment, I'm gonna
- 38:48Speaker 1: be against because we got to continue to have the
- 38:51Speaker 1: Second Amendment. And you want to have people that I
- 38:54Speaker 1: do not want the government missing with anyone's guns. And
- 38:56Speaker 1: I just think that right now, when you have people
- 38:58Speaker 1: that want to take away this constitution, that's exactly what
- 39:01Speaker 1: they want to do. They want to stack the court,
- 39:03Speaker 1: they want to do whatever they can that's going to
- 39:05Speaker 1: hurt the fabric of this country. Well, this country has
- 39:08Speaker 1: come so far, and yet you have people now that
- 39:10Speaker 1: want to take it back and I'm not going to
- 39:12Speaker 1: do that. Well, and let me make a final point
- 39:14Speaker 1: on this, and you're right, we should wrap up because
- 39:15Speaker 1: we had a rally we need to get to. But
- 39:19Speaker 1: here's one of the stakes. One of the stakes in
- 39:20Speaker 1: this race is control of the Senate. But at this point,
- 39:24Speaker 1: we don't know what's going to happen in Nevada. We
- 39:25Speaker 1: don't know what happened it's going to happen in Arizona.
- 39:29Speaker 1: If it so happens that we don't win those races,
- 39:31Speaker 1: and that's a possibility that we don't win those races.
- 39:34Speaker 1: If we don't win Georgia either, it means that the
- 39:38Speaker 1: Democrats majority grows from fifty to fifty one. What does
- 39:43Speaker 1: that mean. Well, in the last two years, the only
- 39:46Speaker 1: thing that stopped the Democrats from ending the filibuster was
- 39:50Speaker 1: you had two Democratic senators that stood up and said no,
- 39:53Speaker 1: Joe Mansion in West Virginia and Kirsten Centam on Arizona.
- 39:56Speaker 1: I gotta tell you, I've served with Mansion for ten years,
- 40:00Speaker 1: and prior to the last two years, Mansion had never
- 40:03Speaker 1: once stood up to Chuck Schumer on any issue that matter.
- 40:06Speaker 1: We just saw him roll over and screw the coal
- 40:09Speaker 1: miners in West Virginia and give into the Green New
- 40:11Speaker 1: Deal on their disastrous bill they just passed. If the
- 40:15Speaker 1: Democrats grow their majority from fifty to fifty one, I
- 40:20Speaker 1: think the odds grow eight percent, that they end the filibuster,
- 40:29Speaker 1: that they donats, that Cinema can't block it anymore, and
- 40:32Speaker 1: that mansion rolls over. And I'll tell you right now,
- 40:35Speaker 1: if the Democrats end the filibuster, they will number one.
- 40:39Speaker 1: They will pack the United States Supreme Court. They will
- 40:42Speaker 1: put four left wing justices immediately on the Supreme Court.
- 40:46Speaker 1: And if you care about the Second Amendment, I'll tell
- 40:48Speaker 1: you what they will do. They were over rule Heller
- 40:51Speaker 1: versus District of Columbia, the landmark decision that held that
- 40:54Speaker 1: the Second Amendment as an individual right to keep in
- 40:57Speaker 1: bear arms. So quite literally, whether Herschel wins or not
- 41:02Speaker 1: couldn't determine whether your Second Amendment right and whatever state
- 41:05Speaker 1: you're in exists or is taken away by the Marxists
- 41:10Speaker 1: that are leading the Democrat Party. That's what the stakes
- 41:12Speaker 1: are in this election. It's important you get involved. Everybody listening,
- 41:16Speaker 1: I'll say it again. Please share this podcast, put it
- 41:19Speaker 1: up on social media Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and most importantly,
- 41:23Speaker 1: if you've never given a campaign before, this is a
- 41:27Speaker 1: great time to start. Go to team Herschel dot com.
- 41:29Speaker 1: That's Team Herschel dot com and do it. I'm proud
- 41:32Speaker 1: of you. I think, it's I think and my prayers
- 41:35Speaker 1: are with you, the senator. I'm sure it says the
- 41:36Speaker 1: same thing. It's gonna be a tough thirty days here,
- 41:39Speaker 1: but I have a gut feeling your whole life has
- 41:41Speaker 1: prepared you for this moment. It has and I and
- 41:44Speaker 1: you say you're proud of me, but you don't have
- 41:46Speaker 1: to be. This is something I should be doing. Whether
- 41:48Speaker 1: the Lord has blessed me so much, I have to
- 41:50Speaker 1: give back. And I watched men and women in service
- 41:53Speaker 1: that they went out and they've sacrificed so much. I
- 41:56Speaker 1: watched all men and women in Blue Wood, and morale
- 41:58Speaker 1: is down, recruitment is down. They continue to fight on.
- 42:01Speaker 1: And this is just a small thing that you can
- 42:03Speaker 1: ask from me. It's just to go out and win
- 42:06Speaker 1: this seat from radical marks as a senator. One up,
- 42:10Speaker 1: Zander be on the bus with you, sir, Thanks for
- 42:13Speaker 1: having us. Thanks for coming on, taking us time to
- 42:15Speaker 1: talk to the country and h and we'll be watching.
