Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / DEMOCRATS DEMAND AMERICA BURN ON 4th of JULY!
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: I woke up on the fourth of July thinking that
- 0:03Speaker 1: you would have a country that would probably come together,
- 0:06Speaker 1: take a hit the pause button, and say, you know what,
- 0:10Speaker 1: maybe we should celebrate America. Liberals are far from that.
- 0:13Speaker 1: In fact, they used holiday parades to spout political disdain
- 0:19Speaker 1: towards the country which in theory they were supposed to
- 0:22Speaker 1: be celebrating. We are seeing this become a theme from
- 0:25Speaker 1: democrats on the left to have decided that when they
- 0:28Speaker 1: get an audience, even if it's on the fourth of July,
- 0:31Speaker 1: that their objective is to undermine this country's institution, specifically
- 0:36Speaker 1: now the Supreme Court. During the July fourth festivities, and
- 0:41Speaker 1: there were a lot of them around the country, democrats
- 0:44Speaker 1: made it clear that their goal and objective is to
- 0:47Speaker 1: undermine the Supreme Court, to delegitimize the Supreme Court. Now,
- 0:52Speaker 1: this is obviously very important to them because they want
- 0:55Speaker 1: to pack the court, and packing the court means they
- 0:58Speaker 1: can then get new members on the court to overrule
- 1:01Speaker 1: the conservative majority that is currently there. Now, yes, you
- 1:05Speaker 1: can add members Supreme Court and if you delegitimize the
- 1:09Speaker 1: Supreme Court, which is clearly something that they are hell
- 1:13Speaker 1: bent on doing, delegitimizing the Supreme Court. You can then
- 1:19Speaker 1: not be It wouldn't be such a shock to actually
- 1:22Speaker 1: flip it, to expand it, to totally pack the court.
- 1:28Speaker 1: I think it's obvious now that Democrats have decided that
- 1:31Speaker 1: is their objective, that is the goal. It is to
- 1:34Speaker 1: pack the Supreme Court and to delegitimize this court and
- 1:37Speaker 1: to make it only legitimate if they have the majority. Now,
- 1:42Speaker 1: I'm going to play for you a montage. Some of
- 1:45Speaker 1: this is from before July fourth, and a lot of
- 1:47Speaker 1: this is actually from July fourth events over the weekend,
- 1:52Speaker 1: and I want you to hear how much disdain, how
- 1:55Speaker 1: much hatred they have for the United States of America
- 1:58Speaker 1: while they're supposed to be celebrating this country. And this
- 2:02Speaker 1: is in the post Roe v. Wade world where America's
- 2:05Speaker 1: government and the Supreme Court is now illegitimate. Now, I'll
- 2:08Speaker 1: also want to say something else. With the economy really
- 2:12Speaker 1: an inflation out of control in the stock market taking
- 2:15Speaker 1: horrific losses, the NASDAC down more in one month than
- 2:19Speaker 1: we've seen back in two thousand and eight was the
- 2:21Speaker 1: last time it was this bad. You may be looking
- 2:25Speaker 1: at your financial portfolio and you're sick to your stomach.
- 2:27Speaker 1: You're not alone. The question is if you are not
- 2:31Speaker 1: diversified in precious metals as part of your financial portfolio,
- 2:36Speaker 1: then what would it look like now? Maybe if you
- 2:38Speaker 1: would have been, it's not too late, by the way,
- 2:40Speaker 1: to take advantage of gold and silver. It is a
- 2:43Speaker 1: hedge against inflation, and it's a way for you to
- 2:45Speaker 1: diversify your IRA, your four oh one K, your investment portfolio.
- 2:50Speaker 1: If you've never looked at gold and silver, there's actually
- 2:52Speaker 1: no better time than right now now. I've been investing
- 2:55Speaker 1: golden silver for gosh almost twenty years. I've used it
- 2:59Speaker 1: as acentage of my strategy to protect myself. So on
- 3:02Speaker 1: the worst days on Wall Street usually they're not as
- 3:05Speaker 1: bad for me as they are for others. Call Legacy

- 3:43Speaker 1: talking about basically overthrowing the government and overthrowing the Supreme
- 3:48Speaker 1: Court are the same people that are saying that Donald
- 3:51Speaker 1: Trump should go to prison for advocating, supporting, and demanding
- 3:55Speaker 1: that the insurrectionists on January the six burned down the Capitol,
- 3:59Speaker 1: which they did burn down, they didn't try to burn
- 4:01Speaker 1: down and Donald Trump never said to overthrow the government.
- 4:05Speaker 1: That's the same people saying that are now saying this
- 4:09Speaker 1: happy fourth of July from the left. This is their
- 4:12Speaker 1: message to America. This is fashionist in many ways. This
- 4:17Speaker 1: decision and this policy will kill people. There is a
- 4:20Speaker 1: war out there and we need to recognize that we've
- 4:23Speaker 1: got to armor up. I got the pitchforks, You get
- 4:25Speaker 1: the gas and the torches. The hell with the we
- 4:29Speaker 1: will divide them right now. I are not enough and
- 4:35Speaker 1: gray this far right, racist, sexist Supreme Court that made
- 4:42Speaker 1: this decision based upon politics. This court has lost legitimacy.
- 4:47Speaker 1: They have burned whatever legitimacy they may still have had.
- 4:52Speaker 1: This is a crisis of legitimacy. This decision is delegitimizing
- 4:57Speaker 1: the Supreme Court. Now, now, why don't you think about
- 5:00Speaker 1: just the delegitimizing and they've lost legitimacy. You're hearing this
- 5:03Speaker 1: from todd Democratic leaders. You can hear them saying it.
- 5:06Speaker 1: This is obviously a coordinated attack on the Supreme Court.
- 5:11Speaker 1: And they are using the same verbiage. Why, because they
- 5:14Speaker 1: have decided this is how you undermine our institutions, you
- 5:18Speaker 1: undermine the Supreme Court. This is how you go about
- 5:21Speaker 1: pulling this off. And it's a very very very very
- 5:24Speaker 1: very smart move if you're the Democratic Party, because you
- 5:27Speaker 1: understand that the people that follow you, many of them
- 5:30Speaker 1: don't read the Constitution and certainly don't have respect for
- 5:33Speaker 1: the Supreme Court because they really don't know anything about it.
- 5:37Speaker 1: What they've also have now said is that if we
- 5:41Speaker 1: don't get our way, and this is exactly what socialists do.
- 5:45Speaker 1: This is what dictators do. This is what people like
- 5:48Speaker 1: Vladimir Putin or Hugo Chavez or Fido Castro have done.
- 5:53Speaker 1: This is the same thing that Adolf Hitler did. Right,
- 5:56Speaker 1: if you don't get your way, then and you just
- 6:00Speaker 1: say that the other side it was delegitimate. Right, it
- 6:05Speaker 1: was illegitimate. It was, it was, it was something that
- 6:08Speaker 1: should never have happened, and so therefore I'm going to
- 6:11Speaker 1: overrule it. Right, Donald Trump got elected, Let's go back
- 6:14Speaker 1: to that. And when he got elected in two thousand
- 6:18Speaker 1: in sixteen, what did they say. They said he wasn't
- 6:21Speaker 1: the legitimate president of the United States of America. Then
- 6:23Speaker 1: they said he actually didn't win. Then they said that
- 6:26Speaker 1: he was right right, I mean, they went then they said, well,
- 6:29Speaker 1: he was actually helped by the Russians and Russian collusion,
- 6:32Speaker 1: even though they knew that was a lie, and they
- 6:34Speaker 1: delegitimized his presidency. Now it worked if you think about it,
- 6:38Speaker 1: because he lost one reelection in two the entire time
- 6:41Speaker 1: he was president, he was having to defend himself from
- 6:43Speaker 1: being thrown out of office because of literally no pun intended,
- 6:47Speaker 1: trumped up charges by the Democrats on issues that they
- 6:50Speaker 1: created out of thin air. And when you can delegitimize
- 6:54Speaker 1: a president and you make him weak the entire time
- 6:58Speaker 1: that he is president, it has an impact on the
- 7:01Speaker 1: presence agenda. Playing defense if you're the president all the
- 7:05Speaker 1: time instead of getting to play some offense is pretty
- 7:08Speaker 1: much everything you need to know. Now you look at
- 7:11Speaker 1: how the well they pulled that off, delegitimizing the presidency
- 7:15Speaker 1: of Donald Trump, the entire time, Russian collusion. The Russians
- 7:20Speaker 1: are in charge. We're gonna arrest people around him. He
- 7:22Speaker 1: deserves to go to prison, he deserves to be impeached.
- 7:25Speaker 1: The list was long. Okay, we all know that the
- 7:27Speaker 1: list was actually very long, and they delegitimized him. It worked.
- 7:35Speaker 1: If you're a Democrat, you celebrated the delegitimizing and the
- 7:39Speaker 1: attacking of Donald Trump and his administration, the people that
- 7:42Speaker 1: work for him. You celebrated every part of this. It's
- 7:48Speaker 1: no different than what you're witnessing right now. But now
- 7:50Speaker 1: it's a Supreme Court. Now they're going after the Supreme
- 7:53Speaker 1: Court in a broad argument, but they're also going after
- 7:57Speaker 1: the Supreme Court and going after individuals, because if you
- 8:01Speaker 1: can delegitimize certain Supreme Court justices, then you can you
- 8:06Speaker 1: can justify packing the court to offset the justices that
- 8:10Speaker 1: you have now decided are legitimate, right, you can delegitimize them.
- 8:15Speaker 1: This is what they've been doing recently to Clarence Thomas. Specifically,
- 8:19Speaker 1: they hate Clarence Thomas because he's a black man that
- 8:22Speaker 1: is powerful. That is on the Supreme Court, that is
- 8:25Speaker 1: a constitutionalist, and he hurts their cause. That's why they've
- 8:29Speaker 1: decided we will delegitimize him. Specifically, who is Clarence Thomas?
- 8:36Speaker 1: Is he my Saudi Arabian father? Who's going to tell
- 8:39Speaker 1: me what I can and cannot do with my body?
- 8:41Speaker 1: A lot of people who believe this is a rigged court.
- 8:43Speaker 1: I'm just convinced we need to burn it all down
- 8:45Speaker 1: because at this point, I don't know what else we're
- 8:47Speaker 1: supposed to do. Be prepared to live in defiance of
- 8:51Speaker 1: these six people. I'm advocating for violence. I am advocating
- 9:01Speaker 1: for violence. If oh, hold on a second, I'm advocating
- 9:04Speaker 1: for violence. Did we get any violence this past weekend?
- 9:08Speaker 1: Did we get a shooting? I think that happened to
- 9:10Speaker 1: police officers shot during a Philadelphia Fourth of July fireworks show.
- 9:14Speaker 1: I think we had that. Didn't we have a shooting
- 9:16Speaker 1: that also took place that Kamal Harris is now going
- 9:19Speaker 1: to visit Chicago and wake of the July fourth shooting?
- 9:22Speaker 1: There is it the same Democrats that were just advocating
- 9:25Speaker 1: I am advocating for violence. You heard that right? Because
- 9:27Speaker 1: Vice President Harris is going to visit Chicago on Tuesday,
- 9:31Speaker 1: twenty four hours after a mass shooting that killed six people, which,
- 9:34Speaker 1: by the way, in Chicago is really not a lot
- 9:35Speaker 1: of people. I'm just being honest. You got twenty five
- 9:38Speaker 1: people that were killed on Friday alone in Chicago, and
- 9:41Speaker 1: no one gives a crap. But now because it's you know,
- 9:43Speaker 1: at the same time, then it's oh, well, this is
- 9:46Speaker 1: this changes everything because we got to push for gun
- 9:49Speaker 1: control and we've decided this is some horrific mass shooting
- 9:51Speaker 1: that we must then use to push our political agenda.
- 9:55Speaker 1: You got six people that were killed, at least thirty
- 9:58Speaker 1: more injured. That's less in a normal weekend of carnage,
- 10:01Speaker 1: any weekend in Chicago. But because it happened in the
- 10:05Speaker 1: fourth of July parade and all the victims were lining
- 10:08Speaker 1: this parade en route to the city's Highland Park neighborhood,
- 10:12Speaker 1: They've decided now to use this as a gun control
- 10:15Speaker 1: call for gun control mandate. So Kamala Harris going to
- 10:18Speaker 1: show up in Chicago, even though more people dine a
- 10:20Speaker 1: normal week in Chicago than this and they never show
- 10:24Speaker 1: up for that, right quote, I'm going to travel to
- 10:25Speaker 1: Chicago tomorrow morning to address the National Association of Educators,
- 10:29Speaker 1: Anya Harris told reporters after visiting with firefighters in Santa Monica, California,
- 10:33Speaker 1: and then she says, I'm going to go spend time
- 10:36Speaker 1: with the victims of this tragedy. Part of what I'm preparing. Sadly,
- 10:39Speaker 1: I was preparing it before, but it resonates every day.
- 10:44Speaker 1: She says. It's a whole section on what our teachers
- 10:47Speaker 1: go through. They go to school to learn how to
- 10:48Speaker 1: teach our kids, inspire their ambitions, to create the future
- 10:52Speaker 1: generations of leaders, and our teachers are also training to
- 10:54Speaker 1: deal with an active shooter. Harris went on to say,
- 10:57Speaker 1: so this is what she's going to do. Quote, our
- 10:59Speaker 1: teachers are having to learn how to put a tourniquet
- 11:02Speaker 1: on a kid if they have been shot. And so
- 11:04Speaker 1: what we look at is the issue of gun violence. Yes,
- 11:07Speaker 1: never let a tragedy go to race. Now, all the
- 11:09Speaker 1: people that die on normal Saturday and Sunday and a
- 11:11Speaker 1: Monday and a Tuesday and a Wednesday in Chicago, we
- 11:14Speaker 1: don't give a crap about them. That's what Democrats have
- 11:17Speaker 1: made clear. Lori Lightfoot, the president of Vice spread they
- 11:19Speaker 1: don't care about all those deaths, those deaths, but if
- 11:22Speaker 1: it happens in the July fourth parade after Democrats have
- 11:25Speaker 1: been calling for violence because of what happened to Spring
- 11:28Speaker 1: Court with Rov Wade, then now we got to show
- 11:31Speaker 1: up because we got to advocate for you know, this
- 11:34Speaker 1: issue of guns and getting rid of guns and banning guns.
- 11:39Speaker 1: She goes on to say, hey, Harris, on July fourth, again,
- 11:42Speaker 1: this is on the day you're supposed to be celebrating freedom.
- 11:44Speaker 1: You're not freedom. You're now calling to take away American's freedom, saying, quote,
- 11:48Speaker 1: we look at the dangers that is present in communities
- 11:51Speaker 1: that it ranges, and it's sometimes well it's something that
- 11:54Speaker 1: we should well quote should should take. And I'm quoting
- 11:57Speaker 1: her exactly here. This doesn't mean screwing up. Okay, it's
- 12:01Speaker 1: something we should take. Well, you know, take it very seriously.
- 12:04Speaker 1: Quote unquote that's the actual quote. Don't blame me, blame
- 12:07Speaker 1: her for that. The trip was announced on Friday, by
- 12:09Speaker 1: the way, before the shooting, but now they're trying to
- 12:11Speaker 1: act like the trip's going to happen after the shooting.
- 12:14Speaker 1: Because you never let a crisis go to way. So
- 12:16Speaker 1: that's what Barack Obama's team said President Joe Biden, by
- 12:19Speaker 1: the way, on Monday, said he and the First Lady
- 12:21Speaker 1: Joe Biden were quote shocked by the senseless gun violence.
- 12:24Speaker 1: Are you really shocked by the senseless gun violence, mister president.
- 12:27Speaker 1: I'm asking it seriously because there are dozens and dozens
- 12:31Speaker 1: and dozens of people that are murdered and shot every
- 12:33Speaker 1: single weekend in Chicago. You don't come out with statements
- 12:37Speaker 1: when that happens. So why the statement now? Because this
- 12:39Speaker 1: is when they can grab your guns? What better day
- 12:42Speaker 1: to call for grabbing guns? In July fourth, right, the
- 12:44Speaker 1: senseless gun violence has yet again brought grief to an
- 12:47Speaker 1: American community on Independence Day. The suspected shooter, by the way,
- 12:52Speaker 1: has since been arrested by Chicago law enforcement. During a
- 12:55Speaker 1: press conference, Highland Park police chiefs announced these suspect gunmen
- 12:58Speaker 1: was apprehended. It's six dpm nor Chicago police officers did
- 13:02Speaker 1: it right. We got the guy. But we're gonna we
- 13:05Speaker 1: gotta exploit this now. What's interesting is and we'll find
- 13:10Speaker 1: out I'm sure more about the shooter at some point,
- 13:12Speaker 1: but it's interesting that we have a shooter on Independence
- 13:15Speaker 1: Day who goes and does a mass shooting and then
- 13:17Speaker 1: what immediately happens. Democrats immediately call for gun control on
- 13:23Speaker 1: a day that you should never call for gun control. Right,
- 13:26Speaker 1: if you understand what this country is all about, you
- 13:30Speaker 1: should never ever call for gun control on July fourth. Oh,
- 13:36Speaker 1: welcome to twenty twenty two. When that's exactly what we do.
- 13:40Speaker 1: We delegitimize anything we don't like. We delegitimize anything that
- 13:45Speaker 1: is against what we believe in. We undermine things in
- 13:49Speaker 1: society that we hate. We take out you know, Supreme
- 13:51Speaker 1: Court justice. Hell, we put out a kill list for justices,
- 13:54Speaker 1: and then we don't condemn the violence of justices. Don't
- 13:56Speaker 1: forget that part of the story. Remember there were people
- 13:59Speaker 1: that were trying to kill There was a man trying
- 14:01Speaker 1: to assassinate Brett Kavanaugh. The president did not come out
- 14:04Speaker 1: and condemn it. The vice president didn't come out and
- 14:06Speaker 1: condemn the violence. But on July fourth, yes, there's a
- 14:08Speaker 1: shooting in Chicago, which happens every day. They're mass shootings
- 14:12Speaker 1: that happened in Chicago literally every single weekend. But this one,
- 14:16Speaker 1: we're gonna use to take away guns and advocate for
- 14:18Speaker 1: taking away guns. So let's go. Let's do this. You
- 14:22Speaker 1: have to understand, they don't care about you. They care
- 14:24Speaker 1: about controlling you. They don't care about your rights. They
- 14:27Speaker 1: want to take them all away from you. They don't
- 14:29Speaker 1: care about what you believe in or what the Constitution says,
- 14:32Speaker 1: because they're gonna tell you that the Constitution is illegitimate.
- 14:36Speaker 1: They're gonna deal legitimize, They're gonna tell you the Supreme
- 14:38Speaker 1: Court is illegitimate. So therefore we can pack the court
- 14:40Speaker 1: to protect you from yourselves. Right, Because anytime we get
- 14:43Speaker 1: a bad ruling, ha ha, and we're in charge, we'll
- 14:45Speaker 1: just throw some more people on the Supreme Court and
- 14:47Speaker 1: then we'll overturn the ruling that we didn't like, because
- 14:49Speaker 1: that's how we roll. Tell me I'm wrong, by the way,
- 14:54Speaker 1: give me one example where I'm wrong. Let's go back
- 14:56Speaker 1: to the tape. We're not even through half of this
- 14:58Speaker 1: tape of this incredible ontage of all these democrats on
- 15:02Speaker 1: a mission to make insurrection. I guess great again, right,
- 15:05Speaker 1: this is what they're doing. They want to delegitimize everything.
- 15:09Speaker 1: They want to pack courts, they want to tell you
- 15:11Speaker 1: the constitution sex happy for the July and we're gonna
- 15:14Speaker 1: call for gun bands on July fourth. Well, it rights
- 15:16Speaker 1: in this country under this conservative Supreme Court. You better
- 15:19Speaker 1: be a sis hetero white man or an oozy, because
- 15:23Speaker 1: those are the two things that this court believes have rights.
- 15:26Speaker 1: This is really not just about abortion. This is about
- 15:28Speaker 1: just an attack on modern America as we have come
- 15:32Speaker 1: to know it. This is not just a crisis of row.
- 15:34Speaker 1: This is a crisis of our democracy. The Supreme Court
- 15:38Speaker 1: has dramatically overreached its authority. Foremen who will never bear
- 15:43Speaker 1: children and one handmaiden decided for an entire country that
- 15:47Speaker 1: their Christian doctrine is the only way. How have we
- 15:50Speaker 1: not completely dismantled the government. We need to get some
- 15:54Speaker 1: confidence back in our court, and that means we need
- 15:58Speaker 1: more justices on the United States Supreme Court. The only
- 16:02Speaker 1: actual solution is to expand the court. Now, I'm not
- 16:06Speaker 1: advocating for burning down buildings. I'm not advocating for it.
- 16:14Speaker 1: I'm not advocating for burning down buildings. But I'm not
- 16:17Speaker 1: not advocating for burning down buildings. At least she's being honest. Right, Well,
- 16:23Speaker 1: I'm not saying go out there and burn them down,
- 16:25Speaker 1: but I mean, i mean, come on, like, maybe we
- 16:27Speaker 1: should burn them down. If I'm not gonna be mad
- 16:29Speaker 1: at you if you do it. Right, I'm not advocating
- 16:31Speaker 1: for violence. It's the same line the Democratic Party had earlier. Right,
- 16:34Speaker 1: I'm not I'm not advocating for violence. Okay, everybody calmed down.
- 16:39Speaker 1: But here's the addresses of the conservative Supreme Court justices
- 16:42Speaker 1: that we say are taking away your rights, that we
- 16:44Speaker 1: are dehumanizing, and then we want you to be able
- 16:47Speaker 1: to go after them and attack them and kill them. Right,
- 16:50Speaker 1: here's the kill list. Like, I'm not gonna go kill them,
- 16:52Speaker 1: but maybe you will think about going to kill Brett
- 16:55Speaker 1: Kavanaugh or Clarence Thomas or any of the other conservative
- 17:00Speaker 1: justices that quote just took away your rights. That's exactly
- 17:03Speaker 1: what they were doing before when they Let's go back
- 17:06Speaker 1: to the league here. Let's go back to the leak
- 17:09Speaker 1: of rov Wade in this opinion. Right, the leaker leak
- 17:12Speaker 1: this and probably did it. And this is my theory.
- 17:16Speaker 1: But I feel pretty good about it. Okay, I do.
- 17:20Speaker 1: I feel pretty good about it. My guess is right,
- 17:23Speaker 1: keyword guess is that there was a Supreme Court justice,
- 17:27Speaker 1: like a sidem or, that looked at one of their
- 17:29Speaker 1: staffers and said, hey, I can't leak this because I'll
- 17:32Speaker 1: get in trouble. But you can leak this. And if
- 17:35Speaker 1: you do leak this, then I know you're not going
- 17:39Speaker 1: to be able to be a lawyer anymore. And they're
- 17:41Speaker 1: gonna catch you eventually. Right, we'll do everything we can
- 17:44Speaker 1: to protect you, but eventually they might find you. And
- 17:45Speaker 1: if they do, it's okay because you will become instantly famous.
- 17:49Speaker 1: You will do all the talk shows they will, we
- 17:52Speaker 1: will embrace you. You'll get speak engagements, you can write
- 17:54Speaker 1: a book, and you'll become a hero of the left
- 17:58Speaker 1: and you'll make millions for the rest your life being
- 18:01Speaker 1: the one that stood up on Roe v. Wade, and
- 18:03Speaker 1: then the left will celebrate you. That was the sales pitch.
- 18:09Speaker 1: And why did they leak it early because they wanted
- 18:11Speaker 1: to put pressure on the Supreme Court to not do
- 18:14Speaker 1: it now. I don't think they thought leaking it in general.
- 18:17Speaker 1: I think they thought, hey, maybe we can take out
- 18:19Speaker 1: one of our fellow justices. Because that's exactly what end
- 18:23Speaker 1: up happening. Here their addresses, right, we're gonna dock them.
- 18:26Speaker 1: Here's where they live. Right, here's literally where they live.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Go to their house, quote peacefully, and then we'll call
- 18:36Speaker 1: for violence and burning down of institutions like the Supreme Court.
- 18:40Speaker 1: You have democrats. And again this is all while their
- 18:43Speaker 1: quote investigating the insurrectionists of January the sixth, where nothing
- 18:49Speaker 1: was burned and the only person that died on that
- 18:51Speaker 1: day was a unarmed woman who was shot by the
- 18:55Speaker 1: Capitol police. Don't forget that, and no one was charged
- 18:58Speaker 1: the crime. Also, and forget that you're noticing a trend here,
- 19:03Speaker 1: because you probably should be noticing a trend here. It
- 19:07Speaker 1: is a trend, folks. They get to be violent, they
- 19:11Speaker 1: get to come after conservatives, they get to try to
- 19:14Speaker 1: lock up conservatives are actually come in and use the
- 19:17Speaker 1: FBI to intimidate, to scare the hell out of them,
- 19:21Speaker 1: to come after them. We've seen this with everybody that
- 19:24Speaker 1: you know defied the January sixth committee. We've seen this
- 19:27Speaker 1: with Trump staffers. We saw this with General Flynn. Right,
- 19:31Speaker 1: you weaponize the United States government, and when you weaponize
- 19:35Speaker 1: the United States government, then you have ultimate power and
- 19:39Speaker 1: control over those people. You try to lock people up,
- 19:43Speaker 1: you try to kick them out of office. Donald Trump,
- 19:45Speaker 1: you lie about them and claim that they're working with
- 19:48Speaker 1: the Russians and insurrection. Right, you just keep going down
- 19:51Speaker 1: the list right, keep going down the list. Everything you
- 19:55Speaker 1: can do, you tell the Supreme Court Justice you don't
- 19:57Speaker 1: really have an opinion anymore because if you give the opinion,
- 20:00Speaker 1: will either apack the quarter, will give out your address.
- 20:03Speaker 1: If someone can murder you, assassinate you. And if you
- 20:07Speaker 1: think they're going to back down, you're stupid. They are
- 20:09Speaker 1: not going to back down. And I want to bring
- 20:14Speaker 1: up just two different stories very quickly that relate to
- 20:18Speaker 1: what I'm talking about with this total anarchy at the
- 20:20Speaker 1: hands of the Democratic Party. Number one Olympic gymnasts have
- 20:26Speaker 1: come together recently. You may not have seen this story
- 20:29Speaker 1: and this you want to talk about illegitimate government, right, Okay,
- 20:32Speaker 1: so Democrats or everything's all legitimate. If we don't get
- 20:34Speaker 1: our away, can we talk about lack of accountability of
- 20:37Speaker 1: our government. I'll give you example. Olympic gold medalists Simone
- 20:42Speaker 1: Biles and dozens of other women who were sexually assaulted
- 20:47Speaker 1: by that doctor, Larry Nasser, are seeking more than a
- 20:51Speaker 1: billion dollars from the FBI for failing to stop the
- 20:54Speaker 1: sports doctor, with the agency received allegations against him. Lawyers
- 21:00Speaker 1: came out this past week and said, and this should
- 21:03Speaker 1: have been massive news. It wasn't because it makes the
- 21:06Speaker 1: FBI look bad and right, the government loves the FBI
- 21:09Speaker 1: right now because they do the dirty work of the
- 21:10Speaker 1: Democratic Party. There's no dispute, by the way, that FBI
- 21:14Speaker 1: agents back in twenty fifteen knew that Nasser or Nassar,
- 21:17Speaker 1: whatever the hell you say is it's a Nasser was
- 21:20Speaker 1: accused of assaulting gymnasts, but they failed to act, leaving
- 21:26Speaker 1: him free to continue to target young women and girls
- 21:29Speaker 1: for more than a year. Now, think about it. If
- 21:30Speaker 1: you go above the police, right you go to the FBI,
- 21:33Speaker 1: and the FBI knows about this, and the FBI does
- 21:35Speaker 1: nothing to stop it, that should make all of us
- 21:38Speaker 1: pause for a moment. They didn't do anything. They failed
- 21:42Speaker 1: to act. They left him free to continue to target
- 21:45Speaker 1: young girls and women for more than a year. He
- 21:49Speaker 1: played guilty in twenty seventeen. By the way, serving decades
- 21:52Speaker 1: in prison, many would it's a life sentence. Basically, quote,
- 21:55Speaker 1: it's time for the FBI to be held accountable, is
- 21:58Speaker 1: what one gymnast said. She was a Oklahoma gymnast in
- 22:02Speaker 1: college from seventeen to nineteen and were in the juniors
- 22:05Speaker 1: under Nasser, who then did what he did. Under federal law,
- 22:09Speaker 1: government agency has six months to respond to the tort
- 22:12Speaker 1: claims filed by the gymnast the lawsuits that could follow
- 22:16Speaker 1: depending on the FBI's response. They noted that the twenty
- 22:21Speaker 1: eighteen shock, that it took this long for them to
- 22:27Speaker 1: come and actually do their job and look the other way,
- 22:30Speaker 1: is going to be a problem quote for the FBI. Now,
- 22:35Speaker 1: there's another part of this story. The lawyers involved noted
- 22:38Speaker 1: that the twenty eighteen massacre at Florida Stoneman Douglas High School,
- 22:44Speaker 1: the FBI received a tip about five weeks before the
- 22:46Speaker 1: seventeen people were killed at the school, but the tip
- 22:49Speaker 1: was never forwarded the FBI South Florida office. The government
- 22:52Speaker 1: agreed to pay one hundred and twenty seven point five
- 22:54Speaker 1: million to families of those killed or injured. So there
- 22:57Speaker 1: is precedent for your tax dollars being paid out when
- 23:01Speaker 1: the FBI doesn't do their job. But what is the
- 23:03Speaker 1: FBI doing right now running around the country grabbing grandmothers
- 23:06Speaker 1: who were involved in the insurrection of January the sixth,
- 23:09Speaker 1: because that's the real threat to society. There are ninety
- 23:13Speaker 1: people involved in the claim, including some of the most
- 23:16Speaker 1: famous Olympians, many of them gold medalists, and they said
- 23:22Speaker 1: they're not backing down. If the FBI had simply done
- 23:24Speaker 1: its job, this doctor would have been stopped before he
- 23:27Speaker 1: ever had the chance to abuse hundreds of girls, including me.
- 23:31Speaker 1: Is what a former University of Michigan gymnast, Samantha Roy
- 23:33Speaker 1: said an email seeking comment was sent to the FBI.
- 23:37Speaker 1: Don't worry, they did not respond. Indianapolis based USA Gymnastics
- 23:41Speaker 1: to local agents in twenty fifteen quote that three gymnasts
- 23:45Speaker 1: said they were assaulted by the doctor, but the FBI
- 23:48Speaker 1: did not open a formal investigation or inform federal or
- 23:52Speaker 1: state authorities in Michigan. According to the Justice Departments, Inspector
- 23:55Speaker 1: General Los Angeles agents in twenty sixteen began a sexual
- 24:01Speaker 1: tourism investigation against the doctor and interviewed several victims, but
- 24:05Speaker 1: also didn't alert Michigan authorities. The Inspector General also said finally,
- 24:10Speaker 1: he was arrested in the follow twenty sixteen during an
- 24:13Speaker 1: investigation by Michigan State University Police. He was a doctor
- 24:17Speaker 1: at Michigan State. Michigan Attorney General's office ultimately handled the
- 24:21Speaker 1: assault charge against the doctor, while federal prosecutors and Green
- 24:24Speaker 1: Rapids Michigan found a child pornography case. In remarks to
- 24:28Speaker 1: Congress last year, the FBI Director Christopher Ray acknowledge major mistakes,
- 24:33Speaker 1: said and saying, quote, I am especially sorry that there
- 24:36Speaker 1: were people at the FBI who had their own chance
- 24:38Speaker 1: to stop this monster back in fifteen and failed. And
- 24:41Speaker 1: that's inexcusable. That's what Ray told the victims of this
- 24:45Speaker 1: Senate hearing at the time. At the same time, by
- 24:47Speaker 1: the way, at the hearing, Biles, Simone Biles, widely considered
- 24:50Speaker 1: to be the greatest gymnast of all times, said an
- 24:52Speaker 1: entire system enabled the abuse. Dead silence, by the way,
- 24:57Speaker 1: when she talked to the FBI agents about the doctor
- 25:00Speaker 1: is what another gymnast said at the time. The Justice
- 25:03Speaker 1: Department in May said it would not pursue criminal charges
- 25:06Speaker 1: against former agents who were accused of giving inaccurate or
- 25:10Speaker 1: incomplete responses during the Inspector General's investigation, because right the
- 25:14Speaker 1: deep state protects themselves at all costs. Let me say
- 25:17Speaker 1: that again the federal The Justice Department in May said
- 25:20Speaker 1: that it would not pursue criminal charges against former agents
- 25:23Speaker 1: who were accused of giving inaccurate or incomplete responses during
- 25:27Speaker 1: the Inspector General's investigation. Now I say this and talk
- 25:34Speaker 1: about this story just to back up, to remind you
- 25:37Speaker 1: of the government and what's going on right now. And
- 25:39Speaker 1: this is another. If this isn't enough to make you angry,
- 25:43Speaker 1: let's also talk about what's happening right now in Russia.
- 25:46Speaker 1: You know, while the Democrats are trying to delegitimize our government,
- 25:49Speaker 1: institutions of the spring courts that don't give them what
- 25:51Speaker 1: they want. When they do get what they want, this
- 25:53Speaker 1: is what it looks like. Another example of the incompetency
- 25:56Speaker 1: of this government right now is the fact that we
- 25:59Speaker 1: have Britney Grinder w NBA star, who's still being held
- 26:04Speaker 1: in Russia. She finally wrote a letter to the President
- 26:07Speaker 1: Nited States of America. Clearly they leaked it on purpose
- 26:10Speaker 1: because there's been nothing that's happened, and early on they
- 26:14Speaker 1: told them, right, don't do anything right whatever you do,
- 26:16Speaker 1: don't do anything, be quiet, don't antagonize the Russians. Where
- 26:20Speaker 1: the government will deal with this. Don't come out with
- 26:23Speaker 1: public statements, don't criticize Biden, don't criticize your government will
- 26:27Speaker 1: do everything to get her out. YadA YadA, YadA, and
- 26:30Speaker 1: now the family, her family's realized. Okay, the government and
- 26:33Speaker 1: this administration is totally incompetent, so what do we have
- 26:35Speaker 1: to lose. So they've now released us parts of this
- 26:39Speaker 1: letter that were sent to the president, and it's said
- 26:41Speaker 1: in there Britney Grinder wrote, I missed my wife, I
- 26:44Speaker 1: missed my family, I missed my teammates. It kills me
- 26:47Speaker 1: to know they are suffering so much right now. I'm
- 26:50Speaker 1: grateful for whatever you can do at this moment to
- 26:52Speaker 1: get me home. She said, she's terrified and she's afraid
- 26:56Speaker 1: she's going to spend the rest of her life in
- 26:58Speaker 1: a Russian prison. Now, the letter clearly, which was approved
- 27:01Speaker 1: by the Russians right to get out to her. They
- 27:03Speaker 1: had to know that she was going to send this,
- 27:05Speaker 1: and they let it go because it makes the present
- 27:07Speaker 1: look incompetent, makes America looking apt, it makes America look weak. So,
- 27:12Speaker 1: of course, but this is what happens. You have a
- 27:15Speaker 1: w NBA starring Where are the feminists right now? Can
- 27:17Speaker 1: someone tell me that where's the LGBTQI A community defending
- 27:23Speaker 1: one of their own right. This is a this is
- 27:27Speaker 1: a gay woman in a jail in Russia. You would
- 27:30Speaker 1: think they would be losing their minds, but nope, they're
- 27:32Speaker 1: all being quiet now because we don't want to look
- 27:34Speaker 1: We don't want to make Joe Biden look bad, We
- 27:37Speaker 1: don't want to make the government look bad. We oh, no,
- 27:40Speaker 1: we now now at the same time that we're looking
- 27:43Speaker 1: the other way, when American says is being held in Russia,
- 27:46Speaker 1: we'll come out and we'll tell you that we're on
- 27:48Speaker 1: a mission to make you know, this country, you know,
- 27:51Speaker 1: great again by overthrowing this country. That's what we're going
- 27:55Speaker 1: to do. We're gonna make this country be amazing, look
- 27:58Speaker 1: amazing by de legit minding and underminding any institution that
- 28:02Speaker 1: we disagree with. Forget the fact that the system's broken.
- 28:05Speaker 1: There's two examples I just gave you, whether it's Joe
- 28:07Speaker 1: Biden or foreign policy, or what's happening right now with
- 28:11Speaker 1: the FBI and the deep state always protecting themselves at
- 28:14Speaker 1: all costs. Yes, let's get in the streets, folks. Let's
- 28:24Speaker 1: get in the streets. Deal legitimize everything that doesn't agree
- 28:27Speaker 1: with us. Deal legitimize anyone who doesn't agree with us.
- 28:33Speaker 1: That's the Democratic playbook. And on July fourth, they're telling
- 28:37Speaker 1: you we want to take away your guns, we want
- 28:39Speaker 1: to overthrow the government, and we want to overthrow any institution,
- 28:44Speaker 1: including using violence and burning down buildings. Welcome to the
- 28:49Speaker 1: July fourth Holiday through the eyes of Democrats. You're welcome
- 28:55Speaker 1: all right. Lastly, please make sure you hit that subscribe
