Desoto woman sentenced in $3 million fraud scheme/Plane emergency lands in Kemper County
Attorney General Lynn Fitch announced on Tuesday that a Desoto County woman has been sentenced and will be required to pay restitution for wire fraud, plus, a single-engine plane was forced to make an emergency landing near Highway 397 in Kemper County on Tuesday.
