- 0:00Speaker 1: Many Americans are facing years in prison for committing the
- 0:04Speaker 1: same apparent gun crimes as Hunter Biden. So how is
- 0:08Speaker 1: it that Hunter Biden gets to walk around with no
- 0:10Speaker 1: one even looking at what he's actually done. Well, it
- 0:14Speaker 1: goes back to one of those sayings, right rules for thee,
- 0:17Speaker 1: but not for me, at least if you're the Biden family.
- 0:20Speaker 1: And there appears to be plain public evidence directly from
- 0:25Speaker 1: Hunter Biden to suggest that clearly Hunter Biden has committed
- 0:29Speaker 1: two crimes. Under US Code nine twenty two, number one,
- 0:35Speaker 1: it is illegal under the statue for quote, any person
- 0:39Speaker 1: in connection with the acquisition or attempted acquisition of a
- 0:44Speaker 1: firearm to knowingly make any false or fictitious oral or
- 0:50Speaker 1: written statements. It's very clear when you buy a gun. Now,
- 0:54Speaker 1: I would consider myself to be a little bit more
- 0:56Speaker 1: of an expert on this issue because I own a
- 0:59Speaker 1: gun store and a range, and we tell people when
- 1:02Speaker 1: they're buying a firearm and filling out those forms, you
- 1:05Speaker 1: better get it right. This is not a joke. This
- 1:08Speaker 1: is serious. Read every question, because you can get in
- 1:12Speaker 1: serious trouble with a federal government and you can go
- 1:14Speaker 1: to jail. Now, it is also illegal for anyone quote
- 1:19Speaker 1: unquote who is an unlawful user of or addicted to
- 1:26Speaker 1: any controlled substance to receive, possess or transport firearms or ammunition.
- 1:35Speaker 1: You use drugs, you can't even transport received possess ammunition,
- 1:40Speaker 1: much less a gun. That's how important this rule is
- 1:42Speaker 1: a federal gun law, which, by the way, Joe Biden
- 1:46Speaker 1: and all the other Democrats are obsessed with enforcing, unless
- 1:49Speaker 1: your last name apparently is Joe Biden or Hunter Biden,
- 1:53Speaker 1: or last name Biden in general. Now, before I continue
- 1:56Speaker 1: on this, I gotta tell you about our good friends
- 1:57Speaker 1: over at Legacy Precious Metals. Before I get into more
- 2:00Speaker 1: of this story, I want to say thank you and
- 2:02Speaker 1: tell you about our good friends at Legacy Precious Medals.
- 2:05Speaker 1: Without them, the show wouldn't be possible. And if you
- 2:09Speaker 1: have not looked at gold and silver as a way
- 2:11Speaker 1: to protect your hard earned dollars against what the happening
- 2:13Speaker 1: on Wall Street with inflation, it's time for you to
- 2:17Speaker 1: call them and get the free Investor's Guide. Why because
- 2:19Speaker 1: so many around the world are now using gold and silver,
- 2:22Speaker 1: and historically they have for decades as a protection a
- 2:26Speaker 1: hedge against inflation, which is exactly what we're dealing with
- 2:29Speaker 1: right now. If you're terrified to look at your retirement account,
- 2:32Speaker 1: you're four one case statement because of what's happening on
- 2:35Speaker 1: Wall Street. That's all the more reason why you should
- 2:38Speaker 1: call and get the investors God in Gold and Silver,
- 2:40Speaker 1: protect your hard earned money and diversify. Call them and
- 2:43Speaker 1: get the free Investor's Guide from Legacy Precious Medals one
- 2:47Speaker 1: eight six six seven five one twenty two eighteen one
- 2:52Speaker 1: eight six six seven five one twenty two eighteen or
- 2:56Speaker 1: online at Legacy PM Investments dot com. Now Biden appears
- 3:02Speaker 1: to have committed the first crime in an effort to
- 3:05Speaker 1: carry out the second crime. There was an article back
- 3:09Speaker 1: in twenty twenty one where Politico Report noted that in
- 3:13Speaker 1: two eighteen, Biden responded no to a question on the
- 3:20Speaker 1: transaction record of a gun purchase that asks, are you
- 3:25Speaker 1: an unlawful user of or addicted to marijuana or any depressant, stimulant,
- 3:32Speaker 1: narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance question mark. Five
- 3:39Speaker 1: years earlier, he had been discharged from the Navy Reserve
- 3:42Speaker 1: after testing positive for cocaine, and he and family members
- 3:47Speaker 1: have spoken about his history of drug use. That's their
- 3:51Speaker 1: alibi for why he shouldn't be held accountable for all
- 3:56Speaker 1: of the illegal activities he's been involved in more of
- 4:00Speaker 1: Biden even wrote in his own memoir that he was
- 4:03Speaker 1: smoking crack every fifteen minutes at the time of the purchase,
- 4:09Speaker 1: and there are photographs of the President's neked son wielding
- 4:13Speaker 1: the gun with drugs and drug paraphernalia in the picture.
- 4:19Speaker 1: Politico has also reported that the Secret Service involved itself
- 4:25Speaker 1: asking the owner of the gun shop where Biden purchased
- 4:29Speaker 1: his gun for the related paperwork. The owner, suspecting a
- 4:33Speaker 1: cover up, refused to get that paperwork in the Secret Service,
- 4:37Speaker 1: which legally they had no right to get it from him.
- 4:41Speaker 1: But Biden was never investigated for much less charged with
- 4:45Speaker 1: a crime. Others in America have not been so lucky.
- 4:50Speaker 1: Earlier this year, for example, the Department of Justice issued
- 4:53Speaker 1: a press release announcing, because this is how big of
- 4:56Speaker 1: a deal it is when you commit crimes like this,
- 4:58Speaker 1: that a man from Vermont, aunt had been charged with
- 5:01Speaker 1: possessing a firearm while being a user of a controlled substance.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Now they want you to know how illegal this is.
- 5:08Speaker 1: That's exactly why the Department of Justice issued a press
- 5:11Speaker 1: release announcing that this man out of Vermont had been
- 5:14Speaker 1: charged with possessing a firearm while being a user of
- 5:17Speaker 1: a controlled substance. Quote. If convicted of the charged defense,
- 5:23Speaker 1: the Vermont man could face up to ten years in prison,
- 5:26Speaker 1: reads the Department of Justice statement. Now, this dude was
- 5:30Speaker 1: twenty six years old at the time of his arrest. Younger, dumber,
- 5:35Speaker 1: you could argue, while Biden in now fifty two was
- 5:39Speaker 1: forty eight years old in twenty eighteen when all of
- 5:42Speaker 1: this went down. Twenty two year old Harold Solway, Junior
- 5:47Speaker 1: of South Dakota meanwhile faces up to a quote lifetime
- 5:52Speaker 1: in prison for being charged with the same crime in
- 5:56Speaker 1: conjunction with quote conspiracy to distribute a control substance and
- 6:01Speaker 1: the use of a firearm during and in retaliation to
- 6:04Speaker 1: a drug trafficking crime last month. Solway is not alleged
- 6:09Speaker 1: to have used the weapon at any point, by the way,
- 6:12Speaker 1: and yet still faces the charge for possessing the firearm
- 6:16Speaker 1: because he was under the influencer with drugs or selling
- 6:19Speaker 1: drugs drug paraphernalia. You get the point. Also in South
- 6:23Speaker 1: Dakota this year, there was another thirty eight year old
- 6:26Speaker 1: by the name of just an eagle pipe. He was
- 6:30Speaker 1: indicted for the same crime as the other two I
- 6:33Speaker 1: just mentioned. He faces up to ten years in prison.
- 6:37Speaker 1: So how did Hunter Biden just get to do this,
- 6:40Speaker 1: have pictures of himself holding a gun with drugs and
- 6:43Speaker 1: drug paraphernalia and write about it in a book because
- 6:47Speaker 1: his last name is Biden. Now, if you're an average American,
- 6:51Speaker 1: you're going to prison. Richard D'Angelo Norman is a thirty
- 6:55Speaker 1: three year old from Augusta, Georgia. He was sentenced to
- 6:59Speaker 1: forty six months in prison just last week for possessing
- 7:03Speaker 1: a firearm while being a drug user. Again, the Department
- 7:07Speaker 1: of Justice says this is a big deal. Such a
- 7:10Speaker 1: big deal, they'll send out a press release when they
- 7:12Speaker 1: charge people with these crimes. This guy last week at
- 7:15Speaker 1: thirty three year old into Gusta, Georgia, forty six months
- 7:19Speaker 1: in prison. Let's go to Isaka Johnson. He's a twenty
- 7:24Speaker 1: four year old from Tennessee. He was charged with and
- 7:28Speaker 1: pleaded guilty to illegally possessing a weapon while being a
- 7:33Speaker 1: drug user. This after police asked to search his house
- 7:37Speaker 1: and he voluntary voluntarily consented. They found marijuana as well
- 7:43Speaker 1: as a handgun. Johnson has now been sentenced to twenty
- 7:47Speaker 1: one months in prison for having marijuana in a home
- 7:50Speaker 1: where there was a firearm. Again, didn't use the gun
- 7:53Speaker 1: in a crime, because that's not the point. The point
- 7:56Speaker 1: is you're not allowed to have him possess a firearm
- 7:58Speaker 1: and it's a federal offense, and don't screw around with
- 8:00Speaker 1: us when you are a drug user. Now, it's difficult
- 8:05Speaker 1: to convict someone of lying on the same paperwork. The
- 8:09Speaker 1: forum is a forty four seventy three that Biden did
- 8:13Speaker 1: because it's is tough to marshal enough evidence to prove guilty.
- 8:18Speaker 1: But others including Marquise Young twenty two, who faces five
- 8:23Speaker 1: years in prison, another guy by the names of James
- 8:26Speaker 1: Williams Junior twenty nine who was sence to two years
- 8:30Speaker 1: in prison, and Calvin Brady, Yeah Brady Junior also twenty five,
- 8:37Speaker 1: was sentenced to thirty six months, can attest the fact
- 8:41Speaker 1: that it is not a risk free crime. So how
- 8:47Speaker 1: is it that Hunter Biden can have all of these
- 8:50Speaker 1: exploits and have this amount of luck in avoiding prosecution
- 8:54Speaker 1: for these types of crimes. How is it possible that
- 8:59Speaker 1: President Biden, man who comes out screaming and yelling and
- 9:02Speaker 1: ranting and raving about gun crimes, can allow his son
- 9:06Speaker 1: to walk around with a gun. A gun control measure
- 9:10Speaker 1: that his dad's pushing for right now would actually ban
- 9:12Speaker 1: the gun his son had, just so you know. And
- 9:15Speaker 1: how is it that he can have no tolerance for
- 9:17Speaker 1: other people when it comes to gun crimes based on
- 9:21Speaker 1: the legislation he's advocating for, but his son can walk
- 9:24Speaker 1: around no problems. It's pretty simple. We have a president
- 9:29Speaker 1: of the United States of America that has rules for
- 9:33Speaker 1: thee but not for me, rules for you, you little
- 9:37Speaker 1: minions and peons that I want to control, but my
- 9:40Speaker 1: family do what the hell we want. In fact, discussing
- 9:43Speaker 1: what he refers to a ghosts guns homemade guns without
- 9:46Speaker 1: serial number in April of this year, the President said
- 9:49Speaker 1: that these guns are weapons of choice for many criminals, saying, quote,
- 9:54Speaker 1: We're going to do everything we can to deprive them
- 9:56Speaker 1: of the of that choice, and when we find them,
- 9:59Speaker 1: we will put him in jail for a long long time.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Joe Biden also said he called on Congress to make
- 10:06Speaker 1: gun manufacturers legally liable for crimes committed with their products,
- 10:10Speaker 1: which is a runaround to basically ban all firearms, because
- 10:14Speaker 1: no manufacturer could stay open if they were legally liable
- 10:18Speaker 1: for crimes committed with their products. This would be as
- 10:22Speaker 1: This would basically be the equivalent of saying, if someone
- 10:24Speaker 1: gets busted drunk driving and they hit somebody and hurt
- 10:28Speaker 1: somebody or kill somebody, you can sue the liquor company
- 10:31Speaker 1: for which the liquor they purchases in their body, and
- 10:33Speaker 1: you could sue the tire manufacture on the car, and
- 10:36Speaker 1: you could sue the car manufacturer, and you could see
- 10:38Speaker 1: the clothing companies that he was wearing during the time,
- 10:41Speaker 1: and you could sue the cell phone manufacturer. The next
- 10:43Speaker 1: time someone's on their phone and has a rack right
- 10:47Speaker 1: because they're on their phone, and you could you could
- 10:49Speaker 1: sue the service provider and hold them legally liable for
- 10:52Speaker 1: crimes quote committed with their products. You would have a
- 10:57Speaker 1: disappearance of iPhones, Sam Sung phones, every phone in America
- 11:02Speaker 1: if you could hold them legally liable. You wouldn't have
- 11:04Speaker 1: any more wireless data plans or wireless plans in this
- 11:08Speaker 1: country because they would all go out of business. They
- 11:10Speaker 1: would go bankrupt, which is exactly why the President is
- 11:15Speaker 1: saying we want to make gun manufacturers legally liable for
- 11:18Speaker 1: crimes committed with their products because they know immediately these
- 11:22Speaker 1: products would disappear. The President also even answered this question.
- 11:26Speaker 1: He said to himself, why gun manufacturers, because the power
- 11:30Speaker 1: of their lobbying ability, it's got to end end. He said,
- 11:35Speaker 1: they've got to be held responsible for the things that
- 11:37Speaker 1: they do that are irresponsible. In fact, in February, Biden
- 11:41Speaker 1: asserted that when the Second Amendment was passed, it didn't
- 11:44Speaker 1: say anything. It didn't say anybody can own a gun
- 11:47Speaker 1: his exact quote. But apparently his son can own the
- 11:50Speaker 1: guns he wants to ban while doing drugs. Now, Hunter
- 11:54Speaker 1: Biden's gun problem isn't the only issue here. Miranda Divine,
- 11:59Speaker 1: who is the author of the book A Laptop from Hell.
- 12:02Speaker 1: She's one that was banned from appearing on many news
- 12:06Speaker 1: channels because he didn't like what she had to say,
- 12:09Speaker 1: has come out and talked about another issue here, and
- 12:12Speaker 1: that is the influence peddling that now may also lead
- 12:17Speaker 1: to federal charges. Now, the question is, how can you
- 12:20Speaker 1: use Joe Biden's name and how can Joe Biden be
- 12:24Speaker 1: involved in all of these deals and then separate him
- 12:27Speaker 1: from his son If you do charge his son with
- 12:30Speaker 1: actual crimes. Take a listen to what she had to
- 12:33Speaker 1: say on Fox about this. There are at least two
- 12:37Speaker 1: dozen potential FARA violations that are evident from the laptop,
- 12:42Speaker 1: from the influence peddling that both Hunter Biden and his
- 12:46Speaker 1: uncle Jim Biden were doing when they were using Joe
- 12:49Speaker 1: Biden's name when he was vice president to extract millions
- 12:53Speaker 1: of dollars from various oligarchs and Chinese state owned enterprises.
- 13:01Speaker 1: And then there is the fact that we know that
- 13:05Speaker 1: from leaks from certainly previously from this grand jury in
- 13:10Speaker 1: Delaware that's been operating since twenty eighteen, that they were
- 13:13Speaker 1: looking at FARA violations. The only flip side of that
- 13:17Speaker 1: is that FARA violations really have been not very well
- 13:21Speaker 1: used at all, even though the law has been in
- 13:23Speaker 1: place since nineteen thirty eight to prevent Americans lobbying on
- 13:28Speaker 1: behalf of foreign governments, but it's really in recent times
- 13:32Speaker 1: only been applied against Republicans and particularly Trump World people.
- 13:38Speaker 1: So and we note that although people in Trump World
- 13:42Speaker 1: Republicans have had search warrants executed on their homes, that
- 13:46Speaker 1: has not happened to Hunter Biden. Right. I mean, because
- 13:50Speaker 1: he basically turned it over to a lacked up repair person,
- 13:53Speaker 1: and we did. You don't have to come to his
- 13:55Speaker 1: house or anything. He gave it, left it everywhere, including
- 13:58Speaker 1: Keith Ablow's office. So a couple of things. You're looking
- 14:01Speaker 1: at a Yugoslav leader wanting to get financing for to
- 14:05Speaker 1: rebuild this palace, Columbia, the deal, the good friends of
- 14:08Speaker 1: the family. You got China obviously, the company that's there.
- 14:12Speaker 1: You've got Russia oligarchs who he's dealing with. This is
- 14:15Speaker 1: almost comical, how guilty he is, how guilty he is,
- 14:20Speaker 1: and none of this could be done without his father's help.
- 14:25Speaker 1: That is the reason why there's no way to separate
- 14:29Speaker 1: these two men. It's impossible to separate these two individuals.
- 14:35Speaker 1: You got at least at two dozen potential fair violations
- 14:38Speaker 1: are evident from the laptop. And she says it's not
- 14:41Speaker 1: just Hunter Biden, it's his uncle, Joe Biden. They were
- 14:43Speaker 1: influence peddling, using Joe Biden's name when he was the
- 14:47Speaker 1: vice president to extract millions of dollars from various Russian oligarchs,
- 14:51Speaker 1: Chinese state owned enterprises. And then there's the fact that
- 14:54Speaker 1: we recently we know recently from the Grand Jury Delaware
- 14:57Speaker 1: that they've been operating since two eighteen. We're looking at
- 15:00Speaker 1: fair violations. How do you separate this dude from his dad?
- 15:04Speaker 1: I would argue it's impossible, but that's exactly what they're
- 15:09Speaker 1: now trying to do. This is the ball game now, right.
- 15:13Speaker 1: They're trying to say it's a simple gun charge. The
- 15:15Speaker 1: same people that I just mentioned to you, meet the
- 15:18Speaker 1: Americans who I just introduce you to, who who are
- 15:21Speaker 1: being held accountable in jail right now. But the president
- 15:24Speaker 1: soun's walking around right the presidents saying I'm gonna come
- 15:28Speaker 1: after guns. Guess what the gun is Sun bought is
- 15:30Speaker 1: one of the guns they're saying they want to ban
- 15:32Speaker 1: right now. I mean, I'll put it this way, Come on, man, Right,
- 15:39Speaker 1: that's exactly what the president will say. It's not a
- 15:42Speaker 1: question at this point of if he's guilty. The question
- 15:45Speaker 1: is are we going to hold him accountable for the
- 15:48Speaker 1: crimes that he is committed. To me, it's not an
- 15:50Speaker 1: example of how guilty, how many crimes he's committed. It's
- 15:55Speaker 1: a question of are we even going to go after
- 15:58Speaker 1: him for the crimes that he has committed? Right? This
- 16:03Speaker 1: is about crimes that have clearly been committed. The President
- 16:09Speaker 1: United States of America now realizes that maybe one of
- 16:12Speaker 1: the reasons why he needs to stay in office is
- 16:14Speaker 1: he's going to have to pardon his son. And if
- 16:18Speaker 1: you pardon his son, then maybe you can hold him accountable. Right,
- 16:21Speaker 1: if you pardon his son, then maybe you can keep
- 16:26Speaker 1: him one degree away, one step away from you. That's
- 16:30Speaker 1: a possibility. Maybe you can push back a little bit
- 16:34Speaker 1: and make all this go away. Because if you can
- 16:37Speaker 1: pardon your son, the question is was it worth it?
- 16:40Speaker 1: At that point, I would say the answer is clearly yes.
- 16:44Speaker 1: If you can pardon the son and then you don't
- 16:48Speaker 1: get held accountable for any of this. Oh, we're in
- 16:52Speaker 1: great shape. Thirty two different fair of violations. Thirty two
- 16:58Speaker 1: different times. This happens without the President of the United
- 17:02Speaker 1: States of America being involved. You cannot separate the two.
- 17:08Speaker 1: Listen to this, I mean, because he basically turned it
- 17:12Speaker 1: over to a laptop repair person, and maybe you don't
- 17:16Speaker 1: have to come to his house or anything. He gave it,
- 17:18Speaker 1: left it everywhere, including Keith Ablow's office. So a couple
- 17:21Speaker 1: of things. You're looking at. A Yugoslav leader wanting to
- 17:25Speaker 1: get financing for to rebuild this palace Columbia, the deal,
- 17:29Speaker 1: the good friends or the family. You got China obviously,
- 17:32Speaker 1: the company that's there. You got Russia oligarchs who he's
- 17:35Speaker 1: dealing with. This is almost comical, how guilty he is.
- 17:39Speaker 1: He's walking around without a care in the world. The
- 17:41Speaker 1: Thursday in Malibu. What do you think the reason is
- 17:45Speaker 1: that we haven't heard anything after four years a four
- 17:49Speaker 1: year investigation. Look, that might be a good thing, Brian.
- 17:55Speaker 1: It could show that the US Attorney in Delaware runs
- 17:58Speaker 1: a very tight ship, like a lot of the other
- 18:01Speaker 1: investigations we've seen into Republicans, and you know, maybe they're
- 18:06Speaker 1: just trying to avoid political interference. That would be the
- 18:10Speaker 1: Pollyanna view. The other view, the more cynical view, would
- 18:13Speaker 1: be that they are slow walking this until after the midterms.
- 18:18Speaker 1: There is so much evidence on the laptop of both
- 18:22Speaker 1: tax evasion as well as PHARA violations. And you know,
- 18:28Speaker 1: it's obvious that Hunter Biden lied on his gun background check,
- 18:33Speaker 1: and there is some suggestion that the grand jury is
- 18:36Speaker 1: looking into that. Yeah, but I guess we can only wait.
- 18:41Speaker 1: But it has to be politically sensitive at the moment
- 18:45Speaker 1: with the midterms coming right, and the tie to his dad,
- 18:48Speaker 1: which is largical. It doesn't look there's especially bach other
- 18:53Speaker 1: channels they're even looking there. The big guy might have
- 18:57Speaker 1: ducked this one again. We'll see Miranda, thanks much. You
- 19:01Speaker 1: can hear there. She's pretty much a cynic, and with
- 19:04Speaker 1: good reason. If you've written this book and you know
- 19:06Speaker 1: the crimes have been committed. And I've said this before,
- 19:08Speaker 1: I rarely tell you guys that buy books, you need
- 19:10Speaker 1: to buy this book. It's an unbelievable book, laptop from hell,
- 19:13Speaker 1: because you can hear so much in there, and there
- 19:16Speaker 1: is so much in there that needs to be talked about.
- 19:18Speaker 1: There's so much in there that you need to know about.
- 19:21Speaker 1: But if you're her and you're sitting there, it's a
- 19:22Speaker 1: four year investigation now into Hunter Biden. How is it?
- 19:27Speaker 1: How you know? And she's like, well, it's one or
- 19:28Speaker 1: two things, right. It's either they're slow playing this on purpose,
- 19:32Speaker 1: which I think is probably what they're doing. And the
- 19:34Speaker 1: longest is saying is slow play the better the chances
- 19:36Speaker 1: are that everybody gets away with it. And then there's
- 19:40Speaker 1: the other thing. Well, maybe they're just really good at
- 19:42Speaker 1: not leaking. I don't believe for a second, that they're
- 19:43Speaker 1: really good at not leaking. Okay, I just don't. I
- 19:47Speaker 1: don't believe that they're not good at leaking. You know,
- 19:49Speaker 1: they're really you know, running a tight ship. No, they're
- 19:52Speaker 1: hoping they can just sit on this to the point
- 19:54Speaker 1: where no one's going to have to be held accountable. Now,
- 19:57Speaker 1: at the very beginning there, you heard Brian say, a
- 20:00Speaker 1: lot of people believe that something's gonna happen. I do too.
- 20:03Speaker 1: At this point, the question is what is it? And
- 20:07Speaker 1: it's not gonna be throwing the book at the guy, right,
- 20:10Speaker 1: They're not gonna They're not gonna hold them accountable by
- 20:12Speaker 1: throwing the book at him. They're gonna do the complete
- 20:15Speaker 1: opposite of that. They're gonna go with the bare minimum,
- 20:19Speaker 1: whatever the bare minimum is, so that people can then say, okay,
- 20:24Speaker 1: well at least there was some accountability to this, or
- 20:27Speaker 1: there was some accountability for this. This is why CNN
- 20:32Speaker 1: the other night was talking about, well, you know, the
- 20:34Speaker 1: DOJ is looking at this, but it's only two charges
- 20:37Speaker 1: that they're actually looking at. They're not looking at a
- 20:40Speaker 1: lot of charges, they're just looking at two charges. And
- 20:42Speaker 1: why did CNN do this? Because they were floating the
- 20:45Speaker 1: idea to the American people to see if there was
- 20:48Speaker 1: going to be outrage. And CNN has actually done this
- 20:51Speaker 1: now in a couple of occasions where they put this
- 20:53Speaker 1: out there, they act like they're the first reporting it.
- 20:55Speaker 1: Then they're saying, all right, let's see if we can
- 20:57Speaker 1: make people happy with just two little charges. Tonight is
- 21:02Speaker 1: first to report. The federal investigation into Hunter Biden's business
- 21:05Speaker 1: activities has reached a critical juncture. Sources say investigators are
- 21:09Speaker 1: now weighing possible charges. No decision has been made and
- 21:14Speaker 1: no final decision, but possible charges. Prosecutors also looking at
- 21:17Speaker 1: Justice Department guidelines about the timing of politically sensitive cases
- 21:21Speaker 1: close to an election. CNN Senior Justice correspondent Evan Perez
- 21:25Speaker 1: is out front. So Evan, let's start with how close
- 21:28Speaker 1: you think we could be to a decision from the
- 21:30Speaker 1: Department of Justice. Here are we days, months, weeks away? Well,
- 21:35Speaker 1: the Justice Department guidelines, Aaron say that you have to
- 21:38Speaker 1: generally stay out of away from a from being close
- 21:42Speaker 1: to an election to take any steps like major investigative
- 21:45Speaker 1: stuffs like serving warrants and bringing charges. Obviously, and so
- 21:51Speaker 1: you talk to former prosecutors, current officials they say generally,
- 21:54Speaker 1: it's about sixty days. That puts us within weeks of
- 21:58Speaker 1: a crucial kind of decision may point. Now, we don't
- 22:01Speaker 1: know what they're going to do. We also don't know
- 22:04Speaker 1: whether they might decide to wait till after the election.
- 22:07Speaker 1: But we know that this is a discussion that's being
- 22:10Speaker 1: had by prosecutors in Delaware. This is an investigation that's
- 22:13Speaker 1: going back to twenty eighteen. It's run by David Weiss,
- 22:15Speaker 1: who was a use attorney appointed by former President Trump
- 22:18Speaker 1: and was kept on to run this investigation specifically. And
- 22:22Speaker 1: so those discussions are happening between those prosecutors and officials
- 22:26Speaker 1: at Main Justice, the headquarters of the Justice Department in Washington.
- 22:30Speaker 1: They're going to have to make a decision as to
- 22:31Speaker 1: whether to go forward with this. I love it right,
- 22:35Speaker 1: We're going to go forward this well, whether or not.
- 22:37Speaker 1: But it's going to be little, right, It's going to
- 22:39Speaker 1: be small. So I'm gonna be big. Don't be excited
- 22:43Speaker 1: about an indictment of Hunter Biden if it's small. Don't
- 22:46Speaker 1: be excited about an indictment that turns into plea deal
- 22:49Speaker 1: or turns into an a pardon that doesn't connect Joe Biden,
- 22:53Speaker 1: his brother in the president. There is no way to
- 22:56Speaker 1: separate the three in the Biden crime family. I keep
- 23:00Speaker 1: saying this over and over again. It's so vitally important. Okay,
- 23:03Speaker 1: people really really, really really really need to understand this.
- 23:08Speaker 1: They need to understand that this is not okay, some
- 23:14Speaker 1: sort of exciting moment where you celebrate it. It's not.
- 23:18Speaker 1: This is one of those moments when you sit there
- 23:20Speaker 1: and you go, are you kidding me? We're allowing this
- 23:23Speaker 1: to happen. This is happening. How do we allow this
- 23:26Speaker 1: to happen? How did they get away with it? If
- 23:28Speaker 1: he's the only one that's charged with any crimes. I
- 23:31Speaker 1: want to get to another issue that involves the president
- 23:34Speaker 1: of the United States America, and another really important issue.
- 23:37Speaker 1: It deals with the border that you need to know about.
- 23:40Speaker 1: It is total chaos of the border right now. And
- 23:43Speaker 1: this seems to be what Democrats plan is for the
- 23:46Speaker 1: near future, in case Republicans get back control of the
- 23:48Speaker 1: House and the Senate and stop the flow of illegal immigrants,
- 23:52Speaker 1: or try to stop, i should say, the flow of
- 23:53Speaker 1: legal ilimriants coming across the border. Joe Biden, we're now
- 23:57Speaker 1: being told, is considering giving US government ID cards to
- 24:02Speaker 1: illegal immigrants released into the United States of America. President Biden,
- 24:08Speaker 1: again this has been leaked out this morning, is considering
- 24:11Speaker 1: issuing government identification cards to border crossers and illegal aliens
- 24:17Speaker 1: who are set for release into American communities as part
- 24:20Speaker 1: of the quote Department of Homeland Security's expansive catch and
- 24:24Speaker 1: release operation. They use the word catch and release, not me.
- 24:30Speaker 1: Late last week, AXIS reported that Biden is considering issuing
- 24:34Speaker 1: the IDs to illegal aliens once they arrive at the
- 24:36Speaker 1: United States Mexico border. They claim the goal is to
- 24:40Speaker 1: make securing public benefits easier for the illegal immigrants once
- 24:45Speaker 1: they are released into the US interior, which you'll pay for.
- 24:50Speaker 1: This isn't a move towards socialism and communism. I don't
- 24:53Speaker 1: know what is, Axios said. The Biden administration plans to
- 24:58Speaker 1: tests by providing temple ID cards to unauthorized immigrants awaiting
- 25:02Speaker 1: a final decision on their cases. According to two government
- 25:06Speaker 1: sources familiar with the planning, The administration is hoping to
- 25:12Speaker 1: get needed congressional approval before the end of September to
- 25:16Speaker 1: roll out this pilot plan before Republicans take back control
- 25:20Speaker 1: of the House and the Senate, possibly, they say that
- 25:24Speaker 1: is the takeover the Republican Party. They want this to
- 25:27Speaker 1: start before then, because then it's very hard to undo it.
- 25:31Speaker 1: They could be presented, they say, to TSA agents to
- 25:34Speaker 1: allow unauthorized immigrants the ability to quote easily travel, easily
- 25:40Speaker 1: travel by plane, or to access state benefit programs, saying
- 25:45Speaker 1: come on over and we'll give you money once you
- 25:47Speaker 1: get into this country illegally. Now, this program, they say,
- 25:50Speaker 1: would be a massive boost to the Biden administration's plan
- 25:54Speaker 1: to transform the southern border into a mere checkpoint for
- 26:00Speaker 1: border crossers and illegal aliens, where they can be stopped,
- 26:05Speaker 1: briefly detained, and then released into American communities with an
- 26:08Speaker 1: American ID. Now, from February of twenty twenty one to
- 26:13Speaker 1: May of twenty twenty two, Biden has released more than
- 26:17Speaker 1: a million border crossers and illegal aliens into the US interior.
- 26:23Speaker 1: This is about twice the population of Wyoming and larger
- 26:28Speaker 1: than the population of Austin, Texas. Now, this isn't the
- 26:33Speaker 1: only problem that we're having at the border, Biden State
- 26:37Speaker 1: Department officials, I have also decided to look the other
- 26:42Speaker 1: way with they say, large groups of individuals coming across
- 26:47Speaker 1: the border. In fact, there's a new accusation against the
- 26:51Speaker 1: Biden administration. Tom Holman and Matt O'Brien are now accusing
- 26:56Speaker 1: the US government of running the world's most supphisticated child
- 27:01Speaker 1: trafficking operation. According to the United Nations an Amnesty International,
- 27:08Speaker 1: roughly fifteen percent of Central American immigrants who seek asylum
- 27:14Speaker 1: in the United States of America our children traveling without
- 27:18Speaker 1: a parent or traveling without a legal guardian. The US
- 27:24Speaker 1: government classifies these children as unaccompanied alien children, known as UACs.
- 27:32Speaker 1: They are here and they receive special protection pursuant to
- 27:36Speaker 1: the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act and other legislation. But
- 27:42Speaker 1: in twenty twenty one, American shelters received a record hundred
- 27:47Speaker 1: and twenty two thousand UACs, and unaccompanied children continue to
- 27:52Speaker 1: stream towards our borders, some of them dying as they
- 27:55Speaker 1: try to cross the border. At first glance, extending a
- 27:59Speaker 1: warm welcome children who are allegedly fleeing persecution would seem
- 28:03Speaker 1: to be a noble goal. The problem is, given our
- 28:06Speaker 1: combined sixty years experience and immigration enforcement in this country,
- 28:11Speaker 1: they are now saying it's very clear that the United
- 28:14Speaker 1: States is not helping these kids by offering them refuge. Instead,
- 28:19Speaker 1: what they're doing is they're getting these kids sold into
- 28:22Speaker 1: slavery and other types of financial distress for the families
- 28:29Speaker 1: back home. They say, rather than protecting the kids, what
- 28:32Speaker 1: the Biden administration has actually done, he has incentivized trafficking
- 28:39Speaker 1: of the children. Alien smugglers know that, by the way,
- 28:43Speaker 1: and they're using it to get more parents to release
- 28:46Speaker 1: their children who are now being sexually assaulted and raped
- 28:51Speaker 1: on the way to America, sending them to America purposefully
- 28:55Speaker 1: without having parents with them. Customs and Border Section have
- 29:01Speaker 1: all come out and said at the border, this is
- 29:03Speaker 1: now a humanitarian crisis. Now, what happens when you find
- 29:09Speaker 1: these kids, they're turned over the Department of Health and
- 29:11Speaker 1: Human Services HHS, which places the children in the custody
- 29:14Speaker 1: of a family member who is already in the US
- 29:16Speaker 1: if they can find one, a non family temporarily guardian
- 29:20Speaker 1: or in an HHS facility. The net result is a
- 29:24Speaker 1: government operated they say, fast lane into the interior the
- 29:27Speaker 1: United States of America. So what's happening is these human traffickers,
- 29:31Speaker 1: by the cartels are telling the parents, don't come with
- 29:35Speaker 1: your kids, because we'll get them into America faster, because
- 29:38Speaker 1: the US government will fast lane them into the interior
- 29:41Speaker 1: of the United States of America and then you can
- 29:42Speaker 1: come over later. Their immigration hearings can last several years,
- 29:49Speaker 1: meaning that once they get in America, they're basically going
- 29:51Speaker 1: to stay. Even though the vast majority will never get
- 29:54Speaker 1: relief from the US courts and get ordered removed, only
- 29:58Speaker 1: three percent will actually leave eve has ordered according to
- 30:01Speaker 1: the Home Insecurity life Cycle Report, meaning once you're in,
- 30:05Speaker 1: you never leave it. Problem only gets worse from there
- 30:09Speaker 1: by the way, smugglers and other immigration lawbreakers know full
- 30:15Speaker 1: well that the children can easily escape from HHS facilities,
- 30:19Speaker 1: and they're trained to do this as well as leaving
- 30:22Speaker 1: foster homes and remain in the US with little fear
- 30:24Speaker 1: of being discovered. In fact, it is so easy for
- 30:27Speaker 1: these quote kids to disappear that the US government has
- 30:30Speaker 1: lost approximately twenty thousand of them already. Where the kids
- 30:35Speaker 1: end up well. The UK Independent noted in twenty twenty
- 30:38Speaker 1: one that the HHS has a very poor record of
- 30:41Speaker 1: properly vetting temporary guardians and an alarming number of these
- 30:46Speaker 1: unaccompanied miners have been forced into involuntary servitude. Meaning modern
- 30:51Speaker 1: day slavery. In fact, according to congressional report, JJS has
- 30:56Speaker 1: placed alien miners with sponsors who were actually quote human traffickers.
- 31:02Speaker 1: The traffickers forced these children to work as slave labor
- 31:04Speaker 1: on egg farms in Ohio, for example. Such completely malfeasance
- 31:09Speaker 1: upon the part of HHS necessarily raised the question how
- 31:13Speaker 1: many kids have been released as sex traffickers? Who's forced
- 31:15Speaker 1: them into prostitution? That is the question we should all
- 31:18Speaker 1: be asking. There's also significant evidence now that many of
- 31:24Speaker 1: these unaccompanied miners are far from being innocent victims. They're
- 31:29Speaker 1: actually hardened members of criminal gangs. Go back to November
- 31:33Speaker 1: twenty seventeen, the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement conducted an
- 31:37Speaker 1: operation called Raging Bull, which resulted in the arrest of
- 31:40Speaker 1: two hundred and fourteen MS thirteen gang members, and of
- 31:44Speaker 1: those gang members that we caught, one third of those
- 31:46Speaker 1: arrested entered the United States as a quote unaccompanied miner.
- 31:52Speaker 1: Soon after, another operation conducted by ICE was Operation Mattador,
- 31:57Speaker 1: that result in the rest of nearly five hundred gang members,
- 32:00Speaker 1: and forty percent of those gang members you guessed it
- 32:03Speaker 1: entered the US as an unecompany minor or part of
- 32:06Speaker 1: a family unit youth, meaning the kid maybe seventeen, sixteen, fifteen,
- 32:12Speaker 1: but they're hardened gang members and they know what they're
- 32:14Speaker 1: doing in America, and they know why they're here. We've
- 32:19Speaker 1: also seen initial Department of Home and Security documents indicating
- 32:22Speaker 1: that the percentage of unecompany miners with gang affiliations may
- 32:26Speaker 1: be significantly higher than the US government is willing to
- 32:29Speaker 1: tell you. In fact, the Unecoming Minor program makes it
- 32:33Speaker 1: so easy for criminals to enter the USSET. Over six
- 32:37Speaker 1: hundred individuals apprehended by border patrol we're later determined to
- 32:42Speaker 1: be adults who were posing as children because they knew
- 32:46Speaker 1: if you did, you were in. And here's the real
- 32:49Speaker 1: kicker for you. This kid might get ration. Pipeline, which
- 32:54Speaker 1: does far more to endanger vulnerable children that it doesn't
- 32:57Speaker 1: protect them, is costing American taxpayers hundreds of millions of
- 33:01Speaker 1: dollars in a time when we're dealing with high inflation,
- 33:04Speaker 1: high poverty, high crime, and out of control government spending.
- 33:10Speaker 1: It's costing you hundreds of millions of dollars. As of
- 33:13Speaker 1: April of twenty twenty one, the latest numbers we have.
- 33:16Speaker 1: The Biden administration was spending sixty million a week to
- 33:19Speaker 1: shelter on a company minor sixty million of your tax
- 33:22Speaker 1: hours a week. That's a massive expenditure, especially when the
- 33:26Speaker 1: Health and Human Services doesn't seem to have any reasonable
- 33:30Speaker 1: idea of what children are in, who they are, what
- 33:33Speaker 1: they're doing in cuss where they're being housed, or who's
- 33:36Speaker 1: caring for them. But instead of auditing the program, the
- 33:39Speaker 1: Biden administration just award its progressive cronies at the Vera
- 33:44Speaker 1: Institute one hundred and seventy one million dollar contract to
- 33:47Speaker 1: help on a company miners avoid removal from the United
- 33:51Speaker 1: States of America. This while our economy is floundering. So
- 33:56Speaker 1: let's move to the economy for just a moment. Join
- 33:59Speaker 1: me now to talk about this as Charles thorn grenn
- 34:01Speaker 1: He is the CEO and founder of Legacy Precious Medals. Charles,
- 34:05Speaker 1: I appreciate you coming on. She says this, and immediately
- 34:08Speaker 1: the Internet blew up because people are like, are you
- 34:11Speaker 1: kidding me? This is Treasury Secretary trying to convince the
- 34:13Speaker 1: American people that this is an economy that's not in
- 34:15Speaker 1: a recession. She says, quote, we're in a period of
- 34:18Speaker 1: transition in which growth is slowing. Well, they early on
- 34:23Speaker 1: the White House kept saying over and over again, this
- 34:25Speaker 1: is transitory. It's transitory, it's transitory. You're looking at the
- 34:29Speaker 1: same day I'm looking at, including one hundred and fifty
- 34:31Speaker 1: economists last week who all said they believe we are
- 34:35Speaker 1: headed or are in the early stages of a recession.
- 34:39Speaker 1: What do you say about what? How She just described
- 34:41Speaker 1: as oh, no, no no, we're not in a recession. We're
- 34:43Speaker 1: just slowing. Yeah, you know, it's it's really great to
- 34:48Speaker 1: be here with you, But we have to understand something.
- 34:51Speaker 1: She's trying to keep her job. Okay, this is a
- 34:54Speaker 1: policy that is coming from will a Buffer and anytime
- 34:59Speaker 1: they were they use the word transistorory or in transition,
- 35:04Speaker 1: be afraid. That means that they are not in control
- 35:09Speaker 1: of the situation. Is really what it comes down to. Okay,
- 35:13Speaker 1: her job numbers so completely out of whack. We have
- 35:17Speaker 1: the biggest growth in the last eight months of an
- 35:22Speaker 1: unemployment claims filed. This is what we see, right, and
- 35:28Speaker 1: you can see it with companies from Google to Apple
- 35:31Speaker 1: to Ford, They're all beginning to lay off people. This
- 35:35Speaker 1: is what happens. This is the This is the entire
- 35:39Speaker 1: working of a bad government doing bad things. Even Facebook
- 35:46Speaker 1: this last week made it clear on one of their
- 35:48Speaker 1: calls that big layoffs are coming and basically telling people
- 35:52Speaker 1: you better hunker down and make me some money or
- 35:54Speaker 1: you're gonna be one of those, right. I mean, that's
- 35:57Speaker 1: that's what they're saying. Yeah, you mentioned all these other places,
- 36:00Speaker 1: even Starbucks closing some of their locations in high crime,
- 36:04Speaker 1: high poverty areas, which if you're preparing for a recession,
- 36:08Speaker 1: you would want to close some stores are weaker or
- 36:11Speaker 1: that cost you more to operate. And if they are,
- 36:13Speaker 1: the stores are in high crime, right, and that's what
- 36:16Speaker 1: you're seeing even, all the more reason to close it
- 36:19Speaker 1: right now, if you think of recessions coming, Am I wrong?
- 36:23Speaker 1: Absolutely right? You have to bet And this is what
- 36:25Speaker 1: companies are doing where you're seeing it. You're not hearing
- 36:29Speaker 1: much about it yet, but you're beginning to see it.
- 36:31Speaker 1: They're betting down the hatches. They know that we have
- 36:33Speaker 1: a very rough next to two and a half three
- 36:36Speaker 1: years coming. You mentioned the next two and a half
- 36:39Speaker 1: three years. That's what Wall Street seems to be signaling.
- 36:42Speaker 1: I mean, it's normal now to see Wall Street react
- 36:45Speaker 1: with five hundred points down, six hundred points down, six
- 36:49Speaker 1: hundred points up. We even saw two days this last
- 36:51Speaker 1: week where the Dow was down as much as two
- 36:54Speaker 1: hundred and fifty and the same day it was up
- 36:56Speaker 1: by two hundred and fifty. There are a lot of
- 36:59Speaker 1: people that seem to be on Wall Street freaking out,
- 37:01Speaker 1: and a lot of Americans for one ks and retirements
- 37:04Speaker 1: are getting hurt in the process. Absolutely, and expect more
- 37:08Speaker 1: pain next week. We have the rate changes going on,
- 37:12Speaker 1: it's going to be three quarters of a basis point.
- 37:15Speaker 1: It's going to be a very massive increase, and it's
- 37:19Speaker 1: just going to make things much tougher. To invite inflation
- 37:23Speaker 1: is very few things that they can do, so we're
- 37:25Speaker 1: going to see the interest rates go up. That affects
- 37:28Speaker 1: everything right from every company. If you live in a
- 37:32Speaker 1: world where you're not in a cash business and you
- 37:35Speaker 1: carry your business on lines of credit, that makes it
- 37:38Speaker 1: doubt much tougher to put in perspective, if you have
- 37:41Speaker 1: a four hundred and fifty to five hundred thousand dollar
- 37:44Speaker 1: house note, right, that's how much you borrowed even from
- 37:48Speaker 1: one year ago, that same amount of money to borrow
- 37:51Speaker 1: this year, it would be a thousand dollars on average
- 37:54Speaker 1: more than it was a year ago. And if that
- 37:57Speaker 1: doesn't cause a recession on top of what we're seeing
- 38:00Speaker 1: with oil and gas prices and food costs that have
- 38:04Speaker 1: skyrock I mean, when you're putting one hundred and twenty
- 38:06Speaker 1: dollars in your you know, our hundred dollars or ninety dollars,
- 38:09Speaker 1: and you're in your gas tank when it was forty
- 38:11Speaker 1: five dollars a year ago or fifty dollars a year ago.
- 38:15Speaker 1: These are all things where your bills just don't get
- 38:17Speaker 1: paid for many Americans absolutely, coming out of the pandemic
- 38:21Speaker 1: world that we were in. We had so many people
- 38:24Speaker 1: not working, told to stay at home, many of them
- 38:27Speaker 1: lived on their savings. Then there's nothing less there now.
- 38:30Speaker 1: In a normal circumstance where you have an inflation soaring
- 38:33Speaker 1: like this, you're hoping it's coming at the end of
- 38:35Speaker 1: a very good economic period. But like we had with
- 38:38Speaker 1: the last administration, where people were able to put away
- 38:41Speaker 1: money and ride the storm out a little bit, there's
- 38:43Speaker 1: no riding the storm out. We've been doing that already
- 38:46Speaker 1: as Americans. Well, Janet Yeowen today trying to I guess,
- 38:49Speaker 1: not get fired from her job for telling the truth.
- 38:53Speaker 1: Had this to say about our economy, telling you it's
- 38:55Speaker 1: really not that bad, even though it clearly is. Well, look,
- 39:01Speaker 1: the economy is slowing down. It last year it grew
- 39:05Speaker 1: very rapidly at about five and a half percent, and
- 39:09Speaker 1: that succeeded in putting people back to work who had
- 39:14Speaker 1: lost their jobs during the pandemic. The labor market is
- 39:18Speaker 1: now extremely strong. Even just during the last three months,
- 39:25Speaker 1: net job gains average three hundred and seventy five thousand.
- 39:29Speaker 1: This is not an economy that's in recession. But we're
- 39:33Speaker 1: in a period of transition in which growth is slowing,
- 39:38Speaker 1: and that's necessary and appropriate, and we need to be
- 39:44Speaker 1: growing at a steady and sustainable pace. So there is
- 39:48Speaker 1: a slowdown and businesses can see that, and that's appropriate
- 39:55Speaker 1: given that people now have jobs and we have a
- 39:58Speaker 1: strong labor market. But you don't see any of the
- 40:01Speaker 1: signs now. A recession is a broad based contraction that
- 40:06Speaker 1: defects many sectors of the economy. We just don't have that.
- 40:11Speaker 1: Consumer spending remains solid, it's continuing to grow output. Industrial
- 40:18Speaker 1: output grown in five of the six LA most recent months.
- 40:24Speaker 1: Credit quality remains very strong. Household balance sheets are generally
- 40:30Speaker 1: in good shape, but inflation is way too high, and
- 40:35Speaker 1: you know the FED is charged with putting in place
- 40:38Speaker 1: policies that will bring inflation down. I love it. Everything's fine, right,
- 40:43Speaker 1: everything's fine. I mean, there's some problems, but everything else
- 40:45Speaker 1: seems totally fine. I want to go back to my
- 40:47Speaker 1: guests that Charles thorn Grenn is the CEO and founder
- 40:49Speaker 1: of Legacy Precious Metals. Charles, let's just get back to
- 40:53Speaker 1: one of the things that she just said right there.
- 40:55Speaker 1: She's like, well, most households and their balance sheets seem
- 40:59Speaker 1: seeing to be good. Should the Treasury Secretary be using
- 41:03Speaker 1: words like seems to be because that's the moment when
- 41:06Speaker 1: I think to myself, things are not good. Yeah, this
- 41:10Speaker 1: is not the leadership we need. We need a confidence,
- 41:13Speaker 1: We need someone who's going to tell us what's actually
- 41:15Speaker 1: going on, so we as the American people can be prepared.
- 41:19Speaker 1: They can't afford that, they can't afford that loss of
- 41:22Speaker 1: control that they think they have. And I have to
- 41:27Speaker 1: believe that she's reading some old reports, so she actually
- 41:29Speaker 1: believes those words that came out of her mouth because
- 41:31Speaker 1: none of those scenarios are correct. We are seeing credit
- 41:34Speaker 1: card problems now a since you trates go higher, people
- 41:37Speaker 1: have a harder time paying their credit card bill. That's
- 41:40Speaker 1: just a fact. And we now, I mean just from
- 41:45Speaker 1: May to June we had a four percent increase in
- 41:47Speaker 1: the CPI basket. Those are the things that we buy
- 41:50Speaker 1: all the time. We're buying because we need to We
- 41:53Speaker 1: need to buy food, we need to buy guests. These
- 41:55Speaker 1: are the things we still need to do. So there's
- 41:58Speaker 1: this spin that they're trying to put on this economy
- 42:03Speaker 1: because we have a leadership that one them will take
- 42:05Speaker 1: responsibility for their faults and two they will change course
- 42:09Speaker 1: even though they know they need to. That's the problem.
- 42:13Speaker 1: One of the other issues seems to be here the
- 42:15Speaker 1: housing market. And yes it's still the prices are high,
- 42:18Speaker 1: but there's a lot of people that are not buying
- 42:22Speaker 1: or don't can't get the loan amount they wanted for
- 42:24Speaker 1: their original house they thought they were going to get
- 42:27Speaker 1: because the interest rates are going up. You mentioned the
- 42:29Speaker 1: quarter point this week, and this is really the only
- 42:33Speaker 1: thing the Fed seems willing to do, and the White
- 42:35Speaker 1: House doesn't seem to be one to stop anything when
- 42:38Speaker 1: it comes to inflation. They could easily get gas prices
- 42:41Speaker 1: to lower right. I mean, they really could if they
- 42:43Speaker 1: wanted to. They could easily not be sending our oil
- 42:47Speaker 1: from otrategical reserves to China and to a company that
- 42:51Speaker 1: Hunter Biden has a vested interest in. I mean, these
- 42:54Speaker 1: are just some of the things that they could be doing.
- 42:58Speaker 1: But they're not, and they're not doing it, and the
- 43:00Speaker 1: question is why. And it's because I don't think they
- 43:03Speaker 1: mind that. The American people are weak, to be honest
- 43:05Speaker 1: with you, they don't really care. They have an agenda. Listen,
- 43:11Speaker 1: the oil. We know how to fix that. Right, we
- 43:13Speaker 1: go back and we tell all of our drillers and
- 43:15Speaker 1: all of our oil companies they're not going to be
- 43:18Speaker 1: being lsed. We'll go green in the right time, in
- 43:22Speaker 1: the right method. Over time, we'll get greener. And we've
- 43:25Speaker 1: done that as a nation. If you look at I mean,
- 43:27Speaker 1: just look at the few mileage on everyone's cars. Back
- 43:31Speaker 1: in my day, when I got a car, you got
- 43:32Speaker 1: eight to ten miles to the gallon and that was good.
- 43:35Speaker 1: Most everyone gets almost twenty miles to the gallon. Now,
- 43:38Speaker 1: those steps have already been taken. We just need to
- 43:40Speaker 1: follow the course on that. So if we come back
- 43:43Speaker 1: and say pipeline is open again. We made a mistake.
- 43:47Speaker 1: That helps immediately with the oil prices. The other thing
- 43:52Speaker 1: they can do is lower the deficit. Let's balance the budget.
- 43:56Speaker 1: You can't come out swinging and in your first year
- 43:59Speaker 1: as seven three in dollars to the deficit. Those two
- 44:02Speaker 1: things right there do more to control inflation than anything
- 44:06Speaker 1: the Fed is going to try to do. Now, it's
- 44:08Speaker 1: that simple. Won't do it, Yeah, they won't do It's
- 44:11Speaker 1: a great question. So here's my next question for you.
- 44:14Speaker 1: We saw where pretty much anyone could make money in
- 44:17Speaker 1: the markets when Trump was in office. You could pretty
- 44:20Speaker 1: much buy anything that was going to go up. We're
- 44:22Speaker 1: now seeing major losses. A lot of people that were
- 44:24Speaker 1: planning for retimer are not going to have to work longer.
- 44:28Speaker 1: The stock market was hot. When it was hot, everybody
- 44:30Speaker 1: went in and they went all in. But now with inflation,
- 44:34Speaker 1: what do people need to be looking at that maybe
- 44:36Speaker 1: they haven't looked at in ten, fifteen, twenty years. They
- 44:41Speaker 1: need to. Normally, I would say you look at real
- 44:44Speaker 1: estate and precious metals, your tangible ashes. But with inflation
- 44:48Speaker 1: doing what it's doing and interest rates doing what they're
- 44:50Speaker 1: going to do, you know, you look at what their
- 44:53Speaker 1: plan is for this year, you're going to see three
- 44:56Speaker 1: point six percent on the treasury, right, Okay, when your inflation,
- 45:01Speaker 1: core inflation starts there, when the five number starts there,
- 45:04Speaker 1: that makes those mortgage payments. You're in the sevens and eights.
- 45:08Speaker 1: Now you're getting to that critical number. Right. So this
- 45:13Speaker 1: is why I have to pull the real estate back.
- 45:15Speaker 1: It's gonna be your tangible assets. It's going to be
- 45:18Speaker 1: your precious metals, the these are the things that are
- 45:20Speaker 1: there to protect you. This is very similar to two
- 45:23Speaker 1: thousand and eight. And for those of the people that
- 45:26Speaker 1: are listening and they're getting close to retirement, you probably
- 45:29Speaker 1: saw what your parents went through it where they wanted
- 45:31Speaker 1: to retire and they couldn't because the stock market went
- 45:34Speaker 1: almost in half. And this is what we're going to
- 45:36Speaker 1: see yet. So this is why the precious metals make
- 45:40Speaker 1: the most important decision. They're the most important decision you
- 45:44Speaker 1: can make right now to give you that hedge to
- 45:47Speaker 1: stop the bleeding, because we know the DAL has to
- 45:50Speaker 1: come down. Charles, I appreciate you come on the show
- 45:52Speaker 1: and lay in all this out for us, and again
- 45:54Speaker 1: we'll have you back real soon. Also for you guys,
- 45:57Speaker 1: listening podcast. Thanks for your support, Thank you for sharing
