- 0:00Speaker 1: We are learning a lot more now in the bombshell
- 0:03Speaker 1: Senate Judiciary hearing on Arctic Frost, and exactly just how
- 0:07Speaker 1: corrupt the Biden administration really was. Now, before I get
- 0:12Speaker 1: into what the Senate Judiciary Committee told us today, let
- 0:16Speaker 1: me just remind you what Arctic Frost was all about.
- 0:20Speaker 1: It was the internal code name tied to that federal
- 0:23Speaker 1: investigation effort that was launched during the Biden Air Department
- 0:27Speaker 1: of Justice, an operation that, according to multiple whistleblowers and
- 0:32Speaker 1: internal memos now is coming to light. It was designed
- 0:36Speaker 1: to track and build cases tied to election related activity,
- 0:42Speaker 1: political organizing, and what officials labeled as domestic extremism risk networks. Now,
- 0:49Speaker 1: on paper, it was framed as a national security initiative,
- 0:53Speaker 1: but the reality was it was all about doing political
- 0:57Speaker 1: surveillance on Donald Trump and many of his allies. And now,
- 1:03Speaker 1: thanks to the Senate Judiciary hearing, we're getting a much
- 1:06Speaker 1: clearer picture of what was really going on behind the scenes.
- 1:10Speaker 1: The hearing turned into nothing short of a political earthquake.
- 1:14Speaker 1: Senators revealed new testimony and internal communications tied directly to
- 1:19Speaker 1: Special Counsel Jack Smith and what he allegedly demanded during
- 1:24Speaker 1: the height of Arctic frost and the operation. Now, according
- 1:29Speaker 1: to the documents that were presented during the hearing, Smith
- 1:33Speaker 1: pushed for expanded authority to subpoena communications tied not just
- 1:39Speaker 1: to suspects, but to broader networks of individuals. He reportedly
- 1:45Speaker 1: advocated for aggressive timelines, demanding prosecutors moved faster than traditional
- 1:53Speaker 1: thresholds would normally allow, and most explosively. Lawmakers revealed discussion
- 2:00Speaker 1: suggesting an effort to directly link political speech and organizing
- 2:06Speaker 1: activity to potential criminal exposure. Let me say that again,
- 2:11Speaker 1: this wasn't just about investigating crimes. They wanted you to
- 2:15Speaker 1: believe that, But what it was actually about was weaponizing
- 2:19Speaker 1: and redefining what could be considered a crime to lock
- 2:24Speaker 1: up Donald Trump in his allies. Now, according to testimony,
- 2:28Speaker 1: Smith wanted broader use of material witness warrants, even in
- 2:34Speaker 1: cases where individuals had not been charged. That is what
- 2:39Speaker 1: you call a phishing exploration, hoping to find a crime
- 2:43Speaker 1: with no crime that had actually been committed that you
- 2:46Speaker 1: knew about. He supported also using digital surveillance tools to
- 2:52Speaker 1: map associations between the political activists that he wanted to
- 2:57Speaker 1: go after. That was the tree connected to Donald Trump
- 3:02Speaker 1: at the top, and he reportedly pushed the Department of
- 3:05Speaker 1: Justice teams to build cases as he described it outward,
- 3:11Speaker 1: meaning start first with a target aka Donald Trump or
- 3:15Speaker 1: one of his associates, and then expand the net until
- 3:20Speaker 1: something actionable is found or appeared. This is a stunning
- 3:26Speaker 1: admission by those at the hearing, making it clear that yes,
- 3:31Speaker 1: they didn't know of any crimes had been committed by
- 3:34Speaker 1: Trump or anyone around him. They instead just said we're
- 3:38Speaker 1: going to pick someone and then find a crime that
- 3:41Speaker 1: we can charge them with to shut them down Politically.
- 3:45Speaker 1: This literally flips the entire justice system on its head. Now,
- 3:49Speaker 1: in America, you investigate a crime and then find a suspect,
- 3:54Speaker 1: but not under the Biden administration or regime. They picked
- 3:58Speaker 1: the target first, then looking for a crime that they
- 4:02Speaker 1: could create out of thin air. Yes, this is a
- 4:06Speaker 1: grotesque abuse of power. Republican members the Senate Judiciary Committee
- 4:11Speaker 1: did not hold back. They described Arctic frost as a
- 4:15Speaker 1: weaponized pipeline inside the DOJ, a system that allowed federal
- 4:20Speaker 1: prosecutors to test legal theories on political opponents, and a
- 4:24Speaker 1: framework that risked turning the justice system into a tool
- 4:28Speaker 1: of intimidation. Several senators pointed to internal language suggesting the
- 4:35Speaker 1: traditional safeguards probable cause, evidentiary thresholds, prosecutorial restraints were seen
- 4:43Speaker 1: as quote unquote just obstacles rather than protections of those
- 4:48Speaker 1: that are innocent. And that's where the abuse of power
- 4:51Speaker 1: argument became central. Because federal authority is used not just
- 4:57Speaker 1: to enforce the law, but to reinterpret it and apply
- 5:00Speaker 1: it selectively. Then you don't just have a legal issue,
- 5:04Speaker 1: you have a constitutional one. Now. President Trump responded swiftly
- 5:09Speaker 1: and forcefully, and remarks following the hearing, Trump described the
- 5:13Speaker 1: revelations as one of the most dangerous abuse of powers
- 5:17Speaker 1: ever uncovered in Washington. President Trump didn't stop there. He
- 5:22Speaker 1: also went on to say that Arctic frost was a
- 5:25Speaker 1: coordinated effort to silence political opposition under the guise of
- 5:30Speaker 1: law enforcement. Trump also reiterated a core argument he made repeatedly,
- 5:36Speaker 1: the federal agencies were turned against the American people, and
- 5:40Speaker 1: that was clearly revealed in the hearing, and it proves
- 5:43Speaker 1: the system was rigged at the highest levels. Now, if
- 5:47Speaker 1: you want to know just how political this was, I
- 5:50Speaker 1: want you to take a listen to this part of
- 5:52Speaker 1: the shocking amount of data that came out. Senator Cruz
- 5:57Speaker 1: confirming that Biden's FBI allright wired tap the current White
- 6:02Speaker 1: House Chief of Staff, Susie Wilds, during a privileged call
- 6:07Speaker 1: with her lawyer without the consent of either party. Yes,
- 6:13Speaker 1: so much for client privilege with your attorney. No, they said,
- 6:18Speaker 1: we don't care. We want to listen in because we're
- 6:22Speaker 1: trying to find anything we can on Donald Trump.
- 6:26Speaker 2: Jack Smith issued nearly two hundred subpoenas. Is that correct? Yes,
- 6:31Speaker 2: those subpoenas targeted over four hundred Republican individuals and organizations. Correct, Correct,
- 6:37Speaker 2: many of whom had no connection to those who entered
- 6:40Speaker 2: the Capitol on January sixth.
- 6:41Speaker 3: Correct.
- 6:42Speaker 2: Absolutely, And in fact, some of those organizations didn't even
- 6:46Speaker 2: exist on January sixth.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Is that correct?
- 6:49Speaker 4: It is.
- 6:50Speaker 1: So we're not.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Talking about a narrow investigation. We're talking about a sweeping
- 6:54Speaker 2: operation targeting virtually the entirety of the other side.
- 6:59Speaker 3: Pull it.
- 7:00Speaker 4: It was a phishing expedition.
- 7:03Speaker 2: So let's turn to the constitution. Subpoenaing the toll records
- 7:05Speaker 2: of members of Congress? Does that raise serious constitutional concerns?
- 7:09Speaker 4: Absolutely? And in fact, we have the pen who notified
- 7:14Speaker 4: the Special Consul's office of those concerns, and Jack Smith
- 7:19Speaker 4: had apparently said that he was going to consult with
- 7:23Speaker 4: the Solicitor General, according to the release of the information
- 7:29Speaker 4: from Senator Grassley this morning. Yet, when he was deposed
- 7:33Speaker 4: by the House and was specifically asked if he spoke
- 7:36Speaker 4: with the Solicitor General, he said on this discrete issue, no, among.
- 7:42Speaker 2: Other issues, it raises significant issues with the Speech and
- 7:45Speaker 2: Debate clause. Correct. Absolutely so much so that, as you noted,
- 7:49Speaker 2: when when Jack Smith subpoenat AT and T to get
- 7:53Speaker 2: my toll records, AT and T refused to comply with
- 7:57Speaker 2: the subpoena because they concluded that it violated the Speech
- 8:00Speaker 2: and debate clauses, that correct.
- 8:02Speaker 4: Absolutely correct, and they backed down.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Jack Smith did not try to enforce that subpoena, didty
- 8:08Speaker 2: He did not. He did not go to court and
- 8:10Speaker 2: litigate the matter, did he?
- 8:11Speaker 4: He did not?
- 8:12Speaker 2: Does that suggest, as it does to me, that he
- 8:15Speaker 2: knew damn well what he was doing was illegal and
- 8:17Speaker 2: would not be upheld in court.
- 8:19Speaker 4: It does suggest that.
- 8:20Speaker 2: When the federal government subpoenas donor lists internal communications organization records,
- 8:27Speaker 2: does that implicate the First Amendment and also freedom association.
- 8:30Speaker 4: In particular, it does, and the Supreme Court made that
- 8:33Speaker 4: clear in the ENDOLACP.
- 8:35Speaker 2: Case Mimss Chamberlain. Aside from the legal violations, what specific crimes,
- 8:44Speaker 2: if any, were actually uncovered as a result of the
- 8:47Speaker 2: Arctic Frost investigation?
- 8:50Speaker 3: I'm not aware of any crimes that were uncovered.
- 8:53Speaker 2: Would the senators, donors, organizations, and individuals who were surveiled
- 8:57Speaker 2: and subpoenaed have ever learned learned about the Arctic Frost
- 9:01Speaker 2: investigation had Trump not one in twenty twenty.
- 9:03Speaker 3: Four, Probably not, mainly because of these non disclosure orders,
- 9:09Speaker 3: but also I mean the fact that a lot of
- 9:11Speaker 3: these records were now just learning about them because they
- 9:13Speaker 3: were in these prohibited access files only available to their
- 9:16Speaker 3: FBI director. So if the FBI director is a Democrat,
- 9:19Speaker 3: there's no reason to think we know about them.
- 9:21Speaker 2: How would you compare the scope of the violations in
- 9:25Speaker 2: Arctic Frost to Watergate?
- 9:29Speaker 3: I think, if anything, it might even be greater. I
- 9:31Speaker 3: mean the scope of this in terms of the sheer
- 9:34Speaker 3: number of people and organizations affected, And as I discussed,
- 9:38Speaker 3: I mean this brazen violation of attorney client privileged wiretapping
- 9:41Speaker 3: a phone call between Susie Wilds and her lawyer. These
- 9:45Speaker 3: are egregious offenses. And you know, if Watergate was just
- 9:48Speaker 3: about a single break in, I mean this is effectively,
- 9:50Speaker 3: you know, compound that by two hundred.
- 9:52Speaker 1: You may have heard that shocking revelation no crimes were
- 9:56Speaker 1: found in Operation Arctic Frost because it wasn't about crimes.
- 10:02Speaker 1: It was about framing your political opponent and trying to
- 10:05Speaker 1: entrap them and charge them with crimes that you made
- 10:08Speaker 1: out of thin air. Senator Cruz wrapped it up perfectly
- 10:12Speaker 1: when he said this that the Judiciary.
- 10:14Speaker 2: Hearing Watergate was about a handful of files in a
- 10:18Speaker 2: single office. This reached into tens of thousands of private communications, emails, records,
- 10:25Speaker 2: and personal data. Tall records, bank records, donor lists, law
- 10:31Speaker 2: firm records, and other personal files relating to every major
- 10:36Speaker 2: conservative organization were subpoena.
- 10:40Speaker 1: That is a perfect example of just how widespread the
- 10:44Speaker 1: abuse of power really was. And now the question is
- 10:48Speaker 1: will those that abuse their power be held to account?
- 10:52Speaker 1: That's exactly what Judiciary Committee seems to be working towards.
- 10:55Speaker 1: And not only were they going after the president, they
- 10:59Speaker 1: were also going after major conservative organizations. Turning point USA
- 11:06Speaker 1: America First Policy Institute, even the Republican National Committee, So
- 11:11Speaker 1: this may be just the tip of the Iceberg Quick
- 11:15Speaker 1: Break Ben Ferguson Showmore coming up. Joe Biden released illegal alien,
- 11:21Speaker 1: shot and killed Sheridan Gorman as she ran for her
- 11:25Speaker 1: life is now what the prosecutors have said. That illegal
- 11:29Speaker 1: alien was released into the United States of America on
- 11:32Speaker 1: purpose by former President Joe Biden's administration. That same individual
- 11:38Speaker 1: shot and killed this eighteen year old of freshman at
- 11:42Speaker 1: Loyola University of Chicago as she ran for her life.
- 11:46Speaker 1: We now know trying to flee for safety is what
- 11:49Speaker 1: the prosecutors are now alleging in documents. Now, this twenty
- 11:54Speaker 1: five year old illegal alien from Venezuela was arrested by
- 11:59Speaker 1: the Chicago Police Apartment and he's been charged with murdering
- 12:03Speaker 1: Sheridan Gorman, who also went by sheriff in a random
- 12:06Speaker 1: attack on a pier at Chicago by the Beach. Prosecutors
- 12:12Speaker 1: are now providing new details as to what they say
- 12:14Speaker 1: occurred on the night of March nineteenth, and here is
- 12:18Speaker 1: part of their report. They say at one thirty am, Gorman, eighteen,
- 12:24Speaker 1: was with a group of friends on the pier a
- 12:27Speaker 1: few blocks north of the university's campus. Gorman alerted her
- 12:32Speaker 1: friends that someone was hiding near the pier, at which
- 12:34Speaker 1: point the group of friends was chased by the person,
- 12:38Speaker 1: who has been identified as Jose Medina Medina of Venezuela.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Medina opened fire and shot Gorman in her back as
- 12:49Speaker 1: she tried to run away. She was pronounced dead at
- 12:53Speaker 1: the scene. Gorman's friends were able to duck for cover
- 12:56Speaker 1: in the grassy area near the pier as Medina ran
- 12:59Speaker 1: back back to an apartment on North Sheridan Road where
- 13:03Speaker 1: he had left earlier. Gorman's friends observed Medina dressed mostly
- 13:08Speaker 1: in black, including a black face mask. Sheridan's friends and
- 13:13Speaker 1: family have also now created a go Fundme page to
- 13:16Speaker 1: help cover the young woman's memorial service and a scholarship
- 13:20Speaker 1: in her honor. Shaa loved deeply and live fully. The
- 13:25Speaker 1: go fundme page reads, she loved Jesus, her family, her
- 13:29Speaker 1: sister Mattie, most of all, her lifelong friends, and the simple,
- 13:34Speaker 1: beautiful moments that made up her life. She had a
- 13:37Speaker 1: way of making everyone feel special, seen and loved to
- 13:41Speaker 1: know her was to be changed by her On Sunday,
- 13:45Speaker 1: Immigration and Customs Enforcement, you know, ICE agents, the same
- 13:49Speaker 1: people Democrats want to abolish. Revealed that Medina is an
- 13:54Speaker 1: illegal alien from Venezuela who was apprehended at the southern
- 13:58Speaker 1: border on May the ninth, twenty twenty three. Thanks to
- 14:02Speaker 1: former President Joe Biden's expansive catch and release policy, Medina
- 14:07Speaker 1: was released from border patrol, custing into the US interior.
- 14:12Speaker 1: One month later, on June nineteenth, Medina was arrested in
- 14:16Speaker 1: Chicago for shoplifting. Thanks to Chicago and Illinois strict sanctuary policies,
- 14:23Speaker 1: the illegal alien was released from police custody without being
- 14:28Speaker 1: turned over to ICE agents for arrest and deportation. Now
- 14:33Speaker 1: Medina remains in police Costina is reportedly being treated for tuberculosis.
- 14:39Speaker 1: Is what the latest documents reveal. What's even more shocking
- 14:43Speaker 1: about this is how far the Democrats are willing to
- 14:46Speaker 1: go to claim that somehow, this illegal immigrant really shouldn't
- 14:51Speaker 1: be blamed for this murder. I'll give you a perfect example,
- 14:56Speaker 1: because they care more about one group of people, legal immigrants,
- 15:00Speaker 1: more than they do about American citizens. Let me introduce
- 15:04Speaker 1: you to Chicago Democratic forty ninth Ward Alderman Maria Hayden,
- 15:11Speaker 1: who pretty much blames Gorman for her own murder in
- 15:15Speaker 1: a local Fox interview that she's done. Listen to what
- 15:19Speaker 1: she has to say about how maybe it was her
- 15:22Speaker 1: fault for startling the man that assassinated her.
- 15:25Speaker 5: Well, from what I've been told so far, right from
- 15:28Speaker 5: what police know, from speaking to the students who were
- 15:31Speaker 5: with her, it seems she might have that as they
- 15:37Speaker 5: were just out. You know, people go out to the
- 15:39Speaker 5: beach all the time, right, and they go out on
- 15:41Speaker 5: the pier, they walk around. So the kids were out
- 15:43Speaker 5: doing normal, normal things people do in the neighborhood, and
- 15:46Speaker 5: it sounds like this might have been a wrong place,
- 15:49Speaker 5: wrong time, running into a person who had a gun.
- 15:52Speaker 5: They might have startled this person at the end of
- 15:54Speaker 5: the peer unintentionally. But that's all we know from what
- 16:01Speaker 5: I've been told, what police investigation has turned up so far,
- 16:06Speaker 5: what they've been able to share with Medium, with Loyola University,
- 16:10Speaker 5: we don't believe there is costs for broader community concern.
- 16:14Speaker 1: To be clear, you have an Alderman, a Democrat, that
- 16:19Speaker 1: said the kids were out doing normal things people do
- 16:22Speaker 1: in the neighborhood, and it sounds like they might have
- 16:24Speaker 1: just been a wrong place, wrong time, situation, running into
- 16:27Speaker 1: a person who had a gun. They might have unintentionally
- 16:31Speaker 1: startled this person at the end of the peer That
- 16:36Speaker 1: is her exact quote. These people are sick to blame
- 16:41Speaker 1: an innocent freshman, eighteen year old student who was spending
- 16:45Speaker 1: time with her family and friends and love the Lord
- 16:49Speaker 1: and claiming that somehow her killing, her assassination was somehow
- 16:55Speaker 1: her fault. I want you to listen to those words again.
- 16:59Speaker 1: This should be put everywhere on social media. You have
- 17:03Speaker 1: a student that was assassinated, and this is how the
- 17:07Speaker 1: Democrats respond.
- 17:09Speaker 5: All the time, right, And they go out on the peer.
- 17:11Speaker 5: They walk around so that the kids were out doing normal,
- 17:14Speaker 5: normal things people do in the neighborhood. And it sounds
- 17:17Speaker 5: like this might have been a wrong place, wrong time,
- 17:20Speaker 5: running into a person who had a gun. They might
- 17:22Speaker 5: have startled this person at the end of the year unintentionally.
- 17:28Speaker 5: But that's all the time, right, and they go out.
- 17:31Speaker 1: It is amazing to hear Democrats actually say that. By
- 17:35Speaker 1: the way, if you think, well, that's just some local
- 17:37Speaker 1: elected official and surely they don't actually mean this. Well,
- 17:42Speaker 1: House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, another Democrat, the leader of
- 17:47Speaker 1: the Democratic Party in the House. He was asked if
- 17:51Speaker 1: he believed that Venezuela and a legal alien charged with
- 17:54Speaker 1: murdering Sheridan Gorman in Chicago should be deported, A very
- 17:59Speaker 1: simple question. Any sane person would answer that question with yes,
- 18:03Speaker 1: of course they should be deported, not a Keem Jeffries,
- 18:07Speaker 1: because the Democratic Party stands up for illegal immigrants, not Americans,
- 18:12Speaker 1: even when they're brutally murdered. What did Hakim say? He said,
- 18:16Speaker 1: just five words. Listen carefully.
- 18:19Speaker 6: An illegal immigrant has been charged with murdering a college
- 18:21Speaker 6: student in Chicago last week.
- 18:23Speaker 3: To House Democrats believe if he's convicted, he's someone who
- 18:26Speaker 3: should be deported.
- 18:27Speaker 5: I'll look into the case.
- 18:28Speaker 3: Do you expect.
- 18:29Speaker 1: Anyone I'll look into the case. That is all that
- 18:35Speaker 1: the leader of the Democratic Party had to say. No
- 18:39Speaker 1: compassion for the family, no compassion for anyone else involved.
- 18:43Speaker 1: And let's be clear, it isn't just this girl that
- 18:47Speaker 1: was killed in Chicago. We also have another story that
- 18:50Speaker 1: is not making national news. And I'll ask for your
- 18:53Speaker 1: help right now sharing this story and this show wherever
- 18:57Speaker 1: you can. An illegal alien from me Mexico living in
- 19:01Speaker 1: Utah has just been charged with attempted murder after authority
- 19:05Speaker 1: said he's slit a woman's throat. Heesus Ramirez Padilla has
- 19:11Speaker 1: now been charged with attempted murder, obstruction of justice, aggravate assault,
- 19:16Speaker 1: and drug paraphernalia after the March eighteenth incident in Salt
- 19:20Speaker 1: Lake City. According to the Department of Homeland Security, immigration
- 19:25Speaker 1: authorities are requesting that local officials honor a detainer lodged
- 19:30Speaker 1: against the suspect. Again, this is where Democrats apparently don't
- 19:34Speaker 1: like to turn over bad people to the federal government. Now,
- 19:39Speaker 1: the victim is reportedly in critical condition right now in
- 19:42Speaker 1: the hospital. The woman's identity has not been revealed. Heyzus
- 19:47Speaker 1: is a dangerous criminal legal alien who violently strangled and
- 19:51Speaker 1: slit a woman's throat multiple times, is what the DHS
- 19:55Speaker 1: Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Biss said in a statement. We
- 19:59Speaker 1: are called on politicians and not released this barbaric criminal
- 20:03Speaker 1: from jail and into American neighborhoods. This criminal legal alien
- 20:08Speaker 1: has no place in American communities. According to the local reports,
- 20:13Speaker 1: Padilla and the woman were smoking methamphetamine before the alleged crime.
- 20:19Speaker 1: Police responded to report of a woman crying in an
- 20:21Speaker 1: alley and found her bleeding with a deep cut in
- 20:24Speaker 1: her neck. A homeowner surveillance camera reportedly caught the incident
- 20:28Speaker 1: on camera, leading to the identification of the illegal immigrant.
- 20:33Speaker 1: When he was arrested, his hands and pants were covered
- 20:35Speaker 1: in blood. According to the reports, he met the victim
- 20:39Speaker 1: the previous night, and they met up to take drugs
- 20:41Speaker 1: together the night of the alleged murder attempt. Padilla also
- 20:46Speaker 1: reportedly confessed to police that he strangled the victim and
- 20:49Speaker 1: slit her throat, but said the drugs altered his state
- 20:52Speaker 1: of mind. It's unclear whether Padilla, who remained in the
- 20:56Speaker 1: Salt Lake County jail as of Tuesday, has obtained even
- 20:59Speaker 1: legal council. I'm sure there's some group out there that
- 21:02Speaker 1: will be more than happy to represent an illegal immigrant
- 21:05Speaker 1: that did this. The suspected attempted murder comes on the
- 21:09Speaker 1: heels of several other high profile crimes in which illegal
- 21:13Speaker 1: aliens are the prime suspect. As I mentioned earlier the
- 21:17Speaker 1: one of this student in Chicago, and in late February,
- 21:21Speaker 1: there was another high profile case of an alleged illegal
- 21:24Speaker 1: alien crime that made national news when abdul Leone was
- 21:31Speaker 1: charged with murder and the stabbing death of Stephanie Minter
- 21:34Speaker 1: in Fairfax County, Virginia Leone. Just so you know how
- 21:39Speaker 1: bad his record was, had thirty prior arrest I want
- 21:44Speaker 1: to say that again, thirty prior arrests. So the final
- 21:50Speaker 1: question that everyone should be asking right now is this,
- 21:53Speaker 1: why are Democrats so committed to keeping illegal immigrants in
- 21:57Speaker 1: the country, and that they're so willing to a woman
- 22:01Speaker 1: allegedly shot by one of those illegals in Chicago to
- 22:05Speaker 1: avoid talking about deportations. The good news is President Donald
- 22:11Speaker 1: Trump has just sworn in Mark Wayne Mullen as the
- 22:14Speaker 1: Homeland Security Secretary after it was expedited through the Senate.
- 22:20Speaker 1: At least now we know that we have someone at
- 22:22Speaker 1: DHS that is willing to go all in to protect
- 22:26Speaker 1: Americans from vicious individuals, just like this individual in Chicago, jd. Vance.
- 22:35Speaker 1: He's got a new job. Yeah, he's still the Vice president,
- 22:38Speaker 1: but now he's leading that task force to eliminate fraud.
- 22:42Speaker 1: And now the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services have
- 22:46Speaker 1: identified and suspended seventy hospice in home health businesses in
- 22:53Speaker 1: Los Angeles alone that were flagged as high risk fraudulent providers.
- 22:58Speaker 1: We've now learned. Now, let me just take you back
- 23:01Speaker 1: a month when JD. Vance was announced for this position,
- 23:05Speaker 1: and this is what he said was going to happen,
- 23:07Speaker 1: and it's already happening now.
- 23:09Speaker 6: Time you've got a new job.
- 23:11Speaker 1: Here.
- 23:11Speaker 6: It is the announcement last night from the President.
- 23:15Speaker 2: I'm officially announcing the War on Fraud, to be led
- 23:19Speaker 2: by our great Vice President JD.
- 23:21Speaker 4: Vince.
- 23:30Speaker 2: We all get it done, and we're able to find
- 23:32Speaker 2: enough of that fraud, we will actually have a balanced
- 23:37Speaker 2: budget overnight.
- 23:39Speaker 6: So here are some of the allegations. California eight billion
- 23:42Speaker 6: and suspected COVID fraud, Minnesota nineteen, Massachusetts almost fifteen, and
- 23:47Speaker 6: main forty five million in improper medicaid payments. As you
- 23:51Speaker 6: look at this, go ahead and explain it to us,
- 23:53Speaker 6: because we want to understand what.
- 23:55Speaker 4: The job is.
- 23:56Speaker 6: And what do you think the number is?
- 24:00Speaker 7: Well, I don't know what the top line number, bill is,
- 24:03Speaker 7: and I think that's unfortunate that nobody has ever tried
- 24:05Speaker 7: to take a systematic look at how much fraud there
- 24:08Speaker 7: is in the federal government, how many illegal aliens are
- 24:10Speaker 7: on medicaid. We know that it's billions and billions of
- 24:13Speaker 7: dollars that should go to American citizens, it's going to
- 24:16Speaker 7: illegal aliens. How many fraudulent daycare centers have been set
- 24:19Speaker 7: up where that money should go to American citizens to
- 24:22Speaker 7: help their kids get into childcare, Instead it's being stolen
- 24:26Speaker 7: from them by illegal aliens in our country. How much
- 24:30Speaker 7: have government officials actually been complicit in this fraud because
- 24:33Speaker 7: some of them have gotten wealthy or at the least
- 24:36Speaker 7: they've gotten campaign donations from the people who've gotten rich
- 24:39Speaker 7: from that fraud. The story of the American economy in
- 24:42Speaker 7: so many ways during the Biden administration Bill is that
- 24:45Speaker 7: the American citizen was ripped off for people who shouldn't
- 24:48Speaker 7: be here and by politicians who should have known better.
- 24:51Speaker 7: And the Trump administration, the President has asked me to
- 24:55Speaker 7: take a full whole government approach to trying to understand
- 24:59Speaker 7: that what does that mean? Bill? That means, first of all,
- 25:01Speaker 7: the Apartment of Justice is going to be investigating and
- 25:04Speaker 7: where possible, throwing fraudsters in prison. But it's also going
- 25:07Speaker 7: to mean that Scott Bessent and some of our friends
- 25:09Speaker 7: at the Treasury Department, we're going to be looking at
- 25:12Speaker 7: income tax records We're going to be trying to understand
- 25:15Speaker 7: how it is that the American people have been defrauded,
- 25:18Speaker 7: how it is that people have used resources and programs
- 25:21Speaker 7: that should go to American citizens instead have been going
- 25:24Speaker 7: to fraudule uses. There's a whole host of tools that
- 25:28Speaker 7: we have that have never been used. And the President
- 25:31Speaker 7: I talked about this a couple of months ago and said,
- 25:33Speaker 7: what if we just did everything that we could to
- 25:36Speaker 7: stop the fraud that's being committed against the American taxpayer.
- 25:40Speaker 7: The President said, great, idea, Let's do it, and we're
- 25:43Speaker 7: going to work on that very aggressively over the next year.
- 25:46Speaker 6: Need a quick answer over the next year is that
- 25:47Speaker 6: the timeframe is that twelve months?
- 25:50Speaker 7: Well, it's going to continue beyond that. But I think
- 25:53Speaker 7: that we've already discovered a lot bill and really I
- 25:55Speaker 7: think the year the next year is where we're going
- 25:58Speaker 7: to try to uncover as much as possible and run
- 26:01Speaker 7: at this as much as we can. But it's not
- 26:03Speaker 7: going to stop after.
- 26:03Speaker 1: A year now. As you heard the Vice presidents say there,
- 26:06Speaker 1: this is all about having a task force to root
- 26:08Speaker 1: out waste, fraud and abuse. Well, now that's clearly ramping
- 26:12Speaker 1: up and we are expecting the number of investigations as
- 26:16Speaker 1: of today to grow exponentially. The task force, which President
- 26:21Speaker 1: Trump established earlier this month, now seeks to build on
- 26:25Speaker 1: the work of addressing Minnesota fraud that VANCE and the
- 26:29Speaker 1: CMS administrator doctor Oz announced last month. On February the
- 26:34Speaker 1: twenty fifth, for example, VANCE announced the administration was halting
- 26:38Speaker 1: certain amounts of medicaid funding to Minnesota until the state
- 26:42Speaker 1: government learns to be good stewards of taxpayer dollars. Doctor
- 26:47Speaker 1: Oz noted that there would be about two hundred and
- 26:49Speaker 1: fifty nine million in deferred payments for Medicaid to the
- 26:54Speaker 1: state of Minnesota alone. The task Force, through interagency coordination,
- 27:00Speaker 1: will examine every state for waste, fraud, and abuse, is
- 27:05Speaker 1: what sources are now saying, adding that the task force
- 27:08Speaker 1: will follow cms's template in its early work, partially because
- 27:13Speaker 1: of cms's data infrastructure for locating and taking action against
- 27:19Speaker 1: those who may be committing fraud. Now. According to sources
- 27:24Speaker 1: familiar with the matter, CMS has an AI driven internal
- 27:30Speaker 1: fraud detection system that can both flag claims for review
- 27:35Speaker 1: and block claims flagged as likely fraudulent, and it will
- 27:41Speaker 1: be scaled throughout the government to aid the task Force
- 27:45Speaker 1: in its mission. Now, the task Force, they say, is
- 27:48Speaker 1: in the process of onboarding CMS technologists to scale the
- 27:53Speaker 1: AI system. In a statement to Brightbart News, spokesman from
- 27:58Speaker 1: Vance's office said the Vice President is looking forward to
- 28:03Speaker 1: carrying out the present's war on fraud, saying this, the
- 28:08Speaker 1: American people deserve better than being ripped off by people
- 28:12Speaker 1: who hate this country, and the Task Force to Eliminate
- 28:15Speaker 1: Fraud will ensure that essential taxpayer funded services are used
- 28:21Speaker 1: to support the hardworking Americans who rely on them instead
- 28:24Speaker 1: of being used by fraudsters and criminals. Now, just a
- 28:28Speaker 1: quick reminder, the fraud that we just talked about is
- 28:31Speaker 1: only in La So how much fraud is there out
- 28:34Speaker 1: there in California in general? Well, hundreds of millions of
- 28:39Speaker 1: dollars in frauds on hospice billing has been now tied
- 28:42Speaker 1: to the state of California alone in broader healthcare and
- 28:47Speaker 1: hospice fraud. Nationwide, billions and improper Medicare payments are being
- 28:52Speaker 1: flagged as we speak now. California is consistently identified as
- 28:58Speaker 1: the top state versus asbitious hospice growth and billing spikes
- 29:03Speaker 1: in some regions of the state hospice providers have exploded
- 29:08Speaker 1: in number by far beyond what the patient population would
- 29:13Speaker 1: possibly justify. Even government regulators have flag now clusters of
- 29:20Speaker 1: new companies billing Medicare at unusually high rates. The schemes,
- 29:26Speaker 1: they're shocking and brazen. Fake and ineligible patients have already
- 29:31Speaker 1: been found, individuals that have been enrolled in hospice who
- 29:34Speaker 1: are not terminally ill. Some patients didn't even know they
- 29:39Speaker 1: were listed as hospice recipients. And then we're hearing about
- 29:43Speaker 1: kickbacks and recruitment schemes where brokers paid to find patients
- 29:49Speaker 1: and then steer them into specific hospice programs. We also
- 29:54Speaker 1: know that cash payments or incentives were used to sign
- 29:57Speaker 1: people up, as well as kickbacks to them. And then
- 30:00Speaker 1: there's even billing for phantom services that have been uncovered,
- 30:04Speaker 1: charging Medicare for visits, treatments, or care that never even happened.
- 30:10Speaker 1: Recycling patients is also something else that's been uncovered in California.
- 30:15Speaker 1: What does that mean? It means moving patients between providers
- 30:19Speaker 1: to restart billing cycles and maximize fraudulent payouts. Now why California, Well,
- 30:28Speaker 1: California lawmakers have allowed for this hot spot to become
- 30:31Speaker 1: a reality with extremely weak oversight, and that's also allowed,
- 30:36Speaker 1: they say, rapid licensing of new hospice providers. They knew
- 30:41Speaker 1: that there was too many popping up compared to the population,
- 30:44Speaker 1: they didn't care. We also know that high medicare spinning
- 30:48Speaker 1: create a huge financial target, and the state knew that
- 30:51Speaker 1: was happening. And guess what, Gavin knew. Some of the
- 30:54Speaker 1: Democrats didn't care. Enforcement also were being told lag behind
- 30:59Speaker 1: the explosive growth in providers. Gavin knwsome knew about as
- 31:03Speaker 1: well and didn't care. At one point, officials warned, for example,
- 31:08Speaker 1: that Los Angeles County alone had more hospice agencies than
- 31:14Speaker 1: many entire states in this country combined, and that was
- 31:19Speaker 1: in one city. A recent congressional investigation highlighted massive taxpayer
- 31:25Speaker 1: losses tied to fraudulent hospice claims, failures in federal oversight
- 31:30Speaker 1: to stop bad actors early when there was massive warning
- 31:34Speaker 1: signs and serious concerns that organized fraud networks were actually
- 31:39Speaker 1: exploding and then exploiting the system statewide in California. Now,
- 31:44Speaker 1: lawmakers they knew this wasn't a small scale fraud. They
- 31:49Speaker 1: understood early on with all the warning signs that were
- 31:52Speaker 1: going off that it was a systemic abuse. So the
- 31:55Speaker 1: question is why didn't they crack down on it in California.
- 32:00Speaker 1: Part of it may be as simple as this. Many
- 32:02Speaker 1: of the fraudsters were giving kickbacks or better known as
- 32:06Speaker 1: political contributions to people in power in the state of California,
- 32:12Speaker 1: and that's exactly what the Vice presidents in charge of uncovering,
- 32:16Speaker 1: and hopefully real people will be held accountable and go
- 32:19Speaker 1: to jail. Make sure you share this podcast, please wherever
