- 0:00Speaker 1: All right, I want to talk about the Donald Trump indictment.
- 0:03Speaker 1: And obviously the news changed late in the afternoon when
- 0:06Speaker 1: new indictments came down from Jack Smith.
- 0:10Speaker 2: What does this actually mean?
- 0:11Speaker 1: I set down with Center Ted Cruz for our podcast
- 0:14Speaker 1: that we do Verdict, and I want you to hear
- 0:17Speaker 1: what he had to say about these indictments, the timing
- 0:19Speaker 1: of it, and what it means.
- 0:21Speaker 2: Take a listen.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Let's go through a quick timeline for you. June the seventh,
- 0:26Speaker 1: the FBI released documents to Congress alleging that the Bidens
- 0:29Speaker 1: took a ten million dollar bribe from Barisma. What happened
- 0:34Speaker 1: the very next day, June eighth, Jack Smith indicted Trump
- 0:39Speaker 1: in the Marlago document case. Fast forward to July the
- 0:43Speaker 1: twenty sixth, Hunter Biden goes to court and rejects this
- 0:47Speaker 1: sweetheart plea deal for the judge said uh uh, after
- 0:50Speaker 1: it was revealed that the Biden Department of Justice tried
- 0:53Speaker 1: to give Hunter Biden blanket immunity from all future prosecutions.
- 0:59Speaker 1: The very next day, after that sweetheart deal fell apart,
- 1:02Speaker 1: on July the twenty seventh, Jack Smith added more charges
- 1:07Speaker 1: for Trump in the Marlago case. Move just a few
- 1:11Speaker 1: days later, to July the thirty first, Hunter Biden's former
- 1:15Speaker 1: business partner testifies to Congress Devin Archer that Joe Biden
- 1:19Speaker 1: was on over twenty calls with his son's business partners
- 1:25Speaker 1: and that Barism executives pressured them to fire the prosecutor.
- 1:29Speaker 1: What happened the very next day? Jack Smith indicts Trump
- 1:33Speaker 1: again for more charges related to January the sixth.
- 1:37Speaker 2: Senator? Is there a coincidence with a day after day
- 1:41Speaker 2: timeline I just gave you? Or is this possible retribution
- 1:44Speaker 2: for how dare you challenge us?
- 1:47Speaker 3: Look?
- 1:47Speaker 4: Is it is not subtle and it's not complicated. This
- 1:50Speaker 4: is straight out election interference by the Biden Department of Justice.
- 1:54Speaker 4: We have talked at great length about how incredibly politicized
- 1:57Speaker 4: the Department of Justice is. You're right the timing. Every
- 2:00Speaker 4: time there's a bad development on evidence of corruption or
- 2:04Speaker 4: criminal misconduct by Hunter Biden were, in particular Joe Biden,
- 2:08Speaker 4: the next day you see the Department of Justice try
- 2:11Speaker 4: to change the narrative, try to break news. I am
- 2:14Speaker 4: not surprised at all that this indictment came down yesterday.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Why is that?
- 2:20Speaker 4: Because they desperately wanted to drive off of the news
- 2:24Speaker 4: Devin Archer's testimony that was very bad for Joe Biden,
- 2:28Speaker 4: and the best way to do it is to count
- 2:30Speaker 4: on the useful idiots in the media who will happily
- 2:34Speaker 4: echo their latest charges against Donald Trump. We are looking
- 2:39Speaker 4: right now at three different indictments of Donald Trump, one
- 2:43Speaker 4: state and two federal, and in all likelihood we'll see
- 2:47Speaker 4: a fourth indictment of Donald Trump in Atlanta from another
- 2:50Speaker 4: state prosecutor. This one was supposed to be the big,
- 2:56Speaker 4: big Enchilada. This is the one that Democrats and the
- 2:59Speaker 4: corporate media have been salivating for. This was finally gonna
- 3:03Speaker 4: get him. They are kept in a have and he
- 3:05Speaker 4: is there, Moby Dick, and they want to get Donald Trump.
- 3:09Speaker 4: And I gotta say, I sat down and read this
- 3:13Speaker 4: indictment and my biggest sentim was that it was thoroughly underwhelming.
- 3:18Speaker 4: There's very little there. There's very little new in this
- 3:22Speaker 4: indictment that you couldn't get reading the pages of the
- 3:26Speaker 4: Washington Post in the days after the twenty twenty election
- 3:31Speaker 4: leading up to January sixth, almost all of this has
- 3:35Speaker 4: been covered in the newspapers. And essentially, what this indictment
- 3:39Speaker 4: does is take all the facts, and in particular, they really,
- 3:43Speaker 4: really really don't like that Donald Trump alleged that there
- 3:48Speaker 4: was voter fraud in the twenty twenty election and that
- 3:51Speaker 4: it changed the outcome. Now I get that they don't
- 3:53Speaker 4: like that, but not liking it is not the same
- 3:57Speaker 4: as saying Trump saying that over and over and over
- 4:01Speaker 4: again on television, on Twitter, on any mountaintop from which
- 4:06Speaker 4: you could say it is somehow criminal conduct. And I think,
- 4:11Speaker 4: you know, looking at this, I was surprised, after all
- 4:15Speaker 4: this investigation, after millions of dollars, after prosecutors with subpoena power,
- 4:20Speaker 4: putting people at risk of going to jail, I was
- 4:23Speaker 4: surprised that there wasn't a smoking gun in here. There
- 4:26Speaker 4: wasn't something that frankly breaks news. At this point, the
- 4:30Speaker 4: only news is Aha, they indicted him, and then they
- 4:32Speaker 4: get to repeat everything they said for the last two years.
- 4:38Speaker 4: This is a political indictment brought by a political prosecutor,
- 4:44Speaker 4: working for a political attorney general, working for a political
- 4:48Speaker 4: president who does not want to risk losing to Donald Trump.
- 4:52Speaker 4: In November of twenty twenty four, and what Joe Biden,
- 4:56Speaker 4: what Merrick Garland, what Jack Smith? What all the apparatics.
- 5:00Speaker 4: The Biden Justice Department want is they want number one.
- 5:03Speaker 4: They want Trump to win the Republican nomination. And they've
- 5:07Speaker 4: now figured out every time they indict Trump, his numbers
- 5:10Speaker 4: go up in the primary. That makes them really happy.
- 5:13Speaker 4: They want Trump to be the nominee. And the number two.
- 5:16Speaker 4: Their nirvana is to have multiple criminal trials against Donald Trump,
- 5:21Speaker 4: all proceeding ideally in September and October of twenty twenty four.
- 5:26Speaker 4: And they believe they'll throw so much mud on the
- 5:30Speaker 4: wall that Trump will be unelectable. That's their political objective.
- 5:34Speaker 4: I understand why they have that political objective, but it's
- 5:38Speaker 4: not the rule of law. It's not what the Department
- 5:40Speaker 4: of Justice is supposed to be doing.
- 5:43Speaker 1: My question for you and for so many Americans right
- 5:46Speaker 1: now is how did we get to a point where
- 5:49Speaker 1: this could even happen? And how is it possible that
- 5:53Speaker 1: there can be this clear in a since transparency on
- 5:58Speaker 1: the weaponization of the Department of jim where it's like, okay,
- 6:01Speaker 1: every single time there's bad news for the Biden crime family,
- 6:04Speaker 1: immediately we indict Donald Trump, who is hands down the
- 6:08Speaker 1: front runner now for the GOP nomination. Is this not
- 6:12Speaker 1: political interference, the worst we've ever seen in American modern
- 6:15Speaker 1: political history. And is there anyone that can stop them
- 6:19Speaker 1: from doing this?
- 6:21Speaker 2: It is almost at this point mind boggling.
- 6:23Speaker 1: Where we are as a country in the United States
- 6:26Speaker 1: of American in twenty twenty three.
- 6:28Speaker 4: Well, unfortunately, we've entered Banana Republic territory. In over two
- 6:32Speaker 4: centuries of our nation's history, no president of the United
- 6:35Speaker 4: States has ever been indicted. We now have a former
- 6:39Speaker 4: president who, as you knowed, is the leading opposition candidate
- 6:43Speaker 4: to be the next president, who's been indicted not once,
- 6:46Speaker 4: not twice, but three times, and in all likelihood it
- 6:49Speaker 4: will be four times. That is, we're almost numb to
- 6:55Speaker 4: how unprecedented that is. If you look at this latest indictment,
- 7:03Speaker 4: the circumstances of it are highly problematic. This indictment has
- 7:07Speaker 4: been brought in DC. The case was assigned to a
- 7:11Speaker 4: federal District judge, a judge named Tanya Chutkin. Judge Chutkin
- 7:18Speaker 4: was appointed to the DC District Court by Barack Obama,
- 7:22Speaker 4: and she has a reputation for being far left, even
- 7:26Speaker 4: by DC District Court standards. Judge Chuckkin, for example, has
- 7:31Speaker 4: set aside numerous federal death penalty cases. And she is
- 7:36Speaker 4: the only federal judge in Washington, d c. Who is
- 7:40Speaker 4: sentenced January sixth defendants to sentences longer than the government requested.
- 7:48Speaker 4: So in terms of the judge, we can anticipate a
- 7:52Speaker 4: judge who is going to be relentlessly hostile to Donald Trump,
- 7:56Speaker 4: who is going to bend over backwards for the Biden DOJ,
- 8:00Speaker 4: and who was going to make ruling after ruling after
- 8:02Speaker 4: ruling against Trump. She wants this to go to trial.
- 8:06Speaker 4: Not to be clear, she doesn't want this to go
- 8:08Speaker 4: to trial now. She didn't want to go to trial
- 8:09Speaker 4: in a week. She didn't want to go trial in
- 8:11Speaker 4: a month. DOJ wants Trump to get the nomination so
- 8:15Speaker 4: this trial can't happen too quickly. They want it to
- 8:17Speaker 4: happen after he's nominated, but before the general election. And
- 8:20Speaker 4: I will tell you, if it goes to trial, you
- 8:24Speaker 4: will have a jury that is drawn from the District
- 8:27Speaker 4: of Columbia. The District of Columbia is the jurisdiction in
- 8:31Speaker 4: the United States that is the most democrat of any
- 8:34Speaker 4: jurisdiction in the country. In terms of a district or
- 8:38Speaker 4: a state, over ninety percent of the voters in DC
- 8:43Speaker 4: vote Democrat, voted for Joe Biden, voted for Hillary Clinton,
- 8:47Speaker 4: consistently vote Democrat. They are not Donald Trump's supporters. The
- 8:52Speaker 4: likelihood that a DC jury will vote to convict Donald
- 8:57Speaker 4: Trump is exceptionally high, and the facts don't matter, the
- 9:00Speaker 4: laws don't matter. They hate him. That's a big part
- 9:04Speaker 4: of the reason why the Biden DOJ wants to bring
- 9:07Speaker 4: this case in DC, which means with a far left
- 9:14Speaker 4: judge and a far left jury, there is a very
- 9:19Speaker 4: real possibility that Donald Trump ends up being convicted. Now,
- 9:25Speaker 4: I think on appeal that conviction will not stand, but
- 9:31Speaker 4: it might stand in the d C circuit. An appeal
- 9:33Speaker 4: would go to the DC circuit. It would depend what
- 9:36Speaker 4: panel you get on the DC circuit whether a conviction
- 9:39Speaker 4: would stand. I think the ultimate outcome of any Donald
- 9:43Speaker 4: Trump conviction on this indictment would be a reversal in
- 9:49Speaker 4: all likelihood at the US Supreme Court. I would note
- 9:52Speaker 4: the last time Jack Smith played this game, the last
- 9:56Speaker 4: time Jack Smith indicted a serious credit Republican presidential candidate,
- 10:02Speaker 4: and pause for a second. Merrick Garland and DOJ found
- 10:05Speaker 4: I think the only guy on the planet, as far
- 10:06Speaker 4: as I'm I know who was previously indicted, a leading
- 10:10Speaker 4: candidate for president that was a Republican. They brought him
- 10:13Speaker 4: back and said, hey, you did that so well, would
- 10:15Speaker 4: you do it again.
- 10:16Speaker 2: The last time.
- 10:17Speaker 4: Jack Smith did that was Bob McDonald, then the governor
- 10:21Speaker 4: of Virginia. He got a conviction and it went all
- 10:25Speaker 4: the way to the Supreme Court and it was unanimously reversed.
- 10:29Speaker 4: But you know what, if that happens in this case,
- 10:32Speaker 4: that'll be two three years from now, that'll be after
- 10:35Speaker 4: the election. That will be with Bob McDonald. Jack Smith
- 10:38Speaker 4: had done his job. The job was not to put
- 10:40Speaker 4: him in jail. The job was to hurt him politically,
- 10:43Speaker 4: to take him out, to destroy his career, and he
- 10:45Speaker 4: succeeded in doing that, even though it was lawless. And
- 10:50Speaker 4: what is dangerous about this particular indictment with a judge
- 10:54Speaker 4: and a jury that are likely to be stacked against
- 10:58Speaker 4: Donald Trump and in fact loathe Donald Trump, that is
- 11:03Speaker 4: a very dangerous scenario. That is I think exceptionally bad
- 11:08Speaker 4: a for the rule of law, but b for democracy.
- 11:11Speaker 4: Whether you want Donald Trump to be the next president
- 11:14Speaker 4: or not, that question should not be answered by a
- 11:17Speaker 4: corrupt Department of Justice weaponizing the legal system.
- 11:22Speaker 2: The cover up is in.
- 11:24Speaker 1: But now it's part two for the Biden crime family,
- 11:26Speaker 1: with a cover up, this time coming from the media.
- 11:30Speaker 1: CNN's Dana Bash covering now it's like she's almost on
- 11:33Speaker 1: the payroll of the White House for Joe and Hunter
- 11:36Speaker 1: Biden's corruption, explaining away the millions and millions of dollars
- 11:42Speaker 1: from our adversaries, the fact that he was selling access
- 11:45Speaker 1: to the White House by saying, well, look, there's a
- 11:48Speaker 1: lot of relationships that operate in a gray area intentionally,
- 11:53Speaker 1: and this is just politics, so you really shouldn't be upset.
- 11:58Speaker 5: The question that Anderson about the fact that doesn't it
- 12:02Speaker 5: appear shady? Does that mean that the president was involved
- 12:10Speaker 5: in Hunter Biden's business dealings. No, but we all understand Washington,
- 12:14Speaker 5: and we all understand that a lot of these relationships
- 12:20Speaker 5: operate in the gray areas intentionally, especially when you have
- 12:25Speaker 5: somebody who is either related to a a famous person
- 12:30Speaker 5: or a powerful person, or used to work for a
- 12:33Speaker 5: powerful person. You want your clients to know that you
- 12:36Speaker 5: can get them on the phone.
- 12:37Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean.
- 12:38Speaker 2: I mean wow, So there it is. It's not a
- 12:40Speaker 2: big deal.
- 12:41Speaker 1: Look, especially when you have somebody who's either related to
- 12:43Speaker 1: a famous person or a powerful person. You want your
- 12:47Speaker 1: clients to know that you can get them on the phone.
- 12:49Speaker 1: So she's admitting that what they were selling was access
- 12:53Speaker 1: to Joe Biden, that this was influence pedaling, selling access
- 12:57Speaker 1: to the United States of America. This com on top
- 13:00Speaker 1: of a new bombshell accusation. The Hunter Biden whistle blower,
- 13:05Speaker 1: Gary Shapley, is now claiming that the FBI in fact
- 13:10Speaker 1: spooked a coroborating a corroborating witness. Take a listen to
- 13:14Speaker 1: what he had to say. Again, this is ow Devin
- 13:16Speaker 1: Archers now confirmed that President Biden lied. Okay, number one
- 13:21Speaker 1: and two. Now you have this new whistleblower who is
- 13:24Speaker 1: claiming the FBI spooked some of the coroberating witnesses.
- 13:28Speaker 7: You and Joseph Ziegler came out as whistleblowers, uh, and
- 13:33Speaker 7: testify before that House committee. Are there others who have
- 13:37Speaker 7: you have to come out who are willing?
- 13:40Speaker 8: Well, I think there's lots of people with information that
- 13:44Speaker 8: there can shine light on this. And House Waves and
- 13:48Speaker 8: Means Committee has requested you know those names, We provided
- 13:51Speaker 8: those names, and we the government and the people in
- 13:55Speaker 8: United States demand that the government and look gets to
- 13:58Speaker 8: the bottom of this. They need to talked all these people.
- 14:00Speaker 8: They can't just allow DOJ to not give access to people.
- 14:06Speaker 8: I mean, for example, the FBI ssay that testified and
- 14:09Speaker 8: for the House Ways and Means Committee, he was he
- 14:12Speaker 8: was given a letter the Sunday before from DJ basically
- 14:15Speaker 8: telling him not to talk. And you know, I know
- 14:19Speaker 8: that he could have confirmed additional material facts on this investigation.
- 14:25Speaker 8: And you know, he did confirm that the the FBI
- 14:29Speaker 8: headquarters in notifying the Transition team and Secret Service, but
- 14:32Speaker 8: really that was the only thing that he was able
- 14:34Speaker 8: to speak about. So there are there are so many
- 14:37Speaker 8: other people, and we've provided that the House Ways and
- 14:40Speaker 8: Means Committee, and we just hope that they foul follow
- 14:44Speaker 8: the leads and talk to the people they need to
- 14:46Speaker 8: talk to to get to the bottom of it, because
- 14:48Speaker 8: our tax system and the American people deserve it.
- 14:50Speaker 7: Okay, Gary, thank you for your time. They may want
- 14:52Speaker 7: to stay anonymous. I'm sure you took a risk coming out,
- 14:54Speaker 7: and so did Joseph Ziegler as well.
- 14:58Speaker 1: So now you have the FB telling witnesses to shut up.
- 15:03Speaker 1: This all happening while now we're waiting for another Donald
- 15:07Speaker 1: Trump indictment. We are hearing now that there's another indictment coming.
- 15:12Speaker 1: This is Jack Smith's team is now admitting that's the
- 15:14Speaker 1: guy going after Donald Trump.
- 15:16Speaker 2: The special prosecutor.
- 15:17Speaker 1: Jack Smith, admitting that they incorrectly were telling that the
- 15:22Speaker 1: courts and the Court DOJ had turned over all of
- 15:25Speaker 1: the materials.
- 15:27Speaker 2: Oops. Yeah, no, it's not an oops. That's on purpose.
- 15:30Speaker 1: Special counsel Jack Smith's team admitted in a federal court
- 15:34Speaker 1: filing in Miami this week that the government had not
- 15:38Speaker 1: in fact given all of its evidence to the court
- 15:40Speaker 1: for President Donald Trump's defense team to review.
- 15:44Speaker 2: The same thing Trump, by the way, is allegedly they
- 15:47Speaker 2: allege has done to them.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Smith has charged Trump with forty counts of the so
- 15:52Speaker 1: called Documents case. Right among them is the accusation that
- 15:56Speaker 1: Trump caused his lawyers to tell the government that they
- 15:59Speaker 1: had handed over all the documents the government wanted, when
- 16:04Speaker 1: in fact they had not. Now that same special counsel
- 16:07Speaker 1: Jack Smith his team they're admitting in a federal court
- 16:10Speaker 1: filing in Miami this week that the government had not
- 16:13Speaker 1: in fact given all of its evidence to the court
- 16:16Speaker 1: for President Donald Trump's defense team to review. So, in
- 16:20Speaker 1: other words, we can do it, but we'll throw you
- 16:23Speaker 1: in jail if you do it, or we accuse you
- 16:25Speaker 1: of doing it.
- 16:26Speaker 2: Now.
- 16:27Speaker 1: The indictment against Trump also ledges that he conspired with
- 16:30Speaker 1: a staff to move boxes of documents and to attempt
- 16:32Speaker 1: to lead some video footage without telling his attorneys, so
- 16:36Speaker 1: that the final delivery of documents and video to the
- 16:40Speaker 1: government was quote incomplete. But in this ironic twist, Smith's
- 16:45Speaker 1: team had to admit to the court in this July
- 16:49Speaker 1: thirty first filing that it had not in fact uploaded
- 16:54Speaker 1: all of the video footage that had taken from Trump's
- 16:58Speaker 1: residence in Marlago, Florida, to a platform established by the
- 17:02Speaker 1: court for the defense team to review. Yeah, so, whoops,
- 17:06Speaker 1: my bad. But hey, when you're the government, you can
- 17:08Speaker 1: make it up as you go. Apparently you can get
- 17:11Speaker 1: away with this, and the DOJ is admitting it right,
- 17:14Speaker 1: They're admitting it did not produce all of the Marlago
- 17:19Speaker 1: camera footage to the Defense Council and the first batches
- 17:23Speaker 1: of discovery despite making that claim in court last month.
- 17:26Speaker 1: So they straight up lied about this. This security video story,
- 17:30Speaker 1: by the way, is not going to get any blaring headlines.
- 17:32Speaker 1: And I think we all know why, because the government
- 17:34Speaker 1: and the media are working together one and as the
- 17:38Speaker 1: same right now when it comes to trying to screw
- 17:40Speaker 1: anybody they don't like. Quote the government's representation at the
- 17:45Speaker 1: July eighteenth hearing that all surveillance footage the government had
- 17:49Speaker 1: obtained pre indictment have been produced was therefore incorrect. That's
- 17:54Speaker 1: what the Julia Edstein, a Smith assistant, told the court
- 17:58Speaker 1: in the document. In the criminal trials, the defense is
- 18:02Speaker 1: entitled to see all of the evidence that the government
- 18:04Speaker 1: plans introduce at trial. Under a rule called the Brady Rule.
- 18:08Speaker 1: The prosecution has a special duty to disclose anything to
- 18:11Speaker 1: the defense that might prove to be exculpatory. Now, Trump
- 18:15Speaker 1: maintains that the Presidential Records Act entitles him to decide
- 18:19Speaker 1: which records are his and which belonged to the National Archives.
- 18:23Speaker 1: He also denies trying to hide any materials, including classified
- 18:26Speaker 1: our national security documents from the government quote unquote, so
- 18:32Speaker 1: again Jack Smith lying to the Trump team and then
- 18:36Speaker 1: correcting it, saying, ooh, sorry, are bad. We didn't mean to.
- 18:41Speaker 1: It just kind of happens this way, right now. Let's
- 18:44Speaker 1: go back also to Devon Archer. Devin Archer, I think
- 18:49Speaker 1: has come out of this testimony before Congress, probably giving
- 18:55Speaker 1: the most credible witness testimony on Hunter Biden's business dealings,
- 18:59Speaker 1: because it was his best friend.
- 19:00Speaker 2: He worked with him, and we know this.
- 19:03Speaker 1: Many are now saying that Devin was not only guy
- 19:06Speaker 1: that looked very credible, but he seemed to be telling
- 19:09Speaker 1: the truth and also at the same time being cautious
- 19:12Speaker 1: at what he said.
- 19:13Speaker 2: I wouldn't agree.
- 19:14Speaker 1: I couldn't agree with that more, by the way, because
- 19:15Speaker 1: I'm sure he's looking over his shoulder at the same time.
- 19:19Speaker 1: But he was involved, he was with him, He knew
- 19:21Speaker 1: what was going on. The amount of cash that he
- 19:24Speaker 1: was making was directly tied to the Biden selling access,
- 19:27Speaker 1: which is what he said, is that they were buying
- 19:31Speaker 1: access to the Biden crime family. Now this comes, by
- 19:36Speaker 1: the way, as the Democrats narrative on Joe's Biden's involvement
- 19:43Speaker 1: has reached a new point, I would argue of absurdity.
- 19:48Speaker 2: Peter Schweizer, the.
- 19:49Speaker 1: President of the Government Accountability Institute, said on Monday that
- 19:53Speaker 1: the Democrats explanation for President Joe Biden's level of involvement
- 19:57Speaker 1: in his son Hunter's international business deals has reached a
- 20:00Speaker 1: point of just absurdity.
- 20:03Speaker 2: He said this on Newsmax.
- 20:05Speaker 1: But first I want to take a quick moment to
- 20:07Speaker 1: tell you about our good friends at COVID tax Relief

- 21:19Speaker 1: Schweitzer had to say about Hunter Biden. He said this
- 21:23Speaker 1: on Newsmax and with Eric Bowling, and I want you
- 21:26Speaker 1: to hear how he described what all is happening right now.
- 21:30Speaker 3: Dude, Peter Schweitzer, Peter, let's get into this a little
- 21:33Speaker 3: bit deeper here. Hunter Biden flew to China with Joe Biden.
- 21:40Speaker 3: I believe it was on Air Force too, if I'm
- 21:41Speaker 3: not mistaken, and we're now supposed to believe that there
- 21:45Speaker 3: was never any business discuss between Joe and Hunt.
- 21:47Speaker 5: Talk.
- 21:48Speaker 3: Hey, Hunter, you're you're going to China? What are you
- 21:50Speaker 3: doing here? They're just asking us to make these insane
- 21:54Speaker 3: leafs that just defy gravity, so to speak.
- 21:59Speaker 6: Yeah, I know you're sat right, Eric. And look what
- 22:01Speaker 6: I would say to Congressman Goldman who said they were
- 22:03Speaker 6: discussing the weather. If that's the case, why has Joe
- 22:07Speaker 6: Biden lied about it? Why wouldn't he just say, oh,
- 22:09Speaker 6: you know, my son or my son called me and
- 22:11Speaker 6: his business associates were there, but it was an interesting
- 22:14Speaker 6: conversation because they know how it looks and they know
- 22:17Speaker 6: the reality of what was discussed. And let's underline this, Eric,
- 22:21Speaker 6: you know, Devin Archer was really the business mastermind behind
- 22:27Speaker 6: this enterprise. He's the one that had the business acumen.
- 22:30Speaker 6: Hunter Biden was the one that had the right name
- 22:32Speaker 6: and had the right father. We're going to hear later
- 22:35Speaker 6: testimony before this committee from Eric Schwerin, who's the money
- 22:39Speaker 6: guy in this operation. And I think it's going to
- 22:43Speaker 6: be very interesting to see what Eric Schwern tells us
- 22:45Speaker 6: as well.
- 22:46Speaker 9: What do you think?
- 22:47Speaker 3: Yeah, again, I asked Marjorie Taylor Green the same question.
- 22:51Speaker 3: You know, you're in Ukraine, you're in China, You're I
- 22:54Speaker 3: don't know, in Los Angeles with a member of Barisma
- 22:58Speaker 3: or one of the countries in question, and your business
- 23:02Speaker 3: associate Hunter presses a number and gets the second most
- 23:04Speaker 3: powerful person on the planet. They don't need to be
- 23:07Speaker 3: talking about anything other than the weather. You get the point, right,
- 23:10Speaker 3: that's what you're going to pay for, Peter.
- 23:12Speaker 6: Yeah, that's exactly right. I mean, it's the same thing
- 23:15Speaker 6: with a political campaign. Candidates show up, they shake some hands,
- 23:18Speaker 6: and then somebody from the staff shakes people down for
- 23:22Speaker 6: campaign donations. It's the same operation here, and you know, look,
- 23:26Speaker 6: the retreat from the Democrats and the Biden campaign has
- 23:30Speaker 6: reached a point of absurdity. In twenty eighteen, where we
- 23:33Speaker 6: first reported on this that Biden said that we're no
- 23:36Speaker 6: foreign deals. Then when the deals came out, they said, okay, well,
- 23:40Speaker 6: but Hunter made no money. Then it was clear that
- 23:43Speaker 6: Hunter made money, and they shifted it to Joe Biden
- 23:46Speaker 6: did not have any knowledge, didn't speak to any of
- 23:48Speaker 6: the business parts. We now know that's not true. I
- 23:51Speaker 6: think the next shoot to drop is that Joe Biden
- 23:54Speaker 6: himself actually received money from these business deals done through
- 23:59Speaker 6: a series of LLCs. I think this is unsustainable. There
- 24:03Speaker 6: was a Harvard Harris Pole, hardly a conservative outlet, that
- 24:07Speaker 6: came out three or four weeks ago said fifty eight
- 24:10Speaker 6: percent of the American people, including a majority of strong
- 24:13Speaker 6: majority of independence, believe that Joe Biden participated in illegal
- 24:19Speaker 6: business activity involving his family while president. Those numbers are
- 24:23Speaker 6: only going to go up, so the Democrats in Washington
- 24:26Speaker 6: can argue what they want. The American people are finally
- 24:29Speaker 6: starting to see what the bidens were actually up to
- 24:32Speaker 6: and it's not good for the bidens.
- 24:34Speaker 3: You know, Peter, depending who you listen to, anywhere between
- 24:37Speaker 3: fifteen and thirty maybe upwards of forty million dollars came
- 24:42Speaker 3: from foreign governments and companies into one of the bidens
- 24:45Speaker 3: into this. As you point out the shell game of
- 24:48Speaker 3: shell companies, the network of shell companies, is there any
- 24:52Speaker 3: and one of them? Barismo was in energy, and there's
- 24:55Speaker 3: a Chinese energy company. There's also a Chinese investment company.
- 24:58Speaker 3: Is there any legiti reason these people and companies and
- 25:02Speaker 3: countries would pay Hunter Biden or Joe whomever the sums
- 25:06Speaker 3: of money for what? What are the what could possibly
- 25:10Speaker 3: be the right reasons?
- 25:12Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 25:13Speaker 6: Yeah, Eric, I mean the bottom line is you look
- 25:15Speaker 6: at the emails. Henry Jao sends five million to Hunter Biden.
- 25:19Speaker 6: A six million comes from Chairman Ye, the head of
- 25:22Speaker 6: this Chinese energy company. Every single instance, there's never ever
- 25:26Speaker 6: ever a discussion of the services or products that Hunter
- 25:31Speaker 6: Biden's going to provide. It's all quote unquote capital investment.
- 25:35Speaker 6: Hunter Biden in one case called it good faith seed money.
- 25:40Speaker 6: That good face seed money doesn't go into any business,
- 25:42Speaker 6: It goes into Biden family LLC's So it's obvious what
- 25:47Speaker 6: is going on here and what the Democrats are arguing
- 25:49Speaker 6: is is unsustainable. So they're going to have to shift
- 25:53Speaker 6: gears with some of their defense because there's no legitimate
- 25:57Speaker 6: explanation for why this money found its way into the bidens.
- 26:01Speaker 6: If they were selling a product. That product was Joe Biden.
- 26:05Speaker 6: That's the only thing they were selling.
- 26:06Speaker 3: Really good having you on, Peter Schwitzcha, I.
- 26:08Speaker 2: Think that was the only thing they were selling.
- 26:11Speaker 1: I love Peter Schweitzer's analysis of this and reminding you
- 26:14Speaker 1: of everything they've gone through. He said, you know you're Ukraine. Yeah,
- 26:18Speaker 1: you're in Ukraine, you're doing business in Ukraine.
- 26:20Speaker 2: Check.
- 26:21Speaker 1: Then you're in China, Yeah, you're doing that. Then you
- 26:23Speaker 1: say no, I'm not doing that. Then you are. Then
- 26:26Speaker 1: you're with a member of Brisma. Then you're getting people fired.
- 26:30Speaker 1: Then you're saying you didn't make any money from this.
- 26:32Speaker 1: Then you had to admit you were making money from this.
- 26:35Speaker 1: You go through the list here of all the lies here,
- 26:37Speaker 1: and then you have a president. Don't forget, we have
- 26:39Speaker 1: a president still, a president of the United States of America.
- 26:43Speaker 1: And what is he said over and over again, he
- 26:45Speaker 1: has said, I have not made any money off of this.
- 26:49Speaker 1: Yes he has. He has absolutely made money off of this.
- 26:53Speaker 1: We know they were covering each other's bills. We know
- 26:56Speaker 1: that Hunter Biden was paying for improvements in his daddy's house.
- 27:00Speaker 1: Jim Jordan also said this about Hunter Biden a moment
- 27:03Speaker 1: ago when he was talking run Fox Business.
- 27:07Speaker 2: Take a listen, Jim Jordan.
- 27:09Speaker 10: There may be some announcements imminent or maybe not, but
- 27:11Speaker 10: let's talk just for a moment about to hear you
- 27:14Speaker 10: presided over the deposition yesterday. I think the general point
- 27:19Speaker 10: here is that Joe, we now know that Joe Biden
- 27:22Speaker 10: has been lying about knowing his son's business activities. He
- 27:26Speaker 10: lied during the twenty twenty debates, and he continues to
- 27:31Speaker 10: lie since then. Just tell us, if you would, sir,
- 27:34Speaker 10: what stands out in your mind from this deposition. What
- 27:37Speaker 10: did you take away that was you know, particularly interesting?
- 27:41Speaker 9: Yeah? Yeah, mister Archer said that Hunter Biden, the value
- 27:44Speaker 9: he brought to the business operation they were involved in
- 27:47Speaker 9: was the Biden brand. The Biden brand being Joe Biden.
- 27:49Speaker 9: This this powerful political figure in DC. And I think
- 27:53Speaker 9: you saw that manifest in this meeting that took place
- 27:56Speaker 9: that I thought really stood out in yesterday's deposition or
- 27:59Speaker 9: interview was this meeting that took place December fourth, twenty
- 28:02Speaker 9: fifteen in Dubai where Hunter Biden and Devon Archer are
- 28:06Speaker 9: meeting with the executives from Barisma, the guys who run Burisa,
- 28:08Speaker 9: mister Zoldchevsky. They're meeting with them. And at this meeting
- 28:11Speaker 9: they say the Barisman people say, we're under a lot
- 28:15Speaker 9: of pressure. We need the United States government to help
- 28:17Speaker 9: us out. And of course, five days after this meeting,
- 28:20Speaker 9: December ninth, twenty fifteen, Joe Biden goes to Ukraine and
- 28:23Speaker 9: starts attacking the prosecutor. Now, also at that meeting on
- 28:26Speaker 9: December fourth in Dubai, they have a phone call with
- 28:30Speaker 9: d C. Now, I don't know who it was. Mister
- 28:32Speaker 9: Archer said he didn't know. He wasn't right there when
- 28:34Speaker 9: the phone call happened.
- 28:35Speaker 4: He was at a different part.
- 28:36Speaker 9: Of the hotel when that happened, but he knows that
- 28:39Speaker 9: there was a call that took place to call to
- 28:41Speaker 9: d C. Who they talked to, I don't know. But again,
- 28:44Speaker 9: five days after this, Joe Biden takes action, which is
- 28:47Speaker 9: the start of this process that now has become somewhat
- 28:51Speaker 9: well known, where Joe Biden a few months later says,
- 28:54Speaker 9: where he relates where he gives this talk to the
- 28:56Speaker 9: folks in Ukraine, says, if you don't fire a Chokun
- 28:58Speaker 9: the prosecutor, you're not getting the money. I mean, ironically,
- 29:01Speaker 9: the same thing they went after President Trump for in
- 29:03Speaker 9: the impeacement.
- 29:04Speaker 10: But Joe Biden says he did it.
- 29:05Speaker 9: That all starts in play on this December ninth speech
- 29:08Speaker 9: he gives there again five days after this conversation takes place.
- 29:13Speaker 9: So that to me was sort of the big takeaway
- 29:15Speaker 9: from yesterday's interview.
- 29:17Speaker 1: You know you big takeaway. Yeah, I would agree with that.
- 29:21Speaker 1: Devin Archer saying, look, it's very clear Hunter Biden used
- 29:24Speaker 1: Joe Biden to close the deals to sell the Biden brand.
- 29:30Speaker 1: The value he brought to the business operation they were
- 29:33Speaker 1: involved in was the Biden brand, your buying influence. That
- 29:37Speaker 1: was the product. That was the only product. There was
- 29:41Speaker 1: no other product but this product. Make sure you download
