Cindy's Law, a private members bill making it mandatory all vehicles come equipped with a fire extinguisher, will receive first reading at Queen's Park on December 1. The law comes two years after Cindy Devine was killed by a drunk driver after her car burst into flames. Tony Bendel, a friend of Devine's who has promoted creation of the law, joins Devon Peacock to discuss.
