- 0:01Speaker 1: With chaos at the southern border and a president of
- 0:04Speaker 1: the United States of America that is refusing to protect
- 0:07Speaker 1: US at the southern border deliberately, and laws that are
- 0:11Speaker 1: not being applied at the southern border the way they're
- 0:12Speaker 1: supposed to. And now ten thousand people every day coming
- 0:16Speaker 1: across that southern border, which would be more than three
- 0:19Speaker 1: million more legal immigrants coming across the southern border by
- 0:22Speaker 1: election day, under bidened some America where he's trying to
- 0:25Speaker 1: change his country fundamentally, and how do you do it?
- 0:27Speaker 1: You do it with illegal immigrants. This border crisis is
- 0:31Speaker 1: something that you can't even get your head around just
- 0:33Speaker 1: how bad it is. Ten thousand people go into a
- 0:37Speaker 1: stadium and leave that stadium and every day they're in
- 0:39Speaker 1: the United States of America. What is that doing to
- 0:42Speaker 1: an America's economy. Well, it's making home ownership and housing
- 0:47Speaker 1: in general, especially with rent.
- 0:49Speaker 2: Skyrocket across the country.
- 0:52Speaker 1: It means that you're competing with illegal immigrants by the
- 0:56Speaker 1: millions for housing that is driving prices up, not down.
- 1:02Speaker 2: You're also competing with them for work.
- 1:05Speaker 1: Millions and millions of them are taking jobs and undercutting
- 1:09Speaker 1: jobs for hardworking Americans.
- 1:12Speaker 2: But you have to understand.
- 1:13Speaker 1: The Biden administration of the Democratic Party want to fundamentally
- 1:17Speaker 1: change this country. And when you want to fundamentally change
- 1:20Speaker 1: a country, this is how you do it.
- 1:22Speaker 2: You bring in millions and millions and millions of.
- 1:24Speaker 1: New voters who have no problem with the idea of
- 1:28Speaker 1: socialism or communism or Marxism because they've all grown up
- 1:32Speaker 1: in it. They're not afraid of it like we are,
- 1:35Speaker 1: and we should be afraid of socialism and communism Marxism.
- 1:38Speaker 1: But when you're importing millions and millions of voters who
- 1:40Speaker 1: are in favor of government aid, especially when our government
- 1:44Speaker 1: aid is amazing compared to what they were getting in
- 1:47Speaker 1: government aid in their countries because their countries are basically
- 1:51Speaker 1: bankrupt at this point compared to the US, they're going
- 1:55Speaker 1: to be even more in favor of socialism and communism
- 1:59Speaker 1: and say, how high do you want me to jump?
- 2:01Speaker 1: Because our benefits are the holy Grail compared to the
- 2:04Speaker 1: benefits they grew up in in their country. Ronda Santis
- 2:10Speaker 1: was talking about what this border crisis is last night
- 2:13Speaker 1: on Hannity. Kayley Mcananny was filling in. I want you
- 2:17Speaker 1: to hear what he had to say.
- 2:19Speaker 3: You know, Governor DeSantis. So you send these illegal migrants
- 2:23Speaker 3: from Florida to New York City because you're told it's
- 2:25Speaker 3: a sanctuary city jurisdiction, and then the sanctuary mayor says,
- 2:30Speaker 3: we can't provide sanctuary.
- 2:31Speaker 4: Well, that's exactly right.
- 2:32Speaker 5: I mean, I think the left got on this horse
- 2:34Speaker 5: because they were trying to pose everything Trump was doing
- 2:37Speaker 5: back in twenty sixteen, who was pledging a border wall
- 2:40Speaker 5: in border security, and so they tied themselves up into
- 2:43Speaker 5: saying that they should just have an open border. When
- 2:46Speaker 5: faced with the realities of that, whether it's Martha's Vineyard,
- 2:50Speaker 5: whether it's New York City, whether it's Chicago, Los Angeles,
- 2:53Speaker 5: they want nothing to do with the effects of an
- 2:56Speaker 5: open border. The fact of the matter is you have
- 2:58Speaker 5: major Democrats in this country now acknowledging you cannot have
- 3:03Speaker 5: an open border. You cannot have nine million people, eight
- 3:06Speaker 5: million people come in in a three year period. We
- 3:09Speaker 5: don't know who they are. They're imposing burdens on society,
- 3:13Speaker 5: criminal aliens, fencing, all the whole nine yards. This is
- 3:16Speaker 5: probably and you've pointed out Biden's doing very poorly, but
- 3:20Speaker 5: of all the things he's done, this may be the
- 3:23Speaker 5: biggest dereliction of duty. He has not satisfied his oath
- 3:28Speaker 5: of office as President of the United States to keep
- 3:30Speaker 5: this state, country safe.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Eagle Pass right now in Texas has been overrun to
- 3:36Speaker 1: a point where they don't even know what to do
- 3:38Speaker 1: anymore because so many illegal immigrants, by the hundreds at
- 3:42Speaker 1: a time, which are turning to thousands within hours, are
- 3:46Speaker 1: coming across the southern border. When they tell you, by
- 3:49Speaker 1: the way that there isn't a problem at the border,
- 3:52Speaker 1: these are the same people that tell you things like this.
- 3:55Speaker 1: As you know, it's been twenty years since Gavin Newsom's
- 3:59Speaker 1: ten year planned in San Francisco's homeless problem actually happened.
- 4:03Speaker 1: That's right, twenty years ago, Gavin Newsom had a ten
- 4:07Speaker 1: year plan to end homelessness in San Francisco, and it's
- 4:10Speaker 1: now been twenty years in the homeless problem in San
- 4:12Speaker 1: Francisco is the worst that it has ever been in
- 4:18Speaker 1: the history of San Francisco. This after Gavin Newsom said
- 4:22Speaker 1: I'm going to end homelessness in ten years, and that
- 4:24Speaker 1: was twenty years ago. When they tell you they're going
- 4:28Speaker 1: to fix things, they're lying to you. Now remember they're
- 4:33Speaker 1: trying to hold up border security. Right now, Democrats are
- 4:38Speaker 1: for a deal with Ukraine funding. I want you to
- 4:41Speaker 1: hear what John Kirby had to say about the deal
- 4:46Speaker 1: right willing to make a compromise in border negotiations.
- 4:50Speaker 6: There were active discussions over the weekend and we here
- 4:54Speaker 6: at the White House are involved in those discussions. And
- 5:00Speaker 6: as the President has said, it's important to move this forward,
- 5:03Speaker 6: and he is willing to negotiate good faith, and he
- 5:05Speaker 6: is willing to make compromises both on the policy front
- 5:10Speaker 6: and on the border security front.
- 5:13Speaker 1: He's willing to make compromises on the border front. So
- 5:18Speaker 1: they're saying, hey, you let me give out amnesty to
- 5:22Speaker 1: twenty thirty million people that broke into this country, and
- 5:28Speaker 1: you let me give that away, and then I might
- 5:30Speaker 1: give you a secure country.
- 5:31Speaker 2: It's a mirage. By the way.
- 5:32Speaker 1: I don't believe he's going to do it, because it's
- 5:34Speaker 1: not in writing, and it's not actually going to be implemented.
- 5:36Speaker 1: By the way, we have laws that are actually in
- 5:38Speaker 1: writing that he's refusing right now, as president of the
- 5:41Speaker 1: United States of America to enforce. You have amassing of
- 5:46Speaker 1: thousands of migrants for processing by border patrol after crossing illegally,
- 5:51Speaker 1: and that was just yesterday in Eagle Pass. Thousands they're
- 5:56Speaker 1: coming across the border and lining up and they're just
- 5:59Speaker 1: sitting there lying up in Eagle Pass as they mass
- 6:02Speaker 1: thousands of migrants. Fox News also now reporting that authorities
- 6:08Speaker 1: are suspending railway operations at the southern border, free up
- 6:12Speaker 1: agents to help with the flood of illegal immigration to process.
- 6:15Speaker 2: And they're not trying to stop them.
- 6:17Speaker 1: It's just to get the paperwork done so they can say, here,
- 6:19Speaker 1: go into America.
- 6:20Speaker 2: You're here.
- 6:21Speaker 7: Take a live look at our Fox News drone over
- 6:24Speaker 7: an Eagle Pass. They have had another mass illegal crossing
- 6:27Speaker 7: out there. You can see hundreds upon hundreds of illegal
- 6:30Speaker 7: immigrants waiting for processing. There. You might be able to
- 6:33Speaker 7: see a bridge off in the background that is where
- 6:34Speaker 7: the trains come in. Well, CBP has announced there suspending
- 6:38Speaker 7: railway operations to move CBP officers down into the field
- 6:42Speaker 7: to help border patrol with processing. In other words, Harris,
- 6:45Speaker 7: they're shutting down international commerce in order to help speed
- 6:49Speaker 7: up processing of these migrants. Many of them again will
- 6:52Speaker 7: be released and backed out here live. December is traditionally
- 6:56Speaker 7: one of the slowest months at our southern border, but
- 6:59Speaker 7: the Border Patrol Union and tells us right now their
- 7:01Speaker 7: number show they are on track to potentially have the
- 7:04Speaker 7: highest single month of arrests they have ever had at
- 7:07Speaker 7: our southern border.
- 7:09Speaker 1: The highest number of arrests we've ever had at our
- 7:12Speaker 1: southern border period, not just December ever, because they understand
- 7:18Speaker 1: that Joe Biden is saying get here and get here quickly.
- 7:23Speaker 4: Now.
- 7:23Speaker 2: Greg Abbott has.
- 7:24Speaker 1: Also come out the Texas governor and said, Okay, we
- 7:28Speaker 1: got to do something different. We've got to fix this
- 7:32Speaker 1: problem because it's.
- 7:33Speaker 2: Going to destroy our state.
- 7:36Speaker 1: And if there's any good news, it's come out of
- 7:38Speaker 1: all this abuse of power by the federal government under Biden.
- 7:41Speaker 1: It's that states are now really learning and relearning I
- 7:45Speaker 1: should say, how to get their states' rights back and
- 7:51Speaker 1: not just punt and defer everything to the federal government.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Texas governor has signed a bill making a legal migrant
- 7:58Speaker 1: entry from Mexico a state crime for the first time ever.
- 8:03Speaker 1: The governor signing this bill making Texas the first state
- 8:06Speaker 1: in the Union to give law enforcement official officers the
- 8:09Speaker 1: authority to arrest migrants who illegally enter the state. The
- 8:13Speaker 1: measure SB Senate Bill four was signed into law on
- 8:17Speaker 1: Monday during a ceremony at the base of the border
- 8:19Speaker 1: wall in Brownsville, Texas. The bill is part of a
- 8:22Speaker 1: package of measures designed to decrease the flow of migrants
- 8:25Speaker 1: entering the state from Mexico. The Texas legislator passed the
- 8:29Speaker 1: bill during two special sessions this fall. Today, the governor
- 8:34Speaker 1: said in Brownsville, I signed three new laws to better
- 8:37Speaker 1: protect Texans and Americans from Biden's open border policies. Illegal
- 8:43Speaker 1: entry into Texas is now a crime subject to removal
- 8:46Speaker 1: or imprisonment. Texas will also fund new wall construction increase
- 8:50Speaker 1: human smuggling penalties in the state. If there's any good news,
- 8:56Speaker 1: it's coming out of what Biden is trying to do
- 8:58Speaker 1: to this country. It's at least governors and states elected
- 9:01Speaker 1: officials are figuring out how they flex their muscles again
- 9:07Speaker 1: on really important issues like the issue of states rights.

- 9:27Speaker 1: why I am proud to partner with him. Starting today,

- 10:38Speaker 1: That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson or nine to
- 10:41Speaker 1: seven to two patriot. Let me say something else about
- 10:44Speaker 1: this Texas Senate bill for and I expect other states
- 10:48Speaker 1: to start doing this. This special session makes it makes
- 10:54Speaker 1: a legal entry into Texas from a foreign country a
- 10:57Speaker 1: criminal offense. This law law is their latest attempt by
- 11:01Speaker 1: the state, they say, to crackdown on migrants illegally entering
- 11:04Speaker 1: the state between ports of entry.
- 11:07Speaker 2: By creating the offense of.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Illegal re entry, offenders can be penalized with sentencing up
- 11:11Speaker 1: to twenty years in prison. It also provides the mechanism
- 11:15Speaker 1: to order an offender to return to the foreign nation
- 11:18Speaker 1: from which they entered or attempted to enter the state.
- 11:23Speaker 1: The law provides civil immunity and identification for local and
- 11:26Speaker 1: state government officials, employees, and contractors for lawsuits resulting from
- 11:32Speaker 1: enforcing these provisions. The law is similar to a current
- 11:36Speaker 1: federal statue under Title eight of the United States Code
- 11:39Speaker 1: thirteen to twenty five, which makes legal entry into the
- 11:41Speaker 1: United States a misdemeanor offense for a first time offender
- 11:44Speaker 1: and a felony for a second time offense. Under the
- 11:47Speaker 1: current administration, the federal statue is not pursued for any
- 11:50Speaker 1: significant degree because they are purposely saying the borders open
- 11:55Speaker 1: come on in.
- 11:56Speaker 2: Also, similar to proceedings carried.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Out under federal law, migrants may agree to return to
- 12:02Speaker 1: their home country as part of the sentencing agreement. The
- 12:05Speaker 1: process in federal courts is known as stipulated deportation, where
- 12:11Speaker 1: a previously deported migrant waives his right to a separate
- 12:14Speaker 1: immigration hearing and agrees to remove as part of the
- 12:17Speaker 1: sencing process. The state has also increased penalties for other
- 12:21Speaker 1: immigration offenses, offenses normally reserved to the federal government.
- 12:25Speaker 2: What are they well? The Texas legislator passed bills.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Signed by Abbott that create a mandatory ten year minimum
- 12:32Speaker 1: prison sentence for smuggling of persons and continuous smuggling of
- 12:37Speaker 1: persons ten year minimum prison sentence. The law enhances the
- 12:42Speaker 1: criminal penalties for operating a stash house and creates a
- 12:46Speaker 1: mandatory five year minimum prison sentence if you operate that
- 12:51Speaker 1: stash house. It also further enhances criminal penalties for victim
- 12:55Speaker 1: related offenses that occurred during the commission of smuggling, such
- 12:59Speaker 1: as assault and robbery. The bill criminalizing the illegal entry
- 13:04Speaker 1: of migrants into Texas is the latest of a larger
- 13:07Speaker 1: movement to reduce migrant crossings by the state. In twenty
- 13:11Speaker 1: twenty one, ABBOT launch Operation Loan Star, an initiative that
- 13:14Speaker 1: involved in deploying Texas Department of Public Safety highway Patrol
- 13:18Speaker 1: troopers as well as the Texas Army National Guard soldiers
- 13:21Speaker 1: to the border region. The problem is with a federal
- 13:24Speaker 1: government refusing to do their job. People are like, all right, well,
- 13:27Speaker 1: if you catch me, we don't care because you're still
- 13:29Speaker 1: going to hand me over.
- 13:30Speaker 2: To the Feds and they're not going to do anything.
- 13:32Speaker 1: Now, these laws will likely face a very quick legal
- 13:36Speaker 1: challenge by the Biden administration, which has taken the governor's
- 13:39Speaker 1: previous attempts to reduce the flow of migrants to court immediately,
- 13:43Speaker 1: because again they're fighting for the invasion of legal immigrants,
- 13:47Speaker 1: not against it. A case, by the way to decide
- 13:50Speaker 1: whether ABBOT must remove the floating border booy barriers installed
- 13:54Speaker 1: in the Rio Grand Valley near Egle passes still moving
- 13:56Speaker 1: through the federal court system. So every time these states
- 14:00Speaker 1: stand up for themselves because of the invasion into their state,
- 14:04Speaker 1: the federal government under the Biden administration.
- 14:07Speaker 2: Says, no, no, we don't want you to.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Secure your border at your state, which the federal government
- 14:14Speaker 1: is supposed to be doing. In fact, we're going to
- 14:17Speaker 1: sue you to make sure right. We're going to sue
- 14:21Speaker 1: you to make sure that you don't do that. So
- 14:25Speaker 1: the question you must ask yourself is whose side are
- 14:28Speaker 1: they on? It's a fair question, by the way, to
- 14:31Speaker 1: ask who's side are you on? I also want you
- 14:35Speaker 1: to hear what Matthew Dowd had to say about Abbot
- 14:39Speaker 1: the governor with the border issues.
- 14:42Speaker 2: This is MSNBC. Take a listen.
- 14:44Speaker 8: I think this is the mistake the Democrats have made
- 14:46Speaker 8: for quite a while. And I've sit here in Texas
- 14:49Speaker 8: and I think Democrats here made the mistake because they've
- 14:52Speaker 8: allowed Governor Abbot to put them on the defensive. I
- 14:55Speaker 8: think Democrats need to be proactive on this and basically
- 14:58Speaker 8: take on the border as an issue that they can
- 15:01Speaker 8: attack Republicans on.
- 15:03Speaker 2: The problem fundamentally is.
- 15:05Speaker 8: That whatever stronghand people want, imposing legislation is not going
- 15:09Speaker 8: to solve the problem that we have on immigration that
- 15:12Speaker 8: needs fundamental reform. And the one stopping the fundamental reform
- 15:16Speaker 8: on education right now are the Republicans. And so instead
- 15:19Speaker 8: of trying to sort of excuse themselves, Democrats or figure
- 15:22Speaker 8: out a way to get Republicans on board. I actually
- 15:25Speaker 8: think they need to go proactive on this and say
- 15:28Speaker 8: we want to solve it, and this is the way
- 15:29Speaker 8: to solve it, and why are Republicans standing in the way.
- 15:32Speaker 2: Of this solution?
- 15:34Speaker 1: I laugh at that, right, Like, this is the Democrats
- 15:36Speaker 1: playbook here, right. Abbott is the governor of the state
- 15:39Speaker 1: with the border problems. He's not proposing any solutions. I
- 15:42Speaker 1: just told you what he passed, so you know that
- 15:44Speaker 1: these people are insane. They're fighting against the interests of
- 15:49Speaker 1: this country.
- 15:50Speaker 2: You also have Alisa Farah.
- 15:52Speaker 1: Who's a fake Republican on CNN on the border crisis
- 15:55Speaker 1: this morning, saying, this isn't just a border crisis anymore.
- 16:00Speaker 1: This has now turned into a humanitarian crisis.
- 16:03Speaker 9: You're communications expert who did this led this team in
- 16:07Speaker 9: the Trump White House.
- 16:09Speaker 2: How should they be communicating these things.
- 16:11Speaker 10: I think that they have to be willing to express
- 16:14Speaker 10: that there is a crisis at the border and it's
- 16:16Speaker 10: a humanitarian crisis.
- 16:17Speaker 4: First.
- 16:18Speaker 10: I think on the Republican side, we tend to lead
- 16:20Speaker 10: with the security.
- 16:20Speaker 2: Side of it.
- 16:21Speaker 10: We say, you know, Ventanyl's coming into the country, Terrorists
- 16:23Speaker 10: could come across the border, but communicate to you the
- 16:26Speaker 10: bleeding heart left that this is a humanitarian crisis. I've
- 16:29Speaker 10: been to l Passo, I've towarded some of these facilities.
- 16:31Speaker 10: People are living in Squalor. How we're having undocumented immigrants
- 16:36Speaker 10: live in this country is actually very much against our values,
- 16:38Speaker 10: and I think if Biden can communicate, there is a
- 16:40Speaker 10: way we can humanly remain in Mexico, deal with the
- 16:43Speaker 10: security situation, and come up with a path that deals
- 16:46Speaker 10: with this problem long term. We haven't done real immigration
- 16:49Speaker 10: before and perform in more than twenty years. There's a
- 16:51Speaker 10: way to communicate. We're not seeing it, though it seems
- 16:53Speaker 10: like it's more avoiding the issue altogether.
- 16:56Speaker 2: It's an important point. The policy matters here. We shouldn't
- 16:58Speaker 2: minimize that.
- 16:59Speaker 1: The details of what is still, if it ever comes
- 17:01Speaker 1: to fruition, will be really important.
- 17:02Speaker 2: But I also think your point about how they communicate
- 17:05Speaker 2: and how they so there's something there.
- 17:08Speaker 1: There's something there, So it's about how they communicate it. Look,
- 17:13Speaker 1: the American people understand that their southern border is open.
- 17:15Speaker 1: The American people understand that they're being invaded. The American
- 17:19Speaker 1: people are starting to understand that when you bring in
- 17:21Speaker 1: millions and millions of illegal immigrants. It changes your country, Okay,
- 17:26Speaker 1: it does. It changes your country. And that's all by
- 17:29Speaker 1: design by the Democratic Party who's saying we want to
- 17:33Speaker 1: do this, like like, I don't know what other way
- 17:36Speaker 1: to put it.
- 17:37Speaker 2: They're wanting to fundamentally change this country.
- 17:40Speaker 1: And then when they're all here, they're like, all right,
- 17:41Speaker 1: we'll give you border security, but okay, right right, I mean,
- 17:46Speaker 1: you know, we will give you border security. Okay, we will.
- 17:51Speaker 1: We'll give you border security, but you've got to give
- 17:55Speaker 1: us amnesty for all these legal immigrants. That's the trade
- 17:57Speaker 1: off for millions, because then they can vote. This is
- 18:00Speaker 1: hurting the American family. It's hurting the American job market,
- 18:05Speaker 1: it's hurting the American family on their bottom line, on
- 18:08Speaker 1: especially housing like this is hurting the American family in
- 18:13Speaker 1: ways that you can't even imagine.
- 18:16Speaker 2: And now people are starting to.
- 18:17Speaker 1: Figure it out because there's no way that this many
- 18:20Speaker 1: people can come in the United States America and it
- 18:22Speaker 1: not spread to other parts of the country, and it's
- 18:26Speaker 1: spreading to liberal states. Now, Republicans, by the way, should
- 18:31Speaker 1: not flinch on this. It is a humanitarian crisis, and
- 18:35Speaker 1: I do agree we should talk about that even more,
- 18:37Speaker 1: it's also a national security crisis. It is now both,
- 18:40Speaker 1: It's very clearly both, and we should talk about it
- 18:43Speaker 1: being both.
- 18:43Speaker 2: Absolutely we should.
- 18:45Speaker 1: But you notice that the tide is changing now, So
- 18:48Speaker 1: if it is changing, then don't This is not the
- 18:53Speaker 1: time to quote compromise with Joe Biden. This is a
- 18:57Speaker 1: time to double down and actually fix the problem, because
- 19:00Speaker 1: it is a mirage. What they're going to offer is
- 19:02Speaker 1: not going to fix the problem. It's going to temporarily
- 19:04Speaker 1: give you some relief, and then we're gonna be having
- 19:06Speaker 1: the same damn conversation ten years, fifteen years from now.
- 19:10Speaker 1: It's gonna happen all over again. As you just aren't
- 19:12Speaker 1: seen it. We haven't had it.
- 19:13Speaker 2: Did you hear what they said?
- 19:14Speaker 1: We haven't had serious immigration reform in like twenty years.
- 19:18Speaker 1: That's what they just said on seen meaning we didn't
- 19:21Speaker 1: fix the problem twenty years ago. We acted like we
- 19:24Speaker 1: fixed the problem, and then we kicked the can down
- 19:26Speaker 1: the road. You notice, by the way, there's a trend
- 19:29Speaker 1: that's happening, and it's not just in America, it's around
- 19:32Speaker 1: the world. When it comes to the issue of border
- 19:34Speaker 1: security and the issue of migration.
- 19:37Speaker 2: We had this globalist ideal that.
- 19:40Speaker 1: Was anyone that wants to come into any country should
- 19:43Speaker 1: be able to do it, because who are you to
- 19:44Speaker 1: deny them entry?
- 19:46Speaker 2: And we've tried that.
- 19:48Speaker 1: Around the world and now it is backfired, especially in
- 19:52Speaker 1: the UK, like you've never seen before. We've seen it
- 19:55Speaker 1: with military age men going into multiple countries and then
- 20:00Speaker 1: seaking havoc. We've seen it with the protests that have
- 20:03Speaker 1: broken out and the fighting that has broken out in
- 20:06Speaker 1: many countries around the world, those supporting Hamas Terrace and
- 20:11Speaker 1: hesblah and you know Palestinians. We have seen this happen
- 20:16Speaker 1: all over and now countries are saying no more.
- 20:20Speaker 2: Right.
- 20:20Speaker 1: Not only is this border crisis Biden's biggest dereliction of duty,
- 20:24Speaker 1: but it's the dereliction of duty all over the country
- 20:29Speaker 1: Donald Trump supporters, and this is the reason why I
- 20:33Speaker 1: think he's unstoppable in this presidential primary. Understand that you
- 20:37Speaker 1: have no country if you're if you don't have a
- 20:40Speaker 1: secure border. You have no country if you if you
- 20:44Speaker 1: become a lawless nation. Even Barack Obama wasn't doing what
- 20:49Speaker 1: Joe Biden's doing. To put it in perspective, forget comparing
- 20:52Speaker 1: it to Donald Trump.
- 20:55Speaker 2: Okay, forget that.
- 20:58Speaker 1: Just look at what's happening now, right, I mean, look
- 21:03Speaker 1: at the thousands of migrants just sitting there at the
- 21:06Speaker 1: Idegle Pass this morning. Look at the the human trafficking,
- 21:11Speaker 1: the sex trafficking that is happening.
- 21:14Speaker 2: It's disgusting.
- 21:16Speaker 1: And you look all over the the the world right now,
- 21:20Speaker 1: and you have this debate because liberals.
- 21:24Speaker 2: They went all in.
- 21:25Speaker 1: On this idea, and these socialists in communis, oh well
- 21:28Speaker 1: you should no one should be denied entry to a
- 21:30Speaker 1: country where that's a this is a kumbaya thing. And
- 21:33Speaker 1: and I do believe Democrats actually believe that a country
- 21:37Speaker 1: shouldn't really be great.
- 21:39Speaker 2: I think they believe in in.
- 21:40Speaker 1: A kind of a one world order, that everybody should
- 21:43Speaker 1: just be average, and that we should just be fluid
- 21:48Speaker 1: in everything, fluid in our values, fluid and sexuality, fluid
- 21:52Speaker 1: in who you know, in what makes a country, Like,
- 21:55Speaker 1: no country should be great, we should all.
- 21:57Speaker 2: Just kind of you know, ebb and flow.
- 21:59Speaker 1: A lot of this back to the EU, right when
- 22:02Speaker 1: the European Union and every and the big fight over
- 22:04Speaker 1: that right, like do you really.
- 22:06Speaker 2: Have your own countries anymore? Or do you not? They
- 22:10Speaker 2: don't believe that countries should be great.
- 22:12Speaker 1: They don't actually believe these communists and Marxists and socialists
- 22:15Speaker 1: they that are in running these nations, not just America
- 22:18Speaker 1: but around the world. It's an ideology like they don't
- 22:23Speaker 1: want countries to be great, They want everybody to be
- 22:27Speaker 1: the same, because when everybody's the same, then what happens.
- 22:30Speaker 2: What happens. They have more power, They have more power,
- 22:38Speaker 2: you know.
- 22:38Speaker 1: Liz Cheney was on Fox News Channel, Dick Cheney's daughter
- 22:43Speaker 1: the Republican presidential nomination. Right now, if you look get
- 22:46Speaker 1: the polls, Trump's at sixty three percent polling to Santus
- 22:49Speaker 1: is at twelve point four, Haley's at eleven point five,
- 22:52Speaker 1: Ramaswami's at four point four, Chrissy's at two point six,
- 22:56Speaker 1: and Asa Hodgson is at zero point eight. But what
- 23:00Speaker 1: she said was interesting, and I want you to understand
- 23:02Speaker 1: what the left is saying.
- 23:03Speaker 2: And she's a lefty.
- 23:05Speaker 1: She says, we can have conservative policies without having to
- 23:08Speaker 1: torch the constitution. This is where you have to understand
- 23:13Speaker 1: the mindset of the left. They're telling you that if
- 23:15Speaker 1: Donald Trump's elected, if conservatives are election elected, they're going
- 23:19Speaker 1: to torch the Constitution.
- 23:21Speaker 2: It's the opposite of that.
- 23:23Speaker 1: The Democrats are the one that are torching the Constitution
- 23:25Speaker 1: and torching our laws. They don't apply the laws. Look
- 23:28Speaker 1: at the border issue right now. Republicans actually apply the laws. Okay,
- 23:35Speaker 1: Republicans apply the laws of the land.
- 23:41Speaker 2: That's why they hate us.
- 23:43Speaker 1: That's why they look at us as being dangerous because
- 23:46Speaker 1: we actually apply the laws. Democrats do not. They like
- 23:51Speaker 1: lawlessness and anarchy. And listen to Cheney here. Okay, this
- 23:56Speaker 1: is Liz Cheney, right, She's a fake Republican whack job
- 24:00Speaker 1: that hates Donald Trump.
- 24:02Speaker 2: And this was her warning to America this week.
- 24:04Speaker 4: It's about the constitution.
- 24:07Speaker 11: And we've covered all elements of January sixth, and I
- 24:10Speaker 11: had an interview with the former president where I told
- 24:12Speaker 11: him that he did not win the election, that said,
- 24:14Speaker 11: he's winning this election.
- 24:15Speaker 2: That's right.
- 24:16Speaker 4: Overwhelmingly.
- 24:17Speaker 11: If you look at the polls, he is up sixty
- 24:20Speaker 11: three percent to his nearest rival twelve percent. In Iowa,
- 24:24Speaker 11: the des Moines register fifty one percent. You keep on
- 24:27Speaker 11: going down state by state. What is not getting across
- 24:30Speaker 11: If your message is so urgent on these other channels
- 24:33Speaker 11: and other places, what is not happening to the electorate
- 24:38Speaker 11: that to see that.
- 24:39Speaker 9: Well, I think you're actually seeing some movement. There have
- 24:42Speaker 9: been other polls out today that show some movement among
- 24:44Speaker 9: some of the other candidates. And look what I would
- 24:46Speaker 9: say to Fox viewers, and I worked here for many years,
- 24:49Speaker 9: as you know, and the race today presents a number
- 24:55Speaker 9: of candidates, Republican candidates who will abide by the Constitution.
- 25:01Speaker 9: And you can have the policies that we all want,
- 25:04Speaker 9: the policies some of which Donald Trump put into place,
- 25:07Speaker 9: some of which he didn't. We can have conservative policies
- 25:10Speaker 9: without having to torch the Constitution. And so what I
- 25:12Speaker 9: would urge people watching today who are going to be
- 25:15Speaker 9: voting in those caucuses or in those primaries, vote for
- 25:17Speaker 9: somebody else. Do not vote for the person who already
- 25:19Speaker 9: tried to seize power.
- 25:21Speaker 11: You lost your primary to Harriet Hagman two to one,
- 25:25Speaker 11: and she said Liz Cheney has never been in touch
- 25:29Speaker 11: with your average person. In twenty nineteen, ap said Wyoming's
- 25:36Speaker 11: congressman says a summary of the investigation to whether President
- 25:38Speaker 11: Donald trump election campaign coordinated with Russia confirms what Republicans
- 25:42Speaker 11: already knew. The summary of Robert Muller's investigation says there
- 25:46Speaker 11: was no collusion between Trump's twenty sixteen campaign in Russia.
- 25:49Speaker 11: Wyoming US Representative Liz Cheney says Democrats for over two
- 25:52Speaker 11: years have peddled falsehoods and made one scurlis claim after
- 25:57Speaker 11: another involving Trump and Russia. And he says in the statement,
- 26:01Speaker 11: it's time for Democrats to put aside their partisan agenda
- 26:04Speaker 11: of attacking Trump and focus on real issues.
- 26:07Speaker 4: What do you say to critics, You say.
- 26:09Speaker 11: Listen, all of this as even if you look at
- 26:13Speaker 11: January sixth, all of this is about going after Donald
- 26:16Speaker 11: Trump and that his policies if you look back to
- 26:21Speaker 11: his four years, are something that they want.
- 26:23Speaker 4: So there are voters who obviously feel that way.
- 26:26Speaker 9: Yeah, So I would say a couple of things. First
- 26:28Speaker 9: of all, I won my primary by seventy percent of
- 26:30Speaker 9: the vote. I could have done that again if I
- 26:32Speaker 9: was willing to lie about what Donald Trump did. I
- 26:34Speaker 9: wasn't willing to do that. I voted against that impeachment
- 26:37Speaker 9: that you're talking about. The first impeachment, I voted against it.
- 26:40Speaker 9: But this was different. When you have a president of
- 26:42Speaker 9: the United States who attempts to seize power that goes
- 26:46Speaker 9: to the heart of who we are, and that danger
- 26:49Speaker 9: is when we can't ignore. And so again I would say, look,
- 26:53Speaker 9: this is about ensuring that you're going to vote for somebody,
- 26:55Speaker 9: that you're going to support, somebody who's going to uphold
- 26:57Speaker 9: the rule of law. And one time Donald Trump has
- 27:00Speaker 9: I'm in stated you won't.
- 27:00Speaker 4: Do that, and one time you thought about running.
- 27:04Speaker 1: I laugh here, because there's nothing better than someone that
- 27:08Speaker 1: tried to undermine the entire conservative movement, lecturing the conservative
- 27:13Speaker 1: movement about what should have been done.
- 27:16Speaker 2: That's number one here.
- 27:18Speaker 1: Number two, I don't understand why so many people give
- 27:23Speaker 1: her this airtime. And I played it for you because
- 27:26Speaker 1: I want you to understand what they're trying to do here,
- 27:28Speaker 1: all right, that's part of this, I really do.
- 27:30Speaker 2: I want you to understand what the media is trying
- 27:32Speaker 2: to hear.
- 27:33Speaker 1: They're trying to tell you that even with sixty three
- 27:35Speaker 1: percent support and the Republican primary and the latest poll numbers,
- 27:39Speaker 1: that somehow Donald Trump is not the right choice for
- 27:42Speaker 1: and you guys are stupid.
- 27:44Speaker 2: Like that's what they're trying to do.
- 27:48Speaker 1: They're trying to tell you that you're dumb, that they're
- 27:52Speaker 1: smarter than you, that they know more than you do,
- 27:55Speaker 1: that they're more brilliant than you are. That you guys
- 27:59Speaker 1: just don't see to understand here how great we are
- 28:03Speaker 1: at giving you candidates. So just listen to us and
- 28:06Speaker 1: take the candidates we hand you. You know, we're trying
- 28:09Speaker 1: to give you a Nicky Haley, is what they're basically saying.
- 28:11Speaker 1: You need to understand that Nikki is the one that
- 28:14Speaker 1: you want, which is insane.
- 28:17Speaker 2: I do not want Nicki Haley. I don't want Nicki
- 28:19Speaker 2: Haley at all.
- 28:21Speaker 1: I think Nikki Haley is no different than Mint Romney
- 28:24Speaker 1: or Liz Cheney for that matter. She's the establishment candidate
- 28:29Speaker 1: of and she will bow down, and she will be
- 28:33Speaker 1: a globalist, and she will get us into more wars
- 28:36Speaker 1: that I can promise you that is what she will do.
- 28:40Speaker 1: And they're still putting this out there, trying to convince
- 28:43Speaker 1: conservatives like myself and you that somehow, right now, this
- 28:48Speaker 1: border crisis issue would be better if we just had
- 28:52Speaker 1: a little bit of a kumbaya back and forth, that
- 28:55Speaker 1: if we just had a little bit more of an okay,
- 28:57Speaker 1: give everyone that broke in this country amnesty, and if
- 29:00Speaker 1: you'll just do that, things will be okay. If you
- 29:03Speaker 1: would just you know, if you would, if you would
- 29:07Speaker 1: just do that, we'll be fine.
- 29:09Speaker 2: Really like, seriously, that's what you're going to say. Now.
- 29:13Speaker 1: So we've already done this before, and we had immigration
- 29:16Speaker 1: reform without securing a border, without respecting the laws, and
- 29:20Speaker 1: you guys want us to do it again in the
- 29:22Speaker 1: biggest numbers in the history of the world. No, I'll pass.
- 29:27Speaker 1: You don't flinch when you're starting to win. You don't
- 29:30Speaker 1: flinch when the American people are waking up to what
- 29:32Speaker 1: this border crisis is. You don't do a deal with
- 29:35Speaker 1: Ukraine and funding. Okay, you just don't do it. You
- 29:38Speaker 1: don't do that deal. You don't take that deal just
- 29:42Speaker 1: to check a box and say, Okay, we did it.
- 29:45Speaker 2: In general, you don't do it.
- 29:48Speaker 1: And what Liz Cheney and what these other Republican rhinos
- 29:51Speaker 1: are trying to do is are trying to get us
- 29:52Speaker 1: to take a bad deal, and we don't take the
- 29:56Speaker 1: bad deal. Don't forget. Share this podcast with your family
