- 0:24Speaker 3: Listening to me, I don't join.
- 0:45Speaker 4: Yah.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Yeah, joy, you know you.
- 1:06Speaker 5: Love your turn.
- 1:22Speaker 4: You gotta turn.
- 1:40Speaker 1: You have to turn the mouth the turn. You probably
- 1:43Speaker 1: got to turn the mouth.
- 1:45Speaker 3: Turn out, turn the water up looking.
- 1:55Speaker 6: Come come on you, ah.
- 2:01Speaker 2: Huh, I sure will coome morning everybody you are listening
- 2:06Speaker 2: to the voice, Come on now, dig me one and
- 2:10Speaker 2: only Steve Harvey Man got a radio show.
- 2:13Speaker 1: What God doing, y'all? Huh?
- 2:16Speaker 3: What he doing?
- 2:17Speaker 2: What he doing in your life? He doing something? He moving,
- 2:20Speaker 2: he working. Don't lose your patience though, see I did
- 2:23Speaker 2: that before. Don't lose your patience. Don't get so sick
- 2:29Speaker 2: of waiting that you take matters into your own hands.
- 2:32Speaker 1: Don't do that. Boy, you're blowing it. Listen to me.
- 2:36Speaker 2: You're listening to somebody who's done it that way. I
- 2:40Speaker 2: had a dream, I had a vision. I had some hope,
- 2:43Speaker 2: I have some faith, I have some aspirations. But I
- 2:47Speaker 2: got a little impatient waiting on it. So I tried
- 2:50Speaker 2: a couple other things. Move it along, boy, I can't
- 2:53Speaker 2: tell you how I messed it up. Then I messed
- 2:55Speaker 2: it up then, because God gave me the power of decision,
- 2:58Speaker 2: what I had to do was then after I took
- 3:00Speaker 2: matters into my own hand, messed it up.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Now I guess what. He still got something from me.
- 3:06Speaker 2: But nah, I gotta fix all the mistakes now, I
- 3:09Speaker 2: gotta straighten them out, gotta I gotta suffer some consequences.
- 3:12Speaker 2: I gotta pay for my transgressions. All of that, All
- 3:16Speaker 2: of that, it's gotta go down. You can't do something
- 3:20Speaker 2: wrong and not pay for it. It's just you call it, calma,
- 3:24Speaker 2: call it whatever you want to call it. Every action
- 3:27Speaker 2: has an equal and opposite reaction every action. If it
- 3:33Speaker 2: just stays sunny all the time, you might think it's cool,
- 3:35Speaker 2: but there's gonna be a reaction to it. Ain't no dark,
- 3:38Speaker 2: ain't no shade, ain't no break, ain't no rain. Gonna
- 3:42Speaker 2: be hard if it's just sunny all the time, vice versa.
- 3:46Speaker 2: So you need you need the opposite. You need the
- 3:49Speaker 2: darkness so you can get your break from that sun.
- 3:52Speaker 2: You need the rain so you can nourish the roots
- 3:55Speaker 2: so that sun can it can soak up the sun
- 3:58Speaker 2: and get the benefit of this. If you don't get
- 4:01Speaker 2: the opposite, you got a problem, man. And it happens
- 4:04Speaker 2: throughout nature, it happens throughout your life. Don't think that
- 4:08Speaker 2: you can do wrong and not have to pay for that.
- 4:12Speaker 2: You think this is man. We think man, because we'd
- 4:16Speaker 2: have made a decision that we think is best for us,
- 4:18Speaker 2: and no matter how to affect nobody else, we got
- 4:21Speaker 2: the right to make that call.
- 4:22Speaker 1: No, you don't.
- 4:23Speaker 2: Whoever is telling you that, whoever's misguiding you into the
- 4:27Speaker 2: gang life, telling you, yeah, man, you need to be
- 4:29Speaker 2: this way to be down with us. I'll tell you what.
- 4:31Speaker 2: Get yourself stuck on chuck with that gang. See how
- 4:34Speaker 2: many of them be there for you. Oh, they'll go
- 4:36Speaker 2: around the corner with you and start shooting. But look, okay,
- 4:39Speaker 2: when it's time to do some time and they can
- 4:42Speaker 2: lessen they sentence, you're gonna get that time. They gonna
- 4:45Speaker 2: point their finger dead at you. I watched for eight
- 4:47Speaker 2: hours all the time, man, I watch Lock Up Raw
- 4:49Speaker 2: all the time, all the time, man, all the time.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Ain't no real cold dudes out there, just holding to
- 4:56Speaker 2: the mantra and sticking to it. Even the mob turns,
- 4:59Speaker 2: stay side, evidence, go fed all that now we in
- 5:03Speaker 2: now the hood. We didne created this ignorant mess called
- 5:05Speaker 2: no snitching. With that ignorant mess, you don't even understand.
- 5:09Speaker 2: No snitching was created by criminals as a cold of honor.
- 5:13Speaker 2: If you do dirt and you get busted doing the dirt,
- 5:15Speaker 2: don't bring my name up if I was with you.
- 5:17Speaker 2: That's a cold of honor amongst the thieves. Now, so
- 5:20Speaker 2: many code of honor thieves that then came out of prison.
- 5:23Speaker 2: They ain't got no honor. They done brought that stuff
- 5:25Speaker 2: back to the street. Now that's all in the neighborhood.
- 5:27Speaker 2: No snitching, No snitching, You got to be crazy. That's
- 5:31Speaker 2: for people who disobey the law. That's who people have
- 5:34Speaker 2: made a cold of honor amongst themselves as thieves. Hey, man,
- 5:37Speaker 2: if you get busted, don't drag me down. What you
- 5:39Speaker 2: just do your time? Oh man, you can't bring that
- 5:42Speaker 2: stuff out here to me. I'm a law biding citizen dog.
- 5:46Speaker 2: I'm trying to live right over here.
- 5:47Speaker 7: Man.
- 5:47Speaker 2: I don't want no crack house up street from my
- 5:49Speaker 2: mama's house. I'm trying to do right out here. Man.
- 5:52Speaker 2: You can't do wrong and expect wrong not to come
- 5:55Speaker 2: to you. You got to make a decision every day
- 5:57Speaker 2: to do right. God ain't got no protection you on dirt.
- 6:01Speaker 2: You got what you got coming. You made a decision.
- 6:05Speaker 2: You go down there to get some you might get
- 6:08Speaker 2: got See, we got to come on. I'm talking to
- 6:12Speaker 2: so many men out here right now. I should have
- 6:14Speaker 2: said that in the beginning, but a conversation that kind
- 6:17Speaker 2: of got away from me. I was gonna talk to
- 6:18Speaker 2: you about something else this morning. But they're just only man.
- 6:21Speaker 2: Because our communities. Man, it's just going to the pot man,
- 6:24Speaker 2: because it ain't nobody can about nobody else. Don't nobody
- 6:29Speaker 2: care when they see the young dude over there doing wrong?
- 6:31Speaker 2: Look at them, foods over the man. Go over there
- 6:33Speaker 2: and talk to one of them. Pull them to the side.
- 6:36Speaker 1: Man.
- 6:36Speaker 2: You might not be able to approach the group, but
- 6:38Speaker 2: you can approach an individual. Come in, young man. Let
- 6:42Speaker 2: me talk to you. I saw you the other day.
- 6:43Speaker 7: Man.
- 6:43Speaker 2: You look like you got something going on in your life.
- 6:45Speaker 2: What's happening with you? Let me talk to you, man,
- 6:47Speaker 2: Let me share something I learned. I was doing what
- 6:50Speaker 2: you was doing.
- 6:51Speaker 8: You know.
- 6:51Speaker 2: It's like Tommy did a prank phone call one time
- 6:54Speaker 2: as a limo driver and the dude the prank was
- 6:58Speaker 2: he called this limo company to ask this limo driver
- 7:02Speaker 2: to take him to this location late at night, and
- 7:06Speaker 2: the limo driver got a young business he going, yeah, okay,
- 7:09Speaker 2: I got you. I don't normally work like that. But
- 7:11Speaker 2: how long you need it? He said for just about
- 7:13Speaker 2: a hour. He said, well, I'm gonna have to charge
- 7:14Speaker 2: you for the full three though, because a three hour minimum.
- 7:17Speaker 2: Tommy told him, now, I just need it for one hours.
- 7:20Speaker 2: He said, okay, I'll give you a break, young man.
- 7:22Speaker 2: You're trying to do something where you want to go?
- 7:24Speaker 2: He gave an address. The man stopped writing. He said,
- 7:27Speaker 2: that's a bank. He said, yeah. He said, you want
- 7:30Speaker 2: to go to the bank at twelve thirty at night.
- 7:33Speaker 2: He said yeah, and I'm gonna be in for a
- 7:35Speaker 2: few minutes. And when I come out that bank, I
- 7:38Speaker 2: need for you to flow it.
- 7:41Speaker 1: That to do with the limo.
- 7:42Speaker 2: He stopped writing. He said, hold on, hold on, man,
- 7:47Speaker 2: you want me to take you to a bank twelve
- 7:49Speaker 2: thirty at night. You gonna be in there for a
- 7:51Speaker 2: few minutes and you gonna come out, and you want
- 7:54Speaker 2: me to flow it. He said, Sir, I don't do
- 7:57Speaker 2: stuff like that. He said, you got the wrong company.
- 7:59Speaker 2: He said, what made you call here? He said, hey, man,
- 8:01Speaker 2: don't worry about that. You a limo come to you.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Just drive.
- 8:04Speaker 2: He stopped and took the time out. He said, young man,
- 8:07Speaker 2: let me tell you something. He said, I've been down before,
- 8:11Speaker 2: I've been locked up before. It ain't pretty. He said,
- 8:14Speaker 2: that's what's wrong with you young people today. Instead of
- 8:16Speaker 2: going to get a job, trying to work your way,
- 8:18Speaker 2: you're always looking for some fast money. He said, I'm
- 8:20Speaker 2: gonna tell you what I already know. Don't go down
- 8:22Speaker 2: there messing with them people's money like that because they
- 8:25Speaker 2: love that money way more than they love you, and
- 8:27Speaker 2: they gonna do something to you down there.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Now. You stop this foolishness.
- 8:30Speaker 2: And I'm not caring you nowhere, but I'm gonna take
- 8:33Speaker 2: a little bit of time out to tell you something.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Don't go down here with messing with these people's money
- 8:39Speaker 2: because it ain't gonna go good. They gonna take care
- 8:41Speaker 2: of their business when they come to that money. Tommy
- 8:43Speaker 2: kept insisting to this man to pick him up in
- 8:45Speaker 2: the limito. It was a plank phone call. But the
- 8:47Speaker 2: point I'm making is the man took our time. He
- 8:50Speaker 2: could have just hung the phone up.
- 8:51Speaker 1: But you know what he said.
- 8:53Speaker 2: He said, hold up, young man, let me hip you
- 8:55Speaker 2: to something. Because the brother had been locked up before.
- 8:57Speaker 2: He said, no, no, no, see I've done that when
- 8:59Speaker 2: I was young. Now I'm gonna stop it. I'm gonna
- 9:01Speaker 2: take some moment out to tell you. I'm up here,
- 9:03Speaker 2: working man, trying to earn an honest living. I ain't
- 9:05Speaker 2: going back down there because I don't. They make you
- 9:08Speaker 2: eat what they want you to eat. You don't want
- 9:10Speaker 2: the food. You got to get up when they say
- 9:11Speaker 2: get up. You gotta stay where they say stay, live
- 9:13Speaker 2: with who they say live. He said, man, you don't
- 9:15Speaker 2: want that, and he just tried to talk the young
- 9:18Speaker 2: man out of me. You can change a young man's
- 9:21Speaker 2: mind with a conversation. A conversation can change a young
- 9:24Speaker 2: man's mind. Most of these young men that are misguided
- 9:27Speaker 2: ain't having conversations with real men.
- 9:30Speaker 1: They're just not having them. And it's up to us,
- 9:33Speaker 1: who know what manhood is.
- 9:34Speaker 2: It is to start delivering the message the problem that
- 9:37Speaker 2: we have in our communities we can solve ourselves, and
- 9:40Speaker 2: to escalate it to a point because we who are
- 9:42Speaker 2: men won't stop on our corporate climb and our day
- 9:46Speaker 2: to day making money and trying to ball out. We
- 9:49Speaker 2: won't stop and grab some of these young soldiers and
- 9:51Speaker 2: tell them the truth about manhood.
- 9:53Speaker 1: That's the real deal. Okay, sah, I went there. I
- 9:55Speaker 1: don't know where they came from.
- 9:57Speaker 3: Listening morning, Hull.
- 10:02Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:03Speaker 2: The time is here to give thanks and honor and
- 10:06Speaker 2: praise to an almighty God for another great day, another gift,
- 10:10Speaker 2: another opportunity, another chance.
- 10:12Speaker 1: That's all it is.
- 10:13Speaker 7: You know.
- 10:13Speaker 2: I know there's more superlatives that could be used, but
- 10:16Speaker 2: I like to keep it simple and basic. You know,
- 10:18Speaker 2: I think that's the best way. God is good, man, Yeah,
- 10:22Speaker 2: is God is good. Keep your faith in God. Don't
- 10:24Speaker 2: worry about man, don't worry about politics, don't worry about
- 10:27Speaker 2: the system. Get your relationship with God because God never changes.
- 10:31Speaker 1: And the words of the old folks. Hold on to
- 10:33Speaker 1: God's unchanging hands because it never waits. That's the deal.
- 10:37Speaker 2: Steve Roby Martin Show, Shirley Strawberry callin for real Mississippi
- 10:42Speaker 2: Monica Junior, who has taught me so much, and the
- 10:45Speaker 2: legend that is Nephew Tommy Jr.

- 29:03Speaker 11: of years ago. According to People magazine, a source in
- 29:05Speaker 11: the film industry says Will has had plenty of time

- 30:31Speaker 1: the slap.
- 30:33Speaker 2: I knew it was going to be some ramifications, but
- 30:35Speaker 2: that's not a career career ending is what been in
- 30:40Speaker 2: the news lately with another celebrities. Yeah, but that's yeah,
- 30:45Speaker 2: that's career in different Yeah, you slap another dude.

- 30:52Speaker 1: a lot in terms of reputation and everything. And I
- 30:55Speaker 1: think it hurt Will.
- 30:58Speaker 2: It hurt Will from the standpoint he had never been
- 31:01Speaker 2: vilified like that before. He's always been that guy, and
- 31:06Speaker 2: I think that was more so ether than anything. I
- 31:09Speaker 2: just hope maybe one day, you know.
- 31:12Speaker 1: Chris can accept his apology, but he gotta apologize to Chris.
- 31:15Speaker 1: He can't be on it, you know, on no website personally.
- 31:19Speaker 2: Yeah, that's that's a walk up to a man and
- 31:23Speaker 2: go hey man. But the only word fix it for
- 31:27Speaker 2: me is if you was to come up to me
- 31:28Speaker 2: and say, hey man, I'm sorry. Man, let me slap

- 32:16Speaker 8: be able to do that. Well, Yeah, I should have
- 32:20Speaker 8: slapped at golf course. That's what I should have done
- 32:23Speaker 8: to slapped you at the golf court. That's why I
- 32:27Speaker 8: had a golf club in my hands. That probably wouldn't
- 32:36Speaker 8: be the best time.
- 32:38Speaker 11: Time and is everything, And it wasn't as many people
- 32:41Speaker 11: as at the Academy Awards.
- 32:44Speaker 1: Don't worry about caps was on me the whole time.
- 32:47Speaker 11: Yes, I guess it's gonna be slapping anymore on this show,
- 32:55Speaker 11: all right. So this is from our home station in
- 32:58Speaker 11: d c w h u r N six point three FM.
- 33:03Speaker 11: This past Friday, Howard University was the latest unity entity
- 33:08Speaker 11: I should say to cut ties with Diddy. Howard University
- 33:11Speaker 11: announced late last week that its board of Trustees voted
- 33:14Speaker 11: to accept the return of the honorary degree they gave
- 33:17Speaker 11: Diddy back in twenty fourteen. Officials wrote, mister Combs's behavior,
- 33:22Speaker 11: as captured in a recently released video, is so fundamentally
- 33:25Speaker 11: incompatible with Howard University's poor values and beliefs that he
- 33:29Speaker 11: is deemed no longer worthy to hold the institution's highest honor.
- 33:34Speaker 11: The university is unwavering in its opposition to all acts
- 33:37Speaker 11: of interpersonal violence.
- 33:39Speaker 3: But that's not all.
- 33:40Speaker 11: The board also directed the university administration to immediately take
- 33:44Speaker 11: the following action. Terminate a twenty sixteen gift agreement with
- 33:48Speaker 11: mister Colbs, disband the scholarship program in his name, return
- 33:52Speaker 11: the one million dollar contribution, and terminate a twenty twenty

- 36:08Speaker 9: and I'm getting my full day work.
- 36:09Speaker 1: That's my job.
- 36:12Speaker 8: You're gonna learn how to make this sandwich on your own.
- 36:14Speaker 8: You're gonna get yourself together.

- 37:47Speaker 1: I ain't had no I ain't had no car.
- 37:49Speaker 2: I just walked, didn't have a bike walk but my block. Yeah,
- 37:53Speaker 2: but I had to I couldn't ride the bike with
- 37:55Speaker 2: the wagon. Okay, take the wagon by myself. So you

- 51:08Speaker 6: Brother, you already and mother, brumb trouble is the last

- 51:32Speaker 6: A resolution? That's the only mother resolution we gonna get. Brother,

- 51:54Speaker 6: What you mean when am I texting her? Fuck? She
- 51:57Speaker 6: is the subject matter. So that's why i'm you know,

- 52:36Speaker 6: at brouh. I don't know who this is. On the

- 52:40Speaker 6: to God there's something somebody X five or some that
- 52:45Speaker 6: I can't even fathom. You better pray to God y'all
- 52:48Speaker 6: playing with me?
- 52:49Speaker 5: This is some books?
- 52:51Speaker 7: Okay? Okay? So can I go on? Tell you this

- 52:58Speaker 5: I know how it's gonna go at it is. Can
- 53:00Speaker 5: I just go and tell you something else?
- 53:02Speaker 6: I don't know what the else you can tell me.
- 53:04Speaker 5: But the only thing I can tell you, only thing
- 53:08Speaker 5: I can tell you, Kendrick, is that this is nephew

- 54:36Speaker 3: Thank you, ne f you subject.
- 54:38Speaker 11: I took up for him and did backfired on me.
- 54:42Speaker 11: Dear Stephen Shirley, my brother and I were best friends,
- 54:45Speaker 11: and I love his wife like she's my blood relative.
- 54:48Speaker 11: Her family has become my family because my brother and
- 54:51Speaker 11: I lost our mom ten years ago and our daddy
- 54:54Speaker 11: is a loser. His wife's family has welcomed me for Christmases,
- 54:59Speaker 11: Birthday and other family gatherings. All of that has come
- 55:03Speaker 11: to an end because I took up for my brother
- 55:06Speaker 11: and had backfired on me. I manage a restaurant that
- 55:09Speaker 11: is in the county, far away from the city, so
- 55:12Speaker 11: it's become the creep spot for cheating.
- 55:15Speaker 3: Men to go on dates.
- 55:16Speaker 11: My brother is the main one that's always hitting me
- 55:20Speaker 11: up for a table in the back. Back in November,
- 55:24Speaker 11: I put him in the back for a date with
- 55:26Speaker 11: the lady that flew into town to see him. She
- 55:29Speaker 11: didn't know he was married, so I played along. When
- 55:32Speaker 11: I met her. My brother also needed an excuse to
- 55:35Speaker 11: spend the night with her, so I went along with
- 55:37Speaker 11: his lie that he was staying at my house so
- 55:40Speaker 11: he could go to a baseball practice with my son
- 55:43Speaker 11: the next morning. A few days later, my sister in law,
- 55:46Speaker 11: my brother's wife, called saying my brother had left his
- 55:50Speaker 11: to go box in the car and the food was spoiled.
- 55:53Speaker 11: I told her that he came by to see me
- 55:55Speaker 11: and I gave him some food, so he probably forgot
- 55:58Speaker 11: that it was on his back side seat. That was
- 56:02Speaker 11: back in November. Last week, I got to call at
- 56:04Speaker 11: work from the lady he had dinner with. She was
- 56:07Speaker 11: trying to reach my brother. I called my brother and
- 56:10Speaker 11: I didn't know he was in the car with his wife,
- 56:13Speaker 11: and I told him that his little girlfriend calls me
- 56:16Speaker 11: looking for him. My sister in law has blocked me,
- 56:20Speaker 11: and so has her family. I choose her family. I
- 56:23Speaker 11: choose her and her family over my brother any day
- 56:26Speaker 11: of the week. My apology won't do. So how do
- 56:29Speaker 11: I fix things with her? Well, if you've already tried
- 56:33Speaker 11: to apologize and she's blocked you, I don't know at
- 56:37Speaker 11: this point if it can be fixed, because you do
- 56:39Speaker 11: know you were turning a blind eye to your brother's cheating,
- 56:42Speaker 11: and now his family thinks you were in on his cheating.
- 56:45Speaker 3: That's it, That's what it is.
- 56:47Speaker 11: They think they opened themselves up and invited you into
- 56:50Speaker 11: their family and their family stuff, and.
- 56:52Speaker 3: You pretty much stabbed your brother's wife in the back.
- 56:55Speaker 1: It sounded like.
- 56:56Speaker 11: You've known about his girlfriend for a while and you
- 56:58Speaker 11: were okay with him seeing her, So the wife felt
- 57:01Speaker 11: betrayed by you, who she thought was her girl. They
- 57:04Speaker 11: don't like you, they don't trust you now, And of
- 57:07Speaker 11: course she should be mad at her husband. That's the
- 57:09Speaker 11: person she should be mad at. But your brother can't
- 57:12Speaker 11: say anything because he's afraid of losing everything. I would
- 57:16Speaker 11: say at this point, you got to give it time.
- 57:19Speaker 11: Maybe you'll get another chance to speak with her at
- 57:21Speaker 11: some point in the meantime. Next time, you got to
- 57:25Speaker 11: check all who's over there, check who's in the car
- 57:28Speaker 11: before you say anything.
- 57:30Speaker 2: Okay, Steve, Wow, This letter right here is about betrayal.
- 57:36Speaker 2: But let me say this, there is no betrayal without betrayal.
- 57:45Speaker 2: There is no betrayal without betrayal. See, this is a
- 57:52Speaker 2: letter about principle and loyalty. This girl who wrote this
- 57:57Speaker 2: letter is caught between a rock and a hall. This
- 58:02Speaker 2: is a letter about betrayal, but there is no betrayal
- 58:07Speaker 2: without betrayal. Remember that line we will come into play.
- 58:13Speaker 2: This lady's husband is married into this family, which is
- 58:17Speaker 2: a great family. They've accepted her.
- 58:19Speaker 1: She has.
- 58:20Speaker 2: Their mom passed quite some time ago, so they filled
- 58:23Speaker 2: in a void. Their dad is a loser's so she
- 58:27Speaker 2: has an extended family due to her brother marrying into
- 58:30Speaker 2: this family. They've accepted her. They formed a bond in friendship.
- 58:35Speaker 2: They participate in birthdays, Christmases, all types of activities. This
- 58:41Speaker 2: lady happens to manage a restaurant that's in the I'm
- 58:45Speaker 2: assuming she went to say the country. It says county
- 58:49Speaker 2: on the paper, but it's out in the country. I guess,
- 58:52Speaker 2: far away from the city and it has become a
- 58:57Speaker 2: creep spot for cheating men.
- 59:00Speaker 1: So uh to go on dates my brother.
- 59:04Speaker 2: Her brother is the main one that's always hitting me
- 59:07Speaker 2: up for a table in the back.
- 59:09Speaker 7: Now.
- 59:09Speaker 2: Back in November, I put him in the back for
- 59:12Speaker 2: a date with a lady that flew in town to
- 59:15Speaker 2: see him. She didn't know he was married, so I
- 59:19Speaker 2: played along with it. When I met him. My brother
- 59:21Speaker 2: also needed an excuse to spend the night with her,
- 59:24Speaker 2: so I went along with his lie that he was
- 59:26Speaker 2: staying in my house so he could go to baseball
- 59:29Speaker 2: practice with my son. This is a sister being loyal
- 59:34Speaker 2: to her brother. See the deed is done. It's too late.
- 59:38Speaker 2: I ain't playing along with this. She in town, she
- 59:42Speaker 2: at the restaurant he's spending the night. He done made
- 59:45Speaker 2: up in his mind, he gonna sleep with her, call
- 59:50Speaker 2: on his sister to help cover for him. Now, later
- 59:58Speaker 2: on we will find out, as Shirley said that the
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: family thinks they've been betrayed. But once again, there is
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: no betrayal without betrayal. There is no betrayal to the
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: family if she don't betray her brother.
- 1:00:14Speaker 11: All right, Steve, hang on, we'll have part two of
- 1:00:16Speaker 11: your response coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour.
- 1:00:20Speaker 3: Right after this, you're listening morning show.
- 1:00:24Speaker 11: Come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter. The subject
- 1:00:27Speaker 11: is I took up for him and it backfired on me.
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: This woman has a brother who's married into this wonderful family.
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: The family has accepted her brother and her due to
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: the fact that her mom died when she was young
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: and her dad is a loser, so she has no parents.
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: She gains parents, she gains a lovely sister in law.
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: They celebrate birthdays, Christmas, is everything together. But she also
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: manages a restaurant out in the country that's a creep
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: spot for me and to bring their dates to. A
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: lot of men had found out about it. Hey man,
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: it's a restaurant way out. You can go out there.
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: Take your girl out there. Your wife will never find out.
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: Your lady will never find out. Okay, it's a creep spot.
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: Her brother happens to be with the main corp and
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: she always has to get him a table. In November,
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: she got him a table in the back because a
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: woman flew in town to see him that did not
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: know he was married. She played along with it, and
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: then he wanted to spend the night with us, so
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: he told her to tell my wife and family that
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: I'm gonna be spending the night at the at the
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: at at her house so I could take her son
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: to baseball practice.
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: Okay, that's good. Now.
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: A few days later, your sister in law, who is
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: your brother's wife, called saying her brother had left his
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: goat box in the car and the food was bought.
- 1:01:52Speaker 2: I told her he came by to see me and
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: I gave him some food, so he probably forgot that
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: it was in the backseat.
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: That was back in November. Here we go.
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: Last week, I got a call at work from a
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: lady that he had dinner with. She was trying to
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: reach my brother. I called my brother and I didn't
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: know he was in the car with his wife. And
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: I told him that his little girlfriend called me looking
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: for him. Now my sister in law has blocked me,
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: and so has her family. Here's the key to this letter.
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: I would choose her and her family over my brother
- 1:02:26Speaker 2: any day of the week. An apology won't do. How
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: do I fix things with her?
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: Shirley of course told you why.
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: The woman is feeling the way she's feeling, and why
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: the family's feeling the way she's feeling. And she's absolutely correct,
- 1:02:41Speaker 2: but that's misguided anger. The anger should be placed on
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: the husband. The sister was being the sister that she
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: was required to be by her brother. Her brother and
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: a jammed and committed an error. She had to go
- 1:02:59Speaker 2: along with it to try to preserve the relationship. She
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: can't go, hey, and now your husband ain't over his
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: spending the night to take my son to play baseball practice.
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: He was this girl that came in town.
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: How can she say that, because then the marriage is
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: over with the relationship that she's fostered with these new
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: people is done. So this is what I would offer
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: to her. Go back to the girl and the family,
- 1:03:24Speaker 2: sit them down and say, hey, look, he made me
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: swear to secrecy. My brother told me we could lose everything.
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: Throw yourself at the mercy of the court, sling yourself
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: at King Pharaoh's feet. I was caught between a rock
- 1:03:42Speaker 2: and a hard place. I love you all, but had
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: I told you all what was happening, it would have
- 1:03:47Speaker 2: ruined everything. So I tried to cover for him. I
- 1:03:50Speaker 2: wish I had never done that. Please forgive me, But
- 1:03:56Speaker 2: there is no betrayal without betrayal. If I betray my brother,
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: I lose my brother. I betrayed you all, I lose
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: my family. Now I'm here to tell you I would
- 1:04:08Speaker 2: prefer you all over my brother any day, and let
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: the chips fall where they may. Because she done found
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: out about this girl, because you opened.
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: Your mouth in that damn car. Why was this his stupid.
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: Ass have his phone connected to the car where when
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: it ring, it's on that speaker in the car. My
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: driver had his phone connected to the cars, to all
- 1:04:39Speaker 2: my cars, because he drive them all the time. Yes,
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: he in the cars more than me, because after he
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: dropped me off, he's sitting in the car. He might
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: be somewhere, so he talk on hands free on the phone.
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: So sometimes we'll be riding and somebody all call I
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: don't want to hear your damn car. So I didn't
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: have him disconnect.
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: His phone from all my cars. I don't want to
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: hear your damn call.
- 1:05:02Speaker 3: Huh he couldn't wear ear plugs?
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: Yeah you can, okay, Sheirley, What did I do?
- 1:05:07Speaker 4: What?
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: I just see?
- 1:05:10Speaker 3: You won't hear his calls when they on the car.
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: See, I don't have it in none of my cars.
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: I don't have my phone connected to my car.
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: Why so I don't, okay, because it's too much.
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: Going on in my phone call. The cussing. You're not
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: gonna understand why I'm cussing this much?
- 1:05:36Speaker 6: You just not.
- 1:05:38Speaker 2: You're not gonna understand what my boys call me? How
- 1:05:41Speaker 2: they open the conversation with cussing? Say blankety blank, what's
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: going on with your blankety blank ass?
- 1:05:49Speaker 3: All right, what's up with you? M hmm?
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: Yeah? All these is high level, big, big, big cuss words.
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: We ain't even come at the end. Word back to
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: the last. This is about the letter. This is why
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: you should never have your phone connected. He cheatd too.
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: See how you got your phone connected? And you cheat?
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: You stupid.
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: So this is all I can tell the lady. She's
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: got to throw her. She's got to say, listen, y'all,
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: I prefer you all over my brother. I made a
- 1:06:22Speaker 2: judgmental error, but I did what he asked me to
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: do because he's my brother, and I hate what he's done.
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: Now.
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: I hope y'all can work it out. I really do,
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: because he's really not a bad person. He's just stupid sometimes.
- 1:06:37Speaker 2: He been stupid most of his life. And just say,
- 1:06:41Speaker 2: I really wish I had not done that because I
- 1:06:43Speaker 2: regretted this to this day. I'm so sorry. And then cry,
- 1:06:51Speaker 2: Yeah you know what y'all do. Cry cry in front
- 1:06:56Speaker 2: of the mama and go to the mother first.

- 1:08:00Speaker 10: snuff on the Olympic team roster. But let's look at

- 1:08:12Speaker 4: Uh.
- 1:08:12Speaker 9: She's on that team and she has every right to be.
- 1:08:15Speaker 5: Uh.
- 1:08:15Speaker 10: Agia Wilson for the Las Vegas Aces. Okay, Ajia Wilson.
- 1:08:22Speaker 10: Here another one of heard.
- 1:08:23Speaker 9: This, lady, Breonna Stewart for the New York Liberty. Yes,
- 1:08:27Speaker 9: she's on this team. Uh yeah, uh uh uh uh.
- 1:08:31Speaker 10: Sabrina Ironescu from the New York Liberty Rainey three point champion.
- 1:08:36Speaker 9: Uh, she went up against Steph Curry. She's on this team.
- 1:08:38Speaker 3: Good team.
- 1:08:39Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:08:40Speaker 10: Uh wait a minute, here's another person. Don't know how
- 1:08:42Speaker 10: we're gonna get rid of her. We need her on
- 1:08:44Speaker 10: the Olympic Team, Britney Grinder, Phoenix.
- 1:08:46Speaker 14: Mercury, and she wants to play the world. She especially
- 1:08:48Speaker 14: want to play Russia for sure. I know, I think
- 1:08:52Speaker 14: she really want to play Russia. Yeah, yeah, uh you
- 1:08:58Speaker 14: know so Jewel Lord from the cetl Store. I mean,
- 1:09:02Speaker 14: you have Jackie Young from the Las Vegas Aces. There's
- 1:09:04Speaker 14: so many women on this team. You can't just just
- 1:09:07Speaker 14: move out the way for the can't.
- 1:09:10Speaker 2: Put Caitlyn and Angel Reese on the team. Caitlyn Clark
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: is a huge draw, but she's not having a great season.
- 1:09:20Speaker 2: To this part, she is learning the NBA. Angel ree
- 1:09:26Speaker 2: has better numbers than Caitlyn Clark. There's no outcry why
- 1:09:30Speaker 2: she ain't on the team. The Olympic team cannot be
- 1:09:32Speaker 2: a popularity contest. It has to be numbers. You're going
- 1:09:36Speaker 2: to play the best basketball players in the world. So
- 1:09:39Speaker 2: the w NBA has the best basketball players in the
- 1:09:41Speaker 2: world in and Caitland is not one of them yet,
- 1:09:45Speaker 2: not yet.
- 1:09:46Speaker 4: So it has a rookie from the NBA and on
- 1:09:49Speaker 4: the men's basketball team. Been on the team USA Olympic
- 1:09:53Speaker 4: team men's basketball.
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: I'm Kobe, I'm sure we have.
- 1:09:56Speaker 8: But it's no.
- 1:09:59Speaker 10: Used to have college players. We were usually now that
- 1:10:01Speaker 10: you have pros on the Olympic teams, it would be
- 1:10:02Speaker 10: college player. Okay, you know, because it considered a professional athlete.
- 1:10:06Speaker 10: But it's the fact that she's just not there yet.
- 1:10:09Speaker 9: Give her time.
- 1:10:10Speaker 10: And plus another reason watching with that she didn't even
- 1:10:12Speaker 10: make the Olympic camp because Iowa was coach so deep
- 1:10:15Speaker 10: in the India NCAA tournament, so she didn't even go
- 1:10:18Speaker 10: to the camp that they have to practice before they
- 1:10:21Speaker 10: start the w NBA season, So she wasn't even there
- 1:10:24Speaker 10: for the camp, saying the reason. But she will get
- 1:10:29Speaker 10: she will be there, she will get all this Olympic team.
- 1:10:31Speaker 10: But you're gonna have to learn this w NBA game
- 1:10:33Speaker 10: because this is not college. This is not what they're doing.
- 1:10:36Speaker 10: These women play ball.
- 1:10:38Speaker 9: This is what they do.
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: Because yeah, so she.
- 1:10:43Speaker 9: Will give her time, and you've been watching. Boston is
- 1:10:47Speaker 9: up to nothing. I don't even know if we even
- 1:10:49Speaker 9: watching this finals because.
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: Second too long.
- 1:10:55Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 1:10:56Speaker 11: A man steeve on social media needs some advice, He
- 1:10:59Speaker 11: says so, and she says, we're just friends.
- 1:11:01Speaker 3: During a date, he wants to know what he should do.
- 1:11:03Speaker 3: We'll talk about it right after this. You're listening hard
- 1:11:07Speaker 3: morning show.
- 1:11:10Speaker 11: All right, so Steve, this is from Devon on Steve
- 1:11:12Speaker 11: Harvey FM. Devin says, what do you do when you
- 1:11:16Speaker 11: find out you're just friends in the middle of a
- 1:11:18Speaker 11: date that you're on? So over the weekend, I was
- 1:11:21Speaker 11: out on a fourth date with a girl that I'm
- 1:11:24Speaker 11: really into. While we were out, she ran into a
- 1:11:27Speaker 11: few of her friends. At first, it was odd that
- 1:11:29Speaker 11: she didn't go out of her way.
- 1:11:31Speaker 3: To introduce me.
- 1:11:32Speaker 11: Then it appeared that she was making it a point
- 1:11:35Speaker 11: to tell them that we are quote, just friends. Considering
- 1:11:39Speaker 11: that at the end of the first three dates there
- 1:11:41Speaker 11: was some increasingly serious making out going on. I'm curious
- 1:11:45Speaker 11: how I got publicly friend zoned, but a totally different
- 1:11:49Speaker 11: story in private.
- 1:11:50Speaker 3: What's the best way to handle.
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: This, bruh?
- 1:11:53Speaker 2: Just keep on the full court press, Hey, dog, At
- 1:11:56Speaker 2: the end of the three dates, there's some serious romance
- 1:11:59Speaker 2: going on. Know you ain't had sex yet, but y'all
- 1:12:02Speaker 2: making out, You're good, feeling, y'all still friends?
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: What's wrong?
- 1:12:08Speaker 6: Dog?
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: You got friends on? Keep showing up, Keep doing what
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: you do.
- 1:12:14Speaker 2: Dog.
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: She just making it clear, y'all, just frish. She testing
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: the water.
- 1:12:18Speaker 2: You know how you you know, a dog, you got
- 1:12:20Speaker 2: to pass the test, pimp.
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: That's all it is. Now you're lucky, you know, y'all.
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: I mean it ain't finna go no fast?
- 1:12:29Speaker 2: Now this the speed she wanted to take it that
- 1:12:31Speaker 2: you you push it if you won't to now at
- 1:12:34Speaker 2: least you're still on dates. Yeah, now, dog, Now she
- 1:12:38Speaker 2: trying to figure out if she can stand this or not.
- 1:12:42Speaker 2: Look in the mirror, you probably ain't that attractive.
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: It's that why she friends on pretty much.
- 1:12:48Speaker 5: It.
- 1:12:49Speaker 2: She done told all her friends, no, no, hey, we
- 1:12:51Speaker 2: just friend. But she knows, she knows, she know he
- 1:12:54Speaker 2: a little hard on the eyes. So you know, she
- 1:12:56Speaker 2: can tell her friends, now you got to overprove yourself
- 1:13:00Speaker 2: now because you're not attracted.
- 1:13:01Speaker 3: But wait a minute, she would h is she embarrassed
- 1:13:06Speaker 3: by him? Is that what you're saying, because it's.
- 1:13:07Speaker 2: Not a little bit a little bit you know, you know,
- 1:13:11Speaker 2: just because on site, you know, she looking over there
- 1:13:13Speaker 2: at her friends talking about care who that are?
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: We just friends? We're just going out, okay? Who? Because
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: I was fit in the same.
- 1:13:21Speaker 3: Like a hot bed, that's what the girls are saying.
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: Yeah, because she gotta figure out if she can change outfits.
- 1:13:28Speaker 2: And you knowed you to get the right line and
- 1:13:30Speaker 2: you know, you know, you know, get.
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: You to the right ball.
- 1:13:33Speaker 2: But she's trying to see, you know, if she could
- 1:13:35Speaker 2: deal with that tooth, like the sid that's missing, you
- 1:13:38Speaker 2: know when you get you know, the saying tooth gone.
- 1:13:44Speaker 2: You gotta see if she can talk you into that
- 1:13:46Speaker 2: folk she make a commitment. That's how women do. You
- 1:13:49Speaker 2: gotta see if you know, you gotta be open for change.
- 1:13:52Speaker 3: Oh okay, now I like that.
- 1:13:55Speaker 7: I do like that.
- 1:13:56Speaker 2: Yeah, you know because women, like I say, all men
- 1:13:59Speaker 2: will change, but this and all men can change, but
- 1:14:02Speaker 2: there's only one woman would change for. So she gonna
- 1:14:04Speaker 2: see if she can work with you on a couple
- 1:14:06Speaker 2: of things. You know, will you use this lotion if
- 1:14:11Speaker 2: my ass she yeah, you know, it's just little stuff
- 1:14:15Speaker 2: like that. Will you get that cap put on that tooth?
- 1:14:24Speaker 2: She smiling sideways, and she looking up at sea food
- 1:14:28Speaker 2: in your mouth When you smile sideways, that ain't ain't
- 1:14:31Speaker 2: nobody finna do that on the date. But she'd have
- 1:14:35Speaker 2: kissed you a couple of times. That's why it ain't
- 1:14:37Speaker 2: went fast kissing because she didne kissed you a couple
- 1:14:39Speaker 2: of times and her tongue to slid in that little hole,
- 1:14:44Speaker 2: made her made her a little bit uncomfortable though.
- 1:14:50Speaker 9: Yeah, he's really into her.
- 1:14:53Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, that's that's a problem. Yeah yeah, it's all
- 1:14:56Speaker 2: right that she's still going out with you. She just
- 1:14:58Speaker 2: trying to figure out if she baby to get you
- 1:15:00Speaker 2: to make these changes looking at miror dog.
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: You know what, just at the first time, let's stop all.
- 1:15:06Speaker 3: This surprise, say this was so much confidence in I
- 1:15:09Speaker 3: don't know.
- 1:15:10Speaker 2: I know, I know I've been under kid where he
- 1:15:14Speaker 2: is knowing in my life the only thing helped me
- 1:15:16Speaker 2: out with money. See you you got to understand what
- 1:15:20Speaker 2: that is now and you got to kill him with kindes. Dog,
- 1:15:24Speaker 2: I've been doing that my whole life. That's how not
- 1:15:26Speaker 2: know this. Don't look in the meal. Dog's all good,
- 1:15:30Speaker 2: don't worry about it. You ain't got to be there care.
- 1:15:31Speaker 2: Nobody never said, oh he cute. I ain't never walked
- 1:15:33Speaker 2: in the room room, Oh my god, he's cute. I
- 1:15:35Speaker 2: ain't never heard that ever. You ain't never heard that.
- 1:15:40Speaker 2: And I know they never heard that.
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: But he don't know it. Who is he talking to?
- 1:15:47Speaker 3: I wish we had more time.
- 1:15:49Speaker 11: We'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming

- 1:16:26Speaker 15: opinions right now around the world, everybody for like really
- 1:16:30Speaker 15: being concerned, but unfortunately due to an ulcer, like you know.
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: It's flaying up.
- 1:16:34Speaker 2: Benjamin Crump is here also as the attorney for Mike Tyson. Okay,
- 1:16:40Speaker 2: I've wanted to ask Benjamin Trump, but he had any
- 1:16:43Speaker 2: words about Steve.
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: Steve.
- 1:16:49Speaker 9: They didn't done it again, Steve Listen. We had a
- 1:16:52Speaker 9: fight that was scheduled for July fourth for Steve. I'm

- 1:17:00Speaker 10: They make us move to fight to November fifteenth, to
- 1:17:03Speaker 10: give j Paul an advantage over Mike Tyson.
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: That's all this is about.
- 1:17:08Speaker 9: And I'm telling Steve, we gotta fight this too.
- 1:17:10Speaker 10: We marching over here. We're over here on the fight

- 1:17:49Speaker 1: Guys?
- 1:17:49Speaker 11: Would you rather confess to cheating on your partner or
- 1:17:52Speaker 11: would you rather catch your partner cheating on you?
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: Brother? Catch my partner Junior?
- 1:17:58Speaker 9: Oh no, no, be I'm not confessing cheating.
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: No, that's death, truly, what Steve? No, I'd rather confess
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: you read I'm not bust my partner cheating?
- 1:18:14Speaker 11: Yeah yeah yeah, catch your partner cheating? Or would you
- 1:18:17Speaker 11: rather confess to your partners were cheating?
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: No, that's heart breaking that's heartbreaking.
- 1:18:22Speaker 3: To find that your partners cheated on you, Right.
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: Yeah, that's heart breaking.
- 1:18:27Speaker 3: Yeah, I would think so.
- 1:18:29Speaker 2: I'm I'm a go in here, but I'm a lie
- 1:18:30Speaker 2: of Oh oh, the confession is going to be a
- 1:18:37Speaker 2: full blown line. I know it looks like.
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: I was cheating, but that wasn't me.
- 1:18:49Speaker 3: It wasn't your naked.
- 1:18:51Speaker 2: I don't care if you have a picture of me
- 1:18:53Speaker 2: naked with my ass up in the air and my
- 1:18:55Speaker 2: sense of security numbers stamped on my ass, not me.
- 1:19:02Speaker 2: I know what my social curity number, Yes, that's it.
- 1:19:05Speaker 3: That is not men.
- 1:19:08Speaker 2: You know my social Security number. I don't know how
- 1:19:10Speaker 2: they got it. I haven't seen my card in years,
- 1:19:14Speaker 2: so it ain't no telling who got it.
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: Wow, all right?
- 1:19:20Speaker 3: Would you rather spend a full day standing or sitting?
- 1:19:25Speaker 3: Which one?
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: Huh yeah, my whole damn job.
- 1:19:34Speaker 3: Let's get some comfortable.
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: Problem I got now? Probably standing?
- 1:19:40Speaker 9: Uh huh.
- 1:19:40Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 1:19:41Speaker 3: I don't want to sit stand.
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: I mean we you know, we're old now. We don't
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: want the blood clott and all of that to move around.
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: Hell no, okay, neither one of them. Sit down. Last thing,
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: JUNI needs blood clot You go too far, Tommy, had
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: made the point, made the point and moved on.
- 1:20:01Speaker 2: Well, I was just trying to help out. Yeah, and
- 1:20:03Speaker 2: Timmy don't need no blood cloud either, what the hell
- 1:20:05Speaker 2: he can?
- 1:20:08Speaker 9: So you said.
- 1:20:10Speaker 2: I can't have no blood cloud. I don't even want one.
- 1:20:12Speaker 2: I'm no healthy one.
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: On the damn show?
- 1:20:18Speaker 3: Would you rather do it? Would you rather do it
- 1:20:22Speaker 3: outside than thirty two degree weather? You know that's freezing?
- 1:20:26Speaker 3: Or would you rather do it in a hundred degree weather?
- 1:20:29Speaker 3: Which one?
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: Well, well, save the way you want to ask.
- 1:20:34Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm gonna be hot either way, but you're not
- 1:20:35Speaker 2: gonna be able to do it at thirty three thirty.
- 1:20:38Speaker 2: I have news for you too.
- 1:20:39Speaker 7: Cold.
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: Yeah, he don't days. I'll tell you right now.
- 1:20:45Speaker 2: I want to see it. I'm willing to try because
- 1:20:49Speaker 2: you put him out. You let a cold breeze unzip
- 1:20:51Speaker 2: your past. When he's cold outside, he going to turnoad
- 1:20:54Speaker 2: on you.
- 1:20:56Speaker 3: Turtle mode.
- 1:20:57Speaker 2: You tell you right now, that ain't what he do.
- 1:20:59Speaker 2: He don't do cold weather. No, Lord be hot, that's
- 1:21:04Speaker 2: why it ain't hauling no more Eskimo. The last time
- 1:21:11Speaker 2: you said, you don't heard anybody say the Eskimo population
- 1:21:13Speaker 2: out of control.
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: Ever heard that.
- 1:21:20Speaker 2: Eskimo's up there, Starve, and there's too many of them.
- 1:21:22Speaker 2: They kill one, they kill one way of feet everybody.
- 1:21:25Speaker 3: For two years.
- 1:21:26Speaker 11: Coming up in forty nine minutes after our last break
- 1:21:29Speaker 11: of the day, and we'll close.
- 1:21:30Speaker 3: Out the show with one and only Steve Harvey. Right
- 1:21:34Speaker 3: after that, you're listening Morning Show.
- 1:21:39Speaker 9: All right.
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: Here we are at the last break of the day.
- 1:21:43Speaker 4: Steve.
- 1:21:43Speaker 11: We've had a good day, talked about a lot of stuff,
- 1:21:45Speaker 11: and of course, as usual, it is time for your
- 1:21:48Speaker 11: closing remarks.
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: In closing, I.
- 1:21:50Speaker 2: Want to go back to something I was talking about
- 1:21:54Speaker 2: last week, and it's about pressure. I want to remind
- 1:21:58Speaker 2: of it. I want to everybody about something. When you
- 1:22:04Speaker 2: feel pressure, when you are under pressure, when you're being pressurized,
- 1:22:17Speaker 2: when you feel the weight of everything, embrace it. You
- 1:22:25Speaker 2: hear old people say pressure buster pipe, I mean, if
- 1:22:30Speaker 2: that's how hard pressure is.
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: But pressure also shapes and molds.
- 1:22:38Speaker 2: Pressure always reveals something and the thing that you have
- 1:22:43Speaker 2: to understand about pressure in your life.
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: It reveals a side of you that you may not
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: have been aware of.
- 1:22:50Speaker 2: When I think back on all the pressure moments of
- 1:22:53Speaker 2: my life, it taught me more and more and more
- 1:22:58Speaker 2: about myself. Than I even I realized in my life
- 1:23:04Speaker 2: that I'm really stronger than I ever thought I was,
- 1:23:08Speaker 2: that I can actually bear up under more than I
- 1:23:12Speaker 2: thought I could.
- 1:23:15Speaker 5: And so have you.
- 1:23:17Speaker 2: If you just think about it, y'all, think about back
- 1:23:21Speaker 2: to all your pressure moments and how you handled them.
- 1:23:25Speaker 2: The majority of us, ninety eight percent of us have
- 1:23:28Speaker 2: handled the pressure that was presented to us.
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: Or it didn't feel good, it didn't set right with us.
- 1:23:35Speaker 2: It may have caused some adverse things to happen, but
- 1:23:39Speaker 2: you survived it. You got on the other side of it,
- 1:23:45Speaker 2: and if you haven't, you're currently pressing your way forward
- 1:23:48Speaker 2: through it right now. Pressure is necessary in sculpting who
- 1:23:55Speaker 2: God wants us to be. You need the pressure to
- 1:23:59Speaker 2: form the shape. Nothing happens without pressure. If you ever
- 1:24:05Speaker 2: go to the Grand Canyon, do you see the beauty
- 1:24:09Speaker 2: of the Grand Canyon is one of the natural wonders
