- 0:38Speaker 5: I don't.
- 0:39Speaker 4: Joy, Yeah, Joy, you know you love.
- 1:06Speaker 5: You got to turn.
- 1:41Speaker 1: To turn the mouth the turn.
- 1:43Speaker 4: You probably got to turn the mouth out of the money. Look, come.
- 1:58Speaker 6: Come on, you'll think, uh huh, I sure will. Good
- 2:04Speaker 6: morning everybody, y'all listening to the voice, Come on, dig
- 2:08Speaker 6: me now. One and only Steve Harvey man oh man
- 2:10Speaker 6: got a radio show. Yeah, dude, God so big to me, Man,
- 2:15Speaker 6: I just have to tell you about it. I can't
- 2:17Speaker 6: help it. It's rather obvious to me how big, how
- 2:22Speaker 6: good God is. He's absolutely tremendous. He's off the chain.
- 2:27Speaker 6: He owned one.
- 2:30Speaker 2: He'd be clowning, he'd be just showing out.
- 2:34Speaker 4: Man.
- 2:34Speaker 6: I'm just over here, just on the receiving end. You know,
- 2:38Speaker 6: if you're out there, start your mission today, Start your
- 2:43Speaker 6: mission today?
- 2:45Speaker 2: What are you waiting for? Why do we as people
- 2:50Speaker 2: delay what we want.
- 2:55Speaker 6: Or delay the process to begin what we want on
- 3:00Speaker 6: our hopes, our dreams, our desires. Why won't you start
- 3:04Speaker 6: your mission today? Why don't we all decide together that
- 3:10Speaker 6: just individually. Look you listening. You got something that you've
- 3:15Speaker 6: been dreaming about. You got an ambition of yours that's
- 3:18Speaker 6: not yet fulfilled. You got goals you haven't accomplished yet.
- 3:22Speaker 6: Everybody has them. Everybody's got them. Everybody's got something that's
- 3:27Speaker 6: on the table that they haven't yet attacked yet. What
- 3:31Speaker 6: are you waiting for? Start your mission today? Stop the procrastination. Now,
- 3:37Speaker 6: the procrastination is only hurting you yourself. If you got
- 3:41Speaker 6: a goal of aspiration to dream and you fall off
- 3:45Speaker 6: track momentarily, you can get back to that because God
- 3:50Speaker 6: knows where you left off.
- 3:52Speaker 7: Now.
- 3:52Speaker 6: You may have to accomplish a few more things since
- 3:54Speaker 6: you stopped for a long period of time, but God
- 3:56Speaker 6: knows where you left off, you can get back on track. Look, man,
- 4:00Speaker 6: this dream of being on TV since I was a kid,
- 4:03Speaker 6: and it got off track. Now it got off track.
- 4:07Speaker 6: I just kept it as one of the dreams, and
- 4:10Speaker 6: in some real dog moments when it looked like it
- 4:13Speaker 6: wasn't gonna happen, all I was hanging on to was
- 4:16Speaker 6: just the hope that one day it could. But that's
- 4:19Speaker 6: what faith is really about. Faith is the belief in
- 4:22Speaker 6: things that you cannot see, but faith gives you the
- 4:26Speaker 6: confidence to keep hoping.
- 4:28Speaker 2: Man.
- 4:29Speaker 6: Sometimes it just keep hope alive. Sometimes you heard Jesse
- 4:33Speaker 6: Jackson say it, just keep hope alive. Sometimes, man, it's
- 4:36Speaker 6: just the hope. I was hanging on a hope. And
- 4:41Speaker 6: I'm talking about when it got real ugly and funky
- 4:44Speaker 6: out there for me, when it looked like I wasn't
- 4:46Speaker 6: gonna ever make it, and all of the facts was
- 4:49Speaker 6: in and everything pointed in the direction you not gonna
- 4:53Speaker 6: make it. You done really messed up this time. Then
- 4:56Speaker 6: I sat there and I just hung on to the hope.
- 5:00Speaker 6: But man, that's what I'm saying. If you got a
- 5:03Speaker 6: dream on aspiration of vision or something, when you fall
- 5:07Speaker 6: off track and you want to go get back in line,
- 5:10Speaker 6: God holds your place.
- 5:12Speaker 5: See.
- 5:13Speaker 2: He held on to that for me.
- 5:15Speaker 6: He knew I was off tracking, out of line, but
- 5:17Speaker 6: he said, okay, here's where we stopped. You want to
- 5:20Speaker 6: be on TV. Now, when you get it together and
- 5:22Speaker 6: you quit tripping and you come and your turn to me,
- 5:24Speaker 6: I'm gonna hold your place, put you back in line.
- 5:26Speaker 6: Then we're gonna finish the journey that took me a
- 5:28Speaker 6: lot longer to get here than I wanted to, but
- 5:31Speaker 6: then it was necessary because I needed all of them
- 5:33Speaker 6: mishaps to happen to me along the way. So when
- 5:36Speaker 6: I got on the radio one day, which I did
- 5:38Speaker 6: not see coming, Steve Harvey got a radio show, y'all.
- 5:41Speaker 6: That's why I say it every day. See, because of
- 5:44Speaker 6: this radio show that I didn't see coming. Now I
- 5:46Speaker 6: have stories to tell, I got experiences to share, and
- 5:52Speaker 6: I can tell you about me better I can tell
- 5:54Speaker 6: you about anybody. And I done been through enough whereas relatable,
- 5:59Speaker 6: where enough people can and go mad that happened to me.
- 6:01Speaker 6: Appreciate you saying that that's what it was for. See,
- 6:04Speaker 6: I get it now. See at the time, no, I
- 6:07Speaker 6: didn't like what was happening to me. At the time,
- 6:09Speaker 6: I was really in total disagreement with God on a
- 6:12Speaker 6: lot of stuff He was pulling off on me, but
- 6:15Speaker 6: in essence, I was really pulling it off on myself.
- 6:18Speaker 6: But through his grace and mercy, he kept me through
- 6:21Speaker 6: all of my mistakes, all my bad decisions, all my miscalculations,
- 6:26Speaker 6: all my misfires, all the times I knowingly stepped out
- 6:30Speaker 6: there and did wrong. He forgave me, he said, because man,
- 6:35Speaker 6: if you ever come to me, I have a plan
- 6:38Speaker 6: for you that is going to be far and above.
- 6:42Speaker 6: It will supersede everything you've ever dreamed of. That's what
- 6:46Speaker 6: I did. I just got sick of me, good and
- 6:49Speaker 6: sick of me, and I turned it over to God.
- 6:52Speaker 6: And then God started working, and here I am today
- 6:56Speaker 6: now as he.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Threw with me. Yet Nope, Have I arrived jet Nope?
- 7:01Speaker 2: But guess what the journey is cool?
- 7:05Speaker 5: You know.
- 7:05Speaker 6: It's like I was talking to this young brother the
- 7:07Speaker 6: other day about comedy. He's a really good stand up.
- 7:11Speaker 6: You know, this young dude's really good.
- 7:13Speaker 2: He said, Man, what is this I feel every night
- 7:17Speaker 2: before I go on stage. I don't know what it is.
- 7:19Speaker 6: I just want it off me, I said, sir, listen
- 7:22Speaker 6: to me, you young dude. This thing that climbs on
- 7:26Speaker 6: my back every night before I go on stage. I
- 7:29Speaker 6: don't know what it is. It's got something to do
- 7:32Speaker 6: with pressure, It's got something to do with anticipation. It's
- 7:35Speaker 6: got a whole lot to do with the fear of falling.
- 7:38Speaker 2: He said. What you mean by that?
- 7:40Speaker 6: I say, every night I walk out on stage, it's
- 7:43Speaker 6: like I'm about to go and step off of cliff.
- 7:46Speaker 6: I say, it's a sickening feeling. He said, man, but
- 7:48Speaker 6: you do so well. I said, that's because the parachute opens.
- 7:52Speaker 6: I say, but I want you to understand something. When
- 7:54Speaker 6: I first walk out there, it's just stepping off the cliff. Now,
- 7:59Speaker 6: the folks provide a parachute which slows my descent when
- 8:04Speaker 6: I jump off the cliff, and I turned it into
- 8:07Speaker 6: a glide. And then I take the audience this way,
- 8:10Speaker 6: and I swung them back over there.
- 8:11Speaker 8: That way.
- 8:12Speaker 6: We might swing out to the Colorado Rockies. We may
- 8:16Speaker 6: go down to Miami with this joke. We may take
- 8:18Speaker 6: it on out to la and I just swing back
- 8:20Speaker 6: and forth till I land softly. The crowd cheers. The
- 8:24Speaker 6: night is over with, I said, but it's been too
- 8:26Speaker 6: many nights though. When I walked off that cliff and
- 8:29Speaker 6: I pulled the cord and the parachute didn't open, I said, naw,
- 8:33Speaker 6: I'm just free falling out there for thirty minutes. Ain't
- 8:35Speaker 6: no jokes working, Ain't the parachute didn't open. I said,
- 8:39Speaker 6: So see, that's what it's like for me. And then
- 8:42Speaker 6: you know what I found out. If you done walked
- 8:44Speaker 6: off the cliff in life, and you ain't got no
- 8:47Speaker 6: guard in your life. It's like not having a parachute.
- 8:51Speaker 6: You step off the cliff and you just free falling.
- 8:55Speaker 6: Now see we all now that fag gets you closer
- 8:58Speaker 6: to the grave, right, we all heading to the grave
- 9:01Speaker 6: from the moment we're born. But the cool thing about
- 9:03Speaker 6: a relationship with God is when you step off the
- 9:06Speaker 6: cliff and you got God here a parachute.
- 9:09Speaker 2: You still going.
- 9:10Speaker 6: Down, but it's a nice ride, and God just helps
- 9:14Speaker 6: your descent appear more like a rise and the more
- 9:18Speaker 6: like a euphoric fall. Instead of not having no God
- 9:22Speaker 6: in your life and you just walking off that cliff
- 9:25Speaker 6: every day, free falling. Ain't got no cord, you steady pulling,
- 9:29Speaker 6: you hollering the whole way because you to mess around
- 9:32Speaker 6: with yourself and ain't let God come into your life
- 9:35Speaker 6: and provide a parachute for you. I would rather have
- 9:38Speaker 6: a parachute since I got to jump every day than
- 9:41Speaker 6: to not have one. God has been like a parachute
- 9:45Speaker 6: for me. Ask me where that came from. I can't
- 9:50Speaker 6: tell you. But like I always say, most good things
- 9:52Speaker 6: that happen in my life that I can't explain is
- 9:55Speaker 6: usually him.
- 9:59Speaker 1: Morning show.
- 10:01Speaker 6: Ladies and gentlemen, another day has arrived, another gift from
- 10:05Speaker 6: God Almighty. There is no other. You can't say nothing,
- 10:08Speaker 6: but it's got to be God. Only God can make
- 10:10Speaker 6: a new day. Heat only one nobody that he ain't
- 10:15Speaker 6: written nowhere, it ain't spoke about nowhere. Ain but one
- 10:20Speaker 6: entity that can make a new day. That's God, all mighty. Man,
- 10:24Speaker 6: no man, no man. This show this morning is dedicated
- 10:28Speaker 6: to everybody that's breathing. That's who is dedicated to to
- 10:34Speaker 6: that cover everybody. Now, how you breathing is none of
- 10:37Speaker 6: my concerns. But as long as you breathing, you got
- 10:42Speaker 6: a shot. You feel me, Steve Harvey Morning Show. Were
- 10:45Speaker 6: about to get up in it today. Shirley Strawberry College

- 10:51Speaker 6: is nephew tomicson Junior, you look a little brighton Chipper today.

- 10:57Speaker 9: I just look at you, man, I say, you know
- 10:58Speaker 9: this is all you're born to do.
- 11:00Speaker 10: You can't do nothing else. I can't see you working
- 11:03Speaker 10: with the public up. I just can't see you taking
- 11:05Speaker 10: a job working with the public. I don't think you
- 11:07Speaker 10: couldn't be No job. Yeah, but you can't.

- 11:18Speaker 2: No, I don't care what you got. I'm not fitting
- 11:20Speaker 2: the fly.
- 11:20Speaker 1: So come on, you don't care what they have in.
- 11:26Speaker 11: You?
- 11:26Speaker 4: Go ahead.
- 11:26Speaker 2: Everything you got a light in your bag? Go ahead, dog.
- 11:29Speaker 2: I hate it when they take man, come on, it's
- 11:37Speaker 2: a nod pipe in your bag. Man, go ahead.
- 11:40Speaker 4: Man.
- 11:42Speaker 2: If I don't hear no ticking, that's a good chance
- 11:44Speaker 2: you're gonna make it.
- 11:45Speaker 1: I don't care.
- 11:46Speaker 8: Wait a minute, you ain't gonna all right.
- 11:49Speaker 2: I'm not. I'm not finna be here, dog, I'm not.

- 11:54Speaker 6: Have you ever seen them? Open up some of these bands?
- 11:56Speaker 6: I'll be going look at the trash in this bag.
- 11:58Speaker 6: I'm not going through this him. You got to have
- 12:01Speaker 6: gloves on the open up some of them bags.
- 12:04Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 12:04Speaker 6: Man, they opened up this dude's bag one time at
- 12:06Speaker 6: the airport. He had draws in it. Where you going
- 12:11Speaker 6: this your carry on luggage?
- 12:13Speaker 1: Yeah, bluggage?
- 12:14Speaker 2: Your your luggage is under the plane. Okay, what if
- 12:17Speaker 2: you got all this in this carry on.
- 12:20Speaker 1: He didn't want to just laying on top.
- 12:21Speaker 2: Ain't folded or nothing, just draws loose.
- 12:25Speaker 1: So you didn't like the way he passed.
- 12:28Speaker 12: Yeah, but you got to go through the bag as
- 12:31Speaker 12: the t s a agent and fashion put your gloves on, Yeah,
- 12:38Speaker 12: picking up your draws.
- 12:40Speaker 2: What else you want to be?
- 12:41Speaker 5: Okay?
- 12:42Speaker 8: Could you work a drive through? Could you really work
- 12:45Speaker 8: a drive through?
- 12:46Speaker 2: Like work at Burger King? Fried cook Fried Cooking. Then
- 12:51Speaker 2: I used to lay them patties on that open flame
- 12:53Speaker 2: roller that go through. Okay, Yeah, I.

- 14:21Speaker 7: Yeah? She goes to Jenuary once in a while. Bro.
- 14:23Speaker 5: Yeah who is bro? Like I said, I name Calvin Man.
- 14:26Speaker 5: We go to the same church. Listen, me and my
- 14:29Speaker 5: wife been trying for a long time man to actually
- 14:31Speaker 5: have some kids. And to be honest with you, Roger Man,
- 14:35Speaker 5: it just ain't having the dog. I mean we've been
- 14:37Speaker 5: trying and trying. But what I'm trying to do now
- 14:41Speaker 5: is just find another type of way to make this happen. Now,
- 14:45Speaker 5: you say your wife is in good condition, right, My wife.
- 14:48Speaker 13: Is in good condition?
- 14:49Speaker 5: Brother?
- 14:49Speaker 7: What does she got to do with?
- 14:51Speaker 5: You?
- 14:51Speaker 7: Want your wife time a baby?
- 14:52Speaker 5: She you know? Now, y'all already got kids, don't you.
- 14:56Speaker 5: Y'all got like from what the brother at the church
- 14:58Speaker 5: told me, y'all got three kids right now.
- 14:59Speaker 7: We got two boys and the girl.
- 15:02Speaker 5: Okay, here's what I'm trying to do, man, I was
- 15:05Speaker 5: hoping that I could find somebody, a female that would
- 15:09Speaker 5: be a good surrogate mother or what you know. What
- 15:14Speaker 5: I'm saying is like because my wife, I mean, you know,
- 15:17Speaker 5: we want to have kids, man, we want to have
- 15:18Speaker 5: a brother.
- 15:19Speaker 7: Hold on, brother, you just said you sure you're looking
- 15:22Speaker 7: for a surrogate mother. And the brother in church told
- 15:24Speaker 7: you to call me.
- 15:25Speaker 5: Well no, no, no, ain't nobody tell me to actually
- 15:28Speaker 5: call you. I asked them about you and your wife.
- 15:31Speaker 5: You know, I asked them for your phone numbers. I
- 15:33Speaker 5: can actually call you myself.
- 15:34Speaker 7: Man, Wait a minute, so even I and my wife.
- 15:38Speaker 5: No, no, no, no, no, no, I ain't been So
- 15:41Speaker 5: you're looking at it wrong. Listen. What I was saying
- 15:43Speaker 5: is that your wife just seems like a healthy, healthy person.
- 15:47Speaker 5: I want to be able to have a healthy child, man,
- 15:49Speaker 5: I really do. Man, me and my wife.
- 15:52Speaker 7: We listen, you call me about my wife and you
- 15:56Speaker 7: want her to be a sharrogate mother for yous. I
- 15:58Speaker 7: don't even know why we're on the phone.
- 16:00Speaker 5: Here's the real deal, man, Me and my wife we
- 16:03Speaker 5: can't have kids. We tried and tried and tried, and
- 16:07Speaker 5: you know, biologically, we've just been going through it and
- 16:10Speaker 5: going through it man. And I was just you know,
- 16:13Speaker 5: I've seen your wife. She's healthy. I see all at
- 16:15Speaker 5: church all the time. And I was just like reaching out, man,
- 16:19Speaker 5: maybe somebody wouldn't mind being the surrogate mother for for
- 16:23Speaker 5: me and my wife so we can have a child.
- 16:26Speaker 7: Ill to get sharrogoon mother. I mean, hold on, brother,
- 16:32Speaker 7: you calling me to see if my wife can be
- 16:34Speaker 7: a Shara good moneys your child.
- 16:37Speaker 5: And I know it's crazy.
- 16:38Speaker 7: It's crazy, and I think you can lost your line. Brother,
- 16:43Speaker 7: out of all the members in the church, you calling
- 16:45Speaker 7: me to get my wife to have your baby.
- 16:49Speaker 5: I know it sounds crazy, man, I do.
- 16:51Speaker 7: I don't know what but ignorant brother, I'm you sound ignorant.
- 16:56Speaker 5: Man.
- 16:56Speaker 7: That's so many places to go, doctor baby. I can
- 16:58Speaker 7: take you down to a county court house to show
- 17:00Speaker 7: you kids need it. Not right next, but you can
- 17:02Speaker 7: go to Africa like all the rest of them. People
- 17:04Speaker 7: are gonna find your baby. You're gonna call me and
- 17:07Speaker 7: my wife's twenty thousand members in the church. Do you
- 17:10Speaker 7: know how stupid you?
- 17:11Speaker 5: Brother? No, brother, brother, and man, listen, man, I'm not
- 17:14Speaker 5: trying to come across like that. Man, why are you.
- 17:17Speaker 7: Trying to come across? Brother? You didn't done it to.
- 17:19Speaker 5: Hear me out? Man, I don't want you to go ahead, brother,
- 17:22Speaker 5: go ahead, man, Okay, we're looking for a Sarah Good mother.
- 17:25Speaker 5: We look, we seen your your wife, and we thought
- 17:28Speaker 5: she'd be a great Sarah Good mother. And I know
- 17:30Speaker 5: it sounds crazy for me to pick you out of
- 17:32Speaker 5: all the people that go to the church. I understand that, man,
- 17:35Speaker 5: I do. But listen, we would love for your wife
- 17:38Speaker 5: to be the surrogate mother, and we willing to pay
- 17:41Speaker 5: for this. But listen to me, if you don't mind.
- 17:45Speaker 5: We don't want to do this with no test tubes
- 17:48Speaker 5: and all that where they they mixed my seed with
- 17:51Speaker 5: her with with with her egg. We want to do

- 28:01Speaker 14: I mean, all right, last one, Steve, last one, uh
- 28:10Speaker 14: Porsche and Staten Island says. I come from a big
- 28:14Speaker 14: family and I'm single. I have six nieces and four
- 28:17Speaker 14: of them are girl scouts. I'm tired of buying cookies
- 28:20Speaker 14: to support them, and I think it's rude that the
- 28:23Speaker 14: parents keep prushing, pressing the issue every year? Am I
- 28:27Speaker 14: obligated to buy any cookies?
- 28:30Speaker 2: Not really not really.
- 28:34Speaker 1: Support the babies.
- 28:38Speaker 2: Thank your mom about it? Cookies.

- 29:01Speaker 1: Colo Coming up next, and what I.

- 29:08Speaker 1: If you catch up, huh, that's nice, that's sweet. Cool.
- 29:13Speaker 14: Yeah, coming up next, we'll have some entertainment news for you.
- 29:16Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening morning show.
- 29:22Speaker 14: While the internet trolls are affecting the TV commercials we'll
- 29:26Speaker 14: see during the Big Game this Sunday, Insiders reported that
- 29:31Speaker 14: most of this year's TV commercials will be comforting or amusing,
- 29:35Speaker 14: but not shocking.
- 29:37Speaker 1: Don't even worry about that.
- 29:38Speaker 14: Like past Super Bowls, marketers are reportedly afraid to push
- 29:42Speaker 14: the envelope with their ads for fear of backlash from
- 29:46Speaker 14: social media. It has been noted that the audience now
- 29:49Speaker 14: has unprecedented access to react negative negatively to commercials, which
- 29:55Speaker 14: can be extremely harmful to big brands. At execs believe
- 29:59Speaker 14: that overall there will be good advertising, but they doubt
- 30:02Speaker 14: that any one commercial will blow you away. So, I mean,
- 30:06Speaker 14: social media just has a choke hold on negativity everywhere
- 30:11Speaker 14: across the board.
- 30:13Speaker 2: You know, just you have to make a decision.
- 30:23Speaker 6: I understand where the brands are coming from because it
- 30:25Speaker 6: can affect their money because these people, man, they just
- 30:29Speaker 6: go in, they just believe, and they create. They thrive
- 30:32Speaker 6: off negativity. That's predominantly to me what I see on Instagram. Course,
- 30:37Speaker 6: my feed is different because it kind of feeds into
- 30:41Speaker 6: what you mostly view. So mostly everything that comes across
- 30:45Speaker 6: my timeline is like motivational stuff and golf tips yeah,
- 30:56Speaker 6: forty different golfs wing yeah, I can't get none of
- 30:59Speaker 6: them to work all and wants.
- 31:03Speaker 2: Yeah, I get out there. I be so damn confused.
- 31:06Speaker 1: It keeps your mind off of it, yeah, but I
- 31:09Speaker 1: don't really.
- 31:09Speaker 2: And but negativity premiates through this social media thing.
- 31:13Speaker 6: Man.
- 31:13Speaker 2: It's sad that it's done that way, but it's.
- 31:16Speaker 6: It's also just shows you all the condition of the
- 31:20Speaker 6: world and the most and a lot of people, and
- 31:23Speaker 6: and and and a lot of sad people, a lot
- 31:27Speaker 6: of hurt people spend their time on the internet trying
- 31:31Speaker 6: to hurt like you.
- 31:32Speaker 2: Know, you hear the same hurt people, hurt hurt people.
- 31:35Speaker 6: Yeah, and that's all it is, is a lot of
- 31:37Speaker 6: hurting people out there that now have a platform to
- 31:41Speaker 6: try to make you hurt too, And it's really sad man.
- 31:45Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I'm scared to take a risk walk, Yeah.
- 31:49Speaker 6: And that's very true because they can eat you alive
- 31:52Speaker 6: on there with just a barrage of negativity.
- 31:56Speaker 1: So you got to play it safe and percussions, all right.
- 32:01Speaker 14: Moving on to other news, Buckingham Pallas has confirmed that
- 32:04Speaker 14: King Charles the Third has been diagnosed with prostate cancer.
- 32:08Speaker 14: A statement on the palace's website said his Majesty has

- 33:54Speaker 6: all the doctors rushed to her side over half browsers
- 34:00Speaker 6: over health.
- 34:03Speaker 2: Once we got that straight, all the doctors were I'll
- 34:06Speaker 2: be down.
- 34:08Speaker 1: Okay, well, thank you Earl for stopping by with the report.

- 34:31Speaker 2: All this well, long live King Chap.
- 34:35Speaker 1: Yes, we are praying for him. Thank you for that update.
- 34:38Speaker 1: Moving on, great news for HBCUs. Okay, the Robert F.
- 34:44Speaker 14: Smith found of the Student Freedom Initiative has collaborated with
- 34:48Speaker 14: the Steinbridge Group and they have committed one hundred million
- 34:52Speaker 14: dollars I said, one hundred million dollars to create affordable
- 34:56Speaker 14: housing close to HBCU's and minority serving institutions. The goal
- 35:01Speaker 14: is to transform underused areas into affordable housing so the
- 35:05Speaker 14: students can thrive.
- 35:07Speaker 1: I mean this out well. You do know that almost all.
- 35:11Speaker 14: HBCUs are in poorer in the city areas that need
- 35:15Speaker 14: drastic improvement.
- 35:16Speaker 1: So this is really great news.

- 54:17Speaker 1: Thank you nephew.
- 54:18Speaker 14: Subject he picked me up in my pajamas at three
- 54:22Speaker 14: a m. Stephen Shirley. I'm forty six years old and married,
- 54:26Speaker 14: but over the past two years, my relationship with my
- 54:29Speaker 14: husband has tanked. We've been sleeping in separate bedrooms since
- 54:33Speaker 14: last October because he sleeps with a CPAP machine. He
- 54:37Speaker 14: also has the TV on and he sleeps under the
- 54:40Speaker 14: ceiling fan. We have not had sex since August. He's
- 54:43Speaker 14: tired and cranky all the time. So I started going
- 54:47Speaker 14: out after work with a coworker instead of going home
- 54:50Speaker 14: to a hostile environment. My coworker and I drank so
- 54:54Speaker 14: much one night that we ended up in a hotel
- 54:56Speaker 14: room having sex in the shower. My affair is fun
- 55:00Speaker 14: and exciting because I'm sneaking around to have great sex.
- 55:04Speaker 14: It has been going on for two months without any issues.
- 55:08Speaker 14: But after Friday night, I think my husband might leave me.
- 55:12Speaker 14: Around one am, I gave him his sleeping pill and
- 55:15Speaker 14: I snuck out after he went to sleep. I had
- 55:18Speaker 14: on satin pajamas and.
- 55:20Speaker 1: My fur coat.
- 55:21Speaker 14: I met my coworker for some good loving and we
- 55:23Speaker 14: left the hotel at two forty five am to go home.
- 55:27Speaker 14: Halfway home, I ran out of gas. I texted my
- 55:31Speaker 14: coworker and he said.
- 55:33Speaker 1: He couldn't leave.
- 55:34Speaker 14: He couldn't leave back out because his wife wasn't asleep.
- 55:39Speaker 14: I was screwed because my bestie was in Arizona all week.
- 55:43Speaker 14: If I called my dad, he would ask a million
- 55:46Speaker 14: questions about how I ran out of gas and why
- 55:48Speaker 14: I'm in my pajamas. My only option, My only option
- 55:53Speaker 14: was to call my husband. I had to call him
- 55:57Speaker 14: eight times before.
- 55:58Speaker 1: He woke up.
- 55:59Speaker 14: He picked me up, but he didn't say one word.
- 56:02Speaker 14: He's still ignoring me, and his calm demeanor is scaring me.
- 56:06Speaker 14: Do I make up a lie or tell him? Do
- 56:09Speaker 14: I make up a lie to tell him? Or wait
- 56:11Speaker 14: until he brings up the subject. This letter is so crazy.
- 56:17Speaker 14: It doesn't sound real, but it is. And I have
- 56:21Speaker 14: to say to you, a letter writer, you are not
- 56:23Speaker 14: a good cheater because for starters, how could you not
- 56:28Speaker 14: know that you would need gas in your car to
- 56:30Speaker 14: get back home? I mean, when you're cheating, you got
- 56:32Speaker 14: to think of all this stuff, right, You got to
- 56:34Speaker 14: check things you didn't and now you're busted. I don't
- 56:38Speaker 14: believe you tried to call everyone you could think of
- 56:41Speaker 14: before you called your husband. Your side Doe couldn't think
- 56:44Speaker 14: of anyone. He couldn't think of anyone either, Did you
- 56:46Speaker 14: ask him? Neither one of you need to be cheating, Okay,
- 56:50Speaker 14: I wouldn't say anything until when or if your husband
- 56:54Speaker 14: brings it up. All right, I wouldn't say anything. I
- 56:58Speaker 14: can't believe he hasn't said anything about it already. Did
- 57:01Speaker 14: he not ask you when he picked you up? What
- 57:04Speaker 14: were you doing out late?
- 57:06Speaker 1: And why did you have it?
- 57:07Speaker 14: He didn't ask you anything. I don't know the sleeping
- 57:10Speaker 14: pill you gave him. Maybe maybe that was so powerful
- 57:14Speaker 14: that he just couldn't put it all together. But since
- 57:17Speaker 14: he hasn't mentioned it, I would take this as a
- 57:19Speaker 14: blessing and some grace and leave your side piece alone,
- 57:23Speaker 14: because so far you've dodged a bullet.
- 57:26Speaker 1: Here, you've dodged a bullet.
- 57:28Speaker 14: Steve.
- 57:29Speaker 2: Yeah, she ain't dodged nothing.
- 57:33Speaker 1: He's waiting.
- 57:33Speaker 6: He picked me up in my pajamas at three am.
- 57:38Speaker 6: Three am, y'all come on now, this but the way
- 57:44Speaker 6: he picked you up. This forty six year old lady Mary.
- 57:48Speaker 6: Her and her husband have a horrible relationship. They've been
- 57:51Speaker 6: sleeping his separate bedroom since last October because he sleeped
- 57:56Speaker 6: with a sea pack machine.
- 57:59Speaker 2: I'm familiar with that.
- 58:00Speaker 6: I was on that for a few months, but thank
- 58:02Speaker 6: God to great health measures, I no longer have to
- 58:05Speaker 6: sleep with sleep app sleep pack sea pack machine because
- 58:09Speaker 6: I don't have sleep appnee anymore. The sea pack machine
- 58:12Speaker 6: helps you breathe smoothly at night. A guy somebody on
- 58:15Speaker 6: this show was familiar with that. Also, he sleeps. I'm
- 58:19Speaker 6: completely off mine. I cured myself of it, Praise God. But'
- 58:24Speaker 6: it's and people once you get used to it, it's
- 58:26Speaker 6: almost necessary. And people can't get used to that seatpack machine. Well, boy,
- 58:30Speaker 6: when he puts you out there, you be out good.
- 58:33Speaker 6: But you didn't add it to the measure because you
- 58:34Speaker 6: gave him a sleeping pill. And uh, you said that
- 58:40Speaker 6: you don't sleep with him because of the sea pack machine.
- 58:42Speaker 6: And he had a TV on and sleeps on the
- 58:44Speaker 6: ceiling fan and he's tired and cranky all the time. Well,
- 58:49Speaker 6: come on, know he tired and cranky all the time.
- 58:53Speaker 6: He sleep on the seat seapack machine. He had sex
- 58:57Speaker 6: with y'all in hollng since August.
- 59:03Speaker 2: August. It's fair, I know, getting hell welly clanking, So
- 59:10Speaker 2: we understand that.
- 59:11Speaker 6: So you started going out after work with the coworker
- 59:14Speaker 6: instead of going home to a hostel in box. You
- 59:17Speaker 6: and your coworker got drunk one night, y'all ended up
- 59:19Speaker 6: in the hotel room having sex in the shower.
- 59:23Speaker 2: Then here's the part yo.
- 59:24Speaker 6: If you think you're fast, fun is exciting me because
- 59:27Speaker 6: you be sneaking around having great sex. Been going on
- 59:31Speaker 6: with two months without any issues. But then Friday night.
- 59:34Speaker 6: Now this way had to let it get real.
- 59:35Speaker 8: Stupid.
- 59:37Speaker 6: You said, I think my husband might leave me because
- 59:40Speaker 6: around one am I gave him a sleeping pill and
- 59:45Speaker 6: I snuck out after he went to sleep. I had
- 59:48Speaker 6: on Saturn pajamas and my first coat. Okay, so you
- 59:55Speaker 6: up north somewhere. I met my coworker for I'm good love,
- 1:00:00Speaker 6: and we and we left the hotel at two forty five,
- 1:00:05Speaker 6: so you've been in there about an hour. Our forty five,
- 1:00:09Speaker 6: you left to go home. Halfway home, you ran out
- 1:00:12Speaker 6: of gas. I text my coworker. He said he couldn't
- 1:00:15Speaker 6: leave back out because his wife wasn't sleep. Uh oh,
- 1:00:19Speaker 6: now this is where the decision went wrong. When we
- 1:00:22Speaker 6: come back, I shared with you because she started calling,
- 1:00:25Speaker 6: figured out who to call, and she made a dumb All.
- 1:00:29Speaker 14: Right, Steve, hang on, we'll have part two of your
- 1:00:31Speaker 14: response coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour.
- 1:00:34Speaker 14: Today's Strawberry letter subjects he picked me up in my
- 1:00:37Speaker 14: pajamas at three a m.
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: We'll get back into it right after this.
- 1:00:43Speaker 14: You're listening Steve Hardy Morning Show. All right, Steve, come on,
- 1:00:47Speaker 14: let's recap today's strawberry letter. The subject he picked me
- 1:00:50Speaker 14: up in my pajamas at three am.
- 1:00:52Speaker 6: Forty six year old lady been married for a while,
- 1:00:56Speaker 6: but the past two years the relationship has gone to
- 1:00:58Speaker 6: hell with her and her husband.
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: They sleep and separate bedrooms.
- 1:01:01Speaker 6: Now they haven't had sex since last August because he
- 1:01:06Speaker 6: sleeps on a sea pack machine and he had a
- 1:01:09Speaker 6: TV on and they sleep under ceiling fans. So now
- 1:01:13Speaker 6: he having hot flashes and his ass is keeping on
- 1:01:16Speaker 6: a sea pack machine.
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: Lord, have mercy? Is he going through it? He's a
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: man with severe sleep apnee and minopause.
- 1:01:26Speaker 8: God Joe Joe.
- 1:01:29Speaker 6: So now, yeah, he got minto Paul. He having hot flash.
- 1:01:35Speaker 6: I just gave it to him just to make an
- 1:01:37Speaker 6: extra for the letters. And she say he's tired and
- 1:01:41Speaker 6: cranky all the time. Well, he had sex since last August.
- 1:01:44Speaker 6: They're gonna beat to pranky ass people in here. So
- 1:01:47Speaker 6: she started going out to work with the coworker and
- 1:01:50Speaker 6: they got drunk one night and they end up going
- 1:01:52Speaker 6: to a hotel and they had sex in the shower.
- 1:01:54Speaker 6: Now it's been going on for two months and it's
- 1:01:56Speaker 6: been great. So then the other Friday night. That's why
- 1:01:59Speaker 6: she think her husband gonna leave her, because around one am,
- 1:02:02Speaker 6: she gave her husband a sleeping pill, and then you
- 1:02:05Speaker 6: snuck out after he went to sleep. Now he and
- 1:02:07Speaker 6: there got seapacked, machine on, got your ceiling pan on.
- 1:02:11Speaker 6: There's a lot of humming happened. Now he got a
- 1:02:14Speaker 6: sleeping pill, his ass is out, and you after he
- 1:02:18Speaker 6: went to sleep, You had on some saturin pajamas and
- 1:02:20Speaker 6: your third coat, and you snuck out the house and
- 1:02:24Speaker 6: metro coworker for some good lover. Then y'all left the
- 1:02:27Speaker 6: hotel at two forty.
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: Five to eight m to go home. Halfway home, I
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: ran out of gas.
- 1:02:33Speaker 5: God.
- 1:02:35Speaker 6: I texted my coworker and he said he couldn't leave
- 1:02:39Speaker 6: back out because his wife wouldn't asleep. I was screwed
- 1:02:43Speaker 6: because my bestie was in Arizona all week.
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: Okay, so you couldn't call her.
- 1:02:49Speaker 6: If I called my dad, he would ask a million
- 1:02:51Speaker 6: questions about how I ran out of gas and why
- 1:02:54Speaker 6: I'm in my pajama. Well, right there, I'm fit to
- 1:02:59Speaker 6: call my daddy. I don't give a damn about these
- 1:03:03Speaker 6: million questions. You got a million questions, I got a
- 1:03:06Speaker 6: million lives. What you want, dad? I was on my
- 1:03:11Speaker 6: way over my girlfriend's house. I ran out of gas.
- 1:03:15Speaker 6: She and a fell asleep and she ain't answering her
- 1:03:17Speaker 6: phone while you got your pajamas on. She was over
- 1:03:20Speaker 6: there for struggling. She was talking about committing suicide. I
- 1:03:24Speaker 6: had to go over there and sea bottle. I've been
- 1:03:26Speaker 6: over there all night. I'm coming home and I ran
- 1:03:29Speaker 6: out of gas. Come on, take me home, daddy. I
- 1:03:32Speaker 6: don't feel like talking about this now. I've been over
- 1:03:34Speaker 6: there with my girl all night. I don't feel like this.
- 1:03:38Speaker 6: That's what you should have did. But nah, my only
- 1:03:43Speaker 6: option was to call my husband.
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: It's no way I'd have called my spot.
- 1:03:50Speaker 7: It ain't no way.
- 1:03:50Speaker 2: I'd have left that car and walked home. I'd have
- 1:03:53Speaker 2: got home.
- 1:03:54Speaker 6: That fird coat would have been so funky walking in
- 1:03:57Speaker 6: them silk pajamas. Talk out of myself out, But it's
- 1:04:01Speaker 6: no way I'm calling him. You called him, You had
- 1:04:04Speaker 6: to call him eight times before he woke up.
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: He picked me up but he did not say one word.
- 1:04:11Speaker 6: He's still ignoring me, and his calm demeanor is scaring.
- 1:04:16Speaker 6: So you need to go out in the garage to
- 1:04:17Speaker 6: see what's happening. You need to check and see if
- 1:04:19Speaker 6: it's a duct tape in the garage. Man, you got
- 1:04:23Speaker 6: to see if he'd have bought a small boat. You
- 1:04:25Speaker 6: can start checking on this stuff like that. Because he
- 1:04:28Speaker 6: ain't said nothing, Do I make up a lie to
- 1:04:31Speaker 6: tell him or wait until he brings up the subject. Well,
- 1:04:35Speaker 6: both bring up the subject and have your live ready.
- 1:04:40Speaker 6: I went over to Tsha's house. She was going through
- 1:04:43Speaker 6: some stuff. I was driving back home and ran out
- 1:04:49Speaker 6: of gas and I called you to come get it. Now,
- 1:04:52Speaker 6: you got to get t shirt on the phone. So
- 1:04:54Speaker 6: you gonna corroborate your story. You gotta get your alibi, right,
- 1:04:59Speaker 6: But that's all I got for you. But why in
- 1:05:02Speaker 6: the hell do you call your roof? You have got
- 1:05:05Speaker 6: to beat the gumpest cheater. Well she was cheating good,
- 1:05:12Speaker 6: it's just when you run it.
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: It's levels to this.
- 1:05:18Speaker 6: But that going out in your pajamas with that fur coat.
- 1:05:22Speaker 6: It ran out of gas. It's no way, no way
- 1:05:26Speaker 6: I would have called him. So you have brought this
- 1:05:28Speaker 6: on yourself. So now that's good for you. You're forty
- 1:05:31Speaker 6: six years old. You can learn a lesson now. So
- 1:05:36Speaker 6: I don't know any questions, Shirley, call me anybody. Well, Tommy,
- 1:05:41Speaker 6: you can't eat on an mpentertain you can't.
- 1:05:45Speaker 8: You got a planet.
- 1:05:49Speaker 9: He's something longer than sleeping pills though.
- 1:05:54Speaker 5: Him.
- 1:05:56Speaker 8: I ain't got nothing else we can use. What about
- 1:06:02Speaker 8: the house? Yes, time to get back?
- 1:06:06Speaker 5: You know?
- 1:06:08Speaker 14: What about her man? Does he bear any responsibility all
- 1:06:13Speaker 14: of this?
- 1:06:13Speaker 5: None?
- 1:06:14Speaker 6: He told her I can't get you cause my wife. Yeah,
- 1:06:22Speaker 6: he knew not to tell his wife. Well, yeah, hey,
- 1:06:25Speaker 6: by baby, I'm finn to go pick up this.
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: Girl, my coworker. She need a ride home.
- 1:06:31Speaker 8: He sleep, you know, he sleep until.
- 1:06:36Speaker 5: She did.
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: Call up.
- 1:06:39Speaker 6: I'd have left that car at uber home. Yeah, somebody
- 1:06:43Speaker 6: there when we walked up, their damn car stole it.
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: Yeah, anything she could have done?

- 1:09:53Speaker 8: Then he man? Then is Roben nickname? The word? Got it? Okay?
- 1:10:00Speaker 4: Cool?
- 1:10:02Speaker 13: You did?
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: Madre about to move it? Happy black Hissy movie. All right,
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: thank you, Junior.
- 1:10:11Speaker 14: Coming up at the top of the hour, a wife
- 1:10:13Speaker 14: needs advice Steve about her ex husband and about her
- 1:10:17Speaker 14: husband's ex wife.
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: We'll get into that right after this. You're listening hard
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: Morning show.
- 1:10:25Speaker 14: All right, Steve, This is from Dashlin and Chesapeake. Dashlin says,
- 1:10:29Speaker 14: I'm remarried and I have two children with my ex husband.
- 1:10:32Speaker 14: I have a great relationship with my children's dad, and
- 1:10:35Speaker 14: we let him stay at our house.
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: When he comes to visit our children.
- 1:10:39Speaker 14: My husband now expects the same courtesy when his ex
- 1:10:42Speaker 14: wife comes to town, but they don't share any kids.
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: I honestly didn't know he's still talked to her.
- 1:10:49Speaker 14: My ex husband lives six hundred and thirty miles away,
- 1:10:52Speaker 14: so it's a no brainer. My husband's ex wife has
- 1:10:55Speaker 14: family in town that she can stay with.
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: Make it makes sense.
- 1:10:59Speaker 14: Why does he expects his ex wife to stay with us?
- 1:11:03Speaker 6: I don't know why. I think it's just to get back.
- 1:11:05Speaker 6: I think he wants you to see how that feels.
- 1:11:08Speaker 6: Listen to me, man, your ex husband ain't staying in
- 1:11:12Speaker 6: my house.
- 1:11:13Speaker 2: I don't give it to.
- 1:11:16Speaker 7: You.
- 1:11:17Speaker 6: And the kids can go get a hotel room while
- 1:11:19Speaker 6: he visited, or his ass will get a hotel room
- 1:11:21Speaker 6: and the kids can spend the night there or anything
- 1:11:24Speaker 6: like that.
- 1:11:24Speaker 2: But ain't no, man, your ex man ain't coming staying
- 1:11:28Speaker 2: in my house.
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: Crazy arrangement, that's crazy.
- 1:11:31Speaker 6: Yeah, okay, cool. So now when my ex come to town,
- 1:11:34Speaker 6: she can stay with up it make it make sense.
- 1:11:38Speaker 6: Make I don't care how far you got a great
- 1:11:40Speaker 6: relationship with your ex husband, but you got a husband. Now,
- 1:11:44Speaker 6: you gotta respect this man's house. This is the king
- 1:11:48Speaker 6: of this castle, just like you the queen of the castle.
- 1:11:51Speaker 6: The king k feel disrespected, nor should the queen field
- 1:11:54Speaker 6: the respect. He ain't got no business bringing that woman
- 1:11:58Speaker 6: into your house. But you damn ain't got no bids
- 1:12:00Speaker 6: of bringing that man into your house. I don't give
- 1:12:02Speaker 6: a damn how cool to relationship is.
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: That's what doesn't event.
- 1:12:07Speaker 2: Both the little glass kids over there with him, I'm
- 1:12:11Speaker 2: talking about both the he lives miles away and when
- 1:12:20Speaker 2: he comes to visit, he stay at I what living
- 1:12:24Speaker 2: in my house? Man to be crazy?
- 1:12:27Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 1:12:27Speaker 6: And then dog for you to bring your ex wife
- 1:12:30Speaker 6: in this house. There's too much disrespect on both of thems.
- 1:12:34Speaker 6: You're dead wrongs first of all, and then he did
- 1:12:37Speaker 6: wrong second of all. Two wrongs don't make it right.
- 1:12:40Speaker 6: So how you want us to fix this problem? Both
- 1:12:42Speaker 6: of y'all wrong?
- 1:12:45Speaker 14: She's trying to justify it with the kids. All right,
- 1:12:48Speaker 14: we have time for another one, Steve. This is from
- 1:12:50Speaker 14: Henry and McDonough who says, my wife and I are
- 1:12:53Speaker 14: empty nesters and.

- 1:12:58Speaker 14: She has things plans planned for us to do on
- 1:13:00Speaker 14: Saturdays and Sundays, so I don't ever get to relax.
- 1:13:04Speaker 14: We've been to a brunch, a bunch of new restaurants,
- 1:13:07Speaker 14: all of the museums, outlet malls, movies and concerts. We're
- 1:13:12Speaker 14: still young at forty nine, but I don't like being
- 1:13:15Speaker 14: outside that much. Can I tell her I don't want
- 1:13:18Speaker 14: to go?
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: Or do I have to participate.
- 1:13:23Speaker 2: Everybody here with that damn museum. Ain't nobody doing that then?
- 1:13:26Speaker 5: You?
- 1:13:28Speaker 6: Marjorie loves museum to look at none of the old
- 1:13:33Speaker 6: ass lot of facts. Man stock around looking at no
- 1:13:37Speaker 6: damn base and white kids up in the air with them.
- 1:13:42Speaker 6: Damn bow and arrows right here, and they've been to
- 1:13:48Speaker 6: all the museums.
- 1:13:50Speaker 2: I'm not going to play.
- 1:13:54Speaker 14: We're about outlet mall. Outlet malls.
- 1:13:57Speaker 11: They go, there'd that mom, I'm not mad, Yeah, they go,
- 1:14:05Speaker 11: that's that's one of their outings on the weekend.

- 1:14:47Speaker 2: swoosh on it.

- 1:18:25Speaker 6: You know famous? Oh it's hard, man, But you know,
- 1:18:33Speaker 6: I mean it's cool. I spent a lot of time.
- 1:18:35Speaker 6: It an't cost money. You got to stay in that
- 1:18:37Speaker 6: high slot room all the day. We got to stay
- 1:18:40Speaker 6: in there. Well, they got guards and everything, you know.
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: All right, right, I love it speaking in Vegas.
- 1:18:50Speaker 2: But I do like I do like gambling at the
- 1:18:53Speaker 2: regular dice table.
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: Okay, that's what that was.
- 1:18:55Speaker 14: The slot machines or roulette slot machine.
- 1:19:00Speaker 5: But oh.
- 1:19:05Speaker 6: You can't be good at either one of them. But
- 1:19:07Speaker 6: at least I got a choice in roulette.
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: Uh huh, what I make my last?

- 1:19:58Speaker 1: At the time. Nope, really okay, thank you. That's today's rounded.
- 1:20:09Speaker 14: Would you rather we'll be back with our closing remarks
- 1:20:13Speaker 14: at forty nine minutes after right after this.
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: You're listening morning show?
- 1:20:18Speaker 14: All right, guys, here we are last break of the
- 1:20:21Speaker 14: day on this Wednesday.
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: Wow, it's been a good day. I like your trivia
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: sports trivia that you gave.
- 1:20:31Speaker 5: Do you know what I like?
- 1:20:32Speaker 10: I'm sure earlier give a shout out to the Earl
- 1:20:36Speaker 10: of Otingham, thank you beautiful thing you did.
- 1:20:40Speaker 8: Yes, yes, yes it was.
- 1:20:43Speaker 5: It was brief.
- 1:20:44Speaker 2: And he's that dude. Man, he's just that dude. You
- 1:20:47Speaker 2: know you need to know about what's happening over Buckingham Palace.
- 1:20:52Speaker 2: I mean, that's just the dude straight.
- 1:20:55Speaker 6: A lot of inside information he got, you know, really
- 1:20:59Speaker 6: really poor difference. Hey, I wanted to share something with
- 1:21:04Speaker 6: you all. In closing remarks today, I heard a guy
- 1:21:08Speaker 6: I don't, I don't know his name.
- 1:21:10Speaker 2: He's a rapper.
- 1:21:11Speaker 6: I think I don't know his name. He's got some
- 1:21:14Speaker 6: tattoos on his face and he's got braids and he's, uh,
- 1:21:20Speaker 6: I don't, I don't know his name.
- 1:21:26Speaker 2: A lot of people.
- 1:21:29Speaker 6: It's a guy on there and he's he talks a
- 1:21:31Speaker 6: lot of positive stuff, a lot of stuff.
- 1:21:33Speaker 2: I'm not really shooting.
- 1:21:34Speaker 6: But he said something the other day I was scrolling
- 1:21:36Speaker 6: through and I kind of picked up on it. I
- 1:21:38Speaker 6: really enjoyed this statement he made. He says, you have
- 1:21:43Speaker 6: every right to protect your energy. And I heard that
- 1:21:49Speaker 6: young man say that, and I said, wow, that's a
- 1:21:52Speaker 6: powerful statement.
- 1:21:53Speaker 2: You have every right to protect.
- 1:21:57Speaker 6: Your energy if you are on a journey to become
- 1:22:01Speaker 6: successful or happy.
- 1:22:04Speaker 2: You have every right to protect your energy.
- 1:22:08Speaker 6: See, most people, not most, but all people that I
- 1:22:12Speaker 6: associate have those two goals in front of them at
- 1:22:16Speaker 6: all times. They're trying to be successful and they're trying
- 1:22:19Speaker 6: to be happy. Now, whatever level of success you choose,
- 1:22:23Speaker 6: that's yours. But everybody should be on that quest to
- 1:22:27Speaker 6: become more successful and just a happier person, to live
- 1:22:31Speaker 6: the best quality life you can. But in that, you
- 1:22:35Speaker 6: have every right to protect your energy. You have every
- 1:22:39Speaker 6: right to disassociate yourself with negative people. You have every
- 1:22:45Speaker 6: right to choose not to be around stuff that's not
- 1:22:50Speaker 6: beneficial to your journey to becoming successful or happy. You
- 1:22:55Speaker 6: don't have to go along with it just because that's
- 1:22:58Speaker 6: the status quote.
- 1:23:01Speaker 2: Stop doing that. Stop trying to get in to fit
- 1:23:05Speaker 2: in when.
- 1:23:06Speaker 8: God has.
- 1:23:08Speaker 6: Truly, truly and obviously set you on a different path.
- 1:23:13Speaker 6: Everybody's path is different. Nobody has the same journey. There
- 1:23:17Speaker 6: are no two people walking in the same footsteps. None
- 1:23:23Speaker 6: all of us have lives that has its own twisting turns,
- 1:23:28Speaker 6: as every one of us must sometimes learn. And that's
- 1:23:32Speaker 6: a stanza from a poem called don't Quit. But I'm
- 1:23:35Speaker 6: telling you this because sometimes too many people are so
- 1:23:40Speaker 6: busy trying to get in where they fit in that
- 1:23:42Speaker 6: you forget that that's not your path.
- 1:23:46Speaker 8: You have a path.
- 1:23:48Speaker 2: You all stop giving up.
- 1:23:51Speaker 6: Your quest for happiness and success because this is what
- 1:23:54Speaker 6: the masters are doing. You've got to be careful of
- 1:23:58Speaker 6: the masses. This internet, man, has young people all twisted up.
- 1:24:03Speaker 6: Young people are committing suicide because of the Internet. Young
- 1:24:07Speaker 6: people are going through some depression because of the Internet.
- 1:24:10Speaker 6: We're in a crisis with this thing, man, because these
- 1:24:14Speaker 6: people are so obsessed with life. They're cyber bullying going on.
- 1:24:18Speaker 6: There's if you I was just talking with the crew
- 1:24:21Speaker 6: this morning. There's a new item out called the Stanley Cup.
- 1:24:24Speaker 6: And one little child came to school and was so
- 1:24:26Speaker 6: heavily ridiculed by the other students for not having a
- 1:24:30Speaker 6: Stanley cup.
- 1:24:31Speaker 2: What what's happening here?
- 1:24:35Speaker 5: I mean?
- 1:24:35Speaker 2: And that's a small thing.
- 1:24:38Speaker 6: They got it where if you don't hate what I hate,
- 1:24:42Speaker 6: then you a hater. Wait a minute, what I got
- 1:24:46Speaker 6: to hate what you hate? I got to go along
- 1:24:49Speaker 6: with whatever it is you got going on, or I
- 1:24:52Speaker 6: got a problem. It's in every aspect of our life.
- 1:24:55Speaker 8: Man.
- 1:24:56Speaker 2: That young man said it best. You have every right
- 1:24:59Speaker 2: to protect your inn it. Listen to me.
- 1:25:03Speaker 6: Whatever your belief is, you have every right to hold
- 1:25:06Speaker 6: on to it. This is how I choose to live.
- 1:25:10Speaker 6: And because I don't live the way you've decided to live, Now,
- 1:25:14Speaker 6: why I got to be wrong for that? If you
- 1:25:17Speaker 6: have the right to go down whatever path with your life,
- 1:25:21Speaker 6: choose your sexuality, choose your career, choose your mate, choose your.
- 1:25:28Speaker 2: H whatever your decision is, and lie. If you have
- 1:25:31Speaker 2: that right, so do I.
- 1:25:34Speaker 5: So do I.
- 1:25:36Speaker 6: I have the right to protect my energy. If you
- 1:25:39Speaker 6: don't want to hear about my energy, then don't ask
- 1:25:41Speaker 6: about it. You can't bring me your thoughts and your
- 1:25:45Speaker 6: dreams and visions for yourself if they don't line up
- 1:25:48Speaker 6: with mind. We don't have to be cool, just going
- 1:25:51Speaker 6: over there and keep doing you. But stop trying to
- 1:25:54Speaker 6: get in so you can fit in. I'm telling you, man,
- 1:25:58Speaker 6: that's a dangerous thing. You are on a separate path.
- 1:26:01Speaker 6: You ain't got to go along with it just because
- 1:26:03Speaker 6: everybody going along with it. We are in a world
- 1:26:07Speaker 6: now where they have got you so tied up in
- 1:26:10Speaker 6: political correctness that if you don't agree with everything everybody
- 1:26:14Speaker 6: doing now you're wrong. Now I disagree with that I'm
- 1:26:19Speaker 6: not wrong. I'm not wrong for protecting my energy. I'm
- 1:26:23Speaker 6: not wrong for raising my children this way. I'm not
- 1:26:26Speaker 6: wrong for telling telling my grandchildren about God.
- 1:26:30Speaker 2: I'm not wrong for that. I'm not wrong for getting
- 1:26:33Speaker 2: mad up.
- 1:26:34Speaker 6: People getting mad up at the school because some teacher
- 1:26:36Speaker 6: trying to put their child in the situation that they
- 1:26:38Speaker 6: don't agree for. Protect your energy, everybody, you have every
- 1:26:41Speaker 6: right to do that. Pursue your line of happiness and
- 1:26:44Speaker 6: your line of success and state. Of course, those are
- 1:26:47Speaker 6: my closing remarks. See y'all tomorrows. Talk to God today.
- 1:26:51Speaker 6: He would absolutely love to hear from you.
