- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome. It is a fabulous day in America. It's verdict
- 0:06Speaker 1: with Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with you, and Senator
- 0:09Speaker 1: Donald Trump. Trump to them all the Democrats, the globalists,
- 0:14Speaker 1: the deep state, the fake news, the fake polls, even
- 0:17Speaker 1: the assassins, and now we have a very different day
- 0:21Speaker 1: in America.
- 0:23Speaker 2: It is an extraordinary day in America. You and I
- 0:27Speaker 2: are here at one eleven PM on Wednesday, right after
- 0:31Speaker 2: the election, and last night was simply a spectacular night.
- 0:37Speaker 2: It was an election that defied all the pundits, that
- 0:41Speaker 2: defied all the analysts, and that transforms America and transforms
- 0:47Speaker 2: the world. I'm reminded of nineteen eighty four. It's morning
- 0:49Speaker 2: in America again. It is that again. I believe God
- 0:53Speaker 2: has answered our prayers for our nation, and I am
- 0:56Speaker 2: so grateful Donald Trump has been re elected president in
- 1:01Speaker 2: what has to be the most remarkable comeback in political history.
- 1:06Speaker 2: I'm also very, very grateful that Republicans have taken a
- 1:11Speaker 2: majority of the Senate and we've got a real chance
- 1:13Speaker 2: at it being a sizable majority in the Senate. That
- 1:16Speaker 2: included me getting re elected, which didn't suck at all.
- 1:20Speaker 2: And we'll talk about that as well, and it looks
- 1:25Speaker 2: like we've got a real shot at Republicans holding the house.
- 1:28Speaker 2: That is the one that is not clear and determined
- 1:31Speaker 2: right now, but hopefully we will hold the house as well.
- 1:34Speaker 2: That'll make a big, big difference if we do. It
- 1:37Speaker 2: is an incredible day.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Yeah, it really is. And we get to finally talk
- 1:43Speaker 1: about your race. I'll explain that in a moment. Let
- 1:46Speaker 1: me tell you about chalk real quick. If you're a
- 1:48Speaker 1: guy and you are sick and tired of feeling tired,
- 1:52Speaker 1: maybe you want to work out, Maybe you just feel
- 1:54Speaker 1: like you're fatigued all the time, Well, guess what, you're
- 1:57Speaker 1: not alone. A little over a year ago, I ended
- 2:00Speaker 1: up getting a lot of blood work done and I said,
- 2:02Speaker 1: all right, I gotta get in shape. Had I had
- 2:04Speaker 1: my cholesterol that was too high, I felt fatigued, I
- 2:07Speaker 1: felt tired all the time. And that is when I
- 2:10Speaker 1: got the Chalk male Vitality Stack. Now since I started,
- 2:15Speaker 1: I am down over seventy pounds. Not only am I
- 2:18Speaker 1: sleeping better, I have so much more energy. Because men's
- 2:21Speaker 1: testosterum levels are off a cliff historically at an all
- 2:24Speaker 1: time low, and that is where chalk comes in. Choq.

- 2:32Speaker 1: back your right to proudly maximize your masculinity by boosting
- 2:36Speaker 1: testosterum levels up to twenty percent over ninety days. Now,
- 2:41Speaker 1: if you've never tried chalk, I want you to save
- 2:44Speaker 1: money and I want you to try it. And if
- 2:45Speaker 1: you'll want, if you're tired of feeling sick and tired,
- 2:48Speaker 1: then get chalk right now. It has game changing effects

- 3:13Speaker 1: any time centater. There's just one headline that I do
- 3:18Speaker 1: have to start with because this is just such a
- 3:20Speaker 1: fun one for me. And we can explain why we
- 3:23Speaker 1: haven't actually talked about your race on Verdict, because everywhere
- 3:27Speaker 1: I go people are like, why are you guys not
- 3:28Speaker 1: talking about this race against Alrid And I can explain
- 3:31Speaker 1: it in person. I couldn't talk about on the show.
- 3:33Speaker 1: You couldn't either, But let's just put in perspective here,
- 3:38Speaker 1: Republicans were closer to flipping New York than Democrats were
- 3:44Speaker 1: to flipping Texas. Even though the entire Democratic machine came
- 3:48Speaker 1: after you and tried to unseat you. That didn't work.
- 3:52Speaker 1: What it was a massive victory for you last night,
- 3:54Speaker 1: almost a ten point victory. Congratulations, a million vote difference
- 3:57Speaker 1: between you and your opponent. So let's just tell people
- 4:00Speaker 1: for a second here why this is something we haven't
- 4:03Speaker 1: talked about here.
- 4:04Speaker 2: Yeah. Look, we had an incredible victory at my race
- 4:07Speaker 2: last night. You and I were both at the victory
- 4:09Speaker 2: party past three in the morning. It was a remarkable outcome.
- 4:13Speaker 2: And regular listeners of the podcast, you guys have noticed
- 4:17Speaker 2: that a word I have never once said on this
- 4:20Speaker 2: podcast is all read. I've never mentioned Colin Allread. I've
- 4:24Speaker 2: never talked about my race even once. We have talked
- 4:27Speaker 2: about issues. We talk about issues a lot. We have
- 4:30Speaker 2: talked about the presidential race, we've talked about Senate races,
- 4:33Speaker 2: we've talked about other races, but we have never talked
- 4:36Speaker 2: about my race. And that was because if we had
- 4:39Speaker 2: talked about my race on this podcast, it would have
- 4:42Speaker 2: prompted complaints to the FEC. I don't think they would
- 4:44Speaker 2: have succeeded, but it would have prompted complaints, and we
- 4:47Speaker 2: decided that we didn't want to unnecessarily give a basis
- 4:51Speaker 2: for a complaint, and so we just didn't talk about
- 4:53Speaker 2: the race at all. I got to say, it was
- 4:55Speaker 2: mildly schizophrenic, however, because I'd go and do any other interview,
- 4:59Speaker 2: I'd go on Fox News, I'd go on talk radio,
- 5:01Speaker 2: I'd go do something else. I'd go on on a
- 5:04Speaker 2: different show, and I talk about a race all the
- 5:06Speaker 2: time because I was in the middle race.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, you'd get to go on my show and
- 5:10Speaker 1: we could talk about it, but not on Verdict.
- 5:12Speaker 2: And I know our listeners found that odd, and it
- 5:15Speaker 2: was just it was avoiding in any potential legal peril.
- 5:19Speaker 2: We just didn't talk about it. But now that it's over,
- 5:21Speaker 2: the race is done. And wow, what a night we
- 5:25Speaker 2: had last night. As you noted, we won by nearly
- 5:29Speaker 2: ten points, we won by a million votes. I mean,
- 5:33Speaker 2: it was an extraordinary victory. It was a victory across
- 5:37Speaker 2: the board. And one of the one of the amazing,
- 5:42Speaker 2: amazing outcomes was what happened in South Texas and what
- 5:48Speaker 2: happened with Hispanics, and and NBC News is reporting that
- 5:53Speaker 2: I won Hispanics statewide by six points. That is a big,
- 5:59Speaker 2: big deal. You want to talk about a transformation, and
- 6:02Speaker 2: we saw South Texas counties and a region of the
- 6:07Speaker 2: state that has been bright blue for one hundred years
- 6:11Speaker 2: is rapidly, rapidly turning red. We had major victories throughout
- 6:17Speaker 2: South Texas. To win Hispanic statewide by six points is transformational.
- 6:24Speaker 2: And I believe what we did in South Texas with
- 6:26Speaker 2: this election, and what Donald Trump did in South Texas
- 6:30Speaker 2: with this election, I think is generationally transformative. And in fact,
- 6:34Speaker 2: my prediction is in the next year we will see many,
- 6:39Speaker 2: many elected South Texas Democrats switching parties, leaving their party
- 6:44Speaker 2: and joining the Republican Party. And I think once it starts,
- 6:47Speaker 2: it's not going to be one or two, It's going
- 6:49Speaker 2: to be an avalanche. I think they're all looking around
- 6:52Speaker 2: and you hear these conversations down in the valley, wait,
- 6:56Speaker 2: are we all Republicans now? And it is. It's a big,
- 7:01Speaker 2: big deal for Texas, and it's a big deal nationally.
- 7:04Speaker 1: It's nationally as well. And I want to go back
- 7:07Speaker 1: to something that happened and it goes back to what
- 7:11Speaker 1: we've talked about here. Why Donald Trump won last night,
- 7:14Speaker 1: why you won last night, came down to the basic issues,
- 7:18Speaker 1: which is, it's the economy stupid. It is safety. It
- 7:22Speaker 1: is about saying yep for our kids instead of having
- 7:25Speaker 1: to say no, whether that's when you go to the
- 7:27Speaker 1: grocery store or if they want to go outside in
- 7:29Speaker 1: front of your house and play. These are the basic issues.
- 7:32Speaker 1: And the elitists in the media and the Harris campaign
- 7:36Speaker 1: refused to stop dictating to Americans and actually listened to Americans,
- 7:41Speaker 1: and you went all over the state and we listened
- 7:44Speaker 1: to voters, and what their concerns were was, I don't
- 7:48Speaker 1: feel like I'm secure. I don't feel like that we're
- 7:51Speaker 1: heading the right direction. I don't feel like my kids
- 7:54Speaker 1: are safe. I don't feel like my grandparents or my
- 7:57Speaker 1: parents are safe. And I want to live in a
- 8:00Speaker 1: society where I can say yes to my kids at
- 8:03Speaker 1: the grocery store, yes to going to events, yes to
- 8:06Speaker 1: having that birthday party, instead of saying no, no, no,
- 8:09Speaker 1: all the way. And as Fox News described it, they
- 8:12Speaker 1: said the most important issue facing the country with exit
- 8:16Speaker 1: poll data was the economy. Thirty nine percent that was
- 8:20Speaker 1: economy twenty percent then said it was immigration, which also
- 8:24Speaker 1: deals with fentanyl and deals with the crime. Here's how
- 8:27Speaker 1: they described.
- 8:28Speaker 3: It toose voter analysis could tell the story of this
- 8:31Speaker 3: night and tell the story of the election. Just a reminder,
- 8:34Speaker 3: different than exit polls. We ask voters over one hundred
- 8:38Speaker 3: and twenty thousand of them all over the country, all
- 8:41Speaker 3: fifty states, leading up to and on election day, different
- 8:45Speaker 3: from exit polls, and right now I can start to
- 8:47Speaker 3: begin to give you our key findings and takeaways from what.
- 8:52Speaker 2: We ask voters.
- 8:52Speaker 3: This is really to give you an idea of not
- 8:54Speaker 3: only how they voted, but why early in the evening.
- 8:57Speaker 3: We can't reveal how they broke down to the candidates,
- 9:00Speaker 3: but we can reveal how they're feeling. We asked about
- 9:03Speaker 3: the direction of the country. This number is key those
- 9:06Speaker 3: who feel like the country right now is moving in
- 9:08Speaker 3: the wrong direction seven out of ten American voters. This
- 9:13Speaker 3: is ten points higher than it was in twenty twenty,
- 9:16Speaker 3: just four years ago. If you were to break this down,
- 9:19Speaker 3: also new technology, our heat map. You can see some
- 9:22Speaker 3: of those darker areas on the heat map, especially those
- 9:25Speaker 3: Sun Belt states. This is where they don't like how
- 9:28Speaker 3: the country is heading or where it's heading, and that
- 9:31Speaker 3: could be very revealing as we continue to watch the
- 9:33Speaker 3: election results throughout the night. Another top finding, we know
- 9:37Speaker 3: the economy has been key, and Americans just haven't been
- 9:40Speaker 3: feeling good about their finances. We asked about their famili's
- 9:44Speaker 3: financial situation, and look at this. While thirteen percent say
- 9:48Speaker 3: they're getting ahead, fifty six percent holding steady, thirty one
- 9:52Speaker 3: percent of respondents said they feel like they're falling behind.
- 9:56Speaker 3: That's more than three to ten voters also perspective, that's
- 10:00Speaker 3: thirteen points worse than it was just four years ago
- 10:03Speaker 3: when it was at eighteen percent.
- 10:06Speaker 1: You listen to that center and it's the economy, stupid,
- 10:09Speaker 1: That is what mattered. And the Democrats did not listen
- 10:12Speaker 1: to the American people.
- 10:14Speaker 2: Well, it was certainly the economy, but more broadly, it
- 10:17Speaker 2: was also it was the border, it was inflation, it
- 10:21Speaker 2: was safety and crime, and it was chaos. I mean, listen,
- 10:25Speaker 2: the Biden Harris record is a train wreck. Everything they've done.
- 10:31Speaker 2: There's a reason Kamalin never talked about anything they've done.
- 10:33Speaker 2: She ran as the change candidate because she sure as
- 10:36Speaker 2: that couldn't run on her record. And you know what
- 10:38Speaker 2: the American people said, to hell with that. We want change.
- 10:41Speaker 2: As you just played seven and ten Americans said, we
- 10:44Speaker 2: want to change the path we're on. Well we just did.
- 10:47Speaker 2: And you look at the results of Trump's win the
- 10:52Speaker 2: seven swing states. As we sit here today at now
- 10:55Speaker 2: one twenty two pm, Trump has won five of those
- 11:00Speaker 2: seven swing states. He won North Carolina, he flipped Georgia.
- 11:04Speaker 2: Georgia went for Biden, This time it went for Trump.
- 11:07Speaker 2: He flipped Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania went for Biden, this time it
- 11:10Speaker 2: went for Trump. He flipped Wisconsin. It had previously gone
- 11:14Speaker 2: for Biden. This time it went for Trump. And he
- 11:17Speaker 2: flipped Michigan. Previously it went for Biden, this time it
- 11:21Speaker 2: went for Trump. And right now Trump is leading in Arizona, Nevada,
- 11:25Speaker 2: the other two so they haven't called those states yet,
- 11:28Speaker 2: but there's a very real possibility that Trump will win
- 11:31Speaker 2: seven out of seven swing state winning everywhere. The current
- 11:36Speaker 2: count is he has two hundred and ninety one electoral votes,
- 11:39Speaker 2: he only needs two seventy to win. Kamala Harris has
- 11:41Speaker 2: two hundred and twenty three. And I'll tell you every
- 11:44Speaker 2: bit is astonishing and powerful and transformational. Is Trump won
- 11:50Speaker 2: the popular vote as of the current count by nearly
- 11:54Speaker 2: five million votes. The current the current count according to
- 11:57Speaker 2: CNN is seventy one million, eight hundred and eighty three,
- 12:00Speaker 2: seven hundred and ninety five votes for Trump and sixty
- 12:03Speaker 2: seven million, six eight hundred and sixty four votes for Kamala.
- 12:07Speaker 2: That is fifty point nine percent compared to forty seven
- 12:10Speaker 2: point four percent. That is historic, a big, big transformation,
- 12:16Speaker 2: and and and it is. It is changing America. The
- 12:21Speaker 2: stock market is exploding, going crazy. Bitcoin is soaring like
- 12:26Speaker 2: people are jubilant, and it is changing the world.
- 12:30Speaker 1: And the reason why they're jube one is because they
- 12:32Speaker 1: understand now what's coming back. No one is in Uncertainty
- 12:37Speaker 1: is what causes markets to have instability.
- 12:41Speaker 2: Everyone not just and also crazy ass socialists destroying your
- 12:45Speaker 2: company's taxing you out of existence, putting in crushing regulations
- 12:49Speaker 2: that destroy your ability to make a profit. All of
- 12:51Speaker 2: that hurts too.
- 12:53Speaker 1: Yeah, but you look at where we are. I don't
- 12:55Speaker 1: know if we've ever had this moment before where it
- 12:58Speaker 1: is so crystal clear the agenda of Donald Trump that
- 13:01Speaker 1: is going to be brought to Washington, d C. There
- 13:04Speaker 1: is a clear mandate to drain the swamp. There's a
- 13:06Speaker 1: clear mandate to change the way government works. There's a
- 13:08Speaker 1: clear mandate to work with Congress on securing the border.
- 13:12Speaker 1: There's a clear mandate in the Senate that looks like
- 13:14Speaker 1: there's gonna be a clear mandate in the House. And
- 13:16Speaker 1: there's a mandate that obviously investors are responding to. There's
- 13:21Speaker 1: also a clear mandate that's coming to the border and
- 13:25Speaker 1: other countries and the Middle East and oil and gas
- 13:28Speaker 1: and all of these things. And that's the reason why
- 13:31Speaker 1: I think you're seeing these massive games on Wall Street
- 13:33Speaker 1: is there's just a moment today where Americans took a
- 13:36Speaker 1: deep breath, they went out and they voted, They declared
- 13:39Speaker 1: what they wanted. Damn be the media and their lack
- 13:42Speaker 1: of influence and trying to lie to you, trying to
- 13:45Speaker 1: take out Trump. As we mentioned in the beginning, there
- 13:47Speaker 1: is a mandate now to go back to what this
- 13:51Speaker 1: country looked like in twenty sixteen when Donald Trump went
- 13:53Speaker 1: in the White House. Except this time it's even more
- 13:55Speaker 1: clear what he's going to.
- 13:56Speaker 2: Do well, and we're going to see a number of
- 13:59Speaker 2: big changes early on. The biggest thing that we will
- 14:02Speaker 2: see immediately is the border. And I have said this before,
- 14:06Speaker 2: but I'm going to say it again. We will secure
- 14:08Speaker 2: the border, and it's going to be fast. It's not
- 14:11Speaker 2: going to take a year, and I don't think it's
- 14:12Speaker 2: going to take six months. I think we will do
- 14:14Speaker 2: it in January and February. The reason I say that
- 14:18Speaker 2: is that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris did all this
- 14:20Speaker 2: damage through unilateral executive action, which means Trump can undo
- 14:26Speaker 2: it through unilateral executive action. And the most important determinant
- 14:30Speaker 2: is what happens when you arrest an illegal immigrant, and
- 14:34Speaker 2: if you put them on a plane and you fly
- 14:35Speaker 2: them home, the numbers plummet, and they plummet immediately. And
- 14:38Speaker 2: on January twentieth, that's going to happen. And in fact,
- 14:41Speaker 2: I think we're going to see the numbers. We may
- 14:42Speaker 2: see the numbers fall even before Trump is sworn in,
- 14:45Speaker 2: although there might there might also be a surge in
- 14:49Speaker 2: November and December. I am worried that we'll see a
- 14:52Speaker 2: surge of illegals trying to rush across the border right
- 14:54Speaker 2: before Trump gets here. But as soon as Trump is
- 14:57Speaker 2: in office, we are going to see the border be secured.
- 15:00Speaker 2: You were at our election night party last night, we
- 15:04Speaker 2: had a packed house, we had north of a thousand people,
- 15:08Speaker 2: their incredible energy. In the middle of my victory speech,
- 15:12Speaker 2: the crowd began channing build the wall, Build the wall,
- 15:15Speaker 2: to which I responded, we will. We are going to
- 15:17Speaker 2: do that. Now, whether Congress goes along is a different question,
- 15:21Speaker 2: because the Democrats are still going to have enough votes
- 15:24Speaker 2: in the Senate to filibuster legislation. And it will be
- 15:29Speaker 2: interesting to see if congressional Democrats have learned anything from
- 15:34Speaker 2: this ass kicking. Let's be clear, that's what this election was,
- 15:38Speaker 2: was an ass kicking across the board. And I'll be
- 15:43Speaker 2: very curious next week I'll be in in DC. I'll
- 15:46Speaker 2: see my colleagues. I'll be very curious if any Democrats
- 15:50Speaker 2: are looking around going maybe being wild eyed leftist communist America.
- 15:56Speaker 2: Hating lunatics is not a path to victory. And I
- 15:59Speaker 2: don't know if they'll that or not. They might double
- 16:01Speaker 2: down and you know, you know, start, you know, dig
- 16:06Speaker 2: in even harder. I don't know that they do hate
- 16:09Speaker 2: Trump's guts, so they're probably just losing their minds right now.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Well, they're losing their minds on social media. And by
- 16:16Speaker 1: the way, didn't the Democrats want to get rid of
- 16:17Speaker 1: the filibuster. Can we go back to that just for
- 16:19Speaker 1: a second.
- 16:20Speaker 2: Oh, they absolutely did. Now they all love it. And
- 16:24Speaker 2: now I will say, let's not take for granted that
- 16:27Speaker 2: we know the outcome in the House, and that right
- 16:30Speaker 2: now is the most consequential question that is outstanding. Ben
- 16:35Speaker 2: It is a big, big difference whether Republicans whether we
- 16:39Speaker 2: keep the majority in the House or we lose it.
- 16:42Speaker 2: And the House is still very much in the balance.
- 16:44Speaker 2: It could go either way. Mike Johnson, the Speaker, is
- 16:47Speaker 2: saying that he thinks that will hold on to the House,
- 16:50Speaker 2: that the votes are there, but there's still a bunch
- 16:51Speaker 2: of races that are outstanding. We don't know right now.
- 16:54Speaker 2: And let me tell you why it's such a big deal.
- 16:57Speaker 2: Let's say the Democrats take a majority of the House
- 17:00Speaker 2: by one vote. I don't want that to be the case,
- 17:02Speaker 2: but if that happens, it decreases by a factor of
- 17:07Speaker 2: one hundred what we can accomplish in the next two years.
- 17:11Speaker 2: And here is why. Because I mentioned securing the border.
- 17:15Speaker 2: Trump can do that Unilatterally, we'll also see big national
- 17:19Speaker 2: security victories. I think we will see in the next year.
- 17:21Speaker 2: Both of the wars come to an end. I think
- 17:23Speaker 2: the Ukraine War will come to an end. Russia will
- 17:26Speaker 2: suffer a loss, There'll be some negotiated outcome that is
- 17:29Speaker 2: a loss for Russia, but it will end. And I
- 17:32Speaker 2: believe the war in Israel will end as well, and
- 17:35Speaker 2: Israel will defeat Hamas as a result of that. All
- 17:37Speaker 2: of that Trump can do essentially unilaterally as commander in chief. However,
- 17:44Speaker 2: for legislation to pass, you got to get it through
- 17:47Speaker 2: the House and Senate. And the big kahuna is the
- 17:52Speaker 2: twenty seventeen tax cuts that are expiring. Most of them
- 17:54Speaker 2: are expiring next year. If we have both the House
- 17:57Speaker 2: and Senate, we will be able to take up what
- 17:59Speaker 2: is called budget reconciliation. Budget reconciliation, the most important thing
- 18:04Speaker 2: about that is it is an avenue around the filibuster.
- 18:07Speaker 2: So it is a way that we can pass budget
- 18:11Speaker 2: and tax and economic legislation without the Democrats being able
- 18:16Speaker 2: to stop it. And so if we have the House,
- 18:19Speaker 2: we'll do a budget reconciliation. We will extend the tax cuts.
- 18:23Speaker 2: I think we'll make them bigger and bolder. And beyond that,
- 18:27Speaker 2: I think we will see serious reg reforms. I think
- 18:30Speaker 2: we will see advances on energy. I think budget reconciliation
- 18:35Speaker 2: opens a lot of legislative victories if we can do it.
- 18:39Speaker 2: If the Democrats have the House, even by one vote,
- 18:43Speaker 2: they'll refuse to do reconciliation, and so it will mean, look,
- 18:48Speaker 2: we'll have to negotiate something on the tax cuts, but
- 18:51Speaker 2: they become the economic policy becomes massively less good. If
- 18:58Speaker 2: the Democrats have the House, I'm hopeful that we have it.
- 19:01Speaker 2: I hope we actually have a decent majority in the
- 19:03Speaker 2: householdthough I think that's probably unlikely. I think it is.
- 19:06Speaker 2: If we have a majority, I think it is likely
- 19:08Speaker 2: that it's going to be an excruciatingly small majority in
- 19:11Speaker 2: the House. Sold that'll be frustrating and have its own challenges,
- 19:14Speaker 2: but it is a binary flip of the switch. If
- 19:17Speaker 2: the Democrats have the House, our ability to legislate grinds
- 19:23Speaker 2: to a halt.
- 19:25Speaker 1: Yeah, no doubt about it. If you are a conservative
- 19:28Speaker 1: and you love winning, well, now it's time to really
- 19:31Speaker 1: make sure you're giving your money to comans that stand
- 19:33Speaker 1: with your values. And one bill you have every month
- 19:37Speaker 1: you may not realize just what it's costing you, and
- 19:40Speaker 1: that's your cell phone bill because Big Mobile gives big
- 19:42Speaker 1: donations and they will not stop to democratic causes candidates
- 19:48Speaker 1: and organizations, including organizations that pay for abortions. This is
- 19:53Speaker 1: why I want you to switch to Patriot Mobile. I've

- 20:08Speaker 1: Now here's the best part about being with Patriot Mobile.
- 20:11Speaker 1: They take about five percent of your bill every month
- 20:14Speaker 1: at no extra cost to you, and they give it
- 20:18Speaker 1: back to conservative causes, candidates and organizations that fight for
- 20:23Speaker 1: our First and our Second Amendment rights. They fight for
- 20:27Speaker 1: the sanctity of life. They fight and stand with our military,
- 20:30Speaker 1: our first responders, and our wounded warrior heroes. The other
- 20:34Speaker 1: thing about Patriot Mobile is they can save you money.

- 21:16Speaker 1: and use that promo code Verdict for free month of
- 21:19Speaker 1: service today. Senator, Let's also just talk about I think
- 21:25Speaker 1: the silent majority was sick and tired of being dictated
- 21:29Speaker 1: to and yelled at and called hitler and called garbage.
- 21:33Speaker 1: I think that played into this race. For the first
- 21:35Speaker 1: time a Republican has won the popular vote in two decades,
- 21:39Speaker 1: twenty plus years. If that doesn't feel like vindication, I
- 21:43Speaker 1: don't know what is. But this was a moment where
- 21:46Speaker 1: Americans stood up to the media. They stood up to
- 21:49Speaker 1: the Taylor Swifts and the Beyonces, the and the George
- 21:53Speaker 1: Cloones of the world and all these radicals in the
- 21:56Speaker 1: media and said, no, no, no, I'm not going to be quiet.
- 21:59Speaker 1: I'm not going to be told of them a racists
- 22:00Speaker 1: are a bigot because I stand up for my traditional values.
- 22:03Speaker 2: And you're not going to bully me anymore. This is
- 22:05Speaker 2: massive I think you're exactly right. It turns out it
- 22:10Speaker 2: is a bad electoral strategy to insult and condescend and
- 22:15Speaker 2: treat the voters like crap. And that's what the Democrats
- 22:19Speaker 2: look In the last two weeks, you had Kamala Harris
- 22:22Speaker 2: launch their strategy of calling Donald Trump hitler. You then
- 22:26Speaker 2: had Joe Biden calling half of America pieces of garbage,
- 22:30Speaker 2: and you then had Mark Cuban on behalf of Kamala Harris,
- 22:33Speaker 2: her top surrogate, go out and insult women and say
- 22:37Speaker 2: there are no smart and strong women voting for Donald Trump.
- 22:40Speaker 2: That combination. Look, I got to tell you, I've run
- 22:44Speaker 2: on a lot of elections. I've never found that insulting
- 22:47Speaker 2: the voters is a smart electoral strategy. And it was
- 22:51Speaker 2: a little bizarre to see the Democrats go all in
- 22:54Speaker 2: on that.
- 22:55Speaker 1: Yeah, it didn't work and it was a failure. There.
- 22:58Speaker 1: Let's talk about what happened in the Senate, because I
- 23:02Speaker 1: think this goes back to how important it was with
- 23:04Speaker 1: your race and the fact that you were able to
- 23:06Speaker 1: win by such a large margin over already there was
- 23:09Speaker 1: an incredible amount of money. We didn't get talk about
- 23:11Speaker 1: this on Verdicts as we mentioned earlier, but there was
- 23:13Speaker 1: an incredible amount of money and Chuck Schumer, you were
- 23:16Speaker 1: his number one target. They came after you. They basically
- 23:20Speaker 1: kind of pulled away from this race a little bit
- 23:22Speaker 1: financially after you just wiped him during the debate. Congratulations
- 23:26Speaker 1: on that something we didn't get to talk about on
- 23:28Speaker 1: the show. But if people are boring, they're junkies like
- 23:31Speaker 1: I am, and you want to watch one hell of
- 23:32Speaker 1: a debate, go watch Center Cruise and they all read debate.
- 23:34Speaker 1: It was unbelievable and that shifted the race financially. But
- 23:39Speaker 1: the amount of money that came in from outside to
- 23:42Speaker 1: try to turn Texas into a liberal state. But at
- 23:46Speaker 1: the end of the day, Republicans are closer to flipping
- 23:49Speaker 1: New York in Texas, and that is a data point
- 23:53Speaker 1: as well that I think you got to look at.
- 23:55Speaker 2: Yeah, no, no, that's exactly right. I will say the debate.
- 23:58Speaker 2: The debate was ridiculous fun. I loved that debate. I
- 24:02Speaker 2: had a lot of fun doing it, and I think
- 24:04Speaker 2: it went well. I will look this race. Chuck Schumer
- 24:10Speaker 2: was explicit that I was his number one target in
- 24:13Speaker 2: the country, and they flooded cash into the state of Texas.
- 24:18Speaker 2: This race was the single most expensive Senate race in
- 24:22Speaker 2: the entire country. It will end up being nearly a
- 24:26Speaker 2: quarter billion dollars. Nearly two hundred and fifty million dollars
- 24:29Speaker 2: will have been spent on both sides in this race.
- 24:33Speaker 2: That ain't cheap. Schumer poured well over one hundred million
- 24:39Speaker 2: into the race. And I got to say one of
- 24:41Speaker 2: my more fun things that I enjoyed doing last night
- 24:44Speaker 2: at the election night speech, as I took the opportunity
- 24:48Speaker 2: to thank Schumer, I said, thanks, Chuck, we may have
- 24:51Speaker 2: won a couple more Senate seats tonight because you wasted
- 24:55Speaker 2: so much money in the state of Texas. So I
- 24:56Speaker 2: appreciate that, and it I gotta say, I guarantee you
- 25:01Speaker 2: there's some Democrats who are second guessing that, who are
- 25:04Speaker 2: questioning did that make any sense just to pour the
- 25:07Speaker 2: money into Texas and lose the states they lost.
- 25:12Speaker 1: You talk about the Senate agenda moving forward. Obviously the
- 25:15Speaker 1: border is going to be something very quick. But there
- 25:17Speaker 1: are some new ideas that have come out of this
- 25:19Speaker 1: Trump campaign that connected with voters. A great example is
- 25:23Speaker 1: Elon Musk and Trump talking about, hey, retired people should
- 25:26Speaker 1: be completely tax exempt they've already paid their taxes. We
- 25:29Speaker 1: need to stop taxing social Security benefits, some of these
- 25:33Speaker 1: common sense things. What are the chances that some of
- 25:37Speaker 1: these ideas that connected with the American people. No taxes
- 25:39Speaker 1: on tips is another example, will turn into a reality
- 25:44Speaker 1: if we have the House and Senate or is that
- 25:46Speaker 1: still going to be a really tough thing to get done.
- 25:49Speaker 2: Look, if we have the House, I think we'll get
- 25:51Speaker 2: it done. No taxes on tips. I'm the author of
- 25:54Speaker 2: that legislation in the Senate. When I introduced it, it
- 25:57Speaker 2: was interesting. It's bipartisan legislation. Both of the Democrat senators
- 26:02Speaker 2: from Nevada joined almost immediately. They told me twenty five
- 26:05Speaker 2: percent of the workers in Nevada are tipped workers, and
- 26:08Speaker 2: so they jumped on immediately. If we have the House,
- 26:14Speaker 2: I think it will be part of the tax cuts,
- 26:16Speaker 2: no taxes on tips. I also think we'll get it done.
- 26:19Speaker 2: No taxes on Social Security. That is a little bit
- 26:22Speaker 2: harder to do because in terms of the budgetary cost
- 26:24Speaker 2: it's not cheap, and so the negotiations back and forth
- 26:28Speaker 2: that there'll be some bumps on that. But the President
- 26:31Speaker 2: is pushing for it. I'm strongly in favor of it.
- 26:33Speaker 2: I think we'll get it done as part of the
- 26:34Speaker 2: tax cuts. Both of those are big, big, important policy ideas.
- 26:40Speaker 2: And listen, in terms of the Senate, let's break down
- 26:42Speaker 2: where we stand on the Senate right now. So we
- 26:44Speaker 2: went into last night with the Democrats having a fifty
- 26:47Speaker 2: one forty nine majority. As of right now, Republicans have
- 26:52Speaker 2: fifty two. So we have three pickups that are clear.
- 26:56Speaker 2: One of them is West Virginia. We knew that was
- 26:58Speaker 2: one hundred percent, and so Jim Justice, the governor, is
- 27:02Speaker 2: going to now be the Senator. He's going to replace
- 27:04Speaker 2: Joe Manchin. The Democrats basically conceded West Virginia once Joe
- 27:08Speaker 2: Manchin wasn't running. There wasn't a Democrat alive who could
- 27:11Speaker 2: win West Virginia. They conceded that. The two others that
- 27:14Speaker 2: we have won are Montana and Ohio. Montana was John Tester.
- 27:19Speaker 2: Montana is a bright red state and Tim Shee he
- 27:21Speaker 2: just just beat Tester. That's a victory we thought was
- 27:25Speaker 2: quite likely and it happened. Montana is too red a
- 27:30Speaker 2: state to be represented by a Democrat. Ohio, likewise, Sharett
- 27:34Speaker 2: Brown was beaten by Bernie Moreno last night. That's a
- 27:39Speaker 2: great victory. That was a hard fought victory. I'll tell
- 27:42Speaker 2: you Shared Brown and John Tester two the very best
- 27:44Speaker 2: politicians in the country. You don't get elected counter to
- 27:49Speaker 2: the way your state generally votes unless you're really really talented.
- 27:53Speaker 2: And you know, John Tester with a flat top haircut,
- 27:57Speaker 2: Nate Figures, he seemed like a big old fat mine
- 28:00Speaker 2: tan of rancher that just was a regular guy, and
- 28:02Speaker 2: it got them elected even when Trump was carrying the
- 28:04Speaker 2: state and Republicans were carrying the state in past years.
- 28:08Speaker 2: SAME's true in Ohio where Shared Brown seemed like just
- 28:12Speaker 2: a regular guy at the Union Hall, and there were
- 28:14Speaker 2: voters in Ohio that were voting Donald Trump Shared Brown. Now,
- 28:18Speaker 2: both Brown and Tester vote like communists. They vote like
- 28:22Speaker 2: like like Chuck Schumer, but they're very good character actors,
- 28:26Speaker 2: and when they're back at home they pretended not to.
- 28:29Speaker 2: Those two victories ensure that we have the majority in
- 28:33Speaker 2: the Senate. And then on top of that, right now
- 28:36Speaker 2: we have four other possibilities. We had one hard loss.
- 28:40Speaker 2: We did not win Wisconsin. We were leading a good
- 28:42Speaker 2: chunk of the night. Eric Hovedy was narrowly leading Tammy
- 28:46Speaker 2: Baldwin's Wisconsin's now been called for the Democrats, So assuming
- 28:50Speaker 2: those numbers are right, it looks like we did not
- 28:53Speaker 2: win Wisconsin in the Senate, although Trump won Wisconsin and
- 28:57Speaker 2: the presidential Right now, we have a shot at winning Pennsylvania, Michigan, Nevada,
- 29:05Speaker 2: and Arizona. All of those are uncalled right now, and
- 29:09Speaker 2: here are the numbers. Pennsylvania right now, Dave McCormick, the
- 29:13Speaker 2: Republican is leading forty eight point nine percent to forty
- 29:18Speaker 2: eight point five percent, so it's really really close. Michigan,
- 29:26Speaker 2: Michigan right now, the Democrat is leading forty eight point
- 29:29Speaker 2: six percent to forty eight point three percent, so we
- 29:32Speaker 2: are down by point three percent both Pennsylvania and Michigan.
- 29:36Speaker 2: Ninety seven percent of the vote is in Nevada, Nevada
- 29:41Speaker 2: right now, the Republican Sam Brown is leading forty seven
- 29:45Speaker 2: point five percent to forty seven percent. That would be
- 29:49Speaker 2: a flip if we won Nevada. Eighty eight percent of
- 29:54Speaker 2: the vote is in there, and then Arizona. Arizona. Right now,
- 29:58Speaker 2: this is probably the it's the furthest distance we have
- 30:02Speaker 2: to have to climb. The Democrat is leading fifty point
- 30:05Speaker 2: four percent to forty seven point seven percent, So it's
- 30:10Speaker 2: three points that we need to pick up almost three points. Now,
- 30:15Speaker 2: only sixty three percent of the vote is in in Arizona,
- 30:18Speaker 2: and it's America Copa County. It's the suburbs of Phoenix
- 30:22Speaker 2: that are still counting. So look, it is certainly possible
- 30:26Speaker 2: that we win Arizona. Trump is one Arizona, but three
- 30:30Speaker 2: points is a bigger margin to close than the other states.
- 30:32Speaker 2: And so all four of those we're going to wait
- 30:34Speaker 2: and see.
- 30:35Speaker 1: Let's talk finally about the takeaways from the media, and
- 30:39Speaker 1: I'll go back to what I said earlier. Donald Trump
- 30:42Speaker 1: trumped them all. He trumped the Democrats, he trumped the globalists,
- 30:46Speaker 1: he trumped the deep state, he trumped the news media.
- 30:50Speaker 1: They're still having meltdowns. This morning, the View, the girls
- 30:55Speaker 1: on the View, the ladies in the View came out
- 30:56Speaker 1: wearing black like it was a funeral, no health crisis.
- 31:01Speaker 1: MSNBC's O'Donnell trash as the Founding Fathers called the electoral
- 31:05Speaker 1: College voter suppression. This morning, Joy Reid at MSNBC said,
- 31:10Speaker 1: Ford extreme right wing fascist state now officially Van Jones,
- 31:16Speaker 1: came out and started playing the race card in the
- 31:18Speaker 1: gender card. John Stewart had a total meltdown on his show,
- 31:23Speaker 1: and this is just what we're seeing in the moments
- 31:27Speaker 1: after a Trump victory. It's like they didn't learn their lesson.
- 31:33Speaker 1: I mean, you would think they would take away and go, Okay,
- 31:35Speaker 1: what did we do wrong? They're not stopping.
- 31:39Speaker 2: You know, look, we'll see what happens. I think there
- 31:43Speaker 2: right now, there's a lot of blaming of Kamala for
- 31:46Speaker 2: being a terrible candidate. There's a lot of blaming of
- 31:48Speaker 2: Joe Biden for having been essentially unconscious for several years.
- 31:57Speaker 2: I don't see the Democrats right now taking responsibility for, gosh,
- 32:03Speaker 2: we advocated an agenda that was horrible for America. You know,
- 32:08Speaker 2: there used to be Senate moderates among the Democrats. I
- 32:13Speaker 2: don't know of any Senate moderates left. The only two
- 32:17Speaker 2: arguable ones where Joe Manchin and Kirsten Cinema. They're both gone,
- 32:20Speaker 2: and so that that dynamic, you know, you look at.
- 32:26Speaker 2: I would love to see some Democrats recalibrate and say
- 32:31Speaker 2: let's move to the middle. But I think right now
- 32:35Speaker 2: they're just emoting. They're just engaged in a combination of
- 32:39Speaker 2: rage and shock and disbelief. Look, you know you and
- 32:45Speaker 2: I talked about Mark Halprin, he used to be the
- 32:48Speaker 2: head of political news at ABC did an interview with
- 32:51Speaker 2: Tucker Carlson where Halprin said that he thought there would
- 32:54Speaker 2: be real mental health crises and violence from the left
- 33:00Speaker 2: if Trump won. That he was laying out the case
- 33:03Speaker 2: that those of us not afflicted with Trump derangement syndrome
- 33:08Speaker 2: do not understand just how much of a meltdown this
- 33:12Speaker 2: will be. Look, I hope we don't go there, but
- 33:16Speaker 2: I do think I don't see many Democrats willing to
- 33:21Speaker 2: repent and change their ways.
- 33:24Speaker 1: No that I couldn't agree with you more. I want
- 33:26Speaker 1: to want to ask you another question, also about Elon
- 33:29Speaker 1: musk in just a second. But first let me tell
- 33:31Speaker 1: you about my friend's over at Berna. If you want
- 33:35Speaker 1: to be able to protect yourself and your family, but
- 33:38Speaker 1: maybe you're at work at a place where you can't
- 33:40Speaker 1: carry a firearm, or maybe you have a child that's eighteen,
- 33:43Speaker 1: or a mother or a grandmother doesn't feel comfortable carrying
- 33:46Speaker 1: a gun, well you've got to check out BURNA. Now
- 33:49Speaker 1: I have this, and I'm a gun owner. I had
- 33:51Speaker 1: to pull the trigger and use a firearm to protect
- 33:53Speaker 1: my life. But I love knowing that a Berna is
- 33:57Speaker 1: an option now. It is a less lethal pistol launcher.
- 34:01Speaker 1: Berna can save two lives and it is a great
- 34:05Speaker 1: compliment owning a firearm. If you or your family is
- 34:07Speaker 1: in a situation where you feel threatened, then you can
- 34:10Speaker 1: start with less lethal. It is legal in all fifty states.
- 34:15Speaker 1: There are no permits or background checks needed. And I
- 34:18Speaker 1: own this and I got them from my wife, my
- 34:20Speaker 1: sister in law, my mother in law, my mom, and
- 34:23Speaker 1: my sister. The Burner is the answer because it's designed
- 34:26Speaker 1: to be easily used by all age groups eighteen and older.
- 34:30Speaker 1: The Burner launcher has powerful deterrence like tear gas and
- 34:34Speaker 1: kinetic rounds. With a sixty foot range, one shot can
- 34:40Speaker 1: incapacitate attackers for up to forty minutes. It is used
- 34:43Speaker 1: by government agencies and law enforcement around the country and
- 34:46Speaker 1: more than a half million units have been sold with
- 34:48Speaker 1: more than fourteen thousand, four and a half star reviews. So,
- 34:53Speaker 1: if you want to know that you can always protect yourself,
- 34:56Speaker 1: and you want to have options, especially for young people
- 35:00Speaker 1: eighteen older. Maybe you've got a daughter that's living by herself,
- 35:03Speaker 1: visit Berna. That's by r NA dot com slash verdict.
- 35:10Speaker 1: You're gonna get ten percent off your purchase by r
- 35:15Speaker 1: NA dot com slash verdict. For ten percent off your purchase,
- 35:19Speaker 1: that's burna dot Com slash verdict. Ten percent off by
- 35:23Speaker 1: RNA dot com. All right, let me ask you this question.
- 35:27Speaker 1: You've actually met and chatted with Elon Musk. There is
- 35:31Speaker 1: something different that's happening right now, and that's the people
- 35:34Speaker 1: around Trump. Uh, there's a very good chance that Elon
- 35:37Speaker 1: Musk could be involved in the in the Trump administration
- 35:40Speaker 1: on a real level. We see him bring in people
- 35:42Speaker 1: like RFK Junior. We see him bringing in different minds
- 35:46Speaker 1: that traditional, you know, politicians have not done. How significant
- 35:50Speaker 1: could it be to have a guy like Elon Musk
- 35:53Speaker 1: coming in and looking at, like, you know, accountability and
- 35:56Speaker 1: efficiency with the United States government, which is clearly a
- 36:00Speaker 1: bloated and this is something he's really good at.
- 36:03Speaker 2: Yeah. Look, Elon is extraordinary. I know him well, he's
- 36:06Speaker 2: become a friend. I've spent a lot of time with Elon.
- 36:09Speaker 2: I'll tell you that they're smart people you encounter in life.
- 36:14Speaker 2: Elon is next level. I mean, there's just the guy
- 36:17Speaker 2: is freaking brilliant, and he knows how to run a company.
- 36:21Speaker 2: Like you look at the incredible success he has, whether
- 36:25Speaker 2: it's Tesla, whether it's it's SpaceX, whether it's the Boring Company,
- 36:29Speaker 2: whether it is X, like he has an ability to run.
- 36:35Speaker 2: And by the way, the many of those companies are
- 36:38Speaker 2: like really precise manufacturers. You look at SpaceX where they're
- 36:43Speaker 2: manufacturing rocket ships with precision, with with within a like
- 36:47Speaker 2: a like a tenth of an inch or less. I
- 36:50Speaker 2: mean it is. And I've been down to the like
- 36:52Speaker 2: they're factory in Bokachika, down down by Brownsville in the
- 36:55Speaker 2: southern tip of Texas. I mean, it is remarkable. They're
- 36:57Speaker 2: turning out a rocket ship a month and they just
- 37:00Speaker 2: built it out of nothing. I mean, is it's incredible.
- 37:04Speaker 2: And Elon is all in. We saw him pour himself
- 37:09Speaker 2: into this election at the end, I think it made
- 37:11Speaker 2: a difference. I think he made a difference in Pennsylvania
- 37:13Speaker 2: where he really devoted a lot of time and energy
- 37:16Speaker 2: and money and personal credibility. And I think it will
- 37:19Speaker 2: be significant his impact on the federal government. Now, there
- 37:23Speaker 2: are structural impediments to having efficiency in government, and so
- 37:29Speaker 2: I don't think people should think we're suddenly going to
- 37:31Speaker 2: be in Nirvana and everything will be solved because in
- 37:36Speaker 2: a company, Elon can walk in and fire anyone he wants.
- 37:40Speaker 2: And by the way, when he bought Twitter, he fired
- 37:42Speaker 2: a whole bunch of the folks there and all the
- 37:44Speaker 2: woke radicals, he basically said, bye bye, you're out of here.
- 37:47Speaker 2: The federal government, that is much much harder to do.
- 37:50Speaker 2: You've got civil service protections that enables career bureaucrats to
- 37:54Speaker 2: burrow in. I think we will see the Trump administration
- 37:59Speaker 2: take on the career bureaucracy in a way that has
- 38:02Speaker 2: never ever happened before. That's a big deal. I expect
- 38:05Speaker 2: Elon to play an important role in that. But I
- 38:08Speaker 2: don't want to understate the legal barriers, the bureaucratic barriers,
- 38:14Speaker 2: that it is not like just coming into a company
- 38:18Speaker 2: where you have the ability to give anyone a pink slip.
- 38:21Speaker 2: The bureaucracy will fight back. And by the way, in
- 38:25Speaker 2: the first Trump term, we saw the deep state wage
- 38:28Speaker 2: war on Donald Trump. I very much hope the team
- 38:31Speaker 2: coming in understands much much better just how dangerous the
- 38:38Speaker 2: foe is they're facing. Of the radical leftists who burrowed
- 38:41Speaker 2: into the federal government and that they're better prepared and
- 38:45Speaker 2: ready to take them on.
- 38:47Speaker 1: Yeah, no doubt about it. And by the way, saving
- 38:49Speaker 1: free speech by buying X just so people know how
- 38:52Speaker 1: biased I would say the media is. And I'm talking
- 38:58Speaker 1: about the media. You have control over Facebook. We were
- 39:01Speaker 1: comparing last night many conservative influencers and Center. You're gonna
- 39:06Speaker 1: find this interesting. From October ninth through November the fifth,
- 39:12Speaker 1: the reach that I had on Facebook was down eighty
- 39:17Speaker 1: three point six percent as a conservative on Facebook in
- 39:23Speaker 1: the month leading up to election. By and there were
- 39:27Speaker 1: quite a few other conservatives. I was talking earlier with
- 39:30Speaker 1: Megan McCain about this, and we opened up our analytics,
- 39:33Speaker 1: our insights on our public pages, and again I'm looking
- 39:37Speaker 1: at it right now. Eighty three point six percent. That's
- 39:42Speaker 1: how much they turned off the faucet to free speech
- 39:45Speaker 1: of conservative influencers on Facebook, on Meta, on Instagram in
- 39:50Speaker 1: the last thirty days before the election. So the liberals
- 39:54Speaker 1: had free flow of intel and information and their side
- 39:59Speaker 1: and con conservatives were throttled almost eighty five percent. I
- 40:03Speaker 1: just think that's interesting to see what Elon must have
- 40:06Speaker 1: to save freedom of speech on X he didn't do
- 40:10Speaker 1: that there. He let everybody talk. God bless America when
- 40:13Speaker 1: it comes to that. Your final thoughts to all the
- 40:15Speaker 1: listeners of Verdict, all those that came out and voted
- 40:18Speaker 1: for you. I know you want to say something to
- 40:19Speaker 1: them as well.
- 40:21Speaker 2: Look to the listeners of Verdict, you guys are amazing.
- 40:23Speaker 2: You're the most informed, you're the most engaged. You care
- 40:26Speaker 2: about our nation. You're fighting to save our nation. And
- 40:30Speaker 2: everyone in Texas who worked so unbelievably hard. Look that
- 40:34Speaker 2: this was a battle I believe about keeping Texas Texas,
- 40:37Speaker 2: my race. The money, the media, everything that came in
- 40:41Speaker 2: against us. They if you live in Texas. By the way,
- 40:45Speaker 2: thank god the ads are over. I mean, you couldn't
- 40:48Speaker 2: turn on your TV without every second or third ad
- 40:50Speaker 2: being an attack ad just hammering the living daylights out
- 40:54Speaker 2: of me and the people of Texas. I'll tell you
- 40:56Speaker 2: it was inspirational. You came out on the road with me.
- 40:58Speaker 2: We did a fifty three stop bus tour all across
- 41:03Speaker 2: the state of Texas, over nine thousand miles we covered,
- 41:06Speaker 2: We did rallies everywhere, and it was incredible. The people
- 41:10Speaker 2: and you're just ordinary people, students, senior citizens, single moms, Hispanics,
- 41:16Speaker 2: African Americans, just Texans standing up and saying we want
- 41:21Speaker 2: to keep Texas Texas. We want low taxes, low and
- 41:25Speaker 2: reasonable regulations, lots of jobs. We want security, we want
- 41:29Speaker 2: the border secure. We want to support law enforcement. We
- 41:32Speaker 2: want criminals in jail. We want to defend our freedom.
- 41:34Speaker 2: We want free speech, religious liberty, the Second Amendment. All
- 41:38Speaker 2: of that was on the ballot last night. And I
- 41:40Speaker 2: want to say it is breathtaking the Texans that came
- 41:43Speaker 2: out for me and nationally, the people who supported the campaign,
- 41:46Speaker 2: who contributed the campaign, thank you, thank you, thank you.
- 41:51Speaker 2: And the people who supported Donald Trump, who supported Senate
- 41:55Speaker 2: candidates and House candidates across the country. You helped change
- 42:00Speaker 2: America and I believe pull it back from the brink
- 42:04Speaker 2: of destruction. And I just want to say thank you
- 42:07Speaker 2: to the incredible patriots who together saved America last night.
- 42:13Speaker 1: I will say this too. The work is just begun.
- 42:16Speaker 1: I promise you We're going to be fighting hard for you, guys.
- 42:19Speaker 1: This is just the beginning. Don't forget. We do the
- 42:22Speaker 1: show Monday, Wednesday Friday. Share this podcast wherever you can
- 42:25Speaker 1: on social media, especially now that it works for conservatives again.
- 42:29Speaker 1: Share it, share it everywhere, and don't forget grab my podcast,
- 42:33Speaker 1: the Ben Ferguson Podcasts. I'll keep you up to day,
- 42:36Speaker 1: up to date on those in between days as well,
- 42:38Speaker 1: So grab that and the Senate and I will see
- 42:41Speaker 1: you back here on Friday morning.
