- 1:01Speaker 4: Turn out, you love turn, you gotta turn. I came.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Not to turn the mouth turn.
- 1:43Speaker 4: You probably got to turn the mouth turn al the
- 1:47Speaker 4: mon aga loo.
- 1:55Speaker 3: Come come on, you're thinking, huh, I sure will. Good
- 2:04Speaker 3: morning everybody you are listening to the voice, Come on
- 2:06Speaker 3: digmy now.
- 2:08Speaker 2: One and only Steve Harvey got a radio show.
- 2:12Speaker 3: Why because God, God is in the blessing business. If
- 2:17Speaker 3: you go get in line, he has something for you.
- 2:22Speaker 3: God is amazing. The plan he actually has for you
- 2:27Speaker 3: is so far greater than you can possibly imagine. It's
- 2:31Speaker 3: really mind blowing. And as I look back on where
- 2:36Speaker 3: He's brought me from and what he's currently doing for me,
- 2:41Speaker 3: all I can do is tell you is God. That's
- 2:43Speaker 3: all I can tell you. Because I tell you right now,
- 2:46Speaker 3: I didn't foresee it.
- 2:48Speaker 2: You know.
- 2:48Speaker 3: It oftentimes amazes me when I listen to celebrities when
- 2:51Speaker 3: they interview, how they say, you know, I always always
- 2:54Speaker 3: thought that this would happen for me and I just
- 2:57Speaker 3: you know, it could be true, but for me, it's
- 3:00Speaker 3: not that way at all.
- 3:03Speaker 2: I didn't imagine it this way. I had a.
- 3:08Speaker 3: Dream of becoming famous one day, but I had no
- 3:13Speaker 3: idea it would ever get to this. It was a
- 3:18Speaker 3: very very simple desire for fame. There is no way
- 3:23Speaker 3: I could have seen all this. There is no way
- 3:26Speaker 3: I am telling you this is. This has been nothing
- 3:30Speaker 3: for me but the grace of God, and all the
- 3:34Speaker 3: times I failed, every time I had fallen, he picked
- 3:39Speaker 3: me up, He dusted me off, and he kept me moving.
- 3:44Speaker 3: It has been an amazing thing to watch God do
- 3:48Speaker 3: what he do. As I look back on my history
- 3:51Speaker 3: and you sometimes look back on your history, you've got
- 3:54Speaker 3: to see, man, wow, what God has done for you
- 3:57Speaker 3: and what He's brought you through to enable you to
- 3:59Speaker 3: be where you are. It is amazing because really, I
- 4:04Speaker 3: mean really real talk. Now, had he allowed all of
- 4:08Speaker 3: the decisions I had made to play all the way out,
- 4:11Speaker 3: I can assure you I wouldn't be here today. But God,
- 4:15Speaker 3: through this grace and mercy, who had a plan for me,
- 4:18Speaker 3: who was just waiting on me to come get in line,
- 4:22Speaker 3: and then he was gonna start emptying Now he was
- 4:25Speaker 3: gonna start shipping out all the boxes in heaven with
- 4:28Speaker 3: my name on it. And man, what a great god
- 4:31Speaker 3: he is, What a great god he is. And you
- 4:34Speaker 3: have boxes of blessings with your name on it that
- 4:39Speaker 3: he is waiting to ship. But he needs you to
- 4:42Speaker 3: go down there and get in line. That's what it is.
- 4:46Speaker 3: It is not that he has more boxes for other
- 4:49Speaker 3: people than he do you. He got boxes with your
- 4:51Speaker 3: name on it who have never been shipped because.
- 4:55Speaker 2: You will not get in line to go get them.
- 4:57Speaker 3: You will not ask God for him, you will not
- 5:01Speaker 3: do the things necessary to attain them.
- 5:03Speaker 2: We stop our own blessings.
- 5:05Speaker 3: Man, I have been the biggest stopper of my blessings
- 5:07Speaker 3: than anybody else. I can't really get mad at nobody.
- 5:11Speaker 3: I got nobody to blame for my existence but me.
- 5:15Speaker 3: But then at the same time, I can't take credit
- 5:18Speaker 3: for this. I really really can't.
- 5:20Speaker 2: I kid you not. I cannot take credit for it.
- 5:23Speaker 3: And if you ever see me taking credit for it,
- 5:26Speaker 3: tap me on the shoulder, say Steve, pull up. Remember
- 5:29Speaker 3: you said the same about you. If you catch me
- 5:32Speaker 3: taking too much credit, you have my permission to stop me.
- 5:37Speaker 3: Now Here is the deal, though, And This is what
- 5:41Speaker 3: I want to get through to you today. Moving forward
- 5:47Speaker 3: while under attack, new level, new devil. You know, every
- 5:53Speaker 3: time you go somewhere, every time you try to progress,
- 5:56Speaker 3: every time you make a decision to be better, to
- 5:58Speaker 3: do better, that's going to be a confrontation you're going
- 6:01Speaker 3: to have because it is the enemy's job to not
- 6:05Speaker 3: see you go forward, do better, want more, behave yourself.
- 6:10Speaker 3: There is a force that is operative out there that
- 6:13Speaker 3: has people working on his behalf twenty four to seven.
- 6:18Speaker 3: You got a computer, Go read a blog. Just go
- 6:20Speaker 3: read a blog. They busy man not knowing, but just
- 6:25Speaker 3: saying evil stuff constantly.
- 6:28Speaker 2: That's the job. Well, here's what happens.
- 6:33Speaker 8: I you.
- 6:35Speaker 3: We have to always keep moving forward while we're under attack,
- 6:42Speaker 3: because the attack is going to always come. If you
- 6:47Speaker 3: allow the attackers to stop you, you will lose that
- 6:51Speaker 3: particular battle. And you cannot afford this.
- 6:55Speaker 2: You know.
- 6:55Speaker 3: My father used to say, be careful when you're trying
- 6:59Speaker 3: to kick somebody off the ladder, because you got to
- 7:02Speaker 3: take your foot off too, and you might slip. And
- 7:06Speaker 3: so when people are taking their feet off the ladder,
- 7:09Speaker 3: most some of them, most the majority of them ain't
- 7:11Speaker 3: even up own a ladder. They just at the bottom
- 7:13Speaker 3: throwing stuff up at you. They are just shaking your ladder.
- 7:17Speaker 3: They ain't even they ain't even on your level. Really
- 7:19Speaker 3: tell you the truth, they really not. You have moved
- 7:22Speaker 3: on far beyond them, spiritually, physically, everything, but they are
- 7:27Speaker 3: still shaking your ladder and attacking.
- 7:29Speaker 8: You.
- 7:30Speaker 3: Keep moving forward while under attack, because the attacks are
- 7:34Speaker 3: going to come. If you take the time to stop
- 7:36Speaker 3: and address it, you are impeding your own progress.
- 7:41Speaker 2: This is very important to understand.
- 7:44Speaker 3: Go on bout your business and remember Steve Harvey and
- 7:48Speaker 3: remember those of you out there. There is a Bible
- 7:51Speaker 3: verse that helps me out every time.
- 7:53Speaker 2: And I don't know why.
- 7:54Speaker 3: I got it on six different plaques sitting all around
- 7:56Speaker 3: my offices. Everywhere I go, I can read it Isaiah
- 7:59Speaker 3: Fish seventeen. No weapon formed against me shall prosper that
- 8:04Speaker 3: because this is that he will put me under his
- 8:07Speaker 3: wings or protection.
- 8:09Speaker 2: And this is my inheritance as a servant of the
- 8:15Speaker 2: Lord period.
- 8:16Speaker 3: I'm his boy, he my man, so so dig so
- 8:20Speaker 3: when you're coming for me, I have to just rest
- 8:24Speaker 3: on that Lord right there, that he got it that
- 8:27Speaker 3: no weapon formed against me shall prosper. I'm just like you.
- 8:30Speaker 3: Sometimes you know, we know better, but sometimes we don't
- 8:33Speaker 3: do better. Man, let them say what they gonna say
- 8:36Speaker 3: when they get through saying it, when they get through
- 8:39Speaker 3: writing it, when they get through talking about you, when
- 8:41Speaker 3: they get through lying about you. Guess what they're gonna
- 8:44Speaker 3: have to do. They're gonna have to step back and
- 8:46Speaker 3: watch your rise. They gonna have to kick back and
- 8:49Speaker 3: watch what God got for you. Because nothing God got
- 8:52Speaker 3: for you. Can't nobody stop it. I don't care what
- 8:54Speaker 3: they do. Keep moving forward while under attack. Yo, something
- 9:01Speaker 3: I tell you something, man. Minister Lewis fair Con taught
- 9:05Speaker 3: me something very important one day.
- 9:07Speaker 2: He said, Steve, remember this.
- 9:09Speaker 3: He said. It is a common thing for a dog
- 9:14Speaker 3: to bark up at the moon. But if the moon
- 9:18Speaker 3: barks back at the dog, the dog becomes famous.
- 9:22Speaker 2: You feel me, the moon was talking to you.
- 9:25Speaker 9: What did you?
- 9:26Speaker 2: How did the moon stop and.
- 9:28Speaker 3: Talk to you? Don't give them that. Let the dog
- 9:31Speaker 3: bark up at the moon. Don't you be up there?
- 9:33Speaker 3: You go where God got you going? Don't bark back
- 9:36Speaker 3: at this dog because the dog come famous. Because they
- 9:38Speaker 3: ain't gonna be able to get to you, but the
- 9:39Speaker 3: dog is famous. Now They want to interview the dog.
- 9:42Speaker 3: Now the dog guess what he gonna do? More barking?
- 9:44Speaker 3: Guess what about you?
- 9:46Speaker 8: Man?
- 9:46Speaker 3: Go on about your business, y'all. God is in the
- 9:49Speaker 3: blessing business all day long. Man, Go get in line,
- 9:52Speaker 3: get you some get them packages and boxes shipped to you.
- 9:56Speaker 2: They got your name on it.
- 9:57Speaker 9: You're listening Morning Show.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girl.
- 10:04Speaker 3: Without further ado, welcome to the Ride to Steve Harvey
- 10:07Speaker 3: Morning Show. How this show on Earth? Baby, How this
- 10:10Speaker 3: show on Earth? First of all, Man, I gonna say
- 10:14Speaker 3: I'm grateful today. You know, I woke up this morning.
- 10:16Speaker 3: I'm tell you the mistake I made. I didn't say
- 10:19Speaker 3: thank you right away, my bag. I didn't and.
- 10:22Speaker 2: I loud, I a loud.
- 10:26Speaker 3: Something to get in my system this morning, and I
- 10:30Speaker 3: lost my gratitude.
- 10:31Speaker 2: So forgive me, father for not saying thank you this morning.
- 10:35Speaker 3: I know better. I should have done better. But now
- 10:37Speaker 3: I'm all right. I'm back on track. You know, sometimes then, folks,
- 10:41Speaker 3: when you make a mistake, just got to get back
- 10:43Speaker 3: up on the horse and ride again. We are the
- 10:45Speaker 3: Steve Harvey Morning Show. Full of gratitude, full of the
- 10:48Speaker 3: right attitude, and everything at everything Junior's not here today,
- 10:54Speaker 3: so I can't go to Junior. Junior had a little
- 10:56Speaker 3: situation in life and we're gonna deal with that. Prayers
- 10:59Speaker 3: go out to or right now. But everybody and we
- 11:02Speaker 3: on track this morning to have a great show. Everybody's here, ladies, gentlemen,
- 11:07Speaker 3: Shirley Strawberry and knee calling for real that Mississippi Monica
- 11:12Speaker 3: Junior's out today and the legend that is nephew Tommy,
- 11:15Speaker 3: that steady growing Tommy Junior ain't here today. So I
- 11:21Speaker 3: must dump this onto you. And I'm scared to ask this,
- 11:24Speaker 3: but is there anything.
- 11:26Speaker 10: Yes, I'm going to you from a parenting perspective, Okay,
- 11:30Speaker 10: on parenting perspective, can you talk to the parents out
- 11:34Speaker 10: there that's got twenty some year old children living at
- 11:38Speaker 10: home because we gave them too much.
- 11:41Speaker 2: While they was growing up.
- 11:42Speaker 10: We gave them so much now they have no skill
- 11:45Speaker 10: set they have they can't. It's just they can't take
- 11:48Speaker 10: care of it. Down said, they can't change a flat,
- 11:51Speaker 10: They can't. It just it just ain't a call for
- 11:55Speaker 10: every little thing. It's just and it's our fault because.
- 11:58Speaker 1: We did it.
- 12:00Speaker 2: We did it. We created these monsters.
- 12:04Speaker 8: But you did it.
- 12:05Speaker 3: Tommy, because you tried to provide for them a better
- 12:09Speaker 3: life than the one you had. But in that we
- 12:12Speaker 3: create and we enable a generation of entitled and it
- 12:20Speaker 3: was I was guilty of it for a little while myself.
- 12:23Speaker 3: I ain't gonna lie. I talked to a lot of
- 12:25Speaker 3: people who have done better than their parents did, and
- 12:27Speaker 3: so they gave their children a better life and as
- 12:30Speaker 3: kind of backfired. That's why many times, I don't know,
- 12:35Speaker 3: I lived my life in regret because Falster Care was available,
- 12:39Speaker 3: I should have put the ass in it just didn't.
- 12:43Speaker 3: That was one of the things I look back on
- 12:45Speaker 3: and regret not utilizing all the tools that were available
- 12:50Speaker 3: to me. After parent put his ass in Falster Care
- 12:52Speaker 3: for just six months and let him see what it
- 12:54Speaker 3: was like, I think it would have had a better
- 12:56Speaker 3: appreciation when it came back. It is a tough thing
- 13:00Speaker 3: to reverse, but you can slowly do it. You gotta
- 13:04Speaker 3: start putting strict requirements on them while they're at that
- 13:07Speaker 3: house in terms of task to accomplish anything that they
- 13:12Speaker 3: don't accomplish desert instant. I know they don't tell me,
- 13:15Speaker 3: but you just have to try to, like, you know,
- 13:18Speaker 3: brush your own teeth, try stuff like that. You have
- 13:24Speaker 3: to put you have to put something on them though,
- 13:27Speaker 3: you know, butting your damn shit.
- 13:29Speaker 10: You don't miss no holes at their parents' house.
- 13:33Speaker 2: Man, we gotta go.
- 13:35Speaker 11: Coming up in thirty minutes after the hour, thirty two
- 13:38Speaker 11: minutes after the hour, we'll hear from the nephew again
- 13:41Speaker 11: as he.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Runs that prank back right after this.
- 13:44Speaker 9: You're listening hard Morning show.
- 13:47Speaker 1: It is time now for the nephew to run that
- 13:49Speaker 1: prank back. What you got for his.
- 13:51Speaker 2: Nep I got what I had yesterday. We running it back.
- 13:55Speaker 10: This right here is I got papers on that man.
- 13:59Speaker 10: I got papers on that man. There's a lot of
- 14:04Speaker 10: ladies out there think they got some papers. I got
- 14:06Speaker 10: papers on that man. All right, we're gonna see. We're
- 14:10Speaker 10: gonna see cat dog if you if you could cat dog.
- 14:15Speaker 8: Hello, Hello, I'm trying to reach Uh. Is this Phyllis? Yes,
- 14:24Speaker 8: speaking to all right Phillis. This is this is time
- 14:28Speaker 8: down at the time I worked out here with Clym,
- 14:30Speaker 8: your husband Clem.
- 14:32Speaker 12: Okay, yeah, okay, how are you?
- 14:35Speaker 8: I'm good. He's slipped and frills today what and uh
- 14:40Speaker 8: he heard himself? Uh uh he got leaves a little
- 14:45Speaker 8: shaken up here at the job. So what happened?
- 14:47Speaker 3: What do you?
- 14:48Speaker 12: What do you?
- 14:48Speaker 13: What happened?
- 14:49Speaker 8: Well, I think he'd he definitely pulled something in his back.
- 14:54Speaker 8: But we now, who are you? Now?
- 14:59Speaker 12: I his wife.
- 15:00Speaker 8: I'm just my feeling, you're you're your feelings.
- 15:05Speaker 13: That's right, that's right.
- 15:07Speaker 8: Okay, Because we got listed that his wife is Janice
- 15:10Speaker 8: and we tried to call her earlier but we didn't
- 15:13Speaker 8: get answer.
- 15:14Speaker 13: I'm his wife, so.
- 15:15Speaker 8: I'm his wife.
- 15:16Speaker 1: I don't know Janee?
- 15:17Speaker 8: Who the hell is Janet? Janie is who we have
- 15:20Speaker 8: listed for a contact? When? When? When it's emergency contact
- 15:24Speaker 8: or something happened? Y'all got that mixed up. Y'all must
- 15:28Speaker 8: have mixed that up somehow. He wouldn't have put no, no,
- 15:31Speaker 8: damn Janice as his wife.
- 15:32Speaker 12: I'm his wife, feel it?
- 15:34Speaker 8: So I don't know who messed up.
- 15:35Speaker 13: But that ain't right. I'm the wife.
- 15:39Speaker 8: Okay, Well it has her listed as the wife and
- 15:41Speaker 8: call her as a contact if something goes wrong. Well,
- 15:45Speaker 8: I don't know what to tell you because I'm his
- 15:47Speaker 8: wife now, don't I don't know who messed up on him.
- 15:50Speaker 8: Hold on one second, let me let me click over
- 15:52Speaker 8: one second of a call comes tack. One second.
- 15:54Speaker 13: That's Janice on the diago.
- 15:59Speaker 8: Okay, that was Jannis what she said. She she's gonna
- 16:04Speaker 8: come out to the job, so you have no No,
- 16:07Speaker 8: I'm coming out to the job.
- 16:09Speaker 12: I'm his Wonfe.
- 16:10Speaker 8: I don't know who.
- 16:10Speaker 13: No jennefe is John.
- 16:12Speaker 8: Need to get it straight because I'm she's gonna she's
- 16:17Speaker 8: she said she's gonna come and take it to the doctor. No,
- 16:20Speaker 8: she ain't come here nowhere.
- 16:21Speaker 13: So I'm his wife.
- 16:23Speaker 8: I'm taking it.
- 16:24Speaker 12: You don't let you don't lease my husband an noobdy,
- 16:27Speaker 12: I'm his freaking white.

- 16:32Speaker 8: be right here in ten minutes. Well, I got right.
- 16:35Speaker 13: I bet I'll be letting ten minutes too.
- 16:37Speaker 8: And I bet y'all better not release my husband or nobody.
- 16:39Speaker 13: I'm as white.
- 16:40Speaker 8: I don't know who, No jennif is, But y'all need
- 16:43Speaker 8: to get that straight.
- 16:45Speaker 13: I'm on my way. You tell Jane's and she beat
- 16:47Speaker 13: me there to hold.
- 16:48Speaker 8: That sister producing becomes very certificate papers or something to
- 16:54Speaker 8: tell her to produce fat. I got the papers on

- 24:45Speaker 9: Now we're moving on, We're moving on.
- 24:50Speaker 11: Shelley and Telsa says, my sister and I met for
- 24:54Speaker 11: drinks after work, and she told my husband that we
- 24:56Speaker 11: drank for free because my breasts were poking through my shirt,
- 25:00Speaker 11: my husband's things. I dressed to provocatively to I address
- 25:04Speaker 11: provocatively to get attention.
- 25:06Speaker 1: So does he expect me to wear two bras to
- 25:08Speaker 1: smush them?
- 25:11Speaker 2: I see right there? Why am I in here talking
- 25:14Speaker 2: about smushing breath? Well, I don't, I don't. I don't
- 25:18Speaker 2: say yeah, So let me ask you have an opinion
- 25:23Speaker 2: everything else? What a question? If you are heavy chested.
- 25:30Speaker 11: So this question is inappropriate high it's starting off.
- 25:34Speaker 3: You know that, right, But go ahead, Well, heavy chested
- 25:36Speaker 3: is what I used to hear my aunt say. So
- 25:38Speaker 3: I'm an old term trying to avoid lawsuit. If you
- 25:42Speaker 3: heavy chested just wearing two bras do.
- 25:45Speaker 1: Anything I don't wear too, bro, ask me that question.
- 25:50Speaker 2: I'm just asking.
- 25:53Speaker 9: I can answer that.
- 25:54Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 25:54Speaker 1: It helps when you're when you're working out. When you're
- 26:00Speaker 1: working out.
- 26:01Speaker 3: Let me ask you a question. If you not heavy chest,
- 26:04Speaker 3: does it look good to wear two bras? Because we
- 26:07Speaker 3: got to have all these.
- 26:10Speaker 10: When you're not have tested you have more asking Monica.
- 26:13Speaker 10: Now I'm sorry, we're moving on.
- 26:18Speaker 5: Question.
- 26:21Speaker 2: We're moving on. We're moving on. The question was in
- 26:26Speaker 2: the UH in the CEL and I deferred to the
- 26:30Speaker 2: experts on this show.
- 26:32Speaker 3: Now, if y'all want me to be more inclusive than
- 26:35Speaker 3: I am, and then don't get mad at me when
- 26:37Speaker 3: I include we have experts.
- 26:38Speaker 1: On this show, Carlos Carlos, I said, yes.
- 26:43Speaker 2: So it's it just depends on how heavy.
- 26:46Speaker 1: But it depends on.
- 26:47Speaker 15: The drinks to what kind of cocktails are we talking
- 26:50Speaker 15: about this?
- 26:51Speaker 2: There was lemon drops right there, the lemon.
- 26:54Speaker 4: One of my fastes.
- 26:57Speaker 2: All right, Moving on to ye that was a tea.
- 27:03Speaker 11: Melinda and Chesapeake says, I've fallen asleep on my boyfriend
- 27:07Speaker 11: twice during sex. I don't do it on purpose, but
- 27:10Speaker 11: he insists that I drink wine because it makes me
- 27:12Speaker 11: perform better. Wine also makes me sleepy, so I pass out.
- 27:17Speaker 11: How do I assure him that it's the wine and
- 27:20Speaker 11: not him.
- 27:22Speaker 3: Oh no, it's him. It's him playing. I don't care
- 27:25Speaker 3: what you drink. If I'm in here, you do a
- 27:30Speaker 3: lot of stuff. Sleep ain't one of them. I'm gonna
- 27:34Speaker 3: take it. Waiting you up every time? Had full of him?
- 27:39Speaker 2: But why do Yeah, it makes you sleepy, but has
- 27:44Speaker 2: to come back to sleepy.
- 27:46Speaker 3: Yeah, but prussure being applied here that's supposed to offset
- 27:51Speaker 3: to sleep in the last time you went to sleep
- 27:53Speaker 3: with your ankle up by your ear. Put the last time,
- 27:58Speaker 3: I'm gonna say you with your ankle way over there,
- 28:03Speaker 3: last time you.
- 28:04Speaker 2: Would sleep different about some long vials up because I'm
- 28:08Speaker 2: six too. Man my wingspan.
- 28:09Speaker 3: If I spread my arm out like that, I gotta
- 28:11Speaker 3: hell of Wingspand if you ain't gon out there in
- 28:13Speaker 3: one of your hands, then the hides you sleep. He
- 28:16Speaker 3: ain't doing a damn Thing's it is you and that's
- 28:21Speaker 3: why you drink that wine. So you gonna go to
- 28:23Speaker 3: sleep now because he ain't doing nothing. So you know
- 28:27Speaker 3: that the wine makes you sleep, and you drink the wine.
- 28:29Speaker 3: So you just gonna go to sleep now because he
- 28:31Speaker 3: ain't doing a damn thing.
- 28:32Speaker 2: It is him.
- 28:34Speaker 3: Tell him the truth because he and that he ain't
- 28:36Speaker 3: busting a graape. He just in here that all these
- 28:39Speaker 3: noises and stuff sounds. You ever seen a little bit
- 28:42Speaker 3: of car pull up to you and go, man, where
- 28:43Speaker 3: all that noise come from? And then they got one
- 28:45Speaker 3: of them h things on They muffler make it sound
- 28:48Speaker 3: like it's a rumple. He done pulled up. It's a prius.
- 28:51Speaker 3: Then when he pull up and it a little bit
- 28:54Speaker 3: like a mopead, that's what he doing?
- 29:00Speaker 2: He and the motor sounds little Betty co.
- 29:05Speaker 1: All right, she fell asleep. All right, thank you, Cielo.
- 29:11Speaker 11: Yes, coming up next, we're gonna talk to doctor Jackie Walters.
- 29:16Speaker 11: October is Breast cancer Awareness month, right after the burglar.
- 29:20Speaker 1: You're listening.
- 29:22Speaker 9: Morning show?
- 29:24Speaker 3: All right, everybody welcome, as promise we got special guests
- 29:28Speaker 3: this morning. She's an obg y n. I've learned what
- 29:31Speaker 3: that is. Back in two thousand and four, I was
- 29:34Speaker 3: getting an interview on the radio. People, well, I just
- 29:39Speaker 3: like to be transparent so people can't know you don't
- 29:41Speaker 3: have to be perfect to become a success in life.
- 29:45Speaker 3: I thought one word, So I introduced this lady one time,
- 29:50Speaker 3: I said, ladies and gentlemen. She's a certified of oba
- 29:52Speaker 3: gin and two times breast cancer surviving. Sure, o, old bitch,
- 30:00Speaker 3: it's on the beat your paper, but it's actually it's
- 30:04Speaker 3: a obg y n. She's also a two time breast
- 30:10Speaker 3: cancer survival. She's a reality TV star, and she is
- 30:14Speaker 3: the author of the book that I fell in love
- 30:16Speaker 3: with last time, The Queen V.
- 30:18Speaker 2: Yes it is, yes Lord, Yes Lord, it is the
- 30:22Speaker 2: Queen V.
- 30:24Speaker 3: Know that. And she's a podcast so she is also
- 30:27Speaker 3: the founder of Fifty Shades of Pink Foundation, and she
- 30:31Speaker 3: knows firsthand the importance of women's health. She's going to
- 30:34Speaker 3: join us this morning to discuss the disparities in breast
- 30:38Speaker 3: cancer outcomes for black women. October's Breast Cancer Weareness Month,
- 30:42Speaker 3: so we want to start the month off by keeping
- 30:45Speaker 3: you informed. So let's get to it, ladies, and please
- 30:47Speaker 3: welcome back to the show our friend, doctor Jackie Walters.
- 30:50Speaker 10: Doctor Jay Lord, Welcome, Welcome, Hey, thank.
- 30:56Speaker 2: You, thank you, Doct Jackie. How have you been.
- 31:01Speaker 13: I've been wonderful, Steve. I'm excited to talk to you, guys.
- 31:04Speaker 13: It's always a pleasure and I always leave with a smile.
- 31:08Speaker 13: And your laughter makes my immune system better. Yes, that's
- 31:15Speaker 13: medicine for the soul.
- 31:17Speaker 4: Yes, so that's true.
- 31:19Speaker 1: You heard it from a real doctor, Steve.
- 31:22Speaker 2: I thought I always feel better when I laugh. I
- 31:25Speaker 2: thought it was indoor fits. But that's wrong.
- 31:29Speaker 9: You heard what that?
- 31:31Speaker 3: Oh it could be your Queen V just happy. And
- 31:38Speaker 3: you know, Queen VA is happy. If your Queen V
- 31:41Speaker 3: is happy, you'll have a happy wife, happy life. So
- 31:45Speaker 3: it's all about right, surely, All right.
- 31:53Speaker 11: Well, let's get into it, doctor Jackie we're so happy
- 31:56Speaker 11: that you could join us as always. Now you know
- 31:58Speaker 11: that we mentioned that you're a two time breast cancer survivor,
- 32:02Speaker 11: you're also an advocate for early detection. Statistics show that
- 32:07Speaker 11: the occurrence of breast cancer is lower among black women
- 32:10Speaker 11: than white women, but Black women are forty percent more
- 32:14Speaker 11: likely to die from breast cancer. So we got to
- 32:16Speaker 11: talk about the whole health disparities that black women face.
- 32:21Speaker 13: Yes, yes, Saily, it is totally unacceptable, but it's definitely happening.
- 32:26Speaker 13: And we've been trying to figure it out. What is
- 32:28Speaker 13: it that is causing this disparity. But what we do
- 32:32Speaker 13: know is black women, as you say, is they have
- 32:36Speaker 13: this higher death rate, but they are there that I
- 32:39Speaker 13: don't know if we realize. They're barriers to early detection
- 32:42Speaker 13: and early diagnosis, and one of them is just fear.
- 32:45Speaker 13: Black women are in a lot of fear about the
- 32:49Speaker 13: whole idea, and they lack the urgency you're going in.
- 32:52Speaker 13: There's an absence of information in the Black community. And
- 32:55Speaker 13: then we have economic various social, economic, and culture than
- 33:00Speaker 13: personal areas. We have more aggressive breast cancer. There's a
- 33:05Speaker 13: lack of high quality care, and I don't think people
- 33:08Speaker 13: understand that hard their care in the black community, but
- 33:11Speaker 13: there's a lack of high quality care. We have a
- 33:15Speaker 13: genetic spects of the severity discrimination and systemic racism and
- 33:21Speaker 13: negative finance impacts. Those are the things we think is
- 33:25Speaker 13: causing this great disparity between black and white women with
- 33:28Speaker 13: breast cancer.
- 33:30Speaker 2: Wow.
- 33:30Speaker 11: So the obvious question is how do we achieve health
- 33:34Speaker 11: equity in our community and how can black women specifically
- 33:39Speaker 11: receive better care.
- 33:42Speaker 13: The one thing I really believe Shirley is said, we
- 33:45Speaker 13: need to increase the access to culturally competen services. And
- 33:50Speaker 13: that's the key. Culturally competent because if you don't understand,
- 33:54Speaker 13: I mean, if you've ever talked to it on the phone,
- 33:56Speaker 13: they're saying a lot of stuff. We just go on
- 33:59Speaker 13: like we understand. In the same thing happens in medicine.
- 34:02Speaker 13: When you're talking to a patient, a black patient, and
- 34:05Speaker 13: she doesn't understand what you're saying, it's like, okay. We
- 34:10Speaker 13: definitely need to provide more knowledge, like screening guidelines, knowing
- 34:14Speaker 13: your family history. You know, you got to know who
- 34:17Speaker 13: your mother and your father are so that you understand
- 34:20Speaker 13: your family history. Genetic counseling, more genetic testing, financial assistance,
- 34:27Speaker 13: and then screening and diagnostic services. Good screening and diagnostic
- 34:31Speaker 13: services in our area.
- 34:33Speaker 2: I found out the importance of gene testing is that
- 34:37Speaker 2: a fact.
- 34:38Speaker 13: Absolutely. We give out a question there now, mister Harvey,
- 34:42Speaker 13: and if you say yes to any of this mother
- 34:44Speaker 13: had or sister had breast cancer before forty nine, or
- 34:47Speaker 13: somebody had ovarian cancer in the family, we offer genetic
- 34:51Speaker 13: testing and we're looking mainly for those genes that increase
- 34:54Speaker 13: your risk.
- 34:54Speaker 14: And the one we all know about is brac of
- 34:56Speaker 14: Warm bracket two, which is a gene mutation that's inherited.
- 35:00Speaker 14: We used to think it was just coming from the mother,
- 35:02Speaker 14: but now we know it can come from the mother
- 35:04Speaker 14: or the father. So if you say yes the genetic testing,
- 35:08Speaker 14: you send the blood off. They verify insurance coverage well
- 35:12Speaker 14: if you need to do any out of pocketge pockets coverage,
- 35:16Speaker 14: and then we check your gen because if you have
- 35:18Speaker 14: a brack of one gene, there's a fifty to seventy
- 35:22Speaker 14: chance we'll get breast cancer and forty percent chance we
- 35:26Speaker 14: don't get ovarian cancer.
- 35:28Speaker 3: Wow. But also, doctor Jackie, I found that if you
- 35:34Speaker 3: know your genetic test and we'll come back and talk
- 35:37Speaker 3: about this more because we've got to go to break
- 35:39Speaker 3: but let's talk about when we come back. If you
- 35:42Speaker 3: get your gene test done and you see a certain
- 35:45Speaker 3: gene bracket, you can take supplements to supplement that deficiency.
- 35:52Speaker 3: That's what I've found from some medical professionals. Right, we'll
- 35:55Speaker 3: talk about that when we come back. That's why it's
- 35:58Speaker 3: important to get a gene test.
- 35:59Speaker 2: I thought. So we'll be back with more of doctor
- 36:03Speaker 2: Jackie Watters right after this shop you're listening Morning Show everybody.
- 36:10Speaker 3: We're back in our special guests this morning is Obgyn,
- 36:13Speaker 3: two time breast cancer survivor. She's a reality star, author
- 36:16Speaker 3: of The Queen v and a podcast host and she's
- 36:19Speaker 3: the founder of fifty Shades of Pink Foundation, and she's
- 36:22Speaker 3: here to help us get a grip on this thing,
- 36:25Speaker 3: to understand the importance of breast cancer awareness and some things.
- 36:29Speaker 2: That we can do. And we're back with Dr Jackie Watkersons.
- 36:32Speaker 3: Before we left, we got into a discussion about gene
- 36:34Speaker 3: testing because I heard her talk about there's a certain
- 36:37Speaker 3: gene that if you look at it, it can help
- 36:40Speaker 3: show you what's going on that you're fifty percent more
- 36:43Speaker 3: likely to have breast cancer, So we were talking about that.
- 36:46Speaker 2: Can you explain that a little further, doctor Jackie.
- 36:49Speaker 13: Yes, we were talking about genetic testing to see if
- 36:52Speaker 13: you have inherited a gene from your mother or father
- 36:55Speaker 13: that would increase your risk of breast, cold and ovary cancer.
- 37:00Speaker 13: And we certainly advocate for genetic testing because if you
- 37:04Speaker 13: know your genetics, then you know how to take care
- 37:06Speaker 13: of yourself. And I believe you mentioned something, mister Harvey
- 37:09Speaker 13: that if we know our genetics, there are certain supplements
- 37:12Speaker 13: in vitamins we can do to help and decreate that risk.
- 37:16Speaker 13: If you're taking your vitamin D three and keep your
- 37:19Speaker 13: vitamin level up, it will help protect again breast cancer.
- 37:22Speaker 13: That's one of them. There are multiple vitamins out there.
- 37:25Speaker 13: To make sure you sit down and do some genetic
- 37:28Speaker 13: counseling and talk to about the EC test positive for
- 37:31Speaker 13: those genetics because that's in vitally important.
- 37:34Speaker 11: You're a two time breast cancer survivor. So what are
- 37:38Speaker 11: you like personally doing in the black community to make
- 37:40Speaker 11: a difference.
- 37:42Speaker 13: Oh, I believe I take all my pain and turn
- 37:44Speaker 13: it into a purpose. So you're right, two times to
- 37:46Speaker 13: a breath, sens It's like, what can I do to
- 37:48Speaker 13: give back. It was kind of a get back at cancer.
- 37:51Speaker 13: But I'll started a breast cancer foundation called Epchades of
- 37:54Speaker 13: Pink Foundation because breast cancer has many shades, and this
- 37:58Speaker 13: foundation set up to help women look good. Like when
- 38:03Speaker 13: I went to chemo, I dressed up and I found
- 38:05Speaker 13: that just very helpful because when you look good, you
- 38:08Speaker 13: feel good, and we know the genetics work, and when
- 38:11Speaker 13: you look good, feel good, you do good. So fifty
- 38:13Speaker 13: Shades the Tink will get lipstick, makeup, hair, comfortable clothing.
- 38:18Speaker 13: Whatever we can do to help a woman look good,
- 38:21Speaker 13: whatever her definition of looking good is, is what we
- 38:24Speaker 13: want to do. Make sure that women are getting something
- 38:27Speaker 13: to help them with this journey.
- 38:28Speaker 12: That they're in.
- 38:29Speaker 3: I love that, Doctor Jackie, You're having a golf tournament
- 38:33Speaker 3: to support fifty Shades of Pink Foundation. It's a golf
- 38:36Speaker 3: tournament and the proceeds go to the charity. Everybody want
- 38:39Speaker 3: to register, go to fifty Shades of Pink Foundation dot org.
- 38:42Speaker 2: Where's a golf tournament, Doctor Jacket, It's.

- 38:50Speaker 13: seven thirty am registration, nine am shotgun start. Come on

- 53:35Speaker 1: I don't care. I'm not doing that. I'm not doing that,
- 53:37Speaker 1: all right.
- 53:38Speaker 2: I can be doing four and five people, now, I
- 53:40Speaker 2: can't do four and five.

- 54:09Speaker 2: It could be yours. Buckle up and hold on tight.
- 54:11Speaker 2: We got it.
- 54:11Speaker 8: Poor you.
- 54:12Speaker 2: Here it is strawberry letter.
- 54:14Speaker 1: Thank you for you subject. There are some things I.
- 54:17Speaker 9: Just can't do.
- 54:19Speaker 1: Dear Stephen Shirley. I've been married for twenty two years.
- 54:23Speaker 11: And I take my vows seriously, but I have to
- 54:26Speaker 11: draw the line at having sex with my husband.
- 54:30Speaker 1: I'm forty nine and my husband is fifty two years old.
- 54:33Speaker 11: He fell off a work truck two months ago and
- 54:36Speaker 11: he broke his ankle, fractured his hip, and he dislocated
- 54:40Speaker 11: his shoulder.
- 54:41Speaker 1: This is all on his right side, and.
- 54:43Speaker 11: Since he can't get to the toilet on his own,
- 54:46Speaker 11: he wears adult diapers. I have to work, so I
- 54:50Speaker 11: make sure he has everything he needs before I go
- 54:53Speaker 11: to work. I bring him lunch, and I check on
- 54:56Speaker 11: him during the day. I don't mind helping him, but
- 54:59Speaker 11: the sk schedule is taxing for me. On top of that,
- 55:03Speaker 11: his medication makes him want to have sex. It's not
- 55:06Speaker 11: even a typical side effect, so I think he's making
- 55:10Speaker 11: it up. Sex is hard to do with his broken bones.
- 55:13Speaker 11: But the worst part is the adult diapers he's wearing.
- 55:18Speaker 11: I'm not sure if you've ever experienced a grown man
- 55:21Speaker 11: in a diaper, but imagine if he's had it on
- 55:25Speaker 11: for half a day and then rips it off when
- 55:28Speaker 11: you get home and says he's ready for sex.
- 55:31Speaker 1: Well, that is what I'm going through when I get
- 55:33Speaker 1: home from work.
- 55:35Speaker 11: I don't want to offend him, but since he has
- 55:37Speaker 11: no problem offending me and my nose, I'm going to
- 55:40Speaker 11: hurt his feelings. I'm responsible for wiping him down daily, though,
- 55:46Speaker 11: the last thing I want to do is have sex
- 55:48Speaker 11: with him after I know he hasn't had a real
- 55:52Speaker 11: bath in at least three weeks.
- 55:55Speaker 1: I know I said for better or for worse at
- 55:58Speaker 1: a church twenty two years, but I can't do this.
- 56:01Speaker 11: I thought about telling him to watch explicit movies during
- 56:04Speaker 11: the day and take matters into his own hands, but
- 56:06Speaker 11: I'm scared he might hurt himself while I'm not at home.
- 56:10Speaker 1: Is it rude to tell him he stinks?
- 56:13Speaker 11: Is it my wifely responsibility? To have sex while he's
- 56:17Speaker 11: wearing diapers.
- 56:19Speaker 1: Ew.
- 56:20Speaker 11: This might be a first of a letter of this kind.
- 56:24Speaker 11: And this is a problem, I mean a real problem.
- 56:26Speaker 11: No bath for three weeks. He's just gonna have to wait.
- 56:30Speaker 11: I'm sorry, it's been two months. It shouldn't be much
- 56:32Speaker 11: longer now when he's completely healed, hopefully.
- 56:40Speaker 1: This is bad enough.
- 56:41Speaker 11: You know this is pretty bad when you have to
- 56:43Speaker 11: clean a sweet little baby's bottom. You know that smell
- 56:46Speaker 11: is bad, but can you imagine having to deal with
- 56:49Speaker 11: a grown man smelling that diaper I don't want and
- 56:53Speaker 11: seeing your grown man in a diaper? I just think
- 56:56Speaker 11: this is crazy. You have to tell him you have
- 56:58Speaker 11: no choice. Yeah, he's in a bad way right now,
- 57:02Speaker 11: but it's not about hurting his feelings. It's just about
- 57:05Speaker 11: taking your feelings into consideration. All he wants is sex.
- 57:10Speaker 11: All he wants is sex period. When you get home.
- 57:13Speaker 11: That's what he wants, and he's not thinking about the smell.
- 57:16Speaker 11: He's not thinking about your feelings, none of that. So
- 57:19Speaker 11: you have to tell him, tell him you can't take
- 57:22Speaker 11: the smell when he takes that diaper off, And you
- 57:24Speaker 11: guys are gonna have to wait.
- 57:26Speaker 1: Until he can take a bath and really get cleaned up.
- 57:28Speaker 4: Steve.
- 57:29Speaker 3: Hey, it's my kind letter right here. Thank you, Shelly preciate,
- 57:33Speaker 3: but you duck around everything and needed to be done.
- 57:36Speaker 3: That's why I'm here a part she'll. I appreciate your
- 57:38Speaker 3: answer and all that there, but this let's go just
- 57:42Speaker 3: get to it, you know, let's quit playing now here.
- 57:45Speaker 2: Some things I just can't do. I know, that's right.
- 57:50Speaker 2: You don't know.
- 57:51Speaker 3: I'm not find a way to say something, try to
- 57:53Speaker 3: help a man out, not just let right here. It's
- 57:56Speaker 3: all about me and this warming right here there, It's
- 57:59Speaker 3: all about me.
- 57:59Speaker 2: And before I read, just let I want to go
- 58:02Speaker 2: to the Lord and prayer.
- 58:04Speaker 3: Father, God, please watch over me as I go down
- 58:07Speaker 3: this dog path for comedy that I'm about to go
- 58:09Speaker 3: to try to protect me, to my filter works appropriately
- 58:13Speaker 3: enough where I can get some of this to be
- 58:15Speaker 3: on the aff. The Lord, don't let me say I
- 58:17Speaker 3: really want to say, because that would be career ending.
- 58:20Speaker 3: Ladies and gentlemen, please allow me to be myself in
- 58:25Speaker 3: the words of Sliding the family Stone, I want to
- 58:29Speaker 3: thank you for letting me be myself.
- 58:34Speaker 2: A gay hand. Come on, all right, here we go.
- 58:37Speaker 2: Here's this woman been married twenty two years.
- 58:39Speaker 3: Take your vile seriously, but you got to draw the
- 58:41Speaker 3: line having sex with your husband forty nine. She's forty nine,
- 58:45Speaker 3: husband fifty two. He fell off a work truck two
- 58:48Speaker 3: months ago. Now listen to this. Broke his ankle, fractured
- 58:53Speaker 3: his hip, and dislocated his shoulder. That's the back of
- 58:58Speaker 3: a garbage truck right there. I can tell you that
- 59:00Speaker 3: right now, that's the truck he fell off.
- 59:02Speaker 5: Hide.
- 59:03Speaker 2: Oh, I know them injuries.
- 59:05Speaker 3: When you fall off the back of a garbage truck,
- 59:08Speaker 3: you break your ankle, fracture your hip, and dislocate your shoulder.
- 59:14Speaker 3: He was hanging off and the truck was going about
- 59:17Speaker 3: thirty five. His hand slipped. He had his shirt wide open.
- 59:21Speaker 3: It was blowing in the wind. He was having a
- 59:23Speaker 3: nice day, okay, but with the tree branch hanging down
- 59:27Speaker 3: and it brushed across his face, he thought something was
- 59:32Speaker 3: on him. He swiped and fell, tried to break his
- 59:37Speaker 3: fall with his foot. That broke his ankle. The weight
- 59:40Speaker 3: of the fall going at that fast and snapped his hip.
- 59:44Speaker 3: Then he rolled that broke his shoulder. Here's the whole problem.
- 59:51Speaker 2: This all on his right side. Now he can't get
- 59:54Speaker 2: to the tarlet on his own.
- 59:56Speaker 3: When we come back. Here's the problem. He can't get
- 1:00:00Speaker 3: to the toilet on his own.
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: That's all right, it don't matter.
- 1:00:05Speaker 3: And when we come back, we're gonna discuss the problems
- 1:00:08Speaker 3: you have with getting to the toilet on your first ball.
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: I'm gonna get to the toilet.
- 1:00:12Speaker 3: I don't give it differ if I got to drag
- 1:00:13Speaker 3: my ass to the toilet, I'm a crawl to the toilet.
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: But we gonna get to this toilet, harmy crawl, all right.
- 1:00:22Speaker 10: But when we come back, you gotta get to the party.
- 1:00:24Speaker 10: Him snatching this dix. Yeah, I got all that time,
- 1:00:29Speaker 10: all right you.
- 1:00:30Speaker 11: Steve's response is coming up in twenty three minutes after
- 1:00:33Speaker 11: the hour, subject there are some things I just can't do.
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: We'll get back into it right after this.
- 1:00:40Speaker 9: You're listening hard morning show.
- 1:00:43Speaker 11: All right, Come on, Steve, let's recap today's Strawberry letter.
- 1:00:46Speaker 11: The subject is there are some things I just can't do.
- 1:00:50Speaker 3: Yeah, this woman right here got a problem. My husband
- 1:00:52Speaker 3: had an injury at work. Now she forty nine, he
- 1:00:54Speaker 3: fifty two. He done fell off the back of garbage truck.
- 1:00:56Speaker 3: This a garbage truck injury. I know, what I've seen
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: it before. I watched the dude do this on the
- 1:01:01Speaker 3: back of a garbage truck. He'd have brokens, ain't fractured
- 1:01:04Speaker 3: his hip, dislocated his shoulder, stopped dropping, roll, didn't work,
- 1:01:09Speaker 3: It did not work, fell off the back of garbage truck,
- 1:01:12Speaker 3: and this whole side is shut down. Very similar to
- 1:01:17Speaker 3: a stroke, very similar.
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: I had to go to work and this was then
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: just shut this whole right side down.
- 1:01:24Speaker 3: It's very similar to a stroke. But he can't get
- 1:01:27Speaker 3: to the toilet on his own. Now, folks, let me
- 1:01:31Speaker 3: tell you something. It's a lot of men listening to
- 1:01:33Speaker 3: this show. We've had all types of injuries. We're gonna
- 1:01:37Speaker 3: get to this toilet. We got to get to this tour.
- 1:01:41Speaker 3: I'm gonna pull myself to the toy. I'm gonna lag
- 1:01:45Speaker 3: myself along the ground. I'm an army crawl that left side,
- 1:01:50Speaker 3: gonna be strong as hell because all it's gonna do
- 1:01:52Speaker 3: and is just getting me to the toy.
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: I'm a sleep in the hallway to the bathroom.
- 1:01:58Speaker 3: See you know what I'm saying, putting me a pallet
- 1:02:00Speaker 3: there on the floor so I can already be on
- 1:02:02Speaker 3: the ground. All I gotta do is crawl myself up.
- 1:02:06Speaker 3: I got to get on this toilet because what didn't
- 1:02:09Speaker 3: happen now is on top of that. Now here's everything
- 1:02:13Speaker 3: he needs before I go to work. He can't get
- 1:02:15Speaker 3: to the toilet, but he wears adult diapers. See, I'm
- 1:02:20Speaker 3: not finna do this here now, not at fifty two.
- 1:02:22Speaker 3: I'm sixty six. I ain't never had one on. We're
- 1:02:24Speaker 3: not wearing no adult diaper. We finn to get this
- 1:02:27Speaker 3: problem fixed.
- 1:02:28Speaker 8: Now.
- 1:02:28Speaker 3: She gotta go to work, so she bring him lunch.
- 1:02:31Speaker 3: She leave him everything he needs for he go to work.
- 1:02:34Speaker 3: I don't mind helping him, but his schedule is taxing
- 1:02:36Speaker 3: on me. On top of that, his medication makes him
- 1:02:39Speaker 3: want to have sex. Don't know what that medicine is,
- 1:02:42Speaker 3: but it'll be a top seller as soon as you
- 1:02:44Speaker 3: get us the name. I'm gonna put it on the
- 1:02:46Speaker 3: radio on this show, and I got an audience that's
- 1:02:48Speaker 3: gonna sell that medication out. So soon as you find
- 1:02:51Speaker 3: out what medication he owned for pain that's causing him
- 1:02:54Speaker 3: going to have sex, please let us know, go to
- 1:02:58Speaker 3: the drug store and get a lot of that will
- 1:03:00Speaker 3: become a distributors drug as soon as you tell me
- 1:03:06Speaker 3: what that medicine is I'm gonna I'm finish triple my paper.
- 1:03:11Speaker 3: I know some fellows right here gonna take this. I
- 1:03:13Speaker 3: don't give you then what to do. It ain't even
- 1:03:16Speaker 3: a typical side effect. I think he's making up now.
- 1:03:18Speaker 3: Sex is hard to do with his broken bones.
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: That's hard.
- 1:03:24Speaker 3: But the worst part is the adult diaper he's wearing.
- 1:03:27Speaker 3: I'm not sure if you've ever experienced a grown man.
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: In the diaper.
- 1:03:31Speaker 3: No, I haven't, but I've experienced a child once he
- 1:03:34Speaker 3: graduates from formula. When a baby leaves formula and it
- 1:03:38Speaker 3: starts eating off the table and eating off of that's
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: when I'm through changing, yo, damn, Because now what I'm
- 1:03:47Speaker 3: not finna do is do this hit now?
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: This grown ass man, he got a diaper on. That's different, y'all.
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: Oh, when that diaper open up and it's got some minute,
- 1:03:57Speaker 3: it's a lot of stuff in. There's medication in that. Oh,
- 1:04:01Speaker 3: Jack Daniels is in there. Okay, I'm call it green juice.
- 1:04:08Speaker 2: Made you poke rhymes.
- 1:04:10Speaker 3: I don't know if you ever had poke this system,
- 1:04:13Speaker 3: but Pope rhymes it here and he eating all kinds
- 1:04:16Speaker 3: of stuff. This dipper is diabolical now. But imagine he
- 1:04:23Speaker 3: done had it on for half a day and then
- 1:04:26Speaker 3: rips it off. When you get home and say he
- 1:04:29Speaker 3: ready for sake, you tatt you reach down, it's like
- 1:04:32Speaker 3: a tailway, and your tatty grown ass dip off talking.
- 1:04:36Speaker 3: I'm ready. Well, you done wasted another damn dipper. I'd
- 1:04:40Speaker 3: have told you to stop, tandy damn dippers off because
- 1:04:44Speaker 3: we not finna have.
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: No say why you're having sex with him?
- 1:04:47Speaker 3: He tannedy dip off, you'd have wasted another damn dipper.
- 1:04:52Speaker 2: But now and he don't understand the smell. How you
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: doing it?
- 1:04:58Speaker 3: Next time he ripped that dipper off, you pick it
- 1:05:00Speaker 3: up off the floor and put it over his face
- 1:05:03Speaker 3: and hold.
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: He can't fight back.
- 1:05:07Speaker 3: He got his whole right side shut show No, it
- 1:05:11Speaker 3: ain't too much you ripping diapers off, come of weef
- 1:05:13Speaker 3: in the hairse pick that diver. Go over there on him.
- 1:05:17Speaker 3: Go over on his right side, that's the side that
- 1:05:20Speaker 3: ain't working. Come in from the right side. Wrap your
- 1:05:23Speaker 3: hand around and put that diaper on his mask like this,
- 1:05:26Speaker 3: Put it on like gas mask.
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: That'll stop all that nah she talking about.
- 1:05:32Speaker 3: I don't want to offend him, but he has no
- 1:05:35Speaker 3: problem offending me, then you got to offend him back.
- 1:05:39Speaker 3: You cannot keep walking in his house with all this
- 1:05:42Speaker 3: male stuff in this dip and he thinks he's sexy.
- 1:05:45Speaker 3: We not having sex till you get healed. And to
- 1:05:48Speaker 3: get his attention, let me tell you on slap him
- 1:05:50Speaker 3: from the left side, just weave. Stay on his left side.
- 1:05:53Speaker 3: Stay on the left side where that shoulder Tommy had
- 1:05:56Speaker 3: his shoulder, mister, stay over on that upside where he
- 1:06:00Speaker 3: can't swinging back and wow, I just snapt.
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: You can wear his ass out because he got one hand.
- 1:06:06Speaker 3: And I'm just telling you this is just a tragic
- 1:06:09Speaker 3: r lady, But you have got to stop having sex
- 1:06:12Speaker 3: with this man.
- 1:06:13Speaker 2: Why he got this dip on him? And what are
- 1:06:15Speaker 2: you gonna do?
- 1:06:16Speaker 3: All you got to do is sit across the room
- 1:06:18Speaker 3: at tennant when we ain't having sex. He already can't
- 1:06:20Speaker 3: crawl to the tallet. How he gonna make it over
- 1:06:22Speaker 3: that to you?
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: Leave your comments?
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: We ain't have no damn sex. What are you gonna do?
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: We're gonna run over the Instagram at Steve Harvey.
- 1:06:30Speaker 2: FM and run your ass to that tarlet is what
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: you need to do.
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: On The Strawberry Letter Podcast, holes in the bedroom.
- 1:06:38Speaker 11: So coming up next, the Speaker of the House has
- 1:06:40Speaker 11: been voted out of his job and a new Senator
- 1:06:43Speaker 11: of California has been appointed to fill the late Diane
- 1:06:46Speaker 11: Feinstein seat. We'll talk about it right after this.
- 1:06:49Speaker 9: You're listening hard morning show.
- 1:06:53Speaker 11: Well, for the first time in the history of the
- 1:06:55Speaker 11: United States, the Speaker of the House has been removed
- 1:06:59Speaker 11: in a motion to vacate.
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: Congressman Kevin McCarthy.
- 1:07:02Speaker 11: Has been voted out of his position in a vote
- 1:07:05Speaker 11: of two hundred and sixteen to two ten. An acting
- 1:07:08Speaker 11: speaker will be appointed until an election is held for
- 1:07:12Speaker 11: a new speaker.
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: McCarthy says he won't run again.
- 1:07:16Speaker 2: I guess not. And you think we.
- 1:07:23Speaker 16: Out.
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: She said, you ain't gonna run again, won't you?
- 1:07:28Speaker 3: If you could get your boy Donald Trump to say
- 1:07:30Speaker 3: that we be a good ship, the hell you lose
- 1:07:35Speaker 3: and run again, man, get out of here with charges. Yeah,
- 1:07:40Speaker 3: this country we in, man, And you know they voted
- 1:07:42Speaker 3: him out because he wouldn't stand the Republican's man.
- 1:07:47Speaker 2: They wanted to shut the government down. Yeah, they had
- 1:07:50Speaker 2: the stuff to.
- 1:07:51Speaker 3: Shut it down because border control they wanted to throw
- 1:07:55Speaker 3: that in there, and they had that other issue. They
- 1:07:57Speaker 3: were talking about border control at spending, border control and spending. Yeah,
- 1:08:02Speaker 3: but what they don't nobody ever tells them. They're talking
- 1:08:05Speaker 3: about this economy is horrible. Donald Trump increased the debt
- 1:08:10Speaker 3: in America by trillions while he was president. Do don't
- 1:08:13Speaker 3: want to say that?
- 1:08:15Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:08:15Speaker 15: At McCarthy when he was leaving out, he was saying,
- 1:08:18Speaker 15: you know, he did his job. He was trying to
- 1:08:20Speaker 15: find a.
- 1:08:20Speaker 2: Compromise, keep the government open. Yeah, yeah, that's what he
- 1:08:24Speaker 2: was trying.
- 1:08:24Speaker 3: To want to blame see, and the Republicans wanted the
- 1:08:27Speaker 3: government to shut down so they could blame the Biden administration.
- 1:08:31Speaker 2: Yeah, all those people, those.
- 1:08:33Speaker 3: Government workers and everything would have been out of work
- 1:08:36Speaker 3: and they could have further hammered home. Why he don't
- 1:08:39Speaker 3: need to be president. Well, it wasn't good for the
- 1:08:41Speaker 3: American people to do that. So McCarthy foughty and now
- 1:08:46Speaker 3: they went, okay, so you don't want a whole party line.
- 1:08:49Speaker 3: This was all about making Biden look bad. But just
- 1:08:53Speaker 3: shut down, man, backfire and they set up there.
- 1:08:57Speaker 2: Now you don't want to do that, we're gonna vote
- 1:08:58Speaker 2: you out.
- 1:08:59Speaker 3: Boy. They they something else, man, Well, we're not understanding
- 1:09:03Speaker 3: his these politicians is about power and position has nothing
- 1:09:06Speaker 3: to do with what the people want, and they will
- 1:09:09Speaker 3: do everything they can get power and position. It has
- 1:09:12Speaker 3: nothing to do with what people want. How you voting
- 1:09:16Speaker 3: to shut the government down and get mad at the
- 1:09:18Speaker 3: dude for keeping it open?
- 1:09:20Speaker 8: Wow?
- 1:09:22Speaker 15: Here never never about the constituents to people that voted
- 1:09:26Speaker 15: for him to vote for you that put you in yep?
- 1:09:28Speaker 3: And why is Donald Trump not going back to West
- 1:09:31Speaker 3: Virginia to campaign like he did before and convinced all
- 1:09:33Speaker 3: the people to vote for him because he lied to
- 1:09:36Speaker 3: their people too, because one cold job bought back.
- 1:09:40Speaker 11: All right, guys, Coming up at the top of the hour,

- 1:10:13Speaker 11: want to help him get over her. But I'm scared
- 1:10:16Speaker 11: to tell him how I feel. Is it foolish of

- 1:19:50Speaker 11: of course, we would like to thank doctor Jackie Walters
- 1:19:52Speaker 11: for coming by and educating us.
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: And we're also praying. This is kind of a really
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: sad story here.
- 1:20:02Speaker 11: We're praying for the victims and the families of the
- 1:20:06Speaker 11: students at Morgan State University. There was an active shooter
- 1:20:10Speaker 11: there on Tuesday night, and we're praying for them and
- 1:20:12Speaker 11: we just want to give them our condolences as well. Yeah,
- 1:20:18Speaker 11: Morgan State, historically black university in Baltimore, the gun by.
- 1:20:25Speaker 3: Yeah, we live in a society man, that's just broken
- 1:20:29Speaker 3: on so many levels. And uh, I think it's imperative
- 1:20:34Speaker 3: for people. And I know this is uh, this is
- 1:20:37Speaker 3: an extra extra tough time for families that.
- 1:20:40Speaker 2: Have to deal with this.
- 1:20:41Speaker 8: You know.
- 1:20:42Speaker 2: Just Carla said that earlier. We want a break.
- 1:20:46Speaker 3: She said, you can't even send your kids to school.
- 1:20:49Speaker 3: I mean, you can't send my elementary school. You can't
- 1:20:52Speaker 3: send them to you can't send them to college. You
- 1:20:54Speaker 3: can't they can't go to concerts no more. You can't
- 1:20:57Speaker 3: go see the movie. You can't go to church, you
- 1:20:59Speaker 3: can't go to the grocery store.
- 1:21:01Speaker 2: It's it's it's we.
- 1:21:03Speaker 3: Live in a falling world. It's imperative man, that you
- 1:21:06Speaker 3: have relationship with God. You you gonna need that relationship
- 1:21:11Speaker 3: to get you through, to protect you, to guard you,
- 1:21:16Speaker 3: to to to fend off of.
- 1:21:18Speaker 2: Some of these forces.
- 1:21:19Speaker 8: You know.
- 1:21:20Speaker 3: You know, i'ma look man, this is a This is
- 1:21:24Speaker 3: not a statement saying what should have happened. I'm just
- 1:21:26Speaker 3: talking to those of us that's still here. You know, Man,
- 1:21:29Speaker 3: you have to stay prayed of because Devil is busy.
- 1:21:32Speaker 16: Man.
- 1:21:33Speaker 2: He got people out there working for him. Twenty four seven,
- 1:21:35Speaker 2: and it's a lot of them.
- 1:21:37Speaker 3: It's a lot of them out there, man, and you
- 1:21:40Speaker 3: kind of wanna go like, wow, where is this coming from?
- 1:21:43Speaker 3: But it's just coming from a dark place.
- 1:21:45Speaker 8: Man.
- 1:21:45Speaker 3: We live in a fallen world. We live in a
- 1:21:47Speaker 3: The whole world is falling now. Some place is better
- 1:21:50Speaker 3: than others. But we we live in the United States
- 1:21:53Speaker 3: of America, and as free as we are supposed to be,
- 1:21:56Speaker 3: we are overly free. We got so many freedoms that
- 1:21:59Speaker 3: people take advantage of freedoms and put us in an
- 1:22:01Speaker 3: imprison predicament. They will not fix these gun laws no
- 1:22:06Speaker 3: matter what. They're not gonna change it. They're not gonna
- 1:22:10Speaker 3: make doing something like this a severe enough penalty to
- 1:22:14Speaker 3: slow some of this gun stuff down. You know, they
- 1:22:17Speaker 3: allow gun shows to exist. You can buy guns at
- 1:22:20Speaker 3: gun shows with just an ID. You can still walk
- 1:22:24Speaker 3: in a store and show a driver's license and walk
- 1:22:27Speaker 3: out with a gun.
- 1:22:29Speaker 2: You can still do it.
- 1:22:31Speaker 3: It's all because of profit. It's all because of profit.
- 1:22:35Speaker 3: And I don't care what we do, what we say,
- 1:22:39Speaker 3: They're not changing it. These politicians we have today, man,
- 1:22:44Speaker 3: These politicians ain't voted for the people. They get an
- 1:22:48Speaker 3: office and there they're for party. All of these politicians
- 1:22:53Speaker 3: are in it for the party that they represent. They
- 1:22:57Speaker 3: hold the party line. Look at this guy that just
- 1:23:00Speaker 3: got voted out by his own people because he didn't
- 1:23:04Speaker 3: want to hold the party line. He didn't want to
- 1:23:06Speaker 3: let the government shut down and cost all these people jobs,
- 1:23:11Speaker 3: times and money because it just wasn't the right thing
- 1:23:14Speaker 3: to do. Well, guess what, it's what we wanted to do,
- 1:23:17Speaker 3: and it was our party line position. So now we're
- 1:23:20Speaker 3: gonna vote you out. And he gone, Wow. That lets
- 1:23:24Speaker 3: you know right there, even if you're trying to do
- 1:23:27Speaker 3: the right thing in this falling world, we want you
- 1:23:31Speaker 3: to do the thing that best suits and so we
- 1:23:33Speaker 3: can stay falling because it is about power and position
- 1:23:36Speaker 3: in this country. America ain't been good to us, And
- 1:23:40Speaker 3: if you really really want to know the truth about it,
- 1:23:43Speaker 3: what I had to do was ten times what I
- 1:23:47Speaker 3: know a lot of other people had to do to
- 1:23:49Speaker 3: get to the same spot. I know people who are
- 1:23:54Speaker 3: in the same spot who make a whole lot more
- 1:23:57Speaker 3: to because I understand the system.
- 1:24:00Speaker 4: But what do I do.
- 1:24:01Speaker 3: I make the system work as best I can. But
- 1:24:04Speaker 3: just because you can make it in America don't mean
- 1:24:06Speaker 3: America ain't broken. If America would fix, do you know
- 1:24:10Speaker 3: how many more people would would make it? But then,
- 1:24:13Speaker 3: you know what, that's not the idea. We're not trying
- 1:24:15Speaker 3: to create as many successful as people as we can.
- 1:24:19Speaker 3: There are successful people who are just trying to be
- 1:24:22Speaker 3: as more successful as they can have no consideration for you, none, whatsoever.
- 1:24:29Speaker 2: None. So that's the world we live in.
- 1:24:31Speaker 3: I'm just venting a little bit right now because I
- 1:24:33Speaker 3: know I speak for a lot of people when I say, man,
- 1:24:37Speaker 3: and it's crazy, and you want to vote, and we
- 1:24:38Speaker 3: got another election coming up? Do you know what's happening
- 1:24:41Speaker 3: here in twenty twenty four? Do you know we're gonna
- 1:24:43Speaker 3: have a repeat? Do you know it's gonna be Biden
- 1:24:45Speaker 3: against Trump? How can that even be? This man lost
- 1:24:48Speaker 3: the election, has convinced millions, tens of millions of people
- 1:24:52Speaker 3: that the election was a fraud, with no proof whatsoever.
- 1:24:58Speaker 3: Every judge that has been a lot them to present
- 1:25:01Speaker 3: their case through it out because of lack of evidence.
- 1:25:05Speaker 3: But Donald Trump tells them it's snowing outside and they
- 1:25:09Speaker 3: believe it. He been peeing on these people, telling them
- 1:25:13Speaker 3: it's rain and the whole time, and you know what,
- 1:25:15Speaker 3: they break out their umbrellas it's rain, and Donald said, so,
- 1:25:20Speaker 3: what's wrong with y'all? Man, what's wrong with y'all? The
- 1:25:23Speaker 3: only thing that I came away with this whole thing
- 1:25:25Speaker 3: is you vote for Donald Trump because you're just like him.
- 1:25:30Speaker 3: That's what I come away with, because you've got to
- 1:25:34Speaker 3: think that it's okay. But I'm gonna tell you what
- 1:25:36Speaker 3: I know. Man, there are a lot of people in
- 1:25:38Speaker 3: this world, especially men who liked the big jet with
- 1:25:42Speaker 3: the name on it, the billionaire status, the playboy, the
- 1:25:46Speaker 3: playboy bunnies, the hookers, the money and the lies he's
- 1:25:50Speaker 3: told to bank them, and they vote for that. That's
- 1:25:53Speaker 3: the other part of this fallen country. They vote for
- 1:25:57Speaker 3: corrupt people. That's the world win in. I'm glad I
- 1:26:02Speaker 3: got God, man, because no matter what they do, I'm
- 1:26:04Speaker 3: gonna be all right. You can too, You get God.
- 1:26:07Speaker 3: No matter what they do, you'll be fine. Hey, those
- 1:26:10Speaker 3: are my closing remarks today. If you didn't like them,
- 1:26:12Speaker 3: I'm probably gonna do the same thing tomorrow. So be prepared.
