- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's show is pre recorded. Y'all know what time y'all
- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know. Y'all have a suit looking back to back down,
- 0:13Speaker 1: giving them like the mozing bu bu things, and it's
- 0:19Speaker 1: not good. Steve to mother, stay, don't join. You gotta
- 0:59Speaker 1: use that turn hur ver. You gotta turn to turn
- 1:41Speaker 1: them out, turning, got to turn them out to turn
- 1:46Speaker 1: the water the water. Come, come on your back, I
- 2:02Speaker 1: sure will. A good morning everybody, y'all listening to the voice,
- 2:08Speaker 1: come on dig me now, one and only Steve Harvey
- 2:11Speaker 1: got a radio show man. God is in a blessing business.
- 2:16Speaker 1: I'm in the receiving line, man. That's a good feeling.
- 2:21Speaker 1: I thank God for waking me up in the mornings,
- 2:24Speaker 1: I really really do. I thank God for the spirit
- 2:28Speaker 1: that he wakes me up with because I finally, but
- 2:31Speaker 1: I finally figured it out. Such a blessing that shouldn't
- 2:35Speaker 1: be taken for granted. The fact that you are up
- 2:37Speaker 1: to day, the fact that you just got off working,
- 2:40Speaker 1: you driving home, the fact that you got a job
- 2:43Speaker 1: to come home from, the fact that you got a
- 2:45Speaker 1: job to wake up too. Whatever, it is the fact
- 2:49Speaker 1: that you can see, think, here, smell, walk, talk, rhyme, reason,
- 2:55Speaker 1: whatever it is, it's a blessing. Man. I was talking
- 2:58Speaker 1: to a partner mine last night and an analogy came
- 3:02Speaker 1: to me last night of what my life has been like,
- 3:05Speaker 1: just going over my story with a friend of mine,
- 3:08Speaker 1: of all some of the things I had gone through,
- 3:10Speaker 1: and he never knew it because he said, man, you
- 3:12Speaker 1: never told me that we were just talking. One of
- 3:16Speaker 1: the things I remember, and it's kind of equated to
- 3:19Speaker 1: my life, was when I was a little boy and
- 3:25Speaker 1: she'd go to the store with my mom and she
- 3:29Speaker 1: would let me buy a jigsaw puzzle. Now, for those
- 3:33Speaker 1: of you, a jigsaw puzzle comes in a box that
- 3:36Speaker 1: are no instructions. It just comes in a box and
- 3:41Speaker 1: it's simple. You're gonna dump the pieces out in a
- 3:44Speaker 1: pile and you're gonna try to put the pieces together
- 3:49Speaker 1: until it looks like the picture that's on the cover
- 3:53Speaker 1: of the box. That's as simple as it is. Here
- 3:59Speaker 1: is the deal. I would select a jigsaw puzzle based
- 4:06Speaker 1: on the picture that I liked and if I thought
- 4:13Speaker 1: I could do it. Now, if the picture looked too crazy,
- 4:17Speaker 1: if it looked too intricate, I didn't want that puzzle,
- 4:22Speaker 1: you know. And the thing was back in the day,
- 4:24Speaker 1: you got a jigsaw puzzle, you had a hundred piece puzzles.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Four hundred piece puzzles. Man, then they say a thousand
- 4:30Speaker 1: piece puzzle. You go, oh. So those were a little
- 4:35Speaker 1: difficult for me when I was a little boy, so
- 4:38Speaker 1: I didn't want that. As I got a little bit older,
- 4:42Speaker 1: I had more challenging puzzles, you know, four fifty five
- 4:46Speaker 1: hundred piece puzzles. But I always picked a picture of
- 4:52Speaker 1: something I liked. So it's very simple. You get the
- 4:56Speaker 1: jigsaw puzzle, you get it home, you open it up,
- 4:58Speaker 1: you dump it out on the table. You flipped all
- 5:01Speaker 1: the pieces over so you can see them, and then
- 5:06Speaker 1: I would try to saw them based on the colors
- 5:08Speaker 1: on the box. If it was like a black section,
- 5:12Speaker 1: I'd take all the black pieces and slide them over there.
- 5:14Speaker 1: If it was some flowers, I'd try to find all
- 5:17Speaker 1: the pictures with little jig saw pieces with the little
- 5:20Speaker 1: floor and I separate them. And then I started putting
- 5:23Speaker 1: it together. And the way I started was I try
- 5:25Speaker 1: to build the border first, because I knew all the
- 5:28Speaker 1: straight edges had to be side by side at one point.
- 5:32Speaker 1: And it was funny, man, because it's related to my life.
- 5:36Speaker 1: I would start putting the pieces together of the picture
- 5:40Speaker 1: I saw that I liked, and that would be my picture.
- 5:46Speaker 1: A lot of people didn't like Jig saw puzzles. As
- 5:50Speaker 1: a matter of fact, none of the boys on the
- 5:52Speaker 1: street like Jig saw puzzles but me, because they just
- 5:55Speaker 1: didn't want to go through the intricate details of figuring
- 5:59Speaker 1: that out. Go outside and run or something like that.
- 6:02Speaker 1: And so what happened was, as I got older, I
- 6:07Speaker 1: wanted more difficult than challenging puzzles, but I wouldn't go
- 6:11Speaker 1: too far. I wanted some nice stuff to happen. I
- 6:14Speaker 1: had a picture of what I wanted for my life,
- 6:17Speaker 1: but I didn't want to go too far because it
- 6:20Speaker 1: was so challenging and difficult. I couldn't see myself at
- 6:24Speaker 1: all of that, and I didn't have the time, the knowledge,
- 6:27Speaker 1: the expertise to figuring all the intricate details. And I
- 6:32Speaker 1: discovered something when I was talking last night. That's what
- 6:37Speaker 1: happens in life to a lot of people. You get
- 6:40Speaker 1: bogged down with the details of coming up and trying
- 6:43Speaker 1: to create the picture that you want for yourself. You
- 6:46Speaker 1: put it to the side. You said all that puzzles
- 6:48Speaker 1: are crazy. Next thing, you know, you crumble it up
- 6:51Speaker 1: and put it back in the box. So you go
- 6:53Speaker 1: halfway and you get stuck, and you get to the
- 6:55Speaker 1: part where it ain't a lot of different colors, it's
- 6:57Speaker 1: all the same, and that's a little bit more challenging.
- 7:00Speaker 1: So that may stop you. But it's somewhere in the
- 7:02Speaker 1: jigsaw puzzle that it gets very difficult and challenging. The
- 7:07Speaker 1: bigger the picture you want, but then what a happened
- 7:11Speaker 1: in your life, It's just like what ha happened in
- 7:14Speaker 1: the jigsaw. Once you get comfortable and you don't mind
- 7:18Speaker 1: a challenge, you could get a bigger picture. But here's
- 7:24Speaker 1: the key to it, though, if you put God in
- 7:27Speaker 1: your mix. See the picture that I saw for myself
- 7:31Speaker 1: as a boy is not the picture that has happened
- 7:34Speaker 1: to me as a man. Because along the way from
- 7:38Speaker 1: boyhood to manhood, from the time I was ten, you
- 7:42Speaker 1: understand what happened along the riding now was I started
- 7:47Speaker 1: putting God in the mix. And so now the picture
- 7:51Speaker 1: that I have now is not the picture I saw.
- 7:54Speaker 1: It's the picture that God saw. So what I'm saying
- 7:58Speaker 1: this analogy is the picture you have may be difficult
- 8:03Speaker 1: to complete. But if you were to include God in
- 8:07Speaker 1: your life, put God in your jigsaw puzzle, God will
- 8:12Speaker 1: not only help you complete the puzzle, and he gonna
- 8:15Speaker 1: add some pieces, he gonna do some favors, he gonna
- 8:19Speaker 1: show some mercy, and you're gonna look up and the
- 8:21Speaker 1: picture that you're able to end up with or be
- 8:24Speaker 1: totally different and much more complete, much more beautiful or
- 8:28Speaker 1: bigger picture than the one you had. Because there's no
- 8:31Speaker 1: way that I could have saw the life that I
- 8:34Speaker 1: have today back when I was a boy. And it
- 8:37Speaker 1: amazes me when I hear people say I always saw
- 8:40Speaker 1: this for myself. I didn't do that. I didn't quite
- 8:43Speaker 1: see this for myself. I don't know how you can
- 8:46Speaker 1: have the ability to see what God really has for you.
- 8:49Speaker 1: But man, he's a masterful jigsaw man, He's an incredible
- 8:54Speaker 1: puzzle complet So if you got a puzzle that's challenging
- 8:57Speaker 1: to you, maybe you need to see what's a picture
- 9:00Speaker 1: that God has for your life. If God were in
- 9:04Speaker 1: your life, if you completed the puzzle, what would it
- 9:08Speaker 1: look like. It'll be a far more extensive puzzle and
- 9:13Speaker 1: it would be a far more beautiful piece of scenery
- 9:16Speaker 1: than you could have ever imagined. Tears come in my
- 9:19Speaker 1: eyes because I can't believe God bought me this far.
- 9:23Speaker 1: I can't believe that when I opened up and accepted
- 9:26Speaker 1: him and started talking to him, that he would add
- 9:28Speaker 1: all these pieceles to my jigsaw puzzle, and my jigsaw
- 9:32Speaker 1: puzzle would look like this. And I can tell you
- 9:35Speaker 1: I ain't got a whole lot to do with with
- 9:38Speaker 1: with what I had and turned into, it's mostly favored
- 9:41Speaker 1: and blessings and grace and mercy of God. And I
- 9:43Speaker 1: looked up and I just got a much bigger jigsaw
- 9:46Speaker 1: puzzle completed. And guess what, He ain't through with me yet.
- 9:50Speaker 1: That's what's amazing and exciting about a relationship with God.
- 9:54Speaker 1: God could take your jigsaw puzzle and fix it. Morning show.
- 10:03Speaker 1: All right, Good morning everybody. It is a Steve hard
- 10:06Speaker 1: In Morning Show. You did Monday, Today is Tuesday. We

- 10:57Speaker 1: the big deal, y'all. Give it up from the King
- 10:59Speaker 1: of Pranks. He is not the king, the King of pranks. Missus.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Thomas Miles in the house, y'all. What's up Thomas Miles,
- 11:06Speaker 1: the Big D, the Big H H time, not the

- 11:14Speaker 1: It's just I got nothing. Don't put a sitting with it.
- 11:19Speaker 1: Just don't put a sitting with thinking. He's got on
- 11:23Speaker 1: a nice leopard hat all the way from our Uncle trials,
- 11:27Speaker 1: ladies is going on. Gotta let the leopard hat, man,
- 11:32Speaker 1: I like it nice. Like what's going on? Everybody? What's

- 11:44Speaker 1: there looking at us, said we threw with your Monday,
- 11:46Speaker 1: were done? He done? Monday Today is National Matchmaker Day.
- 11:54Speaker 1: I think that's the day's mate just for you. Who
- 11:59Speaker 1: oh my god, attitude? Did you? Who are you trying
- 12:04Speaker 1: to imagine mate with? Who? I'm good, I'm all right, Yeah,
- 12:08Speaker 1: I'm good, Shelly, I'm good. Put that on somebody else.
- 12:10Speaker 1: I'm good. I'm alright. I'm gonna ch'a. I've done enough matchmaking, Shelly.
- 12:16Speaker 1: Once you cut three cakes, that's pretty much it. So
- 12:20Speaker 1: you think you got one more, one more marriage, leaving
- 12:22Speaker 1: you just one more. I looked them inside of myself,
- 12:26Speaker 1: and it's it's nice, like what if you get counseling
- 12:30Speaker 1: or something and went something like you heard me? What
- 12:33Speaker 1: if you go to like therapy or something and whatever,
- 12:36Speaker 1: get whatever als you thing? I'm first of I don't
- 12:39Speaker 1: even nobody pulling that out of me. You like they
- 12:45Speaker 1: what if you married a therapist? Would be good? If
- 12:48Speaker 1: you marry apist, you know you got home. You know.
- 12:53Speaker 1: I don't like going in there, tinging around, going there's
- 12:55Speaker 1: another marriage inside either. I don't even nobody to find that,
- 12:59Speaker 1: leaving it if it's hidden. Let us stay in there.
- 13:03Speaker 1: You know you know how people, you know, people go
- 13:05Speaker 1: through life with a bullet inside in him. And that's me.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Leave it in there, all right, let it be, Let
- 13:13Speaker 1: it be. I don't Yeah, oh, look what we found
- 13:19Speaker 1: marriage put it back in the n I like that.
- 13:24Speaker 1: I like that. Jay, That's all right. Well, you know
- 13:31Speaker 1: what time it is when we come back. It's time
- 13:34Speaker 1: to ask bitter man. We'll do that coming up at
- 13:37Speaker 1: thirty two minutes after the hour. He's not trying to
- 13:39Speaker 1: help you right after this, not at all. You're listening
- 13:45Speaker 1: show time now for ask bitter man. And bitter man,
- 13:49Speaker 1: you do what now? We don't try to help. We
- 13:52Speaker 1: don't try to help. We do not try to help help.
- 13:55Speaker 1: We'll be here when mister Harvey comes back. Okay, you
- 14:03Speaker 1: can you do the opposite of what stuff you could
- 14:08Speaker 1: have figured out yourself, because I'm not to help you now,
- 14:15Speaker 1: I'm not the one. I'm all right. This one is
- 14:21Speaker 1: from Chilling, Denver. Uh Chill says, I'm a twenty nine
- 14:26Speaker 1: year old man dating a woman that smoked weed. I
- 14:29Speaker 1: smoked weed and cigars, and when we met it was
- 14:31Speaker 1: at a cigar bar and she and her girlfriend said
- 14:34Speaker 1: they needed weed to set the night off. Right, Um,
- 14:37Speaker 1: I thought it was cute, so we went to my
- 14:39Speaker 1: car and smoked. Now she wants to smoke my weed
- 14:42Speaker 1: all the time, and she'll come over my house empty handed.
- 14:45Speaker 1: Is it okay to ask her to chip in? Or
- 14:47Speaker 1: do I have to buy it? Since we're dating it's
- 14:50Speaker 1: getting expensive. Yeah, it is expensive, and you in a relationship,
- 14:55Speaker 1: the new person is allowed to split one bag, just
- 14:59Speaker 1: one bag. After that, they got to come over there
- 15:02Speaker 1: with their own already roll if not. If not, this
- 15:07Speaker 1: is not gonna work out. She can't come over there
- 15:09Speaker 1: and smoke your weed you have because weed smokers have
- 15:12Speaker 1: a certain amount of weed we have set I mean
- 15:15Speaker 1: that they have that they have set so so I've
- 15:23Speaker 1: heard so from talking to weed people, right, they have
- 15:27Speaker 1: read about a weed that they have set aside for themselves,
- 15:31Speaker 1: and it's not set aside to share. Not. The other
- 15:33Speaker 1: problem with weed smokers is, I know when my kids
- 15:36Speaker 1: were living with me, I would hide weed. I to
- 15:39Speaker 1: this day have no idea where that weed is. It's
- 15:41Speaker 1: in the house, some it's in there, some damn well,
- 15:45Speaker 1: I don't know where but no, no, she should buy
- 15:48Speaker 1: her own. Damn weed, I agree with you on that. Yeah,
- 15:52Speaker 1: you just helped around shocking in it all right, all right,
- 15:58Speaker 1: Lilly won't be helped. That's for that him moving on.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Lilly in Birmingham says, after being single for many years,
- 16:05Speaker 1: I found a great man online and we hit it off.
- 16:08Speaker 1: He lived an hour away from me and he would
- 16:10Speaker 1: drive to see me on weeknights because he worked on
- 16:12Speaker 1: weekends and he had his two kids. Most of the time.
- 16:16Speaker 1: I listened to my friends and they had me thinking
- 16:19Speaker 1: my man was cheating on me on the weekend. He
- 16:21Speaker 1: got tired of my constant accusations and he broke up
- 16:24Speaker 1: with me. Now he's dating one of my friends. And
- 16:28Speaker 1: she said, it's just a coincidence. How did this happen?
- 16:33Speaker 1: Can I get him back? You? My friend tried to
- 16:37Speaker 1: tell you what cheating. She told you he was cheating
- 16:41Speaker 1: with h That's what he was cheating with. Oh no,
- 16:45Speaker 1: you didn't see this. It was right there in front
- 16:48Speaker 1: of you. She told you. The man was genially night.
- 16:51Speaker 1: He ain't get nicky. You know, they didn't hook up.
- 16:53Speaker 1: They're doing the spitchwapping and you out and you ain't
- 16:56Speaker 1: got nobody in you. You're right there was she was
- 16:58Speaker 1: jet yet girl. You know, so she can't get him back?
- 17:04Speaker 1: Huh no, no, and that if that this new woman
- 17:08Speaker 1: is closer lived between where you live and all right?
- 17:19Speaker 1: Moving on? A Maya in Oklahoma says, I have an
- 17:22Speaker 1: aunt that is my age and we grew up as
- 17:24Speaker 1: best friends and we lived together. Her boyfriend is always
- 17:28Speaker 1: at our place and he always jokes about us having
- 17:31Speaker 1: a threesome. I'm not opposed to the threesome, but not
- 17:34Speaker 1: with my aunt. He asked my aunt if he could
- 17:37Speaker 1: bring no that would be kind of creepy, right, I'm
- 17:42Speaker 1: not a person different. I am not opposed to the threesome,
- 17:48Speaker 1: but not with my aunt. He asked my aunt if
- 17:51Speaker 1: he could bring a girl over and have a threesome
- 17:53Speaker 1: with me. I told my aunt that her boyfriend is
- 17:55Speaker 1: a creep and his goal is to sleep with me,
- 17:58Speaker 1: but she doesn't see it that way. Am I wrong
- 18:01Speaker 1: about this? Nothing wrong? And nobody. I can't think of
- 18:04Speaker 1: nobody when you think of threesa and I've thought of
- 18:07Speaker 1: a lot of that. You put you, aunt, I'm telling
- 18:12Speaker 1: you that is the truth. Nothing as nasty as I am,
- 18:18Speaker 1: and I will accept that I wouldn't accept being nasty.
- 18:21Speaker 1: But I have never visualized just lady, and let me
- 18:24Speaker 1: get my aunt. It's my aunt, hunty join us today?
- 18:39Speaker 1: That don't And then when y'all finished, ye ain't gonna go.
- 18:42Speaker 1: And I don't call your mama her sister. You know,
- 18:48Speaker 1: you just don't want to. You don't want to. You
- 18:52Speaker 1: don't want to look over there and see a Brazil. Look,
- 18:57Speaker 1: I'm not giving me. I'm not against two hunts, that's
- 19:01Speaker 1: that's a whole different thing. Two hunts that you know
- 19:04Speaker 1: me and two mounts. That's cool. But when you're having
- 19:07Speaker 1: your first three, you don't want your damn yo, damn killed.
- 19:17Speaker 1: I can never get over that at the family traumatized
- 19:21Speaker 1: y'all sitting at the Thanksgiving table and can't make eye contact.
- 19:25Speaker 1: You know, yes, yes, you're not even looking up? All right?
- 19:32Speaker 1: Moving on there, man, can you please help these people? Uh?
- 19:38Speaker 1: Frances and making Georgia says, I'm in my mid sixties
- 19:41Speaker 1: and my husband said he reconnected with an old friend
- 19:44Speaker 1: from college and he wanted to invite her to dinner.
- 19:46Speaker 1: I thought it was just a platonic friendship. Uh and um,
- 19:50Speaker 1: a platonic friendship. And she would bring her husband. She
- 19:54Speaker 1: came along and at dinner she was opening honest about
- 19:58Speaker 1: her past. She said, my husband was her first love
- 20:02Speaker 1: and all they did was have sex. And they had
- 20:04Speaker 1: sex one time after we got married. My husband called
- 20:09Speaker 1: her a liar and asked her to leave. Can I
- 20:11Speaker 1: get mad over something from thirty years ago? Yeah, yeah, house,
- 20:17Speaker 1: Hell yeah, you get mad right when it's right across
- 20:23Speaker 1: the table from me. Hell yeah, you're getting mad. He
- 20:27Speaker 1: got to get mad. Yeah, you can get mad. You're
- 20:33Speaker 1: allowed to get mad when you come in and bring manute,
- 20:36Speaker 1: you put her out, don't give her a plate, put
- 20:37Speaker 1: her ass right at your house, right out your damn
- 20:41Speaker 1: she got She gets nothing to eat or anything. Our
- 20:47Speaker 1: parties over all, right, Thank you, bitter man. Coming up next.
- 20:50Speaker 1: The nephew would run that prank back right after this.
- 20:54Speaker 1: You're listening. Coming up at the top of the hour,
- 20:59Speaker 1: Miss And is standing by. With today's national news. We'll
- 21:03Speaker 1: have more on Hurricane Ida and the US completes troop
- 21:06Speaker 1: withdrawal in Afghanistan. The Afghan War is over. Plus an
- 21:11Speaker 1: entertainment news R and B singer her will join the
- 21:14Speaker 1: cast of The Color Purple. We'll talk about all of
- 21:17Speaker 1: these stories at the top of the hour. But right
- 21:19Speaker 1: now the nephew is here. We'll run that prank back.
- 21:22Speaker 1: What you got for us, Nash as you know last Yeah,
- 21:25Speaker 1: this right here is the sick and shut in. We've
- 21:30Speaker 1: all had that list. This is the sick and shut in.
- 21:34Speaker 1: Let's take a listen. Come on, cat, So I'm trying

- 23:20Speaker 1: not gonna disrespect me and curse me out. Okay, that's
- 23:24Speaker 1: not even the way brothers should be talking to brothers.
- 23:27Speaker 1: Second of all, if there's any laying on the hands.
- 23:29Speaker 1: It's gonna be my hand laying on you. Okay, you
- 23:32Speaker 1: ain't the lady in the lady I know trying to
- 23:35Speaker 1: lay my wife. If I find what you know, not

- 23:57Speaker 1: you may be just upset. I can appreciate that. Okay,
- 24:01Speaker 1: I have a wife, and I'll be upset if somebody's
- 24:04Speaker 1: coming back to my wife, won't you won't you and
- 24:07Speaker 1: show out what your wife? You spend my time with
- 24:09Speaker 1: my wife? I do you know what I'm saying now,
- 24:11Speaker 1: I only can anybody never come about your house? Maybe
- 24:14Speaker 1: I do need to come out your house and how

- 24:32Speaker 1: was a very idiotic staatement for you to make Okay,
- 24:35Speaker 1: that's what's gonna happen. If I catch your black drip
- 24:37Speaker 1: my house again, I'm gonna play this man, and then
- 24:40Speaker 1: I'm getting on the phone with you. You, your pastors,
- 24:42Speaker 1: any more of them, because if anybody come by my

- 25:06Speaker 1: By this foot I'm gonna put up, okay, because I've
- 25:09Speaker 1: had it with you, you know. And I only went
- 25:11Speaker 1: by it to visit your wife because I was asked
- 25:14Speaker 1: to go visit your wife. Now that was a problem
- 25:16Speaker 1: you should have caused a pastor, okay, But you're not
- 25:18Speaker 1: going to disrespect me my wife to church on the phone.

- 25:36Speaker 1: you know. It's just a stupid brother. Okay, you need
- 25:40Speaker 1: to come to church, to church, the one. You need
- 25:43Speaker 1: to come to church more often. That's the problem. You
- 25:46Speaker 1: don't come to church more often. If you come to
- 25:48Speaker 1: church more off, you wouldn't be talking to me like that.
- 25:51Speaker 1: You wouldn't be worried about me and your wife because
- 25:53Speaker 1: it must be something wrong at your house. You'd be

- 27:14Speaker 1: radio show with the lab man Steve Harvey Martin the show?
- 27:18Speaker 1: I think I kind of upset him a little bit.
- 27:20Speaker 1: Did I did I get one? Did I get out
- 27:21Speaker 1: of that? You know, as long as I did my job,
- 27:27Speaker 1: that's all I want to know. I did my job.

- 30:46Speaker 1: a December twenty twenty three release. W Yeah, I can't
- 30:51Speaker 1: wait for that. Who play a mister? You should play

- 32:11Speaker 1: And Carla, we have some music News. Yes we do. Drake. Drake,
- 32:15Speaker 1: he you know, he maybe nine months behind schedule. Check
- 32:23Speaker 1: this out new album maybe uh huh, that's what it is.
- 32:29Speaker 1: Certified Love a Boy. Album has a release date of
- 32:32Speaker 1: this Friday, September third. So when Drake made the announcement,
- 32:36Speaker 1: he did originally make the announcement on Sports Center and
- 32:39Speaker 1: all of that, but yesterday he posted the message about
- 32:44Speaker 1: Labor Day weekend. He's dropping the album and pregnant women emoji.
- 32:49Speaker 1: Maybe I think it was about twelve pregnant women. So
- 32:52Speaker 1: people are guessing that since the album comes out the
- 32:55Speaker 1: ninth month of the year, Labor Day weekend, that's why
- 32:58Speaker 1: he posted the pregnant women certified lovea Boy. We don't
- 33:02Speaker 1: know if that's it, but that's what a lot of
- 33:04Speaker 1: people are guessing or kind of you know, theorizing, if
- 33:06Speaker 1: you will. So that's a music news all right, Thank you, Carlin.
- 33:10Speaker 1: There you go, all right. Time now for headlines, Jay,
- 33:14Speaker 1: what you got? All right, everybody, it's time for the
- 33:16Speaker 1: news with miss an trip. Thanks Jay, and good morning everyone.
- 33:20Speaker 1: This is a trip with the news. Well, here we go.
- 33:23Speaker 1: The US war and Afghanistan has finally ended as final
- 33:26Speaker 1: evacuation flights departed Kabbal Airport yesterday, which was the thirty
- 33:31Speaker 1: first in the east. You know sunrises in the east,
- 33:33Speaker 1: and so it's the time. The last American military forces
- 33:36Speaker 1: left Afghanistan late Monday, ending a twenty year occupation which
- 33:40Speaker 1: began shortly after the nine to eleven attacks. You may remember,
- 33:43Speaker 1: the war cost the US taxpayers two trillion dollars with
- 33:47Speaker 1: the tea and were than one hundred and seventy of
- 33:49Speaker 1: people lost their lives. Americans about twenty four hundred. Military
- 33:53Speaker 1: authorities say that all US equipment left behind was irreparably
- 33:57Speaker 1: damaged on purpose, but also left behind with Afghans who
- 34:00Speaker 1: worked with the Americans, whom their neighbors are informing on.
- 34:04Speaker 1: Reports are that scores of Afghans are pressing the border
- 34:06Speaker 1: with Pakistan. Secretary State Anthony B. Lincoln says there's no
- 34:10Speaker 1: deadline on getting Afghans out who want to leave in
- 34:13Speaker 1: that now it's more of a diplomatic mission. A new
- 34:16Speaker 1: chapter of America's engagement with Afghanistan has begun. It's one
- 34:19Speaker 1: in which we will lead with our diplomacy. The military
- 34:22Speaker 1: mission is over, a new diplomatic mission has begun, and
- 34:26Speaker 1: the Secretary State says that the US presence in Kabbal
- 34:29Speaker 1: has now been moved to Katar, saying that the US
- 34:32Speaker 1: will be nevertheless maintaining a robust counter terrorism capability in Katter.
- 34:36Speaker 1: Some one hundred and twenty thousand people were flown out
- 34:40Speaker 1: of Kabal Airport. Meanwhile, a planeload of much needed medical
- 34:43Speaker 1: and health supplies has landed in Afghanistan. It's the first
- 34:46Speaker 1: shipment of such medical health since the Taliban took over
- 34:49Speaker 1: the country in mid August. The World Health Organization says
- 34:52Speaker 1: that a reliable humanitarian bridge, as they call it, is
- 34:56Speaker 1: the first step in meeting the needs of millions of
- 34:58Speaker 1: vulnerable Afghans. Supplies to be distributed to health facilities all
- 35:02Speaker 1: over that country. More help is arriving in Louisiana other
- 35:06Speaker 1: parts of the Gulf Coast after millions of residents wrote
- 35:08Speaker 1: out one of these strongest hurricanes to hit the US mainland,
- 35:11Speaker 1: made even worse because of climate change. The governor Louisiana
- 35:15Speaker 1: estimates a number of people currently without power there at
- 35:18Speaker 1: least two million, and there have now been reports of
- 35:21Speaker 1: at least three deaths, and they think that they may
- 35:23Speaker 1: find more now that people are going back to their
- 35:26Speaker 1: homes and lifting trees and stuff like that that they
- 35:28Speaker 1: may unfortunately find more people who have died the sight
- 35:31Speaker 1: of that horrific condominium collapse in Miami Beach where nearly
- 35:35Speaker 1: one hundred people has died. That's list is for sale.
- 35:37Speaker 1: The judge wants the property sold as quickly as possible
- 35:40Speaker 1: so that the money can be divided among the survivors
- 35:42Speaker 1: and the families of those killed when part of that
- 35:44Speaker 1: twelve story structure suddenly fell in on itself during the
- 35:47Speaker 1: wee hours of June twenty fourth, where it is one
- 35:50Speaker 1: developers already willing to put up about one hundred and
- 35:52Speaker 1: twenty million dollars for the site. Now back to the
- 35:54Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Mourning Show. You're listening to show. Come on,
- 35:59Speaker 1: tom Me introduce your boy. He is here. How deep
- 36:03Speaker 1: do y'all want to go? Halfway in there? All the
- 36:05Speaker 1: way through back in front? Now, let's go halfway. We
- 36:09Speaker 1: went all the way in last weekend. I can just
- 36:12Speaker 1: keep it in that front load. We're going halfway, ladies, halfway,
- 36:16Speaker 1: halfway into the mine, halfway into the mind of the
- 36:19Speaker 1: one and only Jay Anthony Brown. Buckle up and hold
- 36:22Speaker 1: tight and we go all right, everybody. First of all,
- 36:26Speaker 1: the jay spot is open and I'll be at the
- 36:28Speaker 1: Ashure Theater in Myrtle Beat, South Carolina. Riddles Comedy Club, Chicago,
- 36:33Speaker 1: ten and eleven. All right, it's time. People have been
- 36:36Speaker 1: asking for it. It's time again. It smokes out. Here
- 36:39Speaker 1: we go, smoke smoke, cut up, cut there we go,
- 36:48Speaker 1: Here we go, Here we go. You can never have
- 36:50Speaker 1: too many white shirts or white friends. You can never
- 36:54Speaker 1: have this ignorant you ever know, those people who don't
- 37:03Speaker 1: chip in always have a lot to say. I don't
- 37:05Speaker 1: know why that is. Here we go smoke dots, gen
- 37:12Speaker 1: Oh god, did you know the number one phrase that
- 37:16Speaker 1: people here before they die? The number one phrase that
- 37:20Speaker 1: people here before they die? Go ahead on the work? Why?
- 37:28Speaker 1: Followed by I tried to tell him, all right, smoke,
- 37:37Speaker 1: smoke dots, gen we go. Fellas, Fellas, Never ask a
- 37:43Speaker 1: lady if you're too big. Never ask a lady if
- 37:47Speaker 1: you're too big. If you are, she will tell you.
- 37:51Speaker 1: If she don't, then you ain't okay, smocks, this ain't
- 37:59Speaker 1: her halfway, this all away, go all the way in
- 38:02Speaker 1: to day. I remember. Remember if you have company over
- 38:07Speaker 1: to the house and somebody yells out where do you
- 38:11Speaker 1: keep your plunger? They need that right away. Okay. If
- 38:20Speaker 1: you hear the phrase where do you keep your plunger?
- 38:24Speaker 1: Please rush right up there. He's the smoke thoughts by
- 38:29Speaker 1: Janny Brown. Smoke touch huh huh huh is the sound
- 38:38Speaker 1: you here when you put something together and you still
- 38:43Speaker 1: have a lot of pieces left over? Facts? Okay, these
- 38:52Speaker 1: extra screws where all right? Smoke thoughts? Thank you Jack,
- 39:00Speaker 1: coming up and coming up at thirty four minutes after
- 39:05Speaker 1: whatever roundtable discussion, I guess on some of today's national headlines. Yeah,
- 39:10Speaker 1: let's see what we think right after this. You're listening
- 39:13Speaker 1: to the Steven Show. Attention Steve Harvey Nation. If you
- 39:18Speaker 1: want to help those impacted by Hurricane Ida, please go
- 39:21Speaker 1: to Redcross dot org and please donate whatever it is
- 39:25Speaker 1: you can. Okay, Yes, time now for a mental health
- 39:29Speaker 1: check in our roundtable discussion on the crisis that are
- 39:33Speaker 1: going on in the country right now. So many natural disasters,
- 39:37Speaker 1: Hurricane Ida, Afghanistan, the end to the United States longest war,
- 39:42Speaker 1: and the pandemic. This is a crazy time in our
- 39:46Speaker 1: country and the need for crisis driven leadership comes to
- 39:49Speaker 1: all presidents. It seems like it's Biden's turn right now.
- 39:54Speaker 1: So here's a question, how are you guys feeling about
- 39:57Speaker 1: the headlines and everything going on in the untreat right now?
- 40:01Speaker 1: It's a lot, It's a lot. It's heavy and it
- 40:04Speaker 1: and it always is, you know, yeah, it always is.
- 40:07Speaker 1: But I think the underlying thing, the pandemic that you know,
- 40:11Speaker 1: that just makes it even worse that you know, it
- 40:14Speaker 1: is heavy. Carlo, You're you're absolutely definitely heavy. And one
- 40:18Speaker 1: thing I definitely like about Biden is that, you know,
- 40:21Speaker 1: with the Afghanistan problem, he really owned up to making
- 40:25Speaker 1: a mistake and said that, you know, I don't know
- 40:28Speaker 1: if he said he wished he'd done it a different way,
- 40:30Speaker 1: but he does say you know, it stops with me. Yeah,
- 40:35Speaker 1: that's something we didn't get from Trump, and you never
- 40:37Speaker 1: got anything from Trump to face. Yeah, So I mean
- 40:43Speaker 1: he isn't a tough position because the pull of troops
- 40:47Speaker 1: out of Afghanistan the way he did was just a
- 40:50Speaker 1: huge mistake, a huge mistake. But you're right, it's not
- 40:56Speaker 1: his war, so not to make any excuses, Yeah, he
- 41:01Speaker 1: did it the way he did it. You know, what's
- 41:03Speaker 1: the best way to have done it? Though? Should he
- 41:05Speaker 1: have pulled out it slowly and nobody knows he pulling
- 41:08Speaker 1: out how you do it well. I think making then
- 41:10Speaker 1: announcement that you're gonna pull out was definitely a big mistake.
- 41:14Speaker 1: And not securing troops so that you could get the
- 41:17Speaker 1: people who work for the United States out first. That
- 41:21Speaker 1: could have been done first, because, yeah, the same I
- 41:27Speaker 1: think the intel that he got. I would think that
- 41:30Speaker 1: our intelligent agencies, the information that they had, they made
- 41:34Speaker 1: the decision on what they had, and I think that
- 41:36Speaker 1: Taliban reacted differently, and you know, you can't trust what
- 41:40Speaker 1: they're going to do anyway. So it kind of goes
- 41:43Speaker 1: back to what you said, Tommy, it wouldn't It almost
- 41:47Speaker 1: is like you and don't forget their leadership left over there. Yeah. Yeah,
- 41:56Speaker 1: And I don't think that they thought that that would happen,
- 41:58Speaker 1: that that would have to stand and President would go
- 42:01Speaker 1: would not go down with the ship, like you said before,
- 42:04Speaker 1: Shirley so quickly. I mean, he pretty much just walked away.
- 42:08Speaker 1: I think that, you know, this year, I think with
- 42:12Speaker 1: twenty twenty one, I think we the beginning of the
- 42:14Speaker 1: year in spring, we had a glimmer hope with the pandemic. Yeah,
- 42:19Speaker 1: you know, I think we were feeling, you know a
- 42:22Speaker 1: little bit better. But now this ending of the summer,
- 42:26Speaker 1: you know, with the disasters, you just gotta be safe.
- 42:30Speaker 1: You gotta stay prayed up. Yes, you got to stay
- 42:34Speaker 1: prayed up, man, because we we we met with some
- 42:36Speaker 1: things that we've never seen before. Pandemic. I never thought
- 42:39Speaker 1: we would have seen anything like this. Of course we see.
- 42:42Speaker 1: You know. Then when once the natural disasters happened, My god,
- 42:46Speaker 1: you can do about those. Nothing you can do about yeah.
- 42:49Speaker 1: So it's so much coming at one time, you know,
- 42:52Speaker 1: like Carlin's mamma used to say, you know, stop the world,
- 42:54Speaker 1: let me get off, you know what I mean, and
- 42:57Speaker 1: that we just yeah, don't forget they're still trying to
- 43:02Speaker 1: take our voting rights away. I mean, there's so much
- 43:05Speaker 1: going on in this country right now. We have to
- 43:07Speaker 1: be aware of everything and be prepared, you know, as
- 43:10Speaker 1: much as we can for for everything. Um, you know,
- 43:14Speaker 1: he's he's our leader, that's who we voted in to
- 43:17Speaker 1: be president. So and he's dealing with a lot at Yeah. Yeah,
- 43:26Speaker 1: I still think he's a man for the job, you know,
- 43:30Speaker 1: and we'll see it's not over, you know. And then
- 43:35Speaker 1: on voting, right, because that's something absolutely absolutely, we do, yes,
- 43:40Speaker 1: which is ridiculous that we even have to deal have
- 43:42Speaker 1: to deal with that is in the right yeah, in
- 43:48Speaker 1: the midst of all of this, you know, yeah, yeah,
- 43:51Speaker 1: all right. If you want to comment on what we're
- 43:53Speaker 1: saying or on a roundtable discussion for today, go to

- 53:51Speaker 1: You never know. It could be yours. You never know.
- 53:53Speaker 1: Buckle up and hold on tight. We got it for
- 53:55Speaker 1: you here. It is the Strawberry Letter, subject my daddy's
- 54:00Speaker 1: brother's wife. Dear Stephen Shirley, This is so crazy. I'm
- 54:05Speaker 1: a thirty eight year old married man and I have
- 54:08Speaker 1: a woman on the side that I've been with for
- 54:10Speaker 1: about three months. She's newly married, but she calls me
- 54:14Speaker 1: her maintenance man because of her husband's age. He's significantly
- 54:18Speaker 1: older and she said he has a problem in the bedroom.
- 54:21Speaker 1: So we hook up once or twice a week. I'm
- 54:24Speaker 1: originally from Kansas, and my mom and I moved to
- 54:27Speaker 1: Georgia after she divorced my dad. Right after we moved,
- 54:31Speaker 1: my mom met a guy and got pregnant but the
- 54:34Speaker 1: guy split and she had raised two boys on her own.
- 54:38Speaker 1: My father has always been in my life, but my
- 54:41Speaker 1: brother didn't know his father until recently. He's thirty three now,
- 54:45Speaker 1: and he decided he wanted to meet his dad. My
- 54:48Speaker 1: mother gave him the information and he found him. They
- 54:52Speaker 1: met up for lunch, and my brother kept talking about
- 54:55Speaker 1: how fine and pretty his dad's wife is. He said
- 54:59Speaker 1: she's and she's a registered nurse. He also said she
- 55:03Speaker 1: has a big tattoo on her hand and she's got
- 55:07Speaker 1: a thick Spanish accent. I instantly knew it was my
- 55:12Speaker 1: side chick what. I called her to ask her if
- 55:16Speaker 1: she'd recently met her husband's son, and she said yes.
- 55:20Speaker 1: I told her that he's my younger brother, and it
- 55:23Speaker 1: intrigued her. She said that my younger brother is as
- 55:26Speaker 1: handsome as I am, and she loves his dreads. I
- 55:29Speaker 1: got jealous, but I didn't say anything. A few days ago,
- 55:33Speaker 1: I told my brother everything. He was disappointed in me
- 55:37Speaker 1: for cheating on my wife and said there is no
- 55:39Speaker 1: way I could keep sleeping with her. My brother said
- 55:43Speaker 1: that she is a slut, and she even flirted with
- 55:46Speaker 1: him and got his phone number. I asked why they
- 55:50Speaker 1: exchange numbers. He said, it's so they can get better acquainted.
- 55:55Speaker 1: I must admit I'm worried about them hooking up. Do
- 55:58Speaker 1: you think they do that to me? I dump this chick,
- 56:01Speaker 1: so I think they would do that to you? And
- 56:04Speaker 1: should you jump dump her? Yes? And yes, of course
- 56:08Speaker 1: they would do it to you. You're doing it to
- 56:11Speaker 1: your wife. Your side chick is doing it to her husband.
- 56:13Speaker 1: Slash your brother's father. So yes, anyone in this letter
- 56:18Speaker 1: can get done. Anyone. It's already happening. Your brother exchanged
- 56:23Speaker 1: numbers with his step mom. She told you he's handsome,
- 56:28Speaker 1: and you already know firsthand how she rolls. Let this
- 56:32Speaker 1: mess go. Please, let it go, because you're just gonna
- 56:37Speaker 1: be one of the men she's playing with. And God
- 56:40Speaker 1: forbid if your brother's father finds out, I say, get
- 56:43Speaker 1: out now, and even then it might be too late.
- 56:48Speaker 1: Tell your brother not to be stupid. Okay, tell your
- 56:52Speaker 1: brother not to be stupid. This is a mess. Let
- 56:54Speaker 1: it go, you know, get back into your wife's good grace.
- 56:59Speaker 1: You you have no reason to cheat on her at all. Tommy,
- 57:04Speaker 1: there are no rules her number twos. That's what you
- 57:09Speaker 1: don't understand. There are no rules. Number twos can do
- 57:13Speaker 1: what they want to do. You didn't found you a
- 57:16Speaker 1: number two, but number two got game. And she a
- 57:19Speaker 1: sexy his Spanic Mexic with which it was a Spanish
- 57:21Speaker 1: accents thick, that sexy Spanish girl. Guess what she can
- 57:25Speaker 1: do what she wanted to do. She don't do your brother. Okay,
- 57:29Speaker 1: if you come over and it's a pinion out of
- 57:31Speaker 1: hanging at your brother house, gives what he gonna did?
- 57:34Speaker 1: Did I promise you? This is what she's gonna put
- 57:37Speaker 1: on it. She's gonna put that guacamole on the first
- 57:39Speaker 1: of all, but they know how to cook that real good. Okay,
- 57:41Speaker 1: she gonna put that guacamole on his ass. All right,
- 57:44Speaker 1: once you get that GUACAMOLEI and chip, you started loosing
- 57:46Speaker 1: up a little bit like list the one that will
- 57:48Speaker 1: take you in because I hadn't had it before that
- 57:49Speaker 1: Meskan Caring on the car. If you put that Meskan
- 57:52Speaker 1: carn on the car the one way they rubbed that
- 57:53Speaker 1: sye queen and it's a line, throw on the lime
- 57:55Speaker 1: on it. That right there, it's going to do your
- 57:58Speaker 1: little brother with the little beautiful dreads. He gonna get
- 58:01Speaker 1: dot so I'm telling you number two can do what
- 58:04Speaker 1: they want to do. There are no rules to number two.
- 58:06Speaker 1: They can do what they want, who they want when
- 58:09Speaker 1: they won't and have no control. You know why, because
- 58:12Speaker 1: you're married and you can't call no shots. All you
- 58:15Speaker 1: got to do is hope that the number two love
- 58:17Speaker 1: you like that. Guess what, she don't love you like that.
- 58:20Speaker 1: He's a sexy Spanish number two and she gets to
- 58:22Speaker 1: do what she want to do. All right? Could rot child?
- 58:25Speaker 1: Who could rot child? What else you want to do? Okay?
- 58:28Speaker 1: And I'm just gonna pass it on to the fellas
- 58:30Speaker 1: and let it go. But yeah, the Mexican number two
- 58:33Speaker 1: is the bomb. I mean, if you can see me,
- 58:36Speaker 1: well then Julian, hey, I'm just I want to see
- 58:40Speaker 1: what the woman looked like. I know I don't lie
- 58:42Speaker 1: to me though, because you got the tattoo on the hand,
- 58:44Speaker 1: but I want to make sure it is who is
- 58:46Speaker 1: supposed to be. That's all, go ahead, Jake, all right,
- 58:49Speaker 1: come on, There nothing in daddy's wife's daddy wife. There's
- 58:55Speaker 1: nothing in this world, in this entire world. You can search, Asia, Iraq, Iran,
- 59:01Speaker 1: whatever you search all these places. That is just the
- 59:05Speaker 1: worst thing is to have a disrespectful number two when
- 59:11Speaker 1: they get out of line and they get out of pocket.
- 59:14Speaker 1: That is the worst thing she can do. That's I
- 59:17Speaker 1: don't even know why. That shouldn't have been another commandment.
- 59:20Speaker 1: It should have been eleven commandments instead of ten. Thou
- 59:25Speaker 1: should not have a number two get out of the pocket.
- 59:30Speaker 1: That is oh my, when you have a number two
- 59:33Speaker 1: that dis respect all you've done for her and she
- 59:38Speaker 1: gonna you got to grab her right below the elbow.
- 59:42Speaker 1: That makes them weak right there, You grab them right
- 59:44Speaker 1: and pull her to the side, right right right up
- 59:47Speaker 1: under there. Let me let me talk to you for
- 59:51Speaker 1: one day, and you got you and trust me, they
- 59:56Speaker 1: can understand everything you say you about my dad nor
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: damn man, get my brother. Hold on, Jay, hold on.
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: We can come back and I'll let you finish. Um.
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: We'll have part two of today's Strawberry Letter coming up
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: in twenty three minutes. To act to be our subject
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: my brother's daddy's wife. We'll get back into it right
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: after this. You're listening to the Stave Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: All right, guys, we're gonna recap today's Strawberry letter. The
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: subject is my brother's daddy's wife. The title is a
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: little confusing in and of itself. These are half brothers
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: and they're talking about uh, they're one of the brother's
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: new wife, which would be his step mom. Alright, thirty
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: eight year old married man wrote the letter. He is
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: a woman on the side. They've been dating for about
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: three months. She's newly married too. She calls him her
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: maintenance man because her husband is up there in age
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: and he has a problem in the bedroom. So they
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: hook up about once or twice a week. So the
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: way their half brothers is after his mother's divorce, she
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: met a man, got pregnant. The guy left her to
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: raise two boys by herself. His father has always been
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: in his life, but his half brother's father he only
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: met until recently, and he brought his wife along when
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: they had this meeting, and he went back to tell
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: his brother how beautiful and fine his father's wife was,
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: and he kept describing her, and the brother realized that
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: that's his side chick because she had a big tattoo
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: on her on her hand and she speaks with a
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: kind of a thick Spanish accent. So, come to find out,
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: the half brother and the stepmom exchanged numbers. The brother
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: ended up telling his half brother everything and the brother.
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: The half brother called the stepmom the side chick, a
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: slut and says she flirted with him and asked for
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: his number. So now the guy who wrote the letter
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: wants to know, um, do you do do I think?
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: Do we think that she would cheat on him? And
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: should she? Should he dump her? So I said, of
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: course yes and yes. All right, Ja, you were saying
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: you were finishing up your answer. I'm saying, if you
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: don't set aside peece straight from the beginning, you're gonna
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: have these problems. You gotta put a shot on the wall, dudes,
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: and don't you know what I mean? And if you
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: village to do that, you gotta take her to the board.
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: Here's what you can do. Here's what you can do.
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: He's what you can do. He's what you can do. Now,
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: if you break into these rooms, then this we out
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: of the pocket. This is not gonna work. But you
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: didn't do that. So now you got a problem that
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: you didn't. I'm gonna use a word that you didn't foresee.
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: I'm I'm gonna throw big as that you didn't foresee
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: before all of this happened, and so all of this
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: is on you because you didn't lay the rules down
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: before you got into this thing, so you didn't foresee it.
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: So therefore now you have problem. Go ahead, Junior, you
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: get something, man, go ahead, June. I'm I'm really I'm confused.
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: When did dude start writing in it and telling on themselves.
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: I wouldn't be worried about my brother's daddy, wife. You
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: need to be worried about your brother's daddy because you're
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: describing stuff that can lead right back to you. How
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: many people that's married to an old, older dude married
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: to a younger woman with a thick accent. That's gonna
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: narrow it down. How many people have moved from Kansas
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: all the way to Georgia. Probably not a lot of people. Now,
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: you got a bunch of old dudes in the car
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: listening right now, thick a Spanish while he's a thick
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: Spanish accent. Yeah, okay, older dude, younger woman, thick Spanish accent.
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: Somebody still listened to the radio. Then you went told
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: tattoo on hand. I be damn. They talked about Gloria.
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: I knew, Oh, you need to worry about your brother's daddy, y'all. No,
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: don't worry about the wife. You need to be looking
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: out for your brother's daddy. Car for your brother's daddy. Gun.
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: You probably need to be looking out for your brother's daddy.
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: Baseball back. The dude looking for you, he already know
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: how to identify you. I don't. I don't care about
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: it if it's number two, and then you gonna tell
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: on yourself like your wife ain't listen right right when
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: you could have wrote this letter and left out a
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: lot of information. My brother he thirty three. The dude
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: that'sn't listened in the car right now, I gotta sign
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: thirty three. I got, I gotta, I got a wife.
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: I got a tattoo on her hand with a Spanish accent.
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: He talked about blood. So now your your brother's your
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: brother's daddy, don't care about the wife, your brother's daddy
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: looking for you. You didn't told on yourself and let you.
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: I have to be the stupidest dude we know. Ain't
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: nobody right in the show with this much information. All
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: you have to say, well, we moved from one place
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: to another, not from Kansas to Georgia. Foo food. You
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: ain't gotta say my brothers had it. You talk. How
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: many people have a daddy that live here they just met? Okay, cool,
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: you're good, right there A lot of people prefer don't
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: know their daddy, but you just met your daddy. He
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: just met his daddy and he thirty three. Now you
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: at the lunch and you were about the numbers. Exchange it, man,
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: they let it right back to you. Nobody's gonna way
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: they came figuring this out. Now, why you think that
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: your brother smart because he is gonna sleep with with
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: with with his dadd's wife is right now because you
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: know he put her down the great of the first
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: and who who just grads? Somebody did exchange numbers? I don't.
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: I don't sleep with sluts, do so? In other words,
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: why did you get the phone number? Because he won'ts
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: her if you make a look bad to you. He
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: worried about you. No, mo, Now you think they gonna
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: hook up foo everything into let Yeah, they gonna hook up,
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: and you'll be sitting there looking crazy. I prompt you.
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: I'll promise your brother dad and looking for you brother dad,
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: brother right now early in the morning. Oh yeah, alright,
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: all right, guys, Well, thank you for your responses. Yeah,
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: oh you, especially Jay. Please post your comments on Today's

- 1:07:04Speaker 1: out since COVID. You know, I'm going back out here
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: on the road. I can't take two, you, y'all. I
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: can't take two years off, Shirley. I can't do two.
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: I can do one, y'all. But I gotta go back
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: to work too. Put my mask on and we're gonna
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: be social distance. I talked to you from the stage.
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: Then I'm going back there. Then I'm going back to
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: my room, and I won't You won't see me out
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: in Birmingham nowhere. That's one let y'all know. That. Now,
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: I ain't gonna be kicking it, none of that, not
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: doing any of that. All right. In sports, they don't
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: forget the US Open. It started yesterday, so we got
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: two weeks of some good tennis. Only problem at Venus
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: and Serena not playing. Yeah. Man, it's a lot of
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: people not playing. Rochaeld, the Dogs not playing, uh Cocoa golf.
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: Name on soccer. They're still playing. But it's a lot
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: of people that just set out. You know, Serena and
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: Vence they out for injuries. You know, you gotta rehab
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: an injury. So that's one thing. Now, here's what it was. Interested.
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: Also in sports, Rajan Rondo, who played for the Memphis Grizzly,
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: he's going back to the Los Angeles Lakers where he
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: just want a championship two team, going right on back.
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: He went right on back. But how how old are
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: the Lakers? Though? I gotta think about it. If they're
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: gonna have it's gonna be a lot of ice packs
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: on that bench. I know that right now. You got Lebron,
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: Jane Dwight, Howard ice pack, Okay, Kamelo Anthony who ice packs,
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: Russell Westbrook, then Roger and Rondo, what anybody would just
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: bring back? Everybody, Magic coming back, James Worthy coming back.
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: They the oldest team in the league. You don't how
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: many spotsors they're gonna have. You know how much Icy
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: Hot Shack for the sale with the Lakers Shot coming back,
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: coming back? They got everybody, mean, anybody over the age,
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: and for that they got him. I'm trying to say, man,
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: that ain't no sense. That just be that old man.
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: If they got an older team, you know, I don't
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: know how like that. The youngest person on the team
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: probably like for it. I think, man, I might be
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: the youngest. I don't know a lot of old kids
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: on this team. Man. You know how many like Hurricane
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: should be over there at the Staple Center right now
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: selling them canes because this team gonna need any lentiment.
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: They're gonna sell liniment over here. E since Salt these
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: are all sponsors. They need to get the got At
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: and Abason come back, Abason coming back, everybody many team,
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: they're going back back. They're getting everybody. Norm Nixon coming down,
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: all right, ju thank you well? Uh coming up at
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: the top of the hour, we'll talk relationship. Chris Jenner
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: might be tying the night. We'll talk about it right

- 1:10:34Speaker 1: really are. Um, all right, Yeah, we're gonna switch gears,
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: lighten things up a little bit with our relationship Tuesday talk. Um.
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: So Chris Jenner, you know she's a reality star of
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: Keeping Up with the Kardashians, she's the mom of the Kardashians. Well,
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: she's reportedly planning an extravagant two million dollar wedding Jay
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: to Corey Gamble. Okay, Chris and Corey have been dating
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: for seven years and she is twenty five years older
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: than he. Yeah, so, Jay, I have no go on, Chris.
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: The ladies are like, go on, Chris girl. Yeah yeah,
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: so Jay, you know I have to ask you, like,
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: what is wedding etiquette for your third marriage? Should you
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: keep it small? Can the bridewear white? You know? Things
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: like that. Let me answer this real quick experience. Man,
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: he's a very marriage. We're not team. This is the
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: etiquette you should have. Huh. Don't do it. You should
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: not damn it. Don't do it. Okay, if you, if you,
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: if a, if a beach, if a beach, done you
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: twice and you know where the bees are. Don't walk
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: your ass over there with a bees. Don't do it again.
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: Don't do it, dude. I don't encourage nobody when I
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: say nobody, nobody. My biggest thing I want to do
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: I don't have the nerve to do it, is to
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: see an outside wedding. I would never do it, but
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: I always think about doing. It's an outside wedding going on, right,
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: you know that they're having a ceremony, and I want
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: to pull up in my car and get out with
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: a mango phone. I don't want to go. Don't do it.
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: Play out you want to help that way, so in
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: that way, that way they can say, you know, they
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: can't say nobody told me not to get married. I
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: want to be that guy. So no, don't do it.
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: Just don't do it. Time me with you. I don't know.
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: I'm done. Don't do it. Don't don't do it. Tommy's married.
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: What do you mean? Yeah, but he wouldn't know, ADDI kid,
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: he would know, you know, dude, I gotta I gotta
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: look at it. From Corey's perspective, the boar didn't hit
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: the boar didn't hit the Jack Pott. I'm sorry, Oh yeah, yeah,
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: Cord didn't hit the Jack pard This is one of
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: the richest families on earth sorting. I ain't gonna lie.
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: Everybody that doing that house come out crazy. Everybody doing
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: that house come out. But I went through a kind
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: of money over there. I'm willing to take that chance.
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: So I want my man to go in there and
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: walk down that Aye hugged Chris like you ain't never
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: hugged up before, and get you a two million dollars
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: win and enjoy your life. And if you don't mind
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: when y'all throw something inviting up your time, me overt
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: kicking for man. I want to come out. I want
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: to say that own money right, he has his own money. Yeah,
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: he ain't got Kardashian money and money. But in that house, though, Shelley,
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: there hasn't been one that work. There's not one. Chris, Yeah,
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: I mean living Kanye working out there. I met Curlin. No,
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: not one, no, not one? And what made you think
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: you gonna be the one? Okay? Well they've been together
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: seven years, so we met Corey. Let me say this.
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: You can be together twenty years. You can be together
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: twenty five, thirty years. I do changes ever damn thing?

- 1:19:08Speaker 1: about Labor Day weekend, he's dropping the album and pregnant
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: women emoji. Maybe I think it was about twelve pregnant women.
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: So people are guessing that since the album comes out
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: the ninth month of the year, Labor Day weekend. That's
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: why he posted the pregnant women emoji certified lovea boy.
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: We don't know if that's it, but that's what a
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: lot of people are guessing or kind of you know,

- 1:20:58Speaker 1: I got some good news. I got an update. My
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: brother in law and his family are okay. We heard
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: from them yesterday, yes, yea. Yeah. So we are praying,
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: you know, for everyone that's out here listening to us
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: right now. If you had loved ones that are impacted
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: by hurricane either, I pray that your family members are
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: safe as well. Yeah, and make sure you go, yeah,
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: make sure you go to Redcross dot org if you can,
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: if you can, if it's in your budget to make
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: a donation to help someone. Have a question, when when
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: family members stay with you, is there a limit of
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: how long they stay? Is do you just you say
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: as long as y'all need to be here? Because I
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: know I would never say that where you say that first,
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: especially with this you know, and we live in Texas,
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: so we know about hurricane. You say that at first,
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: about the second week end. It's starting to wear a
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: little bit, you know, but like you keep what are
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: you just you didn't know it was gonna be this long?
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: You didn't know and it's been a month. Okay, okay,
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: So when do you say, when do you get everybody together?
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: And you use this phrase right here? So so what's
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: y'all what y'all planning to do? What's your plan the
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: hurricane question? Something? The fastest way to get put out
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: of somebody's house doing the hurricane. If we feel it's
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: tub up that we're trying to use for good water,
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: I cut your ass in there bathing. We need this
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: watery selfish bathing to get put out. Yeah, if I go,
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: I go. If you washed the load of clothes and
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: you got stuff up hanging up in my room, yeah
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: we're gonna have to put your ass out. Yeah. If
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: I come in and find you laying up in my room,
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: then we got an issue here, man. Yeah, you got
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: you gotta have bound You gotta know the rules, man,
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: when you be in a hurry. Rules. Yeah, Like if
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: I catch you, if I catch you holding that refrigerator
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: open too long, letting all the cold out. You've been
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: to get put out. You told me to make myself
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: at home. Yeah, yeah you can. You can make yourself home.
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: But if I come home and you're cooking a strange
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: meat that funked up the house, you got that? Go
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: oh you you had to get out of here. Smoke impossible. Yes,
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: it's ways get put out. Yeah, we love. Yeah, you
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: can't push it. Here's here's the number one one. I
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: know you ain't drunk all the crown in the damn house.
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: I know you ain't drunk all the crown though, because
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: her you get your drink on. You can get your
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: drink on, but you have in moderation. But if I
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: come home and I go, I know, damn well in
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: my drones you got on. I know. Okay, you go,
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: you got that's the line. That's where you draw the
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: right if you put out. But yeah, we pray for everybody.
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: That's a sensitive subject though, yeah really it is. Yeah,
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: well it's a sensitive subject. But I was just gonna
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: say this before you asked you a question. Surely, h Jay,
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: we have fun too. You gotta have some kind of hum,
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: gotta have some fun. You have to be able to
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: laugh a little bit, you know, because this is like
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: we said earlier, this is heavy. You know, it's some heavy.
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: There was a man, this man, and it's good to
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: have some place to go because a lot of people,
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: I mean, the reason they didn't leave was because they
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: have no place to go, right yeah, yeah, that's it.
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: Those that could evacuate did that. People have to remember that.
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: People can't afford to do it all the time. But
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: what were you going to say, Shirley, Well, no, I
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: saw this man on TV. Um. He had just lost
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: his house. He had to either he fell from the
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: second story. He didn't even know what he heard his
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: ankle a little bit. But um talking about having a
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: sense of humor. Um, uh, that's what he said. He,
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: you know, he and the reporter ended up laughing, you know,
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: at in the end of his interview, because he said,
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: you gotta have a sense of humor about this, you know,
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: a little bit. You gotta find some joy somewhere even
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: in the midst of it all. You know, I lost everything.
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: He didn't even have insurance. He didn't even have insurance.
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: In New Orleans, people can't grab nothing else, grab the
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: dominoes and the cards. So when we get where we're going.
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: We will be able to play some spades and domino.
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: I'm just saying yes. But the New Orleans are strong.
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: I just want to say that they are strong. They
- 1:26:16Speaker 1: are resilient. I know they tired, but Orleans born. In
- 1:26:22Speaker 1: any place I've ever been, I've never seen the love
- 1:26:25Speaker 1: for a place like people who live in New Orleans.
