  In the book of John chapter 14 verse 30, it says, I will not speak much more with you

  for the ruler of the world is coming and he has nothing in me.

  This is a verse right from before when Jesus was arrested.

  Talking kingdom teaching was about to become untimely.

  The order is the order of the day would be to suffer and die.

  That was Jesus's next major task.

  He was about to purchase access to God for every believer.

  He was about to put to death the entity between us and God by dying on the cross.

  He was about to become sin so that we might become the righteousness of God.

  He would turn what appeared to be a loss into the greatest victory of all time and a victory
• 0:45
  for all people for all time.

  But during the process, he would say little because quote, the ruler of the world was
• 0:53
  coming and the ruler of the world had nothing in Jesus.

  I don't think we're living in that same day now.

  Jesus has died and resurrected, been born again as the first fruits.

  And so now we have the opportunity to be born again.

  Holy Spirit enters into us and we can be filled with that spirit and we can be reconciling

  others by sharing with them about Jesus.

  However, I wonder if there isn't a time in the future where the news is such and the

  ways of the world is such that no one wants to listen anymore when men scoff and mock
• 1:28
  rather than take a second to consider the truth.

  Thankfully, we're not there yet, which means we must be living a life that exemplifies
• 1:38
  following Jesus and glorifies God every day.
