- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is verdict of Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with
- 0:04Speaker 2: you as well, Senator. The Durham report is out and
- 0:09Speaker 2: it's very clear that it vindicates Donald Trump. I can't
- 0:13Speaker 2: believe I'm saying this, but even CNN said it vindicates
- 0:15Speaker 2: Donald Trump. It was very clear a witch hunt from
- 0:19Speaker 2: the deep State to go after the President of the
- 0:21Speaker 2: United States of America and to try to destroy him,
- 0:24Speaker 2: his family, his entire life, and to remind people of
- 0:28Speaker 2: how much they wanted to destroy Donald Trump. Let's remind
- 0:33Speaker 2: people of what Nancy Pelosi said when all this started
- 0:37Speaker 2: many years ago.
- 0:39Speaker 3: This week we saw cold hard evidence of the Trump campaign,
- 0:44Speaker 3: indeed the Trump family eagerly intending to collude, possibly with Russia,
- 0:52Speaker 3: a hostile foreign power, to influence American elections in the month. Again,
- 0:58Speaker 3: as we celebrate the courage of our founders, Republicans in
- 1:02Speaker 3: Congress have become enablers of the Trump Russia assault on
- 1:07Speaker 3: our democracy. After these latest revelations, it's becoming clear we
- 1:12Speaker 3: have suffered a desecration of our democracy not seen since Watergate.
- 1:17Speaker 3: Speaker Ryan must allow a vote on an outside, independent
- 1:22Speaker 3: kit mission to get to the bottom of the Trump
- 1:24Speaker 3: campaign's rule in Russia's assault on our democracy, and prevent
- 1:28Speaker 3: Putin from ever doing it again. Immediately outside independent commission.
- 1:35Speaker 3: It's not just about what happened in the past, is
- 1:37Speaker 3: to prevent it from happening again.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Send her.
- 1:41Speaker 2: She knew she was lying, and she was calling for
- 1:44Speaker 2: a full on investigation of Donald Trump, and she got.
- 1:46Speaker 4: It every word. Nancy Pelosi said, there was a lie.
- 1:51Speaker 4: You're right. She knew she was lying. The media knew
- 1:55Speaker 4: she was lying, The Department of Justice knew she was lying.
- 2:00Speaker 4: The FBI knew she was not lying. Congressional Democrat leadership
- 2:06Speaker 4: knew she was lying. As I read this report, I'm angry.
- 2:10Speaker 4: I'm angry on multiple fronts. Let me quote from the
- 2:14Speaker 4: Durham Report. Quote. Based on the evidence gathered in the
- 2:18Speaker 4: multiple exhaustive and costly federal investigations of these matters, including
- 2:22Speaker 4: the Incidant investigation, neither US law enforcement nor the intelligence
- 2:27Speaker 4: community appears to have possessed any actual evidence of collusion
- 2:36Speaker 4: in their holdings. At the commencement of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation,
- 2:40Speaker 4: the report continues, quote, our investigation determined that the Crossfire
- 2:45Speaker 4: Hurricane investigators did not and could not corroborate any any
- 2:52Speaker 4: of the substantive allegations contained in the Steel reporting, Nor
- 2:56Speaker 4: was Steel able to produce corroboration for any of the
- 3:01Speaker 4: reported allegations, even after being offered one million dollars or
- 3:07Speaker 4: more by the FBI for such corroboration. This investigation was
- 3:13Speaker 4: started as a lie, and it was started as a
- 3:16Speaker 4: political witch hunt. Actually, the words Trump used were accurate.
- 3:19Speaker 4: This was a witch hunt. This was Democrats in Congress.
- 3:23Speaker 4: This was rabid left wing partisans burrowed into the FBI.
- 3:27Speaker 4: This was rabid left wing partisans burrowed in the Department
- 3:31Speaker 4: of Justice, all using the machinery of law enforcement to
- 3:36Speaker 4: target what was then the Republican nominee for president. This
- 3:40Speaker 4: is a grotesque abuse of power. And if you're not
- 3:45Speaker 4: angry at it, even if you were a Democrat, even
- 3:47Speaker 4: if you can't stand Trump, the idea that the federal
- 3:51Speaker 4: government would go after one of the two major party
- 3:56Speaker 4: nominees and try to destroy them because they hate him,
- 4:00Speaker 4: is an incredible threat to our liberty and to our democracy.
- 4:04Speaker 4: And I use those words without a sense of irony,
- 4:08Speaker 4: because the Democrats, as you just played, Nancy Pelosi said,
- 4:11Speaker 4: we're defending democracy. Defending democracy. She was engaged in as
- 4:16Speaker 4: fundamental an assault on democracy as our country has ever seen.
- 4:20Speaker 4: It was using law enforcement to try to prevent the
- 4:24Speaker 4: American people from electing someone she didn't want, and then
- 4:27Speaker 4: to try to remove a duly elected president because she
- 4:31Speaker 4: hated the voters for electing it.
- 4:33Speaker 2: Is it too strong center to call this, and I
- 4:36Speaker 2: think it's time just that we're blunt. Is this was
- 4:40Speaker 2: this basically an essence of coup attempt by the deep
- 4:42Speaker 2: state to say, we don't like who the American people chose,
- 4:45Speaker 2: and therefore we're going to fix it by on false pretenses,
- 4:50Speaker 2: framing someone for crimes, framing somebody for things they never did,
- 4:55Speaker 2: writing a script to frame them for it, and then
- 4:58Speaker 2: get rid of that person.
- 5:00Speaker 4: So yes and no, there were some engaged in a
- 5:04Speaker 4: coup attempt. In fact, if I may be so bold
- 5:08Speaker 4: as to use the word insurrection, when you're trying to
- 5:11Speaker 4: topple a duly elected government, it's an insurrection. And what
- 5:15Speaker 4: Nancy Pelosi was trying to do, what Congressional Democrats were
- 5:17Speaker 4: trying to do, was an insurrection. I think some of
- 5:22Speaker 4: the hard partisans at DOJ and the FBI were doing
- 5:25Speaker 4: the same I think others were just complacents. So let
- 5:29Speaker 4: me read again from the Durham Report quote. Based on
- 5:34Speaker 4: the review of Crossfire, Hurricane, and related intelligence activities, we
- 5:38Speaker 4: concluded that the Department and the FBI failed to uphold
- 5:42Speaker 4: their important mission of strict fidelity to the law in
- 5:47Speaker 4: connection with certain events and activities described in this report.
- 5:51Speaker 4: As noted, former FBI Attorney Kevin Klin Smith committed a
- 5:56Speaker 4: criminal offense by fabricating language and an EBA that was
- 6:00Speaker 4: material to the FBI in obtaining a PHISIS surveillance order.
- 6:05Speaker 4: In other instance, FBI personnel working on the same PHIZ
- 6:10Speaker 4: application displayed at best a cavalier attitude towards accuracy and completeness. Now,
- 6:18Speaker 4: the Durham Report continues. Our investigation also revealed that senior
- 6:23Speaker 4: FBI personnel displayed a serious lack of analytical rigor towards
- 6:29Speaker 4: the information that they received, especially information from politically affiliated
- 6:35Speaker 4: persons and entities, and the report continues. In light of
- 6:41Speaker 4: the foregoing, there is a continuing need for the FBI
- 6:44Speaker 4: and the Department to recognize that lack of analytical rigor,
- 6:47Speaker 4: apparent confirmation bias, and an over willingness to rely on
- 6:53Speaker 4: information from individuals connected to political opponents caused investigators fail
- 7:00Speaker 4: to adequately consider alternative hypotheses and to act without appropriate
- 7:05Speaker 4: objectivity or restraint in pursuing allegations of collusion or conspiracy
- 7:10Speaker 4: between a US political campaign and a foreign power. This
- 7:15Speaker 4: is deming and it shows a combination of people on
- 7:19Speaker 4: a mission to destroy their political opponents and perfectly happy
- 7:24Speaker 4: to use law enforcement to do it, and others who
- 7:28Speaker 4: had such a sense of laxity that they were perfectly
- 7:32Speaker 4: fine to be part of the process. And no one
- 7:34Speaker 4: who stood up and said, what the hell are we doing?
- 7:39Speaker 4: And that's what I wonder. Is there no one in DOJ,
- 7:42Speaker 4: no one in FBI who had a shred of integrity,
- 7:45Speaker 4: who said, even if they're a Democrat, gosh, I don't
- 7:49Speaker 4: like Trump, but we don't have evidence here to launch
- 7:52Speaker 4: a massive investigation to try to influence and shift the
- 7:56Speaker 4: results of an election and try to remove a duly
- 7:59Speaker 4: elected president. As far as this report indicates, nobody had
- 8:05Speaker 4: that integrity.
- 8:06Speaker 2: Say that, I want to talk about naming names, and
- 8:09Speaker 2: I think this is part of the accountability that the
- 8:11Speaker 2: American People Center are just sick and tired of. And
- 8:14Speaker 2: I've got a list of people, and I want to
- 8:16Speaker 2: ask you if you believe are they guilty? And should
- 8:19Speaker 2: the American people trust them? And before I go through
- 8:22Speaker 2: that list, I want to talk to you about our

- 9:35Speaker 2: for Life Center. Let's go through this list and very
- 9:39Speaker 2: very clearly, let's let's talk about the players. First of all,
- 9:44Speaker 2: let's start at the top with the FBI. Is it
- 9:46Speaker 2: clear that the FBI was guilty of lying to the
- 9:48Speaker 2: American people?
- 9:51Speaker 4: Unquestionably yes, and in fact it is a fact. So
- 9:54Speaker 4: Andrew klin Smith, who I mentioned before, he was an
- 9:58Speaker 4: assistant General counsel at the FBI. He fabricated, he created
- 10:03Speaker 4: a counterfeit document, he committed a felony, and the circumstances
- 10:08Speaker 4: of that. As you know, we've talked about this in
- 10:10Speaker 4: the pod. Before the last book, I wrote Justice Corrupted,
- 10:14Speaker 4: How the Left has weaponized the legal system, and I
- 10:17Speaker 4: encourage folks go by Justice Corrupted. There's an entire chapter
- 10:20Speaker 4: that walks through what the DOJ did, what the FBI did.
- 10:25Speaker 4: But Andrew Klinesmith was seeking a wire tap on Carter Page.
- 10:31Speaker 4: Carter Page was an academic. He was giving foreign policy
- 10:34Speaker 4: advice to the Trump campaign. This is in twenty sixteen,
- 10:37Speaker 4: in the summer and fall of twenty sixteen, and the
- 10:43Speaker 4: basis for the wiretap was carter Page was talking to
- 10:46Speaker 4: some shady Russians. Now, generally speaking, you probably shouldn't talk
- 10:49Speaker 4: to shady Russians. But Andrew Klinesmith engaged in a little
- 10:54Speaker 4: due diligence and he sent an email to the CIA
- 10:57Speaker 4: and he asked, Hey, is this guy carter Page a
- 11:01Speaker 4: source for the CIA? Now, if you think about it,
- 11:05Speaker 4: the fact that you're talking to shady Russians, ordinarily maybe
- 11:08Speaker 4: that would be a cause for suspicion. But if you're
- 11:12Speaker 4: working for the CIA, if you're doing it on behalf
- 11:14Speaker 4: of the United States government, if you're serving the American
- 11:18Speaker 4: people by talking to shady Russians, that doesn't raise suspicion.
- 11:21Speaker 4: That's actually a good thing. You ought to say, thank you.
- 11:24Speaker 4: So Andrew clin Smith emails the CIA says it's carter
- 11:28Speaker 4: Page a source for you. CIA emails back and says, yes,
- 11:32Speaker 4: he is a source. And Andrew klin Smith he was
- 11:35Speaker 4: such a hard court partisan. He hated Trump so much.
- 11:38Speaker 4: He was in an environment where he was surrounded by
- 11:41Speaker 4: hardcore partisans that hated Trump so much they wanted to
- 11:44Speaker 4: go after him. He takes that email and he alters it,
- 11:48Speaker 4: and he doesn't alter it slightly. The email says, yes,
- 11:52Speaker 4: carter Page is a source. And Andrew klin Smith changes
- 11:56Speaker 4: the email to say, no, carter Pages not. So he
- 12:01Speaker 4: alters it so it says one hundred and eighty degrees
- 12:04Speaker 4: the opposite of what it said. And then he takes
- 12:07Speaker 4: that fraudulent counterfeit document. He submits it to the federal court,
- 12:10Speaker 4: the FISA Court, and that becomes one of the important
- 12:13Speaker 4: bases for seeking the wiretap. That is an absolute bombshell
- 12:23Speaker 4: of the FBI lying to the American people. And listen,
- 12:26Speaker 4: did the other people of the FBI lie, not directly,
- 12:30Speaker 4: but they created the environment where the DOJ and the
- 12:34Speaker 4: FBI viewed getting Donald Trump as the preeminent objective, and
- 12:40Speaker 4: so they were willing to ignore the evidence and critically.
- 12:45Speaker 4: Look you look at what Durham said. They had plenty
- 12:48Speaker 4: of indication that this Steel report was garbage, that it
- 12:53Speaker 4: came for, that it was paid for by the Hillary
- 12:55Speaker 4: Clinton campaign, that was paid for by the DNC, and
- 12:57Speaker 4: by the way law enforcement and campaign Auto view with
- 13:01Speaker 4: great skepticism. Any OPO document that they receive from someone's
- 13:06Speaker 4: political opponent doesn't mean it could never be accurate, but
- 13:10Speaker 4: they ought to recognize whoever prepared this document has every
- 13:13Speaker 4: incentive to lie, to twist the facts. They want to
- 13:16Speaker 4: tear this person down. So we should be skeptical. We
- 13:19Speaker 4: should not accept it as face value. Because DOJ and
- 13:23Speaker 4: the FBI hated Trump so much, they had none of
- 13:27Speaker 4: that skepticism, and that is a failure in the very
- 13:31Speaker 4: foundations of how law enforcement is supposed to operate.
- 13:35Speaker 2: The scary part is what you just explained is just
- 13:37Speaker 2: the FBI. So let's move on to the DOJ. Are
- 13:39Speaker 2: they guilty of lying to the American people as well?
- 13:42Speaker 4: Of course they are. And it the DOJ. You had
- 13:47Speaker 4: people like Bruce Orr, whose wife was working with Fusion GPS,
- 13:51Speaker 4: which was the OPO research firm being paid for by
- 13:54Speaker 4: Hillary Clinton, and Bruce Or was an associate Deputy Attorney
- 13:57Speaker 4: General at the Department of Justice. By the way, under
- 14:00Speaker 4: George W. Bush, I was an Associate Deputy Attorney General
- 14:03Speaker 4: at the Department of Justice. I've had that job as
- 14:06Speaker 4: an aside. How many times do you have a job
- 14:09Speaker 4: that has that many modifiers. Associate deputy attorney general. It's
- 14:15Speaker 4: a little weird. Government's weird. They call that in DOJ
- 14:18Speaker 4: parlance an ADAG. By the way, there's a more complicated acronym,
- 14:22Speaker 4: which is their multiple associate deputies deputy attorneys general. There's
- 14:27Speaker 4: also one who is the principal Associate Deputy attorney General.
- 14:31Speaker 4: Instead of an ADAG, that person's called a PAYDAG because
- 14:35Speaker 4: government can't exist without acronyms. But Bruce Or was an ADAG.
- 14:40Speaker 4: His wife, Nellie Or, was working for Fusion GPS, which
- 14:44Speaker 4: was on the payroll of Hillary Clinton. And once the
- 14:49Speaker 4: FBI and the Department of Justice stopped dealing with Steele,
- 14:53Speaker 4: who created the Steel dossier because he had all sorts
- 14:56Speaker 4: of reasons to be untrustworthy, Bruce Or and Nelly Or
- 14:59Speaker 4: became a back channel and he didn't tell anyone, so
- 15:02Speaker 4: it was the Department of Justice again. He was perfectly
- 15:06Speaker 4: willing to circumvent the process because he hated Donald Trump.
- 15:10Speaker 4: And it's important to understand the environment. Everyone there thought
- 15:15Speaker 4: there is no universe in which Trump can win, so
- 15:18Speaker 4: we can use all of government to attack him because
- 15:22Speaker 4: Hillary Clinton will be president and we'll have some radical
- 15:25Speaker 4: left winger as attorney general, and so whatever we do,
- 15:29Speaker 4: we'll never see the light of day. No one will
- 15:30Speaker 4: know it because Trump will lose. We're safe. And then
- 15:36Speaker 4: suddenly Trump won and they're like, holy crap, what do
- 15:39Speaker 4: we do? What do we do? And they made a decision.
- 15:41Speaker 4: So November December twenty sixteen January twenty seventeen, they had
- 15:46Speaker 4: a moment where they could have said, you know, abandon ship,
- 15:49Speaker 4: let's stop this attack. He's the newly elected president. Let's
- 15:52Speaker 4: respect democracy. He's the president. We don't like him, but
- 15:56Speaker 4: he's the president. Let's accept as legitimate. Not only didn't
- 16:01Speaker 4: do that, they made the decision to do everything they
- 16:05Speaker 4: could to tear him down. This was, I believe, the
- 16:09Speaker 4: greatest internal coup within the federal government that our nation
- 16:14Speaker 4: has ever seen. And Trump said they're wiretapping me. He
- 16:18Speaker 4: was right. Trump said they're coming after me. He was right.
- 16:21Speaker 4: Trump said this is a witch hunt. He was right. Listen.
- 16:24Speaker 4: There are lots of things that Trump says and does
- 16:26Speaker 4: that I don't agree with, but the behavior of DOJ
- 16:32Speaker 4: and the FBI in this investigation is, without exaggeration, the
- 16:38Speaker 4: most shameful chapter in the history of the Department of
- 16:42Speaker 4: Justice and the FBI, and there is yet to be
- 16:46Speaker 4: real accountability for this absolute abuse of power.
- 16:50Speaker 2: Yeah, it's it's truly incredible to see two organizations use
- 16:54Speaker 2: this way. Let's start talking about individuals. Senator James Comy.
- 16:58Speaker 2: Did he lie to the American people.
- 17:01Speaker 4: Repeatedly, shamelessly, unabashedly. Look James Comy as someone who is
- 17:06Speaker 4: deeply political. He was deeply political under George W. Bush.
- 17:10Speaker 4: He was Deputy Attorney General under George W. Bush. He
- 17:14Speaker 4: was deeply political under Barack Obama. He held his big
- 17:18Speaker 4: press conference where he said, Okay, Hillary violated the law
- 17:22Speaker 4: when she dealt with her emails, but it's not enough
- 17:25Speaker 4: to indict. That was not the job of an FBI director.
- 17:28Speaker 4: But I think James Comy fancies himself as j Edgar Hoover.
- 17:34Speaker 4: He wanted to be the most powerful FBI director ever.
- 17:37Speaker 4: He wanted to use his power. And look, when I
- 17:41Speaker 4: look back to the Trump presidency, there are many many
- 17:45Speaker 4: big victories that we won during the Trump presidencies, victories
- 17:49Speaker 4: that I worked hand in hand with Donald Trump to
- 17:51Speaker 4: win big victories for the American people. When I look
- 17:55Speaker 4: back at mistakes in the Trump presidency. There were multiple,
- 18:00Speaker 4: but I don't know that any was as big as
- 18:04Speaker 4: the fact that Trump did not fire James Comy on
- 18:07Speaker 4: January twentieth, twenty seventeen. I believe Donald Trump should have
- 18:10Speaker 4: called James Comy in and said, mister Comy, thank you
- 18:13Speaker 4: for your service to the nation. Your services are no
- 18:15Speaker 4: longer required. And the Trump White House, I think, very
- 18:18Speaker 4: naively believe they could co opt James Comy, they could
- 18:23Speaker 4: bring him on board, they could make him on board
- 18:24Speaker 4: the team, and they did not understand the radiant ambition
- 18:28Speaker 4: in James Comy, where Komy went in wanting to take
- 18:33Speaker 4: down Donald Trump, and he should have. If he'd been
- 18:35Speaker 4: fired on day one, it would have saved the Trump
- 18:38Speaker 4: administration thousands upon thousands of hours of misery. And it
- 18:44Speaker 4: was a serious mistake because Comy was more than happy
- 18:48Speaker 4: to try to weaponize the FBI against a president he
- 18:52Speaker 4: did not like and did not agree with.
- 18:54Speaker 2: Let's talk about the biggest liar of all who started all,
- 18:58Speaker 2: Hillary Clinton, And should Hillary Clinton have actually not just
- 19:03Speaker 2: be called a liar center, but should she be held
- 19:07Speaker 2: accountable for what she did? And let me remind everybody
- 19:11Speaker 2: of what Hillary Clinton said about this lie back in
- 19:16Speaker 2: the day. In one of her interviews.
- 19:18Speaker 5: To our future, the damage being done to our values,
- 19:21Speaker 5: our institutions, and try to think of ways that I
- 19:24Speaker 5: can help those who are on the front lines of
- 19:26Speaker 5: the fight.
- 19:26Speaker 6: Your name doesn't come up much on any campaign, except
- 19:30Speaker 6: for Donald Trump's lock her up is still a big
- 19:35Speaker 6: popular line.
- 19:37Speaker 5: I believe he knows he's an illegitimate president. He knows
- 19:41Speaker 5: he knows that there were a bunch of different reasons
- 19:46Speaker 5: why the election turned out the way it did, and
- 19:48Speaker 5: I take responsibility for those parts of it.
- 19:51Speaker 4: That I should.
- 19:51Speaker 5: But Jane, it was like applying for a job and
- 19:53Speaker 5: getting sixty six million letters of recommendation and losing to
- 20:00Speaker 5: a corrupt human tornado, And so I know that he
- 20:03Speaker 5: knows that this wasn't on the level. I don't know
- 20:06Speaker 5: that we'll ever know everything that happened, but clearly we
- 20:09Speaker 5: know a lot and are learning more every day, and.
- 20:12Speaker 4: History will probably sort it all out.
- 20:14Speaker 5: So of course he's obsessed with me, and I believe
- 20:18Speaker 5: that it's a guilty conscience insomuch as.
- 20:20Speaker 2: It's a guilty conscience quoting knows he's an illegitimate president.
- 20:25Speaker 2: I know that he knows this wasn't on the level.
- 20:28Speaker 2: History will probably sort it all out when we now
- 20:31Speaker 2: know the history.
- 20:31Speaker 4: Senator Well, I got to say, in twenty twenty three,
- 20:35Speaker 4: I'm shocked to hear a Democrat saying that someone is
- 20:39Speaker 4: an illegitimate president, because I thought that was like undermining democracy.
- 20:45Speaker 4: I thought that was election denihalism. And you'll recall when
- 20:50Speaker 4: I went last year, last October on the View it
- 20:55Speaker 4: was all right, candidly, you want to talk about some
- 20:58Speaker 4: of the most fun twenty four hours I had in
- 20:59Speaker 4: my life.
- 21:02Speaker 1: That was a great trip for you.
- 21:04Speaker 4: So on October evening at CRISP beautiful Fall evening, I
- 21:09Speaker 4: go up to New York City and I go to
- 21:11Speaker 4: Yankee Stadium, and in Yankee Stadium, I watch my Houston
- 21:16Speaker 4: Astros sweep the Yankees. In Yankee Stadium, it's game four.
- 21:21Speaker 4: We won four games in a row in the Alcs,
- 21:24Speaker 4: And as you know, I was in the second row
- 21:28Speaker 4: behind home plate, and I was in bright orange Astros colors,
- 21:35Speaker 4: proudly representing the Astros. And I got to say, there
- 21:37Speaker 4: were at least one hundred, if not more, New Yorkers
- 21:41Speaker 4: who suggested that I do something anatomically impossible. They were
- 21:47Speaker 4: fairly energized. They were fairly pissed. And look my response
- 21:51Speaker 4: when they were mad, I just smile and point up
- 21:54Speaker 4: and say scoreboard, because look, I get it. If you're
- 21:57Speaker 4: a sports fan and you go into the opposing team,
- 21:59Speaker 4: stay and you sweep them, they're pissed. That was fun,
- 22:04Speaker 4: I will say. And by the way, the press and
- 22:07Speaker 4: the Twitter went crazy with all the people yelling expletives
- 22:11Speaker 4: at me, they didn't actually write down the hundreds of
- 22:14Speaker 4: New Yorkers who took pictures with me and said, even
- 22:16Speaker 4: in Yankee Stadium, thank you for fighting to save our country.
- 22:20Speaker 4: Now they also said, I hate the Astras and want
- 22:22Speaker 4: the Yankees to win. Okay, that's great. That's sports. That's
- 22:24Speaker 4: the beauty of sports as you root for your teams.
- 22:28Speaker 4: The next day, after we swept the Yankees and went
- 22:32Speaker 4: to the World Series and went on to win the
- 22:33Speaker 4: World Series, not to irritate any of the sore sentiments
- 22:37Speaker 4: of other teams that did not win last year, but
- 22:40Speaker 4: the next day I went on the View, and the View,
- 22:43Speaker 4: if anything, the view was more hostile than being in
- 22:47Speaker 4: Yankee Stadium in Game four of the Alcs in Astras,
- 22:51Speaker 4: aren't the view, These rabid left wing women. And by
- 22:56Speaker 4: the way, they were nasty when the camera was off.
- 22:58Speaker 4: It wasn't even just like that's their persona. They look
- 23:03Speaker 4: at you men, they look at me, they look at conservatives.
- 23:05Speaker 4: They hate us. But one of the things they said
- 23:08Speaker 4: is they screamed, you are election deniers. And I pulled
- 23:12Speaker 4: out quote after quote that I brought with me of
- 23:15Speaker 4: Hillary Clinton saying what you just played, of Joe Biden
- 23:18Speaker 4: saying that George W. Bush was an illegitimate president over
- 23:23Speaker 4: and over again, Democrats saying this, and they didn't know
- 23:27Speaker 4: what to say. In response, They're just like, no, no,
- 23:30Speaker 4: we have alternate facts. We don't believe democrats have ever
- 23:34Speaker 4: said that. And what's funny. A couple of weeks later,
- 23:38Speaker 4: Chelsea Clinton, Hillary's daughter, was on the view and they
- 23:41Speaker 4: asked her. They said, Cruz said that your mom denied
- 23:45Speaker 4: the election was legitimate. What do you say to that?
- 23:49Speaker 4: And Chelsea was perfectly happy to repeat their talking points
- 23:52Speaker 4: and say, oh, my mom never said that. Now, mind you,
- 23:56Speaker 4: what Hillary said is public record. She said that repeatedly,
- 23:59Speaker 4: that he's an illegitim at president. Why because Democrats are
- 24:03Speaker 4: willing to abuse government and to lie when they don't
- 24:08Speaker 4: get the political outcome they want.
- 24:10Speaker 1: No doubt. There's also another part of this.
- 24:13Speaker 2: It's infuriating for I think so many Americans listening center,
- 24:17Speaker 2: and that's the fact you just mentioned obviously Hillary Clinton there,
- 24:21Speaker 2: but you mentioned James call Me. You have Andrew McCabe,
- 24:24Speaker 2: you have Peter Struck, you have Lisa Page How, You've
- 24:28Speaker 2: got the FISA judges. You've brought Rod Rosenstein, you have
- 24:33Speaker 2: Christopher Ray, you have Lisa Monico, you have John Brennan,
- 24:39Speaker 2: You've got James Clapper, Christopher Steele, and John Podesta.
- 24:45Speaker 4: So, Ben, are you trying to piss me off like
- 24:48Speaker 4: like with with that array of names. I'm sitting here
- 24:52Speaker 4: very common, peaceful, and you and you really are like
- 24:55Speaker 4: pushing my buttons.
- 24:58Speaker 2: It's my job, sir, it's my I get paid to
- 25:00Speaker 2: do this. But you listen to that list.
- 25:03Speaker 4: And by the way, the dollar an hour we pay you,
- 25:05Speaker 4: we'll double it right now.
- 25:07Speaker 1: Thank you? Good?
- 25:07Speaker 2: That was I like that because that was a hell
- 25:09Speaker 2: of a montage of guilty people I just mentioned. So
- 25:12Speaker 2: I deserve a bonus for that. But there are people
- 25:15Speaker 2: that are going to listen. They're going to say, look,
- 25:17Speaker 2: it's infuriating that this Germ report is confirming that Russian
- 25:21Speaker 2: collusion was a lie, and if you have a brain,
- 25:23Speaker 2: we all knew that since day one. But knowing that
- 25:27Speaker 2: these people that we just mentioned were guilty of doing
- 25:33Speaker 2: this and they're all going to walk around, is there
- 25:36Speaker 2: going to be any accountability for them?
- 25:40Speaker 4: Sadly, I'm not convinced there will be. The New York
- 25:44Speaker 4: Times and the Washington Post both won Pulitzer prizes for
- 25:49Speaker 4: their reporting on this garbage Russian collusion story. We now
- 25:54Speaker 4: know from the Durham Report that the story was a
- 25:56Speaker 4: lie from day one, and yet I feel absolutely certain
- 26:01Speaker 4: the New York Times will not return their Pulitzer. The
- 26:04Speaker 4: Washington Posts will not return their pulitzer. The reporters who
- 26:09Speaker 4: reported on lies, who were complicit with lies, who these
- 26:12Speaker 4: FBI and DJ people were leaking to like sieves to
- 26:15Speaker 4: spread the lies, they will continue to go to parties,
- 26:19Speaker 4: to go to professional gatherings where they will be introduced
- 26:22Speaker 4: as the Pulitzer Prize winning journalist and they are literally
- 26:27Speaker 4: lying propagandists. If there was a shred of integrity in
- 26:31Speaker 4: the New York Times of the Washington Post, they'd return
- 26:34Speaker 4: the Pulitzers and say we're sorry, we're participating a lie.
- 26:38Speaker 4: The chances of that happening are zero because there's not
- 26:41Speaker 4: a shred of integrity in them. But I will say also,
- 26:45Speaker 4: as I read this report, listen, I'm glad that Durham
- 26:49Speaker 4: has cataloged that these were lies, but I'm also angry.
- 26:54Speaker 4: Durham was not a blogger. He was not someone who
- 26:58Speaker 4: was just entitled to write some thoughts. He was not
- 27:01Speaker 4: a podcaster. By the way, Durham was a special counsel
- 27:07Speaker 4: with the power to bring indictments. I read this whole thing,
- 27:12Speaker 4: and I say, mister Durham, who the hell did you indict?
- 27:16Speaker 4: If we saw a massive dishonesty, if we saw a
- 27:20Speaker 4: massive lie to the American people, if we saw a
- 27:23Speaker 4: massive corruption of the Department of Justice and the FBI,
- 27:27Speaker 4: bring an indictment, stand up and hold people to accountable.
- 27:31Speaker 4: And there's a paragraph in Durham's report that makes me
- 27:34Speaker 4: particularly angry. I just want to read it. This report
- 27:39Speaker 4: does not recommend any wholesale changes in the guidelines and
- 27:42Speaker 4: policies that the Department and the FBI now have in
- 27:46Speaker 4: place to ensure proper conduct and accountability in how counterintelligence
- 27:51Speaker 4: activities are carried out. Rather, it is intended to accurately
- 27:55Speaker 4: describe the matters that fell under our review and to
- 27:58Speaker 4: assist the Attorney Gen in determining how the Department and
- 28:01Speaker 4: the FBI can do a better, more credible job. I
- 28:05Speaker 4: gotta admit reading that is just. It puts me to sleep,
- 28:10Speaker 4: but let me continue. Ultimately, of course, meeting these responsibilities
- 28:14Speaker 4: comes down to the integrity of the people who take
- 28:17Speaker 4: an oath to follow the guidelines. As an aside, their
- 28:19Speaker 4: integrity was zero because they didn't follow the guidelines and
- 28:22Speaker 4: they corrupted the process and policies currently in place, guidelines
- 28:28Speaker 4: that date from the time of Attorney General Levi and
- 28:31Speaker 4: that are designed to ensure the rule of law is upheld.
- 28:34Speaker 4: As such, the answer is not the creation of new rules,
- 28:40Speaker 4: but a renewed fidelity to the old. What utter and
- 28:45Speaker 4: complete garbage if we've seen Look, I'm an alumnus to
- 28:51Speaker 4: the Department of Justice. I revere the Department of Justice.
- 28:54Speaker 4: In my role as Senator, I hear routinely from FBI agents,
- 29:00Speaker 4: from DOJ prosecutors who are furious. How was our institution
- 29:07Speaker 4: of law enforcement that is decidedly apolitical? How was it
- 29:13Speaker 4: turned into corrupt and dishonest machinery that became the legal
- 29:18Speaker 4: attack dogs of the Hillary Clinton Nappo Research Department. What
- 29:23Speaker 4: John Durham did is say, this is all terrible, but
- 29:26Speaker 4: we're not going to do anything. Nobody's going to be indicted,
- 29:29Speaker 4: nobody's going to be fired, nobody's going to be held
- 29:31Speaker 4: to consequence. Oh it's a shame. We just saw a
- 29:35Speaker 4: bloodless coup unfold in our Department of Justice and FBI.
- 29:41Speaker 4: But test tasks. Let's try not to do that again.
- 29:45Speaker 4: Nobody's held accountable. That makes me angry. Mister Durham. You're
- 29:51Speaker 4: not in charge of writing op eds. You have the
- 29:54Speaker 4: power of convening a grand jury, you have the power
- 29:56Speaker 4: of bringing indictments, and you failed in that task. What
- 30:02Speaker 4: you described was an absolute dereliction of duty, and yet
- 30:07Speaker 4: nobody was held to account for it.
- 30:09Speaker 2: There's another name that it has to be brought up,
- 30:12Speaker 2: and that is the name of former President United States
- 30:14Speaker 2: of America, Barack Obama. And I want to talk about
- 30:18Speaker 2: what this report also says about his leadership. But before
- 30:22Speaker 2: I get to that, let me tell you about Patriot Mobile.
- 30:24Speaker 2: I had the privilege of going and playing in the
- 30:28Speaker 2: folds of the fall in golf tournament with Patriot Mobile
- 30:31Speaker 2: on Monday, And I can tell you that it is
- 30:34Speaker 2: really fun to work with a company that takes money
- 30:39Speaker 2: every month from your bill and they give it back
- 30:43Speaker 2: to support causes that we stand with. Folds of the
- 30:47Speaker 2: following is an incredible organization. They give scholarships to children
- 30:52Speaker 2: of men and women who've given the ultimate sacrifice protecting
- 30:55Speaker 2: defending our country, whether it is here or abroad.
- 30:58Speaker 1: And that is what Patriot Mobile does.
- 31:01Speaker 2: They take a portion of your bill every month and
- 31:03Speaker 2: they give it back to organizations to send up for
- 31:06Speaker 2: our First and our Second Amendment rights that stand up
- 31:08Speaker 2: for a religious freedom, stand up for the sacty of life.
- 31:11Speaker 2: And they also stand with our military heroes or veterans
- 31:15Speaker 2: or first responders. This is why I want you to
- 31:18Speaker 2: switch to Patriot Mobile. Put your money where your values are.
- 31:23Speaker 2: For years, Big Mobile has been dumping millions into leftist causes,
- 31:28Speaker 2: and we had to take it because we didn't have
- 31:29Speaker 2: another option. Well, now another option exists. Patriot Mobile is
- 31:32Speaker 2: America's only Christian conservative wireless provider, offering you dependable nationwide
- 31:39Speaker 2: coverage on all three major networks, so you get the
- 31:42Speaker 2: best service in your area without the woke propaganda push
- 31:46Speaker 2: by leftists working hard destroy this country. How do you switch?
- 31:49Speaker 2: Call them eight seven eight Patriot. You can keep your
- 31:51Speaker 2: same cell phone or upgrade to a new one. You
- 31:53Speaker 2: can keep your same cell phone number eight seven eight Patriot.
- 31:58Speaker 2: That's eight seven eight Patriot reactivation today with a promo
- 32:02Speaker 2: code verdict that's Patriotmobile dot com or eight seven eight
- 32:07Speaker 2: Patriot Center. Let's talk about one player here that really
- 32:11Speaker 2: has kind of I think he's really gone away kind
- 32:17Speaker 2: of unscathed from all of this. And that's a guy
- 32:20Speaker 2: who knew all about what was happening here, Former President
- 32:24Speaker 2: Barack Obama. How guilty is he of allowing all this
- 32:28Speaker 2: to start because he's the one that knew they were
- 32:30Speaker 2: spying on the Trump campaign. He was the one that
- 32:33Speaker 2: was briefed on all of this. He was the one
- 32:36Speaker 2: that allowed them to keep moving forward when Donald Trump
- 32:39Speaker 2: was running against Hillary Clinton.
- 32:42Speaker 4: So Barack Obama sadly was utterly complicit in this entire
- 32:47Speaker 4: scheme to abuse the Department of Justice, to abuse the
- 32:51Speaker 4: FBI to target his political opponent, to target the Republican
- 32:56Speaker 4: nominee who was running against Hillary Clinton to succeed him.
- 33:01Speaker 4: Let me tell you what the Durham Report concluded. The
- 33:03Speaker 4: Durham Report concluded that the FBI was tipped off about
- 33:07Speaker 4: the Hillary Clinton's plan to quote villify Donald Trump by
- 33:11Speaker 4: tying him to Russian President Vladimir Putin, but it didn't
- 33:15Speaker 4: investigate that tip. According to the report, the FBI received
- 33:19Speaker 4: quote highly significant intelligence from a quote trusted foreign source
- 33:25Speaker 4: pointing to a Clinton campaign plan to villify Trump by
- 33:30Speaker 4: tying him to Vladimir Putin so as to divert attention
- 33:33Speaker 4: from her own concerns relating to her use of a
- 33:36Speaker 4: private email server. The report continued, quote, Unlike the FBI's
- 33:41Speaker 4: opening of a full investigation of unknown members of the
- 33:43Speaker 4: Trump campaign based on raw, uncorroborated investigation, in this separate
- 33:48Speaker 4: matter involving a purported Clinton campaign plan, the FBI never
- 33:53Speaker 4: opened any type of inquiry, issued any taskings, employed any
- 33:59Speaker 4: analytical personnel, or produced any analytical products in connection with
- 34:03Speaker 4: the information. The report said that the lack of action
- 34:08Speaker 4: by the FBI was despite the fact that the Clinton
- 34:12Speaker 4: plan was so significant that CIA Director John Brennan briefed
- 34:19Speaker 4: President Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, Attorney General Lorette Lynch,
- 34:27Speaker 4: FBI Director James Comy and other senior government officials days
- 34:33Speaker 4: after the tip was received. And the report continues quote
- 34:39Speaker 4: the speed and manner in which the FBI opened an
- 34:41Speaker 4: investigated crossfire hurricane during the presidential election season based on raw, unanalyzed,
- 34:47Speaker 4: and uncorroborated intelligence also reflected a noticeable departure from how
- 34:54Speaker 4: it handled matters involving Hillary Clinton. This was corruption that
- 35:00Speaker 4: went to the very top, and yet John Durham held
- 35:05Speaker 4: nobody accountable.
- 35:08Speaker 1: No one.
- 35:08Speaker 2: And that's the part here that I think people say
- 35:11Speaker 2: is did he not have the power? And there's been
- 35:14Speaker 2: debate on this. There's some saying he really didn't have
- 35:17Speaker 2: the power to do anything. There's others saying that's bs. Yes,
- 35:21Speaker 2: he had the power to do something. Senator, give me
- 35:24Speaker 2: your reaction to that idea. Did what were his hands tied?
- 35:30Speaker 2: In your opinion? Is there two sides this story that maybe, hey,
- 35:34Speaker 2: all they would allow him to do is write what
- 35:36Speaker 2: is in essence a fact finding out ed of Okay,
- 35:40Speaker 2: here's what I found and this is what we've got.
- 35:42Speaker 1: But no one's going to get in trouble for anything.
- 35:44Speaker 4: What utter nonsense. He was a special prosecutor. He could
- 35:48Speaker 4: indicte anybody. He could indicite you, Ben ferguson tonight. Now,
- 35:53Speaker 4: presumably there's no evidence, or at least not much, that
- 35:57Speaker 4: you've committed a felony recently.
- 35:59Speaker 1: Sure, I'm a conservative that speaks out. Isn't that enough?
- 36:02Speaker 2: Now?
- 36:02Speaker 1: I thought that's them?
- 36:03Speaker 4: You know, it may well be. But look, he was
- 36:06Speaker 4: a special prosecutor, had the ability to convene a grand
- 36:09Speaker 4: jury and bring charges against anyone who committed illegal conduct.
- 36:13Speaker 4: He didn't do that. There are some that are debating, well,
- 36:18Speaker 4: it wasn't his job to recommend reforms to the Department
- 36:22Speaker 4: of Justice procedures or the FBI procedures. And on some
- 36:27Speaker 4: level that's true, and on some level, who cares. If
- 36:30Speaker 4: he wanted to recommend reforms, he could have. He could
- 36:33Speaker 4: have written that in the report and said, you know what,
- 36:35Speaker 4: the current rules don't work, change them. That would have
- 36:38Speaker 4: been something. But instead he went out of his way
- 36:41Speaker 4: to say, Nope, the rules are fine, it's just here
- 36:44Speaker 4: the bastards didn't follow them. And by the way, I'm
- 36:48Speaker 4: not going to prosecute or indict any of them for
- 36:51Speaker 4: not following them. We just are going to say in
- 36:54Speaker 4: the future, it would be nice if people followed the rules. Now,
- 36:58Speaker 4: that's true, but the job of a special prosecutor is
- 37:02Speaker 4: to hold people to account. And I'm sitting here saying,
- 37:08Speaker 4: we saw an attempt to mount a legal overthrow of
- 37:16Speaker 4: our government, a legal undermining of democracy, both during the
- 37:22Speaker 4: twenty sixteen election and after the twenty sixteen election. And
- 37:27Speaker 4: at this point, who's being prosecuted, Who's going to jail,
- 37:32Speaker 4: who's facing the consequences for that lawless attempt to prevent
- 37:37Speaker 4: the legitimate election of a president and then their topple
- 37:40Speaker 4: a legitimately elected president. And the answer is utterly nobody.
- 37:45Speaker 4: But you know what, The New York Times in Washington
- 37:47Speaker 4: Post had Pulitzer prizes, So that's good for them.
- 37:50Speaker 1: Yeah, at least they got that.
- 37:52Speaker 2: One other question I want to ask you, and that's
- 37:54Speaker 2: about the rewriting of this story from the media. There
- 38:00Speaker 2: was an interesting commentary that was put out by CNN
- 38:05Speaker 2: by Jake Tapper, and there were people that wanted to
- 38:07Speaker 2: give him credit for this. My initialy reaction and granted
- 38:11Speaker 2: full disclosure. I worked with Jake for seven years as
- 38:14Speaker 2: a conservative commentator find the Comedies at CNN, But I
- 38:19Speaker 2: don't give him credit for saying this because if they
- 38:21Speaker 2: would have done their damn jobs early on, they would
- 38:24Speaker 2: have known the story they were selling to undermine democracy
- 38:28Speaker 2: and undermining the presidency for the entire time Donald Trump
- 38:31Speaker 2: was president.
- 38:32Speaker 1: Was a lie.
- 38:32Speaker 2: And now all of a sudden, I'm like, oh, okay, well,
- 38:34Speaker 2: now we're gonna maybe come clean and say it was
- 38:37Speaker 2: somehow there's fault, their fault.
- 38:39Speaker 1: Listen to this, and then I want to get your reaction,
- 38:41Speaker 1: for it is.
- 38:41Speaker 7: Now here, it has dropped, and it might not have
- 38:44Speaker 7: produced everything of what some Republicans hold for. It is
- 38:46Speaker 7: regardless devastating to the FBI, and to a degree it
- 38:51Speaker 7: does exonerate Donald Trump.
- 38:53Speaker 4: Let's bring in CNNs.
- 38:55Speaker 2: I mean, you hear it there and it exonerates Donald Trump. Now,
- 38:59Speaker 2: before where I get your reaction, let me tell you
- 39:01Speaker 2: about our friends they gut the precious metals.
- 39:03Speaker 1: I want to talk about what's going going on in
- 39:05Speaker 1: the economy.

- 39:17Speaker 2: you can you can get free gold just for learning

- 39:31Speaker 2: and having those dollars and protecting them from this economy
- 39:35Speaker 2: is important, especially if you're close to retirement or in retirement.
- 39:39Speaker 1: That's where a gust of precious metals comes in.

- 40:29Speaker 2: It's it's very clear. You know this Duram report's dropped
- 40:32Speaker 2: and it concluded the FBI never should have launched a
- 40:35Speaker 2: Trump probe in the first place, and the report exonerate
- 40:38Speaker 2: Donald Trump. Uh, and now we're gonna read it for you.
- 40:42Speaker 2: These guys were selling this, and as a member of
- 40:45Speaker 2: in the media, it makes me livid to see them
- 40:48Speaker 2: all of a sudden come out and be like, oh, well,
- 40:50Speaker 2: good job, now you got to tell the truth. They
- 40:52Speaker 2: undermined a president and the Republican Party and conservatives and
- 40:55Speaker 2: democracy for years.
- 40:59Speaker 4: Jake Tapper conflicted views on I've known Jake for twenty
- 41:03Speaker 4: five years. There was a time when he was a
- 41:06Speaker 4: young cub reporter, when he actually wanted to be a journalist,
- 41:09Speaker 4: when he cared about reporting the news, when he had integrity.
- 41:13Speaker 4: Once Trump became president, it broken. Jake is a shattered
- 41:18Speaker 4: husk of who he was. He hates Trump so much
- 41:21Speaker 4: that he's embraced He's been part of CNN's self immolation,
- 41:26Speaker 4: where he no longer reports on news. He is instead
- 41:30Speaker 4: a rabid partisan. So I'm glad he said quote that
- 41:35Speaker 4: this report is devastating to the FBI and to a
- 41:39Speaker 4: degree it does exonerate Donald Trump. That was accurate. You
- 41:43Speaker 4: know what Jake didn't say, And let me say on
- 41:46Speaker 4: behalf of CNN I apologize for spending four years lying
- 41:49Speaker 4: to you every day about this information. I apologize for
- 41:53Speaker 4: CNN not caring about the countervailing facts. I apologize for
- 41:56Speaker 4: CNN not investigating those facts. I apologize for CNN repeating
- 42:01Speaker 4: the unverified leaks and lies that advanced this story that
- 42:05Speaker 4: was based on total fabrication. I apologize for CNN not
- 42:09Speaker 4: being journalists, not reporting news, not in fact reporting that
- 42:12Speaker 4: this came from Hillary Clinton, that this came from the DNC,
- 42:15Speaker 4: not reporting that the Steel report was an utter and
- 42:18Speaker 4: complete lie, not telling you anything of the truth, because
- 42:21Speaker 4: we hate Donald Trump so much that we instead said,
- 42:25Speaker 4: did you hear there's a pe tape? Ooh oh wow,
- 42:30Speaker 4: Like we played in an earlier verdict SNL Saturday Night
- 42:34Speaker 4: Live when they played this like CNN fantasy version for
- 42:39Speaker 4: liberals to like, ooh, look at this bad thing, like
- 42:44Speaker 4: when SNL is making fun of them. It's a disaster.
- 42:47Speaker 4: And so I'm glad. Jake Tapper issued a sentence that
- 42:50Speaker 4: acknowledged this. By the way, wasn't just Jake Tapper, other
- 42:53Speaker 4: media outlets CBS News quote. After nearly four years of investigation,
- 42:57Speaker 4: special counsel John Durham found that the FBI I lacked
- 43:01Speaker 4: actual evidence to investigate then candidate Donald Trump's campaign in
- 43:06Speaker 4: twenty sixteen and relied on leeds quote funded by political
- 43:10Speaker 4: opponents instead. That seems bad. It's almost like CBS should
- 43:15Speaker 4: not have spent six years reporting on this garbage CNN's
- 43:20Speaker 4: Aaron Perez quote. The bottom line in this the investigation
- 43:26Speaker 4: found that the FBI failed in many many ways. Well,
- 43:29Speaker 4: wait a second, CNN failed in many many ways, CBS
- 43:31Speaker 4: failed in many many ways, NBC, ABC, MSNBC all failed
- 43:36Speaker 4: in many many ways. MSNBC every night had fantasy sessions
- 43:42Speaker 4: about Trump Russia collusion. And by the way, it's not
- 43:48Speaker 4: just the corporate media democrats Adam Schiff said in twenty
- 43:53Speaker 4: eighteen quote, there's plenty of evidence of collusion or conspiracy
- 43:57Speaker 4: in plain sight. Apparently there wasn't no, there was no evidence.
- 44:04Speaker 4: It was made up. It was made up by the
- 44:06Speaker 4: opera researchers of Hillary Clinton. But Adam Schiff was happy
- 44:10Speaker 4: to get on TV and screaming about it. Here's what
- 44:11Speaker 4: Chuck Schumer said in twenty eighteen quote, A single ominous
- 44:16Speaker 4: question now hangs over the White House. What could possibly
- 44:20Speaker 4: cause President Trump to put the interests of Russia over
- 44:24Speaker 4: those of the United States. Quote. Millions of Americans will
- 44:29Speaker 4: continue to wonder if the only possible explanation for this
- 44:33Speaker 4: dangerous behavior is the possibility that President Putin holds damaging
- 44:38Speaker 4: information over President Trump. Look, I got to admit this
- 44:43Speaker 4: pisses me off. Democrats were lying, the DOJ launched an
- 44:49Speaker 4: investigation with no evidence based on partisan hatred, and the
- 44:54Speaker 4: corporate media amplified those lies shamelessly. It is an utter
- 45:01Speaker 4: and complete failure of our system. And nobody's been men
- 45:04Speaker 4: held to account, nobody's prosecuted, nobody's fired, nobody's lost their job,
- 45:09Speaker 4: and they continue to do the same going forward.
- 45:13Speaker 2: This is I have a feeling why it's going to
- 45:15Speaker 2: end up being a big election your issue, not just
- 45:18Speaker 2: on the presidential level, but also and Senate and House raises.
- 45:23Speaker 2: And it should be because this is going to be
- 45:25Speaker 2: about accountability for the people that did this to this country.
