  Speaker 3: Smith had done on his political job. He'd taken out

  Speaker 3: legally it was frivolous and thrown out unanimously by the

  Speaker 3: a long history of being directly involved in the weaponization

  Speaker 3: to beat in the general. So they're engaged in election

  Speaker 3: open eyes about what their objective is. But secondly, they

  Speaker 3: believe that these multiple indictments one after the other, hurt

  Speaker 3: Trump and potentially hurt Trump fatally in the general election

  Speaker 3: in November. Bid Merrick Garland and the partisan Democrats. They
