Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Israel does defend itself with an extremely limited response. Other
- 0:09Speaker 1: analysts have described the news reports as propaganda ma in
- 0:14Speaker 1: comparison to official programming supporting the communist regime in the
- 0:18Speaker 1: former Soviet Union, saying that they just are trying to
- 0:21Speaker 1: make it look worse than it actually is. But the
- 0:24Speaker 1: world has clearly decided now this is a very limited response.
- 0:30Speaker 1: So what is the bigger threat in this country right now? Well,
- 0:34Speaker 1: our biggest concern should be the number of those that
- 0:37Speaker 1: have come across this southern border that are on the
- 0:41Speaker 1: terrorists watch lists. Terrorism seems to be gaining speed around
- 0:48Speaker 1: the world. Duran said two things. One is a lie.
- 0:52Speaker 1: This is their first lie that Iran said. The Defense
- 0:54Speaker 1: minister listen, how.
- 0:56Speaker 2: Thought our objective was warn as to send a clear
- 0:59Speaker 2: message to be received by the government of Israel and
- 1:02Speaker 2: to let it know that we do have the means
- 1:04Speaker 2: to respond. I will repeat again, we never seek the
- 1:09Speaker 2: expansion of chaos and warfare intentions in the region.
- 1:13Speaker 1: That's a lie. We know that they expand their tensions
- 1:17Speaker 1: in the region. We know that they were in charge
- 1:21Speaker 1: I'm killing American soldiers roadside bombs. We know they helped
- 1:24Speaker 1: train the attackers for the attack on the Israeli people
- 1:28Speaker 1: and the genocide that they created, and they shot three
- 1:32Speaker 1: hundred plus missiles at Israel just last week. They then say,
- 1:37Speaker 1: we don't want to do anything to escalate. That's a lie.
- 1:41Speaker 1: The Iranian foreign minister also saying this about what Israel
- 1:45Speaker 1: did this morning.
- 1:46Speaker 2: In case the Israeli regime embarks on adventurism again and
- 1:55Speaker 2: takes action against the interests of Iran, next response from
- 2:01Speaker 2: US will be immediate and at a maximum level.
- 2:08Speaker 1: So what they're saying is it sounds like they are
- 2:11Speaker 1: not going to respond to this retaliatory strike at the
- 2:18Speaker 1: hands of Israel. Now that that is good news because
- 2:22Speaker 1: we do all want this to de escalate. The question
- 2:25Speaker 1: is a Ran saying that now because they're afraid that
- 2:28Speaker 1: Israel will then strike their nuclear sites. I think that's
- 2:31Speaker 1: pretty clear. They're afraid that they can't defend themselves against
- 2:35Speaker 1: an attack by Israel. They just prove that Israel can
- 2:39Speaker 1: come in and go after them in a very big way.
- 2:43Speaker 1: So that is also I think another serious part of
- 2:47Speaker 1: their Okay, we're going to back down here, because they
- 2:49Speaker 1: realized that they could what they could lose and what
- 2:52Speaker 1: they could lose, could be a lot, all right. So
- 2:55Speaker 1: that's that's part number two of this that people need
- 3:00Speaker 1: to understand. There's also another part of this, and that
- 3:03Speaker 1: is anti Semitic attacks and rhetoric are at an all
- 3:08Speaker 1: time high right now. The American a d L excuse me,
- 3:18Speaker 1: Anti Definition League representative went on MSNBC this morning and
- 3:24Speaker 1: I played this for you, saying, in forty five years,
- 3:26Speaker 1: we've never seen anything like this, and it's happening mostly
- 3:30Speaker 1: starting on college campuses now. To also be clear, NBC
- 3:37Speaker 1: News is still keeping up their anti Israel rhetoric this morning.
- 3:42Speaker 1: I'll give you an example of that, Richard Haas saying
- 3:46Speaker 1: this on MSNBC about the Biden administration.
- 3:50Speaker 3: Listen, Richard has It was this just the latest final
- 3:56Speaker 3: round of shadow boxing between Israel and Iran, trying to
- 4:01Speaker 3: prove something to each other, to their constituencies, to regional
- 4:09Speaker 3: friends and enemies, or do you expect more?
- 4:12Speaker 4: I think we're all in violent or even nonviolent agreement
- 4:15Speaker 4: this morning.
- 4:16Speaker 5: This was carefully calibrated.
- 4:18Speaker 4: The Israelis felt compelled to respond to show that they
- 4:21Speaker 4: could reach Iran if need be, they could hurt them
- 4:24Speaker 4: if need be, but they didn't hurt them this time.
- 4:26Speaker 4: The fact that the Iranians are downplaying it at home
- 4:29Speaker 4: suggests to me they don't feel compelled to retaliate against
- 4:32Speaker 4: the retaliation. I think this showed the bb nets and Yahoo.
- 4:38Speaker 5: Were often critical.
- 4:39Speaker 4: I think in this case he resisted what he was
- 4:41Speaker 4: getting pressured to do from his right.
- 4:43Speaker 5: He did less rather than more.
- 4:45Speaker 4: I think the Biden administration should feel pretty good in
- 4:48Speaker 4: terms of calming down the reactions. And I think, excuse me,
- 4:53Speaker 4: this is also a realization on the Israelis.
- 4:54Speaker 5: They got their handsful, They've still.
- 4:56Speaker 4: Got the Gaza, and they'll make some big decisions about
- 5:01Speaker 4: Rafa and occupation they face. As the Atma was talking
- 5:05Speaker 4: about the massive threat from his bullet still and it.
- 5:09Speaker 5: Got active a few days ago.
- 5:10Speaker 4: It's possible the West Bank will get more militarized. They
- 5:14Speaker 4: got problems there. So I think this is really an
- 5:16Speaker 4: interesting case. You see it sometimes short during the Cold
- 5:19Speaker 4: War Joe, that adversaries figure out.
- 5:22Speaker 5: How to signal.
- 5:23Speaker 4: There's nothing formal, there's nothing explicit. But I think what
- 5:26Speaker 4: we saw here there's some actually sophisticated signaling and messaging
- 5:29Speaker 4: by Israel and Iran.
- 5:31Speaker 1: So the Biden administration this morning. Seems to be pretty
- 5:35Speaker 1: happy with this. They seem to be pretty happy with
- 5:38Speaker 1: what they're seeing. They seem to be pretty happy with
- 5:41Speaker 1: how this is going down. What we also know is
- 5:44Speaker 1: officials in Tehran initially played down the attack, first telling
- 5:47Speaker 1: Reuters that the explosions heard wire a result of the
- 5:50Speaker 1: activation of Iran's air defense system. They realized once the
- 5:53Speaker 1: pictures were leaking out of their country they couldn't stick
- 5:56Speaker 1: with that plan, so then they changed it. Then they
- 6:00Speaker 1: said that five hundred suicide drones and missiles were fired
- 6:03Speaker 1: at US, and that Israel was subjecting subjected to the
- 6:07Speaker 1: world's largest drone attack. That then didn't work out either,
- 6:11Speaker 1: because there weren't that many attacks. Israeli's military told the AFP,
- 6:18Speaker 1: we don't have a comment at this time. However, a
- 6:21Speaker 1: former Israeli Defense Forces spokesmans that Iran hadn't accurately assessed
- 6:26Speaker 1: the damage caused by the strike, Shet saying, quote, it
- 6:28Speaker 1: will take them time to work out what happened. We
- 6:31Speaker 1: also now know that the Department of Homeland Security knew
- 6:35Speaker 1: that Lake and Riley's accused killer had a criminal record.
- 6:40Speaker 1: We also now have been told that Department of Homeland
- 6:42Speaker 1: Security knew that they in fact gave a work permit
- 6:46Speaker 1: anyways to that individual so that that individual could stay
- 6:49Speaker 1: in America and work. And we also now know that
- 6:52Speaker 1: my orcis lied to Congress coming out overnight, claiming that
- 6:58Speaker 1: he had no derogatory information on the individual. President Joe
- 7:04Speaker 1: Biden's Department of Homeland Security approved a work permit for
- 7:07Speaker 1: Jose Antonio of Venezuela, who was accused of murdering the
- 7:11Speaker 1: twenty two year old Lacoln Riley, even after discovering he
- 7:15Speaker 1: had a prior criminal history. According to federal documents detailed
- 7:19Speaker 1: by Senator Josh Hawley, on February the twenty second, Lincoln
- 7:24Speaker 1: Riley went for a morning jog around the University of
- 7:27Speaker 1: Georgia campus in Athens. Riley Her body was bludgeon and
- 7:33Speaker 1: it was found later that day in a wooded area.
- 7:36Speaker 1: The following day, the illegal immigrant Jose Antonio was arrested
- 7:41Speaker 1: in charge with her murder. During a Senate budget hearing yesterday,
- 7:46Speaker 1: Holly read aloud the DHS file on the illegal immigrant,
- 7:51Speaker 1: which he said senators only recently obtained. According to documents
- 7:55Speaker 1: that Holly read, the individual was encountered but at the
- 8:00Speaker 1: United States Mexico border near El Paso, Texas on September
- 8:06Speaker 1: the eighth of twenty twenty two. DHS official sited detention capacity,
- 8:12Speaker 1: according to Holly, as the reason that he was rewarded parole.
- 8:17Speaker 1: You and I both know lack of detention capability capacity
- 8:21Speaker 1: is not a valid reason for parole under the statue,
- 8:24Speaker 1: Holly said to the Department of Home and Security Secretary
- 8:26Speaker 1: of MYORCIS, Immigration and Customs Enforcement known as ICE, status
- 8:32Speaker 1: shows about eighty one hundred available detention beds at the
- 8:36Speaker 1: time the individual was encountered at the border meeting. That
- 8:40Speaker 1: they lied. Okay, they lied. It's called gross negligence. MAJORCIS
- 8:47Speaker 1: says freeing lake in Riley's accused killer into the US
- 8:50Speaker 1: was warranted even after he was asked about the detention
- 8:55Speaker 1: center and that lie Biden's expansive catch and release network.
- 9:00Speaker 1: Senator Rand Paul noted purported to give parole to migrants
- 9:05Speaker 1: on a case by case basis for public benefit or
- 9:08Speaker 1: humanitarian reasons. Senator Paul asked my ORCIS if detention capabilities
- 9:13Speaker 1: and capacity is a reason migrants are given parole by
- 9:17Speaker 1: Biorcus said he would not comment on the case. Then
- 9:21Speaker 1: he said, well, why was this man paroled? Paul repeatedly asked,
- 9:24Speaker 1: my orcis. On July the nineteenth, the last year, Holly said,
- 9:29Speaker 1: the DHS file stated that the illegal immigrant reported to
- 9:32Speaker 1: agency officials in New York City for a biometric appointment
- 9:36Speaker 1: where he was fingerprinted. The results of those fingerprints, according
- 9:39Speaker 1: to the documents, showed that the illegal immigrant, had a
- 9:43Speaker 1: prior criminal history. Then, on September the fourteenth of twenty
- 9:48Speaker 1: twenty three, the illegal immigrant was arrested for acting in
- 9:52Speaker 1: a manner that could injure a child. This is in America.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Despite the charge, the man was not prosecuted and the
- 10:00Speaker 1: arrest was expunged from his record two months later, in
- 10:05Speaker 1: November of twenty twenty three, the Department of Home Security
- 10:08Speaker 1: file states that the illegal immigrant applied for an employment
- 10:11Speaker 1: authorization document known as an EAD with the US Citizenship
- 10:16Speaker 1: and Immigration Services on December the ninth, just days later,
- 10:22Speaker 1: Holly said. The DHS file states that the individual the
- 10:25Speaker 1: illegal immigrant, and the work permit application was then approved,
- 10:29Speaker 1: and less than three months after securing that work permit,
- 10:33Speaker 1: the man was charged with Lake and Riley's murder. I
- 10:37Speaker 1: want you to hear some of this back and forth
- 10:39Speaker 1: from Holly listen, Uh.
- 10:41Speaker 6: Mister Secretary, let's just come back to Jose Ibarra if
- 10:45Speaker 6: we can you know who that is. That's a question.
- 10:48Speaker 6: You know what he did.
- 10:51Speaker 7: I know what he's accused of doing, which is murdering
- 10:55Speaker 7: a young woman.
- 10:56Speaker 6: And that wasn't the first crime that he committed in
- 10:58Speaker 6: this country.
- 10:59Speaker 5: Was it?
- 11:01Speaker 7: Senator. As I've articulated previously, I'm not going to speak
- 11:04Speaker 7: about the facts of the case because there is an
- 11:06Speaker 7: ongoing criminal investigation.
- 11:08Speaker 6: Have you read his parole file?
- 11:11Speaker 7: Senator the same answer.
- 11:13Speaker 6: So you're not going to say whether or not you've
- 11:15Speaker 6: read the profile. I've got it right here. Have you
- 11:17Speaker 6: read this?
- 11:18Speaker 7: A Senator, I do not want to speak to the
- 11:20Speaker 7: particulars of the case given depending criminal in you.
- 11:24Speaker 6: I find this interesting because this is a new answer today.
- 11:27Speaker 6: You've changed your answers all over the map on this
- 11:30Speaker 6: and it looks like to me you just don't want
- 11:32Speaker 6: to answer the question. Two days ago, two days ago,
- 11:35Speaker 6: you were asked about this in the Househomeland Security Committee.
- 11:38Speaker 6: I've got the transcript right here in front of me.
- 11:40Speaker 6: You were asked the same question, Jose Ibara, why was
- 11:43Speaker 6: he paroled? You said, I don't know you said, I
- 11:46Speaker 6: don't know. I don't have the case details with me. Today,
- 11:50Speaker 6: Congressman Bishop says you don't know, and you said, I
- 11:53Speaker 6: don't know. I don't have the details with respect to
- 11:56Speaker 6: that individual's case, but I would be pleased to provide
- 11:58Speaker 6: them to you. Congressman, you didn't know two days ago. Now, interestingly,
- 12:03Speaker 6: on April the tenth, six days before that, you gave
- 12:07Speaker 6: Senator Katie Britt a different answer. She asked you the
- 12:10Speaker 6: same question. She said, why was Jose Iberra paroled into
- 12:15Speaker 6: the United States? You said, and I quote Ranking Member Britt,
- 12:20Speaker 6: there was no derogatory information of which we were aware,
- 12:24Speaker 6: so you were happy to comment on the case. Then
- 12:26Speaker 6: on April the tenth. By April the sixteenth, you had
- 12:29Speaker 6: developed amnesia. And today you say you just won't comment.
- 12:32Speaker 6: So which is it, mister Secretary. Now that we have
- 12:35Speaker 6: the file, I tell you what the difference is. Congressman
- 12:38Speaker 6: Bishop didn't have the profile and Senator Britt didn't have
- 12:41Speaker 6: the profile. And now we do have the parole file,
- 12:44Speaker 6: and now we all know that the reason he was
- 12:47Speaker 6: paroled into this country was because lack of detention capacity, which,
- 12:52Speaker 6: as you and I both know, is not a valid
- 12:55Speaker 6: reason under the statute. And now that we know that
- 12:57Speaker 6: for sure, this is right out of the parole file
- 13:00Speaker 6: here it is subject was paroled due to detention capacity
- 13:03Speaker 6: at the Central Processing Center in l Paso, Texas. Now
- 13:07Speaker 6: suddenly you don't want to talk about it. This is extraordinary.
- 13:11Speaker 6: It's also a pattern with you. So let me just
- 13:14Speaker 6: try one more time. Have you read the parole file?
- 13:16Speaker 7: Senator, I'm going to give the same answer, and let
- 13:19Speaker 7: me say it, well.
- 13:20Speaker 6: Which one are you going to give me the answer
- 13:21Speaker 6: you gave to Senator britt Are you going to give
- 13:23Speaker 6: the answer you gave to Congressman Bishop or the answer
- 13:25Speaker 6: you gave to Senator Paul Or do you want to
- 13:27Speaker 6: try a fourth one?
- 13:28Speaker 7: Senator, I will not speak to the particulars of the
- 13:30Speaker 7: case given the pending criminal process.
- 13:33Speaker 6: Oh, I'm sure, well you certainly, of course you don't
- 13:35Speaker 6: want to because it is an absolutely damning indictment of
- 13:39Speaker 6: your policies. Let's just review Jose Berrera and how Ibarra
- 13:43Speaker 6: rather and how he came to be here. On September
- 13:45Speaker 6: the eighth, twenty twenty two, he was encountered by the
- 13:47Speaker 6: United States Border Patrol in El Paso, Texas, and was
- 13:51Speaker 6: paroled into the United States due to lack of detention capacity.
- 13:55Speaker 6: A provision, a proviso, a rule that is not permitted
- 13:58Speaker 6: under the statute. You and I both no, you know this.
- 14:01Speaker 6: You knew it when you were talking to Congressman Bishop,
- 14:03Speaker 6: you knew it when you were testifying to Senator Britt,
- 14:06Speaker 6: and you know it today. You just never wanted to
- 14:09Speaker 6: cop to it because the statue doesn't permit it. And
- 14:11Speaker 6: so you lied to Congressman Bishop, and you lied to
- 14:14Speaker 6: Senator Britt. And now you are hiding behind the ongoing
- 14:17Speaker 6: prosecution excuse because it's the last one left to you,
- 14:20Speaker 6: because you testified falsely under oath. Then on July nineteenth,
- 14:25Speaker 6: twenty twenty three, Ebara reports for a biometric appointment and
- 14:28Speaker 6: was finger printed. This is now in New York. The
- 14:30Speaker 6: results come back and indicate he has a criminal history,
- 14:33Speaker 6: so he's in this country. He has a criminal history.
- 14:35Speaker 6: September fourteenth, he is arrested in New York by NYPD
- 14:39Speaker 6: for what injuring a child. September fourteenth, twenty twenty three,
- 14:43Speaker 6: he is arrested for injuring a child. What happens? The
- 14:47Speaker 6: offense was never prosecuted and the arrest was expunged. I'm
- 14:50Speaker 6: reading right out of the profile expunged. Nothing is done
- 14:53Speaker 6: to this guy. He had a criminal record to start with.
- 14:55Speaker 6: He's in the country on the illegal grounds. You have
- 14:58Speaker 6: falsely and illegally allowed him in. He commits a crime
- 15:00Speaker 6: against a child. He's not prosecuted, it's expunged. In November,
- 15:04Speaker 6: get this. In November it Borrow files an application for
- 15:08Speaker 6: employment authorization, and unbelievably, on December the ninth, twenty twenty three,
- 15:12Speaker 6: it's approved. So this is your policies in action, mister secretary.
- 15:17Speaker 6: A criminal is permitted into this country on grounds flatly
- 15:21Speaker 6: not permitted, flatly contradictory to the statute. He commits a
- 15:24Speaker 6: crime against a child, and then he gets a work permit.
- 15:27Speaker 6: He gets a work permit. You want to know why
- 15:29Speaker 6: all of the jobs in the last two or three
- 15:31Speaker 6: years have gone to illegal migrants. Working people in this
- 15:35Speaker 6: country can't get a job, their unemployment rates high white
- 15:38Speaker 6: because of things like this. And then what's he did?
- 15:40Speaker 6: Well we all know. Then in February he commits the
- 15:42Speaker 6: heinous crime against Laken Riley. Is this a record that
- 15:47Speaker 6: you are proud of, Senator?
- 15:52Speaker 7: You've mistated some facts.
- 15:54Speaker 6: I have read from the parole file, which you have
- 15:57Speaker 6: said you don't recall, don't have you mis cited. I'm
- 16:01Speaker 6: reading from it. It is right here, and I've just
- 16:05Speaker 6: pursued to the speech and debate clause. I have just
- 16:08Speaker 6: read it into the record. And the reason is you
- 16:11Speaker 6: have lied repeatedly to Congress and to the American people
- 16:16Speaker 6: about this. They deserve to know, and the only way
- 16:18Speaker 6: they're going to know is if I tell them. I've
- 16:20Speaker 6: just told them. It's in the record now. I've read
- 16:22Speaker 6: it verbatim from the profile verbatim. I just want to
- 16:27Speaker 6: know why did you change your story so often? Why
- 16:29Speaker 6: didn't you just answer honestly to Congressman Bishop and Senator
- 16:32Speaker 6: Brett Senator.
- 16:33Speaker 7: I am confident that justice will be vindicated in the
- 16:37Speaker 7: criminal prosecution of the case.
- 16:39Speaker 6: Well, hopefully he'll get more of a trial than you got.
- 16:42Speaker 6: Otherwise there'll be no justice for anyone at all. Let
- 16:45Speaker 6: me ask you something else. Travis Wolf, do you know
- 16:48Speaker 6: that name?
- 16:50Speaker 7: Not off the top of my head.
- 16:51Speaker 6: Travis Wolf is a twelve year old boy from Missouri.
- 16:55Speaker 6: This is him. Travis was killed on December twenty, twenty
- 17:00Speaker 6: twenty three year. I should say he was in a
- 17:03Speaker 6: tragic attack on that night. He died some weeks later
- 17:06Speaker 6: head on collision. The person driving the vehicle, who's now
- 17:10Speaker 6: been charged with six criminal counts, is in Drina, Braco.
- 17:14Speaker 6: Do you know who that is?
- 17:16Speaker 7: I do not, but let me communicate that I know
- 17:21Speaker 7: that all of our hearts break for the family of
- 17:24Speaker 7: this young boy who died in that accident.
- 17:27Speaker 6: Well, she's an illegal migrant here from Venezuela. Local law
- 17:33Speaker 6: enforcement tell me that she was detained briefly at the
- 17:36Speaker 6: border in twenty twenty three and then released, and then
- 17:40Speaker 6: she commits this crime. Multiple people have been stabbed in O'Fallon,
- 17:44Speaker 6: Missouri by illegal migrants. As a secretary, I know that
- 17:48Speaker 6: you think your policies are a success. You've sat right
- 17:50Speaker 6: there in that chair and you've told me over and
- 17:52Speaker 6: over our policies are working. You're on the record years
- 17:54Speaker 6: and years saying that maybe they're working for you, maybe
- 17:57Speaker 6: they're working for your political objectives, whatever they may be.
- 18:00Speaker 6: I don't know, but they're not working for Laken Riley
- 18:02Speaker 6: or Travis Woolf or the people of my state.
- 18:05Speaker 1: Democrats laughing in the face of Americans. After my Orchis
- 18:10Speaker 1: was able to get away with not following the American
- 18:13Speaker 1: laws when it comes to southern border. He's also an
- 18:16Speaker 1: individual that lied to the American people. Just one year ago.
- 18:19Speaker 1: He said the border is secure. The border is secure.
- 18:22Speaker 1: That is what he said when talking to Congress about
- 18:25Speaker 1: a wide open border that he admits now, well, there's
- 18:28Speaker 1: major problems and isn't secure. So how did he get
- 18:32Speaker 1: away with it? And how were they able to cut
- 18:34Speaker 1: this trial to just a single day? Join me now
- 18:37Speaker 1: to talk about this. It wasn't even a trial. Actually,
- 18:39Speaker 1: it was just like they could even get to a trial.
- 18:42Speaker 1: Join me now to talk about this. As US cenator
- 18:44Speaker 1: from Tennessee. Marsha Blackburn sentator, always a pleasure to chat
- 18:47Speaker 1: with you. This seems like a very big defeat for conservatives.
- 18:51Speaker 1: There's a lot of frustration from conservatives right now because
- 18:54Speaker 1: they feel like we're losing all over the place. We
- 18:56Speaker 1: have infighting on the House, a real prospect of losing
- 18:59Speaker 1: another speaker. Then we have the Maiorci's impeachment that doesn't
- 19:03Speaker 1: go anywhere. Explain how this happened yesterday and what people
- 19:07Speaker 1: need to know.
- 19:08Speaker 8: Yes, Chuck Schumer did as we assembled and were sworn
- 19:15Speaker 8: in into a Court of Impeachment. He made a point
- 19:19Speaker 8: of order and then deemed that Article one was unconstitutional
- 19:27Speaker 8: and did not meet the threshold for removal of may Orcus,
- 19:33Speaker 8: and every single Democrat voted with him. Now, we sent
- 19:38Speaker 8: a lot of time, about three hours trying to refute
- 19:45Speaker 8: this and make our points of order, and then following
- 19:49Speaker 8: the closure, we made certain that we went to the
- 19:55Speaker 8: floor and spent another few hours laying out for may
- 19:59Speaker 8: Orcus had done. But this has what Chuck Schumer did
- 20:04Speaker 8: yesterday has never been done. Twenty one impeachments. In four
- 20:09Speaker 8: of them the individual either died or resigned. And in
- 20:14Speaker 8: seventeen when the impeachment by the House went to the
- 20:18Speaker 8: Senate for trials, the trial was held. And so Senators
- 20:22Speaker 8: Lee and Kennedy had organizing resolutions that mirrored the Trump
- 20:28Speaker 8: one and Trump two impeachments. Senator Cruz had won that
- 20:33Speaker 8: a motion that would have formed a trial committee, but
- 20:38Speaker 8: Chuck Schumer would have none of it, and so Patty
- 20:43Speaker 8: Murray was the presiding officer and repeatedly we were just
- 20:49Speaker 8: we were shut out of trying to move to a trial.
- 20:53Speaker 8: And for the first time ever, they dismissed the impeachment
- 20:59Speaker 8: articles and to the American people. But then I will
- 21:02Speaker 8: tell you this. These Democrats that are up for reelection
- 21:07Speaker 8: this year, and they have very tough, close races, and
- 21:11Speaker 8: you're looking at New Mexico, Nevada, Montana, Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania,
- 21:21Speaker 8: these and the race in Maryland, the race in West Virginia.
- 21:27Speaker 8: Democrats are going to have to answer for that because
- 21:30Speaker 8: it was unprecedented. It plays into that two tiers of justice.
- 21:34Speaker 8: If they keep pushing. There's one tier for the Democrats
- 21:38Speaker 8: in the elite. There's a different tier if your name
- 21:42Speaker 8: is Trump, or if you're a Republican or a Conservative.
- 21:45Speaker 8: And people are sick and tired of this.
- 21:47Speaker 1: Harry Reid said something that was very interesting that I
- 21:50Speaker 1: do think should be used and I hope every Republican
- 21:52Speaker 1: running for office in the Senate uses it especially, And
- 21:57Speaker 1: he said about this impeachment, we're going to get through
- 22:00Speaker 1: this quick. We're gonna move quickly to move past this.
- 22:04Speaker 1: He also made a admission, and it was an important one.
- 22:09Speaker 1: He said that you should never have someone impeached over
- 22:14Speaker 1: a policy disagreement. Now what that means is he's admitting
- 22:18Speaker 1: that the policy of the Democratic Party of the Biden
- 22:20Speaker 1: administration is to have wide open southern borders and to
- 22:24Speaker 1: allow as many illegal immigrants into this country as possible.
- 22:27Speaker 1: That's the first time that he's ever admitted that publicly,
- 22:32Speaker 1: and it was very very clear. He was saying, this
- 22:34Speaker 1: is just a policy disagreement. Now they haven't said that
- 22:39Speaker 1: before publicly. We knew it was their policy of the
- 22:41Speaker 1: Biden administration to get rid of all the executive orders
- 22:44Speaker 1: that secured our border. That was very clear, and Harry
- 22:48Speaker 1: Reid was like acting like, oh no, this is just
- 22:50Speaker 1: no big deal. This is just this is you know,
- 22:54Speaker 1: just a normal day. You know, we just have a
- 22:58Speaker 1: simple policy disagreement. Well, now we know they're admitting this
- 23:03Speaker 1: is their policy chaos of the southern border.
- 23:05Speaker 8: And they've been very clear and very intentional. And when
- 23:09Speaker 8: I was with some of our Senate conservatives last night
- 23:13Speaker 8: on the floor, I talked a little bit about the
- 23:17Speaker 8: intentionality that they have used in opening this southern border.
- 23:22Speaker 8: We do exactly what they're doing. These big boo states
- 23:27Speaker 8: have lost population. That affects the amount of money you
- 23:31Speaker 8: get from the federal government. It effects your congressional seats,
- 23:35Speaker 8: that effects the electoral college. So they are quickly moving
- 23:40Speaker 8: the people into these areas. Why do you think the
- 23:44Speaker 8: California is saying, hey, illegal aliens, come here, we will
- 23:49Speaker 8: give you free health care. It is because California laws
- 23:54Speaker 8: seven hundred and seventy thousand people last year. That is
- 23:59Speaker 8: just shy of the eight hundred and fifty thousand people
- 24:03Speaker 8: that make up a congressional district. California has already lost
- 24:08Speaker 8: a couple of congressional seats, so you know, we know
- 24:12Speaker 8: what they're doing. We also are akin to the fact
- 24:17Speaker 8: that some areas will allow those illegally in the country
- 24:21Speaker 8: to get a driver's license, and we're concerned about they're
- 24:24Speaker 8: having the ability to vote in those voter registrations, and
- 24:29Speaker 8: we're looking at what we can do to be sure
- 24:34Speaker 8: that that they are not voting in those federal elections,
- 24:40Speaker 8: the presidential elections.
- 24:43Speaker 1: I may have said the word Harry read earlier I
- 24:44Speaker 1: met Chuck Schumer. I want people to hear what Chuck
- 24:46Speaker 1: Schumer had to say in his own words at this
- 24:48Speaker 1: breast conference.
- 24:49Speaker 7: If your palage so.
- 24:50Speaker 5: You're going to offer emotion to dismiss Themitaris on Thursday,
- 24:54Speaker 5: were you all concerned to sign the Democrats and to
- 24:57Speaker 5: races that come back to talk of Andrew.
- 25:00Speaker 7: Look, we're going to try and resolve this issue as
- 25:02Speaker 7: quickly as possible. Impeachment should never be used to settle
- 25:07Speaker 7: policy disagreements.
- 25:09Speaker 1: Should never be used to settle policy disagreements. So if
- 25:14Speaker 1: Republicans use it the right way, what you're basically saying is, yes,
- 25:18Speaker 1: this was a big victory for Democrats yesterday, protecting my
- 25:21Speaker 1: Orchis from impeachment and also having to admit and for
- 25:25Speaker 1: the American people to see the disaster of the southern border.
- 25:28Speaker 1: We also had testimony yesterday on the same day that
- 25:32Speaker 1: you guys are dealing with this coming from our Attorney
- 25:36Speaker 1: General Garland on the issue of fetanols, saying it's the
- 25:39Speaker 1: biggest threat to this country and the biggest killer for Americans.
- 25:42Speaker 1: He's admitting that the fetanyl is flowing across the open
- 25:45Speaker 1: border on the same day that they're saying, oh, no, no,
- 25:47Speaker 1: everything's fine at the southern border.
- 25:49Speaker 8: That's exactly right. The contradictory nature of all of that
- 25:53Speaker 8: is really a standing, and you know, I think it
- 25:58Speaker 8: is just a stamping for Chuck Humer to just push
- 26:02Speaker 8: this aside as a policy difference. As I said, when
- 26:06Speaker 8: we know the intentionality they've moved forward, and it is
- 26:10Speaker 8: an unconstitutional move because we take an oath of office
- 26:17Speaker 8: that we are going to defend this country. And when
- 26:23Speaker 8: you have that border wide open and you do not
- 26:28Speaker 8: know who is coming in, you do not know the threats.
- 26:31Speaker 8: You know that China is literally invading us. They have
- 26:35Speaker 8: pushed nearly twenty five thousand single adult males into this
- 26:42Speaker 8: country since the beginning of the fiscal year. And this
- 26:47Speaker 8: secretary does nothing. The Secretary comes to Congress and the
- 26:50Speaker 8: Wise and says the border is secure and people can
- 26:54Speaker 8: see with their own eyes this border is not secure.
- 26:58Speaker 8: You have the Department of Job it's just telling us
- 27:01Speaker 8: that Saint Paul is killing more Americans than anything else,
- 27:06Speaker 8: and they're having a tough time running down these cartels
- 27:10Speaker 8: and getting them off of American streets. You have the
- 27:14Speaker 8: FBI director saying, I see flashing lights everywhere, flashing red
- 27:20Speaker 8: lights every fare I look, and this border. We have
- 27:25Speaker 8: three hundred plus known terrorist watchless names that have been
- 27:32Speaker 8: apprehended at that southern border. We have thousands of people
- 27:36Speaker 8: from countries of interests, and the Secretary of Homeland Security
- 27:41Speaker 8: that does not believe in securing the homeland. The Democrats
- 27:45Speaker 8: defend him. I hope every single one of them. Use
- 27:50Speaker 8: is just horrendous. Last last question on this into this country.
- 27:55Speaker 1: Is there any accountability? And I think this is part
- 27:58Speaker 1: of the frustration center for so many. You know, you
- 28:01Speaker 1: go to April of this year, and this is what
- 28:03Speaker 1: my arc has said.
- 28:04Speaker 7: Now, I have never minimized the challenge that the southern
- 28:07Speaker 7: border presents.
- 28:08Speaker 1: It is my I've never minimized the challenge of southern
- 28:11Speaker 1: border presents. You go back to April twenty twenty three.
- 28:14Speaker 1: This is in testamony to Congress. So you're lying to Congress.
- 28:17Speaker 7: He said this, since it is my testimony that the
- 28:20Speaker 7: order is secure.
- 28:22Speaker 1: That's a lie. He knew he was lying. He knew
- 28:24Speaker 1: it was a wide open border. He's admitting it now
- 28:27Speaker 1: that okay, I'm changing my story. But I guess you
- 28:30Speaker 1: can just light to Congress sound there's zero accountability for that.
- 28:33Speaker 1: That's what Democrats have basically said, when we're in charge,
- 28:35Speaker 1: we can lie to the American people and lie to you,
- 28:38Speaker 1: and our officials can lie to Congress about anything they
- 28:41Speaker 1: want to with zero accountability. Is that the new world
- 28:43Speaker 1: we live in.
- 28:44Speaker 3: Thank you?
- 28:45Speaker 8: Justice one for them and one for other people, and
- 28:50Speaker 8: that's the way they look at it. And they just
- 28:53Speaker 8: were so proud of themselves yesterday. You should have seen
- 28:57Speaker 8: them smiling and rolling eyes. They were so happy to
- 29:01Speaker 8: get off the floor and get on with their day.
- 29:04Speaker 8: I'm sure they all had fancy DC cocktail parties to
- 29:08Speaker 8: go to last night, and they were just so pleased
- 29:12Speaker 8: they had handled this and talked to deplorables. Another lesson
- 29:17Speaker 8: about how DC really works. It is sickening and people
- 29:22Speaker 8: are suffering. We have Tennessee insteader losing their lives. Every
- 29:27Speaker 8: sheriff I meet with tells me the number one issue
- 29:30Speaker 8: they have, drugs and crime and communities cannot be addressed
- 29:36Speaker 8: until the southern border is secured.
- 29:38Speaker 1: As always, it's a pleasure to chat with you. We'll
- 29:40Speaker 1: have you back again real soon, all right, don't forget.
