- 0:01Speaker 1: Can you believe it?
- 0:02Speaker 2: We are about a week away from election day. What
- 0:07Speaker 2: is the election about? Well, if you're a conservative, it's
- 0:10Speaker 2: about the economy, stupid. What is it about if you're
- 0:13Speaker 2: a Democrat, if you're a hardcore lefty? Apparently it's the
- 0:17Speaker 2: complete opposite of that. When I say the complete opposite,
- 0:23Speaker 2: it is about Donald Trump, orange man, bad evil, dictator,
- 0:28Speaker 2: Tyrant Hitler. He is a Marxist, is one of them
- 0:32Speaker 2: described in this weekend. He is a psychopath, the sociopath,
- 0:36Speaker 2: the list goes on and on. He is a dictator,
- 0:40Speaker 2: he is a tyrant, others have said. But the reality
- 0:45Speaker 2: is will that work with voters? Well, I'm not a cheerleader.
- 0:50Speaker 2: I've said that to you many times, and I mean it.
- 0:52Speaker 2: I am not a cheerleader. I'm never gonna lie to you,
- 0:56Speaker 2: and I'm never gonna tell you, oh, we're gonna win
- 0:58Speaker 2: this thing, and oh it's over and everything's great when
- 1:01Speaker 2: it's actually not. So let's look at where we really
- 1:05Speaker 2: are right now. There are some interesting poll numbers that
- 1:08Speaker 2: have come out, and I want you to pay attention
- 1:10Speaker 2: to this. All right, let me take a moment tell
- 1:12Speaker 2: you about an awesome company called Ammo squared.
- 1:16Speaker 1: They ensure that you have Ammo there when you need it.
- 1:19Speaker 2: It is an automated approach to purchasing Ammo on any
- 1:22Speaker 2: budget at fabulous pricing.
- 1:24Speaker 1: How's it work.
- 1:25Speaker 2: You pick your calibers, you set your budget, you select
- 1:28Speaker 2: a shipping trigger, and bam, your Ammo grows slowly over time.
- 1:33Speaker 2: And the best part about Ammo squared is it is
- 1:35Speaker 2: stored for free as it builds up and is shipped
- 1:38Speaker 2: with a click of a button or automatically on your schedule. Now,
- 1:42Speaker 2: unlike a traditional subscription service, you aren't forcing into a
- 1:45Speaker 2: set budget or a monthly shipment. You decide your budget,
- 1:48Speaker 2: you can change any time, and you can schedule when.
- 1:50Speaker 1: You want your Ammo shipped.
- 1:52Speaker 2: Ammo squared also offers nearly seventy different caliber options, including
- 1:56Speaker 2: hard to find Ammo, and each shipment comes with a
- 2:00Speaker 2: amazing guarantee of carefully curated mix of factory new Ammo
- 2:05Speaker 2: from brands you know and love. It's budget friendly, customizable,
- 2:08Speaker 2: and you can buy as little as a few dollars
- 2:10Speaker 2: a month and use cost dollar averaging over time to
- 2:14Speaker 2: your advantage. Now, maybe you want to change calibers and
- 2:18Speaker 2: you've got a bunch of one Ammo in one caliber,
- 2:21Speaker 2: not a problem. You can change it out easily on
- 2:24Speaker 2: the app. You can also sell that Ammo if prices
- 2:27Speaker 2: go through the roof. So if we get back into
- 2:30Speaker 2: another situation like a COVID lockdown and Ammo disappears and
- 2:34Speaker 2: the price of it goes through the roof, you can
- 2:36Speaker 2: cash in for big, big profits. So forget about moving
- 2:40Speaker 2: heavy case of ammunition your garage. You're trying to sell
- 2:43Speaker 2: Ammo online. You can literally exchange your Ammo inventory from
- 2:47Speaker 2: one caliber to the other in seconds with just a
- 2:50Speaker 2: few click of a button, or sell it back. There
- 2:52Speaker 2: are no memberships needed and no extra fees. Customers can
- 2:56Speaker 2: buy Ammo on a small budget and then watch it grow.
- 2:59Speaker 2: So while I go, get some free Ammo in your

- 3:14Speaker 2: to get free Ammo in your account. The new poll
- 3:17Speaker 2: numbers show that Harris Kamala Harris has regained a slight
- 3:22Speaker 2: lead nationally. Now, national polls only tell you about what
- 3:28Speaker 2: the trend is, right, It doesn't actually matter as much
- 3:33Speaker 2: when it comes to the electoral college and swing states.
- 3:38Speaker 2: That's what that's what matters the most to me. But
- 3:40Speaker 2: what I do say is you have to learn from
- 3:42Speaker 2: national polls, and what national polls show you. Harris has
- 3:47Speaker 2: regained this lead. They were having the best day of
- 3:50Speaker 2: their lives as this new poll came out from ABC
- 3:54Speaker 2: News on Good Morning America when they announced that Kamala
- 3:57Speaker 2: Harris seemed to be trending upward going into the final week.
- 4:01Speaker 3: Take a listen this morning a new ABC News IPSOS
- 4:04Speaker 3: poll in the closing days of the campaign. So let's
- 4:07Speaker 3: bring in ABC News Political director and Washington Bureau chief
- 4:10Speaker 3: Recline and Jonathan Carl, who'll be hosting this week later
- 4:13Speaker 3: this morning. Good morning to both of you, gentlemen. Thank
- 4:16Speaker 3: you so much for being with us. We were just
- 4:18Speaker 3: talking about this behind the scenes. What does our new
- 4:20Speaker 3: poll say about the race nationally?
- 4:24Speaker 1: And Rick this.
- 4:25Speaker 3: Question specifically for you. What does it say about the
- 4:27Speaker 3: race nationally and what does that mean compared to the
- 4:31Speaker 3: battleground states which will ultimately decide the race.
- 4:34Speaker 4: Yeah, good morning, Jane. A fifty one forty seven lead
- 4:37Speaker 4: among likely voters for Kambala Harris, but that is by
- 4:40Speaker 4: no means a safe lead. We have seen across a
- 4:43Speaker 4: range of recent polling a tied race, maybe even Trump
- 4:46Speaker 4: ahead by a pointer or two. The five thirty eight
- 4:48Speaker 4: polling average has Harris up by a little more than
- 4:50Speaker 4: a percentage point nationally. And your point about the battleground
- 4:53Speaker 4: states is exactly right. The race is essentially deadlocked across
- 4:56Speaker 4: those seven battleground states. Trump has shown the slight to
- 5:00Speaker 4: signs of momentum in the last couple of weeks, and
- 5:02Speaker 4: if you just take our poll and you narrow down
- 5:05Speaker 4: among the battleground states, you see that margin begin to tighten.
- 5:08Speaker 4: So this is going to be fought out on the
- 5:09Speaker 4: ground in those seven states where you see just the
- 5:12Speaker 4: narrowest of edges for Harris in Michigan, Wisconsin and right
- 5:15Speaker 4: now a slight Trump lead. But all of this well
- 5:18Speaker 4: within margins of error, and all of it very much
- 5:20Speaker 4: coming down to who shows up between now and election night.
- 5:23Speaker 5: And Rick, what does the poll tell us about the
- 5:25Speaker 5: candidate's strengths and weaknesses on the major issues.
- 5:28Speaker 4: Yeah, we're seeing a real split in terms of how
- 5:31Speaker 4: the candidates are perceived and how voters are ranking some
- 5:34Speaker 4: of these different issues. We see Donald Trump with a
- 5:37Speaker 4: clear edge to voters who are concerned most about the economy.
- 5:41Speaker 4: It's similar on immigration in the border. That's his biggest
- 5:43Speaker 4: lead on anything in the poll. But the flip side
- 5:46Speaker 4: of that is that Kamala Harris has a big edge
- 5:48Speaker 4: on people that think about abortion rights first and foremost
- 5:51Speaker 4: and this key issue of protecting American democracy. A lot
- 5:55Speaker 4: of Republicans think that Trump is the choice, but overall,
- 5:57Speaker 4: particularly among independents, Harris is the t and that feeds
- 6:00Speaker 4: right into her closing message, John.
- 6:03Speaker 2: So this is the reason why I play that for you.
- 6:05Speaker 2: There are trends, and I think this election is extremely tight.
- 6:10Speaker 2: I think Donald Trump has had a few couple of
- 6:12Speaker 2: weeks in a row that were really good and I
- 6:15Speaker 2: think that's where you saw him expand in swing states
- 6:19Speaker 2: and that's extremely important. But I also know that that's
- 6:22Speaker 2: when the media decide to kick in and go into overdrive,
- 6:26Speaker 2: and the media is now starting to really push and
- 6:29Speaker 2: go after Donald Trump. We saw this with Kamala Harris
- 6:32Speaker 2: coming out and saying that Donald Trump is a threat
- 6:34Speaker 2: to our democracy. Her dog whistle for someone else to
- 6:38Speaker 2: maybe try to take out Donald Trump.
- 6:40Speaker 1: We've also seen how the.
- 6:41Speaker 2: Media is turning on everybody around the campaign. There was
- 6:45Speaker 2: a one on one interview with GOP vice presidential nominee
- 6:48Speaker 2: jd Vance and Jade Vans had to fight back very
- 6:51Speaker 2: hard as he was doing this interview, extremely hard. Pushed
- 6:56Speaker 2: back from Jade Vance with Jake Tapper, and I want
- 6:59Speaker 2: you to hear what he said.
- 7:01Speaker 6: I've asked yourself a basic question about network integrity. You
- 7:05Speaker 6: guys talked about the Russia hoax NonStop.
- 7:08Speaker 7: The FBI was investigating it. The FBI was investigating it.
- 7:11Speaker 6: So we recovered that, and so you took the words
- 7:13Speaker 6: of unnamed FBI agents and put them on your network
- 7:16Speaker 6: as if they were the gospel truth. You did it
- 7:18Speaker 6: again and again. A viewer of your network would have
- 7:21Speaker 6: believed that Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin conspired in twenty sixteen.
- 7:25Speaker 6: That was totally and preposterously false.
- 7:27Speaker 7: Now, well, that's what you just said is false. We
- 7:29Speaker 7: covered an FBI investigation. I don't know why you want
- 7:31Speaker 7: to talk about the FBI investigation.
- 7:33Speaker 6: You covered it in a way that gave credence to
- 7:36Speaker 6: anonymous sources accusations. You did it yourself, Your network did it.
- 7:40Speaker 6: Jake but again, can we talk about the issues that
- 7:43Speaker 6: Americans can.
- 7:44Speaker 7: I'm talking about things that Donald Trump has said.
- 7:46Speaker 6: Yes, if you have an.
- 7:47Speaker 7: Issue with whether or not he's talking about the economy, enough,
- 7:50Speaker 7: that's between you and your running mate. I'm talking about things.
- 7:52Speaker 6: He has said this week, every single rally that he does,
- 7:55Speaker 6: he talks about how he wants to unleash American energy
- 7:58Speaker 6: so we can lower the cost of growth. He talks
- 8:00Speaker 6: about the fact that housing has become unaffordable. He talks
- 8:03Speaker 6: about the wide open border. Jake, Kamala Harris and her allies.
- 8:06Speaker 6: You know, it's interesting Kamala Harris and our media allies,
- 8:09Speaker 6: and I would put CNN in this category.
- 8:11Speaker 1: You guys, guys seem to t.
- 8:13Speaker 7: I'll tell you that they would.
- 8:14Speaker 6: Well, they should watch your network more because you guys
- 8:16Speaker 6: seem to care more about Donald Trump's past than the
- 8:20Speaker 6: future of the American people. We're running this campaign on
- 8:24Speaker 6: making the American dreams, specifically.
- 8:26Speaker 7: Asking about how Donald Trump is going to be president
- 8:29Speaker 7: in the future should he win, and we're being told
- 8:31Speaker 7: there we're going to pursue economic policies that lower the
- 8:33Speaker 7: cost of groceries.
- 8:34Speaker 6: And make life more affordable again. He talks about it
- 8:36Speaker 6: every single day on the campaign trail, and so do I.
- 8:39Speaker 6: What you're talking about is is an anonymously sourced story
- 8:43Speaker 6: or one guy who one guy, one guy who is
- 8:46Speaker 6: a disgruntled employee. I told five other people, five other
- 8:50Speaker 6: people push back against him and said that what he
- 8:52Speaker 6: said was dishonest.
- 8:53Speaker 1: So why don't we talk.
- 8:55Speaker 6: About the policy that's affecting American citizens and not what
- 8:58Speaker 6: Donald Trump allegedly said according to one guy who's pissed
- 9:02Speaker 6: off because he got fired by Donald Trump?
- 9:04Speaker 2: Because he got fired by Donald Trump. And that is
- 9:06Speaker 2: exactly the way that you have to act with these
- 9:09Speaker 2: media individuals, these scumbags who all they are doing, and
- 9:13Speaker 2: I want to be very clear about this, what they
- 9:17Speaker 2: are doing is they are acting as state sponsored media.
- 9:20Speaker 2: They are acting as state sponsored media because they're trying
- 9:24Speaker 2: to change a selection with about a week to go,
- 9:27Speaker 2: and the state sponsored media want you to believe that
- 9:31Speaker 2: if you vote for Donald Trump, that you're voting for
- 9:33Speaker 2: some sort of radical Aidolph Hitler candidate. Why do I
- 9:39Speaker 2: say that, because that's exactly what Kamala Harris said This
- 9:43Speaker 2: past week. Kamala Harris came out she was furious in
- 9:48Speaker 2: this press conference that she had. She was angry, she
- 9:52Speaker 2: was frustrated, she was irritated because now she's in a
- 9:56Speaker 2: situation where she saw in the polls. She saw in
- 10:01Speaker 2: the polls that she was losing the American people, and
- 10:05Speaker 2: she noticed that things were changing. And so then what
- 10:08Speaker 2: she decided to do is she decided to say Donald
- 10:11Speaker 2: Trump is a deeply troubled individual. Donald Trump is a
- 10:16Speaker 2: person that you cannot trust. I'm gonna have a press
- 10:20Speaker 2: conference where I live right in the in the in
- 10:22Speaker 2: the you know, Vice president home, with the American flag
- 10:27Speaker 2: behind me, and I'm going to look at the American people,
- 10:29Speaker 2: and I'm going to tell them that Donald Trump is
- 10:32Speaker 2: Adolf Hitler. Not only was that a dog whistle for
- 10:35Speaker 2: someone else to assassinate Donald Trump, but it also shows
- 10:39Speaker 2: you just how little pushback there was from a bias media.
- 10:42Speaker 1: That is a radical claim.
- 10:44Speaker 2: No one has asked her about that radical claim, no
- 10:47Speaker 2: one has called her out for being extreme on that claim.
- 10:51Speaker 2: And so when she had that press conference, she knew
- 10:54Speaker 2: exactly what she was doing. One eight hundred four seven
- 10:58Speaker 2: four nine three two one eight hundred four seven four
- 11:04Speaker 2: nine to seven, three to two. It is the ben
- 11:07Speaker 2: Ferguson show, We're Gonna come back. Get all of your
- 11:10Speaker 2: phone calls in here. I mean, also remind you we
- 11:12Speaker 2: do a podcast. Download it during the break. I do
- 11:15Speaker 2: it every day. It's the Ben Ferguson Podcast. Much more
- 11:19Speaker 2: coming up. The media not calling Kamala Harris out for
- 11:23Speaker 2: this incredibly evil and I would say despicable political attack
- 11:29Speaker 2: on Donald Trump doing it at the her residence with
- 11:32Speaker 2: the American flag behind her. Also, again, this is what
- 11:36Speaker 2: Marxist and socialists and dictators do to their political opponents
- 11:40Speaker 2: when they dehumanize them. Listen carefully.
- 11:43Speaker 8: So yesterday we learned that Donald Trump's former chief of staff,
- 11:46Speaker 8: John Kelly, a retired four star general, confirmed that wild
- 11:51Speaker 8: Donald Trump was president. He said he wanted generals like
- 11:55Speaker 8: Adolf Hitler had. Donald Trump said that because he does
- 12:00Speaker 8: not want a military that is loyal to the United
- 12:04Speaker 8: States Constitution. He wants a military that is loyal to him.
- 12:09Speaker 8: He wants a military who will be loyal to him personally,
- 12:14Speaker 8: one that will obey his orders even when he tells
- 12:17Speaker 8: them to break the law or abandon their oath to
- 12:20Speaker 8: the Constitution of the United States.
- 12:24Speaker 2: Wow, you listen to that, It's pretty extreme. You listen that,
- 12:30Speaker 2: it's pretty incredible. You listen to that and you think
- 12:36Speaker 2: about what was said there, and it's shocking because this
- 12:41Speaker 2: is the narrative, and apparently they're never going to give
- 12:44Speaker 2: this narrative up. This is the narrative twenty four seven,
- 12:50Speaker 2: three hundred and sixty five days a year, this is
- 12:54Speaker 2: the narrative they're going to push. And and by the way,
- 12:55Speaker 2: if Donald Trump wins, they will not stop. They will
- 12:59Speaker 2: try if they have a majority, and either in the House,
- 13:03Speaker 2: I don't believe they're gonna get it, but if they do,
- 13:05Speaker 2: or in a midterm, they'll impeach him again. I promise
- 13:08Speaker 2: you they will. They will not stop. They are going
- 13:11Speaker 2: to do whatever they can to destroy Donald Trump. And
- 13:16Speaker 2: this was a straight up dog whistle. I think that's
- 13:20Speaker 2: the other way to put it. It was a dog
- 13:22Speaker 2: whistle to say, you want to be a hero, crazy
- 13:27Speaker 2: person out there in the world, go take out Donald
- 13:30Speaker 2: Trump before election day because he's hitler. I've talked about
- 13:34Speaker 2: this before, but it's an important point that needs to
- 13:37Speaker 2: be made when it comes to this attack and using
- 13:41Speaker 2: the word hitler. It is being done on purpose. It
- 13:46Speaker 2: is being done because it is a way for them
- 13:50Speaker 2: to dehumanize Donald Trump, and also way to make people
- 13:54Speaker 2: feel like it is okay, that it's normal, that it's appropriate,
- 13:58Speaker 2: that it is a pro to talk about someone this way,
- 14:04Speaker 2: that it is appropriate, and it is normal to attack
- 14:11Speaker 2: your political opponent this way. That is the part that
- 14:16Speaker 2: I think is just unconscionable. And don't forget. You've got
- 14:23Speaker 2: also this judge that's going to make a ruling on
- 14:27Speaker 2: Donald Trump on November the twenty six. So if Trump wins,
- 14:32Speaker 2: get ready for that. And if Trump loses, what are
- 14:35Speaker 2: they going to do. They're going to put them in jail.
- 14:38Speaker 2: They want to send a message to everybody else that
- 14:41Speaker 2: you better never ever ever get out of line again,
- 14:44Speaker 2: and if you do get out of line again, this
- 14:46Speaker 2: is what will do to you. You better play in
- 14:49Speaker 2: this certain area, this space, in this realm, and if
- 14:52Speaker 2: you ever get out of it, we are coming after you.
- 14:55Speaker 2: We are going to attack you, we are going to
- 14:58Speaker 2: try to destroy you. That is what this boils down to.
- 15:04Speaker 2: There's also something else that has happened, and that is
- 15:07Speaker 2: we're not talking about the issues. You notice that we're
- 15:12Speaker 2: not We're not talking about the issues. Kamala Harris visibly angry,
- 15:20Speaker 2: scolding CBS's O'Donnell for pressing her and claims about Trump's
- 15:24Speaker 2: ties to Project twenty twenty five, something that Donald Trump
- 15:28Speaker 2: didn't know anything about when it came out, had nothing
- 15:30Speaker 2: to be involved in. Still doesn't know anything about it.
- 15:32Speaker 2: Many others don't. It's this thing that they put together
- 15:35Speaker 2: over the Heritage Foundation. I've never read it either, by
- 15:37Speaker 2: the way, because I know that it doesn't matter because
- 15:39Speaker 2: it's something the campaign's not using. But even when there's
- 15:44Speaker 2: pushback from the media, they're not talking about the economy,
- 15:46Speaker 2: they're talking about these absurd things. A week out from
- 15:49Speaker 2: election date. Listen carefully to Harris scolding CBS News.
- 15:54Speaker 8: And intending and effectuating and overturning of Roe v. Wade. Yes,
- 16:00Speaker 8: priorities to put back in place those protections and to
- 16:03Speaker 8: stop this pain and to stop this injustice that is
- 16:07Speaker 8: happening around our country.
- 16:09Speaker 9: So then why not say what restrictions you would support
- 16:12Speaker 9: is part of that I've told you, and let's put
- 16:13Speaker 9: back in place Roe v.
- 16:14Speaker 8: Wade.
- 16:15Speaker 9: And when you argue that Donald Trump, if elected, would
- 16:18Speaker 9: put forward a national abortion band.
- 16:21Speaker 8: Just read Project twenty twenty.
- 16:22Speaker 9: The former president said that's not true.
- 16:24Speaker 8: He says everything. Come on, are we really taking his
- 16:27Speaker 8: word for it? He said that women should be punished.
- 16:30Speaker 8: He's he has been all over the place on this,
- 16:34Speaker 8: but I'm too busy watching what he's doing to see
- 16:36Speaker 8: what he has said.
- 16:39Speaker 2: I mean, this is why, and it's a smart move.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Don't talk about the issues, don't talk about the economy,
- 16:51Speaker 2: don't talk about crime. Let's go back to crime, because
- 16:54Speaker 2: that's an issue we should all be talking about. Do
- 16:57Speaker 2: you remember when the Democrats came out in the media
- 16:59Speaker 2: helped them spread the disinformation that violent crime is falling
- 17:02Speaker 2: in this country. And then the FBI came out after
- 17:04Speaker 2: we all screamed bloody murder, saying, you guys are lying
- 17:07Speaker 2: when they said that violent crime was falling in America.
- 17:12Speaker 2: The media put out that propaganda. The media was selling
- 17:16Speaker 2: the propaganda. The media kept saying, over and over and
- 17:20Speaker 2: over and over again, Oh my gosh, we are getting safer.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Violent crime is falling, Violent crime is falling, Violent crime
- 17:27Speaker 2: is falling. It wasn't falling, it was getting bigger, it
- 17:32Speaker 2: was getting worse. We all knew it. But if the
- 17:35Speaker 2: media tells, you'll lie over and over again, apparently everybody's
- 17:38Speaker 2: going to believe it.
- 17:39Speaker 1: Let me remind you of the media.
- 17:40Speaker 2: And then the FBI got busted lying to the American
- 17:43Speaker 2: people about the crime stats in this country, and they
- 17:46Speaker 2: had to revise, and we found out that this country
- 17:48Speaker 2: and crime was not going down, but it was going up.
- 17:51Speaker 2: But hey, when your state sponsored media, you'll lie to
- 17:54Speaker 2: the voters every day.
- 17:56Speaker 10: According to a newly revised FBI SATs, violent crime in
- 18:01Speaker 10: America has actually gone up, not down, as Democrats claim.
- 18:05Speaker 11: Trying to make people think that crime is up when
- 18:09Speaker 11: crime is down under Joe Biden. Now, I don't know
- 18:11Speaker 11: how often that gets reported on this network. So if
- 18:14Speaker 11: you're watching this at home, do yourself a favor and
- 18:16Speaker 11: look up the data. I'm is down across the country.
- 18:19Speaker 1: Crime is down, Jay. This claim is is not only
- 18:21Speaker 1: not true, it's the opposite of reality. Crime has been
- 18:23Speaker 1: falling for one point five years plus.
- 18:25Speaker 5: The FBI says, overall violent crime is actually coming down
- 18:28Speaker 5: in this country.
- 18:29Speaker 9: Right, you're lying.
- 18:32Speaker 5: We already know that there is a just really stat
- 18:35Speaker 5: of this.
- 18:36Speaker 1: The crime is going down.
- 18:38Speaker 5: Oh my god, why do you heavy, why do you
- 18:40Speaker 5: let this man lie?
- 18:46Speaker 12: We have the data. The FBI literally put out data
- 18:49Speaker 12: today showing that crime is down. We have to deal
- 18:53Speaker 12: in facts here.
- 18:54Speaker 1: Thanks.
- 18:54Speaker 12: Okay, it's it's it's clear as day. The the FBI
- 18:57Speaker 12: put out statistics, the trend line is going down. If
- 18:59Speaker 12: you don't believe the FBI, independent people who look at
- 19:03Speaker 12: these numbers say the same thing. But the reality is
- 19:07Speaker 12: is that crime is going down. You don't have to
- 19:10Speaker 12: you don't have to twist the facts.
- 19:12Speaker 10: According to a newly revised FBI SATs, violent crime in
- 19:17Speaker 10: America has actually gone up, not down, as Democrats claim.
- 19:20Speaker 4: As often as the former president repeats claim that crime
- 19:23Speaker 4: is rising, the fact say it is not.
- 19:25Speaker 7: FBI statistics released today show that crime is dropping. Mister
- 19:28Speaker 7: Trump remains fixated on crime, even imaginary crimes.
- 19:33Speaker 13: We have done the work.
- 19:34Speaker 12: We have seen violent crimes go down because of the
- 19:37Speaker 12: work that this president and this vice president has done.
- 19:40Speaker 14: Joe Biden inherited a rising high crime country. When Joe
- 19:44Speaker 14: Biden passes the baton to Kamala Harris and said declining
- 19:48Speaker 14: row crime, crime is going down, which I just updated
- 19:52Speaker 14: the numbers.
- 19:52Speaker 15: Two violent through violent crime rate is at a fifty
- 19:55Speaker 15: year low.
- 19:56Speaker 8: Ross secure on our border. We see violent crime coming
- 19:59Speaker 8: down in this country because of Kamala Harris's leadership.
- 20:02Speaker 14: A huge shop in crime this year, and so the
- 20:05Speaker 14: record on crime.
- 20:06Speaker 16: Overall between these two guys again isn't even close.
- 20:10Speaker 1: Crime is at the lowest I think in many years.
- 20:12Speaker 1: According to the late.
- 20:13Speaker 13: Violent crimes is at a low, fifty year low.
- 20:16Speaker 5: The Republicans and others are pushing the narrative that this
- 20:19Speaker 5: data is wrong, that crime is somehow up when it's down.
- 20:22Speaker 5: Violent crime has declined significantly over the last few years
- 20:25Speaker 5: and appears to be continuing to decline.
- 20:27Speaker 16: Andrew, so Jeremy, is there a way with just forty
- 20:29Speaker 16: three days left to try to counteract the false reports?
- 20:34Speaker 1: But here on Earth one.
- 20:35Speaker 15: There is new data, statistics from the FBI run by
- 20:39Speaker 15: someone Donald Trump appointed to the post. It confirms a
- 20:42Speaker 15: clear trajectory all across the country of massively declining violent
- 20:47Speaker 15: crimes in America.
- 20:48Speaker 1: I love this.
- 20:49Speaker 2: Massively declining fifty years Oh, we're running for right, we're
- 20:53Speaker 2: running for reelection, we're running for office.
- 20:57Speaker 1: Fifty year low. No, it's not. We all knew that
- 21:01Speaker 1: was a lie.
- 21:01Speaker 2: But then it's like, oh, no, no, no, that we
- 21:03Speaker 2: got propaganda from the government, the same government that says, hey,
- 21:05Speaker 2: you know wear a mask and we'll stop the spread.
- 21:08Speaker 2: And hey, get fifteen hundred boosters and you won't get COVID. Right,
- 21:11Speaker 2: same same government that does that, same government that tells
- 21:15Speaker 2: you that you must give money to Ukraine and that
- 21:17Speaker 2: none of the money is being wasted or being in
- 21:20Speaker 2: or being you know, stolen from the American people through
- 21:24Speaker 2: massive corruptions Olenski and others.
- 21:27Speaker 1: Right, these are the.
- 21:28Speaker 2: Same people that tell you, by the way, that you know,
- 21:30Speaker 2: we've got sanctions on Iran as Iran is trying to
- 21:33Speaker 2: kill Americans and killing our soldiers and attacking Israel and
- 21:38Speaker 2: try to get nuclear weapons, Like, well, hold on, we've
- 21:40Speaker 2: got sanctions on them. No, we're not enforcing them. No, no, no,
- 21:43Speaker 2: we are. We are, Yeah, we are.
- 21:44Speaker 1: No, we're not.
- 21:46Speaker 2: They're producing cop a million barrels of oil a day.
- 21:49Speaker 2: We're not enforcing any of the sanctions. We're letting the
- 21:52Speaker 2: oil flow out of Iran like never before. Oh no, no,
- 21:55Speaker 2: But we got sanctions on them. But are you enforcing them?
- 21:57Speaker 2: Oh sure we are.
- 21:58Speaker 1: No, we're not.
- 21:59Speaker 2: They will do you on everything, including this one fifty
- 22:03Speaker 2: year low.
- 22:04Speaker 1: No, it's not. In fact, they went up.
- 22:06Speaker 5: You look at crime down, continuing to go down.
- 22:11Speaker 1: Donald Trump is simply lying.
- 22:13Speaker 11: Crime is going down.
- 22:14Speaker 4: According to new data from the FBI, overall violent crime
- 22:18Speaker 4: dropped from twenty twenty two to twenty twenty three.
- 22:21Speaker 5: Tonight, the FBI reporting a dramatic drop in violent crime.
- 22:24Speaker 5: The FBI says it's the biggest decline in decades.
- 22:27Speaker 16: And then there's the reality where you have crime way down.
- 22:30Speaker 13: And actually began the hour talking a little bit about
- 22:33Speaker 13: kind of the dark world that Donald Trump has created
- 22:35Speaker 13: for some of his voters. Of course, crime is at
- 22:39Speaker 13: low's and across many as much of the country.
- 22:41Speaker 17: Reports, including a recently released FBI report, shows that violent
- 22:46Speaker 17: crime is down nationwide.
- 22:48Speaker 18: So the primetime address with a whiteboard where she's got
- 22:52Speaker 18: all of the statistics, all of the data, and she's
- 22:54Speaker 18: able to say, look, this is the falling data in
- 22:58Speaker 18: terms of crime from the FBI and the Department of Justice.
- 23:01Speaker 18: These are actually what we're seeing. She needs to use
- 23:04Speaker 18: the data.
- 23:05Speaker 16: This new report from the FBI may play a role
- 23:08Speaker 16: in the debate tomorrow, may play a role in the
- 23:10Speaker 16: campaign in general, but regardless of the politics, it is
- 23:15Speaker 16: just good news for the country, full stop.
- 23:17Speaker 10: According to a newly revised FBI SATs, violent crime in
- 23:21Speaker 10: America has actually gone up, not down as Democrats claim.
- 23:27Speaker 2: There's the lie, over and over again. I love Rachel
- 23:29Speaker 2: Maddow there at the end, the part that she says,
- 23:33Speaker 2: like this is actually just such good news for America.
- 23:37Speaker 2: You should all be happy. I'm going to play that
- 23:39Speaker 2: last part again because this is their spin. Like in
- 23:43Speaker 2: other words, you can't ask questions. If you ask questions
- 23:48Speaker 2: about these lies, then you want people to die.
- 23:52Speaker 1: If you ask.
- 23:52Speaker 2: Questions about what we're telling you, then you're in favor
- 23:57Speaker 2: of death and destruction. You actually want things to bad.
- 24:01Speaker 2: This is good news for America, folks. You can't ask
- 24:04Speaker 2: questions about these numbers.
- 24:05Speaker 16: Or from the FBI may play a role in the
- 24:08Speaker 16: debate tomorrow, it may play a role in the campaign
- 24:10Speaker 16: in general, but regardless of the politics, it is just
- 24:15Speaker 16: good news for the country, full stop.
- 24:17Speaker 1: It's just good news for the country.
- 24:19Speaker 2: And if you're asking questions and it's not, then you're
- 24:23Speaker 2: anti American. You're the psychopath. You're the one that's not
- 24:28Speaker 2: paying attention. You're the one that doesn't love this country.
- 24:31Speaker 2: You're the one that wants people to be hurt. You're
- 24:33Speaker 2: the one that is just a bad person. That's what
- 24:36Speaker 2: they're saying. Now, let me tell you about our friends
- 24:39Speaker 2: real quick, Patriot Mobile. Americans. If you're like me, you
- 24:43Speaker 2: are sick and tired and frustrated by a stalling economy.
- 24:47Speaker 2: You're frustrated by inflation, You're in frustrated by the endless
- 24:50Speaker 2: wars of the left and the relentless assault on our
- 24:54Speaker 2: American values. There are major companies that you are giving
- 25:00Speaker 2: your money to you every month with your cell phone service,
- 25:03Speaker 2: Big Mobile, that are actually helping these things to happen.
- 25:06Speaker 2: How because they give massive donations to democratic causes, candidates
- 25:12Speaker 2: including Harris, including Biden, including Obama, the list goes on
- 25:16Speaker 2: and on, and they give money to organizations that pay
- 25:20Speaker 2: for abortions. If you don't want your money going there,
- 25:25Speaker 2: you need to switch to Patriot Mobile. Because Patriot Mobile
- 25:28Speaker 2: was created after there was a group of conservatives that
- 25:32Speaker 2: found out just how radical Big Mobile had gotten, and
- 25:34Speaker 2: they believe in America, in our constitution. Now I'm proud
- 25:38Speaker 2: to say I use Patriot Mobile. I am proud to
- 25:40Speaker 2: say I've been telling you about them for years, and
- 25:43Speaker 2: they are on the front lines fighting every day for
- 25:45Speaker 2: our rights. Because when you pay your bill every month
- 25:49Speaker 2: at no extra cost to you. They take about five
- 25:51Speaker 2: percent of that bill and they give it back to
- 25:53Speaker 2: First and Second Amendment causes Sanctity of Life groups and organizations,
- 25:58Speaker 2: and they give to our militiy terry. Our veterans are
- 26:01Speaker 2: first responders and are wounded warrior heroes. So you can
- 26:05Speaker 2: take a stand with every phone call you make. And
- 26:08Speaker 2: switching now is easy because in twenty twenty four, you're
- 26:11Speaker 2: gonna use the same towers when you switch to Patriot
- 26:14Speaker 2: Mobile that you're using right now. They operate on all
- 26:17Speaker 2: three of the major networks in this country and they
- 26:21Speaker 2: back their service with a coverage guarantee, So switching is easy.
- 26:24Speaker 1: You do it all over the phone.
- 26:26Speaker 2: Go to Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot
- 26:30Speaker 2: Mobile dot com slash ferguson, and you're gonna get a
- 26:33Speaker 2: free month when you use the offer code ferguson. You
- 26:36Speaker 2: can also call them and just make the switch over
- 26:38Speaker 2: the phone. Nine seven to two Patriot is their number.
- 26:42Speaker 2: Nine seven to two Patriot. Call them and make the
- 26:44Speaker 2: switch and make a difference every day you notice. Now
- 26:48Speaker 2: you must believe what they tell you, and if you
- 26:51Speaker 2: don't believe what they're telling you.
- 26:54Speaker 1: Then you are.
- 26:55Speaker 2: A conspiracy theorists. You're a Marxist, you're a socialist, you're
- 27:03Speaker 2: a communist, you're a you're a radical, you're an extremist,
- 27:07Speaker 2: you're a Donald Trump crazy right that should go into
- 27:14Speaker 2: re education camps, for example. Because that's what they've said
- 27:17Speaker 2: in the past. That's why I'm saying it now. That's
- 27:21Speaker 2: the only reason why I'm actually saying it now is
- 27:23Speaker 2: because this is what they This is what they say,
- 27:26Speaker 2: this is what they believe, this is what they tell people, right,
- 27:32Speaker 2: this is the story that they.
- 27:34Speaker 1: Want you to hear.
- 27:37Speaker 2: So as we go in this last week, understand, this
- 27:40Speaker 2: campaign is not and the media is not going to
- 27:43Speaker 2: let it be.
- 27:43Speaker 1: About the issues.
- 27:46Speaker 2: Okay, this is This is not going to be about
- 27:48Speaker 2: the economy. This is not going to be about crime,
- 27:54Speaker 2: This is not going to be about inflation. This is
- 27:58Speaker 2: going to be about the lives of the left. You know,
- 28:03Speaker 2: I'll give you a great example. Donald Trump said, we
- 28:05Speaker 2: are going to get critical race theory and transgender and
- 28:10Speaker 2: sandy the hell out of our schools in Madison Square Garden.
- 28:13Speaker 1: Listen to the crowd.
- 28:16Speaker 10: We will get critical race theory and transgender insanity the
- 28:21Speaker 10: hell out of our schools.
- 28:24Speaker 2: And we will keep men out of women's sports.
- 28:31Speaker 10: I will defend religious liberty, I will resore free speech,
- 28:35Speaker 10: and I will defend the right.
- 28:36Speaker 2: To I love how he just keeps it simple there. That's,
- 28:41Speaker 2: by the way, what this should be all about. This
- 28:45Speaker 2: is what it should be about. Getting critical race theory
- 28:48Speaker 2: and transgendent sanity out of our schools. Yes, us making
- 28:53Speaker 2: sure that we're in a situation where we can succeed
- 28:57Speaker 2: as a country with lower prices, where we have the
- 29:01Speaker 2: ability to decide what is best for our kids and
- 29:03Speaker 2: our schools. School choice is another great example of this.
- 29:09Speaker 2: Kamala Harris, by the way, she was asked a tough
- 29:11Speaker 2: question today on foreign policy and this Face the Nation
- 29:16Speaker 2: interview didn't go well on the issue of Iran.
- 29:18Speaker 9: Is there any indication based on the intelligence that you've
- 29:21Speaker 9: seen that Iran wants to respond.
- 29:25Speaker 8: I can't speak to that, but we've been very clear
- 29:27Speaker 8: as the United States that they should not respond, and
- 29:30Speaker 8: then it would be a mistake.
- 29:32Speaker 9: What are the consequences if they do?
- 29:34Speaker 8: I'll keep you posted.
- 29:37Speaker 2: You don't even have a response to what the consequences
- 29:39Speaker 2: are if Iran starts attacking. You can't even answer that question.
- 29:46Speaker 2: Tim Waltz out there. He knows what he's doing today.
- 29:48Speaker 2: Donald Trump's a Nazi.
- 29:50Speaker 17: Donald Trump has descended into madness over the last few weeks.
- 29:53Speaker 17: And I think some of you don't miss on this.
- 29:55Speaker 17: Go do your google on this. Donald Trump's got this
- 29:57Speaker 17: big rally going at Madison Square Garden. There's a direct
- 30:02Speaker 17: parallel to a big rally that happened in the mid
- 30:04Speaker 17: nineteen thirties at Madison Square Garden. And don't think that
- 30:07Speaker 17: he doesn't know for one second exactly what they're doing
- 30:10Speaker 17: there there.
- 30:11Speaker 2: It is Donald Trump's Masison Square Garden rally sold out
- 30:15Speaker 2: on Sunday night is just like the Nazis.
- 30:18Speaker 1: And that's our comparison.
- 30:19Speaker 2: So apparently anything at Madison Square Garden is really a
- 30:23Speaker 2: Nazi rally. It is a Nazi rally, folks, always has been,
- 30:30Speaker 2: always will be.
- 30:31Speaker 1: It's a Nazi rally through and through.
- 30:35Speaker 2: It's a Nazi rally. Nazis, Republicans are Nazis. We're not
- 30:41Speaker 2: talking about real issues. We're talking about the Nazis, folks.
- 30:45Speaker 2: It's always been about the Nazis. It's always the Nazis.
- 30:50Speaker 2: You vote for that Donald Trump guy, you're a Nazi.
- 30:54Speaker 2: That's their closing argument. That is the closing argument of
- 31:00Speaker 2: the Democratic Party. So all week long, they're going to
- 31:03Speaker 2: name call you. They're going to tell you that you're
- 31:06Speaker 2: the worst person in the world. They're going to tell
- 31:08Speaker 2: you that you're a Nazi. They're going to say that
- 31:10Speaker 2: you if you vote for him, you're a Nazi. They're
- 31:11Speaker 2: going to tell you that you're an anarchist. They're going
- 31:13Speaker 2: to tell you that you hate America. This is the ballgame,
- 31:20Speaker 2: this is what they believe. They are never going to stop.
- 31:24Speaker 2: They are never going to stop trying to destroy us
- 31:29Speaker 2: never And I don't care. By the way, I'm voting
- 31:33Speaker 2: for Donald Trump this week. I'm early voting for Donald Trump.
- 31:37Speaker 2: I am going to smile, I am going to grin,
- 31:40Speaker 2: I am going to be happy when I do it,
- 31:42Speaker 2: and I'm going to inspire everybody else that I know
- 31:45Speaker 2: to do it as well. And I hope you do
- 31:46Speaker 2: the same. Tell your family, tell your friends, tell everybody
- 31:51Speaker 2: you know why it's so important to vote. And by
- 31:54Speaker 2: the way, you should be angry that people are describing
- 31:57Speaker 2: you as a Nazi if you support Donald Trump. You
- 32:02Speaker 2: should be angry that they lied to you about the
- 32:05Speaker 2: crime and claimed it was at a fifty year or
- 32:08Speaker 2: forty year low when it was actually up. You should
- 32:14Speaker 2: be angry that they describe if you go to a
- 32:16Speaker 2: Trump rally, that you're going to a Klansman rally, or
- 32:19Speaker 2: you're going to a Nazi rally. You should be angry
- 32:24Speaker 2: and that's why you should go vote. Please share this
