As we all may have seen, or many of you may have seen, there was

a memorial service for Charlie Kirk yesterday in Glendale, AZ.

There were millions of people that streamed in from all over

the world watching it online and there were a reported 90 to

100,000 people that showed up in Arizona to honor Charlie.

There are reports that this is the one of the most publicly

attended memorial services or funerals for a public person in

American history and they came out for Charlie.

We're going to be looking at the top 8 moments from the memorial

service. I can't wait to dive in and

discuss including some of the most surprising moments, but I

want to take a step back first and in this live, use this as

another way to honor Charlie. We did do a tribute episode last

week with some friends of Charlie.

As many of you know, I've known Charlie over the last decade.

I met him early on in the first days of TPUSA when I was

starting up live action as well. I just been in the work for a

few years and what I got to see over the last decade was Charlie

becoming more and more passionate about his Christian

faith and Charlie speaking out more and more prophetically on

behalf of life, the lives of the unborn, on behalf of marriage,

and on behalf of God's design for sex.

And I want to quote Tertullian, that early Christian apologist

from around 200 AD. And Tertullian said in 200 AD,

so over about 1800 years ago, when the Christian people were

being persecuted in ancient Rome, and he said that the blood

of the martyrs is the seed of the Church, the blood of the

martyrs is the seed of the church.

And in bringing up Tertullian and this statement from him,

because at the time in the Roman Empire, Christians were being

killed for their beliefs and there were people converting

because of the witness of the martyrs.

And here's the reality. In the last week I have seen

reports of conversions in a way that I haven't seen.

Before. There were reports that last

week on college campuses, mass attendance had increased by 15%

after Charlie's very public murder.

And the question is why? Well, Charlie was a publicly

professed Christian, but it was the events of his death as much

as his life that I think that inspired so much faith.

And the reality is, Charlie spoke out.

From the core. Of his faith on behalf of life,

the sacredness of unborn life, very controversial today, as

well as the sacredness of marriage, as well as the fact

that God made male, made the male and female.

And here's the reality, guys. The reality is that Charlie's

murderer from what we know. I'm going to pull up this news

I'm not going to say this young man's name.

I mean, May God convert him. And we're going to talk more

about a very surprising moment from the memorial service that

happened yesterday. I'm going to show clips from

that in a moment. There was some very incredible

moments from the memorial service I need to share with

you. One of them was very surprising,

and it has to do with this murderer of Charlie.

But look at this headline. This is from the New York Post

several days ago that Charlie's murderer confessed.

This is a text that the public is seeing more is coming out

about the mindset of his murderer.

The reality is his murderer was in a According to the reports,

Charlie's murderer was in a homosexual relationship with

another man, a man that identified as a trans person,

and that Charlie's murder even said it was hatred in his heart

for Charlie. Ultimately, he said that

Charlie's hatred was why he killed Charlie, but it was

because he hated what Charlie stood for.

And Charlie stood for life and marriage and God's design for

biological sex. He made them male and female, as

it says in Genesis. So I believe that Charlie was

killed for his faith. I do.

And that would make Charlie a martyr.

So all of the conversions we're seeing, the professing of the

name of Jesus that we're seeing and the.

Good. That we are seeing out of such

horror and tragedy, I think is because of not just the way that

Charlie lived, but the way that he died.

And so we're going to go through these top moments from the

memorial service yesterday that again, almost 100,000 people

showed up for incredibly in Glendale, AZ, Millions of people

streamed online. We're going to go to these top 8

was about Jesus Christ and that was so beautiful to see.

there from a in a moment that I thought were the most incredible

clips from the memorial service. HHS Secretary, Health and Human

Services Secretary Robert F Kennedy Junior was there.

Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth was there.

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard was

there. There was incredibly high

amounts of security at this event to keep everybody safe.

But if there's a there's a line that there's a succession plan

There's a line of succession where if the president of the

United States is for some reason incapacitated or he passes away,

then the next person steps in to fill those shoes to run the US

present. That is part of the impact of

Charlie's life that these people personally felt in their souls.

surprising and the most impactful that I want to share

with everybody and give some thoughts on.

The first moment was from our vice president.

The vice president and the president of the United States

spoke at Charlie Kirk's memorial service.

This is from JD Vance. Now, it was really powerful to

hear Vice President JD Vance talk about his relationship with

Charlie. He had already stated this

actually earlier last week when he hosted the Charlie Kirk Show.

Incredible that the vice president took time to host

Charlie Kirk's own show after he had passed away and been

murdered. And Vice President Vance talked

about how Charlie believed in him before he became a senator,

before he became a vice president, and he was a friend

to him. And he even talked about how

Charlie inspired him to be a better husband, which is very

beautiful. But during his talk at Charlie's

memorial services speech, he said it is better to be

persecuted for your faith than to deny the kingship of Christ.

So he was very much talking about Jesus Christ as Lord,

which was beautiful. JD Vance is a Catholic convert,

which is beautiful. Many of you know I'm a Catholic

convert. Theirs is an increase that's

been happening the last decade plus, which is amazing,

especially in the last few years.

The first one I want to play here is when he mentioned one of

the issues that was the closest to Charlie's heart, that

interestingly enough, none of the other speakers mentioned at

Vance did. And I'm so glad that he did

because this mention of this issue that is so close to

Charlie's heart, I think is essential for the future of this

great country. And he talked about protecting

life at all stages. So let's play this clip where

Vice President JD Vance praises Charlie for his strong stance

for life. Was the vehicle for bringing the

light of truth to dark places. And Charlie Kirk brought many

truths in his life. Charlie brought the truth that

young people deserved a stake in the future and that they

deserved to have a voice. He brought the truth that

marriage and family were the highest callings, far more

important than any job or educational credential.

He brought the truth that our nation would fade unless it

brought order to its neighborhoods and prosperity to

its people. He brought the truth that life

was precious and we must fight to protect it at all stages and

at all times. That and you hear the cloud, the

crowd, the huge applause for that line more than really any

of the other lines in this litany of what Charlie preached.

Ultimately, in Charlie's life and all of his public debates

and podcasting and radio show, Vice President Vance says he

Charlie brought the truth that life was precious and we must

fight to protect it at all stages and at all times.

And I love that the Vice President honored Charlie for

that because I think that was one of the most courageous

things that Charlie did in his life.

If he was unapologetically pro-life and pro marriage, and

when he was pro-life, he was pro-life without exception.

He would say that every baby, no matter how they are conceived,

including the baby conceived in rape, is worthy of life and

needs protection. And I believe that Charlie's

stance for life had a tremendous impact and influence on both

culture and politics. I want to show one more clip

though from JD Vance that was surprising to even me and and I

think many others in how candid the Vice President was and how

personal he got talking about. Not just faith, but his own, I

think maybe reluctance in leading his speeches with faith.

Let's take a listen. But most of all, Charlie brought

the Truth Race. And that is perhaps the enduring

legacy of Charlie Kirk. You know, I was telling somebody

backstage that I always felt a little uncomfortable talking

about my faith in public. As much as I love the Lord, and

as much as it was an important part of my life, I have talked

more about Jesus Christ in the past two weeks than I have my

entire time in public life. The crowd is completely wild at

this. Point And that is an undeniable

legacy of the great Charlie Kirk.

You know he loved God. Beautiful and.

Because he loved God, he wanted to understand God's creation and

the men and women made in His image.

Now, much has been said over the last week about Charlie's

ability to approach any topic, any person, in good faith, An

achievement that was only possible.

Stop this clip, but that quote from the vice president, he said

that I have talked more about Jesus Christ in the past two

weeks and I have my entire time in public life.

And that is the undeniable legacy of the great Charlie

Kirk. And again, Vice President Vance

has been outspoken in the past to some degree about his faith.

He's a Catholic convert. He became a Christian in a very

dramatic way just several years ago.

And here he is talking about how in the last two weeks since the

murder of Charlie, he has spoken more about the name of Jesus

Christ than any other time. And Charlie's life and death has

given him that inspiration and courage.

Another one of the most surprising moments and one of my

favorite moments from the memorial service yesterday from

Charlie Kirk's memorial service was when the president of

Hillsdale College showed up. Now everyone knows Charlie

didn't go to college. That was part of his whole

advocacy is you don't need to go to college.

College is a scam. He would say college is full of

the woke, you know, liberal mind, etcetera.

But Hillsdale College, unlike many other colleges, is an

incredible school. That was actually my dream

school before I went, felt called to go to UCLA.

This is a classical liberal arts school that is really entrenched

in the great books and loves to deep dive Western civilization

and thought. When Charlie struck up a

relationship with Larry ARN and he came to Charlie's memorial

service and shared some thoughts about meeting Charlie, he said

that upon meeting Charlie, he interrogated CC.

He said, was this young whippersnapper asking him all

these questions? And so the president of

Hillsdale College, Larry ARN, would interrogate Charlie and

say, well, how much do you really know about Western

civilization? You know, Charlie was always

trying to learn. And Larry Yarn said that Charlie

couldn't answer his questions because Charlie didn't have this

knowledge that Larry Yarn had and Hillsdale College taught.

And so Charlie asked very sincerely after being bested by

What should I do? About this knowledge that I

How do I learn that? He said, and I said, you have to

Within a month he got hold of my cell phone number and he texted

me a copy of a certificate of completion of a Hillsdale

College online course he would go on to do.

So Larry ARN here, I love this memorial to Charlie by the

president of Hillsdale College. This is one of my favorite

speeches of the memorial service.

He talks about how Charlie wanted to learn and how he told

Charlie you have to suffer to learn and you have to understand

the founding of America and before that Western

civilization. You need to read the classics.

You need to know the classics, Western thought and the
18:52
development of Western thought. You need to understand logic and

rhetoric. You need to have this foundation

if you're going to go out and combat the lies of the culture

in the world. And speak the truth.

You can't just speak it all in sound bites.

You need to have a foundation. And Charlie responded to this

exhortation by a month later texting he found the got the,

you know, the number of the president of Hillsdale College

and texted him the certificate of completion for one of the

Hillsdale online courses. And Larry, Larry, the president

of Hillsdale says that he would end up getting 31 certificate

completions that Charlie would text him showing that Charlie

took 31 Hillsdale classes. What an example.

About Charlie, he wasn't just about getting into sound bites

or a superficial level of communication about the ideals

of this country, but he wanted and he put the work behind

learning more. And he did learn more, and he

went to some of the best sources for it.

All right. The next moment that I thought

was really surprising from the Charlie Kirk memorial service, I

don't know if you all saw this, but one of the speakers there,

Frank Turek, who is a Christian apologist and was a dear friend

of Charlie's, he actually dropped a bombshell.

Frank Turek actually was there the moment that Charlie passed

away, and he gives some I would consider, in a way, insider
20:17
information that is not as much out there in the public
20:20
narrative surrounding Charlie's passing.

So let's take a listen from Frank Turek, what he said about

Charlie. He's so tall and I'm I'm perched

over the back seat and while they're administering all sorts

of first aid, apparently my skill, my job was to yell.

I was doing a lot of yelling. And I want you to know that we

did everything we could to save Charlie, but Charlie was already

gone. His face was looking at mine,

but he wasn't looking at me. He was looking past me, right

into eternity. And if it's any comfort at all,

I learned later that Charlie felt no pain.

He died instantly. But we had to try and bring him

back. We couldn't.

We couldn't save him. Now.

I want you to know that Charlie right now is in heaven.

Not because he was a great husband and father.

Not because he saved millions of kids out of darkness on college

campuses. Not because he changed minds and

chased votes to save the country.

Not because he sacrificed himself for his savior.

Charlie Kirk is in heaven because his savior sacrificed

himself for Charlie Kirk. Two things here that Frank is

saying. First of all, I would consider

it a bombshell for him to to definitively say this publicly

here at the memorial service that Charlie died on impact of

that bullet. There were reports the morning

that Charlie was murdered. And I remember receiving them in

real time that Charlie was at a hospital after the shooting,

that they there was maybe a pulse and we were praying to God

that he would live. And Frank is saying that he was

already gone by the time they put him into that vehicle to
22:05
take him to the hospital, that that bullet killed him upon
22:08
impact. And Frank also says this

Christian apologist and this friend of Charlie's, Frank also

says that Charlie it it, it seemed as if Charlie had no

pain. He died instantly.

And there was almost this look in his eyes that he had just

seen Jesus, which is so beautiful.

And then Frank goes on to say Frank Turret.

Goes on to say that. Charlie's time in heaven is

because of the blood of Jesus Christ.

Ultimately, it is through Jesus Christ that we are saved.

Yes, we need to try and do our best to live with virtue and to

do good works the side of heaven to help other souls as Charlie

did in many, many ways, but we are ultimately saved by Jesus

Christ. There was something else that

Frank said that was also very beautiful.

And that was when he talked about Charlie's wife, Erica, and

about what he believes Charlie wife's Charlie's wife, Erica.

And he says, may that be the case for all of us, that we when

we get up in the morning, our lives are 100% dedicated to our

Lord Jesus Christ. That the devil hates it.

laid beyond. Be the church, be Christian

people. And God is represented in
