- 0:00Speaker 1: Kinda makes defense and all gives it to Mexico, puts

- 0:06Speaker 1: but also a lot through Canada, and so all three.
- 0:09Speaker 2: Haven't treated us very well.
- 0:11Speaker 1: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.

- 0:18Speaker 2: with us on the forty seven Morning Update. First up,
- 0:21Speaker 2: Donald Trump dismantling the deep State in a blood bath.
- 0:25Speaker 2: Who all got fired? Well, you're going to love the list,
- 0:27Speaker 2: and I'll have that for you in just a moment. Also,
- 0:30Speaker 2: the National Guard has been granted authority to make immigration
- 0:36Speaker 2: arrests in Texas. What does this mean and how is
- 0:39Speaker 2: it going to change the game and fighting illegal immigrants?
- 0:42Speaker 2: Will have that as well. And finally, Donald Trump enacts
- 0:46Speaker 2: tariffs on Canada and Mexico. They're fighting back, So who
- 0:49Speaker 2: will win the battle? We'll explain that. It's the forty
- 0:52Speaker 2: seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Story number one.
- 0:56Speaker 2: We all know what the deep State did to try
- 0:58Speaker 2: to overthrow the will of the people in elections in
- 1:00Speaker 2: this country in recent history. We know how they went
- 1:03Speaker 2: after Donald Trump and tried to imprison him and many
- 1:05Speaker 2: people around him. We know how they lied about the
- 1:08Speaker 2: Hunter Biden laptop. So the question, and for many has
- 1:11Speaker 2: been will there be of accountability? The answer yes, in
- 1:14Speaker 2: the last twenty four hours are proving exactly that, as
- 1:18Speaker 2: it is nothing less than a bloodbath with the deep state.
- 1:21Speaker 2: Let me explain to you exactly what has been done.
- 1:24Speaker 2: All federal prosecutors handling January six cases have been fired,
- 1:29Speaker 2: Computers have been locked and marched out of their offices.
- 1:34Speaker 2: These prosecutors by security. David Sunberg, the FBI Assistant director
- 1:40Speaker 2: at the helm of the January sixth investigations, has also
- 1:45Speaker 2: been terminated, and twenty leaders of FBI field offices have
- 1:51Speaker 2: been escorted out of the FBI buildings around the country.
- 1:55Speaker 2: This is significant. I mentioned a moment ago the Hunter
- 1:59Speaker 2: Biden laptop story, and you may remember all of those
- 2:02Speaker 2: Intel officials that signed a letter saying that they believe
- 2:06Speaker 2: the Hunter Biden laptop story was in essence a lie
- 2:09Speaker 2: and had the markings of quote Russian disinformation. Many of
- 2:13Speaker 2: the people, if not all, that signed that letter knew
- 2:16Speaker 2: they were lying to the American people. They knew the
- 2:19Speaker 2: laptop was real and had been authenticated in fact by
- 2:22Speaker 2: the deep state, So what happened to them? The fifty
- 2:25Speaker 2: one intelligence officers who spread misinformation about Hunter Biden's laptop
- 2:31Speaker 2: and it clearly interfered in our elections are now banned
- 2:36Speaker 2: from entering federal properties in a massive move by the
- 2:40Speaker 2: Trump administration. We also have found out that federal employees
- 2:45Speaker 2: are now required to return to office, with non compliance
- 2:49Speaker 2: leading to termination. This is expected to have a major
- 2:53Speaker 2: impact on the deep state and many leftists deciding not
- 2:57Speaker 2: to come back to work. We also found out that
- 3:00Speaker 2: for John Bolton and John Brennan, they're having a very
- 3:03Speaker 2: bad day. They have been permanently banned from government buildings
- 3:08Speaker 2: as well. Gerald Harold Rogers has been indicted also for
- 3:13Speaker 2: compromising US trade secrets to China, and there has been
- 3:17Speaker 2: a ban on all use of pronouns and government communications.
- 3:23Speaker 2: We also have been told that all two million Feds
- 3:26Speaker 2: have been sent a resignation offer, and this purge is
- 3:30Speaker 2: marking the beginning of the end of the corruption in Washington,
- 3:34Speaker 2: d C. Is how the Trump administration is looking at it.
- 3:37Speaker 2: We are just two weeks into draining the swamp and
- 3:41Speaker 2: this is the biggest overhaul of America's government in our
- 3:45Speaker 2: modern political history. Simply put, Donald Trump is breaking it all,
- 3:51Speaker 2: breaking it all down to its core, and rebuilding it
- 3:55Speaker 2: with true patriots that love this country instead of trying
- 3:58Speaker 2: to overthrow the will of the people.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Now story number two, there's.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Nothing more exciting than getting to tell you about major
- 4:05Speaker 2: breaking news and trends that will probably expand outside of
- 4:08Speaker 2: an original story. Well, that is one of those stories
- 4:11Speaker 2: you're about to hear right now, and that is this news.
- 4:15Speaker 2: The Texas National Guard has now been granted authority to
- 4:19Speaker 2: make immigration arrests in a memo of understanding between the
- 4:24Speaker 2: Customs and Border Protection known as the CBP and the
- 4:28Speaker 2: State of Texas. Texas will immediately grant the Texas National
- 4:33Speaker 2: Guard soldiers. The memorandum, which has not yet been disseminated
- 4:36Speaker 2: to all Texas border sectors, will allow the soldiers, we're
- 4:40Speaker 2: being told, to perform roving patrols and exercise all the
- 4:44Speaker 2: duties of an immigration agent so long as a US
- 4:48Speaker 2: immigration officer or border patrol agent accompanies them. What does
- 4:54Speaker 2: this mean? They are going to imbed US Customs Enforcement,
- 4:58Speaker 2: immigration officers, border patrol agents within the National Guard and
- 5:04Speaker 2: everyone with them will have the same authority to arrest.
- 5:07Speaker 2: This is going to change the entire game at the
- 5:10Speaker 2: southern border in Texas. According to the Memo of Understanding,
- 5:14Speaker 2: the ratio of soldiers to immigration officers is preliminarily listed
- 5:20Speaker 2: as one officer to four soldiers. The title eight United
- 5:24Speaker 2: States Code Arrest authority was granted to multiple federal law
- 5:28Speaker 2: enforcement agencies just days after President Trump's inauguration on January
- 5:33Speaker 2: the twenty third, The Department of Homeland Security also authorized
- 5:38Speaker 2: federal law enforcement agents to quote, investigate, determine the location of,
- 5:43Speaker 2: and apprehend migrants in an illegal status. The details of
- 5:48Speaker 2: that memorandum, obtained and released in a recent news report
- 5:51Speaker 2: by CBS News, are similar to the Memo of understanding
- 5:55Speaker 2: reviewed also now by Breitbart Texas. The duties of the
- 5:59Speaker 2: Texas National Guard soldiers are law enforcement related, generally reserved
- 6:04Speaker 2: for agents assigned to specific agencies under the Department of
- 6:08Speaker 2: Homeland Security. Now, this latest granting of immigration arrest authority,
- 6:14Speaker 2: what it means for boots on the ground is this,
- 6:17Speaker 2: This is going to add at least three thousand Texas
- 6:22Speaker 2: Army National Guard soldiers to the number of ATF, FBI
- 6:27Speaker 2: and United States Deputy marshals who are now assisting the
- 6:31Speaker 2: Department of Homeland Security and enforcing federal immigration law. Simply put,
- 6:36Speaker 2: the President clearly is finding ways and his staff around
- 6:40Speaker 2: him to allow for a maximum number of people to
- 6:43Speaker 2: go to the southern border in Texas to get the
- 6:46Speaker 2: southern border back under control. This is going to be
- 6:50Speaker 2: a game changer. I would also expect, based on sources
- 6:54Speaker 2: that I've talked to around the White House, that you're
- 6:57Speaker 2: going to see this same plan rolled out in other
- 7:00Speaker 2: border states as well. Moral of the story, if you
- 7:04Speaker 2: earn a legal immigrant, you better watch your back in
- 7:06Speaker 2: Texas and very soon other states around the country. And lastly,
- 7:11Speaker 2: story number three, President Donald Trump signed a very important
- 7:15Speaker 2: executive order yesterday issuing tariffs on goods coming into the
- 7:19Speaker 2: United States from Canada, Mexico, and China. Simply put, Donald
- 7:24Speaker 2: Trump said, these countries are taking advantage of America and
- 7:28Speaker 2: there is a massive trade in balance now. The order
- 7:32Speaker 2: implemented a twenty five percent tariff on Mexican and most
- 7:36Speaker 2: Canadian goods, while imposing a ten percent tariff on Canadian
- 7:40Speaker 2: energy products and Chinese goods. Trump said Americans could feel
- 7:45Speaker 2: quote some pain after the tariffs take effect. Canada and
- 7:49Speaker 2: Mexico also decide to hit back, with the Canadian Prime
- 7:52Speaker 2: Minister Justin Trudeau, who recently resigned but is still in charge,
- 7:57Speaker 2: and the Mexican president as well through but in retaliatory
- 8:01Speaker 2: measures that include tariffs. Canada's retaliatory tariffs would begin Tuesday,
- 8:07Speaker 2: the day that US tariffs on Canadian imports are scheduled
- 8:10Speaker 2: to take effect. Mexico said in a video message that
- 8:14Speaker 2: they would announce the details of what they call Plan
- 8:17Speaker 2: B as soon as Monday afternoon. The Chinese Commerce Ministry
- 8:22Speaker 2: also responded by announcing that China would file a lawsuit
- 8:25Speaker 2: with the World Trade Organization as a WTO and take
- 8:28Speaker 2: necessary countermeasures to quote firmly safeguard its rights and interests. Now,
- 8:34Speaker 2: let's talk about what is really at stake here. Tariffs
- 8:37Speaker 2: are going to boost the US economy, creating jobs, raising wages,
- 8:42Speaker 2: and reducing imports. Trump's tariffs, he says, will lead to
- 8:46Speaker 2: restoring the growth in steel and manufacturing in the US.
- 8:51Speaker 2: Trade deficits with China, Mexico, and Canada have worsened under
- 8:55Speaker 2: the Biden administration, and tariffs reduced the US China deficit
- 8:59Speaker 2: by thirty five percent and encourage companies like Hondi and
- 9:03Speaker 2: Apple and Volkswagen to invest in America. There's also another
- 9:08Speaker 2: part of this, the fetnyl crisis. Most fetanyl comes from
- 9:12Speaker 2: China and Mexico, fueling record overdose deaths and a border
- 9:17Speaker 2: security crisis. Illegal immigration has also searched, with four hundred
- 9:21Speaker 2: suspected terraces and two million guideways crossing the border under
- 9:26Speaker 2: Biden as well. This is the other reason why the
- 9:28Speaker 2: tariffs Trump says are important to make sure that both
- 9:32Speaker 2: countries start to secure the border. Also, kN it relies
- 9:35Speaker 2: on US trade and defense, but spends far less on
- 9:39Speaker 2: security for the US. The President says, simply put tariff's
- 9:43Speaker 2: work by protecting American jobs, reducing dependency on foreign imports,
- 9:49Speaker 2: and strengthening national security. That is why he says he's
- 9:53Speaker 2: going to do it now. The question is how quickly
- 9:56Speaker 2: can all this be resolved and how long will Canada, China,
- 10:00Speaker 2: and Mexico stand in this back and forth tariff war.
- 10:05Speaker 2: Only timing will tell, but so far Donald Trump has
- 10:08Speaker 2: been very successful and making sure that when he has tariffs,
- 10:12Speaker 2: it makes for a better deal for all Americans.
