Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Poll Shows Biden's Executive Border Policy is Failing w American Voters
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: There is a new pullout that says that Joe Biden's
- 0:05Speaker 1: fake border security move through an executive action falls well
- 0:09Speaker 1: short of satisfying voters as the crisis is continuing to
- 0:14Speaker 1: rage on this after terrorists were caught coming across the
- 0:19Speaker 1: border and they have been arrested with ISIS ties, the
- 0:24Speaker 1: same isis K organization that had the horrific terrorist attacks
- 0:28Speaker 1: in Russia.
- 0:29Speaker 2: Those same isis K.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Terrorists and those ties were connected to those that were
- 0:36Speaker 1: arrested in Philadelphia, in New York and out in California.
- 0:41Speaker 1: Biden said he was having to take control and take
- 0:44Speaker 1: back action. He said because quote, well, Congress won't act.
- 0:49Speaker 1: That is also a lie. Now, a controversial executive order
- 0:53Speaker 1: by Biden aimed to shut down migrant crossings at the
- 0:56Speaker 1: southern border has so far quote failed and failed to
- 1:01Speaker 1: win over voters who want tougher action on illegal immigration.
- 1:06Speaker 1: A new poll released this week found that about forty
- 1:11Speaker 1: percent of voters favor the order, twenty seven percent oppose it,
- 1:17Speaker 1: and just under half forty six percent say it isn't
- 1:21Speaker 1: tough enough when it comes to legal immigration and are
- 1:25Speaker 1: the numbers dropping of those coming across the border.
- 1:28Speaker 2: The answer is also no.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Only about seventeen percent say the order is tough enough
- 1:34Speaker 1: or too tough, while thirty one percent say that the
- 1:38Speaker 1: present's order was well somewhat okay.
- 1:41Speaker 2: Biden also announced last.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Week to a temporarily suspension of the entry of migrants
- 1:51Speaker 1: across the Southern border once the number of daily encounters
- 1:54Speaker 1: exceeds twenty five hundred a day over seven days. It's
- 1:58Speaker 1: accompanied by a role to apply a higher standard that
- 2:03Speaker 1: migrants must meet for initial asylum screenings. Here's the problem,
- 2:08Speaker 1: there's no indication at the Southern border that this is
- 2:11Speaker 1: actually happening.
- 2:12Speaker 3: Now.
- 2:13Speaker 1: I want you to hear what Senator Tom Cotton had
- 2:15Speaker 1: to say about this in just a second. But first
- 2:18Speaker 1: let me tell you about my friends over at Patriot Mobile.
- 2:21Speaker 1: How would you like to know that every time you
- 2:23Speaker 1: make a phone call, you're actually giving back and standing
- 2:27Speaker 1: up for the conservative values that you stand for. Now,
- 2:32Speaker 1: that is pretty fun, because when you're with Patriot Mobile,
- 2:35Speaker 1: every time you pay your bill, they take about five
- 2:38Speaker 1: percent of your bill at no extra cost to you,
- 2:40Speaker 1: and they give it back to organizations that support free speech,
- 2:44Speaker 1: religious freedom, the sanctity of life, as well as our
- 2:48Speaker 1: Second Amendment.
- 2:49Speaker 2: And then they do something else.
- 2:51Speaker 1: They stand and help our veterans, whether it is with
- 2:54Speaker 1: mental health issues or it is our wounded warriors that
- 2:57Speaker 1: were wounded in battle. They also stand with our police
- 3:00Speaker 1: or fire or eemts, our first responder heroes. That's one
- 3:05Speaker 1: reason why I love Patriot Mobile. But the real thing
- 3:07Speaker 1: you need to know is this. You if you're with
- 3:10Speaker 1: Big Mobile, you may not understand this or even realize it,
- 3:13Speaker 1: but now you do because I'm telling you they're taking
- 3:16Speaker 1: your money and they give massive donations to Democratic Party,
- 3:21Speaker 1: Democratic candidate, and democratic and liberal causes, including planned parenthood. Now,
- 3:28Speaker 1: if you don't want your money going there, you need
- 3:30Speaker 1: to make the switch. And switching now has never been
- 3:32Speaker 1: easier when it comes to your cell phone and you're
- 3:35Speaker 1: and the number one reason why people don't switch is
- 3:38Speaker 1: because they're afraid of coverage and issues. When they switch,
- 3:41Speaker 1: that doesn't happen anymore either. You're on the same exact
- 3:44Speaker 1: towers you're on right now when you switch to Patriot Mobile,
- 3:47Speaker 1: but you're getting rid of the woke agenda of the
- 3:49Speaker 1: radical left. So call them save money on your bill,
- 3:53Speaker 1: and not only will you be doing that, but you
- 3:55Speaker 1: would be standing up for the values you believe in
- 3:57Speaker 1: every time you make a call Patriot that's nine to
- 4:01Speaker 1: seven two Patriot nine seven to Patriot get free activation
- 4:06Speaker 1: when you use the offer code Ben. Or you can
- 4:08Speaker 1: call them nine seven to two Patriot or online at
- 4:11Speaker 1: Patriotmobile dot com slash ben. That's Patriot Mobile dot com
- 4:16Speaker 1: slash ben. I want you to hear what Senator Tom
- 4:19Speaker 1: Cotton had to say. He was on Fox and Friends
- 4:22Speaker 1: and he said that Biden's border disaster is now clearly
- 4:27Speaker 1: a terrible threat, the number one threat to America's national security.
- 4:34Speaker 4: An inspector General at the Department of Homeland Security has
- 4:37Speaker 4: found that the screening process of migrants at our southern border.
- 4:40Speaker 2: Is quote inadequate. It's not working.
- 4:43Speaker 4: This, of course just before we learned eight suspected terrorists
- 4:46Speaker 4: cross our border illegally. Here with's reactions, Senator Tom Cotton, Senator,
- 4:51Speaker 4: good morning.
- 4:52Speaker 2: To Morning State. You know, so the inspector general said essentially.
- 4:58Speaker 4: That the people down at our southern border border patrol
- 5:02Speaker 4: does not have access to all the federal data to
- 5:06Speaker 4: fully vet people, and so it sounds like the federal
- 5:10Speaker 4: government is not sharing the information with the people on
- 5:14Speaker 4: the front lines who need the information.
- 5:17Speaker 5: Yes, stay this report confirms what we've long known that
- 5:20Speaker 5: Joe Biden's border disaster is a terrible threat to the
- 5:23Speaker 5: lives of the American people. It's not just that millions
- 5:26Speaker 5: of migrants come here to take jobs from Americans, or
- 5:30Speaker 5: they clog up our hospitals and our schools. They introduced
- 5:33Speaker 5: fentanyl and drug cartels into our streets, but terrorists.
- 5:37Speaker 2: Now we should expect that federal.
- 5:38Speaker 5: Government computer systems don't always work well together. Of course,
- 5:42Speaker 5: there's nothing to vet in many of these countries because
- 5:44Speaker 5: they barely have governments. That's why we should not open
- 5:48Speaker 5: our border the way Joe Biden has done for four years.
- 5:50Speaker 5: We didn't have terrists crossing our border for four years
- 5:53Speaker 5: under Donald Trump because we secured our border, we destroyed ISIS,
- 5:56Speaker 5: and we were tough on terrorism all around the world.
- 5:59Speaker 5: But right now this is in effect a ticking time bomb.
- 6:02Speaker 5: That border is wide open and a terrorists from all
- 6:04Speaker 5: around the world could come here in plot attacks against
- 6:07Speaker 5: the American people. One more reason why we have to
- 6:10Speaker 5: return Donald Trump to the White House.
- 6:11Speaker 4: Well, here's the thing they might not you know, we're
- 6:15Speaker 4: talking about people, four hundred thousand people who are already
- 6:18Speaker 4: in the country. Apparently the government has not conducted complete
- 6:22Speaker 4: checks on asylum seekers who came here as early as
- 6:26Speaker 4: twenty seventeen. They've been living here for what said, that's
- 6:31Speaker 4: like seven years.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Yeah, that's right, Steve.
- 6:34Speaker 5: It's not just that we're allowing people to cross our
- 6:36Speaker 5: border from who knows where who could have ties to terrorists.
- 6:39Speaker 5: Is that once these people get into the country, many
- 6:42Speaker 5: of whom have registered with Joe Biden's administration to get
- 6:45Speaker 5: asylum status, to get protected status under American law, as
- 6:49Speaker 5: the government processes those applications, they're still not going back
- 6:53Speaker 5: and checking government databases. They're not updating that information since
- 6:57Speaker 5: those people across years ago. So we could havetential terrorists
- 7:00Speaker 5: living among our midst and being awarded protected status under
- 7:05Speaker 5: federal law. Joe Biden's wide open border and his immigration
- 7:08Speaker 5: policy is a danger to the American people.
- 7:11Speaker 1: Now, let's go back to just the something that was
- 7:13Speaker 1: said early on there. They said in this new report
- 7:17Speaker 1: that is out that there is a major security threat
- 7:21Speaker 1: to this country because what you and essence have is
- 7:27Speaker 1: government agencies that aren't talking to one another, and government
- 7:33Speaker 1: agencies that are adequately are inadequately equipped to do the
- 7:40Speaker 1: background checks of what all is actually happening here. This
- 7:44Speaker 1: is complete and utter insanity. And they're telling you this
- 7:49Speaker 1: like they are straight up telling you, hey, you know,
- 7:53Speaker 1: we have these eight migrants with ties to ISIS that
- 7:56Speaker 1: were rest in the US after crossing the southern border.
- 7:58Speaker 1: But we got a problem now because we don't really
- 8:00Speaker 1: know these people are. We're not able to connect the dots,
- 8:03Speaker 1: our computer systems aren't chatting and talking.
- 8:06Speaker 2: So there's a very good chance that we've freed.
- 8:09Speaker 1: Even more isis link migrants in the US at from
- 8:13Speaker 1: the southern border, because the Department of Homeland Security is
- 8:17Speaker 1: actually doing this right now. You look at this new
- 8:22Speaker 1: report and this is what it says. The beginning Joe
- 8:25Speaker 1: Biden's problem of Home Insecurity freed isis link migrants into
- 8:29Speaker 1: the US and southern border because of quote computer glitches.
- 8:32Speaker 1: This report for the New York Post indicates that this
- 8:35Speaker 1: is happening on the regular, on the regular. And yet
- 8:42Speaker 1: you have Majorkiss who is on TV this past week
- 8:46Speaker 1: and he's sitting there and saying, oh, you know, we've
- 8:49Speaker 1: had success.
- 8:50Speaker 2: At the border. Six and a half million migrants have.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Had success coming across the southern border under this present
- 8:56Speaker 1: that we know of, and yet the White House tells
- 8:59Speaker 1: you that they've successfully secured the border.
- 9:01Speaker 2: They know they're lying to you.
- 9:03Speaker 1: They're staring you straight in the face, and they're saying,
- 9:05Speaker 1: you guys are idiots, and we're going.
- 9:07Speaker 2: To get away with this.
- 9:09Speaker 1: You put what I just gave you into context with
- 9:12Speaker 1: what we also know, and that is the Biden administration
- 9:15Speaker 1: is intentionally releasing unvetted illegals into our communities across the country.
- 9:23Speaker 2: This DHS Inspector General.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Is warning quote of significant threats to public safety and
- 9:31Speaker 1: national security, but that is not going to keep and
- 9:34Speaker 1: will not stop Biden from keeping the border wide open,
- 9:39Speaker 1: regardless of what the threat looks like.
- 9:41Speaker 2: To you or your family.
- 9:42Speaker 6: Within the past few days, we had a border patrol
- 9:44Speaker 6: agent tell us point blank on the ground that migrants
- 9:47Speaker 6: crossing into the San Diego sector right now are not
- 9:50Speaker 6: being properly vetted.
- 9:51Speaker 2: And now concerning new.
- 9:53Speaker 6: Report from the Homeland Security Inspector General RICE that vetting
- 9:56Speaker 6: needs serious improvements or else it will continue to fail.
- 10:00Speaker 2: That report, writing in part, DHS.
- 10:02Speaker 6: Will remain at risk of admitting dangerous persons into the
- 10:05Speaker 6: country or enabling asylum seekers who may pose significant threats
- 10:10Speaker 6: to public safety and national security and national security.
- 10:15Speaker 2: Let me read that for you again.
- 10:16Speaker 1: This is the Department of Home and Security Inspector General Report.
- 10:20Speaker 1: They didn't want you to know this, but they put
- 10:21Speaker 1: it in writing, DHS will remain at risk of admitting
- 10:25Speaker 1: dangerous person So now they're all covering their ables's you
- 10:29Speaker 1: notice this is a cover your ables report that has
- 10:32Speaker 1: come out right use Department of Home and Security. They're
- 10:35Speaker 1: now saying, hey, Department of Home Security will will remain
- 10:39Speaker 1: at risk of admitting dangerous persons into the country or
- 10:43Speaker 1: enabling asylum seekers who who may pose significant threats to
- 10:49Speaker 1: public safety and national security. So translation, they're saying, hey,
- 10:54Speaker 1: this isn't on us, show right, like, this isn't on us?
- 10:57Speaker 1: And then who are these people that are come across
- 11:00Speaker 1: the southern border. It's a great question. Take a listen.
- 11:03Speaker 5: Now.
- 11:03Speaker 6: Every day we are seeing small, medium, large groups of
- 11:06Speaker 6: migrants illegally cross right here. And what they are doing
- 11:09Speaker 6: is just walking around the end of this wall right here.
- 11:12Speaker 6: They're doing it easily with little to no deterrence. This week,
- 11:16Speaker 6: we have seen migrants coming from Yemen, Nepal, China, Iran,
- 11:21Speaker 6: and Mauritania. Yesterday morning before sunrise, there was a group
- 11:24Speaker 6: of about sixty single men, adult males.
- 11:28Speaker 2: I spoke to one Chinese migrant.
- 11:29Speaker 6: He didn't want his face on camera because he says
- 11:32Speaker 6: he fears the CCP and because he's the first.
- 11:34Speaker 2: Of his family to enter the US. That Chinese migrant told.
- 11:37Speaker 6: Us it cost him fifteen thousand dollars to be illegally
- 11:41Speaker 6: smuggled into the United States.
- 11:44Speaker 3: How many days did it take you to get here
- 11:47Speaker 3: up out to Mozaan? Twenty year today? Twenty days? Yeah, yeah, yeah?
- 11:56Speaker 2: Did you take an airplane? What was your path?
- 12:00Speaker 3: London under Mexical CT Tijuana on the year.
- 12:07Speaker 1: So this guy's spending a bunch of money to come
- 12:10Speaker 1: into this country.
- 12:11Speaker 2: Fifteen thousand for the trip.
- 12:13Speaker 1: The Chinese migrant pay the sub smugglers fifteen k for
- 12:17Speaker 1: this trip. If every American that's coming across the southern
- 12:19Speaker 1: borders were fifteen grand, imagine how much money that is
- 12:23Speaker 1: that these people. This is a multi billion dollar business
- 12:26Speaker 1: that the President of the United States of America is enabling.
- 12:29Speaker 1: He's basically the kingpin of illegal immigration. And my question
- 12:33Speaker 1: is if all these people are getting rich in China
- 12:35Speaker 1: spend getting fifteen thousand ahead to smuggle people into America.
- 12:40Speaker 1: What is the president getting or how compromise is he
- 12:44Speaker 1: to allow this to continuing to continue to happen is
- 12:48Speaker 1: the question that I have to ask. And by the way,
- 12:51Speaker 1: the media now is also having to be honest. Okay,
- 12:56Speaker 1: the media is having to be very honest now that
- 12:59Speaker 1: the president of the United State, it's America, Joe Biden
- 13:01Speaker 1: is not being asked a lot of questions, saying in
- 13:04Speaker 1: even calling him out after the Hunter Biden conviction, saying
- 13:09Speaker 1: this is a president that's in hiding.
- 13:11Speaker 2: He's been snippy.
- 13:12Speaker 7: Recently about being asked multiple questions in these press conferences,
- 13:17Speaker 7: which we should just be clear for both former White
- 13:20Speaker 7: House correspondents, these are very limited. They're called two and two's,
- 13:25Speaker 7: and the reporters tend to there's a tradition of asking
- 13:28Speaker 7: more than the questions.
- 13:30Speaker 2: That's just pretty usual.
- 13:31Speaker 7: Because there are not that many questions to ask and
- 13:34Speaker 7: follows as well. That's right, and this president has I mean,
- 13:39Speaker 7: he falls far below his predecessors when it comes to
- 13:42Speaker 7: interviews and when it comes to press conferences.
- 13:44Speaker 2: We just need to be clear about that.
- 13:46Speaker 7: They have a lot of questions to ask him, and
- 13:48Speaker 7: these reporters do not have many opportunities. They've all dragged
- 13:51Speaker 7: themselves to Italy for this G seven summit to do
- 13:54Speaker 7: one thing their jobs, ask these questions.
- 13:56Speaker 1: Yes, I love seeing in there. Right, they're up and
- 14:00Speaker 1: let's be honest. What they're really upset about. They're not
- 14:02Speaker 1: upset about all the journalists. Okay, what they're really upset
- 14:06Speaker 1: about is that the CNN has been getting smacked around
- 14:10Speaker 1: by this White House for the last three years when
- 14:12Speaker 1: they get out of line, and now they're kind of
- 14:15Speaker 1: mad about it. And so they're like, Hey, we traveled
- 14:19Speaker 1: all the way over to the summit, and and we
- 14:22Speaker 1: deserve to ask questions at the G seven and and
- 14:26Speaker 1: they're not taking our questions, and so we're kind of
- 14:29Speaker 1: mad about it, right, Like, we're upset. Now are they
- 14:33Speaker 1: going to ask good questions?
- 14:34Speaker 8: Now?
- 14:34Speaker 2: Are they going to ask about the open border, the
- 14:36Speaker 2: southern open border? Of course not? Why would you ask
- 14:38Speaker 2: those questions? Right?
- 14:39Speaker 1: Like, they're not going to ask that stuff that that's
- 14:41Speaker 1: that's for darn sure. But what they are mad about
- 14:44Speaker 1: is that they're not getting their easy access right that
- 14:47Speaker 1: they that they want. They're easy access CNN, by the way,
- 14:52Speaker 1: showing today is Zelensky and Biden had this, uh, this summit,
- 14:57Speaker 1: and this press comes Intaly. They panned to Biden, who
- 15:01Speaker 1: clearly has no clue what's going on. Zelenski is speaking
- 15:05Speaker 1: and Biden is just drifting off into never never Land.
- 15:09Speaker 1: This on top of the fact that you had one
- 15:11Speaker 1: of the leaders at the G seven who had to
- 15:14Speaker 1: go and get Joe Biden after he was like walking
- 15:18Speaker 1: off into the distance, and everybody's looking at the President
- 15:21Speaker 1: going like, what.
- 15:22Speaker 2: The hell are you doing.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Well, this's the same guy that has opened our southern
- 15:27Speaker 1: border and now it's worth tens of thousands of dollars ahead,
- 15:32Speaker 1: depending on where you're coming from, tens of thousands of
- 15:35Speaker 1: dollars right, every single person, This is better than drug dealing.
- 15:41Speaker 1: When it comes to the cash here, it's a lot
- 15:44Speaker 1: better than drug dealing. And you got to wonder who's
- 15:48Speaker 1: running the country right now. You know, Joe Biden sitting
- 15:53Speaker 1: there supposed to be in Italy watching skydiving with Justin
- 15:57Speaker 1: Trudeau the skydiver lands. I'm gonna I'm gonna post this
- 16:01Speaker 1: picture right now or this video, i should say, on
- 16:02Speaker 1: social media so you can look at it on Instagram
- 16:04Speaker 1: and on Twitter and Facebook, et cetera. Ben Ferguson show
- 16:07Speaker 1: Ben Feruson podcasts. But the president just starts walking off
- 16:12Speaker 1: and one of the other world leaders like turns them
- 16:14Speaker 1: around like, hey, you need to be looking at the
- 16:16Speaker 1: over here in front of you man, like like you
- 16:19Speaker 1: look like an idiot, mister president. And the President turns
- 16:22Speaker 1: around startled, like, oh gosh, look at all these people
- 16:25Speaker 1: behind me that were with you the entire time. And
- 16:29Speaker 1: then he and then he throws his aviators on. This
- 16:33Speaker 1: is the president that has no idea what he's doing.
- 16:36Speaker 1: You don't know how bad it was, how embarrassing it was.
- 16:38Speaker 1: The g seven. Here's one example of the president just
- 16:41Speaker 1: slurring his words.
- 16:43Speaker 8: I got criticized at home for asking when the federal
- 16:45Speaker 8: government invests in something that discourage or encouraged private sector
- 16:49Speaker 8: to invest, ninety six percent of people ask them encourage investment,
- 16:53Speaker 8: not discourage his investment. It attracts investment.
- 16:57Speaker 2: As I've had encourage, I found uh encourage about it. Huh.
- 17:03Speaker 1: Really that's what we're doing. So that's now what's happening.
- 17:07Speaker 1: Oh and by the way, we got a new toy,
- 17:09Speaker 1: a new big investment that's coming. The President decided to
- 17:11Speaker 1: announce today this is exciting.
- 17:14Speaker 2: This is called the new Ocean Train. You're paying for this.
- 17:16Speaker 8: Apparently we're developing the first railway line to extend from
- 17:20Speaker 8: Angola to the DRC Zambia to the Indian Ocean. I
- 17:25Speaker 8: think this is a game changer.
- 17:27Speaker 2: I really do that.
- 17:28Speaker 8: Kano's going to have over two billions of people very shortly.
- 17:33Speaker 2: And again he has no idea what he's talking about.
- 17:36Speaker 1: There you have the president also sitting there in a
- 17:38Speaker 1: roundtable discussion and it's finally his decision to talk, right,
- 17:43Speaker 1: his moment to talk. And this is what he said
- 17:45Speaker 1: to the world leaders, the seven world leaders sitting around
- 17:48Speaker 1: the table.
- 17:49Speaker 2: The decisions.
- 17:50Speaker 8: I think we may now we're going to determine the
- 17:52Speaker 8: course of our future for the next five or six decades.
- 17:55Speaker 1: The decisions, because they said, now, can you imagine sitting
- 17:58Speaker 1: around that table and this is the president in the
- 18:00Speaker 1: United States of America, and this is who you're dealing with.
- 18:03Speaker 2: You're basically babysitting him.
- 18:05Speaker 1: At best, right, I mean, your babysitting at best. So
- 18:14Speaker 1: let the terrorists come across the southern border, right check. Sure,
- 18:18Speaker 1: Americans will probably die in a terroists attack because of
- 18:20Speaker 1: the open southern border.
- 18:22Speaker 2: Yeah, but we got, you.
- 18:23Speaker 1: Know, a lot of people making a lot of money
- 18:25Speaker 1: fifteen twenty thirty thousand dollars ahead to come across. So
- 18:28Speaker 1: our friends are getting rich, so we don't want to
- 18:31Speaker 1: ruin that. And then we're going to give out of
- 18:33Speaker 1: amnesty to all these people. So that's good, right, Like
- 18:36Speaker 1: we're excited about the amnesty, sure, right, So so we're
- 18:40Speaker 1: bringing in new voters here, so we're really excited.
- 18:43Speaker 2: We think this is great news. All right.
- 18:47Speaker 1: I need to pivot to also two other important stories
- 18:49Speaker 1: that I want to get on your radar screen. One
- 18:52Speaker 1: of them involves radicals and there is a new plot
- 18:56Speaker 1: to shut down DC when Benjamin Netanyahu addresses Congress, is
- 19:01Speaker 1: what we're being told.
- 19:02Speaker 2: That's number one.
- 19:04Speaker 1: Also, there's something else, and it deals with the president
- 19:09Speaker 1: and the president's son. There is a new report out
- 19:13Speaker 1: that Joe Biden, and I can't even believe he's actually
- 19:16Speaker 1: saying this with a straight face, but he is is
- 19:19Speaker 1: now saying that his son, Hunter Biden, is quote the
- 19:23Speaker 1: victim of a weaponized system of justice after he was
- 19:28Speaker 1: found guilty on those drug being a drug addict buying
- 19:33Speaker 1: a firearm. While obviously that's you know, against the law,
- 19:38Speaker 1: and I thought Democrats are all tough on gun crimes, right,
- 19:40Speaker 1: like that was their thing. That's kind of their mo Well,
- 19:43Speaker 1: President Joe Biden reportedly believes that Hunter Biden is now
- 19:46Speaker 1: a victim of the weaponization of justice following his gun conviction.
- 19:51Speaker 1: On Tuesday, the Delaware grand jury, as you know, found
- 19:55Speaker 1: Hunter guilty on all three gun charges. He now faces
- 19:58Speaker 1: up to twenty five years in prison in seven hundred
- 20:02Speaker 1: five thousand dollars in fines. Let's be clear, that ain't
- 20:05Speaker 1: gonna happen, and we all know.
- 20:06Speaker 2: Why because he's the President's son. Now.
- 20:11Speaker 1: What's also even more crazy about this is when the
- 20:15Speaker 1: President was asked last week in France about pardoning his son,
- 20:20Speaker 1: he said he would not pardon Hunter.
- 20:21Speaker 2: I think he's probably just lying.
- 20:24Speaker 1: He has not, however, spoken about whether he would deliver,
- 20:27Speaker 1: as I've said here, a commutation of his sentence.
- 20:31Speaker 2: I think that's probably gonna happen.
- 20:33Speaker 1: Quote, the President feels guilty over Hunter's legal predicament. To
- 20:37Speaker 1: people not authorized to speak publicly about the private conversations
- 20:41Speaker 1: about Hunter told Politico. They also told the outlet Joe
- 20:45Speaker 1: Biden believes he contributed to Hunter's plight. I kid, you
- 20:49Speaker 1: not if I weren't running for reelection, he would have
- 20:54Speaker 1: gotten the plea deal, Biden told a confidante earlier this month.
- 20:58Speaker 1: The person familiar with the conversation told Politico Hunter refused
- 21:03Speaker 1: to accept a gun related plea deal from the government
- 21:06Speaker 1: in twenty thirteen. The offer of the gun plea deal
- 21:09Speaker 1: came after his sweetheart plea deal blew up under judicial scrutiny,
- 21:15Speaker 1: which the judge characterizes a typical and not straightforward quote unquote.
- 21:21Speaker 1: Legal experts suggests that the government's proposal was a show
- 21:26Speaker 1: of favoritism, specifically towards the president's son, a sweetheart deal
- 21:33Speaker 1: that no one else could get or quote. The sweetheart
- 21:36Speaker 1: deal came with a special agreement that also gave Hunter
- 21:40Speaker 1: immunity from all potential future charges, including a provision to
- 21:46Speaker 1: potentially wipe a felony gun violation from his record. The
- 21:51Speaker 1: deal gave Hunter the option of plead guilty to not
- 21:53Speaker 1: paying taxes on more than one point five million income
- 21:56Speaker 1: in seventeen and eighteen. Receiving probation rather than jail time
- 22:01Speaker 1: was the other thing that was said as well.
- 22:04Speaker 2: Following quote the sweet oar.
- 22:06Speaker 1: Plea deal debacle, the government offered hundred a second plea
- 22:09Speaker 1: deal related to gun charges that he rejected, opting to
- 22:13Speaker 1: go to trial in Delaware, because, of course, the Bidens
- 22:16Speaker 1: always think they're above the law. In turn, the government
- 22:19Speaker 1: later indicted Hunter Biden in twenty thirteen with tax violations
- 22:22Speaker 1: in California. That tax trial is set for September of
- 22:26Speaker 1: this year. But now, apparently the President believes that it's
- 22:31Speaker 1: unfair that Hunter Biden is actually having to face the
- 22:34Speaker 1: music now as I tell you about that, we also
- 22:37Speaker 1: are being told now that Hunter Biden is expected to
- 22:40Speaker 1: appeal the gun conviction by himself some more time so
- 22:44Speaker 1: his dad won't be under pressure to actually do two things,
- 22:49Speaker 1: one to give him a a deal, right to give him,
- 22:53Speaker 1: you know, a pardon, or to have to deal with,
- 22:56Speaker 1: you know, commuting a sentence before election day, because after
- 23:00Speaker 1: election day, whether he wins or loses, I'm sure he's
- 23:03Speaker 1: going to give Hunter whatever Hunter wants.
- 23:06Speaker 2: So, Hunter Biden, we're now being.
- 23:08Speaker 1: Told, is it absolutely expected to appeal his gun conviction.
- 23:11Speaker 1: People in his orbit and legal experts are confirming this
- 23:14Speaker 1: morning to The New York Times quite a successful appeal
- 23:18Speaker 1: would be an uphill climb.
- 23:19Speaker 2: According to the outlet.
- 23:19Speaker 1: But Hunter can still file the appeal once the judge
- 23:22Speaker 1: sentences him in the coming weeks, and then that gives
- 23:25Speaker 1: his dad more political cover before he has to bail
- 23:29Speaker 1: his son out.
- 23:30Speaker 2: Now, Hunter's gun.
- 23:32Speaker 1: Trial judge recently delivered a one year sentence to a
- 23:35Speaker 1: defendant in a similar case. The defense asked for six
- 23:39Speaker 1: months sentence, but the governor gave him one year.
- 23:42Speaker 2: In that case.
- 23:44Speaker 1: The White House was silent on Wednesday on whether President
- 23:47Speaker 1: Joe Biden would again commute his son's sentence, which I'm
- 23:50Speaker 1: sure that's exactly what they would do. Hunter would likely
- 23:55Speaker 1: base his appeal on the following basis. The Times is
- 23:58Speaker 1: also reporting that Hunter Biden is fifty four that would
- 24:03Speaker 1: base an appeal on a Supreme Court decision that his
- 24:06Speaker 1: father has described as an affront to common sense and
- 24:11Speaker 1: the Constitution, and perhaps the crowning paradox in a case
- 24:17Speaker 1: with quote complexities. The Supreme Court's ruling in New York
- 24:20Speaker 1: State Rifle and Pistol Association Versus Bruin paid the way
- 24:25Speaker 1: for potential challenges to other gun laws, including those that
- 24:28Speaker 1: deny firearms to people addicted to drugs. So now the
- 24:32Speaker 1: same part that's tough on gun crimes, right, tough on
- 24:36Speaker 1: you know, gun convictions and tough on loopholes. Now is
- 24:39Speaker 1: advocating for people that are drug addicts to be able
- 24:42Speaker 1: to have a firearm and not lose the ability to
- 24:45Speaker 1: keep that firearm. That's now what the official line is
- 24:50Speaker 1: from Democrats. You want to talk about a one to
- 24:53Speaker 1: eighty like that's an impressive one eighty right there on
- 24:58Speaker 1: that one. Now, let me just pause on that because
- 25:02Speaker 1: I also have to get this other breaking news and
- 25:04Speaker 1: it matters, and that is coming out of Washington with
- 25:07Speaker 1: Netnaho coming to Washington. D C, a far left organization
- 25:12Speaker 1: in New York City, has been at the forefront of
- 25:15Speaker 1: all the anti Israel protests around the country on college campuses.
- 25:20Speaker 1: They have now vowed to shut down d C. That's
- 25:23Speaker 1: what they're calling it. Shut down DC when the Prime
- 25:26Speaker 1: Minister of Israel Netna who arrives to speak before Congress.
- 25:31Speaker 1: Net Yahoo will be speaking before a joint meeting of
- 25:34Speaker 1: Congress on July the twenty fourth.
- 25:36Speaker 2: We're now being told.
- 25:38Speaker 1: The People's Forum wrote in a post on x Wednesday
- 25:41Speaker 1: that the group would be shutting down DC when net
- 25:44Speaker 1: now who arrives and what issue a notice of a
- 25:47Speaker 1: citizen's arrest. This is the Democratic Marxist Socialist Communist Party.
- 25:53Speaker 1: This is how crazy they are. This is who they are, folks.
- 25:56Speaker 1: The Democratic Party is dead. I've been saying it for
- 25:59Speaker 1: a long time. They went on to say in their tweet,
- 26:03Speaker 1: the people charged net Yahu with genocide. The group wrote,
- 26:06Speaker 1: when the car, When the car criminal comes to d
- 26:09Speaker 1: C on July the twenty fourth, we will shut down
- 26:12Speaker 1: DC and issue a notice of a citizen's arrest. The
- 26:16Speaker 1: people of the world stand with Palesine against the genocide
- 26:19Speaker 1: committed by Israel. They went on to write, as they say,
- 26:23Speaker 1: arrest net and Yahoo now. So they're all about arresting
- 26:28Speaker 1: Net Yahoo, and they say they have the power to
- 26:31Speaker 1: do this. They said that net Yaho, the prime mister Visuals,
- 26:34Speaker 1: should be arrested by for war crimes and crimes against humanity.
- 26:38Speaker 1: In fact, the International Criminal Court has requested arrest warrants
- 26:42Speaker 1: for him and.
- 26:44Speaker 2: The Minister of Defense of Israel.
- 26:46Speaker 1: The group saying, quote, we won't let a war criminal
- 26:49Speaker 1: walk the streets of DC. If Biden the whole administration
- 26:54Speaker 1: refused to draw a real red line against genocide, we will.
- 26:58Speaker 2: We are the red line, they say.
- 27:02Speaker 1: Then a flag of Palestine next to it says national
- 27:07Speaker 1: Mobilization All out to d C July twenty fourth, the Capitol, Washington,
- 27:11Speaker 1: d C. And then it says where red Red Line
- 27:16Speaker 1: against Genocide is their hashtag saying they're going to shut
- 27:20Speaker 1: down the United States capital and they say that Netnahu
- 27:26Speaker 1: will not be able to go anywhere. Okay, that's what
- 27:30Speaker 1: was said. He will not be able to go anywhere.
- 27:36Speaker 1: Two things here. I would expect them to become very violent.
- 27:39Speaker 1: I want to be clear about that.
- 27:41Speaker 2: Number One.
- 27:42Speaker 1: I would expect them to go all out and be
- 27:44Speaker 1: total radicals with extreme chaos. Number two, like, I have
- 27:47Speaker 1: every belief that that is exactly what is going to
- 27:50Speaker 1: happen here, So you should be ready for that. This
- 27:54Speaker 1: is going to be extreme. There are going to be
- 27:57Speaker 1: radicals involved. This is what they are going to do.
- 28:01Speaker 1: I'm going to keep covering it. But the Democratic Party
- 28:03Speaker 1: is not going to stop this, and the Democratic Party
- 28:06Speaker 1: is not going to call this out.
- 28:10Speaker 2: So just prepare for this, don't forget.
