- 0:38Speaker 1: you join yeah by joining me? Honey, Sat said, don't
- 1:01Speaker 1: turn Yeah, you got you gotta turn't to turn turn love.
- 1:43Speaker 1: It got to turn out to turn to turn the
- 1:46Speaker 1: water the water go. Comey, come on your back. Uh huh,
- 2:01Speaker 1: I show will good morning everybody you are listening to
- 2:05Speaker 1: the voice? Come on dig me now to one and
- 2:07Speaker 1: only Steve Harvey got a radio show? Yeah, man, I
- 2:12Speaker 1: get I get so many emails almost daily. Why do
- 2:15Speaker 1: you say every day you got a radio show? Some
- 2:18Speaker 1: people still don't get it. Well, here it is. I'm
- 2:21Speaker 1: not bragging. I'm really not. It's just my odd way
- 2:25Speaker 1: of saying thanks to my Heaven and Father. It's my
- 2:28Speaker 1: odd way of strange as it might seem to you,
- 2:30Speaker 1: can't you understand? You know, everybody do it a different way.
- 2:34Speaker 1: It's just a reminder to myself and to anybody that
- 2:38Speaker 1: hears me that God is in the blessed business that
- 2:41Speaker 1: God is in to get your life together business. And
- 2:44Speaker 1: I say it every day because people need to know,
- 2:47Speaker 1: because see what, what some people don't understand is just yesterday,
- 2:51Speaker 1: something could have happened traumatic in somebody's life, a turning
- 2:54Speaker 1: point could have occurred in somebody's life, and they could
- 2:57Speaker 1: be sitting up there listening, trying to make a decision,
- 3:00Speaker 1: and it could be the wrong decision if you don't
- 3:02Speaker 1: remind yourself every day that God is in the blessing
- 3:06Speaker 1: business that he's in, that he's in to get your
- 3:09Speaker 1: life together business. If you're not talking to the right
- 3:12Speaker 1: people when you have a mishap in your life, you'll
- 3:15Speaker 1: suddenly start thinking the wrong way. Oh man, he don't
- 3:18Speaker 1: he don't care about me no more art and blew.
- 3:20Speaker 1: It is over now. Sometimes you need to hear the
- 3:23Speaker 1: truth that, hey man, that there's gonna be some rain
- 3:25Speaker 1: in your life. Sometimes sometimes it's just perchance of life.
- 3:29Speaker 1: Sometimes it's a test. You never know what it is. Sometimes, Uh,
- 3:33Speaker 1: you know you're gonna get your faith tested from time
- 3:37Speaker 1: to time, is what I'm trying to say. Sometimes some
- 3:39Speaker 1: things are gonna happen to see if you really mean
- 3:42Speaker 1: what you say, do you really want your dreams to
- 3:44Speaker 1: come true? Or when you give up as soon as
- 3:46Speaker 1: something bad happen. So that's what happened to so many
- 3:49Speaker 1: people along the way. They just they look at the
- 3:53Speaker 1: test the wrong way. They keep thinking because this mishap
- 3:56Speaker 1: has occurred, that is over, that is finique, that it's
- 4:00Speaker 1: a finale in their life. It ain't ever that it
- 4:03Speaker 1: ain't ever. That you got to go through some things.
- 4:06Speaker 1: So when you finally get to your goal, you have
- 4:09Speaker 1: a level of appreciation for it. Man. You know, when
- 4:15Speaker 1: you've really earned something, you know you take care of
- 4:19Speaker 1: it better. You know, Uh, there's a you know that
- 4:25Speaker 1: this is not true in every case. But I was
- 4:28Speaker 1: listening to a guy in his real estate class I
- 4:30Speaker 1: was trying to take one time years ago, and he
- 4:33Speaker 1: said that owners take better care of their property than
- 4:36Speaker 1: do runners. Now, once again, I will say through life
- 4:39Speaker 1: experience that that's not always the case. But what the
- 4:44Speaker 1: man was trying to say in the point he was
- 4:46Speaker 1: trying to make in this real estate class was it's
- 4:49Speaker 1: when you pay for something, when you've earned it, when
- 4:53Speaker 1: you've gone through the paperwork, and if you've ever brought
- 4:57Speaker 1: a house, you know, man on man on man, they
- 5:00Speaker 1: take you through it. They want to know everything about you.
- 5:03Speaker 1: And right when you think you've answered all the questions
- 5:06Speaker 1: and fulfill all the requirements before closing, there's always some more.
- 5:11Speaker 1: There's always some mode you got to do. Everybody didn't
- 5:15Speaker 1: bought a house and been through this. You know, well,
- 5:17Speaker 1: we need to look at this. This didn't come out clean.
- 5:21Speaker 1: I thought, we what does this be? All over here?
- 5:23Speaker 1: You got to go pay that off, take care of that,
- 5:26Speaker 1: get a letter from this creditor. Everybody is going through it.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Right when you think you that, and when you think
- 5:30Speaker 1: you've done all of it, when you get the closing,
- 5:33Speaker 1: here comes some more. It's more money than they said.
- 5:37Speaker 1: You're just sitting there going why. But when you get
- 5:40Speaker 1: the house and you walk in it, and you known
- 5:43Speaker 1: went through all of that, and you came up with
- 5:45Speaker 1: the down payments, and you know, fulfill all the criments,
- 5:48Speaker 1: and you've been saving for years and you've been dreaming
- 5:50Speaker 1: about this house, and here it is. What the man
- 5:53Speaker 1: was trying to say is you have a level of
- 5:55Speaker 1: appreciation for and that's what happens in life. That's why
- 5:59Speaker 1: you got to go through some things to accomplish your dreams.
- 6:03Speaker 1: So when you fulfill those dreams with God's help, with
- 6:06Speaker 1: with God's help, you have uh uh, you have an
- 6:10Speaker 1: appreciation for it, meant something to it. You take care
- 6:14Speaker 1: of it better. Like I said, don't mean that runners
- 6:16Speaker 1: don't because I know some great runners out there who
- 6:19Speaker 1: take care of property, like because they're just good people.
- 6:21Speaker 1: They're just not in a position to own yet. I've
- 6:23Speaker 1: seen that happen more times than not. But you go
- 6:27Speaker 1: through things, so you have a level of appreciation. So
- 6:31Speaker 1: why you are there going through stuff? Understand, it's just
- 6:34Speaker 1: because you've got to come up through something. You got
- 6:37Speaker 1: to have some dirt on you in order to grow.
- 6:40Speaker 1: And a lot of people look at the dirt the
- 6:42Speaker 1: wrong way. You're not buried. You planted when you got
- 6:47Speaker 1: dirt on you. You're not buried. You planted. That's the thing.
- 6:52Speaker 1: You know. Every everything you see beautiful, every tree, every bush,
- 6:56Speaker 1: every plant, every flower, every mountain had dirt on it.
- 7:02Speaker 1: They had to come up through some dirt to be
- 7:05Speaker 1: what they are. You you you you can't eat nothing
- 7:10Speaker 1: a vegetable of any kind or fruit of any kind
- 7:13Speaker 1: that ain't come about the ground. But it's got to
- 7:16Speaker 1: come through the earth, the dirt in order to be
- 7:19Speaker 1: what they're gonna be. So when you're going through some stuff,
- 7:23Speaker 1: just know you're gonna get some dirt on you. And
- 7:26Speaker 1: everything changes. Everything changes, But the key to everything changes
- 7:31Speaker 1: is you have to say so. In some of it.
- 7:33Speaker 1: It's like old age. Everything must change. The young are
- 7:37Speaker 1: going if you keep living the young or are going
- 7:39Speaker 1: to become the old. It's inevitable the young become the old.
- 7:46Speaker 1: But you have a choice. You don't have to be
- 7:49Speaker 1: fifty and sit there and just let old age come
- 7:52Speaker 1: set in you. On you. You're gonna get older. But
- 7:54Speaker 1: do you have to look at though? Do you have
- 7:56Speaker 1: to walk like it? You know if you exercise and
- 7:58Speaker 1: hate right, do you know that you can change the
- 8:00Speaker 1: way that is? You have to say so In some
- 8:03Speaker 1: of it, man, everything changes, but you can do some
- 8:07Speaker 1: things about it. Do what you can do today, Make
- 8:11Speaker 1: a chance, have a relationship with God. Get your life
- 8:14Speaker 1: on track. Man. God would love to hear from you today.
- 8:18Speaker 1: It doesn't matter if he ain't heard from you in
- 8:20Speaker 1: a while. That has absolutely nothing to do with it.
- 8:24Speaker 1: God ain't like everybody else. He's a forgiving god. He's
- 8:27Speaker 1: a God of chances. All you got to do is
- 8:30Speaker 1: take will take one chance, Take a chance on God.
- 8:33Speaker 1: That's all you got to do. He would give you many, many,
- 8:36Speaker 1: many chances to come about. Your words painful, graveful, so
- 9:13Speaker 1: grave wi you to raise you ah sho scape this time.
- 9:56Speaker 1: I want you to help us cure it. Lift your
- 9:59Speaker 1: hands and it's a it is things and I am
- 10:01Speaker 1: wrateful that you have. Don't look at him and tell him, yes,
- 10:13Speaker 1: I'm grateful victim and wanted tell him. I could go
- 10:23Speaker 1: on and on. You could do the best you can.
- 10:30Speaker 1: You could strive to be the absolute best you can.
- 10:33Speaker 1: But when you make a mistake, and you are going
- 10:36Speaker 1: to make the mistakes, it's okay. God has already put
- 10:42Speaker 1: that into the equation. He already knows you're going to
- 10:46Speaker 1: make them. That's why he's there for forgiveness, mercy and grace.
- 10:52Speaker 1: It's available to everybody. All you got to do is
- 10:55Speaker 1: want it. Okay. Cool. You're listening to Steve hard Morning Show.
- 11:02Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, people from all around
- 11:06Speaker 1: the world. This is the Steve Harpe Morning Show. The
- 11:10Speaker 1: voice you're listening to right now, this Steve. The next voice,
- 11:15Speaker 1: This Shirley get after that. This killed everybody? Then, Jay Anthony,
- 11:23Speaker 1: this means then this here the food you noticed? Mean
- 11:29Speaker 1: these just divorces of this radio show? That? Yeah, how
- 11:36Speaker 1: you doing, Steve Morning? Everybody just you know, living blessed
- 11:43Speaker 1: Holly favorite had a weekend off like like, I don't
- 11:49Speaker 1: even know what that is. That's like amazing to me.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Who had a weekend? No, we weren't. That's right, a
- 11:59Speaker 1: little bit. We don't forgot Steve forgot? When are you
- 12:02Speaker 1: coming it? Just one job? Surely it don't matter to
- 12:05Speaker 1: that's all. Ye, that's all. One job. One job is all.
- 12:12Speaker 1: That's what your eyes. You gotta be working so much
- 12:15Speaker 1: you don't even know where you're at or where you're
- 12:17Speaker 1: going next. You gotta be like that. I'm sure he's
- 12:19Speaker 1: grateful to you for reminding him. Yeah, I damn they
- 12:23Speaker 1: forgot about this show. How does one do that nineteen job?
- 12:30Speaker 1: You know what? I think it's mentor shell. I think
- 12:32Speaker 1: where your body is just going, hey man, we need
- 12:34Speaker 1: a break, we need we need to rest from it
- 12:37Speaker 1: all man. And that's it. That's what I always say.
- 12:41Speaker 1: And and we're gonna get one where you want to
- 12:43Speaker 1: or not? Huh, that's where the cold is God's way
- 12:45Speaker 1: of saying, you need to take some time off and sleep. Yeah,
- 12:50Speaker 1: just rest a big dog, yo. Tiger look good this weekend. Yeah,
- 13:00Speaker 1: she looked healthy. At least he did. He played well.
- 13:05Speaker 1: He played well. Malfe everything, he don't even know. He
- 13:10Speaker 1: don't even played golf. He stop telling them, man, you everything?
- 13:25Speaker 1: Did you say him? He looked good? Yeah, I'm in
- 13:30Speaker 1: the sand trap. They don't have sand out there for
- 13:39Speaker 1: no vis Is that trick up? No, it's not an illusion,
- 13:46Speaker 1: and it's and it's put in. Golf designers put sand
- 13:50Speaker 1: traps in very strategic places. They saying the average ball
- 13:54Speaker 1: could go here, the average ball when hit would be here.
- 13:58Speaker 1: And that's enough about that because Shirley doesn't care. So no,
- 14:05Speaker 1: but let me say this, Steve though, I did see
- 14:07Speaker 1: him over the weekend, just watching the news and clips,
- 14:09Speaker 1: and he did look good. I knew he was coming back,
- 14:11Speaker 1: and Tigre looked good. I hope he can. You know,
- 14:13Speaker 1: it's not how you begin, it's how you finish. So
- 14:15Speaker 1: I hope he can finish strong in life. The Stars
- 14:19Speaker 1: The Stars was tweeting though, Yeah, yeah, did you say,
- 14:24Speaker 1: I didn't say? I mean this, dude, right, here. If
- 14:28Speaker 1: it wasn't for Tiger Woods, I don't even play golf.
- 14:31Speaker 1: He did change again, and he changed the way the
- 14:34Speaker 1: golf courses. He really did. All right, we'll be back
- 14:38Speaker 1: with something funny at thirty two after the hour, we'll
- 14:41Speaker 1: find out what happened over the weekend. You're listening to
- 14:44Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, it is time for
- 14:47Speaker 1: something funny. Uh, did you guys want to continue this crazy?
- 14:50Speaker 1: Because I'm the hateful, mean all the time though every day,
- 14:58Speaker 1: well it is kind of always you. I mean, we
- 15:01Speaker 1: all we were all in agreement about Tiger. He looked good.
- 15:03Speaker 1: We were happy he's back. And then he said, yes, Steve,
- 15:08Speaker 1: he don't like his own gran. Oh, how can you
- 15:14Speaker 1: be a grinch on everything? Christmas? I hate Christmas? What's
- 15:20Speaker 1: so happy about the four I know, you know, we
- 15:23Speaker 1: always send each other greetings on the holidays and stuff.
- 15:26Speaker 1: So for Thanksgiving we all send each other Happy Thanksgiving.
- 15:29Speaker 1: Blah blah blah. I send it to Jay, he said,
- 15:31Speaker 1: I hate the holidays. That was his response. What thankful
- 15:36Speaker 1: for Thanksgiving? Though? You know, the kindest holiday in the world.
- 15:41Speaker 1: No one speaks to the lonely dad. That's my turn
- 15:44Speaker 1: that's what I do. Speak to the hateful people don't
- 15:46Speaker 1: hate Christmas. I got that group with small group, but
- 15:49Speaker 1: we're effective. Okay, hey, man, can't tell you something I
- 15:53Speaker 1: saw this weekend. I watched on se and Lisa len
- 15:57Speaker 1: was in a little rock or in somewhere at all,
- 16:00Speaker 1: so I think it's a little rock. They put the
- 16:02Speaker 1: Ten Commandments up on a plaque. Well it's Satanic group
- 16:07Speaker 1: wants this monument of their Satanic god put up there.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Also what and so I mean, man, it was crazy, man,
- 16:17Speaker 1: watching people who practice Satanism. Uh, it's really amazing how
- 16:24Speaker 1: they got this. They worked out a lot of the
- 16:26Speaker 1: people say they practiced Satanism because of what it stands
- 16:29Speaker 1: for civil rights and you know, rights of people and
- 16:35Speaker 1: you know, or right to a woman's right to abort
- 16:39Speaker 1: or not. It was so amazing watching this. And so
- 16:43Speaker 1: they got this one time statue made and they were
- 16:47Speaker 1: having it delivered. But it was in Detroit, and so
- 16:51Speaker 1: a lot of preachers came out to boycott, you know,
- 16:54Speaker 1: with the churches, you know, and it was it was
- 16:58Speaker 1: mostly black. Uh that was protesting up in Detroit because
- 17:03Speaker 1: they don't want that in Detroit. So they came and
- 17:06Speaker 1: they finally found the location, so they gave out a
- 17:08Speaker 1: fake location because the boycotters came to boycott the location,
- 17:13Speaker 1: so they gave out a fake location. So the Black
- 17:16Speaker 1: ministers and stuff, we're at the wrong location where they
- 17:19Speaker 1: actually sent it was another one. Then you had to check,
- 17:22Speaker 1: I DA and get checked. And they hanged a cross
- 17:25Speaker 1: upside down, you know. Man. They got the statue and
- 17:29Speaker 1: they unveiled and people come dressed, some in Satanic guard
- 17:33Speaker 1: most of them, and uh, it's pretty crazy, man, it is.
- 17:39Speaker 1: You know, we should have our right to worship how
- 17:41Speaker 1: we want to. We don't interfere with Christians. And don't
- 17:44Speaker 1: you feel some kind of way even watching it? But
- 17:46Speaker 1: I'm trying to I'm trying to think. So if they
- 17:49Speaker 1: Church won't Satan do it, we won't Satan do it.
- 17:52Speaker 1: I mean, you got to get them right to learning. Hell,
- 17:56Speaker 1: that's the way I said, Satan stepped down. I mean, man,
- 18:00Speaker 1: it was it was really alarming the way they choose
- 18:05Speaker 1: to do as the first time I really looked at
- 18:08Speaker 1: anything like that. It was just it was just people
- 18:12Speaker 1: out there are looking for stuff. Like one woman was
- 18:14Speaker 1: in it because her son was gay and he came
- 18:18Speaker 1: out and he took his boyfriend to an event with
- 18:22Speaker 1: some family members and they joked about him and laughed
- 18:25Speaker 1: at him, and the next day he overdosed, you know,
- 18:29Speaker 1: on drugs. So she blamed the family and Christianity, and
- 18:33Speaker 1: so she became a Satanist because they are all into
- 18:36Speaker 1: you know, open lifestyle, whether you're gay or not, which
- 18:40Speaker 1: is you know, like, I think it's cool because you
- 18:42Speaker 1: got to accept people the way they are. But that
- 18:45Speaker 1: was her reasoning for joining Satanism. No good, you're a
- 18:57Speaker 1: good concerning you'll be off this ship. We know you're
- 19:03Speaker 1: a Christian. Will you bring me over here. You're gonna
- 19:07Speaker 1: be off this ship. Let us catch you with some
- 19:09Speaker 1: eyeline on with a cross upside there. You're gonna be
- 19:15Speaker 1: off this ship. You're what nobody I was that bad? Okay,
- 19:21Speaker 1: I'm not that bad. He was some black finger nail.
- 19:25Speaker 1: You're bitter. You're not evil, You're just a bitter Christian,
- 19:30Speaker 1: which really, which is in every church? Dude, that's something
- 19:33Speaker 1: like a hospital playing little bit of Christian. You know
- 19:42Speaker 1: what's crazy, you really? You know what alarms me is
- 19:45Speaker 1: how many people do twist the Bible verses? Yes, they do.
- 19:50Speaker 1: People take God's word and twisted. Not surely you're Pastor
- 19:56Speaker 1: Kenneth Olmer. Yes, he taught me something that I really
- 20:00Speaker 1: needed to know because you know how people come up
- 20:02Speaker 1: to you know, you know, the Lord wanted me to
- 20:04Speaker 1: share this with you. You know, I'm so glad I
- 20:07Speaker 1: met you because the Lord just put this on my heart.
- 20:10Speaker 1: Ever everybody help people come up to him like that,
- 20:12Speaker 1: and then when they say it, you go or man,
- 20:15Speaker 1: don't seem like God would have told me that. Here's
- 20:19Speaker 1: what he taught me that cleared it up all from
- 20:22Speaker 1: Bishop Bishop Omer. God's voice has no sin in it.
- 20:29Speaker 1: I'm going down here and tell them off because the
- 20:31Speaker 1: Lord told me to go tell them off. No, he
- 20:33Speaker 1: didn't know, he didn't. He never told you to go
- 20:36Speaker 1: down that big confrontation. He never told you to give
- 20:39Speaker 1: some and so old piece of your mind. He never
- 20:42Speaker 1: told you to cuss nobody out. He never told you
- 20:45Speaker 1: to go down that jump on nobody. He never told
- 20:48Speaker 1: you don't go down there and get somebody fired. He
- 20:51Speaker 1: never told you to go report somebody. God's voice has
- 20:56Speaker 1: no sin in it. Right that stuff you do on
- 20:59Speaker 1: your own. I don't want a body walking up to
- 21:01Speaker 1: me telling about you know, Satan put it on my
- 21:04Speaker 1: heart to tell you something. Right, what is Satan's ignorant?
- 21:12Speaker 1: He says, Yeah, I know what the worshipers, the people
- 21:16Speaker 1: who worship. Yeah, now, don't do that. That's why you
- 21:20Speaker 1: have to know it for yourself. That's why it's up
- 21:22Speaker 1: to you to study and read and know the Word
- 21:24Speaker 1: for yourself. So people can't come up to you and
- 21:27Speaker 1: say things like that because you already know, because you're
- 21:30Speaker 1: in the Word and you know. It was It was
- 21:33Speaker 1: actually hard to watch because I actually felt sorry for
- 21:35Speaker 1: the people I knew. I knew it would be hard
- 21:37Speaker 1: to watch. Yeah, well, anyway, it is Monday, speaking of church,
- 21:43Speaker 1: Reben Motown, Deacon death Jam, who will be in the
- 21:46Speaker 1: building with church complaints right after this, you're listening to
- 21:49Speaker 1: the Steve Morning Show. Coming up. At the top of
- 21:53Speaker 1: the hour, miss Anne will be here. She's going to
- 21:55Speaker 1: update us on today's national news. But first, Yeah, it
- 21:59Speaker 1: is Monday, in time for church complaints with Reverend Motown
- 22:03Speaker 1: and Deacon death Jam. Yes, church, we we all, hell,
- 22:19Speaker 1: yes we are on this blessed day at the beginning
- 22:26Speaker 1: of the week called Monday's right, that's right, as blessed
- 22:32Speaker 1: as a day. It is it is also a day
- 22:37Speaker 1: of bitterness. Well not debaucher man, okay, ungratefulness. Now that
- 22:45Speaker 1: right there, I go in he's acknoledgees, but that he
- 22:51Speaker 1: the ungrateful congregation at the Jack Part Joint of Jerusalem
- 22:56Speaker 1: passed complaints and the one that us she just do
- 23:00Speaker 1: me in for to you is my damn deacon, Yeah,
- 23:08Speaker 1: introduced me like that, just so sick of it all.
- 23:13Speaker 1: Lady Jim d D death jail. Thank you. We had
- 23:22Speaker 1: several body want to know what d D. I thought
- 23:27Speaker 1: you were gonna tell us what does it mean that damn?
- 23:31Speaker 1: Oh my goodness, I accepted for no path because I
- 23:37Speaker 1: need to get these complaints to you. There's a lot
- 23:38Speaker 1: going on in the congregation at the heaven Set. Sister
- 23:43Speaker 1: that sits on the third round, Sister Luonia Wilberforce is
- 23:48Speaker 1: entering into her fifth marriage. Her last four husbands died
- 23:52Speaker 1: of the same things. He accidentally smothered them after rolling
- 23:57Speaker 1: in her sleep. Really, the the fifth husband, brother Bernard Dollar, right,
- 24:04Speaker 1: is asking the church um uh long money so he
- 24:07Speaker 1: can live in the house next daughter her instead of
- 24:10Speaker 1: living with her pasting. We were not going to do that.
- 24:18Speaker 1: He doesn't want to live in that same house, and
- 24:20Speaker 1: he's afraid, and it says for better all for worse.
- 24:27Speaker 1: M Now he's gonna have to sleep in this bid
- 24:31Speaker 1: with this the last I said, he's gonna have to
- 24:37Speaker 1: sleep in his bid. She want to do everything else
- 24:39Speaker 1: with the woman when she when she rolls right, well,
- 24:46Speaker 1: then you're gonna have to know when the role is coming.
- 24:55Speaker 1: Get on your toys, brother, get on your tool called
- 25:03Speaker 1: the role is coming. We're not praying for that, ducon,
- 25:09Speaker 1: go ahead, all right past the eye. Our retired stripper
- 25:14Speaker 1: sister Jamika glitter Down Jones got the spirit during Servants.
- 25:19Speaker 1: She climbed up the Vacation Bible School flagpole yesterday and
- 25:23Speaker 1: wouldn't come down. You're gonna have to talk to her.
- 25:28Speaker 1: What were not? Lord? We go through this so much
- 25:32Speaker 1: with sister Mka glitter Down Jown. Jamika glitter Down and
- 25:41Speaker 1: still has glitter on her from for days. Got it down,
- 25:45Speaker 1: glitter down. Oh that's glitter so hard to get off.
- 25:49Speaker 1: One time I was saving souls at the Pink Pony
- 25:53Speaker 1: and literally in my bid and ill health almost year
- 26:02Speaker 1: and a half to get out. I'm just gonna say this.
- 26:05Speaker 1: What we're gonna do is decongest between you and I.
- 26:08Speaker 1: We're gonna have to greeze down that pole, all right,
- 26:12Speaker 1: so you just can't get up there no more. If
- 26:15Speaker 1: she do, she's gonna slide back then alright. If he
- 26:18Speaker 1: gets to the tap and won't come down, I don't
- 26:20Speaker 1: know what that is what makes her do that? Hither?
- 26:24Speaker 1: But if we greased the pole, put baby oil on it,
- 26:28Speaker 1: baby all on the pole, alright, So it's gonna be
- 26:33Speaker 1: hard to get up the pole with the baby oil
- 26:35Speaker 1: on it. I don't care how good you are, alright,
- 26:39Speaker 1: baby on the I'm just taking notes. All right. We
- 26:42Speaker 1: have a sensitive subject had passed that brother Cedric Murphy
- 26:45Speaker 1: lost his right thumb on a fishing trip accident. He
- 26:48Speaker 1: got his thumb caught in the fishing line and it
- 26:51Speaker 1: got torn out. Now here's the problem. The baptized the
- 26:55Speaker 1: Baptist bowling brothers, you know, with the church's bowling team,
- 26:58Speaker 1: is asking him to leave the bowling team since his
- 27:01Speaker 1: thumb is gone. He won't step down. The big tournament
- 27:05Speaker 1: is this coming Saturday. He wants the bowl, but he
- 27:08Speaker 1: don't have a thumb to get into the bowl. Well,
- 27:10Speaker 1: that's all right, I've seen this before with other people,
- 27:13Speaker 1: poll people. You can move your head around, put your
- 27:16Speaker 1: index fringer in the thumb hole, put your third the
- 27:22Speaker 1: finger next to the baby finger, the second your ring
- 27:29Speaker 1: ring franger on the right hand, and then the baby
- 27:34Speaker 1: frainger in the old hole and you can bowl that
- 27:36Speaker 1: on we or if that don't work, everybody back there
- 27:42Speaker 1: on the bench that's watching need to look out because
- 27:44Speaker 1: he cold out all right, past uh Man, Sister lilad
- 27:56Speaker 1: Pop Linda has had a baby and doesn't know who
- 28:00Speaker 1: the father is. She's going on the Mari Pold Show.
- 28:03Speaker 1: All the men of the church have been asked to
- 28:06Speaker 1: take a blood test and come to the show you
- 28:09Speaker 1: tube pastor and Mary said he will find out who
- 28:12Speaker 1: the father is this week. I'm not going on more
- 28:15Speaker 1: reprover show for no damn body. Well, first of all,
- 28:23Speaker 1: I have not been involved with her. You you then
- 28:29Speaker 1: you get back to the only one you don't know
- 28:30Speaker 1: since the line of Poper Linda, is that what you're
- 28:32Speaker 1: saying not in that away, So you're trying to say
- 28:37Speaker 1: you are not the fother. I can't be the father
- 28:40Speaker 1: because I have just been on the I'm jeff, I'm
- 28:46Speaker 1: understand what he called for lollapas. But that's it. You
- 28:55Speaker 1: can't get pregnant better way next story, that wouldn't be Yeah,
- 29:04Speaker 1: next complaints. Alright, The Bad Breath Association is having a
- 29:10Speaker 1: huge high of Toastin's Eye convention in February. Yea brother
- 29:16Speaker 1: Myron go read to go because of his horrific breath.
- 29:19Speaker 1: His breath has put four members of the church in
- 29:23Speaker 1: the hospital with three degree burns and blinded to members
- 29:26Speaker 1: for light. Can the church actually pay for this trip? Pass? Absolutely,
- 29:31Speaker 1: We're gonna pay for that because I want a free
- 29:33Speaker 1: Sunday while I'm not smelling this scumpful. We're gonna send
- 29:37Speaker 1: brother man to this and anything to win hes gonna
- 29:40Speaker 1: win it. I'll tell your own trophy something a freshness
- 29:45Speaker 1: sticks for years. Supply he gonna win something. Because this
- 29:49Speaker 1: boy's breath is don meloscious locious. I don't know what
- 29:57Speaker 1: that means, but it sounds serious. Break that down die,
- 30:02Speaker 1: smells like something died. More is more death now than
- 30:08Speaker 1: you can account for. Don A Looshes, A lot of
- 30:12Speaker 1: us has been a private to this. So Loshes is
- 30:17Speaker 1: something died in his mouth mode and normal, and a
- 30:20Speaker 1: lot of us has been on the receiving You know
- 30:23Speaker 1: that's lost. All right, listen, thank you guys. Coming up
- 30:33Speaker 1: at the top of the hour, the Senate passes the
- 30:35Speaker 1: tax bill. Plus Miss Anne will be here. You're listening
- 30:39Speaker 1: to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, Well, I'm
- 30:44Speaker 1: sure you guys have heard by now. The US Senate
- 30:47Speaker 1: voted just before to a m Eastern time on Saturday.
- 30:50Speaker 1: I'm talking late in the midnight hour. Okay. They voted
- 30:54Speaker 1: to pass the sweeping tax overhaul worth roughly one point
- 30:58Speaker 1: four not million, not billion trillion with the t AA
- 31:03Speaker 1: trillion one point for trillion dollars, putting the Trump White
- 31:07Speaker 1: House a big step closer to its first major legislative victory,
- 31:12Speaker 1: and it will be the first one for this year
- 31:14Speaker 1: in his first year of the presidency. House Minority Leader
- 31:17Speaker 1: Nancy Pelosi, Democrat from California, of course, also responded, calling
- 31:21Speaker 1: the legislation a betrayal of the American middle class. The
- 31:25Speaker 1: bill is not yet finalized. Saturday's vote means the Senate
- 31:28Speaker 1: and the House have passed similar tax reform plans now,
- 31:31Speaker 1: but negotiators from both sides will meet today to agree
- 31:35Speaker 1: on a single piece of legislation before it is sent
- 31:37Speaker 1: to the president. Also, uh, if you guys recall, on
- 31:41Speaker 1: this past Friday, as a part of Robert Mueller's investigation
- 31:45Speaker 1: into connections between Russia and President Trump, former National security
- 31:50Speaker 1: advisor Michael Flynn was officially charged with a single count
- 31:54Speaker 1: of lying to the FBI. Yeah, Flynn pleaded guilty and
- 31:59Speaker 1: has con firm that he is now cooperating with Mueller.
- 32:03Speaker 1: There he's probably he's probably copy complete to not do
- 32:12Speaker 1: to yeah, exactly, to serve up a certain amount of information. So,
- 32:17Speaker 1: but we don't really know. Look y'all, can this is
- 32:19Speaker 1: just my opinion, So don't you don't have to think
- 32:21Speaker 1: this way? This stuff right here, when it comes to
- 32:24Speaker 1: this government, we don't have any say. So we are
- 32:29Speaker 1: just people watching foreign policy and this stuff with this investigation.
- 32:35Speaker 1: We're just watching it go down. We can complain all
- 32:38Speaker 1: we want, but at the end of the day, we're
- 32:39Speaker 1: watching it go down because we don't even know what's
- 32:42Speaker 1: really going on. And yeah, and if we don't like
- 32:45Speaker 1: it when it comes time for voting, if you don't
- 32:48Speaker 1: like what's going on, that's when you exactly right, you know,
- 32:53Speaker 1: because it's it's like this tax plan. I don't even
- 32:56Speaker 1: know what to think about it, because I know that
- 32:59Speaker 1: we're being lied to on a few levels here, and
- 33:03Speaker 1: it's the way they did it. They save everything undercover.
- 33:07Speaker 1: There's one thing, to cut the taxes for the rich.
- 33:08Speaker 1: And I can understand that if you're rich, you want
- 33:10Speaker 1: to pay less taxes. Who wants to pay more taxes?
- 33:13Speaker 1: But the cuts that they put in it in terms
- 33:15Speaker 1: of Medicare and and school you know, subsidies and stuff
- 33:19Speaker 1: like that, educated and Obamacare, to connect all of that
- 33:22Speaker 1: with it is hurtful for poor people in the ordinary man.
- 33:27Speaker 1: There we can do about it. That part I don't
- 33:30Speaker 1: agree with. You know, Look, in order to make the
- 33:34Speaker 1: tax cut be okay, they're taking from programs that people
- 33:39Speaker 1: need to offset the money. Now do they have a
- 33:45Speaker 1: valid point in that if you make corporate taxes easier
- 33:50Speaker 1: on corporations with less of them leave the United States?
- 33:54Speaker 1: I believe so. If you also put heavy taxes on
- 33:59Speaker 1: companies who have left the United States to bring their
- 34:02Speaker 1: goods back into the States to sell, would that cut
- 34:06Speaker 1: that down? Yes, it would. So in order for these
- 34:10Speaker 1: corporate corporations to stay here, they gotta get some type
- 34:15Speaker 1: of tax and centives. That's why people go to certain States,
- 34:19Speaker 1: and that's why rich people moved to Florida, get residents
- 34:22Speaker 1: in Florida or Las Vegas. But don't sell it ism
- 34:25Speaker 1: middle class Christmas, No, no, listen to me. The lie
- 34:32Speaker 1: is no. They're telling the truth. But what they're not
- 34:36Speaker 1: giving you is the definition of middle class. They've yes,
- 34:42Speaker 1: that's true. We got to take it on over to
- 34:43Speaker 1: miss Anne anyway, Steve, please introduce Lady Jennery here who
- 34:46Speaker 1: might be able to give us a little bit more
- 34:48Speaker 1: insight with real facts, not just opinion, as do I,
- 34:52Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen. Miss Anne Tripp, Thank you, Steve. Good
- 34:55Speaker 1: morning everybody. This is a trip with the news. While
- 34:58Speaker 1: President Trump continues to tweet about his former National security
- 35:01Speaker 1: advisor Michael Flynn, who has now pled guilty line to
- 35:04Speaker 1: the FBI about his contacts with the Russians, and now
- 35:07Speaker 1: Trump is insisting that despite what former FBI Director James
- 35:10Speaker 1: Comey said, that he never asked Comey to drop his
- 35:14Speaker 1: agency's investigation of Flynn. Comey still differs with that and
- 35:17Speaker 1: says that the president did. Trump also is claiming now
- 35:19Speaker 1: that it was not his voice on that Access Hollywood
- 35:22Speaker 1: tape talking about grabbing women's privates However, the man who
- 35:26Speaker 1: lost his job behind that tape, Billy Bush, says there
- 35:29Speaker 1: was no dubbing. It was Trump. Meanwhile, the Capitol Hill,
- 35:32Speaker 1: House and Senate leaders now set the conference on a
- 35:34Speaker 1: compromise tax over held bill to overhaul bill to eventually
- 35:37Speaker 1: sent to the President for his signature. House and Senate
- 35:40Speaker 1: bills are similar, but then down exactly the same, and
- 35:42Speaker 1: they have to be exactly the same. The Senate passed
- 35:45Speaker 1: its tax version as that you heard just a few
- 35:47Speaker 1: minutes earlier. Early Saturday, sent GOP leader Mitch McConnell says
- 35:51Speaker 1: on ABC's This Week with George Stephanopolis that he's feeling private,
- 35:54Speaker 1: rather upbeat about the whole thing. We'll be able to
- 35:56Speaker 1: get in the conference. I'm very optimistic about and we
- 36:00Speaker 1: think those will make a big difference and getting our
- 36:02Speaker 1: economy moving again and providing jobs and opportunity for the
- 36:06Speaker 1: American people. Of course, critics differ. They say that giving
- 36:09Speaker 1: the tax breaks to corporations doesn't necessarily mean they're going
- 36:12Speaker 1: to invest it in the American people, because they haven't
- 36:15Speaker 1: in the past. The boat went along party lines. Democrats
- 36:17Speaker 1: complained that Republicans in the eleventh hour of debate pushed
- 36:20Speaker 1: hundreds of pages of legislation through the next thing up.
- 36:24Speaker 1: House and Senate leaders preparing to focus on government spending.
- 36:27Speaker 1: A top of GOP. Legislative leaders say they're working on
- 36:29Speaker 1: a plan to avert a government shutdown when a temporary
- 36:32Speaker 1: spending bill expires at midnight this Friday, so they gotta
- 36:35Speaker 1: get that going. Secretary State Rex Tillson is on his
- 36:38Speaker 1: way to Europe today after a week in which his
- 36:40Speaker 1: job was rumored to be on the line. Tilson schedule
- 36:42Speaker 1: for stops in Belgium, Austria, and France for a five
- 36:46Speaker 1: day trip where used to meet with NATO allies and
- 36:48Speaker 1: spend a lot of time talking about security issues. President
- 36:51Speaker 1: Trump but Tilson have been appeared out to be out
- 36:53Speaker 1: of sync a lot of times, with the report that
- 36:55Speaker 1: said Tilson referred to Trump as a moron, the rum
- 36:58Speaker 1: when Mill had a that Trump was ready to replace
- 37:00Speaker 1: him with CIA director Mike Pompeo, but hasn't happened yet anyway,
- 37:04Speaker 1: And tops to the weekend box office the animated film Coco.
- 37:07Speaker 1: I know I'm not supposed to love music, but my
- 37:10Speaker 1: great grandma Goco's father was the greatest musician of all
- 37:13Speaker 1: time it missed Vila Cruz. One day he left with
- 37:18Speaker 1: his guitar and never returned. My family thinks music because
- 37:22Speaker 1: occurs great great grandfather. None of them understand me. Oh anyway,
- 37:28Speaker 1: he goes to the land of the dead looking for
- 37:30Speaker 1: his great great grandfather. Coco brought in twenty six million
- 37:32Speaker 1: dollars Eugene in the Butterfly twenty minutes after the hour.
- 37:35Speaker 1: Stay tuned to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. You're listening
- 37:38Speaker 1: to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Steve please introduced Jay
- 37:42Speaker 1: Anthony Brown. J Anthony Brown, will you please introduce the said,

- 38:47Speaker 1: get it be a video. How do you all feel
- 38:50Speaker 1: about my selection? Jingle bells? Well, just jingle bells and

- 39:01Speaker 1: not time me but me, you, Carla Junior, Daisy Brown,
- 39:06Speaker 1: and Steve Harvey. So I like it, I'll do it.
- 39:10Speaker 1: I like, why do you not want to be a
- 39:13Speaker 1: part of it? I thought we were friends? So you
- 39:16Speaker 1: you always murder in that here? Why you can't sing
- 39:19Speaker 1: with me? I don't like Christmas soungs, don't like happy
- 39:21Speaker 1: Christmas sungs. My christung is sad. Love Christmas. If you're gone,
- 39:30Speaker 1: do please be gone by Christmas? Please me going Christmas?
- 39:39Speaker 1: That Christmas something New Year's Day, didn't go fill go
- 39:44Speaker 1: to hell, Chris. That's stuff like that that's that's not
- 39:48Speaker 1: what I want to do. Now. Now I'm just not
- 39:51Speaker 1: caroling video all my sunk go to hell, go to hell? Man,
- 40:02Speaker 1: what is wrong with him? And I'm not I'm not

- 40:10Speaker 1: I'm asking you out to carol with me. I surely
- 40:12Speaker 1: said she would carol with me. Ja said he ain't
- 40:17Speaker 1: gonna do it Christmas. So you're not doing it because
- 40:19Speaker 1: Anthony Brown wants it. I've never caroled in my life
- 40:23Speaker 1: and I'm not fit to start at sixty. It's just
- 40:25Speaker 1: one side. You're just saying several songs and I'm not
- 40:29Speaker 1: gonna do it the video. I'm not gonna do it.
- 40:32Speaker 1: Do it by yourself. I can't be on video, which
- 40:35Speaker 1: I want my friends asking me questions. Yeah, so now
- 40:39Speaker 1: when y'all started singing together, all right, we will thank
- 40:49Speaker 1: you Butterfly? All right. J Anthony Brown's here. As you've heard,
- 40:54Speaker 1: he's coming up to murder another hit at thirty with
- 40:58Speaker 1: thirty four after the hour you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. Steve,
- 41:04Speaker 1: He's here, Please introduced Jay so he can murder another hit.

- 53:58Speaker 1: party was? I don't think at that that long? Oh
- 54:01Speaker 1: it wasn't you. I'm not I'm not the star of
- 54:03Speaker 1: the party? Show right? Party? All right? Coming up at
- 54:14Speaker 1: the top of the hour, the White House has a
- 54:19Speaker 1: pest problem. Do you guys hear about this? Plus we'll
- 54:22Speaker 1: have today's Strawberry Letter all coming up right after this.
- 54:25Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Alright, the
- 54:29Speaker 1: Strawberry Letter is up next. It is unbelievable. Of course
- 54:32Speaker 1: you don't want to miss it. But first, have you
- 54:34Speaker 1: guys heard about this? Steve? A list of White House
- 54:37Speaker 1: work orders obtained by NBC Washington reveals that six hundred
- 54:42Speaker 1: Pennsylvania Avenue is over run with vermin. That includes mice
- 54:48Speaker 1: in the situation room and a mess hall ants in
- 54:51Speaker 1: the White House Chief of Staff John Kelly's office, and
- 54:55Speaker 1: at least four reported cockroach infesta infestations on the premises
- 55:03Speaker 1: and and uh ants that's just in the Senate. But
- 55:11Speaker 1: there's nothing new though, they're nothing new, So yeah, it's
- 55:15Speaker 1: so they say. Rodents and insects have plagued the White
- 55:18Speaker 1: House for decades, not just the White House. D C
- 55:21Speaker 1: is different over Wow, this is according to the Huffington's post. Uh.
- 55:30Speaker 1: They noted that former president way back in the day. Uh.
- 55:33Speaker 1: Former President Jimmy Carter complained about a mouse problem back
- 55:37Speaker 1: in the seventies when he wrote wrote in his diary,
- 55:41Speaker 1: this is crazy, especially when you got digit Terry's coming
- 55:44Speaker 1: up with state nothing. Don't worry Abo, nothing changes the
- 55:51Speaker 1: conversation like a red going across the floor. Did you
- 55:57Speaker 1: act like you don't not doing do big week for me?
- 56:12Speaker 1: But wait a minute, did did I hear I? Did
- 56:14Speaker 1: I hear that Trump tried to blame the son President Obonnadent.
- 56:20Speaker 1: Trump tried to you know, he's the one eating dropping
- 56:25Speaker 1: crumbs on the floor ice cream ants. Just I do
- 56:31Speaker 1: know you blame that. Bringa McDonald's. McDonald's is good, all right,
- 56:41Speaker 1: it's that time. Y'all buckle up and hold on tight.
- 56:44Speaker 1: We got it you here. It is a strawberry letter.
- 56:46Speaker 1: Here we go. Subject Yes, years and years of cheating Steve,
- 56:54Speaker 1: Shirley and Tommy. I'm a wife of fourteen years. I've
- 56:58Speaker 1: been with my husband for eighteen years. We were together
- 57:00Speaker 1: as young teenagers. He doesn't know that I've been seeing
- 57:04Speaker 1: someone else since before we got married. I love this
- 57:08Speaker 1: other man simply for the man that he is when
- 57:11Speaker 1: we're together. His focus is on me. He is he
- 57:16Speaker 1: has unlimited he has limitless sex drive is what she
- 57:21Speaker 1: meant to say, and pleases me every time. About a
- 57:24Speaker 1: year ago, I began a sexual relationship with another man
- 57:27Speaker 1: who I care very much for. I love his company,
- 57:30Speaker 1: I love the sex, and I feel safe when we
- 57:33Speaker 1: are together. My husband and I spend our time arguing, screaming, yelling,
- 57:39Speaker 1: and slinging insults. I know everyone will say that it's
- 57:42Speaker 1: because of my cheating, but my husband has no idea,
- 57:46Speaker 1: never busted me. It's more about his shortcomings. He hardly works.
- 57:51Speaker 1: I pay mostly everything, and I don't respect him for that.
- 57:54Speaker 1: I love him, but I don't like who he has become.
- 57:57Speaker 1: Sometimes I pray that he comes home after I am
- 58:01Speaker 1: asleep so I don't have to hear his voice. He
- 58:03Speaker 1: failed me. I believed in him, but in all these
- 58:07Speaker 1: years he has failed to deliver. His only true passion
- 58:10Speaker 1: is smoking weed. Am I wrong for running to the
- 58:13Speaker 1: arms of two very successful men? Well? Morally, yeah, I know,
- 58:19Speaker 1: take that all in right. Morally, yes, of course you're wrong.
- 58:22Speaker 1: I mean, you know as well as I do that
- 58:24Speaker 1: this is adultery and that cheating is wrong. You know that,
- 58:27Speaker 1: But I mean, why did you write the letters? The question?
- 58:30Speaker 1: Is this like a true confession sort of thing that
- 58:32Speaker 1: you just wanted to get this off your chest? What
- 58:35Speaker 1: is really going on with you? And I'm quite frankly,
- 58:38Speaker 1: I'm not surprised that, um, your husband never caught you,
- 58:41Speaker 1: because usually women are just way smarter than men at cheating.
- 58:44Speaker 1: But but having said that, you are miserable in your
- 58:47Speaker 1: marriage and something else is going on. You're cheating with
- 58:50Speaker 1: not one, but two different men. I don't get that.
- 58:55Speaker 1: Why just haven't you filed for divorce? You're some sort
- 58:58Speaker 1: of serial cheater? I inc um, I think you're sort
- 59:03Speaker 1: of some sort of really uh, you know, I think
- 59:06Speaker 1: you enjoy the thrill of cheating, you know, of possibly
- 59:09Speaker 1: getting caught maybe or something. You need that excitement in
- 59:12Speaker 1: your life, because, honestly, I don't think you ever gave
- 59:14Speaker 1: your marriage a fighting chance because you admit that you
- 59:17Speaker 1: were cheating with this man before you even married him.
- 59:21Speaker 1: Now you're cheating not only on your husband, but you're
- 59:23Speaker 1: cheating on the man you started cheating with. So you're
- 59:25Speaker 1: just a serial cheater to me, Steve um years and
- 59:30Speaker 1: years of cheating. Let's start at the bottom of the letter.
- 59:35Speaker 1: Am I wrong for running to the arms of two
- 59:38Speaker 1: very successful men? Uh? You're asking us this? Am I wrong?
- 59:45Speaker 1: You already know the thing is? You don't care though. Okay, then,
- 59:50Speaker 1: now let's go back up to the top. Shirley, Steve,
- 59:55Speaker 1: and Tommy. You're the first person to ever put Tommy
- 59:58Speaker 1: in the Strawberry Letter, and I'm or why because he's
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: been talking a lot during the Strawberry Letters, and we
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: offer you are humblest apology of that. Now let's get
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: to the letter. You've been with your You've been a
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: wife of fourteen years, you've been with your husband for eighteen.
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: You got together as teenagers. He doesn't know that I've
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: been seeing someone else since before we got married. Okay,
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: right there, right there, you would never ever committed to
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: this man or to the marriage. Now you got the
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: nerves in your letter. After you state your case as
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: to why you with these two men, you say in
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: the nerve of you to say he failed me. I
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: believed in him, but in all these years he has
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: failed to deliver. He has failed you. Right, You've never
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: really been in a man's wife. You've never been true
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: to him, you've never been committed to him. And then
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: you got the audacity to turn around and say that
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: this man has failed you, failed you. You're getting out
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: of him what you deserve, which is nothing. You ain't
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: putting nothing in you. You've been getting a lot put
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: in you, but you ain't nothing. Oh you are true,
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: you man. Because he's smoking weed. You ain't here. Oh
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: my god, watching cartoons in seilers. You ain't here. We'll
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: be back with more of a Steve's response coming up
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: at twenty three after the hour. By his I mean
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: him him right there, I means coming back. You're listening
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, come on, let's get
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: to part two of your response Steve to today's Strawberry letter.
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: He just sucked to Steve. You know, uh, this woman
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: right here, Sureley says she's just a chronic cheater, and
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: that's what she is. I don't care. See, she's been
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: seeing this man since before they got married. She says,
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: I love this man simply for the man that he is.
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: When we're together, his focus is on me. He has
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: unlimitless sex drive and pleases me every time. Okay. Then
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: the question was, well, why didn't she marry him? Then
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: guess what if she didn't married him, she would still
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: be seeing someone else. Let's explain something to you. If
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: you have a husband and you're cheating on him with
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: someone since you were married, and your description of this
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: other man is that when we're together, his focus is
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: on me. He has unlimitless sex drive and pleases me
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: every time. Okay, that you would think was the ultimate.
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: Right after that, she goes, about a year, I began
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: a sexual relationship with another man for what you just say.
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: He was a man who is unlimitless and pleases you
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: every time you turn around and go get another man.
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: You're not just a Cheatah, you're freaking away? You just
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: what's wrong with you? Why don't you sit your hot
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: trash tail down from somewhere. Just thirsty, Steve bad. It's
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: nothing worse than an old thirsty chick. You're just thirsty.
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: You see, you got to drink her just sits your
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: tail down. So well? Do you have children? She didn't
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: say that, but does she? She probably does after fourteen
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: years of marriage. Now there's other man who I care
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: for very much, love his company. She would love the
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: sex and I feel safe when he together. Oh he
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: just great, big old man dingo, big old slave lovel
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: If she did have children, who would the daddy be?

- 1:27:04Speaker 1: you went right back and then woke up, and you
- 1:27:06Speaker 1: were fun first I've ever seen it. I had an
- 1:27:11Speaker 1: anesthegias one time. I was having a surge be done,
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: a procedure done, and they'd be so happy though they're
- 1:27:17Speaker 1: the happiest people in the room. He came in blasted,
- 1:27:21Speaker 1: I know you won't to leave me, but you'll go
- 1:27:27Speaker 1: if I have to. Man, it was so funny, and
- 1:27:29Speaker 1: they know I was gone. You got and they talked
- 1:27:33Speaker 1: to you like where would you like to go on
- 1:27:34Speaker 1: vacation and stuff like that. You never Yeah, you drift
- 1:27:39Speaker 1: off and you wake up and it's all over. Yeah,
- 1:27:43Speaker 1: it is it's a very RESTful sleep, it is. Yeah,
- 1:27:47Speaker 1: all right, Well, coming up next, the Senate passed the
- 1:27:49Speaker 1: House bill. We'll tell you about it right after this.
- 1:27:52Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steven Show. All right. Well, I'm
- 1:27:57Speaker 1: sure you guys have heard by now. The US Senate
- 1:27:59Speaker 1: vote it just before to a m. Eastern time on Saturday.
- 1:28:03Speaker 1: I'm talking late in the midnight hour. Okay. They voted
- 1:28:07Speaker 1: to pass the sweeping tax overhaul worth roughly one point
- 1:28:11Speaker 1: four not million, not billion, trillion with the t AA
- 1:28:16Speaker 1: trillion one point for trillion dollars, putting the Trump White
- 1:28:19Speaker 1: House a big step closer to its first major legislative victory,
- 1:28:24Speaker 1: and it will be the first one for this year
- 1:28:26Speaker 1: in his first year of the presidency. House Minority Leader
- 1:28:29Speaker 1: Nancy Pelosi, Democrat from California, of course, also responded, calling
- 1:28:33Speaker 1: the legislation a betrayal of the American middle class. The
- 1:28:38Speaker 1: bill is not yet finalized. Saturday's vote means the Senate
- 1:28:41Speaker 1: and the House have passed similar tax reform plans now,
- 1:28:44Speaker 1: but negotiators from both sides will meet today to agree
- 1:28:47Speaker 1: on a single piece of legislation before it is sent
- 1:28:50Speaker 1: to the president. Also, uh, if you guys, recall, on
- 1:28:54Speaker 1: this past Friday, as a part of Robert Mueller's investigation
- 1:28:58Speaker 1: into connections between Russia and President Trump, former National security
- 1:29:02Speaker 1: advisor Michael Flynn was officially charged with a single count
- 1:29:06Speaker 1: of lying to the FBI. Yeah. Flynn pleaded guilty and
- 1:29:12Speaker 1: has confirmed that he is now cooperating with Mueller. There. Well,
- 1:29:20Speaker 1: he's probably so he's probably copying a plea to not
- 1:29:24Speaker 1: do to yeah, exactly, to serve up a certain amount
- 1:29:28Speaker 1: of information. So, but we don't really know. Look y'all,
- 1:29:31Speaker 1: this is just my opinion. So don't you don't have
- 1:29:33Speaker 1: to think this way? This stuff right here when it
- 1:29:36Speaker 1: comes to this government, we don't have any say. So
- 1:29:39Speaker 1: we are just people watching foreign policy and this stuff
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: with this investigation. We're just watching it go down because
- 1:29:48Speaker 1: we don't even know what's really going on. And if
- 1:29:50Speaker 1: we don't like it when it comes time for voting,
- 1:29:53Speaker 1: if you don't like what's going on, that's going yeah,
- 1:29:58Speaker 1: exactly right, you know, because it's it's like this tax player.
- 1:30:01Speaker 1: I don't even know what to think about it because
- 1:30:04Speaker 1: I know that we're being lied to on a few
- 1:30:07Speaker 1: levels here, and it's the way they did it. They
- 1:30:10Speaker 1: save everything undercover. There's one thing, to cut taxes for
- 1:30:14Speaker 1: the rich. And I can understand that if you're rich,
- 1:30:16Speaker 1: you want to pay less taxes. Who wants to pay
- 1:30:18Speaker 1: more taxes? But the cuts that they put in in
- 1:30:21Speaker 1: terms of Medicare and and school you know, subsidies and
- 1:30:24Speaker 1: stuff like that, educated and Obamacare, to connect all of
- 1:30:28Speaker 1: that with it is hurtful for poor people in the
- 1:30:32Speaker 1: ordinary man. There's nothing we can do about it. That
- 1:30:35Speaker 1: part I don't agree with. You know, Look, in order
- 1:30:39Speaker 1: to make the tax cut be okay, they're taking from
- 1:30:43Speaker 1: programs that people need to offset the money. Now do
- 1:30:50Speaker 1: they have a valid point in that if you make
- 1:30:53Speaker 1: corporate taxes easier on corporations with less of them leave
- 1:30:57Speaker 1: the United States? I believe so. If you also put
- 1:31:02Speaker 1: heavy taxes on companies who have left the United States
- 1:31:06Speaker 1: to bring their goods back into the States to sell,
- 1:31:09Speaker 1: would that cut that down? Yes, it would. So in
- 1:31:14Speaker 1: order for these corporations to stay here, they gotta get
- 1:31:18Speaker 1: some type of tax and centives. That's why people go
- 1:31:21Speaker 1: to certain states, and that's why rich people moved to Florida,
- 1:31:25Speaker 1: get residents in Florida or Las Vegas. But don't sell
- 1:31:28Speaker 1: it asm middle class Christmas. Listen to me. They're telling
- 1:31:34Speaker 1: the truth. But what they're not giving you is the
- 1:31:38Speaker 1: definition of middle class. Coming up at forty nine after
- 1:31:44Speaker 1: the hour, our last break of the day with just
- 1:31:46Speaker 1: one more thing you're listening to st all right, this
- 1:31:52Speaker 1: is our last break of the day, guys, just one
- 1:31:54Speaker 1: more thing. Our first Lady. We don't see her that much,
- 1:31:58Speaker 1: we don't hear about her that much, but she is there,
- 1:32:00Speaker 1: and she is she is our first Lady. Yes, that's
- 1:32:04Speaker 1: why I standing my words. Milani and Trump was at
- 1:32:17Speaker 1: the helm of the ninety annual National Christmas tree Lighting ceremony,
- 1:32:21Speaker 1: flipping the switch after the President led the crowd in
- 1:32:24Speaker 1: a countdown from ten. The Colorado Bruce Bruce lit up
- 1:32:28Speaker 1: behind President and First Lady, covered almost entirely by thousands
- 1:32:32Speaker 1: of lights. Uh so, Steve, this is perfect. Uh do
- 1:32:37Speaker 1: you want to give us an update now, because you
- 1:32:38Speaker 1: know you've been doing that daily? An update on your
- 1:32:41Speaker 1: tree lighting with Earl the Georgia Guy Christmas tree delivery
- 1:32:45Speaker 1: guy dog. We gotta see it, man, I mean it's
- 1:32:50Speaker 1: it's now. So what happened? Well, you know, get get
- 1:32:56Speaker 1: in Earl out of Georgia boys, bought the tree and
- 1:33:04Speaker 1: set it up and they flocked it, you know, put
- 1:33:07Speaker 1: the snow on it, and they put the lights they
- 1:33:11Speaker 1: put but you know they know the other dudes had
- 1:33:14Speaker 1: to put the lights on after they flocked it. But
- 1:33:16Speaker 1: then the Georgia wanted to bring it in by theirself,
- 1:33:19Speaker 1: but the l A crew wanted to help. That's where
- 1:33:21Speaker 1: the conflicts started. Now I got up. So the last
- 1:33:25Speaker 1: conversation was we're gonna bring it in. We don't need
- 1:33:30Speaker 1: no help. We just really don't Mr Harvy. We don't
- 1:33:33Speaker 1: like these fellas getting in the way, you know what
- 1:33:37Speaker 1: we're doing. And then the l A boys, well, you
- 1:33:40Speaker 1: know what, we wanted not to, you know, damage the
- 1:33:43Speaker 1: walls and the doors, and we want to protect the
- 1:33:45Speaker 1: flooring and everything and possibly hitting the chandeliers because the
- 1:33:50Speaker 1: tree is so large, so we want to be here
- 1:33:52Speaker 1: to protect that side of it. We don't need that.
- 1:33:56Speaker 1: We can see walls, we know where the floors is at,
- 1:34:00Speaker 1: we see the shadowier. We just got to get in
- 1:34:02Speaker 1: here and get it up. We don't need all that,
- 1:34:05Speaker 1: just black white. So that was a little bit. So
- 1:34:12Speaker 1: finally they got the tree stood up and about two
- 1:34:16Speaker 1: ft too tall, so we had to cut the top
- 1:34:20Speaker 1: off a little bit. You okay, so you went for
- 1:34:23Speaker 1: the top. Yeah, so we had to cut the top
- 1:34:25Speaker 1: off a little bit. And no, that was a that
- 1:34:28Speaker 1: was a dilemma, you know. So anyway, what what what
- 1:34:33Speaker 1: what we end up doing was we got the tree
- 1:34:35Speaker 1: in and this hot this hot ended well, Nurse Harvey
- 1:34:38Speaker 1: got it. It's all up perfectly place. You know. We
- 1:34:44Speaker 1: you know, we done our think thank you want to
- 1:34:46Speaker 1: have it. So then the l A crew said, well,
- 1:34:49Speaker 1: now that you've done that, uh, you're dismissed and we're
- 1:34:52Speaker 1: gonna put the lights on the tree. Who the hell
- 1:34:59Speaker 1: is you? Are? You just missing folks out of house
- 1:35:04Speaker 1: that ain't chosen? That's cool that I'm I'm stuck on
- 1:35:09Speaker 1: the alphabet of W right now. Who and what are
- 1:35:16Speaker 1: you talking to me for? Because I'm put this trip
- 1:35:19Speaker 1: up and Mr Harvey is the only one, or Miss Harvey,
- 1:35:24Speaker 1: queen the hell is the only one? Get us up
- 1:35:26Speaker 1: out of here. You can't just get nobody. Why is
- 1:35:29Speaker 1: you talking to me a little lightweight about what you want?
- 1:35:33Speaker 1: Excuse me, it's not gonna be any more discussions about lightweight. Now.
- 1:35:39Speaker 1: The decorating portion of it belongs to well that's fine.
- 1:35:42Speaker 1: We don't do that. We we treat people. I ain't
- 1:35:46Speaker 1: gonna tell you that no more. We don't think that.
- 1:35:50Speaker 1: Damn about you. Who's gonna do the Decoray, we only
- 1:35:52Speaker 1: got one with balls and ornaments and tell, so we
- 1:35:56Speaker 1: don't do that. We look, we're looking at us. We try.
- 1:36:00Speaker 1: People were braying, we haven't work we made. We gotta
- 1:36:05Speaker 1: know that. We ain't got a hook in the truck.
- 1:36:08Speaker 1: We ain't got one damn ball hook in the truck.
- 1:36:11Speaker 1: And he said, these aren't just any size ornaments. He's
- 1:36:15Speaker 1: a very very large, expensive ornaments like hillbili. So he said,
- 1:36:22Speaker 1: what's your talking about? And then the dude reached out
- 1:36:23Speaker 1: and pull out about four the balls and they were huge.
- 1:36:26Speaker 1: He would, God, that's that's amazing right there, y'all shore,
- 1:36:34Speaker 1: y'all don't need no help lifting the big heavy balls
- 1:36:37Speaker 1: because y'all don't look like y'all. Y'all, y'all look like
- 1:36:41Speaker 1: y'all do big ball work. Don't seem like you do
- 1:36:48Speaker 1: big ball work. And so it got a little ugly
- 1:36:53Speaker 1: right there. And the tree is up in this finish,
- 1:36:56Speaker 1: just done. It's the most beautiful tree we've ever had.
- 1:37:00Speaker 1: Oh really, and I got to get it l a
- 1:37:03Speaker 1: boys credit. They came and did it. And the last
- 1:37:08Speaker 1: year it was the best tree we ever had. This
- 1:37:11Speaker 1: year tops that tree. Oh wow, what about the presence underneath? Man?
- 1:37:16Speaker 1: Once you get the billion dollars? What you're saying, it
- 1:37:22Speaker 1: ain't no underneath, It ain't no underneath, well probably for time,
- 1:37:27Speaker 1: but other than that, it ain't skirted with a nice
- 1:37:32Speaker 1: you know, swede of velvet skirt. And you can't see it.
- 1:37:38Speaker 1: You can't see the basis. That's what you mean when
- 1:37:40Speaker 1: you said there there is no underneath or whatever. You
- 1:37:43Speaker 1: ain't no underneath you made just so you couldn't put
- 1:37:47Speaker 1: president for us. Wow, you getting nothing nowhere? Why would
- 1:37:55Speaker 1: you give somebody a gift that don't like Christian I
- 1:37:59Speaker 1: sound like that doesn't make any sense. But he likes gifts.
- 1:38:05Speaker 1: Though he said he didn't like Christmas, he didn't hated
- 1:38:09Speaker 1: like gifts. All right, Steve, take us on home with
- 1:38:18Speaker 1: your beautiful tree with no room for gifts underneath? Ah
- 1:38:24Speaker 1: yeah for all Steve Harvey contests no purchase necessary void
