- 0:01Speaker 1: Hunter Biden has just been charged with a gun felony
- 0:06Speaker 1: and tax misdemeanors. Hunter Biden, the fifty three year old
- 0:11Speaker 1: son a President Biden, has been charged today with illegally
- 0:16Speaker 1: possessing a handgun in twenty eighteen and failure to timely
- 0:22Speaker 1: file and pay taxes in seventeen and eighteen. According to
- 0:26Speaker 1: a court filing with a US attorney in Delaware, Hunter
- 0:30Speaker 1: has agreed to plead guilty to the two tax misdemeanors.
- 0:37Speaker 1: He will also enter a probation agreement on the gun
- 0:40Speaker 1: charge that, if violated, would mean prosecution for illegally possessing
- 0:45Speaker 1: the firearm while being a drug user. To be clear,
- 0:50Speaker 1: this is a massive win, a massive win for the
- 0:55Speaker 1: Bye crime family. The reason why is Hunter Biden being
- 0:59Speaker 1: charged the gun felony and now that's going to just
- 1:02Speaker 1: be washed away, and the tax misdemeanors does not open
- 1:06Speaker 1: up the Biden crime family to any type of real investigation.
- 1:12Speaker 1: The Washington Post now reporting their headline, hunter Biden reaches
- 1:16Speaker 1: deal to plead guilty to tax and gun case. The
- 1:19Speaker 1: President's son would get about two years probation and enter
- 1:23Speaker 1: a diversion program, meaning no jail time for Hunter Biden,
- 1:29Speaker 1: President Joe Biden's son, reaching this tone of agreement with
- 1:32Speaker 1: federal prosecutors to plead guilty to two minor tax crimes
- 1:37Speaker 1: and ad meant to face and admit to the facts
- 1:41Speaker 1: of a gun charge under the terms that would likely
- 1:44Speaker 1: keep him out of jail. According to the court papers
- 1:48Speaker 1: filed today, any proposed plea deal would have to be
- 1:53Speaker 1: approved by a federal judge, and it is not immediately
- 1:56Speaker 1: clear what day Hunter Biden might appear in court to
- 1:59Speaker 1: end his guilty plead. What this means is that the system,
- 2:05Speaker 1: I'll say it again, is rigged. The system is clearly rigged,
- 2:10Speaker 1: and they have protected the President of the United States
- 2:12Speaker 1: of America.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Hunter Biden.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Pleading guilty these tax related misdemeanor crimes as part of
- 2:18Speaker 1: this agreement is basically a hug from the federal government
- 2:21Speaker 1: saying you can do whatever you want if your last
- 2:24Speaker 1: name is Biden.
- 2:25Speaker 2: We will protect the Biden White House.
- 2:27Speaker 1: And these charges will then be used by the media say, see,
- 2:31Speaker 1: there was nothing there with the Biden family. There was
- 2:33Speaker 1: nothing there with Russia with corruption, There was nothing there
- 2:38Speaker 1: with millions of dollars coming in from the Chinese or
- 2:41Speaker 1: Romania or Ukraine or Barisma. The Trump appointed US Attorney
- 2:47Speaker 1: for Delaware reaching this plea agreement with Hunter Biden in
- 2:50Speaker 1: which he is expected to plead guilty to two federal
- 2:53Speaker 1: misdemeanor counts of failing to pay his taxes. Biden also
- 2:58Speaker 1: faces a separate gun possession charge that will likely be
- 3:01Speaker 1: dismissed if he meets the conditions, according to court document.
- 3:05Speaker 1: Two sources familiar with the agreement told NBC News that
- 3:08Speaker 1: it includes a provision in which the US Attorney has
- 3:11Speaker 1: agreed to recommend probation for Biden for his tax violations,
- 3:16Speaker 1: so probation no jail time. Legal experts also said the
- 3:20Speaker 1: tax and gun charges will most likely not result in
- 3:23Speaker 1: any jail time for Joe Biden's son. The decision by
- 3:27Speaker 1: the US Attorney, David Weiss, who was nominated by Trump
- 3:30Speaker 1: and eighteen indicates an end to this sweeping five year
- 3:34Speaker 1: investigation by federal prosecutors.
- 3:36Speaker 2: That's all they did. This is it.
- 3:39Speaker 1: FBI agents and IRS officials and the Hunter Biden misconduct.
- 3:43Speaker 1: The Biden administration has kept Weis in place in order
- 3:46Speaker 1: to avoid having a US attorney appointed by the president
- 3:48Speaker 1: oversee his son's criminal case. Chris Clark, an attorney for
- 3:52Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, told NBC News in a statement, quote, with
- 3:55Speaker 1: the announcement of two agreements between my client, Hunter Biden,
- 3:59Speaker 1: and the Attorney's Office for the District of Delaware, it
- 4:02Speaker 1: is my understanding that the five year investigation into Hunter
- 4:05Speaker 1: Biden is into Hunter is resolved.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Quote unquote.
- 4:09Speaker 1: Hunter will take responsibility for two instances of and this
- 4:15Speaker 1: is a word they clearly negotiated for, misdemeanor failure to
- 4:20Speaker 1: file tax payments when due pursue it to a plea agreement.
- 4:24Speaker 1: A firearm charge, which will be subject to a pre
- 4:27Speaker 1: trial diversion agreement and will not be the subject of
- 4:33Speaker 1: the plea agreement, will also be filed by the government.
- 4:38Speaker 1: I know Hunter believes it is important to take responsibility
- 4:42Speaker 1: for these mistakes he made during a period of turmoil.
- 4:45Speaker 1: This is exactly what I told you they were going
- 4:46Speaker 1: to say. An addiction in his life. He looks forward
- 4:50Speaker 1: to continuing his recovery and moving forward. Remember, poor drug
- 4:56Speaker 1: addict made mistakes. You should feel compassionate for him. You
- 5:00Speaker 1: didn't commit any major crime tier, just misdemeanors. That's how
- 5:04Speaker 1: I told you. The government wanted to play this out.
- 5:07Speaker 1: The resolution suggests that prosecutors did not find cause to
- 5:11Speaker 1: file charges related to Hunter Biden's dealings with foreign entities
- 5:15Speaker 1: or other wrongdoing. If you want to know how rig
- 5:17Speaker 1: the system is against us, this is proof of it, folks.
- 5:22Speaker 1: This is proof that our government right now is compromised
- 5:27Speaker 1: at levels we never could have imagined that there is
- 5:31Speaker 1: a two tier justice system.
- 5:32Speaker 2: If you're a.
- 5:33Speaker 1: Republican, will put you in jail, We will come after you,
- 5:36Speaker 1: We'll destroy your life. If you're a Democrat and do
- 5:38Speaker 1: whatever the blank you want. You can take bribes from
- 5:40Speaker 1: foreign countries. You can do whatever the hell you want
- 5:43Speaker 1: to do. Not a problem. The resolution suggests that prosecutors
- 5:47Speaker 1: do not find cause the file charges related to Hunter
- 5:50Speaker 1: Biden's dealing with foreign enpties or other wrongdoings.
- 5:52Speaker 2: It says.
- 5:55Speaker 1: This also will undermine Republican led congressional inquiries that have
- 6:00Speaker 1: alleged that the Biden's engaged in years of criminal conduct
- 6:04Speaker 1: with individuals tied to the Chinese government and with companies
- 6:07Speaker 1: in Ukraine and other countries. Last year, Biden paid the
- 6:12Speaker 1: outsetting taxes that he owed for twenty seventeen and eighteen,
- 6:15Speaker 1: the years named in the charges. He borrowed that million
- 6:18Speaker 1: dollars from some friend, some sugar daddy in California. The
- 6:22Speaker 1: felony gun possession charge will be resolved in what is
- 6:26Speaker 1: known as pre trial diversion agreement, where charges are dropped
- 6:30Speaker 1: if certain conditions are met by the defendant, such as
- 6:33Speaker 1: not committing a crime in a given time period. The
- 6:36Speaker 1: specific conditions in Biden's gun case were not disclosed in
- 6:40Speaker 1: the court documents. A judge will schedule a date for
- 6:43Speaker 1: an arrangement within the next several weeks. Hunter Biden has
- 6:47Speaker 1: expected surrender to Delaware authorities and will be processed by
- 6:51Speaker 1: US marshals there. So to be clear, Hunter Biden got
- 6:55Speaker 1: the best deal you could get in this scenario. It's
- 6:57Speaker 1: amazing and it it doesn't open up any I want
- 7:02Speaker 1: to be clear, it doesn't open up any connections to
- 7:06Speaker 1: Joe Biden and or the Biden crime family.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Want to make sure you understand this.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Wow, this is sickening in a sad day for American democracy.
- 7:18Speaker 2: Let me say that again.
- 7:19Speaker 1: This is sickening and a sad day for America democracy.
- 7:25Speaker 1: American rule of law should matter. Clearly, it doesn't anymore.
- 7:31Speaker 1: I want to also say, I am I'm actually angry.
- 7:34Speaker 1: I do with politics every day. You guys obviously know that.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Rarely am I like physically angry. This plea deal makes
- 7:43Speaker 1: me angry. This joke of two tax counts and the
- 7:49Speaker 1: drop felony gun charge and no jail time, and now
- 7:54Speaker 1: a White House that says he never committed any crimes,
- 7:56Speaker 1: he did nothing wrong. It is not like, all right, well,
- 7:58Speaker 1: he did something wrong and he wants to take account
- 7:59Speaker 1: of ability for it, and he emits that he's done
- 8:02Speaker 1: thing wrong. Is as his attorneys have said, the system
- 8:07Speaker 1: is rigged.
- 8:07Speaker 2: The justice system is rigged.
- 8:08Speaker 1: There is no such thing as a is a honest
- 8:11Speaker 1: and fair justice system in the United States of America
- 8:14Speaker 1: anymore after this deal. Hunter Biden pleading guilty, this deal,
- 8:18Speaker 1: it is a joke. Five year investigation and this is
- 8:23Speaker 1: all you come back with. So the question isn't if
- 8:28Speaker 1: this is all there was, it doesn't take five years
- 8:31Speaker 1: to get there. It might take you five weeks or
- 8:33Speaker 1: five days or five months if you if you want
- 8:36Speaker 1: to call it government work, right, But for five year
- 8:39Speaker 1: investigation with everything out there that we have, that the
- 8:42Speaker 1: public has, and you agree to a plead deal to
- 8:46Speaker 1: two federal tax violation charges, no problem there and diversion
- 8:52Speaker 1: on a gun crime. So it's not even federal like
- 8:55Speaker 1: you're all good out of all of the business exploits,
- 8:59Speaker 1: the human trafficking, the prostitution, the drugs, the the not
- 9:06Speaker 1: registering is a foreign agent clearly lobbying for the Chinese
- 9:10Speaker 1: Communist Party. Being hired is for a million dollars to
- 9:13Speaker 1: represent a communist Chinese individual with direct ties to the
- 9:19Speaker 1: spying agency of China. The billions and loans and millions
- 9:23Speaker 1: that come into your bank account, the money coming from Russia,
- 9:26Speaker 1: the Russian oligarchs, the Romanian oligarchs, the money coming in
- 9:30Speaker 1: from Barisma. You notice, by the way, that all of
- 9:33Speaker 1: a sudden, after five years, this steal gets done at
- 9:36Speaker 1: the very end, and this steal gets done at the
- 9:39Speaker 1: very end because more information was coming out from Congress.
- 9:43Speaker 1: And what this means is the federal government and the
- 9:45Speaker 1: prosecutors in Delaware didn't want to deal with what was
- 9:48Speaker 1: coming out.
- 9:49Speaker 2: So if you shut it down now and.
- 9:51Speaker 1: You do the deal, then you don't have to investigate
- 9:54Speaker 1: what Congress is finding out. That is what you call
- 9:57Speaker 1: a massive cover up of proportions that we've not seen
- 10:02Speaker 1: in our government since Watergate, since the Pentagon papers. You
- 10:08Speaker 1: have intel coming out now that these prosecutors clearly did
- 10:11Speaker 1: not want to touch and didn't want to go there
- 10:13Speaker 1: because they were being told by their bosses. I would argue,
- 10:16Speaker 1: don't go there, don't do this, don't look into this.
- 10:20Speaker 1: This is too damning, this is too big. You don't
- 10:22Speaker 1: want to touch it. So let's wrap this thing up
- 10:24Speaker 1: real quick, folks. After five blanking years, and Hunter Biden,
- 10:32Speaker 1: son of the President, has agreed to plead guilty to
- 10:34Speaker 1: two federal tax violations, misdemeanors as he keeps saying over
- 10:38Speaker 1: and over again from his team, right, and a violation
- 10:42Speaker 1: of gun laws, and it's all gonna walk away, none
- 10:45Speaker 1: of it. And then this again, you want to know
- 10:47Speaker 1: if there's if America's government is corrupt and broken, none
- 10:52Speaker 1: of the charges in fact, that of everything that they
- 10:55Speaker 1: were quote investigating, which clearly they weren't investigating everything right
- 10:58Speaker 1: because they were, then this wouldn't be the only charge
- 11:00Speaker 1: they come up with. They were looking the other way.
- 11:03Speaker 1: But there's any two charges or two issues that would
- 11:08Speaker 1: insulate and protect from the web, to the presidency, to
- 11:15Speaker 1: the family, to his brother, to his sisters, to his aunt,
- 11:18Speaker 1: to everybody else involved.
- 11:21Speaker 2: It was these charges.
- 11:23Speaker 1: These were the only charges you could charge Hunter Biden
- 11:26Speaker 1: with that didn't connect them to the rest of the family.
- 11:30Speaker 1: This is protection at a level that we have never
- 11:34Speaker 1: seen that basically the federal government was investigated Hunter Biden
- 11:37Speaker 1: was basically the defense team for Hunter Biden. Okay, let's
- 11:40Speaker 1: find the charges that don't affect Joe Biden, don't affect
- 11:43Speaker 1: the White House, don't affect the presidency. Remember Joe Biden said,
- 11:47Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's smartest guy's ever met. Remember Joe Biden said
- 11:49Speaker 1: he never talked to his son about his business dealings.
- 11:51Speaker 1: Remember the White House said, and Hunter Biden said, his
- 11:54Speaker 1: lawyers said he was innocent and did nothing wrong. Now
- 11:55Speaker 1: they're saying, Okay, he did something wrong, but the only
- 11:57Speaker 1: things he's admitting to doing wrong. Things he's admitting to
- 12:01Speaker 1: doing wrong have nothing to do with his father.
- 12:05Speaker 2: This is a kangaroo court.
- 12:08Speaker 1: And why they charge them now because all this other
- 12:10Speaker 1: crap's coming out in Congress, That's why they charge them now.
- 12:14Speaker 1: They needed to wrap this up and run away from it.
