Cheryl Martin is a Canadian citizen (from Victoria) currently residing in the US. On February 26th, 2018 she purchased a resort cottage in Parksville, BC to use when she travels home to visit family twice a year. The cottage she purchased is in a strata complex and the City of Parksville Zoning bylaw limits the stay to 180 days, concurrent or non-consecutive, within one calendar year. They plan to rent the cottage out when we are not in town.
