Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: So on Sunday we got this Senate gun control agreement
- 0:04Speaker 1: that emerged with a bunch of Republicans that decided to
- 0:07Speaker 1: sell out our rights. But now we're getting to dive
- 0:10Speaker 1: more into what the bill actually says, and what we
- 0:13Speaker 1: are finding out is they are setting up a new
- 0:15Speaker 1: loop that you will have to jump through to actually
- 0:19Speaker 1: even get a chance at your Second Amendment rights that
- 0:23Speaker 1: shall not be infringed upon. Haha, jokes on us, right.
- 0:27Speaker 1: What we now know is that Democrat to the last
- 0:30Speaker 1: moment have added what they refer to as a quote
- 0:33Speaker 1: investigative period to some firearm background checks. All right, quickly,
- 0:41Speaker 1: Also want to say thank you to our sponsor. Without them,
- 0:43Speaker 1: this podcast wouldn't exist. And Legacy Precious Metals is wanting
- 0:47Speaker 1: to help you diversify your financial portfolio. If you've been
- 0:51Speaker 1: freaking out over what's happening with your IRA, with your
- 0:54Speaker 1: four O one K, with your investments on Wall Street,
- 0:57Speaker 1: the question is did you invest in gold or did
- 1:00Speaker 1: you diversify your investments so that there is a hedge
- 1:04Speaker 1: with your portfolio for inflation. Well, that's exactly what gold
- 1:09Speaker 1: and silver has done for so many It is a
- 1:11Speaker 1: hedge to protect when it comes to inflation. Right now
- 1:16Speaker 1: is actually a great time for you to protect your
- 1:20Speaker 1: investments with gold and silver. No, you didn't miss the opportunity. No,
- 1:24Speaker 1: it's not too late. So calling at the Investor's Guide
- 1:27Speaker 1: from the company that not only do I use, but
- 1:28Speaker 1: I also trust online at Legacy PM investments dot com.
- 1:34Speaker 1: That's Legacy PM Investments dot com. You can also call
- 1:38Speaker 1: them and get the Investors Guide for free one eight
- 1:41Speaker 1: six six seven five one twenty two eighteen one eight
- 1:46Speaker 1: six six seven five one twenty two eighteen. Now they're
- 1:51Speaker 1: disguising this as a deeper record search for gun buyers
- 1:56Speaker 1: under the age of twenty one. But what I've been
- 1:59Speaker 1: told by Democrats that I know on the hill is
- 2:02Speaker 1: this is just the beginning, so that they can expand
- 2:05Speaker 1: this to all gun owners. Now, the broaden record searches
- 2:10Speaker 1: for gun buyers, they say, should not offend any of you,
- 2:13Speaker 1: because it will only offend you if you are twenty
- 2:15Speaker 1: one or younger. And what the verbiage actually says in
- 2:20Speaker 1: the bill is, quote requires an investigative period to review
- 2:26Speaker 1: juvenile and mental health records quote unquote. Now let's go
- 2:32Speaker 1: back to the Second Amendment for a second. Just because
- 2:35Speaker 1: I think it's important that we understand what it actually says,
- 2:39Speaker 1: and it's actually really short. A lot of people don't
- 2:42Speaker 1: understand that the Second Amendment's not up for a live debate,
- 2:46Speaker 1: and they made it short on purpose because it was
- 2:48Speaker 1: so declarative. The Second Amendment says, quote, a well regulated
- 2:52Speaker 1: militia being necessary for the security of a free state,
- 2:59Speaker 1: the right of the people to keep and bear arms
- 3:02Speaker 1: shall not be in friend Now why did they say
- 3:07Speaker 1: it that way? Because they didn't want you to add
- 3:09Speaker 1: on things which I just told you. Democrats are now
- 3:16Speaker 1: saying that they believe the Second Amendment should say that
- 3:19Speaker 1: it shall not be infringe upon and unless or after
- 3:24Speaker 1: we infringe upon it by requiring and investigative period to
- 3:27Speaker 1: review juvenile and mental health records. Now, what's interesting is
- 3:31Speaker 1: they separated those two, and a Democrat that I know
- 3:35Speaker 1: well on Capel Hill said there was a reason why
- 3:38Speaker 1: they didn't want it to say juvenile mental health records.
- 3:41Speaker 1: They wanted to be separate so they could expand it
- 3:43Speaker 1: later on you review someone as a juvenile. But really
- 3:48Speaker 1: this is about reviewing mental health records of all Americans. Now,
- 3:53Speaker 1: the agreement also is open ended, which every single one
- 3:58Speaker 1: of you should be very concerned about and angry. Ever,
- 4:01Speaker 1: because the agreement contains no stipulation for quote how long
- 4:06Speaker 1: this investigated period may last, which means that you could
- 4:11Speaker 1: go in at twenty years old to buy a firearm
- 4:14Speaker 1: and they would say, okay, we're going to start the investigation.
- 4:18Speaker 1: Or you could go in at the age of eighteen.
- 4:20Speaker 1: They'd say, okay, we're going to you know, look into you, right,
- 4:24Speaker 1: We're gonna look at this investigation into you, right. That's
- 4:29Speaker 1: what we're that's what we're gonna do. That's how this works.
- 4:31Speaker 1: That's what we're gonna do here. And there is no
- 4:34Speaker 1: end in sight. Just so you understand, they could hold
- 4:39Speaker 1: you from having a gun for literally years, because it
- 4:44Speaker 1: doesn't say that in thirty days or sixty days or
- 4:47Speaker 1: anything else like that, that they must wrap up their investigation.
- 4:53Speaker 1: So the Second Amendment isn't just being trampled on. They're
- 4:56Speaker 1: just burning it down. They're refusing to look at it.
- 4:59Speaker 1: Shall not and friends is the most important statement I
- 5:02Speaker 1: would argue of the Second Amendment, because they understood that
- 5:04Speaker 1: the things that they're doing now right broadening record search
- 5:09Speaker 1: for gun buyers that are twenty one and quote requiring
- 5:12Speaker 1: an investigative period that's open ended that you cannot appeal,
- 5:17Speaker 1: You cannot say they're taking too long. There is no
- 5:20Speaker 1: stipulation for how long this investigative period may last, and
- 5:23Speaker 1: they can basically ban you from buying a gun until
- 5:25Speaker 1: your twenty first birthday. Now on February the twenty eighth
- 5:29Speaker 1: of twenty nineteen, and if you're listening right now, please
- 5:33Speaker 1: help us spread this information by sharing this podcast, because
- 5:38Speaker 1: you have to understand they've been setting this up for
- 5:40Speaker 1: a while, all right, So please hit that forward button
- 5:43Speaker 1: Texas to your friends, share it on social media, because
- 5:46Speaker 1: on February the twenty eighth of two nineteen, House Democrats
- 5:52Speaker 1: were actually pushing to change the National Instant background check
- 5:56Speaker 1: system checks so as to longer extended review periods. Now
- 6:03Speaker 1: Nix's is what it's called. And as you know, full disclosure,
- 6:06Speaker 1: I own a gun store, I own a gun range.
- 6:09Speaker 1: I've used a handgun to save my life in a shooting.
- 6:12Speaker 1: This is very important that people understand what they're what
- 6:15Speaker 1: they were trying to do. Back in February twenty nineteen,
- 6:18Speaker 1: they were trying to change the way that we buy
- 6:21Speaker 1: guns by saying, forget an instant background check because right now,
- 6:25Speaker 1: when you walk in to buy a gun, they run
- 6:27Speaker 1: a background check on you, okay, and then you get
- 6:31Speaker 1: it back. Many states that you have X number of
- 6:33Speaker 1: days to get that information. And if they don't stop
- 6:36Speaker 1: you or say no or yes, so give you no answer,
- 6:38Speaker 1: by default, you were able to buy that gun because
- 6:40Speaker 1: it's supposed to be instant criminal background check system. The
- 6:45Speaker 1: whole point is shall not be infringed. Doesn't say thirty
- 6:49Speaker 1: days or waiting period for sixty days or ninety days
- 6:51Speaker 1: or anything like that, because a lot of people will
- 6:52Speaker 1: come in to buy a gun after there's been a
- 6:54Speaker 1: threat against them, after someone comes after them in some way,
- 6:58Speaker 1: or they have a stalker or an x or something
- 7:00Speaker 1: like that, and they realize or somebody they have that
- 7:02Speaker 1: crime that happens in their neighborhood, and they're like, all right,
- 7:04Speaker 1: I need to be able to protect and defend myself.
- 7:06Speaker 1: The Constitution doesn't say that your Second Amendment right is
- 7:08Speaker 1: sixty days delayed. It doesn't say it's eighty days or
- 7:10Speaker 1: ninety days or one hundred and twenty days or three
- 7:12Speaker 1: hundred and sixty five days delayed. You're supposed to be
- 7:14Speaker 1: able to protect and defend yourself at any point, at
- 7:16Speaker 1: any moment when you want to, which is exactly why
- 7:18Speaker 1: the background check system is quote instant, not anymore. If
- 7:23Speaker 1: the Democrats get their way, and they're very smart about this.
- 7:27Speaker 1: I've always said this, and I hope you guys understand
- 7:30Speaker 1: why I say it. You should always respect your enemy.
- 7:32Speaker 1: You should respect your enemy that is coming after you,
- 7:35Speaker 1: and you should understand why they're doing this. And this
- 7:38Speaker 1: is the reason why this is a no stipulation they
- 7:40Speaker 1: put in this bill for how long the investiga period
- 7:43Speaker 1: may last, because at some point they're going to come
- 7:45Speaker 1: back and change the age requirement from twenty one to
- 7:48Speaker 1: twenty five. When will they do that. When there's a
- 7:49Speaker 1: mass shooter that's twenty four or twenty five, they'll go
- 7:53Speaker 1: to twenty six, and if it's twenty six, they'll go
- 7:54Speaker 1: to twenty seven. They're going to change this law. They're
- 7:57Speaker 1: going to broaden the record search for all gun buyers ultimately,
- 8:01Speaker 1: which is what the Democrat on Capitol Hill told me.
- 8:03Speaker 1: They said, Ben, this is just to get it in
- 8:05Speaker 1: write and get it done, get it passed, and then
- 8:06Speaker 1: we can easily change the age requirement based on the
- 8:09Speaker 1: next shooter. Now, the person that gave me this information
- 8:12Speaker 1: on Capitol Hill is a prominent individual with a top
- 8:15Speaker 1: Democrat who is working on this legislation. The reason why
- 8:19Speaker 1: he has give me this information is simple. He has
- 8:22Speaker 1: a family that's in law enforcement in these former military.
- 8:24Speaker 1: He thinks what they're doing now is wrong. That's why
- 8:27Speaker 1: he gave it to me. He's the one that whistle
- 8:29Speaker 1: blew to me, Hey, there is no stipulation for how
- 8:32Speaker 1: long this investigated period may last. So you can stop
- 8:35Speaker 1: in eighteen or nineteen or twenty year old from getting
- 8:36Speaker 1: a gun until they're twenty one. You could hold them
- 8:39Speaker 1: up for years. And if there's no stipulation, then there's
- 8:41Speaker 1: no law that's quote being broken. He also is the
- 8:44Speaker 1: one that pointed me to twenty nineteen when the House
- 8:48Speaker 1: Democrats were pushing to change the National Instant Background Check
- 8:52Speaker 1: System so they could add allow longer extended review periods,
- 8:56Speaker 1: meaning we can delay you getting your right to chech
- 9:00Speaker 1: and defend yourself. Let me go back to NPR and
- 9:03Speaker 1: the article that they wrote. February, the twenty eighth to
- 9:06Speaker 1: twenty nineteen House passes second gun background check bill in
- 9:12Speaker 1: as many days. The Democratic led House Thursday provide another
- 9:16Speaker 1: piece of legislation to broaden federal gun control legislation. This
- 9:21Speaker 1: is from twenty nineteen. The bill gives the FBI quote
- 9:25Speaker 1: more time to do background checks on gun purchasers. It
- 9:29Speaker 1: comes a day after the Chamber passed the bill extending
- 9:31Speaker 1: the checks to private firearmselves. Both measures face long odds
- 9:35Speaker 1: at becoming law. Not anymore now we're here. It took
- 9:39Speaker 1: them from twenty two, but they're doing it now. The
- 9:43Speaker 1: latest bill quote would extend the time sellers have to
- 9:46Speaker 1: wait before completing a gun cell. Like Wednesday's measure, it
- 9:51Speaker 1: passed largely along party lines to twenty eight to one
- 9:54Speaker 1: ninety eight Thursday Bill. Thursday's bill seeks to close the
- 9:58Speaker 1: so called Charles loopholes. So called that's even how MPR
- 10:02Speaker 1: puts it, because they know they're full of crap that
- 10:04Speaker 1: allowed and avowed white supremacist to buy a gun used
- 10:08Speaker 1: to kill nine people at the Mother of Emmanuel Church
- 10:12Speaker 1: in Charleston, South Carolina in twenty fifteen. Currently, a gun
- 10:18Speaker 1: seller has to wait three business days for federal investigators
- 10:20Speaker 1: conduct background checks if it takes that long. Most checks, however,
- 10:24Speaker 1: are quick, but incomplete data can sometimes cause a delayed response.
- 10:28Speaker 1: This is very important. If the delay lasts more than
- 10:32Speaker 1: three business days, the gun cell can move forward, which
- 10:34Speaker 1: goes back to what I said shall not be in frings.
- 10:37Speaker 1: The Second Amendment doesn't say that you get your right
- 10:39Speaker 1: to protect an off in yourself ninety days from now
- 10:41Speaker 1: or one hundred days from an hour, two hundred and
- 10:43Speaker 1: sixty five days from now. It says you have the
- 10:45Speaker 1: right to protecting off in yourself immediately when you want to.
- 10:49Speaker 1: That's why we have an instant background check program, and
- 10:51Speaker 1: it can take up to three days, which is more
- 10:54Speaker 1: than enough time for them to do their job. Now.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Back in twenty nineteen, Dimmock Cratz did something. They called
- 11:01Speaker 1: it the quote Enhanced Background Check Act of twenty nineteen.
- 11:06Speaker 1: What do they want to do? They want to expand
- 11:08Speaker 1: the background check period to quote ten days, with the
- 11:13Speaker 1: potential to be extended another ten That was in twenty nineteen.
- 11:19Speaker 1: Critics of the current instant background check system, which still
- 11:23Speaker 1: gives you three days to do a background check on someone,
- 11:26Speaker 1: say that the Charleston shooter would have been barred from
- 11:28Speaker 1: obtaining the gun had investigators had more time to dig
- 11:31Speaker 1: into his record and discovered his drug arrests. Okay, so
- 11:35Speaker 1: we have computers. Now we have a system that doesn't
- 11:38Speaker 1: the in law enforcement that clearly is not being mantra
- 11:42Speaker 1: the right way. That's the claim back in twenty sixteen,
- 11:44Speaker 1: right when this horrific shooting took place, or say in
- 11:48Speaker 1: twenty fifteen at the Mother of Emmanuel Church in Charleston,
- 11:52Speaker 1: South Carolina, and they're saying, well, if if they would
- 11:55Speaker 1: have done a better job, they would have discovered his
- 11:58Speaker 1: drug arrests, Well, then fix that problem. Don't make me
- 12:01Speaker 1: wait ten days to protect my family, or twenty days
- 12:03Speaker 1: to protect my family, or indefinitely. But that's what they
- 12:07Speaker 1: want to do. This is not about protecting you. This
- 12:09Speaker 1: is about taking away you're right to bear arms. I'll
- 12:12Speaker 1: be paying another picture for you here. Let's say that
- 12:16Speaker 1: something breaks out in a city. Let's say that people
- 12:21Speaker 1: are forced to bear arms in a city or a
- 12:24Speaker 1: state in this country. Let's say that one of these
- 12:27Speaker 1: ANTIFA Black Lives Matter rallies breaks out into total anarchy.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Oh wait, that's already happened, and you need to be
- 12:34Speaker 1: able to protect yourself. Let's say instead of it just
- 12:36Speaker 1: being a night or two of riots, that it turns
- 12:38Speaker 1: into days and weeks, and all of a sudden, they're
- 12:40Speaker 1: coming into your neighborhood and you need to be able
- 12:42Speaker 1: to protect yourself, and Democrats say, no, we don't want
- 12:45Speaker 1: you to be able to protect yourself. If we want
- 12:47Speaker 1: you to be vulnerable for the next twenty days or
- 12:48Speaker 1: thirty days, or forty days or fifty days, you don't
- 12:51Speaker 1: think they would do that to you. If something crazy
- 12:54Speaker 1: breaks out in a city and it turns into a
- 12:57Speaker 1: many war in a city, you don't think that the Democrats,
- 13:01Speaker 1: if they're in charge of that city or in that state,
- 13:03Speaker 1: would say no gun sales for twenty thirty, forty, fifty
- 13:06Speaker 1: sixty days. What if you're twenty one in under, they
- 13:09Speaker 1: just hold you up indefinitely. Congressman Louie Gomer, he cracks
- 13:14Speaker 1: me up, and sometimes he says some things that make
- 13:16Speaker 1: me laugh, and sometimes he says some things that are brilliant.
- 13:20Speaker 1: He said, if you look at the plans being proposed
- 13:22Speaker 1: by the Democrats in this gun bill, you can find
- 13:25Speaker 1: these very policies already enacted in cities controlled by Democrats,
- 13:31Speaker 1: where gun crimes and homicides are skyrocketing. Because its point
- 13:34Speaker 1: is it's this is about a gun grab This is
- 13:37Speaker 1: not about making the city safer or the area safe
- 13:40Speaker 1: for the schools, safe for anything else. This is about
- 13:42Speaker 1: grabbing guns. Listen to what he had to say on
- 13:44Speaker 1: the flour of the house, like, we're not willing to
- 13:47Speaker 1: consider the best way to stop mass shootings. But if
- 13:51Speaker 1: you look at the plans being proposed in these bills,
- 13:56Speaker 1: you can find these things in cities control by democrats.
- 14:01Speaker 1: If you look at the sixteen cities that were hit
- 14:05Speaker 1: with record homicide rates, they all had democrats at the
- 14:09Speaker 1: top controlling things. Julia, Philadelphia five hundred twenty four murders
- 14:15Speaker 1: last year. Austin, Texas had a record eighty eight, Indianapolis
- 14:20Speaker 1: two hundred and fifty eight, Albuquerque one hundred and seven, Columbus,
- 14:24Speaker 1: Ohio one hundred seventy nine, Jackson, Mississippi, one hundred twenty nine, Atlanta, Georgia,
- 14:29Speaker 1: one hundred and fifty. If you look at the Speaker's
- 14:34Speaker 1: owned states, as this article by Aar Hawkins said this week,
- 14:39Speaker 1: FBI report on active shooter incidents in twenty twenty one
- 14:43Speaker 1: shows California was the number one state for such incidences,
- 14:48Speaker 1: with six incidences out of the twelve that met the
- 14:52Speaker 1: definition of mass killing, California, universal background checks, assault weapons band,
- 14:58Speaker 1: a high capacity magazine band, ten day waiting period on
- 15:01Speaker 1: gunboard purchases, red flag laws, gun registration requirements, good cause
- 15:07Speaker 1: requirements for concealed carry. And what is the response we
- 15:11Speaker 1: got in debate last week about you ought to have
- 15:14Speaker 1: due process? We're told, oh, they get due process. Look
- 15:18Speaker 1: at the bill. What the Democrats call due process is
- 15:23Speaker 1: just like the January sixth committee. It's not due process.
- 15:28Speaker 1: It's not bipartisan. They have only one side that's heard
- 15:34Speaker 1: at the hearing, and the people that want to take
- 15:38Speaker 1: away your gun, they don't get to be there. So
- 15:40Speaker 1: the husband can rush in and claim the battered wife
- 15:45Speaker 1: is a threat. That's enough to get her eliminated from
- 15:49Speaker 1: being able to use a weapon. The congressman, by the way,
- 15:52Speaker 1: spot on you talk about women and what he just said.
- 15:56Speaker 1: A battered woman can go to get a gun. The
- 15:58Speaker 1: husband can say, hold on a second, she's crazy, and
- 16:02Speaker 1: then they would open their indefinite investigation into her, leaving
- 16:07Speaker 1: her vulnerable. This week, there was a story that broke.
- 16:12Speaker 1: You won't hear about it probably anywhere but the show,
- 16:15Speaker 1: but there was actually a pregnant woman who used an
- 16:18Speaker 1: a R fifteen right a weapon of war, a gun
- 16:21Speaker 1: that no one should own except if you're in the military,
- 16:25Speaker 1: to drop an armed robber attacking her eleven year old daughter.
- 16:30Speaker 1: You want to talk about empowering women. As Democrats are
- 16:34Speaker 1: pushing for more gun control and limiting your ability to
- 16:37Speaker 1: buy a firearm and putting indefinite time checks on your background,
- 16:43Speaker 1: we're seeing a terrifying crime wave ignited by their soft
- 16:48Speaker 1: on crime policies of the left. There to fund the
- 16:50Speaker 1: police policies of the left, the we don't want to
- 16:53Speaker 1: put people in jail, bail reform, prison reform policies of
- 16:57Speaker 1: the left. And there are daily reminders that we can
- 17:00Speaker 1: see of why our Second Amendment and our right to
- 17:02Speaker 1: self defense must never be infringed upon. One of the
- 17:06Speaker 1: most important examples involved an eight month pregnant woman who
- 17:13Speaker 1: used an AR fifteen to defend her eleven year old
- 17:16Speaker 1: daughter and injured husband during a violent home invasion in Florida. Now.
- 17:23Speaker 1: At the time, her husband, Jeremy King, was being pistol
- 17:26Speaker 1: whipped and kicked in the head by two masked burglars.
- 17:32Speaker 1: Them guys came in with two normal pistols and my
- 17:35Speaker 1: ar stopped it. King told Bay News nine and Tampa,
- 17:39Speaker 1: my wife I was forced to play right and she
- 17:45Speaker 1: had to stop them to keep them. She was forced
- 17:49Speaker 1: to even the playing field and kept them from killing me,
- 17:53Speaker 1: the husband said to the news. He recounted how quickly
- 17:57Speaker 1: the armed bandits turned violent. They came in heavilihooded and asked.
- 18:01Speaker 1: As soon as they got the back door opened, they
- 18:03Speaker 1: had a pistol on me and they grabbed my eleven
- 18:06Speaker 1: year old daughter. I'm telling them, I have nothing from you,
- 18:09Speaker 1: nothing for you, and they're like, give me everything you got.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Became real violent, real fast. The burglars who wore mask
- 18:15Speaker 1: and hoods pistol whipped and repeatedly bashed King in the head.
- 18:19Speaker 1: Because if he's incapacitated, they own the daughter and the wife,
- 18:23Speaker 1: and they can do whatever they want to do with them.
- 18:25Speaker 1: They can beat them, they can rape them, assault them,
- 18:27Speaker 1: whatever they want to do. I'm telling them, I've got
- 18:31Speaker 1: nothing for you. The burglars, who wore mask and hoods
- 18:34Speaker 1: pistol whipped and repeatedly bashed King in the head. The
- 18:38Speaker 1: commotion alarmed King's wife, who was in the back bedroom.
- 18:41Speaker 1: One of the burglars saw her and shot at her
- 18:43Speaker 1: because they didn't care that she's PREGNANTY didn't care that
- 18:45Speaker 1: she's a woman. That's when missus King, who was in
- 18:48Speaker 1: her third trimester, ran into a back room, grabbed an
- 18:51Speaker 1: Air fifteen rifle and stormed into the living room like
- 18:54Speaker 1: the members of Sealed Team six, as it was described
- 18:58Speaker 1: by her husband. When he came towards the back door
- 19:01Speaker 1: in her line of sight, she clipped him. King said,
- 19:04Speaker 1: he made it from my back door to roughly two
- 19:06Speaker 1: hundred feet out in the front ditch before the ar
- 19:09Speaker 1: did its thing. Joseph Bayaz twenty seven was found dead
- 19:13Speaker 1: in the ditch. According to the Tampa Bay Times, King
- 19:17Speaker 1: suffered a concussion, a fractured eye socket, and a fractured
- 19:21Speaker 1: sinus cavity. He required twenty stitches and three staples in
- 19:25Speaker 1: his head. He credited his wife's quick thinking and their
- 19:29Speaker 1: AR fifteen rifle for keeping their family alive. She evened
- 19:34Speaker 1: the playing field and kept them from killing me. The
- 19:36Speaker 1: father said, So what a democrats want to do? They
- 19:39Speaker 1: get on They want to confiscate your guns or not
- 19:42Speaker 1: allow you to buy guns until they decide a reason
- 19:46Speaker 1: why you can't own that gun. That's their game plan.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Here this example that I just gave you as one
- 19:54Speaker 1: of many where a good guy, or say woman, a wife,
- 19:58Speaker 1: a mother, a pregnant woman a third trimester stopped an
- 20:03Speaker 1: armed criminal or armed criminals from killing innocent people. This
- 20:08Speaker 1: is exactly why you shouldn't have to wait. You shouldn't
- 20:12Speaker 1: have to wait to protect and defend yourself. Why because
- 20:15Speaker 1: the Constitution says you shouldn't have to wait, shall not
- 20:18Speaker 1: be in friends, doesn't say wait thirty or sixty days.
- 20:21Speaker 1: But what Democrats decide to do is they want to
- 20:23Speaker 1: They want that This new law would require an investigative
- 20:26Speaker 1: period to review your juvenile and separate mental health records,
- 20:33Speaker 1: and the agreement contains no stipulation on for how long
- 20:36Speaker 1: this investigative period may last. So if the government decides
- 20:40Speaker 1: to come after any of us five years from now,
- 20:42Speaker 1: ten years from now, twenty years and now whenever, they
- 20:44Speaker 1: can just say none of you can buy a gun
- 20:46Speaker 1: right now. We didn't ban it, right we didn't ban
- 20:48Speaker 1: your ability to buy a weapon. We're just not letting
- 20:52Speaker 1: you pick up that gun indefinitely, because that's what we
- 20:55Speaker 1: can do. Part of the reason why they're doing this
- 20:59Speaker 1: right now is because they do need a distraction from you.
- 21:02Speaker 1: They know how bad things are. We're in a bear market.
- 21:05Speaker 1: Look at what's happening on Wall Street. Look at how
- 21:07Speaker 1: much money you've lost your for one k in your
- 21:08Speaker 1: retirement account. I'm not even opening my mind right now
- 21:11Speaker 1: because it's so bad US gas prices if at an
- 21:15Speaker 1: average of five dollars per gallon for the first time
- 21:18Speaker 1: in history, setting thirty one new records in the last
- 21:22Speaker 1: thirty three days alone. So if you freak people out
- 21:26Speaker 1: over guns right and get them distracted from all the
- 21:29Speaker 1: other things that are happening because they are in charge
- 21:32Speaker 1: right now, then you'll understand it. There's also a thing
- 21:36Speaker 1: else you need to know about, these cowards and these
- 21:38Speaker 1: traders in the Republican Party. Of the ten Republicans, ten
- 21:44Speaker 1: who are supporting the left gun control agenda that I'm
- 21:47Speaker 1: telling you about right now in the Senate, four of
- 21:50Speaker 1: the ten, so forty percent of them are retiring, and
- 21:53Speaker 1: none of the other six face an election this November.
- 21:59Speaker 1: The cowards and their traders, and that's what they are.
- 22:02Speaker 1: And I will never back down from that because I
- 22:04Speaker 1: can read and the Second Amendment says a well regulated
- 22:08Speaker 1: militia being necessary for the security of a free state,
- 22:12Speaker 1: the right of the people to keep and bear arms
- 22:14Speaker 1: shall not be in fringe. And these ten Republican traders
- 22:18Speaker 1: know that's what it says. And the reason why they're
- 22:21Speaker 1: doing is because four of them are not running for reelection,
- 22:25Speaker 1: they're retiring, and the other six are not up for
- 22:28Speaker 1: reelection November. They know what they're doing is taking away
- 22:32Speaker 1: your power, and they're okay with it because they are
- 22:35Speaker 1: power drunk because of what they've been able to do
- 22:39Speaker 1: with COVID. You know, you look at what's happening right
- 22:44Speaker 1: now in this country. I'm just talking about mindset. Okay.
- 22:48Speaker 1: This weekend, somebody sent me a picture and it was
- 22:51Speaker 1: one of those moments where you just say wow. Stanford
- 22:56Speaker 1: had their medicine graduation ceremony their medical school, Okay they
- 23:01Speaker 1: call it there at Stanford School of Medicine. It was outdoors.
- 23:08Speaker 1: All of the people that were in attendance not only
- 23:11Speaker 1: were vaccinated, but had to be boosted, and all of
- 23:16Speaker 1: them were masked. So all of these future physicians are
- 23:24Speaker 1: willing to defy the science just to be in the
- 23:27Speaker 1: graces of the medical community. All of these graduates at
- 23:32Speaker 1: this ceremony were that's outdoors. All of them got the
- 23:36Speaker 1: vaccine double vacs and boosted, and all of them wore
- 23:39Speaker 1: a mask outdoors, which defies quote the science. Right, we're
- 23:42Speaker 1: supposed to follow the science. Now. This is what's happening
- 23:46Speaker 1: in this country right now. And this is just the
- 23:48Speaker 1: example that I can use for you today about the
- 23:51Speaker 1: sheep lining up and just telling the government will do
- 23:54Speaker 1: whatever you tell us to do. These future physicians, do
- 23:59Speaker 1: you think any of them are going to have the
- 24:00Speaker 1: character to stand up for human health right against anything
- 24:05Speaker 1: the government tells us to do in the future, or
- 24:07Speaker 1: lockdowns or mandates of vaccines. You think any of these
- 24:11Speaker 1: individuals are going to have the character to stand up
- 24:13Speaker 1: against insane political pressure to conform on any medical issue
- 24:17Speaker 1: in the future, because I don't think that it's actually
- 24:21Speaker 1: gonna happen with them. Why because these Stanford medicine graduates
- 24:27Speaker 1: went to a ceremony with a that was outdoors where
- 24:32Speaker 1: you had to be boosted, all of you, and all
- 24:34Speaker 1: of you had to be masked, which defies the science
- 24:37Speaker 1: that they're demanding we follow. These are the future leaders
- 24:40Speaker 1: of this country, and this is what the Democrats are
- 24:43Speaker 1: betting on. They are betting that you can make a
- 24:48Speaker 1: bunch of people that will just say, okay, we'll go
- 24:51Speaker 1: along with whatever for the quote good of the people.
- 24:54Speaker 1: And they realize there's a very good chance to do this.
- 24:58Speaker 1: Why because the data shows that they can get away
- 25:02Speaker 1: with it. They believe it. That's why they're doing what
- 25:04Speaker 1: they're doing right now. Hey, you can't buy a gun
- 25:06Speaker 1: to your twenty one. Okay, we'll let you, but we
- 25:09Speaker 1: can hold it up until your twenty one while we
- 25:11Speaker 1: do our investigation. That's open ended. It as no checks
- 25:14Speaker 1: and balance, and by the way, it's unconstitutional in my
- 25:17Speaker 1: opinion anyway, This is exactly why. Back in February of
- 25:22Speaker 1: twenty eight, twenty nineteen, MPR noted that House Democrats were
- 25:26Speaker 1: pushing to change the national instant background check system to
- 25:30Speaker 1: allow for longer review periods. And what they really want
- 25:33Speaker 1: is indefinite review periods. So if they ever need to,
- 25:35Speaker 1: they can just stop you from buying a gun indefinitely.
- 25:38Speaker 1: Now take away, you're right, just you know, really look
- 25:40Speaker 1: into your background. The FBI, by the way, has a
- 25:46Speaker 1: massive budget, and they're the ones that conduct the instant
- 25:50Speaker 1: criminal background checks on retail gun purchasers. The checks are
- 25:55Speaker 1: designed to be completed quickly, but the FBI can take
- 25:58Speaker 1: up to three business days to induct the check if
- 26:00Speaker 1: they believe they do not if they need to see
- 26:03Speaker 1: more records on you. This means that the background check
- 26:09Speaker 1: system either returns a pass or a fail, or it
- 26:12Speaker 1: signals a need for an extended review of records. On
- 26:17Speaker 1: August fifth, twenty nineteen, Democrats said and Business Insider that
- 26:25Speaker 1: the controlled Democratic House of Time was demanding the quote
- 26:29Speaker 1: Enhanced Background Checks Act to extend the nixt review policy
- 26:34Speaker 1: ten days, with another ten days and even possibly more.
- 26:38Speaker 1: The Republican controlled Senate said no to this. But now
- 26:42Speaker 1: you've got ten Republicans, four of them not running for reelection,
- 26:46Speaker 1: the rest of them not up for reelection this November.
- 26:48Speaker 1: Who decided to go with the Democrats? Because they don't
- 26:56Speaker 1: believe that you have the right to protect and defend
- 26:59Speaker 1: yourself without them giving it to you each and every
- 27:02Speaker 1: time you get on your knees and begged them for
- 27:05Speaker 1: the ability to buy a firearm. This is about control
- 27:07Speaker 1: over you, the people. You look at the pregnant woman
- 27:11Speaker 1: I told you about earlier. Do you think she had
- 27:14Speaker 1: a right to bear arms? Yeah, thank goodness, she knew
- 27:17Speaker 1: how to use that firearm. But Democrats want to confiscate
- 27:21Speaker 1: guns from legal gun owners. They don't want to admit
- 27:26Speaker 1: that good people should be able to buy a gun
- 27:28Speaker 1: whenever and wherever. They want you to stop criminals from
- 27:30Speaker 1: killing innocent people. You had a security guard, by the way,
- 27:35Speaker 1: shot an armed serial robber after he charged into an
- 27:38Speaker 1: Illinois bank branch. The security guard, Brian Harrison, whipped out
- 27:43Speaker 1: his gun and shot the robber when he saw the
- 27:45Speaker 1: perpetrator waving a gun around. The attempted robbery occurred while
- 27:49Speaker 1: three bank employees were on duty. Last month, two gunmen
- 27:55Speaker 1: who invaded a house in Alabama were shot dead by
- 27:57Speaker 1: the armed homeowner. The home owner, who was shot multiple
- 28:01Speaker 1: times and injured when gunfire was exchanged during the burglary,
- 28:06Speaker 1: is recovering after surgery. Yet as crime surgies in this country,
- 28:11Speaker 1: Democrats are making their most aggressive push for gun control
- 28:15Speaker 1: in the history of this country. Why because they want
- 28:17Speaker 1: to control you. They believe now is a time to
- 28:21Speaker 1: road the Second Amendment rights of law abiding citizens. And
- 28:25Speaker 1: they believe then get away with it because you've got
- 28:26Speaker 1: ten Republicans are saying, fine, will go with you. Here's
- 28:32Speaker 1: what I know. The two men that use guns against
- 28:34Speaker 1: me one of them was a felon. One of them
- 28:36Speaker 1: had just turned eighteen, he had a juvenile record. Neither
- 28:41Speaker 1: of them was allowed to have a handgun, the eighteen
- 28:43Speaker 1: year old because he wasn't twenty one, and the other
- 28:45Speaker 1: one because he was a convicted felon. Guess what out
- 28:48Speaker 1: on parole, Guess what, the legal system let them out
- 28:51Speaker 1: of jails. They could commit a crime to try to
- 28:53Speaker 1: take my life away from me. What I know is
- 28:58Speaker 1: criminals don't follow the laws anyway. They will find a
- 29:03Speaker 1: way to get their hands on illegal guns. It's obvious.
- 29:07Speaker 1: And when you disarm America, you're only disarming the law
- 29:10Speaker 1: abiding citizens. If gun control were the solution, why are
- 29:15Speaker 1: they're out of control? Murder rates out of control? Just
- 29:19Speaker 1: shootings on record in only Democrat controlled cities like Chicago
- 29:24Speaker 1: and Philadelphia and Detroit and New York and San Francisco
- 29:30Speaker 1: and Los Angeles, which boats which boasts the strictest gun
- 29:33Speaker 1: control laws in the entire country. Give you a headline
- 29:39Speaker 1: from ABC seven Chicago. Chicago shootings over the weekend left
- 29:43Speaker 1: at least twenty eight different people shot. Four of them
- 29:47Speaker 1: have died so far. That's a normal week in Chicago
- 29:52Speaker 1: where they have massive gun control laws. You think it's working.
- 29:55Speaker 1: New York Post this weekend at least three killed, eleven
- 29:58Speaker 1: injured in quote mass shooting shootings across New York. You
- 30:03Speaker 1: had another quote mass shooting, eleven people injured in Philadelphia.
- 30:11Speaker 1: You have a guy on South Street in Philadelphia walking around,
- 30:15Speaker 1: No one can stop him, and he's just starting to
- 30:17Speaker 1: shoot at random people. You had forty people shot last
- 30:23Speaker 1: weekend in Chicago, forty in a city where handguns are illegal.
- 30:27Speaker 1: It's not about guns or the law abiding citizens. It's
- 30:31Speaker 1: about the government having power over you. Memorial Day weekend,
- 30:36Speaker 1: for example, Chicago Sun Times article fifty one people shot
- 30:41Speaker 1: over Memorial Day weekend in Chicago, the most violent. About
- 30:45Speaker 1: half of those that were shot. We're on the West Side,
- 30:47Speaker 1: most of them in a single police district where there
- 30:50Speaker 1: were two mass shootings. This is not about protecting you,
- 30:54Speaker 1: it's about controlling you. Why do you think they're now
- 30:59Speaker 1: saying that they want to have a deep dive into
- 31:01Speaker 1: your mental health records, Because even if you don't have
- 31:04Speaker 1: mental health records, you can still investigate your mental health,
- 31:07Speaker 1: and that can give them the ability to say hold
- 31:11Speaker 1: on pause for as long as they want. For as
- 31:16Speaker 1: long as they want. That means they can take away
- 31:21Speaker 1: your right to bear arms indefinitely because you're too stupid
- 31:26Speaker 1: to understand what they're doing and you want to, you know,
- 31:29Speaker 1: and they say, wow, you and just we're just trying
- 31:31Speaker 1: to save lives. No, they're not. They're going to cost
- 31:34Speaker 1: and us to be with their lives, and they don't
- 31:35Speaker 1: care if it costs you your life, because it's about
- 31:38Speaker 1: the government having control over your life. I hope every
