- 2:13Speaker 1: a slight inventory of your own life and say it
- 2:16Speaker 1: to yourself when you get through, how good is God?
- 2:19Speaker 1: Think of all the small things, all this because that's him.
- 2:23Speaker 1: You breathe, that's him. You steal him. That's him. You
- 2:27Speaker 1: got another chance? That's him. You ain't out of him.
- 2:31Speaker 1: That's him. You got any measure of health, that's him.
- 2:35Speaker 1: You think it's more to it than it really is.
- 2:37Speaker 1: That it already showed up to be. That's him. All
- 2:41Speaker 1: of that. You got any dreams of aspirations, you dream
- 2:44Speaker 1: of other things, that's him. All that, that's him. That's
- 2:48Speaker 1: him him close you got, that's him every time you eat.
- 2:52Speaker 1: That's why they had this thing called you say your grace.
- 2:54Speaker 1: That's him. That's him, man, that's him. It's amazing when
- 2:58Speaker 1: you take a small inventory how you find out how
- 3:01Speaker 1: big God really is in your life. Now, the more
- 3:03Speaker 1: you turn yourself over to him, the bigger he can be.
- 3:06Speaker 1: For you. See, he'll only be as big as you
- 3:08Speaker 1: let him. It's one thing about God. Now, he's a gentleman.
- 3:12Speaker 1: He can make you do anything. You know. You get
- 3:16Speaker 1: too big for him, you know you you you, you
- 3:19Speaker 1: lose your humbleness. He can humble you. Now. God created
- 3:24Speaker 1: man with the power of choice. We're the only creature
- 3:30Speaker 1: he created that. He gave us the total power of
- 3:32Speaker 1: choice when we mate, who we mate with. You know everything,
- 3:37Speaker 1: all of it. Man. It's the choice what we want
- 3:40Speaker 1: to be, how much we want to make, where we
- 3:42Speaker 1: want to live, with climate we want to live in.
- 3:44Speaker 1: We can live in cold climates, hot climates. You know,
- 3:47Speaker 1: we speak different languages. You can go learn another language.
- 3:52Speaker 1: A bear can't do nothing but be a bear. Is
- 3:56Speaker 1: he can't go learn how to be a fox. He
- 4:00Speaker 1: can't go learn how to be an otter. He just can't.
- 4:03Speaker 1: An ostrich is an ostrich man. He can't come out
- 4:06Speaker 1: of here and fight like a lion. A lion is
- 4:08Speaker 1: a lion. A lion eat meat. He can't eat vegetables.
- 4:11Speaker 1: I don't care how much meat ain't around. He'll lay
- 4:15Speaker 1: down and pull up out of here and die because
- 4:17Speaker 1: he can't eat grass. He's just a lion man. You
- 4:21Speaker 1: understand this that God gave us. We are the one
- 4:25Speaker 1: creature he created that has total power of choice. You
- 4:28Speaker 1: can make every decision in your life. What kind of
- 4:31Speaker 1: watch you like? That's the one you can buy. You
- 4:34Speaker 1: want to live in Switzerland? Go ahead. You don't like Switzerland,
- 4:39Speaker 1: you move to Miami. You want to live your life
- 4:43Speaker 1: a crime, Go ahead, that's you. He gave you the
- 4:46Speaker 1: power of choice. You want to do right? Come on,
- 4:50Speaker 1: So now look at this thing. We are all the
- 4:55Speaker 1: results of a series of decision that we have made.
- 5:02Speaker 1: If we could just identify that the problem is us,
- 5:07Speaker 1: we could began the solution. See that's the problem, y'all,
- 5:12Speaker 1: it's us. It's what we do. I threw my life
- 5:16Speaker 1: down the hill. I can't tell you how many years
- 5:20Speaker 1: based on some decisions that I was making. Now I
- 5:22Speaker 1: can justify my decision with I wasn't happy and I
- 5:25Speaker 1: was doing this and I was in miserying y'all on
- 5:28Speaker 1: that ye yes to you when you get through. You
- 5:30Speaker 1: made the decisions though, and you can look at this
- 5:33Speaker 1: anywhere you want to, y'all. But at the end of
- 5:35Speaker 1: the day, I'm just talking to people that's really really
- 5:37Speaker 1: wanting to improve their position in life. And how do
- 5:41Speaker 1: you do that? You got to have a solution. How
- 5:45Speaker 1: do you come up with a solution? You got to
- 5:47Speaker 1: identify the problem to even began to solve it. But
- 5:54Speaker 1: if the problem ain't ever you, how are you gonna
- 5:58Speaker 1: solve something that ain't you? See? Okay, let me look
- 6:04Speaker 1: at this one. If somebody said, like I got a
- 6:09Speaker 1: child of mine, man, I just do right here. Man,
- 6:11Speaker 1: I don't even want to get into it this morning.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Or I'm struggling with this this boy. But man, you
- 6:17Speaker 1: go to people, you're asking why they do so? I
- 6:20Speaker 1: just I just wasn't taking care of business. Why I
- 6:24Speaker 1: just didn't take care of business? Boy, do you understand
- 6:28Speaker 1: that your life is gonna be filled with you got
- 6:30Speaker 1: to take care of business. So when you're gonna start,
- 6:34Speaker 1: you know what I mean you can't. You can't. You
- 6:37Speaker 1: can't go through life blaming everybody. It's got to be you. See,
- 6:41Speaker 1: you can fix you. You can't fix nobody else if
- 6:44Speaker 1: you keep getting married and the marriages don't work. Hello, Hello, Hello,
- 6:49Speaker 1: could it be you? South finally had to sit down
- 6:53Speaker 1: and just make that decision. They don't need to be
- 6:55Speaker 1: coming on the radio talking about nobody else and what
- 6:58Speaker 1: they did to me and y'all just don't no, no, no, man,
- 7:01Speaker 1: what about the part you played in it? Because see,
- 7:04Speaker 1: if you got a good marriage, you got a part
- 7:06Speaker 1: to play in that. If you got a bad one,
- 7:08Speaker 1: you got a part to play in that. Even if
- 7:12Speaker 1: it just get down to you the one pick them,
- 7:14Speaker 1: how about that? Mister? Mister, I made a decision. The
- 7:18Speaker 1: problem is usually within yourself. Do you know That's the quickest,
- 7:22Speaker 1: an easy way to fix your life. That way, you
- 7:25Speaker 1: ain't got to check with nobody. Here's the beauty of
- 7:27Speaker 1: going on and admitting that is you. You don't have
- 7:31Speaker 1: to check or clear it with nobody to start the
- 7:35Speaker 1: repair process. You don't need anybody's permission. You ain't got
- 7:39Speaker 1: to put it before the review board to see if
- 7:41Speaker 1: it'll pass. It ain't got to go through Congress. You
- 7:44Speaker 1: ain't got to hope that your local politician get their
- 7:47Speaker 1: hands on it to make a phone call for you.
- 7:49Speaker 1: You ain't got to ask any counselors to come in
- 7:51Speaker 1: and sit with you. You don't have to check it
- 7:53Speaker 1: in the rehab. All you got to do is decide
- 7:56Speaker 1: the problem is me. I'm gonna start changing me. Identify
- 8:03Speaker 1: the problem, and start with the part that you can
- 8:08Speaker 1: own up to. Once you identify the problem, you can
- 8:14Speaker 1: start planning on how to fix it or how to
- 8:16Speaker 1: get to accomplishing something. But remember this planning is important.
- 8:21Speaker 1: If you fail to plan, then please plan to fail.
- 8:27Speaker 1: If you don't know how to make a plan, let's
- 8:30Speaker 1: just start with the basics. Just make a list of
- 8:33Speaker 1: what you want. Make this list and then go to
- 8:38Speaker 1: God in prayer with an open mind and open your
- 8:43Speaker 1: mind up to all the clean opportunities that are available here.
- 8:49Speaker 1: Why a lot of people won't succeed because certain opportunities
- 8:52Speaker 1: come along you don't want to do them. That kills me. Man,
- 8:55Speaker 1: when I hear here, I ain't doing that. I know
- 8:58Speaker 1: young comedians that come to me all time talking about Man,
- 9:01Speaker 1: what you're not saying. Man, Just take every gig you can,
- 9:03Speaker 1: no matter what they pay. Well, listen to me, son,
- 9:09Speaker 1: you can go make that money that they pay, or
- 9:11Speaker 1: you can make the decision to sit at home and
- 9:13Speaker 1: make nobody. It's a comedy, a hard business. They ain't
- 9:18Speaker 1: paying but one hundred dollars. You gotta drive, drive fifty miles.
- 9:21Speaker 1: But if you drive fifty miles and you make the
- 9:24Speaker 1: hundred and you stand on that stage for thirty minutes,
- 9:27Speaker 1: you are now thirty minutes better than you was the
- 9:29Speaker 1: last time you went on stage. Oh, man, you ain't man,
- 9:34Speaker 1: they don't pay me. I ain't coming. You ain't gonna
- 9:36Speaker 1: be a comedian, man, not not, not like this hill.
- 9:40Speaker 1: A lot of people just don't want to do what's
- 9:42Speaker 1: necessary to do. So when the opportunity presents itself and
- 9:46Speaker 1: you open up your mind to it, man, then get
- 9:48Speaker 1: ready to go on and do it. Man, identify your
- 9:52Speaker 1: problem today, start with the part dash you ladies and gentlemen, man,
- 10:04Speaker 1: have your attention, please. I have no idea what you

- 11:04Speaker 1: names make them famous. You look at some names over
- 11:08Speaker 1: the years. They just thought their name would just do it.

- 17:18Speaker 1: she choking herself to some She wasn't choking, she was
- 17:22Speaker 1: just tying. Her bowl was in the knot. She can't

- 17:28Speaker 1: ruined a bunch of scarf because I had to cut
- 17:30Speaker 1: him off. You know, steak like it. Yeah, okay, so
- 17:33Speaker 1: you were just kind of helping out in the scarf
- 17:35Speaker 1: tying class. Yeah, you know, she didn't have it together.
- 17:39Speaker 1: So I went on him. Oh, okay, did you save

- 18:28Speaker 1: he was good mate. Oh okay, all right, well that
- 18:31Speaker 1: was a good thing. So I saved him, and then
- 18:33Speaker 1: I saved the cook. You know, I didn't want to
- 18:35Speaker 1: save the cook, but I like blessed food. So I
- 18:37Speaker 1: went on and got him saved. Well, why don't you
- 18:40Speaker 1: want to save him? Though, I mean, it seems like
- 18:41Speaker 1: you would want to. I didn't know. I don't really
- 18:45Speaker 1: know if he saved. He was from another country. I
- 18:47Speaker 1: didn't know the language he was speaking, Oh, Peru or something.

- 19:02Speaker 1: He was just up under my breast the whole time
- 19:05Speaker 1: we were caught. So I was in the kitchen working
- 19:09Speaker 1: with him and I just stood behind him. I just
- 19:11Speaker 1: kept him up under my breast the whole time. That's
- 19:15Speaker 1: kind of like having on the extra support, bro. You know,
- 19:18Speaker 1: I just laid him on top of his head. He
- 19:20Speaker 1: was cooking the little lass. Did you have some delicious
- 19:24Speaker 1: meals while you were on the cruise? Yeah? You know,
- 19:27Speaker 1: cro cruise food ain't that good. It's just a bunch
- 19:29Speaker 1: of it. Oh. You know, they have all their lines
- 19:34Speaker 1: and every time trying to make you think it's a
- 19:36Speaker 1: lot of food. It's the same thing in all the lambs.

- 19:44Speaker 1: a little bees, a little bit of fishing. They got
- 19:46Speaker 1: all them jello moles that they make for old people. Yeah,
- 19:49Speaker 1: I ain't jellying the jello moles, you know, decoratives. Some
- 19:52Speaker 1: of them look like a dolphin. It was cute. Oh okay,
- 19:57Speaker 1: all right, so I mean sounds like the cruise. It
- 20:00Speaker 1: was pretty good. You met a few people, You lost
- 20:02Speaker 1: a couple of people. Yes, saved a couple of souls.
- 20:06Speaker 1: Yeah that's good. Yeah, we lost a couple of you know,
- 20:09Speaker 1: people down cruise ships. Now, you know, they don't try
- 20:12Speaker 1: not to you know, relating information. Oh I thought you
- 20:15Speaker 1: were talking about other man. Oh well, I saw the
- 20:18Speaker 1: man you killed him, and the woman was aging and
- 20:20Speaker 1: she throw his ass overboard, and I ain't feel like
- 20:23Speaker 1: canning roussel. We went on to the next part. She
- 20:26Speaker 1: ain't say no name, saying ship introduced your own pump
- 20:32Speaker 1: hand Frank good I heard coming up next the nephew
- 20:39Speaker 1: would run that prank back right after. We're enabling him
- 20:42Speaker 1: and let him do it hisself. Shall enabling man. You're

- 27:13Speaker 1: Oh but you know it, but you know it's Steve
- 27:16Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Sow. Oh my god, this is great. After

- 27:24Speaker 1: You are all right, thank you? Having a new year.
- 27:28Speaker 1: All right, new year? And next year I probably pop
- 27:31Speaker 1: up in Mamma Dean house here. You are welcome to come.
- 27:38Speaker 1: You have to be careful, you know when you come
- 27:40Speaker 1: to a pod luck, you need to make sure your
- 27:42Speaker 1: food is legit. You understand you need to be careful
- 27:44Speaker 1: this year. Okay, she said her beans is good. But
- 27:47Speaker 1: I'm just saying, everybody out there, make sure your food
- 27:50Speaker 1: is right when you go to a pod. Wow. That's
- 27:54Speaker 1: real talk, sir. Okay, all right, just be careful, saying,
- 27:58Speaker 1: ain't you gotta show you're gonna be at this? We
- 27:59Speaker 1: get we'll be in public. Okay. Charlotte, North Carolina, the
- 28:04Speaker 1: nephew coming baby to comedy zone. They sell him pass.
- 28:09Speaker 1: I got one show Thursday, two, Friday to two, said
- 28:12Speaker 1: to one Sunday, might add one. Just thinking about it,
- 28:15Speaker 1: kind of you know, doing that Steve Harvey thing. I'm
- 28:17Speaker 1: thinking about it. I might do it. It's possible, but
- 28:20Speaker 1: the rest of them by gone, got a few. I'm
- 28:21Speaker 1: scattered here. Might as well got nothing else to do,
- 28:24Speaker 1: you dare, Yeah, might as well. And I'm all phone Monty,
- 28:29Speaker 1: might as well do it. Why does that depend on
- 28:33Speaker 1: whether you come to work the next day or night? Steve?
- 28:36Speaker 1: You know what my mom said? Yeah, he worked a weekend.
- 28:39Speaker 1: I end up passing, all right, dy working on Sunday
- 28:43Speaker 1: night and then coming in here what is who don't understanding?
- 28:46Speaker 1: All right? Coming up at the top of the hour,
- 28:49Speaker 1: Entertainment and National news. Right after this, you're listening show
- 28:58Speaker 1: and Entertainment news Loving Him Pop Atlanta star Young Jack
- 29:01Speaker 1: was spotted driving well, not for Uber, not for Lift,
- 29:05Speaker 1: but for a new ride share app called Pull Up
- 29:08Speaker 1: and Go. Jock was a recently job pull Up and Go.
- 29:12Speaker 1: Uh huh Job was recently job shamed for working as
- 29:15Speaker 1: a ride share driver and recorded by a passenger who
- 29:18Speaker 1: joined his ride. So the rider is trying to figure
- 29:21Speaker 1: out if it was indeed Jock who was their driver,
- 29:25Speaker 1: since he was wearing a pink hoodie that was hiding
- 29:27Speaker 1: his face. Take a listen. You sound like somebody. ILL know,
- 29:31Speaker 1: you sound like somebody I know. I mean, do you know?
- 29:37Speaker 1: I don't know what's the name are you? I just
- 29:41Speaker 1: want to ask a question, are you younger? Can you
- 29:46Speaker 1: sound around? I mean, I think y'all put that point
- 29:49Speaker 1: to go up. You must have felled off or something
- 29:53Speaker 1: like yeah. I mean, I'm trying to figund like you're
- 29:58Speaker 1: driving for pull Up and Go like rapping. I mean,
- 30:02Speaker 1: I just felt like it's an easy way to get
- 30:04Speaker 1: some easy money right here downside. I mean people. Okay,
- 30:10Speaker 1: I think that's what? What what that? Ain't mad at
- 30:15Speaker 1: him for working though? How is that your business? What
- 30:23Speaker 1: you're tripping with him? For you in the car. At
- 30:26Speaker 1: least he got a car to come get you. You
- 30:28Speaker 1: don't have a car. People, Man, you must have fell off. Wow,
- 30:32Speaker 1: that was straight disrespectful right there. Man, Man, Yeah, that
- 30:36Speaker 1: was really crazy. But you know sometimes man, look, pull
- 30:40Speaker 1: up and get out. Set back. It's just to set
- 30:44Speaker 1: up for a comeback, That's all it is. People. People
- 30:48Speaker 1: watch your scenes of your life and they see you
- 30:51Speaker 1: having a bad scene, and here come all the movie
- 30:54Speaker 1: critics to talk about your scene in the movie. Where
- 30:57Speaker 1: that when you graduate? Where that when you get your
- 31:01Speaker 1: job promotion? Where the movie critics at when y'all have
- 31:05Speaker 1: your baby? Where y'all at when they see when you
- 31:07Speaker 1: buy your new house? And the movie critics ad none
- 31:10Speaker 1: of that. They only have the scenes in the movies
- 31:14Speaker 1: where they get to be the critic. But hass sitting
- 31:17Speaker 1: up in the ride share sharing a ride because she
- 31:20Speaker 1: ain't got a car. Yeah, but but I love how
- 31:27Speaker 1: how young Jock took it. After the story broke, Jock
- 31:30Speaker 1: responded to the video and said, it's a fun way
- 31:32Speaker 1: to make cash and then to show your kids how
- 31:35Speaker 1: to make an honest living. Now what's wrong with that?
- 31:37Speaker 1: Take a listen. So I'm a part of this organization
- 31:40Speaker 1: around twenty five years, big brother, Big sisters, and a
- 31:43Speaker 1: lot of times when we're talking to these kids and
- 31:45Speaker 1: you you gotta lead by example, and sometimes like you
- 31:48Speaker 1: have to show people you're not too big. You know
- 31:51Speaker 1: what I'm saying. You have to show them what humility
- 31:53Speaker 1: is and you're not too big too, you know, do
- 31:55Speaker 1: the right thing about making an undersliving. I think a
- 31:57Speaker 1: lot of times that's why our kids and even going straight,
- 32:00Speaker 1: because they're too a shame, too prideful man to do something.
- 32:04Speaker 1: It was one of those things. But you know how
- 32:06Speaker 1: you just be You started challenging yourself to do something
- 32:09Speaker 1: you ain't never did for folks. So it's kind of
- 32:12Speaker 1: like a blacker list thing. But I mean, for anybody
- 32:14Speaker 1: who really wants to do this, I think it's a
- 32:17Speaker 1: dope ideal. I mean, I'm gonna tell you the most
- 32:20Speaker 1: phenomenal part of this whole experience, from least going viral
- 32:24Speaker 1: is the amount of support that I'm like, WHOA like
- 32:27Speaker 1: because I just knew I was like oh man, they're
- 32:28Speaker 1: gonna want to see it go. But I mean a
- 32:30Speaker 1: lot a lot of celebrities that reached out people and
- 32:32Speaker 1: hit my phone. I mean, Shoop said something. He's like
- 32:35Speaker 1: Hustler's hustle, you know what I mean. Um, I just
- 32:38Speaker 1: realized that maybe people are beginning to be a little
- 32:41Speaker 1: more mature. I love it, Like, yeah, I really do.
- 32:46Speaker 1: If you want to see Jock's response, to go to
- 32:48Speaker 1: Steve OBFM or the Graham or Facebook. Okay, that's the
- 32:52Speaker 1: I want to see the person that was in the car.
- 32:54Speaker 1: That's who they're And you know what, a lot of
- 32:58Speaker 1: times people don't do things things like this because they're
- 33:01Speaker 1: afraid of what people will say and they don't want
- 33:03Speaker 1: to be talked about and things like that. Come on. Yeah, anyway,
- 33:07Speaker 1: all right, Steve, let's move on. Thank you, ladies and gentlemen.
- 33:11Speaker 1: Miss Anne Tripp very very much. As it is about eating, okay,
- 33:14Speaker 1: and there's nothing wrong with that. Okay. Then there was
- 33:16Speaker 1: six six Democratic presidential candidates took to the debate stage
- 33:19Speaker 1: in Iowa last night. This latest group included Joe Biden,
- 33:22Speaker 1: Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, p boudhajj Amy Klobucher and STM. Sire.
- 33:27Speaker 1: The topics range from who can beat Donald Trump to
- 33:29Speaker 1: North Korea and especially what's going on in the Middle East.
- 33:32Speaker 1: Warren we should stop asking our military to solve problems
- 33:37Speaker 1: that cannot be solved militarily. We need to work with
- 33:41Speaker 1: our allies. We need to use our economic tools, We
- 33:44Speaker 1: need to use our diplomatic tools. Vice President, there's a
- 33:47Speaker 1: difference between combat troops and leaving special forces in a position.
- 33:50Speaker 1: I was part of the coalition to put together sixty
- 33:53Speaker 1: eight countries to deal with stateless terror as well as
- 33:56Speaker 1: failed states, not US alone, sixty eight countries. That's how
- 34:01Speaker 1: we were able to defeat and end the Kala fight
- 34:04Speaker 1: for Isis, they'll come back if we do not deal
- 34:07Speaker 1: with them, and we do not have someone who can
- 34:09Speaker 1: bring together the rest of the world to go with
- 34:12Speaker 1: us to organize the effort to take them down. We
- 34:15Speaker 1: can continue to remain engaged without having an endless commitment
- 34:20Speaker 1: of ground troops. The very president who said he was
- 34:23Speaker 1: going to end endless war, who pretended to have been
- 34:25Speaker 1: against the war in Iraq all along, but we know
- 34:28Speaker 1: that's not true, now has more troops going to the
- 34:31Speaker 1: Middle East. Centator centers got five hundred thousand people sleeping
- 34:35Speaker 1: out on the streets tonight. The American people are sick
- 34:38Speaker 1: and tired of endless wars which have cost us trillions
- 34:42Speaker 1: of dollars. By the way, Bernie Sanders denied telling Elizabeth
- 34:46Speaker 1: Warren that a woman couldn't beat Trump. He says he
- 34:48Speaker 1: didn't say it. She says he did. Not only did
- 34:51Speaker 1: he did, but she pointed out later on that not
- 34:54Speaker 1: only did Hillary Clinton actually beat Trump in the popular vote,
- 34:58Speaker 1: that history has always been made. Back in the nineteen sixties,
- 35:01Speaker 1: people asked could a Catholic win. Back in two thousand
- 35:05Speaker 1: and eight, people asked if an African American could win.
- 35:08Speaker 1: In both times, the Democratic Party stepped up and said yes,
- 35:13Speaker 1: got behind their candidate, and we changed America. That's who
- 35:17Speaker 1: we are the House folks today, on sending the articles
- 35:20Speaker 1: of impeachment against Trump to the Senate California, thuarsay sixty people,
- 35:24Speaker 1: including twenty children, stuff in minor injuries after a jet
- 35:27Speaker 1: flying overhead dump gallons of fuel on them. The delta
- 35:30Speaker 1: fly was heading back to Elix to make an emergency landing,
- 35:34Speaker 1: and finally, had he lived today, would have been doctor
- 35:38Speaker 1: Martin Luther King Junior's ninety first birthday. Now we celebrate
- 35:42Speaker 1: the holiday on this coming Monday, but today would have
- 35:45Speaker 1: actually been his ninety first had he still lived. Now
- 35:48Speaker 1: back to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. You're listening to
- 35:51Speaker 1: the Sta Harvey Mourning Show. All right, time for a
- 35:55Speaker 1: comedy break. Right here, Junior is here with things I've
- 35:58Speaker 1: never seen? What is this, Junior? Yeah, you know, Tommy,
- 36:01Speaker 1: this is a lot of things that you have never
- 36:03Speaker 1: seen in your life. I mean it's some things like
- 36:06Speaker 1: I know you old and everybody you probably have, but
- 36:08Speaker 1: it's some things I know I ain't never seen. Like,
- 36:11Speaker 1: for instance, I've never seen a shade treat mechanic with
- 36:14Speaker 1: a car that's running in perfect condition. You ain't never
- 36:17Speaker 1: seen it. So he gonna tell me everything wrong with
- 36:21Speaker 1: my car, but with his back door missing, all is
- 36:25Speaker 1: all running out the car from him and his hat.
- 36:29Speaker 1: But he gonna tell me I need a new TRANSMITTI well,
- 36:32Speaker 1: I've never seen it. I just ain't never seen it.
- 36:35Speaker 1: Hear another thing I ain't never seen. I ain't never
- 36:38Speaker 1: seen people in the South eat a meal without rice.
- 36:42Speaker 1: If it's chicken and rice, beans and rice, why is
- 36:46Speaker 1: rice on every plate. Rice, jes Rice, you know who
- 36:52Speaker 1: I've never met. I've never met this person. I've never
- 36:55Speaker 1: met a well rested African America. I've never met one.
- 36:58Speaker 1: I ain't never seen it. Dog, I ain't never seen
- 37:01Speaker 1: a well rested African American. Not just like that. How
- 37:06Speaker 1: you doing? Man? Oh man? Job getting on my nerves? Wife,
- 37:08Speaker 1: talking crazy to my kids. Won't live man, I'm tired.
- 37:12Speaker 1: I'm just tired. You ain't never seen that. I've never
- 37:17Speaker 1: seen a big person eat a meal without a diet beverage.
- 37:20Speaker 1: I ain't never seen. Yeah, ham hock, you know, but
- 37:29Speaker 1: then a diet coke on the side, As if that's
- 37:32Speaker 1: gonna change something. I have never seen it. I hear you, Steve,
- 37:38Speaker 1: I don't I know. I ain't. I ain't gonna do it.
- 37:40Speaker 1: I ain't gonna getting done. No. Look, i've never seen
- 37:43Speaker 1: a black funeral. What it is? No clowning going on? Yeah? No,
- 37:49Speaker 1: not one. Not when you ain't ever seeing that. Somebody
- 37:54Speaker 1: gonna get cussed out in front of the cast every time.
- 38:01Speaker 1: These just things we've never seen. We ain't never seen anything.
- 38:06Speaker 1: I've never seen Christmas, Valentine's and Halloween declaration being put
- 38:10Speaker 1: up in the drug store. You just show up one
- 38:13Speaker 1: day and they all hanking. That's true. You ain't never
- 38:17Speaker 1: seen who hang this up. We don't know who that e.
- 38:23Speaker 1: I ain't never seen a white person still a bike
- 38:25Speaker 1: out of black neighborhood. I ain't never seen, never seen
- 38:31Speaker 1: because they already all right, Thank you guys. Coming up

- 51:20Speaker 1: That doesn't make any sense because there is no Tommy

- 53:20Speaker 1: We got a coint you here it is Strawberry Letter.
- 53:24Speaker 1: This letter makes me sad right here. Subject he stole
- 53:28Speaker 1: my wife from right up under me. Okay, Dear Stephen Shirley,
- 53:35Speaker 1: I am a hard working, faithful man. I was married
- 53:38Speaker 1: for fifteen years to my college sweetheart. I never had
- 53:42Speaker 1: any problems in my marriage until I tried to help
- 53:45Speaker 1: out a friend. Here's what happened. My wife had a
- 53:48Speaker 1: best friend and the friend was married to a big
- 53:51Speaker 1: time cheater. We were always there for her if she
- 53:54Speaker 1: was going through drama with her husband. Their marriage finally
- 53:57Speaker 1: ended when her husband her cousin pregnant. She put him
- 54:04Speaker 1: out of the house and he didn't have anywhere to go.
- 54:07Speaker 1: So I talked my wife into letting him stay with
- 54:10Speaker 1: us for a while so he could sort things out.
- 54:14Speaker 1: The first week, he kept to himself, and he slept
- 54:17Speaker 1: a whole lot when he wasn't at work. The second week,
- 54:20Speaker 1: he started talking more. I came home from work one
- 54:24Speaker 1: day and he and my wife had cooked together and
- 54:26Speaker 1: we all sat and ate. Going into the third week,
- 54:30Speaker 1: I sat down with him to see if he'd made
- 54:33Speaker 1: other living arrangements. He informed me that he was very
- 54:36Speaker 1: comfortable in my house, and he said my wife loved
- 54:40Speaker 1: having him there. He told me that he could tell
- 54:43Speaker 1: my wife needed to be loved properly, so he seduced
- 54:47Speaker 1: her and he's been making love to her almost daily
- 54:51Speaker 1: for the past two weeks. You can guess what happened next.
- 54:55Speaker 1: I grabbed him and I slung him to the ground,
- 54:59Speaker 1: and wife rushed in and yelled for me to stop.
- 55:03Speaker 1: She said it was all true, and she apologized to me.
- 55:07Speaker 1: Fast forward to the present. I have a new house.
- 55:10Speaker 1: He's in my old house with my wife, and they
- 55:13Speaker 1: are getting married when our divorce is final. He took
- 55:16Speaker 1: my kindness for weakness and stole my wife from right
- 55:20Speaker 1: up under me. I still want to put yeah, I
- 55:24Speaker 1: still want to put hands on him, but there's no
- 55:28Speaker 1: use in it because he already got my wife. It's
- 55:31Speaker 1: going to be hard for me to trust another female.
- 55:33Speaker 1: How could I move past this and find happiness again? Wow?
- 55:38Speaker 1: Now you see why this letter makes me sad? This,
- 55:41Speaker 1: I mean, just when you think you've heard it all,
- 55:45Speaker 1: I'm just really sorry because you sound like a truly
- 55:48Speaker 1: nice man. You sound like a nice guy. You know
- 55:50Speaker 1: women ask all the time, we're the nice guys. You
- 55:53Speaker 1: know there are no more nice guys. Well, this was
- 55:55Speaker 1: truly a nice guy. These weren't even your friends. These
- 55:59Speaker 1: were your wife's friends. She was your wife's best friend.
- 56:02Speaker 1: You weren't even come on. You stepped in to help
- 56:06Speaker 1: your wife's best friend's husband out. You didn't have to
- 56:09Speaker 1: do any of this. You didn't have to do it,
- 56:12Speaker 1: and I know you're probably asking yourself why you did.
- 56:15Speaker 1: Now this loser and man, I'm being kind when I
- 56:20Speaker 1: use that word. He stabbed you in your back so hard.
- 56:23Speaker 1: Then he twisted that knife. Okay, but I can't blame
- 56:27Speaker 1: him entirely because your wife played a big role. What
- 56:31Speaker 1: is wrong with her? What is wrong with your wife?
- 56:34Speaker 1: You guys have been college sweethearts and you've been married
- 56:37Speaker 1: for fifteen years. So she lets this guy come in here,
- 56:41Speaker 1: and after two weeks, she's sleeping with a guy and
- 56:45Speaker 1: defending him, trying to pull you off him when he
- 56:49Speaker 1: clearly deserved a beat down. He was very comfortable and
- 56:54Speaker 1: not only living in your house, but you know, taking
- 56:57Speaker 1: liberties with your wife and everything else. And now he's
- 57:00Speaker 1: staying in your house. This is terrible. I blame your
- 57:04Speaker 1: wife for allowing this to go down, but more than that,
- 57:08Speaker 1: I blame him because you were just showing kindness to
- 57:11Speaker 1: another man who needed it at the time. I think
- 57:13Speaker 1: he overstayed. You allowed him to overstay. Three weeks is
- 57:16Speaker 1: too long. He should have gotten it together by then
- 57:19Speaker 1: and if he didn't, he should have moved on. How
- 57:21Speaker 1: do you move on? One way is to hopefully, you know,
- 57:26Speaker 1: get some female companionship in your life. That's one way
- 57:30Speaker 1: you can do it, move forward and have happiness again.
- 57:33Speaker 1: You say it's hard for you to trust females. All
- 57:35Speaker 1: females aren't like that. I hope you know that. But
- 57:37Speaker 1: you know, start slowly with friendship from a female and
- 57:41Speaker 1: take it from there. You can move on and get
- 57:43Speaker 1: past this. And you're gonna have to try and forget Steve.
- 57:47Speaker 1: I don't see nothing about no moving only in this letter.
- 57:49Speaker 1: This just about this letter. Yeah, I don't see them
- 57:53Speaker 1: moving around. Started with my head. You married fifteen years
- 57:57Speaker 1: to you, Kylas, sweetheart, got it, never had problems in
- 58:00Speaker 1: marriage till I tried to help out a friend. Uh
- 58:03Speaker 1: definition of friend. Here's what happened. My wife had a
- 58:08Speaker 1: best friend. So this is your wife best friend, and
- 58:11Speaker 1: the friend was married to a big time cheetah. Now
- 58:16Speaker 1: nowhere in this letter really was you saying that this
- 58:20Speaker 1: man was your friend, your wife's best friend, and the
- 58:25Speaker 1: friend was married to a big time cheetah. We were
- 58:28Speaker 1: always there for her when she was going through drama
- 58:31Speaker 1: with her husband. Y'all were always there for her. Ya,
- 58:36Speaker 1: you ain't mentioning this guy yet. Then the marriage finally
- 58:39Speaker 1: ended when her husband got her cousin pregnant. Okay, understood,
- 58:47Speaker 1: She put him out the house. He didn't have nowhere
- 58:50Speaker 1: to go. So then you talk to your wife to
- 58:52Speaker 1: let him stay with y'all for a while. When did
- 58:55Speaker 1: he become your friend? But y'all was with the lady
- 58:58Speaker 1: to help her through all the tru Then she put
- 59:00Speaker 1: the man out. Now, y'all take him into what is
- 59:03Speaker 1: y'all a shelter? You have to side now you got home,
- 59:10Speaker 1: Oh damn shelter. Now. The first week he kept to himself,
- 59:16Speaker 1: and he slept a lot when he wasn't at work.
- 59:21Speaker 1: In the second week he started talking. Here the letter change.
- 59:24Speaker 1: I come home from work one day here and my
- 59:26Speaker 1: wife had cooked together, and we all sat down at
- 59:29Speaker 1: eight this wet the letter in for me exactly this
- 59:35Speaker 1: cooking together fall. We'll have part two of Steve's response
- 59:38Speaker 1: coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour. Subject
- 59:42Speaker 1: of today's letter. He stole my wife from right up
- 59:45Speaker 1: under me right after this. You're listening, all right, Steve,
- 59:51Speaker 1: Come on, let's recap today's Strawberry Letters. Subject he stole
- 59:54Speaker 1: my wife right from under me, right from up under
- 59:58Speaker 1: me this letter. Leave well, dude, be married to college sweetheart.
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: They ain't have no problems. Her her best friend had
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: and her friend her best friend her wife. Excuse me.
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: His wife had a best friend who was married to
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: a big time cheetah. Then y'all was always there for
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: going through the drama with her husband. Then the marriage
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: ended when her husband got her cousin pregnant. She put
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: him out of the house. He didn't have anywhere to go,
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: so I talked my wife and letting him stay with
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: us so he could sort things out. First week to himself,
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: slept a whole lot. Then he wasn't at work. The
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: second week he started talking more. I come home from
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: work one day he and my wife had cooked together,
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: and we all sat down at eight cooking together for what.
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: Ain't nobody here but me, you that I invited and
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: my wife. Why it's two people cooking this damn meal.
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: Three people don't require help in the kitchen. If your
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: wife been cooking, it's just a little bit extra for
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: one more half a cup more rice in the bowl
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: uncooked that blows up to two damn cups of eight rice. Okay,
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: now that's where we start having the problem with right now. Man.
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: Going into the third week, I sat down with the
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: man to see if he'd made other living arrangements. He
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: informed me that he was very comfortable in my house
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: right there. But see, I don't know, I don't even
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: know how we have this conversation. There's nobody that Tommy,
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: there's nobody that knows me. We can make this statement
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: to me that I'm very comfortable in your house. And
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: he said my wife loved having him that. Wow. See,
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: I don't know nobody that really know me, that's can
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: open open their mouth and say these damns says this
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: ain't disrespectful. You who you think you're talking to? He
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: told me he could tell my wife needed to be
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: loved properly. Now, because the dude that's writing this letter
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: is a little weak ass dude. I'm sorry man, this
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: little weak ass dude. Because first of all, I can't
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: write the letter into the type because he had to
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: send it an email. You can't email from jail, so
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: I couldn't even sent this letter. See there's no way
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: I can send this because my ass in jail doc,
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: What did you say to me? He told me he
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: could tell my wife needed to be loved properly. What
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: so he seduced her and he's been making love to
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: her almost daily for the past two weeks. Hold that
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: human can't say these words to me live and I
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: sit down and type it. Dog, what I could tell
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: your wife needed to be loved probly? That was it.
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: I could tell your wife needed to be loved. That's it.
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: That's it. All after that is asked for me all
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: this hill. First of all, you you can tell my
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: wife needed to be loved probably, That's when I stand up.
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: I could tell your wife need Okay. Then he said
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: he'd been making love to her for daily for the
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: past You then told me you screwing my what you
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: thought you could said? And then then then't now this
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: this way? He tried to sound like a man. But
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you what. This didn't happen, y'all. He
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: just didn't Yeah, no, no, no, no, he didn't do
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: this right here, you can guess what happened next. No, no,
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: see next, no, cat, I grabbed him and slung him
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: to the ground. That ain't even how we fight. No. First, dog,
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: I grabbed him and slung him to the ground, and
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: he let you, this is a dude that's bold enough
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: to tell you he can slept with your wife. I
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: grabbed him and slung him to the ground, and my
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: wife rushed in and yelled for me to stop. She
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: said it was all true, and she apologized to me. What, yeah,
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: you don't know how long it would have took her
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: to get me off him. You know how many police
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: cars would have been outside. He'd been all behind the
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: refrigerator hiding. You know, I'm trying to kill this dude.
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: Do you know what kitchen talk? I'm using everything, And
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: fast forward to the present. She said it was all true,
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: and she apologized to me. Fast forward to the president.
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: I have a new house. He's in my old house
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: with my wife, and they are getting married when our

- 1:05:11Speaker 1: no man, that's not happening. This, none of this is happening.
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: This is unthinkable. And ain't no real man reading this
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: letter going, well, you know, Steve, what could he do?

- 1:05:22Speaker 1: question would be what did not do. Yes, that's a
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: short house on fire and kill everybody in here. We
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: got yellow tape round to build chalk marks on the ground.
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: We he didn't hiding the weapons. He got DNA everywhere.
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: The man ain't got no frighten nails. Steve lead that's

- 1:06:11Speaker 1: wife from right up under me. We'll get back into
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: it right after this. You're listening well, Steve, we were
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: talking about this Strawberry Letter. You had a lot more
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: to say on its subject he stole my wife from
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: right up under me? Um, and just a quick recap
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: recap he ended up sleeping with his wife, told him
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: I was good, look at your wife until she needed
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: to be loved properly. I'm in sleeping with her every
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: day for the past two weeks. So you know what
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: happened next. I grabbed him and slung him to the ground.
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: What hello, Yeah, Ain't nobody gets stayed at nobody. We're
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: in the kitchen talking. You told me you've been sleeping
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: my wife for two weeks. Ain't nobody gets damned. Ain't
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: nobody's head split open with a front. Ain't nobody got
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: his face held down on the on, the on, the on,
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: the eye with the gas on. Everybody got all the ligaments.
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: I didn't. I didn't reach behind the stove and snatch
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: the gas line out and stick it in your butt.
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: I didn't. Now you go, now you're talking. Now. I
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: didn't slam your head in the freezer, though nine times
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: I ain't do that. I slung him to the ground.
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: I grabbed him and slung him to the ground. Slung
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: him to the ground. So you don't believe that, because
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: that's not how you guys are, Shirley. You cannot tell
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: no living man that I know that's marriage and put
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: in time with a wife and a dude sitting in
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: his house and say these words to him, and his
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: reaction is I grabbed him and slung him to the ground.
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: My wife yelled it and yelled for me to stop.
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: So then he stopped. I so bad I can't even
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: hear her. Yeah, ok, she need to get out the
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: way while I'm throwing the blows in it. Damn. Yeah.
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: Then he said, fast forward to the president. I got
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: a new house. So you moved out your house, and
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: there's a man that they moved in your house that's
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: screwing your wife in that house. This house, ain't this
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: house don't have no soot damage from the fire you sat. Yeah,
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: you can actually live in this house. It ain't no
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: water damage when the fire department comes. But ain't you
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: ain't said nothing on fire. He's sleeping in the house,
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: screwing your wife. You then win't got a new house,
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: and they getting married when I divorced, and y'all ain't
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: even divorced, so now you're still paying for this house.
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: That he ain't sleeping with your wife. Pardner, I'm gonna
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: tell you right now, and none of this happening with
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: no dudes. I know. Okay, one of my best friend,
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: Biggie Week, if you sit in and tell him you've
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: been sleeping with his white man. This is not even
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: a new story. We're all forty yeah, the greatest episode.
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: Everybody on that block at their houses in jem the
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: whole block. All right, this is an episode of Forensic five.
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: The greatest wonder we gotta got coming up at the
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: top of the hour. Some of the dirtiest places in
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: the gym that can make you sick. We'll talk about
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: it right after this. You're listening, all right? Uh, well,
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: you guys are really on this strawberry letter today as
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: just the worst letter. Let me tell you what's the
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: last I thought we heard it all? Steve, No, this
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: right here, this because as men, I just don't know
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: no man like this and him be type. And when
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: this man said to this man he could tell, he
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: told me he could tell my wife needed to be
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: loved properly. So he seduced to us. He's been making
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: love to her almost daily for two weeks. So if
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: you're so you have, if you're so intuitive, if you
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: got all this esp where you know how somebody thinking
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: it feeling, you didn't know when you said this to me,
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: what I was spending to do to you. You mean
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: to tell me you didn't you didn't use all these
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: powers you got. You thought that when you told me this,
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: you didn't see none of this something to do to you.
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: You didn't see your ass getting tied to the back
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: of my bumper and drug down to the liquor stove
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: so I can buy philth and bring your drag your
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: hands back up to the house and finish whooping your hand.
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: You didn't see Why are you Why are you sitting
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: up in here being miss cleo. You ain't see this?
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: Never helped me, steve nothing you and then you're you're
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: sitting in my house. That's another impossible Tommy. How's he
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: sitting in the man's house. You can't be in my house,
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: I tell you. But though when I leave that house,
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: I'm leaving with your private part in a zip. You
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: won't ever use it again. No ice, Shirley, and with
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: no ice, Yeah, we're not. This ain't fun repair. Now,
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: everybody in this house sit down, use bad room. This
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: This ain't gonna be for repair. You ain't putting this
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: back on this. This is memorabili Now you're gonna be
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: in the jaw coacher, pickle juice, Oh my metal piece?
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: All right? Are you guys? Have you gotten it? All out. Now,
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: don't you drink that. Don't touch it, Reggie, that's Reggie. Well.
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: I don't want the wife to get off scott free
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: either though I don't she was wrong. Why is it
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: all jacket on one side? Cause I tow it out?
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: Or we're gonna try to move on from the Strawberry
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: Letter today. Listen to the podcast on demand, or you
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: can go to Instagram and Facebook and check it out today. Okay,
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: all right, we're gonna try and move on and talk
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: about your gym. Now. Your gym is probably going to
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: be a bit more crowded this month, you know, because
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: everybody makes those New Year's resolutions to get in shape,
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: you know, summer's coming, all of that. They want to
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: get healthy. But while working out is definitely healthy for you,
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: there's a at least one problem about the gym that's
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: not so great for your health. And that's all the
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: germs that you're going to be exposed to that can
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: make you sick. Now, Wall Street has come out with
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: a list of the dirtiest places in the gym that
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: can make you sick. Number one, yoga mats. It's probably
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: a good chance no one down. Yeah, Why while you

- 1:13:20Speaker 1: I'm you know why she why I wear batters gloves whenever? Jim, alright?
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: Not not not weightlifting? You don't have your fingers out. No,
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: I wear batters gloves. I buy the gloves that football
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: players catch footballs with. Oh okay, I wear them to
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: the gym, so my hand is completely covered. Okay, you're
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: safe because one report claims that weights have three hundred
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: and sixty two times more bacteria than a toilet seat.
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: What why now, I'm done, I'm done, yeah, part okay, right, yeah,
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: so you just don't let all your muscles just wilk

- 1:13:58Speaker 1: damn you know. Okay. Cardio machines, you know, the screens,
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: the handles, all that, they're the they're yeah, they're among
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: the most used machines, probably the least likely to be

- 1:16:55Speaker 1: the name are you. I just want to ask a question,
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: are you younger? Can you come around? I mean I
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: think you'll put that part together up. You must have
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: fell off or something like. Yeah. I mean I'm trying
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: to pretty wrong, like you're driving for pull up and
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: go like lapping. I mean, I just felt like it's
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: an easy way to get some easy money right here
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: down time. I mean, people, you know what I'm saying.
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: I really think that. Okay, I think that's what? What
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: what that? Ain't mad at him from working? Thought him
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: from working? Yeah? How is that your business? D don't
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: know what you're tripping with him? For you in the car.
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: At least he got a car to come get you.
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: You don't have a car. People, Man, you must have
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: fell off. That was straight disrespectful right there. Man, Yeah,
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: that was really crazy. But you know, sometimes man, pull
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: up and get out, set back. It's just to set
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: up for a comeback, That's all it is. People. People
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: watch your scenes of your life and they see you
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: having a bad scene, and here come all the movie
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: critics to talk about your scene in the movie where Dad,
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: when you graduate, Where Dad, when you get your job promotion?
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: Where the movie critics at when y'all have your baby
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: where y'all at when they see when you buy your
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: new house? And the movie critics at none of that.
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: They only have the scenes in the movies where they
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: get to be the critic. But ass sitting up in
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: the ride share shar' a ride because she ain't got
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: a car. Yeah that's so yeah, But but I love
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: how how young Jock took it. After the story broke,
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: Jack responded to the video and said, it's a fun
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: way to make cash and then to show your kids
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: how to make an honest living. Now, what's wrong with that?
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: Take a listen. So I'm a part of this this
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: organization around twenty five years, Big Brother BIS System, and
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: a lot of times when we're talking to these kids
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: and you you gotta lead by example, and sometimes like
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: you have to show people you're not too big, you
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. You have to show them what
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: humility is and you're not too big too, you know,
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: do the right thing by making an undersliving. I think
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: a lot of times that's why our kids and even
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: adults going straight because they're too a shame and too
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: prideful man to do something. It was one of those things.
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: But you know how you just be you started challenging
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: yourself to do something you ain't never did a folk
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: I love it, I love it, Yeah, I really. Coming
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: up next is our last break of today and Steve
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: of course, is going to have some closing remarks for us.
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: That's coming up at forty nine minutes after the hour.
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: Right after this. You're listening, all right, guys, here we go,
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: last break of the day. It's been a good days
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: the last breakdown. Thank you, Jay, Anthony brown Boy, Yeah,
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: you're miss Terry back Jay, definitely, Carlos out today. Carl
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: will be back tomorrow though, and uh yeah, it's been
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: a good day though, thank you guys. Yeah, it's always
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: fun starting off a good year so far. I'm in
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: love with twenty twenty. Yeah, that's going good. Yes, got
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: some great projects coming up. Really, man, it's so it's
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: so much on the horizon if you look at it, man,
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: and it's it's just it's it's amazing how some people
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: don't view the things the right way. And I think
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: that's probably going to be more my closing remarks. It's
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: kind of talk about you. Okay, well let's get it.
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: Let's go. Steve. No time like the present. I um
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: wanted to just go on and talk about this subject
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: for a minute because I think it's an important thing
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: for us to talk about, because so many people view
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: things not the right way. They just take the wrong
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: approach to it, and mostly it's just negative. Mostly it's
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: just negative. And I want to offer you a couple
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: of things, man, that I've learned over the years, and
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: people have sent me quotes and messages and plaques, and
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: I've had a lot of really cool people. May give
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: me some great jewels, some pearls of wisdom that have
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: helped me out and have a lot of situations. I
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: don't care what you do. We are all going to
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: experience life. Life touches, all of us. None of us
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: are exempt. We are going to experience grief, high moments, victories, defeats, wins, losses,
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: hurdles that we've overcome, hurdles that will knock us completely down.
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: We will fall into trenches and ditches. We will be
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: not square dead on our back. We will be jumped
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: from behind, we will will be sideswiped, we will be
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: sucker punched. We're gonna get snuck. We're going to soar.
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: We're going to win. We're going to thrive, We're gonna fly,
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: We're gonna crash, We're gonna burn, I said, burned, but
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: not burned up though this is life. But let me
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: tell you something that I think Lee Haney gave me this.
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: One time I was going through something and he was
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: telling me he was gonna pray for me. And then
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: he always he said something to me. One time. He says, Steve,
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: pain always leaves a gift. I said what, and he
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: said it again, he said, pain always leaves a gift,
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: and I said, woe. And so I started thinking about it,
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: and I said, Wow, you know something that's true every
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: painful moment I've had in my life that God has
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: brought me through, when I look back on it, when
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: he pulled me through the other side of it, when
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: I got beyond it, I learned something so valuable that
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: when that same pain happened again, it didn't affect me
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: the same way it did the first time, because that
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: pain that I had had left me a wonderful gift.
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: And you know what that gift usually is experience. Experience
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: is a wonderful teacher, it really is, man, and failure
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: is an even better teacher. Failure teaches you lessons that
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: you never forget because ain't no lesson and like a
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: vault lesson. So remember, everybody, you are going to experience life,
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: and there's heaven flows to life. But when you get
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: in some pain and God bring you on the other side,
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: get you through it, and you able to balance yourself
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: after this over with, it leaves you a gift. Always. See,
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: a lot of people are suffering from anxiety. And you know,
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: and I was kind of reading this today a little
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: bit like this, and you gotta watch anxiety, man, because
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: anxiety usually happens when you peer into the future and
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: you don't take God with you. Boy, this would laid
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: me out today. Anxiety, the leading one of the leading
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: cause of anxiety is when you peer into the future
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: and you don't take God with you. See, if you
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: don't count God into the future, and you think about
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: the future that you can't control, that you can't bring about,
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: that you can't we all are wishing to existence. If
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: you just go out into the future, well what if
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: he do this? And what if they say that? And
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: I don't think I don't be a man if I
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: don't get this in time, I ain't gonna have that. Man,
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: they gotta have all this money in by the sixteenth
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: of June. It's January. If I don't get this money
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: in June. Wait a minute, you're tripping today. You're going
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: to have an anxiety today over something that's happening in June.
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: Don't you know that God or be there with you
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: in June. Don't you know that God is probably already
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: there waiting on you. He see all this stuff down
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: the road. All you want for you to do is
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: turn around and have relationship with him so he can
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: give you the stripped wisdom, an understanding to cope with
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: what's happening to you. Stop looking into the future tripping,
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: and don't take God on the futuristic trip with you.
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: It's okay to fant aside, but man, put God in
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: your fantasy. Lord. Man, if we do this, Lord and
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: I get there and you wouldn't, and it'll change your perspective.
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: So y'all remember, paint always leaves a wonderful gift and anxiety.
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: Usually it's bought about. When you peer into the future
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: and you don't take God with you, take him everywhere,
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: it'll change your perspective. Always SPI marks trop it about
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: to go home. There you go. God just wants us
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: to count on him, that's all. I'll have a great weekend. Man.
