- 0:00Speaker 1: So if you're a lefty and there's a movie that's
- 0:02Speaker 1: coming out about Hunter Biden, what do you do, Well,
- 0:05Speaker 1: you trash the movie even though you haven't seen it.
- 0:08Speaker 1: That's what just happened over the weekend with the extreme
- 0:11Speaker 1: far left Daily Costs. They knew it was important to
- 0:15Speaker 1: trash the movie even though they admitted they'd never seen it,
- 0:18Speaker 1: pumping out a three thousand word review of the movie
- 0:22Speaker 1: even though the author flatantly admitted to not have seen
- 0:26Speaker 1: the movie. If there is any example of exactly how
- 0:30Speaker 1: corrupt the media is and just how terrible they are,
- 0:33Speaker 1: this is the moment, right, this is like the whole
- 0:36Speaker 1: ball game. You now can again remind people of the
- 0:40Speaker 1: bias the media. When they tell you there's not bias
- 0:42Speaker 1: the media, remind them that they actually trashed a movie
- 0:45Speaker 1: without even seeing the movie. Not only did they review
- 0:49Speaker 1: a movie that they didn't see, which is impossible. So
- 0:52Speaker 1: the fact checkers should obviously jump right in here and
- 0:54Speaker 1: say that it's fake news, right, that this is this
- 0:57Speaker 1: is a lie, This is not a real review, because
- 0:59Speaker 1: how and you review a movie if you haven't seen
- 1:02Speaker 1: the movie? How do you write three thousand words about
- 1:05Speaker 1: a movie? My son Hunter even though you haven't seen
- 1:09Speaker 1: the movie. All right, but first I want to tell
- 1:11Speaker 1: you about the incredible company Patriot Mobile. If you are
- 1:15Speaker 1: like me and you're sick and tired of giving your
- 1:17Speaker 1: money to companies that are fighting against your family values,
- 1:21Speaker 1: fighting against your First and Second Amendment rights, trying to
- 1:24Speaker 1: indoctrinate your kids, then you need to make the switch
- 1:27Speaker 1: to the only Christian conservative cell phone company the US. Now,
- 1:32Speaker 1: they're not just a company that is a Christian conservative company.
- 1:35Speaker 1: They actually take a part of your bill every month
- 1:38Speaker 1: when you pay, and they use that money to fight
- 1:41Speaker 1: for our first our Second Amendment rights. They use it
- 1:45Speaker 1: to fight for the sanctity of life and for adoption services.
- 1:49Speaker 1: After we have had this big victory with Roe v. Wade.
- 1:52Speaker 1: This is a company that's on the front lines fighting
- 1:56Speaker 1: for our freedoms. That's why I want you to make
- 1:59Speaker 1: the switch Patriot Mobile, because every time you use your phone,
- 2:03Speaker 1: you're going to be making a difference on these important issues. Now,
- 2:06Speaker 1: it doesn't matter what your budget is. Patriot Mobile has
- 2:10Speaker 1: incredible plans nationwide coverage that will work with your budget.
- 2:15Speaker 1: So go to Patriotmobile dot com slash Ferguson and get
- 2:20Speaker 1: in the fight and stand with a company that's fighting
- 2:22Speaker 1: for your values. You can also call them right now
- 2:25Speaker 1: nine seven two Patriot. That's nine seven two Patriot. Now
- 2:30Speaker 1: all you gotta do is use the promo code ferguson
- 2:33Speaker 1: to get free activation. Plus special discounts are available for
- 2:37Speaker 1: all veterans and first responders. So join the movement and
- 2:42Speaker 1: make the switch today. Patriot mobile dot com, slash ferguson,
- 2:46Speaker 1: Patriot mobile dot com slash ferguson, or call nine seven
- 2:51Speaker 1: two Patriot. There used to be standards, right, and those
- 2:55Speaker 1: standards in media are are completely gone, because now all
- 3:00Speaker 1: it matters is trashing and destroying anybody that you disagree
- 3:04Speaker 1: with on the right. Right, this is there even used
- 3:07Speaker 1: to be standards when you did a hit piece, right,
- 3:09Speaker 1: which would require the writer to at least have a
- 3:13Speaker 1: modest understanding of this subject or set down with somebody,
- 3:16Speaker 1: interviewed them, and then just basically trash them regardless of
- 3:19Speaker 1: what they said. That's what a hit piece is. This
- 3:23Speaker 1: isn't even that right. This staffer who actually wrote this
- 3:28Speaker 1: article did a full blown trash of a movie he
- 3:33Speaker 1: hadn't seen. Now, what do you do if you want
- 3:36Speaker 1: to trash a movie? Well, let me tell you what
- 3:37Speaker 1: he wrote. So rather than watch the film right and
- 3:40Speaker 1: then bash it, the author and said, just started with
- 3:44Speaker 1: a movie review of my Son Hunter. He is now
- 3:47Speaker 1: classified as a soft porn conspiracy flick, even though he
- 3:51Speaker 1: hasn't seen the movie. He's calling it pornography because that's
- 3:54Speaker 1: how you hit somebody and trash their movie if it's
- 3:58Speaker 1: a conservative movie that you don't want anybody watch, which
- 4:00Speaker 1: is exactly why you should go watch my Son Hunter.
- 4:03Speaker 1: So you declare it as being soft porn. You then
- 4:05Speaker 1: say it's a conspiracy flick for quote, weird conservative in
- 4:09Speaker 1: cells quote unquote. There's your headline. You give that headline,
- 4:16Speaker 1: my Son Hunter is a soft porn conspiracy flick for
- 4:19Speaker 1: weird conservative in cells. Right there it is. Then you
- 4:24Speaker 1: write three thousand words, resulting in a borderline unreadable work
- 4:29Speaker 1: of hate rambling that neither offers any insightful glimpse into
- 4:33Speaker 1: the left's regard, you know, the rampage, because they're so
- 4:37Speaker 1: angry about this movie actually being made. It gives you
- 4:40Speaker 1: no insightful review of the movie because they actually haven't
- 4:44Speaker 1: seen it and they don't tell you what the movie
- 4:47Speaker 1: is actually about, which is actually about Hunter. And his
- 4:49Speaker 1: father's international influence pedaling and selling through their businesses. Now,
- 4:54Speaker 1: this movie is actually based on Hunter Biden's laptop, which
- 4:58Speaker 1: we know is real. The Daily Costs writer also went
- 5:01Speaker 1: on to say this, Unfortunately, at the time of this review,
- 5:04Speaker 1: the Drunken Squirrels headline, the movie's marketing over at Brightbart
- 5:09Speaker 1: News and Tactical GunSafe Imporium had not offered us an
- 5:13Speaker 1: advanced copy. So we're going to have to do the
- 5:15Speaker 1: whole movie review just from what we can see in
- 5:19Speaker 1: the trailer. That's what the Daily Costs, right, So you
- 5:21Speaker 1: can write three thousand words about a trailer. The Daily
- 5:24Speaker 1: Costs tweeted it out and it said movie review my
- 5:27Speaker 1: son Hunter is a soft porn conspiracy flip for weird
- 5:30Speaker 1: conservative in cells. Right, we have not been writing enough
- 5:33Speaker 1: movie reviews around here, they go on to say, And
- 5:35Speaker 1: it's something that we're going to have to fix, and
- 5:38Speaker 1: so this is where they decide to do it. Now.
- 5:41Speaker 1: The author did not attempt, by the way, to justify
- 5:43Speaker 1: why I chose to employ the words movie review in
- 5:46Speaker 1: his headline if he did not, in fact watch a movie.
- 5:49Speaker 1: But this is how little they think of you, the
- 5:50Speaker 1: American people, right, they hate you, and they want you
- 5:54Speaker 1: to get in line and just listen to whatever the
- 5:56Speaker 1: hell it is they tell you, all right, right, this
- 5:59Speaker 1: is what they do. And they and they force you
- 6:03Speaker 1: basically into submission. They force you to shut up. They
- 6:07Speaker 1: force you to get on your knees and beg for
- 6:10Speaker 1: their movie review, which they just gave you even though
- 6:13Speaker 1: they hadn't seen the movie. And they tell you that
- 6:15Speaker 1: if you don't agree with them, then you are one
- 6:18Speaker 1: of these radical extremists for right wing you know, either
- 6:22Speaker 1: infidels or inbreads is what they're implying here. You pick
- 6:25Speaker 1: whichever one you like better. This is what they do. Now.
- 6:31Speaker 1: It is really sad that this is what they think
- 6:35Speaker 1: and this is how they act. But at the same time,
- 6:38Speaker 1: I'm also very very thankful that this is how they act.
- 6:42Speaker 1: I'm very thankful that this is what they've decided to
- 6:45Speaker 1: do because it's a perfect example where it shows you
- 6:48Speaker 1: exactly how corrupt the media actually is. Now. This movie,
- 6:53Speaker 1: from what I have been told from people that have
- 6:55Speaker 1: actually seen the movie more than the trailer, they say,
- 6:59Speaker 1: is a bru brilliant picture that for any American, regardless
- 7:04Speaker 1: of your political ideology, paints a very honest depiction of
- 7:12Speaker 1: the laptop, what happened in the space during that laptop
- 7:18Speaker 1: when it was done, Like this is a moment in
- 7:20Speaker 1: time where if you don't know what's happening, if you
- 7:23Speaker 1: don't understand what's happening, if you don't realize what's happening,
- 7:27Speaker 1: then this will actually help you realize and understand what's
- 7:31Speaker 1: going on. If you miss parts of the story, This
- 7:34Speaker 1: actually puts together the pieces of the pie that you
- 7:37Speaker 1: may need to connecting these dots. And that's exactly why
- 7:42Speaker 1: this movie is such a threat that the Daily Cost
- 7:45Speaker 1: decided we have to write a bad movie review about
- 7:47Speaker 1: a movie that we're admitting that we've never seen and
- 7:50Speaker 1: write three thousand words trashing anyone that would ever go
- 7:53Speaker 1: see this movie, because that's also what this is about.
- 7:56Speaker 1: They want you to believe that anybody that this movie
- 8:01Speaker 1: is some sort of domestic terrorists, psychotic individual, some crazy person,
- 8:07Speaker 1: so that naturally you wouldn't want to go see that
- 8:09Speaker 1: movie because you wouldn't want to be baked in to
- 8:12Speaker 1: that diet tribe against anyone that sees the movie. Now,
- 8:16Speaker 1: there's a bigger reason also why this has become an issue, right,
- 8:20Speaker 1: has it? Why it's become a thing. There are new
- 8:25Speaker 1: articles that have just come out. For example, over the weekend,
- 8:30Speaker 1: there is a new article that they don't want you
- 8:32Speaker 1: to read. Top Justice Department lawyer was partners with Hunter
- 8:38Speaker 1: Biden's attorney. This has just come out. You want to
- 8:42Speaker 1: talk about corruption and a conflict of interests. A top
- 8:45Speaker 1: official at the US Justice Department was a law partner
- 8:50Speaker 1: with Hunter Biden's attorney, Chris Clark, raising serious concerns about
- 8:56Speaker 1: potential conflicts of interest as the years long federal probe
- 9:01Speaker 1: into the present sun has reportedly reached a quote critical stage. Now.
- 9:06Speaker 1: Clark is a partner at the New York based law
- 9:08Speaker 1: firm Latham and Watkins. They are a very big law firm,
- 9:12Speaker 1: very well respected. If you do something wrong, you definitely
- 9:15Speaker 1: want to hire them because they can usually at least
- 9:17Speaker 1: get you some sort of good deal. We know that
- 9:21Speaker 1: his partner at this New York baseball firm worked with
- 9:23Speaker 1: Nicholas mcquid on at least four different cases when he
- 9:28Speaker 1: was a partner at the practice. Court records indicate the
- 9:31Speaker 1: cases were high stakes commercial litigation, where the pair regularly
- 9:35Speaker 1: defended clients facing multimillion dollar lawsuits. So if you're doing
- 9:39Speaker 1: that type of court case together, you're gonna work really
- 9:42Speaker 1: well and know each other really well. McQuaid was named
- 9:47Speaker 1: acting have the Justice Department's Criminal Division on January twentieth,
- 9:50Speaker 1: twenty twenty one, the day Present was inaugurated. You don't
- 9:54Speaker 1: think that was by accident, Clark, you ready for this,
- 9:57Speaker 1: started representing Hunter Biden a month for that, And just
- 10:01Speaker 1: think about that timeline. The day the president gets inaugurated,
- 10:04Speaker 1: all of a sudden, the partner of the one month
- 10:07Speaker 1: earlier other partner in a law firm started representing Hunter Biden.
- 10:12Speaker 1: And then that partner leaves that law firm to take
- 10:15Speaker 1: a paycut to go work for the federal government, and
- 10:20Speaker 1: just happens to leave and get the job right after
- 10:23Speaker 1: the law firm where he worked was hired to defend
- 10:27Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. Now, as you know, Hunter Biden has been
- 10:31Speaker 1: under investigation by the Department of Justice since two thousand
- 10:35Speaker 1: and eighteen. A probe initially centered around taxes, has reportedly
- 10:40Speaker 1: expanded the potential money laundering and violations of foreign lobbying laws,
- 10:46Speaker 1: like not actually registering as a foreign agent. In July,
- 10:52Speaker 1: seeing in report of the probe had reached a quote
- 10:54Speaker 1: critical stage and that potential charges were imminent, potentially putting
- 10:58Speaker 1: mcquait in the hot seat. Now you think about this guy.
- 11:02Speaker 1: He's at a law firm that hires Hunter Biden. A
- 11:04Speaker 1: month later, he gets this job as the head again.
- 11:08Speaker 1: He's named acting head of the Justice Department's Criminal Division
- 11:11Speaker 1: the day Joe Biden was inaugurated. And why would you
- 11:14Speaker 1: take that big pay cut? Obviously it's a big job,
- 11:17Speaker 1: But why would you take that big pay cut when
- 11:19Speaker 1: you're already at a huge law firm. I think you
- 11:22Speaker 1: can connect some dots there. Mcquaid's presence leading the Department
- 11:26Speaker 1: of Justice's Criminal Division raises major ethical questions about the
- 11:31Speaker 1: extent of his involvement in the Hunter Biden probe, which
- 11:35Speaker 1: both the White House and the dj have refused to answer.
- 11:39Speaker 1: There's exactly why we need a special prosecutor. Quote. It's
- 11:43Speaker 1: had another abject failure of accountability in a long list,
- 11:47Speaker 1: is what Senator Chuck Grassley told The Post. If Republicans
- 11:50Speaker 1: retake a majority in the Senate, the Department can expect
- 11:53Speaker 1: additional pressure and process from me as Chairman of the
- 11:56Speaker 1: Judiciary Committee, and from my colleagues on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
- 12:01Speaker 1: We'd be seeking information from dozens of individuals and empowered
- 12:04Speaker 1: by a committee majority. We'd no longer just be asking.
- 12:09Speaker 1: Now Christopher Clark worked as Again, this is the attorney.
- 12:12Speaker 1: Christopher Clark is the attorney four Hunter Biden on at
- 12:16Speaker 1: least four different hike profile cases when he was a
- 12:18Speaker 1: partner at the practice of Lathan and Watkins. Republican from Wisconsin,
- 12:26Speaker 1: Senator Ron Johnson's Alvis said they had sent no less
- 12:29Speaker 1: than five letters on potential conflicts of interests at the
- 12:34Speaker 1: Biden Justice Department, including McQuaid. Thus far, the DOJ has
- 12:40Speaker 1: refused to even provide a response to Senator Johnson's questions
- 12:45Speaker 1: and requests. A spokesman for the Senator confirmed now Clark
- 12:51Speaker 1: in the White House did not respond for requests for
- 12:54Speaker 1: comment from The New York Post, who was breaking this story.
- 12:58Speaker 1: A Department of Justice spokesman declined to comment. It said
- 13:01Speaker 1: that McQuaid had signed a Biden ethics pledge. Oh, well,
- 13:07Speaker 1: that fixes everything right when he joined the Department of Justice,
- 13:11Speaker 1: in which he agreed to not, for a period of
- 13:14Speaker 1: two years from the date of my appointment, participate in
- 13:17Speaker 1: any particular matter involving specific parties. That is directly and
- 13:22Speaker 1: substantially related to my former employer or former clients, including
- 13:27Speaker 1: regulations and contracts. Well, how long has it been since
- 13:31Speaker 1: he left January the twentieth of two thousand. We're passed
- 13:34Speaker 1: to your mark. So now he can be all up
- 13:37Speaker 1: in the Hunter Biden case. Now, while this is happening,
- 13:44Speaker 1: let me tell you another part of the Hunter Biden
- 13:45Speaker 1: story that's breaking over the weekend. The US Treasury says
- 13:49Speaker 1: requests for Hunter Biden records must come from a Democratic
- 13:52Speaker 1: led committee, not Republicans. That could change quote if Republicans
- 13:59Speaker 1: take them a joy already in Congress, it's November in
- 14:01Speaker 1: the midterms if they don't decide to change the rules
- 14:04Speaker 1: yet again. So they're stonewalling on every front. Right, you're
- 14:09Speaker 1: a member of Congress, you're a member of the Senate.
- 14:10Speaker 1: You should be able to ask certain questions. And there
- 14:14Speaker 1: are new questions coming out about emails with Hunter Biden,
- 14:18Speaker 1: heightening concerns over his China ties. And it's mind boggling
- 14:23Speaker 1: if you ask many just how bad it actually is
- 14:26Speaker 1: these ties. Take a listen to this report earlier this
- 14:30Speaker 1: week about the ties to China, and then I'm going
- 14:33Speaker 1: to get back to the government here in the Treasury
- 14:37Speaker 1: where they're saying, we're not going to give you anything
- 14:39Speaker 1: unless you're a Democrat. We're not gonna give you anything
- 14:41Speaker 1: unless the Democrats, the ones that requested Republicans, you can
- 14:44Speaker 1: go to hell. We're not going We don't work for you.
- 14:46Speaker 1: This is how corrupt the government has become. Well, it
- 14:49Speaker 1: means I'm New emails obtained by Fox News show first
- 14:52Speaker 1: son Hunter Biden helped arrange a dinner at the Chinese
- 14:55Speaker 1: embassy for a client off his former investment company. This
- 14:58Speaker 1: was back in twenty eleven, mind you. Those emails also
- 15:00Speaker 1: show a Hunter helped to arrange that dinner after networking,
- 15:03Speaker 1: where a tap Beijing official at a luncheon hosted by
- 15:07Speaker 1: his father, then Vice President Joe Biden. The client who's
- 15:11Speaker 1: also a Democratic donor, writing quoting here, I just talked
- 15:14Speaker 1: to Hunter and he said he sat with the number
- 15:16Speaker 1: three official at the embassy today at lunch and has
- 15:19Speaker 1: contact information to follow up after the Chinese president has
- 15:23Speaker 1: left the US. John Levin is a reporter for the
- 15:26Speaker 1: New York Post. He joins US now. The Chinese president,
- 15:29Speaker 1: of course, at the time was hu Jian Tao. He
- 15:30Speaker 1: was at this this luncheon, right, Barbara Streisan is there,
- 15:33Speaker 1: and John Kerry is there, and Hunter Biden's at this
- 15:36Speaker 1: table with the number three guy in the Chinese Embassy
- 15:39Speaker 1: and suddenly, you know, his one of his big wealthy
- 15:42Speaker 1: clients gets a dinner at the Chinese Embassy. I mean,
- 15:44Speaker 1: this is clearly peddling, you know, some some political goods, right,
- 15:49Speaker 1: I mean, it just it just boggles the mind that
- 15:51Speaker 1: Hunter Biden would have these high level contacts within the
- 15:55Speaker 1: Chinese government and the Chinese Communist Party. You know, it
- 15:58Speaker 1: can't be stressed enough that during much of the period
- 16:00Speaker 1: the laptop covers, he was addicted to crack cocaine and
- 16:04Speaker 1: an alcoholic. And you know, if you read his autobiography,
- 16:07Speaker 1: there were times when he was just snorting drugs off
- 16:09Speaker 1: the carpets of the hotels he was staying in. So
- 16:12Speaker 1: what interest would top Chinese officials, Why would the number
- 16:15Speaker 1: three person and the embassy be sitting next to him
- 16:18Speaker 1: if not to get access to his father. And that's
- 16:20Speaker 1: the big question is is what were they looking for?
- 16:24Speaker 1: I mean, is this whole concept of Joe Biden saying
- 16:27Speaker 1: I never had any conversations with my son about any
- 16:31Speaker 1: of his business dealings has now been proven false right repeatedly,
- 16:36Speaker 1: and yet this laptop still this you know, the media
- 16:39Speaker 1: hasn't really picked us up as a major major story. Yeah, well,
- 16:42Speaker 1: there's clearly unanswered questions about what Joe's President Biden's involvement
- 16:47Speaker 1: was with his son and with China and the businesses.
- 16:50Speaker 1: We know that in the laptop he's referred to as
- 16:53Speaker 1: the big guy, and we know that many many entities,
- 16:56Speaker 1: not just Chinese but also Russian but also from Kazakhstan,
- 16:59Speaker 1: also Romania, they all coalest around Hunter because they wanted
- 17:03Speaker 1: access to his father, and what access was ultimately granted
- 17:07Speaker 1: remains an open question. So we jump ahead three years
- 17:09Speaker 1: and in twenty fourteen, Hunter's uncle, Jack Owens, reaches out
- 17:13Speaker 1: to Hunter to help him get a business license for
- 17:15Speaker 1: his telemedicine company in China, and he says the following
- 17:18Speaker 1: quoting here, time pressure is very tight, plus the fact
- 17:21Speaker 1: that we do not yet have one, meaning the license
- 17:24Speaker 1: has caused a slight credibility bump in the company's mind.
- 17:27Speaker 1: This all translates into a need for a business license
- 17:31Speaker 1: and one secured very quickly. And he said, why is
- 17:34Speaker 1: the uncle going to Hunter Biden to get a business
- 17:37Speaker 1: license for his company in Ja. And I think it's
- 17:40Speaker 1: important to remember how in China, family relations and government
- 17:43Speaker 1: politics are totally intertwined. And if you look at the
- 17:46Speaker 1: leaders of China today, they're the children and the grandchildren
- 17:49Speaker 1: of the founding Communist party leaders. So it's very natural
- 17:53Speaker 1: over there that if you want something done here, you
- 17:56Speaker 1: work with the son of the leader or the family
- 17:58Speaker 1: of the leader. It's it's it's part of a very
- 18:01Speaker 1: long tradition. And you know, you'll notice how in the
- 18:04Speaker 1: countries he was working in there, they're not They're not Finland,
- 18:07Speaker 1: it's not England, It's It's It's it's China, it's Russia,
- 18:10Speaker 1: it's Kazakhstan. It's places that don't necessarily have the best
- 18:13Speaker 1: rule of law or where corruption and family connections matter more.
- 18:17Speaker 1: John Levine great to have young. So all these emails
- 18:20Speaker 1: are showing that there's clearly collusion between Hunter Biden and
- 18:25Speaker 1: Joe Biden and the US government to whore out the
- 18:28Speaker 1: US government to the highest bidder, which is exactly why
- 18:31Speaker 1: the United States Treasury is just giving the middle finger
- 18:35Speaker 1: to the Republican Party saying we will not hand over
- 18:38Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's financial information to Republican lawmakers because we know
- 18:43Speaker 1: how damning it is. I'm sure right for the mid
- 18:46Speaker 1: term elections if you can see what actually was going on. Now.
- 18:49Speaker 1: This is all about all of those records and all
- 18:52Speaker 1: of these hundreds one hundred plus, you know, bank records
- 18:56Speaker 1: that were flagged for suspicious and corrupt activity. And so
- 19:00Speaker 1: they're saying no, if you're a Republican lawmaker and you
- 19:05Speaker 1: have a request come through. No, the Democrats are the
- 19:08Speaker 1: only ones that can request this. Republican lawmakers. By the way,
- 19:11Speaker 1: I've been seeking this information concerning suspicious activity reports. That's
- 19:16Speaker 1: what the bank calls them. It's part of bank regulations
- 19:20Speaker 1: on President Joe Biden's son. But the Treasury says, no,
- 19:25Speaker 1: we're going to change the rules in the middle of
- 19:27Speaker 1: the game so that we can screw you and you
- 19:29Speaker 1: can't see it. Right. The Treasury's decision now is to
- 19:32Speaker 1: require the request to go through a Democratic control committee,
- 19:36Speaker 1: and it makes it now virtually impossible to ever see
- 19:40Speaker 1: these records. Now, these suspicious activity reports are so damning
- 19:46Speaker 1: from what I've been told, they include large cash transactions
- 19:52Speaker 1: and transfers. Even Reuters is reporting this now. These reports
- 19:57Speaker 1: could indicate fraud, They could indicate money laundering. They could also,
- 20:02Speaker 1: by the way, be legal transaction. So why would you
- 20:06Speaker 1: want to hold that infoback if they are legal now?
- 20:10Speaker 1: The decision is the latest in a series of attempts
- 20:14Speaker 1: by the Republicans to get the information, while the Treasury
- 20:17Speaker 1: continues to deny their efforts. Back in July, Representive James Comer,
- 20:22Speaker 1: Republican from Kentucky, also who is the ranking member of
- 20:26Speaker 1: the Oversight House Oversight and Reform Committee, accused straight up
- 20:31Speaker 1: the Biden administration of changing standard operating rules to shield
- 20:35Speaker 1: Hunter Biden from a potential investigation. Quote, the Biden administration
- 20:41Speaker 1: is restricting Congress's access to SARS. That is, and SARS
- 20:47Speaker 1: are the reports of the bank. That's their acronym, just
- 20:49Speaker 1: so you know. And Committee Republicans are investigating whether this
- 20:54Speaker 1: change in longstanding policy is motivated motivated by efforts to
- 20:59Speaker 1: shield un Biden and potentially present Joe Biden from scrutiny.
- 21:03Speaker 1: That's what he said in a letter dated July sixth
- 21:06Speaker 1: of this year, twenty twenty two. And in the letter,
- 21:09Speaker 1: the Republican reiterated the request for the documents after the
- 21:12Speaker 1: Treasury failed to hand over any documents or any information
- 21:16Speaker 1: at all. According to the report, the Treasury Secretary, who
- 21:22Speaker 1: works at the pleasure of the President, Janet Yellen, works
- 21:26Speaker 1: for Joe Biden, is the requesting a statement of purpose
- 21:30Speaker 1: for seeking the information and claims the refusal to comply
- 21:33Speaker 1: is quote not a political process. Really. Since the beginning
- 21:37Speaker 1: of this administration, Treasury has made stars available in response
- 21:42Speaker 1: to authorize committee requests and continues to engage on the
- 21:46Speaker 1: process with any individual members seeking information. The Treasury has
- 21:52Speaker 1: also claimed it has complied with turning over some pertinent information.
- 21:59Speaker 1: The representive Homer contradicts that claim from Democrats. It is
- 22:03Speaker 1: troubling that the Biden administration is willing to provide a
- 22:05Speaker 1: false story to the media to create the appearance of
- 22:08Speaker 1: transparency while continuing to thwart congressional oversight. He added, there
- 22:14Speaker 1: are currently two hundred twenty three Democrats in the House
- 22:16Speaker 1: of Representatives, giving them a majority over the two hundred
- 22:19Speaker 1: and twelve Republicans. Many pollsters and experts have predicted Republicans
- 22:25Speaker 1: could retake the majority in the upcoming November midterm elections.
- 22:28Speaker 1: But if this information is so damning that you just
- 22:31Speaker 1: say no, you're never going to see unless Republicans get control.
- 22:36Speaker 1: It's probably because they know that if we do get
- 22:38Speaker 1: to see it, just how bad it's going to be,
- 22:40Speaker 1: It's gonna be awful. And I think everybody kind of
- 22:44Speaker 1: understands that. Now. While all of that is happening, we
- 22:50Speaker 1: also got this other story this week, and that is
- 22:53Speaker 1: the lawsuit that has come out revealing dozens in the
- 22:58Speaker 1: Biden administration worked with Big Tech to suppress free speech
- 23:05Speaker 1: in online Coronavirus's course, as well as hunter Biden stories
- 23:11Speaker 1: that they wanted to silence. We now know that the
- 23:14Speaker 1: Big Tech and the Biden administration work hand in hand
- 23:17Speaker 1: with one another. Right, the Biden administration the Big Tech
- 23:20Speaker 1: allegedly colluded to suppress free speech during the pandemic with
- 23:25Speaker 1: at least eighty eight separate communications. Is what the Missouri
- 23:29Speaker 1: Attorney General Eric Schmidt revealed Thursday. Missouri and the Louisiana
- 23:36Speaker 1: Attorney General Jeffrey landerlie and may file the lawsuit that
- 23:40Speaker 1: sought to expose how top Biden administration officials allegedly colluded
- 23:45Speaker 1: with social media companies to censor freedom of speech on
- 23:48Speaker 1: a number of topics, including COVID nineteen. After Smith won
- 23:53Speaker 1: the lawsuit in July, the Department of Justice DOJ was
- 23:57Speaker 1: forced to reveal to the Plainiff in total, eighty eight
- 24:02Speaker 1: communications between the Biden administration and social media companies that
- 24:06Speaker 1: show how the Biden administration work directly with big tech
- 24:11Speaker 1: to censor freedom of speech. This again, this is what
- 24:16Speaker 1: happens when you pull back the curtain. Now you understand
- 24:20Speaker 1: why the Treasury in General Yellen just says, hey, we
- 24:22Speaker 1: don't have to give you anything. We don't care you
- 24:24Speaker 1: think we're not being transparent. We don't care you think
- 24:27Speaker 1: we're breaking the law. We literally just don't care. We
- 24:31Speaker 1: don't have to do anything we don't want to do. Ever,
- 24:33Speaker 1: and this is another example of it. What the Missouri
- 24:35Speaker 1: and Louisian Attorney general have found so far in response
- 24:40Speaker 1: to Missouri and Louisiana is you know, investigations. Basically, defendants
- 24:46Speaker 1: identified forty five federal officials. This is how much they
- 24:51Speaker 1: can shut down what you say online. They identified forty
- 24:55Speaker 1: five federal officials the Department of Homeland Security, the CIS,
- 25:00Speaker 1: the CDC, the NIAID, and the Office of the Surgeon General,
- 25:07Speaker 1: all of which are contained in either the Department of
- 25:10Speaker 1: Homeland Security or Health in Human Services. Now of all
- 25:15Speaker 1: these forty five federal officials at these organizations, they communicated
- 25:20Speaker 1: with social media platforms about information they wanted to be
- 25:25Speaker 1: taken down. They wanted to be labeled misinformation, and they
- 25:29Speaker 1: wanted it to be censored, they say. Beyond the Department
- 25:33Speaker 1: of Justice, Meta, which is the new name of Facebook,
- 25:38Speaker 1: identified thirty two additional federal officials, including listen carefully, White
- 25:44Speaker 1: House officials who communicated with them directly. That's not all.
- 25:50Speaker 1: This also goes to YouTube. Identified eleven federal officials, including
- 25:56Speaker 1: the White House officials, who communicated with them on things
- 26:00Speaker 1: they wanted to be censored or taken down. Many of
- 26:05Speaker 1: these were not disclosed, by the way to the Department
- 26:07Speaker 1: of Justice. Thank goodness, there's whistleblowers. I think you understand
- 26:10Speaker 1: where this is going now. Smith gave specific examples of
- 26:16Speaker 1: how the Biden administration and big tech allegedly coordinated to
- 26:20Speaker 1: suppress free speech on the platforms. A senior Facebook officials
- 26:25Speaker 1: send an email to the Surgeon General stating quote, I
- 26:29Speaker 1: know our teams met today to better understand the scope
- 26:32Speaker 1: of what the White House expects from us on misinformation
- 26:36Speaker 1: going forward. The email chain follows a Surgeon General's misinformation
- 26:43Speaker 1: Health Advisory. In July of twenty twenty one, the same
- 26:47Speaker 1: senior officials send a letter A later email I should
- 26:51Speaker 1: say to the Health and Human Services to HHS and
- 26:55Speaker 1: noted thanks again for taking the time to meet earlier. Today.
- 26:59Speaker 1: Then the official continue to discuss how Facebook is taking
- 27:02Speaker 1: even more steps to censor freedom of speech. Now, before
- 27:08Speaker 1: I get into more of this story, I want to
- 27:09Speaker 1: say thank you and tell you about our good friends
- 27:11Speaker 1: at Legacy Precious Metals. Without them, the show wouldn't be possible.
- 27:15Speaker 1: And if you have not looked at gold and silver
- 27:18Speaker 1: as a way to protect your hard earned dollars against
- 27:20Speaker 1: what the happening on Wall Street with inflation, it's time
- 27:24Speaker 1: for you to call them and get the free Investor's Guide.
- 27:27Speaker 1: Why because so many around the world are now using
- 27:29Speaker 1: gold and silver, and historically they have for decades as
- 27:33Speaker 1: a protection a hedge against inflation, which is exactly what
- 27:36Speaker 1: we're dealing with right now. If you're terrified to look
- 27:39Speaker 1: at your retirement account, your four one case statement because
- 27:41Speaker 1: of what's happening on Wall Street, that's all the more
- 27:45Speaker 1: reason why you should call and get the investors got
- 27:47Speaker 1: in gold and silver protect your hard earned money and diversify,
- 27:51Speaker 1: call them and get the free Investor's Guide from Legacy
- 27:53Speaker 1: Precious Medals one eight six six seven five one twenty
- 27:58Speaker 1: two eighteen one eight six six seven five one twenty
- 28:03Speaker 1: two eighteen or online at Legacy PM Investments dot com.
- 28:09Speaker 1: Further communications show that Facebook is increasing the strength of
- 28:15Speaker 1: our demotions for COVID and vaccine related content that third
- 28:20Speaker 1: party fact checkers rate as partially false or missing context.
- 28:25Speaker 1: The emails now show that content will now be demoted
- 28:30Speaker 1: at the same strength that we demote any content on
- 28:32Speaker 1: our platform rated false. Twitter also scheduled a meeting to
- 28:37Speaker 1: debrief top White House officials on vaccine misinformation as well.
- 28:41Speaker 1: In other words, if you said something like Iverneckton, it
- 28:43Speaker 1: was never going to see the light of day. If
- 28:45Speaker 1: you talked about some of the problems or concerns with
- 28:49Speaker 1: maybe the vaccine, it was never going to see the
- 28:51Speaker 1: light of day. If you had a page it was
- 28:53Speaker 1: talking about some of anything that was negative in any capacity,
- 28:58Speaker 1: it was never going to see the light of day.
- 29:00Speaker 1: So it's not and this is the point why I'm
- 29:02Speaker 1: talking about the COVID real quick, so you understand this.
- 29:04Speaker 1: This is all about controlling the media and controlling you.
- 29:11Speaker 1: That's the part you really need to understand. It doesn't
- 29:16Speaker 1: matter if it's a Hunter Biden's story, it doesn't matter
- 29:18Speaker 1: if it's COVID story. If they don't like the narrative,
- 29:22Speaker 1: if they don't like what you're saying, if they don't
- 29:23Speaker 1: like your story that you're telling, especially that story is
- 29:28Speaker 1: true and one that may be damaging to what they
- 29:30Speaker 1: believe in their ideology, then they are going to shut
- 29:34Speaker 1: it down and it will never, as they put it,
- 29:37Speaker 1: see the light of day. Now, if you really want
- 29:40Speaker 1: to shut someone down, you just get the liberal fact
- 29:42Speaker 1: checkers who they employ to start quote fact checking stories
- 29:46Speaker 1: and marking stories as misinformation or false information. And then
- 29:52Speaker 1: at that point it's straight up game over. This is
- 29:58Speaker 1: happening in the United States of America, right. This isn't
- 30:04Speaker 1: happening in a third world country. This is happening in America,
- 30:09Speaker 1: and its coordination between our government right and their government right.
- 30:16Speaker 1: Their government I referred to as the media because it's
- 30:18Speaker 1: now acting like a part of the communist country. This
- 30:22Speaker 1: is state sponsored media, right. This is what they do
- 30:27Speaker 1: in communist countries. This is what dictators and tyrants do.
- 30:31Speaker 1: The media is literally a part of the government, and
- 30:35Speaker 1: that is now where we are. That's what's happening in
- 30:38Speaker 1: the United States of America now. They also stated that
- 30:43Speaker 1: there were mentions when Facebook would not want to comply
- 30:47Speaker 1: with the administration's alleged demands for censorship until the CDC
- 30:51Speaker 1: and gave their input or debunk the claims the administration
- 30:55Speaker 1: allegedly wanted suppressed. In fact, we're learning from the government now.
- 31:00Speaker 1: They even conveyed. The CDC reported they wanted to have
- 31:03Speaker 1: monthly meetings to review all the posts on Facebook that
- 31:06Speaker 1: dealt with COVID. In these emails that have now come out,
- 31:11Speaker 1: there are several instances where Facebook wouldn't proceed with censoring
- 31:15Speaker 1: freedom of speech on their platform until they had input
- 31:18Speaker 1: or a debunking from the CDC. Twitter, by the way,
- 31:22Speaker 1: followed the same course in at least one email. The
- 31:25Speaker 1: CDC also proposed a monthly debunking meeting with Facebook to
- 31:29Speaker 1: help them sensor free speech, as well as regular be
- 31:32Speaker 1: on the lookout calls with major social media outlets. A
- 31:37Speaker 1: White House official was even censored about parody fauci accounts
- 31:43Speaker 1: and coordinated with Facebook to take them down. I'm not joking.
- 31:47Speaker 1: So the White House under your tax dollars, were concerned
- 31:51Speaker 1: about parody fauci accounts that made them look bad and
- 31:55Speaker 1: coordinated with Facebook to make sure they were taken down.
- 31:58Speaker 1: How easy was it to get a something taken down? Well,
- 32:03Speaker 1: a White House official, we have an official White House email,
- 32:06Speaker 1: was concerned about a founcy parity account and coordinated with
- 32:10Speaker 1: Facebook before doing any investigation to get it taken down.
- 32:15Speaker 1: They sent an email. They reach out to Twitter, Google, Meta,
- 32:17Speaker 1: Microsoft following all of this, anybody they didn't like, they said,
- 32:22Speaker 1: take it down, and Facebook, by the way, respond immediately, yep,
- 32:25Speaker 1: on it right, We'll take it down right now. Did
- 32:28Speaker 1: Facebook look get the account to see if the accountant
- 32:30Speaker 1: done anything wrong? Didn't matter. If the White House calls
- 32:33Speaker 1: Facebook and says Facebook, we want this account taken down,
- 32:37Speaker 1: that's what Facebook does, apparently every time they're requested that
- 32:41Speaker 1: that happened. You don't like an account, if there's an
- 32:44Speaker 1: account that has humor in it, and you don't like
- 32:47Speaker 1: the humor in the account, or you think it makes
- 32:50Speaker 1: the present look bad. These people at the White House,
- 32:53Speaker 1: during using being paid with your tax dollars on your time,
- 32:58Speaker 1: would send emails to face book saying this account and
- 33:01Speaker 1: that account and this account we don't like. Take them down,
- 33:04Speaker 1: Take them down, take them all down. That's what we're
- 33:07Speaker 1: now doing in this country. This is no different than
- 33:10Speaker 1: state sponsored media. So pay attention because it's getting worse, folks,
- 33:15Speaker 1: and everybody knows it's happening now. The emails are there.
- 33:19Speaker 1: So now it's our job to make it very clear
- 33:21Speaker 1: come November that this is not okay with us and
- 33:25Speaker 1: we don't want to live in a place like Venezuela
- 33:27Speaker 1: or Russia or China. All right, as I remind you,
- 33:31Speaker 1: we give you this info, but we need you, guys,
- 33:33Speaker 1: to be the soldiers on the ground. So please share
- 33:36Speaker 1: this podcast with your family and friends, give us a
- 33:40Speaker 1: five star review wherever you're listenings podcasts. That helps us
- 33:43Speaker 1: reach so many more people, and we will see you
- 33:46Speaker 1: back here tomorrow.
