Today is Day 4 of our series, “Lonely But Not Alone: Finding God in Every Season of Life.” My sister, do you remember when you used to pray for five minutes of peace and quiet? The kids were calling, “Mom!” Somebody needed a ride. Somebody was hungry. There were dishes in the sink, laundry everywhere, school activities, appointments—and you probably thought, Lord, can I just have one quiet day? Then one day…the quiet came.
