- 1:41Speaker 3: To turn the mouth.
- 1:42Speaker 5: Turn you probably got to turn the mouth, turn out
- 1:46Speaker 5: the water, the water up looking.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Come come on, you'll think, uh huh, I sure will.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Good morning everybody.
- 2:05Speaker 8: You're listening to the voice, Come on, dig me now,
- 2:08Speaker 8: one and only Steve Harvey. I got a radio show,
- 2:13Speaker 8: just trying to give God some back, just some back
- 2:18Speaker 8: of what even gave me, just a portion, you know.
- 2:21Speaker 8: Just I'm just trying, man to to show some type
- 2:26Speaker 8: of gratitude for all his blessings. I'm just trying to, man,
- 2:32Speaker 8: just just get it right sometimes, you know what I mean.
- 2:36Speaker 8: I mean, man, you just can't do what you want
- 2:38Speaker 8: to do and just live wrong all the time. Man,
- 2:40Speaker 8: you gotta at one point in time, Steve, come home. Man,
- 2:44Speaker 8: come on, man, you could do better. I know you can,
- 2:47Speaker 8: you know saying, and you know what I had to do.
- 2:50Speaker 8: I had to stop saying. I'm gonna try to do better.
- 2:53Speaker 8: And I just had to say, hey, man, I'm going
- 2:55Speaker 8: to do better. You know, trying is just to put
- 2:59Speaker 8: forth in effing and if it don't work, well okay.
- 3:02Speaker 8: But if you make up in your mind that I'm
- 3:03Speaker 8: going to do something, then trying isn't enough. It's getting
- 3:08Speaker 8: it done is the only thing that matters. See, it's
- 3:10Speaker 8: the difference between doing and trying. We're gonna try to
- 3:13Speaker 8: win the game, or we're gonna go out here to
- 3:15Speaker 8: win the game. Now, trying to win the game means
- 3:18Speaker 8: that you could lose. But when you got in your
- 3:21Speaker 8: mind made up, most athletes will tell you that they
- 3:24Speaker 8: go out there with the full intent and purpose of
- 3:27Speaker 8: winning and winning only see they don't put the second
- 3:30Speaker 8: place finish on the cover of Sports Illustrated.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Second place don't get you there. You you got to win.
- 3:37Speaker 8: And now take it out of the scope of athletics,
- 3:39Speaker 8: but keep it in that type of analogy in life. Man,
- 3:43Speaker 8: you just want to you want to win in life,
- 3:45Speaker 8: don't you. I mean, at the end of the day,
- 3:47Speaker 8: don't you want to be on the cover of Sports
- 3:49Speaker 8: Illustrated of life?
- 3:50Speaker 2: Don't you want to be recognized for your hard work?
- 3:54Speaker 8: Don't you want you know to be recognized within the
- 3:57Speaker 8: bonus structure down at your job. Don't you want to
- 4:00Speaker 8: have your plaque up on the wall down at your job?
- 4:02Speaker 8: I mean most people do. Some people could care less.
- 4:05Speaker 8: Some people don't care about looking good or being their best.
- 4:08Speaker 2: And that's cool.
- 4:08Speaker 8: But I ain't talking to them though. I'm talking to you.
- 4:11Speaker 8: I'm talking to those of you who want to be
- 4:14Speaker 8: the best you can be. You know, people kill me
- 4:16Speaker 8: when they getting mad at people and he Brown knows
- 4:20Speaker 8: and he all up on the employee of the month man,
- 4:22Speaker 8: the dude doing his job to the best of his ability,
- 4:25Speaker 8: and he getting recognized for it? What they got to
- 4:27Speaker 8: do with all that you're talking about? Because you ain't
- 4:29Speaker 8: up there. There's amazing, man, how people describe other people's success.
- 4:33Speaker 8: He's so lucky, lucky? Hey man, don't they kind of
- 4:36Speaker 8: get you a little bit when people call you lucky? Well,
- 4:39Speaker 8: let me tell you what luck really is, y'all. Lucky
- 4:42Speaker 8: is when hard work bumps up into opportunity. Some people
- 4:46Speaker 8: call that luck. But hold on, let's think about this.
- 4:50Speaker 8: If you wasn't working hard, an opportunity presented itself, what
- 4:54Speaker 8: would you call that? But see, when you've been working hard,
- 4:57Speaker 8: and opportunity presents itself and it bumps up in each other.
- 5:00Speaker 8: Now people want to call that luck, but hold up here,
- 5:02Speaker 8: got to park though to day, ain't paying no attention
- 5:04Speaker 8: to Yeah, that opportunity came by, But if you had
- 5:07Speaker 8: not been working hard and the hard work had not
- 5:09Speaker 8: ran up in the opportunity, what would you have? No, sir,
- 5:12Speaker 8: it's not luck, it's work. It is work because as
- 5:16Speaker 8: a scripture that said, faith without works is dead. But
- 5:21Speaker 8: my mama was a Sunday school teacher. She taught me enough.
- 5:23Speaker 8: Though Now I know different between right and wrong, just
- 5:26Speaker 8: like you do. You ain't got to you know. It
- 5:29Speaker 8: kills me when people write a strawberry letter?
- 5:31Speaker 2: Am I wrong for this?
- 5:32Speaker 7: You know?
- 5:32Speaker 9: Good?
- 5:32Speaker 2: Well look at this? Read your letter? Are you wrong
- 5:35Speaker 2: for this? You know you're wrong?
- 5:37Speaker 10: What?
- 5:37Speaker 2: You don't need else to be telling me?
- 5:38Speaker 9: You know?
- 5:38Speaker 8: But I'm gonna do this anyway. Well else, hee, Go ahead, though,
- 5:41Speaker 8: do what you want to do. But you know what, y'all,
- 5:45Speaker 8: here's the best advice I can give you. And this
- 5:46Speaker 8: is what I really came to talk about this morning,
- 5:49Speaker 8: but I got sidetracked because I listened get out of
- 5:54Speaker 8: your own way? So many of us are blocking our
- 5:57Speaker 8: home blessings. We just in our own way. We are
- 6:01Speaker 8: in our own way. And one of the most dangerous
- 6:05Speaker 8: ways you can get in your way is to do
- 6:08Speaker 8: it your way, to get it figured your way, and
- 6:12Speaker 8: to lock in on your way. And this the way
- 6:14Speaker 8: it's got to go. Do you know how many people
- 6:16Speaker 8: are blocking their blessing? Do you know how long I
- 6:19Speaker 8: block mind? With that mindset right there? Look, because this
- 6:24Speaker 8: the way you do it, You think that makes it
- 6:26Speaker 8: the right way? You think jazz, cause you don the
- 6:29Speaker 8: thought on it long and hard, and that's what you
- 6:30Speaker 8: really want. Do you really think that your way is
- 6:33Speaker 8: the right way or could that be a better way?
- 6:36Speaker 2: See?
- 6:36Speaker 8: Until I started listening to God and started paying attention
- 6:40Speaker 8: to his way, man, I was spinning my wheels. Man,
- 6:43Speaker 8: I was out here so determined this how I was
- 6:45Speaker 8: gonna do it. But you know I had to learn
- 6:48Speaker 8: how to get out of my own way because just
- 6:50Speaker 8: because I could do it my way didn't mean it
- 6:53Speaker 8: was the right way. I had to get out of
- 6:56Speaker 8: my own way. Just get out your way, man, Now,
- 7:02Speaker 8: what what does that mean? That means, see, set your goals,
- 7:08Speaker 8: That means have your dreams I'm saying, set your goals. Man,
- 7:14Speaker 8: I ain't saying don't set goals.
- 7:15Speaker 2: Listen to me.
- 7:16Speaker 8: Set your goals. What is it you want to happen?
- 7:18Speaker 8: What is it you like to have, What is it
- 7:20Speaker 8: you like to be? What do you aspire to? Set
- 7:24Speaker 8: your goals and set your dreams. Now take your goals
- 7:28Speaker 8: and your dreams to God and ask God to show
- 7:33Speaker 8: you how. Man, you can save yourself a lot of pain.
- 7:38Speaker 8: Listen to somebody who did it his way for so long.
- 7:42Speaker 2: And when I.
- 7:42Speaker 8: Finally got out of my way, out of my own way.
- 7:46Speaker 8: When you've heard old people say, let go and let God,
- 7:49Speaker 8: you've heard them say that I didn't. I didn't get it,
- 7:53Speaker 8: but I got it. Now let go and let God.
- 7:56Speaker 8: And it's amazing little saying. Though now you know you
- 7:59Speaker 8: may not get it now. It took me a bunch
- 8:01Speaker 8: of years to get it too. But when I took
- 8:03Speaker 8: my goals and my dreams and my vision to God
- 8:07Speaker 8: and I said, God, this is what I hope for,
- 8:09Speaker 8: this is what I aspired to, this is what I
- 8:11Speaker 8: want to be, this is why I would love to
- 8:13Speaker 8: get to.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Then I said, help me show me how. Point me
- 8:19Speaker 2: in the right direction. Let me.
- 8:21Speaker 8: Follow your footsteps, guide me, and give me a spirit
- 8:24Speaker 8: of discernment. Show me who wrong? Because I meet people
- 8:27Speaker 8: every day. Ain't up to no good with me every
- 8:30Speaker 8: single day. Oh man, man, I can't believe I wonunap
- 8:34Speaker 8: in to you. Man, the Lord told me something was
- 8:36Speaker 8: gonna happen to me today. Well, see, I talked to
- 8:39Speaker 8: him every day. He did not mention you to me.
- 8:42Speaker 8: He ain't said nothing to me. He didn't tell me
- 8:44Speaker 8: what was gonna happen in mine. Now I don't mean
- 8:46Speaker 8: it can't happen because I'm open to it. So really, man,
- 8:50Speaker 8: I'm proud, and please know I'm listening as well as
- 8:53Speaker 8: I've ever listened before. But get yourself together, though, see
- 8:58Speaker 8: know your goals and your dream and then let God
- 9:00Speaker 8: show you how to do it.
- 9:01Speaker 4: He'll do it.
- 9:03Speaker 9: You know.
- 9:03Speaker 8: It's so important everybody, that you get focused, that you
- 9:07Speaker 8: aim for something, that you dream of something, that you
- 9:10Speaker 8: aspire to something. But it's the most the best thing
- 9:13Speaker 8: you can do. After you do all that, Man, get
- 9:16Speaker 8: God involved in it. Man, talk to him. I mean,
- 9:19Speaker 8: why would you not what you got to lose. You
- 9:21Speaker 8: ain't got to go down there and make no big
- 9:23Speaker 8: scene and run laps around the church and run up
- 9:26Speaker 8: there and throw yourself on the altar and scream and
- 9:29Speaker 8: flip over and throw money in the ad.
- 9:30Speaker 2: You ain't got to do that.
- 9:31Speaker 8: This you and God, man, This you and God. You
- 9:34Speaker 8: know you got to serve and praise him the way
- 9:37Speaker 8: you do it. You gotta let nobody else tell you
- 9:39Speaker 8: how it's done. It's a personal relationship. People kill me
- 9:42Speaker 8: if you don't do it this way. If you don't
- 9:44Speaker 8: come here to this church and you don't run around
- 9:45Speaker 8: in this circle and you don't get flipped in the an,
- 9:47Speaker 8: you don't, Hey, man, you better go have a relationship
- 9:50Speaker 8: with God.
- 9:50Speaker 2: See what that's about, you understand? Or nobody throw you
- 9:53Speaker 2: off with all that? All right? All right, y'all talk
- 9:55Speaker 2: to him. He love to hear from you. Today.
- 9:57Speaker 1: You're listening.
- 9:59Speaker 3: Morning show.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Once two one, two three. I got it? Eh, what
- 10:10Speaker 2: is I got it? Anything you want? I got it,
- 10:19Speaker 2: get record, I got it, made it up myself. I
- 10:24Speaker 2: got it. You know what I'm talking about? Got it?
- 10:30Speaker 2: Said with me with you, I got it. Black people
- 10:36Speaker 2: know they got it. Yeap. Have you ever been to
- 10:39Speaker 2: a lounge and you.
- 10:43Speaker 8: Yeah, because it ain't a good song and you want
- 10:46Speaker 8: the people that's doing it to stop.
- 10:47Speaker 2: But they done wrote it and they think it's hot
- 10:50Speaker 2: and they just doing it.
- 10:53Speaker 11: Like been to a like like a holiday inn lounge, John,
- 11:02Speaker 11: you know the hotel.
- 11:04Speaker 2: Lounges are done. You do know that. Oh well that's
- 11:08Speaker 2: the last time I was. Yeah, and they don't have
- 11:14Speaker 2: the hotel.
- 11:15Speaker 8: You're trying to tell me they don't have entertainment and
- 11:17Speaker 8: hotels no more.
- 11:18Speaker 3: No, they don't know.
- 11:22Speaker 2: New York Man Park the park, the park, hotel.
- 11:27Speaker 3: Okay, small bars and stuff like that.
- 11:31Speaker 2: Yeah, you do know that. There's like I don't know
- 11:35Speaker 2: if I'm telling you, but I haven't seen a ramata
- 11:38Speaker 2: in a long time. Yeah, those are gone.
- 11:43Speaker 6: The Howard.
- 11:45Speaker 8: Howard is still around, and the Howard John No, no,
- 11:52Speaker 8: red roofs still around. Nights In is still around, days
- 11:55Speaker 8: In is still.
- 11:56Speaker 3: Around, Hotel six is still still around.
- 12:00Speaker 2: So we done blew up and just ain't stayed there.
- 12:04Speaker 2: Is that what happened?
- 12:05Speaker 10: No?
- 12:05Speaker 9: No, no, no, you.
- 12:08Speaker 8: No, no, don't say we see the other two dudes
- 12:10Speaker 8: know about these places. You're the one that's news to them.
- 12:16Speaker 5: Okay, did you ever stay at a hotel? When you
- 12:19Speaker 5: open the door, yes, you're right outside.
- 12:21Speaker 3: You know there's no hell.
- 12:23Speaker 2: Yeah, I've done that. I've done that bad, Rue Louis.
- 12:28Speaker 3: When you walked out the door and you you can
- 12:31Speaker 3: see your car, your car.
- 12:33Speaker 2: Poured in night's in.
- 12:37Speaker 8: Red roof end if you can see your door from
- 12:39Speaker 8: the parking lot. My boys is going to the home
- 12:43Speaker 8: coming that Kent and uh, they was all talking about
- 12:46Speaker 8: where they're gonna stay. So everybody was saying, we're gonna
- 12:49Speaker 8: stay at the Hampton Inn. And I'm not familiar with
- 12:52Speaker 8: that at Kent because it wasn't wrong when I was there.
- 12:54Speaker 8: So were all talking. They say, look, thank you or
- 12:57Speaker 8: calm man, think if you ain't working you might could come.
- 13:01Speaker 8: And I got quiet. They said what's wrong? I said, hey, man,
- 13:05Speaker 8: let me ask y'all. Y'all staying at a halfternoon? Yeah,
- 13:10Speaker 8: I said, let me ask you.
- 13:11Speaker 2: So can I see my dough from the parking lot?
- 13:15Speaker 2: They fell out last?
- 13:18Speaker 8: They said, yeah, dog, you can see it from now.
- 13:20Speaker 8: I say, dog, I can't stay there. I ain't gonna
- 13:23Speaker 8: get no sleep. Dog, They're gonna be at my door
- 13:25Speaker 8: all night long. I said, no, I can't do it.
- 13:29Speaker 10: Rug.
- 13:29Speaker 3: Well, you can hear the ice machine. Now we've stayed
- 13:31Speaker 3: in those rooms.
- 13:36Speaker 1: All right, coming up at thirty two minutes after the hour,
- 13:40Speaker 1: we'll hear from a nephew. Is he runs that prank
- 13:42Speaker 1: back right after this you're listening morning show, and it's
- 13:47Speaker 1: time now for the nephew to run that prank back.
- 13:50Speaker 9: What you got for his nep I got that Media
- 13:53Speaker 9: Ministry shirt. And now we ain't talking about the usherboard.
- 13:55Speaker 9: We ain't talking about the kwan. This is the media

- 14:02Speaker 9: them all. Yeah, everybody at the church. I didn't I
- 14:06Speaker 9: didn't hear everybody.
- 14:07Speaker 2: It ain't one.
- 14:08Speaker 9: I ain't missed the pastor. Yeah one want one. They
- 14:11Speaker 9: want to be pastor. I hadn't done them.

- 14:24Speaker 9: Hey, Dre. You the person that runs the media at
- 14:27Speaker 9: the church. You over the sound system and everything and
- 14:29Speaker 9: all the the screens and all that stuff.
- 14:32Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, I worked with the church.
- 14:34Speaker 2: Okay, how long you been at the church, man.
- 14:37Speaker 10: I've probably been at the church for like five years now,
- 14:39Speaker 10: about five years.
- 14:40Speaker 2: Okay, okay, listen. My name Doug Man. Doug newsom and
- 14:44Speaker 2: I haven't.
- 14:44Speaker 9: I haven't joined the church yet, but I've been coming
- 14:47Speaker 9: because my cousin, you know, my uh, my cousin them
- 14:51Speaker 9: go there. They've been going there for quite a bit.
- 14:52Speaker 9: My cousin I got. I got one cousin that's in
- 14:56Speaker 9: the choir, LaTrece. You know who Latrese is, right.
- 14:59Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, I I know the tree. You ain't a
- 15:02Speaker 7: member of the church yet.
- 15:03Speaker 9: No, No, I'm not a member of the church yet,
- 15:04Speaker 9: but you know, I've been in there. You know, I'm
- 15:07Speaker 9: liking the service and everything, so you know, it's just
- 15:09Speaker 9: a matter of time, you know. Uh uh when I
- 15:12Speaker 9: feel like I'm ready to actually join. But I ain't
- 15:15Speaker 9: gonna lie.
- 15:15Speaker 7: Man.
- 15:15Speaker 9: I'm calling you because I got a bit of an
- 15:17Speaker 9: issue about, uh about something I've been noticing for the
- 15:21Speaker 9: last three weeks that's been going on in the church,
- 15:23Speaker 9: and I wanted to uh, you know, I had to
- 15:25Speaker 9: ask around who was over the media, Uh, ministry, Yeah,
- 15:29Speaker 9: that's that's you. Okay, So, uh, man, I don't know
- 15:34Speaker 9: what's happening. Uh, And I ain't gonna lie. I gotta
- 15:37Speaker 9: be real with you. It pissed me off, but uh,
- 15:39Speaker 9: for the last three weeks you know, Uh, when my
- 15:43Speaker 9: cousin get ready to sing. You know, I don't know
- 15:45Speaker 9: why when she get up to sing that the mic
- 15:48Speaker 9: just go out, you know what I mean, The mic
- 15:51Speaker 9: just go completely out when she getting ready to sing.
- 15:53Speaker 2: And I'm like, what this don't make no sense, you know.
- 15:55Speaker 7: So man, it's not like I'm timing it.
- 15:58Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 15:59Speaker 7: I mean, we don't have the best equipment at the church.
- 16:01Speaker 7: You know, we just got to work for what we got.
- 16:04Speaker 10: I mean, it's not like I'm sitting there trying to
- 16:06Speaker 10: single out your cousin. Sometimes the MIC's get a glitch, man.
- 16:09Speaker 2: But see, but see that's see that's my problem though.
- 16:11Speaker 9: The problem I'm having is the glitch happening every single
- 16:14Speaker 9: time my cousin get the mic. You know, that's the
- 16:17Speaker 9: problem I'm having. Like, okay, so every time Latrice get
- 16:20Speaker 9: up there, the same then you know, the mic go out.
- 16:22Speaker 9: I didn't came three weeks straight. I ain't hear my
- 16:24Speaker 9: cousins saying nothing yet. So I'm calling you brouh on
- 16:28Speaker 9: you know, on some real man the man stuff, Just
- 16:30Speaker 9: letting you know, brouh I'm coming to church again this Sunday.
- 16:34Speaker 9: I'm coming if Latrice might go out again, somebody gonna get.
- 16:40Speaker 7: You're gonna bring that into your church. I told you, man,
- 16:42Speaker 7: it's just the glitch. Ain't nothing I could do about it.
- 16:44Speaker 9: Okay, what I'm saying though, Bro, what I'm saying is
- 16:47Speaker 9: just right here though, and I'm being as real as
- 16:49Speaker 9: I can. Which if if Latrice might go out on Sunday,
- 16:54Speaker 9: immediately after that service is over with somebody getting I
- 16:58Speaker 9: don't know why.
- 16:59Speaker 7: You calling threatening the member of the church.
- 17:01Speaker 8: Man.
- 17:01Speaker 7: Like I said, I ain't got nothing to do with it.
- 17:03Speaker 10: I try to keep everything running cool, you know, I
- 17:06Speaker 10: try to keep it running smooth. I can't tell you
- 17:08Speaker 10: when a glitch is gonna happen. It's electronics, man, it's
- 17:11Speaker 10: holy quitmen. I'd love for you to be a member
- 17:13Speaker 10: of the church.

- 18:22Speaker 2: Okay, what what what makes you think you can't get
- 18:24Speaker 2: your ass whooped?
- 18:24Speaker 7: And dra what makes me you over here threatening somebody
- 18:27Speaker 7: over here with the media. You want to come test
- 18:29Speaker 7: these hands and come test the hands man.
- 18:30Speaker 9: You know what, matter of fact, when y'all next rehearsal,
- 18:34Speaker 9: I can just come on over that in come on over.

- 19:11Speaker 10: you can bring whoever you want.
- 19:13Speaker 7: But it ain't gonna.
- 19:13Speaker 2: Happen, Okay, okay, cool in real.
- 19:16Speaker 10: Talk, doug you done call me talking to all this book.
- 19:19Speaker 10: How you're about to come up here and woo my
- 19:21Speaker 10: and now you need like seven eight other guys back

- 19:26Speaker 7: And now you're wanna come up here talking all that shit.
- 19:28Speaker 7: You're gonna bring it because and you've gotten your house.
- 19:31Speaker 7: If you want to do this, man, come up here,
- 19:33Speaker 7: Let's do it one on one.
- 19:34Speaker 2: Oh oh oh oh oh you scared or something.

- 19:49Speaker 9: I'm gonna bring Tommy with me, and Tommy gonna be
- 19:51Speaker 9: the one is gonna act a damn.
- 19:53Speaker 2: Fool with you. I'm telling you that right now.
- 19:55Speaker 7: Who is Tommy?
- 19:56Speaker 2: So you don't know Tommy?
- 19:58Speaker 7: Nah, I don't know Tommy.
- 19:59Speaker 2: Okay, do you know nephew Tommy from the Steve Harvey
- 20:01Speaker 2: Morning Show.
- 20:05Speaker 7: Are you kidding this number?
- 20:08Speaker 2: Hey man, LaTrece got me the prank phone call.
- 20:11Speaker 7: You might.
- 20:11Speaker 2: In fact, the whole choir is in on this and
- 20:14Speaker 2: they know that I am pranking you. Drake man.
- 20:18Speaker 7: Now you got me, Donna turn it up. On the radio. Man,
- 20:21Speaker 7: Now I gotta go ask and forgiven that smack I

- 20:29Speaker 9: Okay, man, I got to ask you this, drake, what
- 20:31Speaker 9: is the baddest that I mean, the baddest radio show
- 20:34Speaker 9: in delay?
- 20:35Speaker 7: You know it's the Steve Harvey Morning Show. And you're
- 20:37Speaker 7: telling me if I could turn your mic off.
- 20:39Speaker 10: I turn that.
- 20:44Speaker 2: You can thank me later. I'll be back on another hour.
- 20:46Speaker 2: It's some more.
- 20:47Speaker 1: Welcome stupid to thank you of. Coming up next. It
- 20:52Speaker 1: is ask the Colo. Our chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey
- 20:55Speaker 1: is in the building and he's waiting. You're listening Steve
- 21:00Speaker 1: Morning Show time. Now forere ask the CLO. Listen if
- 21:04Speaker 1: you need advice from the CLO or the Cloe, as
- 21:07Speaker 1: Tommy calls him, the chief Love Officer. Yeah, submit your
- 21:13Speaker 1: questions to Steve Harvey FM dot com. Steve Harvey in
- 21:16Speaker 1: the building. Are you ready, sir? Stay all right? This
- 21:20Speaker 1: one is from Kendrick in Atlanta. No, not Kendrick lamar Well.
- 21:26Speaker 1: Kendrick says, I've been in a great relationship for three
- 21:29Speaker 1: years with my girl. She's got a great body, mind
- 21:32Speaker 1: and spirit. And we have great sex life. We have
- 21:35Speaker 1: a great sex life. Her twenty six year old daughter
- 21:39Speaker 1: is the spitting image of her, but a lot more freaky.
- 21:43Speaker 1: I've never seen anything like it, and she got me
- 21:46Speaker 1: caught up in a situation that I want to stop,
- 21:49Speaker 1: but I can't. We've been having wild and crazy sex
- 21:52Speaker 1: in her mama's house whenever we can. It was fun
- 21:59Speaker 1: at first, but it's exhausting now and I don't want
- 22:02Speaker 1: to get caught. I had a talk with the daughter
- 22:05Speaker 1: and it ended up in an oral exchange. Needed to
- 22:09Speaker 1: avoid her altogether. What can I do?
- 22:13Speaker 2: Great? And then you do?
- 22:14Speaker 9: Dog?
- 22:14Speaker 8: This old will figure. If you don't end this immediately,
- 22:17Speaker 8: it's gonna come to the light. It's probably gonna come
- 22:20Speaker 8: to the light anyway. Somebody gonna.
- 22:23Speaker 9: Know this.
- 22:25Speaker 2: This This is a no win.
- 22:27Speaker 8: Situation, sir, especially if you're crazy about the mama. But
- 22:30Speaker 8: if you was crazy about the mama, you would be
- 22:32Speaker 8: doing it with her daughter. So and do it all
- 22:34Speaker 8: the way out, you know, just do it, Yeah, go
- 22:36Speaker 8: go ahead, follow Tommy's dumb ass advice and just going.
- 22:41Speaker 2: To ride it all the way out and then pay
- 22:43Speaker 2: it literally, ride it sexual way out of it, you know,
- 22:48Speaker 2: or sexual way further and somebody gonna end up pregnant.
- 22:51Speaker 1: Oh I hope not for mama. Okay Kendall and omaha,
- 22:57Speaker 1: uh wow, omaha, that's the first can. Jill says, I'm
- 23:00Speaker 1: twenty five years old and I think my best friend
- 23:02Speaker 1: may be a racist. We've been friends since seventh grade
- 23:06Speaker 1: and we are roommates. Her twenty seven year old brother
- 23:09Speaker 1: is so fine and he's always been flirting with me,
- 23:13Speaker 1: So we finally hooked up. The sex was amazing, and
- 23:18Speaker 1: he told me I should break the news to his sister.
- 23:22Speaker 1: I told her that her brother and I hooked up.
- 23:25Speaker 1: She told me there's just no way her brother would
- 23:27Speaker 1: date me, and he could do much better. She stopped
- 23:31Speaker 1: talking to me after that. Is she grossed out because
- 23:33Speaker 1: I hooked up with her brother or is she mad
- 23:36Speaker 1: because I'm black and he's white?
- 23:38Speaker 7: Wow?
- 23:38Speaker 2: Both of them.
- 23:39Speaker 8: Either way, she don't think much of you. She said,
- 23:44Speaker 8: he could do better. Now you can relate that to
- 23:47Speaker 8: your color or your character as a person.
- 23:50Speaker 2: Wow.
- 23:51Speaker 8: Either way, it's the same if a person don't like
- 23:53Speaker 8: you to character your person, or don't like you because
- 23:55Speaker 8: of color of your skin.
- 23:56Speaker 2: Either way, she threw with you because you just slept
- 23:58Speaker 2: with her brother roommates. You know she threw with you.
- 24:02Speaker 2: She don't see you as right for her brother. Is
- 24:05Speaker 2: she a racist? Possible?
- 24:07Speaker 8: Very possible. But you know she don't want you with
- 24:10Speaker 8: a brother regardless. Now you can also look at it
- 24:13Speaker 8: like this. Most women who have a brother don't thank
- 24:19Speaker 8: nobody good enough for their brother, really, right, right, they
- 24:22Speaker 8: get real protected.
- 24:24Speaker 2: So it could be just that, you know, and so
- 24:28Speaker 2: now you know he say break the news to a
- 24:31Speaker 2: gold and teller. You told her? Yeah, Now you find
- 24:34Speaker 2: out how she feel about you. Now does that stop
- 24:36Speaker 2: you from seeing him? That's up to you. Might run
- 24:39Speaker 2: into something else when you go over there and tell
- 24:41Speaker 2: her daddy.
- 24:41Speaker 1: That though, and their roommates, Steve, don't forget that part.
- 24:45Speaker 2: If she is racist, she didn't get it by herself. Hello,
- 24:50Speaker 2: see you at the dinner Sunday. Guess who's coming to dinner?
- 24:54Speaker 6: Right? All right?
- 24:58Speaker 1: Chief Love Officer, Moving on, Jad's don't wear not on
- 25:01Speaker 1: your head?
- 25:03Speaker 9: Huh?
- 25:04Speaker 2: Don't don't go in the house with nothing on your head.
- 25:07Speaker 2: What do you mean, like what re ignhing like that?
- 25:10Speaker 1: You know?
- 25:11Speaker 2: Oh yeah, right after dinner you're dead.
- 25:18Speaker 1: I didn't happen, all right, We're moving me real you
- 25:24Speaker 1: you help?
- 25:25Speaker 7: Uh?
- 25:26Speaker 1: J D is an iHeartRadio app listener. J D says,
- 25:29Speaker 1: back in August of twenty fifteen, I met a young
- 25:32Speaker 1: lady on a dating app. After going to dinner and
- 25:35Speaker 1: hitting it off, she asked me how I felt about children.
- 25:38Speaker 1: In turn, she told me she was four months pregnant.
- 25:41Speaker 1: I didn't care, and we dated for almost two years.
- 25:45Speaker 1: I helped her take care of the child that I
- 25:47Speaker 1: have no biological ties to. The first chance she got,
- 25:51Speaker 1: she went right back to her child's father. It's been
- 25:54Speaker 1: years and I would still take her back if she
- 25:57Speaker 1: came back to me. I dreamed of marrying her and
- 26:00Speaker 1: having a family. I feel used and confused. How did
- 26:04Speaker 1: I mess this up? Where did I go wrong?
- 26:08Speaker 8: She did what she wanted to do. This ain't your fault.
- 26:11Speaker 8: You can't blame yourself for this woman going back to
- 26:14Speaker 8: her ex and all like this here. You can't blame
- 26:16Speaker 8: yourself for that. It's just like women who always want
- 26:19Speaker 8: to find something wrong with them when they do go
- 26:21Speaker 8: off and do something stupid.
- 26:22Speaker 2: It ain't your fault.
- 26:24Speaker 6: She did this.
- 26:25Speaker 2: This ain't you you, And don't take her.
- 26:28Speaker 8: Back because she can have another episode just going about
- 26:33Speaker 8: your business man. You can meet anybody, have family with.
- 26:35Speaker 8: That's what you want, not just anybody. You can find
- 26:39Speaker 8: somebody to treat you right, love you and all this
- 26:40Speaker 8: and let her go.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Man advice, that's the best advice you could give her.
- 26:45Speaker 8: That the hell of a conversation you had at four
- 26:47Speaker 8: months pregnant too, So yeah, I don't know how you
- 26:51Speaker 8: work your way through that.
- 26:52Speaker 1: But oh wow, And he was a baby's father for
- 26:56Speaker 1: two years, not no more? All right, well, why why
- 27:00Speaker 1: do we have a little time less? It was the
- 27:02Speaker 1: baby's daddy for two years? Yeah, yeah, he's not five?
- 27:07Speaker 1: Ye all right, Well while we have a little more time, Steve,
- 27:11Speaker 1: if you and Junior want.
- 27:12Speaker 8: To get back into your music, jun name named the
- 27:16Speaker 8: coldest artist you can and our topic.
- 27:19Speaker 12: You already know, I'm going Jones.
- 27:22Speaker 2: Why why would you ask Way the Fire? That's a
- 27:28Speaker 2: band right now? Yeah, that's a whole what we was too.
- 27:31Speaker 2: That was your best group. That's my group. You gotta
- 27:33Speaker 2: know we had Tony Tony Tony. Yeah, Common Doors.
- 27:39Speaker 3: Shut that down.
- 27:41Speaker 2: You know I was playing with you. Come on, come on,
- 27:45Speaker 2: all right, uh let me go Kidred Family, So I
- 27:48Speaker 2: love it.
- 27:50Speaker 1: That ain't even the same all right. Look that is
- 27:55Speaker 1: you're listening morning show.
- 28:00Speaker 5: This is when you realize you're not good at cheating,
- 28:03Speaker 5: and it's when you get caught. As soon as you
- 28:06Speaker 5: get caught. I'm not always well. I wasn't good at
- 28:11Speaker 5: at it this time. I've never been good at it.
- 28:14Speaker 5: But just this one time, I'm at my place. You know,
- 28:19Speaker 5: got my little place is all.
- 28:20Speaker 7: You know.
- 28:21Speaker 3: I've got fake for all on the couch and everything,
- 28:23Speaker 3: got my little got, my.
- 28:25Speaker 5: Little pictures on the wall, my seat, my albums, you know,
- 28:28Speaker 5: the album got the albums on the wall.
- 28:29Speaker 3: Man, I'm sitting there chit chatting.
- 28:31Speaker 9: You know.
- 28:32Speaker 5: We we listen some loofer. Loofer, We listen some loofer.
- 28:37Speaker 5: All of a sudden, a brick comes through the window.
- 28:40Speaker 3: Right, God.
- 28:44Speaker 1: Right, like this is normal with.
- 28:48Speaker 5: It didn't have a note on it, so I had
- 28:50Speaker 5: no hood. It didn't have normal Somebody throw a brick
- 28:58Speaker 5: through your windows and on it. And it was a
- 29:02Speaker 5: nice side brick, right, not a rock. I didn't say
- 29:04Speaker 5: a rock.
- 29:05Speaker 3: It was a brick. I'm gonna tell you. Nothing changes
- 29:10Speaker 3: the mood in a room like a brick coming through
- 29:15Speaker 3: your window.
- 29:16Speaker 5: Was sexty for albums and all that forget all that right,
- 29:22Speaker 5: you hear outside, I still didn't know who was ray A.
- 29:26Speaker 6: Last.
- 29:28Speaker 3: You ain't gonna bot that on. You still hear the
- 29:32Speaker 3: rude number one?
- 29:34Speaker 5: Never go outside, You never go outside, and it killed
- 29:40Speaker 5: not on it. You don't go outside. But it changed
- 29:42Speaker 5: the mood of inside. So I couldn't go outside, and
- 29:46Speaker 5: I had nothing inside because what was inside. No, I
- 29:49Speaker 5: wasn't naked and I wasn't naked, but what was inside left? Oh,
- 29:53Speaker 5: so she left because that changed the mood right there.
- 29:56Speaker 5: When you hit, when you hit, when you see a brick,
- 29:59Speaker 5: and then you don't outside.
- 30:02Speaker 1: But when you southbrog you had no idea.
- 30:06Speaker 3: Through the break, but the move was changed. So that
- 30:09Speaker 3: was that's my confession.
- 30:12Speaker 13: Yeah, I might We're gonna tell you all this, Jesus.
- 30:17Speaker 13: Something happen back in college, and I lied to the fellas.
- 30:22Speaker 13: You know how you your boy got a girl and
- 30:24Speaker 13: then she got the friend, and then you know they
- 30:26Speaker 13: want you to talk to the friend. Well she she
- 30:29Speaker 13: wasn't attractive at all. Now I told him I didn't
- 30:33Speaker 13: do nothing with the girl, and I did, and I
- 30:35Speaker 13: actually did.
- 30:35Speaker 6: I we did.
- 30:36Speaker 2: I did it.
- 30:37Speaker 1: I took one for the league not to tell, took
- 30:41Speaker 1: for the league.
- 30:44Speaker 5: Telling you.
- 30:44Speaker 13: It was the most craziest thing because she had this
- 30:47Speaker 13: thing was she just kept looking at me like say something,
- 30:51Speaker 13: give me some encouragement.
- 30:52Speaker 1: How am I doing?
- 30:54Speaker 13: Just keep looking at me, no eyes wide open and
- 30:57Speaker 13: his breathing in this room just like I think, and
- 31:01Speaker 13: my part like, man, did you do that?
- 31:03Speaker 12: I ain't do nothing.
- 31:04Speaker 2: I want about it to know you did it? But
- 31:05Speaker 2: I did it.
- 31:06Speaker 1: I did told you know she I know she was
- 31:09Speaker 1: speaking she hit but dog, it was like.
- 31:11Speaker 12: She kept breathing that.
- 31:14Speaker 1: I said, say something, looking at me.
- 31:18Speaker 4: The whole time.
- 31:21Speaker 1: Man, Yeah, she told every I was just.
- 31:26Speaker 10: A z man.
- 31:26Speaker 2: I did it, dog Man, I did mine. Ain't that
- 31:31Speaker 2: bad man? I was young man. I talk about twenty
- 31:38Speaker 2: two and so I started dating this girl that worked
- 31:43Speaker 2: at Ford h bad mom, sad, bad money. I didn't think, so.
- 31:50Speaker 4: You didn't care.
- 31:52Speaker 8: I probably about twenty one one. So I finally took
- 31:57Speaker 8: a long time, got her to go out to dinner
- 31:59Speaker 8: with you. Went to this restaurant up on Northfield by
- 32:03Speaker 8: the horse track called brown Derby. So we walk into
- 32:08Speaker 8: brown Derby. I got my little pr Cardine suit on everything.
- 32:13Speaker 8: We sit down at the table. I'm sitting there there
- 32:16Speaker 8: a big thick knot. I'm a little fro and everything.
- 32:21Speaker 8: You know how you feel somebody standing yea. And it
- 32:26Speaker 8: was kind of dimly lit in there. So when my
- 32:29Speaker 8: eyes adjusted, I look and.
- 32:33Speaker 14: The other girl I'm dating is in there with her mama,
- 32:44Speaker 14: and she just staring at me.
- 32:46Speaker 1: Look at you.
- 32:47Speaker 8: I'm talking about man on side my head, her mama
- 32:52Speaker 8: back to me.
- 32:54Speaker 2: Now i'd have been over the house.
- 32:56Speaker 1: Man, was this your girl?
- 33:00Speaker 2: Thirty times.
- 33:03Speaker 9: That you?
- 33:05Speaker 1: Yeah, that was your girlfriend.
- 33:08Speaker 8: Yeah, she's staring at me. So I picked her out
- 33:12Speaker 8: through the look across through these little vase with the
- 33:14Speaker 8: flowers in it. You just thought I was in the
- 33:18Speaker 8: jungle somewhere. I looked around and made our contact. I
- 33:22Speaker 8: jerked my head so I wouldn't look at her no moment,
- 33:25Speaker 8: I said there.
- 33:25Speaker 2: Man, I didn't know what to do. Man, I'm young.
- 33:27Speaker 2: I'm trying to work this out right, So I said, man,
- 33:32Speaker 2: I gotta do something. So I got up. She looked
- 33:36Speaker 2: dead at me.
- 33:38Speaker 8: As soon as I got up and walked towards the bathroom.
- 33:41Speaker 2: Here she come.
- 33:43Speaker 10: Wow.
- 33:44Speaker 8: So when I got ready to make the left to

- 51:36Speaker 9: I use the majority of the time, okay, And that's
- 51:40Speaker 9: where all the creative stuff is.
- 51:42Speaker 2: It's on the left.
- 51:43Speaker 9: And a lot of people don't know that. A lot
- 51:44Speaker 9: of people don't know how to go there and use
- 51:46Speaker 9: that side. Some people are just stuck on the right,
- 51:49Speaker 9: and you know, just happen to be blessed like that.
- 51:52Speaker 5: Well, thank you for breaking that down in your brain
- 51:56Speaker 5: to the left. Okay, it's Tommy everything he does in
- 52:04Speaker 5: his brain to the Left's.
- 52:07Speaker 1: All right, thank you, left brained people. Coming up next

- 52:45Speaker 2: you here. It is the Strawberry Letter.
- 52:48Speaker 1: All right, Thank you, nephew. Subject to my children's Mama
- 52:52Speaker 1: or my sugar Mama, Dear Stephen Shirley. I love my
- 52:56Speaker 1: wife very much, and she is the mother of my children.
- 53:00Speaker 1: But I have another woman. My wife is very beautiful
- 53:03Speaker 1: and smart, but she doesn't submit to me like my
- 53:06Speaker 1: mistress does. My wife wants me to beat a man
- 53:09Speaker 1: of the house all of the time, and when I
- 53:12Speaker 1: ask her for help on certain things, she huffs and puffs.
- 53:15Speaker 1: I just want a partnership with her and raise our
- 53:18Speaker 1: children together. My other woman is older and loves catering
- 53:23Speaker 1: to me like she is my personal assistant. It's so
- 53:26Speaker 1: good with this older woman. I'm starting to wonder if
- 53:30Speaker 1: I'm falling in love with her or if I'm just
- 53:32Speaker 1: in love with all of the attention. I told my
- 53:35Speaker 1: mistress that I am not leaving my wife, and she
- 53:38Speaker 1: doesn't seem to care. My wife had my phone looking
- 53:41Speaker 1: for our plumber's number, and she ran across the text
- 53:44Speaker 1: from my mistress. I told her she is one of
- 53:47Speaker 1: my real estate clients. My wife would never suspect anything,
- 53:51Speaker 1: and she doesn't question me. If she found out about
- 53:56Speaker 1: my mistress, I'm sure I could explain it so that
- 53:59Speaker 1: she wouldn't think it anything was going on, because this
- 54:01Speaker 1: lady isn't my type at all. I'm in it for
- 54:04Speaker 1: the way she's always making me feel. She makes me
- 54:08Speaker 1: a priority and treats me like a king. She buys
- 54:11Speaker 1: me expensive gifts, and she freely gives me money. I
- 54:16Speaker 1: love that she enjoys cognac and cigars with me and
- 54:19Speaker 1: has a passion for classic cars. She is the ideal
- 54:24Speaker 1: sugar mama. The sex is great and feels so natural
- 54:28Speaker 1: with her that I can't imagine why this woman is single.
- 54:31Speaker 1: I'm not under any pressure to stop seeing this woman,
- 54:34Speaker 1: but I know it's wrong. I am happy at home
- 54:37Speaker 1: and I'm happy with my mistress, so I would have
- 54:40Speaker 1: a hard time choosing between the two. Should I make
- 54:43Speaker 1: a choice now or ride this out? Please help, Please
- 54:47Speaker 1: help with what? What do you want us to help with?
- 54:51Speaker 1: That's what I'm confused about here. You already know, you
- 54:56Speaker 1: already know. I mean, what do you want Steve and
- 54:58Speaker 1: I to do?
- 54:59Speaker 2: At this point?
- 55:00Speaker 1: You have all the answers. Morley, you know this is wrong.
- 55:03Speaker 1: You're married, you have children. Okay, you're cheating, You're lying,
- 55:08Speaker 1: You're using the sugar Mama because she gives you attention.
- 55:11Speaker 1: You're taking money from her. You know she smokes cigars
- 55:14Speaker 1: with you and all of that. You think you might
- 55:16Speaker 1: be in love with her. The sex is great. You're
- 55:19Speaker 1: critical of your wife because she doesn't submit to you
- 55:24Speaker 1: and because she wants you to be the man of
- 55:26Speaker 1: the house all the time. Hello, I don't understand that one.
- 55:30Speaker 1: But so this makes her a bad wife because those
- 55:35Speaker 1: are her requirements.
- 55:36Speaker 2: All right.
- 55:37Speaker 1: I think you, sir, I think you have a problem
- 55:40Speaker 1: because you just want women to to just to serve
- 55:44Speaker 1: you and cater to you. I mean, who are you
- 55:46Speaker 1: that you deserve that? What are you doing? But you
- 55:50Speaker 1: have a good wife, you say she was beautiful and smart,
- 55:52Speaker 1: you have children, but you're cheating on her. You don't
- 55:56Speaker 1: even deserve her, let alone a sugar mama, and you're
- 56:00Speaker 1: you think you might have to decide between the two.
- 56:02Speaker 1: If we tell you to leave the sugar Mama alone,
- 56:05Speaker 1: you're not gonna do it, because what the sex is great,
- 56:09Speaker 1: and she does all these wonderful things to you. You
- 56:11Speaker 1: don't really want anything from us unless you want us
- 56:15Speaker 1: to tell you to stay stay in it, because you're
- 56:17Speaker 1: happy with both of them. You don't want an answer
- 56:20Speaker 1: from us. I mean, really, you're just wasting our time
- 56:22Speaker 1: right now. Seriously, you are, Steve, you know what?
- 56:26Speaker 2: Surely everything you said is spot on.
- 56:29Speaker 8: I mean, you know, dude, really, did you write us
- 56:32Speaker 8: just so you could brag about your situation? You just
- 56:36Speaker 8: want to tell it to somebody because obviously, man, this
- 56:39Speaker 8: is something you can't keep to yourself because where in
- 56:42Speaker 8: here did you ask for help?
- 56:44Speaker 2: Right?
- 56:45Speaker 8: Where in here do you even see a problem? See,
- 56:50Speaker 8: all you did was send us a letter that to
- 56:54Speaker 8: justify what you doing, and it don't add up. Dog,
- 56:59Speaker 8: damn man.
- 57:00Speaker 4: It's dudes like you.
- 57:01Speaker 2: Man.
- 57:02Speaker 8: See, bro, I don't know what you thought I was
- 57:03Speaker 8: supposed to say to you, But it's dudes like you
- 57:05Speaker 8: to make it hard for other dudes. Man that's trying
- 57:08Speaker 8: to do right or out there just trying to trying
- 57:11Speaker 8: to get it together.
- 57:13Speaker 2: My wife is very beautiful, she's the mother your children.
- 57:17Speaker 8: But I got another woman, okay, right here now, you
- 57:20Speaker 8: starting to women are starting to develop a hate for you.
- 57:23Speaker 2: But let me show you where you made show. They
- 57:25Speaker 2: hate you.
- 57:27Speaker 8: My wife is very beautiful and smart, but she doesn't
- 57:29Speaker 8: submit to me like my mistress does. Right there. They
- 57:33Speaker 8: hate your ass.
- 57:34Speaker 2: Every woman listening to this hates your ass right now.
- 57:39Speaker 8: To hell you me, dog, She's very beautiful and smart,
- 57:44Speaker 8: but she don't submit to me. Yeah, dog, every woman,
- 57:49Speaker 8: you just lose you someone, You stupid man. My wife
- 57:54Speaker 8: wants me to be the man in the house all
- 57:56Speaker 8: the time. Well, what you want some days off?
- 57:59Speaker 11: Yeah?
- 57:59Speaker 7: What is that?
- 58:00Speaker 10: You?
- 58:01Speaker 8: You don't get days off from this hell this thing
- 58:04Speaker 8: called manhood. Man, you got to wear it. It's yours now.
- 58:09Speaker 8: If you don't want to be the man house all
- 58:11Speaker 8: that damn time? How many days off you need? Because
- 58:13Speaker 8: she got to be the wife and the mother. She
- 58:15Speaker 8: don't get no days.
- 58:16Speaker 2: Off from them.
- 58:17Speaker 8: Oh man, come on, dude, right here. And when I
- 58:20Speaker 8: ask her for help on certain things she huffs and puffs.
- 58:23Speaker 8: I just want to partnership with her and raise our
- 58:25Speaker 8: children together. And what marriage is though. You gotta figure
- 58:29Speaker 8: some stuff out. You you got to sit down and talk.
- 58:32Speaker 8: You gotta listen. You gotta hear some stuff you don't
- 58:34Speaker 8: want to hear. You gotta let some stuff go. You
- 58:36Speaker 8: don't want to let go of That's what marriage really is.
- 58:39Speaker 8: My other woman is old and loves catering to me
- 58:42Speaker 8: like she's my personal assistant. What do you got mailed
- 58:45Speaker 8: on a bride? Why did you send for? And she
- 58:50Speaker 8: showed up in a box like she's my personal assistant.

- 59:10Speaker 1: mama or my sugar mama. We'll be back with more
- 59:13Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening Morning show? All right, Steve,
- 59:19Speaker 1: come on, let's recap today's strawberry letter. This crazy letter
- 59:22Speaker 1: subject my children's mama or my sugar mama?
- 59:26Speaker 8: This food and wrote in you know, just this letter
- 59:30Speaker 8: stupid from time is start off? Man, I love my
- 59:34Speaker 8: wife very much, she's the mother of my children. But
- 59:37Speaker 8: I have another woman that hate for you begin right
- 59:40Speaker 8: here by all the women listening to this letter, then
- 59:44Speaker 8: you seal the deal. My wife is very beautiful and small,
- 59:47Speaker 8: but she don't submit to me like my mistress done.
- 59:51Speaker 1: Still, that did it?
- 59:53Speaker 2: Right there. See, brother, let me explain something to you.
- 59:56Speaker 8: Nothing you write in this letter after this can tell
- 1:00:00Speaker 8: you out of this situation you just created. In paragraph one,
- 1:00:04Speaker 8: I'm telling you Pardner see fellas out, and I want
- 1:00:08Speaker 8: fellas to listen to this man.
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: This is my father taught me something.
- 1:00:12Speaker 8: He said, Son, listen to me when a fool is talking,
- 1:00:15Speaker 8: stay there and listen carefully. I said, Daddy, why should
- 1:00:19Speaker 8: I listen to somebody that's dopid? He says, son, listen
- 1:00:21Speaker 8: to me. Don't walk away, because what you gonna learn
- 1:00:26Speaker 8: is what not to do and.
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: What not to say.
- 1:00:29Speaker 8: Just stay there and listen. He a fool can teach
- 1:00:31Speaker 8: you a lesson. So a fool wrote this letter. Every
- 1:00:35Speaker 8: time I ask her something, she huff and puff. I
- 1:00:39Speaker 8: just want to partnership with her and raise our children together,
- 1:00:42Speaker 8: a partnership and raise your kid.
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: Doc. You have to talk to your wife. You have
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: to compromise.
- 1:00:47Speaker 8: You have to hear stuff. You have to listen to
- 1:00:49Speaker 8: stories you don't want to listen to. You have to
- 1:00:51Speaker 8: go places you don't want to go.
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: Your faith while you're saying to the.
- 1:00:56Speaker 8: Dress room, you're gonna buy stuff you don't feel like
- 1:00:58Speaker 8: brin she's gonna money. Ain't gonna say nothing to you
- 1:01:01Speaker 8: about it.
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: I just all this has got to happen. That's what
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: marriage is.
- 1:01:05Speaker 8: My other woman is older and loves catering to me
- 1:01:07Speaker 8: like she's my personal assistant. Now, if you thought they
- 1:01:13Speaker 8: hated you in paragraph one, the letter has now turned
- 1:01:19Speaker 8: into they want to join together and kill you. This
- 1:01:25Speaker 8: woman that is looking at she like you, steak ass.
- 1:01:29Speaker 8: It's so good with this older woman. I'm starting to
- 1:01:32Speaker 8: wonder if I'm falling in love with her or just
- 1:01:34Speaker 8: in the love all the attention. I told my mistress
- 1:01:38Speaker 8: I'm not leaving my wife, and she don't seem to care.
- 1:01:41Speaker 8: Now I know why that is so, and I'm gonna
- 1:01:42Speaker 8: show you. We're gonna come back to that. My wife
- 1:01:46Speaker 8: had your phone looking to her plumbers now, but she
- 1:01:48Speaker 8: ran across the tech from mistress. I told her she's
- 1:01:50Speaker 8: one of my real estate clients. My wife would never
- 1:01:52Speaker 8: suspect anything, and she doesn't question me. And she found
- 1:01:55Speaker 8: out about my mistress. I'm sure I could explain it
- 1:01:58Speaker 8: so that she wouldn't think anything was going on because.
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: This lady isn't my type at all. Bam, right there,
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: that's the key to this whole thing. She's actually perfect
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: for you. You full of it, and she is too.
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: It's a match made in heaven.
- 1:02:19Speaker 8: But dog, let me tell you how much you into
- 1:02:22Speaker 8: this check because she makes you a priority and treat
- 1:02:26Speaker 8: you like a king.
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: She buy me expensive gifts and she freely gives me money.
- 1:02:31Speaker 4: Who do this?
- 1:02:34Speaker 12: Who do this?
- 1:02:35Speaker 8: Except somebody trying to hold on to somebody else. I listen,
- 1:02:43Speaker 8: give you an example of this. A buy Marjorie, expensit gifts,
- 1:02:52Speaker 8: freely give her money. You know why, because I'm trying
- 1:02:58Speaker 8: to keep her. No, not that ain't what it's really about,
- 1:03:03Speaker 8: you know, But you, dog, she trying to keep you.
- 1:03:08Speaker 8: I'm in love with my wife.
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: I'm man. I took some vials.
- 1:03:11Speaker 8: I'm trying, trying. I'm trying. I'm trying to get to
- 1:03:13Speaker 8: the tape with this one. You sitting up in here, man,
- 1:03:16Speaker 8: acting like you like like like you just got options.
- 1:03:20Speaker 8: But she ain't your type though. But see that's why
- 1:03:28Speaker 8: every woman hates you. I love that she enjoys Kanyak
- 1:03:32Speaker 8: cigars with me and got a passion for classic Cause
- 1:03:36Speaker 8: what woman you listen to this a treasure troll.
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: You found the greatest woman to ever leave?

- 1:04:47Speaker 8: she's single.
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: Number two.

- 1:09:11Speaker 1: thing as cheating on your mistress with your mistress or
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: another mistress? Did you get it?
- 1:09:23Speaker 7: So?
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: Is there such a thing as cheating on your mistress
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: with another mistress?
- 1:09:27Speaker 2: Yes?
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: Well, there's a story out of Texas Wow about a
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: police chief who just got caught cheating on his mistress
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: with another mistress. She exposed him on Facebook. After the
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: chief went on his work Facebook page and gave a
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: shout out to his wife because it was their anniversary,
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: he told his first mistress he had his marriage annulled. Then,
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: when she posted it, a second misterge mistress emerged saying
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: she thought he was divorced. Uh, is it cheating? If
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: you're cheating with your mistress?
- 1:10:06Speaker 7: Is that?
- 1:10:07Speaker 2: Here's what I think. Surely here is her right, and
- 1:10:13Speaker 2: I'm gonna give her rights.
- 1:10:17Speaker 8: Yes see because listen, she's reporting it, because she's saying
- 1:10:21Speaker 8: in her mind, I'll be.
- 1:10:23Speaker 2: The other woman. But I'm not gonna be the other
- 1:10:27Speaker 2: other woman. Okay, see that's what that is.
- 1:10:34Speaker 8: I done already said. Okay, I'm gonna be number two.
- 1:10:38Speaker 8: But what I'm not finna be is three and four.
- 1:10:44Speaker 8: Now I'm letting you have his wife.
- 1:10:48Speaker 9: But that's it.
- 1:10:48Speaker 8: Now you can have his wife, you can took vials
- 1:10:51Speaker 8: and all that. I got that, But what you ain't
- 1:10:53Speaker 8: finna have is me and another one not doing this.
- 1:11:00Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: So then so then to answer the question he is
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: cheating on his mistress?
- 1:11:05Speaker 7: No?
- 1:11:07Speaker 3: Uh, go ahead, Jay, oh lord, we hear this, and
- 1:11:13Speaker 3: Timmy might agree with me yelling this. He's gotta white
- 1:11:16Speaker 3: is yeah.
- 1:11:17Speaker 2: I'm just saying you. I'm not saying you participation.
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: And this is really a story. Yeah, this is believe,
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: this is real.
- 1:11:26Speaker 5: Go ahead, Yeah, you got a white. The first side
- 1:11:31Speaker 5: piece is number one. Your number two, and then the
- 1:11:35Speaker 5: other one is your number three. Because he gets a three.
- 1:11:39Speaker 5: It don't change your too, You still too, You haven't,
- 1:11:45Speaker 5: you haven't moved, You haven't. You didn't let you in
- 1:11:49Speaker 5: line like people are in line, the white one. Yeah,
- 1:11:54Speaker 5: let me break it down.
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: Not that's not how she's looking.
- 1:12:00Speaker 3: But no, I'm telling you.
- 1:12:02Speaker 5: I'm telling you how he's looking at it because he's
- 1:12:04Speaker 5: written out all his money.
- 1:12:06Speaker 3: So his wife is one, she is two. You got three?
- 1:12:11Speaker 3: You still too, baby.
- 1:12:14Speaker 2: See but but but now, let me explain to you
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: what TOO was thinking. Too. Don't want no other people
- 1:12:22Speaker 2: in the line.
- 1:12:25Speaker 8: Turned around and see nobody else waiting on the roller coaster.
- 1:12:31Speaker 3: No on the hiring Steve.
- 1:12:34Speaker 8: But she made the decision, that's all. But she wants
- 1:12:38Speaker 8: to just be a one woman company. Jim, I'm well
- 1:12:49Speaker 8: see the hold on, Hold on first, let me just
- 1:12:51Speaker 8: help you understand this. The reason she wants to keep
- 1:12:55Speaker 8: it a one woman company is the benefit package gonna
- 1:12:59Speaker 8: get spread out.
- 1:13:00Speaker 2: To thee Okay, now, okay, okay, Tom to go ahead.
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: Come on, I want to.
- 1:13:08Speaker 2: I don't have much.
- 1:13:09Speaker 9: I mean, you got one and then you have basically
- 1:13:12Speaker 9: two A and two B. See they both for two.
- 1:13:15Speaker 9: It's just about what way you put your too. It's
- 1:13:17Speaker 9: two A and two B. Now the problem is the
- 1:13:21Speaker 9: problem I'm having him. You have never known about each other?
- 1:13:26Speaker 2: No, ain't what they do? And k B no B.
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: He was stupid to post it on Facebook.
- 1:13:33Speaker 2: And playing B in case your eight don't work. You're
- 1:13:36Speaker 2: not finn to have A A B B.
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: That's right, I'm just playing.
- 1:13:42Speaker 9: You better.
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: All the help for everything you're listening Morning show. All right, guys,
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: So here's a fun question for you. What if someone
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: got your iPhone? What would they learn about you?
- 1:13:59Speaker 2: Right there?
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: Right there, right there my phone? Would they learn about you?
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: If they got your iPhone? The first thing they.
- 1:14:06Speaker 5: I'm gonna have to stop working here. I'd have to stop.
- 1:14:12Speaker 5: I'd have to find another place to work.
- 1:14:17Speaker 4: Is that mad, Jason.
- 1:14:19Speaker 3: I'd have to come to step and go, hey, man, look.
- 1:14:24Speaker 2: They got my phone. They got my.
- 1:14:30Speaker 3: And Steve will go I understand.
- 1:14:32Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:14:40Speaker 9: If you get if you get in my cloud, I've
- 1:14:43Speaker 9: been trying to find my cloud. If you get in
- 1:14:45Speaker 9: my clouds, it's pretty much a wrap.
- 1:14:49Speaker 2: I'm done. If you get in, your career is over.
- 1:14:52Speaker 2: Oh it's gonna rain that done.
- 1:14:54Speaker 7: Tell me.
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: That cloud, they learn about you, but why.
- 1:15:00Speaker 2: It's just a lot in that cloud.
- 1:15:05Speaker 5: Well, and for me it's it's not so much other people,
- 1:15:09Speaker 5: it's some things I'm doing that Once they saw that,
- 1:15:13Speaker 5: I mean.
- 1:15:16Speaker 2: You know what I think? What I think?
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: Get your friends.
- 1:15:21Speaker 2: I had we come back. I ain't got enough time.
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: All right, we'll be back at thirty three minutes after
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: the hour right after this. You're listening morning show. All right.
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: So see before we left, we were talking about if
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: someone picked up your iPhone, what would they learn about you?
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: Would it embarrass you?
- 1:15:45Speaker 8: You know, I think the most shocking thing about finding
- 1:15:48Speaker 8: my iPhone would be the context. I think people would go,
- 1:15:54Speaker 8: how did he know all these bishops and he as
- 1:16:00Speaker 8: much as he's got all that, No, it'd be embarrassed.
- 1:16:08Speaker 8: Art dish, I'm talking about dog, famous ministers, man rap
- 1:16:15Speaker 8: when I run into a situation, Man, dog, I got
- 1:16:17Speaker 8: rabbis in my phone.
- 1:16:19Speaker 2: I ain't even lie, man, I mean.
- 1:16:21Speaker 8: I got I got some big boys. Man, I got
- 1:16:23Speaker 8: I got, I got, I got, I got Islamic leaders
- 1:16:27Speaker 8: in my phone. Man, I got big pastors and Christians
- 1:16:32Speaker 8: I'm talking about. Listen to me, man, top level. I'm
- 1:16:36Speaker 8: talking people go wait a minute, you have whose number?
- 1:16:42Speaker 10: Yah?
- 1:16:43Speaker 2: Yah? Do they know you talk like this? Yeah? I
- 1:16:48Speaker 2: try not to let him here.
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: But surely you do not curse in front of the
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: pastures I have.
- 1:16:54Speaker 2: I have, I have.
- 1:16:56Speaker 8: I've customed front of Bishop on TGJ for a lot
- 1:17:00Speaker 8: of times. He just laughed, Lord oh man, let me
- 1:17:07Speaker 8: tell you, Let me tell you.
- 1:17:08Speaker 2: Here's the true story. Here's a true story.
- 1:17:11Speaker 8: We were being Glenn Staples Church in the Baltimore area
- 1:17:16Speaker 8: and I was a speaker that day.
- 1:17:19Speaker 2: I didn't know that Bishop Jakes was a speaker on
- 1:17:22Speaker 2: the show. I didn't know.
- 1:17:23Speaker 8: So I spoke, you know more nothing not no Christian message.
- 1:17:28Speaker 8: I just spoke, thanked him for having me. And Bishop
- 1:17:31Speaker 8: Jake was next. So I'm sitting there with the dude
- 1:17:35Speaker 8: that used to cut my hair, and Bishops started talking
- 1:17:40Speaker 8: and then he started preaching. We're sitting on stage, we're
- 1:17:44Speaker 8: in the pool pit now, and the dude next to me,
- 1:17:48Speaker 8: he taps me and he said, dog, is I'm crying?
- 1:17:53Speaker 2: I mean he said dog dog. No, that's what he said.
- 1:18:00Speaker 2: He's from Mississippi.
- 1:18:02Speaker 8: No, he didn't say that. No, he' fro Mississippi tears.
- 1:18:05Speaker 8: I mean his face was soaking wet. He tapped me,
- 1:18:09Speaker 8: I'm emotional.
- 1:18:10Speaker 2: I turned around.
- 1:18:11Speaker 8: I looked dead at him. He said, Dog, is I'm crying?
- 1:18:16Speaker 8: I said, yeah, you crying? He said, man, I can't stop.
- 1:18:19Speaker 8: Just the coldest dude I ever seen.
- 1:18:21Speaker 2: Man.
- 1:18:23Speaker 8: And when Bishop Glenn State was Baltimore on stage, he said,
- 1:18:27Speaker 8: ladies and gentlemen, I introduced to you the greatest preacher
- 1:18:32Speaker 8: of all time.
- 1:18:36Speaker 4: You know you hear that.
- 1:18:37Speaker 2: But let me tell you something, man, I kid you.
- 1:18:39Speaker 8: Not Mischel Tdjas is the greatest preacher I've ever heard.
- 1:18:44Speaker 2: If you want to talk about preachers, this is that dude. Dog.
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: All right, Steve, we'll be back to do our last
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: break of the day, and of course you'll have some
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: closing remarks at forty nine minutes after. Right after this,
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: you're listening Morning Show. All right, Steve, Here we are
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: last break of the day. Time for your closing remarks.
- 1:19:07Speaker 8: Surely sent me something and it got me to thinking,
- 1:19:12Speaker 8: I'm gonna share with you what she sent me, but
- 1:19:14Speaker 8: I'm going to paraphrase it so it's more of how
- 1:19:18Speaker 8: I talk, because sometimes I get a little stumbled up
- 1:19:22Speaker 8: and it doesn't sound like me if I try to
- 1:19:24Speaker 8: share directly with somebody with somebody sent me, So I
- 1:19:26Speaker 8: just want to talk to you about it. I want
- 1:19:28Speaker 8: to just talk to you about this life of abundance
- 1:19:31Speaker 8: that we are all qualified for. I want to talk
- 1:19:34Speaker 8: to you about the life of abundance that God really
- 1:19:37Speaker 8: wants all of us to enjoy. If you're a righteous person,
- 1:19:42Speaker 8: God will give you a life of abundance. I didn't
- 1:19:46Speaker 8: say if you were a save person, if you are
- 1:19:51Speaker 8: a member of this denomination.
- 1:19:54Speaker 2: If you go to this church, if this is your pastor,
- 1:19:58Speaker 2: if this is your faith.
- 1:20:01Speaker 8: I'm telling you that God has a life of abundance
- 1:20:07Speaker 8: for you if you put your trust and your faith
- 1:20:12Speaker 8: in Him. I'm just telling you, and you have to
- 1:20:17Speaker 8: understand that God has equipped you to have this life
- 1:20:22Speaker 8: of abundance. All of you have a gift that was
- 1:20:27Speaker 8: given to you by God at birth. Everyone has one.
- 1:20:32Speaker 8: Now you may not know what it is, but you
- 1:20:35Speaker 8: have it. But because you've been so bent, so determined
- 1:20:41Speaker 8: to do something to please somebody else, your mother wants
- 1:20:45Speaker 8: you to go.
- 1:20:45Speaker 2: To school and get a degree in this. Well.
- 1:20:48Speaker 8: I told him I was gonna come down here and
- 1:20:50Speaker 8: get a degree in that. So now I'm gonna go
- 1:20:51Speaker 8: get a degree in that. Well, my father went to
- 1:20:54Speaker 8: the army, so I'm going to the army. There's nothing
- 1:20:57Speaker 8: wrong with the army. There's nothing wrong with going.
- 1:20:59Speaker 2: To the army. But if that ain't really what you
- 1:21:02Speaker 2: were created for, you fit to waste a lot of time.
- 1:21:06Speaker 8: Man, you really really are because God really did equip
- 1:21:10Speaker 8: you for a life of abundance. When he created you,
- 1:21:15Speaker 8: he had a mission in mind for you, got a
- 1:21:18Speaker 8: mission in mind for me. He gave you a gift.
- 1:21:21Speaker 8: Your gift is a thing that you do the absolute
- 1:21:24Speaker 8: best with the least amount of effort. If you identify
- 1:21:27Speaker 8: that gift, there's your greatest chance. Now here's a deal.
- 1:21:34Speaker 8: When he prepared you for this life of abundance, and
- 1:21:40Speaker 8: he gave you everything you needed to put on every
- 1:21:43Speaker 8: day and go out and make your dreams and your
- 1:21:46Speaker 8: life come true. If you put if you become passionate
- 1:21:49Speaker 8: about your gift, you can be on your way to
- 1:21:52Speaker 8: making your life happening and your dreams come true. He
- 1:21:56Speaker 8: gives you everything you need to wear to go out
- 1:21:58Speaker 8: and fight it. But what we do is we suit up,
- 1:22:02Speaker 8: We suit up, and we settle in.
- 1:22:07Speaker 2: Well, I got this job.
- 1:22:08Speaker 8: Now, Well, a lot of our four years away from
- 1:22:11Speaker 8: getting this another degree, I might as well go here. Well,
- 1:22:14Speaker 8: I got a promotion, Now I might as well stay
- 1:22:16Speaker 8: on here. Well, a lot of star alreadys start investing
- 1:22:19Speaker 8: in my four oh one K. So you suit up,
- 1:22:23Speaker 8: but you settle in, and then you know what you do.
- 1:22:27Speaker 8: What we often do, and I did it myself for
- 1:22:30Speaker 8: a while, we resign ourselves to living a mediocre life
- 1:22:37Speaker 8: because we won't suit up and go out here and
- 1:22:42Speaker 8: do what God want us to do. So here's what
- 1:22:45Speaker 8: I'm saying to you. If God then gave you all
- 1:22:49Speaker 8: the scuba gear equipment you need, He done gave you
- 1:22:53Speaker 8: the ad tanks, the mask, the flippers, the nozzles, the
- 1:22:59Speaker 8: hoses or as supply, don't put all this stuff up
- 1:23:04Speaker 8: on and then head to the bathtub. What you're doing
- 1:23:10Speaker 8: you settling in. Head out to the ocean. Get out
- 1:23:15Speaker 8: in that ocean of opportunity. Get out there where in
- 1:23:19Speaker 8: some of that deep water, Go out there where God
- 1:23:22Speaker 8: has equipped you to go.
- 1:23:24Speaker 2: He done suited you up.
- 1:23:25Speaker 8: He gave you everything you need. But we want to
- 1:23:29Speaker 8: go get in the bathtub where it's safe. Look, man,
- 1:23:33Speaker 8: all of you have the gear to win, the gear
- 1:23:37Speaker 8: to have an abundant life, the gear to be prosperous,
- 1:23:41Speaker 8: the gear to be happy.
- 1:23:43Speaker 2: You have the gear. You've got to get out.
- 1:23:47Speaker 8: You got to get out that bath tub and go
- 1:23:50Speaker 8: out there in that ocean, out in that deep water,
- 1:23:53Speaker 8: because out in the ocean is the opportunity.
- 1:23:56Speaker 2: Ain't no opportunities in the bathtub.
- 1:24:00Speaker 8: You got to go out there in that ocean of
- 1:24:01Speaker 8: opportunity and experience all that God got for you. Some
- 1:24:06Speaker 8: of it you gonna get tested. You're gonna feel like
- 1:24:09Speaker 8: you're going down. You're gonna get a sinking feeling. But
- 1:24:12Speaker 8: you're gonna be fine. You know why, because you got
- 1:24:16Speaker 8: to give.
- 1:24:18Speaker 2: You have what it takes. You got to give. It's
- 1:24:22Speaker 2: up to you to jump in.
- 1:24:24Speaker 8: If you don't ever jump in the ocean, you ain't
- 1:24:26Speaker 8: gonna really know if you can handle deep water or not.
- 1:24:29Speaker 8: I got you scared of the deep water. I got
- 1:24:32Speaker 8: some time that deep water look rough out there. I
- 1:24:35Speaker 8: know you've seen some purpose people try to acquire fame
- 1:24:38Speaker 8: and prosperity and happiness and go out on their own.
- 1:24:43Speaker 8: And I know you've seen them out there sinking and
- 1:24:45Speaker 8: the water look rough. So now you wanna stay over
- 1:24:47Speaker 8: here in the bathtub ain't no opportunities in the bathtub.
- 1:24:51Speaker 8: All your opportunities out there in the ocean. There's it's
- 1:24:54Speaker 8: some sharks out there, yeah, some Barracoude out there, yeah man,
- 1:24:59Speaker 8: yeah yeah, some whales out there.
- 1:25:01Speaker 2: Yeah yeah.
- 1:25:02Speaker 8: All that's out there. But what's to say you won't
- 1:25:06Speaker 8: be one. Get out the bathtub with all this gear
- 1:25:10Speaker 8: God and gave you, and jump in that ocean out
- 1:25:12Speaker 8: there and swim like you're supposed to swim around. You're
- 1:25:15Speaker 8: gonna get the life of your dream, a life of abundance.
- 1:25:19Speaker 8: That's all I got to say. Thank you very much.
- 1:25:21Speaker 8: Hope you got it. Drop the dog, drop it.
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: Yeah, you still got it.
- 1:25:27Speaker 2: Thanks, thank you. Yeah, say y'all have.
