- 1:31Speaker 6: I got to.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Turn the mouth turn. Probably got to turn mouth.
- 1:46Speaker 2: Turn the water of the money.
- 1:48Speaker 6: Up, come.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Come out, you think I sure will?
- 2:03Speaker 1: Good morning everybody.
- 2:05Speaker 4: You're listening to the voice, Come on, dig me now.
- 2:07Speaker 2: One and only.
- 2:08Speaker 4: Steve Harvey got a radio show. Oh man, Steve Harvey
- 2:13Speaker 4: got a radio show because God. Because God is simply amazing,
- 2:17Speaker 4: because God is off the chain, because God is over
- 2:21Speaker 4: the top, because God is all that in.
- 2:24Speaker 2: A bag of chips. God is amazing. Man. God will
- 2:27Speaker 2: take you places that you never ever thought you would go.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Oh you know what.
- 2:33Speaker 4: It's sometimes it amazes me when I'm watching people talk
- 2:37Speaker 4: about themselves and their careers and where they're at in
- 2:40Speaker 4: life and things, and they and I hear people say,
- 2:43Speaker 4: you know, always dreamed of being here. You know, I
- 2:47Speaker 4: can understand when a person says that I've always dreamed
- 2:51Speaker 4: that of something like this would happen to me.
- 2:53Speaker 2: But I want you to think about that for a second.
- 2:58Speaker 2: Did you really see it just like that? Though? Did
- 3:02Speaker 2: you really really see it just like that? Did you
- 3:08Speaker 2: really know that God was gonna bring you through all
- 3:12Speaker 2: he bought you through to get you to this place?
- 3:16Speaker 4: Did you know that, in spite of the losses along
- 3:19Speaker 4: the way that would crumbled the average person, that somehow
- 3:23Speaker 4: He kept you through it all and that's how you
- 3:25Speaker 4: got here?
- 3:28Speaker 2: Did you think of you know? I mean, you know,
- 3:30Speaker 2: I mean, since you're so busy talking about yourself now.
- 3:34Speaker 4: Have you forgotten all the times He was bringing you
- 3:38Speaker 4: through when you didn't see no way that you was
- 3:41Speaker 4: gonna get through?
- 3:43Speaker 2: Do you remember that?
- 3:44Speaker 4: So when you sit there and you say, I dreamed
- 3:47Speaker 4: of this, this is what I always saw happening, I
- 3:51Speaker 4: don't really think. So, I don't really think. If you
- 3:54Speaker 4: take inventory, or real close inventory of your life and
- 3:58Speaker 4: you look back on it all, stop looking at at
- 4:00Speaker 4: the moment right now, remember where you come from. See,
- 4:03Speaker 4: that's what gets me emotional sometimes, that's what makes me
- 4:06Speaker 4: tear up, because when something is happening to me in
- 4:09Speaker 4: the moment, it ain't the moment for me.
- 4:13Speaker 2: It's the memory of how I got there.
- 4:16Speaker 4: It's the recollection of all the things, all the nights,
- 4:21Speaker 4: all the days in that car, all the times by
- 4:24Speaker 4: myself when I felt like I wasn't gonna make it.
- 4:27Speaker 4: But somehow I'm standing somewhere and somebody passing out on
- 4:30Speaker 4: the ward to me or somebody calling my name, that's that.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Did you really think you was gonna make it? Then?
- 4:38Speaker 2: So so so, since you're talking about this is what
- 4:40Speaker 2: I always dreamed?
- 4:41Speaker 4: Did you really think in those moments right there that
- 4:45Speaker 4: you would even be standing here today? That's why I
- 4:47Speaker 4: try to I try to get people to understand, you know,
- 4:50Speaker 4: and and and and this is kind of for young
- 4:52Speaker 4: people today what I'm about to say. But then guess
- 4:55Speaker 4: what I sometimes I had to remind myself of it,
- 4:58Speaker 4: So I guess it's still kind of for everybody, you know,
- 5:01Speaker 4: because I work with a lot of young people, and
- 5:04Speaker 4: so many times, man, young people just don't understand.
- 5:09Speaker 2: What all it takes.
- 5:11Speaker 4: And I know, and if you're a full grown adult,
- 5:13Speaker 4: if you're forty, you really understanding where I'm coming from,
- 5:16Speaker 4: because you know it's listen to me, young people or
- 5:22Speaker 4: anybody that don't understand this, that you got to do
- 5:26Speaker 4: some things that you don't want to do in order
- 5:29Speaker 4: to do what you want to do. You have to
- 5:33Speaker 4: understand this principle of success or else you are not
- 5:36Speaker 4: going to become successful. I got what you want to do.
- 5:41Speaker 4: I got your ultimate goal, is this, that, and the other?
- 5:44Speaker 2: I got all of that.
- 5:45Speaker 4: But in the meantime, though, there are some necessary steps
- 5:50Speaker 4: that you have to take in order to become successful.
- 5:53Speaker 4: And you cannot skip these steps. You can't jump over
- 5:56Speaker 4: these steps just because you want to be rich, Friday,
- 5:59Speaker 4: I got that.
- 6:00Speaker 2: I got that. Everybody got that.
- 6:04Speaker 4: But if you want this, whatever you're talking about, whether
- 6:07Speaker 4: it's money or success or fame or climbing the corporate
- 6:11Speaker 4: letter or this is the position or you all, that's
- 6:14Speaker 4: fine and Dan please hold on to your dreams. Dreams
- 6:18Speaker 4: come true. But in the meantime, let me remind you
- 6:23Speaker 4: of something that you gotta do some things you don't
- 6:26Speaker 4: want to do in order to do what you want
- 6:29Speaker 4: to do. Let's say you want to be rich and famous.
- 6:32Speaker 4: Let's just say that's it for you. Now, it's a
- 6:35Speaker 4: lot of other ways of being successful. Please don't think
- 6:37Speaker 4: that's the only one. But I'm just saying, let's just
- 6:39Speaker 4: say yos is rich and famous. And let's say some
- 6:43Speaker 4: miraculous way God made you rich and famous. Next Friday,
- 6:48Speaker 4: Ta dad d y'all you rich and you famous? Next Friday?
- 6:52Speaker 4: Can I share something with you? This is not going
- 6:55Speaker 4: to last for you. You know why because you have
- 6:58Speaker 4: not done the things necessary. You have not done the
- 7:03Speaker 4: things that you have to do in order to do
- 7:07Speaker 4: the things you want. So now you're rich and famous.
- 7:10Speaker 4: How you gonna know how to budget money? How you
- 7:14Speaker 4: gonna know how to get up and keep clawing towards
- 7:17Speaker 4: the top when you fall off your pedestal.
- 7:20Speaker 2: See, it's so many things.
- 7:22Speaker 4: You got to know about something, and you think because
- 7:26Speaker 4: it's what you want right now, it's supposed to happen
- 7:28Speaker 4: just now. It's a process. When you ask God for something.
- 7:31Speaker 4: Please know God know the process. He know the necessary
- 7:35Speaker 4: steps to take you through. Don't lose your patience with
- 7:38Speaker 4: God because your dreams ain't coming true right now?
- 7:43Speaker 2: Man?
- 7:44Speaker 4: You know, I think the best way y'all is for me.
- 7:47Speaker 4: I just use myself as an example. I really do
- 7:50Speaker 4: understand why God has given me the life he's given
- 7:53Speaker 4: me so far. I understand to being homeless. Part now,
- 7:56Speaker 4: I get to not being successful when I want it to.
- 8:00Speaker 4: Part Now I get it. I got the delayed entry
- 8:03Speaker 4: into the field of choice for myself.
- 8:05Speaker 2: I got it now.
- 8:07Speaker 4: I've been wanting to be on TV and a little
- 8:09Speaker 4: comedian since I was nine years old. But guess what,
- 8:12Speaker 4: I didn't get there until I was twenty eight. But see,
- 8:15Speaker 4: I didn't get it. Then I was mad at God.
- 8:18Speaker 4: You know what I want, and I'm sent up here here.
- 8:20Speaker 4: I got exactly what you want, But I got this process.
- 8:23Speaker 4: I want you to go through to get here too,
- 8:25Speaker 4: because see, I'm finna take you somewhere. You don't know nothing,
- 8:28Speaker 4: but one day you're gonna have a radio show with
- 8:29Speaker 4: you a little stupid behind. You don't know this shit.
- 8:32Speaker 4: I'm gonna bless you with a radio show. You don't
- 8:34Speaker 4: even know it. That's why I say every morning, Steve
- 8:36Speaker 4: Harvey got a radio show. Because see, I didn't see
- 8:40Speaker 4: this one coming. But see God had planned for me.
- 8:42Speaker 4: It was in the blueprint of my life. So God said,
- 8:45Speaker 4: what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna make your life
- 8:47Speaker 4: a little rough for you. I'm gonna toss you up
- 8:50Speaker 4: a little bit. I'm gonna let you make some of
- 8:53Speaker 4: these stupid decisions you wanna make, and I'm gonna make
- 8:55Speaker 4: you learn from them. I'm gonna let you be homeless
- 8:59Speaker 4: for a little while. I'm gonna let you not get
- 9:01Speaker 4: into your field of choice until your twenty eight. I'm
- 9:04Speaker 4: gonna have people talking about if we had only seen
- 9:06Speaker 4: him when he was younger. I ain't gonna let you
- 9:08Speaker 4: get your first con your name to your thirty eight.
- 9:11Speaker 4: I'm gonna make you go through some things because one
- 9:14Speaker 4: day I'm gonna put a microphone in front of your mouth,
- 9:16Speaker 4: and I want you to honor me.
- 9:18Speaker 2: I want you to talk about me. I want you
- 9:20Speaker 2: to tell people what I bought you through.
- 9:22Speaker 4: I want you to give people inspirational moments where they
- 9:25Speaker 4: can see that your life was jacked up for a
- 9:27Speaker 4: minute and I turned your life around for you.
- 9:30Speaker 2: That's God dealing with me. See.
- 9:33Speaker 4: So now I finally understand why I went through the
- 9:36Speaker 4: life I went through, so I can have something to say. See,
- 9:39Speaker 4: I ain't over here telling you about what I think
- 9:42Speaker 4: will happen. I'm telling you what I know can happen.
- 9:45Speaker 4: That God does make dreams come true, but sometime it
- 9:48Speaker 4: take a minute. Sometimes you're gonna have to do some
- 9:51Speaker 4: things you don't want to do in order to do.
- 9:53Speaker 2: What you wanna do. All right, all let you I'm
- 9:56Speaker 2: gonna be tripping.
- 9:57Speaker 1: The day you're listening to the Steve Morning.
- 10:01Speaker 4: Ladies and gentlemen, without further ado, let me introduce you
- 10:08Speaker 4: to another day. Let me introduce you to an opportunity
- 10:12Speaker 4: that you've never had before. Let me introduce you to
- 10:17Speaker 4: a very present gift that we all are experiencing right
- 10:22Speaker 4: now at the same time. It's called a new day.
- 10:25Speaker 4: And Kate, nobody do that but God, Almighty man. I
- 10:28Speaker 4: give thanks, honor and praise to Him, because without him
- 10:31Speaker 4: I would be nothing, absolutely nothing. And I know that
- 10:37Speaker 4: I've looked at my life, man, and looked at the
- 10:39Speaker 4: whole journey. And as I look back on it, you
- 10:42Speaker 4: know how old people used to sing in church, My
- 10:44Speaker 4: soul looks back and wonder how I got over.
- 10:47Speaker 2: I'm clueless. I am clueless.
- 10:52Speaker 4: Because I was thinking of some of the dark moments
- 10:55Speaker 4: I've had where I didn't see no light. Wasn't no
- 10:59Speaker 4: light at the end of the tunnel. Matter of fact,
- 11:01Speaker 4: it wasn't a tunnel. I was in a well.
- 11:04Speaker 2: And here I am today. Boy, look at God.
- 11:07Speaker 4: Steve Harvin Marny show calling for real Mississippi Monica.
- 11:12Speaker 2: Uh, oh Loud Jr.
- 11:14Speaker 4: And the legend that is nephew Tommy, Well Junior, here
- 11:19Speaker 4: would go another day?
- 11:21Speaker 2: What in there and the breaks? Boy? Well you got
- 11:25Speaker 2: better yesterday.
- 11:28Speaker 3: Don't I sound like I'm excited to be here? Because
- 11:29Speaker 3: I said I wasn't excited excited?
- 11:31Speaker 4: Now you didn't. Yeah, you do a little bit too
- 11:34Speaker 4: much like dive back just a little bit. But color right,
- 11:37Speaker 4: Noyes's it's in and into the ram.
- 11:40Speaker 2: Of you know, like.
- 11:45Speaker 3: All your hand moovers, all that stuff.
- 11:46Speaker 1: See, let me just be me.
- 11:48Speaker 3: I'm excited to be here with you.
- 11:50Speaker 2: Well, listen to him. Let me teach you something.
- 11:56Speaker 4: Hand movements on the radio help you become more excited
- 12:00Speaker 4: because radio is theater of the mind and people. People
- 12:04Speaker 4: can hear if you smiling and talking, they can hear it.
- 12:08Speaker 4: That's just a suggestion.
- 12:09Speaker 7: Okay, you sound like you're balling your head up in
- 12:14Speaker 7: your hand while you're talking.
- 12:16Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying.
- 12:17Speaker 3: I don't sound like that time.
- 12:18Speaker 2: No, I'm excited to be here now a little bit
- 12:24Speaker 2: like a looney tune.
- 12:26Speaker 3: You know, you're making fun of me. Now now you're
- 12:31Speaker 3: making fun of me?
- 12:31Speaker 2: Now, no making fun now?
- 12:35Speaker 5: Now?
- 12:36Speaker 4: They it just started today. No, this has been ongoing. Dog,
- 12:40Speaker 4: I ain't changed, But congratulate anything on your mind this morning.
- 12:44Speaker 8: Yeah you know what you said someone that I've really
- 12:47Speaker 8: been thinking about. They jealous of your success, but not
- 12:50Speaker 8: your journey. I ain't forgot that yet. Yeah, that's the truth.
- 12:56Speaker 4: People are jealous of your success, but they know about
- 13:00Speaker 4: the jealous of your journey.
- 13:02Speaker 1: The journey. They don't know what it took to get there.
- 13:05Speaker 1: So no clueless, Yeah no, And if.
- 13:08Speaker 4: They knew, the jealousy would be over then, Zell said
- 13:12Speaker 4: one online the.
- 13:13Speaker 2: Other day, and I took it. I loved it.
- 13:16Speaker 1: What are you saying?
- 13:16Speaker 4: You're talking about people that talk about people all the time,
- 13:18Speaker 4: he said, those who can do do, those who can't
- 13:25Speaker 4: talk about.
- 13:25Speaker 2: Those who can. Hum side like you notice that to
- 13:32Speaker 2: be a factor.
- 13:33Speaker 9: Yeah, I have.
- 13:35Speaker 1: You tell them bleak.
- 13:37Speaker 3: Come on, man, we're gonna run that prank back with Nephew.

- 14:22Speaker 8: let's run it back, Junior boy, this right here is
- 14:25Speaker 8: no havel weaves.
- 14:27Speaker 2: No have weaves? All right, if you have a half we've.
- 14:31Speaker 4: We are making it a rule here at the job
- 14:35Speaker 4: that you cannot show up with all that on your head.
- 14:38Speaker 2: We don't have weaves.
- 14:39Speaker 1: Okay, Hey, I guess I ain't coming to work.
- 14:43Speaker 2: Do you watch your job?
- 14:44Speaker 6: But not?
- 14:44Speaker 7: Times are hard right now, take that hal off and
- 14:46Speaker 7: get on in here. No, hell, we let's go catch doc.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Hello.
- 14:56Speaker 6: Hello, I'm trying to reach Resa. Please research y. So
- 15:00Speaker 6: my name is Byron, Byron from the job. How are you?
- 15:03Speaker 10: I'm okay?
- 15:04Speaker 1: How are you?
- 15:05Speaker 6: I'm good? Listen. I hate to call you after hours
- 15:08Speaker 6: at your home, but there has been some new issues
- 15:11Speaker 6: that will be going into effect. That was just tomorrow morning,
- 15:14Speaker 6: and we're calling everyone letting them know the new changes
- 15:17Speaker 6: that have been issued that will take effect first thing
- 15:20Speaker 6: tomorrow morning. So we're giving everyone a call, So don't
- 15:23Speaker 6: be alarmed. It's just give me a call letting you
- 15:26Speaker 6: know what the what the higher ups have changed.
- 15:28Speaker 5: Okay, okay, there's no problem to listen.
- 15:31Speaker 2: Okay.
- 15:32Speaker 6: As of tomorrow, what's gonna happen is when you guys
- 15:34Speaker 6: come in, you'll be issued a new key card, and
- 15:37Speaker 6: that particular card will actually register when you come in
- 15:40Speaker 6: and go out.
- 15:40Speaker 5: Okay, okay, all right.
- 15:42Speaker 6: Second one is there will no longer be any personal
- 15:45Speaker 6: Internet at the job any longer. You won't be able
- 15:48Speaker 6: They're actually putting a block on all computers. All the
- 15:51Speaker 6: computers will no longer be able to go to a
- 15:55Speaker 6: lot of these sites that you guys go to that
- 15:57Speaker 6: you've been that's been available here in the past. Okay, okay,
- 16:02Speaker 6: all right. The last one is reesa do you do
- 16:05Speaker 6: you wear a hair weave? What do you wear a
- 16:08Speaker 6: hair weave or a wig?
- 16:10Speaker 5: Yes?
- 16:11Speaker 6: Okay, Well here's one thing and hopefully you can get
- 16:14Speaker 6: this change about tomorrow. There's no weaves or hair are
- 16:18Speaker 6: wigs going to be allowed at the job site from
- 16:22Speaker 6: this point on. So as of tomorrow morning, everyone must
- 16:25Speaker 6: be wearing their natural hair. Uh No, these are the
- 16:30Speaker 6: issues that are going to be that are instated, and
- 16:32Speaker 6: these are going to take effect as of tomorrow morning
- 16:35Speaker 6: seven o'clock.
- 16:36Speaker 10: What does hairwives chance to do with any of these changes?
- 16:38Speaker 10: The first two I can understand punching in and being
- 16:42Speaker 10: on the internet. Yes, that's something that that corporate. But
- 16:45Speaker 10: hair weave and wigs.
- 16:50Speaker 6: Are they're looking down upon it. Wigs and hair weaves
- 16:54Speaker 6: they have to go. So I'm assuming that if you,
- 16:58Speaker 6: like you said, you do have one, I suggest it
- 17:01Speaker 6: doesn't come out there. You start taking it down now
- 17:04Speaker 6: and prepare your hair to be natural as you come
- 17:06Speaker 6: in to work tomorrow.
- 17:07Speaker 5: I'm not taking my hair down.
- 17:08Speaker 10: I've been here seven years and I've dealt with all
- 17:10Speaker 10: the changes that y'all have made. But there's no way
- 17:14Speaker 10: that I'm taking my hair weave down. I'm sorry. What's
- 17:16Speaker 10: your name, Byron?
- 17:17Speaker 6: Yes, my name is Byron, and.
- 17:20Speaker 5: I'm sorry.
- 17:21Speaker 6: Let's get back to your weave. This you're going to
- 17:23Speaker 6: have to do something. Is there someone that you can
- 17:26Speaker 6: call tonight to help you get your hair down? And
- 17:28Speaker 6: so you can look presentable with your natural hair tomorrow.
- 17:31Speaker 10: No, my weave costs over two three hundred dollars and
- 17:34Speaker 10: I'm not about to.
- 17:35Speaker 5: Take that down.
- 17:36Speaker 10: I mean, it takes a long time to take that down.
- 17:39Speaker 6: Okay, I mean, is this something Maybe you can take
- 17:43Speaker 6: it down and just wear it on the weekends because
- 17:45Speaker 6: as of now, you're not going to be allowed to
- 17:47Speaker 6: actually wear it on the property.
- 17:49Speaker 10: And how will you know if someone has weave or not?
- 17:52Speaker 10: Are you going to do haird checks or something?
- 17:54Speaker 6: Okay, ma'am, I'm not quite sure what they're going to
- 17:57Speaker 6: do to check it. But by you telling me that
- 18:00Speaker 6: you have a weave, then I have to write it
- 18:03Speaker 6: down that you have confirmed that you do, and we
- 18:06Speaker 6: got to make sure that tomorrow morning you're not wearing one.
- 18:09Speaker 10: But you don't know what my natural hair looks like
- 18:11Speaker 10: from my weave. You heard how much I pay for it.
- 18:14Speaker 6: So it's a good weave, ma'am. It's not about how
- 18:18Speaker 6: good you know, with the quality of your weave or anything.

- 23:25Speaker 4: Then while we start playing wife I see. It's a
- 23:29Speaker 4: simple you do what everything else a wife do. You're
- 23:32Speaker 4: helping support him, you're taking care of the kids, you're
- 23:34Speaker 4: sharing bills, you're sleeping with him, you're cooking, you're doing
- 23:38Speaker 4: all that.
- 23:39Speaker 2: Well, you know, all right, he tired of them plays too,
- 23:42Speaker 2: Oh she tired of him. Yeah.
- 23:44Speaker 4: It's hard and especially hard to go down there to
- 23:46Speaker 4: a place somebody can't act.
- 23:51Speaker 2: It's hard. Had a piano recital one time. They was
- 23:58Speaker 2: down there at the piano recite.

- 24:21Speaker 4: be expokere.
- 24:22Speaker 2: They need to get out of.
- 24:23Speaker 1: Piano, especially when they're young, so they can explore it.
- 24:30Speaker 4: Damn, you ought to know early, Like I got two
- 24:32Speaker 4: grandsons that I already know is not college materials. So
- 24:35Speaker 4: ain't don't need to me putting a college all together
- 24:38Speaker 4: for the he be on Legos, he go, he gonna
- 24:43Speaker 4: be a wall On Mason or something like.
- 24:45Speaker 2: That, an engineer.
- 24:49Speaker 1: What are you talking about?
- 24:50Speaker 4: He might be, but it won't be with my college money,
- 24:53Speaker 4: because right now I just see legos.
- 24:55Speaker 2: Hey don't do like I did. I bought the piano.
- 24:58Speaker 2: I ain't playing.
- 25:00Speaker 7: I ain't seen my daughter play it, but twice I
- 25:02Speaker 7: bought them. All right, my house full of my house
- 25:06Speaker 7: full of empty dreams of what I thought they were
- 25:08Speaker 7: worrying chops fach if you played chop Stick one more time?
- 25:12Speaker 2: Tell my daddy listen to this. You get your ass
- 25:14Speaker 2: in there and do something.
- 25:15Speaker 11: Now they talking to you in debt. All right, let's
- 25:19Speaker 11: move on India and East Orange.
- 25:22Speaker 2: She said.
- 25:23Speaker 11: I was checking out at Target and I buttoned out
- 25:25Speaker 11: my husband. I was totally flirting with the young cashiers.
- 25:30Speaker 11: He had a big smile and big curls to match.
- 25:34Speaker 11: The boy had to be like twenty one years old.
- 25:36Speaker 11: And it was harmless. Why is my husband so upset
- 25:40Speaker 11: about this?
- 25:41Speaker 5: Girl?
- 25:44Speaker 2: Girls stopped?
- 25:46Speaker 4: Why is your husband so upset about this because you
- 25:49Speaker 4: you just said you was flirting with another man. Now
- 25:53Speaker 4: your husband don't know he twenty one? He was here
- 25:57Speaker 4: you talking to another man.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Huh, what if she talked the boy? He's young. I
- 26:01Speaker 1: was just being nice.
- 26:05Speaker 2: That until he bought it up.
- 26:07Speaker 4: I bet I bet she wasn't gonna go in the
- 26:09Speaker 4: house and tell him that if he hadn't heard the
- 26:10Speaker 4: butt die hum.
- 26:12Speaker 1: Yeah, I agree with that. When you say, don't confess,
- 26:16Speaker 1: that's out of your playbook. Don't confess he heard.
- 26:19Speaker 4: It, I understand that. But she she got a problem
- 26:22Speaker 4: because he heard it. Yeah, and then she didn't have
- 26:26Speaker 4: the carriage to lie and say that wasn't her, because
- 26:28Speaker 4: that's sure would out lie and say it wasn't her.
- 26:32Speaker 2: You don't know who you heard, but that wasn't me.
- 26:34Speaker 2: But but and if you got a big old bud,
- 26:36Speaker 2: quit putting your phone.
- 26:37Speaker 4: In your back pocket. You are that that don't work.
- 26:40Speaker 4: You know your asses mashing all them button.
- 26:45Speaker 3: Every time?
- 26:46Speaker 1: All right?
- 26:48Speaker 11: Moving on Remy in Birmingham last night, I finally got
- 26:53Speaker 11: my crush to spend the night with me. As I
- 26:57Speaker 11: took her clothes off slowly, I saw all of her tattoos.
- 27:02Speaker 11: Her ex's name is tatting on her lower back. She
- 27:06Speaker 11: said she's never considered getting it removed.
- 27:09Speaker 1: Is that a deal breaker? Is this a deal breaker
- 27:12Speaker 1: or not?
- 27:13Speaker 2: Yeah? For me, it is. Yeah.
- 27:17Speaker 1: You can't get past seeing her ex be back.
- 27:20Speaker 4: Then I'm not gonna be back there looking at Harold
- 27:22Speaker 4: the whole time. I'm not gonna be back there looking
- 27:28Speaker 4: at Harold the whole time.
- 27:30Speaker 2: I'm just not gonna be Harry. I ain't gonna be
- 27:34Speaker 2: I ain't gonna be able to keep it up. I'm
- 27:35Speaker 2: gonna just let you know right now.
- 27:38Speaker 4: That's a buzz kill, right there, Harold, cross your back,
- 27:42Speaker 4: lower back, all right, when the lower back is important.
- 27:48Speaker 4: That's just yes, right there, that's what's called the tramp stamp.
- 27:54Speaker 1: That's what they call back tattoo.
- 27:57Speaker 2: Yeah, tramp stamp. I don't know why they call all
- 28:00Speaker 2: that that, but that is what they call it.
- 28:02Speaker 11: Yeah, I heard that, Yeah, right, yeah, yeah, I've heard that.
- 28:08Speaker 11: So you're saying this is a deal breaker for you
- 28:13Speaker 11: name you know, tattoos on the lower back.
- 28:16Speaker 2: You can turn all on the front end. You know what, Well,
- 28:22Speaker 2: you don't know that. She said all of her tattoos,
- 28:25Speaker 2: you know.
- 28:26Speaker 11: But the ex's name is the one that's bothering him.
- 28:29Speaker 11: That's the issue. Well, he wouldn't bother It's something like
- 28:34Speaker 11: but no, the great name name, yeah, quick, the conqueror description,
- 28:53Speaker 11: that type of that type of name, like what he
- 28:56Speaker 11: called man Henry the hammer. You know, I ain't gonna
- 29:05Speaker 11: be able to look at that.
- 29:06Speaker 1: Yeah, you can get past that. I got you, I
- 29:08Speaker 1: got you, all right.
- 29:09Speaker 11: Here we go, last one, Spice and Hartford, my man
- 29:13Speaker 11: focuses more on what he's doing right before we're intimate
- 29:17Speaker 11: than the intimacy itself. He finishes before me every time,
- 29:21Speaker 11: and he tells me it's my fault that I don't finish.
- 29:25Speaker 11: Isn't it the man's responsibility to make sure the woman
- 29:28Speaker 11: is straight?
- 29:29Speaker 4: Well, see, now you're getting into some individuality. Him sequences, Yeah,
- 29:37Speaker 4: it is my thought that my brothers taught to me. Yeah,
- 29:44Speaker 4: that the more you give, the more you can expect
- 29:48Speaker 4: to receive. So my brother's philosophy was give, give, give,
- 29:55Speaker 4: gil then receive, receive, receive received. That was my brother's
- 30:01Speaker 4: whole philosophy. So I think it's imparted. If you want
- 30:06Speaker 4: to go back again and again again that your partner
- 30:11Speaker 4: getting something out of it, this ain't gonna work too long, calling.
- 30:16Speaker 3: Him at the top of the hour Entertainment News.
- 30:19Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 30:25Speaker 11: Chris Rock reportedly left partygoers upset after he stopped his
- 30:29Speaker 11: performance at a holiday party that was hosted by billionaire
- 30:32Speaker 11: Anthony Pratt last weekend. Newsweek reported that Chris Rock noticed
- 30:37Speaker 11: something in an audience that upset him, and he began
- 30:40Speaker 11: to rant about his jokes being recorded as he abruptly
- 30:45Speaker 11: ended his set. Chris Rock has yet to publicly address
- 30:49Speaker 11: the incident despite the backlash from the high profile guests,
- 30:53Speaker 11: but Chris's brother Tony Rock came to his defense and
- 30:57Speaker 11: told TMZ they probably thought that because my brother or
- 31:00Speaker 11: was performing at a shindig, they were entitled to take
- 31:04Speaker 11: the set. We're working on material all the time, so
- 31:07Speaker 11: if you record it and put it up before the
- 31:09Speaker 11: joke is perfected, it's like a chef giving you a
- 31:13Speaker 11: play of food before it's finished. You should wait for
- 31:17Speaker 11: the finished product. So you guys are all comedians, weigh
- 31:23Speaker 11: in on this.
- 31:23Speaker 1: How do you feel I.
- 31:26Speaker 2: Get it?
- 31:27Speaker 6: I do.
- 31:27Speaker 2: I get it. I don't like being filmed, don't I
- 31:30Speaker 2: get it.
- 31:30Speaker 1: I don't.
- 31:31Speaker 4: I didn't care for the analogy, but I understand what
- 31:34Speaker 4: he was saying, you know, his at Tony Rock's.
- 31:37Speaker 1: Analogy about the chef and cooking.
- 31:40Speaker 2: I understand what he said, but it's just real simple
- 31:42Speaker 2: to put it in layman terms. So you understand.
- 31:46Speaker 4: If Chris is working on a set, you pay him
- 31:49Speaker 4: to do a private gig some high profile people. That
- 31:52Speaker 4: does not entirele you to record his set, because guess
- 31:55Speaker 4: what people do they recording it to post it.
- 31:59Speaker 2: I was here, I saw this.
- 32:01Speaker 4: Now this man is working on a set that he
- 32:03Speaker 4: gonna go out and make real money with. And now
- 32:06Speaker 4: the joke is out there already. We are not singers.
- 32:10Speaker 4: You can't tell the same joke over and over and
- 32:12Speaker 4: expect people to laugh at it. You can sing the
- 32:15Speaker 4: same hit over and over and get people same there
- 32:19Speaker 4: Like you know, when I hear that's the way in
- 32:21Speaker 4: the world, I feel like when I hear houses not
- 32:23Speaker 4: a home, I feel the same way every time I
- 32:25Speaker 4: hear it. That man memory, You do not do that
- 32:32Speaker 4: with jokes, you know. So he's absolutely correct in walking
- 32:37Speaker 4: off and for people see people an say, he gets
- 32:39Speaker 4: gonna walk off and leave people hanging.
- 32:41Speaker 2: You can't record this man's material.
- 32:43Speaker 4: This is what's called an IP intellectual property, and it
- 32:48Speaker 4: belongs to him.
- 32:51Speaker 2: Un let's use your permission to release it.
- 32:53Speaker 7: It takes a long time to perfect it the way
- 32:56Speaker 7: you trying to get it. But we don't know where
- 32:58Speaker 7: Rock is with the what he was doing that particular night.
- 33:02Speaker 7: He might that might have been the third time he
- 33:03Speaker 7: tried it. He might have got to six more time
- 33:05Speaker 7: before you get it right. And in that his brother
- 33:08Speaker 7: is correct. It's like yeah, making a meal and serving
- 33:12Speaker 7: it before it's ready. He is right in that right.
- 33:17Speaker 1: Okay, Junior.
- 33:18Speaker 3: It could be the third time and we ain't got
- 33:20Speaker 3: it together yet.
- 33:20Speaker 4: It takes time, it does. I've never written a joke
- 33:26Speaker 4: and did it the first time and it stayed just
- 33:28Speaker 4: like that. No, that thing ain't gonna take so many shapes.
- 33:33Speaker 4: I've had a joke for a year until it got
- 33:37Speaker 4: really right.
- 33:38Speaker 2: Who was this billionaire? Prep who had that?
- 33:41Speaker 4: Whoever he is, he ain't that important. You can't take
- 33:44Speaker 4: this man in electual property. We might give a damn
- 33:46Speaker 4: it pre it was somebody else.
- 33:49Speaker 1: What was the event that he hosted Holliday, The damn oscars.
- 33:57Speaker 4: Don't bring that up. You can't, bruh. That's the rules
- 34:02Speaker 4: with comedians, man, And people don't understand that. And you
- 34:05Speaker 4: got laming people that don't understand passing judgment and in
- 34:08Speaker 4: their comments talking about stuff.
- 34:10Speaker 2: It's like, I'm gonna give you a prime example.
- 34:14Speaker 4: You can take advantage of common people who don't really
- 34:18Speaker 4: know the business and you can actually tell them falsehoods
- 34:22Speaker 4: about the business, and.
- 34:23Speaker 2: Because they not on the inside, it sounds like it's truth.
- 34:27Speaker 4: And that's that's I hate when people do that who
- 34:31Speaker 4: are in the business, who know they line about the
- 34:34Speaker 4: business and tell it anyway.
- 34:36Speaker 2: M hm.
- 34:37Speaker 11: Okay, if you haven't seen Jamie Fox's Netflix special, what
- 34:42Speaker 11: had Happened was?
- 34:43Speaker 1: That's the title of it, You've got to see it.
- 34:45Speaker 11: Jamie revealed he had a stroke that led to a
- 34:49Speaker 11: brain bleed and he's blessed to be alive and credits
- 34:53Speaker 11: his medical team for his recovery. He also addressed all
- 34:57Speaker 11: the rumors online about what happened to him. Fox told
- 35:00Speaker 11: the audience the internet was trying to kill me. Though
- 35:03Speaker 11: the internet said Puffy tried to kill me, and I
- 35:06Speaker 11: know what you're thinking Diddy. Hell no, I left those
- 35:09Speaker 11: parties early. I was out by nine something. Don't look right.
- 35:14Speaker 11: It's slippery in here.
- 35:16Speaker 1: So Jamie finally put the Diddy rumors. It's slipped to rest. Yeah,
- 35:23Speaker 1: so now we know.
- 35:24Speaker 11: You know, people wanted to know what happened to him,
- 35:27Speaker 11: what caused them to get in the hospital, Why was
- 35:30Speaker 11: he sick?
- 35:31Speaker 2: So there you go. I gotta watch it.
- 35:33Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I only.
- 35:35Speaker 2: Saw a clip. Up. I saw a good clip. That's
- 35:38Speaker 2: all I saw. Boys talented man, Jamie Fox fan man. Yeah,
- 35:44Speaker 2: we love Jamie Jamie. Yeah, dude, man, it's just really

- 40:03Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 40:03Speaker 4: Why you even wrote this poem, but as you got started,
- 40:07Speaker 4: I saw I wasn't gonna be able to keep up
- 40:10Speaker 4: with where it was going. Now, you had a lot
- 40:12Speaker 4: of time to spend money on yourself, but you've done
- 40:17Speaker 4: it for everybody else, and now you're sitting up in
- 40:21Speaker 4: here wanting to burn a Christmas law when you have
- 40:24Speaker 4: spent all your money on that damn dog. And now
- 40:28Speaker 4: you're sitting up here and you to wrote a poem
- 40:30Speaker 4: like this, and you think me and Tommy gonna buy
- 40:33Speaker 4: your answer fist when you got another thing coming if
- 40:36Speaker 4: you think that's true, because you ain't nothing but a
- 40:39Speaker 4: grad big old food. I thank you for the poem
- 40:42Speaker 4: in the time you spent, but you ain't gonna get

- 40:55Speaker 6: It was.
- 41:00Speaker 3: At thirty four minutes after the hour. Tommy has something

- 41:04Speaker 1: You're listening morning show.
- 41:09Speaker 3: Okay, Tommy, okay, what's on your mind today? What are

- 41:18Speaker 7: You know this, the radio family. I rarely buy you
- 41:21Speaker 7: all anything for Christmas? So this, you know it's I

- 42:21Speaker 4: a piece how you wanted program?
- 42:23Speaker 2: What do you what you wanted to do? So I
- 42:25Speaker 2: can make sure I get you something special, something different,
- 42:29Speaker 2: and you'll.
- 42:29Speaker 4: Riding a robuot and gonna bring in my house. You

- 46:37Speaker 7: a parent.
- 46:38Speaker 2: We got to remove one of them.
- 46:39Speaker 1: Okay, And you thought this was a good idea to
- 46:42Speaker 1: prank somebody about this?

- 47:26Speaker 9: Well yeah, yeah, everything's gonna be pretty good. I'd like
- 47:28Speaker 9: to see if I can get you to come in
- 47:30Speaker 9: and I you know, everything's gonna be fine, but I
- 47:33Speaker 9: got a small procedure we'd like to do to Actually,
- 47:36Speaker 9: you know, right now, you're not approved for your life
- 47:38Speaker 9: insurance due until this procedure is done, So if you
- 47:41Speaker 9: don't mind coming in, we'd like to get you taken

- 48:02Speaker 2: What's this? No?
- 48:03Speaker 9: No, has nothing to do with the eyes. No, nothing
- 48:07Speaker 9: at all. We found a little bit of parasites in
- 48:10Speaker 9: a particular area, and what we want to do is
- 48:12Speaker 9: make sure we just remove it completely and you'll be fine.
- 48:16Speaker 9: You'll get your life insurance, you're and your family will

- 48:29Speaker 9: what we're gonna do is what's called a okostrom, and
- 48:32Speaker 9: okos is actually removing that testicle completely and then everything
- 48:36Speaker 9: will be fine. It's all confined and we'll be able
- 48:39Speaker 9: to remove it. You'll be on your way, you'll get
- 48:41Speaker 9: your life insurance and everything will be fine. Okay, Like
- 48:44Speaker 9: I said, can I get can I? Can I get
- 48:45Speaker 9: you to come in tomorrow?
- 48:46Speaker 5: What you gonna tentacle.
- 48:50Speaker 9: Well only one, only one, and it's not gonna take long.
- 48:52Speaker 9: It's a thirty minute procedure. But we want to get
- 48:55Speaker 9: you to come in tomorrow or the next day.
- 48:57Speaker 5: Can we get you to.
- 48:58Speaker 9: Whether are you available?
- 49:00Speaker 5: I just want to pay a routine physic.

- 49:04Speaker 9: oftentimes when people come in for life insurance, these type
- 49:07Speaker 9: of things happen. So we want to get you in
- 49:09Speaker 9: and get it out as quickly as possible.
- 49:12Speaker 5: Nah man, I'm waiting for a routine physical. Maybe I
- 49:15Speaker 5: wasn't supposed to be checking all this extra stuff. Now
- 49:17Speaker 5: I get a parent site in my testical y'all don't
- 49:19Speaker 5: remove a testicle. Man, I'm twenty five. Men and my wife,
- 49:22Speaker 5: I know kids. They were trying to be like, I
- 49:24Speaker 5: gotta move a testicle.
- 49:25Speaker 9: Let me say this to you, Brian, You're gonna be
- 49:27Speaker 9: completely fine. You'll be able to create children. You'll be
- 49:29Speaker 9: able to live a normal life. You know, you'll just
- 49:32Speaker 9: be You won't have all of them, but you'll have
- 49:34Speaker 9: enough to create children.
- 49:36Speaker 5: You understand that. Nah Man, I can't No, I ain't gonna.
- 49:39Speaker 5: I can't come in for that, Noah, sir, is there
- 49:42Speaker 5: any way I can get you in tomorrow or tomorrow
- 49:44Speaker 5: afternoon or the Thursday afternoon, so we can kind of
- 49:47Speaker 5: get this thing taken gear up and we can get
- 49:49Speaker 5: you moving on your way, and that people can get
- 49:51Speaker 5: the life insurance papers together and so forth. Nah, man, Man,
- 49:55Speaker 5: we ain't rescheduled now. I need a second or third

- 50:25Speaker 5: you know, I'll have you back. You know, big ball
- 50:28Speaker 5: and shot calling before it's all over. You know what
- 50:31Speaker 5: what's big? Big ball? That shot calling? Man? I told you, man,
- 50:34Speaker 5: I ain't going in for none of that. Man, I'm

- 56:22Speaker 1: Thanking a you subject. You can't blame that on the medicine.
- 56:25Speaker 12: Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm a fifty two year old married
- 56:27Speaker 12: woman and my husband is fifty six. We've been married
- 56:30Speaker 12: for fifteen years and he's taken me through a lot
- 56:34Speaker 12: of ups and downs. When we met, he told me
- 56:36Speaker 12: that he had just had a baby by a woman
- 56:38Speaker 12: that he only had sex with one time. A few
- 56:41Speaker 12: years later, I found out that he was not supporting
- 56:44Speaker 12: the child, and when things got ugly, the woman called
- 56:47Speaker 12: me and said my husband used to pay her for sex.
- 56:51Speaker 12: I was so hurt because he didn't tell me any
- 56:54Speaker 12: of that, and he calls himself a deacon at the church.
- 56:57Speaker 12: He ended up having to backpay child support to this woman. Then,
- 57:01Speaker 12: six years into our marriage, the woman called me again
- 57:05Speaker 12: and said she had been sleeping.
- 57:06Speaker 1: With my husband. My husband called her a liar, and
- 57:09Speaker 1: I stood by him.
- 57:11Speaker 12: Over the years, we spent a lot of time with
- 57:13Speaker 12: his son and the woman hasn't been tripping. About a
- 57:17Speaker 12: month ago, my husband had to have his appendix taken
- 57:20Speaker 12: out and he was put under anesthesia. When he came
- 57:24Speaker 12: to after surgery, he called out for the woman, his
- 57:28Speaker 12: son's mother. I was furious, but I didn't act up
- 57:31Speaker 12: in the hospital. I later told him what he did,
- 57:34Speaker 12: and he said it was a medicine and he must
- 57:36Speaker 12: have been upset with her and subconsciously said her name.
- 57:39Speaker 12: I checked in with the woman to see if she'd
- 57:41Speaker 12: been talking to my husband for anything other than her son.
- 57:44Speaker 12: She said he'd been calling her again, and my heart
- 57:48Speaker 12: sank right after that. I could have sworn he called
- 57:51Speaker 12: her name while we were making love, but he denied
- 57:54Speaker 12: it over and over. I don't know what kind of
- 57:57Speaker 12: hole this woman has over him, and my tuition says
- 58:01Speaker 12: he's still sleeping with her.
- 58:02Speaker 1: Do I investigate further?
- 58:03Speaker 12: Or should I let it go and trust my man?
- 58:07Speaker 12: Trust your man, trust your gut, trust your intuition here
- 58:11Speaker 12: because he's already proven that he's untrustworthy. Okay, he's lied
- 58:15Speaker 12: to you about his relationship with the woman a few times.
- 58:18Speaker 12: He said he had a baby buyer. She said that
- 58:20Speaker 12: he was paying her for sex. You said during your
- 58:23Speaker 12: fifteen years of marriage, he's taking you through a lot
- 58:26Speaker 12: of ups and downs and mostly having to do with
- 58:29Speaker 12: this woman. Thank god he started paying child support because
- 58:33Speaker 12: I'm sure you don't want to be with the deadbeat dad,
- 58:35Speaker 12: even though the son isn't biologically yours, but you were
- 58:39Speaker 12: taking care of him and helping him and everything. Him
- 58:42Speaker 12: calling you the baby's mama during sex.
- 58:44Speaker 1: I know that had to hurt.
- 58:47Speaker 12: He lied about that, But investigating further means what. It
- 58:51Speaker 12: doesn't mean anything. He's not going to tell you the truth.
- 58:54Speaker 12: He hasn't so far, and she will tell you everything,
- 58:57Speaker 12: probably hoping to get him back. So in this instance,
- 59:00Speaker 12: trust your instincts, trust your intuition, Steve.
- 59:05Speaker 4: I don't know who decide with right here in this
- 59:10Speaker 4: letter because it's just so all over the place. You
- 59:14Speaker 4: fifty two, your husband fifty six. Y'all been married fifteen years.
- 59:19Speaker 4: He's taken you through a lot of ups and downs.
- 59:22Speaker 4: When you first met you, he told me he had
- 59:25Speaker 4: just had a baby by a woman that he only
- 59:27Speaker 4: had sex with one time. A few years later I
- 59:31Speaker 4: found out he was not supporting the child. And when
- 59:33Speaker 4: things got ugly, the woman called me and said, my
- 59:37Speaker 4: husband used to pay her for sex.
- 59:40Speaker 2: All right, let's stop right here.
- 59:43Speaker 4: This woman called you and told you that your husband
- 59:49Speaker 4: used to pay her for sex. Now, I ain't trying
- 59:54Speaker 4: to be in your business, but.
- 59:57Speaker 2: What is this call? Come on, what is this call? Well,
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: to keep it real, radioish, this is called prostitution. That's
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: what it is.
- 1:00:12Speaker 4: It's one of the oldest professions in the world, when
- 1:00:16Speaker 4: women charge men and men pay for sexual favors. So
- 1:00:21Speaker 4: now the prostitute calls you and tells you that he
- 1:00:26Speaker 4: used to pay her for sex.
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:00:30Speaker 4: I was so hurt because he didn't tell me any
- 1:00:33Speaker 4: of that. And he calls himself a deacon at the church. Well,
- 1:00:37Speaker 4: just in defense of him, he didn't tell.
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: You any of that.
- 1:00:41Speaker 4: I don't none of us would have told you, none
- 1:00:45Speaker 4: of us that ain't no information. We fit the volunteer
- 1:00:49Speaker 4: under the fact that he a decon at the church.
- 1:00:53Speaker 4: Ain't got nothing new with the mailman, ain't gonna tell
- 1:00:55Speaker 4: you that. I'm gonna tell you that right now, though
- 1:00:56Speaker 4: uber driving ain't gonna share that information with you. Or
- 1:01:00Speaker 4: the dude to drive a PEPSI truck, he not gonna
- 1:01:02Speaker 4: tell you that either. It's a lot of people ain't
- 1:01:04Speaker 4: gonna tell you that right here. The guy to working
- 1:01:05Speaker 4: for a motor company, dude on the piggy line at
- 1:01:08Speaker 4: the UAE order the u a w audo strike right now,
- 1:01:10Speaker 4: ain't gonna come out and tell you he used to
- 1:01:12Speaker 4: pay a woman for sex at Nobody gonna do that.
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: And he calls himself a deacon at the church. Well,
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: that ain't nothing new either.
- 1:01:23Speaker 4: He ended up having to back pay child support to
- 1:01:26Speaker 4: this woman as he should. Then six years until I marriage,
- 1:01:30Speaker 4: the woman called me again and said she had been
- 1:01:33Speaker 4: sleeping with my husband. My husband called her a liar,
- 1:01:37Speaker 4: and I stood by him. Who is this woman that
- 1:01:40Speaker 4: keep making the damn call? I ain't nobody.
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: She busy.
- 1:01:47Speaker 4: Every time she want to get in your head, she
- 1:01:50Speaker 4: make a call. Now she told you to sleep with
- 1:01:52Speaker 4: your husband your husband called her a lie, and I
- 1:01:54Speaker 4: stood bye. Well, I can't tell you who who and
- 1:01:57Speaker 4: all this here, but she sure don't make a lot
- 1:01:59Speaker 4: of in ass calls. First time she called you and
- 1:02:02Speaker 4: told she was prostitute, that was that's the hell of information, volunteer.
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: I don't know a lot of women make that phone call. Anyway.
- 1:02:14Speaker 4: Over the years, we spent a lot of time with
- 1:02:15Speaker 4: his son, and the woman hasn't been tripping well because
- 1:02:18Speaker 4: you paid that back child's boy. So now we're good.
- 1:02:22Speaker 4: About a month ago, my husband had to have his
- 1:02:24Speaker 4: appendix taken out and he was put on the anastasia.
- 1:02:27Speaker 4: When he came out after surgery, he called out for
- 1:02:29Speaker 4: the woman, his son's mother, and I was serious, but
- 1:02:32Speaker 4: I didn't act up in the hospital. Oh well, you
- 1:02:35Speaker 4: didn't act out in the hospital. But when we come back,
- 1:02:37Speaker 4: we'll find out where acting out start.
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: All right.

- 1:03:25Speaker 12: All right, Come on, Steve Let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:03:28Speaker 12: The subject you can't blame that on the medicine.
- 1:03:32Speaker 4: Woman married to a man been going through ups and
- 1:03:34Speaker 4: downs to be married fifteen years. When they first met,
- 1:03:37Speaker 4: he told her that he was having a baby by
- 1:03:39Speaker 4: woman he had sex with one time. Later on, the
- 1:03:42Speaker 4: woman called him and said, now your husband had been
- 1:03:46Speaker 4: paying her to have sex.
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: That's called prostitution.
- 1:03:50Speaker 4: He was upset because he calls himself a deacon after
- 1:03:52Speaker 4: church ended up having to backpay child support. And then
- 1:03:57Speaker 4: six years into the marriage, the woman called again to
- 1:03:59Speaker 4: said your husband was sleeping with him. Your husband said
- 1:04:02Speaker 4: he was a lie. You stood by your man, and
- 1:04:04Speaker 4: because you know she ain't make no big deal of it,
- 1:04:07Speaker 4: I guess and the husband so anyway, over the years,
- 1:04:11Speaker 4: y'all to spent a lot of time with his son,
- 1:04:13Speaker 4: and the woman ain't been tripping. That's because he paid
- 1:04:16Speaker 4: that back child's support. About a month ago, my husband
- 1:04:19Speaker 4: had to have appendix taking out. He was out and
- 1:04:21Speaker 4: put on the anesthesia. When he came out after surgery,
- 1:04:24Speaker 4: he called out for the woman, his son's mother. I
- 1:04:27Speaker 4: was furious, but I didn't act up in the hospital.
- 1:04:30Speaker 4: I later told him what he did, and he said
- 1:04:32Speaker 4: it was the medicine and he must have been upset
- 1:04:35Speaker 4: with her and subconsciously said her name, perfect response, absolutely
- 1:04:43Speaker 4: perfectly you and five boy, boy, that's higher, that's higher.
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: Whoa, that was nice? That was nice. Number one. It
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: was a fact in there.
- 1:04:56Speaker 4: It was probably the medicine, see that right there, back
- 1:05:01Speaker 4: and then what he said, he was upset.
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: With her and probably subconsciously said her name. All that
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: sound good? That that was perfect right there? Woo, that
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: was that was classic. I can't even love that.
- 1:05:16Speaker 4: One scale of one to ten, you get you get
- 1:05:18Speaker 4: a ten point.
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: Two for that one.
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: Oh yeah.
- 1:05:22Speaker 4: Anyway, I checked in with the woman to see if
- 1:05:27Speaker 4: she'd been talking to my husband Fred anything other than
- 1:05:30Speaker 4: her son. She said he's been calling her again, and
- 1:05:34Speaker 4: my heart saint.
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: Well, but listen to me.
- 1:05:38Speaker 4: You just said she'd been You asked her if she'd
- 1:05:42Speaker 4: been talking to your husband for anything other than their son.
- 1:05:46Speaker 4: The woman said, he's been calling her again, And my
- 1:05:50Speaker 4: heart saint, the woman could be lying. He's been calling
- 1:05:54Speaker 4: her again. They've been talking about the son. Did she
- 1:05:58Speaker 4: tell you what he been calling again? Talking about? My
- 1:06:01Speaker 4: heart sank? This woman right here is in the heart
- 1:06:05Speaker 4: sinking business. I wouldn't put a lot of weight behind
- 1:06:08Speaker 4: too much of nothing, she says. But anyway, okay, right
- 1:06:11Speaker 4: after that, I could have sworn he called me her
- 1:06:16Speaker 4: name while we were making love, but he denied it.
- 1:06:19Speaker 2: Over and on.
- 1:06:21Speaker 4: You say you could have sworn, now, that means you
- 1:06:25Speaker 4: didn't quite hear it. I could have sworn. See that
- 1:06:29Speaker 4: means you didn't quite hear it her ears. See, I'm
- 1:06:36Speaker 4: not really sure about that. I'm not really sure. But
- 1:06:39Speaker 4: you say I could have sworn, now, you either heard
- 1:06:44Speaker 4: somebody else's name or not. Now, unless your name is Claire,
- 1:06:49Speaker 4: uh huh, come on, and her name is Pierre, we

- 1:24:35Speaker 2: Did you get Yeah?
- 1:24:36Speaker 4: You know what, Let me encourage people today because I
- 1:24:38Speaker 4: want to I want to empower everybody that's listening today.
- 1:24:42Speaker 4: Here's some an interesting piece of information that you have
- 1:24:46Speaker 4: to embed in your thinking. Because you have the power
- 1:24:51Speaker 4: of choice, you can actually decide. You can actually decide
- 1:24:59Speaker 4: how you choose to live your life, and you can
- 1:25:03Speaker 4: have a direct say so in the outcome of your life.
- 1:25:07Speaker 4: Life is not just you waking up and you playing
- 1:25:10Speaker 4: the cards you dealt. Now, life has some of those.
- 1:25:13Speaker 4: You're gonna be dealt a blow. Sometimes you're gonna dealt
- 1:25:16Speaker 4: a disappointment. You're gonna have to You're gonna be dealt
- 1:25:18Speaker 4: some grief. You're gonna be dealt some setbacks. Those are
- 1:25:22Speaker 4: the cards of life. But life is ten percent what
- 1:25:27Speaker 4: happens to you. It is ninety percent what you do
- 1:25:31Speaker 4: about it. Everybody gets dealt these cards at one time
- 1:25:35Speaker 4: or another, but everybody handles it differently. And the difference
- 1:25:40Speaker 4: between successful people and non successful people are the way
- 1:25:44Speaker 4: you handle the cards you are dealt, and you have
- 1:25:47Speaker 4: the power to decide how you do that. The best
- 1:25:52Speaker 4: way to handle it is to have a positive outlook
- 1:25:56Speaker 4: towards everything. And I know that sounds difficult, and it's
- 1:26:00Speaker 4: virtually impossible to maintain all the time, even for me.
- 1:26:04Speaker 4: But for the most part, I maintain a positive outlook,
- 1:26:09Speaker 4: a positive, positive attitude. I say it on the radio
- 1:26:14Speaker 4: sometime in the beginning. If you start with gratitude, gratitude
- 1:26:19Speaker 4: affects your attitude. Your attitude determines your altitude. I call
- 1:26:25Speaker 4: it the three tudes, Gratitude, attitude, altitude. And that's the
- 1:26:32Speaker 4: part that a lot of people miss. You think that
- 1:26:35Speaker 4: you have to buy into a bad day, You really don't.
- 1:26:40Speaker 4: And you can start with the way you think. First
- 1:26:43Speaker 4: of all, here's a definite daykiller. If you make the announcement,
- 1:26:51Speaker 4: if you lay claim I'm not a morning person. Do
- 1:26:56Speaker 4: you even understand what you've done? Can you understand the
- 1:27:02Speaker 4: magnitude of that statement alone, I'm not a morning person?
- 1:27:09Speaker 2: Well, that's kind of.
- 1:27:09Speaker 4: Crazy to me, because seeing us how the gold is
- 1:27:12Speaker 4: to wake up every morning, why.
- 1:27:16Speaker 2: Would you not be a morning person?
- 1:27:18Speaker 4: But you know how many people you've heard they claim
- 1:27:21Speaker 4: to that, and look at everybody you know that says
- 1:27:24Speaker 4: I'm not a morning person.
- 1:27:26Speaker 2: It explains a lot about where you are. Listen to me.
- 1:27:31Speaker 4: I love mornings. I love waking up. I really like
- 1:27:36Speaker 4: being up before the suns come up. I like to
- 1:27:39Speaker 4: wake up and hear the birds praising God any morning.
- 1:27:42Speaker 4: Do you know that the birds have enough sing, enough
- 1:27:46Speaker 4: sense that when the sun is cracking the sky, they
- 1:27:49Speaker 4: start chirping, They praising, They're announcing a new day. Rooster's crow,
- 1:27:55Speaker 4: birds chirping, sing because it's a new day. There all
- 1:28:00Speaker 4: grateful for it. Why would you not be Stop saying
- 1:28:04Speaker 4: negative things to start your day wrong. I got up
- 1:28:07Speaker 4: on the wrong side of the bed. Okay, get back
- 1:28:10Speaker 4: in it and put your feet on the other side.
- 1:28:13Speaker 4: You get to determine that. Man, you really really do.
- 1:28:17Speaker 4: Stop buying into something. Somebody talking about you, they don't
- 1:28:21Speaker 4: know you. Somebody posting something about you online that's not true.
- 1:28:26Speaker 4: What does it really change unless you buy into it.
- 1:28:30Speaker 4: I get stuff posted about me online all the time
- 1:28:32Speaker 4: that's so far from truth.
- 1:28:35Speaker 2: But guess what. I quit reading that stuff, man, I
- 1:28:38Speaker 2: quit letting people call me with it.
- 1:28:40Speaker 4: Man, you all right, what you mean Tom, Are you
- 1:28:42Speaker 4: see what they said?
- 1:28:43Speaker 9: No?
- 1:28:43Speaker 2: I didn't see what they said. Who is they? The Internet?
- 1:28:47Speaker 10: Boy?
- 1:28:47Speaker 2: Are you for real?
- 1:28:49Speaker 4: You're calling me to tell me what the internet said?
- 1:28:52Speaker 4: When the Internet don't know me? Bruh, Listen to me.
- 1:28:57Speaker 4: You know what helps me a lot. Martin Luther King
- 1:28:59Speaker 4: had a say. Martin Luther King said, a man can't
- 1:29:02Speaker 4: ride your back unless you bend over. I don't bend over.
- 1:29:07Speaker 4: You're not riding my back. I give nobody the power
- 1:29:12Speaker 4: of my life except God Almighty. Here is the author
- 1:29:16Speaker 4: and the architect of my being and my future. And
- 1:29:21Speaker 4: I don't care what you say on the Internet or
- 1:29:25Speaker 4: the podcast. You are not the architect and author.
- 1:29:30Speaker 2: Of my being or my future.
- 1:29:32Speaker 4: You can't destroy me because you didn't make me.
- 1:29:36Speaker 2: And I got news for you.
- 1:29:38Speaker 4: You can't stop nothing God got for me. Do you
- 1:29:41Speaker 4: know something, y'all? If God gives you something, there is
- 1:29:44Speaker 4: nothing no man can do about it. And they better
- 1:29:47Speaker 4: be careful. They need to be careful because if God
- 1:29:51Speaker 4: has blessed you, if God meant for you to have it,
- 1:29:54Speaker 4: and then you see you see a person coming along
- 1:29:56Speaker 4: trying to take it from you, Oh careful, be very
- 1:30:02Speaker 4: very careful. You people are not by themselves. People who
- 1:30:08Speaker 4: love the Lord are not by themselves. Man, they got
- 1:30:12Speaker 4: a friend, they got, they got they got a power
- 1:30:15Speaker 4: greater than you are me. So be very careful when
- 1:30:18Speaker 4: you start touching God's people. People that love God, people,
- 1:30:23Speaker 4: praying people, people that's annoying it. People that God got
- 1:30:26Speaker 4: on assignment, people that God got a plan for. I'm
- 1:30:29Speaker 4: on assignment. I have an assignment.
- 1:30:32Speaker 2: I'm on Now. You can knock me if you want to,
- 1:30:34Speaker 2: but be very careful.
- 1:30:37Speaker 5: Now.
- 1:30:37Speaker 4: I'm not supposed to say anything to you. Every now
- 1:30:41Speaker 4: and then I get human, though. Every now and then
- 1:30:45Speaker 4: I just I'm just human. I ran up into somebody
- 1:30:49Speaker 4: that said something real negative about me something one time.
- 1:30:52Speaker 4: I just, you know, I should have ignored it and
- 1:30:54Speaker 4: played it off, because God don't need my help. Vengeance
- 1:30:57Speaker 4: is mine saith the Lord. But when I saw him,
- 1:31:01Speaker 4: I didn't see the Lord at that time. So I
- 1:31:03Speaker 4: handled it. Let God handle it for you. Stay on
- 1:31:09Speaker 4: the wall, y'all. Remember I'm having to see choice shows.
- 1:31:13Speaker 2: My clothing rem off. Talk to God today. Laps would
- 1:31:16Speaker 2: love to hear from me, y'all.
