- 0:00Speaker 1: Parents, you're terrorists, and you very well may be a
- 0:03Speaker 1: terrorist on a terrorist watch list. And the question is
- 0:06Speaker 1: how many parents have been put on that terrorist watch
- 0:09Speaker 1: lists in our government will not tell us so far.
- 0:13Speaker 1: If you think that the school boards are going to
- 0:16Speaker 1: back down, if you think that the Democrats are going
- 0:19Speaker 1: to back down from calling you terrorists, if you show
- 0:21Speaker 1: up to school board meetings and getting their faces right,
- 0:23Speaker 1: you defend your kids, Uh, they're doubling down. Give you
- 0:28Speaker 1: a great example. It has nothing to do with actually
- 0:30Speaker 1: Texas and the conservative Texas governor or Texas lawmakers. What
- 0:36Speaker 1: I'm about tell you, but it does tell you what
- 0:38Speaker 1: liberals in avon states like Texas, what they are willing
- 0:42Speaker 1: to do. Texas School District is now sent armed agents
- 0:48Speaker 1: to concern parents' homes and arrest them. That's right. Tireless
- 0:55Speaker 1: critical race theory whistle blower Christopher Ruffo, among others, is
- 1:00Speaker 1: blowing the whistle on another alleged outrageous action by a
- 1:04Speaker 1: school board that evidently doesn't take kindly to constructive criticism
- 1:11Speaker 1: from the parents whose children are in that school district
- 1:16Speaker 1: in a suburban Austin, Texas neighborhood. Austin is liberal school
- 1:23Speaker 1: boards are liberal. School administrators are liberal. In our public schools.
- 1:28Speaker 1: We now can confirm that not one, but two parents
- 1:33Speaker 1: got arrested and thrown into jail for exercising their free
- 1:36Speaker 1: speech rights and separate instances. That's important because they're not
- 1:41Speaker 1: connected to one another at all. The battle lines are clear.
- 1:46Speaker 1: On one side, the Biden administration, public school bureaucrats, and
- 1:51Speaker 1: now they're armed agents are coming after you as parents,
- 1:55Speaker 1: no matter where you live, even in a conservative state
- 1:58Speaker 1: like Texas. On the other side are parents and families
- 2:03Speaker 1: who opposed school closures, who oppose mass mandates, who oppose
- 2:08Speaker 1: critical race theory, as well as corruption within their schools.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Public schools officials have demonstrated now a willingness to use
- 2:17Speaker 1: police power to silence and intimidates, intimidate their opponents, which
- 2:21Speaker 1: is you and I. And now they're moving a step further.
- 2:25Speaker 1: They're now using the FBI to put you on a
- 2:28Speaker 1: terrorist watch list. Quote. If parents are to succeed, protesters
- 2:33Speaker 1: must continue to organize and peacefully and highlight corruption and
- 2:38Speaker 1: abuse of power by local officials. That is what one
- 2:42Speaker 1: parents said about what has just happened in Texas. Now,
- 2:45Speaker 1: this particular controversy arose in round Rock, Texas, where the
- 2:50Speaker 1: school district runs its own police force. In the first case,
- 2:56Speaker 1: Dustin Clark, of father and retired Army captain, told the
- 3:00Speaker 1: board that it was illegal for them to pass an
- 3:02Speaker 1: unlawful tax increase, while district police arbitrarily locked parents out
- 3:08Speaker 1: of the meeting. In the second case, Jeremy's Story, a
- 3:12Speaker 1: minister and father of seven children, produced evidence that the
- 3:17Speaker 1: board had covered up an alleged assault by the superintendent
- 3:20Speaker 1: against a mistress. Story was physically prevented from finishing his
- 3:26Speaker 1: remarks by police and yeah, they decided to take him
- 3:30Speaker 1: out why they were operating under orders from the school
- 3:33Speaker 1: board president and the superintendent. Both men were arrested at
- 3:41Speaker 1: their homes. Say it again. Both men were arrested at
- 3:47Speaker 1: their homes on a charge of disorderly conduct with intent
- 3:51Speaker 1: tout to disrupt a meeting. That is a Class A misdemeanor.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Both men from these separate incidences have spent the night
- 4:00Speaker 1: in the Williamson County Jail. Both men arrested by the
- 4:05Speaker 1: school Police Department. The arrest allegedly occurred one day after
- 4:11Speaker 1: one of the parents story filed a legal grievance. This
- 4:16Speaker 1: is what you call retaliation. Concerned parents held an all
- 4:21Speaker 1: night vigil now outside the lock up facility before the
- 4:25Speaker 1: two men were released the following morning. This is what
- 4:30Speaker 1: happens when you stand up and these liberals can beat
- 4:34Speaker 1: you back down. I want you to hear what this
- 4:36Speaker 1: story sounded like as it was told on the local news.
- 4:41Speaker 1: Are facing charges after a Round Rock Independent School District
- 4:44Speaker 1: board meeting ended in chaos now the topic of the meeting.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Masks Kates and digital reporter Grace Reader spoke to those
- 4:52Speaker 1: two men after they were released from jail today. Shame
- 4:56Speaker 1: on you, communists. Communists. Let the that man, Dustin Clark
- 5:02Speaker 1: and another Jeremy's story who was outside the main meeting room.
- 5:06Speaker 1: They're arrested Friday and charged charged with hindering proceedings by
- 5:11Speaker 1: disorderly conduct. A spokesperson for Round Rock ISD says, while
- 5:16Speaker 1: this is still being investigated, the men were charged for
- 5:19Speaker 1: issues at this week's meeting and previous meetings. She said
- 5:23Speaker 1: there were concerns that their actions created a quote potentially
- 5:26Speaker 1: threatening environment for student, staff and community members present and
- 5:30Speaker 1: hindered official proceedings. So we don't feel like we created
- 5:33Speaker 1: any sort of animosity or environment. After being released from jail.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Saturday morning, KXA and caught up with Story and Clark.
- 5:41Speaker 1: They feel they're being targeted for speaking out against what
- 5:44Speaker 1: they believe was a violation of the Open Meetings Acts.
- 5:47Speaker 1: There was no reason to not have more chairs attendees,
- 5:51Speaker 1: and even a few board members believed more people should
- 5:54Speaker 1: have had access to the main meeting room to participate
- 5:56Speaker 1: in the discussion about whether the mask mandate would be extended. Okay,
- 6:00Speaker 1: point of order, guy, guys, please stop. The school district
- 6:03Speaker 1: says they had it that way because of COVID nineteen. Regardless,
- 6:07Speaker 1: two men are now lawyering up and say they're arrests
- 6:10Speaker 1: were an abuse of power. And I know that educators
- 6:12Speaker 1: work hard and and they're so sacrificial and so much
- 6:17Speaker 1: that they do. And so we're not we're not we're
- 6:20Speaker 1: not angry. We're just we have been. We feel our
- 6:23Speaker 1: civil rights have been violated, Grace reader k X an News. Now,
- 6:27Speaker 1: what it greatly shows you from this report is you
- 6:30Speaker 1: have two parents and a school board that decided we
- 6:33Speaker 1: don't want to hear from you, we don't want to
- 6:35Speaker 1: like you. We're not going to put enough chairs in there.
- 6:36Speaker 1: We're gonna claim COVID is our way to continue to
- 6:39Speaker 1: operate basically in total isolation, so that there is zero
- 6:47Speaker 1: accountability from the public. Now, k x a N has
- 6:55Speaker 1: now asked the round Rock Independent School District as well
- 6:58Speaker 1: as the Williamson County Sheriff's Office, why a warrant was
- 7:01Speaker 1: issued for the two minutestead of a citation, because this
- 7:06Speaker 1: isn't normal protocol. We've now found out from whistleblowers. The
- 7:11Speaker 1: Williamson County Sheriff's Office referred them to the local round
- 7:16Speaker 1: Rock d Police department, even though court documents now show
- 7:23Speaker 1: that the sheriff's office was the arresting agency. Welcome to
- 7:29Speaker 1: collusion of powerful people in government. A spokesman for round
- 7:36Speaker 1: Rock is SD did not answer the question that was
- 7:40Speaker 1: asked by the media, but did confirm the Williamson County
- 7:43Speaker 1: Sheriff's Office was quote the arresting agency. So now we're
- 7:46Speaker 1: trying to figure out who'ven arrest of these people. No
- 7:50Speaker 1: one is being jailed for this type of offense due
- 7:52Speaker 1: to COVID nineteen precautions, is what the whistle blower now says.
- 7:59Speaker 1: Quote A special exception was made to seemingly target these men,
- 8:05Speaker 1: is what the CBS affiliate is now reporting quote in
- 8:10Speaker 1: short of school district's police department coordinated with the sheriff's
- 8:14Speaker 1: department to make an example of these men to arrest
- 8:17Speaker 1: the parents at their homes under orders from a school
- 8:22Speaker 1: board member and president. No one's being jailed for this
- 8:29Speaker 1: type offense due to COVID nineteen, Yet these two men
- 8:33Speaker 1: spent the night in jail, done deliberately on purpose. Both
- 8:38Speaker 1: men now have lawyered up as they should. On Wednesday,
- 8:44Speaker 1: it was revealed the elite documents that the FBI is
- 8:49Speaker 1: allegedly using its resources after all to investigate parents, contrary
- 8:56Speaker 1: to the lie made by the US Attorney General Merrick
- 8:59Speaker 1: Garland during a recent Capitol Hill testimony in the aftermath
- 9:04Speaker 1: of the infamous National School Board Association letter, which the
- 9:09Speaker 1: organization has since retracted. House Republicans obtain that whistle lowered
- 9:16Speaker 1: document showing that the FBI is using its counter terrorism
- 9:20Speaker 1: division to investigate and add quote threat tags to parents
- 9:25Speaker 1: the same way you would add a threat tag to
- 9:27Speaker 1: ISIS or members of al Qaeda. If this is accurate,
- 9:35Speaker 1: which there's no reason to believe that it isn't, parents
- 9:38Speaker 1: are now getting the domestic terrorism treatment for going to
- 9:41Speaker 1: a school board meeting. Now the question is are you
- 9:44Speaker 1: even on the list? How do you get on the list,
- 9:47Speaker 1: and how do you get off the list if you've
- 9:49Speaker 1: now been labeled a domestic terrorists. Now you may recall
- 9:53Speaker 1: that the corporate media insisted all week long that Garland
- 9:59Speaker 1: was a moderate. They insisted the same thing when Obama
- 10:04Speaker 1: tried to get him on the US Supreme Court. Garland, quote,
- 10:09Speaker 1: is a menace to truth, justice, and law. He used
- 10:14Speaker 1: the FBI to run interference for the teachers' unions and
- 10:18Speaker 1: to suppress middle class American families. The parent movement must
- 10:23Speaker 1: not stop until he resigns in disgrace. That is what
- 10:27Speaker 1: an op ed said in the Washington or the New
- 10:31Speaker 1: York Posts today. Now, given what has been going on
- 10:39Speaker 1: with in public school administrations, many conservatives are now running
- 10:43Speaker 1: for school board positions, which I've been encouraging each and
- 10:46Speaker 1: every one of you to do. You want to make
- 10:47Speaker 1: a difference in this country, get on your school board.
- 10:51Speaker 1: The fact of the matter is these school boards are
- 10:55Speaker 1: no longer school boards. They are in liberal tyrant, indoctor
- 11:01Speaker 1: nation marketplaces, using your tax dollars to indoctrinate your children
- 11:06Speaker 1: into socialism. And communism, critical race series, secret theory, and
- 11:11Speaker 1: other crazy things like that. Now the question also becomes
- 11:16Speaker 1: what happens to Garland and how do we get him
- 11:20Speaker 1: to resign or get him out of office altogether. The
- 11:24Speaker 1: key to getting Garland the Attorney General out of office
- 11:28Speaker 1: very well, maybe the fact that it looks like he
- 11:31Speaker 1: lied not only the American people, but lied to Congress
- 11:36Speaker 1: knowing that the FBI had created a parent tracking system
- 11:41Speaker 1: to track them, just like a family member in Al
- 11:44Speaker 1: qadir isis a terrorist would be tracked. Jim Jordan, who
- 11:48Speaker 1: we had on this podcast and our show a couple
- 11:53Speaker 1: of days ago, mentioned this, but now he's getting even
- 11:57Speaker 1: more information from the whist borne. If you missed her
- 12:00Speaker 1: sit down with Jim Jordan, make sure you listen to it.
- 12:02Speaker 1: It's in our podcast Gravity. It's an incredible interview with
- 12:06Speaker 1: a ton of information about the FBI and how they're
- 12:09Speaker 1: attacking parents now like they are domestic tierrists. But I
- 12:13Speaker 1: want you to hear the latest what he had to
- 12:14Speaker 1: say on Fox just this morning. There is a letter
- 12:19Speaker 1: that's been drafted apparently by this whistleblower. It's not been
- 12:22Speaker 1: made public, it has been shared with some members of
- 12:24Speaker 1: the media, but we have not seen it. Can you
- 12:27Speaker 1: characterize the tenor of that letter on the whistle blower? Yeah,
- 12:32Speaker 1: I mean the whistleblower talks about what's in the email
- 12:36Speaker 1: that went out to the FBI agents around the country
- 12:39Speaker 1: telling them to, you know, put together this threat tag,
- 12:42Speaker 1: put this label, this terrorist tag on parents, and this
- 12:48Speaker 1: email bill went out the day before Mark Garland come
- 12:50Speaker 1: in front of our committee and told us, oh, no,
- 12:52Speaker 1: nothing of the sort is going on. I mean, he
- 12:55Speaker 1: tells us that testifies to that tells the American people
- 12:58Speaker 1: that at the same time, just twenty four hours earlier,
- 13:01Speaker 1: this email had been sent out. So the whistleblower walks
- 13:04Speaker 1: through some of that in his letter, but it is
- 13:08Speaker 1: it is just giving his belief about what this email
- 13:13Speaker 1: tells FBI agents to do. Okay, I'm that specific letter.
- 13:16Speaker 1: How's the FBI or anybody have they responded to these claims? Well,
- 13:22Speaker 1: we had what Peter Struck saying yesterday. Now he's no
- 13:24Speaker 1: longer with the FBI, thank goodness, but he said, oh,
- 13:27Speaker 1: this is this is normal, this is how this works
- 13:29Speaker 1: threat tags, which should scare us. When Peter Struck, the
- 13:32Speaker 1: guy who did all the activities he did in the
- 13:34Speaker 1: Trump Russia investigation is calling this normal, putting this tag,
- 13:38Speaker 1: putting this label. Here's the fundamental question, Bill, what's the number?
- 13:43Speaker 1: How many Americans, how many parents, how many moms, how
- 13:46Speaker 1: many dads now have this tag, this label put on
- 13:50Speaker 1: their name? Do these two guys in Texas? Does? Does
- 13:54Speaker 1: Clay Travis who showed up at a school board meeting
- 13:56Speaker 1: and spoke out against policies at his children's school. I mean,
- 14:00Speaker 1: that's the part that's most troubling, and that's why we need.
- 14:03Speaker 1: We asked Chairman Nadder yesterday, when will you bring back
- 14:06Speaker 1: the Attorney General to answer questions? After all, it sure
- 14:09Speaker 1: looks like he misled the American people when he gave
- 14:12Speaker 1: the answers that he did. Okay, two things here you
- 14:15Speaker 1: mentioned Merrick Garland. There here is testimony from three weeks ago,
- 14:19Speaker 1: October twenty one. Robus. I can't imagine any circumstance in
- 14:24Speaker 1: which the Patriot Act would be used in the circumstances
- 14:28Speaker 1: of parents complaining about their children. Nor can I imagine
- 14:32Speaker 1: a circumstance where they would be labeled as domestic terrors?
- 14:34Speaker 1: All right? I mean, can you dispute that as he
- 14:38Speaker 1: made that statement, the counter Terrorism Division at the FBI
- 14:42Speaker 1: was sending an email to FBI agents around the country saying,
- 14:46Speaker 1: put a threat tag on parents' names. I mean, so
- 14:49Speaker 1: that directly contradicts it. He can't imagine using the Patriot Act. Well,
- 14:52Speaker 1: then why was it the counter Terrorism Division at the
- 14:54Speaker 1: FBI who sent this email out to FBI agents. He's
- 14:58Speaker 1: got I think a lot of questions. Interfair point. And
- 15:00Speaker 1: here here's what the FBI said about that threat tag
- 15:03Speaker 1: for as you use, a tag is merely a statistical
- 15:06Speaker 1: tool to track information for review and reporting. The creation
- 15:10Speaker 1: of a threat tag in no way changes the long
- 15:12Speaker 1: sending requirements for opening investigation orders. It represent a shift
- 15:15Speaker 1: in how the FBI prioritizes threats. I mean they're essentially
- 15:19Speaker 1: saying that's that's pretty much of a nothing there. No,
- 15:23Speaker 1: I mean you got to take it in contact too. Bill.
- 15:25Speaker 1: Remember we had the School Board Association, left wing political
- 15:28Speaker 1: group send the letter to the White House. We now
- 15:30Speaker 1: know they were coordinating with the White House prior to
- 15:32Speaker 1: sending that letter, asking the White House to asking Joe
- 15:35Speaker 1: Biden to involve the FBI and using the Patriot Act
- 15:38Speaker 1: to spy on parents or to look in the parents
- 15:40Speaker 1: at school board meetings five days later after that letter assent,
- 15:43Speaker 1: Merritt Garland does exactly what that association asked for. But
- 15:46Speaker 1: what happened the day after he testified in front of
- 15:48Speaker 1: our committee. We made this initition, we talked about this.
- 15:51Speaker 1: The school Board Association apologize and withdrew their letter. Why
- 15:56Speaker 1: won't Marrett Garland do the same thing. He needs to
- 15:58Speaker 1: stop this in its tracks. He needs to stop tracking
- 16:01Speaker 1: parents with whatever label, whatever they're gonna call it, Stop
- 16:04Speaker 1: tracking parents, stop giving him this label. This is what
- 16:07Speaker 1: needs to happen, and the American people understand it for
- 16:10Speaker 1: what it is. It's amazing that this is allowed to
- 16:13Speaker 1: happen in this country. Now. The good news is not
- 16:16Speaker 1: only do we now know for a fact that the
- 16:18Speaker 1: White House quote actively engaged, based on this whistleblower with
- 16:23Speaker 1: the NSBA National School Boarding Association before the domestic terror
- 16:29Speaker 1: letter went out. That means the Attorney General Garland did lie.
- 16:35Speaker 1: Attorney General Merrit Garland announced October the FBI would investigate
- 16:38Speaker 1: threats against school staffers. Why because the White House was
- 16:42Speaker 1: actively engaged with the National school Board Association before they
- 16:47Speaker 1: sent out the letter to the Biden administration asking that
- 16:51Speaker 1: the FEDS investigate outspoken parents and liken them to domestic terrorists,
- 16:56Speaker 1: the internal Melmo now confirms. October the twelfth in SBA
- 17:02Speaker 1: memo raises now extremely serious questions about whether the White
- 17:07Speaker 1: House in fact ordered the Attorney General Garland to have
- 17:11Speaker 1: the FBI investigate confrontations and other instants at local school
- 17:15Speaker 1: board meetings across the US, which would mean that Garland
- 17:18Speaker 1: definitely lied. The memo made public by the group Parents
- 17:23Speaker 1: Defending Education detailed at least one specific meeting with White
- 17:28Speaker 1: House staff on September the fourteenth, just over two weeks
- 17:35Speaker 1: before the National School Board Association sent their letter to
- 17:39Speaker 1: President Biden, meaning all this was being done behind the scenes.
- 17:43Speaker 1: They'd all agreed on. It was all a ruse. It
- 17:45Speaker 1: was all for the cameras when they came out the
- 17:46Speaker 1: way they did, and it looked like the White House
- 17:48Speaker 1: was reacting the letter, when in fact they were working
- 17:50Speaker 1: with him beforehand. Based on the information we now have
- 17:53Speaker 1: from the whistleblower, In that September fourteenth, twenty twenty one
- 17:58Speaker 1: meeting of the Organization of State Association Executive Directors Directors
- 18:06Speaker 1: Liaison Group, they were informed there had been a meeting.
- 18:11Speaker 1: They were informed. When you think about this, they were
- 18:15Speaker 1: informed that there had been a meeting with the White
- 18:17Speaker 1: House staff that morning that means the morning of September
- 18:21Speaker 1: the fourteenth, and that the National School Board Association was
- 18:25Speaker 1: preparing to send a letter to the President based on
- 18:29Speaker 1: that morning's meeting. That is what the memo actually reads. Subsequently,
- 18:36Speaker 1: on September the seventeenth, that is, four days later, the
- 18:42Speaker 1: interim executive Director emailed notice to the state Association executive
- 18:48Speaker 1: directors that indicate a letter requesting federal assistants would be sent.
- 18:56Speaker 1: They already were colluding with the White House on this,
- 18:59Speaker 1: So the White House was actively working with a national
- 19:01Speaker 1: teachers association to label you a terrorist and to monitor
- 19:08Speaker 1: you as a terrorist and put you on a watch
- 19:09Speaker 1: list as a terrorist because you showed up at your
- 19:12Speaker 1: kids school board meeting. Garland then announced on October fourth,
- 19:17Speaker 1: two weeks later, that the FBI would take the lead
- 19:22Speaker 1: on probing what he called, quote a disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation,
- 19:29Speaker 1: and threats of violence against school administrators, board members, teachers,
- 19:33Speaker 1: and staff, even though the evidence for that statement does
- 19:39Speaker 1: not exist. Written by the National School Board Association President
- 19:45Speaker 1: Viola Garcia, the memo also details that the organization was
- 19:50Speaker 1: quote actively engaged with the White House, actively engaged with
- 19:56Speaker 1: the Department of Justice, actively engaged with the Department Poe
- 20:00Speaker 1: in Security, and actively engaged with the Department of Education,
- 20:05Speaker 1: as well as being actively engaged with a surgeon General
- 20:09Speaker 1: and other federal agencies on pandemic related issues quote unquote.
- 20:17Speaker 1: That is the president of the National School Board Association,
- 20:20Speaker 1: Yella Garcia, sending a memo to her members telling them
- 20:25Speaker 1: all this happened long before the letter was written the
- 20:27Speaker 1: White House, and the White House wrote the letter back
- 20:29Speaker 1: saying We're gonna spy on you. They were all going
- 20:31Speaker 1: on it beforehand, and Garland may have been directed by
- 20:34Speaker 1: Joe Biden's White House to do it and then lied
- 20:37Speaker 1: about it. Joe Biden's approval rating number is gotten even worse.
- 20:42Speaker 1: He's now at thirty seven percent in some pollsits lower
- 20:46Speaker 1: than at any point in Trump's presidency, and he was
- 20:49Speaker 1: impeached twice in the media came after the entire time.
- 20:51Speaker 1: This time, the media is protecting Joe Biden at all costs,
- 20:55Speaker 1: and still his approval rating is down in the thirties now,
- 20:58Speaker 1: is what we're being told. Part of The reason why,
- 21:01Speaker 1: I think clearly is because of this story I'm telling
- 21:04Speaker 1: you about right now, which is the fact that the
- 21:06Speaker 1: White House apparently was working directly with the National school
- 21:08Speaker 1: Board Association and then ordering the Justice Department Garland to
- 21:14Speaker 1: start making parents to show up at school boards into
- 21:16Speaker 1: domestic terrorists. Put them on the lists, give them tags
- 21:21Speaker 1: as terrorists next to their names. Who knows how long
- 21:24Speaker 1: this will last? Right? Does this get you on do
- 21:27Speaker 1: not fly list? Does this get you extra scrutiny at
- 21:29Speaker 1: the airport? I'm curious. I want to know how this
- 21:32Speaker 1: is going to work now. The White House has not
- 21:35Speaker 1: responded to comment about the NSBA meetings at the White House.
- 21:41Speaker 1: They've refused to comment also on this memo that has
- 21:45Speaker 1: been leaked that was unclassified. Want to make that clear now.
- 21:49Speaker 1: The memo also follows a set of emails released that
- 21:52Speaker 1: revealed it top officials with the NSBA spoke with a
- 21:56Speaker 1: White House before Garland issued a response of action to
- 22:02Speaker 1: their letter on October fourth. All of them were in
- 22:06Speaker 1: on this. They all want to be a part of it.
- 22:09Speaker 1: In his own memo, Garland announced the FBI would take
- 22:13Speaker 1: the lead in investigating what he called quote a disturbing
- 22:17Speaker 1: spike and harassment, intimidation and threats of violence against school administrators,
- 22:23Speaker 1: board members, teachers, and staff. All of this was fabricated, folks. Beforehand,
- 22:33Speaker 1: he wasn't responding. Okay, he wasn't responding to a letter.
- 22:46Speaker 1: He was helping choreograph the entire rollout of all of this.
- 22:52Speaker 1: That's called collusion. Now. His order has since received massive
- 22:57Speaker 1: criticism from parents as well as lawmakers, who claim it
- 23:02Speaker 1: targets parents voicing their concerns about the implementation of mass
- 23:07Speaker 1: mandates as well as critical race theory in schools. Given
- 23:10Speaker 1: the language used in the nsba's letter. The organization's letter,
- 23:17Speaker 1: sent on September twenty ninth by CEO Chip Slaven without
- 23:24Speaker 1: without consultation with other officials within the NSBA, claim quote
- 23:29Speaker 1: America Public schools and its education leaders are under an
- 23:32Speaker 1: immediate threat that was not based in fact, that was
- 23:36Speaker 1: based on them not waying to listen to parents complain
- 23:39Speaker 1: or become too active in the schools. This union. They're
- 23:44Speaker 1: hardcore socialists. They're in favor of making kids hate America,
- 23:49Speaker 1: making kids hate the color skin, dividing this country transgendered issues,
- 23:54Speaker 1: and in doctoring your children to think America is the
- 23:56Speaker 1: worst country in the world. This is why they didn't
- 23:59Speaker 1: want you involved. Now the letter we also now also
- 24:04Speaker 1: KNOWE D has marked that you're there. Okay, here we
- 24:12Speaker 1: go three two one. Now. The letter also suggested that
- 24:17Speaker 1: verbal confrontations and other instance at local school board meetings
- 24:21Speaker 1: across the US constituted quote acts of malice, violence, and
- 24:27Speaker 1: threats against public school officials. So if you raised your
- 24:30Speaker 1: voice at a school board meeting, you organize a Facebook
- 24:34Speaker 1: group to stand up to the school boards, you showed
- 24:37Speaker 1: up with friends with signs, that could mean that your
- 24:41Speaker 1: actions would be classified not could be, but would be
- 24:44Speaker 1: classified as a form of domestic terrorism based on what
- 24:48Speaker 1: the letter says. Now. Upon sending the letter, Slaven, the
- 24:56Speaker 1: CEO of the National school Board Association, also sent it
- 24:59Speaker 1: to the National school Board Association's Board of directors, noting,
- 25:04Speaker 1: quote talks with the White House. So they're in on
- 25:10Speaker 1: it too. He's saying it in his own emails to
- 25:13Speaker 1: his own board members. Hey, we're in talking to the
- 25:15Speaker 1: White House. We got this saying this out to you
- 25:17Speaker 1: just so you know, and then they're gonna respond. Then
- 25:19Speaker 1: the AG is going to do their thing. And we've
- 25:21Speaker 1: all figured out behind closed doors. And just so you know,
- 25:23Speaker 1: we've got this. The White House is on board, and
- 25:28Speaker 1: one of the now released emails, Slaven noted that quote.
- 25:31Speaker 1: In talks over the last several weeks with the White
- 25:33Speaker 1: House staff, they request additional information on some of the
- 25:37Speaker 1: specific threats, so the letter also details many of the
- 25:40Speaker 1: incidents that have been occurring. This is what you call apanda.
- 25:49Speaker 1: Tyrants do this. They organize and create a fake narrative
- 25:54Speaker 1: about a fake threat against people they want to silence,
- 25:58Speaker 1: and then they tell you that those people are a
- 26:00Speaker 1: real threat, and therefore they're justified in silencing them, even
- 26:04Speaker 1: though they're the ones that fabricated the threat. Altogether, these
- 26:08Speaker 1: parents that are showing up are not terrorists. The fact
- 26:12Speaker 1: that we even happen to say that is absurd. And
- 26:15Speaker 1: that's exactly why the Board of Directors at the NSBA
- 26:20Speaker 1: has since apologized for the language used in Slaven's letter. Quote.
- 26:27Speaker 1: To be clear, the safety school board members, other public
- 26:30Speaker 1: school officials and students as our top priority, and there
- 26:34Speaker 1: remains important work to be done on this issue, the
- 26:36Speaker 1: board wrote. However, there was no justification for some of
- 26:39Speaker 1: the language included in the latter given the repudiation of
- 26:45Speaker 1: the letter from September. Some lawmakers or even pressed the
- 26:48Speaker 1: Department of Justice to recall their own memo and their
- 26:51Speaker 1: own investigation based on the fact that the school Board
- 26:54Speaker 1: Association has now retracted their letter. Quote because the NSBA
- 27:01Speaker 1: letter was the basis of your memo, and given that
- 27:04Speaker 1: your memo had been, has been, and will continue to
- 27:07Speaker 1: be read as threatening parents and filling their protected First
- 27:12Speaker 1: Amendment rights, the only response course of action, the only responsible,
- 27:17Speaker 1: excuse me, course of action, is for you to fully
- 27:20Speaker 1: and unequivocally withdraw your memorandum immediately. That is what represented
- 27:25Speaker 1: Jim Jordan's said on this show a couple of days ago.
- 27:31Speaker 1: The Attorney General was urged to recall it again during
- 27:33Speaker 1: in October twenty seventh hearing with a Senate Judiciary Committee.
- 27:37Speaker 1: Just days later, Senator Chuck Grassley said this to Garland. Quote,
- 27:41Speaker 1: so last week the organization disavowed it, referring to the
- 27:45Speaker 1: School Board Association's letter. They disavowed the letter that they
- 27:49Speaker 1: sent you in the White House, which you based your
- 27:53Speaker 1: membo on their letter, their memo. It's a de legitimized letter.
- 27:59Speaker 1: At this point, I assume you're going to revoke your
- 28:03Speaker 1: extremely divisive memo that you said was instigated because of
- 28:10Speaker 1: the school board union's letter. That's a question. Grassley then
- 28:15Speaker 1: went to say, quote in response from Garland, center the memo,
- 28:20Speaker 1: which I referred to as one page that responds to
- 28:25Speaker 1: concerns about violence, threats to violence, other criminal conduct. That's
- 28:30Speaker 1: all it's about, and all it asks is for the
- 28:33Speaker 1: federal law enforcement to consult with meet with local law enforcement,
- 28:37Speaker 1: to assess the circumstances, strategize about what may or may
- 28:41Speaker 1: not be necessary, to provide federal assistance if it is necessary.
- 28:45Speaker 1: Garland press further, asking, quote, presumably you wrote the memo
- 28:49Speaker 1: because of the letter. The letter is just avowed now,
- 28:52Speaker 1: and you're going to keep your memo going anyway, right,
- 28:55Speaker 1: Is that what you're telling me. Garland did not directly
- 28:58Speaker 1: answer Grass's question. Knowledge the letter from the nt NSBA,
- 29:03Speaker 1: excuse me, bored, Yes, it is no longer accurate, never
- 29:09Speaker 1: was accurate. By the way. Quote the language of the letter.
- 29:12Speaker 1: Garland said that they disavow is language that was never
- 29:17Speaker 1: included in my memo and never would be. I did
- 29:20Speaker 1: not adopt every concern that they had in their letter.
- 29:23Speaker 1: I thought that only the concern about violence and threats
- 29:26Speaker 1: of violence is what hasn't changed. So, in other words,
- 29:30Speaker 1: they sent us a letter, they coordinated with us behind
- 29:33Speaker 1: the scenes, They coordinated with the White House behind the scenes,
- 29:36Speaker 1: and we decided to pull this on the American people
- 29:39Speaker 1: because we wanted to label parents as terrorists and we
- 29:42Speaker 1: wanted to intimidate parents so they would go home because
- 29:44Speaker 1: we didn't want to deal with them. And so that's
- 29:46Speaker 1: exactly what we decided to do. And we did this,
- 29:49Speaker 1: and the reason why we did it is for one reason,
- 29:53Speaker 1: because we hated the parents were actually thinking that they
- 29:56Speaker 1: had a right to talk to us, to tell us
- 29:58Speaker 1: what we should or should not believe. And so what
- 30:01Speaker 1: we decided to do is say, no, we're into We're
- 30:04Speaker 1: not doing that. You're not going to do that to us,
- 30:07Speaker 1: are you crazy? So we made up a lie, and
- 30:11Speaker 1: we made the lie fact and then we investigated the lie,
- 30:14Speaker 1: which was the parents who showed up at school board meetings,
- 30:16Speaker 1: and then we decided to put them on a terrorists
- 30:19Speaker 1: watch list. We don't know how many parents are on
- 30:22Speaker 1: the watch list. Does it matter? Apparently not, because all
- 30:25Speaker 1: we really care about is that the parents are now
- 30:28Speaker 1: terrorists based on a lie that we created out of
- 30:31Speaker 1: thin air, and yes, it was created out of thin air.
- 30:37Speaker 1: Do you want to know how to get rid of Garland?
- 30:39Speaker 1: This is how you do it. This is how we
- 30:42Speaker 1: get rid of Garland. And Republicans better do exactly what
- 30:46Speaker 1: Jim Jordan is doing and they better press and the
- 30:48Speaker 1: question you sho have to answers, Hey, how many parents
- 30:51Speaker 1: are terrorists? Now? How many parents have you put on
- 30:53Speaker 1: the list? Who decided who gets on the list? Is
- 30:57Speaker 1: it just a political enemies list to hit list? Is
- 31:00Speaker 1: that what it is? Is it a political enemies list
- 31:03Speaker 1: where if you're a school board member and you get
- 31:05Speaker 1: an email from somebody questioning you and what you're doing,
- 31:07Speaker 1: they just immediately send it over to you, guys, and
- 31:09Speaker 1: immediately you add them to the list. It's a question
- 31:13Speaker 1: that they should be able to answer, and it's clearly
- 31:15Speaker 1: a question they don't want to answer. I hope every
- 31:21Speaker 1: one of you will grab this podcast and you'll share
- 31:24Speaker 1: it on social media. I hope everyone of you hit
- 31:27Speaker 1: that little forward button and put it on Twitter, on Facebook, Instagram,
- 31:31Speaker 1: wherever you put your stuff. I hope you'll text it
- 31:36Speaker 1: to your family and friends. Because we absolutely have to
- 31:39Speaker 1: fight back and make sure that this stops. See you
- 31:44Speaker 1: back here tomorrow.
