- 0:00Speaker 1: It has been a seismic twenty four hours in the
- 0:02Speaker 1: Middle East, a conflict that is reshaping geopolitics and also
- 0:07Speaker 1: rattling the Democratic Party in Washington, d C. All because
- 0:11Speaker 1: Donald Trump is showing true leadership and making sure that
- 0:15Speaker 1: Iran cannot nuke US or anyone else in the world.
- 0:19Speaker 1: The United States, partnering side by side with Israel, launched
- 0:24Speaker 1: a major coordinated military operation against Iran this weekend, and
- 0:29Speaker 1: what has been called Operation Epic Fury. It is targeting
- 0:34Speaker 1: hundreds of strategic sites and leadership figures in Tehran. Iranian
- 0:39Speaker 1: state media has confirmed that their supreme leader has been
- 0:43Speaker 1: killed in the strikes, a development that marks a historic
- 0:47Speaker 1: turning point in this decade's long standoff. Now, in response,
- 0:52Speaker 1: Iran has unleashed missiles and drones at US basis and
- 0:56Speaker 1: partner nations across the Goal Pavilion casualties reported in the
- 1:02Speaker 1: United Air of imorates and heightened regional tensions with Saudi
- 1:05Speaker 1: Arabia to Iraq. We also know that several attacks on
- 1:09Speaker 1: Israel have caused civilian casualties there. And then there's the
- 1:14Speaker 1: politics here at home. Democratic lawmakers losing their minds, clashing
- 1:20Speaker 1: over the present authority to wage war without a quote
- 1:24Speaker 1: formal declaration, and the Pentagon has confirmed the first US
- 1:29Speaker 1: military deaths in the operation. There's also more fighting that
- 1:34Speaker 1: is expected that could last up to four weeks. The
- 1:37Speaker 1: President said in a new statement, I want to take
- 1:40Speaker 1: a quick moment and talk to you about an incredible
- 1:42Speaker 1: organization and it is called Compassion International, and how you
- 1:47Speaker 1: can get involved. I want you to pause what you're
- 1:49Speaker 1: doing for just one minute, and I want you to
- 1:52Speaker 1: hear about Alejandra. She lives in a remote community with
- 1:56Speaker 1: very few resources and little to no healthcare. So when
- 2:00Speaker 1: Alejandra gets sick, her parents have no real options, no
- 2:04Speaker 1: doctors in their community, and no money for real medical care.
- 2:10Speaker 1: By the third day, her body was shutting down. She
- 2:13Speaker 1: woke up and just long enough to tell her mom,
- 2:16Speaker 1: I can't take the pain anymore. I can't keep going.
- 2:20Speaker 1: Her parents drove hours to find a doctor who tried everything,
- 2:24Speaker 1: but she needed a private hospital and that was impossible
- 2:28Speaker 1: for her family to afford. And that is when Compassion
- 2:32Speaker 1: International stepped in. Now, through Compassion, Alejandra was treated and
- 2:37Speaker 1: against all odds, she survived. She lived because someone just
- 2:42Speaker 1: like you took action. Right now, Unfortunately, there are children
- 2:47Speaker 1: just like Alejandra who won't survive unless someone like you
- 2:51Speaker 1: steps in. Compassion International partners with local churches, providing children
- 2:57Speaker 1: with the support that they need, critical metad care, plus food, education,
- 3:03Speaker 1: and the hope of the gospel, all in Jesus' name.
- 3:07Speaker 1: So help a child just like Alejandra. Today you can
- 3:11Speaker 1: visit Compassion dot com. That's Compassion dot com. Now I'm
- 3:16Speaker 1: at all of this. Donald Trump has just held a
- 3:19Speaker 1: major press conference, and I want you to hear what
- 3:22Speaker 1: he had to say to not only US, but also
- 3:26Speaker 1: to the rest of the world.
- 3:29Speaker 2: Over the past thirty six hours, the United States and
- 3:33Speaker 2: its partners have launched Operation Epic Fury, one of the largest,
- 3:38Speaker 2: most complex, most overwhelming military offensives the world has ever seen.
- 3:45Speaker 2: Nobody's seen anything like it. We have hit hundreds of
- 3:49Speaker 2: targets in Iran, including revolutionary Guard facilities, Iranian air defense systems.
- 3:56Speaker 2: Just now was announced that we knocked out nine plus
- 4:00Speaker 2: their naval building, all in a matter of literally minutes.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Iran's formerly supreme leader, Ayatollah Hamene is dead. This wretched
- 4:16Speaker 2: and vile man had the blood of hundreds and even
- 4:20Speaker 2: thousands of Americans on his hands and was responsible for
- 4:24Speaker 2: the slaughter of countless thousands of innocent people all across
- 4:30Speaker 2: many countries. Last night, all over Iran, the voices of
- 4:35Speaker 2: the Iranian people could be heard cheering and celebrating in
- 4:39Speaker 2: the streets when his death was announced. The entire military
- 4:44Speaker 2: command is gone as well, and many of them want
- 4:48Speaker 2: to surrender into saving their lives. They want immunity. They're
- 4:54Speaker 2: calling by the thousands. Combat operations continue at this time
- 5:00Speaker 2: in full force, and they will continue until all of
- 5:03Speaker 2: our objectives are achieved. We have very strong objectives. Earlier today,
- 5:10Speaker 2: Sentcam shared the news that three US military service members
- 5:15Speaker 2: have been killed in action. As one nation, we grieve
- 5:19Speaker 2: for the true American patriots who have made the ultimate
- 5:23Speaker 2: sacrifice for our nation, even as we continue the righteous
- 5:28Speaker 2: mission for which they gave their lives. We pray for
- 5:33Speaker 2: the full recovery of the wounded and send our immense
- 5:37Speaker 2: love and eternal gratitude to the families of the fallen.
- 5:41Speaker 2: And sadly, there will likely be more before it ends.
- 5:46Speaker 2: That's the way. It is likely be more. But will
- 5:49Speaker 2: do everything possible where that won't be the case. But
- 5:54Speaker 2: America will avenge their deaths and deliver the most punishing
- 5:58Speaker 2: blow to the terrorists who have waged war against basically
- 6:02Speaker 2: civilization are resolve, and likewise that of Israel has never
- 6:08Speaker 2: been stronger. America is now again the richest, most powerful
- 6:13Speaker 2: nation in the way we enjoy the quality of life
- 6:15Speaker 2: that we do and the freedom and security as we
- 6:18Speaker 2: have done things that others are unable to do. But
- 6:24Speaker 2: it's because of warriors who are willing to lay down
- 6:29Speaker 2: their lives to do battle with our enemies, and they
- 6:33Speaker 2: do battle better than anybody. An Iranian regime armed with
- 6:38Speaker 2: long range missiles and nuclear weapons would be a dire
- 6:42Speaker 2: threat to every American. We cannot allow a nation that
- 6:46Speaker 2: raises terrorist armies to possess such weapons, would allow them
- 6:51Speaker 2: to extort the world to their evil. Will not going
- 6:55Speaker 2: to let it happen. We're not happening to us, and
- 6:59Speaker 2: we're not going to let it happen to others. The
- 7:01Speaker 2: United States says the strongest military the world has ever seen.
- 7:06Speaker 2: I rebuilt our military in my first term. There's never
- 7:10Speaker 2: been a military like we possess, and frankly there's nobody
- 7:16Speaker 2: even close. But we are now using that military for good.
- 7:20Speaker 2: We want to have it for good. Purpose. We're undertaking
- 7:25Speaker 2: this massive operation not merely to ensure security for our
- 7:30Speaker 2: own time and place, but for our children and their children,
- 7:33Speaker 2: just as our ancestors have done for us many many
- 7:38Speaker 2: years ago. This is the duty and the burden of
- 7:42Speaker 2: a free people. These actions are right, and they are
- 7:46Speaker 2: necessary to ensure that Americans will never have to face
- 7:50Speaker 2: a radical, bloodthirsty terrorist regime armed with nuclear weapons and
- 7:56Speaker 2: lots of threats. For almost fifty years, these wicked extremists
- 8:01Speaker 2: have been attacking the United States while chanting the slogan
- 8:06Speaker 2: death to America or death to Israel or both. They
- 8:11Speaker 2: are the world's number one state sponsor of terror. We
- 8:15Speaker 2: are the world's greatest and most powerful nations, so we
- 8:18Speaker 2: can do something about what they do. These intolerable threats
- 8:22Speaker 2: will not continue any longer. I once again urge the
- 8:27Speaker 2: Revolutionary Guard the Iranian military police to lay down your
- 8:33Speaker 2: arms and receive full immunity or face certain death. It
- 8:36Speaker 2: will be certain, death won't be pretty. I call upon
- 8:41Speaker 2: all Iranian patriots who yearn for freedom to seize this
- 8:45Speaker 2: moment to be brave, be bold, be heroic, and take
- 8:50Speaker 2: back your country. America is with you. I made a
- 8:54Speaker 2: promise to you, and I've fulfilled that promise. The rest
- 8:58Speaker 2: will be up to you, will be there to help.
- 9:01Speaker 2: Thank you, God bless you to our incredible warriors, and
- 9:06Speaker 2: God bless the United States of America. Thank you.
- 9:11Speaker 1: President Donald Trump there in his own words, saying this
- 9:14Speaker 1: is not going to be over soon, that we have
- 9:17Speaker 1: an objective and it's one that we are clearly going
- 9:20Speaker 1: to continue moving forward. We also know that the US
- 9:25Speaker 1: and Israel have pummeled Iran. We know that the new
- 9:32Speaker 1: number one in command has already been taken out less
- 9:35Speaker 1: than twenty four hours after he was named. Yes, more
- 9:39Speaker 1: top officials being killed, hundreds of military sites have been destroyed,
- 9:45Speaker 1: and Donald Trump is urging the Iranian people to overthrow
- 9:49Speaker 1: the Mulas. The entire military command as it was described
- 9:53Speaker 1: to me earlier, is gone. Many in fact want to surrender,
- 9:58Speaker 1: and Tehran, of course, is still going rogue attacking their neighbors.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Rockets are now reigning on the Jewish state as we speak.
- 10:08Speaker 1: It is truly incredible to witness what is happening right
- 10:11Speaker 1: now and just how far Iran will go to kill
- 10:15Speaker 1: innocent people. I also want to play for you something
- 10:19Speaker 1: that Senator Ted Cruz had to say, Senator Cruz on
- 10:23Speaker 1: face the nation fighting back against the narrative. Of course,
- 10:27Speaker 1: to left, they want this to be a disaster. They
- 10:29Speaker 1: want you to believe that this is terrible. They want
- 10:31Speaker 1: you to believe that this is one of those moments
- 10:35Speaker 1: that you should be sad and ashamed that happened. This
- 10:39Speaker 1: is one of those moments. It's not good for America.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Senator Cruz talking about how important this decision was by
- 10:46Speaker 1: the President of the United States America to attack someone
- 10:50Speaker 1: that clearly was wanting to harm us and the rest
- 10:54Speaker 1: of the world. It was long overdue. Here is more
- 10:58Speaker 1: of what Senator Cruz said.
- 11:00Speaker 3: Ask you about Austin, though, because there are reports that
- 11:03Speaker 3: three people dead more than a dozen injured following a
- 11:06Speaker 3: mass shooting in that city. The FBI is saying this
- 11:10Speaker 3: morning that their Joint Terrorism Task Force has joined the investigation.
- 11:15Speaker 3: Is there any nexus to terrorism or anything that is
- 11:19Speaker 3: going on in regard to the worldwide caution at this moment,
- 11:26Speaker 3: we don't.
- 11:26Speaker 2: Know for sure.
- 11:27Speaker 4: That there are some early reports that this shooting may
- 11:30Speaker 4: be connected to terrorism, but we need to follow the
- 11:33Speaker 4: evidence and see in particular what motivated the shooting. We
- 11:37Speaker 4: are certainly Heidi and I are praying for those who
- 11:40Speaker 4: were wounded in the families of those who were killed.
- 11:43Speaker 4: But at this point, we don't know what the evidence
- 11:45Speaker 4: will show in terms of whether this was an act
- 11:47Speaker 4: of terrorism.
- 11:48Speaker 3: We'll continue to follow those early reports, but center just
- 11:53Speaker 3: looking at the global environment right now. Sat COUM announced
- 11:57Speaker 3: three Americans were killed in five seriously wounded in this operation.
- 12:03Speaker 3: President Trump and President Vice President Vance campaigned on not
- 12:06Speaker 3: getting America.
- 12:07Speaker 5: Involved in new wars.
- 12:09Speaker 3: What do you say to Americans this morning who are
- 12:11Speaker 3: asking why we are in this conflict?
- 12:14Speaker 2: Now?
- 12:16Speaker 4: President Trump's decision to launch this decisive action against Iran
- 12:20Speaker 4: is the single most important decision of his presidency. I
- 12:24Speaker 4: think he laid out powerfully and effectively why he is
- 12:27Speaker 4: taking this action. He is taking this action because the
- 12:30Speaker 4: government of Iran is a profound and malign influence. They
- 12:36Speaker 4: have been the leading state sponsor of terrorism for forty
- 12:40Speaker 4: seven years. They have over that time killed nearly one
- 12:45Speaker 4: thousand Americans. They provide more than ninety percent of the
- 12:51Speaker 4: funding for Hamas. They provide more than ninety percent of
- 12:56Speaker 4: the funding for Hesbola. The Iranian Ayatola was until yesterday
- 13:01Speaker 4: actively trying to murder the President of the United States,
- 13:04Speaker 4: Donald J. Trump. I spent the entire day with President
- 13:08Speaker 4: Trump on Friday, right before he launched these attacks. He
- 13:11Speaker 4: and I discussed this at length on Friday. My counsel
- 13:15Speaker 4: to him was that the Iranian regime has never been weaker,
- 13:19Speaker 4: that it was teetering, and now was the time. My
- 13:23Speaker 4: advice was, do not miss this opportunity. I think the
- 13:28Speaker 4: President has acted boldly, He's acted decisively, and Iran no
- 13:33Speaker 4: longer being led by a theocratic, murderous dictator. That makes
- 13:41Speaker 4: America much much safer.
- 13:44Speaker 3: Senator, you are not going to find a lot of
- 13:45Speaker 3: people in any way defending the supreme leader, that is
- 13:49Speaker 3: for sure. However, putting Americans in harm way is what
- 13:53Speaker 3: I'm pressing you on.
- 13:54Speaker 5: Here.
- 13:55Speaker 3: Did the President explain to you why he called off
- 14:00Speaker 3: active diplomacy Because at the very same time he was
- 14:04Speaker 3: on that plane, the Vice President of the United States
- 14:06Speaker 3: was talking to the Omani mediator who was trying to
- 14:09Speaker 3: get a deal and told us that they were close
- 14:10Speaker 3: to one.
- 14:12Speaker 5: Why not choose diplomacy.
- 14:14Speaker 4: Because the diplomacy was an abject failure. The Iranians approached
- 14:19Speaker 4: the diplomacy with arrogance, which with absolute Hubris. They said
- 14:25Speaker 4: they would not stop enriching. No matter what, they were
- 14:28Speaker 4: going to continue to enrich uranium. They would not discuss
- 14:32Speaker 4: zero enrichment. They claimed a right to enrich uranium in
- 14:37Speaker 4: underground bunkers with no supervision. As President Trump said on
- 14:42Speaker 4: Friday when he was with me in Texas, his line
- 14:45Speaker 4: was zero enrichments, and the Iranians refused to discuss it.
- 14:50Speaker 4: They also refused to discuss their proxies. They refused to
- 14:53Speaker 4: discuss Hamas and hesbel on the Huthis, and President Trump
- 14:57Speaker 4: understood that the Iranian negotiation was just a stall tactic
- 15:03Speaker 4: and that the only response. My advice to him, I said,
- 15:07Speaker 4: there's only one deal you should accept, and it's the
- 15:10Speaker 4: deal that you offered Maduro, which is if you want
- 15:13Speaker 4: to leave and flee the country, you can do so.
- 15:16Speaker 4: Anything else is unacceptable, and Commany made his choice.
- 15:21Speaker 3: Well, there's disputes there in terms of your characterization of
- 15:26Speaker 3: what was actually on the table and what the administration
- 15:30Speaker 3: had indicated it was willing to accept in terms of
- 15:32Speaker 3: allowing enrichment for medical purposes and the like.
- 15:35Speaker 5: But that's now obviously so, Margaret, what.
- 15:37Speaker 4: I just told you. What I just told you is
- 15:40Speaker 4: almost word for word what Secretary of State Marco Rubio
- 15:44Speaker 4: told me yesterday.
- 15:46Speaker 3: Can you tell us now if you believe that there
- 15:49Speaker 3: was an ongoing nuclear weapons program. One of the top
- 15:53Speaker 3: arms arms control experts out there, David Albright, has written
- 15:57Speaker 3: there should be an immediate priority on rapid response operations
- 16:00Speaker 3: to secure Iran's nuclear stockpiles. Right now, can you assure
- 16:05Speaker 3: the public that it will be secured, and if so,
- 16:08Speaker 3: who is doing it? If there are no Israeli or
- 16:11Speaker 3: US forces on the ground, so.
- 16:13Speaker 4: There is no doubt that a year ago Iran had
- 16:16Speaker 4: an active and ongoing nuclear weapons program. We took out
- 16:20Speaker 4: the vast majority of that at the end of the
- 16:22Speaker 4: Twelve Day War, where val.
- 16:24Speaker 3: US intelligence assessment was not made public. If that is
- 16:26Speaker 3: what was brief to you.
- 16:29Speaker 4: We took out We launched targeted bombs at the end
- 16:33Speaker 4: of the Twelve Day War, where we dropped the equivalent
- 16:35Speaker 4: of about a third of a nuclear weapon on those
- 16:39Speaker 4: underground facilities, facilities like Florida, which was built into the
- 16:42Speaker 4: base of a mountain. The bunker buster bombs we used.
- 16:46Speaker 4: Israel doesn't have those bombs. No other country has those bombs.
- 16:51Speaker 4: We took them out last year, the Iranians were still
- 16:55Speaker 4: hell bent on rebuilding them. And one of the things
- 16:58Speaker 4: we are doing right now is taking out their missiles,
- 17:01Speaker 4: in particular the Southern missile belt. Right now, Iran is
- 17:05Speaker 4: building roughly one hundred missiles a month. They're actively building
- 17:09Speaker 4: missiles to threaten their neighbors, and.
- 17:11Speaker 5: They're firing some of them right now at their neighbors.
- 17:14Speaker 4: Yeah, our allies, they're illustrating powerfully. They're attacking virtually every
- 17:19Speaker 4: Arab neighbor that surrounds them. They are firing missiles that
- 17:23Speaker 4: it's almost like they want to illustrate to the world
- 17:26Speaker 4: just how malign they are.
- 17:28Speaker 3: But in terms of containing the risk, who's securing the
- 17:30Speaker 3: nuclear material that you say still exists within Iran?
- 17:34Speaker 5: Who's doing that?
- 17:35Speaker 4: Look, look the quantity of nuclear material. I didn't say
- 17:38Speaker 4: one anything one way or another on that. What I
- 17:41Speaker 4: said is they were building nuclear weapons a year ago
- 17:45Speaker 4: and our bombing took that out. They also had an
- 17:48Speaker 4: ongoing desire to rebuild them. I don't have present day
- 17:52Speaker 4: intelligence on what progress they had made towards rebuilding nuclear
- 17:57Speaker 4: weapons since we bomb their facility. I have no indication
- 18:02Speaker 4: that they were anywhere close to getting nuclear weapons because
- 18:06Speaker 4: our bombing was devastating, and Margaret, that's one of the
- 18:09Speaker 4: reasons I urged President Trump. Now is the time. You know,
- 18:13Speaker 4: dictatorships survive because they're perceived as invulnerable, and in this instance,
- 18:19Speaker 4: Iran decisively lost the twelve day war that weakened the
- 18:23Speaker 4: regime and set up what the president is doing now.
- 18:27Speaker 1: You hear Center Cruz there, and it's very obvious that
- 18:31Speaker 1: there is a clear plan from this administration. You heard
- 18:35Speaker 1: him talking about what President Trump had to say with
- 18:37Speaker 1: him during that day, what the Secretary of State Marco
- 18:40Speaker 1: Rubio had to say, and others. There's no doubt in
- 18:46Speaker 1: my mind that this was the right decision at the
- 18:49Speaker 1: right time. One eight hundred four to seven four nine
- 18:53Speaker 1: seven three to two. One a hundred four to seven,
- 18:57Speaker 1: four seven, three to two Ben Ferguson's show, We're going
- 19:01Speaker 1: to get all of your phone calls in here your reaction.
- 19:03Speaker 1: Do you support President Trump making this decision to go
- 19:08Speaker 1: to war with Iran and doing it with our ally Israel.
- 19:12Speaker 1: This year marks a critical moment for our country as
- 19:15Speaker 1: the opposition grows more aggressive and unapologetic. The fight now
- 19:20Speaker 1: reaches into the everyday decisions we make Patriot Mobile has
- 19:25Speaker 1: been standing on the front lines fighting for freedom for

- 20:33Speaker 1: Don't wait, that's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson or
- 20:38Speaker 1: nine seven to two Patriot And I want to do
- 20:41Speaker 1: kind of a reset here of just kind of how
- 20:43Speaker 1: we got to this point. And I want to have
- 20:46Speaker 1: on a guest to talk about this even more. Michelle Backman.
- 20:48Speaker 1: You may know her from Congress. She is also a
- 20:50Speaker 1: board member of the IFCJ, the International Fellowship of Christians
- 20:53Speaker 1: and Jews. And Michelle, I appreciate you coming on. Let's
- 20:58Speaker 1: talk about how we got to this point. I think
- 21:01Speaker 1: the diplomacy of President Trump and also Israel on this
- 21:06Speaker 1: was really really thorough and extensive. They were trying to
- 21:11Speaker 1: get a deal done with Iran, and Iran in essence
- 21:14Speaker 1: just refused and then we gave them a deadline and
- 21:17Speaker 1: they guessed they didn't take it seriously, and that's how
- 21:20Speaker 1: we got to where we are today.
- 21:22Speaker 6: Well, that's true. This has been actually a forty seven
- 21:25Speaker 6: year problem that we've been dealing with. President after president
- 21:29Speaker 6: since nineteen seventy nine, we've been dealing with this problem.
- 21:33Speaker 6: And why is that People don't realize But Iran was
- 21:37Speaker 6: actually a very modern country in nineteen seventy nine. The
- 21:40Speaker 6: women wore makeup, went to college, they drove cars, they
- 21:43Speaker 6: wore Western clothing. But the shav of Iran was politically
- 21:47Speaker 6: in trouble and so rather they were pro America, and
- 21:51Speaker 6: rather than President Jimmy Carter helping the Shah of Iran,
- 21:55Speaker 6: when the Shah reached out to Jimmy Carter, because again
- 21:59Speaker 6: he was very pro America, Jimmy Carter sat on his
- 22:02Speaker 6: hands and the sha collapsed and the Ayatola traveled from Paris, France,
- 22:09Speaker 6: where he had been in tiding, you might say, to Tehran.
- 22:13Speaker 6: And that was the rise of modern terrorism. When I
- 22:16Speaker 6: was a little girl, we'd never heard of Islamic terrorism.
- 22:19Speaker 6: It hadn't happened in the United States. But once the
- 22:23Speaker 6: Ayatola came in in Iran, he had two very very
- 22:27Speaker 6: specific goals that he and the government and the nation
- 22:31Speaker 6: that he took over said every day, Death to America,
- 22:35Speaker 6: Death to Israel. And they weren't just crazy people, they
- 22:38Speaker 6: were intentional. And so for forty seven years he's used
- 22:43Speaker 6: all of the resources of that country to create nuclear
- 22:47Speaker 6: weapons so that he could achieve his goal, and he
- 22:50Speaker 6: had the political will to do it, and he planned to.
- 22:53Speaker 6: In fact, he had a clock in the main public
- 22:55Speaker 6: square in Tehran, Iran that had by this year, we
- 22:59Speaker 6: will annihilate Israel. In other words, we will kill every
- 23:03Speaker 6: Jew in Israel with a nuclear weapon, and they intended
- 23:07Speaker 6: It seems crazy to us, but they intended to conquer
- 23:11Speaker 6: the United States through the use of nuclear weapons. And
- 23:14Speaker 6: just this last week there was a report from one
- 23:17Speaker 6: of the envoys to the United States who said that
- 23:20Speaker 6: Iran had the capacity within a week to have enough
- 23:24Speaker 6: and rich nuclear enough enriched uranium to create a nuclear weapons.
- 23:29Speaker 6: So this is an existential threat to the United States.
- 23:33Speaker 6: This isn't just something at the top of Donald Trump's
- 23:36Speaker 6: head that he wanted to do. This is something that
- 23:38Speaker 6: he had to do. So Jimmy Carter had an opportunity
- 23:41Speaker 6: to keep America states. He made a tragic decision that
- 23:45Speaker 6: put us the whole world into forty seven years of
- 23:49Speaker 6: being a hostage to the number one state sponsor of
- 23:52Speaker 6: terrorism in the world. That's Iran. Iran is behind thousands
- 23:56Speaker 6: and thousands of American deaths and wanted to be behind
- 24:00Speaker 6: killing literally millions of Americans. He's the one who issued
- 24:04Speaker 6: the orders to assassinate former Secretary of State Mike Pompeio
- 24:08Speaker 6: John Bolton, and also Donald Trump. He's issued those orders.
- 24:12Speaker 6: So Iran was an existential threat to the United States
- 24:17Speaker 6: as well as to Israel and so I really believe
- 24:20Speaker 6: that this was God ordained that we had at this
- 24:24Speaker 6: time in history. It's fortuitous. We had Donald Trump as
- 24:28Speaker 6: President of the United States, we had Benjamin Ntnia who
- 24:31Speaker 6: as the Prime Minister of Israel, and we took two
- 24:34Speaker 6: of the finest militaries in the world, the United States
- 24:37Speaker 6: obviously being the biggest, the most advanced, but two allies
- 24:42Speaker 6: working together to defeat Again. For forty seven years, the
- 24:46Speaker 6: United States is named Iran as the number one sponsor
- 24:51Speaker 6: of terrorism in the world. And what we saw at
- 24:55Speaker 6: one fifteen this morning Central time was a complete change.
- 25:01Speaker 6: It was the opening salvo because President Donald Trump got
- 25:04Speaker 6: word that Iran was about to make a preemptive strike
- 25:07Speaker 6: against Israel that could have brought about tremendous damage and
- 25:10Speaker 6: perhaps against Europe or perhaps against the United States, and
- 25:14Speaker 6: so he knew he had to strike. And so this
- 25:17Speaker 6: morning it was absolutely a gift of God because the leader,
- 25:22Speaker 6: the Supreme Leader of Iran, met with forty of his
- 25:27Speaker 6: top aids, the top advisors. They were all together and
- 25:31Speaker 6: it was the perfect opportunity. And so the advanced strike
- 25:35Speaker 6: took place from Israel. They made the first strike and
- 25:38Speaker 6: they killed the Supreme leader and they killed his forty
- 25:42Speaker 6: top aids. Nobody ever thought something like that would happen
- 25:46Speaker 6: at the very opening of this war.
- 25:48Speaker 1: And by the way, that was a shocking when that
- 25:50Speaker 1: news broke. I want to be clear just how shocking is.
- 25:53Speaker 1: Usually they will take, you know, extreme caution when meeting.
- 25:58Speaker 1: To have all forty of them meet in that way
- 26:00Speaker 1: was like you said, I actually think it was God's will.
- 26:03Speaker 1: It was God sent moment for them all to be
- 26:05Speaker 1: together in that way. That is not normal. So people understand, no,
- 26:10Speaker 1: you're exactly right.
- 26:11Speaker 6: But yet this happened in Yemen with the Houtis and
- 26:15Speaker 6: so their whole upper echelon leadership were taken out the
- 26:19Speaker 6: same way. In the last two years. Also, the same
- 26:23Speaker 6: thing happened with hes Blah. Nowzraala was the leader of
- 26:26Speaker 6: the worst terrorist gang, if you will, in the world, Hesblah,
- 26:30Speaker 6: and they all were together and they were all taken
- 26:33Speaker 6: out at the same time. So God has been He's
- 26:37Speaker 6: opened these windows of opportunity that you can you can't
- 26:41Speaker 6: say anything other than God created divine moments, and so
- 26:45Speaker 6: we can be so grateful to Him that he allowed
- 26:50Speaker 6: these opportunities, because this is pure evil, This is rank evil.
- 26:55Speaker 6: Many of your audience may remember when it was well
- 26:58Speaker 6: over two hundred and American Marines were killed and be
- 27:02Speaker 6: rooted in a terrible bombing. And so this has gone on,
- 27:05Speaker 6: like I said, for forty seven years. I formerly sat
- 27:08Speaker 6: on the Intelligence Committee. That's that's the committee in Congress
- 27:12Speaker 6: that deals with the classified secrets of our nation. And
- 27:16Speaker 6: our number one threat has been Islamic terrorism in the world.
- 27:19Speaker 6: And Iran is the head of the snake. And so
- 27:22Speaker 6: today the head of the snake was decapitated. And it
- 27:27Speaker 6: is miraculous to think that in less than twenty four
- 27:30Speaker 6: hours we're already moving on and talking about what will
- 27:35Speaker 6: be the next government. Clearly God has delivered. This is
- 27:40Speaker 6: going to go on for weeks. So I want to
- 27:42Speaker 6: manage people's expectations because President Trump and Prime Minister nat
- 27:47Speaker 6: Nyahu didn't put this effort together to lose. They put
- 27:51Speaker 6: it together to defeat the modern enemy of Islamic terrorism
- 27:58Speaker 6: that has hung a sword over the next of the world. Really,
- 28:01Speaker 6: the world has been held hostage to Iran for forty
- 28:05Speaker 6: seven years, and they have made the best decision they
- 28:08Speaker 6: ever could have made. It's a risky calculus, but a brave,
- 28:12Speaker 6: wise calculus, and so I believe they're going to be
- 28:17Speaker 6: victorious in this effort. They were incredibly victorious today, but
- 28:22Speaker 6: there's still a lot to do over the next couple
- 28:24Speaker 6: of weeks. And what they're trying to do is clear
- 28:27Speaker 6: a path so that the people of Iran, who again,
- 28:30Speaker 6: just a couple of weeks ago, this murderous government killed
- 28:34Speaker 6: over thirty two thousand of their own people who just
- 28:38Speaker 6: want freedom, who just want to live. And now the
- 28:41Speaker 6: Iranian people are going to have the chance to come
- 28:43Speaker 6: together and unite as one and decide on their next
- 28:47Speaker 6: governmental leadership and whether they're going to live as a
- 28:51Speaker 6: secular regime in freedom and create a new world for themselves.
- 28:55Speaker 6: But more importantly, to stop being a threat to every
- 29:01Speaker 6: other people group on Earth, because that's what Iran was.
- 29:06Speaker 6: They were at the point of having precision guided missiles
- 29:09Speaker 6: that could reach anywhere around the world, and they were
- 29:12Speaker 6: putting nuclear warheads on them, so that literally New York, Honolulu,
- 29:18Speaker 6: cities all over the world would be at risk at
- 29:22Speaker 6: the will of the Ayatola be taken out. And so
- 29:27Speaker 6: what President Trump has done is a favor to America,
- 29:31Speaker 6: but it's a favor to the world and Benjamin Metnaw
- 29:35Speaker 6: who helped as well, and all of our other allies.
- 29:38Speaker 6: This is a profound gift to the world because this
- 29:42Speaker 6: is the most consequential war of the last fifty years. Again,
- 29:48Speaker 6: this started because of the tragic decision by Jimmy Carter. Again,
- 29:52Speaker 6: another tragic decision was made by President Obama. And I'm
- 29:57Speaker 6: not trying to be partisan when I say this, but
- 29:59Speaker 6: President Obama gage gage one hundred and fifty billion dollars
- 30:04Speaker 6: with a bee to Aroun when I was in Congress.
- 30:07Speaker 6: He gave them one hundred and fifty billions. And what
- 30:11Speaker 6: did Iran do with that one hundred and fifty billion.
- 30:13Speaker 6: It was the most foolish decision ever made by a president.
- 30:17Speaker 6: They used that one hundred and fifty billion to not
- 30:19Speaker 6: only build their terror state, but they bought friends in
- 30:25Speaker 6: games of terrorists that they set up all around the
- 30:28Speaker 6: world to create havoc and death and kill people and
- 30:32Speaker 6: threaten and build up. That's what President Obama did. And
- 30:36Speaker 6: the Iranian people rose up in two thousand and nine.
- 30:38Speaker 6: They wanted to overthrow the aatolavent President Obama easily. Rather
- 30:43Speaker 6: than giving a dime to the Iatola, he could have
- 30:45Speaker 6: helped the Iranian people and helped them so that they
- 30:48Speaker 6: could have overthrown the Ayatola event back in two thousand
- 30:52Speaker 6: and nine. But it is gay, this brave action happened.
- 30:57Speaker 6: We can thank god that President Trump was president to
- 31:00Speaker 6: make this courageous decision.
- 31:04Speaker 2: Michelle.
- 31:04Speaker 1: One of the things that's very interesting is the Iranian
- 31:06Speaker 1: Crown Prince is now calling on the military, the police,
- 31:09Speaker 1: the security services to abandon what he said is the
- 31:13Speaker 1: crumbling Islamic regime. This is the son of of the
- 31:16Speaker 1: last jav Iran calling on them to all abandon this,
- 31:20Speaker 1: this Islamic regime of the Ietola amid these strikes, saying
- 31:24Speaker 1: the decisive moments lie before us and is time for
- 31:28Speaker 1: these and these people in these organizations to stop backing
- 31:32Speaker 1: the regime. How much of an impact could that have
- 31:35Speaker 1: and how many lives could that also help save?
- 31:37Speaker 6: Well, it's tremendous because what it would do is it
- 31:40Speaker 6: would take a shift. It would be a right hand
- 31:43Speaker 6: turn that the people of Iran would take and say
- 31:46Speaker 6: we are no longer following this murderous regime. We have
- 31:50Speaker 6: a new path forward. We want to join the current world.
- 31:55Speaker 6: In twenty twenty six, because they've been forced to live
- 31:58Speaker 6: in the seventh century under radical Islamic extremism. So they
- 32:03Speaker 6: went back to the beginning of the Koran during the
- 32:05Speaker 6: time of Muhammad, and all of these terrible laws were
- 32:09Speaker 6: enforced on the Iranian people. The women in Iran lived
- 32:13Speaker 6: a slavish life under that regime. And so now what
- 32:17Speaker 6: the Crown Prince is doing is saying, come join me,
- 32:21Speaker 6: let's all come together, let's turn away from the Iahtola,
- 32:25Speaker 6: who's now dead, thank goodness, and now let's have a
- 32:29Speaker 6: brand new beginning. And he's calling on the Iranian Revolutionary
- 32:33Speaker 6: Guard Corps. That's the muscle, that's the army that served
- 32:36Speaker 6: the Iatola. The Iatola is dead, and so now who's
- 32:39Speaker 6: the army going to serve. Let me tell you, nobody
- 32:42Speaker 6: wants to step up and take the Iatola's place, because
- 32:45Speaker 6: they'll be decapitated. Next, they'll be vaporized, next they'll be gone.
- 32:49Speaker 6: And so this is the opportunity. So President Trump today
- 32:52Speaker 6: in his speech said, really what the Crown Prince said,
- 32:55Speaker 6: which is to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, put down
- 32:58Speaker 6: your weapons, surrendered, be done, give up, and we will
- 33:02Speaker 6: give you immunity. Otherwise you're going to be killed. This
- 33:06Speaker 6: is the end, and he's President Trump is doing exactly
- 33:09Speaker 6: what had to be done. The Ayahtola had to die,
- 33:12Speaker 6: and the Iranian revolutionary at Gharcourt has to break up
- 33:16Speaker 6: and no longer be loyal to this demonic regime of
- 33:20Speaker 6: Islamic terrorism and instead move forward as a real country
- 33:26Speaker 6: and have a real future. Iran has tremendous resources. They
- 33:29Speaker 6: could be an amazing country, but they have to give
- 33:33Speaker 6: up Islamic terrorism, Islamic extremism. And that's what the Crown
- 33:37Speaker 6: Prince is offering, a secular state where Iran comes together.
- 33:41Speaker 6: His father was the former Shah of Iran. He's the
- 33:45Speaker 6: Crown Prince. He was forced to live outside of the
- 33:47Speaker 6: country or he would have been killed. And so he's
- 33:50Speaker 6: demonstrating leadership to the Iranian people and he's saying, let's
- 33:54Speaker 6: unite as a people again and move forward. They have
- 33:57Speaker 6: a tremendous history, goes back to the time of the Bible,
- 34:02Speaker 6: and there is a tremendous history. They can regain that history.
- 34:07Speaker 6: That's exactly what President Trump urged the people to do,
- 34:10Speaker 6: to unite and come up with a future government. That's
- 34:13Speaker 6: exactly what the Crown Prince is offering the people of Iran,
- 34:17Speaker 6: and it's their chance to take it.
- 34:19Speaker 1: Let me ask you this, Finally, there's a lot of
- 34:21Speaker 1: people that are under siege right now yet again in Israel.
- 34:24Speaker 1: Israel taking the lead and starting this attack, which is
- 34:28Speaker 1: a very brave one, but there are a lot of
- 34:30Speaker 1: rockets coming in to Israel and a lot of attacks
- 34:33Speaker 1: that have happened on Israel. The drones as well. Yes they
- 34:36Speaker 1: have the iron down, but there is obviously real needs
- 34:39Speaker 1: of the people in Israel. What can we do People
- 34:43Speaker 1: that are listening right now, how can they get involved
- 34:45Speaker 1: to make a difference that they want to stand with
- 34:47Speaker 1: the people in Israel With the IFCJ.
- 34:49Speaker 6: Well one of the most trusted organizations for over forty
- 34:53Speaker 6: years serving Israel and Jews and forty seven other countries
- 34:57Speaker 6: around the world. So thisation organization began because Christians and
- 35:04Speaker 6: Jews weren't working together to benefit the people who were
- 35:08Speaker 6: suffering in Israel. But they came together about forty years
- 35:12Speaker 6: ago and they've worked incredibly. Today, the International Fellowship of
- 35:16Speaker 6: Christians and Jews is the largest humanitarian relief organization in Israel.
- 35:21Speaker 6: So for the last few weeks, for instance, recognizing that
- 35:24Speaker 6: tensions were about to spill out into the war that
- 35:28Speaker 6: began today with Iran. The International Fellowship of Christians and
- 35:31Speaker 6: Jews has mobile bomb shelters and they were deploying them
- 35:36Speaker 6: all over Israel, mobile bomb shelters, and then with hospitals when,
- 35:42Speaker 6: for instance, a missile came in in the Galilee area
- 35:45Speaker 6: and a hospital was hit in the surgical wing. So
- 35:49Speaker 6: what the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews did is
- 35:52Speaker 6: they reinforced these surgical wings and they actually put them
- 35:57Speaker 6: underground so that they could continue to do so urgeries
- 36:00Speaker 6: on people. Then what they've been famous for for forty years,
- 36:03Speaker 6: it is feeding people. They're the largest humanitarian food organization
- 36:09Speaker 6: in Israel, and so they've been giving out boxes of food,
- 36:13Speaker 6: especially to the elderly and to the most vulnerable people.
- 36:17Speaker 6: First a kids evacuating the elderly. They've been everywhere trying
- 36:23Speaker 6: to meet the needs of the people in Israel. And
- 36:25Speaker 6: so Christians and Jews that come together with donations, and
- 36:28Speaker 6: I encourage people to go to IFCJ International Fellowship of
- 36:34Speaker 6: Christians and Jews. I serve on their board of directors.
- 36:37Speaker 6: I've been to Israel many times. I love Israel, I
- 36:40Speaker 6: love the Jewish people, and I've seen firsthand how they
- 36:43Speaker 6: serve the poorest of the poor. Go to IFCJ dot
- 36:47Speaker 6: org and you can donate their IFCJ dot org and
- 36:51Speaker 6: you can donate there.
- 36:53Speaker 1: It's incredible work they're doing. IFCJ dot org. Michelle Bachman
