Hausmann Settles County Lawsuit | Sioux City News
Woodbury County is eyeing a major settlement in a high-stakes lawsuit over the Law Enforcement Center’s troubled construction. Hausmann Construction, blaming flawed blueprints from architects GGA and subconsultant Introba, is seeking over $3 million to avoid a May 2027 trial. The proposed deal would see the firms pay nearly $4 million, with $3 million going to Hausmann and the rest covering project costs and legal fees — effectively ending all claims and lawsuits.
