- 1:55Speaker 5: Come come on, you'll think, huh, I sure will. Good
- 2:05Speaker 5: morning everybody, y'all listening to the voice, Come on, dig
- 2:09Speaker 5: me now, one and only see Harvey got a radio
- 2:12Speaker 5: show man. God is in a blessing business. I'm in
- 2:16Speaker 5: the receiving line, man. That's a good feeling. I thank
- 2:22Speaker 5: God for waking me up in the mornings, I really
- 2:25Speaker 5: really do. I thank God for the spirit that he
- 2:28Speaker 5: wakes me up with because I finally, but I finally
- 2:32Speaker 5: figured it out. Such a blessing that shouldn't be taken
- 2:36Speaker 5: for granted. The fact that you are up today, the
- 2:39Speaker 5: fact that you just got off working, you driving home,
- 2:42Speaker 5: the fact that you got a job to come home from,
- 2:45Speaker 5: the fact that you got a job to wake up too.
- 2:48Speaker 5: Whatever it is, the fact that you can see, think, here, smell, walk, talk, rhyme, reason,
- 2:55Speaker 5: whatever it is, it's a blessing. Man, I was talking
- 2:59Speaker 5: to a partner mine last night and an analogy came
- 3:02Speaker 5: to me last night of what my life has been like,
- 3:06Speaker 5: just going over my story with a friend of mine,
- 3:08Speaker 5: of all some of the things I had gone through,
- 3:10Speaker 5: and he never knew it because he said, man, you
- 3:13Speaker 5: never told me that we were just talking. One of
- 3:17Speaker 5: the things I remember, and it's kind of equated to
- 3:20Speaker 5: my life, was when I was a little boy and
- 3:25Speaker 5: she go to the store with my mom and she
- 3:29Speaker 5: would let me buy a jigsaw puzzle. Now, for those
- 3:33Speaker 5: of you, a jigsaw puzzle comes in a box.
- 3:36Speaker 1: There are no instructions. It just comes in a box
- 3:41Speaker 1: and it's simple.
- 3:43Speaker 5: You're gonna dump the pieces out in a pile and
- 3:46Speaker 5: you're gonna try to put the pieces together until it
- 3:50Speaker 5: looks like the picture that's on the cover of the box.
- 3:56Speaker 1: That's as simple as it is. Here is the deal.
- 4:01Speaker 5: I would select a jigsaw puzzle based on the picture
- 4:09Speaker 5: that I liked and if I thought I could do it. Now,
- 4:15Speaker 5: if the picture looked too crazy, if it looked too intricate,
- 4:20Speaker 5: I didn't want that puzzle, you know. And the thing was,
- 4:23Speaker 5: back in the day, you got a jigsaw puzzle, you
- 4:26Speaker 5: had a hundred piece puzzles.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Four hundred piece puzzles, man, then they say a thousand
- 4:31Speaker 1: piece puzzle. You go ooo.
- 4:34Speaker 5: So those were a little difficult for me when I
- 4:36Speaker 5: was a little boy, so I didn't want that. As
- 4:40Speaker 5: I got a little bit older, I had more challenging puzzles,
- 4:44Speaker 5: you know, four fifty five hundred piece puzzles. But I
- 4:50Speaker 5: always picked a picture of something I liked. So it's
- 4:55Speaker 5: very simple. You get the jigsaw puzzle, you get it home,
- 4:57Speaker 5: you open it up, you dump it out on the ta,
- 5:01Speaker 5: You flip all the pieces over so you can see them,
- 5:05Speaker 5: and then I would try to sort them based on
- 5:08Speaker 5: the colors on the box. If it was like a
- 5:11Speaker 5: black section, I'd take all the black pieces and slide
- 5:14Speaker 5: them over there. If it was some flowers, I'd try
- 5:16Speaker 5: to find all the pictures with little jigsaw pieces with
- 5:20Speaker 5: the little floor, and I separate them and then i'd
- 5:23Speaker 5: start putting it together. And the way I started was
- 5:25Speaker 5: i'd try to build a border first, because I knew
- 5:28Speaker 5: all the straight edges had to be side by side.
- 5:31Speaker 1: At one point. And it was funny, man, because it's
- 5:34Speaker 1: related to my life.
- 5:36Speaker 5: I would start putting the pieces together of the picture
- 5:40Speaker 5: I saw that I liked, and that would be my picture.
- 5:46Speaker 5: A lot of people didn't like jigsaw puzzles. As a
- 5:50Speaker 5: matter of fact, none of the boys on the street
- 5:53Speaker 5: liked jigsaw puzzles but me, because they just didn't want
- 5:57Speaker 5: to go through the intricate details of figuring out out
- 6:00Speaker 5: really go outside and run or something like that.
- 6:03Speaker 1: And so what happened was, as I got older, I.
- 6:07Speaker 5: Wanted more difficult and challenging puzzles, but I wouldn't go
- 6:11Speaker 5: too far. I wanted some nice stuff to happen. I
- 6:15Speaker 5: had a picture of what I wanted for my life,
- 6:17Speaker 5: but I didn't want to go too far because it
- 6:20Speaker 5: was so challenging and difficult. I couldn't see myself with
- 6:25Speaker 5: all of that, and I didn't have the time, the knowledge,
- 6:28Speaker 5: the expertise, the figuring all the intricate details. And I
- 6:32Speaker 5: discovered something when I was talking last night. That's what
- 6:37Speaker 5: happens in life to a lot of people. You get
- 6:41Speaker 5: bogged down with the details of coming up and trying
- 6:43Speaker 5: to create the picture that you want for yourself. You
- 6:46Speaker 5: put it to the side, you say, ah, that puzzs
- 6:49Speaker 5: are crazy. Next thing you know, you crumbled it up.
- 6:51Speaker 5: And put it back in the box. So you go
- 6:53Speaker 5: halfway and you get stuck, and you get to the
- 6:56Speaker 5: part where it ain't a lot of different colors.
- 6:57Speaker 1: It's all the same, and that's a little bit more challenger.
- 7:00Speaker 1: So that may stop you.
- 7:02Speaker 5: But it's somewhere in the jigsaw puzzle that it gets
- 7:05Speaker 5: very difficult in challenging the bigger the picture you want.
- 7:09Speaker 5: But then what all happened in your life's just like
- 7:14Speaker 5: what happened in the jigsaw. Once you get comfortable and
- 7:18Speaker 5: you don't mind the challenge, you could get a bigger picture.
- 7:24Speaker 5: But here's the key to it, though, if you put
- 7:27Speaker 5: God in your mix. See the picture that I saw
- 7:31Speaker 5: for myself as a boy is not the picture that
- 7:34Speaker 5: has happened to me as a man. Because along the
- 7:38Speaker 5: way from boyhood to manhood, from the time I was
- 7:41Speaker 5: telling you understand what happened along the ride in there
- 7:46Speaker 5: was I started putting God in the mix. And so
- 7:50Speaker 5: now the picture that I have now is not the
- 7:53Speaker 5: picture I saw, It's the picture that God saw. So
- 7:57Speaker 5: what I'm saying this analogy is the picture you have
- 8:02Speaker 5: may be difficult to complete, but if you were to
- 8:06Speaker 5: include God in your life, put God in your jigsaw puzzle,
- 8:11Speaker 5: God will not only help you complete the puzzle, and
- 8:15Speaker 5: he gonna add some pieces, he gonna do some favors,
- 8:19Speaker 5: he gonna show some mercy, and you gonna look up
- 8:22Speaker 5: and the picture that you're able to end up with
- 8:24Speaker 5: will be totally different and much more complete, much more beautiful,
- 8:29Speaker 5: a bigger picture than the one you had, Because there's
- 8:32Speaker 5: no way that I could have sought a life that
- 8:34Speaker 5: I have today back when I was a boy. And
- 8:38Speaker 5: it amazes me when I hear people say I always
- 8:40Speaker 5: saw this for myself. Ah, I didn't do that. I
- 8:43Speaker 5: didn't quite see this for myself. I don't know how
- 8:46Speaker 5: you can have the ability to see what God really
- 8:49Speaker 5: has for you. But man, he's a master for jigsaw. Man,
- 8:53Speaker 5: he's an incredible puzzle completer. So if you got a
- 8:56Speaker 5: puzzle that's challenging to you, maybe you need to see
- 9:00Speaker 5: what's the picture that God has for your life. If
- 9:03Speaker 5: God were in your life, if you complete it to puzzle,
- 9:08Speaker 5: what would it look like. It'll be a far more
- 9:11Speaker 5: extensive puzzle, and it would be a far more beautiful
- 9:15Speaker 5: piece of scenery than you could have ever imagined. Tears
- 9:19Speaker 5: come in my eyes because I can't believe God bought
- 9:23Speaker 5: me this far. I can't believe that when I opened
- 9:25Speaker 5: up and accepted him and started talking to him, that
- 9:28Speaker 5: he would add all these pieceles to my jigsaw puzzle,
- 9:32Speaker 5: and my jigsaw puzzle would look like this. And I
- 9:35Speaker 5: can tell you I ain't got a whole lot to
- 9:37Speaker 5: do with what out and turned into. It's mostly favor
- 9:41Speaker 5: and blessings and grace and mercy of God. And I
- 9:44Speaker 5: looked up and I just got a much bigger jigsaw
- 9:47Speaker 5: puzzle completed. And guess what, He ain't through with me yet.
- 9:51Speaker 5: That's what's amazing and exciting about a relationship with God.
- 9:55Speaker 1: God could take your jigsaw puzzle and fix it.
- 9:58Speaker 6: You're listening.
- 10:00Speaker 5: Morning show, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, everybody within
- 10:07Speaker 5: the listening range of my voice. I want to say,
- 10:10Speaker 5: good morning everybody. I want to say, what's happening to everybody?
- 10:13Speaker 5: I want to say, what's the deal with everybody? I
- 10:15Speaker 5: want to say, what's popping? What's going on?
- 10:17Speaker 1: What you got going? Get it? What's with it? Do
- 10:20Speaker 1: that thing?
- 10:21Speaker 5: All that right on, all that old school stuff. What's
- 10:25Speaker 5: happening now?
- 10:25Speaker 1: What it is? You know what it be about?
- 10:28Speaker 5: All that, all the local hood greetings I can manifest
- 10:32Speaker 5: or think of. I'm sending it out this money shout
- 10:35Speaker 5: outs everything. Steve Harvey, Marny Show. We done talked about gratitude,
- 10:41Speaker 5: y'all to have it by now. We didn't talk about
- 10:43Speaker 5: acknowledging the greatest creator of all time and the only creator,
- 10:47Speaker 5: God Almighty, y'all to have it by now.
- 10:50Speaker 1: If you don't get it, Steve.
- 10:51Speaker 5: Harvey, Marty Show, Shelley Strawberry, Colin Frail, Mississippi, Monica, the
- 10:56Speaker 5: Junior and the legend that is Nephew Junior is back
- 10:59Speaker 5: from the walk. You know he walks now once a year,
- 11:02Speaker 5: and when the walk is over, he got to take
- 11:04Speaker 5: off too. So you know, could be the last time
- 11:08Speaker 5: you say something to Timing about it. But you know
- 11:11Speaker 5: once because you know, if you walk, you can't talk
- 11:14Speaker 5: the next day.
- 11:17Speaker 7: My one day off is equal to Tommy is ten.
- 11:20Speaker 8: Thousand, No never never, what work is always saying, that's
- 11:26Speaker 8: always saying, you could have walked back to work.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Well, Julia, what's on your mind?
- 11:31Speaker 9: Man?
- 11:31Speaker 7: You know what, un Man you said the key word gratitude.
- 11:35Speaker 1: Man.
- 11:35Speaker 10: I am so thankful for everything that happened over the weekend,
- 11:38Speaker 10: you know, and I acknowledge that. Well, it's it's sometimes
- 11:41Speaker 10: we keep getting into whatever we're doing and we forget to.
- 11:44Speaker 7: Say thank you. But it's some.
- 11:46Speaker 10: Penalties, man, when you're not grateful. You know you have
- 11:48Speaker 10: you experienced the penalties when you ain't grateful.
- 11:52Speaker 1: Well, I don't.
- 11:54Speaker 5: Know that I would call it a penalty, but I
- 11:58Speaker 5: think that it's I call it blocking your blessing. You know,
- 12:02Speaker 5: It's just a funny thing about it. Man, if you
- 12:05Speaker 5: don't show gratitude, you've lost the proper mindset that you
- 12:10Speaker 5: need to have for the things that's occurring in your
- 12:13Speaker 5: life and the things that you hope to occur in
- 12:15Speaker 5: your life. And so I think it's more of a
- 12:18Speaker 5: blessing blocking than a penalty. Like if you don't say
- 12:21Speaker 5: thank you to God, he gonna go okay, Now I'm
- 12:23Speaker 5: gonna show you something.
- 12:24Speaker 1: No, it's just go okay.
- 12:28Speaker 5: Well, if this is overwhelming and you have no gratitude
- 12:33Speaker 5: for what you have, then why would I give this person.
- 12:37Speaker 1: More stuff to be ungrateful for.
- 12:40Speaker 5: You know, it becomes a matter of that, and it's
- 12:42Speaker 5: not him punishing you, it's just him honoring what you want.
- 12:46Speaker 5: Like you know, there are a lot of people with
- 12:48Speaker 5: bat blessings, but they complain instead of show gratitude. Man,
- 12:53Speaker 5: all this I got so much to do today. This
- 12:57Speaker 5: is overwhelming. It just seems like I can't ever get
- 13:01Speaker 5: a break. And you know, say instead of saying, thank
- 13:04Speaker 5: you God for all the blessings. So you run up
- 13:07Speaker 5: into the analogy that I learned a long time ago.
- 13:11Speaker 5: You can't complain about what's on your plate when your
- 13:14Speaker 5: whole goal was to eat. And that's what happens to
- 13:20Speaker 5: a lot of people. So I'm grateful my plate is full.
- 13:24Speaker 5: Thank you Lord for the full plate. I appreciate it
- 13:27Speaker 5: because I remember when the same plate was empty.
- 13:29Speaker 7: Oh yes, sir.
- 13:33Speaker 11: All right, guys, coming up at thirty two minutes after
- 13:36Speaker 11: the hour, we'll hear from the nephew as he runs
- 13:38Speaker 11: that prank back right after this.
- 13:40Speaker 8: See what you walked up into, jun't you?
- 13:44Speaker 12: You're listening morning show?
- 13:47Speaker 6: It is time now for the nephew to run that
- 13:50Speaker 6: prank back. Nephew, what you got.
- 13:54Speaker 8: It's time to get niked a little bit. Shirley right here.
- 13:56Speaker 8: We gonna yeah, yeah this a little bit. Not everybody,
- 14:00Speaker 8: just one person. Can I paint your wife naked? Can
- 14:04Speaker 8: I paint your wife naked.
- 14:09Speaker 9: Hello.
- 14:09Speaker 13: Hello, I wish to speak with a mister please. Hello, sir,
- 14:15Speaker 13: my name is Sebastian. I am with the Art Institute
- 14:20Speaker 13: and I wanted to give you a call about I

- 14:26Speaker 13: be displaying my portfolio and all of my drawings within it.
- 14:31Speaker 13: But I have one drawing that I am looking to
- 14:33Speaker 13: display that I have not put on canvas yet, and
- 14:36Speaker 13: I'm looking to take something of essence to put on canvas,
- 14:40Speaker 13: and I wanted to call you about getting permission.
- 14:43Speaker 9: Well wait, hold on, this is atop me right now.
- 14:45Speaker 9: I don't do that. I am not a model. That's
- 14:47Speaker 9: not my profession. So you would not waste your.
- 14:50Speaker 13: Time no more, you know what I'm saying. No, mister,
- 14:54Speaker 13: I don't think you understand that my showing is going
- 14:57Speaker 13: to have some very important people there. I am, like
- 15:00Speaker 13: I said before, with Art Institute.
- 15:02Speaker 9: Okay, but I said, I don't do that. That's not me.
- 15:06Speaker 9: I mean, I hate you know what was you just
- 15:08Speaker 9: calling folks up? You a solicitors on I mean y'all
- 15:11Speaker 9: just randomly picking out folks and trying trying to get
- 15:13Speaker 9: them the model look man.
- 15:15Speaker 13: Mister, No, I'm not just randomly calling people. I actually
- 15:19Speaker 13: have done research in order to.
- 15:20Speaker 8: Get your number.
- 15:21Speaker 13: What I'm doing is, I'm not calling you as far
- 15:26Speaker 13: being a model that I'm going to portray on canvas,
- 15:29Speaker 13: but you have something far more greater visually that I
- 15:33Speaker 13: would like to hold on canvas. Now, you're married to
- 15:38Speaker 13: your wife? Is am I the whole world? World War Dog?
- 15:42Speaker 14: No?
- 15:42Speaker 9: For who is it? Seriously? Because I can get my number. No,
- 15:45Speaker 9: I can get my number because you're talking about my
- 15:47Speaker 9: wife and stuff with me. My wife.
- 15:50Speaker 13: My name is Sebastian. I am with Art Institute. What
- 15:54Speaker 13: I'm trying to do with capture and mortalize the beauty
- 15:57Speaker 13: of accidence on candas.
- 15:59Speaker 9: Okay, y'all for real? Do you just can't? You don't
- 16:02Speaker 9: talk about my wife? All right? So I'm not.
- 16:05Speaker 13: I'm not calling in a negative manner towards your wife.
- 16:09Speaker 13: I want to I want to modelize her and capture
- 16:12Speaker 13: her on canvas the beauty that she beholds. I've seen
- 16:16Speaker 13: your wife several times, you guys, reside.
- 16:18Speaker 9: Whoa, whoa, whoa? Do you see my wife? Wait? What
- 16:21Speaker 9: do you see my wife? That?
- 16:22Speaker 6: What?
- 16:22Speaker 13: Why you?
- 16:23Speaker 9: Why you? Why are you watching my wife. I've seen her.
- 16:26Speaker 13: She she shops on one hundred and twenty fifth Street in
- 16:28Speaker 13: hallm I've seen her so many times there, and she
- 16:30Speaker 13: holds all the beauty that an artist would like to
- 16:33Speaker 13: put on Kansas. Like I said before, I have a
- 16:36Speaker 13: huge showing in May. You're welcome to come out as well.
- 16:38Speaker 13: There's going to be so many important people there. But
- 16:41Speaker 13: I want to call and get permission from you about
- 16:43Speaker 13: painting your wife.
- 16:45Speaker 9: No, you ain't got that permission. Play well, you just can't.
- 16:47Speaker 9: You just can't go around following my wife and trying
- 16:51Speaker 9: to motialize or whatever.
- 16:52Speaker 8: It is there.
- 16:53Speaker 13: All right, So, but I would like to let you
- 16:56Speaker 13: know I have taken the liberty myself. I have painted
- 17:00Speaker 13: your wife's head.
- 17:02Speaker 9: And what jo you have lost your damn mind? You
- 17:05Speaker 9: can't be just walking around here peyton folks headed. You
- 17:08Speaker 9: gotta get permission for that. What's wrong with you? If
- 17:11Speaker 9: you are crazy?
- 17:12Speaker 13: You don't understand your wife holds the essence that every
- 17:15Speaker 13: artist wants.
- 17:16Speaker 9: I don't care what she holds. You can't be going
- 17:18Speaker 9: around peyton folks heads.
- 17:21Speaker 13: Wrong with you, sir, That's the reason why I'm calling,
- 17:24Speaker 13: trying to get permissioned from you. Alright, Sebastian. Want to
- 17:27Speaker 13: put your wife on Kansas because she holds the essence
- 17:30Speaker 13: that every artist wants to behold. She mortalized the beauty
- 17:33Speaker 13: of cast Oh.
- 17:34Speaker 9: Whoa whoa hold of the hold of the hold of God.
- 17:36Speaker 9: You're telling me you walking around column painting my wife's head.
- 17:41Speaker 9: What are you doing, dude, I'm only trying to complete
- 17:45Speaker 9: my portfolio at all. No, your portfolio here, Listen it
- 17:48Speaker 9: is if I see my wife's head anywhere, I don't
- 17:51Speaker 9: care new paper, magazine, I don't care where you deal. Boy, whatever, Yo,
- 17:54Speaker 9: I'm gonna find your whoop. Do you understand what I'm saying?
- 17:57Speaker 9: You sure?
- 17:58Speaker 13: I don't want to have a duel with you, sir.
- 18:02Speaker 9: Is a duel? What they do, what they do? In fact,
- 18:07Speaker 9: what name is a bastion? Whose name is? That's a bash?
- 18:12Speaker 13: All I want to do is paint your wife in
- 18:14Speaker 13: horahest and purest form.
- 18:17Speaker 9: That there's law and purest for me. What what the
- 18:21Speaker 9: do you want?
- 18:21Speaker 13: Seriously, I want to paint your wife.
- 18:24Speaker 9: I want to paint.
- 18:26Speaker 12: Her in the nude?
- 18:28Speaker 9: Do you want your mind?
- 18:31Speaker 13: Not enough?
- 18:33Speaker 9: That's what you should do? Tell me where you at?
- 18:35Speaker 9: You want to paint something. I'll give you something to paint.
- 18:38Speaker 9: Tell me where you act on twenty fifth? Read me
- 18:41Speaker 9: what twenty fifth? That's what's up? I want to whoop
- 18:44Speaker 9: your read me, read me, paint me, paint me. You
- 18:49Speaker 9: watch your mind so much you wanna paint my wife
- 18:51Speaker 9: in the nude. It's gonna take them blushes and stick
- 18:54Speaker 9: them off your mister, she holds the essence that every
- 18:58Speaker 9: person should know what she asked, I don't give it
- 19:02Speaker 9: beat your mob actism like that. Sure, I must ask you.
- 19:06Speaker 9: Do you think that you are the only person that
- 19:09Speaker 9: has seen your wife and the news children that has
- 19:11Speaker 9: been men before you that have seen her. In the
- 19:13Speaker 9: next day for you and my wife? Ain't no mom,

- 20:45Speaker 9: in balance. Yeah, man, it's seem Hobby in the morning show.
- 20:49Speaker 8: Baby, thank you.
- 20:53Speaker 11: Coming up next, we will ask the clo you're listening
- 20:57Speaker 11: the Harvey Morning showing up as the top of the
- 21:01Speaker 11: hour and entertainment news. Donald Trump is banned from thirty
- 21:05Speaker 11: seven countries as a convicted felon, And we'll tell you
- 21:09Speaker 11: which celebrity powerful couple. Yeah, yeah, which celebrity powerful couples voters.
- 21:17Speaker 6: Will listen to about the election. Excuse me.
- 21:20Speaker 11: The Roots Picnic Festival in Philly was huge and Junior
- 21:24Speaker 11: Junior is back. He'll give us a recap of the
- 21:26Speaker 11: Here's Hope Foundation five K walk this past weekend. We'll
- 21:30Speaker 11: talk about all of these stories at the top of
- 21:31Speaker 11: the hour, but right now it is time to ask
- 21:35Speaker 11: the CLO. This one's from Jasper in Shreveport. Jasper says,
- 21:39Speaker 11: my wife and I are forty seven years old. She
- 21:43Speaker 11: has a habit of recording everything we do and posting
- 21:46Speaker 11: it on Facebook. I told her that's how our lawnmower
- 21:50Speaker 11: got stolen after she posted that we were out of town.
- 21:52Speaker 6: So how can I make her understand the danger that.
- 21:56Speaker 5: LAMO mission should have been it? Yeah, now back and
- 22:00Speaker 5: furniture trucks up and you walk in. You ain't got
- 22:02Speaker 5: no couch.
- 22:03Speaker 1: No more that might do it? I don't know, man,
- 22:08Speaker 1: you gotta listen, folks.
- 22:10Speaker 5: There are people who do it. They just into it.
- 22:12Speaker 5: It's amazing, you know what I've noticed, Like me and
- 22:16Speaker 5: my friends will be together, right and something eventful will happen,
- 22:21Speaker 5: and when it's over, we go.
- 22:22Speaker 1: Man, we should recorded because we don't even think like that.
- 22:25Speaker 1: Oh yeah, but in my kids world, everything it's recorded.
- 22:31Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 22:33Speaker 5: If you fall off the boat into the lake, damn,
- 22:37Speaker 5: help they get their phone out.
- 22:40Speaker 6: That's their first instinct.
- 22:42Speaker 1: Man, I've noticed that they just reach for their phone.
- 22:45Speaker 5: So forty seven, you know, gotta slowan and you post everything.
- 22:50Speaker 5: But you know, the posting everything is a lot of
- 22:52Speaker 5: people think their lives is really really interesting. And the
- 22:57Speaker 5: other reason is a lot of people think some care. See,
- 23:01Speaker 5: you got to understand something. The average person really don't
- 23:05Speaker 5: know a whole lot of people. And if you get
- 23:08Speaker 5: fifty sixty likes, that's a large number to the average person.
- 23:13Speaker 5: You know, who goes who has you know you didn't
- 23:16Speaker 5: know and you don't know him, so it's sixty strange.
- 23:18Speaker 5: All of a sudden, you get the idea that people care.
- 23:20Speaker 5: Most people don't stop posting. What you eat, somebody give
- 23:22Speaker 5: it dead.
- 23:23Speaker 11: We've seen chicken before, all right, Well, moving on to
- 23:32Speaker 11: Eileen and Cherry Hill. Eileen said, my daughter is sixteen
- 23:37Speaker 11: and her boyfriend turns eighteen this month. My husband keeps
- 23:40Speaker 11: saying he's too old for her now that he's about
- 23:43Speaker 11: to be eighteen. We know his mom and he's.
- 23:46Speaker 6: A good kid. Why is my husband judging him by
- 23:48Speaker 6: his age and not his character?
- 23:51Speaker 5: Because in a lot of parts of the country, that's
- 23:53Speaker 5: prison time.
- 23:57Speaker 1: In a lot of parts.
- 23:58Speaker 5: Of the country. That's what that is, and that's his concern.
- 24:02Speaker 5: When they were seventeen and sixteen, they was going along
- 24:05Speaker 5: with it. But now he's turning eighteen and your daughter
- 24:09Speaker 5: is still considered a minor, so in some states that
- 24:11Speaker 5: might be considered illegal, I think.
- 24:14Speaker 1: But that's the problem.
- 24:15Speaker 5: But they're not going to stop liking each other because
- 24:18Speaker 5: he had a birthday. As a matter of fact, they're
- 24:20Speaker 5: gonna celebrate it. So get ready for.
- 24:23Speaker 6: That, daddy.
- 24:24Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, God, And I know you're paying too, dog,
- 24:30Speaker 5: I know you're paying so man, bro hanging there, man,
- 24:35Speaker 5: but you know, but they're not going to break up.
- 24:37Speaker 1: It's too late for that. That cannot happen.
- 24:41Speaker 5: So that's really at this point, man, that's that the
- 24:45Speaker 5: two paces out of the two.
- 24:51Speaker 6: All right.
- 24:52Speaker 11: Moving on to Stephanie in Brooklyn COO. Stephanie says, I
- 24:58Speaker 11: cheated on my boyfriend. It God, but he didn't break
- 25:01Speaker 11: up with me. I immediately lost respect for him after
- 25:04Speaker 11: he cried and said he do better so I wouldn't
- 25:07Speaker 11: have to cheat again. Does this mean he really loves me?
- 25:10Speaker 11: Or is he just a cry baby?
- 25:12Speaker 9: Wow?
- 25:13Speaker 8: Wow?
- 25:14Speaker 1: Wow? Yes.
- 25:16Speaker 5: So now you're away from your head man for real?
- 25:19Speaker 5: I mean you you're heart You tries me. You know,
- 25:25Speaker 5: you know a man see a man sometimes. You know,
- 25:28Speaker 5: we're not allowed to be sensitive or show emotions or
- 25:33Speaker 5: show vulnerability. And now he a cry baby. I cheated
- 25:38Speaker 5: on him. The girl bye. You don't want me, I
- 25:42Speaker 5: don't want you by going on whoever you cheated with,
- 25:45Speaker 5: going over there, make a life with him, he cried
- 25:48Speaker 5: and said he'll do better. So man, no, I'm not figuring.
- 25:51Speaker 5: I'm doing the same damn thing I beg you carry
- 25:55Speaker 5: your ass on over there with him.
- 25:58Speaker 6: You're mad at Stephanie from Brooklyn.
- 26:00Speaker 1: I met Sad.
- 26:01Speaker 5: I'm gonna fix myself. Called you cheated man. I wish
- 26:05Speaker 5: I would.
- 26:06Speaker 1: I wish you know what.
- 26:11Speaker 15: Were gonna make sure you and Daryl ain't to give
- 26:14Speaker 15: a no, I'm gonna do better, see.
- 26:24Speaker 1: All right, I just called myself.
- 26:27Speaker 6: Yeah, I know, I know you did. You were gonna
- 26:29Speaker 6: say something crazy right then? All right?
- 26:33Speaker 11: Last one, Steve. Moving on to Mandy and Joliette. Mandy said,
- 26:38Speaker 11: I was refused service at a restaurant because of my outfit.
- 26:42Speaker 6: I got it to.
- 26:43Speaker 11: Go order, and when I got home, my husband was
- 26:46Speaker 11: serious and refused to eat. He said, I shouldn't have
- 26:50Speaker 11: spent money there, But what if I drove all the
- 26:52Speaker 11: way across town to eat there?
- 26:56Speaker 6: What then?
- 26:57Speaker 1: What was the outfit?
- 26:59Speaker 6: What she did not say.
- 27:03Speaker 1: They wouldn't serve her. Well, her ass was out off.
- 27:08Speaker 6: Shirt, no shoes, but I'm thinking she had on a
- 27:13Speaker 6: shirt and shoes.
- 27:14Speaker 1: So her husband was mad.
- 27:15Speaker 11: She spent the money, and she spent the money. Yeah,
- 27:20Speaker 11: when they refused.
- 27:21Speaker 5: You know, again, this is one of these letters you
- 27:24Speaker 5: have what were you wearing? You don't care about that,
- 27:28Speaker 5: but you have on or somebody didn't want to feed you,
- 27:31Speaker 5: that's what you know.
- 27:32Speaker 1: How shocking they is.
- 27:35Speaker 5: Listen, I've seen a lot of guys get turned down,
- 27:38Speaker 5: you know, no shirt, no shoes on your feet, you
- 27:41Speaker 5: can't sit here anybody. I've seen rhymes, little shut especially
- 27:45Speaker 5: in beach towns and stuff like that.
- 27:47Speaker 1: But what I very rarely see a woman get turned away?
- 27:54Speaker 1: Who were you wear?
- 27:56Speaker 11: She did say she left that very important cruise information out. Yeah,
- 28:04Speaker 11: but her husband I can't.
- 28:06Speaker 1: Help you because because she spent the money anyway.
- 28:10Speaker 6: And he didn't even eat the food, that's how mad
- 28:14Speaker 6: he was.
- 28:16Speaker 11: And then her question is what if she drove all
- 28:19Speaker 11: the way across town to eat there.
- 28:21Speaker 6: That is what.
- 28:25Speaker 1: Real nicked? Where are you going where you might not
- 28:28Speaker 1: get served?
- 28:29Speaker 8: Right?
- 28:30Speaker 6: What?
- 28:31Speaker 1: What do you do?
- 28:32Speaker 9: You know?
- 28:32Speaker 1: The questions in our audience mind because we're grown. Yeah,
- 28:36Speaker 1: yeah for he on?

- 37:51Speaker 1: And then were in fourth and that we ain't fourth.
- 37:54Speaker 5: We last whole holiday where you supposed to give car
- 37:58Speaker 5: who the last time you got an East call?
- 38:01Speaker 1: I did even know the head called and we barely
- 38:03Speaker 1: beat them out.
- 38:06Speaker 5: Just a resurrection, still buddy hopping down the buddy trail.
- 38:12Speaker 1: Happy Easter.
- 38:13Speaker 11: More fun facts, more fun facts. Did you know that
- 38:17Speaker 11: it wasn't until nineteen seventy two that Father's Day was
- 38:19Speaker 11: officially made a US holiday when President Richard Nixon helped
- 38:23Speaker 11: set aside the third Sunday in June for dads. Now
- 38:27Speaker 11: the holidays, But it originated back in nineteen ten, But
- 38:32Speaker 11: again it wasn't.
- 38:33Speaker 6: Made on holiday.
- 38:34Speaker 1: This day didn't happen the.
- 38:35Speaker 11: What until nineteen seventy two it was made an official
- 38:39Speaker 11: holiday by Richard Nixon.
- 38:41Speaker 5: I knew that I had I say, if I had
- 38:51Speaker 5: knew that, I wouldn't even had no down kids. They
- 38:55Speaker 5: didn't even give a damn about us till nineteen seventy time.
- 39:00Speaker 7: This is bad as.
- 39:01Speaker 17: June t that's bad as June tea right there, that's.
- 39:05Speaker 6: All right, Happy Father's Day. It's coming up, coming up
- 39:11Speaker 6: in thirty four minutes. Have to be our.
- 39:13Speaker 11: We'll check your voicemail Steve eight seven seven twenty nine, Steve.
- 39:16Speaker 6: Right after this, you're listening.
- 39:18Speaker 11: Steve Harvey Morning Show. It is time now to check
- 39:23Speaker 11: your voicemail. Steve eight seven seven twenty nine.
- 39:25Speaker 6: Steve.
- 39:25Speaker 11: You can call him and leave a message. Your call
- 39:28Speaker 11: might just be heard on the air. You ready, Steve, Yeah,
- 39:31Speaker 11: I'm here now. This is from Craig in Chicago.
- 39:35Speaker 18: Hey, Steve, how will you? This is Craig call him
- 39:37Speaker 18: from Chicago, Illinois, and I'm calling because of the verdict
- 39:42Speaker 18: that came down this aftern all Trump guilty on all counts. Well,
- 39:47Speaker 18: it wasn't for me, It wasn't unexpected. But my thing
- 39:51Speaker 18: of it is he should not be allowed to run
- 39:53Speaker 18: for president, even though there is nothing in the constitution
- 39:56Speaker 18: to stop him. But I'm up in the office and
- 39:58Speaker 18: I'm we're all watching the verdict come in and literally
- 40:02Speaker 18: I had some of my co workers actually tell me
- 40:05Speaker 18: or just say out loud one person said, I don't
- 40:08Speaker 18: particularly care for me to candidate, so I'm not voted
- 40:11Speaker 18: in the election at all. But everybody else that was
- 40:13Speaker 18: standing in the crowds, all of them basically said, even
- 40:16Speaker 18: sum up under their breast, that they are going to
- 40:19Speaker 18: vote in November, but they're voting for Trump just because
- 40:22Speaker 18: he got found guilty. I was absolutely floored. And these
- 40:26Speaker 18: are black and white folks. I tell you we are
- 40:29Speaker 18: in trouble as if people, we seriously need to show
- 40:33Speaker 18: up and show out again like we did in twenty twenty.
- 40:36Speaker 18: If the courts I'm not going to stop him or
- 40:39Speaker 18: they can't stop him, it's up to the people.
- 40:41Speaker 1: It's up to us. That's all I have.
- 40:43Speaker 18: To say for now. And you guys took up the
- 40:45Speaker 18: fantastic work. I listen to you every day and I
- 40:47Speaker 18: enjoy the show. God bless Wow.
- 40:50Speaker 1: I agree with you.
- 40:51Speaker 5: Brother Will said, our country sick, Our country sick, and
- 40:57Speaker 5: it's not going back. I think this is irreversible. This
- 41:02Speaker 5: country is eating itself. You know, when I don't care
- 41:08Speaker 5: who you are, when you send up in here looking
- 41:10Speaker 5: at this man get convicted by your judicial system that
- 41:14Speaker 5: you set up, broke the laws that you set up.
- 41:17Speaker 1: Then nobody make him a felony.
- 41:19Speaker 5: He did this guilty a jury of his peers, your system,
- 41:23Speaker 5: and now you wanna make him president of the United
- 41:25Speaker 5: States because they found him guilty. Man, this is a
- 41:28Speaker 5: sick world we live in the United States. Man, is
- 41:30Speaker 5: that I'm gonna tell y'all. Right, Now, this country is
- 41:34Speaker 5: in trouble. This country is in trouble. If this is
- 41:37Speaker 5: allowed to happen, then what else is allowed? And this
- 41:43Speaker 5: is about the leadership that you elected them. Republicans are
- 41:47Speaker 5: one hundred percent behind this convicted felon to the point
- 41:51Speaker 5: where the Democrats can't even say Joe Biden has to
- 41:56Speaker 5: like distance himself from di verdict so they don't continue
- 41:59Speaker 5: to use this as political weaponization of the Justice Department.
- 42:04Speaker 1: So he had to say that, So.
- 42:06Speaker 5: You can't even speak up for justice because that's considered
- 42:10Speaker 5: an in man.
- 42:11Speaker 11: Please, man, we have another caller, Steve from Philly also
- 42:14Speaker 11: had the comment about Trump being a convicted.
- 42:16Speaker 18: Fellaw Hey, Uncus, did you get the head adverted?
- 42:20Speaker 19: Donald Trump found guilty thirty four Chell, Now he's a
- 42:24Speaker 19: convicted feller. Now he's allowed and well, the president you
- 42:27Speaker 19: mustn't give a shout out to my cousin Ray Ray,
- 42:30Speaker 19: you know, tell them open they can go get a
- 42:32Speaker 19: post office job.
- 42:34Speaker 20: You know at ups they convicted dollars.
- 42:38Speaker 19: Anybody who's a convicted selling, let's go get some work.
- 42:40Speaker 20: Give them some jobs now, Donald Trump convicted sellers at
- 42:44Speaker 20: running for president of the United States. What about the
- 42:47Speaker 20: convicted sellings that can't get a job. They should better
- 42:50Speaker 20: get jobs too.
- 42:51Speaker 19: Now he opened that part up.
- 42:52Speaker 20: Their shout out to all the convicted sellers ups. The
- 42:56Speaker 20: post office is high and the police department shaff departments
- 42:59Speaker 20: are out. Go get your job, thank you. What's the
- 43:03Speaker 20: world convicted fellas now behind on federal job? Donald Trump
- 43:08Speaker 20: proved that as he left for president the y'all and
- 43:12Speaker 20: November at your election poll.
- 43:14Speaker 1: You know something, He's actually absolutely correct.
- 43:16Speaker 5: If Donald Trump, as a convicted feling can be a
- 43:20Speaker 5: the president of the United States, a convicted felon can
- 43:23Speaker 5: be a police officer.
- 43:25Speaker 6: According to how it's going.
- 43:26Speaker 5: Yeah, really, man, new presidents that they're setting it's dangerous, man.
- 43:37Speaker 6: It really is, y'all.
- 43:39Speaker 1: I'm full with everybody listening.
- 43:42Speaker 5: Get your relationship together with God because you're gonna need
- 43:45Speaker 5: him for show, and tuck yourself under his wings because
- 43:48Speaker 5: this country right here is in a mess that they
- 43:51Speaker 5: can't reverse because the Republican Party is no longer the
- 43:55Speaker 5: party of Nixon and Lincoln. This is the Trump version
- 43:59Speaker 5: of Republicans, and that's who they are now. All Republicans
- 44:04Speaker 5: are that man right there now because Dave reshaped their party.
- 44:09Speaker 11: All right, coming up next, we'll hear from the nephew
- 44:11Speaker 11: and today's prank phone call.
- 44:13Speaker 6: Right after this.

- 54:16Speaker 11: my life. But it took the last incident to shake
- 54:19Speaker 11: some sense into me. I was with the married guy
- 54:21Speaker 11: that I deal with occasionally. He told me to stop
- 54:24Speaker 11: by to get some money, so I went by his
- 54:26Speaker 11: house while his wife was having dinner with her parents.
- 54:29Speaker 11: I had my lift driver ride by the restaurant so
- 54:32Speaker 11: I can make sure her car was still there. I
- 54:35Speaker 11: went into the back door of the house and he
- 54:37Speaker 11: greeted me in his underwear. He took them off and
- 54:40Speaker 11: told me I had to earn the money. I love
- 54:43Speaker 11: stuff like that, so I told my lift driver not
- 54:46Speaker 11: to wait for me. We had sex on the floor
- 54:49Speaker 11: and it was magnificent. He gave me five hundred dollars
- 54:53Speaker 11: cash and I was headed out when we heard the
- 54:55Speaker 11: garage door going up. The garage going up. This man
- 54:59Speaker 11: pushed me out the back door so quickly that I
- 55:02Speaker 11: could barely grab my purse. I was standing in total
- 55:05Speaker 11: darkness in his backyard, but I made my way to
- 55:08Speaker 11: the side of the house so I could call myself
- 55:10Speaker 11: a ride. My phone was dead and I was stuck
- 55:14Speaker 11: in the suburbs with no way to get a lift
- 55:16Speaker 11: ride or call any of my friends to come get me.
- 55:20Speaker 11: After about fifteen minutes, of panicking. I rang the neighbor's doorbell.
- 55:24Speaker 11: An older white lady answered, and she asked me if
- 55:27Speaker 11: I was a prostitute. I told her that I was
- 55:31Speaker 11: visiting a friend, but she was not home and my
- 55:33Speaker 11: phone died. She said she assumed I had been next
- 55:37Speaker 11: door with the married man that always has pretty young
- 55:40Speaker 11: girls coming in and out of the house. I was hurt,
- 55:43Speaker 11: but didn't react. She took my phone inside and plugged
- 55:46Speaker 11: it in for me, but she made me stay outside.
- 55:49Speaker 11: When I got some juice in my phone, I saw
- 55:52Speaker 11: that I didn't have any miscalls from him. It's been
- 55:55Speaker 11: a week and he hasn't even texted me. Should I
- 55:58Speaker 11: keep trying to get an explanation for him? Or was
- 56:00Speaker 11: it my fault for trusting him?
- 56:03Speaker 6: What? What?
- 56:05Speaker 9: All? Right?
- 56:05Speaker 11: Come on, now, you really already know the answer to
- 56:09Speaker 11: your questions, So I have to assume you wrote Steve
- 56:11Speaker 11: and I just for fun.
- 56:13Speaker 6: He lured you over to.
- 56:14Speaker 11: His house where he lives with his wife, with the
- 56:17Speaker 11: promise of giving you five hundred dollars.
- 56:19Speaker 6: Went you learned that there was.
- 56:21Speaker 11: A catch to getting the money, And okay, you guys
- 56:24Speaker 11: had sex on the floor and you said it was magnificent,
- 56:27Speaker 11: and just as you were leaving, his wife comes home
- 56:30Speaker 11: and he kicks you out with no phone juice to
- 56:34Speaker 11: make it on your own. You went to the neighbor's house,
- 56:36Speaker 11: a nice white lady who plugged your phone, charge your
- 56:39Speaker 11: phone for you, and your so called man hasn't called you.
- 56:42Speaker 11: That's the first thing you wanted to know when your
- 56:46Speaker 11: phone got charged was did he call you? No, he
- 56:49Speaker 11: didn't call you, So what else do you need to know?
- 56:52Speaker 11: The white lady told you that it was a lot
- 56:54Speaker 11: of young girl's, beautiful pretty young girls going over there too.
- 56:58Speaker 11: Look how he treated you when his wife came home.
- 57:00Speaker 11: He kicked you out. He was done with you, and
- 57:02Speaker 11: he's been through with you ever since. So no, you
- 57:05Speaker 11: don't need to see him, hear him, talk to him,
- 57:08Speaker 11: or anything again. You know what's up. It's over and
- 57:11Speaker 11: it should be move on with your life. Be glad
- 57:14Speaker 11: you didn't caught in that get caught in that woman's
- 57:16Speaker 11: house on the floor doing her husband. Okay, that's what
- 57:19Speaker 11: you really should be thinking about, Steve.
- 57:22Speaker 1: Well, this opens the letter wide up for me, because
- 57:25Speaker 1: why open?
- 57:27Speaker 5: I mean I can say anything because clearly, yeah, I
- 57:31Speaker 5: don't know who side you own on this letter right here.
- 57:34Speaker 5: But it's just so much. Shall I begin and where
- 57:37Speaker 5: it is? The only question? My phone died, so I
- 57:40Speaker 5: went to his neighbor's house. Dear Steven Sherley, I'm in
- 57:46Speaker 5: the most trifling phase of my life. This has got
- 57:51Speaker 5: to be addressed. This woman, says Steve and Shirley. I
- 57:57Speaker 5: am in the most trifling phase of my life. Here's
- 58:02Speaker 5: a person who knows they trifling and then wrote us
- 58:07Speaker 5: about it. She say, But it took this last incident
- 58:12Speaker 5: to shake some sense into me. Now she was with
- 58:16Speaker 5: this married guy that she dealt with occasionally. He told
- 58:20Speaker 5: you to stop by to get some money. So I
- 58:22Speaker 5: went by his house while his wife was having dinner
- 58:26Speaker 5: with her friends. Now this is how trifling she is.
- 58:30Speaker 5: I had the lift driver. See, I'm gonna show you
- 58:32Speaker 5: just how trifleing she is. I had the lyft driver
- 58:36Speaker 5: ride by the restaurant so I could make sure her
- 58:40Speaker 5: car was still there.
- 58:42Speaker 1: Who does Ooh you trifling?
- 58:45Speaker 5: So you doing research on his wife where that's really
- 58:49Speaker 5: his job? But you're so trifling you double checking. I
- 58:55Speaker 5: went to the back door of the house. He greeted
- 58:58Speaker 5: me in his underwear. Then he took him off and
- 59:02Speaker 5: told me I had to earn the money. I love
- 59:09Speaker 5: stuff like that. What she said, I am in the
- 59:16Speaker 5: most trifling phase of my life. He took his clothes
- 59:22Speaker 5: off and said, you got to earn the money. I
- 59:26Speaker 5: love stuff like that. So I told my lyft driver.
- 59:30Speaker 5: She wore back outside, walked to the front of the
- 59:33Speaker 5: house because the lyft driver ain't pull all the way
- 59:35Speaker 5: in the back, and told it not to wait for me.
- 59:39Speaker 5: We had sex on the floor and it was magnificent flow.
- 59:42Speaker 5: Sex with the married dude at his house by the
- 59:47Speaker 5: back door to earn five hundred dollars.
- 59:50Speaker 1: Yes, you are in the most trifling phase of your life.
- 59:54Speaker 5: I agree. Then you was headed out and you heard
- 59:58Speaker 5: the garage come up. This man pushed me out the
- 1:00:01Speaker 5: back door so quickly I could barely.
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: Grab my purse.
- 1:00:05Speaker 5: I was standing in total darkness in his backyard, but
- 1:00:08Speaker 5: I made my way to the side of the house
- 1:00:10Speaker 5: so I could call me arrival.
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: We come back the rest of how trifling she is?
- 1:00:18Speaker 11: All right, Steve, We'll have part two of your response
- 1:00:21Speaker 11: coming up. At twenty three minutes after the hour today's
- 1:00:24Speaker 11: Strawberry letter subject is my phone died. So I went
- 1:00:27Speaker 11: to his neighbor's house. We'll get back into it right
- 1:00:30Speaker 11: after this. You're listening Steve Hardy Morning Show. All right,
- 1:00:35Speaker 11: come on, Steve, Let's recap today's strawberry letter. The subject
- 1:00:38Speaker 11: my phone died, so I went to his neighbor's house.
- 1:00:42Speaker 5: Opening line, I am in the most trifling phase of
- 1:00:46Speaker 5: my life, and Lord have mercy. This lady did not
- 1:00:49Speaker 5: disappoint us. She's dating a married dude. The married dude
- 1:00:54Speaker 5: told her to come over. She needed some money. She
- 1:00:57Speaker 5: got a lift. She ain't got no call. She got
- 1:00:59Speaker 5: a lyft driver to take her and said his wife
- 1:01:02Speaker 5: was at a restaurant, so come by. She had the
- 1:01:05Speaker 5: lift driver take her by the restaurant so she could
- 1:01:08Speaker 5: double check to see if the wife was still there.
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: It was.
- 1:01:11Speaker 5: She drove, had the lift driver drop her off. She
- 1:01:14Speaker 5: go to the back door. He opened up the door,
- 1:01:16Speaker 5: standing there in his drawers. Then he said, you got
- 1:01:22Speaker 5: to earn the money. She said, I like stuff like that.
- 1:01:26Speaker 5: So they had sex in the flow, and it was magnificent.
- 1:01:30Speaker 5: She got up and all of a sudden she heard
- 1:01:33Speaker 5: the garage door opening. The man pushed her outside so
- 1:01:36Speaker 5: fast she ain't had time to grab her purse. So
- 1:01:40Speaker 5: now she standing outside in the dark, total darkness. But
- 1:01:45Speaker 5: I made my way to the side of his house
- 1:01:49Speaker 5: so I could call myself a ride. Then her phone
- 1:01:52Speaker 5: was dead. Now she's stuck in the suburbs. Now, when
- 1:01:55Speaker 5: people say they stuck in the suburbs, that means they
- 1:01:59Speaker 5: live in the Yeah, yeah, this is what that means.
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: This is how you analyze.
- 1:02:06Speaker 5: I was stuck in the suburbs. That's cause she don't
- 1:02:09Speaker 5: live out there. She from the hood, which ain't nothing
- 1:02:12Speaker 5: wrong with that. But now she out of her element,
- 1:02:16Speaker 5: with no way to get a lyft right or call
- 1:02:19Speaker 5: any of my friends. After fifteen minutes of panicking, I
- 1:02:24Speaker 5: rang the neighbor's dobell. That is what the letter even
- 1:02:27Speaker 5: get more trifles. Now you're out here raising white folks, dobell.
- 1:02:31Speaker 5: All the white lady answered the dough and the first
- 1:02:35Speaker 5: thing she said to you is are you a prostitute?
- 1:02:41Speaker 6: Where did that come from? That's how she agreed, where
- 1:02:43Speaker 6: that comes from.
- 1:02:45Speaker 5: You just came to the back door to pick up
- 1:02:47Speaker 5: five hundred dollars and had to earn it.
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: That is prostitution.
- 1:02:53Speaker 5: Yeah, Now the white lady say, are you a prostitute?
- 1:02:57Speaker 5: She wasn't appalled or nothing, she said. I told her
- 1:03:00Speaker 5: I was visiting a friend, but she wasn't home and
- 1:03:03Speaker 5: my phone died.
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: She said.
- 1:03:08Speaker 5: She assumed I had been next door with the married
- 1:03:11Speaker 5: man that always has pretty girls coming in and out
- 1:03:14Speaker 5: of the house. I was hurt, but I didn't react.
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: Who you were her?
- 1:03:24Speaker 5: She took my phone inside, plugged it in for me,
- 1:03:27Speaker 5: but she made me stay outside. Yeah, she don't know you.
- 1:03:32Speaker 5: That ain't racist or nothing. You didn't bring your black
- 1:03:35Speaker 5: ass in my house either. Matter of fact, I'm not
- 1:03:39Speaker 5: plugging your phone though. So anybody that's listening to this
- 1:03:45Speaker 5: letter thinking about the white lady races, wouldn't even let
- 1:03:48Speaker 5: her come in the house. You're not coming in Steve's house.
- 1:03:51Speaker 5: The black answer is out of juice on your phone.
- 1:03:54Speaker 5: Where's your driver talking about you visiting a damn friend.
- 1:03:57Speaker 5: I'd have figured that out so fast. Well where your friend?
- 1:04:00Speaker 18: That?
- 1:04:00Speaker 13: So?
- 1:04:00Speaker 5: Where your car at? Won't you leave the lyft driver
- 1:04:04Speaker 5: dropped you off at a house that ain't nobody in.
- 1:04:06Speaker 5: What kind of damn senseter that, mate? Now, the white
- 1:04:11Speaker 5: ladies already know your prostitute. She don't have a prostitutes
- 1:04:14Speaker 5: in her house.
- 1:04:17Speaker 9: Now?
- 1:04:17Speaker 5: Your phone is not out of your possession. You not
- 1:04:20Speaker 5: only trifling, you stupid. She talking about when she got
- 1:04:24Speaker 5: her phone back. She didn't have no miscalls from him.
- 1:04:28Speaker 5: He can't call you his wife home, right, They ain't
- 1:04:32Speaker 5: not talking about to dinner. I ain't have no miscalls
- 1:04:35Speaker 5: from him. It's been a week and he ain't text me.
- 1:04:38Speaker 5: The white lady, the old white lady told you it'd
- 1:04:41Speaker 5: be a lot of pretty girls coming in out. When
- 1:04:43Speaker 5: you think they coming, they come during the week. It
- 1:04:47Speaker 5: ain't your turn. You ain't getting back over that till
- 1:04:53Speaker 5: you need another five hundred, and then you got to
- 1:04:55Speaker 5: get back.
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: Over there and earn it.
- 1:04:58Speaker 5: Should I keep trying to get an expert nation from him.
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: He don't owe you nothing. He paid you, you got
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: the five hundred.
- 1:05:10Speaker 5: He don't owe you nothing, or wasn't my fault for
- 1:05:14Speaker 5: trusting him?
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: Trusting him?
- 1:05:17Speaker 5: Wow, you are in the most trifling phase of your life,
- 1:05:24Speaker 5: and young lady, you need to stop it. Get yourself together,
- 1:05:29Speaker 5: get yourself some self esteem. Stop selling your body for
- 1:05:33Speaker 5: five hundred dollars. Stop trying to trust people that commit
- 1:05:37Speaker 5: untrustworthy acts. His wife is probably trying to figure out
- 1:05:41Speaker 5: if she should trust him all the pretty girls that
- 1:05:44Speaker 5: go in and out the house that the white lady
- 1:05:46Speaker 5: think his prostitutes. There ain't nobody trying to figure out
- 1:05:48Speaker 5: should they trust him? Accept you questions you need to
- 1:05:52Speaker 5: ask yourself now. First of all, when he pushed you
- 1:05:55Speaker 5: out the house, you got to get out. You can't
- 1:05:57Speaker 5: be in him because if you think the old lady
- 1:06:00Speaker 5: thought you was a prostitute, what you.
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: Think the wife can't think?
- 1:06:04Speaker 7: Goodness.
- 1:06:05Speaker 5: The next question you need to ask yourself is are
- 1:06:09Speaker 5: you a prostitute and young lady? The answer to that
- 1:06:14Speaker 5: is no. You've made a mistake, an air and judgment.
- 1:06:18Speaker 5: You're in a trifling phase of your life and you
- 1:06:21Speaker 5: need to stop. I hope this has shaking you to
- 1:06:24Speaker 5: where you go and find yourself. Listen, everybody make mistakes.
- 1:06:29Speaker 5: God ain't gonna hold it the gifts you no am. I.
- 1:06:31Speaker 5: Get yourself together, find out who you really are, and
- 1:06:34Speaker 5: stop serving yourself up to undeserving men.

- 1:07:08Speaker 18: All right?
- 1:07:08Speaker 7: Everybody?
- 1:07:09Speaker 10: First of all, let me just say thank you all
- 1:07:10Speaker 10: my sponsors over the weekend, and also to one on
- 1:07:12Speaker 10: five point seven Smooth R and B. They showed up
- 1:07:15Speaker 10: big time. Keith Solies, thank you man. You know also, man,
- 1:07:19Speaker 10: this has happened over the weekend. Man, did anybody see
- 1:07:21Speaker 10: Deontay Wilders fight over the weekend?
- 1:07:23Speaker 8: Up?
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: I don't know you had one?
- 1:07:26Speaker 7: Yeah? Man?
- 1:07:26Speaker 10: He lost, Man, he lost. It's his fourth loss in
- 1:07:29Speaker 10: five fights. It's just the end of the bronze bomber
- 1:07:32Speaker 10: do we have.
- 1:07:33Speaker 5: I think he has the I think he's lost the mindset.
- 1:07:39Speaker 5: He's not approaching these fights the right way because he lost.
- 1:07:42Speaker 5: Great personally, I don't know him, I've never met him.
- 1:07:45Speaker 5: I think he's a great dude.
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: Man.
- 1:07:47Speaker 5: I love the way he talks, I love the way
- 1:07:49Speaker 5: he is, but he's not putting the time in the
- 1:07:52Speaker 5: way he got knocked out. It didn't make no sense
- 1:07:55Speaker 5: because he got knocked out for because he broke the
- 1:07:57Speaker 5: first rule of boxing, defend your self at all times.
- 1:08:01Speaker 5: He did the most amateur thing I've ever seen a
- 1:08:04Speaker 5: professional doing the ring. He turned his back on the fighter.
- 1:08:08Speaker 5: The fighter rings around, cold cocky knocked his ass out.
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: Why you doing that?
- 1:08:13Speaker 6: Was he distracted or something distracted?
- 1:08:16Speaker 9: No?
- 1:08:17Speaker 6: I mean, is that why he turned around? I don't
- 1:08:18Speaker 6: get why he turned around.
- 1:08:20Speaker 7: No, sure, he's not distracted.
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: What did he turn around for?
- 1:08:26Speaker 6: Yeah, what happened.
- 1:08:29Speaker 5: He swung at the dude and missed, and then he
- 1:08:31Speaker 5: turned around and was looking like he was walking away.
- 1:08:36Speaker 5: The dude just walked up and cold cocked it. The
- 1:08:38Speaker 5: fight was over in the fifth round.
- 1:08:41Speaker 8: That's it. But did he think, like you think you
- 1:08:45Speaker 8: can't get hit because your head you turn your back.
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: Yeah, the number one rule of boxing.
- 1:08:51Speaker 5: They tell you defend yourself at all times, even if
- 1:08:53Speaker 5: the referee say break, defend yourself on the break because
- 1:08:57Speaker 5: we're a fight.
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: Man, this is a fight. Yeah. Man, he's just not
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: he doesn't he's they need a new.
- 1:09:05Speaker 7: Coach, yeah, train, but man, he just you know it's time.
- 1:09:11Speaker 10: Man, you lose four fights, you're not gonna get a
- 1:09:14Speaker 10: shot at the championship title.
- 1:09:15Speaker 15: Again.
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: You're not gonna get that.
- 1:09:17Speaker 7: Man, not losing four f four out of five.
- 1:09:19Speaker 5: Fights, nobody. Man, And he's a great dude.
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: Man. Yeah, this is.
- 1:09:25Speaker 8: Sad, but he needs to find great stuff to do.
- 1:09:28Speaker 8: This ain't for him, though, He needs to find other stuff.
- 1:09:32Speaker 8: Qu turning your back to people, that's what you need
- 1:09:34Speaker 8: to do.
- 1:09:34Speaker 10: Train on that or a game one of the NBA
- 1:09:37Speaker 10: Finals the Mavericks and Celtics will be Thursday night. Man,
- 1:09:40Speaker 10: do you have any feelings about this one? I'm going
- 1:09:42Speaker 10: with the Mavericks. I'm going with the Math.
- 1:09:45Speaker 5: I'm going with the Mavericks too, man, Yeah, all the way,
- 1:09:49Speaker 5: all all the way to see I'm pulling for Kyrie.
- 1:09:54Speaker 5: I'm pulling. I'm pulling for them. Two young boys, the
- 1:09:56Speaker 5: bigs that they got.
- 1:09:57Speaker 7: That act there, Jesse, Juan Gaffer. Yeah, we pull it
- 1:10:01Speaker 7: for the m Let's go Math.
- 1:10:02Speaker 6: Here we go, all right, Junior, thank you.
- 1:10:05Speaker 11: Coming up at the top of the hour, a man
- 1:10:07Speaker 11: on social media, Steve needs some advice. He says, is
- 1:10:10Speaker 11: there a rule when it comes to cooking and clean up?
- 1:10:12Speaker 11: We'll talk about it right after this. You're listening Harvey
- 1:10:16Speaker 11: Morning Show stee. This is from Corey on Steve Harvey FM.
- 1:10:23Speaker 11: Corey says, throughout my childhood, I was brought up on
- 1:10:25Speaker 11: a rule that one person cooks and the other person
- 1:10:28Speaker 11: cleans up. It made sense to me, and it always
- 1:10:31Speaker 11: seemed like a fair way to do it. Now I'm
- 1:10:34Speaker 11: grown and in my first live in relationship with a woman,
- 1:10:37Speaker 11: and I'm discovering that not everybody was brought up that way.
- 1:10:41Speaker 11: When she cooks, I clean up. When I cook, I
- 1:10:44Speaker 11: swear the dishes would just sit in the sink for
- 1:10:46Speaker 11: a month before anything would be done about them.
- 1:10:49Speaker 6: I'm thinking this is one.
- 1:10:50Speaker 11: Of those little issues that can turn into a big
- 1:10:53Speaker 11: resentment down the road. How do I address it without
- 1:10:56Speaker 11: appearing combative or accusatory? Is this a rule anywhere else
- 1:11:00Speaker 11: or was adjusted in my house as a kid.
