- 0:01Speaker 1: Hunter Biden is willing to testify before the House Oversight
- 0:05Speaker 1: Committee on December the thirteenth, as lawyer has now said,
- 0:08Speaker 1: but only if the hearing is public. Hunter Biden would
- 0:13Speaker 1: be a key witness in the House's impeachment inquiry into
- 0:16Speaker 1: President Joe Biden, pending the committee's approval. Abe Low hunter
- 0:22Speaker 1: Biden's lawyer said his client would only be willing to
- 0:25Speaker 1: testify in a public setting, but not behind closed doors
- 0:27Speaker 1: as the committee had asked, implying that Republicans are trying
- 0:31Speaker 1: to hide some of his testimony, and that's the way
- 0:35Speaker 1: they're trying to at least frame this, saying quote, we
- 0:38Speaker 1: have seen you use closed door sessions to manipulate, even
- 0:42Speaker 1: distort the facts and misinform the public.
- 0:45Speaker 2: We therefore propose opening the door.
- 0:48Speaker 1: If, as you claim, your efforts are important and involve
- 0:52Speaker 1: issues that Americans should know about, then let the light
- 0:55Speaker 1: shine on these proceedings. Mister Biden will appear at such
- 0:58Speaker 1: a public hearing on the date you notice, December the thirteenth,
- 1:02Speaker 1: or any date in December that we can arrange. House
- 1:05Speaker 1: Oversight Committee Chairman's James Comer has replied to the attorney
- 1:11Speaker 1: for Hunter Biden via a post on Twitter saying this
- 1:16Speaker 1: Hunter Biden is trying to play his own rules instead
- 1:19Speaker 1: of following the rules requested for everyone else that won't
- 1:24Speaker 1: stand with House Republicans are lawfully issued subpoena to Hunter
- 1:28Speaker 1: Biden requires him to appear for a deposition on December
- 1:31Speaker 1: the thirteenth.
- 1:32Speaker 2: We expect full cooperation with.
- 1:34Speaker 1: Our subpoena for a deposition, but also agree that Hunter
- 1:39Speaker 1: Biden should have the opportunity to testify in a public
- 1:41Speaker 1: setting at a future date. House Republicans have subpoena both
- 1:46Speaker 1: Hunter and James Biden in their probe of the President.
- 1:50Speaker 1: James Biden is reportedly in communication with the committee about
- 1:53Speaker 1: hitting his subpoena as well from the White House. So
- 1:56Speaker 1: this is gamesmanship, just so you understand it, This is gainsmanship,
- 2:00Speaker 1: with the Hunter Biden saying I'll only do it if
- 2:03Speaker 1: in the White House, or I should say House Republicans
- 2:05Speaker 1: are saying, you don't get to make the rules. We're
- 2:07Speaker 1: the ones that get to do this with the subpoena. Now,
- 2:10Speaker 1: the House Oversite Committee is obviously working with the attorneys
- 2:15Speaker 1: to schedule another time for him to come to Capitol
- 2:18Speaker 1: Hill if this date didn't work out. We also know
- 2:21Speaker 1: that the Congressional deposition for Biden family business associate Rob
- 2:25Speaker 1: Walker will reportedly not happen this Wednesday as schedule. The
- 2:30Speaker 1: House oversite Committee, saying they are also working with Walker's
- 2:33Speaker 1: attorneys to reschedule another time for him to come to
- 2:36Speaker 1: Capitol Hill. Now, this also comes as the White House
- 2:39Speaker 1: is coming out playing offense, denouncing what they refer to
- 2:44Speaker 1: as a irresponsible set of subpoenas from House GOP and
- 2:48Speaker 1: say they should be withdrawn. The White House firing back
- 2:53Speaker 1: on a recent slate of subpoena is issued by the
- 2:55Speaker 1: House Republicans targeting members of President Joe Biden's family as
- 2:59Speaker 1: well as inner circle of aide, describing the GOP's impeachment
- 3:03Speaker 1: push as an illegitimate endeavor that has repeatedly failed to
- 3:06Speaker 1: produce proof of wrongdoing. Notice how often the White House
- 3:10Speaker 1: has been saying no proof of wrongdoing, even though we
- 3:12Speaker 1: have the laptop from Hell and we now have direct
- 3:15Speaker 1: payments going into Joe Biden's bank account. The four page
- 3:19Speaker 1: letter from the top White House attorney to Republican Committee
- 3:22Speaker 1: leadership portrays an overzealous House GOP majority that, according to
- 3:27Speaker 1: the letter, has misrepresented the facts, ignored the overwhelming evidence
- 3:30Speaker 1: disproving your claims, and repeatedly shift the rationale for your inquiry.
- 3:36Speaker 1: That is the exact quote from the White House. It
- 3:39Speaker 1: also calls on Representative James Comer, chairmer of the House
- 3:42Speaker 1: Oversight Committee, and the House Judiciary Committee chairman Jim Jordan,
- 3:46Speaker 1: to withdraw what the White House ascribed as an irresponsible
- 3:50Speaker 1: set of subpoenas and requests for interviews. The White House
- 3:54Speaker 1: argued that House Republicans will quote improperly weaponizing the oversight
- 3:58Speaker 1: powers of Congress solely for political gain, and have quote
- 4:03Speaker 1: consistently misrepresented the documents and testimony you've received, and then
- 4:07Speaker 1: moved the goalpost when your claims have been quote debunked,
- 4:11Speaker 1: saying this the pattern of distortions and falsehoods lays bare
- 4:16Speaker 1: that no amount of truthful testimony or document productions will
- 4:20Speaker 1: satisfy you and exposes the improper nature of your committee's effort.
- 4:25Speaker 1: That's what the Special Counsel the President wrote in the
- 4:27Speaker 1: letters sent Friday to James Comber and Jim Jordan. Moving along,
- 4:31Speaker 1: he says, congressional harassment. Oh so, now, if you try
- 4:34Speaker 1: to investigate the President of the United States of America.
- 4:37Speaker 1: It is congressional harassment. I wonder what the media would
- 4:40Speaker 1: have said if Donald Trump would have used those exact
- 4:43Speaker 1: words when they were investigating him for charges they knew
- 4:45Speaker 1: were trumped up.
- 4:46Speaker 2: Congressional harassment.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Quoted the president to score political points is precisely the
- 4:50Speaker 1: type of conduct that the Constitution.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Wow.
- 4:53Speaker 1: Now the Democrats and White House are fans of the Constitution.
- 4:57Speaker 1: This is getting fun and it separatestion of powers was
- 5:01Speaker 1: meant to prevent quote unquote. In a long anticipated move,
- 5:05Speaker 1: James Comber this month issued s to penis to Biden's
- 5:09Speaker 1: son Hunter and brother James Biden, insisting that the committee
- 5:12Speaker 1: has found indications of influence peddling by members of the
- 5:16Speaker 1: President's family in their business dealings. But after nearly a
- 5:20Speaker 1: year House Republicans, the AP Rights has yet to provide
- 5:25Speaker 1: evidence that directly implicates Joe Biden in any wrongdoing. See
- 5:28Speaker 1: this is where you know the AP is filled with scumbacks.
- 5:32Speaker 1: They have provided evidence of direct payments going into the
- 5:36Speaker 1: Biden crime family coffers, and then those payments have been
- 5:40Speaker 1: moved to the big guy written direct checks to the
- 5:44Speaker 1: President of the United States of America. After foreign funds
- 5:47Speaker 1: have come in. We also have multiple whistleblowers who have
- 5:51Speaker 1: described the crimes committed by the Biden crime family and
- 5:54Speaker 1: the cover up from the deep state, including the Justice
- 5:57Speaker 1: Department as well as the FBI. Comer, by the way,
- 6:00Speaker 1: responded Friday that if the President had nothing to hide,
- 6:03Speaker 1: then he should make his aids quote unquote available to
- 6:07Speaker 1: the Committee for interviews on the classified documents probe, saying
- 6:12Speaker 1: this President Biden and the White House are seeking to
- 6:14Speaker 1: obstruct our investigation at every turn. We are not deterred
- 6:20Speaker 1: by this obstruction and will continue to follow the facts
- 6:22Speaker 1: and hold present by an accountable to the American people.
- 6:26Speaker 1: That is obviously Comer's way of saying, screw you. We're
- 6:30Speaker 1: going to keep moving forward now. Hunter Biden's representatives, while
- 6:35Speaker 1: dismissing the subpoena as a political stunt, have now said
- 6:39Speaker 1: we're going to do our own political stunt. That's why
- 6:42Speaker 1: they're now saying that they want to make sure that
- 6:45Speaker 1: everything's done in a public forum and quote at the
- 6:48Speaker 1: right time. An attorney for James Biden said a subpoena
- 6:52Speaker 1: was unnecessary because the committee had already reviewed private bank
- 6:55Speaker 1: records and transactions between the two brothers concerned two loans,
- 7:01Speaker 1: it took place when Biden was not in office, or
- 7:04Speaker 1: they say a candiate for president, So therefore they want
- 7:07Speaker 1: you to believe the case is close. The attorney noted
- 7:10Speaker 1: that all those targeted for subpoenas and voluntary interviews last
- 7:14Speaker 1: week are private citizens, including Hallie Biden, the widow of
- 7:18Speaker 1: the president's son Bo and Sarah Biden, the President's sister
- 7:21Speaker 1: in law. Earlier this week, James Comer also subpoena former
- 7:24Speaker 1: White House Council Dana Remus and other White House aides
- 7:28Speaker 1: to speak with a committee on whether Biden had mishandled
- 7:31Speaker 1: classified information, an issue currently under investigation also by the
- 7:36Speaker 1: Special Council.
- 7:37Speaker 2: Robert Herb quote, these.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Requests appear to be motivated by desire to boost your
- 7:41Speaker 1: subpoena numbers, as Chairman Jordan tweeted just this week, rather
- 7:46Speaker 1: than any legitimate investigative interests, the White House Council wrote Now,
- 7:51Speaker 1: Jordan emphasized that more than twenty people had received subpoenas
- 7:55Speaker 1: and interview requests on their impeachment efforts, and that there
- 7:59Speaker 1: would be more to That's what he said on Twitter
- 8:01Speaker 1: that the White House is now using saying you're just
- 8:03Speaker 1: trying to boost your numbers. In his letter, the attorney
- 8:07Speaker 1: for the Bidens also stressed the House has not authorized
- 8:11Speaker 1: a formal impeachment and querer inquiry by a vote to
- 8:14Speaker 1: the full House, and that the new Speaker, Mike Johnson
- 8:18Speaker 1: should have done that. When former President Donald Trump was
- 8:21Speaker 1: facing the prospect of impeachment by Democrat Ledhouse, they said,
- 8:24Speaker 1: guess what happened. There was a vote, and therefore they
- 8:27Speaker 1: say without a House vote, this is quote a sham.
- 8:32Speaker 1: For ten years, Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian
- 8:35Speaker 1: conservative wireless provider.
- 8:37Speaker 2: And when I say the only one, I mean it.
- 8:39Speaker 2: They're the only one.
- 8:40Speaker 1: They make a huge difference every time that you pay
- 8:43Speaker 1: your bill because they actually get back to conservative causes
- 8:46Speaker 1: and organizations to help you stand up for what you
- 8:50Speaker 1: believe in while you're paying a bill you're going to
- 8:52Speaker 1: have anyways. This is the part that I love about
- 8:56Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile. They're making a difference every time you pay
- 9:00Speaker 1: your bill, every time you make a phone call, every
- 9:03Speaker 1: time that you send a text message. Patriot Mobile actually
- 9:07Speaker 1: gives money back to protect First and Second Amendment rights,
- 9:11Speaker 1: to protect the lives of unborn children, and that's what
- 9:15Speaker 1: they're doing right now, is they celebrate their tenth anniversary.
- 9:18Speaker 1: If you switch right now to Patriot Mobile, they are
- 9:21Speaker 1: going to give a donation to help protect life and
- 9:25Speaker 1: to help mothers choose life, to an organization that does
- 9:29Speaker 1: everything they can to protect the lives of unborn children.
- 9:33Speaker 1: Then every month when you pay your bill, they're going
- 9:36Speaker 1: to continue to support the causes that I just mentioned.
- 9:39Speaker 1: And this is exactly why you need to make the switch.
- 9:42Speaker 1: If you're tired of woke companies, switch your cell phone
- 9:47Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile. Whether you are a business, a small business,
- 9:51Speaker 1: or just a family, you can switch, and they make
- 9:54Speaker 1: switching easy. They have a one hundred percent US based
- 9:57Speaker 1: call center making switching extremely easy. You're gonna get nationwide coverage,
- 10:02Speaker 1: unlimited talking texts, and usually save real money on your bill.
- 10:06Speaker 1: Nine seven to two Patriot. It's nine seven to two Patriot,
- 10:09Speaker 1: nine seven to two Patriot. Or go online to Patriot
- 10:13Speaker 1: Mobile dot com slash ben. That's Patriot Mobile dot com
- 10:17Speaker 1: slash ben or nine seven to two Patriot James Comer.
- 10:22Speaker 1: By the way, and let me go back to just
- 10:24Speaker 1: refute another point in this letter from Biden's lawyers. They
- 10:27Speaker 1: said there's been no evidence, no facts to back up
- 10:29Speaker 1: this inquiry into the Biden crime family. Let me remind
- 10:33Speaker 1: you what we've already found out about the Biden crime family.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Financially this summer.
- 10:38Speaker 3: Joe Biden said, where's the money, Well, we found so
- 10:42Speaker 3: we're still digging into evidence. Subpoena from bank accounts belonging
- 10:45Speaker 3: to Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, and
- 10:48Speaker 3: James and Sarah Biden, the brother and sister in law
- 10:51Speaker 3: of the president. A document that we're releasing today raises
- 10:54Speaker 3: new questions about how President Biden personally benefited from his
- 10:58Speaker 3: family shady influence of his last name, and their access
- 11:02Speaker 3: to him. Bank records obtained by the House Committee on
- 11:05Speaker 3: Oversight have revealed a two hundred thousand dollars direct payment
- 11:09Speaker 3: from James and Sarah Biden to Joe Biden in the
- 11:12Speaker 3: form of a personal check. Here's some important context about
- 11:16Speaker 3: this check we've obtained in our investigation. In twenty eighteen,
- 11:20Speaker 3: James Biden received six hundred thousand dollars in loans from Americrps,
- 11:25Speaker 3: a financially distressed and failing rural hospital operator. According to
- 11:30Speaker 3: bankruptcy court documents, James Biden received these loans quote based
- 11:35Speaker 3: upon representations that his last name Biden could open doors
- 11:39Speaker 3: and that he could obtain a large investment from the
- 11:41Speaker 3: Middle East based on his political connections end quote. On
- 11:46Speaker 3: March first, twenty eighteen, AMERICRPS wired a two hundred thousand
- 11:50Speaker 3: dollars loan into James and Sarah Biden's personal bank account,
- 11:54Speaker 3: not their business of bank account, and then on the
- 11:57Speaker 3: very same day, James Biden wrote a two hundred thousand
- 12:00Speaker 3: dollars check from this same personal bank account to Joe Biden.
- 12:04Speaker 3: James Biden wrote this check to Joe Biden as a
- 12:07Speaker 3: quote loan repayment. AmeriCorps, a distressed company, loaned money to
- 12:14Speaker 3: James Biden, who then sent it to Joe Biden. Even
- 12:18Speaker 3: if this was a personal loan repayment, it's still troubling
- 12:21Speaker 3: that Joe Biden's ability to be paid back by his
- 12:23Speaker 3: brother depended on the success of his family's shady financial dealings.
- 12:29Speaker 3: Some immediate questions President Biden was answered for the American people.
- 12:33Speaker 3: Does he have documents proving he lent such a large
- 12:36Speaker 3: sum of money to his brother and what were the
- 12:38Speaker 3: terms of such financial agreement? Did he have similar financial
- 12:43Speaker 3: agreements with other family members that led them to make
- 12:46Speaker 3: similar large payments to him. And did he know that
- 12:50Speaker 3: the same day James Biden wrote him a check for
- 12:52Speaker 3: two hundred thousand dollars, James Biden had just received the
- 12:56Speaker 3: loan for the exact same amount from business dealing with
- 13:00Speaker 3: a company that was in financial distress and failing. The
- 13:04Speaker 3: House Oversight Committee will soon announce our next investigative actions
- 13:08Speaker 3: and continue to follow the money. The bank records don't
- 13:12Speaker 3: end here.
- 13:13Speaker 2: There's more to come, more to come.
- 13:16Speaker 1: There's the reason why they want them to come in
- 13:19Speaker 1: and answer questions under oath. And this is exactly why
- 13:23Speaker 1: you hear Hunter Biden stalling by saying, well, I'll come in,
- 13:26Speaker 1: but only if the hearing is public. There are many
- 13:29Speaker 1: questions they need to ask him that in a closed
- 13:31Speaker 1: door setting that I'm sure deal with information that's not
- 13:35Speaker 1: needed for the public.
- 13:37Speaker 2: Yet.
- 13:38Speaker 1: This is also the way these investigations go and the
- 13:42Speaker 1: way that they described it. We're more than happy to
- 13:45Speaker 1: have a open setting to ask you questions in the future,
- 13:48Speaker 1: but right now, we're going to continue to do business
- 13:50Speaker 1: the way that we've been doing it and the way
- 13:52Speaker 1: that Democrats have been doing it, and the Republicans have
- 13:55Speaker 1: been doing it for decades, which is closed door subpoenas.
- 13:59Speaker 1: This is, by the way, no different than what they
- 14:01Speaker 1: were doing when they were going after Donald J.
- 14:03Speaker 2: Trump.
- 14:04Speaker 1: You would see the videos in wall to wall footage,
- 14:07Speaker 1: which you don't see this time, of Republicans and former
- 14:11Speaker 1: White House staff going into Capitol buildings and then leaks
- 14:15Speaker 1: that would immediately come out from those meetings, all of
- 14:19Speaker 1: that being done by who the Democrats, and so now
- 14:23Speaker 1: when the Republicans have in control of the House and
- 14:26Speaker 1: actual buildings that are literally on fire, this is no
- 14:29Speaker 1: longer a smoking gun scenario, and actual payments going directly
- 14:34Speaker 1: to the President of the United States of America. They
- 14:36Speaker 1: don't like what's happening right now, so now they're trying
- 14:40Speaker 1: to play the game differently, and that is the biggest
- 14:43Speaker 1: problem with all of this. Let me also remind you
- 14:47Speaker 1: about what Jim Jordan had to say about some of
- 14:50Speaker 1: these payments as well, and he's one that's been looking
- 14:53Speaker 1: into this for quite some time. Remember the White House
- 14:56Speaker 1: said that he was wasting America's time, not really doing
- 14:59Speaker 1: a America's work. And if there's nothing here for the
- 15:04Speaker 1: American people to see. Well, let me remind you about
- 15:07Speaker 1: David Weiss. You let the statute of limitations expire on
- 15:11Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's most egregious tax charges. The same guy that's
- 15:15Speaker 1: the special Counsel's supposed to be looking the Biden crime family.
- 15:20Speaker 4: While Hunter's criminal charges play out. In course, the congressional
- 15:24Speaker 4: investigation into his business dealings continues, leading the charge there
- 15:27Speaker 4: is call us from Jim Jordan, who joins us now
- 15:30Speaker 4: wants the state of play in the Hunt of Biden investigation.
- 15:34Speaker 5: We got a handful of more depositions to the Stewart
- 15:36Speaker 5: we want to talk to We want to talk to
- 15:38Speaker 5: Hunter Biden. We want to talk to James Biden who
- 15:40Speaker 5: did all this business together, and we want to talk
- 15:42Speaker 5: to his business partners Eric Sayeran Bob a Lensky, Rob Walker,
- 15:46Speaker 5: and then frankly, we just sent a subpoena two. This
- 15:48Speaker 5: this Kevin Morris individual. He's the guy who stepped forward
- 15:51Speaker 5: and paid Hunter Biden's like two point five million dollars
- 15:54Speaker 5: in back taxes. EO just I guess out of the
- 15:56Speaker 5: goodness of his heart. So we want to talk to
- 15:58Speaker 5: him as well. But the plan is to do those
- 16:01Speaker 5: final depositions and then make a decision on we're in
- 16:05Speaker 5: the an impeachment inquiry, do we move forward with actual
- 16:07Speaker 5: articles of impeachment? And I think we will present this
- 16:10Speaker 5: to the conference and we'll make a decision as a
- 16:12Speaker 5: conference if the facts warrant going to actual articles and
- 16:16Speaker 5: moving into full impeachment of the president.
- 16:20Speaker 4: So they're both moving forward, albeit at a slow pace.
- 16:23Speaker 4: Investigation of Hunta and the impeachment of the President Biden.
- 16:27Speaker 4: It's going forward, but it's slow.
- 16:29Speaker 5: Yeah. Well, the idea is to finish up all the
- 16:33Speaker 5: depositions and the documents that we So we've got three
- 16:36Speaker 5: committees working on You got the ways it means committee
- 16:38Speaker 5: where whistleblowers came forward and told us about how bad
- 16:41Speaker 5: the investigation was run, how unusual, how it was slow
- 16:43Speaker 5: walked the investigation to Hunter Biden. Then you have Chairman
- 16:46Speaker 5: Comber's committee who are looking at this sufficious activity reports,
- 16:51Speaker 5: the bank records, the sub poena doots.
- 16:53Speaker 2: They're compiling that information.
- 16:55Speaker 5: That's where we learned about the two hundred thousand dollars check,
- 16:57Speaker 5: the forty thousand dollars check that initially came from China.
- 17:00Speaker 5: They're working on that. And then our committee is actually digging.
- 17:03Speaker 5: We've now to post seven different people who were a
- 17:05Speaker 5: part of the Hunter Biden investigation. I think the overall
- 17:09Speaker 5: picture Stewart is pretty basic. This is as you know,
- 17:13Speaker 5: this is his story as old as the hills. You've
- 17:15Speaker 5: got a politician who takes certain action that benefits his
- 17:18Speaker 5: family financially, and then there's an effort to sweep it
- 17:21Speaker 5: under the rug to conceal it. And that's exactly what
- 17:23Speaker 5: we saw, particularly with David Weiss. We saw him let
- 17:26Speaker 5: the statute of limitations expire for the tax years.
- 17:29Speaker 2: Twenty fourteen and twenty fifteen.
- 17:31Speaker 5: Regarding Hunter Biden, because those are the tax years he
- 17:34Speaker 5: got all the money from the Ukrainian energy company Barisma,
- 17:37Speaker 5: and that if he digs into that, that takes him
- 17:39Speaker 5: right to the White House, right to Joe Biden and
- 17:41Speaker 5: his involvement in Barisma back when he was Vice president of.
- 17:46Speaker 2: The United States culture.
- 17:47Speaker 1: So now you understand exactly why this White House.
- 17:51Speaker 2: Is playing the games that they're playing.
- 17:53Speaker 1: Now you understand exactly why this White House is also
- 17:57Speaker 1: attacking the Republicans because they have to attack, They have
- 18:02Speaker 1: to go all in on this. They are terrified that
- 18:05Speaker 1: the truth is going to come out and part of
- 18:07Speaker 1: this is just a simplistic stall tactic. It's all about stalling,
- 18:14Speaker 1: and the more that you can stall, the better off
- 18:17Speaker 1: it is. The more that you canstall and hold out,
- 18:21Speaker 1: the better things are.
- 18:24Speaker 2: Because it gets closer to election day.
- 18:27Speaker 1: Let me remind you, the same media that is telling
- 18:30Speaker 1: you now that there's nothing to see is the same
- 18:33Speaker 1: media that looked you in the face and lied to
- 18:35Speaker 1: you and band a story and band it on social
- 18:38Speaker 1: media the story of the hunter byden laptop, which they
- 18:41Speaker 1: said was Russian disinformation. And all of the people in
- 18:44Speaker 1: our intelligence community wrote that letter right sign their.
- 18:47Speaker 2: Names to it. And what do they say in that letter.
- 18:50Speaker 1: They said in that letter that this had all the
- 18:54Speaker 1: markings of Russian disinformation, and then Hugh use that letter
- 18:59Speaker 1: the media. The media then used that letter to continue
- 19:04Speaker 1: to push that narrative. And as they were pushing that narrative,
- 19:09Speaker 1: then social media was able to use that letter to
- 19:12Speaker 1: then ban you from sharing that information to influence the election.
- 19:18Speaker 2: And they lied. That's what they did.
- 19:22Speaker 1: So when they want me to believe them now with
- 19:25Speaker 1: the same issue and the same intel they already said
- 19:28Speaker 1: was that Russian disinformation, No, I do not and will
- 19:32Speaker 1: not believe them. I also want to move to something
- 19:37Speaker 1: else that's really important, and that is dealing with Israel.
- 19:40Speaker 1: Right now, we are getting word now from sources that
- 19:44Speaker 1: Joe Biden is putting pressure on Israeli tactics and he
- 19:49Speaker 1: wants to leave Hamas intact and more importantly, in power
- 19:55Speaker 1: in Palestine. A source within the Israeli government has now
- 19:59Speaker 1: leaked to Bright bartin News that US President Joe Biden's
- 20:04Speaker 1: pressure will lead to Hamas surviving the war intact, rather
- 20:08Speaker 1: than allowing Israel to destroy Hamas or remove its military
- 20:12Speaker 1: and governing capabilities. By the way, did I not warn
- 20:15Speaker 1: you that that's exactly what was going to happen? Did
- 20:18Speaker 1: I not tell you that? I said, watch how fast
- 20:20Speaker 1: they will give them weeks. Then they'll give him a
- 20:23Speaker 1: few more weeks, and then they're going to start putting
- 20:25Speaker 1: pressure internally, and then that pressure will start coming externally
- 20:29Speaker 1: for Israel to stop.
- 20:30Speaker 2: Well.
- 20:31Speaker 1: In recent days, the White House is acknowledge that Israel
- 20:34Speaker 1: intends to continue fighting Hamas after the current pause sought
- 20:38Speaker 1: by Biden to allow the release of hostages and ends
- 20:41Speaker 1: later this week. The Israelis have been pretty clear that
- 20:45Speaker 1: once the pauses are complete, and the hostage exchanges are over,
- 20:50Speaker 1: they intend to continue their military operations against Hamas. That's
- 20:54Speaker 1: what the White House Advisor John Kirby said on Monday,
- 20:57Speaker 1: saying Israel does not hold hostages. It is real leasing
- 21:00Speaker 1: convicted Palestinian terrorists. Even though there's been some misinformation by
- 21:04Speaker 1: the way on that issue as well, the White House
- 21:07Speaker 1: is no longer clearly stating that it shares that goal,
- 21:11Speaker 1: and the Israeli government privately believes Biden is preparing to
- 21:14Speaker 1: quote tolerate the survival of Hamas, despite the fact that
- 21:19Speaker 1: Hamas and other terrorist groups would see that as a
- 21:21Speaker 1: huge victory. The reason Israel believes this is Biden's goal
- 21:27Speaker 1: is that the US administration is imposing onerous conditions on
- 21:32Speaker 1: the Israeli defense forces regarding its operations in Gaza, such
- 21:37Speaker 1: that defeating Hamas has become almost impossible quote unquote. The
- 21:42Speaker 1: New York Times also described it this way on Tuesday.
- 21:45Speaker 2: Quote.
- 21:46Speaker 1: The United States has warn Israel that it must fight
- 21:48Speaker 1: more surgically and avoid further mass displacement of Palestinians and
- 21:53Speaker 1: its war against Amas to avoid a humanitarian crisis that
- 21:56Speaker 1: overwhelms the world's ability to respond. According to senior Byids
- 22:00Speaker 1: administration officials. American officials have told the Israelis that any
- 22:05Speaker 1: coming military operation should not hamper the flow of power
- 22:09Speaker 1: and water or impede the work of humanitarian sites such
- 22:13Speaker 1: as hospitals and un supported shelters in south and central Gaza.
- 22:18Speaker 1: All right, So to be clear, what this would do,
- 22:22Speaker 1: all right, is they would say, and these new rules
- 22:24Speaker 1: of engagement that apparently the Biden administration is pushing behind
- 22:27Speaker 1: the scenes, would allow for the tunnels that the Terrists
- 22:31Speaker 1: use in and out of the hospitals to stand, and
- 22:34Speaker 1: that you could not go into those hospitals and clear
- 22:36Speaker 1: them out. They also are saying that you cannot explode
- 22:40Speaker 1: the tunnel system which would go underneath so many of
- 22:43Speaker 1: these buildings. In other words, saying, let them keep their
- 22:45Speaker 1: tunnels for their protection of the terraces Humas you understand
- 22:50Speaker 1: how problematic and unrealistic this is for Israel. And if
- 22:53Speaker 1: I was Israel, I go back to what I said earlier.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Israel needed to unload as fast as they possibly could.
- 22:59Speaker 1: Because I knew, and I called it, and I said
- 23:02Speaker 1: this would happen, that America would start to falter, that
- 23:05Speaker 1: America would start to say Okay, now, you can't do
- 23:09Speaker 1: this anymore, that they would eventually start to turn in
- 23:12Speaker 1: the Biden administration, which is exactly what they're doing now.
- 23:15Speaker 1: And the reason why I do this is because there's
- 23:17Speaker 1: so much anti Semitism within the leftist communist movement within
- 23:22Speaker 1: the Democratic Party. Remember, the Democratic Party is dead. The
- 23:27Speaker 1: Democratic Party is now masquerading as Democrats when they are
- 23:31Speaker 1: full blown communists and socialists, and that's what they believe in.
- 23:36Speaker 2: That is what they have always believed in.
- 23:41Speaker 1: These are communists, and now they're just getting to be
- 23:44Speaker 1: honest about their communist ideals, which is also again very
- 23:49Speaker 1: very very sad. Now Democrats are also working with this
- 23:55Speaker 1: White House to change the way that we give funding
- 23:58Speaker 1: to Israel, putting conditions on that funding. Moments ago, the
- 24:03Speaker 1: Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell was asked about those conditions. Aka,
- 24:08Speaker 1: you do all these things and we'll give you more money.
- 24:11Speaker 1: Here is what McConnell had to say on Israel funding.
- 24:16Speaker 6: Senate Democrats are currently debating this idea of whether to
- 24:19Speaker 6: place conditions on the funding. One of the arguments in
- 24:22Speaker 6: favor is that Congress does this or nearly every other
- 24:25Speaker 6: country that it gets foreign military assistance to What is
- 24:28Speaker 6: your response to that.
- 24:29Speaker 7: I think it's ridiculous. Our relationship with Israel is the
- 24:33Speaker 7: closest national security relationship we have with any country in
- 24:37Speaker 7: the world. And to condition in effect our as systems
- 24:42Speaker 7: to Israel owned they're meeting our standards, it seems to
- 24:46Speaker 7: me is totally unnecessary. This is a democracy, a great
- 24:52Speaker 7: ally of ours, and I do not think we need
- 24:57Speaker 7: to condition the support that hopeful we'll give to Israel
- 25:01Speaker 7: very soon.
- 25:04Speaker 1: So clearly the Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell making it
- 25:08Speaker 1: obvious that he does not believe there should be conditions here,
- 25:11Speaker 1: as Democrats are straight up moving to demand different conditions.
- 25:18Speaker 1: We also know that far left media is standing with
- 25:23Speaker 1: Hamas and being their apologists.
- 25:26Speaker 2: How bad is it?
- 25:27Speaker 1: Even Dan Abrams of News Nation used to be over
- 25:31Speaker 1: at NBCMSNBC had this to say about what the left
- 25:36Speaker 1: is doing to basically be apologists for a terrorist organization.
- 25:41Speaker 8: As Israel and Hamas extend that truce for two more
- 25:44Speaker 8: days with the promise of more hostages released in exchange
- 25:47Speaker 8: for Palestinian prisoners, so many in the media around the
- 25:51Speaker 8: world seem to be falsely equating innocent civilians, toddler's grade
- 25:58Speaker 8: schoolers taking high stage, often from or with their parents.
- 26:03Speaker 8: On October seventh, if those parents are still alive with
- 26:07Speaker 8: the accused and in most cases, convicted, Palestinian criminals, they're
- 26:13Speaker 8: being traded for. You see, both the Israeli hostages and
- 26:18Speaker 8: the Palestinian prisoners being released are women and children. In
- 26:24Speaker 8: the case the Palestinians, they're teenagers, almost all sixteen year older.
- 26:30Speaker 8: The comparisons just don't work. And yet what so many
- 26:34Speaker 8: are choosing to ignore is that the Palestinians have all
- 26:38Speaker 8: been convicted or charged with violent, even terror related attacks.
- 26:43Speaker 8: So yeah, they're women and children, but it is not
- 26:49Speaker 8: the same. That didn't stop model Jigi Hadid from posting
- 26:55Speaker 8: to her nearly eighty million followers eighty million eight on
- 27:00Speaker 8: social media quote Israel is the only country in the
- 27:03Speaker 8: world that keeps children as prisoners of war. She posts
- 27:07Speaker 8: that alongside the story of Ahmed manas Rah Palestinian, who,
- 27:13Speaker 8: when he was thirteen, along with his cousin, stabbed and
- 27:16Speaker 8: severely injured a thirteen year old Jewish boy in a
- 27:18Speaker 8: twenty year old security guard. In fact, the attack was
- 27:22Speaker 8: caught on video. You can see Manasra and his cousin
- 27:26Speaker 8: running after people with knives on surveillance footage. You want
- 27:31Speaker 8: to compare that now twenty one year old with I
- 27:35Speaker 8: don't know four year old Abigailidhn, who saw her parents
- 27:39Speaker 8: killed right in front of her before she was taken
- 27:41Speaker 8: hostage and swept away to Gaza. She turned four while
- 27:45Speaker 8: being held hostage toward nine year old Emily Hand, whose
- 27:48Speaker 8: father prayed she was dead because the alternative was torture
- 27:51Speaker 8: at the hands of terrorists.
- 27:53Speaker 2: It's not just celebrities, ei there.
- 27:56Speaker 8: You see it too often in the far left media.
- 28:00Speaker 8: MSNBC host i'm On Moyadine tweeting on the first day
- 28:05Speaker 8: of the Truth and Hostage release quote you're about to
- 28:07Speaker 8: see in real time over the next four days, how
- 28:09Speaker 8: the media can choose who it humanizes and who it villainizes.
- 28:13Speaker 8: Who is a child and who's a miner, Who is
- 28:15Speaker 8: a mother and who is an accomplice, Who is a
- 28:17Speaker 8: hostage and who is a prisoner? In short, who is
- 28:19Speaker 8: innocent and who is not? See he doesn't want to
- 28:24Speaker 8: distinguish between them because the reality is hard for apologists
- 28:29Speaker 8: of Hamas to accept. Remember this is from a guy
- 28:33Speaker 8: who the day of the attack, said on the air
- 28:37Speaker 8: that the October seventh murders were the quote deadly consequences
- 28:41Speaker 8: of failed policies on the American administration's part and the Israelis.
- 28:47Speaker 8: It's really not hard to distinguish between a four year
- 28:52Speaker 8: old kidnapped from the arms of her murdered parents and
- 28:57Speaker 8: a sixteen year old at the very least accused of,
- 29:01Speaker 8: if not convicted of a serious crime.
- 29:05Speaker 2: Here in the United.
- 29:05Speaker 8: States, teenagers charged with violent defenses are often prosecuted as adults.
- 29:12Speaker 2: I don't know what Jiji Hadid is.
- 29:14Speaker 8: Talking about, but children stolen from their parents they're called
- 29:20Speaker 8: crime victims. Here are some of the so called women
- 29:25Speaker 8: and children released by Israel. Seventeen year old Mohammad Abu Katish,
- 29:32Speaker 8: who stabbed and paralyzed a twenty year old Jewish man,
- 29:35Speaker 8: nourhan Awad, who was seventeen when she was arrested in
- 29:39Speaker 8: twenty seventeen for attempting to stab an Israeli soldier with
- 29:42Speaker 8: a pair of scissors. Sixteen year old Nufud Hamad, who
- 29:46Speaker 8: stabbed an Israeli woman nearly to death death in front
- 29:49Speaker 8: of her five children. Or thirty eight year old Israd Javis,
- 29:53Speaker 8: a Palestinian woman who attempted to set off a car
- 29:56Speaker 8: bomb that wounded an Israeli police officer. She was disfigured
- 29:59Speaker 8: in the explosion, and her homecoming this weekend was covered extensively,
- 30:04Speaker 8: with the New York Times headline from this weekend reading quote,
- 30:08Speaker 8: a disfigured woman whose case has become well known is
- 30:11Speaker 8: among the Palestinian released, not convicted suicide bomber, and completely
- 30:19Speaker 8: ignoring that she became disfigured when she tried to blow
- 30:24Speaker 8: herself up with gas canisters at a West Bank checkpoint.
- 30:30Speaker 8: There was widespread celebration of the release of now twenty
- 30:33Speaker 8: three year old Mara Bakir, who was sixteen when she
- 30:36Speaker 8: was sentenced for attempting to stab and Israeli border police officer.
- 30:39Speaker 2: The list goes on and on and on.
- 30:42Speaker 8: Look it is true there is controversy around the judicial
- 30:46Speaker 8: proceedings surrounding some of those arrested in the West Bank
- 30:49Speaker 8: and Gaza, because they faced military courts with higher conviction
- 30:52Speaker 8: rates than in the typical Israeli civilian justice system.
- 30:56Speaker 2: And you can absolutely question that. I have questions about that,
- 31:00Speaker 2: but I'll tell.
- 31:01Speaker 8: You this, that system as a whole is still more
- 31:05Speaker 8: democratic by far than any of the systems in any
- 31:09Speaker 8: of the Arab countries which neighbor Israel.
- 31:13Speaker 1: Let me just stop there and say I appreciate when
- 31:17Speaker 1: people like Dan Abrams take moments like that to explain
- 31:21Speaker 1: what's happening, because at least there's some journalistic integrity, And
- 31:26Speaker 1: when they say things like this, I will always play
- 31:29Speaker 1: it for you because it's important that at least some
- 31:32Speaker 1: on the left are calling out the absurdity of what
- 31:37Speaker 1: we're witnessing with the majority of our media in this
- 31:40Speaker 1: country and around the world, and people need to know
- 31:44Speaker 1: the truth. Make sure you share this podcast with your
- 31:47Speaker 1: family and your friends. I'll see you back here tomorrow.
