- 0:38Speaker 4: I don't joy yeah, joy, you know you turn love, turn, you.

- 1:31Speaker 5: I can't.
- 1:41Speaker 6: Have to turn the mouse to turn.
- 1:43Speaker 1: You probably got to turn the mouth, turn out, turn
- 1:46Speaker 1: the water of the moat up.
- 1:49Speaker 4: Look, come.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Come out your ba uh huh.
- 2:02Speaker 7: I sure will good morn to everybody. Y'all listen to
- 2:05Speaker 7: the voice. Come on, take me now. One and only
- 2:11Speaker 7: Steve Harvey got a radio self. Steve Harvey got a
- 2:16Speaker 7: radio show. Sometimes when a chuckle like that reminds me
- 2:20Speaker 7: and my oldest brother had passed away.
- 2:21Speaker 1: He used to laugh like that.
- 2:22Speaker 7: It's kind of funny how jeans get passed down through
- 2:25Speaker 7: the line. I don't know why I told you all that,
- 2:27Speaker 7: just so want to share with you, that's all. As
- 2:31Speaker 7: always always kind of asked God to help me, you know,
- 2:35Speaker 7: And and and I had I had gotten off track
- 2:38Speaker 7: a little bit because one of the principles of success
- 2:43Speaker 7: I want to share with you all today is a
- 2:45Speaker 7: law of attraction.
- 2:47Speaker 1: And that is a very very serious principle.
- 2:50Speaker 7: It cannot be ignored the law of attraction, and I'm
- 2:55Speaker 7: not going to be able to explain it to you
- 2:58Speaker 7: as well as the book Secrets can, or as well
- 3:01Speaker 7: as some people. I can only articulate it to you
- 3:06Speaker 7: the way that I see it, And the law of
- 3:09Speaker 7: attraction is very, very real. The law of attraction is
- 3:13Speaker 7: a principle of success. It is something that everyone has
- 3:18Speaker 7: to adhere to. Now, whether you know the law of
- 3:21Speaker 7: attraction or not, it does not make it not exist
- 3:26Speaker 7: for you. This is the case where ignorance is not
- 3:31Speaker 7: the excuse. The fact that no one told it to you.
- 3:36Speaker 7: There is no pass for this one. The fact that
- 3:39Speaker 7: you never heard it before. It does not allow you
- 3:44Speaker 7: to do it any other way. So let me see
- 3:47Speaker 7: if I can put it to you best I can.
- 3:50Speaker 7: The law of attraction, the law of attraction, to put
- 3:53Speaker 7: it real, simply, is the thing that you focus on,
- 3:58Speaker 7: the thing that you t talk about, the thing that
- 4:02Speaker 7: you think of, is the thing that you.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Draw to you.
- 4:06Speaker 7: It's what you attract to you. That's basically the law
- 4:10Speaker 7: of attraction.
- 4:11Speaker 8: The thing that you talk about, the thing that you
- 4:14Speaker 8: think about, the thing that you focus on, whatever it
- 4:19Speaker 8: is that is what you attract.
- 4:23Speaker 7: The law of attraction does not differentiate from positive and negative.
- 4:31Speaker 7: It only does what it does. What I am saying
- 4:36Speaker 7: is this in the law of attraction. No matter what
- 4:41Speaker 7: you think of, no matter what occupies your time, no
- 4:46Speaker 7: matter what you say, or no matter what the focus is,
- 4:50Speaker 7: positive or negative, the law of attraction knows neither one.
- 4:53Speaker 7: It just attracts it. So let's use some examples here.
- 5:00Speaker 7: I can just best example. Always uses me that way.
- 5:03Speaker 7: I ain't got to figure out nothing. I can just
- 5:05Speaker 7: tell you my side of it. I was in a
- 5:08Speaker 7: lot of debt one time in my life. This is
- 5:12Speaker 7: before any of you knew me, so you can understand.
- 5:16Speaker 7: In case you're not thinking, I don't want you to
- 5:20Speaker 7: think that this conversation is about your income level, because
- 5:24Speaker 7: it's not. It doesn't matter what the income level you are.
- 5:26Speaker 7: The law of attraction works in all aspects money, family, relationships, job, career, love.
- 5:34Speaker 7: It just works that way. Okay, here's a deal. I
- 5:37Speaker 7: kept saying, man, this debt is killing me. I got
- 5:41Speaker 7: to get out. That's what I thought was a good goal,
- 5:46Speaker 7: to get out of debt. But what I kept saying was,
- 5:50Speaker 7: you know, I kept talking about debt, and you know
- 5:53Speaker 7: what it kept doing it kept attracting debt to me.
- 5:58Speaker 1: So guess what I could get out? That's all? Is
- 6:03Speaker 1: that crazy?
- 6:05Speaker 7: That is an amazing law to understand. What turned it
- 6:09Speaker 7: around for me was I started claiming a life of abundance. God,
- 6:17Speaker 7: I am seeking a life of abundance. I want to
- 6:21Speaker 7: have more than enough. I want to be able to
- 6:24Speaker 7: help other people. I just want to have a law
- 6:28Speaker 7: of attraction so that I be able to provide my
- 6:31Speaker 7: family the lifestyle that I want to provide them. I want,
- 6:34Speaker 7: Heavenly Father to be able to be an example of
- 6:38Speaker 7: your goodness and your grace in my life. That is
- 6:42Speaker 7: what I started saying. And guess what, that's what I
- 6:46Speaker 7: started attracting. I'm going to have a great relationship with
- 6:50Speaker 7: my children. I'm going to be the father that I
- 6:53Speaker 7: always wanted to be. I'm going to be a good father.
- 6:57Speaker 7: I'm going to be a good husband.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Now. I am going to do the right things.
- 7:03Speaker 7: I am going to be the type of example that
- 7:06Speaker 7: my sons can look no further and go.
- 7:08Speaker 1: I can be like my dad.
- 7:10Speaker 7: I want to be able to be a place, a
- 7:12Speaker 7: beacon of light and hope for my daughters to come through.
- 7:15Speaker 7: That's what I started saying, that's what I started attracting
- 7:20Speaker 7: to my life. The law of attraction does not care
- 7:25Speaker 7: if you want it to be positive or negative. The
- 7:28Speaker 7: law of attraction just attracts whatever it is. You focus on,
- 7:34Speaker 7: what you think about, the words that come out your mouth.
- 7:38Speaker 7: You cannot overlook this principle of success and expect to
- 7:43Speaker 7: make it because of the fact that you've never heard
- 7:45Speaker 7: of the law of attraction, because of the fact that
- 7:48Speaker 7: you don't know how it really operates. It does not
- 7:52Speaker 7: make it not exist in your day. You can start
- 7:56Speaker 7: today attracting the right things to you by changing what
- 8:02Speaker 7: you say, what you think, what you focus on. Change
- 8:10Speaker 7: the focus, change the thought, change the words that come
- 8:16Speaker 7: out your mouth, and guess what you change what you
- 8:20Speaker 7: attract to yourself.
- 8:22Speaker 1: You have got to ask yourself why is it? Man?
- 8:25Speaker 7: Man, let me tell you something. Somebody said the Bishop
- 8:28Speaker 7: Jakes one time. They said, man, everything you touch turns
- 8:32Speaker 7: to gold. He said, no, I just don't touch everything. Man,
- 8:39Speaker 7: is this crazy? Come on, man, he has a focus.
- 8:44Speaker 7: He has a focus. See, he ain't just everywhere. Bring
- 8:48Speaker 7: me any idea, Let me try that. No, no, no, man,
- 8:51Speaker 7: he has a focus. He has a law of attraction
- 8:55Speaker 7: that's working, where he's attracting things to his life that
- 8:59Speaker 7: that's positive that he can. That's not to say Bishop
- 9:03Speaker 7: Jakes don't have problems, because we talk often and man.
- 9:06Speaker 1: He have them. Oh please understand. And he not trying
- 9:09Speaker 1: to attract the problems.
- 9:10Speaker 7: But what he will attract is the proper solution for
- 9:14Speaker 7: the problem.
- 9:16Speaker 1: And ain't that all you need? Sometimes?
- 9:18Speaker 7: God did not say that it would be easy. He
- 9:22Speaker 7: just said he would be with you. And if God
- 9:25Speaker 7: is with you, who can be against you? God will
- 9:28Speaker 7: make your enemies your footstool. God is powerful man, His
- 9:32Speaker 7: word is true. He do what he say he gonna do. Now,
- 9:35Speaker 7: all we got to do is do some of what
- 9:38Speaker 7: we say. But we ain't gonna do everything. Just do
- 9:40Speaker 7: some of what we say. Okay, here's the deal. God
- 9:43Speaker 7: is going to do everything he say he gonna do.
- 9:46Speaker 7: You and I just got to do some of the
- 9:49Speaker 7: stuff we say we're gonna do it because.
- 9:50Speaker 1: He already know we ain't gonna do all of them.
- 9:52Speaker 1: He clear on that. He clear on that. All right,
- 9:56Speaker 1: Thank you morning, ladies. Jitment make it happen. Get your
- 10:05Speaker 1: mind right, it's.
- 10:07Speaker 9: About to be. It's I don't I mean every do
- 10:18Speaker 9: all missing?
- 10:19Speaker 1: Right ever? This se My U, the flood on by.

- 20:30Speaker 10: Thank you you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. We're gonna
- 20:34Speaker 10: get to ask the CELO Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey
- 20:38Speaker 10: in the building for your love questions. This one is
- 20:41Speaker 10: from Barbara in d C. Barbara writes, I'm a single
- 20:44Speaker 10: woman in my mid forties and I have been waiting
- 20:47Speaker 10: for my boyfriend to propose. He said he's going to
- 20:50Speaker 10: do it, and I want him to stop dragging his
- 20:53Speaker 10: feet and do it. I went in his drawer while
- 20:55Speaker 10: doing laundry and I found a ring box but no ring.
- 20:59Speaker 10: I couldn't help but ask him what happened to the ring?
- 21:02Speaker 10: Now he's upset and said, I ruined the whole thing.
- 21:05Speaker 10: How can he turn this on me when he's been
- 21:08Speaker 10: teasing me with a proposal for two years?
- 21:11Speaker 1: Because why would you go in there and say you
- 21:13Speaker 1: found the ring? Box. Why would you do that? You
- 21:15Speaker 1: didn't think it was getting close then, and now you
- 21:18Speaker 1: have ruined the whole surprise.
- 21:21Speaker 7: Oh so what's wrong with you? So you're not Yeah,
- 21:24Speaker 7: he didn't turn it on you. You created this yourself.
- 21:27Speaker 7: You went in his drawer, found the ring.
- 21:30Speaker 1: Box and then coming that ways, what's where the ring at? Damn?
- 21:34Speaker 1: You don messed up to surprise? True statement?
- 21:38Speaker 7: Sorry why are you all in his stuff?
- 21:42Speaker 10: He was doing laundry whatever.
- 21:45Speaker 7: I got all of that. But you if you found
- 21:47Speaker 7: the ring box, most women will go, oh my god,
- 21:50Speaker 7: oh red and pretty packed. And then went over there,
- 21:53Speaker 7: set down and been bubbling.
- 21:55Speaker 10: Thank you.
- 21:56Speaker 7: Now, if it took two weeks, the bubblet would have
- 21:58Speaker 7: turned into an eruption.
- 21:59Speaker 1: But what.
- 22:02Speaker 17: Waited out?
- 22:04Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, moving on size.
- 22:06Speaker 7: Could have been get some most stones put on it,
- 22:08Speaker 7: could have been doing anything anything.
- 22:11Speaker 10: Yeah, all right. So Sherry and Doraville, Georgia says, I'm
- 22:15Speaker 10: thirty seven and I'm married to a man that was
- 22:17Speaker 10: in a band for eleven years. He's thirty five now,
- 22:21Speaker 10: and he's trying to start up his band again. He's
- 22:24Speaker 10: been working on original music that he wrote in hopes
- 22:27Speaker 10: that he can get a deal with a record label.
- 22:30Speaker 10: He has a decent voice, but I wouldn't say he's
- 22:33Speaker 10: a singer. He finally let me hear what he wrote,
- 22:37Speaker 10: and it was a rap song with explicit lyrics. I
- 22:40Speaker 10: think he's a bit old for this, but I'm not
- 22:43Speaker 10: a dream killer. How do I handle this nicely?
- 22:46Speaker 1: Send a tape to me right off the back?
- 22:55Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 22:55Speaker 7: First of all, you got a band? Well, last time
- 22:58Speaker 7: a band got signed number two? He old number two.
- 23:03Speaker 7: He can't sing. It's just so much going on now
- 23:07Speaker 7: of late. You can't get record deals without being able
- 23:10Speaker 7: to sing. But you was in a band for eleven years.
- 23:13Speaker 7: Now you're gonna start it back up? I mean, man,
- 23:16Speaker 7: good luck to you. You know, I can't tell you
- 23:19Speaker 7: not to support him and all this hit. It could hit.
- 23:21Speaker 7: It's unlikely, but it could. But if it's in it's
- 23:25Speaker 7: hard to do it. He gonna do it. I ain't
- 23:27Speaker 7: no really no dream killer, but please send me that tape.
- 23:30Speaker 7: I can care if you can use to pursue this
- 23:32Speaker 7: any further?
- 23:34Speaker 10: So should How should she handle it nicely?
- 23:37Speaker 1: Just sending the tape? Has anybody heard this other than me? Baby? Anybody?
- 23:44Speaker 1: Steve gonna be the Verry Gordy, what do your brother think?
- 23:49Speaker 10: What does your brother think?
- 23:51Speaker 7: Cause your brother tell you the truth most if you
- 23:54Speaker 7: if you want to find out what your idea sounded like,
- 23:57Speaker 7: you tell your brother.
- 24:00Speaker 10: He keeps it one hundred your brother.
- 24:02Speaker 1: Yeah, all right.
- 24:05Speaker 10: Benita in Detroit says, five years ago, my husband found
- 24:08Speaker 10: out he has an outside child. His child is ten
- 24:11Speaker 10: years old now, and my husband is doing all he
- 24:14Speaker 10: can to make up for lost time. His son is
- 24:17Speaker 10: very shy and has trouble making friends. So I arranged
- 24:21Speaker 10: a small get together at our house and told him
- 24:24Speaker 10: to invite a few friends. No one showed up, and
- 24:28Speaker 10: he was very sad. My husband blames me for doing
- 24:31Speaker 10: too much and making it worse. How do I get
- 24:34Speaker 10: him to see I was trying to help.
- 24:38Speaker 1: You were trying to help.
- 24:39Speaker 7: Yeah, can't help because you little boy and none. He
- 24:46Speaker 7: ain't got no social skill. You have seen this before. Hell,
- 24:51Speaker 7: I been to a little boy up at the school
- 24:53Speaker 7: without no friend.
- 24:54Speaker 1: I know what it is that I studied.
- 24:58Speaker 7: Yeah, big nol you know you got them them type
- 25:03Speaker 7: of credentials and you study.
- 25:05Speaker 1: You could have had no friend. But the only thing
- 25:09Speaker 1: saved me, my ass.
- 25:10Speaker 11: You.
- 25:10Speaker 1: I could play everything that's the only thing saved me.
- 25:13Speaker 7: And I ain't got to be a better study and
- 25:14Speaker 7: don't work on basketball court, so because all I got
- 25:18Speaker 7: to do is just grunt and make sounds anyway the
- 25:21Speaker 7: ball be on the way. They know I'm trying to
- 25:23Speaker 7: say fast what I was trying to Well, hell no
- 25:27Speaker 7: not when I studied you so.
- 25:33Speaker 1: You you you so. They have called me about four
- 25:38Speaker 1: five names by the time I.
- 25:39Speaker 10: Got it out. But what about her husband? Though Steve
- 25:42Speaker 10: thinks she's making it worse, she.
- 25:45Speaker 7: Tried to help. It's what she did. I know, I
- 25:49Speaker 7: know y'all trying to find a way to help them work.
- 25:51Speaker 7: They had a little something at the house. Invite your friend,
- 25:53Speaker 7: everybody coming over in tux They might no, might come
- 25:56Speaker 7: over the house people they don't like.
- 25:59Speaker 10: Yeah, so maybe she can try other ways.
- 26:03Speaker 7: Yeah, you got to take him to people house, take
- 26:06Speaker 7: him to a place, let him show him my other
- 26:08Speaker 7: kids in the hat.
- 26:10Speaker 10: But you you're not mad at her husband for doing
- 26:12Speaker 10: what he did.
- 26:13Speaker 1: Same, Yeah, he's stupid, That's what I'm saying. He wronged
- 26:16Speaker 1: for that.
- 26:18Speaker 7: All she was doing was trying to help. Just say, look,
- 26:20Speaker 7: I was just trying to help. But I'll tell you
- 26:22Speaker 7: what I know you're trying to have a relationship. I'll
- 26:25Speaker 7: stay back if you need me. Let me know he
- 26:27Speaker 7: gonna need you because he ain't gonna know what to do. Yeah, yeah,
- 26:31Speaker 7: all right, but you're trying to turn this little go
- 26:33Speaker 7: into a social butterfly.
- 26:34Speaker 1: That ain't gonna happen.
- 26:38Speaker 10: All right, Moving on, Tara and Indiana says, I got
- 26:41Speaker 10: married and my husband has issues with wearing my clothes.
- 26:47Speaker 10: I thought the woman was supposed to wear the man's clothes,
- 26:50Speaker 10: but he wears my house slippers, my robe, and my
- 26:53Speaker 10: t shirt. Yes, he has a small frame, but he's tall,
- 26:57Speaker 10: so he's able to wear my stuff.
- 27:00Speaker 1: He said.
- 27:01Speaker 10: The idea of wearing my clothes is a turn on
- 27:03Speaker 10: for him. I want him to stay out of my closet,
- 27:07Speaker 10: and how can I keep him out of my things
- 27:09Speaker 10: so our marriage will survive?
- 27:12Speaker 1: Enough?
- 27:13Speaker 7: Well, lady, okay, well, I try to be careful, but live.
- 27:16Speaker 7: Just tell you I'm not gonna be able to help
- 27:19Speaker 7: because I've never been in my wife's closet trying no clothes.
- 27:24Speaker 7: And the main reason I know you say he's small
- 27:26Speaker 7: frame of how small is he? Well, you know it's
- 27:31Speaker 7: is this really your man? Or is this just your baby,
- 27:35Speaker 7: because see something going on right here because I can't
- 27:37Speaker 7: wear neck margin not a damn thing.
- 27:40Speaker 1: And the day that me and Margie's.
- 27:43Speaker 7: Wearing the same side, that's probably the end I married.
- 27:49Speaker 7: I'm not saying she can't get bigger because she can't.
- 27:52Speaker 1: She can't get this damn bag. She can't be me.
- 27:58Speaker 1: That's not fitting.
- 28:00Speaker 7: What you're not finn to do is something I'm trying
- 28:03Speaker 7: to slip her blouse over my head and that's around
- 28:05Speaker 7: my neck, looked like a choker.
- 28:07Speaker 1: It just it just ain't no way. It just ain't
- 28:11Speaker 1: no way.
- 28:12Speaker 7: I wish I would put on a pair of her
- 28:14Speaker 7: pant it slide them pants up on me, look like
- 28:16Speaker 7: I got on a band aid because she some pants
- 28:21Speaker 7: up and my wife had on't looking like a little
- 28:23Speaker 7: band aid over here.
- 28:23Speaker 1: Man, I can I can't help you. Well it is
- 28:26Speaker 1: when you write to see l O, I don't know.
- 28:29Speaker 10: All right, thank you, c l O. We gotta go.
- 28:33Speaker 10: You're listening morning show. Well, Americans may not take all
- 28:40Speaker 10: their vacation days. Everybody on this show can kind agree
- 28:44Speaker 10: to that, except for one person, say I'm not talking
- 28:49Speaker 10: about you this time.
- 28:50Speaker 19: Okay, Oh no, he ain't one take summer.
- 28:55Speaker 5: Yeah, you ain't doing nothing with your little rock dad.
- 29:00Speaker 7: Let me have that a week or whatever, vacation days,
- 29:03Speaker 7: sick days.
- 29:04Speaker 1: Whatever he could take off. He does it is he
- 29:07Speaker 1: sick on the sick days.
- 29:08Speaker 10: Uh huh know.
- 29:09Speaker 1: This golf week? Yeah, are to me.
- 29:12Speaker 10: No, we're talking about you. Americans may not take all
- 29:16Speaker 10: their vacation days, but that does not mean that we
- 29:19Speaker 10: don't spend a lot of time thinking about those vacation days.
- 29:23Speaker 10: New research revealed that Americans spend about two hundred and
- 29:26Speaker 10: eighty four days of their life dreaming about being on vacation.
- 29:31Speaker 10: And we spend more than that's a lot of time.
- 29:33Speaker 10: Then we spend more than one hundred and thirteen hours
- 29:36Speaker 10: every year thinking about being on a beach somewhere. And
- 29:40Speaker 10: your vacation picks on social media. People don't like those.
- 29:44Speaker 10: They do not stop the base up. Yes, yes, yes,
- 29:48Speaker 10: they make people jealous. They bring out there on food.
- 29:54Speaker 10: The study found that every day the average person sees
- 29:57Speaker 10: vacation pictures on social media. That makes them Okay, that's
- 30:01Speaker 10: probably why thirty yeah.
- 30:04Speaker 1: I know, nobody cares.
- 30:08Speaker 10: That's probably why thirty six percent of Americans admit they
- 30:11Speaker 10: put those vacation picks on social media to show people
- 30:14Speaker 10: just how great their lives are. So, Steve, you and
- 30:18Speaker 10: your wife Marjorie take wonderful vacation. And we know you
- 30:22Speaker 10: guys ball till you fall when you go on vacation.
- 30:25Speaker 10: But what we want to know is how do you
- 30:26Speaker 10: vacation on a budget? Before you got to where you
- 30:29Speaker 10: are now, how did you?
- 30:30Speaker 3: Well?
- 30:30Speaker 1: I just need to know you know how much we're
- 30:32Speaker 1: talking about?
- 30:33Speaker 7: If you tell me what the budget is, Okay, there
- 30:37Speaker 7: are things I can recommend.
- 30:39Speaker 1: Let's do two thousand dollars. Okay, two thousand dollars for.
- 30:42Speaker 10: A family of four. Four okay, xactly, chuck E cheese.
- 30:54Speaker 7: Yeah, well, we ain't going nowhere.
- 30:57Speaker 10: What are you someunding like that?
- 30:59Speaker 7: Okay, all right here, let me change that. Yeah, we're
- 31:02Speaker 7: gonna have to drive somewhere. We have to make the
- 31:05Speaker 7: gas budget be the how much okay, let me askow
- 31:09Speaker 7: how much it costs fill.
- 31:10Speaker 1: Up for the average tank right now?
- 31:14Speaker 7: Okay, so we need we need to stay one gas
- 31:18Speaker 7: tank going and one gas tank coming. We're talking about
- 31:22Speaker 7: one hundred and twenty dollars out the budget. You know, man,
- 31:25Speaker 7: we gotta stay within one tank. So we're talking about
- 31:29Speaker 7: it's got to be within three hundred miles. Now, if
- 31:33Speaker 7: we're gonna stay overnight, we gotta get an economically feasible accommodation. Okay,
- 31:42Speaker 7: these are stuff like comfort In sweets Now, reason you
- 31:46Speaker 7: I would recommend comfort In because they had a free breakfast.
- 31:50Speaker 7: See that saved money, now you know, and they got
- 31:52Speaker 7: free Wi Fi. So you gotta gotta take this consideration.
- 31:56Speaker 7: And if you stay at comfanty In, you get points.
- 31:58Speaker 7: I'm just working with this. Two So everybody room at
- 32:01Speaker 7: fifty dollars a night? Would you say that's fast sixty?
- 32:04Speaker 7: So you need just two rooms, one for the kid,
- 32:07Speaker 7: you and the wife and one for the kids with
- 32:09Speaker 7: a connected dough and lead a damn dough.
- 32:12Speaker 1: Yeah, like yeah, so they donna burn that damn hotel down,
- 32:16Speaker 1: and then you got other issues.
- 32:19Speaker 7: So we got two rooms at let's say seventy dollars
- 32:22Speaker 7: five dollars a night. That's one hundred and fifty two nights.
- 32:25Speaker 7: Were looking at three hundred dollars in room.
- 32:28Speaker 1: How many nights we're gonna do three nights homes?
- 32:30Speaker 7: Well, I'm trying to I'm trying to get it together. First,
- 32:33Speaker 7: we got to stay somewhere. We're gonna do three fifty
- 32:35Speaker 7: four rooms, and we got one hundred and twenty on gas,
- 32:38Speaker 7: about five fifty four fifty something like that. Hey, all
- 32:43Speaker 7: right now we got let's just say we got fifteen
- 32:46Speaker 7: hundred left.
- 32:47Speaker 1: Okay, oh okay, that's.
- 32:49Speaker 10: A nice amount of money.
- 32:50Speaker 20: Did we eat damn thing we ain't?
- 32:54Speaker 1: We should make some sandwiches.
- 32:56Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, a pack of cooler full of sandwiches because
- 33:00Speaker 7: you're driving. But make sandwiches that stick, peanut butter and jelly.
- 33:05Speaker 7: Saint gonna been a whole lot of ham now, peanut
- 33:10Speaker 7: butter and jelly sandwiches, tomentos, bread and sandwiches.
- 33:15Speaker 1: You about to give damn what you don't want? Just
- 33:17Speaker 1: all we got. You want vacation, Eat.
- 33:21Speaker 7: Pork skins and water. You gotta get something in you
- 33:28Speaker 7: that swim punk skins and water. I'm familiar with all this.
- 33:34Speaker 1: This what we we got our blood breast.
- 33:37Speaker 7: We take bagging and porch skins and drink a bottle
- 33:39Speaker 7: of water.
- 33:40Speaker 1: You ain't gonna know your hun damn not.
- 33:45Speaker 7: But at least they quit crying out all right now
- 33:50Speaker 7: when it got us a little something to eat.
- 33:54Speaker 21: Bread and.
- 33:56Speaker 1: The kids are stopped up on the way. Yeah, we
- 34:03Speaker 1: gotta have some activities.
- 34:04Speaker 7: Now we go on to six Flags where the day
- 34:08Speaker 7: passed for everybody, or were going to the zoo where
- 34:12Speaker 7: you can really entertain kids and keep it on the budget.
- 34:17Speaker 7: All were going to a state park, pull up at
- 34:23Speaker 7: it where we can barbecue out there and then let
- 34:25Speaker 7: the kids run till they drop in open.
- 34:28Speaker 1: Fields and you gotta put your grill.
- 34:32Speaker 7: What you only gonna stay there and watch well on
- 34:34Speaker 7: the other side away from the car.
- 34:36Speaker 1: Then you run your kids.
- 34:38Speaker 7: To the car to get stuff that helps zap the
- 34:42Speaker 7: energy out of their hands and give them something to do.
- 34:45Speaker 7: You can see the car from your barbecue grill, but
- 34:48Speaker 7: its way across the field.
- 34:50Speaker 1: Sits back and forth across that field.
- 34:52Speaker 7: About six trips, and every time you send them say, heir, dog,
- 35:00Speaker 7: I know how you.
- 35:04Speaker 1: Think you're having fun because you're running in that steel.
- 35:08Speaker 7: That third trip back, they asked you walking, I say.
- 35:15Speaker 1: Walking to me responsibility. See we gotta go.
- 35:22Speaker 10: You're listening morning show, all right, so it's time for
- 35:27Speaker 10: would you rather guys? And uh so Junior understand you
- 35:30Speaker 10: guys wanted to switch it up and ask Karl and

- 35:34Speaker 1: Yeah, because you'll always laughing at us.
- 35:35Speaker 14: Let's just see, how.
- 35:36Speaker 1: Y'all because you guys are comedian not forget that. Here
- 35:40Speaker 1: go one right now?
- 35:41Speaker 20: Uh huh be drop dead gorgeous and clueless. Are kind

- 35:58Speaker 1: hold on, you're gonna you gotta go with this for

- 53:38Speaker 1: We gotta fight here. It is strawberry letter.
- 53:40Speaker 10: All right, Nevi you thank you. Subject my ex paid
- 53:43Speaker 10: for my grandma's funeral. Here Stephen Shirley, I am engaged
- 53:47Speaker 10: to a man that I work with. We both teach
- 53:49Speaker 10: elementary school, and when he transferred to my school, it
- 53:52Speaker 10: was love at first sight for me. At the time,
- 53:55Speaker 10: I had only been divorced a few months and my
- 53:57Speaker 10: ex husband was still pursuing me and trying to work
- 54:00Speaker 10: things out. He cheated on me more than a few times,
- 54:05Speaker 10: and when we were married, so I divorced him. He
- 54:08Speaker 10: didn't contest anything and I got whatever I asked for
- 54:11Speaker 10: because he is still in love with me. I have
- 54:14Speaker 10: our family home sitting on three acres, and he let
- 54:17Speaker 10: me have both our dogs. I lost respect for him
- 54:20Speaker 10: every time I heard a rumor of him cheating, and
- 54:23Speaker 10: I'm much happier divorced. Now. Fast forward to when I
- 54:26Speaker 10: met my fiance and we became inseparable in no time.
- 54:30Speaker 10: My ex husband was overbearing and used his money to
- 54:33Speaker 10: try to lure me back in. He bought me a
- 54:36Speaker 10: range Rover last year for my birthday, and I could
- 54:38Speaker 10: not tell my fiance this, so the car is still
- 54:41Speaker 10: at my ex's house. When we first got engaged, I
- 54:45Speaker 10: was honest with my fiance about my ex's extravagant gifts
- 54:48Speaker 10: so he wouldn't find out later and be upset. He
- 54:51Speaker 10: told me that I do not set boundaries with my
- 54:53Speaker 10: ex because I liked the attention. I told him I
- 54:57Speaker 10: would do better then. My grad I died. She and
- 55:01Speaker 10: my ex husband were very close, so I knew he'd
- 55:04Speaker 10: be at the funeral. My fiance and my fiance and
- 55:07Speaker 10: I went to her funeral, and as soon as a
- 55:09Speaker 10: service came to an end, my grandfather stood up and
- 55:12Speaker 10: thanked my ex husband for paying for everything. My fiance
- 55:16Speaker 10: was furious, so we skipped the repast. I tried to
- 55:20Speaker 10: control the situation by calling my ex and telling him
- 55:23Speaker 10: to stop coming around my family. My fiance told me
- 55:26Speaker 10: that we're going to pay my ex husband back for
- 55:29Speaker 10: the funeral. Is my fiance crazy? Why does it matter
- 55:32Speaker 10: who paid for it. Well, you know what, I kind
- 55:35Speaker 10: of think this is a problem that doesn't have to be.
- 55:38Speaker 10: I mean, you have two men who are fighting over
- 55:40Speaker 10: you and fighting for your attention. Really, but your ex
- 55:44Speaker 10: if you're divorced, I mean, he needs to let go.
- 55:47Speaker 10: If he was married to you and had you and
- 55:50Speaker 10: then he started cheating, you know, that's on him. You
- 55:53Speaker 10: clearly have moved on and he should too. It's too
- 55:56Speaker 10: late for him now. When he was married to you,
- 55:58Speaker 10: Like I said, he blew it. He lost in this situation,
- 56:02Speaker 10: he's not dealing with reality. He's in denial. I think
- 56:04Speaker 10: right now he created this problem. I do think your
- 56:08Speaker 10: fiance was out of line making you miss your grandmother's repast.
- 56:12Speaker 10: He was in his feelings looking at this situation to me,
- 56:16Speaker 10: all the way wrong. I'm with you on this one.
- 56:18Speaker 10: What difference does it make who pays for the funeral?
- 56:21Speaker 10: You can't control what your ex does. And you said
- 56:24Speaker 10: that he and your grandmother were very close and apparently
- 56:27Speaker 10: your grandfather appreciated it. I think it's stupid to spend
- 56:31Speaker 10: money to pay your ex back. That's just stupid to me.
- 56:34Speaker 10: Your fiance shouldn't be trying to prove anything not to you,
- 56:37Speaker 10: not to him. He's saying he's going to pay your
- 56:40Speaker 10: ex back. I think that's just his ego getting in
- 56:43Speaker 10: a way. Funerals are not cheap, okay, so you know
- 56:47Speaker 10: you could spend that money on something else. He doesn't
- 56:50Speaker 10: have to flex your new fiance. He's already got the
- 56:53Speaker 10: prize and the prizes you as far as the cargoes.
- 56:56Speaker 10: Just let us stay where it is and your ex's garage,
- 56:59Speaker 10: and I say, go, want to live your life with
- 57:01Speaker 10: your fiance and don't let your ex get in the
- 57:04Speaker 10: way of your happiness.
- 57:05Speaker 1: Steve, surely, Yes, it's a man problem right here.
- 57:10Speaker 10: Go I know, I know, don't worry about it.
- 57:13Speaker 1: It's a lot of man law in here.
- 57:15Speaker 7: There's a lot of codes in here, a lot of
- 57:19Speaker 7: egos in here, a lot of flexing in here.
- 57:23Speaker 1: There's some power struggle in here, and.
- 57:27Speaker 7: It's some ud trying to stand up and do some pushback.
- 57:33Speaker 7: It's all of this. But all this is man problem
- 57:35Speaker 7: because the woman in this letter is one hundred percent
- 57:38Speaker 7: correct and perfect. I see no flaw in this woman
- 57:41Speaker 7: right here. I really don't.
- 57:42Speaker 1: I'm engaged to a man that I work with.
- 57:44Speaker 7: We both teach elementary school, and when he transferred to
- 57:47Speaker 7: my school and was loved at first sight for me.
- 57:50Speaker 1: At the time, I had only been divorced a few months.
- 57:52Speaker 7: What happens is when people get divorced, they don't know
- 57:55Speaker 7: where love gonna come along.
- 57:56Speaker 1: So anybody walk through the door, it looked like Lord
- 57:58Speaker 1: right away. This happens. He cheated on me.
- 58:04Speaker 7: Excuse me, you only been divorced a few months and
- 58:07Speaker 7: the ex husband was still pursuing me. This is important
- 58:10Speaker 7: information trying to work things out. He cheated on me
- 58:14Speaker 7: more than a few times when we were married, so
- 58:17Speaker 7: I divorced him. He didn't contest anything, and I got
- 58:21Speaker 7: whatever I asked for because he's still in love with me.
- 58:26Speaker 1: This is a love story gone bad, y'all. This is
- 58:29Speaker 1: a man.
- 58:31Speaker 7: Who has lost the best thing ever happened to him,
- 58:35Speaker 7: and he wanted back.
- 58:37Speaker 1: I ain't mad at him.
- 58:39Speaker 7: Now we have a problem because he gave you your
- 58:42Speaker 7: family home sitting on three acres, and he let me
- 58:46Speaker 7: have both our dogs. I lost respect for him every
- 58:49Speaker 7: time I heard the room of him cheating, and I'm
- 58:52Speaker 7: much happier divorced. Well, you sound like it, and you
- 58:56Speaker 7: need to keep that in mind. Fast forward through when
- 58:59Speaker 7: I met my fiance, say, we became in separate bowl
- 59:02Speaker 7: in no time.
- 59:03Speaker 3: Now.
- 59:03Speaker 7: My ex husband was overbearing and used his money to
- 59:06Speaker 7: try to lure me back.
- 59:07Speaker 1: In that that's what's fault. Uh Uh, that's what that's
- 59:13Speaker 1: what Men become powerful to use the power. What good power?
- 59:17Speaker 1: If you don't wield it, you gotta wield it.
- 59:22Speaker 7: She brought me a Range Rover last year for my birthday,
- 59:25Speaker 7: and I could not tell my fiance this, So the
- 59:28Speaker 7: car is still at my ex his house. You a
- 59:30Speaker 7: good woman. You are a good woman. I told you,
- 59:34Speaker 7: I can't find no fault in this lady. Right here,
- 59:36Speaker 7: you left that range row He ain't many women gonna
- 59:39Speaker 7: leave that Range Rover in that driveway, got that right,
- 59:41Speaker 7: But you did it to keep the peace, and I
- 59:45Speaker 7: admire you.
- 59:46Speaker 10: All right, we'll have part two of your response coming
- 59:48Speaker 10: up at twenty three minutes after the our subject of
- 59:51Speaker 10: today's Strawberry letter my ex paid for my grandma's funeral.
- 59:54Speaker 10: We'll get back into it right after this. You're listening
- 59:58Speaker 10: hard Morning Show, all right, Come on, Steve, let's recap
- 1:00:01Speaker 10: today's Strawberry letter. The subject my ex paid for my
- 1:00:04Speaker 10: grandma's funeral.
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: We ain't got to that part yet. But we're dealing
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: with some man stuff here.
- 1:00:09Speaker 7: This is man, law man, cold man, flexing, power, struggles,
- 1:00:13Speaker 7: all this here, self esteem, This is all this in
- 1:00:17Speaker 7: this letter. Now, Shirley couldn't tell you that because she
- 1:00:19Speaker 7: don't know all these man ruders. And what Shirley said
- 1:00:22Speaker 7: was fine. But Shirley, like this woman in this letter.
- 1:00:24Speaker 7: I can't find no flaw with this woman in this
- 1:00:26Speaker 7: left because this woman is absolutely doing the right thing.
- 1:00:31Speaker 7: She's been divorced, husband cheated on him, he ruined it.
- 1:00:35Speaker 7: She's happy of being divorced without him. She met a
- 1:00:39Speaker 7: new man at a job. They both elementary school teachers.
- 1:00:42Speaker 7: This is gonna go come into play.
- 1:00:45Speaker 20: Uh.
- 1:00:46Speaker 7: He's told the ex about he's told the fiance about
- 1:00:49Speaker 7: the x and extravagant gifts. During the divorce, the man
- 1:00:53Speaker 7: gave her everything, the house on three acres, both the dogs,
- 1:00:57Speaker 7: everything because he still.
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: Loved the woman and he messed up. He trying to
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: get her back.
- 1:01:02Speaker 7: She says her ex husband was overbearing and he used
- 1:01:05Speaker 7: his money to try to lure me back in, as
- 1:01:09Speaker 7: he should, because that's what it is for me. What
- 1:01:14Speaker 7: is power unless you wielded? I ain't mad at the husband.
- 1:01:19Speaker 7: The ex husband, so he bought your arrange over last
- 1:01:22Speaker 7: year from a birthday and you couldn't tell your fiance this.
- 1:01:25Speaker 7: So the car is still at my ex's house. You're
- 1:01:28Speaker 7: a smart lady. You're a smart lady. When we first
- 1:01:32Speaker 7: got engaged at here is a part. I was honest
- 1:01:35Speaker 7: with my fiancee, who is the school teacher, about my
- 1:01:40Speaker 7: ex husband's extravagant gifts, so he wouldn't find out later
- 1:01:45Speaker 7: and be upset. He told me that I do not
- 1:01:49Speaker 7: sound set boundaries with my ex because I like the attention.
- 1:01:54Speaker 7: I told him I do better. Well, it's you know,
- 1:01:59Speaker 7: it's amazing people say that you should set boundaries with
- 1:02:02Speaker 7: another person. You really can't make another person do nothing.
- 1:02:06Speaker 7: If you could make him do right, he wouldn't. You
- 1:02:08Speaker 7: wouldn't have let it. He wouldn't have been cheating on
- 1:02:10Speaker 7: you in the first place. You can't make people do stuff.
- 1:02:14Speaker 7: And it's a little bit unfair of mister school teacher
- 1:02:17Speaker 7: sir that you talking about You don't set no boundaries.
- 1:02:20Speaker 7: She got boundaries, she don't take the gifts, but she
- 1:02:23Speaker 7: can't stop everything because.
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: He flexing on you. Dog.
- 1:02:26Speaker 7: You know what this is now, then my grandma died.
- 1:02:30Speaker 7: She and my ex husband were very close, so I
- 1:02:33Speaker 7: knew he'd be at the funeral. My fiance, FIANCEA and
- 1:02:36Speaker 7: I went to her funeral, and as soon as the
- 1:02:38Speaker 7: service came to an end, my grandfather stood up and
- 1:02:41Speaker 7: thanked my ex husband for paying for everything.
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: Okay, that's honorable.
- 1:02:50Speaker 7: He thanked another man for stepping up burying his wife,
- 1:02:54Speaker 7: because that's what me and doke I think. It was
- 1:02:57Speaker 7: really admirable of your ex husband. But he's always showing
- 1:03:02Speaker 7: that he's there. But he paid for that funeral, so
- 1:03:04Speaker 7: you could see he paid for the funeral because he
- 1:03:07Speaker 7: tried to get you back, so he does.
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: Now you don't want the range roller.
- 1:03:11Speaker 7: I'm gonna pay for your dear grandmother's shooting everything. The
- 1:03:15Speaker 7: grandfather he don't know what's going on behind the story
- 1:03:18Speaker 7: with y'all, so he stands up and he thinks the
- 1:03:21Speaker 7: man at the funeral because he going wild.
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: This boy didn't have to do this.
- 1:03:26Speaker 3: Now.
- 1:03:27Speaker 7: He ain't even gave my granddaughter no more, and that's true.
- 1:03:30Speaker 7: My fiance was furious, so we skipped the repass. He
- 1:03:35Speaker 7: probably won't go over there because that repass. I promise
- 1:03:37Speaker 7: that repast was nice because he paid for the funeral.
- 1:03:41Speaker 7: Oh they got steak and locked over there. They got
- 1:03:43Speaker 7: a chef at the repass. Oh it's finna be balled, love,
- 1:03:47Speaker 7: He finish set the repass out. The repass gonna look
- 1:03:51Speaker 7: like a damn wagon reception. And your boyfriend knew we
- 1:03:57Speaker 7: cannot go to this repass because he done clowned over
- 1:04:01Speaker 7: there too. I be damn who got this big ass
- 1:04:04Speaker 7: cake up in here at this repay? Who in the
- 1:04:10Speaker 7: hell got a chocolate fountain at the repay? Her ex
- 1:04:17Speaker 7: hus her ex husband flex it. Now we got an
- 1:04:22Speaker 7: ego problem because he then told you you don't say boundary.
- 1:04:26Speaker 7: He thene told you he ain't going to the repass.
- 1:04:29Speaker 7: Then you, being a decent lady, you try to control
- 1:04:31Speaker 7: the situation by calling your ex and telling him to
- 1:04:34Speaker 7: stop coming around your family. You've done everything you can,
- 1:04:36Speaker 7: but you ain't gonna stop this grown man because he
- 1:04:39Speaker 7: trying to get you back. My fiance told me that
- 1:04:42Speaker 7: we are going to pay my ex husband back for
- 1:04:44Speaker 7: the funeral?
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: Is my fiance crazy? What doesn't matter who paid for it?
- 1:04:48Speaker 7: It really shouldn't matter who paid for it, But see
- 1:04:51Speaker 7: he got your ex making him look bad as all
- 1:04:55Speaker 7: he thinking because he a school teacher.
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: He couldn't come up with the money for the funeral.
- 1:05:01Speaker 7: Because school teachers are the most underserved, underpaid people in
- 1:05:05Speaker 7: our community.
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: And a great man is he, I bet you he is.
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: But that school teacher.
- 1:05:12Speaker 7: Saturday got some things going on that's limiting him to flex.
- 1:05:16Speaker 7: It ain't no range rovers, range rover and a funeral
- 1:05:21Speaker 7: now unless we're gonna put grandma in the back of
- 1:05:23Speaker 7: the range rover. We got some double some of this up.
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: You know what, You stop the school teacher. Now, we
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: don't have to put grandmama in the range that's gonna
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: be where the funeral at. In the back of the
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: range rover.
- 1:05:40Speaker 7: That's gonna be have to doublop as a casket and
- 1:05:43Speaker 7: we're gonna have to drive off into just into the ocean,
- 1:05:46Speaker 7: and just your mama have an ass c burrier.
- 1:05:49Speaker 10: Okay, that's really what you wanted to say.
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: That's exactly what I wanted to say.
- 1:05:56Speaker 7: Really, because there's nothing this school teacher can do with
- 1:06:00Speaker 7: this man's money.
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: He gonna have to grow up and get past it.
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: And no, he pay the forward to pay this back.
- 1:06:06Speaker 7: If you pay this back, y'all, ain't gonna be able
- 1:06:08Speaker 7: to get that house or nothing else y'all want.
- 1:06:10Speaker 10: All right, thank you, Steve. Post your comments on today's

- 1:06:56Speaker 10: He wait, wait, wait, wait here, Steve, did you want
- 1:06:59Speaker 10: to say something you want to introduce Junior? Did you
- 1:07:01Speaker 10: want to because it's been a minute him a beautiful poem.
- 1:07:05Speaker 7: Oh ladies and gentlemen, without further aduke, here is a
- 1:07:11Speaker 7: man that you've known and loved that could all change
- 1:07:18Speaker 7: ladies and gentlemen, coming to you in his usual way.
- 1:07:23Speaker 7: We are lovingly calling him jay Rap.
- 1:07:27Speaker 3: Ladies.
- 1:07:28Speaker 7: J Rap is an acronym juniors raggedy ass.
- 1:07:33Speaker 20: Poem thank you surgery rap, got it? Chaid I get
- 1:07:39Speaker 20: a plate is the title of this poem because the
- 1:07:42Speaker 20: fourth and here it is.
- 1:07:45Speaker 10: Here it Uncle Steve?
- 1:07:47Speaker 20: Can I come over and fix me a plate? I
- 1:07:50Speaker 20: wrote a poem to ask so you won't say no.
- 1:07:53Speaker 20: And I didn't just want to pop up at your
- 1:07:55Speaker 20: doe because you.
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: Got secured and everything.
- 1:07:58Speaker 20: I can bring my own container and aluminum fall. I
- 1:08:01Speaker 20: can't stay too long because I don't want my potato
- 1:08:04Speaker 20: selling to spoil. Look, I would like to have some steak,
- 1:08:08Speaker 20: ribs and chicken. You know you real rich, so I
- 1:08:11Speaker 20: know all your food gonna be finger licking. Can't ask
- 1:08:14Speaker 20: time he a caller because they live too far away,
- 1:08:17Speaker 20: and you already know Shirley ain't making a damn thing
- 1:08:20Speaker 20: that day. So I'm asking for a plate from my boss,
- 1:08:23Speaker 20: mentor and friend, Uncle Steve. Can I please come get
- 1:08:26Speaker 20: some barbecue?
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: D n?

- 1:14:14Speaker 10: eight thousand adults over six years found a correlation between
- 1:14:18Speaker 10: bedtime and heart disease. The data is showing that those
- 1:14:22Speaker 10: who went to sleep after eleven pm had a twenty
- 1:14:26Speaker 10: five percent higher risk of cardio cardiovascular disease, and those
- 1:14:31Speaker 10: who dozed off before ten pm were at a twenty
- 1:14:35Speaker 10: four percent higher risk. That led researchers to conclude that
- 1:14:40Speaker 10: the ideal bedtime is between ten and eleven pm. The
- 1:14:44Speaker 10: study also found that the risk is higher for women
- 1:14:47Speaker 10: after eleven pm and higher for men before ten pm. Ooh, yeah,

- 1:17:03Speaker 10: could be chef boy.
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: I I got news for you you.
- 1:17:07Speaker 7: Neither one of them is possible or likely. And we've
- 1:17:12Speaker 7: had both and they're the exact same. Hit It, Charlie
- 1:17:17Speaker 7: hit It.
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: Yeah, it's not gonna happen. You know what I'm saying. Yeah,
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: it's not gonna happen. You think you've got to taste
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: that steak in that crock pop.
- 1:17:39Speaker 10: He's almost divorced over that.
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: All right here? You gonna call him?

- 1:18:40Speaker 1: You just laughing.
- 1:18:45Speaker 10: In the world anyway. All right, tomorrow we're going back
- 1:18:50Speaker 10: to our regularly schedule programming.
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: I'm giving up that, bro. I get something that scared.
- 1:18:58Speaker 10: All right, coming up next, we'll close out the show
- 1:19:00Speaker 10: and get some closing remarks at forty nine minutes after
- 1:19:03Speaker 10: from one and only Steve Harvey. Right after this, you're
- 1:19:07Speaker 10: listening Harvey Morning Show. All right, guys, here we are
- 1:19:11Speaker 10: our last break of the day on this Monday. It's
- 1:19:14Speaker 10: been a good day, so his deal.
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: Guys.
- 1:19:19Speaker 7: My closing remarks are in light of encouragement. You know,
- 1:19:23Speaker 7: I just I can't tell you all how important it
- 1:19:26Speaker 7: is to never give up. I can't tell you how
- 1:19:29Speaker 7: important it is to put forth Max's effort, the importance
- 1:19:33Speaker 7: of starting, for not being.
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: Procrastinator.
- 1:19:43Speaker 7: It's just so important that you give it you'all all
- 1:19:48Speaker 7: every day you wake up. That's what I'm trying to
- 1:19:53Speaker 7: get people to understand. To give it your all every
- 1:19:57Speaker 7: day you wake up. Waking up is a gift. You
- 1:20:01Speaker 7: can do something with that gift. You can take every
- 1:20:06Speaker 7: day to move closer to a gold ambition or a dream.
- 1:20:09Speaker 7: You can take every day to better yourself. You can
- 1:20:13Speaker 7: use the time and each day to better your situation
- 1:20:17Speaker 7: instead of taking a negative approach or I don't know
- 1:20:19Speaker 7: what's gonna happen. I want you got to do something.
- 1:20:23Speaker 7: You know people talk about a lot of losses.
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: I've had in my life and career. You know people,
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: you know, trolls is out there. Oh, I can't.
- 1:20:31Speaker 7: Oh, he got discounsel. All this happened to him. I
- 1:20:34Speaker 7: can't believe he gave that crown to the wrong one.
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: He said this.
- 1:20:39Speaker 7: I can't believe he went up there and saw so
- 1:20:41Speaker 7: and so he do this, he do that. I've heard
- 1:20:44Speaker 7: that my entire career, and I have learned. The older
- 1:20:50Speaker 7: I get, I've learned some things.
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: And you know what I've learned, y'all. I would rather
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: fight and lose than to just give up. I would
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: rather try and fail at something than to quit. I
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: would rather lose and not win than to never have
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: played the game. And I don't. And for all the
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: haters out there, I don't care. You're not even in
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: the arena.
- 1:21:30Speaker 7: You're not even actually involved. You're a bystander. And you
- 1:21:36Speaker 7: know what that simply breaks down to your standing by
- 1:21:41Speaker 7: and ain't neither one of them productive? You standing, you
- 1:21:45Speaker 7: ain't moving? You buy that mean you're on the sideline.
- 1:21:52Speaker 7: I would rather fight and lose than to quit. I
- 1:21:56Speaker 7: would rather try and fail than to give up. I
- 1:21:59Speaker 7: would rather lose and not win than to never have
- 1:22:03Speaker 7: played the game. Do you understand something, Man, You wake
- 1:22:06Speaker 7: it up every day putting forth a maximum effort. That
- 1:22:10Speaker 7: is a benefit to be in your maximum effort zone.
- 1:22:15Speaker 7: Do you know when you wake up and you put
- 1:22:16Speaker 7: forth a maximum effort that it produces growth. When you
- 1:22:24Speaker 7: put forth a maxim effort, it produces experience, And when
- 1:22:30Speaker 7: you put forth a maxis effort, it produces results. Yeah,
- 1:22:38Speaker 7: but you fail though, Oh that's true. But guess what
- 1:22:43Speaker 7: happened while I was failing. I was growing, I was
- 1:22:47Speaker 7: gaining the experience. I was seeing some results. So now
- 1:22:52Speaker 7: when I go and I fight again, I'll get closer
- 1:22:56Speaker 7: to the win. If I try again, I'll get closer
- 1:22:59Speaker 7: to the success.
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: I'm always trying to win, even when it looked like
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: I'm losing. Losing is a part of it.
- 1:23:09Speaker 7: Man made one person that's successful that has not lost.
- 1:23:17Speaker 7: You know how many people won championships that came off
- 1:23:20Speaker 7: the heels of a severe injury.
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: Do you know people who win comeback player of the Year.
- 1:23:25Speaker 16: Oh?
- 1:23:25Speaker 7: The only way you can win and come back player
- 1:23:27Speaker 7: of the years and you make a comeback. People, I
- 1:23:30Speaker 7: can't believe they gave him comeback Player of the year.
- 1:23:32Speaker 7: You haven't played or came back. He did both. That's
- 1:23:37Speaker 7: how he got Comeback Player of the Year. Here he goes,
- 1:23:42Speaker 7: you're gonna try something else. I guess we'll see how
- 1:23:45Speaker 7: long that would last. Your dog going right, I'm gonna
- 1:23:48Speaker 7: try something else because if you don't try nothing else,
- 1:23:53Speaker 7: you can't get no benefit from it.
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: You can't get nothing unless you put forth the effort.
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: You can't get results, you can't get growth, you can't gain.
- 1:24:02Speaker 7: No experience, and that is no chance of you winning.
- 1:24:08Speaker 7: I'm gonna take a chance to see if I can win.
- 1:24:11Speaker 7: I promise you that.
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: Make them watch you see listen to me, y'all.
- 1:24:17Speaker 7: You know the reason they talking about y'all is because
- 1:24:20Speaker 7: you keep doing something. If you don't want nobody to
- 1:24:24Speaker 7: talk about you, go sit down somewhere and be nothing.
- 1:24:27Speaker 7: You're nothing to write about. The no hater's got nothing
- 1:24:30Speaker 7: to talk about. The headlines ain't got nothing to talk about.
- 1:24:33Speaker 7: The blogs ain't got nothing to talk about. The news
- 1:24:35Speaker 7: channels ain't got nothing to talk about. Go over there
- 1:24:37Speaker 7: and sit down and be nothing. But man, I make
- 1:24:42Speaker 7: them watch me. I make them have to see what
- 1:24:45Speaker 7: God can do for me. I'm a living witness that
- 1:24:49Speaker 7: God can do anything. I'm a living witness that when
- 1:24:52Speaker 7: one door closes, all you got to do is walk
- 1:24:54Speaker 7: up the hall. But you can't walk up the hall
- 1:24:57Speaker 7: unless you make the effort to go up the hall.
- 1:25:00Speaker 7: A lot of people ain't even in the hall. They
- 1:25:02Speaker 7: gonna sat down and look down.
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: There, talking about this dog down there, which one of
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: them dogs is mine?
- 1:25:06Speaker 7: Why don't you go down there at see they always
- 1:25:09Speaker 7: going through doors getting something you ain't even in the hall.
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: Start walking up the hall.
- 1:25:15Speaker 7: Man put forth in there for y'all, and don't be
- 1:25:17Speaker 7: discouraged when you don't win, because I'd rather fight and
- 1:25:20Speaker 7: lose than to give up. I'd rather fail and tried
- 1:25:22Speaker 7: and to quit. And I'd rather lose and not win.
- 1:25:25Speaker 7: That have never played the game.
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: That I'll give you something right a locket over my
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: clothing remark enjoy yourself to say, Gods, no, you got wan.
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: We'll see y'all the mall.
