- 0:00Speaker 1: Finally, some bad news for doctor Fauci. A federal judge
- 0:06Speaker 1: has now ordered Fauci and the White House to testify
- 0:11Speaker 1: on COVID nineteen and big tech collusion. This as doctor
- 0:18Speaker 1: Fauci is trying to exit from his big career, telling
- 0:23Speaker 1: you what you can and cannot do in your life.
- 0:27Speaker 1: Doctor Fauci will make more money than any other government
- 0:30Speaker 1: official this year and has for quite some time. He
- 0:33Speaker 1: will also get a mass at pension for the rest
- 0:35Speaker 1: of his life from the government. And doctor Fauci has
- 0:39Speaker 1: made a lot of money during the time of COVID,
- 0:41Speaker 1: in fact getting rich, we now have been told from
- 0:44Speaker 1: some of his quote investments. Doctor Fauci and other White
- 0:50Speaker 1: House officials now have been told they must testify under
- 0:54Speaker 1: oath in a lawsuit alleging the Biden administration colluded with
- 0:59Speaker 1: Facebook and Twitter to suppress free speech regarding coronavirus, a
- 1:04Speaker 1: federal court ordered on Friday. The Missouri Attorney General Eric
- 1:10Speaker 1: Schmidt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry sued the Biden
- 1:14Speaker 1: administration back in May, arguing at the White House and
- 1:19Speaker 1: especially doctor Fauci, as the chief medical advisor to the President,
- 1:24Speaker 1: we're essentially making Facebook and Twitter arms of the Biden administration,
- 1:31Speaker 1: suppressing content that criticize lockdowns, suppressing content that criticized mass mandates,
- 1:40Speaker 1: and suppressing content that criticize vaccine mandates, and all other
- 1:46Speaker 1: related stories. The case argued that under Norwood versus Harrison
- 1:53Speaker 1: and other Supreme Court presidents, the government cannot use a
- 1:58Speaker 1: private company to do something that the Constitution does not
- 2:02Speaker 1: allow the government to do directly, quote unquote, all right,
- 2:07Speaker 1: but first, I gotta tell you about an amazing product
- 2:11Speaker 1: that you're gonna love. It is the loudest, truly portable,

- 2:24Speaker 1: I promise you any dude in your life will freak out,
- 2:27Speaker 1: or any person that loves to be outdoors. Women love
- 2:32Speaker 1: this as well because they can take it with them
- 2:34Speaker 1: anywhere and listen to music. It is the loudest, truly waterproof,
- 2:39Speaker 1: an ultra long battery life portable speaker. You can also
- 2:44Speaker 1: customize it with collegiate color combinations. You can mix and
- 2:49Speaker 1: match the color box with a custom handle to create
- 2:52Speaker 1: your team's colors. Now, this is the perfect gift for
- 2:56Speaker 1: somebody that loves to hunt or tailgate. This is for
- 3:00Speaker 1: someone likes to go fishing. If you like to do
- 3:02Speaker 1: anything outdoors, even just hang out on the back patio.
- 3:06Speaker 1: It is the perfect sound system you can take anywhere,
- 3:10Speaker 1: and it's the perfect gift. So if you want the

- 3:35Speaker 1: for free shipping and twenty dollars off. So Missouri and
- 3:41Speaker 1: Louisiana teamed up. They sued, and they argued that the
- 3:45Speaker 1: Biden administration is suppressing free speech about coronavirus and by
- 3:52Speaker 1: attempting to do so by colluding with big tech firms,
- 3:57Speaker 1: the tech giants. They then argued that basically the tech
- 4:02Speaker 1: giants big tech became part of the government and as
- 4:08Speaker 1: such such a must all abide by the First Amendment.
- 4:14Speaker 1: The case, which was filed in the Western District of Louisiana,
- 4:18Speaker 1: assigned to Judge Terry Dotty and a guy who was
- 4:24Speaker 1: appointed by Donald Trump that obviously earned the left now
- 4:30Speaker 1: Smith and Landry. The two ags have aggressively pursued both
- 4:34Speaker 1: the White House and the Big Tech Giant, seeking and
- 4:38Speaker 1: preliminary injunction. On October the twenty first, the judge granted
- 4:44Speaker 1: a request for discovery by the two attorney generals, ordering Fauci,
- 4:50Speaker 1: former White House Press Secretary Jensaki, and the Surgeon General,
- 4:56Speaker 1: as well as others to sit in their oath for
- 4:59Speaker 1: up to seven hours each answering potentially hundreds of questions
- 5:04Speaker 1: about all internal communications in the Biden administration and the
- 5:10Speaker 1: official communications with Facebook and Twitter as well directly related
- 5:17Speaker 1: to COVID nineteen. The case of Missouri is also one
- 5:23Speaker 1: that the legal experts are saying could have huge precedent
- 5:27Speaker 1: for holding private companies accountable when they clearly start selling
- 5:33Speaker 1: what government officials want them to sell. In other words,
- 5:37Speaker 1: they're not acting as journalism anymore journalists anymore. They're acting
- 5:41Speaker 1: is an arm of the government. Now, doctor Fauci has
- 5:45Speaker 1: been out there trying to rewrite history. Recently, doctor Fauci
- 5:49Speaker 1: has been out there trying to claim that he never
- 5:54Speaker 1: said no to the school closures right, that anything that
- 5:58Speaker 1: had to do with school closures during the pandemic was
- 6:02Speaker 1: not his deal, while also claiming that schools need to
- 6:06Speaker 1: do more in the next pandemic to make sure that
- 6:08Speaker 1: kids have more masks and most importantly, he says have
- 6:12Speaker 1: more kids vaccinated. Was it a mistake in so many
- 6:16Speaker 1: states and so many localities to see schools closed as
- 6:20Speaker 1: long as they were? I think in some case I
- 6:22Speaker 1: don't want to use the word mistake, John, because if
- 6:25Speaker 1: I do, it gets taken out of the context that
- 6:28Speaker 1: you're asking me the question on to too high a price. Yeah,
- 6:32Speaker 1: I would say that what we should realize and have realized,
- 6:37Speaker 1: that there will be deleterious collateral consequences when you do
- 6:43Speaker 1: something like that. This idea that this virus doesn't afflict
- 6:47Speaker 1: children is not. So it does. We've lost close to
- 6:50Speaker 1: fifteen hundred kids so far, but would much less than
- 6:54Speaker 1: the older population obvious. Oh, of course, But you shouldn't
- 6:57Speaker 1: discount that it does afflict children. So it isn't without consequences.
- 7:02Speaker 1: If you go back, and I ask anybody to go
- 7:05Speaker 1: back over the number of times that I've said we've
- 7:08Speaker 1: got to do everything we can to keep the schools open.
- 7:12Speaker 1: No one plays that clip. They always come back and
- 7:15Speaker 1: say Fauci was responsible for closing schools. I had nothing
- 7:19Speaker 1: to do. I mean the fact you're not the head
- 7:22Speaker 1: of a school board. But a lot of schools we
- 7:25Speaker 1: were closed. There was a lot of remote learning. We
- 7:28Speaker 1: went on for in some in some jurisdictions for the
- 7:31Speaker 1: better part of two years. Right exactly, we've seen the impact.
- 7:34Speaker 1: We've seen what's happened in terms of lower reading scores
- 7:37Speaker 1: and scores, and who knows the psychological impact. I mean
- 7:40Speaker 1: it was a steep cause it was the most important
- 7:42Speaker 1: thing is to protect the children. So is there a
- 7:45Speaker 1: lesson here future pandemics that one thing is more of
- 7:50Speaker 1: a focus on. That is how can we protect the
- 7:52Speaker 1: kids and get them back to school exactly more quick
- 7:55Speaker 1: both and the way you do that you get the
- 7:57Speaker 1: people who interact with the children to be back and
- 8:00Speaker 1: it and masked. You provide ventilation into schools. You try
- 8:04Speaker 1: to keep them in the school safely. The most important
- 8:07Speaker 1: thing is to protect the children. The most important thing
- 8:11Speaker 1: is that you protect the children. So he's the guy
- 8:14Speaker 1: that shut down the schools, But then he says he
- 8:16Speaker 1: wasn't the guy. Then he says, I don't want to
- 8:18Speaker 1: say that there was a mistake made here because it'll
- 8:20Speaker 1: be taking out of context that we paid too greade
- 8:22Speaker 1: of a price. And then he says, but if the
- 8:24Speaker 1: kids do go back to school and everything's okay, we
- 8:26Speaker 1: still need to make sure that they have better masks
- 8:28Speaker 1: in the future and they're vaccinated. This is the obsession
- 8:32Speaker 1: by the left to vaccinate your children no matter what. Now,
- 8:37Speaker 1: what doctor Faucci doesn't realize is he's now going to
- 8:40Speaker 1: be ordered to testify on COVID nineteen and how they
- 8:44Speaker 1: colluded a big Tech to silence people. There were many
- 8:48Speaker 1: of you that are listening to me right now. You
- 8:50Speaker 1: probably experienced what I did. If you put up anything
- 8:53Speaker 1: that was questioning anything at all with COVID nineteen, it
- 8:58Speaker 1: was immediately abled as misinformation, right or missing contexts or
- 9:05Speaker 1: false information. It was obvious that big Tech was being
- 9:10Speaker 1: told by Washington, by the White House that you better
- 9:16Speaker 1: take everything down that people put up there that questions
- 9:20Speaker 1: anything that we're doing. If you brought up questions or
- 9:23Speaker 1: put up data, or you put up information about COVID
- 9:28Speaker 1: nineteen with children, they would say it was missing context,
- 9:32Speaker 1: so then it wouldn't reach anybody. They would put up
- 9:35Speaker 1: their misinformation. Right, these are all the things they would
- 9:39Speaker 1: put up there. Let's be clear, US government had counter measures.
- 9:44Speaker 1: Injury programs have not yet compensated COVID nineteen vaccine injured
- 9:48Speaker 1: people who filed claims were also being told. While the
- 9:52Speaker 1: United States does not have a vaccine injury compensation program,
- 9:57Speaker 1: many Americans have filed claims after being injured by the
- 10:00Speaker 1: experimental COVID nineteen vaccines, have not received compensation, and many
- 10:05Speaker 1: were denied for not meeting the quote standards. They now
- 10:08Speaker 1: say of proof. In other words, you only put up
- 10:13Speaker 1: on social media what we approve, and if you don't
- 10:16Speaker 1: put up what we tell you to approve, if you
- 10:19Speaker 1: don't put up and tell it right, if you don't
- 10:22Speaker 1: do what we tell you to do and give your
- 10:25Speaker 1: kid these vaccines, then we're going to come after you
- 10:30Speaker 1: with everything the government has. I want to tell you
- 10:33Speaker 1: about our good friends over at Patriot Mobile. If you
- 10:36Speaker 1: are ready to have an impact every time that you
- 10:39Speaker 1: use your phone, and I'm talking about have an impact
- 10:41Speaker 1: by supporting First and Second Amendment rights, supporting the rights
- 10:45Speaker 1: of the unborn, and fighting back. Every time you make
- 10:48Speaker 1: a phone call, you need to know about Patriot Mobile.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile is America's only conservative Christian mobile phone provider,
- 10:57Speaker 1: and they are using your phone bill when you paid
- 11:00Speaker 1: every month, to actually fight for conservative causes while saving
- 11:04Speaker 1: you money. Now, this isn't any extra at onto your bill.
- 11:07Speaker 1: They take a portion of your bill every month and
- 11:10Speaker 1: they give it back to fund conservative causes in Canada,
- 11:14Speaker 1: to believe in the sanctity of life, freedom of speech,
- 11:17Speaker 1: and the Second Amendment. And they are winning. Patriot Mobile
- 11:21Speaker 1: has now been attacked by the big media. Big tech
- 11:25Speaker 1: is now coming after them, and that's why I want
- 11:28Speaker 1: you to support them. If you want an affordable plan
- 11:32Speaker 1: and you want to get the same great coverage you

- 11:52Speaker 1: check them out. Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson that's

- 12:11Speaker 1: You know, these vaccines and the obsession with vaccines for
- 12:16Speaker 1: kids is something at the left. I think it is
- 12:18Speaker 1: going to try to turn into an election issue. They
- 12:21Speaker 1: know they're down the polls, and they know they've got
- 12:24Speaker 1: to figure out a way to come back. And they
- 12:26Speaker 1: know now that with this judge ordering the doctor Fauci
- 12:30Speaker 1: and the White House to testify on COVID nineteen and
- 12:33Speaker 1: their big tech collusion, they've got to figure out a
- 12:36Speaker 1: way to change the narrative. How do you change that narrative? Right,
- 12:39Speaker 1: that's the real question. How do you change it? Well,
- 12:44Speaker 1: they're going to figure out a way, and that's going
- 12:46Speaker 1: to be telling you that they're just trying to save
- 12:48Speaker 1: your kids' lives. They're gonna tell you this is all
- 12:51Speaker 1: about your kids' futures. This is about telling you that
- 12:56Speaker 1: if you don't get your kids vaccine, that you don't
- 12:58Speaker 1: care about your kids and you actually want your children
- 13:02Speaker 1: to die. Now, doctor Marty Mackering came out on Fox
- 13:08Speaker 1: talking about the CDC and the fact that CDC unanimously
- 13:13Speaker 1: voted to adding the vaccine COVID vaccine to the kids
- 13:17Speaker 1: vaccine schedule. Now, this was a unanimous vote, which also
- 13:21Speaker 1: tells you just how screwy the CDC actually is. I
- 13:25Speaker 1: want you to hear what he had to say about
- 13:26Speaker 1: this on Fox and listen carefully Fox Alert here and
- 13:31Speaker 1: more on the CDC voting a short time ago to
- 13:34Speaker 1: add the COVID shot to the list of necessary childhood vaccines,
- 13:39Speaker 1: but some doctors pushing back on the move, arguing that
- 13:42Speaker 1: there is no data to back up the use of
- 13:44Speaker 1: COVID boosters for kids. Let's bring to doctor Marty McCarey,
- 13:47Speaker 1: medical professor of Johns Hopkins University, in a Fox News contributor.
- 13:50Speaker 1: So this decision by the CDC doc is not binding though,
- 13:54Speaker 1: as we saw during the pandemic, there were a lot
- 13:56Speaker 1: of states that were very quick to adopt CDC recommends.
- 14:00Speaker 1: You've got a lot of thoughts about this, what are
- 14:01Speaker 1: you think? Well, we saw the same thing with school policy.
- 14:04Speaker 1: It is CDC argued they didn't close schools, they just
- 14:07Speaker 1: sent out the guidance. But of course local authorities often
- 14:10Speaker 1: will blindly follow whatever the CDC does and If the
- 14:12Speaker 1: CDC is truly putting this on the vaccination schedule as
- 14:18Speaker 1: they just voted to do, this will be the first
- 14:20Speaker 1: ever vaccine where there's no evidence to show a reduction
- 14:24Speaker 1: and disease in the community. So that's not a very
- 14:27Speaker 1: good milestone. It threatens the credibility of MMR in polio
- 14:30Speaker 1: and many of the other vaccines for which it's taken
- 14:33Speaker 1: fifty years to build public trust. Yeah, you know. Doctor
- 14:36Speaker 1: Vane Prisade at the University of California in San Francisco
- 14:39Speaker 1: echoed what you just said, saying that adding COVID could
- 14:42Speaker 1: shake public confidence overall in childhood vaccines. He tweeted out quote,
- 14:46Speaker 1: it will be a catastrophic error. If they add it,
- 14:49Speaker 1: they will do more in a single day to erode
- 14:52Speaker 1: routine vaccination than twenty five years of a devoted, irrational
- 14:56Speaker 1: movement that would be the anti vax movement. You have
- 14:59Speaker 1: to have perspect active as a scientist. MMR shots are
- 15:02Speaker 1: more important than COVID nineteen shots for kids incompetence, He wrote,
- 15:06Speaker 1: do you believe that this could have a lot of
- 15:09Speaker 1: parents saying, well, listen, we don't know a whole lot
- 15:11Speaker 1: about this COVID test. Of this COVID vaccine or booster,
- 15:15Speaker 1: So why should we get any vaccines? Well, that's a concern.
- 15:20Speaker 1: I mean, right now parents are asking where is the
- 15:23Speaker 1: clinical data to support this vaccine in young healthy children?
- 15:28Speaker 1: For the new omicron vaccine, which is the current vaccine
- 15:30Speaker 1: that is being recommended, the human trials were never made public. Instead,
- 15:35Speaker 1: Fiser gave moderna top line announcement in a press release,
- 15:40Speaker 1: and the underlying data is top secret. And doctor Califf
- 15:43Speaker 1: at the FDA, and doctor joh at the White House,
- 15:45Speaker 1: and doctor Rochelle Walinsky, shame on them. That data should
- 15:48Speaker 1: be public information. Why is it top secret? Many of
- 15:51Speaker 1: us believe because it's similar to the baby vaccine data.
- 15:54Speaker 1: It was not favorable. It showed no clinical benefit. So
- 15:58Speaker 1: ninety four percent of Americans have said no to this
- 16:01Speaker 1: new omicron vaccine because the clinical trial data is not public. Well,
- 16:06Speaker 1: you gotta wonder why would they not make this public? Right?
- 16:10Speaker 1: And I think this doctor's right, and what he's saying,
- 16:13Speaker 1: he's saying it's not right. Right. This doctor is saying
- 16:17Speaker 1: they know there's something in there that they don't want
- 16:20Speaker 1: you to see. There's something in there that they want
- 16:23Speaker 1: you to look. The other way on and they want
- 16:25Speaker 1: to mandate this, and why why would they want to
- 16:29Speaker 1: mandate this? I think it's actually really really really clear
- 16:32Speaker 1: why money follow the money, and they want to dictate
- 16:37Speaker 1: to you. They want to force you into submission. They
- 16:40Speaker 1: want you to have no control and no power over
- 16:45Speaker 1: your children. They want you to sit there and beg
- 16:50Speaker 1: them for any basic parental rights. They want to come
- 16:54Speaker 1: in and say, you can't tell your kid that they're
- 16:57Speaker 1: one sex or the other. You must go with whatever
- 16:59Speaker 1: they say. The schools should be able to indoctrinate your
- 17:02Speaker 1: kids and the LGBTQIA agenda. You shouldn't be able to
- 17:07Speaker 1: have influence over the books in your kids school. You
- 17:09Speaker 1: shouldn't be able to have an influence over the vaccines
- 17:12Speaker 1: or what vaccines that your kids actually are given. And
- 17:14Speaker 1: it doesn't matter what the data says. It doesn't matter
- 17:17Speaker 1: if kids are more likely to die from the flu
- 17:19Speaker 1: than COVID nineteen right without a vaccine. Never forget that
- 17:24Speaker 1: they want to dictate to you, because this is about
- 17:26Speaker 1: hundreds of billions of dollars and profits, and ultimately what
- 17:31Speaker 1: it's really about is control over your life. That's what
- 17:35Speaker 1: this is really about. That's what this doctor is saying
- 17:39Speaker 1: on Fox, this is about them telling you what you
- 17:42Speaker 1: can and cannot do with your own children. Well, we
- 17:45Speaker 1: heard from the President and his White House. Follow the science,
- 17:50Speaker 1: follow the science. Follow the science. We heard that from
- 17:52Speaker 1: Anthony Fauci. Follow the science. Is the White House, is
- 17:56Speaker 1: the FDA, is the CDC following the science here? Or
- 17:59Speaker 1: they just blindly pushing out these recommendations. Well, there's this
- 18:04Speaker 1: sort of indiscriminate vaccine enthusiasm where all vaccines are good
- 18:07Speaker 1: and the reality is the risk benefit ratio changes by age.
- 18:10Speaker 1: And when you talk about young healthy people, especially young
- 18:13Speaker 1: healthy men, you've got basically a risk of myocarditis of
- 18:17Speaker 1: one in five thousand to one in ten thousand people
- 18:20Speaker 1: who get it. And when you're talking about fifty million children, John,
- 18:24Speaker 1: you're talking about thousands of kids that could be dealing
- 18:26Speaker 1: with myocarditis. And the Israeli study in the New England
- 18:29Speaker 1: Journal of Medicine said at one out of the two
- 18:33Speaker 1: hundred and eighty three cases they studied demonstrated an ICU
- 18:37Speaker 1: stay and a subsequent death. So there will be unintended
- 18:40Speaker 1: harm from a broad adoption without showing clinical benefit. All right,
- 18:44Speaker 1: doctor Marty McCarry. We will keep watching this as the
- 18:46Speaker 1: weeks and months unfold. Thanks for joining us with your opinion.
- 18:49Speaker 1: Appreciate it. You'll listen to this doctor and he's saying,
- 18:52Speaker 1: we don't have the data. They should have never done this.
- 18:55Speaker 1: This is a kangaroo court the CDC. You don't keep
- 18:59Speaker 1: your job right there. You don't get to be in
- 19:03Speaker 1: this conversation unless you are a sicko fan of the
- 19:08Speaker 1: COVID nineteen vaccine. That's why it was unanimous because of
- 19:14Speaker 1: that reason. So I want to get back to something
- 19:18Speaker 1: I mentioned a moment ago, and that was my conversation
- 19:21Speaker 1: that I had with the US Centator Ted Cruz, and
- 19:24Speaker 1: this was all about kids and choice here and there
- 19:27Speaker 1: was an interesting conversation obviously that the media has been
- 19:31Speaker 1: having and I would say maybe an interesting spen, and
- 19:34Speaker 1: part of that spen was with Jake Tapper on CNN.
- 19:37Speaker 1: I want you to listen to this, and then what
- 19:38Speaker 1: the senator had to say in response. I have to say,
- 19:41Speaker 1: I'm surprised that there hasn't been a national conversation about
- 19:47Speaker 1: the damage done to kids because of these school closures
- 19:51Speaker 1: and the virtual learning and everything, because I mean, I'm
- 19:54Speaker 1: not saying that there should be a national doover. But
- 19:57Speaker 1: we can't just pretend that fifth graders who are seventh
- 20:00Speaker 1: graders that that didn't happen, you know, like I feel
- 20:04Speaker 1: like there should be and not with a blame game. Look,
- 20:07Speaker 1: it happened, people did it. It was criticized, the school closures,
- 20:11Speaker 1: the virtual learning, etc. But here we are there needs
- 20:15Speaker 1: to be like a like a bipartisan movement. You know,
- 20:18Speaker 1: I love that he calls it bipartisan center because he says, well,
- 20:21Speaker 1: I don't want to get in the blame game. Of
- 20:23Speaker 1: course you don't, because we know who closed down the schools.
- 20:26Speaker 1: It was the teachers unions. It was the public administrators
- 20:29Speaker 1: and the private schools that had to keep running their
- 20:33Speaker 1: schools like a business and made the right decision, which
- 20:37Speaker 1: was the kids at rate of infection is low, even
- 20:40Speaker 1: if you get it that the health conditions are not
- 20:42Speaker 1: as near as life threatening as adults. They did the
- 20:45Speaker 1: right thing, and the public schools said, nope, we're gonna
- 20:48Speaker 1: go virtual. We demand all this federal government money. Every
- 20:50Speaker 1: kid's going to get a free computer or laptop, whatever,
- 20:53Speaker 1: free internet. And it was a disaster. And if you
- 20:56Speaker 1: know anyone that was teaching the public school systems. They
- 20:58Speaker 1: were telling you in real time it was a disaster.
- 21:01Speaker 1: And yet now they say, well, shouldn't this be a
- 21:04Speaker 1: bipartisan issue where they all agree we shouldn't have done this.
- 21:07Speaker 1: Republicans were never in favor of this senator. Well, that's
- 21:12Speaker 1: certainly true. But but let me say, Jake Tapper is
- 21:16Speaker 1: being so dishonest and hypocritical there that that that that
- 21:20Speaker 1: clip infuriates me as well. I know Jake very well.
- 21:23Speaker 1: I've been interviewed by him many many times. Jake is
- 21:28Speaker 1: a very smart guy, and he used to be a journalist.
- 21:31Speaker 1: He's one of the few people in the corrupt corporate
- 21:34Speaker 1: media who actually had a journalistic bone in his body.
- 21:37Speaker 1: He cared about being a journalist. And when Donald Trump
- 21:40Speaker 1: became president, it shattered Jake into a million different little pieces.
- 21:45Speaker 1: And he's no longer a journalist. He has these occasional pangs.
- 21:49Speaker 1: But but his role for the last six years is
- 21:52Speaker 1: to be a dishonest and lying partisan hack, a propagandist.
- 21:56Speaker 1: So when Democrats were shutting down school and let's be clear,
- 22:01Speaker 1: it was Democrats and only Democrats that shut down schools
- 22:04Speaker 1: across the country for a year or more Republicans did not.
- 22:08Speaker 1: It was only Democrats who did so. They did so,
- 22:12Speaker 1: as you noted, at the behest of the teachers union.
- 22:14Speaker 1: The teachers union bosses Randy Weingarten is directly responsible for this.
- 22:19Speaker 1: The head of one of the biggest teachers unions, she
- 22:21Speaker 1: was urging, among other things, the Biden administration to keep
- 22:26Speaker 1: the schools shutdown. And not only that, Democrats in Congress.
- 22:32Speaker 1: Every single Democrat in Congress supported the school shutdowns. I
- 22:37Speaker 1: forced vote after vote on the Senate floor to reopen
- 22:42Speaker 1: the schools in the middle of COVID, I forced to
- 22:46Speaker 1: vote on the Senate floor with the first big so
- 22:48Speaker 1: called COVID relief bill from the Biden administration. They were
- 22:50Speaker 1: giving tens of billions of dollars to schools, and I
- 22:55Speaker 1: introduced an amendment. I said, Okay, I'll tell you what.
- 23:00Speaker 1: If you're a school, you can get all of this
- 23:02Speaker 1: new money that is just being showered upon you with
- 23:05Speaker 1: one requirement that you actually be open and teaching students
- 23:10Speaker 1: in person. If you're teaching them in person, all this
- 23:12Speaker 1: money is yours. Go have a party. You got all
- 23:14Speaker 1: this money that the Democrats are in power. But if
- 23:17Speaker 1: you're not open, if you have shut down the schools
- 23:21Speaker 1: if you are not teaching in person. At the time
- 23:24Speaker 1: we were voting, there were more. There were fifty percent
- 23:28Speaker 1: of the kids in America were not in in person
- 23:32Speaker 1: school five days a week. I said, if you're not open,
- 23:35Speaker 1: you still get all the money you got yesterday. You
- 23:37Speaker 1: get all the billions of dollars you got before. But
- 23:40Speaker 1: the new money, we're not going to pay you extra
- 23:42Speaker 1: money if you're not doing the damn job you're supposed
- 23:45Speaker 1: to be doing. Instead, the new billions of dollars will
- 23:48Speaker 1: go to a scholarship to the child, ten thousand dollars
- 23:52Speaker 1: per child. So if you shut your school down, that
- 23:56Speaker 1: child can go somewhere else and actually get an education.
- 23:59Speaker 1: Then every single Democrat voted no. It was a party
- 24:05Speaker 1: line vote. It failed by one vote. I went, I'll
- 24:07Speaker 1: tell you, I went and begged Joe Mansion. Joe Mansion,
- 24:10Speaker 1: back in twenty seventeen briefly voted with me on my
- 24:14Speaker 1: legislation expanding college five twenty nine savings plans to K
- 24:18Speaker 1: through twelve education. It was the most far reaching federal
- 24:21Speaker 1: school choice legislation that has ever passed. Mansion voted with
- 24:25Speaker 1: me for five minutes until Schumer yelled at him and
- 24:27Speaker 1: he flipped his vote. I went and asked Joe, I said, Joe,
- 24:30Speaker 1: you know this is the right thing to do. Every
- 24:33Speaker 1: single Democrat voted no. They are all responsible for the
- 24:37Speaker 1: school shutdowns. And let me tell you what you mentioned
- 24:40Speaker 1: the test scores. I want to explain that a little bit.
- 24:43Speaker 1: So every year there's a test done by a group
- 24:46Speaker 1: that is called NAPE and it's the National Association of
- 24:48Speaker 1: Educational Progress and it does National Test on Reading and Math.
- 24:55Speaker 1: September first, they release the NAPE scores for fourth graders.
- 25:00Speaker 1: The NAPE scores showed an average decline of five points
- 25:04Speaker 1: in reading and seven points in math for fourth graders
- 25:09Speaker 1: for nine year olds compared to twenty twenty. That was
- 25:12Speaker 1: the largest decline in reading score since nineteen ninety and
- 25:15Speaker 1: the first ever decline in mass scores for fourth graders.
- 25:20Speaker 1: That was the result of the Democrats shutdowns. Not only that,
- 25:25Speaker 1: the racial divide. Unfortunately, we have a divide where African
- 25:29Speaker 1: American students and Hispanic students don't perform as well on
- 25:32Speaker 1: these tests as white students. And obviously a lot of
- 25:34Speaker 1: time and energy has been spent into trying to correct
- 25:38Speaker 1: that racial divide, Well, guess what. The racial divide grew
- 25:42Speaker 1: bigger under the Democrats shutdowns. In particular, mass scores for
- 25:46Speaker 1: black students declined thirteen points, mass scores for Hispanic students
- 25:52Speaker 1: declined eight points, and mass scores for white students declined
- 25:56Speaker 1: five points. So the effect of the Democrats was to
- 26:00Speaker 1: hurt kids across the country, but especially hurt low income
- 26:03Speaker 1: and minority kids. And for Jake to say, I'm surprised
- 26:09Speaker 1: no one is having a conversation. I and many others
- 26:13Speaker 1: were screaming on the Senate floor. We're forcing votes on
- 26:16Speaker 1: the Senate floor. And you know what Jake didn't do.
- 26:18Speaker 1: He never covered the vote on the Senate floor. It
- 26:21Speaker 1: wasn't news well and not to stand in, But Jake
- 26:24Speaker 1: didn't even look at all the parents in real time
- 26:27Speaker 1: when the school closures were carrying on that we're talking
- 26:31Speaker 1: about how far behind their kids had gotten. That they
- 26:34Speaker 1: were saying it was clear they were behind. They were
- 26:36Speaker 1: worried that their kids are going to be socially promoted.
- 26:39Speaker 1: There were parents that were saying, I know my kid
- 26:43Speaker 1: is not at the level where they should be graduating
- 26:45Speaker 1: the grade that they just said they graduated with bees
- 26:48Speaker 1: or a's They were saying, this is a fraud. This
- 26:52Speaker 1: is a fraud. I referred to it as a form
- 26:54Speaker 1: of child abuse when you set a kid up for failure.
- 26:57Speaker 1: Right to me, I called at the edge occasional Ponzi
- 27:00Speaker 1: scheme in this country center because you're taking money, you're
- 27:04Speaker 1: claiming you're doing something with the kids, and you're not
- 27:08Speaker 1: giving them what they paid for, what the money was
- 27:11Speaker 1: intended to pay for. That, to me is a Ponzi
- 27:14Speaker 1: scheme in the worst kind, because these kids are going
- 27:17Speaker 1: to graduate and they're going to go onto society and
- 27:20Speaker 1: they're going to realize they're not at a twelfth grade level.
- 27:24Speaker 1: They're at a tenth grade or a ninth grade level
- 27:27Speaker 1: at that point in time. Look, that's exactly right. And
- 27:31Speaker 1: by the way, this is not just a problem that
- 27:33Speaker 1: happened in the past. This is a problem that is
- 27:36Speaker 1: happening right now today. So the DC public schools have
- 27:40Speaker 1: imposed a COVID vaccine mandate. They've announced they're going to
- 27:45Speaker 1: throw out a school any student that doesn't have a
- 27:48Speaker 1: COVID vaccine. It's supposed to go into effect in January.
- 27:52Speaker 1: Let me give you some stats that show you just
- 27:54Speaker 1: how idiotic this vaccine mandate is the DC public schools,
- 27:58Speaker 1: roughly eighty percent of the kids have received the COVID vaccine.
- 28:01Speaker 1: That means, for those of you doing math, although after
- 28:04Speaker 1: the last two years, doing math is harder for people,
- 28:07Speaker 1: that means twenty percent of the students have not had
- 28:11Speaker 1: the COVID vaccine. Now, let's look on racial lines, because
- 28:14Speaker 1: it's even more exacerbated when you look on racial lines.
- 28:17Speaker 1: In the DC public schools, roughly sixty percent of the
- 28:21Speaker 1: students have received the COVID vaccine. That means forty percent
- 28:24Speaker 1: of the black students have not received the COVID vaccine.
- 28:28Speaker 1: Just a couple of months ago, I forced to vote
- 28:30Speaker 1: on the Senate floor and I stood up and said
- 28:33Speaker 1: we should block this vaccine mandate. Why because it's idiotic
- 28:38Speaker 1: to throw out of school forty percent of the black
- 28:43Speaker 1: kids in the District of Columbia. And I stood on
- 28:46Speaker 1: the Senate floor and I argued for the amendment, and
- 28:48Speaker 1: I forced an amendment and been every single Democrat voted no,
- 28:53Speaker 1: all of them, every one of them, Raphael Warnock and
- 28:57Speaker 1: Georgia voted to throw forty percent of the black kids
- 29:00Speaker 1: to DC public schools. And by the way, this is
- 29:02Speaker 1: not some abstract point. Let's say you're a thirteen, fourteen,
- 29:06Speaker 1: fifteen year old kid the DC public schools. If they
- 29:10Speaker 1: throw you out, if they make you a school dropout involuntarily,
- 29:15Speaker 1: the chances skyrocket that you go down a road of crime,
- 29:19Speaker 1: of substance, abuse, of violence, of incarceration, and you have
- 29:25Speaker 1: a very good chance of early death. It is cruel.
- 29:29Speaker 1: I cannot imagine. I gotta tell you, I literally was
- 29:32Speaker 1: looking at my colleagues and wondering, like, what in the
- 29:37Speaker 1: hell is going through your mind when you cast a
- 29:42Speaker 1: vote to throw forty percent of the black kids out
- 29:45Speaker 1: of the DC public schools? And you know what, Jake
- 29:47Speaker 1: Tapper didn't do. He didn't cover it, he didn't discuss it.
- 29:50Speaker 1: He's never asked one Democrat, not a single Democrat. He
- 29:53Speaker 1: has Democrats on a show every week. He's never asked
- 29:55Speaker 1: one of them, why'd you vote to throw forty percent
- 29:57Speaker 1: of the black kids out of the DC public schools.
- 30:00Speaker 1: That's what's amazing for Tapper to say, I'm surprised there's
- 30:04Speaker 1: not a conversation about this. There has been a conversation
- 30:08Speaker 1: all across America. There's just not a conversation on CNN well,
- 30:11Speaker 1: because CNN is not a journalistic outlet, it is a
- 30:15Speaker 1: pure propaganda tool for the hard left. And so just
- 30:20Speaker 1: because Jake ain't talking about it, that is a choice
- 30:23Speaker 1: trying to silence and ignore the real conversation that was
- 30:27Speaker 1: happening and should have been happening on CNN. Now, before
- 30:30Speaker 1: I get into more of this story, I want to
- 30:32Speaker 1: say thank you and tell you about our good friends
- 30:34Speaker 1: at Legacy Precious Metals. Without them, the show wouldn't be possible.
- 30:38Speaker 1: And if you have not looked at gold and silver
- 30:41Speaker 1: as a way to protect your hard earned dollars against
- 30:43Speaker 1: what they happening on Wall Street with inflation, it's time
- 30:46Speaker 1: for you to call them and get the free Investor's Guide.
- 30:49Speaker 1: Why because so many around the world are now using
- 30:52Speaker 1: gold and silver, and historically they have for decades as
- 30:55Speaker 1: a protection a hedge against inflation, which is exactly what
- 30:59Speaker 1: we're dealing with right now. If you're terrified to look
- 31:01Speaker 1: at your retirement account, your four one case statement because
- 31:04Speaker 1: of what's happening on Wall Street, that's all the more
- 31:07Speaker 1: reason why you should call and get the investors got
- 31:09Speaker 1: in gold and silver, protect your hard earned money and diversify.
- 31:13Speaker 1: Call them and get the free Investor's Guide from Legacy
- 31:16Speaker 1: Precious Medals one eight six six seven five one twenty
- 31:21Speaker 1: two eighteen one eight six six seven five one twenty
- 31:26Speaker 1: two eighteen or online at Legacy PM investments dot com.
- 31:34Speaker 1: You know the point the senator was making. They're saying
- 31:36Speaker 1: they're just trying to silence parents. They're trying to take
- 31:40Speaker 1: you out of the conversation of what's happening with your kids.
- 31:44Speaker 1: They're trying to make sure that you can't say anything
- 31:46Speaker 1: about your kids. There's nothing that you can say, and
- 31:50Speaker 1: that they own your kids. And if they tell you
- 31:53Speaker 1: that you've got your kids, get your kids vaccine, that
- 31:56Speaker 1: you're gonna do it because otherwise you'll have no choice
- 31:58Speaker 1: somewhere to put your kid in school. That's why the
- 32:00Speaker 1: CDC has absolutely decided to add this to the vaccination
- 32:06Speaker 1: schedule their quote recommendation. Tiger Carlston, by the way, earlier
- 32:10Speaker 1: this week, he had a very interesting monologue about this.
- 32:13Speaker 1: So the day before the CDC was going to vote
- 32:16Speaker 1: to do this, so you may hear him reference. You know,
- 32:18Speaker 1: there's a story that no one's talking about the CDC
- 32:21Speaker 1: is about to vote, when we now know that vote
- 32:22Speaker 1: was unanimous and the point he was making a spot on.
- 32:26Speaker 1: So here's an amazing story that's been effectively buried. This week,
- 32:29Speaker 1: the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices is expected to
- 32:33Speaker 1: add the COVID nineteen vacs to the list of required
- 32:36Speaker 1: childhood vaccines. If this happens, your children will not be
- 32:40Speaker 1: able to attend school without taking the COVID shot. Now,
- 32:43Speaker 1: the problem is there's no medical basis for this decision whatsoever.
- 32:48Speaker 1: Even the CEO of Maderna is just admitted that most
- 32:50Speaker 1: people do not need the booster, and in in fact this country,
- 32:52Speaker 1: it's like four percent of adults have gotten the booster
- 32:54Speaker 1: because they know, now we're quoting it's going to be
- 32:57Speaker 1: similar to the flu. He said, So what is this exactly?
- 33:01Speaker 1: Doctor Marty McCarey's man we trust. He's professor at Johns
- 33:03Speaker 1: Hopkins University. He joins us tonight to assists doctor. Thanks
- 33:06Speaker 1: so much for coming on. Is it an overstatement to
- 33:08Speaker 1: say there's really no medical justification for this, Well, there's
- 33:11Speaker 1: certainly no clinical data. They've got data from eight mice
- 33:15Speaker 1: on the omicron vaccine and young people, and the child
- 33:18Speaker 1: vaccine story is essentially a story of bypassing clinical data,
- 33:23Speaker 1: which is why many of us are asking why even
- 33:25Speaker 1: have an FDA, why do we even do clinical trials?
- 33:29Speaker 1: Right now, we've got pharma saying, hey, we did a study.
- 33:32Speaker 1: We're going to give you the top line of the
- 33:34Speaker 1: press release. We're going to call the White House, and
- 33:36Speaker 1: the White House then calls the FDA and the CDC
- 33:39Speaker 1: and tells them to get in line. They bought one
- 33:41Speaker 1: hundred and seventy million doses of this new omicron vaccine.
- 33:45Speaker 1: There has never been a vaccine added to the child
- 33:48Speaker 1: immunization schedule without solid clinical evidence that reduces disease significantly
- 33:55Speaker 1: in the community. The COVID vaccine and children will be
- 33:58Speaker 1: the first. It will be added with no clinical data,
- 34:02Speaker 1: and many of us that are saying, hey, let's see
- 34:04Speaker 1: the data, we're basically told stop asking questions. Doctor jaw
- 34:09Speaker 1: who's the chief COVID advisor at the White House, has
- 34:12Speaker 1: said he has seen the data, but it's not public information.
- 34:15Speaker 1: What are they hiding? Why can't we see this information? Instead,
- 34:19Speaker 1: we're basically seeing this intense paternalism to really just do
- 34:23Speaker 1: what we say and stop asking questions. And the CDC's
- 34:26Speaker 1: committee that's voting I mean that is essentially a kangaroo court.
- 34:30Speaker 1: You have to be an official card carrying vaccine fanatic
- 34:34Speaker 1: to be on that committee. If you're not, then basically
- 34:37Speaker 1: they're not going to accept people who think that some
- 34:40Speaker 1: vaccines are important and others lacked the evidence to support
- 34:43Speaker 1: broad distribution. Remember, one in five thousand vaccine doses results
- 34:47Speaker 1: in a severe adverse event, according to data from overseas
- 34:50Speaker 1: from Germany, because we don't fund that research in the
- 34:53Speaker 1: US and in Israel, they took two hundred and eighty
- 34:56Speaker 1: three people who got myocarditis from the vaccine. One of
- 34:59Speaker 1: the died. Two were in the ICU. So if thousands
- 35:03Speaker 1: of people are going to get myocarditis from this indiscriminate
- 35:06Speaker 1: vaccination and young healthy people, we're going to see some
- 35:09Speaker 1: unintended harm. And my concern is that some schools may
- 35:12Speaker 1: blindly accept this. So if the CDC decides to go
- 35:16Speaker 1: ahead and put this on the routine vaccine schedule, it'll
- 35:20Speaker 1: be up to states. And that's where I think parents
- 35:22Speaker 1: have a right to say, let's see some clinical data
- 35:25Speaker 1: before we force this as a requirement for school, before
- 35:30Speaker 1: we require this for your kid to go to school.
- 35:37Speaker 1: School choice is so important For this reason, you having
- 35:42Speaker 1: the ability to say CIA is so important. For this reason,
- 35:52Speaker 1: these radicals on the left believe that the number one Okay,
- 35:58Speaker 1: they believe that your children are not actually yours. They
- 36:04Speaker 1: don't believe that you should have any say so over
- 36:09Speaker 1: your children. They don't believe that you should have any
- 36:13Speaker 1: say so about what happens to your children medically any longer.
- 36:19Speaker 1: They used to call you right for basic things. Not anymore.
- 36:25Speaker 1: They used to say that a parent, you couldn't give
- 36:27Speaker 1: a kid thailant all right without getting a parent's permission.
- 36:33Speaker 1: Not anymore. Everything has changed. Now your kids are not
- 36:40Speaker 1: your kids. Your kids. You do not get to decide
- 36:45Speaker 1: what goes into their bodies. That's what they're saying. Make
- 36:51Speaker 1: sure you grab our podcasts with all this in it, okay,
- 36:55Speaker 1: Please share it with your family and friends. This is
- 36:59Speaker 1: why I say it's so important to download our podcasts
